- 0:06Speaker 1: Now that I know that you have a couple of.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Tech issues taking in, I hope that persons are able
- 0:11Speaker 2: to really see some of the things that we're speaking
- 0:14Speaker 2: to in regards to treat the power. So while we
- 0:17Speaker 2: send our energies and our prayers to our brothers and
- 0:20Speaker 2: sisters in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, so that
- 0:23Speaker 2: some of that violence that's happening there as quo, we
- 0:27Speaker 2: also send a powerful message to our brothers and sisters
- 0:30Speaker 2: in the Fortyelo montiguous US who are navigating as peacefully
- 0:37Speaker 2: as is possible, who are very transformative series of occurrences,
- 0:43Speaker 2: different actions, different executive proclamations that are transforming and definitely
- 0:48Speaker 2: will change the history. And this is a very historic
- 0:50Speaker 2: time and it's an opportunity for us to recognize the
- 0:54Speaker 2: layers of resistance, the layers of resilience, the layers of love,
- 0:58Speaker 2: and the layers of harmony that we have in these spaces.
- 1:01Speaker 2: So we're studying that kind of energy. We understand that
- 1:04Speaker 2: there was an actual engagement to twelve noon yesterday for
- 1:10Speaker 2: persons that were highlighting, you know, all through the forty
- 1:14Speaker 2: eight contigainscy estates as well as the Alaska, Hawaii and
- 1:19Speaker 2: if it's also happening in certain parts of the territories
- 1:22Speaker 2: that are linked to the United States as well.
- 1:25Speaker 1: You know, whether it was American.
- 1:27Speaker 2: Samoa, American grom Mariana Islands, Perto Rico, and of course
- 1:32Speaker 2: here in the Virgin Islands of the US. So for
- 1:35Speaker 2: persons that keep saying US Virgin Islands, We're going to
- 1:37Speaker 2: give this one African Black History Month lesson right this moment.
- 1:44Speaker 2: The legal name of these wonderful tropical Caribbean islands you
- 1:50Speaker 2: may remember Saint Croix, Saint Thomas, Saint John.
- 1:54Speaker 3: And even Water Island.
- 1:56Speaker 2: The legal name is the Virgin Islands of the United States.
- 2:01Speaker 2: So we say v I US, I think I like it.
- 2:05Speaker 1: Like that v.
- 2:06Speaker 4: I you can say v I U s dah v
- 2:10Speaker 4: I tests.
- 2:12Speaker 2: So we're shifting the paradigm, shifting the narrative of how
- 2:15Speaker 2: we begin to talk about this type of thing.
- 2:18Speaker 1: So again, giving a lot of power, a lot.
- 2:20Speaker 2: Of prayers to our visionary like no other, Sister Queen
- 2:24Speaker 2: Angelus of bringing together a number of posts within the
- 2:30Speaker 2: Crew podcast network to be able to share some of
- 2:34Speaker 2: our experiences, share some of our legacy work, share some
- 2:37Speaker 2: of the nation building, some of the community organizing and
- 2:40Speaker 2: of course getting to the core, how are we engaged
- 2:44Speaker 2: in business economics, development, entrepreneurship. And I'm going to add
- 2:50Speaker 2: to that with a spiritual infusion that links technology.
- 2:56Speaker 1: That benefits each and every one of us.
- 2:59Speaker 2: So I share these things for tonight because tonight's broadcast
- 3:04Speaker 2: will be probably one of my shortest podcasts that I've posted,
- 3:08Speaker 2: because one, we're experiencing certain things with the technology, but
- 3:12Speaker 2: more importantly, there's this wonderful celebration that we're hosting right
- 3:17Speaker 2: here for our loved system.
- 3:19Speaker 1: And once she puts that last down and I see that.
- 3:22Speaker 2: She's almost ready to complete it with her food, I'm
- 3:24Speaker 2: going to turn the camera in that direction so that
- 3:27Speaker 2: she can share and keep in mind we've got generation
- 3:30Speaker 2: into generational engagements to her daughter. Didn't think that i'd
- 3:34Speaker 2: have her on the spot here in a.
