- 0:10Hello everybody, I'm Doctor Randy Boyett and very excited to
- 0:13introduce our guest today who is Nate Connolly.
- 0:17He is the CEO and Co founder of Info Aesthetics.
- 0:21Very exciting topic that Nate is involved in.
- 0:25He is in the exosome business. And why is this on top of all of
- 0:28our minds lately? Because quite honestly, most of
- 0:31us don't know what all exosomes are and what they do and the
- 0:35difference from one to the next. And that's why we're very
- 0:37excited to have Nate here today. So welcome, Nate.
- 0:41Thank you, excited to be here and looking forward to the show.
- 0:47So Nate, I think before we get started, would love to hear just
- 0:50a little bit about your background in the industry.
- 0:53You know, not necessarily where you went to school and
- 0:54everything, but you know, just your background and how you got
- 0:57into exosomes and, and what you're currently doing.
- 1:01Yeah, happy to share. I've been in the medical grade
- 1:04skin care aesthetic industry now for almost 20 years exclusively
- 1:09with topical skin care company. So non prescriptive.
- 1:12I've worked for some of the biggest and I've also worked for
- 1:15some startups and it was about, I'd say about a year and a half,
- 1:18two years ago, I identified what I thought were some
- 1:21opportunities in this space specific to regenerative
- 1:24aesthetics and stem cells and exosomes that I wanted to take
- 1:28advantage of. I'm a very entrepreneurial
- 1:30spirit. So I I went down that path and I
- 1:34was fortunate to partner with some experts in the space,
- 1:36including two amazing stem cell expert pH DS and we were able to
- 1:41get info aesthetics off the ground.
- 1:44And our approach is really a very unique and innovative
- 1:47approach to the growth factor exosome game for both topical
- 1:51skin care and hair restoration. Amazing.
- 1:54Amazing. I think there's just a lot of
- 1:56mystery around exosomes right now.
- 1:59We keep hearing the name, but, and I speak for the whole
- 2:03industry when I say I think a lot of us are just super
- 2:06confused, right? We're not sure exactly what
- 2:09exosomes do. Is it something that we have to
- 2:12get done at the clinic? Is it something that we can take
- 2:14home and apply at night before we go to sleep?
- 2:17So I'd love for you to kind of try to clear up some of that
- 2:20mystery for us. Yeah, it is definitely a newer
- 2:25topic. And so there is some confusion
- 2:27in the space. What our goal was.
- 2:29And so the need that we really identified was most of the
- 2:33companies that I had seen were amazing, but they would provide
- 2:37a growth factor product separate from your exit zone product.
- 2:42And what we wanted to do is blend that together and we've
- 2:44done that successfully. So our belief is that those two
- 2:48working together provide a synergy that's going to be more
- 2:51effective than either one of those alone.
- 2:54And so an easier way for people to kind of think about growth
- 2:57factors and exosomes. Growth factors are are a bit of
- 3:00a larger molecule protein peptide that is going to provide
- 3:05a signal. It's going to communicate to
- 3:07your body kind of a lock and key sort of thing to turn on
- 3:11different aspects in your body to maybe produce collagen,
- 3:14elastin, things of that nature. Exosome is going to be much
- 3:18smaller, more of a nanoparticle that's going to deliver a more
- 3:22concentrated message into the cell, right?
- 3:25So I'm a big analogy guy. The analogy I like to use is if
- 3:29you and I were going to meet somewhere, let's say Home Depot,
- 3:34say hey, meet me at Home Depot. That's kind of the growth
- 3:36factor, providing very general information.
- 3:38But if I wanted to get more granular, I say meet me at Home
- 3:41Depot in aisle 3 by the hammers and nails.
- 3:44That's more of the exes zone. So what we want to do is provide
- 3:47the most information we can from the invoice point of view where
- 3:51we believe that growth factors and exosomes, you can provide
- 3:55high-powered growth factors and exosomes together that synergy
- 3:59will provide better results. OK, great.
- 4:02So that explains things. So what is the difference
- 4:05between the exosome treatments that you get in clinic versus
- 4:09the exosome treatments that you can do at home?
