- 0:27[SPEAKER_01]: We just picked up the Samium Assygo news.
- 0:30[SPEAKER_01]: We recorded usually at noon on Wednesdays, which means the Samium Assygo are poorly hit the portal.
- 0:35[SPEAKER_01]: Literally minutes ago, so that gives you a little bit of a hopefully landmark of where we're at other The Brady who's still the way we got the usual crew.
- 0:44[SPEAKER_01]: I'm Ryan Chapman hanging out here We got John Hoover John.
- 0:47[SPEAKER_01]: How have you enjoyed your first week of the portal being open here in 26?
- 0:51[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, Sammy on the seagull.
- 0:53[SPEAKER_02]: Don't blame me for that when I shower yesterday.
- 0:55[SPEAKER_02]: So
- 0:58[SPEAKER_01]: That is the you know how it goes right here.
- 1:00[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to make Carson feel glowing in a stress free week for Carson as far as Seattle goes.
- 1:06[SPEAKER_01]: If could I have your offensive coordinator that we're going to get off air.
- 1:10[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, hope not on that, but thankfully the Seahawks taking a little bit of portal stress away from me making things a little bit easier.
- 1:18[SPEAKER_00]: Don't have to worry about writing 20 portal stories a day and my team losing in the first round.
- 1:25[SPEAKER_00]: So doing fine all things considered.
- 1:27[SPEAKER_01]: Super helpful there to then forever the ones who did in the whole schedule at large.
- 1:32[SPEAKER_01]: We also got the great Ryan Aver who, uh, for Carson, he's about to rip back up into basketball mode tonight for the sooner men, Aver and I are about to ramp into a huge stretch for the sooner women.
- 1:43[SPEAKER_01]: It is, uh, we are not short on content around here right now, Aver.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, no doubt about it.
- 1:48[SPEAKER_03]: There's always something and certainly heck, we're going to tie in the sooner women to some of this football talk today for sure, but definitely a big stretch here coming up for Jenny Barochex Club.
- 2:02[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, we'll get to the hoops at the very end, but let's waste no more time guys.
- 2:06[SPEAKER_01]: It's portal season Jim Nagy and his staff as well as Brent Vendibles have been getting after it.
- 2:12[SPEAKER_01]: And we'll get to some of the outgoing guys because lastly, we group.
- 2:17[SPEAKER_01]: We were right when Michael and Lee Hopkins hit the portal.
- 2:20[SPEAKER_01]: We've got a lot of destinations, all that stuff.
- 2:22[SPEAKER_01]: But let's dive into the new suitors.
- 2:24[SPEAKER_01]: first as it stands at 12 13 PM on Wednesday.
- 2:29[SPEAKER_01]: Here is currently the incoming portal class Hayden Hansen, the Florida titan started off on Sunday night.
- 2:36[SPEAKER_01]: That rolled into Caleb Nitto the offensive element from Western Kentucky.
- 2:39[SPEAKER_01]: He is now in the boat, Oklahoma strikes with wide receiver Trell Harris, a third to all ACC selection last year at Virginia.
- 2:48[SPEAKER_01]: They added
- 2:49[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, the offensive lineman from Arkansas was some SEC starting experience.
- 2:54[SPEAKER_01]: Lloyd Avant, Colorado State running backspinier Tulsa, Rocky Bears, the brother of Reagan Bears is able just alluded to Titan Colorado State, uh, Dakota Fields, an Oregon corner to come in and add some depth there with three years of starting experience.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_01]: The one that was heard all around.
- 3:11[SPEAKER_01]: The 40 acres on Twitter, at least Parker Livingstone, the former Texas receiver Archmany's former roommate coming in to Norman and then a couple of defensive additions, UTSA, defensive linemen, Kenny, Ozzahu, and then the latest one again at 1215 here on a Wednesday, Cole Sullivan, Michigan linebacker, lots of positions of
- 3:40[SPEAKER_01]: But I think coming into this thing, it was one of the big question marks.
- 3:45[SPEAKER_01]: It was not if Oklahoma is going to add receivers when who, what was that going to look like?
- 3:50[SPEAKER_01]: Probably not Kim Coleman, but Ryan, it sounds like they've done a so far, a really, really good job.
- 3:57[SPEAKER_01]: And there's some other names we'll get to later that are still to visit here for Oklahoma in the receiver department.
- 4:03[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I mean, you know, like you mentioned, oh, you losing some guys, Dion Burke's being won.
- 4:10[SPEAKER_03]: You know, we'll see, still haven't had an official announcement for my Zacetania that he's returning, but that would be the expectation, but, you know, outside of Coleman to go add a guy like Trell Harris.
- 4:23[SPEAKER_03]: who had 847 yards on 59 catches last year, you know, OU only had what two receivers with more than two wide receivers with more than 21 catches last year that was Satania and Berks needed to add some depth there.
- 4:39[SPEAKER_03]: And then to go not only get Parker Livingstone,
- 4:42[SPEAKER_03]: the player who was really good for Texas last year with, you know, a little over 500 yards, six touchdowns on 29 catches, but to take them away from, you know, your biggest rival.
- 4:54[SPEAKER_03]: I think, you know, some, some big time inroads made their, you know, there hasn't ever been any question about Emmett Jones's recruiting ability.
- 5:04[SPEAKER_03]: It's just whether he can one keep these guys healthy and to develop them, but I think as good as they could have done in the receiver portal like you said, and if they weren't going to go out and get and pay for Coleman, this is, you know, about as well as they could have done.
- 5:23[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's Carson, we, we look at the first one.
- 5:28[SPEAKER_01]: Um, Charles Harris coming in, that seems like it, I don't know.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_01]: I was a little surprised, maybe, by the reaction of some of the Oklahoma fans, not all, but some of the people on Twitter, I thought that was a big time addition, and it's also a, let's see, how do we talk about this?
- 5:42[SPEAKER_01]: Oklahoma identified what they wanted and Oklahoma did not get into a bidding war.
- 5:47[SPEAKER_01]: They got him on campus immediately got him in and out.
- 5:50[SPEAKER_01]: That doesn't mean he came cheap, but this was quick work.
- 5:53[SPEAKER_01]: This was what we saw at Jim Nagy with Jake Michael and Jayden Ah, that kind of fast strike.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, no, it's, I like to pick up a lot, especially I noticed this the other day.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_00]: The production from former ACC wide receivers in 2025, whether that's KC ConceptZone, Malachi, Fields, Eric Singleton.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_00]: There were some really good receivers that played ACC ball in 24 and then played somewhere else in 25.
- 6:20[SPEAKER_00]: I think Trele Harris can be next up in that just a big play guy which this receiver room was good Deon Berks had as flashes certainly was great in the playoff game but just getting some more experience transfers kind of steering away from that okay FCS group of five mold that they followed a little bit last year in the portal um I think Harris
- 6:46[SPEAKER_00]: a side from a getting a bidding war with Texas Tech, Texas A&M.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_00]: It's about as well as they could have done to ABER's point, um, getting him, getting living stone.
- 6:58[SPEAKER_00]: It's, I think they're set up in a really good spot, especially if Satania comes back next year.
- 7:07[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, guys, um, if Satania comes back, uh, that's, that's an absolute game changer for Oklahoma's
- 7:16[SPEAKER_02]: When do you think we'll hear some real quick feedback?
- 7:18[SPEAKER_02]: When do you think we'll hear something on his NFL situation?
- 7:21[SPEAKER_02]: He's got the deadlines coming up, right?
- 7:26[SPEAKER_01]: Here's the last year we kind of had to go off of Dion Berkshametly announcing, which Dion Berkshametly went too long.
- 7:33[SPEAKER_01]: I've kind of been a weird way had just kind of gone off of how active Satania has been at some of the former Arkansas guys that have visited.
- 7:44[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_01]: They're not the actions of someone that's looking toward the NFL generally when you see that kind of so I don't know I don't know if they're leaving have to be a formal announcement or if it might just come down like a David Stone thing that randomly was that on Sunday or Saturday Just announced that hey side a new deal that kind of
- 8:03[SPEAKER_03]: It appears to be about a week.
- 8:06[SPEAKER_03]: January 14th looks to be the declaration for underclassment, deadline for.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_02]: I think the 15th was traditionally the deadline for that, but that makes sense 14, especially with the portal kind of looming.
- 8:19[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, you lose the on birds as a senior, I mean, 50 catches last year, finished the season fairly strong.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_02]: Everything hinges on Satania.
- 8:26[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, 65 catches almost a thousand yards seven touchdowns.
- 8:30[SPEAKER_02]: After that, Giovanni Gibson's in the portal.
- 8:33[SPEAKER_02]: Countess Lewis was hurt a lot of the year, Jermical Carter, six catches last year.
- 8:38[SPEAKER_02]: You're not getting a lot of productivity out of the guys that
- 8:41[SPEAKER_02]: came back at least proven productivity right so these two guys that they bring in trailhairs big play dude down the field check he's one of those guys when you see his film he's chuck it in his direction as far as you can he's probably going to come up with big catch he he's got that kind of he he can moss people he's got that kind of talent and then Parker limestone we saw what he could do against Oklahoma I mean he's a he's a legit reliable
- 9:08[SPEAKER_02]: uh... wide receiver you know he gets open he's got big play abilities got a scalability he's a guy that especially uh... i saw a tweet yesterday from one of the uh... attack the taxis writers had two hundred yard games and his third most productive game was under fifty yards okay
- 9:29[SPEAKER_02]: That's two more 100 yard games than anybody at Oklahoma coming back for Oklahoma.
