- 0:00Speaker 1: Much that, but this.
- 0:24Speaker 2: Was technical.
- 0:27Speaker 1: Wall play.
- 0:29Speaker 2: Okay, oh say.
- 1:20Speaker 1: Christmas, Christmas and your guest.
- 1:25Speaker 2: Over other doses. Most time that you respond to.
- 1:46Speaker 3: Nagle's say shake.
- 1:52Speaker 4: Judge, girls, chicken did, thank you, Good afternoon, everybody. President
- 2:09Speaker 4: Trump campaigned on the promise to secure our homeland and
- 2:13Speaker 4: deport violent alien criminals from our communities. That is why
- 2:18Speaker 4: the American people overwhelmingly re elected him back to this office,
- 2:21Speaker 4: and it's why the American people defeated the Democrat Party
- 2:25Speaker 4: in devastating fashion. Today, we have officially learned Democrat officials
- 2:30Speaker 4: still refused to accept the will of the American people.
- 2:34Speaker 4: Maryland Democrat Senator Chris van Holland rushed to Dulles Airport
- 2:39Speaker 4: this morning to fly to El Salvador, potentially using taxpayer
- 2:43Speaker 4: dollars to demand the release of deported illegal alien MS
- 2:48Speaker 4: thirteen terrorists. The Democrats in the media in this room
- 2:53Speaker 4: have continually and wrongly labeled Kilmar Abrago Garcia as a
- 2:58Speaker 4: Maryland father. There is no Marilynd father. Let me reiterate.
- 3:03Speaker 4: Kilmar A Brago Garcia is an illegal alien M S
- 3:07Speaker 4: thirteen gang member and foreign terrorist who was deported back
- 3:11Speaker 4: to his home country and when a Brago Garcia was
- 3:15Speaker 4: originally arrested, he was wearing a sweatshirt with rolls of
- 3:18Speaker 4: money covering the ears, mouth, and eyes of presidents on
- 3:21Speaker 4: various currency denominations. This is a known MS thirteen gang
- 3:26Speaker 4: symbol of here no evil, speak no evil, see no evil.
- 3:30Speaker 4: Abrago Garcia was also arrested with two other well known
- 3:34Speaker 4: members of the vicious MS thirteen gang, and two separate
- 3:38Speaker 4: judges found that a Brago Garcia was a member of
- 3:40Speaker 4: m S thirteen and that finding has never been disputed.
- 3:45Speaker 4: In just this morning, it was revealed through Maryland court
- 3:48Speaker 4: documents that a Brago Garcia's wife petitioned for an order
- 3:52Speaker 4: of protection against him for two instances of domestic violence
- 3:56Speaker 4: in May of twenty twenty one. And here is the
- 3:59Speaker 4: order right here. The court ordered that the respondent committed
- 4:05Speaker 4: the following acts of abuse once in May of twenty
- 4:09Speaker 4: twenty one, assault in any degree, and on May fourth
- 4:13Speaker 4: of twenty twenty one, he punched and scratched his wife,
- 4:18Speaker 4: ripped off her shirt, and grabbed and bruised her. This
- 4:22Speaker 4: is from a court in Maryland. So not only are
- 4:26Speaker 4: Democrats rushing to defend an illegal criminal, foreign terrorist gang member,
- 4:30Speaker 4: but also an apparent woman beater. To set all of
- 4:34Speaker 4: that aside, the basic fact that he was a legally
- 4:37Speaker 4: inside our country and had a lawful deportation order made
- 4:40Speaker 4: him subject to removal back to his home country of
- 4:44Speaker 4: El Salvador, and if he ever ends up back in
- 4:46Speaker 4: the United States, he would immediately be deported again. Nothing
- 4:51Speaker 4: will change the fact that Obrago Garcia will never be
- 4:54Speaker 4: a Maryland father. He will never live in the United
- 4:57Speaker 4: States of America again. The United States Supreme Court ruled
- 5:01Speaker 4: unanimously that the President of the United States and the
- 5:04Speaker 4: Secretary of State could not be compelled to forcibly retrieve
- 5:07Speaker 4: this citizen of El Salvador, who is currently locked up
- 5:10Speaker 4: in a maximum security prison in his home country due
- 5:14Speaker 4: to his MS thirteen membership. To remind the media and
- 5:17Speaker 4: the Democrat Party, MS thirteen are among the most vicious
- 5:21Speaker 4: and dangerous individuals in this world. They pose a direct
- 5:24Speaker 4: threat to the United States, El Salvador, and any other
- 5:27Speaker 4: country who maintains basic law and order. MS thirteen rapes
- 5:32Speaker 4: innocent girls and women, runs sex trafficking operations, murders for sport,
- 5:37Speaker 4: and terrorizes law abiding people. That's why El Salvador. President
- 5:42Speaker 4: Bukelli made it clear this week that he will not
- 5:44Speaker 4: be releasing this MS thirteen gang member from his prison.