- 4:12I would say the efficacy and most companies are going to
- 4:15provide a higher concentration of those exosomes in office in
- 4:21conjunction with your treatment to really jump start whatever
- 4:24that desired result is, whether it's rejuvenation for fine lines
- 4:28and wrinkles, whether it's pigment, whether it's hair
- 4:31respiration. The providers want to inundate
- 4:35that particular area with the highest concentration of growth
- 4:39factors in exosomes early in that office and then take home
- 4:43is more of your maintenance, right.
- 4:45So it's going to be a smaller concentration and smaller
- 4:47percentage of those growth factors in exosomes, but we want
- 4:50a steady dose on a daily basis over time to not only maintain
- 4:55the kind of continue to move forward with those results that
- 4:57you got from your provider in their office.
- 5:00Great. OK, that explains a lot.
- 5:03I think that we are going to continue to see more about
- 5:07exosomes over the next year. I think it's going to be on the
- 5:10top of everybody's minds, kind of how the GLP ones came on.
- 5:14And then like we knew just a little bit about it and now
- 5:17we're saturated with it all day long.
- 5:19So I think that's what's going to happen with exosomes.
- 5:22So tell me what sets Info Aesthetics apart from all of the
- 5:28other exosome companies out there?
- 5:30Yeah. And and I would agree with you.
- 5:32I I think just in a short period of time we've seen so many
- 5:34companies with exosomes and many of them very good come out in
- 5:38the space. What we wanted to do to truly
- 5:41differentiate and separate ourselves from the competition.
- 5:44Really it can be broken down into two sections.
- 5:47The first section is the source. Where are you getting your
- 5:51exosomes? Where are you getting your
- 5:52growth factors? Most companies use a single
- 5:55source, whether it's plant based, whether it's human
- 5:58derived like adipose, bone marrow, fibroblast, you name it.
- 6:02Most companies are using a single source and that is great.
- 6:05But it's our belief that if you use a single source, you're
- 6:08limited to the benefits of that source alone.
- 6:11So what we're doing is we're trying to elevate that efficacy
- 6:14by using a proprietary and patent pending blend of multiple
- 6:18human derived sources. And these sources were selected
- 6:22because of their clinical background with wound healing,
- 6:26rejuvenation, inflammation mitigation and hair respiration.
- 6:29So we're using bone marrow umbilical and fibroblast and
- 6:34again it's a proprietary blend. So that's kind of step one.
- 6:37Step 2, we have two stem cell expert pH DS that have
- 6:41proprietary methodology that they use in the lab.
- 6:44So the way they work with these cells to make a more robust and
- 6:49efficacious end result in this media.
- 6:51And these are all backed by third party clinical tests and
- 6:54data. So that combination of multiple
- 6:57sources with these proprietary methodologies has allowed us to
- 7:01combine the benefits of all of those sources into a
- 7:04supercharged condition media slash ingredients that we call
- 7:09bio blend technology. So that's our secret sauce bio
- 7:13blend technology and essentially it's a sophisticated blend of
- 7:17high-powered growth factors, peptides and exosomes all at the
- 7:21highest levels. So that kind of lens into
- 7:24another differentiator, again, we want to provide with all of
- 7:28our products, not just purified exosomes, but that synergistic
- 7:33approach of growth factors, peptides and exosomes living
- 7:37together, which allows the end user, the patient to take
- 7:42advantage of something that's becoming more popular in that
- 7:44skin minimalism, right. So instead of having to do 567
- 7:48steps, we can condense those six or seven steps into one highly
- 7:52efficacious product. Excellent, excellent.
- 7:55And I know that So you just recently gave me some products,
- 7:59so I'm just diving in. So excited to report back to the
- 8:03audience here. You know what my results are.
- 8:05How long does it usually take before I will really start
- 8:08seeing the major results? I mean major results, a good
- 8:12skin cycle or two, but you will start to see results in about
- 8:15four to six weeks. The most dramatic eye popping
- 8:19WOW results are going to be in that 8 to 10 week period, so
- 8:23probably midway through your second bottle.