- 3:38Speaker 4: Live podcast on OSCUS for her daughter, severe prink, a
- 3:45Speaker 4: lot of skill sets right, entrepreneurship, that bigger, more elaborate
- 3:52Speaker 4: word for bartending, awesome mom.
- 3:57Speaker 2: And really engaged in seeing ways to keep the into
- 4:00Speaker 2: generational energy thriving so that that way we don't have
- 4:03Speaker 2: the customary.
- 4:05Speaker 1: Oh well on them all.
- 4:07Speaker 2: You're the daughter we don't do that in this space,
- 4:09Speaker 2: right and we keep our Caribbean cultural fusion, our technology fusion.
- 4:15Speaker 1: With a little bit of style.
- 4:16Speaker 2: So some people dress it up, some people dress it
- 4:19Speaker 2: a little now, but we talking about another layer of
- 4:23Speaker 2: divas right here in Saint Croix, Vulgian Islands, US.
- 4:29Speaker 1: So I just wanted to kind.
- 4:30Speaker 2: Of set the stage for that kind of conversation one
- 4:33Speaker 2: of my guests who will join us at another time
- 4:36Speaker 2: because his schedule also shifted tonight, and it's just how things.
- 4:41Speaker 1: Work around this time when we're honoring.
- 4:43Speaker 2: African Black Testrima is brother. I refer to him as Sunsar.
- 4:48Speaker 2: He's one of my one of my sons, but also
- 4:52Speaker 2: a really powerful brother, a very powerful scientists.
- 4:55Speaker 1: And wellness expert.
- 4:57Speaker 2: They refer to him as the holistic Jet now other
- 5:01Speaker 2: than since Mikhael, and again hailing from right here and say,
- 5:05Speaker 2: of course, so part of what we're gonna be doing
- 5:07Speaker 2: between tonight's broadcast and in our future broadcast is to
- 5:11Speaker 2: be able to show the connection of African history month
- 5:15Speaker 2: three sixty five, so we don't have to just wait
- 5:18Speaker 2: in February. Granted, it's very important the work, the energy,
- 5:24Speaker 2: the historiography of the illustrious ancestor, doctor Cartle Woodson, the
- 5:30Speaker 2: formulator and founder of what started is Negro History Week,
- 5:34Speaker 2: expanded to Negro History Month, expanded to Black History Month,
- 5:38Speaker 2: expanded to African American History Month, to some African Black
- 5:42Speaker 2: History Month. But the idea is that the African Black
- 5:45Speaker 2: History it's three hundred and sixty five days a year.
- 5:48Speaker 2: You can keep talking like their company twenty four to seven, right,
- 5:53Speaker 2: and on leap years. And there's the reason why I'm
- 5:55Speaker 2: going to talk about the leap years because this book
- 5:57Speaker 2: loved Sister Queen and Prince I refer to as Princess Evera,
- 6:01Speaker 2: but that's just my affectionate.
- 6:03Speaker 1: Term for her.
- 6:05Speaker 2: She's actually born on February twenty ninth, So can you
- 6:09Speaker 2: imagine she gets to celebrate like two days every year.
- 6:12Speaker 1: She gets to do February twenty eighth and March first.
- 6:16Speaker 2: And then when we have a leap here, she can
- 6:18Speaker 2: do February twenty eighth, February twenty ninth, and March first.
- 6:22Speaker 2: I think that's so cool to be born on the
- 6:25Speaker 2: leap here because it means that you just have another
- 6:27Speaker 2: layer of engagement for what you can do and share
- 6:29Speaker 2: and so forth. But I wanted to really offer some
- 6:35Speaker 2: words of power, words and strength because there's so many
- 6:38Speaker 2: We would spend most of our podcasts having moments of
- 6:41Speaker 2: silence because the taps of things that are happening in
- 6:43Speaker 2: the world right now. So we want to make sure
- 6:45Speaker 2: you know we're always vibing on what is happening to
- 6:49Speaker 2: twelve issues of imbalance and places like heighting you know
- 6:53Speaker 2: what is happening Firsuss and brothers whose properties and businesses
- 6:57Speaker 2: are being bullgos in the ancestral lands in Costa Rica,
- 7:02Speaker 2: specifically to what people like.