- 9:33[SPEAKER_02]: So he's absolutely an upgrade.
- 9:36[SPEAKER_02]: What's interesting is Kirk Balls tweeted out yesterday from Houston, lives in Austin, but works for Houston.
- 9:43[SPEAKER_02]: Tweeted out that Oklahoma got him for $800,000.
- 9:47[SPEAKER_02]: That seems, wow, that figure caught my eye.
- 9:52[SPEAKER_01]: It is, uh,
- 9:53[SPEAKER_01]: a very, very, very different strategy that we saw from Oklahoma last.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_01]: I guess Winter portal window, that was obviously not Jim Nagy and his crew where we said the words money, ball money, ball money, ball, I think a billion times.
- 10:09[SPEAKER_01]: This is, it's not quite chasing Kim Coleman, but I would say if you have,
- 10:15[SPEAKER_01]: the trail production, living stone, and then if you can add a Davian tojo, the App State receiver who will talk about here to second a guide that is been very, very public on his ex account that he's visiting Oklahoma on Thursday.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_01]: That's one of those maybe that's the actual money ball thing where it's like, what do we do?
- 10:35[SPEAKER_01]: We were a place in the aggregate.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_01]: It's what what is,
- 10:38[SPEAKER_01]: Jim now you want his receivers to do get on base, but no, it's like, Carson said, I think I love about this group so far, is that we're not like wondering, hey, can you make the step up from Arkansas Pine Bluff or things like that, and it's no shot at anybody there, but it's one of those things where for Satania, I think it's no coincidence that for him, it was more about embracing a different role and stepping into a larger role.
- 11:03[SPEAKER_01]: as opposed to like he played it Arkansas on the SEC we knew that looked like Carson very eloquently just talked about we we can draw a pretty clear this production the ACC looks like this in the SEC especially for a guy that is a bubble screen target some of the can get downfield like you said who stuff like that and then for livingstone I get he was like a thousand yard receiver and things like that but
- 11:25[SPEAKER_01]: every bit of it's production is curious but in the SEC and for him it's kind of like oh use production this year and last year last year you look at hey oh use passing attack there just weren't many yards to go around so no one really covered themselves in glory this year once but here's hand got hurt it was basically just titanium making big plays there wasn't a lot to go around so I'm maybe not as concerned by you know
- 11:49[SPEAKER_01]: I know that some of the Texas riots have pointed out like little people act like this is an eight hundred yard guy or something like that.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, well, no one really caught a ton because the Texas office like could protect anybody for half the year.
- 11:59[SPEAKER_01]: So I think that that is going to be really, really comfortable.
- 12:03[SPEAKER_01]: It.
- 12:04[SPEAKER_01]: Like we mentioned, those you're getting from Appalachian State, he was Arkansas for two years before Appalachian State, another six, four, six, five type guy, I don't know what his official measurement would be on OU scale, what that would be.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_01]: So it looks like more than anything, Oklahoma, adding big time targets, big targets as well for geometry.
- 12:25[SPEAKER_01]: And that is not limited to just the wider severs, as Carson, the first one in the boat, Hayden Hanson officially,
- 12:35[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, six eight.
- 12:36[SPEAKER_00]: If I'm not mistaken, he is a unit, which, oh, you desperately need something out of the tight ends room is that's going to be a position group that's just totally reloaded in 2026 without Joe John Finley, no more Sharon Canick, Carson Kent is in the portal Will Huggins.
- 12:52[SPEAKER_00]: I believe out of eligibility.
- 12:54[SPEAKER_00]: So I mean,
- 12:55[SPEAKER_00]: getting hate enhancing someone with SEC experience who has scored touchdowns in this league.
- 13:01[SPEAKER_00]: I think that's massive and then you guys touched about on the in touched on in the intro.
- 13:06[SPEAKER_00]: I'm getting rocky beers from Colorado State.
- 13:08[SPEAKER_00]: That's a man that has played a lot of college football.
- 13:11[SPEAKER_00]: This will be the sixth season previously playing at CSU Air Force and Florida International.
- 13:17[SPEAKER_00]: Of course the brother of Reagan beers.
- 13:20[SPEAKER_00]: He is another big guy with
- 13:22[SPEAKER_00]: experience being a player maker.
- 13:24[SPEAKER_00]: He was really good.
- 13:25[SPEAKER_00]: He was a really good player on this.
- 13:27[SPEAKER_00]: This goes with Lloyd Avant the running back from CSU that you got.
- 13:31[SPEAKER_00]: They were both really good players on a really bad Colorado.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_00]: State team this year, beers and numbers were pretty good.
- 13:37[SPEAKER_00]: So we're a bunch.
- 13:38[SPEAKER_00]: So just getting another guy with that experience, size, some OU ties.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_00]: I think that's a big thing for the position group.
- 13:49[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, huge there, and a part of it, too, will be new tools for whoever the new Oklahoma Titan Coach is going to end up being, which I guess on one hand, I know we all have this question of like, how is this going to work if the Titan Coach isn't announced something like that?
- 14:04[SPEAKER_01]: Well, US C does have a defensive coordinator, and they can sign big time defensive guys.
- 14:07[SPEAKER_01]: So that seems like small potatoes can be into some of the other places.
- 14:12[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I know that about it.
- 14:13[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, my thought right now is that they're just waiting on Joe John Finley to land a job somewhere else so that that can be sort of not have to announce that they're firing him in that kind of sense.
- 14:27[SPEAKER_03]: But clearly they're still making moves at that position.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_03]: I think you look at the difference in productivity between these two guys and the guys that they brought in last year in Huggins and Kent and, you know, no offense to them.
- 14:41[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, just imagine where OU's tight ends would be if Jared Canick hadn't gone to the coaches and said, hey, I want to give this tight end thing at the try because, you know, while each of those guys has certain skills that, you know, helped out the sooner that various points mainly blocking, there wasn't a ton of production there.
- 15:02[SPEAKER_03]: But they want that position to be a significant piece
- 15:06[SPEAKER_03]: been our buckles offense and in this offense moving forward as it has been for, you know, so long, it just, you know, hasn't been that way for the last few years and I think this is, you know, one of the biggest signs that they're serious about, you know, changing that dynamic at tight end here moving forward.
- 15:27[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you would think with guys that have played as much as these guys have played and have been productive as much as these guys.
- 15:34[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, 31 catches seven touchdowns for beers at Colorado State and then, you know, we went over Hayden Hanson's numbers.
- 15:42[SPEAKER_02]: First of all, due to six foot eight.
- 15:45[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, if you're not finding him through the air, you're doing something wrong, 57 career or 57 career catches, five touchdowns, these are guys who not only are involved in the passing game, but you would think after a lifetime of playing tight end that they know a thing or two about getting involved in the run game, being a blocker, being an effective that push pin blocker where you put them on the plate, play sheet and run plays around them, you know, you base the offense basically on a lot of their presence.
- 16:14[SPEAKER_02]: uh... and that's what our bucket wants to do while he went in the portal last year and got so many tight ends desperate for tight ends him and family and joe john you know came up with these guys and didn't really work out very good and for the third year in a row come tight ends weren't you know productive weren't efficient weren't effective blockers and you know now which emeggy and in the fold pulling these guys out of the portal uh... it looks like they're getting some playmakers
- 16:42[SPEAKER_01]: And it's something too, like, especially in the case of Rocky Bears.
- 16:48[SPEAKER_01]: What, Ben Arbuckle was able to do it, Washington State was, we talked about it all off season last year.
- 16:53[SPEAKER_01]: It wasn't like the Titans caught 70 balls, but I think it was 21 or 24 catches by Titans.
- 17:00[SPEAKER_01]: Seven of them were touchdowns.
- 17:01[SPEAKER_01]: Clearly that's a matchup situation.
- 17:04[SPEAKER_01]: We didn't ever see that as Jared Canick was like the only guy that never ever seemed to be able to get into the end zone, not really his fault.
- 17:09[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think.
- 17:11[SPEAKER_01]: Between Rocky Bears who has caught a ton of touchdowns and having a six eight target I think that Ben Arbuckle can try and do some stuff there big helps in the run game as well Like you mentioned John and Oklahoma's helping itself up front along the offensive line those two additions John I think are going to be One of those guys going to come in and compete for a starting spot another one a really really comfortable experience depth signing
- 17:34[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, first of all, whoever challenges Oklahoma to a three on three basketball team is our game is going to lose.
- 17:42[SPEAKER_02]: Hanson six eight beers is six five and they got an offensive tackle from Arkansas, Emerian, Harris, who's six seven.
- 17:48[SPEAKER_02]: They got the front line covered.
- 17:49[SPEAKER_02]: They probably need a point guard or two who knows who that's going to be.
- 17:52[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, Emerian, Harris, six seven, three, thirteen.
- 17:57[SPEAKER_02]: A two-year starter at Arkansas.