- 8:26OK, deal. Well, I'm definitely planning to
- 8:30come back and, and give my results conversation and I'll
- 8:34tell you I'm excited about it because you know, you mentioned
- 8:36peptides and something I incorporated into my routine
- 8:40last year, which I think that was like this is going to take
- 8:44me to even the next level. But something I incorporated was
- 8:47copper peptides into my skin care routine.
- 8:50And the stuff is bright blue. It looks like, you know, you're
- 8:53some stuff on your face that's the color of a Smurf.
- 8:56But the stuff is amazing like it, it's had an amazing impact
- 9:01on my skin. So I'm very excited to see now
- 9:04with peptides, growth factors, exosomes all mixed together,
- 9:08what my skin will look like. And I represent the over 50
- 9:12generation here. Yeah.
- 9:14So I'm glad to hear that you're trying it and I'm obviously
- 9:16going to assume you're going to be compliant.
- 9:18Looking forward to those results.
- 9:20But what we've been able to do and and kind of a little bit of
- 9:22a background on the company, We are a start up and we took a
- 9:26little bit of a different approach on getting off the
- 9:28ground. And what I mean by that is most
- 9:31of the companies that I'm familiar with and I've worked
- 9:33with, they will raise a significant amount of funding
- 9:38through private equity or venture capital.
- 9:40We are taking a slightly different approach and we are
- 9:42privately owned. So it's all physician funded.
- 9:45So the entrepreneurial physicians in the space that are
- 9:49responsible for the success of every company.
- 9:51We have some of those who believe in the company and the
- 9:54idea supporting us and that's allowed us to take some of the
- 9:58early samples and get amazing before and after photos in three
- 10:03areas. Overall rejuvenation, so fine
- 10:06lines, wrinkles, tone, texture, hyper focused on pigmentation,
- 10:10so helping to remove hyperpigmentation of melasma.
- 10:13And then hair restoration. And the hair restoration is
- 10:16something that I think is going to continue to grow in our
- 10:20space. And this is where physicians get
- 10:22really excited because they no longer have to outsource or
- 10:26recommend hair restoration to somebody else.
- 10:28They can keep that in house and keep their patients coming back,
- 10:32providing really efficacious results.
- 10:34So we were fortunate that we had some very experienced and some
- 10:38thought leaders in the industry help us with our before and
- 10:40afters. That's amazing.
- 10:42So that's what it was that was going to bring me to my next
- 10:45question. So who is this designed for?
- 10:48Is this designed for clinics to purchase?
- 10:51Are you selling direct to consumer?
- 10:53Is it direct to consumer through clinics?
- 10:56So tell us a little bit about that.
- 10:58Yeah, it's a blended approach. My background has been with
- 11:01building relationships with the providers and helping them
- 11:05improve patient results and selling products to the
- 11:07patients. But what we realized or what I
- 11:10realized about my career is a lot of these offices big and
- 11:14small rely on the in office procedures to stay afloat and
- 11:18generate revenue and pay their bills.
- 11:20So we wanted to provide solutions that will help
- 11:24maximize patient outcomes for those procedures.
- 11:26So in office on a per treatment basis and then provide a take
- 11:32home product that aligns with whatever procedure they just
- 11:35did. So whether it's rejuvenation,
- 11:38whether it's pigmentation or hair restoration, we have
- 11:41something for that in office treatment to maximize that end
- 11:44result. And then something to transition
- 11:47home with to maintain and move forward with those results.
- 11:51So kind of a blended approach in office and take home for both
- 11:54facial rejuvenation and hair restoration.
- 11:57OK, excellent. But they can't go online and
- 11:59purchase your product. It has to go through the.
- 12:02Clinic through the physicians we do through our website, we do
- 12:05offer an opportunity to purchase, but we increase that
- 12:10price by 30%. So, and the reason for that is
- 12:14we don't want any upset providers, right.
- 12:16We don't want to take their business, but we're a small
- 12:19company and we can't cover everywhere.
- 12:22So as we continue to generate buzz and some of our marketing
- 12:27spend helps with brand awareness, anybody who comes to
- 12:30our website they can purchase. But again, it's 30% more online.
- 12:35We do not partner with any third party vendors.
- 12:37So no Amazon, eBay, Walmart, any of that.
