- 0:46I know you saw the title.
- 0:48I hate diabetes.
- 0:50Yes.
- 0:50And I want to go over with you.
- 0:52Why?
- 0:52I don't like diabetes.
- 0:54I tell my patients, there are two diseases that I will not sign up for.
- 0:57I don't want to.
- 0:58Uh Myself or anybody else that I know because those two diseases.
- 1:02To have conditions are severe.
- 1:04And then when you have them, it is going to be very challenging to get whatever is diabetes.
- 1:09And cancer, but today in honor, of our diabetes reversal program, which you consider like in the show notes below or in the cart somewhere, is a program that I put together to help those that are interested have been struggling with diabetes.
- 1:26Nazi an improvement who wants to get off the medications was to decrease the diabetic markers.
- 1:31I want to show them the possibility of doing exactly that.
- 1:34There's, guarantee results attached to the program.
- 1:37If you're interested in or anyone that's interested, click on the link and then you can go over on the page and read all about it.
- 1:44Schedule a call with me to see if you're a good fit.
- 1:46I will answer all your questions because I am passionate about this program.
- 1:50I am certain that I can help you.
- 1:53Decreased your hemoglobin A1C incident.
- 1:56Blood sugar or, your glucose.
- 1:58So it's the diabetes.
- 2:00Versal program.
- 2:01It is very effective.
- 2:03It is a program that I had before that I revamped.
- 2:05I made a better, it's a good program.
- 2:07And I did a podcast about it, talking a little bit more about it, and you can go listen to that, but let's get to the meat and the potatoes.
- 2:16Is that what they say?
- 2:17Why do I hit diabetes?
- 2:18First you can Google what diabetes is.
- 2:21If you have diabetes or you're pre-diabetic or you have diabesity, you already have some knowledge, some basic knowledge of what it is.
- 2:27So we're not going to spend a whole time talking about it, but I do want to walk you through how.
- 2:33Someone can have diabetes, which I think many people are not aware of.
- 2:38How we get to be, have our blood sugars elevated.
- 2:42Diabetes.
- 2:42We'll quickly is the inability for your body.
- 2:46To utilize the incident that is produced by your pancreas.
- 2:49So we eat sugar, the pancreas gets signals to release insulin, and then the insulin hold on to the sugar and bring it instead of the cells for energy.
- 2:57And if that communication is broken, you might have diabetes, but how does one get diabetes?
- 3:03This is how it is.
- 3:04This is the journey.
- 3:05Everything has sugar in it.
- 3:07This.
- 3:08I'm holding in my hand or the banana.
- 3:10I'm about to eat.
- 3:11Has sugar in it, the sugar and everything.
- 3:13If you can read the food that you purchase in with the package and use sugar, Added sugar, sweetness, sugar, sugar.
- 3:20So white flour has sugar.
- 3:22Brown sugar.
- 3:23It's causing an insulin spike.
- 3:25It's a few hours later when the incident kicks in.
- 3:29And they get low blood sugar.
- 3:31First we have a rise in your blood sugar for good.
- 3:33Insulin kicks in.
- 3:34The noodle has that sugar too for energy.
- 3:37So then you have low blood sugar and then you feel bad.
- 3:40You feel confused.
- 3:41You might have some I'm sweating.
- 3:42You might have some shakiness.
- 3:43You might have some rapid heart beat.
- 3:45You might have some confusion and then you go straight to eating something else that they can be because you want to raise your blood sugar again.
- 3:52So doing that, or maybe have coffee, have a piece of chocolate that all the people with the cravings of chocolate cravings.
- 3:59You are really putting yourself at risk for pre-diabetes or metabolic syndrome or diabetes down the road.
- 4:06During this cycle of.
- 4:08I eat.
- 4:09I have sugar.
- 4:10I feel good.
- 4:11Insulin takes the sugar into the cells.
- 4:13I feel bad.
- 4:14I go eat something too.
- 4:16When my blood sugar up to got to have quick those of the Permian.
- 4:20And if this continues over and over, over for 10 to 20 years, This is a blood sugar rollercoaster that will put most of us on the path to diabetes.