- 7:05Speaker 1: To call black and brown people.
- 7:06Speaker 2: I like to call it the African descendants on ancestral
- 7:10Speaker 2: land in places like for the neumont We want to
- 7:14Speaker 2: send our energy of support to the Acro Tribal Council right,
- 7:18Speaker 2: and I send a special shout out to Sucnaby for
- 7:22Speaker 2: building an opportunity to meet her in person in Jamaica
- 7:26Speaker 2: while we were on a delegation work with the Idle
- 7:30Speaker 2: Network International in early January, during the time that the
- 7:35Speaker 2: Maroon communities came together at the Akompoma Room community right
- 7:40Speaker 2: in the north side, people.
- 7:42Speaker 1: Go see Elizabeth right, all of those.
- 7:45Speaker 2: Areas in the north western portions of Jenaong. We had
- 7:49Speaker 2: an opportunity to really network and build and talk about
- 7:53Speaker 2: women in business, women in education, women entrepreneurs, women who
- 7:59Speaker 2: support women, and it was really powerful to be able
- 8:02Speaker 2: to sing some of those energies and some of that
- 8:05Speaker 2: work into a spirution.
- 8:07Speaker 1: So we're excited to be able to share that.
- 8:09Speaker 2: There's gonna be some other things that are gonna be
- 8:11Speaker 2: coming out in the very very very very near future.
- 8:15Speaker 2: So we're going to oh, okay.
- 8:24Speaker 1: On Adam, we're gonna have some moments.
- 8:29Speaker 2: Okay see, and all of us that are sitting here,
- 8:31Speaker 2: let me see if I can make this happen without
- 8:33Speaker 2: showing all of my beverages, because you know that's how
- 8:38Speaker 2: we move things. I'm gonna bring it here right in
- 8:41Speaker 2: and this is our illustrious sister Queen.
- 8:45Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 8:45Speaker 6: We're gonna move this over a bit.
- 8:52Speaker 2: Sat like bringing people because I'm gonna talk, but I'm
- 8:55Speaker 2: want people to see our illustrious sister Queen b.
- 8:59Speaker 1: We refer to her as Queen Bee. Thank you, so
- 9:03Speaker 1: so yeah, thank you, and I have a bigger space
- 9:07Speaker 1: to do it. There we go. As you can tell
- 9:09Speaker 1: we're doing.
- 9:10Speaker 2: We'd like to bring it live and direct so when
- 9:11Speaker 2: people say, since you can be here with us, we
- 9:14Speaker 2: just want you to have a small experience. So Queen Bee,
- 9:17Speaker 2: share with my beloved listeners, how do you feel with
- 9:20Speaker 2: this being.
- 9:21Speaker 1: Another eve of your actual Birthrin? How do you feel?
- 9:26Speaker 6: How I feel?
- 9:27Speaker 7: Yes, I'm a life and Will I'm kicking I'm more
- 9:32Speaker 7: than a life and Will I'm alive.
- 9:34Speaker 6: I'm well, I'm kicking it off. There we go.
- 9:37Speaker 2: I feel great, excellently wonderful, feels awesome. All see, all
- 9:44Speaker 2: of that is part of what we want to make
- 9:45Speaker 2: sure that our listeners, our viewers, are able to experience
- 9:49Speaker 2: and feel good about.
- 9:50Speaker 1: Right.
- 9:51Speaker 2: So the other question I have to you, can you
- 9:53Speaker 2: please share with them a little bit about some of
- 9:55Speaker 2: the businesses that you have here and sat right now.
- 9:59Speaker 3: Please, it's a long story, just what's.
