A Portland man, 24, is facing serious charges in Washington County, Oregon — including rape, sodomy, and sexual abuse — after a woman came forward alleging he assaulted her during a ride home in June. Arrested in July, he’s now indicted by a grand jury, and police are warning others who may have been targeted to come forward.