- 4:30So stacker, uptown, uptown, and what's going on with our emotions.
- 4:35And your bodies develop a resistance to this because over time, your pancreas is going to realize that, okay, I'm producing a lot of insulin is.
- 4:42Sugar coming up.
- 4:43I can't keep up with the demand and just give up.
- 4:45We have to have homeostasis.
- 4:47We know the first to control the risk of diabetes.
- 4:50So your body will start thinking about it.
- 4:51We stopped responding to the incident and then you put yourself at risk, incident resistance.
- 4:56Now the internet is not being effective anymore.
- 4:59And suddenly it's pushes the sugar into the cells, but it can't get in.
- 5:03There's a miscommunication.
- 5:05And then you ended up having no energy and you always feel tired for some people they'll have weight loss first for some people when they have diabetes, weight loss, and then they have weight gain.
- 5:16And the next thing you know, you go to your doctor, you have type two diabetes.
- 5:19the thing about diabetes that I don't like is that they also put disposes you, to have infections that can do that.
- 5:26Which is a fungal infection, parasite, bacteria infection.
- 5:30So again, did that was not really telling our patients to get.
- 5:33Cut out sugar.
- 5:34What they say.
- 5:35And is that okay?
- 5:36What medications can I use to manage your blood sugar?
- 5:39And I really can't tell you how many people would tell me.
- 5:42I have diabetes is under control.
- 5:44I take medication.
- 5:45And I'm not, no, it's not under control taking medication.
- 5:49Doesn't really country.
- 5:50Diabetes at all, but that does, and I used to be me tell.
- 5:54And the people you don't have to worry about it.
- 5:56Just take the medication is a chronic health conditions.
- 5:59You're going to have to live with this forever and there's no other solutions.
- 6:02And incidents, the other thing.
- 6:03And then as a patient, you become reliant on blood tests.
- 6:07You become reliant on the, diabetic medications.
- 6:10I become alive and all of the things, but one thing you don't understand is that the blood test.
- 6:15That would do the basic blood test only shows a smaller pieces of the puzzle, Just what's going on outside of your body.
- 6:20Outside of yourself.
- 6:22There's not really sure what's going on inside of the cells, how this high spots of insulin and this high spec of glucose is literally creating massive inflammation.
- 6:32And over time you have those big glucose molecules.
- 6:36In your bloodstream, traveling over your body and to film with the blood interfering with the circulation.
- 6:41So therefore you put yourself at risk for stroke.
- 6:44You put yourself at risk for heart attack, and then your liver is failing.
- 6:47Your kidneys are failing your nerve.
- 6:49The sugar is irritating, your nerve creating numbness and tingling.
- 6:52That's when you have diabetic neuropathy and then because of the poor circulation.
- 6:56And then you're going to end up having black and blue legs, like 80 miles, your leg, that discoloration of your lower extremities, which can put you at risk for an amputation.
- 7:05So do you see how we don't like diabetes?
- 7:08It's like a whole trifecta, Diabetes affects every single part of your body.
- 7:13And most people don't really recover from the high blood sugar.
- 7:16Taking medication, injecting yourself with an insulin doesn't really help you with coming for the blood sugar.
- 7:21You kind of just numb the symptoms, but guess what?
- 7:24Your sales are still dying in this still.
- 7:26Stressed out.
- 7:27They still.
- 7:28have fires inside of them, so to speak there.
- 7:30Uh, on the, thread, So medications don't really, really help with that.
- 7:36And another thing, too, sugar kind of massively.
- 7:39Destroy our B vitamins, When we eat the white flour, the rice, the pasta, and these things have been processed.
- 7:47they are contaminated that kind of deplete our B vitamins and we get most of our B vitamins from.
- 7:54The products back in the day is rice is to be healthy.
- 7:57So that's why the nerve conditions come into place.
- 7:59That's why we don't have enough B vitamins as a precursor to a lot of processes in our bodies.
- 8:04And it ended up having a lot of complications.
- 8:07And again, the symptoms are just mountain.
- 8:09So drinking coffee, isn't that a thing too, that kind of messed up our hormones because diabetes is also a hormonal issue.
