- 0:19Speaker 1: Results vary. I want to tell you so much today
- 0:24Speaker 1: about so many things that are happening in the news,
- 0:26Speaker 1: including a big development overnight that the president can indeed
- 0:30Speaker 1: continue with building that ballroom and that none of these
- 0:33Speaker 1: lefties can stand in his way. Big victory there. Also
- 0:36Speaker 1: a victory from the Trump administration. I anticipated yesterday. I said, man,
- 0:39Speaker 1: Sean Duffy's got a big announcement. And he was linking
- 0:42Speaker 1: ICE and all of these other agencies together for the
- 0:45Speaker 1: announcement that he was teasing. And I said to myself
- 0:48Speaker 1: right on this podcast, I said, self, I think this
- 0:51Speaker 1: might have something to do with trucking. And sure enough,
- 0:54Speaker 1: Sean Duffy and company cracking down on all of the
- 0:57Speaker 1: illegal alien truckers in the United States of America, many
- 1:01Speaker 1: of whom have actually killed American citizens because they can't
- 1:05Speaker 1: read English signs and they're taking U-turns in the middle
- 1:07Speaker 1: of highways. I've got the details on that and so
- 1:11Speaker 1: much more to get to on yet another busy edition
- 1:14Speaker 1: of Vince. Great to have you with us, as always,
- 1:17Speaker 1: on a Tuesday in a great country. How is it
- 1:19Speaker 1: September 1st? How did we achieve that? We did it again. Congratulations.

- 1:35Speaker 1: I use before a night out. It is Z-Biotics pre-alcohol.
- 1:39Speaker 1: It's very simple. It's a little, tiny little vial. You
- 1:40Speaker 1: just take a little drink. You drink this thing before
- 1:43Speaker 1: you drink alcohol, and it's great. It's great. I find
- 1:46Speaker 1: that as I've gotten older, that even a single alcoholic
- 1:49Speaker 1: drink is the kind of thing that I feel the
- 1:51Speaker 1: next day. With Z-Biotics pre-alcohol, I feel so much better.
- 1:54Speaker 1: I actually feel phenomenal.
- 1:55Speaker 2: It's great.
- 1:55Speaker 1: It's the world's first genetically engineered probiotic. It was engineered
- 1:59Speaker 1: by their PhD microbiologists to help break down acetaldehyde, which
- 2:03Speaker 1: is an unwanted byproduct of alcohol metabolism. Make pre-alcohol your
- 2:08Speaker 1: first drink of the night, drink responsibly, and enjoy your
- 2:10Speaker 1: next day's activities. ZBiotics has sold more than 14 million

- 3:25Speaker 1: It's a lot of fun to do. We've got some
- 3:27Speaker 1: breaking news overnight I want to start with for you today,
- 3:32Speaker 1: which is that the United States Supreme Court has officially
- 3:34Speaker 1: ruled now that the ballroom build can definitely continue and
- 3:38Speaker 1: that the lefties who are trying to stop it don't
- 3:41Speaker 1: even have standing rights. They don't have standing in order
- 3:44Speaker 1: to stop the president of the United States from doing this.
- 3:47Speaker 1: The Washington Post here with a grumpy piece on the subject.
- 3:50Speaker 1: Supreme Court clears the way for the White House ballroom
- 3:53Speaker 1: construction to continue. Look at that beautiful construction. The left,
- 3:58Speaker 1: they see this. They don't even recognize what this is.
- 4:00Speaker 1: They said, what is that? It looks like destruction. when
- 4:04Speaker 1: the left only knows destruction. Now, we build things. So
- 4:07Speaker 1: the president's in the middle of building not just a
- 4:09Speaker 1: beautiful ballroom, but a gigantic military facility underneath the earth.
- 4:15Speaker 1: And that continues. The Supreme Court yesterday allowed construction to
- 4:21Speaker 1: continue on this White House ballroom, handing President Donald Trump
- 4:24Speaker 1: a major victory. It's not really a major victory. You
- 4:28Speaker 1: guys are overselling it. It's just literally letting him do
- 4:32Speaker 1: what he should have always been able to do from
- 4:33Speaker 1: the very beginning. It's a minimum victory. It's a tiny victory.
- 4:37Speaker 1: It is a normal, common sense victory. As he races
- 4:42Speaker 1: to complete the largest expansion to the executive mansion in decades,
- 4:46Speaker 1: the justices found that the historical preservationists, that would be lefties, lefties,
- 4:53Speaker 1: come on, dude, historical preservationists, aren't they the statue people?
- 4:57Speaker 1: They tear down statues. Aren't these the people who burn
- 5:00Speaker 1: down police precincts? Aren't these the people who are constantly
- 5:04Speaker 1: whining about American history? How are they historical preservationists? They
- 5:09Speaker 1: challenged the controversial project. They had not suffered direct personal
- 5:15Speaker 1: harm required to bring a lawsuit. In other words, they
- 5:18Speaker 1: don't have standing. The court did not rule on the
- 5:21Speaker 1: project's legality. Still, the decision means the lawsuit by the
- 5:25Speaker 1: National Trust for Historic Preservation is all but dead. Dead
- 5:30Speaker 1: as a doornail. The group argues that tearing down part
- 5:33Speaker 1: of this historic building, known as the People's House, to
- 5:36Speaker 1: build a new ballroom required the approval of Congress. Legal
- 5:40Speaker 1: experts said Congress might be able to challenge the project,
- 5:42Speaker 1: but the Republican-controlled body has shown no interest. It's unclear
- 5:46Speaker 1: if any other group might have what is known as standing.