- 17:59[SPEAKER_02]: Arkansas has not had like the greatest team obviously over the last couple of years But they have put up some big numbers including some numbers against Notre Dame.
- 18:07[SPEAKER_02]: You saw it this year This is a team that You know Bobby Petrino is your offensive coordinator.
- 18:14[SPEAKER_02]: Guess what?
- 18:15[SPEAKER_02]: Marion Harris probably knows a thing or two about past blocking
- 18:19[SPEAKER_02]: Now, he's from Little Rock, okay?
- 18:22[SPEAKER_02]: And he chose Arkansas at a high school, over Georgia, Miami, Tennessee, Texas, saying him and Oklahoma.
- 18:31[SPEAKER_02]: So he's always had Oklahoma in his kind of radar, but yeah, man, he's a guy that, I mean, you look at some of the numbers that he put up, pro football focus wise.
- 18:42[SPEAKER_02]: he didn't put up good grades his 20 24 season he was in the 40s and 50s a lot you know individual games but last year 25 his second year as a starter he was in the 50s 60s and 70s in most of his games as as we were talking about pro football focus overall offensive grade
- 19:01[SPEAKER_02]: get this, 484 past plays last year, 22, I'm sorry, 24 last year, 484 past plays, 22 pressures six-sex, not great, Bob, not great.
- 19:14[SPEAKER_02]: This year, 400 past plays, nine pressures, two-sex, so he's a guy that took some coaching, a guy that got better, a guy that showed real improvement, and, you know, he was a successful starter over two seasons for the Razerbacks.
- 19:26[SPEAKER_02]: Now Caleb Nida is the other one.
- 19:28[SPEAKER_02]: probably more of a depth guide.
- 19:30[SPEAKER_02]: I would project that Harris is going to start at right tackle.
- 19:34[SPEAKER_02]: I think that's easy, easy math.
- 19:36[SPEAKER_02]: Caleb Nitta, Western Kentucky.
- 19:38[SPEAKER_02]: He's a center.
- 19:40[SPEAKER_02]: He started every game at center last year.
- 19:43[SPEAKER_02]: He's a zero star recruit, didn't have any FPS offers, walked on it Virginia Tech, transferred to Western Kentucky.
- 19:49[SPEAKER_02]: He was at Virginia Tech for a year, played at two years, and played at Western Kentucky last year, played all 11 games, 653 snaps.
- 19:58[SPEAKER_02]: He was a starter, played the last five games, or the last nine games.
- 20:02[SPEAKER_02]: But you say, well, he played a group of five schedule.
- 20:05[SPEAKER_02]: He did, but one of his best games that he played as a group of five offensive linemen,
- 20:10[SPEAKER_02]: again using profile focus metrics was against LSU he posted a 79 score pass blocking 62 over also if you look at his individual numbers 394 pass plays last year just one sack allowed again he's playing center so he's got a lot of help around him but five total pressures so they're getting two guys that I think they have confidence in one can come in as a starter and one can come in and play multiple positions as a depth guy.
- 20:36[SPEAKER_01]: It feels like Caleb did a pretty easy, this is your Troy Everett replacement he can ever on his way out, regardless of if you've got the interviewer or not, making that thing happen.
- 20:46[SPEAKER_01]: Carson, I am kind of intrigued, Bo J.
- 20:49[SPEAKER_01]: Slim down a little bit and compete with Hethosida at Wright Gord.
- 20:54[SPEAKER_01]: Maran had played six games at Gord, seven at Tackle, two seasons ago, so I don't know if this is going to be as simple as Foget, it might be right here as the computer right Tackle whoever wins there the other one kind of competes at Gord, but we know that Bill Bean But likes to mix and match it all that and it feels like that this is going to be a really really comfortable Moment at the very worst to have added a depth swing tackle which I will culminate in a couple up
- 21:20[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, no, it is, you mentioned Bill Beaton, but what how much he likes to just kind of reorganize the line.
- 21:25[SPEAKER_00]: And I think he's in a good spot to do so after these two offensive line pickups, really intrigued to see how they use Caleb Nitta, having played good football at Western Kentucky as who've mentioned a different level of football shirt.
- 21:39[SPEAKER_00]: but it seems like he has a lot of upside just I think it was only two sacks allowed seven pressures allowed this past year.
- 21:46[SPEAKER_00]: So pretty impressive numbers there from who will presumably be a depth piece on this line.
- 21:53[SPEAKER_00]: But just the foundation they have with Harris, Nita and then all the the young guys that showed so much promise whether that's faux jiff, as soon as he had a pair of Louis.
- 22:03[SPEAKER_00]: I think the lines in a really good spot and that's kind of where
- 22:07[SPEAKER_00]: Bill Beat and Bo came use his magic, his experience, the experience that he has just finding the best rotation, finding those five players to fill the slots.
- 22:17[SPEAKER_00]: I think they're in a good spot to do that now.
- 22:19[SPEAKER_01]: You look at it and the deep into the side of the ball got some love as well.
- 22:24[SPEAKER_01]: Started off with the one that I was not ready for, which was Oregon Corner, Dakota Fields,
- 22:36[SPEAKER_01]: Three years of eligibility remaining.
- 22:37[SPEAKER_01]: This feels like a very, very comfortable.
- 22:39[SPEAKER_01]: You lost of on Jordan.
- 22:41[SPEAKER_01]: He's headed off to Baylor, can slide back in there.
- 22:44[SPEAKER_01]: Now you've got Portland, Gilly, Eli Bowen, Jacobi, Johnson, and hopefully you have to code of fields.
- 22:49[SPEAKER_01]: Jave lies on a really nice show of developing those guys.
- 22:51[SPEAKER_01]: So someone that can
- 22:52[SPEAKER_01]: be helpful in the rotation both for this year and you would hope in the 27 and beyond defensive line you've got a big win over Texas and I'll do do you sign a Texas guy you beat Texas heads up for UTSA, Ed Schrecher, Kenny, Ozewalu, a guy that he might end up falling to Joe Delau, Lulu Territory is someone that
- 23:13[SPEAKER_01]: As it is right now, a very, very comfortable member of Miguel Shavis' Edge Group, but it looks like it's six four.
- 23:20[SPEAKER_01]: He put on 20ish pounds from when he committed to UTSA through two years to get to about 275.
- 23:27[SPEAKER_01]: Looks like someone in just kind of some of his pictures that could put on more weight.
- 23:31[SPEAKER_01]: If at some point they want to move him in or out, I don't clearly know like what the exact play is there, but a guy that as a red shirt freshman,
- 23:40[SPEAKER_01]: Basically, 10 games got 70 total tackles, six tackles for last three quarterbacks.
- 23:44[SPEAKER_01]: Sacks, I think that's going to be really, really convenient, especially when you got Taylor Wein, you got PJ, you got Daniel Koy, but we had talked about you're losing our mason, you're losing Marvin Jones Jr., you're needing another guy there as well.
- 23:55[SPEAKER_01]: And then the really, really big one, linebacker Cole Sullivan was kind of torn between do I return back to Michigan or do I come to Oklahoma?
- 24:03[SPEAKER_01]: We had talked about this at Bazi, right, boys, that
- 24:06[SPEAKER_01]: Kip Lewis, big decision to bake.
- 24:08[SPEAKER_01]: Owen Heinecki, out of his hands, waiting on the NCAA, Kobe McKinsey, he hit the portal headed to Northwestern and then now after Oklahoma Land did, Cole Sullivan, Sammy and Seagull also hit the portal, but a really, really, really important pickup for Oklahoma, and it's not just like, hey, you added depth to your lineback group if it's just
- 24:28[SPEAKER_01]: Kip Lewis coming back and Cole Sullivan, if he does it when his appeal, that's a front line duo that I think you feel really really good about.
- 24:35[SPEAKER_01]: If you can get two of Owen heine Kip Lewis coming back, that's even better, that kind of stuff, and A were, this is another one, much like we talked about with the receivers.
- 24:44[SPEAKER_01]: Played big tin football, played one of the best defenses in the Big Tint.
- 24:47[SPEAKER_01]: There's no concern for me whatsoever that he'll be able to come in.
- 24:52[SPEAKER_01]: Britt Biddles is going to love him.
- 24:53[SPEAKER_01]: Britt Biddles worked very, very hard to win this recruiting battle heads up and this should be a very, very, very comfortable fits like a glove type situation for Mr.
- 25:01[SPEAKER_01]: Solve and coming into Norman.
- 25:03[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, absolutely another guy that, you know, obviously OU has been familiar with, you know, scouting, scouting Michigan.
- 25:10[SPEAKER_03]: And to land a guy like this, they needed a big time line backer.
- 25:15[SPEAKER_03]: We knew that regardless of what happens with O'Nahineke, what happens with Kip Lewis.
- 25:20[SPEAKER_03]: This was an area that rent venables really narrowed in on that defensive side.
- 25:26[SPEAKER_03]: And, you know, they took some some big swings at a lot of different positions.
- 25:30[SPEAKER_03]: And for the most part,
- 25:33[SPEAKER_03]: connected on those, missed out on a couple of the guys, but they, you know, hit on most of their big-time targets, and this was as big as any of them to get Cole Sullivan, a guy that, you know, like you mentioned, even if those guys come back, he's a guy that's certainly going to make an impact there.