- 8:18Incidents of hormone, but drinking coffee every day.
- 8:21In overcompensating for being tired, being sluggish and you drink so much coffee to help you function.
- 8:27I know, day to day, life really put a tall.
- 8:31On your pancreas put at all.
- 8:33And the cortisol that is produced.
- 8:35So it really put it on all the things that you need.
- 8:38Exhaustion, your adrenal glands are literally dying.
- 8:41It is a whole traffic.
- 8:43That one thing is affected when one body.
- 8:46Part is affected.
- 8:46The rest is reduced.
- 8:48Poorly controlled and untreated diabetes can need to, as I mentioned, food and leg amputations vision problem, like the blurred vision.
- 8:56The cataract glaucoma.
- 8:57Has a lot to do with the diabetes.
- 8:59Kidney failures people on hemo dialysis, kidney disease, heart disease, brain disease, liver disease, like digestive issues.
- 9:08So the list is very long.
- 9:11Again, people take medications.
- 9:12They tell me, okay, I'm a medications.
- 9:14When I check my blood sugar is controlled.
- 9:16No.
- 9:17No, no, no, no, no.
- 9:19It is not controlled.
- 9:20It is you and all the people dying slowly.
- 9:24And that feeling the death.
- 9:26Prices that is taking place internally.
- 9:28So let's talk about some stats according to American diabetes association.
- 9:33They are 37.3 millions of people with diabetes only 28, 7 millions of them are diagnosed.
- 9:40There's an women in 8.5 million that has diabetes and they are not aware of it.
- 9:45And out of this number, there are so many people walking around with pre-diabetes.
- 9:49they just feel sluggish.
- 9:50They feel tired.
- 9:51The things that used to work for them doesn't work anymore and something is wrong.
- 9:54They get the good redactors.
- 9:56They check the hemoglobin A1C.
- 9:57Boom.
- 9:58They have pre-diabetes.
- 9:59Maybe this is, impacts all social economic and ethnic backgrounds.
- 10:04So diabetes has no discrimination.
- 10:07You can be white, blue, yellow, black.
- 10:09You are going to get diabetes.
- 10:10Diabetes can affect many parts of your body.
- 10:13As I mentioned, stroke is highly related to diabetes, heart disease.
- 10:17So many people have, Craddick, blockage, not having enough perfusion or enough blood flow to the brain.
- 10:23And then boom, they have diabetes.
- 10:25So they be, this is the sixth leading.
- 10:27Cause of death in the us.
- 10:29In 2017.
- 10:32Uh, total estimated costs of diagnosed.
- 10:34Diabetes is in the.
- 10:35327 billions of dollar.
- 10:38So our health costs is going up.
- 10:41Our, office visits are going up the copays going up.
- 10:45Insurance doesn't want to pay for a lot of medications anymore.
- 10:47We are, they had a patient I prescribed Libris and they went through the pharmacy to pick up the liver.
- 10:52And fortunately the insurance didn't cover it.
- 10:54The insurance is the cover, but it's not why because, and she wins.
- 10:57Companies are realizing that diabetes can be reverse.
- 11:01Yeah, American association of diabetes, et cetera, knows this is a reversible disease.
- 11:05It is a lifestyle disease.
- 11:07It can be reversed.
- 11:08We don't have to lose our legs.
- 11:09We don't have to lose our sight.
- 11:10We don't have to have this.
- 11:12We're getting our Midsection, Because what's happening with that.
- 11:16The liver has a lot to do with diabetes as we are not processing the glucose.
- 11:20We are not processing the insulin and these things are seen as toxins and these toxins are creating inflammation.
- 11:27The liver stolen them as fat.
- 11:29That's why a lot of my diabetic patients have this midsection area.
- 11:33This rounded Ms.
- 11:34Section area with adipose tissue or visceral fat.
- 11:37Because they cannot process.
- 11:38The fact that liver is overwhelmed with all the toxins coming in and it's just literally packing.
- 11:44All the things that it cannot detoxifies, the medication that you take and the incident that you're injecting yourself, the latest Trulicity Manjaro OSMP, Medications that the doctors prescribing you can not be metabolized.