- 10:06Speaker 2: Going on right now, because we're gonna have you come
- 10:08Speaker 2: back when we're not sitting here with food in front
- 10:09Speaker 2: of us, telling.
- 10:10Speaker 3: You what what we have here, what we have right now.
- 10:13Speaker 6: When we started out and what we have right now,
- 10:16Speaker 6: me and my daughter, we change the business a little bit.
- 10:18Speaker 8: It used to be a grocery, but now we changed
- 10:21Speaker 8: a little bit. It's now we're we have a little
- 10:25Speaker 8: restaurant and she's doing she's doing the Mild Chicks with
- 10:31Speaker 8: Adam ice Stream and other goodies to to the changing
- 10:36Speaker 8: changing the business because things are changing all the time,
- 10:39Speaker 8: so we have to change changing.
- 10:42Speaker 6: People business to fit the people.
- 10:44Speaker 5: M m m hmm.
- 10:46Speaker 2: And I think it's important to highlight that some of
- 10:49Speaker 2: the ways in which some of the business started was
- 10:52Speaker 2: through aviation and just being able to transport things within
- 10:56Speaker 2: the Caribbean. I think it's important also to know I
- 10:59Speaker 2: always have like people that are alumni of the College
- 11:04Speaker 2: of the Virgin Islands, which is now the University of
- 11:07Speaker 2: the Virgin You're not going to bring these things up.
- 11:10Speaker 2: I think it's important to know the example that you've
- 11:12Speaker 2: set for a lot of people that are in business
- 11:15Speaker 2: and that are willing to become entrepreneurs.
- 11:18Speaker 1: And she also used to be a serious netbol play.
- 11:23Speaker 2: I just want to highlight a few small extra extra
- 11:27Speaker 2: I'm just saying, just saying, just saying, just saying, a
- 11:30Speaker 2: lot of sports.
- 11:31Speaker 1: Really.
- 11:33Speaker 6: Basketball, truck and view a lot of sports.
- 11:39Speaker 2: And so she could still play you. So don't come
- 11:42Speaker 2: to the Ballgin Islands trying to challenge. I love it,
- 11:51Speaker 2: don't test it any reflections you'd like to share with
- 11:53Speaker 2: my viewers and listeners reflection. I have a question to ask, yes.
- 11:58Speaker 6: One question, Why.
- 12:02Speaker 7: Do we have to wait until February to celebrate we
- 12:07Speaker 7: lack istman and we're black three hundred and sixty five
- 12:10Speaker 7: days a year.
- 12:14Speaker 1: I'm going to choose something on that while I think
- 12:16Speaker 1: about the response.
- 12:17Speaker 9: Why we are we are black with three hundred and
- 12:20Speaker 9: six Why do we get the shortest Why would you
- 12:23Speaker 9: allow the people to be the shortest month of the
- 12:26Speaker 9: year to celebrate blackman?
- 12:30Speaker 6: And were more than that? Were we more into a
- 12:32Speaker 6: D nineties? Correct? We are the powerhouse.
- 12:37Speaker 3: We del everything as the season, and so why we having.
- 12:41Speaker 6: One little month to celebrate that.
- 12:44Speaker 1: I think that that question was a gear for looking
- 12:47Speaker 1: for responses. I'm looking on the side.
- 12:50Speaker 2: I think it's important. Yes, thank you for that the
- 12:52Speaker 2: founding sponsors of the chip le A l I C.
- 12:55Speaker 2: I'm feeling that the Crew podcast is focusing on this
- 12:59Speaker 2: inspiring our I.
- 13:01Speaker 1: Think that this is something we should publish about.
- 13:03Speaker 2: This is what you're saying, is something we can write
- 13:06Speaker 2: about if we keep this kind of conversation moving between
- 13:10Speaker 2: and not only women.
- 13:11Speaker 1: Make sure that my brothers don't think we're excluding you.