- 5:49Speaker 1: I love how they have to carefully explain it to
- 5:52Speaker 1: their stupid readers. To bring suit. Trump has been fixated
- 5:55Speaker 1: on completing the ballroom. Well, yeah, that makes sense. Because
- 6:00Speaker 1: they keep trying to kill him. These lefties keep trying
- 6:02Speaker 1: to kill our president of the United States. And one
- 6:06Speaker 1: of his thoughts is, hey, it'd be nice to have
- 6:07Speaker 1: a facility that we could do these big events at
- 6:10Speaker 1: where the president of the United States, not just me,
- 6:12Speaker 1: but future presidents would be protected. In fact, this president
- 6:15Speaker 1: is going to barely get a chance to use the
- 6:17Speaker 1: ballroom given construction timelines. It'll be there for every other
- 6:21Speaker 1: president going forward. And still the left is throwing a
- 6:24Speaker 1: bitch fit on the subject. Trump is fixated on completing
- 6:28Speaker 1: the ballroom. President Trump posted on Truth Social immediately after
- 6:32Speaker 1: the court's decision. We are living in the golden age
- 6:35Speaker 1: of America, and this building will be one of the
- 6:37Speaker 1: greatest ever constructed in Washington, D.C. Look, it's not really
- 6:44Speaker 1: up for dispute. Donald Trump is a builder. I mean,
- 6:46Speaker 1: that's kind of his whole thing. He's built all sorts
- 6:50Speaker 1: of great projects. He's built buildings. He's come in below cost,
- 6:56Speaker 1: ahead of schedule. The guy's very capable of building stuff
- 6:59Speaker 1: like this. You can hate Trump as much as you want.
- 7:02Speaker 1: Wouldn't you be rooting for him to build a ballroom
- 7:04Speaker 1: at the White House? You know what I mean? Like,
- 7:07Speaker 1: if you cared at all about the future of the country,
- 7:09Speaker 1: if you cared about the beauty of the White House,
- 7:12Speaker 1: the future of the presidency, especially if you wanted your
- 7:15Speaker 1: guy to occupy the White House, wouldn't you want some
- 7:18Speaker 1: epic ballroom to be there? And then, of course, the
- 7:21Speaker 1: underlying military facility to maintain the constitutional republic. Wouldn't you
- 7:25Speaker 1: want all of those things? The answer to that would be,
- 7:26Speaker 1: of course, if this was a good faith argument. But
- 7:29Speaker 1: it's not a good faith argument. It's a bad faith
- 7:32Speaker 1: Trump derangement syndrome addled argument. That's what we're dealing with,
- 7:36Speaker 1: which is why we've had to deal with all this crap.
- 7:38Speaker 1: How many taxpayer dollars have been wasted on the legal
- 7:43Speaker 1: expenses to continue to fight this garbage out in court?
- 7:47Speaker 3: A lot.
- 7:48Speaker 4: A lot.
- 7:49Speaker 1: These jackasses don't care about any of that. All they
- 7:52Speaker 1: care about is the same thing they always do, which
- 7:54Speaker 1: is erasing not just history, but any evidence that Donald
- 7:58Speaker 1: Trump was ever president of the United States at all.
- 8:00Speaker 1: The left hates the ballroom because it will be a
- 8:03Speaker 1: lasting testament to Donald Trump's contributions to our country. That's
- 8:08Speaker 1: why they hate it. They do not want this building
- 8:11Speaker 1: going up because it's going to be that much more
- 8:14Speaker 1: difficult for them to tear it down. They're kind of
- 8:17Speaker 1: the teardown people. We're the build stuff people. President Trump
- 8:21Speaker 1: doing that. And to be clear, he's employing lots of
- 8:24Speaker 1: people who are building that underlying military facility in the
- 8:28Speaker 1: ballroom that sits on top of it. American citizens are
- 8:32Speaker 1: making money and then enriching the economy as a result
- 8:35Speaker 1: of all of this. And the ballroom is being paid
- 8:37Speaker 1: for by generous benefactors. President Trump got all sorts of
- 8:40Speaker 1: rich people who really love the country who've contributed to
- 8:43Speaker 1: build this thing. And the left is still angry about it.
- 8:47Speaker 1: It's amazing. Imagine constantly throwing a fit over good things.
- 8:52Speaker 1: That's no way to live. And we've got too many
- 8:54Speaker 1: people in the country living that way. Animated by a
- 8:56Speaker 1: left-wing media that absolutely hates Donald Trump and is rooting
- 9:01Speaker 1: these people on into their mental illness. Pretty sick stuff. Anyway,
- 9:04Speaker 1: big victory yesterday. Now, one thing I do want to
- 9:07Speaker 1: point out about the victory. You ready for the breakdown
- 9:11Speaker 1: here of the justices? But check this out. I've got
- 9:16Speaker 1: Roberts here. Yeah, it's Roberts. Look at this. The ruling
- 9:21Speaker 1: came over the objections of an unusual coalition of justices
- 9:25Speaker 1: who are often on different sides. Chief Justice John G.
- 9:29Speaker 1: Roberts Jr., a conservative, joined with the court's three liberals
- 9:36Speaker 1: in dissent. First of all, I don't even think this
- 9:40Speaker 1: Washington Post writer knows what they're talking about. Roberts routinely
- 9:45Speaker 1: joins on really pivotal decisions, actually, with the left in
- 9:50Speaker 1: their insanity, including keeping Obamacare alive. It's kind of an
- 9:54Speaker 1: historic break from common sense by John Roberts. So John Roberts,
- 10:00Speaker 1: here he is, joining with the courts, three liberals in dissent,
- 10:05Speaker 1: writing for the group. Roberts said the decision is, quote,
- 10:07Speaker 1: no victory for the separation of powers. And then he
- 10:10Speaker 1: goes on to, like, slag President Trump and the White
- 10:13Speaker 1: House for doing this. This is, thanks, John. Thanks, buddy.
- 10:18Speaker 1: Appreciate you. What is wrong with John Roberts? What is
- 10:20Speaker 1: wrong with this man? Like, if you find yourself on
- 10:24Speaker 1: the same side as Katonji Brown Jackson, one of the
- 10:27Speaker 1: most common sense cases imaginable, you may have hit your head.
- 10:32Speaker 1: There may be a problem here. You have linked arms
- 10:35Speaker 1: with a woman who can't even identify the difference between
- 10:37Speaker 1: men and women and said that President Trump shouldn't be
- 10:40Speaker 1: able to build a ballroom because some lefties complained about it. Son,
- 10:45Speaker 1: you need to Take a time out here. You should
- 10:47Speaker 1: have recused yourself from this case. You are in no
- 10:49Speaker 1: mental shape to assess the law right now. What is
- 10:53Speaker 1: John Roberts doing? Chat, what is John Roberts doing? There's
- 10:56Speaker 1: all sorts of speculation about. He's a Soros puppet. Is
- 10:58Speaker 1: that what Zeke said that? Oh, he's in Soros' pocket?