- 12:40And that will allow us to then reinvest those funds into our
- 12:44company so we can hire more salespeople to support our
- 12:47physician providers. Got it.
- 12:50That's excellent. OK, so you're in the clinics you
- 12:53can purchase online. Tell me a little bit about the
- 12:56feedback that you've received so far and the results that you've
- 13:01been tracking. I'd love to hear about that.
- 13:03Yeah, again. So we're very much of A startup,
- 13:05but we are fortunate that we had a tremendous showing from our
- 13:10position providers and we have a number of partners throughout
- 13:15the US who are using our in office solutions and our take
- 13:18home products. And the feedback has been
- 13:20amazing. So a lot of incredible
- 13:23testimonials about reducing downtime, reducing redness,
- 13:27improving whatever the outcome is, whether it's appeal, whether
- 13:31it's micro needling, whether it's in a blade of laser.
- 13:33And I think we may have hit a home run with our take home
- 13:37product. Everybody seems to be in love
- 13:39with the way it feels, it absorbs well, it hydrates.
- 13:42We're getting true beneficial results fairly quickly.
- 13:46But we are streamlined. We have 4 products, but we're
- 13:49excited with the momentum that we've generated in such a short
- 13:52time and the positive feedback that we're getting from our
- 13:55providers. That's great.
- 13:57That's great. I think that I think that the
- 13:59world is excited to see what the before and afters look like,
- 14:03right? And what, what can we achieve
- 14:05with these Exozone products? So I guess, you know, let's go
- 14:09on to the the challenging part. So we'll have a lot of
- 14:12entrepreneurs that we'll be featuring on this program.
- 14:14I'm sure there's a lot of entrepreneurs out there
- 14:17listening. So what kind of challenges did
- 14:19you face as you were launching this new product and entering
- 14:23the marketplace, whether it be regulatory, financial adoption
- 14:28hurdles, anything else that came up?
- 14:30I think this is interesting for our audience to hear.
- 14:33Yes, everything you just mentioned and more, it is
- 14:37something that I was and I'm still very excited about.
- 14:40But the the warnings of all the entrepreneurs I've I've talked
- 14:44to prior to dipping my toes into this was be prepared to work
- 14:48non-stop. You're going to get very little
- 14:50sleep, but it's going to be incredibly rewarding.
- 14:53And I would agree with every with all of that.
- 14:55I think some of our biggest challenges early on was funding
- 15:00and our approach is a little bit different than some of the
- 15:04startups in our space where I, you know, I'm not the PhD, I'm
- 15:08not, I'm not the person in the lab that is inventing the
- 15:10science. And that seems to be where I see
- 15:13some other startups and they may have a network affiliated with a
- 15:17university where they are able to secure a large amount of
- 15:20funding that can kind of propel them.
- 15:23We took a different approach. Our Co founders and our
- 15:25leadership team, we have about 60 years of experience helping
- 15:29to grow some of the biggest brands out there, helping them
- 15:34infiltrate the market, generate revenue and get to acquisition.
- 15:37So we have a proven track record there, but we needed to find the
- 15:41funding and we needed to find our pH DS.
- 15:44So those were some of the hurdles.
- 15:46And as I mentioned earlier, initially I was having
- 15:49conversations with private equity, venture capital, Angel
- 15:52investors and although they loved the idea, it was the same
- 15:56response. It's too early.
- 15:58Come back to us when you have 510,000,000 interaction.
- 16:02But great, we can do that. But to get there right, we need
- 16:05some some help. So a solution to that was really
- 16:08leaning into our physician providers and partners and
- 16:12getting the funding needed to then get the science, formulate
- 16:16the products, put a team together and begin to launch.
- 16:19But it's just really the, you know, moving forward with
- 16:22something when it's new and you don't know what you don't know,
- 16:25you make some mistakes, you pick yourself up, you learn from
- 16:28those mistakes, and you keep moving forward.
- 16:30Absolutely. I think all entrepreneurs you
- 16:33have to be a little bulletproof, right?
- 16:35And. Little bulletproof and a little
- 16:37crazy. Yes, absolutely.