- 13:14Speaker 2: But I'm starting with the women folks, because a lot
- 13:17Speaker 2: of times when we talk about African black history, we
- 13:20Speaker 2: only listen all the money. You forget that they had mothers, grandmothers, aunties,
- 13:25Speaker 2: sister you know, and we just forget. But I think
- 13:29Speaker 2: what you've touched on what I consider a very sensitive space.
- 13:34Speaker 2: Doctor Cartergie Woodson used February specifically because it was tied
- 13:39Speaker 2: to the birthdays of Frederick Douglas and doctor W. E. B.
- 13:45Speaker 2: The Voyce, amongst others, So it really had It wasn't
- 13:49Speaker 2: about the presidents, like how it is kind of connected now.
- 13:52Speaker 2: It wasn't about the shortest month e though. It was
- 13:55Speaker 2: about looking at what we started doing. Is we do
- 14:00Speaker 2: three hundred and sixty five days? You're absolutely correct, So
- 14:03Speaker 2: every month we celebrate, yes, our legacy.
- 14:06Speaker 10: Yeah, yes, every day we should be celebrating our legacy.
- 14:09Speaker 10: Every day we should be because you see what I'm
- 14:12Speaker 10: seeing with our our children. They're losing they're losing that culture,
- 14:19Speaker 10: I mean, and people not engaging the kids and nothing
- 14:23Speaker 10: they're engaging it in American culture and that you know
- 14:25Speaker 10: what about all black African culture.
- 14:28Speaker 6: Rich, I mean, I'm powerful.
- 14:33Speaker 1: We need to you know, we need to.
- 14:34Speaker 6: Teach out things.
- 14:37Speaker 7: And not much, not much of that is going on, okay,
- 14:41Speaker 7: And that's why I want to know, why is it
- 14:43Speaker 7: we need funny?
- 14:44Speaker 6: We don't need to just do this thing in February.
- 14:47Speaker 6: You need to go beyond that.
- 14:48Speaker 1: Great to go beyond that. And that's what we're gonna do.
- 14:52Speaker 1: And we're gonna start adding.
- 14:53Speaker 2: You know, some of the information persons like you have
- 14:57Speaker 2: because there's things, there's things about other parts of the
- 14:59Speaker 2: care being a lot of times we don't even mention
- 15:01Speaker 2: we like, stop at Malcolm X and Martin Luther King
- 15:04Speaker 2: and that's it, and we forget that there were different
- 15:06Speaker 2: heroes and she roes all tree this region. Yes, yes, continued, yes, yes, yes, yes, Wow.
- 15:15Speaker 1: I'm you see where we see where we're going.
- 15:18Speaker 2: So I'm going to turn for a second because I
- 15:20Speaker 2: now want to get to the younger generation. I know
- 15:25Speaker 2: you thought you wasn't going to have a chance, but
- 15:27Speaker 2: I'm just letting people know we spend some quality time
- 15:32Speaker 2: having the types of conversations around having our our young people.
- 15:38Speaker 2: And when I say young people, not young like just
- 15:42Speaker 2: not mature young people. The mature ones that see that
- 15:46Speaker 2: they have a responsibility. They have a duty, They have
- 15:51Speaker 2: a role to play that they are the keepers like
- 15:55Speaker 2: I know our generation. Let me be very specific, all
- 15:58Speaker 2: the people in the room that's over sixty go that way.
- 16:03Speaker 2: I gonna say it again, all of you in a
- 16:05Speaker 2: room over sixteen a song because it's the persons that
- 16:09Speaker 2: are coming up with you know, the baton passing.
- 16:12Speaker 1: Can you imagine you in a.
- 16:13Speaker 2: Race, you run in, you can ready to get that goal,
- 16:17Speaker 2: and you don't and they don't pass you the batah,
- 16:20Speaker 2: what happened?
- 16:21Speaker 6: Then you lose, and you lose horribly.
- 16:26Speaker 2: So I'm gonna turn a little bit, give thanks twenty
- 16:31Speaker 2: four to seven sixty five exactly. I gonna turn this
- 16:35Speaker 2: for a moment so that we can get some image,
- 16:37Speaker 2: some vibes and see that beautiful princess right there.