- 11:01Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 11:02Speaker 1: What is going on, man? Not good. Roberts is a wimp,
- 11:07Speaker 1: says Mulvaney. Mulvaney 70 Charles. And then he uses more
- 11:11Speaker 1: colorful language that I'm not going to read on the podcast.
- 11:13Speaker 1: We'll try to keep it family friendly today. There's something
- 11:15Speaker 1: going on here. I don't know. Anyway, you've hit your
- 11:18Speaker 1: head if you're on the same side as Kataja Brown-Jackson
- 11:20Speaker 1: on the ballroom project. Craziness. Anyway, breaking news. That's good news.
- 11:24Speaker 1: And the president of the United States is very excited
- 11:26Speaker 1: about it, and rightfully so. It should not have been
- 11:29Speaker 1: this hard. In fact, imagine how much further this project
- 11:32Speaker 1: would be along if the left hadn't been trying to
- 11:35Speaker 1: metaphorically throw Molotov cocktails at it the entire time. Well,
- 11:40Speaker 1: it's better than when they throw the real Molotov cocktails,
- 11:42Speaker 1: but this time metaphorically. Legally throwing Molotov cocktails at the
- 11:46Speaker 1: ballroom project. We've stopped them. We've stopped them, which is
- 11:49Speaker 1: good news. All right, let me get to some other
- 11:52Speaker 1: ways in which we are confronting the excesses of the
- 11:55Speaker 1: left in the United States. I told you yesterday that
- 11:57Speaker 1: Sean Duffy, the transportation secretary, the epic Sean Duffy, was
- 12:01Speaker 1: going to be making a big announcement about a crackdown
- 12:05Speaker 1: on fraud in the United States. And I was, again,
- 12:07Speaker 1: I was idly speculating about this, just putting the pieces together.
- 12:10Speaker 1: I said, oh, well, this is either about illegal alien
- 12:13Speaker 1: truck drivers in the United States, or it could be,
- 12:16Speaker 1: and then I took a dark horse shot, it could
- 12:17Speaker 1: be about all those random cars you see on the
- 12:19Speaker 1: roadways with student driver bumper stickers and magnets all over them,
- 12:23Speaker 1: which don't, I don't think have student drivers in them.
- 12:26Speaker 1: I don't think that's what that's about. There's something else
- 12:27Speaker 1: going on there. Well, It wasn't the latter. It was
- 12:30Speaker 1: the former. That's what it was about yesterday. We got
- 12:33Speaker 1: a big announcement from Sean Duffy. Here he is saying
- 12:36Speaker 1: he is shutting down hundreds, hundreds of driving schools across
- 12:41Speaker 1: the country because they're teaching illegals how to drive and
- 12:45Speaker 1: not even requiring them to speak English, which, by the way,
- 12:48Speaker 1: is a feature of the law. You're supposed to speak
- 12:50Speaker 1: English to drive a big rig on America's roadways. Cut one.
- 12:56Speaker 1: What we are announcing....
- 12:58Speaker 5: Is an emergency executive shutdown of 110 driving schools. So
- 13:06Speaker 5: these are driving schools that account for 5,000 of the
- 13:12Speaker 5: violations for English proficiency. What I mean by that is
- 13:17Speaker 5: you have to speak English to operate a commercial motor vehicle.
- 13:21Speaker 5: I didn't create that rule. President Trump didn't create that rule.
- 13:24Speaker 5: That rule has been in place for decades. And We
- 13:29Speaker 5: have schools that know the rule and still pass people
- 13:33Speaker 5: through their school who can't speak the language. And so
- 13:35Speaker 5: there's 110 of them through a data analysis that are
- 13:38Speaker 5: the greatest offenders.
- 13:40Speaker 1: As of today, those schools are shut down.
- 13:43Speaker 5: We also have shut down 160 additional schools. These are
- 13:48Speaker 5: schools that, in essence, certify that they are qualified to
- 13:53Speaker 5: train truck drivers. They don't have adequate space to put
- 13:58Speaker 5: a potential driver in a truck and have them go
- 14:03Speaker 5: around the cones and do the turns.
- 14:05Speaker 1: They don't have space to.
- 14:07Speaker 5: Even allow the truck driver to actually get behind the
- 14:09Speaker 5: wheel and drive. They have unlicensed instructors. So you have
- 14:16Speaker 5: instructors who aren't certified who are allegedly training the new
- 14:19Speaker 5: truck drivers to operate on American roadways.
- 14:24Speaker 1: Trainers that don't even have a CDL of their own
- 14:27Speaker 1: training illegal aliens in foreign languages at facilities that don't
- 14:33Speaker 1: even have the territory to actually drive the trucks. What
- 14:40Speaker 1: the hell is going on? So they've just closed 270
- 14:46Speaker 1: schools where this kind of insanity has been playing out.
- 14:49Speaker 1: And that's good news. Truck around, find out. Get the
- 14:53Speaker 1: hell out of our country. Close these schools down. That's
- 14:57Speaker 1: good news. And this is not the beginning. This is
- 15:01Speaker 1: just the latest announcement from Sean Duffy on this subject.
- 15:05Speaker 1: They have been closing down these schools by the hundreds
- 15:09Speaker 1: and hundreds and hundreds all across the country. which have
- 15:13Speaker 1: been training up illegal foreign nationals to drive on America's
- 15:17Speaker 1: road waves with no evidence of any valuable training whatsoever,
- 15:21Speaker 1: which is leading, of course, to American citizens getting killed.
- 15:25Speaker 1: That's happening. It keeps happening. Horrific stories to keep watching
- 15:29Speaker 1: all of this. And we heard from the head of
- 15:33Speaker 1: the FTC yesterday. He's one of the top people on
- 15:36Speaker 1: the J.D. Vance-led fraud force at the White House. His
- 15:40Speaker 1: name's Andrew Ferguson. And Andrew Ferguson said that these schools,
- 15:43Speaker 1: these so-called schools, have been just handing out CDLs to
- 15:47Speaker 1: people who haven't earned them at all. Cut to watch this.
- 15:51Speaker 4: Fraud is not about the numbers. Fraud hurts real people
- 15:55Speaker 4: in physical ways like Delilah Coleman. And we have lots
- 15:58Speaker 4: of examples about how fraud does this. An example that
- 16:01Speaker 4: we saw before is that doctors were performing skin graft
- 16:05Speaker 4: operations on elderly Americans and hospices and nursing homes that
- 16:10Speaker 4: didn't need it. because then they could get reimbursements to
- 16:12Speaker 4: the tunes of hundreds of millions of dollars from HHS.