- 25:56[SPEAKER_03]: I think certainly with Samuel Masigo, leaving in the immediate aftermath of that,
- 26:02[SPEAKER_03]: you know how that dynamic sort of played out and also what the conversations have been like.
- 26:08[SPEAKER_03]: I've said it every week for at least the last three podcast that you know I think Owen Heineke, he only has to do his whisper lawsuit and he's going to have an extra year of another year of eligibility and but every time you every day that you go by without hearing that
- 26:26[SPEAKER_03]: you know, makes you wonder a little bit more, uh, but certainly a big time yet for for Brent Vennables in this, uh, linebacker group.
- 26:36[SPEAKER_01]: And I wish we could come on here and tell you, uh, hey, on Friday, that's when the decision comes down and we'll all know it not how the insidula works.
- 26:43[SPEAKER_01]: We'll, uh, yeah, I know.
- 26:46[SPEAKER_01]: I know, I know we've gotten that question on radio a couple times like, do we know anything?
- 26:50[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, no, no update.
- 26:51[SPEAKER_01]: And I can't even,
- 26:53[SPEAKER_01]: Tell you like, hey, we should know something next week or something like that because hash tag in CWA something that if you pay attention to some of the CFPC in my final Media day shredded chambles was like pretty frustrated right now because he's like, hey man, I'm just trying to know like
- 27:08[SPEAKER_01]: Do I need to get going on this NFL thing?
- 27:11[SPEAKER_01]: I've already, in principle, signed the deal to come back to Ole Miss if I've got that year.
- 27:15[SPEAKER_01]: So that's something there that will, I think everyone's going to all find out together and they'll all find out pretty quick.
- 27:22[SPEAKER_01]: I feel like I'm really touched on Lloyd about coming in from Colorado State.
- 27:27[SPEAKER_01]: To me, this feels like you've got
- 27:30[SPEAKER_01]: The plan, Xavier Robinson, Torre Blaylock, coming back, Jonathan Hatton, Jr., the freshman, and Zeppin Walker coming in.
- 27:38[SPEAKER_01]: You lost Jvontay Barnes to the portal.
- 27:40[SPEAKER_01]: That was very, very expected.
- 27:41[SPEAKER_01]: You lost Taylor Tadem to the portal as well.
- 27:43[SPEAKER_01]: Not unexpected, but for me, and it may not be, Lloydovot not built as like the top running back or whatever, but Lloydovot Carson, a guy that can run the ball, a guy that is very, very comfortable as a receiver, a guy that can return kickoffs.
- 27:57[SPEAKER_01]: This to me feels like Oklahoma saying, this is the kind of skill set.
- 28:00[SPEAKER_01]: This is the type of roll that Taylor Tatum was going to occupy.
- 28:04[SPEAKER_01]: You have replaced him with another guy that operates in that kind of realm.
- 28:10[SPEAKER_01]: And for Taylor, he didn't really get on the field at all this year.
- 28:13[SPEAKER_01]: I love that due to injury stuff.
- 28:14[SPEAKER_01]: So in a way, whether you think the town ceiling is as high or not,
- 28:18[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, he was more productive last year than Taylor Tatum, simply because he was on the football field, which we know, unfortunately, was so many of the OU portal from the parters that we're going to talk about here in a second.
- 28:27[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, hey, love the talent, but if you can never get on the field, you're not a help to any football team.
- 28:34[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, if nothing else, I think he's a good depth piece for this team, seeing what he did at Colorado State, which I mentioned a minute ago, a bad team in 2025, but he still had some really big games, had some really nice performances, as you mentioned, someone that can catch passes to.
- 28:48[SPEAKER_00]: I still expect the ones who punch to be Tory Blaylock and Xavier Robinson this upcoming season, also probably seeing some reps from the true freshman, but I think a
- 29:00[SPEAKER_00]: It's easy to not have much depth at running back.
- 29:04[SPEAKER_00]: You saw that at toward the end of the season where we're wondering, is Jade and I are going to have to play some snaps late in the years.
- 29:10[SPEAKER_00]: Javansay Barnes is going to have to burn this red shirt.
- 29:13[SPEAKER_00]: What's the next option?
- 29:14[SPEAKER_00]: I think just getting one more guy that even if he is further down the depth chart, someone with experience that if he has to play in big situations, you don't feel bad about that.
- 29:26[SPEAKER_01]: It'll be interesting.
- 29:27[SPEAKER_01]: As we said, still monitoring, here's how I kind of view the portal stuff.
- 29:31[SPEAKER_01]: The first weekend is for your big time, like top overall targets that you were able to get among the first one or two visits on.
- 29:37[SPEAKER_01]: Oklahoma got a lot of guys in and hit on a lot of them.
- 29:40[SPEAKER_01]: Really, I would say, the only like heads up battle that I would say, Oklahoma just straight up lost.
- 29:45[SPEAKER_01]: And that does not include like,
- 29:47[SPEAKER_01]: not be able to get a guy on campus, but that kind of stuff would be banned somewhere in the Michigan State defensive tackle.
- 29:52[SPEAKER_01]: He obviously sided with USC if you're on that.
- 29:56[SPEAKER_01]: But as far as the first wave guys go, it seems like Oklahoma hit that out of the park.
- 30:00[SPEAKER_01]: We mentioned like a debut on Dozier, that kind of guy.
- 30:02[SPEAKER_01]: You're going to start seeing, now I'm going to say this, which means that inevitably by the time that this podcast is up, seven things will have happened and all look like a big old dumb dumb, which you guys know.
- 30:12[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, but today to me is like to take a breath day and then you dive back in at Thursday Friday into week into, uh, the portal stuff, part of it though is it is a carousel, it spins, it spins, it spins as much as Oklahoma has, uh, enjoyed the spoils of the transfer portal.
- 30:29[SPEAKER_01]: They have had some other entrance since we last got together.
- 30:33[SPEAKER_01]: I don't remember exactly when Gentry announced as a versus when we were on the podcast.
- 30:38[SPEAKER_01]: We're not full of just start there.
- 30:40[SPEAKER_01]: guys who have hit the portal since we last got together uh gentry Williams Logan Hallan wider severs to sigh of martin and kj Daniels titan Carson Kent as we've been shined off until i'm in jake taylor divots alive and mark strong mark is strong uh taylor taylor taylor we talked about and then zion curney i been carrying javani Gibson and then sami o macego who when when i look at this list i know that we had talked about that first group of guys last week
- 31:07[SPEAKER_01]: all of them pretty expect except for maybe a Kobe McKinsey, uh, but as far as this group goes, you look at it, I think Marcus Strong is a loss, a guy that Oklahoma would have loved to be the number three guy in their rotation.
- 31:19[SPEAKER_01]: I think you look at Zion County as someone that Oklahoma really would have liked to have held on to say what you've on a Gibson, but I do kind of wonder if simply
- 31:28[SPEAKER_01]: for a guy like Giovanni, he looks at the riding on the wall of living stone, comes in, trail comes in, you're bringing in Dozier for a visit and with as little as rotation there was, felt like something was going to have to give in this wider sea room, especially for a guy like Giovanni that excited many before the injury had to build back from the injury, but now really only has one more year to try and show everyone what he can do at this level.
- 31:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you were hoping that the Giovanni Gibson would be a guy that would be able to stick it out.
- 31:57[SPEAKER_02]: Curny as well, you see playmaking ability out of both those guys in the passing game.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_02]: I think where this starts to hit coaches a little bit in the heart is a guy like Jentry Williams, right, who was literally Brent Benable's first recruit.
- 32:12[SPEAKER_02]: He gets off the airplane, he waved everybody immediately drives to Tulsa and says, you're going to stick with us, right?
- 32:18[SPEAKER_02]: You're coming to Oklahoma, right?
- 32:20[SPEAKER_02]: You're a guy.
- 32:20[SPEAKER_02]: You are our guy.
- 32:22[SPEAKER_02]: You've got a gentry week and you know gentry play it and he played well at a lot of times He just couldn't stay healthy and that's where like I said it hurt so coaches in the heart to three years later four years later These are guys who are seniors.
- 32:35[SPEAKER_02]: They've been here since day one Sex and is another one Taglet Jake Taylor is another one
- 32:42[SPEAKER_02]: They've been here for rentables.
- 32:44[SPEAKER_02]: They were rentables guys.
- 32:45[SPEAKER_02]: They were guys that he identified and made priorities.
- 32:49[SPEAKER_02]: And, you know, four years later, they still haven't played much because of injuries.
- 32:54[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, Sexton certainly has had stretches where he played, but it's injuries not performance.
- 33:00[SPEAKER_02]: It's injuries not money.
- 33:01[SPEAKER_02]: It's injuries not attitude, you know, and so you look at how the college football works now.
- 33:07[SPEAKER_02]: And coaches are having to work in tandem with general managers.
- 33:12[SPEAKER_02]: Invinables are sitting there going, there's just some way we could keep gentry.
- 33:16[SPEAKER_02]: Jim Naggi, if there's just some way we could keep tailoring sexton.
- 33:19[SPEAKER_02]: Can we talk to those guys about their salary?
- 33:22[SPEAKER_02]: Can we talk to those guys about NIL, and can Brent, the numbers just don't work?