- 11:58These are the texts.
- 11:58Ever deliver.
- 11:59They are toxins coming in.
- 12:01Again, when one organ is weak, the rest of the system is also weak as well.
- 12:06Your body's one machine when one is affected the.
- 12:08Also affected.
- 12:09So what we don't know is that there's a solution.
- 12:12There is a solution, despite what your doctor tells you, there's a solution to the rest of the diabetes.
- 12:17And we do that by giving your herbs.
- 12:18So that's why the diabetic Verso program is my latest obsession, because I want to show people.
- 12:25What is possible.
- 12:26When you go to this program.
- 12:2810 weeks of your working with me, and I'm giving you everything, the mail plan, the herbs that you need to help decrease your numbers.
- 12:36And showing you what the process looks like and reversing your diabetes, give you all the supplements, the accountability, the support I'm going to be in the group.
- 12:46Like Monday to Friday answering questions, guiding people, lending people.
- 12:51You're not going to be by yourself.
- 12:52I've helped so many diabetic patients before.
- 12:55So this is not a new program.
- 12:57It is a program that is better, and we're doing it as a group because as a group, we can support each other.
- 13:02We can understand what each other's going through.
- 13:04And we speak the same language and you're just going to be guided.
- 13:07So if you are interested in the diabetes reversal process, you need to click the link in the show notes to learn more, schedule your call because we only want two.
- 13:17Help people that are already people that we can actually help because I am promising within those 10 weeks, you're going to see a decrease in your numbers.
- 13:25When you see decrease in your numbers, that means things are happening internally.
- 13:29Your body's loving you yourselves, or would you be needing they're repairing.
- 13:33And you feel in better, it is a process.
- 13:35I'm not saying that you only need 10 weeks to get whatever diabetes.
- 13:38No, no, no, no, no.
- 13:38I'm saying I'm going to show you what the process looks like.
- 13:41I'm going to give you all the tools and the resources that you need, and then you need to care that process.
- 13:46The end.
- 13:46We are planning on doing this.
- 13:48program.
- 13:49Over and over again, so you can definitely be up on it, but the first scores can be amazing because I am going to love on them.
- 13:56Ah, it's going to be amazing.
- 13:58So I'm so excited for this program.
- 14:00hopefully you as well, because at the end of the day, your half is the only thing that you have and diabetes is silently killing people.
- 14:08And they are 70 medications.
- 14:10So that's the problem right there.
- 14:11If there are 70 medications, I mean that disease is not controlled, It's not properly managed and that does not know what to do.
- 14:17And it is your job to speak up.
- 14:19It is your job to find your own solution, to do your own research, to take back control of your health so that you can heal yourself, 70 medication, something's wrong with this every week.
- 14:28There's a new injection coming out isn't every week.
- 14:31And then when you see people flashing across the screen, Yeah, happy go lucky.
- 14:35And then at the bottom of here, this may mess up your liver, your kidneys, and all the things.
- 14:40And you might have more infections.
- 14:41So diabetic patients have the slower healing time.
- 14:45They get sick very easily.
- 14:47The body is so weak, so vulnerable.
- 14:48It's like they are so fragile.
- 14:50And I want to show you the possibility of Willie.
- 14:53Get control of this disease and put back your health in your hands.
- 14:58I would love for us to join us in this journey.
- 15:00So why I hit diabetes because it's causing massive destructions in our bodies.
- 15:04And many of us don't even have the signs and symptoms of diabetes.
- 15:08And we just don't feel well.
- 15:09And then we will go to a doctors.
- 15:11They're not really checking the proper markers and the next thing, you know, boom, you have diabetes and it is one of those disease that is so challenging.
- 15:18So, so challenging to tackle.
- 15:21If you don't get a control of it early on.
- 15:23There's going to be a lot of work you have to do.
- 15:25I would hate for you to lose the quality of your life.
- 15:28And anybody bargains functions because of this disease.
- 15:31So I am inviting you to join me.
- 15:33And this.
- 15:34Journey.