- 16:16Speaker 4: We've ended that. But those were physically maiming real American
- 16:21Speaker 4: citizens so that people could make a quick buck. And
- 16:23Speaker 4: that's what's been going on here. These schools are passing
- 16:28Speaker 4: off these CDLs to people who haven't earned them, putting
- 16:31Speaker 4: 40-ton weapons into the hands of people who are illegal immigrants,
- 16:35Speaker 4: who can't speak English, and then they hurt real Americans,
- 16:38Speaker 4: real American citizens. the most vulnerable among us that the
- 16:42Speaker 4: government is supposed to be protecting. That is why this
- 16:45Speaker 4: fraud fight is important. It isn't about the money. Real
- 16:48Speaker 4: Americans are hurt, physically hurt every day because fraudsters are
- 16:53Speaker 4: trying to make a quick buck. And that is why
- 16:55Speaker 4: it is so important that the government under President Trump
- 16:58Speaker 4: and the vice president are focused on stopping it. Now,
- 17:01Speaker 4: we've heard a lot also today about how states are
- 17:05Speaker 4: allowing these licenses to be distributed online. And then they
- 17:08Speaker 4: are inflicting these people on the rest of us because
- 17:10Speaker 4: you have a right to travel in this country. And
- 17:12Speaker 4: a license that is given by one state doesn't stay
- 17:14Speaker 4: in that one state. And they cause injuries and deaths
- 17:17Speaker 4: across the rest of the country. This is a problem
- 17:19Speaker 4: across the entire fraud war. States who distribute cash assistance
- 17:24Speaker 4: without regard to any of the rules, billions of dollars
- 17:27Speaker 4: every year. States who are handing out CDLs to people
- 17:30Speaker 4: who haven't learned it or haven't earned it. President Trump
- 17:34Speaker 4: is the first president to come in and say yes.
- 17:37Speaker 4: And our federal system, the states have an important role
- 17:39Speaker 4: to play. But if they're going to mess it up,
- 17:42Speaker 4: we are not going to let them hurt the rest
- 17:44Speaker 4: of us by not playing by the rules. And the
- 17:47Speaker 4: federal government will step in and it will fix the problem.
- 17:50Speaker 4: And President Trump is the one that stepped up, saw
- 17:53Speaker 4: this was a problem, a problem exacerbated by orders of
- 17:56Speaker 4: magnitude in the previous administration and is working to stop
- 17:59Speaker 4: it and has been appointing people to his cabinet. who
- 18:02Speaker 4: take this seriously. And that is why we have the
- 18:05Speaker 4: successes that we've had today. And that is why we've
- 18:08Speaker 4: had all the successes on the anti-fraud front for the
- 18:10Speaker 4: last year.
- 18:11Speaker 1: Okay. All right. So a couple of things going on. One, uh,
- 18:15Speaker 1: thanks to all the truck drivers who are in the chat.
- 18:17Speaker 1: I've got a lot of guys with CDLs who are
- 18:18Speaker 1: weighing in right now, uh, saying this is completely outrageous
- 18:21Speaker 1: to them. They see it all over their industry and
- 18:23Speaker 1: they're grateful that president Trump is tackling this. Uh, thank
- 18:27Speaker 1: you for keeping America moving to all of you. Um,
- 18:30Speaker 1: But here's another element of this. These great American truck drivers,
- 18:34Speaker 1: they should be paid more. And they would be paid
- 18:37Speaker 1: more if they weren't constantly being underbid by illegal aliens
- 18:42Speaker 1: who should not be holding CDLs, who can't even speak English,
- 18:45Speaker 1: are on America's roadways right now. That's a reality of
- 18:48Speaker 1: the market. And you can thank the Biden administration for
- 18:53Speaker 1: cutting your pay by virtue of allowing people to invade
- 18:57Speaker 1: our country and illegally drive on our roadways. That actually happened.
- 19:01Speaker 1: And as far as what Andrew Ferguson just said about
- 19:05Speaker 1: what the Biden administration did, he said there was orders
- 19:07Speaker 1: of magnitude, orders of magnitude that they increased the number
- 19:11Speaker 1: of illegal alien truck drivers on our roads. Well, how
- 19:14Speaker 1: did that happen? Well, the answer to that question, you ready?
- 19:17Speaker 1: Do you remember who the transportation secretary was under Joe Biden?
- 19:22Speaker 1: Who was the trans secretary under Joe Biden? Do you remember? Chat,
- 19:27Speaker 1: tell me. Who was the trans secretary? Under Biden. Who
- 19:31Speaker 1: was that guy? It was a guy, as far as
- 19:34Speaker 1: we can tell. Here he comes. I know the chat's
- 19:38Speaker 1: going to have this. There it is. Boot edge edge. Yes,
- 19:43Speaker 1: boot edge edge. Boot edge edge. Remember that guy? Here
- 19:47Speaker 1: he is. Pete boot edge edge.
- 19:49Speaker 2: Why?
- 19:50Speaker 1: The trans secretary under Joe Biden. And as a result
- 19:54Speaker 1: of boot edge edges, abuses of the nation's trucking rules.
- 20:00Speaker 1: we ended up with a proliferation of illegal aliens on
- 20:03Speaker 1: our roadways. Now, you might say, Vince, how did that occur?
- 20:06Speaker 1: How did that occur that Buttigieg could do that? The
- 20:09Speaker 1: answer to that is Buttigieg made it so that CDL
- 20:13Speaker 1: schools across the country, beginning in 2022, could self-certify. What
- 20:19Speaker 1: that means in practical terms is, scouts honor, we're doing
- 20:22Speaker 1: a great job teaching people how to drive rigs in
- 20:26Speaker 1: our country. They could self-certify. And suddenly, you've got a
- 20:29Speaker 1: CDL school. That happened in 2022. What happened after that?
- 20:34Speaker 1: An explosion in illegal aliens on America's roadways, can't speak English,
- 20:39Speaker 1: weren't even instructed in English, and then suddenly they're behind
- 20:43Speaker 1: the wheel of a massive weapon, and it imperiled our country.
- 20:49Speaker 1: So you can thank that moron for setting this up.