- 33:28[SPEAKER_02]: So it's probably not the favorite thing that Brent's having to go through, because he is, as we all know, a relational guy, not a transactional guy.
- 33:37[SPEAKER_00]: I think one that surprised me was what Ryan said, Marcus Strong, he looked really good when he did get snaps this year.
- 33:43[SPEAKER_00]: I think he played about a hundred snaps on the season, had that big safety against South Carolina, had a sack against Kent State.
- 33:53[SPEAKER_00]: Whenever he was thrown in, I felt like he was a disruptor and having that depth to go along with.
- 33:58[SPEAKER_00]: Jaden Jackson, David Stone, I think that would have been huge.
- 34:03[SPEAKER_00]: So a little surprise to see him go, it seemed like his role was finally ramping up.
- 34:08[SPEAKER_00]: And then Giovanni Gibson, I, a little surprise by that just seeing how his role did grow at the end of the year, had a good game against LSU.
- 34:15[SPEAKER_00]: regular season finale was good against Bammett and the playoff, so it seemed like he was finally finding that rhythm, but to Ryan's point, probably did see some writing on the wall with Livingstone, Harris, presumably more guys in the portal, so it's understandable that he'd want to use that last year somewhere else, and I expect him to be good wherever he goes, he's a good player from what we saw in the last few weeks of the season.
- 34:43[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it'll be interesting because some of the stuff though when you look at it and like gentry like Carson brought up and who brought up one of the things with gentry is I wonder what the calculations for some of these guys of like we absolutely love this player when they're here
- 35:01[SPEAKER_01]: But if we don't think we can get through 12 games, is there, hey, if you're kind of looking to go, then we're gonna say all the nice things about you and not standing your way.
- 35:10[SPEAKER_01]: I wonder with a guy like Gentry, I wonder with that situation, I wonder with some of those offensive line that we know Jacob, sexist, and Jake Taylor, their Oklahoma careers were not derailed because of talent or anything like that.
- 35:21[SPEAKER_01]: They were derailed just because
- 35:23[SPEAKER_01]: they were snake bitten by injuries.
- 35:25[SPEAKER_01]: It feels like there's a handful of kind of those guys that are departures you hate to see go, but also at this point you need guys that you can count on for 12 games.
- 35:33[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I mean, heck, you might even throw in a guy like Caden Helms in that regard, that was, you know, so snake bitten by injuries throughout his career even some this year just was never able to be that that fully healthy guy and get that development that that you can get when your your healthy over a stretch.
- 35:54[SPEAKER_03]: I think, you know, certainly guys like Giovanni Gibson had the potential to be a very productive.
- 36:02[SPEAKER_03]: inside the framework of this offense, but also you look at what they're adding in there.
- 36:07[SPEAKER_03]: Adding guys who are one proven at this level, which is different from, you know, last year where Satania at the wide receiver spot was really the only, you know, division one, or FFBS proven guy.
- 36:21[SPEAKER_03]: that they went out and got, that it had decent numbers.
- 36:25[SPEAKER_03]: There, the rest were lower division guys.
- 36:28[SPEAKER_03]: Giovanni Gibson, I think is a guy who's got a chance to be really, really good wherever he lines up.
- 36:34[SPEAKER_03]: But at the same time, they needed something a quick injection of talent, of production, of health there.
- 36:41[SPEAKER_03]: And just sort of gets caught up in the numbers, I think it's going to be really interesting to see how some of these other guys that have one already announced their their destinations, you know, what is Jacob sex and look look like at Oklahoma state is he able to to stay healthy and and finally be the player that we had saw.
- 37:01[SPEAKER_03]: In burst, but never could see for an extended period of time, you know, what is Kobe McKenzie look like it at Northwestern when he's, you know, presumably going to be able to find a much more consistent role there than he did at at Oklahoma, even though he had a significant role, you know, it got paired down a little bit, especially with the emergency.
- 37:30[SPEAKER_03]: It is the reality of things that guys get pushed out that maybe you really like and would love to have on your roster, but roster space isn't unlimited right now and certainly money isn't unlimited and you've got to balance that out against adding big-time pieces like some of the guys we've seen on the addition side.
- 37:52[SPEAKER_01]: I just think that overall I remember I know we all did living through the portal phase last year and everyone's mentions Which light we didn't say but it's not our fault being like what is happening with all these schools guys When you run down Florida Western Kentucky Virginia Arkansas a couple of college state Oregon Texas UTSA Michigan where
- 38:15[SPEAKER_01]: The Western Kentucky, I think it's quite a good talk to you, but that's being brought in with the mind of a debt piece probably Colorado State, neither one of those guys may be the out-not starter there to compete, UTSA.
- 38:26[SPEAKER_01]: I think you could stuff like a couple of, hey, UTSA might be a great eval and a really, really young guy that was missed.
- 38:30[SPEAKER_01]: I think that this is the type of portal additions, John, that Oklahoma fans kind of had in mind when you talk about what kind of business do you need to do to replenish that roster in the South Eastern Conference
- 38:45[SPEAKER_01]: I think this is what a lot of people had in mind when they started really thinking about what the portal stuff needs to look like now that Oklahoma is in the SEC.
- 38:52[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean Jim, Jim Nagy's having a January, isn't he?
- 38:55[SPEAKER_02]: So far, something that's just impressive.
- 39:00[SPEAKER_02]: I guess he got here at the end of February last year and that's when he joined the staff and so he's you know he's playing catch up and he did what he could in the in the spring the post spring portal which has been eliminated this year but you know he kind of took one on the chin he whipped on jade knot for one reason or another I think it's more on jade knot than it is on Maggie you kids got talent kids got a future it's just for whatever reason he didn't play at Oklahoma this year for again for whatever reason draw your own conclusions
- 39:30[SPEAKER_02]: But give him an offseason, give him a lot of film to evaluate, and media film that he can get into turn around from 20 to 25 season.
- 39:41[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, let's look at this Arkansas right tackle.
- 39:43[SPEAKER_02]: Let's look at this Colorado state tight end, let's look at this running back.
- 39:46[SPEAKER_02]: Suddenly, his evaluations, when you compare this January to last January, oh my gosh, and where Curtis Lofton was with this staff, previously, and the evaluations that came in and the players that came in, it's night and day guys, it's just night and day, he's done an amazing job so far.
- 40:07[SPEAKER_01]: And not just the the school's Atlanta from the speed at which this stuff's getting wrapped up and I think it's it's a very clear hierarchy of this is target one this is target two this is target three is opposed to Maybe we'll do this so well this guy popped in let's do a little bit of that I think it's been very very it from the outside looking in It is look like a well-oiled machine and I think that people around the country are probably taking note I'm just going to go press They have a portal news.
- 40:34[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, oh, let it break it.
- 40:36[SPEAKER_01]: Let us know
- 40:37[SPEAKER_03]: Jaden Hardy has entered the portal.
- 40:40[SPEAKER_01]: There we go.
- 40:40[SPEAKER_01]: Jaden Hardy that comes from Matt Zinnitz, Matt Zinnitz, sorry to Chris Hauer.
- 40:47[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, Chris Hauer.
- 40:48[SPEAKER_02]: That's a surprise, isn't it?
- 40:50[SPEAKER_01]: uh it well we we're just gonna peel the curtain back uh we have a Jaden Hardy shell right so surprise i would say uh if you'd asked us two weeks ago yes but uh that's been some rumbling some rumors things like that we did have that one ready to go just in case but that it's almost a perfect segue into where i was about to go boys which was uh stop me wherever you want or
- 41:20[SPEAKER_01]: We have the first wave of Oklahoma portal additions, places on the roster where they are probably going to be still looking to add as we get into the next couple of days.
- 41:28[SPEAKER_01]: I would say One potentially two more depth pieces along the offensive line like ideally if you could get someone on the interior and then another swing tackle just because
- 41:37[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, you second string debt was kind of wiped out by portal happenings.
- 41:41[SPEAKER_01]: Obviously they're looking at some more wide receivers like we've talked about another Titan, probably.
- 41:46[SPEAKER_01]: I think they're bringing another Titan flip over to the defensive side of the ball.
- 41:49[SPEAKER_01]: Despite the fact that you landed Sullivan, think you're going to need to replenish that sheet of position a little bit.
- 41:55[SPEAKER_01]: To either compete with Reggie Powers, share time with Reggie Powers or come in and be behind Reggie Powers.
- 42:00[SPEAKER_01]: Don't they be the worst thing in the world?
- 42:01[SPEAKER_01]: And maybe add a safety now with Hardy out the door.
- 42:04[SPEAKER_01]: We'll see what the numbers look like there.
- 42:05[SPEAKER_01]: And then certainly Miss Unbanned Zomer and need a defensive tackle or two.
- 42:11[SPEAKER_01]: Have I over-priced any positions or missed any positions?
- 42:15[SPEAKER_01]: Question?
- 42:15[SPEAKER_01]: Numbers?
- 42:16[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 42:17[SPEAKER_02]: Do they need a portal quarterback?
- 42:21[SPEAKER_02]: If you bring it up, great.
- 42:24[SPEAKER_01]: I say, yeah.
