- 0:44Speaker 4: I mean, I believe CTP didn't say he wanted to
- 0:46Speaker 4: be a very small number. But damn well that I thought.
- 0:54Speaker 4: But what's going on? Everybody? I am the one, the only,
- 0:56Speaker 4: the w oh okay you joined here by the normal
- 0:58Speaker 4: cast of misfits. We have the Choke Show, dass car Hey, guys,

- 1:04Speaker 4: doctor Sheet Hello, and a person who didn't make it
- 1:08Speaker 4: into the Worlds at all because he didn't have access.
- 1:10Speaker 5: E Walk Junior, Hello, Keyboarge community.
- 1:15Speaker 4: That's it? No access? What's that mean? Don't you remember
- 1:19Speaker 4: he's been bitching for like six months that he doesn't
- 1:21Speaker 4: have access and I have access?
- 1:23Speaker 5: And how did your second place finish at Nationals? Did
- 1:27Speaker 5: it give you access to worlds? Did it go ahead
- 1:32Speaker 5: and give me access to worlds?
- 1:35Speaker 4: Yes? Well, did my second place finish give you access
- 1:38Speaker 4: to worlds? No?
- 1:39Speaker 5: No?
- 1:40Speaker 4: Did you?
- 1:41Speaker 5: I got to come with you? It was a wonderful,
- 1:44Speaker 5: joyous time to be with you all.
- 1:46Speaker 4: We had a great time. Thank you everybody in the
- 1:49Speaker 4: audience for joining us tonight. Lots to go over. We
- 1:54Speaker 4: do kind of feel like this is going to end
- 1:55Speaker 4: up being a two part episode because it was a
- 1:58Speaker 4: very of eventful weekend and a very good weekend. It was.
- 2:03Speaker 4: It was a great weekend, had a lot of fun,
- 2:05Speaker 4: had a lot of fun. So we're gonna go as
- 2:07Speaker 4: we normally do, very boring lead day by day. Why
- 2:12Speaker 4: is that boring? I don't know. It feels boring though,
- 2:14Speaker 4: doesn't it well?
- 2:15Speaker 5: But others it allows us to relive what happens. It
- 2:18Speaker 5: was a phenomenal ectra just I mean on Thursday was
- 2:22Speaker 5: a whole nother day of boys and girls and uh
- 2:24Speaker 5: that threw a bunch of us off, But it was
- 2:26Speaker 5: a great time. So we're gonna go through.
- 2:29Speaker 4: Yeah, that was awesome. The extra day. So we went
- 2:33Speaker 4: up Wednesday evening and met up with a bunch of
- 2:37Speaker 4: people at the at the Double Tree.
- 2:41Speaker 1: How was the drive up right? You guys drove in
- 2:43Speaker 1: the walk down drink?
- 2:44Speaker 4: Ye, it was fine.
- 2:45Speaker 5: Hey, we split into two vehicles because Sheep and Steele
- 2:50Speaker 5: decided to go ahead and bring the world. Let's let's
- 2:55Speaker 5: go the kitchen sink. So no, it was wonderful, but
- 2:57Speaker 5: we were we were hauling a lot. I will say
- 3:01Speaker 5: it did impact the because.
- 3:03Speaker 4: Morgan had stuff too. I didn't exactly oh.
- 3:06Speaker 5: Yeah, no, no, there was a ton of items going up,
- 3:10Speaker 5: but uh, it wasn't the usual chatty car. As a results,
- 3:14Speaker 5: we had three and three respectively, and that was helpful
- 3:18Speaker 5: on the way up. I definitely felt it more on
- 3:20Speaker 5: the way back when I got Wookie.
- 3:23Speaker 4: At that point it was two and two.
- 3:25Speaker 5: Well it was at the way back it was two
- 3:27Speaker 5: and two, but Wookie, you were in like fifteen minutes, men,
- 3:30Speaker 5: and then you were passed out for the rest of.
- 3:31Speaker 4: This is what happens when you stay up till four
- 3:33Speaker 4: in the morning for like four days in a row.
- 3:35Speaker 5: Well we'll get into that, but no, it just I
- 3:37Speaker 5: missed having the chitter chatter of everyone and there's an
- 3:40Speaker 5: excitement as you're coming into a big event. So it
- 3:44Speaker 5: was for the whole team though, because I think some
- 3:47Speaker 5: people had some fun Thursday night we.
- 3:50Speaker 4: Did so going into Thursday night we launched the LCQEP Wensdaymen, Oh, Wednesday,
- 3:57Speaker 4: what do we do? Wednesday?
- 3:58Speaker 5: Night we arrived, we went to bed and there was
- 4:01Speaker 5: a hangout.
- 4:01Speaker 1: Everybody was hanging out in the lobby, like all the
- 4:05Speaker 1: Italians were there. So I met a whole bunch of
- 4:08Speaker 1: Italian players and uh so that was cool.
- 4:12Speaker 5: They completely mistake that they did not know who Ewok was.
- 4:17Speaker 4: Oh that's right, I forgot. Nobody knows who Ewok is
- 4:19Speaker 4: or what he looks like.
- 4:21Speaker 1: It really Yeah, one of them who dras Cors was,
- 4:23Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 4:24Speaker 4: Everyone knows who Drascore is.
- 4:26Speaker 5: Yeah, there's a mugshot all around KFC.
- 4:31Speaker 4: That's right.
- 4:31Speaker 5: If this man asked you to go anywhere, just say no,
- 4:34Speaker 5: Just say no, Just say no. Boys, just don't get
- 4:37Speaker 5: any random vans with him.
- 4:39Speaker 1: So I did, getting a ringom van. Now I did ask,
- 4:43Speaker 1: uh Josh that night how many folks were registered at
- 4:47Speaker 1: that point. I meant to ask again later, but then
- 4:51Speaker 1: we got also busy throughout the weekend. So that night
- 4:54Speaker 1: there was one hundred and forty nine hundred forty nine registered,
- 4:57Speaker 1: So I'm assuming we ended up in the one fifties
- 5:00Speaker 1: total by you know, folks that just showed up and
- 5:05Speaker 1: registered on site, which is can be spring.
- 5:10Speaker 4: But even then, like let's take that in perspective, right,
- 5:12Speaker 4: we had one hundred and sixty one. One hundred and
- 5:14Speaker 4: sixty seven last year I think was the number.
- 5:17Speaker 5: Alright, so I know that you guys are all about numbers.
- 5:20Speaker 5: I actually did some work for us, so you're welcome.
- 5:23Speaker 5: This is what you want to know in the show notes. No, no, no,
- 5:27Speaker 5: I I was a single dad tonight, so I'm just
- 5:31Speaker 5: happy to be here. But we had in twenty twenty
- 5:34Speaker 5: three one hundred and seventy registered and then one hundred
- 5:37Speaker 5: and forty nine registered in twenty twenty four, so a
- 5:39Speaker 5: little bit of a dip.
- 5:41Speaker 4: But mind you, mind you. I want to make this
- 5:43Speaker 4: kind of because this is kind of a big point.
- 5:44Speaker 4: Like we took away like twenty five thousand dollars and
- 5:49Speaker 4: you only really lost like what twenty people. Yeah, I
- 5:53Speaker 4: mean that that's huge. Yep.
- 5:56Speaker 5: Yeah, it ends up being pretty close to about ten percent.
- 5:59Speaker 5: That's there, a little bit over. But considering prizes were
- 6:05Speaker 5: not even announced before the event, considering that travel stipend
- 6:09Speaker 5: was not offered to all of our international friends, it
- 6:12Speaker 5: was really impressive to see everyone turn out, in so
- 6:15Speaker 5: many international individuals, so great job, guys, especially.
- 6:19Speaker 4: The international community really shocked like I just thought there
- 6:22Speaker 4: would be no internationals there whatsoever?
- 6:26Speaker 3: Sheeps world.
- 6:30Speaker 4: I don't know what we had, but yes, big, big Italian.
- 6:35Speaker 4: We just spend way too much money playing Key Forde.
- 6:40Speaker 3: And Sydney, thank.
- 6:41Speaker 4: You bags head.
- 6:43Speaker 1: They We had the French, right, we had.
- 6:51Speaker 4: The Dutch folks from the Yeah, we had the Dutch.
- 6:53Speaker 4: We had an.
- 6:54Speaker 1: Australian, we had the Vietnamese. We had I would oh yeah,
- 7:01Speaker 1: love story for me.
- 7:03Speaker 5: That was represented.
- 7:04Speaker 3: Italy was there in strength.
- 7:06Speaker 4: Yep, for sure. For sure.
- 7:07Speaker 3: Somebody from the UK was there, but not the same
- 7:10Speaker 3: people as last year.
- 7:11Speaker 4: Yes, it was the same people. I remember that. I
- 7:16Speaker 4: remember talking to them, and some of us are smokers,
- 7:19Speaker 4: so outside we had talked mm hmm. So benefits of
- 7:25Speaker 4: slowly killing yourself?
- 7:27Speaker 2: Sure, yeah, and uh yeah it was, it was.
- 7:31Speaker 4: It was a great time.
- 7:32Speaker 5: Canadians were also there, Thank you Canada.
- 7:35Speaker 1: Yeah, us Junior was there.
- 7:37Speaker 4: Yep, what about Canada? What about Canada? Not a real place.
- 7:45Speaker 4: Texas the rebel state. Nobody cares about X right. Uh
- 7:51Speaker 4: from Texas as well. Oh, I always forget that. It's
- 7:55Speaker 4: not your typical Texan mm hmm.
- 7:58Speaker 5: He's smaller.
- 7:59Speaker 4: He uh.
- 8:04Speaker 1: There's quite a few Texans, right, Uh? Orion is uh
- 8:09Speaker 1: a Texan?
- 8:09Speaker 5: Right?
- 8:10Speaker 1: Dave C is a Texan? Who else I think isn't
- 8:17Speaker 1: is magic Duck?
- 8:18Speaker 4: I think maybe I have no idea.
- 8:22Speaker 3: I think you're right.
- 8:23Speaker 4: I think so.
- 8:24Speaker 5: Yeah, Well, but you you really missed the big story.
- 8:27Speaker 5: There was a true key Forge love story coming into
- 8:31Speaker 5: Roosevelt KFC three. We had a fancy dress up day.
- 8:35Speaker 5: We had lots of photos. If you have not seen it,
- 8:37Speaker 5: shout out to Riku and his beautiful beautiful I don't
- 8:41Speaker 5: know would they be technically married yet, fiance, they're married.
- 8:45Speaker 4: There, they are married in Vietnam. He had already said
- 8:48Speaker 4: that they were. They were already married in Vietnam, so yes,
- 8:53Speaker 4: they were married.
- 8:54Speaker 5: Congratulations, but quite racent, quite recently. It was a really cool.
- 9:00Speaker 5: It was a really neat experience to see others come again,
- 9:05Speaker 5: come together they can keep our community is amazing, and
- 9:07Speaker 5: see that support and love through pictures, through a quick
- 9:11Speaker 5: ceremony where there was just words kind of encouragement and
- 9:15Speaker 5: appreciation shared. There were a lot of really neat moments.
- 9:18Speaker 5: So shut out.
- 9:22Speaker 4: All right, Time to move into Thursday.
- 9:24Speaker 5: Let's do it.
- 9:25Speaker 4: Thursday was LCQ day. LCQ featured Grim reminders Alliance Sealed boys,
- 9:34Speaker 4: how did we do well?
- 9:36Speaker 5: Before you get into how we did, we did have
- 9:39Speaker 5: one hundred and twenty eight that actually showed up for
- 9:41Speaker 5: the Sealed And this is important because this was on Thursday.
- 9:44Speaker 5: So remember it's a full day earlier. Most people were
- 9:47Speaker 5: there last year coming in Thursday night, so to take
- 9:50Speaker 5: off Thursday Friday, that did have an impact on people
- 9:54Speaker 5: showing up. But it's still a great showing of one
- 9:56Speaker 5: hundred and twenty eight people for the Last Chance qualifier.
- 10:01Speaker 4: All right back to how.
- 10:04Speaker 1: Yeah, So registration was fast.
- 10:07Speaker 4: I was.
- 10:07Speaker 1: When I opened my decks, I was like, oh, like
- 10:10Speaker 1: not that I got real fire, but I was. I
- 10:16Speaker 1: was like, hey, I've got I've got enough here that
- 10:19Speaker 1: I can you know, I could do something with this.
- 10:24Speaker 1: And so I'm like, all right, So I go into
- 10:26Speaker 1: my first game and I just face absolute fire and
- 10:30Speaker 1: it is is just I'm just destroyed. And it was like,
- 10:35Speaker 1: oh gosh, okay, well maybe maybe I you know, I
- 10:38Speaker 1: just got just got unlucky, and uh, you know, I'll
- 10:43Speaker 1: do better from here, right, I'm good at this game.
- 10:45Speaker 1: I know how to play Sealed, right. Uh. And then
- 10:48Speaker 1: game two came up against a troller looping lock and
- 10:55Speaker 1: it was it was O two for me, and I
- 10:59Speaker 1: was like, oh my god, what just happened? Like this
- 11:01Speaker 1: deck wasn't even that bad, and uh yeah, I did
- 11:06Speaker 1: not start strong.