- 20:52Speaker 1: That guy who wants to be president of the United States,
- 20:55Speaker 1: Pete Buttigieg, who opened up America's roadways to the invasion
- 21:00Speaker 1: that the Biden administration helped along with each passing month
- 21:04Speaker 1: of its awful presidency. That was boot-edge-edge. Yeah. So there's
- 21:11Speaker 1: old pothole Pete doing it again. Now, about those Americans
- 21:16Speaker 1: who were killed on America's roadways. Yesterday, some moron reporter
- 21:20Speaker 1: tried to downplay it.
- 21:21Speaker 5: Like, well.
- 21:23Speaker 1: Other truck drivers run into people. So why are you
- 21:26Speaker 1: picking on illegal aliens? Mark Wayne Mullen, the DHS secretary,
- 21:30Speaker 1: dunked that clown into the earth. I've got that for
- 21:32Speaker 1: you in just a moment ahead on this edition of Vince.
- 21:35Speaker 1: I want to thank one of the fine sponsors who
- 21:37Speaker 1: make today's shows possible. That is Quince. Quince. I love Quince.

- 22:28Speaker 1: That's Q-U-I-N-C-E dot com slash Vince. Thank you to Quince, quince.com
- 22:34Speaker 1: slash Vince. So yesterday, a reporter tried to downplay all
- 22:39Speaker 1: of these illegal aliens killing American citizens. And Markway Mullen
- 22:43Speaker 1: wasn't interested in that game.
- 22:46Speaker 3: Not at all.
- 22:47Speaker 1: In fact, here he is cut for smacking this dude around. Watch.
- 22:51Speaker 6: Let me talk about that 1%.
- 22:52Speaker 7: Are you saying 1% is okay? Because that 1% is
- 22:55Speaker 7: what caused this right here. 1% is one too many.
- 22:59Speaker 7: I said this in my remarks. Every single illegal that
- 23:04Speaker 7: maims or kills an individual is 100% preventable. I'm trying
- 23:12Speaker 7: to prevent every one of them. I don't care if
- 23:13Speaker 7: it's a fraction of 1%. I'm coming after you. I'm
- 23:18Speaker 7: removing you from the road because it should never take place.
- 23:21Speaker 7: Every death at the hands of an illegal is one
- 23:25Speaker 7: too many. So you make the percentage about 1%. Are
- 23:29Speaker 7: you willing to take that 1% if it was your daughter?
- 23:34Speaker 7: Then 1% is plenty, John.
- 23:35Speaker 1: 1% is plenty.
- 23:35Speaker 7: A fraction of 1% is plenty. 0.1% of 1% is 0.1%
- 23:45Speaker 7: too many. They should never be out there because the
- 23:48Speaker 7: accident should never take place. I look at this as
- 23:51Speaker 7: I'm trying to keep my six kids safe on the
- 23:54Speaker 7: road when they're out there driving and my one grandchild
- 23:56Speaker 7: while they're riding with their parents. It's all preventable and
- 24:00Speaker 7: they shouldn't be on a roadway.
- 24:03Speaker 1: Full stop. Every single one. Every single one of those
- 24:08Speaker 1: Americans would still be alive today. were it not for
- 24:11Speaker 1: the betrayals on our border, the betrayals within our system,
- 24:15Speaker 1: and the betrayals against Americans. Anti-American bigotry is systemic. It's systemic.
- 24:22Speaker 1: The left loves talking about systemic racism. I'll tell you
- 24:25Speaker 1: about something that's systemic. Anti-American bigotry, the attacks on American
- 24:30Speaker 1: sovereignty have been systemic. You can thank the left for that.
- 24:34Speaker 1: Rooting that out, fixing that, That has to be the
- 24:38Speaker 1: priority of any presidential administration going forward, is the priority
- 24:41Speaker 1: of this administration. And it is good news that they
- 24:44Speaker 1: have shut down hundreds upon hundreds of these operations that
- 24:47Speaker 1: are selling out American citizens, betraying Americans, killing Americans, and
- 24:53Speaker 1: hurting the trucking industry for great American truck drivers. It's enough.
- 24:57Speaker 1: It has to come to an end. These guys are
- 24:59Speaker 1: ending it. That's great news.
- 25:01Speaker 5: Crazy.
- 25:02Speaker 1: Did you love these reporters? They always do the same crap.
- 25:04Speaker 1: It's like you bring up something that illegal aliens have
- 25:07Speaker 1: done to Americans, and then they'll point and they'll be like, well,
- 25:09Speaker 1: what about Americans? Americans suck. Like what? Your actual defense
- 25:13Speaker 1: of opening our borders is that Americans suck? Screw you.
- 25:18Speaker 1: That is the attitude on the left. Every time you
- 25:20Speaker 1: bring this kind of stuff, you talk about like these
- 25:23Speaker 1: illegal alien murderers are like, well, Americans commit homicide too.
- 25:26Speaker 1: So in other words, what? We have our own problems?
- 25:28Speaker 1: Is that what you're saying? What are you saying? Making
- 25:31Speaker 1: excuses for the invasion. Constantly. Constantly. Now, the DHS secretary
- 25:36Speaker 1: has been busy this week. In addition to that big
- 25:39Speaker 1: announcement yesterday, we also got some very fascinating news about
- 25:44Speaker 1: tackling voter fraud across the country. Now, ladies and gentlemen,
- 25:48Speaker 1: keep your eyes on this story, because what I'm about
- 25:50Speaker 1: to share with you is already causing lots of agita
- 25:54Speaker 1: on the left. They're very upset about this. There's a
- 25:56Speaker 1: lot of consternation immediately, and you're going to see more
- 25:59Speaker 1: of it this week. Here's what we have. This is
- 26:01Speaker 1: the New York Post headline on the subject. Feds launch
- 26:05Speaker 1: massive criminal voter fraud surge in California crackdown as eight
- 26:12Speaker 1: other states are targeted. So we got nine states here.
- 26:18Speaker 1: that they're going after. Federal officials are set to launch
- 26:20Speaker 1: a massive criminal investigation into voter fraud in California. It's
- 26:24Speaker 1: a multi-state effort to clean up the nation's elections. Sources
- 26:28Speaker 1: with knowledge of the endeavor said that the Golden State
- 26:31Speaker 1: is among eight that is being targeted in a sweeping
- 26:34Speaker 1: operation to be executed by Homeland Security investigations starting this
- 26:40Speaker 1: coming week. Other states slated for investigations include the following.