- 42:25[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, if you're bringing if as long as you don't have like a with new power jet new hit the portal, I they like with new power now They like him as a backup, I think, and if you said let's let's let's
- 42:41[SPEAKER_01]: John material enters the NBA draft after three games so I don't like doing like injury situation.
- 42:46[SPEAKER_01]: I hate that stuff.
- 42:48[SPEAKER_01]: I think it'd be a situation where they could step back and go Do we think that Bob Bentley is ready and if not we feel super comfortable with what new barrel I think he's a guy that this staff views is
- 42:58[SPEAKER_01]: We don't have to rush bobitnly if we need them in a pinch.
- 43:01[SPEAKER_01]: I guess my question, Carson, would be, if you've got four arms, date through camp and stuff like that with material, new-bauer, jet-new, and bobitnly, do you need a fifth in the stable?
- 43:12[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know what the, in the old days, we had a 130 guys, sure.
- 43:17[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know what the 105 man roster if you're looking to carry five quarterbacks.
- 43:22[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I definitely don't expect don't you to get in the same level at sweepstakes or anything like that.
- 43:27[SPEAKER_00]: Nothing that drastic, but I mean, part of me thinks it might be okay to get like an FCS quarterback, someone like they got new power last year, but I also see the perspective of you have a stud freshman coming in, new power looked, I mean, he didn't play much, but he was decent in those snaps he played against Kent State.
- 43:46[SPEAKER_00]: Jet News still young.
- 43:47[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, they have depth there right now.
- 43:49[SPEAKER_00]: And if they feel comfortable with both Bentley and new power, and then obviously a mature starting, I think that's a pretty good spot.
- 43:56[SPEAKER_00]: But I also don't think it would be a bad thing if they got someone from back up at a group of five school, FCS starter or something like that just to add depth.
- 44:05[SPEAKER_00]: I could see them doing either of those.
- 44:07[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I think for me, it would have to be a fairly significant upgrade over with new power in the backup spot, who is also comfortable being the backup because, you know, they're not going to bring in somebody who's going to have a chance to really, you know, push John Matier, we know that.
- 44:26[SPEAKER_03]: They feel really good about Bentley beyond that, so you've got to have somebody who has got that mindset of being able to be the backup for a season, which is why I think they stand pat and with new power is sort of like Ryan was saying, a bridge depending on, you know, if something happens, if it's early in the season, maybe you go new power, if it's later in the season, maybe Bentley's ready to go.
- 44:55[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's a, I think that if we were in the old days that, like you said, maybe, but as the right now, guy that it's had some sort of experience and look, you'll let up a bunch of these weapons all over the place that you're kind of in the panic mode, if geometry is not playing football anyway, even if you're rolling above it, lay out there and I think everyone kind of gets that.
- 45:17[SPEAKER_01]: It's like we, it's kind of goes back to something that Kirby Smart said, I go back to this
- 45:22[SPEAKER_01]: The big change that your dad is going to have to have is teams have to rely on freshman and sophomores as their depth.
- 45:28[SPEAKER_01]: That is now kind of what a lot of people will need to make that thing happen and I don't think that the court requisition honestly is any different because you look across Missouri when Bo Probula was out because of some injuries, what do they do and just having to throw guys out there, I think that's a little bit.
- 45:43[SPEAKER_01]: of what the bit is there.
- 45:45[SPEAKER_01]: But as always, we will have our ears to the ground, to the sky, wherever our ears need to be, they will be there.
- 45:55[SPEAKER_01]: Oklahoma Sears on a side dot com is the website.
- 45:58[SPEAKER_01]: It is.
- 45:59[SPEAKER_01]: Always free.
- 46:00[SPEAKER_01]: We don't have to turn off our grock replies and notifications and all that stuff because we have no pay.
- 46:05[SPEAKER_01]: Well, you just scroll.
- 46:07[SPEAKER_01]: We have our portal tracker there as well.
- 46:09[SPEAKER_01]: If you don't need the individual ones, you're just like guys just give me one large table and a paragraph.
- 46:14[SPEAKER_01]: Max on every single person.
- 46:16[SPEAKER_01]: I got the perfect thing for you.
- 46:17[SPEAKER_01]: I've got two large tables and like two sentences on each guy for the incoming guys that has all the links to anyone that's been landed.
- 46:25[SPEAKER_01]: If you want to read more all that stuff just head to the website bookmark it is honestly the easiest thing to do.
- 46:31[SPEAKER_01]: If you do that just refresh it a couple of times because sometimes that even though I refresh it if you visited it recently you need to clear a cookie or refresh it
- 46:43[SPEAKER_02]: there.
- 46:44[SPEAKER_02]: Outside of, hey, we're on and don't forget the newsletter.
- 46:47[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, we also signed up for that newsletter and it jumps right into your inbox, man.
- 46:51[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, we have a newsletter.
- 46:52[SPEAKER_01]: The easiest thing there, too, is if you head to the website, it usually pops up.
- 46:56[SPEAKER_01]: The first day, if you subscribe to the newsletter, just look for it in your span, if you don't get it, once you get it out of your span, I know my first day, I had to pull it out of my span folder, and then it comes into my inbox every single morning, and I'm just like, oh, did Carson's story publish?
- 47:09[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, the system got it out there,
- 47:12[SPEAKER_01]: perfect.
- 47:13[SPEAKER_01]: They're outside of awaiting a Titan coach.
- 47:17[SPEAKER_01]: Anything else happening on the football front.
- 47:21[SPEAKER_01]: We've got at there was a big announcement that Sam Bradford is a headlining a trio of suitors that are headed into some halls of fame.
- 47:34[SPEAKER_01]: Carslider that you did the big deep dive on that.
- 47:37[SPEAKER_01]: We can hit that up real quick because that's KJ Kinlerna in a couple of gridiron grades, right?
- 47:43[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so it's Bradford, Rod show and then KJ Kinler really obviously accomplished group right there, KJ Kinler, the current coach of the gymnastics team, which is kind of the gold standard in the sport Sam Bradford, I mean, I grew up watching him and he was fantastic.
- 47:58[SPEAKER_00]: He's the first player I think of when I think of OU football aside from maybe Adrian Peterson.
- 48:03[SPEAKER_00]: So I mean, he's fantastic.
- 48:05[SPEAKER_00]: One of the best quarterbacks of my lifetime well deserved and then Rod showed just he's someone I wasn't too familiar with but seeing that he was a three-time all-American past away sadly in 1999 but huge legacy at OU with some really good team so well deserved honor for him too.
- 48:23[SPEAKER_03]: I got to say it was really surprising to me that Rod
- 48:28[SPEAKER_03]: uh... given the kind of player he was and no you know obviously unfortunately uh... the ending for him sort of gets magnified but uh... to be a three-time all-american was a four-time i believe all big big eight uh... guy just a monster at linebacker
- 48:47[SPEAKER_03]: for for those sooner's teams in the early 70s and you know certainly very well deserving and you know I was like I said I was a little bit surprised that he wasn't in yet but certainly deserves to be
- 49:02[SPEAKER_02]: I'll add this guy's asparagus wits are who his best linebacker was.
- 49:06[SPEAKER_02]: Most days he'll say Brian Bosworth, but occasionally he'll say Rod show.
- 49:10[SPEAKER_02]: That dude was just a tackling machine.
- 49:12[SPEAKER_02]: Under size, imagine a little bit of kip Lewis these days.
- 49:15[SPEAKER_02]: You know, under size gets under a lot of people, under a lot of blockers, but then just runs like hell.
- 49:20[SPEAKER_02]: And we played for the Patriots and had a decent career for the Patriots before he got hurt.
- 49:25[SPEAKER_02]: Got addicted to some stuff.
- 49:27[SPEAKER_02]: Things didn't end well for him, like Ryan said.
- 49:30[SPEAKER_02]: And I think that probably overshadowed you know, hey, let's put this guy in our Hall of Fame.
- 49:35[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, he had that kind of later in his life And maybe we shouldn't do that.
- 49:38[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so I think that kind of held him back a little bit But yeah, Oklahoma Hall of Fame or for sure, and then I covered every game Sam Bradford played man as unlikely a He's been trophy winner just about You know on the level of some of the guys you've seen in recent years Where he was a two star recruit a three star recruit
- 49:59[SPEAKER_02]: uh... Lloyd Carr from Michigan, noticed him because uh... uh... uh... Mike, Mike, Leach noticed him in Oklahoma City, Mike, Leach you wait, you're at Texas Tech, what are you doing?
- 50:12[SPEAKER_02]: Recruiting Oklahoma City, well he's smart, he goes to Oklahoma City to recruit guys after Mike, Leach found him, after Lloyd Carr identified him, Chuck Long comes in and says, maybe we should give this kid a look and you know whatever five years later he's an absolute legend
- 50:28[SPEAKER_01]: he put him sitting north legend that he was about to say i was not able to go back to radio if i did not mention uh... great any riddles of each one-time center slash bus partner of uh... caddy let's call eddy his caddy and there's our every
- 50:51[SPEAKER_01]: That they're all including this podcast so they're all over that I'm told Stores is Ryan something about always good day to be panthers things like that I think I think there's something like that if uh yeah, it is absolutely it is all the way to get panther the thing that that stands out about Sam
- 51:14[SPEAKER_02]: He was an unbelievable golfer, he probably still is.