- 11:09Speaker 4: So rough starts. The weekend, I opened garbage, I got
- 11:15Speaker 4: no Mars and one pod of Geistoid. I don't even
- 11:21Speaker 4: remember what I remember I played with Geistoid. I think
- 11:24Speaker 4: I went with Geistoid Star Alliance and I don't even
- 11:29Speaker 4: remember my third pod. That's how forgettable it was. It
- 11:32Speaker 4: might have been Fish, I don't even remember, but I'm like, well,
- 11:36Speaker 4: that's it for me. And I kind of just was
- 11:39Speaker 4: like I won't be un sealed. Cool. First round, I
- 11:44Speaker 4: go up against uh.
- 11:46Speaker 5: Were you still in a World's arkon though?
- 11:50Speaker 4: Huh? And it's debatable. We'll go through that. We'll go
- 11:55Speaker 4: through that, all right. But I went up against Pirate
- 12:00Speaker 4: or as Astron Is that what he's going by now?
- 12:03Speaker 4: Ye As? He ended up with ild a Misfit toys,
- 12:10Speaker 4: well of Memory nice and had a Banana's Mars pod.
- 12:18Speaker 4: I was just like, yeah, that's how that's that's how
- 12:21Speaker 4: Thursday is gonna go. H destroyed me. First round. I
- 12:25Speaker 4: don't remember who I went up against. The second round
- 12:27Speaker 4: I won that, I won the next three games to
- 12:30Speaker 4: then end up losing my my fourth game of sealed,
- 12:34Speaker 4: so I went three and two on the day. I
- 12:37Speaker 4: think this rank what was what was rank like thirty third? Yeah,
- 12:44Speaker 4: somebody was like thirty third, thirty four, thirty fifth somewhere
- 12:47Speaker 4: in there.
- 12:50Speaker 5: I think it's also really important, Lookie, for you to
- 12:53Speaker 5: be able to share Anyone who hasn't played in large
- 12:55Speaker 5: tournaments that really lost can have an impact mentally on you,
- 12:59Speaker 5: kind of feeling like tool. But it just comes down
- 13:03Speaker 5: to who you face and how does your deck match up,
- 13:05Speaker 5: and how do you play to your outs. So don't
- 13:07Speaker 5: ever give up on your deck. But some decks are
- 13:09Speaker 5: definitely better than others, and some days the opponents that
- 13:13Speaker 5: you're facing just seem to have the counter.
- 13:16Speaker 4: To the entire time. So I just want to make
- 13:20Speaker 4: this Everyone the whole time is talking about what needs
- 13:23Speaker 4: to happen to Winds of Death. But we've forgotten the
- 13:26Speaker 4: card called Island of Misfit Toys, which is absolutely busted. Right,
- 13:32Speaker 4: it's rare, fine, not even the problem card well memory right, well,
- 13:38Speaker 4: he also had a well of memory. So the two
- 13:42Speaker 4: most busted cards in the game, kick me in the teeth.
- 13:45Speaker 4: We want to change winds of Death.
- 13:49Speaker 5: You're seeing it in a Yeah, you're seeing it in
- 13:51Speaker 5: the different rarity slots. And that's why mm hmm.
- 13:55Speaker 3: That's why Switch got nerved and Team TV never needed
- 13:58Speaker 3: to because of the rarity slot.
- 14:01Speaker 4: What eth.
- 14:02Speaker 1: Yeah, both the Island and Winds of Death have the
- 14:05Speaker 1: same real problem, which is not that they're strong.
- 14:11Speaker 4: I think it's good dev strong things.
- 14:12Speaker 1: It's that they have that watch me play thing where
- 14:16Speaker 1: it's you do a whole ton of stuff and then
- 14:18Speaker 1: you do a whole more ton of stuff and you
- 14:20Speaker 1: do more stuff.
- 14:21Speaker 4: Yeah, and you're there and break. When he popped his island,
- 14:24Speaker 4: I was like, you do you go pee?
- 14:26Speaker 3: There is also that they are recurring cards in the house,
- 14:30Speaker 3: which currently has some of the most busted commons ever printed.
- 14:35Speaker 4: Mm hmmm. And if you're wondering why Sheep's all mister Roboto,
- 14:39Speaker 4: he's having internet problems. But he's here. But he's here.
- 14:42Speaker 4: That's that's all that matters, is he's here.
- 14:47Speaker 5: How did you end up going ahead and finishing good?
- 14:50Speaker 5: Sur Sheep?
- 14:53Speaker 3: So I also felt like I didn't open very good.
- 14:56Speaker 3: I chose to play art Coon Deck just one deck
- 14:59Speaker 3: as is, but it turned out pretty good. I also
- 15:04Speaker 3: ended up three two and that left me twenty seventh,
- 15:09Speaker 3: which was good enough to qualify for an Alliance Seal
- 15:13Speaker 3: or Alliance World Spot and I wanted it, but they
- 15:17Speaker 3: didn't even offer it to me. They just kind of
- 15:19Speaker 3: said you're switch and I said no, and so they
- 15:22Speaker 3: just skipped right over me when they're calling names.
- 15:26Speaker 4: But I did.
- 15:27Speaker 3: I could have played Alliance that I want, which I didn't.
- 15:30Speaker 3: But my deck was a double Winds of Death Dak
- 15:35Speaker 3: double Double Winds of Death, double Haunted House, one junk
- 15:38Speaker 3: restoration right, so real guystoids, and then an on Fath
- 15:43Speaker 3: house that featured a BROWSERK and a Sybil Waymer which
- 15:50Speaker 3: is the one that just cards card Deak and then
- 15:54Speaker 3: exhaust their creatures, which made the browser sometimes even harder
- 15:57Speaker 3: to kill.
- 15:59Speaker 4: That's real good, be nice.
- 16:01Speaker 3: Yeah, very like an eighty eight SaaS deck. I think
- 16:05Speaker 3: e Walk owns it now because I fit in somebody's bay.
- 16:10Speaker 5: Yeah, because I actually didn't have I didn't have a
- 16:12Speaker 5: brio that was like even to be able to play with.
- 16:15Speaker 5: So I'm like, yeah, I'll take this instead of shrudding.
- 16:17Speaker 3: It did have a blip bliptter Rebel, a couple of
- 16:20Speaker 3: scoop ups. Right, so I had all kinds of good
- 16:22Speaker 3: stuff and a deep probe, which made the when did
- 16:25Speaker 3: that's a little less bad because you could when did that?
- 16:29Speaker 3: They would play one house and then you just pop
- 16:32Speaker 3: the other one out of their hand with deep pro
- 16:34Speaker 3: So it was it had enough tools it did, okay.
- 16:40Speaker 5: Mister, Well, the short answer, I did not make it
- 16:49Speaker 5: in two worlds. I went to and two. Looking at
- 16:52Speaker 5: the decks, I apparently just am a poor keyboard player.
- 16:55Speaker 5: That's really the short answer. My decks were seventy nine
- 17:00Speaker 5: eight five and a Hundi. So now now let me
- 17:06Speaker 5: let me talk about this Hundi that's there, this Hundi.
- 17:12Speaker 5: I did go ahead and take one of the pods,
- 17:14Speaker 5: which is a bean stock deck. It had beanstock with
- 17:16Speaker 5: five of the different giants. That was definitely something. But
- 17:23Speaker 5: the other house double in here somewhere boo call if
- 17:30Speaker 5: need be our guys, fine haunted house, fine boiler, dark lamp,
- 17:35Speaker 5: echofly reaver and double webster. That's fine. I had gone
- 17:40Speaker 5: with the opposite one, which also they both were thirty two,
- 17:45Speaker 5: and I looked at what was here, So the opposite
- 17:47Speaker 5: house that I ended up choosing was b our Geist
- 17:49Speaker 5: Acto Charge, Triple Hallowed Festival in Here Somewhere, Poltergeistoid's returned
- 17:54Speaker 5: to Rubble, Winds of Death, Soul Tender, Grim Reaper, and Webster.
- 17:59Speaker 5: I went with the again. It was very very close,
- 18:02Speaker 5: but I'm looking at more c for sealed the return
- 18:06Speaker 5: to Rubble versus Winds.
- 18:10Speaker 3: I feel like with that list though, that the soul
- 18:13Speaker 3: Tender is a disccard. You don't have enough specters and
- 18:17Speaker 3: everybody else is playing Geystoids.
- 18:20Speaker 5: So what's interesting is in that Geistoid all three pods.
- 18:27Speaker 5: So I actually had to go with the Beanstalk because
- 18:30Speaker 5: I had no creatures, so the other two all had
- 18:35Speaker 5: no no no. But but like I honestly when I
- 18:38Speaker 5: had first looked at it, I end up taking a marspot.
- 18:41Speaker 5: It has three creatures, the Geistoid and both Geistoids. You're
- 18:44Speaker 5: looking at very very very few creatures, and so sounded good.
- 18:51Speaker 5: They were both they were both roughly the same. You
- 18:53Speaker 5: have so the one about the double Webster, you have
- 18:56Speaker 5: a lot of carryover cards that are the same, but
- 18:58Speaker 5: you have the key sheet in the in the one
- 19:00Speaker 5: that I ended up choosing, and you have a. You
- 19:03Speaker 5: have a key sheet, and you have a second large
- 19:07Speaker 5: rubble return correct. Notice that in the geistoid that was
- 19:13Speaker 5: the other one that was chosen, there is no there
- 19:17Speaker 5: is no wins of death, and there's no rubble, So
- 19:20Speaker 5: you have no seat in that deck. I understand that
- 19:23Speaker 5: good and Zeald I understand, but you do need see
- 19:27Speaker 5: of some sort to be able to wipe the board,
- 19:29Speaker 5: especially if I only am throwing out three creatures from
- 19:33Speaker 5: each of the houses. And so that was the problem
- 19:35Speaker 5: is I just don't have any creatures. The third house
- 19:38Speaker 5: that I went with, well, the third house that was
- 19:41Speaker 5: in that hundred pod. Look at this, this is a
- 19:44Speaker 5: thirty four untamed lost in the wild reclaimed good. I
- 19:47Speaker 5: like the r I like to be to bounce, regrowth,
- 19:50Speaker 5: amber storm, nep seed, double Blair, Knean Hydra boo yeah,
- 19:56Speaker 5: Grave Pigsy. And then you had loyal pack mates and
- 20:00Speaker 5: Sabrina in the medium and Jervy and Jervy's there. Jervy's
- 20:04Speaker 5: real good. But it's just I don't know. I looking
- 20:12Speaker 5: at the amber pips, looking at what's there. You have
- 20:15Speaker 5: to lean into the untamed. I took a different route.
- 20:20Speaker 5: I thought that it was going to be more Mars.
- 20:23Speaker 5: So Mars that I ended up taking was brain dart
- 20:26Speaker 5: double don't believe your eyes double scoop up ufo, doctor zick.
- 20:31Speaker 5: You have rebel, shrink, raytack, target and double jammer pack.
- 20:36Speaker 5: I thought that was the route pretty good.
- 20:39Speaker 4: Right, So you're supposed to take that the guy's story
- 20:43Speaker 4: and the untamed.
- 20:46Speaker 3: I don't know he all the bean stock Bob is beanstock.
- 20:49Speaker 5: Well, okay, so beanstock here had recklessness, smith sound, the horns,
- 20:53Speaker 5: beanstock double fiery jark, double head hunter, mournful, barn burner
- 20:57Speaker 5: orner skullface shockhurder and thunderdel.
- 21:01Speaker 3: Sounds fine to you, said blunderboar.
- 21:04Speaker 4: Right yep, I think it said blunderbar.
- 21:07Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, sounds fine to.
- 21:09Speaker 5: Be mhm mournful barn burner, not blunderbar.
- 21:15Speaker 3: Oh okay. Blunderboard has really like to play, I think,
- 21:19Speaker 3: and really fire beanstock consistently. Like you want the you
- 21:23Speaker 3: need the amber control and that's the blunderboard.
- 21:26Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 21:27Speaker 3: Well, without the blunderboard, it's you're just race and sometimes
- 21:32Speaker 3: that doesn't deliver.
- 21:34Speaker 4: Well.
- 21:35Speaker 1: I just sorted by your decks and you know this
- 21:38Speaker 1: one hundred SaaS Buddy just popped right to the top right.
- 21:41Speaker 1: So yeah, this this deck naturally has point six mber control.
- 21:47Speaker 5: Yeah, no it yeah, and that was that was it?
- 21:50Speaker 5: Like you just have nothing. So I think it's funny
- 21:54Speaker 5: to be able to see how it's rated the eighty
- 21:57Speaker 5: five for sas. Again, you need to have some amber
- 21:59Speaker 5: control if you're going to be playing sealed, I just
- 22:03Speaker 5: you need some sea, you need some amber control, you
- 22:05Speaker 5: need something put together. Well again, we can push, but
- 22:09Speaker 5: for mine. First round I played Connor from Sioux Falls
- 22:12Speaker 5: one to three to one. Honestly, bean Stock came out
- 22:15Speaker 5: and I rolled there. There's no issue. Round two, I
- 22:18Speaker 5: faced Lazarus, so shout out there, and man did I
- 22:22Speaker 5: get smoked? Lost three to one? Why early cursive disappearance
- 22:25Speaker 5: and cursed too. So those creatures that are my brabnar
- 22:31Speaker 5: all went into his archives and never came out. I
- 22:34Speaker 5: think he finished with eight of them, and we had
- 22:37Speaker 5: another four purged, which means things like jammer pack cannot
- 22:42Speaker 5: be played, or you're don't believe your eyes. You're just
- 22:46Speaker 5: you're not putting amber on your creatures because you don't
- 22:48Speaker 5: have any creatures left. So that one racked me pretty good.