- 5:48Speaker 4: But that is not enough. All of that is not
- 5:51Speaker 4: enough to stop the Democrat Party from their lives. The
- 5:55Speaker 4: number one issue they are focused on right now is
- 5:57Speaker 4: bringing back this illegal alien terrorist time America. But where
- 6:01Speaker 4: are the Democrats applauding the fact that southern border crossings
- 6:04Speaker 4: just hit a historic low. Where are the Democrats supporting
- 6:08Speaker 4: our brave men and women of law enforcement who are
- 6:10Speaker 4: putting their lives on the line every single day to
- 6:12Speaker 4: arrest the violent illegal alien invaders that the previous administration
- 6:16Speaker 4: allowed into our country? And where are the Democrats when
- 6:19Speaker 4: innocent Americans are victimized by illegal criminals that Joe Biden
- 6:24Speaker 4: let in. It's appalling and sad that Senator Van Holland
- 6:28Speaker 4: and the Democrats applauding his trip to El Salvador today
- 6:32Speaker 4: are incapable of having any shred of common sense or
- 6:35Speaker 4: empathy for their own constituents, in our citizens. Nobody knows
- 6:40Speaker 4: this more than the woman standing to my right, Patty Morin,
- 6:45Speaker 4: whose beautiful daughter Rachel was brutally maimed and murdered at
- 6:48Speaker 4: the hands of an illegal alien. In August of twenty
- 6:51Speaker 4: twenty three, Patty no longer has her daughter because of
- 6:54Speaker 4: the failed Democrat Party's open border and these are policies
- 6:58Speaker 4: that President Trump is bringing an end to. Patty should
- 7:02Speaker 4: not have to be here today, but she is, and
- 7:04Speaker 4: we are grateful, and we are honored for her willingness
- 7:07Speaker 4: and her request to share her powerful story with the world.
- 7:11Speaker 4: Thank you, Patty for being here.
- 7:13Speaker 3: Thank you. A lot of you don't know the whole
- 7:19Speaker 3: story about Rachel and about the crime that was committed
- 7:24Speaker 3: against her, even us, her family, we didn't know all
- 7:28Speaker 3: the details. They kept most of it close to their chest,
- 7:33Speaker 3: the detectives, because they didn't want to do anything to
- 7:42Speaker 3: hurt the case. They wanted to keep the integrity of
- 7:45Speaker 3: the case, so they kept everything close. I sat for
- 7:49Speaker 3: the last two weeks in her trial, and we saw
- 7:55Speaker 3: layer upon layer upon layer of evidence against the accused,
- 8:02Speaker 3: an illegal immigrant from Al Salvador, and the things that
- 8:07Speaker 3: we thought, well, maybe might this might have happened. We
- 8:11Speaker 3: didn't know. But when we were at the trial, we
- 8:13Speaker 3: got all the puzzle pieces, and I want to share
- 8:16Speaker 3: some of those things with you. You know that Rachel's
- 8:20Speaker 3: a thirty seven year old mother. She has five children.