- 26:44Speaker 1: Pay attention. See if your state's in here.
- 26:46Speaker 8: Ready?
- 26:46Speaker 1: New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Georgia, Washington, Nevada, Wisconsin, Missouri. So
- 26:56Speaker 1: we got nine states, add California to the top of
- 26:59Speaker 1: that list, nine states that the administration is surging into
- 27:04Speaker 1: to go after voter fraud. Now, here's what they say
- 27:08Speaker 1: in the piece. President Trump has vowed to tackle it,
- 27:11Speaker 1: election fraud that is, with his focus leading Homeland Security
- 27:15Speaker 1: Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen and federal prosecutors to make it
- 27:17Speaker 1: a priority. With that in mind, HSI is beginning, quote,
- 27:20Speaker 1: a coordinated criminal voter fraud surge initiative to pursue investigative leads,
- 27:26Speaker 1: conduct field interviews, and support timely prosecutorial review, according to
- 27:31Speaker 1: an internal memo that was described to the California Post.
- 27:34Speaker 1: The huge undertaking comes as top L.A. federal prosecutor Bill
- 27:37Speaker 1: Assele and local Homeland Security investigators have ramped up their
- 27:41Speaker 1: own collaborative efforts to fight wrongdoing in elections. In fact,
- 27:44Speaker 1: they were just prosecuting these guys of voter fraud. There's one.
- 27:49Speaker 1: Darwin Jonathan Rivera Flores, an illegal alien, voted in America's elections,
- 27:55Speaker 1: busted by the Trump administration. Homeland Security agents with the
- 28:00Speaker 1: salee Friday arrested him. He's a Honduran agitator on charges
- 28:05Speaker 1: of illegally registering to vote. Darwin Jonathan Rivera Flores, 30
- 28:10Speaker 1: years old, was busted this year at an anti-ice protest
- 28:14Speaker 1: in Southern California and is accused of two felonies related
- 28:17Speaker 1: to his false claims of U.S. citizenship to complete voter
- 28:20Speaker 1: registration forms, prosecutors say. The Ventura County arrest of Rivera
- 28:24Speaker 1: Flores was just the tip of the iceberg for with
- 28:28Speaker 1: many more busts coming, said Bill Asseili. The crackdown has
- 28:33Speaker 1: already begun. Yeah, no, this guy, if you go read
- 28:37Speaker 1: the charging documents for this idiot, he's been threatening ICE
- 28:43Speaker 1: and Border Patrol. He's showing up at all of these
- 28:45Speaker 1: lefty insurrectionist rallies against federal law enforcement. He lied to authorities,
- 28:51Speaker 1: they say, about being an American citizen so that he
- 28:54Speaker 1: could participate in America's elections. He's just kind of a
- 28:58Speaker 1: you know, just a nonstop string of proof about how
- 29:02Speaker 1: vulnerable our elections are to this kinds of interference. But
- 29:06Speaker 1: the interesting thing, one of the most interesting things about
- 29:08Speaker 1: this is if you read the government's documents on the guy,
- 29:12Speaker 1: it's so obvious that he considers himself to be a Democrat. Now,
- 29:16Speaker 1: I know that's not going to shock you at all
- 29:18Speaker 1: that he considers himself to be a Democrat. But in
- 29:20Speaker 1: the documents, he's like constantly talking about as soon as
- 29:24Speaker 1: we win, we're going to come after you. Just wait
- 29:27Speaker 1: until we win back power. The guy is a Democrat.
- 29:31Speaker 1: And the thing is, he shouldn't be anything. He's not
- 29:34Speaker 1: even American. And yet he's acting as a Democrat operative. Now,
- 29:39Speaker 1: he's in custody. Now he's in custody. And the feds
- 29:43Speaker 1: have promised he is just the tip of the iceberg
- 29:46Speaker 1: in a place like California, which you know is crawling
- 29:50Speaker 1: with this kind of voter fraud. Well, the crackdown is arriving.
- 29:54Speaker 1: This is wonderful news. Now, the left is already engaged
- 29:59Speaker 1: in a bit of a freak out about this subject.
- 30:01Speaker 1: In fact, I've got a story here for you. This
- 30:05Speaker 1: comes to us from the state of Washington, where they're
- 30:12Speaker 1: freaking out about that. They're saying this is a waste
- 30:14Speaker 1: of taxpayer dollars. Here's Fox 13 Seattle overnight. Secretary Hobbs,
- 30:22Speaker 1: Secretary Hobbs, who is the Secretary of State, Steve Hobbs,
- 30:26Speaker 1: says that investigating Washington for voter fraud is a waste
- 30:30Speaker 1: of taxpayer dollars. So what is he saying? The U.S.
- 30:33Speaker 1: Department of Homeland Security is investigating the state of Washington,
- 30:36Speaker 1: of course, and other states over claims of voter fraud.
- 30:38Speaker 1: The Secretary of State in Washington, Democrat Steve Hobbs, calls
- 30:41Speaker 1: this troubling and a waste of taxpayer dollars. Yeah, because
- 30:44Speaker 1: who would want to secure elections for American citizens? Secretary
- 30:48Speaker 1: Hobbs says he only learned about this through a CNN article,
- 30:50Speaker 1: which reported that the Homeland Security investigation's An agency typically
- 30:54Speaker 1: involved in investigating major crimes like human trafficking and drug
- 30:58Speaker 1: trafficking has assigned an unprecedented number of agents to cases
- 31:02Speaker 1: in Washington and other states. The investigation comes just months
- 31:06Speaker 1: after the midterm elections. And then this outlet says, experts
- 31:10Speaker 1: say there's no evidence of widespread voter fraud in recent elections. Really?
- 31:13Speaker 1: There's no evidence? No evidence whatsoever. How about in the
- 31:18Speaker 1: state of New Jersey, where we just found out that
- 31:21Speaker 1: non-citizens have been on the voter rolls by the thousands,
- 31:23Speaker 1: have been voting by at least the hundreds, and that
- 31:27Speaker 1: is only what the Democrats who run the state of
- 31:29Speaker 1: New Jersey are willing to admit about what occurred at
- 31:33Speaker 1: the DMV. These people said they weren't citizens. Then they
- 31:35Speaker 1: were registered to vote. Then they accidentally slept and cast ballots.