- 22:52Speaker 5: Round three I faced Tonio from Italy. That was three
- 22:56Speaker 5: to one. I drew again, Beanstock went off, went well,
- 23:00Speaker 5: uh there's a wipe sixteen Amber in a turn.
- 23:03Speaker 4: It was.
- 23:03Speaker 5: It was a big, big, big, big game. And then
- 23:06Speaker 5: round four I faced our good buddy Camera and I
- 23:09Speaker 5: lost one key eleven Amber to three, so not really
- 23:13Speaker 5: in it, but spooky charge for the final key for him.
- 23:16Speaker 5: But he had a double cauldron, double mimicry, and yeah,
- 23:22Speaker 5: that was really interesting to be able to play against.
- 23:25Speaker 5: So when you're just being able to push consistently for
- 23:29Speaker 5: wiping with his creatures and to eliminate that a lot
- 23:34Speaker 5: of actions, it was a really cool, interesting deck. And
- 23:37Speaker 5: if I am correct, Camera did go ahead and make
- 23:40Speaker 5: that top play in for the LCQ, so as the
- 23:44Speaker 5: best I could do. But again, this is why I
- 23:45Speaker 5: suck at key Forge, because I had decks according to Sass,
- 23:49Speaker 5: but I couldn't put anything together or cards.
- 23:52Speaker 4: Everybody there it is yep, all right, so we all
- 24:01Speaker 4: nobody got to do anything. I got to cast.
- 24:05Speaker 5: Yeah whatever, I did cry it a little bit that
- 24:09Speaker 5: you know, I was over on the side after I
- 24:11Speaker 5: went to too And does that count did any console
- 24:15Speaker 5: you or was this just I mean it's a it's
- 24:18Speaker 5: a game, and you know, great players, good players. We
- 24:21Speaker 5: all have days where you just don't go ahead and
- 24:24Speaker 5: draw and it's the matchups. And other days you draw
- 24:27Speaker 5: hot and you get a great line. So you got
- 24:29Speaker 5: to play it with its key forge.
- 24:31Speaker 1: Yeah, so many good players from all over the world
- 24:34Speaker 1: right like this are these are some of the best
- 24:37Speaker 1: players in all the key forge in here.
- 24:39Speaker 4: It was. It was pretty awesome. It's pretty awesome.
- 24:42Speaker 5: How did the registration go for that CQ? Did you
- 24:46Speaker 5: guys think that it went well? Oh?
- 24:48Speaker 1: It was fast. We were done in like twenty minutes.
- 24:51Speaker 4: Yeah, I think so.
- 24:52Speaker 1: Like that first day when like they were like, oh,
- 24:55Speaker 1: we're going to do an hour hour, I was like,
- 24:57Speaker 1: all right, we'll see how this goes. See if they
- 24:58Speaker 1: can figure it out.
- 25:00Speaker 4: Uh.
- 25:00Speaker 1: It was like boom, people shot through that line. It
- 25:04Speaker 1: was like wow, they they figured it out. It's gonna
- 25:08Speaker 1: be great from now.
- 25:09Speaker 4: Odd ha ha.
- 25:13Speaker 3: I was like one hundred and eighteenth registered because I
- 25:18Speaker 3: don't like to wait lines. Yeah, it was quick and easy.
- 25:22Speaker 4: I was somewhere in that facility too, because I also
- 25:25Speaker 4: was like ye'ahll wait, Like I was waiting in that
- 25:29Speaker 4: line forever.
- 25:31Speaker 5: I thought, I thought Gig did a really next job,
- 25:32Speaker 5: so shut out there. I thought it was an improvement
- 25:34Speaker 5: from last year. That was great. Another improvement, boys, there
- 25:38Speaker 5: was a food truck that was brought in for us.
- 25:40Speaker 4: There was a fool. Yeah that was did anyone actually
- 25:44Speaker 4: eat at it on the show?
- 25:47Speaker 1: Well, so I wanted to, uh, but but that people
- 25:52Speaker 1: want to do other things.
- 25:53Speaker 5: So due and we and we did have the vehicle,
- 25:55Speaker 5: so we hopped in. But we looked at the lines
- 25:58Speaker 5: and it was we had flexibility.
- 26:00Speaker 1: So all right here the chat Morgan, Jonie Dexter, they
- 26:05Speaker 1: all had food.
- 26:05Speaker 4: They said it was good. Okay, So yeah, I saw
- 26:08Speaker 4: the bacon, Frian rice. I saw there was a lot there.
- 26:11Speaker 4: There was a few options. None of it stoked my interest.
- 26:15Speaker 4: I wanted fu. There was no fu. So I think
- 26:18Speaker 4: we did Mexican. I don't know how that ended up,
- 26:20Speaker 4: but it was the thing that happened. We ended up
- 26:23Speaker 4: in having grunch trap supremes. Oh yeah, it was good.
- 26:26Speaker 4: That was pretty good. I was actually shocked.
- 26:30Speaker 5: The other thing that was really weird, and it happens
- 26:33Speaker 5: honestly at all of the Volk tours and for Worlds.
- 26:38Speaker 5: We take our lunch break and it seems so early
- 26:41Speaker 5: because we're starting at ten is like registration, you're getting
- 26:45Speaker 5: going ten thirty eleven o'clock. It just feels like we're
- 26:49Speaker 5: having lunch around sitting down.
- 26:51Speaker 4: Yeah, Like yeah, two were having lunch and you're like
- 26:53Speaker 4: what what?
- 26:54Speaker 5: Yeah, like we just sat down, And I know that
- 26:56Speaker 5: for other games that won't happen. I both in joy
- 27:00Speaker 5: lunch and don't like yeah.
- 27:03Speaker 1: I think so, yes, but like you don't want to
- 27:08Speaker 1: be in your game and be like, oh my gosh,
- 27:11Speaker 1: I'm starving, right, So so I think it's better, Like
- 27:16Speaker 1: I think this was in that situation.
- 27:18Speaker 4: I mean, because like I don't know, like breakfast at
- 27:21Speaker 4: both hotels was that like well for dinner all the
- 27:24Speaker 4: way up to like you could if you really wanted
- 27:27Speaker 4: to get something at nine five before you ran too
- 27:30Speaker 4: the game center, you could.
- 27:33Speaker 1: So Friday evening, like, did you guys eat dinner? I
- 27:36Speaker 1: did not eat dinner Friday. We'll get to Friday, I believe.
- 27:39Speaker 3: So, yes, Friday. What Wember of us went to that?
- 27:46Speaker 4: We went Partillos? Yeah, yeah, we went to Portillo.
- 27:50Speaker 5: Yes, and and a couple of us went to Applebee's too.
- 27:53Speaker 5: It was a later night, but we did hit it.
- 27:55Speaker 4: Okay, that's right. I remember that night. That was the
- 27:59Speaker 4: night extra crying because he wanted to go to Denny's
- 28:02Speaker 4: and Apple Yeah, he specifically pointed out he needed to
- 28:07Speaker 4: go to Denny's. He wanted to go to Denny's. He
- 28:10Speaker 4: needed to sit down at Denny's. And like, I don't
- 28:12Speaker 4: know why, he was obsessed with Denny's. That's all he
- 28:15Speaker 4: would talk about was Denny's.
- 28:17Speaker 3: That's where you find the good ladies.
- 28:19Speaker 4: And then they went to and then instead they went
- 28:21Speaker 4: to Applebee's.
- 28:22Speaker 3: But ladies, you can afford to buy food for.
- 28:27Speaker 5: Ladies to a hotel room. Realized that that Applebee's. Applebee's
- 28:32Speaker 5: was hoppin', but it was also one of the few
- 28:35Speaker 5: restaurants that would have been opened. We rolled in, I
- 28:37Speaker 5: want to say, eleven thirty eleven forty five at night,
- 28:39Speaker 5: so it was a very late dinner. But we're like, eh,
- 28:43Speaker 5: kind of hungry, so let's grab food. So, yes, dinner,
- 28:46Speaker 5: but more like midnight snack.
- 28:49Speaker 4: All right, well, let's get back to Thursday. Nope, I
- 28:53Speaker 4: want to go. I want to keep the keynote from
- 28:56Speaker 4: well second to last, right, what we did have the
- 29:00Speaker 4: you know we're gonna go over that in a little bit.
- 29:02Speaker 4: The Vault Warrior Feast. Lucky for us, we've had one
- 29:05Speaker 4: person that got to attend the Vault Warrior Feast. S
- 29:10Speaker 4: How was the Vault Warrior Feast.
- 29:13Speaker 3: It was fine. It was at the Axles, which is
- 29:19Speaker 3: attached to the Double Tree. It was basically there was
- 29:25Speaker 3: like it's in a private room, and there were two
- 29:29Speaker 3: long tables on each SI room, each set like twenty people, right,
- 29:34Speaker 3: just straight tables, and at one table was Peterson was there,
- 29:41Speaker 3: Josh was there, and then Marcus was there, right, and
- 29:45Speaker 3: I was the last person to show up to the
- 29:48Speaker 3: dinner because I was unloading tons of stuff for Sydney.
- 29:53Speaker 3: Was the last person to show up, so I was.
- 29:55Speaker 3: All three of the GG associated people set at the
- 29:59Speaker 3: first tables, so I'm at the second table. We have
- 30:02Speaker 3: no GG employees. You get a drink ticket so you
- 30:07Speaker 3: can have one alcoholic drink or whatever drink. And then
- 30:12Speaker 3: there was like a fixed like six item dinner list, yeah,
- 30:18Speaker 3: which is okay.
- 30:20Speaker 4: Uh, you know, you.
- 30:22Speaker 3: Could order stuff separately and they would build separately if
- 30:25Speaker 3: you wanted more drinks or appetizers or whatever. So I
- 30:29Speaker 3: sat there and got to talk with Aviator random Joe
- 30:34Speaker 3: and it was fine. And then we were at the
- 30:38Speaker 3: table that wasn't full. So we then collected all of
- 30:41Speaker 3: the drink tickets they put on the table and an
- 30:44Speaker 3: extra bottle of wine drinks, so we abused it to
- 30:50Speaker 3: the maximum potential.
- 30:52Speaker 5: So this this happened before I got to go ahead
- 30:56Speaker 5: and baby situlator.
- 30:57Speaker 4: This will all make cents later on listeners. Is just
- 31:01Speaker 4: hold on.
- 31:03Speaker 3: Yeah, I was too old fashions and a couple of
- 31:06Speaker 3: pores off a bottle of line before I even left
- 31:08Speaker 3: the dinner. And the food at Actuals was fine.
- 31:12Speaker 5: We had and we had beers at you know, two sheep.
- 31:16Speaker 3: At twelve percent beers.
- 31:18Speaker 4: Yes, okay, I believe. Now Boys and Girls Thursday, I
- 31:23Speaker 4: think I started drinking at three pm, not realizing it
- 31:26Speaker 4: was three o'clock.
- 31:28Speaker 3: Yeah, so yeah, because like there's went so smooth. So
- 31:32Speaker 3: we were like done playing games at a very reasonable hour.
- 31:37Speaker 4: And you're like it should be five, right, I'll order
- 31:40Speaker 4: a beer and then you look at your and you're like,
- 31:42Speaker 4: oh it's three fifteen wait what yeah.
- 31:44Speaker 3: Yeah whatever, beer? So I mean I I just put
- 31:50Speaker 3: the dinner as fine. We did get twenty twenty four
- 31:55Speaker 3: Vault Warrior pins and they say every year you go
- 31:59Speaker 3: because Vault Warrior's Vault Warrior for life. So I mean
- 32:03Speaker 3: until I do something that they kick me out and
- 32:06Speaker 3: they have to let me keep coming.
- 32:08Speaker 5: So dinner Dinner for life.
- 32:10Speaker 3: Yep, and a pin apparently pin every time I show up. Cool,
- 32:14Speaker 3: So that's pretty cool. I like the pin. And then yeah,
- 32:18Speaker 3: so we had dinner and it was I mean, like
- 32:22Speaker 3: I said, it was fine, but it was just you're there,
- 32:25Speaker 3: You're talking to the couple of people who you happen
- 32:27Speaker 3: to be sitting near. It's it's not like there were
- 32:30Speaker 3: you know, there was a little short speech from Josh.
- 32:36Speaker 3: It was just kind of okay, I will go again
- 32:40Speaker 3: that year.
- 32:44Speaker 4: Nobody else just me like that was it? Like, yeah, Josh.
- 32:50Speaker 3: Part of that comes down to is that event is
- 32:55Speaker 3: near home, and a lot of those guys had already
- 32:58Speaker 3: spent twelve hours essentially working that day and they're all like,
- 33:02Speaker 3: I'm going out, but they didn't really want to go
- 33:05Speaker 3: to another thing, right because they're your home. So they're
- 33:08Speaker 3: going home to their families and their lives. It's not
- 33:11Speaker 3: like like, well, the other thing we got to do
- 33:13Speaker 3: is go be disappointed.
- 33:15Speaker 5: In a hotel.
- 33:16Speaker 3: So you stay out doing stuff. They have homes and
- 33:18Speaker 3: families to go to. So the GG employees, I can
- 33:20Speaker 3: see them not wanting to come to this next dinner
- 33:23Speaker 3: that it actually start close down time, maybe twenty minutes.
- 33:29Speaker 4: Alrighty, well let's get into the keynote. What one quick
- 33:33Speaker 4: thing Dras and Sydney. Sydney shopped for booze and forgot
- 33:36Speaker 4: what you shirts ye still slightly.
- 33:39Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah we don't have Yeah, we don't have enough booze.