- 51:18[SPEAKER_02]: He was an unbelievable basketball player.
- 51:20[SPEAKER_02]: He was an amazing hockey player.
- 51:23[SPEAKER_02]: And he was a pretty good football player.
- 51:24[SPEAKER_02]: And when he got to OU, they said, you know, you can only play football here.
- 51:27[SPEAKER_02]: And he's like, okay, so I'll focus on football.
- 51:29[SPEAKER_02]: So he's this football player, and I'll have said, and focus is on football, and, you know, right off the charts, I mean, the guy was fantastic.
- 51:36[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, set like every single game, single season, career, freshman,
- 51:42[SPEAKER_02]: a record that you could possibly set at Oklahoma.
- 51:45[SPEAKER_02]: He's shattered everything and just an unbelievable dude.
- 51:48[SPEAKER_03]: And then, of course, the iconic Bedlam Flip play, which is one of the greatest photographs in recent college for a while, not recent, because it's hard to think of that as not recent, but in this century of college football.
- 52:08[SPEAKER_02]: Who was it to call him like a giraffe that had been flipped upside down or something like that?
- 52:13[SPEAKER_02]: Oh yeah, I think it might have been kale gunby.
- 52:15[SPEAKER_02]: It might have been.
- 52:16[SPEAKER_02]: It's pretty awesome.
- 52:18[SPEAKER_02]: Good time to cover the sooner, man.
- 52:21[SPEAKER_01]: The English translation, not the Portuguese translation.
- 52:24[SPEAKER_01]: This is my addition, which only I can bring this.
- 52:28[SPEAKER_01]: Also very notably a famous, Stoops Thanksgiving appearance by Sam Bradford, quote, I am Batman.
- 52:35[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, anyway, that is all there.
- 52:39[SPEAKER_01]: Carson probably has no clue what the stupid thing's giving it is, but that'll be something that, uh, I don't think I'm going to even assign that out as homework, because whatever, weird, you know, corporate crap.
- 52:50[SPEAKER_01]: But, uh, anyway, I digress while we digress, uh, Chris Hummer has also reported that Oklahoma Redshirt freshman Zion Reagan's as head of the portal.
- 53:05[SPEAKER_02]: Now, not in such a great illustration, a snapshot of our existence, isn't it?
- 53:12[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 53:12[SPEAKER_02]: Hey guys, let's take 80% of our staff and put them in one room together and do a podcast.
- 53:18[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, we got portal, portal, portal, portal news.
- 53:20[SPEAKER_02]: Like, okay, it's like dodging bullets or something, man.
- 53:24[SPEAKER_01]: It'd be what it'd be.
- 53:26[SPEAKER_01]: Ziam is not going to be a factor next year.
- 53:27[SPEAKER_01]: It was not a factor at any point.
- 53:29[SPEAKER_01]: And Norman, we're not going to spend too much time on him.
- 53:32[SPEAKER_01]: Only to note that that is the entirety of Emmett Jones is 244 class in one door and out the other, which is not great.
- 53:38[SPEAKER_01]: There.
- 53:39[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 53:39[SPEAKER_01]: As always, Okuma suitors onside.com, we will have all of the continued portal.
- 53:45[SPEAKER_01]: Everything is.
- 53:46[SPEAKER_01]: I believe it was the Okuma breakdown boys who labeled it as portal combat, which
- 53:53[SPEAKER_01]: The portal labeling game which we have done a lot of let's take a step out of the football world Will you permit us to put on our squeaky sneakers for like 10 seconds here on our way out the door by the time you listen to this It might be old news when it comes to Oklahoma
- 54:13[SPEAKER_01]: And Mississippi State, but we'll hit it anyway, because it's a really, really big week for Porter Moser and crew Carson.
- 54:18[SPEAKER_01]: Got the Mississippi State game in Starkville tonight, then is it Saturday that they're in college station?
- 54:24[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's a big, big one here, especially because this is kind of crazy to stay.
- 54:30[SPEAKER_01]: But if Oklahoma wins against Mississippi State, it will be the best start to conference play in Porter Moser's tenure at Oklahoma.
- 54:34[SPEAKER_01]: They've not yet gone too, and as we've talked about a bunch of Carson, with the SEC still haven't like a lot of tournament teams,
- 54:42[SPEAKER_01]: 17 teams in the top 15 basically Oklahoma needs to be able to go on their own and pick up a game against Mississippi State like bare minimum got to split this week If you could get both then you're over the moon and set up really nice for a couple of really tough home games next week
- 54:57[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, the conference is weird because I feel like the ceilings lowered, but the floor is higher than it was last year.
- 55:03[SPEAKER_00]: South Carolina was kind of the free win for everybody.
- 55:05[SPEAKER_00]: There really isn't a free win in the conference this year.
- 55:09[SPEAKER_00]: Ole Miss is maybe the quote unquote worst team in this league and they're just just outside of the top 100 in net.
- 55:15[SPEAKER_00]: That was obviously OU's first win in conference play.
- 55:18[SPEAKER_00]: They play Mississippi State who's a little bit higher in the net.
- 55:22[SPEAKER_00]: Josh Hubbard, one of the best guards in the country.
- 55:25[SPEAKER_00]: He's been fantastic this year So they're a really strong back court team, but it's a winnable game and so is Saturday's game against Texas A&M both are good teams, but both both are very beatable
- 55:38[SPEAKER_00]: and it has a new coach, Mississippi State's front court isn't too good.
- 55:42[SPEAKER_00]: So I think largely these two games are winnable, and even if they just split a 2-0, 2-1 star, I think that would be a really strong showing four-poter-moser squad after how rough the beginning of SEC play has been in the past few years.
- 55:58[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, this is like a steady ramp up of Ole Miss if it is Mississippi State or kind of a similar round then you take the step up to A and I'm on the road then you really get going at home and I thought Carson it was one of the few times that it's been a pretty stress free last four minutes against Ole Miss and
- 56:17[SPEAKER_01]: A lot of that feels like you have the experience of Tay Davis and Derriere to Nigel Pack in this kind of conference and say your Brownsman awesome, you tell me it seems like that ankle injury which maybe didn't know a ton about early, hampered him more than everyone wanted to let on because he's been awesome for like six straight games.
- 56:35[SPEAKER_00]: 100% you've got to think that with how dominant he's looked that one to punch of him and Nigel packs impressive they can shoot they can also find their lanes they looked really clean um despite being new players to this team this year I do think that Brown's ankle injury definitely bugged him
- 56:53[SPEAKER_00]: enough to where he wasn't putting up the same numbers that we're seeing right now.
- 56:58[SPEAKER_00]: And now having it full health, that's huge in this really good conference.
- 57:02[SPEAKER_00]: So seeing similar production, plus the improved play of the front core, if you like the bigs have started to gel a lot better, which we can say Davis and Terry on Reed being new, Moa Guy being an experienced guy who has a year under his belt with this program.
- 57:18[SPEAKER_00]: They're starting to look good, Koala Toxbin really valuable,
- 57:23[SPEAKER_00]: valuable off the bench.
- 57:25[SPEAKER_00]: Kai Rogers, you're seeing his minutes increase, so just all in all of this is starting to look like more of a complete team, which is what you need to win in this league.
- 57:35[SPEAKER_01]: Six o'clock Wednesday night owe you Mississippi State 230 on Saturday, I believe.
- 57:41[SPEAKER_01]: As Carson knows, I simply cannot put the schedule correctly in the calendar that we have.
- 57:45[SPEAKER_01]: I'm sorry my friend.
- 57:46[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you for always giving me straight on that.
- 57:48[SPEAKER_01]: If you're listening, after the Mississippi State game, hit the website, OklahomaSoonersonesside.com.
- 57:52[SPEAKER_01]: Carson's got the full recap and we'll have the full recap if you're listening before then what went right, what went wrong, hopefully what went right,
- 57:59[SPEAKER_01]: for the sake of Billy Momentum.
- 58:01[SPEAKER_01]: Of course, I'll have all of that there.
- 58:03[SPEAKER_01]: On Wednesday night, Thursday night, did a bit of a two-furrier about to get a tag team here as the sooner women star one of the two really defining stretches of their schedule, four straight games against teams that are currently in the top.
- 58:19[SPEAKER_01]: 20 starts on Thursday against Ole Miss number 18, I believe.
- 58:25[SPEAKER_01]: Then Sunday, they'll head to number six Kentucky, a massive massive game.
- 58:30[SPEAKER_01]: Come back home the next week, and it's two home games, one against LSU, who is falling off a little bit in the rankings after Vanderbilt went in and kind of padded them on the head a little bit and jarring early season result in SEC play.
- 58:44[SPEAKER_01]: And then it's OU in South Carolina that will close the loop on this four
- 58:49[SPEAKER_01]: Oklahoma back in the top five highest ranking since the end of the 0809 season.
- 58:57[SPEAKER_01]: They're on a 13 game streak, which is the second longest streak in program history.
- 59:01[SPEAKER_01]: And it feels like everything we thought going into that UCLA game.
- 59:06[SPEAKER_01]: You look at it, UCLA's 4, OU's 5, and
- 59:10[SPEAKER_01]: This group to me, Ryan, we'll talk to Ginny Broncheck here in a little bit today, feels ready.