- 8:24Speaker 3: We've walked the trail for the last twenty five years
- 8:26Speaker 3: that we've lived in Maryland. It's a safe place for
- 8:29Speaker 3: our family. It's where we go to get a little
- 8:31Speaker 3: bit of New England, because that's where we're from, New England.
- 8:36Speaker 3: When she went on that trail that day, she was
- 8:39Speaker 3: not planning on dying. She wasn't planning on walking to
- 8:43Speaker 3: her death. She was planning on going to the grocery
- 8:45Speaker 3: store with her girls afterwards. Victor Martinez, he waited for her,
- 8:53Speaker 3: He waited for her to come closer. He saw her,
- 8:58Speaker 3: He saw that there was nobody round. He attacked her.
- 9:05Speaker 3: He dragged her one hundred and fifty feet, blood gushing
- 9:10Speaker 3: from her head. It left one hundred and fifty foot
- 9:13Speaker 3: trail of her blood to the culverts where he took.
- 9:18Speaker 3: He picked her up. He threw her against the wall
- 9:24Speaker 3: of the tunnel and he raped her. But before he
- 9:28Speaker 3: did that, he stopped on that trail and rocks still
- 9:34Speaker 3: stained with her blood. He used them to hammer her
- 9:39Speaker 3: head against those rocks. They say twenty at least twenty times.
- 9:46Speaker 3: They could count the cuts in her head. They said
- 9:51Speaker 3: that when they did the autopsy, and I've seen the pictures.
- 9:54Speaker 3: There's a six inch square in the back of her
- 9:57Speaker 3: head where the skull is attered the way that you
- 10:01Speaker 3: would crush an eggshell and pieces three fords of her brain. Hemorrhaged,
- 10:09Speaker 3: her right and left side of her face, bashed in
- 10:13Speaker 3: her beautiful face, bashed in her head, bashed in, broken bones, fractures.
- 10:21Speaker 3: He takes and he drags her some war He drags
- 10:25Speaker 3: her through the thorn bushes. She has all the scrapes
- 10:30Speaker 3: and cuts on her body. There wasn't one inch of
- 10:33Speaker 3: her body that didn't have some kind of injury, whether
- 10:37Speaker 3: it's bruising, broken bones, contusions, the scratches. She had a
- 10:44Speaker 3: fractured rib, fractured nose, fractured skull. And then he takes
- 10:51Speaker 3: her into the tunnel and he picks her up. He
- 10:56Speaker 3: throws her against the wall. Blood is gushing from her head.
- 11:02Speaker 3: Her hair is soaked in blood. And they showed us
- 11:05Speaker 3: pictures of her body against the wall, outlined the blood,
- 11:10Speaker 3: outlined her body, and you could see where the blood
- 11:14Speaker 3: ran down around her as he was raping her. And
- 11:18Speaker 3: then he threw her down and raped her some more.
- 11:23Speaker 3: And then he strangled her because he didn't want her
- 11:26Speaker 3: to be able to live to tell the story. They
- 11:30Speaker 3: said that when they did the autopsy on her neck,
- 11:33Speaker 3: that one of the things they do is they open
- 11:35Speaker 3: up the neck and they look to see how far
- 11:37Speaker 3: the injury is, and they went all the way down
- 11:40Speaker 3: as far as an injury as possible, hemorrhaging in the muscles,
- 11:45Speaker 3: because of how strong and violent the group was around her.
- 11:52Speaker 3: These are the kind of people that have no compulsion,
- 11:59Speaker 3: like to this is nothing. And when he was sitting
- 12:03Speaker 3: in the courtroom, he actually looked like he thought he
- 12:09Speaker 3: was going to be set free. There was no remorse
- 12:13Speaker 3: on his face at all. This person took my daughter
- 12:19Speaker 3: so violently and so gruesomely and so graphically that they
- 12:24Speaker 3: sealed the pictures because I don't want my granddaughters to
- 12:29Speaker 3: see these pictures. These are the kind of criminals President
- 12:36Speaker 3: Trump wants to remove from our country. These are the
- 12:39Speaker 3: kind of criminals that we need to remove from our country.