- 33:45Speaker 1: So which was just stole sheep's keys drove off only
- 33:51Speaker 1: almost crashed like once or twice. Wasn't that big a deal?
- 33:55Speaker 5: She has breaking car for this dres Cord echu off Man.
- 34:02Speaker 5: The auto breaking is a real life saver.
- 34:06Speaker 3: It's almost crashed. It's a successful trip. I had to complaints.
- 34:11Speaker 3: So guys like, oh my gosh, somebody had to make
- 34:15Speaker 3: an evasive maneuver. We all almost died.
- 34:18Speaker 5: Was there an orange cat that went flying through the air.
- 34:22Speaker 1: No, there was just somebody making a left hand turn
- 34:24Speaker 1: in front of today. I'm like Sydney, she's used to
- 34:31Speaker 1: a car that drives itself, sodyho Uh So yeah, we
- 34:38Speaker 1: get to we get to Total Wide and I'm there
- 34:41Speaker 1: and I'm talking up the guy who's like in the
- 34:43Speaker 1: whiskey section. I'm like, oh, we whiskey's he got? Oh no,
- 34:46Speaker 1: He's like, oh, you want to sample this? You want
- 34:48Speaker 1: to sample that, right. Sydney's meanwhile, just going straight to
- 34:51Speaker 1: the bottom shelf. She's like, give me the cheapest, cheapest
- 34:53Speaker 1: stuff we could find. And I'm like, Sydney, we're buying
- 34:57Speaker 1: the good stuff. So we got this big variety of stuff.
- 35:02Speaker 1: Sydney was like going to the Irish cream section, so
- 35:07Speaker 1: I guess that's a section.
- 35:09Speaker 4: In the store because it's huge.
- 35:11Speaker 1: And she's like, should I get, you know, the caramel
- 35:16Speaker 1: Irish cream or the chocolate Irish cream? And I'm like,
- 35:21Speaker 1: she's like or both, Like I don't know if we
- 35:24Speaker 1: need both. She buys both then uh. And we had
- 35:30Speaker 1: a lot of Irish cream left over by the end
- 35:33Speaker 1: of the weekend because we.
- 35:34Speaker 5: Had like what like four bottles or something like that,
- 35:37Speaker 5: and like going.
- 35:37Speaker 4: Through on Saturday night there's four still unopened.
- 35:43Speaker 3: I was going to Costco to brain Irish cream before
- 35:46Speaker 3: the event. So I don't know why you guys told this.
- 35:48Speaker 1: Oh I know, I told Sydney as she's hold of
- 35:51Speaker 1: these bottles I'm like, she already purchased Irish cream, and
- 35:55Speaker 1: she's like, I'll just get both.
- 35:57Speaker 4: I'm like, okay.
- 36:00Speaker 1: So I was trying to figure out meanwhile with drink
- 36:02Speaker 1: to make, and then there was a quest for some
- 36:06Speaker 1: some good tequila. So picked up some good tequila, got
- 36:11Speaker 1: some rum, got a whole bunch of stuff, and UH
- 36:15Speaker 1: brought that all back. There was a whole lot, and
- 36:21Speaker 1: UH rolled on into the Scrubs Revenge party, completely forgetting
- 36:29Speaker 1: because we did.
- 36:29Speaker 4: We stopped it.
- 36:30Speaker 1: Uh, we stopped it at uh what you McCall its Walmart,
- 36:37Speaker 1: thank you, and got some stuff there for the party,
- 36:40Speaker 1: some more cups, so on and so forth, some some snacks,
- 36:44Speaker 1: and completely forgetting that for some reason, what he wanted
- 36:47Speaker 1: shirts I forgot.
- 36:49Speaker 4: I forgot my undershirts at home tomorrow. Well right, because
- 36:54Speaker 4: today is Thursday. Tomorrow is fancy pants day, right, fancy forward,
- 36:59Speaker 4: and I need white shirt to go underneath my dress
- 37:02Speaker 4: shirt m because otherwise they get that's how you get
- 37:06Speaker 4: the weird pit stains. So I'm like, hey, pick me
- 37:09Speaker 4: up a pack of white shirts. Just let me, don't
- 37:11Speaker 4: want to, no problem, I'll PayPal it over to you
- 37:14Speaker 4: or whatever. And dress is like yeah, yeah, I got you.
- 37:16Speaker 4: And then he gets back and I'm like, hey, did
- 37:18Speaker 4: you get my white shirts? He's like, oh no, no,
- 37:22Speaker 4: And then they showed then proceeds to show me pictures
- 37:24Speaker 4: of him sampling whiskeys in the middle of the liquor store. Yes,
- 37:30Speaker 4: I was been drinking already, Yes, you had. All right,
- 37:35Speaker 4: let's get into the keynote, right, lots to lots to
- 37:38Speaker 4: go over. With the keynote, we got the what we
- 37:43Speaker 4: did what we didn't do section? Right, so you know,
- 37:49Speaker 4: basically Peterson kind of pumped his chest like we ran
- 37:52Speaker 4: vault tours, we did a thing, and then got the
- 37:56Speaker 4: well we didn't do local op yeah, standard standard. Well
- 38:01Speaker 4: it was funny business. We had this thing we were
- 38:05Speaker 4: going to do and we didn't deliver. We went three
- 38:07Speaker 4: hundred and sixty five days and didn't deliver any of it,
- 38:11Speaker 4: which there was supposed to be what was a double
- 38:14Speaker 4: or op packs.
- 38:16Speaker 5: Yeah, so with this, before you even get to ope packs,
- 38:20Speaker 5: I think some of the wording in this was great.
- 38:21Speaker 5: So my favorite retailer, key fordge Homebase, I honestly think
- 38:24Speaker 5: they did a really nice job with that. But under
- 38:26Speaker 5: that screen said ambitious program. The sport tabletop game retailers
- 38:31Speaker 5: who enabled key Forge community play. Uh, but there were
- 38:34Speaker 5: one hundred retailers who participate in the first campaign, so
- 38:37Speaker 5: congratulations to all of those home bases. One hundred retailers. Again,
- 38:42Speaker 5: that was a number that they were shooting for, so
- 38:44Speaker 5: it's great to be able to see. But they did
- 38:47Speaker 5: receive special offers and exclusive early release merchandise, including more
- 38:53Speaker 5: mass Mutations, and with that, they actually announced that they're
- 38:56Speaker 5: going to be able to get more. You're going to
- 39:00Speaker 5: your store is going to be able to order more
- 39:02Speaker 5: of those more mass mutation boxes.
- 39:06Speaker 1: So yeah, it is your store going to order more.
- 39:11Speaker 4: No, probably not.
- 39:12Speaker 5: Well, as you heard ewok go ahead and say, I
- 39:19Speaker 5: did not really hold back, but there needs to be
- 39:21Speaker 5: more gigantic creatures, so I really pushed. I also talked
- 39:27Speaker 5: to CTP afterwards and his response was one thousand percent
- 39:32Speaker 5: to throw Michael Hurley under the bus. He's like, oh,
- 39:34Speaker 5: that's not me, but Michael Hurley's deciding on their rarity
- 39:38Speaker 5: because I went ahead and told him, h like for
- 39:41Speaker 5: more mass Mutations. There's a thirty card pool that is
- 39:43Speaker 5: essentially new. We're saying we're seeing a lot of the
- 39:45Speaker 5: same decks that just they have the same old cards.
- 39:49Speaker 5: So with these new gigantic creatures, put them at one
- 39:52Speaker 5: out of every two, not one out of a box
- 39:55Speaker 5: of twelve, and I said we could even go up
- 39:59Speaker 5: to one out of one. I don't think that that's
- 40:01Speaker 5: going to go ahead and correct because I don't think
- 40:04Speaker 5: that it's going to break anything. It's not going to
- 40:06Speaker 5: be highly competitive, but it would be a heck of
- 40:08Speaker 5: a lot more fun. It would be new cards that
- 40:10Speaker 5: we're looking at, and instead it's I'm sorry, but more.
- 40:15Speaker 5: Mass mutation has kind of been a bit of a bummer,
- 40:17Speaker 5: but the retailers are all excited. So this is where
- 40:20Speaker 5: it's a little bit and we want to want to
- 40:22Speaker 5: do a PSA for all the stores out there. Yes,
- 40:26Speaker 5: these MMM boxes sold out right away, so from a retailer,
- 40:30Speaker 5: you're like, we want more. Why is that dangerous? Because
- 40:34Speaker 5: if that distribution is not right and we're not going
- 40:38Speaker 5: ahead and having people who are excited by it, which
- 40:41Speaker 5: I haven't seen online or from our own store. From
- 40:43Speaker 5: anyone that I've been hearing, it's decent, it's fun, but
- 40:47Speaker 5: it's not something we're going and seeking. I think that stores,
- 40:52Speaker 5: if you go ahead on the second round you're going
- 40:54Speaker 5: to buy multiple boxes, I think you're going to be
- 40:57Speaker 5: stuck with them. I think it's going to be harder to.
- 40:59Speaker 4: Move all the AOA effects. First time came out really well,
- 41:03Speaker 4: second time not so much.
- 41:05Speaker 5: Yep, yeah, I I'd be careful.
- 41:11Speaker 1: So we yeah, I don't know. We we we haven't
- 41:14Speaker 1: been that excited because we really haven't opened much of anything.
- 41:18Speaker 4: I think the.
- 41:19Speaker 1: Shadows, uh, one of the Shadows gigantic, well that's a
- 41:26Speaker 1: good one at least, but and one of the Star
- 41:31Speaker 1: Alliance ones.
- 41:32Speaker 4: That's it. I don't think we've opened any gigantics at
- 41:34Speaker 4: our life. We haven't, Okay, I don't think so.
- 41:37Speaker 5: And so that's where it's just, it's it's just it's
- 41:40Speaker 5: depressing when you're over a box and you just haven't
- 41:43Speaker 5: seen a gigantic creature. That's all we really care about.
- 41:47Speaker 4: Yep, yep.
- 41:48Speaker 1: And so we actually so this weekend, we are actually
- 41:51Speaker 1: running our MM event. So we're running a buy to
- 41:58Speaker 1: pick one sealed tournament this weekend. Okay, so I'm hoping
- 42:05Speaker 1: we'll see a few more opened, but uh, we'll see
- 42:10Speaker 1: I it you know, hasn't quite yet got the number
- 42:14Speaker 1: of sign ups as we got for like the Ember
- 42:16Speaker 1: Skies pre release and whatnot. So well, well, we'll see,
- 42:19Speaker 1: we'll see how many people come out.
- 42:21Speaker 5: Well dress, do you want some MM or some will boxes?
- 42:24Speaker 5: I have really good price going right now.
- 42:27Speaker 1: I have so many MM like that I opened.
- 42:32Speaker 5: This is for anyone else out there, and that is
- 42:35Speaker 5: But I don't know that was the first bits. I
- 42:39Speaker 5: think that Gigi did a nice job at being able
- 42:42Speaker 5: to list their misses of the year. They were very
- 42:44Speaker 5: transparent about that. Problem is okay, you saw that you missed,
- 42:49Speaker 5: but what are we doing your plan for dot dot
- 42:52Speaker 5: dot that that wasn't really there?
- 42:55Speaker 4: Cricket noise here?
- 42:56Speaker 5: Yeah, but missus of the of last year to get
- 43:00Speaker 5: the play style tournament software ready for public use with
- 43:04Speaker 5: a company event manager in retail tools.
- 43:07Speaker 1: Because they're trying to do a million things in it
- 43:09Speaker 1: and none of it works right. Like you got to focus,
- 43:14Speaker 1: get get the primary thing done right. Just make tournament
- 43:17Speaker 1: software that works right. Doesn't really really work yet.
- 43:22Speaker 4: Have we yet participated in a tournament where there wasn't
- 43:25Speaker 4: a goof Nope, yeah, and then your home base had
- 43:30Speaker 4: a goof day two?
- 43:31Speaker 3: Now all.
- 43:35Speaker 1: The uh, all those other things are exciting. I don't know,
- 43:39Speaker 1: they need to be coupled to that same piece of
- 43:41Speaker 1: software though, oh no.
- 43:42Speaker 4: They do, they don't, but they do.
- 43:46Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 43:47Speaker 4: Yeah, So this is just this is a typical, it's
- 43:52Speaker 4: funny kind of watching this. It's like you kind of realize,
- 43:55Speaker 4: like if you did FFG things in the past and
- 43:57Speaker 4: you saw how FFG did things and how you're like, oh,
- 44:01Speaker 4: this fucker's fault, right, you're realizing the trend.
- 44:05Speaker 5: Thank you for your donation.
- 44:07Speaker 4: Yeah, I think you have the jar still, so I do.
- 44:09Speaker 4: Luke donated five dollars for me and all y'all used it.
- 44:13Speaker 5: So so you just feel entitled to how it's just
- 44:17Speaker 5: kill you.
- 44:17Speaker 4: No, I kind of do. Yeah. No, I mean first
- 44:22Speaker 4: and I was like, all right, I get a budget.
- 44:26Speaker 5: So I think the short answer is that if usgg's
- 44:30Speaker 5: staff cannot run a tournament without having software issues, how
- 44:35Speaker 5: are we going to go ahead and open it up
- 44:37Speaker 5: to the general user. This is your you know, local,
- 44:40Speaker 5: your friendly local games store. To be able to feel
- 44:42Speaker 5: comfortable and confident to use it without issues.
- 44:45Speaker 1: I can't call up to have them do a data effect,
- 44:48Speaker 1: so restart the server, right.