- 16:39So tell us maybe some on the positive side, what have been,
- 16:44what have been some unexpected great things about the product
- 16:49and the company that you discovered maybe unexpected ways
- 16:53that people are using the product that you didn't
- 16:55anticipate that you're like, oh wow.
- 16:57And it does that too. So tell us a little bit about
- 16:59that. Yeah, I think some of the very
- 17:02positive surprises and I wouldn't really say it was a
- 17:06surprise. It's you.
- 17:07You hope that you prepared well enough and you've aligned
- 17:09everything that you execute your game plan, but you never know
- 17:12what's really going to happen. I think some of the the earliest
- 17:16things to celebrate some of the success stories is the reception
- 17:20from our providers and our partners.
- 17:23It's very early and most startups that I've been with, it
- 17:26takes months to get the products in the hands of the decision
- 17:30maker. They try it, they feel it,
- 17:32there's objections, so on and so forth.
- 17:35There's been a very quick turn around.
- 17:37So our expectations with the launch, we've exceeded those and
- 17:41that was a very positive surprise.
- 17:44And with our hair restoration product, there's no clinical
- 17:48data for what I'm about to say. So we're going to have to test
- 17:50this, but the response from some people is they think, and I
- 17:56don't know if this is a placebo effect or whatever, but they
- 17:59think that it's helping to alleviate some of their Gray
- 18:03hair. And I again, there's no clinical
- 18:06data on that, but it's, that's something that was not expected.
- 18:09We weren't never would have guessed a million years that
- 18:11that would be some of the feedback that we're getting.
- 18:14But just the fact that we have physicians that trust us and
- 18:18have come on board, they're loving the product, they're
- 18:22reordering is not a surprise, but it's just it's something
- 18:26that we were expecting a little bit further down the road.
- 18:28So for it to happen this quickly has been very positive and a
- 18:31blessing. OK, great.
- 18:34Well, and in our you're giving us a lot of education about
- 18:38exosomes here. We'll move on to some other
- 18:40topics in a minute. But last but not least on their
- 18:43education, what is the most popular misconception or myth
- 18:47about exosomes that you hear? And you're like, oh goodness,
- 18:50nobody don't know. I think, and, and I get why,
- 18:54because it's still new and, and rumors can fly pretty rapidly.
- 18:59I think it's, can it spread disease?
- 19:03Am I going to get somebody else's DNA right?
- 19:06And wherever this was sourced from, if they were sick or
- 19:10whatever, am I going to contract that?
- 19:12And I when I think people and, and this just means that the
- 19:15industry in general, we need to do a better job of educating the
- 19:18end user. But it's important to make sure
- 19:21that you align with a company that that goes through all of
- 19:23the stringent testing and aligns with a third party FDA approved
- 19:28facility that is sourcing these exosomes from reputable sources.
- 19:34And they're doing all of the FDA approved testing.
- 19:36But I think that's kind of a misconception is, you know, what
- 19:39am I, what's really happening in my skin and, and can I catch
- 19:42anything from this? Got it.
- 19:44OK. That's a really important fact.
- 19:46I mean, I've been seeing ads for like exosomes from baby deer.
- 19:51I mean the the things there's. All over the place yeah, it's
- 19:54getting it's and I don't think that's going to stop right I
- 19:56think we're going to try to take advantage of of the hot topic,
- 20:00but align with and the reason we wanted to to align with
- 20:04physician partners is that trust factor right.
- 20:07These are the best of the best highly educated physicians that
- 20:11do not carry just anything. They do their research and they
- 20:14make sure that whatever. Company brand product they bring
- 20:19into the office is a legit product with clinical backing
- 20:24and all the testing so that it'll be safe and efficacious
- 20:26for their patients. OK, so let's talk about our
- 20:30industry in general and the future.
- 20:33So what are your thoughts on how your product fits into the car?
- 20:37Try yeah. Yeah.
- 20:41So what when we were doing our research before we decided to
- 20:44jump into the deep end with this startup, we did a tremendous
- 20:47amount of market research. And the reason we wanted
- 20:50exosomes and growth factors and stem cells and regenerative
- 20:53aesthetics is that research to US pointed in the direction that
- 20:58this industry is going to continue to grow in general from
- 21:01both on the facial rejuvenation in the hair restoration side.