- 31:39Speaker 1: What the hell are you talking about? That's what Mikey
- 31:43Speaker 1: Sherrill admitted to in New Jersey. There's a lot of
- 31:47Speaker 1: smoke in Jersey. There's a lot of fire there, too.
- 31:50Speaker 1: We have to spend more time staring at what happened
- 31:52Speaker 1: in New Jersey. It's not just New Jersey. California is
- 31:56Speaker 1: crawling with illegal aliens. You've got Democrats paying homeless people
- 32:01Speaker 1: on Skid Row to vote for Karen Bass. It's a
- 32:06Speaker 1: total disaster. So yeah, no, there's more than enough evidence.
- 32:09Speaker 1: And every time you see a media outlet say something
- 32:11Speaker 1: like there's no evidence that illegal aliens vote in elections,
- 32:14Speaker 1: there's no evidence of voter fraud, there's no evidence that
- 32:16Speaker 1: people are illegally casting ballots, you can basically rule them
- 32:21Speaker 1: out as a source of meaningful information for you. Yeah, okay,
- 32:25Speaker 1: you've told me who you are. You're just immediately lying
- 32:27Speaker 1: to me, not providing any of the relevant information to
- 32:31Speaker 1: fix this. Because Americans deserve credible elections. And if you
- 32:34Speaker 1: won't even admit the evidence... that our elections are vulnerable,
- 32:38Speaker 1: then you don't deserve to be trusted. Sorry, it's just true.
- 32:42Speaker 1: I've got a lot more to get to, but this
- 32:44Speaker 1: is fascinating. And not just about protecting our future elections,
- 32:49Speaker 1: also some of the shenanigans in our past elections. You
- 32:52Speaker 1: know that grand conspiracy case in South Florida, the one
- 32:55Speaker 1: we've been waiting for big, big indictments to come out of?
- 33:00Speaker 1: We just got an update from that case, kind of fascinating,
- 33:03Speaker 1: and involves James Comey, I'm going to share that with
- 33:05Speaker 1: you in just a moment ahead on yet another busy
- 33:07Speaker 1: edition of Vince. I want to thank our fine sponsor today.
- 33:12Speaker 1: And they're supporting us at the Republican National Convention coming up.
- 33:14Speaker 1: Can you believe that's next week? How's that happening? Yeah,
- 33:18Speaker 1: we're going to be there. And as we head towards
- 33:20Speaker 1: that convention, one thing is abundantly clear. Political volatility can
- 33:24Speaker 1: actually drive market uncertainty. And Washington, they're not really in
- 33:29Speaker 1: the mood to come save our savings. This has to
- 33:32Speaker 1: be why gold and silver are has been on an
- 33:34Speaker 1: absolute rally lately. So many Americans are taking control of
- 33:38Speaker 1: their own wealth. If you've ever thought about buying precious metals,
- 33:40Speaker 1: now is your chance. And we're very proud to announce
- 33:43Speaker 1: that GoldCo is our newest partner at Silverlock Media. Yeah.
- 33:48Speaker 1: You know, when it comes to their track record, they're great.
- 33:50Speaker 1: They've got over 8,000 five-star reviews and A-plus rating with
- 33:53Speaker 1: the Better Business Bureau. They've helped thousands of Americans help
- 33:56Speaker 1: protect millions in retirement savings through physical metals and gold IRAs.
- 34:01Speaker 1: They are Silverlock Media's trusted gold and silver partner at
- 34:04Speaker 1: the RNC. So you don't have to wait for political
- 34:08Speaker 1: shifts and ensuing inflation or anything like that to erode
- 34:11Speaker 1: your hard-earned dollars. Right now, if you get started, you
- 34:15Speaker 1: can receive a free gold and silver kit plus up
- 34:18Speaker 1: to 10% back in bonus silver on qualified orders. Just

- 34:32Speaker 1: Performance may vary. You should always consult your financial and
- 34:35Speaker 1: tax professional. Thank you to Gold Co. for sponsoring our
- 34:39Speaker 1: efforts going to the Republican National Convention. It's going to
- 34:43Speaker 1: be great. We have so many big things happening next week.
- 34:46Speaker 1: I can't wait to share them with you. It's going
- 34:48Speaker 1: to be so exciting. The whole thing's going to be awesome.
- 34:50Speaker 8: All right.
- 34:52Speaker 1: What do we got? What We got DHS going after
- 34:56Speaker 1: voter fraud. Love this. Absolutely love this. And remember, Mark
- 35:00Speaker 1: Wayne Mullen and these guys, they already told us there
- 35:02Speaker 1: are at least tens of thousands of non-citizens on the
- 35:05Speaker 1: voter rolls across the country. Many, many thousands of dead
- 35:08Speaker 1: people on the voter rolls all across the country. You
- 35:11Speaker 1: have states that are refusing to hand over voter rolls
- 35:15Speaker 1: to the Department of Justice so that people like Harmeet
- 35:18Speaker 1: Dhillon can make sure everything's on the up and up,
- 35:20Speaker 1: that only American citizens are on it, okay? So there's
- 35:22Speaker 1: a huge election integrity fight playing out right now before
- 35:26Speaker 1: our very eyes. And we are gaining some ground here
- 35:30Speaker 1: in meaningful ways, thanks to the Trump administration. No, thanks
- 35:33Speaker 1: to the Senate, which of course won't do the bare minimum,
- 35:36Speaker 1: you know, and pass the Save America Act. But we
- 35:39Speaker 1: also have an update on prior elections and the meddling
- 35:42Speaker 1: in them as well. Of course, you by now know,
- 35:45Speaker 1: because we've covered it relentlessly for years, that the left
- 35:48Speaker 1: and the deep state has been trying to undermine the
- 35:51Speaker 1: duly elected president of the United States and the people
- 35:53Speaker 1: who sent him into office routinely. And among the primary
- 35:57Speaker 1: suspects in that endeavor was a fellow called James Comey,
- 36:00Speaker 1: the former FBI director. Now, James Comey has a massive
- 36:04Speaker 1: amount of legal problems of his own, criminal legal problems
- 36:07Speaker 1: of his own right now that he's navigating through. But
- 36:09Speaker 1: yesterday we got an update on the way in which
- 36:12Speaker 1: James Comey was leaking FBI documents, FBI records to the media.