- 16:40Speaker 1: Watch her. She's awesome beyond measure.
- 16:45Speaker 2: Share with us just a little bit about what you do,
- 16:48Speaker 2: what you like to do, what your messages are, whether
- 16:50Speaker 2: it's around African Black History Month or just in general.
- 16:53Speaker 6: Princess Savera, please, that's for right now.
- 16:57Speaker 3: Me and my mom will work none others Like she
- 17:01Speaker 3: said that.
- 17:02Speaker 11: Here will we turn into our restaurants and in the afternoons,
- 17:05Speaker 11: I I too, milkshakes.
- 17:08Speaker 1: Ice cream and.
- 17:11Speaker 3: Find kind of like a mini bar.
- 17:13Speaker 11: For everybody, because that's that's what's where is at right now,
- 17:17Speaker 11: everybody looking for from and some place to chill out
- 17:21Speaker 11: and even have conversation. I feel like I'm some of
- 17:25Speaker 11: the people like therapists in a sense.
- 17:29Speaker 1: Did you hear her say that she's also a therapist?
- 17:31Speaker 2: Okay, keep it going, keep it going, keep it going, ahead,
- 17:34Speaker 2: build build because everybody we confide, you confide, we start
- 17:40Speaker 2: telling all our business. It's almost like confessional outside of church. Right,
- 17:44Speaker 2: we got you, we got you, we got you. And
- 17:47Speaker 2: she's a wonderful young mother of a beautiful slum. So
- 17:50Speaker 2: I want to I want to highlight that too. And
- 17:52Speaker 2: you just bring a lot of light in terms of
- 17:54Speaker 2: the connection. And I know you all preparing for the
- 17:57Speaker 2: agg fair coming out around President Weekend here in Saint Croix,
- 18:01Speaker 2: so I'm hoping that that will go as well. If
- 18:04Speaker 2: you don't get to come to the AGRAPHA. Just remember
- 18:08Speaker 2: President's Weekend every February. Saint Croix Vulgin Islands is one
- 18:15Speaker 2: of the largest it's probably our largest event, our largest event.
- 18:20Speaker 1: You know, we're talking well over ten thousand persons a
- 18:22Speaker 1: day or more.
- 18:24Speaker 2: Yes, yes, from Europe, Europe, Africa, Asia, we have that
- 18:33Speaker 2: seems to be a really type, really high level activity
- 18:36Speaker 2: that we're doing as well. So I just want you
- 18:38Speaker 2: to just share with the listeners some of the things
- 18:40Speaker 2: we get we're promoting six nine.
- 18:42Speaker 1: Just know that you know, we're good.
- 18:46Speaker 2: Thank you so much, but just thank you, but just
- 18:49Speaker 2: please share. Like what would be your message for the
- 18:52Speaker 2: younger viewers and listeners.
- 18:58Speaker 1: A really good because there's so it's such so so
- 19:04Speaker 1: much right now. Yes, so.
- 19:09Speaker 2: Ye're talking about black history or just in general. Doesn't
- 19:13Speaker 2: have to just be that because black history is everything
- 19:15Speaker 2: right right, so it can be. It can be around economies,
- 19:19Speaker 2: about encouraging people to build their own business.
- 19:21Speaker 11: I feel like, as for right now, a lot of
- 19:25Speaker 11: girls my generations are tearing each other down, you know,
- 19:30Speaker 11: and it's about competition of who they feel like it's
- 19:34Speaker 11: better or.
- 19:36Speaker 3: Which shouldn't have to be.
- 19:37Speaker 11: I feel like, like, you know, like like you said.
- 19:40Speaker 3: In your generation, a lot of women needed to build each.
- 19:43Speaker 11: Other up and it was never about or who has
- 19:47Speaker 11: more or who looks prettier. It was all about sisterhood
- 19:52Speaker 11: and helping each other out. And I feel like we
- 19:54Speaker 11: need to, especially for people my generas or even younger,
- 19:58Speaker 11: need to get.