- 21:04But it's starting to really lean into that stem cell regenerative
- 21:08aesthetic approach. So I think we're aligned very
- 21:11well for that growth and that continued direction.
- 21:15But that's why we wanted to focus on both facial
- 21:17rejuvenation and hair restoration.
- 21:19I think the hair market in the physician space, I think we, we
- 21:24were really just at the tip of the iceberg still.
- 21:27I mean, neutral fall was, was one of the 1st and early
- 21:30adopters and did an amazing job. If you were to compare the hair
- 21:33side, the number of companies to the facial rejuvenation side,
- 21:36it's still very lean. So I think there's a lot of room
- 21:41on the hair restoration side. I think you'll see some of the
- 21:44exosome and growth factory companies coming out with some
- 21:47amazing products to help with that.
- 21:49That's great. I think there's a exciting
- 21:51future for us there. So if you had completely
- 21:56unlimited resources, Nate, what would you do with the company?
- 22:00What, what products would you add?
- 22:02What would be next for you? Limited resources would be
- 22:06amazing. So with the first things we
- 22:09would do, we would do additional clinical studies with some of
- 22:12our medical Advisory Board, get some IRB studies published in
- 22:16each category, rejuvenation, pigmentation, hair.
- 22:20And then in the pipeline, we would add additional take home
- 22:23products specific to lightning and brightening, topical hair
- 22:27restoration, oral hair restoration and you know, then
- 22:30some more of the traditional products like a retinol and
- 22:33under eye, neck, body. And there's some, there's some
- 22:37really impressive technology that continues to come out from
- 22:41an ingredient standpoint, from a formulation standpoint.
- 22:45But we would want to test the limits in the boundaries to, to
- 22:48stay at the forefront of technology in each of those
- 22:51categories. And then I would put a robust
- 22:55sales and marketing team together so that we could really
- 22:58increase our footprints in North America.
- 23:01OK, so that's great and I'm glad you didn't say like buy a boat,
- 23:05right? So glad to hear it.
- 23:07So you know, so but what is your realistic vision for the future?
- 23:12Like you know, where do you want to take the line?
- 23:15Are you planning to add some other, as they say skews to the
- 23:18line in the next year? What's the next year vision?
- 23:22Yeah. So the next few years we have a
- 23:25robust pipeline in in mind and we've already started on our
- 23:29next two to three products. So one will most likely be a
- 23:33take home brightener and one will most likely be some sort of
- 23:36take home hair restoration. And so we're really excited
- 23:39about that because we partnered with some of the best of the
- 23:42best formulators in the industry in our medical Advisory Board is
- 23:46is fantastic, some of the best and brightest dermatologist and
- 23:49plastic surgeons that are guiding our decision making.
- 23:52So that we continue to come out with some of the leading
- 23:54products. But over the next few years I
- 23:58see us getting to that 10 to 15 skew range.
- 24:03One thing that we don't want to do is end up with 4050 sixty
- 24:07skews and a bunch of me too products.
- 24:10We want to be streamlined, we want to be science based and we
- 24:14want to have clinical third party data to back up everything
- 24:18that we're saying in the approach that we're taking.
- 24:21Sure. So is this for any type of
- 24:24provider or any type of clinic, even a Med spa or is there just
- 24:28dermatologist? Tell us a little bit about that.
- 24:31Yeah. So primarily it's aesthetic
- 24:33dermatologist, plastic surgeons and Med spas that have a medical
- 24:36director on staff. And so where you won't find us
- 24:40is the spas and salons and massage parlors and Sephora.
- 24:46Nothing against that, but we really want to lean into that
- 24:50medical brand backed by clinical data and and provided by our
- 24:55physician partners and and Med spas with medical directors.