- 44:50Speaker 4: So.
- 44:52Speaker 5: And unfortunately, I mean our local store, We're just going
- 44:56Speaker 5: ahead and using Dexic key fords the tournament's betting. That's there.
- 44:59Speaker 5: It works perf fine. There's the other there's other software.
- 45:02Speaker 5: We're not using it to l o at our locals.
- 45:05Speaker 5: It's inappropriate. So I just I don't know. It seems
- 45:10Speaker 5: to be kind of a really really sore topic. But
- 45:13Speaker 5: the other one was interesting, didn't make and it hasn't
- 45:17Speaker 5: quotes weekly op end quotes packs available, So that was
- 45:23Speaker 5: the big question, what what what's included in the past?
- 45:25Speaker 4: What are they there?
- 45:29Speaker 5: That was, Yeah, that was talked about supposedly for our
- 45:35Speaker 5: meet the ghosts, which we'll talk about later.
- 45:37Speaker 4: But we did not stay for.
- 45:39Speaker 5: But you know, and then the last one, yeah, and
- 45:43Speaker 5: did they talk about it?
- 45:45Speaker 1: Uh, they avoided the words four to six weeks.
- 45:50Speaker 5: You've had a bout to Josh.
- 45:54Speaker 4: To six weeks. Should have made a sign just for
- 45:57Speaker 4: like four to six weeks. Remember the old school wrestling
- 46:02Speaker 4: signs like we should do this galaxy four to six weeks.
- 46:08Speaker 5: So no, no, no, we need this sign that is
- 46:10Speaker 5: bring Mars back. That's what your sign should event for
- 46:13Speaker 5: like four to six weeks, four to six key fourd.
- 46:16Speaker 4: Weeks key four weeks, which means February ish maybe we'll
- 46:22Speaker 4: find out.
- 46:23Speaker 5: So no, I mean it's exciting that they had something
- 46:26Speaker 5: planned for OPI packs. I think that the storyline event,
- 46:29Speaker 5: which we'll talk about in a little bit, was a
- 46:31Speaker 5: lot of fun. It really did draw people in. It
- 46:33Speaker 5: added to our local scene, which I'm so so excited
- 46:37Speaker 5: to see both of our players. To hear how many
- 46:41Speaker 5: people got into that op event was a really neat experience.
- 46:46Speaker 5: But I do think that it was missed and is
- 46:48Speaker 5: something that has to be improved. Like here's jan one
- 46:52Speaker 5: ready to go, here's your prize kits, here's your OP packs.
- 46:57Speaker 5: There's so many things that could be done, but we
- 46:59Speaker 5: don't know what it is.
- 47:00Speaker 4: So speaking of things that got people into it, we
- 47:04Speaker 4: did go through the Elders Versus Rebels results. There was
- 47:09Speaker 4: a big thing I think for a lot of people
- 47:10Speaker 4: that brought people back into the community. I know it
- 47:14Speaker 4: did for us. We had we had a couple of
- 47:16Speaker 4: locals kind of pop back in, or a couple of
- 47:18Speaker 4: people we didn't know played keyboards all of a sudden
- 47:20Speaker 4: like we're for the Mars event and going through it.
- 47:25Speaker 4: Elders winning six ninety four to six forty.
- 47:28Speaker 5: Two Elders, which is pretty close.
- 47:32Speaker 4: I don't know how did was it to Papa's Like
- 47:36Speaker 4: he was tracking it as well, he had it much closer.
- 47:40Speaker 3: They had the rebels pulling it out.
- 47:43Speaker 4: If you have the rebels pulling it out, did he Well,
- 47:48Speaker 4: I'm not.
- 47:48Speaker 5: Sure we're back in.
- 47:51Speaker 4: We're gonna walk bout on it.
- 47:54Speaker 5: But the other item that was there for Missus last
- 47:57Speaker 5: year is uh fell short and launched new player recruitment programs.
- 48:05Speaker 4: Yeah, whatever that is? Well, I mean that's.
- 48:08Speaker 5: Actually yeah, can I think it's Discovery, But I'm curious
- 48:12Speaker 5: if there's more, Like we have to be able to
- 48:14Speaker 5: ow the store finder.
- 48:16Speaker 4: That's store part.
- 48:17Speaker 5: Yeah, but store Finder a set that's friendly for people
- 48:21Speaker 5: coming in. We we have had people joining the game,
- 48:25Speaker 5: but it would be nice to have a way to
- 48:28Speaker 5: locate stores and to be able to teach people some
- 48:30Speaker 5: of the main mechanics.
- 48:33Speaker 4: Yeah, what do I I.
- 48:35Speaker 1: Do think Discovery has a potential to be interesting. Uh,
- 48:40Speaker 1: I mean not for It's not like we're going to
- 48:41Speaker 1: buy cases of them here, but you know, I'll encourage
- 48:47Speaker 1: the store to get a few and I'll I'll see
- 48:49Speaker 1: if we can get some folks to uh, you know,
- 48:52Speaker 1: newer players to try it out, right, we can get
- 48:57Speaker 1: in a back.
- 48:58Speaker 4: Yeah, well that's true.
- 49:00Speaker 1: I just assume it's going to be like Thefolgator territory
- 49:04Speaker 1: and so zeroufflegators.
- 49:09Speaker 3: Like Urchin's gonna be the best car in the set.
- 49:12Speaker 4: Yeah, but Urchin's good, Yes, but like which he is
- 49:19Speaker 4: the best? Yes, it's not it's not good, gott. We
- 49:25Speaker 4: finally got information about deck cloning. This came out, We
- 49:33Speaker 4: got the rules to deck cloning. So at the event,
- 49:36Speaker 4: which I have a sneaking suspicion, is what crashed uh
- 49:42Speaker 4: play style on Saturday. Now you can say no, but
- 49:46Speaker 4: I'm sure it had something to do with it. In
- 49:48Speaker 4: the background, that's all the Master Bault. It's the Master Vault.
- 49:52Speaker 4: They they had launched the ability to buy clones of
- 49:56Speaker 4: your deck, like at the event. As the event people
- 50:01Speaker 4: are like David, they were like, this is a clone
- 50:04Speaker 4: of his deck. While it was being talked to people
- 50:07Speaker 4: about it.
- 50:07Speaker 1: And I refreshed. I refreshed my my Master Vault. It
- 50:11Speaker 1: was there like that was that was a pretty I
- 50:14Speaker 1: like it. That was a cool move. I uh uh,
- 50:18Speaker 1: you know, round the applause for for for that move.
- 50:21Speaker 4: Pretty pretty cool. Now you can feel free to shred
- 50:23Speaker 4: your decks freely. Yeah, because you can rip them up
- 50:27Speaker 4: and buy new ones, yep, for a hell of a
- 50:33Speaker 4: lot cheaper than I thought it was going to be.
- 50:35Speaker 1: I thought it might be more.
- 50:36Speaker 4: I thought that was going to be like forty to
- 50:39Speaker 4: fifty bucks for a custom print. Yeah, right, that's not bad.
- 50:43Speaker 4: All the backs will be the same, which whatever. You
- 50:47Speaker 4: don't see the backs anyways, that they could be blank,
- 50:49Speaker 4: and I don't think anybody would honestly care. It's a
- 50:53Speaker 4: new teal color, which is interesting. Yeah, I mean it's
- 50:56Speaker 4: it's again. It's fine, looks kind of it actually looks
- 50:59Speaker 4: kind of cool. So some of the rules, so only
- 51:04Speaker 4: the one I remember and the big one that kind
- 51:07Speaker 4: of grounded my gears, and I understand the reasoning to
- 51:11Speaker 4: a certain degree. Only the owner of the deck will
- 51:16Speaker 4: be allowed to play with the clone of the deck
- 51:23Speaker 4: in a major tournament. In a major tournament, which kind
- 51:27Speaker 4: of got me irritated, well because it kind of defeats like, Okay,
- 51:32Speaker 4: so sheep doesn't really want to give me fraud because
- 51:35Speaker 4: he knows I like to lick my cards, right, so
- 51:38Speaker 4: he doesn't really want to give me fraud, but you know,
- 51:41Speaker 4: he can give me the clone of the deck, so
- 51:43Speaker 4: I'm able to play with it at no no real
- 51:47Speaker 4: danger to the actual deck itself. I mean, fraud is
- 51:51Speaker 4: delicious when you just add some cooler ranch dusting. Yea, yeah,
- 51:58Speaker 4: he should.
- 51:59Speaker 3: I've been putting antras on it every time.
- 52:01Speaker 4: I yeh. He AirTags each sleeve so we can fadul later.
- 52:08Speaker 4: So that was kind of like, oh, like because we
- 52:10Speaker 4: had kind of had this idea of like, oh, well,
- 52:12Speaker 4: we'll just be able to hand the hand the the
- 52:15Speaker 4: clone or you know, the reprint off to somebody they can,
- 52:18Speaker 4: you know, and as long as we're friends in the
- 52:20Speaker 4: Master Vault, like it shouldn't matter. And I, you know,
- 52:25Speaker 4: I kind of talked to Jeremy a little bit on it.
- 52:27Speaker 4: I said this, I didn't really like this. I thought
- 52:29Speaker 4: this was stupid. Their fear is that people are then
- 52:32Speaker 4: going to sell the decks and it would be in
- 52:35Speaker 4: multiple events and multiple locations at the same time, which
- 52:39Speaker 4: I don't think we've ever had two vault tours running
- 52:41Speaker 4: at the same time ever. Yes, it happened once, but no,
- 52:47Speaker 4: we've had it multiple times. Yeah.
- 52:49Speaker 3: Yeah, there's international and there was and there was nationals,
- 52:55Speaker 3: and we're in a vault. We're going on at the
- 52:58Speaker 3: same time.
- 53:01Speaker 4: This has happened.
- 53:03Speaker 6: I am imagining that they want to start slow, right,
- 53:10Speaker 6: like worry about is there just gonna be a million frauds,
- 53:14Speaker 6: a million band dolls around and let's just see how
- 53:17Speaker 6: we could do this like slow to start.
- 53:21Speaker 3: I mean it still don't see how it's a problem.
- 53:26Speaker 3: I mean, as long as you're borrowing your deck to
- 53:28Speaker 3: people you trust, registrations happen at different times. So as
- 53:32Speaker 3: soon as like I register at us vault A with
- 53:37Speaker 3: my deck and then two hours later I transfer ownership
- 53:43Speaker 3: over to random Italian that I know, and they register
- 53:49Speaker 3: the clone in Italy, and I still have the original
- 53:53Speaker 3: copy of Frauds. So even if they're being winkers and
- 53:55Speaker 3: don't want to give it back, I just have to
- 53:57Speaker 3: go through the hassle process. But yeah, yeah, I already
- 54:04Speaker 3: think I could cheat the system. Well, we'll see if
- 54:06Speaker 3: they act.
- 54:07Speaker 4: I don't think you're going to be able to transfer
- 54:09Speaker 4: ownership mid playing, but I guess we don't really know.
- 54:12Speaker 4: Why do you think they built the check in?
- 54:16Speaker 3: I don't get highly unlikely outside of the ping when
- 54:20Speaker 3: you register the deck from play Style, I don't play
- 54:25Speaker 3: Style ever communicates with the master Vault again until the.
- 54:28Speaker 1: End, except to figure out if it needs the crash
- 54:33Speaker 1: in this round or not.
- 54:35Speaker 3: Wow, it doesn't need to talk to the master vault
- 54:37Speaker 3: for that. It just does it's time to crash. I
- 54:41Speaker 3: think they have like a like a forty seven minute
- 54:44Speaker 3: timer or for or fifty two clicks or something ever.
- 54:49Speaker 3: One hundred and fifty two clicks, it just crashes.
- 54:51Speaker 4: Yeah, okay, but that was that was the only ruling
- 54:58Speaker 4: I really remember, is that's just the is going to
- 55:00Speaker 4: be able to play with the with the copy of
- 55:04Speaker 4: the deck to anybody else, remember any rules of real significance, something.
- 55:10Speaker 3: About no matter how many icons accolades, which you'll only
- 55:16Speaker 3: be able to talk, three of them you have on
- 55:18Speaker 3: the dock.
- 55:19Speaker 4: All right, So what are these accolades you speak of?
- 55:23Speaker 4: So one of the other things they announced is that
- 55:25Speaker 4: you will be able to put accolades on the decks
- 55:30Speaker 4: that you are playing. We saw some of them twenty
- 55:33Speaker 4: twenty three contender if you were in world last year,
- 55:37Speaker 4: twenty twenty four, I got a contender this year. And
- 55:41Speaker 4: if you if you want a vault, it gets an
- 55:43Speaker 4: accolade for that. So finally we're seeing like some of
- 55:46Speaker 4: the accolades of the decks being able to pop up.
- 55:49Speaker 4: It only will go back as far as GG has
- 55:52Speaker 4: owned the game. But you get a cool little stamp
- 55:55Speaker 4: on your deck now that I'm going to guess, goes
- 55:58Speaker 4: on the back, goes right over the art, goes over
- 56:02Speaker 4: the arts. Okay, right over the arts. So then you
- 56:06Speaker 4: get to flash. How cool you get to flash your
- 56:09Speaker 4: bouginess in front of all your friends?
- 56:12Speaker 3: Copies?
- 56:12Speaker 4: Have you ordered thus far?
- 56:15Speaker 3: I want a copy? Why would I ever order one?
- 56:18Speaker 4: Ooh okay, you don't want your accolades on your deck.
- 56:22Speaker 3: I'm sure I'll come with accolades when they print it.