- 19:59Speaker 6: Back into that.
- 20:00Speaker 3: Thanks for bring back that sisterhood again.
- 20:03Speaker 1: That's I want to thank you, princess. Like I said,
- 20:10Speaker 1: high for your heart. Okay, wait wait, wait, the queen
- 20:14Speaker 1: want to talk again.
- 20:16Speaker 3: I want to say something, right, we at our age.
- 20:21Speaker 6: I am sixty eight years old and we're going getting
- 20:28Speaker 6: out of them.
- 20:29Speaker 10: I mean, I'm sixty eight years old and I feel
- 20:31Speaker 10: like I'm eating because I am I have a little energy.
- 20:36Speaker 3: But the fact of the matter is that we have
- 20:39Speaker 3: to build that legacy.
- 20:41Speaker 7: We gotta put we gotta we gotta prepare the generations
- 20:47Speaker 7: after us to take over because if we don't do
- 20:51Speaker 7: if we don't do that, in a sense, if we
- 20:52Speaker 7: don't do that, it's gonna die. Because we the elders
- 20:58Speaker 7: have to train, you know, the younger generation, so that
- 21:04Speaker 7: younger generation we have the knowledge and and to train.
- 21:07Speaker 7: The others are coming up. Others are coming up to you.
- 21:09Speaker 7: So you build a legacy, you building up people, not
- 21:13Speaker 7: not from houses and stuff like that.
- 21:16Speaker 6: People is more important house and casts.
- 21:18Speaker 7: To build up people. So I say, I think in
- 21:21Speaker 7: doing that, we'll never die. We we'll live forever we
- 21:27Speaker 7: live on.
- 21:29Speaker 6: But we have to, we have to start. We have to.
- 21:32Speaker 7: We have to do that because our young people, our
- 21:36Speaker 7: young people is like like we have no place, they
- 21:38Speaker 7: have nothing, they have it's all about uh a video
- 21:43Speaker 7: that in the face.
- 21:45Speaker 6: They don't go out in the sun.
- 21:47Speaker 7: I know right now maybe a lot of our people,
- 21:49Speaker 7: our children is suffering and lack of vitamin D because
- 21:54Speaker 7: it's in the sun's.
- 21:55Speaker 6: In a place with a condition.
- 21:57Speaker 12: All they are with the phone or all those boxes
- 22:01Speaker 12: you used to watch these games on twenty four seven
- 22:04Speaker 12: day in there from full doing that because we are not.
- 22:10Speaker 7: I mean, we're not teaching them. We're allowing the TV
- 22:14Speaker 7: and those things that they're watching teach them. And that
- 22:19Speaker 7: you're right, because that's not how we raise the elders
- 22:22Speaker 7: taught us. So I feel like we have to go
- 22:25Speaker 7: back into that. Your cass the CASA is always a
- 22:28Speaker 7: younger generation now. So this is different, No, the only
- 22:32Speaker 7: different because we never taught them, We never pass on
- 22:36Speaker 7: our knowledge to them. We let them be, some of
- 22:41Speaker 7: them raising their own self, own self, doing the only thing,
- 22:45Speaker 7: no directions. So that's why we have a lot of
- 22:50Speaker 7: chaos going on right now because that love, that you
- 22:55Speaker 7: have parents have that soft love. They had love and
- 22:58Speaker 7: they had tough love. Add raising pic children, teaching them
- 23:02Speaker 7: right things. A lot of us have has lost it,
- 23:06Speaker 7: lost that, and I want to see that come back,
- 23:10Speaker 7: that come back again.
- 23:11Speaker 3: I want to see that come back in because that
- 23:13Speaker 3: is you know, I always think that no matter what
- 23:18Speaker 3: we have in this world, all the wealth in the world,
- 23:20Speaker 3: I don't care how much wealth, how much when you have.
- 23:23Speaker 3: If there is no foundation and the foundation is love, family,
- 23:27Speaker 3: we don't have nothing.