- 24:58Yeah. So that's a real differentiator
- 25:00for you and that's great. So if you if somebody was still
- 25:05on the fence about trying your products, right, what is the one
- 25:10thing you would say to them to try to convince them to dive in
- 25:14a doctor or physician? A doctor, physician that was
- 25:17looking to carry our products, I would learn a lot about what
- 25:21they're doing so that we could help maximize whatever that is
- 25:25to not only provide better patient outcomes, but a revenue
- 25:27stream. But I would ask them their
- 25:30thoughts on exosomes and I would let them know that we are a
- 25:35blend. We're going to be able to take
- 25:37what's traditionally a two or three-step product process, you
- 25:40know, step one, growth factor, Step 2 peptide, Step 3,
- 25:43exosomes, and we're blending that into one product at an
- 25:47affordable price backed by clinical data.
- 25:49So your patients will be able to get better results at an
- 25:54affordable price with less steps, which A, they're going to
- 25:57love you, but B, if there is any additional revenue because
- 26:01they're saving money on some of their skin care, they can
- 26:03reinvest that back into procedures, whether it's toxins,
- 26:08microneedling, laser, whatever that is to provide hopefully a
- 26:11more encompassing patient visit and better results.
- 26:15Absolutely. So it sounds like you know,
- 26:18you're, you're in select clinics and you're really, really
- 26:22wanting to make sure that you're with the right people doing the
- 26:24right things. So to the clinics that are out
- 26:28there listening, how would they, how would they integrate your
- 26:32products into their office? Yeah.
- 26:35So it would be a 2 step process. You would use our in office
- 26:39solutions. So we have a rejuvenating skin
- 26:41solution, a brightening skin solution and an advanced hair
- 26:44solution. You would pair those with your
- 26:48in office procedures, whether that is post peel, whether
- 26:52that's in conjunction with micro needling, whether that's post
- 26:55laser, whatever that modality is.
- 26:58Our approach is a little bit different than they may have
- 27:02seen in the past. And what I mean by that is we're
- 27:04not selling you or we're not trying to get you to use a one
- 27:08ounce post procedure product. We've streamlined that into bite
- 27:12sizes. So we offer vials, A3ML vial for
- 27:16each patient and each procedure again making it more affordable
- 27:20for the office, more affordable for the patient.
- 27:22And we pack those full of our bio blend technologies to the
- 27:25highest amounts and growth factors, peptides and exosomes.
- 27:28And then we have a very affordable take home product.
- 27:31So it would be to pair this with your in office procedures and
- 27:35then whatever that procedure is, if, if it's brightening, here's
- 27:38our take home brightener and that would be the maintenance.
- 27:42OK, so it's, it sounds like those providers that don't
- 27:47implement an exosome routine into their clinic are going to
- 27:52be left behind kind of like, you know, we we have to stay with
- 27:54the times and this is very this tech is, is what's next in skin,
- 27:59right? I would agree 100%.
- 28:01And I think most providers are seeing that we're getting
- 28:05tremendous amount of interest in inquiries.
- 28:08Can you send us samples? Do you have somebody in our
- 28:10area? Can you send us some
- 28:11information? What makes you different?
- 28:13But I think most of the industry is really starting to see the
- 28:17value in that regenerative stem cell approach and the need to
- 28:21find the right exosome partner, the right growth factor partner
- 28:26that will benefit their practice not only from a patient result
- 28:30standpoint, but a financial standpoint, a return on
- 28:34investment standpoint and a support standpoint.
- 28:36So we're hoping that's us. And we know that there's sniff
- 28:39competition out there, but we have a team with a proven track
- 28:42record of experience that's ready to provide that support
- 28:45and have those conversations. Wonderful.
- 28:48So before we wrap up, I guess we want to tell people, clinics,
- 28:53providers where they can learn more, where they can try for
- 28:56themselves and how they connect with your team.

- 29:29that allows offices to get their hands dirty with our products.
- 29:33Try it out. If they don't like the products
- 29:36you can return it. Get a full refund.
- 29:39Wow, I've never heard of that before Nate so.
- 29:41No, nobody. I've never worked for a company
- 29:43that's done that. But we just believe so much in
- 29:45our products and our science that if we don't live up to the
- 29:49expectations, we can't expect them to continue to order from
- 29:52us. So send it back.
- 29:54Well, I am very excited about the product definitely at first
- 29:58sight. It's been wonderful to to be
- 30:00using it and excited to see the results and excited to bring