- 56:24Speaker 4: Oh wait, you want a copy?
- 56:27Speaker 5: Yeah? When you win a vault, yeah you get everything. No,
- 56:30Speaker 5: just stop, when you win a vault, you get everything.
- 56:33Speaker 5: If you take seconds, you're just gonna go ahead and
- 56:36Speaker 5: grab your angels.
- 56:37Speaker 3: And then bender about winning a vault? Is it's rubbing
- 56:41Speaker 3: it in on e wok?
- 56:42Speaker 4: Yeah that is by far the best.
- 56:45Speaker 5: Because guess what you get to have dinner every year
- 56:49Speaker 5: you winning a vault?
- 56:50Speaker 3: Drass car?
- 56:51Speaker 1: Well, I so well, I was supposed to but then
- 56:55Speaker 1: I didn't. Uh so right, I was supposed to get
- 56:57Speaker 1: a trip with thin COVID the but no I got
- 57:00Speaker 1: for you got when I got second place this year,
- 57:05Speaker 1: they just handed me a jar of Ewok's tears from there.
- 57:10Speaker 1: It is there, man, Yeah, it was pretty full.
- 57:15Speaker 4: You can win a tier jar of v Walks tears
- 57:18Speaker 4: for a vault I'm gonna.
- 57:19Speaker 1: Try harder well for coming in second, for coming in second.
- 57:22Speaker 4: Yeah, that's what happens the episode.
- 57:24Speaker 3: So I'd have to go back and find the original
- 57:28Speaker 3: vault wear thing. But it definitely indicated to me on
- 57:32Speaker 3: the Vault were thing that it would be something more
- 57:34Speaker 3: interesting in the print than just a clone. If I
- 57:37Speaker 3: just get the generic twenty five dollars clone copy. Now
- 57:40Speaker 3: I'll be a little I mean yeah, I'll be I'll
- 57:43Speaker 3: be a little disappointed. I'm full of myself here. I
- 57:45Speaker 3: want more guys or for me nothing for you walk
- 57:49Speaker 3: exactly how life should.
- 57:50Speaker 5: Be speaking of I will say that after talking with
- 57:55Speaker 5: the gg's staff and with players, there was a request
- 57:59Speaker 5: to be able to put eight into these accolades, and
- 58:05Speaker 5: it was something that was at least talked about as hey,
- 58:07Speaker 5: a good idea. Now, depending on who has to do
- 58:10Speaker 5: the work for that, one person's like, yes, let's totally
- 58:13Speaker 5: go ahead. To do this, and the others like I
- 58:15Speaker 5: got to do that work.
- 58:16Speaker 4: That does a good idea images.
- 58:18Speaker 5: I was like, well, dude, yeah, I mean it should
- 58:21Speaker 5: be the name and you know, top four, top eight,
- 58:25Speaker 5: But I like the idea that immediately there was an
- 58:28Speaker 5: option for it to be able to be added. And
- 58:31Speaker 5: if you have more like fraud, you would just select
- 58:34Speaker 5: your favorites and again you're still restricted to the.
- 58:38Speaker 3: Convinced they have great data to work from. I don't
- 58:44Speaker 3: think the place style stoff run non gg auto reports
- 58:50Speaker 3: back right now.
- 58:52Speaker 5: There is something called Arkan or Kana and they've done
- 58:55Speaker 5: it wonderful jobs here.
- 58:56Speaker 3: It doesn't even have the twenty twenty four Vault season
- 58:58Speaker 3: on it.
- 58:59Speaker 5: We all so go ahead and have bad Penny Press,
- 59:02Speaker 5: who's been going ahead and recording quite a bit of
- 59:04Speaker 5: information all third party.
- 59:06Speaker 4: Yeah, say again, and you're you're talking all third party
- 59:08Speaker 4: stuff which is meaningless because GD doesn't have it. Would
- 59:13Speaker 4: like I.
- 59:14Speaker 3: Would like to see the Accolade match the pins and
- 59:18Speaker 3: the play match you now get right, runner up is
- 59:21Speaker 3: different than than third and fourth, which is different than
- 59:25Speaker 3: fifth through eight.
- 59:27Speaker 4: I would like to see the biggest asshole Accolade added,
- 59:30Speaker 4: And how can I get that on most of my decks.
- 59:34Speaker 5: They should let us put team Accolades, right.
- 59:39Speaker 4: I did want to leave a double Heart of the
- 59:40Speaker 4: Forest deck this week to slap more AC on things. Yeah,
- 59:45Speaker 4: we already pay enough money to slap AC on things.
- 59:48Speaker 4: All right, it's been an hour, so we got to
- 59:50Speaker 4: get moving. Anything else from the keynote that was of note.
- 59:58Speaker 4: That's really the only thing I can remember. Accolades are here,
- 1:00:02Speaker 4: and it was nice to be able to be like
- 1:00:03Speaker 4: and you can do it right now?
- 1:00:06Speaker 3: Yes, that is something with cloning. You cannot clone.
- 1:00:10Speaker 5: A DT deck yep. Oh yeah, yeah, even cloning doesn't
- 1:00:15Speaker 5: like DT.
- 1:00:16Speaker 4: So apparently some data.
- 1:00:20Speaker 3: Yeah it was when DT came out, because you remember
- 1:00:24Speaker 3: when DT came out. It was a long time between
- 1:00:26Speaker 3: DT releasing and DT scamming.
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: Mm hmm. So one thing that's interesting they mentioned this.
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: I know I'm jigging ahead, but they did actually state
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: this at the Meet the Ghosts. They actually said that
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: they are still missing some of the high res versions
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: of some of the art from DT, like they don't
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: have them, which I thought was interesting, Like and they
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: they've tried to recover them but can't get them.
- 1:00:53Speaker 4: That's okay. It kind of sucks. I don't know because
- 1:00:56Speaker 4: obviously the two big, big bad scaries. I don't know
- 1:01:01Speaker 4: who won Alliance, but was a DT deck. It's only
- 1:01:06Speaker 4: ever done one thing in its life, and now it
- 1:01:08Speaker 4: can't it can't get copied frog legs. Yeah, yeah, what
- 1:01:14Speaker 4: a shame. All right, moving on to the Scrubs revenge party,
- 1:01:18Speaker 4: hold your.
- 1:01:19Speaker 5: Versus Me in all right, So other things that you
- 1:01:21Speaker 5: had said, Yes, ninth set Keyboard's releases two hundred new
- 1:01:25Speaker 5: cards for Prophetic Visions. But basically it is game found again. Boom,
- 1:01:30Speaker 5: that'll launch, it'll.
- 1:01:33Speaker 4: It's fine, it's what they have to do.
- 1:01:35Speaker 5: It's game, It's what they have to do. But that
- 1:01:38Speaker 5: is coming November twenty first, twenty twenty four. It will
- 1:01:41Speaker 5: actually release in the spring of twenty five.
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: They have.
- 1:01:48Speaker 5: Discovery that's coming.
- 1:01:50Speaker 4: We know that basically we didn't already know.
- 1:01:55Speaker 5: No, but they refuse to tell us what was actually
- 1:01:57Speaker 5: coming in again. No, they were used to tell us
- 1:02:00Speaker 5: what was actually coming in the fall, and that's they
- 1:02:02Speaker 5: had previously told here's your here's your January Spring, and
- 1:02:06Speaker 5: then like Fall, they would not tell us what the
- 1:02:09Speaker 5: set is after Prophetic Visions.
- 1:02:10Speaker 4: They did the same thing last year.
- 1:02:13Speaker 5: No, they teased it, well.
- 1:02:15Speaker 3: It will be interesting. If they don't have the previews
- 1:02:19Speaker 3: and the prophetic.
- 1:02:20Speaker 4: Vision, I'll say it's probably gonna come into proanetic vision
- 1:02:23Speaker 4: Game Found, like that's where you're going to get your information.
- 1:02:28Speaker 5: They did, we'll see.
- 1:02:31Speaker 4: Well, because last year all we found out was what
- 1:02:34Speaker 4: was on Game Found, and because like Ember Sky is
- 1:02:36Speaker 4: pretty much is a fresh release, right because it just
- 1:02:39Speaker 4: came out and then you know, you got you have
- 1:02:42Speaker 4: three other sets basically that released or two other sets
- 1:02:46Speaker 4: that released with it, So it will yeah, it'll be
- 1:02:50Speaker 4: hopefully it'll be fine, all right.
- 1:02:53Speaker 5: They also they also told us your Organized Play, your
- 1:02:57Speaker 5: o P schedule that was very slim down from what
- 1:03:00Speaker 5: we had seen two years ago. But jan twenty first
- 1:03:02Speaker 5: you got Discovery Store Champs are February to March of
- 1:03:06Speaker 5: twenty five. You have April to September is your Vault
- 1:03:10Speaker 5: Tour season, August is your summer events, and then Nationals.
- 1:03:13Speaker 4: Gave us zero dates. It's the same. It's literally copying
- 1:03:16Speaker 4: of no from last year.
- 1:03:18Speaker 5: But that's it's months and they actually slimmed it back,
- 1:03:21Speaker 5: which I think is going to be really really important.
- 1:03:24Speaker 4: Yeah, but do you think that a move zero dates,
- 1:03:27Speaker 4: like we don't.
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: Know the class move would have been to tell us
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: the date for the first one in April.
- 1:03:33Speaker 4: That would have been did that last year? They would
- 1:03:36Speaker 4: have to have it planned right now.
- 1:03:38Speaker 5: Yeah, but there was also again this we don't have an.
- 1:03:41Speaker 3: Actually trying to land all their stupid internationals this time
- 1:03:45Speaker 3: too as seat of internationals being like, oh hey, international
- 1:03:48Speaker 3: vaults too next week, come on guys.
- 1:03:51Speaker 5: Well and that was that was part of the big complaint.
- 1:03:53Speaker 5: I will say that, uh, I did overhear that France
- 1:03:57Speaker 5: should have a vault that is coming. So that is
- 1:03:59Speaker 5: super exciting for this year. Not from any of our
- 1:04:01Speaker 5: GG staff, but we have some wonderful individuals who are
- 1:04:04Speaker 5: working internationally to be able to bring the game into
- 1:04:07Speaker 5: those different regions. So that's exciting. I know, Sheep, you'd
- 1:04:11Speaker 5: gone to Spain, but maybe maybe we need to go
- 1:04:14Speaker 5: ahead and visit some of our European friends. Really cool,
- 1:04:18Speaker 5: cool experience.
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: So yeah, I had breakfast with some French players on.
- 1:04:24Speaker 4: Either Saturday or Sunday. They were they were they were
- 1:04:27Speaker 4: good people. It was fun to chat with them. I
- 1:04:29Speaker 4: talked to a lot of international people at the vault
- 1:04:32Speaker 4: in Minnesota. That's basically Canada today.
- 1:04:36Speaker 5: Yeah, but what they did go ahead and tell us
- 1:04:39Speaker 5: is that April will not be April will not be housing.
- 1:04:43Speaker 5: It will not be the vaults will not be in
- 1:04:46Speaker 5: Roseville in April that they were housing, which is again
- 1:04:49Speaker 5: important to know it's coming right away.
- 1:04:52Speaker 4: My guests is they're probably gonna move nationals back to
- 1:04:55Speaker 4: the Games enter.
- 1:04:57Speaker 5: Well, that's what we were we've been pushing for.
- 1:04:59Speaker 3: The is that nationals and vaults, Like, if the place
- 1:05:04Speaker 3: has a vault, it may not have a national corrupt
- 1:05:08Speaker 3: I've heard some rumors to this effect.
- 1:05:11Speaker 4: Wait to say that.
- 1:05:11Speaker 3: There may be no There may be no US national
- 1:05:14Speaker 3: next year.
- 1:05:18Speaker 4: So if a place has a vault, it will not
- 1:05:20Speaker 4: have a national may not.
- 1:05:22Speaker 3: We don't. We don't know what the national plan is yet.
- 1:05:24Speaker 5: Yeah, they're they're kind of messing around with that. And
- 1:05:26Speaker 5: they also talked about.
- 1:05:30Speaker 3: Not US nationals again yep, probably just run while the
- 1:05:35Speaker 3: vault We'll be fine.
- 1:05:38Speaker 5: Localization was still there, so they had a couple more
- 1:05:41Speaker 5: areas that have localized for decks, but that will come
- 1:05:44Speaker 5: with deck clones. So if you have a foreign language deck,
- 1:05:47Speaker 5: it will be localized.
- 1:05:48Speaker 4: You get it in your your language of English.
- 1:05:52Speaker 5: Yep.
- 1:05:52Speaker 4: Yeah, So all the vietnameames decks that one you can
- 1:05:56Speaker 4: now get them in English. Yay, all right, are we
- 1:06:00Speaker 4: ready for scrubs revenge?
- 1:06:02Speaker 5: Let's do it all right?
- 1:06:04Speaker 4: Revenge party was held in the Double Tree along going
- 1:06:10Speaker 4: alongside the a Vault Master's Dinner. Screw you guys, we
- 1:06:18Speaker 4: had uh liquor and copious amounts of it. I really
- 1:06:23Speaker 4: know what to say.
- 1:06:25Speaker 5: You stand corrected. Some people had liquor in copious amounts
- 1:06:29Speaker 5: and some of us did not.
- 1:06:31Speaker 3: We're laying I had.
- 1:06:34Speaker 4: So when you showed up.
- 1:06:37Speaker 3: Four bottles of the Lort before I got there at
- 1:06:40Speaker 3: like nine yep, yep, you guys, four bottles of the Lord.