- 59:16[SPEAKER_01]: It seems they've done the necessary development, whether it be Kaya Smith, Brooklyn Stewart, continued great play from Zai event to build out this eight, nine-man rotation that Ginny Broncheck in the soon as they're going to need because the depth will be necessary here over the next four games and through the rest of the SEC play.
- 59:33[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah and you know as we've talked with that'll be sort of the barometer of how far this team is able to go because they're starting five as good as anybody in the country because I aloft in another name in there who has really taken some significant steps recently I think the biggest thing with this team is where their defense stands and you know for so long that's been a question mark of of
- 59:57[SPEAKER_03]: Jenny Boronchik's teams, you know, how their their defense was, could be disruptive, but couldn't just consistently defend on the ball.
- 1:00:08[SPEAKER_03]: I think they're much better at that this year.
- 1:00:10[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, you look whole Mississippi state to what was it 20% from the field.
- 1:00:16[SPEAKER_03]: The other day, just phenomenal.
- 1:00:19[SPEAKER_03]: uh... for them uh... you know there is a high advantage taken some pretty significant steps forward on both ends of the floor she's been fantastic they've been able to uh... hold on to the ball uh... much better uh... recently
- 1:00:34[SPEAKER_03]: The turnover numbers are way down for them, and this is going to be a defining stretch for them, but they're really well placed right now to compete with really all four of these teams, but if you can somehow go three and one during this stretch, you feel really good about yourself, because the rest of the schedule looks
- 1:00:59[SPEAKER_03]: Not easy, but certainly opens up a little bit after this four game stretch, but this will be a fun couple of weeks for Jenny Baranchick's club.
- 1:01:08[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that'll be the other like really, really big, when you like good games obviously, but they're other big like, oh my gosh, stretch is the first week at February I believe, where we'll February 1st and 9th.
- 1:01:18[SPEAKER_01]: There you go, yeah, they've got a, they're by week sort of if that's what we want to call it in between, but those are both road contests, right?
- 1:01:26[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, at Texas on February 1st and at Vandy on February 9th.
- 1:01:30[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, Texas, the number two team in the country currently at Vandy top 10 as well.
- 1:01:37[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, just two little bits here as well.
- 1:01:39[SPEAKER_01]: At pick your game, you mentioned it 20% against Mississippi State.
- 1:01:42[SPEAKER_01]: That's the lowest opposing opponent, field goal percentage that Oklahoma's allowed this year.
- 1:01:47[SPEAKER_01]: The A&M game, they held them over 10 from the floor in the third quarter.
- 1:01:52[SPEAKER_01]: Now, A&M did get 7 points, be it the free-throw line, but that's kind of the standard that they're setting right now.
- 1:01:58[SPEAKER_01]: It's not just A when these games, they are clubbing SEC teams.
- 1:02:03[SPEAKER_01]: Now, they're their bottom half SEC team, like it again.
- 1:02:06[SPEAKER_01]: But what I've really enjoyed, and if everyone's ever watched, you know that Ginny Brogeck is intense for 40 straight minutes, always, but it really seems like in some of the third and fourth quarters, right?
- 1:02:17[SPEAKER_01]: And you tell me if I'm just trying to
- 1:02:22[SPEAKER_01]: It almost seems like Ginny knows how good this team can be, and she has ratched it up her intensities, specifically with stuff happening on the defensive end of the floor, even in these two blowouts, because I think that she knows this stretch ahead, they have a finite amount of minutes on the floor together between practice and these games to get fully tuned up and calibrated for this 4-game stretch.
- 1:02:46[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, absolutely.
- 1:02:47[SPEAKER_03]: And she talked about not specifically this stretch, but talked about just that need here when we talked to her in December, just that need to keep up that intensity coming out of halftime and be able to turn it up.
- 1:03:04[SPEAKER_03]: maybe make some adjustments and do some things differently, but also to be able to really sort of put your foot on the neck of an opponent when you've got him down, and this is a team that's going to have a lot of people down at halftime, but you know, as we've seen with a thunder, sometimes
- 1:03:22[SPEAKER_03]: When you're having a lot of success, you can let up a little bit, and it's just sort of human nature there.
- 1:03:30[SPEAKER_03]: But there hasn't been any lead-up in this team as of yet, and I think the way that they've come out and out of halftime in both these games against opponents that yes or in the bottom half of the SEC, but when you're in the bottom half of the SEC, you're still a pretty good women's basketball team.
- 1:03:47[SPEAKER_03]: They've been able to thrive in those situations and I think that'll serve them well here entering this season to finding stretch.
- 1:03:57[SPEAKER_01]: It's going to be a pretty darn good couple of weeks at the Louis Noble Center, Louis Noble Center specifically like we said, it starts Thursday on the women's side of things with Ole Miss.
- 1:04:06[SPEAKER_01]: The next week, the sooner men come back home, the SEC's got a little bit weird less.
- 1:04:12[SPEAKER_01]: It's more like two games on their own, two games at home, stuff like that, Oklahoma hosts Florida and Alabama.
- 1:04:16[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know if Florida will work their way back up in the top 25, but defending champs certainly playing a lot better now than it feels like as they are feeling about.
- 1:04:24[SPEAKER_01]: early in the year, you're gonna have two straight games on the men's side, Florida and Alabama, and then it's gonna flip back around for LSU and South Carolina on the women's side.
- 1:04:32[SPEAKER_01]: So a bunch of quality basketball, a bunch of quality hoops coming through the LNC.
- 1:04:35[SPEAKER_01]: So get out there and if you wanna keep up with all of it, open the suitors on si.com is the place to be gentle men, have we missed anything?
- 1:04:47[SPEAKER_01]: I have a question, you know what I have a question.
- 1:04:49[SPEAKER_02]: Daily double.
- 1:04:51[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, the daily double.
- 1:04:53[SPEAKER_02]: The roster, I just countered it up.
- 1:04:55[SPEAKER_02]: The roster for the Alabama game, right, the Oklahoma Playoff game against Alabama, had 110 players on it.
- 1:05:03[SPEAKER_02]: 110, they have lost 25 now of that, okay, of that number, J Gibson wasn't on it.
- 1:05:11[SPEAKER_02]: So, you know, it's a little bit, little bit fluctuation there, but they've lost 25 to the portal and they've added 10.
- 1:05:19[SPEAKER_02]: So that's a net of minus 15, which when you're talking about SEC and NCAA scholarship limits at 105, we're coming down from what I say 110.
- 1:05:28[SPEAKER_02]: So,
- 1:05:30[SPEAKER_02]: just some numbers to keep up with in terms of where they're at and filling this one to to, you know, drain from that one and they're probably going to need to lose a few more is what I'm getting at.
- 1:05:40[SPEAKER_01]: You got portal.
- 1:05:41[SPEAKER_01]: You got graduation that is on the outtali.
- 1:05:44[SPEAKER_01]: You got all the freshman coming in as well These four guys, so That this is like we said I think that the portal keeps spinning.
- 1:05:52[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know how many more guys Just off the top of the dome, but I also don't think that's like a panic moment I think that you're just seeing there's a lot of guys that are gonna start look around and go in
- 1:06:03[SPEAKER_01]: If you're going to bring in two three-wide receivers, then I'm probably going to go look for some opportunities elsewhere, which I don't think is a panic button, but like we've said, there are a couple names that you go, yeah, you're going to miss that guy.
- 1:06:14[SPEAKER_01]: A lot of these names on the portal outlist is like, okay, well, good luck to you.
- 1:06:19[SPEAKER_01]: So long, thanks for all the fish.
- 1:06:21[SPEAKER_02]: And when you described it, keep spinning.
- 1:06:23[SPEAKER_02]: It reminds me my first year of elementary school can kindergarten.
- 1:06:26[SPEAKER_02]: We walk out to the merry-go-round.
- 1:06:28[SPEAKER_02]: This is old school, so there's like bodies everywhere.
- 1:06:31[SPEAKER_02]: There's this miracle round going and some of the big kids are pushing it and the little kids are flying off left and right But other kids are jumping on trying to get on and while that thing's still spinning That's exactly what this transfer portal like bodies are flying out landing who knows where and Other kids who are brave are saying I want on that thing.
- 1:06:48[SPEAKER_01]: So just an interesting analogy Yeah, we'll see we will see one of those guys.
- 1:06:53[SPEAKER_01]: We'll get to say what's up to Giovonte Barnes.
- 1:06:54[SPEAKER_01]: He said they can tuck he
- 1:06:59[SPEAKER_01]: Good luck there boys we could probably talk for 10 15 more minutes and get seven more bits of news But that means that Brady has to stay so to wait his bunker, which we don't want to confide him There so we're gonna go ahead and sign off for usual all the happenings will be at Oakland listeners on si.com that is the place
- 1:07:21[SPEAKER_01]: To three, and we will talk to you in podcast for next Wednesday, but for ABER for Carson, for Who Grinch at it.
- 1:07:27[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you guys so much for tapeted, for follow along, and for Lockheed with us here.
- 1:07:32[SPEAKER_01]: We will talk to you guys on the stairs on SI podcast next Wednesday, peace.