- 12:43Speaker 3: We are American citizens. Why should we allow people like this,
- 12:49Speaker 3: violent criminals that have no conscience at all to murder
- 12:54Speaker 3: our mothers, our sisters, our daughters. I don't understand why
- 13:02Speaker 3: there's even any kind of problem with this, And it's
- 13:07Speaker 3: not that it's political like the left or the right,
- 13:11Speaker 3: although I understand different parties have used it in the past.
- 13:15Speaker 3: But we have to look at it as we are
- 13:18Speaker 3: American citizens. We need to protect our families, our borders,
- 13:25Speaker 3: our children. I don't care about politics, well I do,
- 13:30Speaker 3: but I want to preserve life. And that's the only
- 13:35Speaker 3: reason why I have taken and spoken about Rachel all
- 13:39Speaker 3: this time. If you're a mother here in the room,
- 13:43Speaker 3: can you imagine standing there alive? You're alive. If someone
- 13:49Speaker 3: comes and puts the hands into your chest and rips
- 13:51Speaker 3: out your heart, that's what it feels like. It feels
- 13:55Speaker 3: like a part of you is being ripped out of you.
- 13:58Speaker 3: You can't even describe the pain, just like you can't
- 14:02Speaker 3: describe to your husband what it feels like to carry
- 14:05Speaker 3: a baby in your womb, or to feel those first kicks,
- 14:09Speaker 3: or to know, just intuitively, if it's a boy or
- 14:11Speaker 3: a girl. It's only a thing that a mother knows.
- 14:16Speaker 3: Why are we not protecting the American citizens? It's just
- 14:22Speaker 3: common sense. Why are we not protecting our children? And
- 14:27Speaker 3: to have a senator from Maryland who didn't even acknowledge
- 14:33Speaker 3: or barely acknowledged my daughter and the brutal death that
- 14:38Speaker 3: she endured, leaving her five children without a mother and
- 14:44Speaker 3: now a grandbaby without a grandmother, so that he can
- 14:49Speaker 3: use my taxpayer money to fly to El Salvador to
- 14:54Speaker 3: bring back someone that's not even an American citizen. Why
- 14:59Speaker 3: does that person have more right than I do, or
- 15:05Speaker 3: my daughter or my grandchildren. I don't and I don't
- 15:11Speaker 3: understand this. Thank you, thank you, thank you, And I
- 15:21Speaker 3: just wanna say that.
- 15:24Speaker 5: As a mother and as an American citizen, the President
- 15:29Speaker 5: and our entire team, and I hope people in this
- 15:31Speaker 5: room are are grateful for your willingness to come here
- 15:34Speaker 5: and your requests to share your daughter's story. And I
- 15:39Speaker 5: think the country hears you a lot and clear.
- 15:41Speaker 3: So thank you.
- 15:43Speaker 4: Does anyone have any questions for Patty or for me? No,
- 15:50Speaker 4: I have a question, No anybody.
- 15:53Speaker 3: I'll see you all later.
- 15:54Speaker 5: The President will be at his dinner late this Thank you,
- 15:57Speaker 5: Thank you for being here us morning. Thank you.
- 16:05Speaker 4: Please tell the truth, exactly, tell the truth.
- 16:10Speaker 1: Tell like how.
- 16:10Speaker 2: Violence it really is.
- 16:13Speaker 1: This This is a probat.
- 16:15Speaker 3: Protecting our children. It's more than just politics or votes
- 16:22Speaker 3: or just anything. It's about national security, protecting Americans, protecting
- 16:26Speaker 3: our children. Thank you, thank you for listening.
- 16:30Speaker 1: Thank you reply for me.