- 1:06:46Speaker 4: We will talk about it here in a second. So
- 1:06:48Speaker 4: when you got there, you got Yourselfish said, well, if
- 1:06:51Speaker 4: you were one of the first I believe seventy two people,
- 1:06:54Speaker 4: you got the h f FS and Arkins corner shotglasses
- 1:06:58Speaker 4: plus a random shock class of your not of your choice,
- 1:07:01Speaker 4: but at random, which was either it was one of
- 1:07:05Speaker 4: many things. It could be. It could have been a team,
- 1:07:08Speaker 4: could have been a local community, could have been another
- 1:07:11Speaker 4: podcast show. It was completely at random, grabbed from a
- 1:07:15Speaker 4: box of lots of shot glasses and a neck so
- 1:07:19Speaker 4: then you could go out and play. Thank you to
- 1:07:23Speaker 4: mister dev Dev for securing another room, because there would
- 1:07:26Speaker 4: have been no way we could have fit the amount
- 1:07:28Speaker 4: of people that showed up to that room in that
- 1:07:31Speaker 4: one tiny, small room that we were in. Yeah.
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: I think he must have shown a little something something
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: to them or something.
- 1:07:38Speaker 4: Yeah, that's a little something. Yeah, that's okay.
- 1:07:41Speaker 5: No, he's sweet. Talk to lady and told her that
- 1:07:45Speaker 5: we just had a few people who are going to
- 1:07:46Speaker 5: play cards. And immediately upon allowing us in, everyone because
- 1:07:54Speaker 5: we had just left the talk, everyone walks in with
- 1:07:59Speaker 5: food and it made us look really bad, like, well,
- 1:08:02Speaker 5: we'll clean it up. Don't worry. We got this and
- 1:08:04Speaker 5: we did and we did. We did clean it up,
- 1:08:07Speaker 5: and so sheep, you did not go yes, but also
- 1:08:14Speaker 5: also shut out because there were some flowers delivered to
- 1:08:17Speaker 5: our wonderful Staph who was there who allowed us to
- 1:08:20Speaker 5: be able to use this space. So again, people in
- 1:08:24Speaker 5: the community took care of it, and they're awesome.
- 1:08:27Speaker 4: Great job. Uh.
- 1:08:31Speaker 5: There were actually quite a few people just moving No.
- 1:08:33Speaker 5: At the end of the night, people moved tables back,
- 1:08:35Speaker 5: people went ahead and helped organize. It was great.
- 1:08:37Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: So I were to walk over at the end of
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: the night, pretty drug and there's Dev Dev Papa staring
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: at this vacuum cleaner trying to figure out how to
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: turn it on.
- 1:08:47Speaker 4: That was a tough.
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: They're like pushing various parts, They're like under so many.
- 1:08:55Speaker 4: Yeah. So so I just look at the thing.
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: I like, there's power button.
- 1:09:01Speaker 4: Nice. It was a very tough vacuum for I will
- 1:09:05Speaker 4: say that I looked at it too, and I'm like,
- 1:09:07Speaker 4: I don't know, and I walked away.
- 1:09:09Speaker 5: So so we walked in. We got shot glass. Do
- 1:09:11Speaker 5: we get anything else? Boys with those shotglasses?
- 1:09:13Speaker 4: Yeah, you got a deck.
- 1:09:15Speaker 5: And there were so many people playing in the two
- 1:09:21Speaker 5: rooms that we essentially had, so Josephine Room and the
- 1:09:24Speaker 5: room that was next to it. People were having so
- 1:09:27Speaker 5: much fun. It was amazing. There were chips.
- 1:09:30Speaker 3: There were the chips in the car buddies.
- 1:09:33Speaker 5: No, no, no, no, no, no.
- 1:09:34Speaker 4: There was more ships.
- 1:09:35Speaker 5: There was a lot more chips.
- 1:09:37Speaker 4: There was more ships. There was Eminem's, there was I
- 1:09:40Speaker 4: don't even know what some of the things were. Scrub events.
- 1:09:45Speaker 4: There was all sorts of stuff. But another thing highlight
- 1:09:48Speaker 4: from the Scrubs Revenge event was the awards presented to
- 1:09:52Speaker 4: g and Marcus for the Lifetime Achievement Awards for all
- 1:09:55Speaker 4: of their contributions they do.
- 1:09:58Speaker 5: Yeah for the game Stanning ovation, you know, it was amazing.
- 1:10:01Speaker 4: It was a lot of fun. The reason we ran
- 1:10:04Speaker 4: out of Milort is definitely Wookie's fault, even though I
- 1:10:07Speaker 4: blamed it on Sydney. So basically, if you came so,
- 1:10:11Speaker 4: at one point, Sydney was manning the desk the table,
- 1:10:16Speaker 4: but she had meandered off as Sydney does. I believe
- 1:10:19Speaker 4: she has ADHD, but that's fine. So I ended up
- 1:10:22Speaker 4: there because I'm like, I could hand out shot classes.
- 1:10:24Speaker 4: This shouldn't be too hard, right, And I'm like, and
- 1:10:28Speaker 4: I know how to hand out decks that shouldn't be
- 1:10:30Speaker 4: too hard either, if they're in a box. Well, there
- 1:10:33Speaker 4: was a box full of decks that she was just
- 1:10:35Speaker 4: picking from, and I'm like, yeah, this is like easy street,
- 1:10:37Speaker 4: I can do this. And people were coming up, and
- 1:10:40Speaker 4: people were then complaining that they did not get the
- 1:10:42Speaker 4: shock class they wanted, and they said, well, there's one
- 1:10:46Speaker 4: easy solution for all this. Would you like a shot
- 1:10:48Speaker 4: at a different randomized shock class. A lot of people
- 1:10:52Speaker 4: said yes, and I said, perfect, so we're going to
- 1:10:55Speaker 4: take a shot of the Chicago bathwater and you have
- 1:11:00Speaker 4: the opportunity to get another shot glass.
- 1:11:03Speaker 5: And people were actually trying to shoot for the Scrubs
- 1:11:06Speaker 5: revenge logo because then you got extra prizes.
- 1:11:08Speaker 4: Those you did get extra prizes.
- 1:11:11Speaker 3: For Sydney stole my box of m plus I brought
- 1:11:15Speaker 3: for Dexter, and she gave.
- 1:11:17Speaker 4: It away after you Suplexter in the hallway.
- 1:11:26Speaker 3: It wasn't in the hallway, it was in the other room.
- 1:11:28Speaker 4: It was definitely in front of everyone. Absolutely, so Sydney
- 1:11:33Speaker 4: fell down, go boom.
- 1:11:35Speaker 5: Well that was a crust her. Okay, you guys are
- 1:11:42Speaker 5: way way too far. Like even before that happened, I'm
- 1:11:45Speaker 5: playing our good friend Pete. We are taking goldfish and
- 1:11:49Speaker 5: like gnawing it off like like mister perfect in order
- 1:11:53Speaker 5: to determine if it's award because he's got four hologramophones
- 1:11:57Speaker 5: in his silly jack and here's Amber, here's captured. We
- 1:12:01Speaker 5: were having a blast and all of a sudden, I
- 1:12:02Speaker 5: get a tap from good dear Sydney. Someone just threw
- 1:12:07Speaker 5: up on Jeremy. But what.
- 1:12:12Speaker 3: I got to text?
- 1:12:17Speaker 5: So I got a chance to leave my game and
- 1:12:20Speaker 5: Luke took over for me, So thanks Luke. We had
- 1:12:23Speaker 5: lots of people there, and I got the search for
- 1:12:25Speaker 5: this first person I could not find in the two
- 1:12:30Speaker 5: bathrooms or to go ahead and find behind my car.
- 1:12:35Speaker 5: We just wanted to see where this person was. I
- 1:12:37Speaker 5: am glad that we were able to locate them and
- 1:12:40Speaker 5: they did flee, but that that was the first excitement,
- 1:12:45Speaker 5: and then yes, go ahead and notice who I'm Then
- 1:12:51Speaker 5: I was outside talking to Pete. He was having a
- 1:12:54Speaker 5: great time, and I get tapped by X Ray and
- 1:12:58Speaker 5: they tell me you gotta go and check on sheep.
- 1:13:04Speaker 5: And I'm like what And They're like, well, sheep's bleeding,
- 1:13:07Speaker 5: And I'm like.
- 1:13:08Speaker 4: What do you mean sheep's bleeding?
- 1:13:10Speaker 5: And so I come in and sure enough, sheep is
- 1:13:15Speaker 5: covered in blood on his jersey. Yeah, it's on the ground. Niffles,
- 1:13:21Speaker 5: they're cheap.
- 1:13:23Speaker 3: Buttery niffles were poored because somebody drank all them.
- 1:13:26Speaker 5: Alort, so tell us, tell us you came back from
- 1:13:29Speaker 5: your sweet I'm amazing but warrior fees and you just
- 1:13:33Speaker 5: felt that you needed to catch up or what happened here?
- 1:13:36Speaker 5: Because so I show up.
- 1:13:38Speaker 3: Sydney had made me acquire alcohol for making shots, not
- 1:13:43Speaker 3: a single shot has been poor that I can see.
- 1:13:47Speaker 4: Oh no, many shots have been poor, just none of yours.
- 1:13:50Speaker 3: So I start porn shots, which uh, Sidney wanted buttery
- 1:13:58Speaker 3: buttery nipples, so we had all the cheap butterscotch snaps
- 1:14:02Speaker 3: and Irish cream person could want. I had my pouring
- 1:14:05Speaker 3: spoons so I could make them nights in pretty. And
- 1:14:08Speaker 3: I poured about a leader and a half worth of.
- 1:14:16Speaker 4: Girl.
- 1:14:17Speaker 3: Yeah, I was a shot girl for no tips.
- 1:14:20Speaker 5: No tips, guys, you know you got tips, all right, buddy.
- 1:14:23Speaker 3: But I served like a bottle and a half worth
- 1:14:27Speaker 3: of or like two normal bottles worth. Because the second
- 1:14:30Speaker 3: bottle butter scotch snaps was the one seven five on
- 1:14:33Speaker 3: its own, it was huge. I poured half of that
- 1:14:35Speaker 3: one too, as shots people were quite a fan of those.
- 1:14:40Speaker 3: After I ran out of butterscotch snops and I had
- 1:14:43Speaker 3: to pour out all the spiced I brought spiced Jagger
- 1:14:46Speaker 3: that I had.
- 1:14:48Speaker 4: That wasn't bad. Actually I did not see spiced drink.
- 1:14:51Speaker 3: Yeah, I poured a spice jaggered And then we were
- 1:14:54Speaker 3: on tequila for a while, and I poured out a
- 1:14:58Speaker 3: lot of a lot of tequila.
- 1:15:00Speaker 4: Uh, which I'm gonna I'm going to give my I'm
- 1:15:02Speaker 4: going to give my dollar to the swear jar. Fuck
- 1:15:04Speaker 4: you by the way.
- 1:15:08Speaker 3: So the thing is is when I'm out the porn
- 1:15:10Speaker 3: shots like I was obligated to take many shots and
- 1:15:16Speaker 3: nine wait wait wait wait or whatever and eleven thirty
- 1:15:20Speaker 3: when I was bleeding, I took a lot of shots.
- 1:15:25Speaker 4: So you're bleeding out and taking shots.
- 1:15:27Speaker 5: Do you remember do you remember attacking me with the
- 1:15:30Speaker 5: spoon that you were trying to slap me with my horn?
- 1:15:35Speaker 3: Spoon became a spaking spoon.
- 1:15:38Speaker 4: Do you remember verbally degrading me in the other.
- 1:15:40Speaker 3: Room, not as an independent thought versus any other conversation.
- 1:15:48Speaker 4: Nor have Alright, so she she enjoyed when just a
- 1:15:54Speaker 4: shot of number one. I hate tequila, and mister Sheep
- 1:15:59Speaker 4: knows that. I don't think I know that. Okay, well
- 1:16:03Speaker 4: you poured me a shot at tequila. Sure, and I
- 1:16:07Speaker 4: was like, what is this and you're like, just drink it,
- 1:16:10Speaker 4: you little.
- 1:16:10Speaker 5: Bitch, for your donation.
- 1:16:15Speaker 4: Yeah, well this is Sheep's donation.
- 1:16:17Speaker 3: You just ran away.
- 1:16:18Speaker 4: After that, I was like, what what the hell?
- 1:16:21Speaker 3: Just had four shots? I had work to do.
- 1:16:24Speaker 4: And then I drank it and it was tequila and
- 1:16:26Speaker 4: I'm like, oh, I hate him so much.
- 1:16:29Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I know I had at least one buttery nipple.
- 1:16:32Speaker 3: I think I had at least two of the just one,
- 1:16:35Speaker 3: and I probably have five or six shots tequila.
- 1:16:39Speaker 5: I am pretty sure actual helled me. I am pretty sure.
- 1:16:42Speaker 5: X Ray came to me and said, I just saw
- 1:16:45Speaker 5: sheep go ahead and take like five shots in five minutes, so.
- 1:16:49Speaker 4: It probably happened. I as well probably did the same thing.
- 1:16:53Speaker 5: So anyway, I come into the other room. There is
- 1:16:56Speaker 5: blood all over your jersey. You have broken your glass.
- 1:17:00Speaker 5: Us is you're you had broken your glasses.
- 1:17:03Speaker 3: That's what you.