- 23:29Speaker 6: We don't have anything.
- 23:31Speaker 7: And that's why I'm looking to see in this year
- 23:35Speaker 7: coming to go forward, I'm looking to see something that
- 23:37Speaker 7: get happened.
- 23:39Speaker 6: I will come back.
- 23:40Speaker 13: I will add those generation generation upon generation of generation
- 23:43Speaker 13: of generation of give them something tangible, you know what
- 23:49Speaker 13: I mean, something that they.
- 23:50Speaker 6: Can they can work it. And that's my takell it.
- 23:54Speaker 3: Wow.
- 23:56Speaker 2: I think that today it's broadcast as well, definitely profound,
- 24:03Speaker 2: and like I said, it's not going to be long.
- 24:06Speaker 1: I want to thank you Queen Bing for sharing your
- 24:10Speaker 1: The eve of your sixty eight is the birthday.
- 24:20Speaker 2: With us, and thank you Princess for making this something
- 24:23Speaker 2: that we can actually bring together with truth to power
- 24:27Speaker 2: and wonderful you know, positive ways, because sometimes we don't
- 24:32Speaker 2: get a chance to do this because I won't even
- 24:34Speaker 2: tell you their work schedule for the rest of the
- 24:36Speaker 2: week because that'll take away from the door of tonight, right.
- 24:43Speaker 2: But I wanted to make sure that we had a
- 24:45Speaker 2: chance to listen, tune in, and engage. I'm always looking
- 24:51Speaker 2: for ways to keep these types of conversations in the forefront.
- 24:55Speaker 2: They're sending happy birthday to Queen que Money, right, and
- 24:59Speaker 2: they're also.
- 26:13Speaker 14: I don't know what happened to doctor Chan. I think
- 26:14Speaker 14: she got kicked out, y'all. But we're gonna wait, give
- 26:18Speaker 14: her a few minutes to see if she come back.
- 26:20Speaker 14: If not, then I think this is her coming on.
- 26:36Speaker 5: I thought she was back.
- 26:38Speaker 1: It's not. Is she here?
- 26:45Speaker 6: Yah?
- 26:49Speaker 5: H Well, I thought she was back, y'allah. Yeah, you're
- 27:18Speaker 5: not your thing. Your your thing is lighting up. But
- 27:24Speaker 5: we can't hear you. Yeah, we can't hear you.
- 27:32Speaker 6: I don't know what's going on with her volume, but
- 27:37Speaker 6: I tell you, she tried.
- 27:39Speaker 5: We had. I enjoyed her sister.
- 27:43Speaker 14: She definitely had to bring her back on and allow
- 27:47Speaker 14: her to share because she definitely has a lot of
- 27:50Speaker 14: wealth of wisdom. I see from just the engagement from tonight,
- 27:57Speaker 14: Doctor Chang, we can't hear you. Yeah, we'll see alive,
- 28:17Speaker 14: but I can't hear you. Yeah she tried.
- 28:39Speaker 5: They I can say she'll be back and on the
- 28:47Speaker 5: third Thursday, So look for her on the third Thursday.
- 28:52Speaker 14: I tell you that the show was amazing thus far,
- 28:56Speaker 14: technical issues creep in and we keep on put. I
- 29:01Speaker 14: definitely thank her for her press, I thank her for
- 29:03Speaker 14: her push. I thank her for coming on because she
- 29:07Speaker 14: could have said, no, I'm gonna go celebrate with my sister,
- 29:10Speaker 14: but she decided to bring her sister along and allow
- 29:14Speaker 14: her sister to share. And yet we learn something new
- 29:18Speaker 14: and something different tonight. So I definitely enjoy the freedness
- 29:25Speaker 14: of these hosts being able to share and the things
- 29:28Speaker 14: that they do. So shout out to Doctor Chen, shout
- 29:31Speaker 14: out to happy birthday to her sister early, Happy birthday celebration.
- 29:36Speaker 6: I hope you enjoy your birthday and we look.