- 1:17:07Speaker 5: Cannot come up behind someone pick them up when you're
- 1:17:11Speaker 5: intoxicated and feel that you're going to have any ability
- 1:17:15Speaker 5: to have balance. And so you went tumbling and Sydney
- 1:17:20Speaker 5: you could cost you can cussed Sydney, Essine.
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: We managed somehow to be fine.
- 1:17:32Speaker 5: Because the rest of us, people who are actually trying
- 1:17:36Speaker 5: to take care of.
- 1:17:37Speaker 3: People, people something to do, they were very excited.
- 1:17:40Speaker 5: We got to go ahead and check in and make
- 1:17:44Speaker 5: sure that she was.
- 1:17:45Speaker 3: Not I was boring all night.
- 1:17:48Speaker 5: No us enjoyed.
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: The problem is and were helping. I was playing a
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: deck called laser Puffin. I was so excited that the
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: decks day was the Laser Puffin. I was like, guys,
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: I played Laser Puffin.
- 1:18:03Speaker 3: I played for draft shots every time I walked by them.
- 1:18:06Speaker 4: Oh yeah, they were good.
- 1:18:08Speaker 5: So my problem is is that if I am not
- 1:18:11Speaker 5: at the same pace as everyone else, then yes, I
- 1:18:13Speaker 5: will revert to boring e walk mode. And apparently I
- 1:18:17Speaker 5: did not.
- 1:18:19Speaker 3: Like the more boring and the more like I'm the adult,
- 1:18:22Speaker 3: I'm a babysit. He did well.
- 1:18:25Speaker 5: I kind of needed to in order to make sure
- 1:18:27Speaker 5: that you could get home.
- 1:18:29Speaker 4: This is all true because I know once I got
- 1:18:31Speaker 4: back to the hotel. Do you want to know?
- 1:18:34Speaker 5: You know I have perfect sleeves for this because you
- 1:18:37Speaker 5: were You were the loudest person is. We're just trying
- 1:18:41Speaker 5: to buckle you into my car, and there's like.
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: Goodness.
- 1:18:50Speaker 3: The only part of the night that's fuzzy for me
- 1:18:54Speaker 3: is the car ride from the hotel to the other hotel.
- 1:18:58Speaker 3: That's the only part that's so As we got out
- 1:19:00Speaker 3: of it and I was stumbling drunk as a hotel,
- 1:19:04Speaker 3: that's all there. But you were right south.
- 1:19:08Speaker 5: You're trying to carry somebody up the stairs. They're trying
- 1:19:11Speaker 5: to push you up the stairs. I'm picturing that we're
- 1:19:14Speaker 5: gonna get kicked out of the the hotel, because you
- 1:19:17Speaker 5: guys are loudest people I've ever seen in my life.
- 1:19:21Speaker 5: You get inside the room, You're like, I'm great, and
- 1:19:28Speaker 5: all I see you stand next to the bed like
- 1:19:31Speaker 5: you're a tree. You you unbuckle your pants, but they
- 1:19:36Speaker 5: only fall to where your boxers are not farther than that,
- 1:19:40Speaker 5: and you went straight back like boom, and you are
- 1:19:45Speaker 5: just laughing hysterically like an eight year old little girl.
- 1:19:49Speaker 5: And I'm like, tell, at least you had somebody had
- 1:19:55Speaker 5: to drive the vehicle.
- 1:19:56Speaker 4: Friend.
- 1:19:59Speaker 3: Uber for a reason.
- 1:20:01Speaker 5: No, I had a great time hotel.
- 1:20:04Speaker 4: Right, besides he came and got us. So local car
- 1:20:08Speaker 4: eventually ends up finding me and he's like, yeah, she
- 1:20:13Speaker 4: told you out and I didn't like, I didn't remember that.
- 1:20:17Speaker 4: But loco car comes and find me, goes, where's he walking?
- 1:20:19Speaker 4: I'm look, I don't know, Yeah, you told him that
- 1:20:22Speaker 4: is he coming back? Well, he's like, is he coming? Yeah?
- 1:20:25Speaker 4: Because you did. You told me you're taking shape home.
- 1:20:27Speaker 4: He's like, where's he walking? I was like, I don't know,
- 1:20:30Speaker 4: and he's like, is he coming back? And I was like,
- 1:20:32Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 1:20:34Speaker 5: I actually I remember. Yeah.
- 1:20:35Speaker 4: He came without me and asked me this too, and
- 1:20:40Speaker 4: he's like, how are we getting back to the hotel
- 1:20:42Speaker 4: And I'm like, I don't know. And I was like,
- 1:20:44Speaker 4: we'll figure it out, like we're big boys, we know
- 1:20:46Speaker 4: how to use uber, like it's on my phone, like
- 1:20:49Speaker 4: we'll figure this out. Don't work, don't don't freak out.
- 1:20:51Speaker 4: I got a key to the room. We'll get back.
- 1:20:53Speaker 5: And so while local car is also in his right
- 1:20:56Speaker 5: mind and waiting patiently, I had to escort Sheep out
- 1:20:59Speaker 5: the side. So I don't know. We don't make a
- 1:21:02Speaker 5: big large scene as he is stumbling and laughing as
- 1:21:06Speaker 5: the jovial individual he is. I had told Wookie, hey, Wookie,
- 1:21:12Speaker 5: you're not as bad as others, so I'm going to
- 1:21:16Speaker 5: come back and get you. He doesn't remember I said
- 1:21:19Speaker 5: I'm coming back because I also have to check on
- 1:21:21Speaker 5: our good dear friend Sidney, who is concost because of
- 1:21:24Speaker 5: Sheep over here, and we had people checking in you guys,
- 1:21:29Speaker 5: you had a wonderful, wonderful time. And then I get
- 1:21:32Speaker 5: Sheep in. I start to drive back and yes, lookrs
- 1:21:36Speaker 5: like are you coming back? Yes, yes, I will not
- 1:21:40Speaker 5: leave anyone be behind, leave no man behind you.
- 1:21:43Speaker 4: We know how, we're adults, we know how to use uber, Like,
- 1:21:46Speaker 4: this isn't a hard thing to do. We'll figure it out.
- 1:21:48Speaker 4: We'll get back Tori and then has had fun and
- 1:21:52Speaker 4: then he came back and everything was fine, and then
- 1:21:55Speaker 4: all of a sudden, all now I'm finding out the
- 1:21:58Speaker 4: transgressions of the night. Sheep's puking, Sydney is dying, and
- 1:22:05Speaker 4: I'm like, oh fuck, we're all catching charges over KFC
- 1:22:08Speaker 4: Kate cas. Yeah, that was that was my fear, because
- 1:22:11Speaker 4: everyone's like, you got real, you got real depressed. I
- 1:22:14Speaker 4: was like, I wasn't depressed. I'm worried. I'm going to jail.
- 1:22:19Speaker 4: Sheep's beating up women in a hotel and I was puking,
- 1:22:22Speaker 4: Like what, we're all in trouble? What do you mean?
- 1:22:25Speaker 4: This is terrible?
- 1:22:27Speaker 5: And this you were worried?
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: You know who else was worried about something totally different. So,
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: like we're hanging out there, like we're talking with Josh
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: and like somebody says the word alliance right in like
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: a little bit of a negative way, and then out
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: of nowhere, like GURLAMI comes flying in.
- 1:22:45Speaker 4: He's like don't talk shit about alliance. It's like, I'm sorry, dude.
- 1:22:58Speaker 5: So shut out to At the end, he had a
- 1:23:01Speaker 5: hard cut off point that was eleven thirty because we
- 1:23:04Speaker 5: had at midnight the next setup for the morning was
- 1:23:07Speaker 5: coming in, and so he cleared everyone out and we went.
- 1:23:12Speaker 5: I know, but hey, we got we got at least something,
- 1:23:15Speaker 5: and I.
- 1:23:16Speaker 3: Tried to kill her being responsible.
- 1:23:19Speaker 4: There you go.
- 1:23:20Speaker 3: The only way you can get hurt to quick drinking
- 1:23:22Speaker 3: and go to bed is trying to murder.
- 1:23:26Speaker 4: That makes sense.
- 1:23:26Speaker 3: It's the only successful route. I've tried other things, and
- 1:23:30Speaker 3: let me tell you it did not work. It did work.
- 1:23:34Speaker 5: You were you were both very very happy. So we
- 1:23:38Speaker 5: got some water, we got some ice, and uh, yes,
- 1:23:42Speaker 5: you were in a great spot, two sheep. So I'm
- 1:23:45Speaker 5: glad this was.
- 1:23:46Speaker 3: All Thursday name drunker. As I laid in bed because
- 1:23:50Speaker 3: I had so many shots, I was continuing to get
- 1:23:52Speaker 3: drunk her. It was awful.
- 1:23:55Speaker 5: Well again, we all make our own choices. But I
- 1:23:58Speaker 5: don't have any sorrow for you. When you've made that choice.
- 1:24:03Speaker 5: You did man up the next dayorrow, Yeah, but this
- 1:24:07Speaker 5: was time. This was this was Thursday night.
- 1:24:11Speaker 4: Guys.
- 1:24:12Speaker 3: I got something to remember what you got you got
- 1:24:14Speaker 3: cleaning up after me.
- 1:24:15Speaker 5: I won, you did. You did actually go ahead and
- 1:24:19Speaker 5: scream at me when I was trying to be able
- 1:24:21Speaker 5: to help you as there was glass on the ground
- 1:24:24Speaker 5: for me, I will myself, Oh, just step away so
- 1:24:28Speaker 5: you don't cut yourself.
- 1:24:30Speaker 3: There was Yeah, people, other people broke a glass in
- 1:24:37Speaker 3: our room. And I wasn't cleaning up the glass. I
- 1:24:40Speaker 3: was just cleaning up after all everything. I gave back
- 1:24:43Speaker 3: uh glass to be there in the morning.
- 1:24:45Speaker 4: It's fine, mm hmm. At like whatever time, it had
- 1:24:51Speaker 4: no idea glasses on the floor until we were told
- 1:24:53Speaker 4: this glass.
- 1:24:54Speaker 3: Kicked it all under the counter.
- 1:24:56Speaker 4: It was mostly safe. Mostly mostly.
- 1:25:00Speaker 5: That's that's because one Loka car was able to successfully
- 1:25:04Speaker 5: clean it up. So you did not, you know, cut
- 1:25:06Speaker 5: your foot open. You're welcome.
- 1:25:08Speaker 3: Didn't cut my foot open. Everything was fine.
- 1:25:13Speaker 4: And that's how I survived. Kfcour That was a goodlass time.
- 1:25:18Speaker 4: And this is just Sunday, our Thursday people. This is
- 1:25:22Speaker 4: just blood.
- 1:25:23Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, I will say that the other days there's
- 1:25:25Speaker 5: a lot more key forging in a lot less other events.
- 1:25:30Speaker 5: So the days did go faster.
- 1:25:32Speaker 4: Do another we might have to do another episode. This
- 1:25:34Speaker 4: might be a three parter. Now we'll see all.
- 1:25:38Speaker 3: Or day one guys, good job.
- 1:25:40Speaker 5: Well, but day one had so Day one had so much.
- 1:25:42Speaker 4: Day one had a lot going on, Yes, and we
- 1:25:45Speaker 4: still be hungover. Yeah. Well day two you went and
- 1:25:49Speaker 4: took a nap. Yeah, I sure did, probably the best
- 1:25:53Speaker 4: choice there. Yeah, because I got to go to work. Yes,
- 1:25:55Speaker 4: so we we are. We are clearly past our normal time.
- 1:26:00Speaker 4: We've only gotten through Thursday, so.
- 1:26:02Speaker 3: Come back for the next episode.
- 1:26:04Speaker 4: Come back well in action. Well we'll see how Friday, Friday,
- 1:26:08Speaker 4: and Saturday are much shorter blimbeps or bullet points. Sunday
- 1:26:13Speaker 4: is quite long. So maybe this turns into a three parter.
- 1:26:16Speaker 4: I'm not sure we'll we'll go over those next week.
- 1:26:20Speaker 4: So come on back next week. We'll go through all
- 1:26:23Speaker 4: the rest of KFC. Thursday was a blast, and if
- 1:26:26Speaker 4: you do get an opportunity next year, go to KFC.
- 1:26:31Speaker 4: It's it is a lot of fun. We all have
- 1:26:34Speaker 4: a good time.
- 1:26:35Speaker 3: Get us our other room back, which we mostly took
- 1:26:38Speaker 3: over the whole weekend.
- 1:26:39Speaker 4: Anyways, stud Yes, Oh, what do you mean.
- 1:26:45Speaker 3: So the game center has like two big halls.
- 1:26:48Speaker 4: Oh, you're talking because we didn't have that second room
- 1:26:51Speaker 4: to the life.
- 1:26:51Speaker 3: And we didn't. We didn't have the second room this
- 1:26:53Speaker 3: year officially, but pretty much all the time there were
- 1:26:56Speaker 3: people and they're playing key for right.
- 1:26:58Speaker 4: Right, that was where world you know, courl what world
- 1:27:00Speaker 4: was held year, previous.
- 1:27:02Speaker 3: Year, real world and real real world this year right
- 1:27:06Speaker 3: Tredder World.
- 1:27:07Speaker 4: Shredder World was head over there again. We'll go over
- 1:27:10Speaker 4: that on on Sundays. So with that being said, we

- 1:27:17Speaker 5: Happy Forge and everyone, May the Forge be with you.
- 1:27:24Speaker 2: Dating secret swear, just another.
- 1:27:41Speaker 6: Down out one another