- 36:18Speaker 1: And it's through a fellow called Daniel Richman. Now, this
- 36:20Speaker 1: is not an allegation. That was something James Comey already
- 36:23Speaker 1: admitted to, that he was leaking his FBI memos through
- 36:28Speaker 1: Daniel Richman, this Columbia University professor, to the media. Now,
- 36:34Speaker 1: Daniel Richman was also paid by the FBI. That would
- 36:36Speaker 1: be a detail that didn't become public until years later.
- 36:40Speaker 1: And yesterday, we found out that the grand conspiracy case
- 36:44Speaker 1: in South Florida is still very active. And it is
- 36:47Speaker 1: now demanding answers from Daniel Richman. Here's the New York
- 36:52Speaker 1: Times on this subject. Justice Department issues grand jury subpoena
- 36:56Speaker 1: to Comey confidant. That would be Daniel Richman. Federal prosecutor.
- 37:01Speaker 1: Look at this, by the way. Look at this New
- 37:02Speaker 1: York Times glory shot of James Comey. There he is
- 37:07Speaker 1: in front of a weeping willow. He's such a victim.
- 37:14Speaker 4: Anyway.
- 37:15Speaker 1: Federal prosecutors have issued a grand jury subpoena demanding testimony
- 37:18Speaker 1: from Daniel Richman, a close confidant of James B. Comey.
- 37:24Speaker 1: James B. Comey, the former FBI director and one of
- 37:27Speaker 1: President Trump's most reviled political adversaries, according to a person
- 37:31Speaker 1: familiar with the matter. The subpoena was issued by prosecutors
- 37:33Speaker 1: in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida, Eureka.
- 37:39Speaker 1: and appears to be connected to the so-called grand conspiracy
- 37:42Speaker 1: case that has sought to implicate Mr. Comey and other
- 37:45Speaker 1: federal officials who have investigated Mr. Trump in an overarching
- 37:49Speaker 1: plot to deprive him of his rights. It was a
- 37:53Speaker 1: small but significant escalation of the Florida case and the
- 37:57Speaker 1: latest move in a persistent campaign to go after Mr.
- 38:00Speaker 1: Comey in particular, who has already been indicted twice in
- 38:03Speaker 1: separate cases in Virginia and North Carolina. It remained unclear
- 38:08Speaker 1: what sort of testimony the prosecutors in Florida want from Mr. Richman,
- 38:12Speaker 1: a law professor at Columbia who once served as an
- 38:15Speaker 1: advisor to Mr. Comey at the FBI, but he has
- 38:18Speaker 1: found himself caught up in two previous investigations of his
- 38:21Speaker 1: friend and former boss. The Justice Department not responding, of course,
- 38:27Speaker 1: to an email seeking comment on the subpoena. And this
- 38:30Speaker 1: is the third time, they say, that Mr. Richman has
- 38:32Speaker 1: been called to provide information about Mr. Comey. This is great.
- 38:36Speaker 1: The investigation is being led by Joseph DeGeneva. Joe DeGeneva.
- 38:43Speaker 1: This man is a great American. We love Joe. Ladies
- 38:46Speaker 1: and gentlemen, you want to trust somebody to be an
- 38:49Speaker 1: absolute bulldog to go after the villains who have hurt
- 38:54Speaker 1: our country, who violated their oath of office, who've abused
- 38:57Speaker 1: their power, have abused American citizens? Trust Joe DeGeneva. This
- 39:01Speaker 1: man is the real deal. He's working on this case.
- 39:05Speaker 1: And it continues. It continues. The pieces of this may
- 39:09Speaker 1: not all be public right now, but the fact is
- 39:12Speaker 1: these guys are on this like white on rice. They
- 39:15Speaker 1: are crushing this case. They say he's a Trump loyalist.
- 39:20Speaker 1: He's convened a grand jury in the federal district court
- 39:23Speaker 1: in Fort Pierce, overseen by one of the president's friendliest
- 39:26Speaker 1: appointees to the bench, Judge Eileen K. We love Judge Cannon.
- 39:31Speaker 4: Why?
- 39:32Speaker 1: Not because she's faithful to Donald Trump, but because she's
- 39:36Speaker 1: faithful to the law. Remember, Judge Cannon is the same
- 39:39Speaker 1: judge who said that Jack Smith is an unconstitutional special counsel.
- 39:45Speaker 1: There was no constitutional basis for him to be in
- 39:47Speaker 1: that role. And she threw his case out. Judge Cannon
- 39:52Speaker 1: knows her stuff. So you have an amazing former U.S. attorney,
- 39:56Speaker 1: Joe DiGenova, and you have a proven judge, Judge Eileen Cannon.
- 40:02Speaker 1: You know, don't count your chickens before they hatch. But
- 40:05Speaker 1: the case is strong here. They say they've targeted other
- 40:08Speaker 1: former officials. who triggered the president's ire, chief among them,
- 40:12Speaker 1: John O. Brennan, a one-time CIA director. Yeah, and a scumbag.
- 40:17Speaker 1: Why didn't the New York Times say, comma, and a scumbag?
- 40:22Speaker 1: Why wasn't that included in this sentence? John Brennan, who
- 40:26Speaker 1: spied on the United States Senate. John Brennan, as sinister
- 40:30Speaker 1: a force as has ever existed in the intel community.
- 40:35Speaker 1: The New York Times calls the conspiracy case, quote, arguably
- 40:39Speaker 1: the most far-fetched of the Justice Department's serial efforts to
- 40:42Speaker 1: pursue Mr. Trump's political opponents. The New York Times, on
- 40:45Speaker 1: the basis of nothing, the basis of absolute nothing. It's far-fetched,
- 40:50Speaker 1: they say. They just voice of God as if they're God.
- 40:53Speaker 1: They can just make it go away. They're going to
- 40:54Speaker 1: hand wave. It's not going away. I hate to tell you, sweetheart,
- 40:56Speaker 1: it's here to stay. These guys are digging in. Now
- 40:59Speaker 1: they're demanding more answers. Let's see what results they produce.
- 41:02Speaker 1: The case, the grand conspiracy case continues. In case you
- 41:04Speaker 1: were looking for an update, I was. I know I was.
- 41:07Speaker 1: It continues. Remember, we've been tracking this thing for a while.
- 41:10Speaker 1: I was hoping for prosecutions early this year. We didn't
- 41:13Speaker 1: get them. But the case continues. It's not on ice
- 41:16Speaker 1: at all.
- 41:18Speaker 8: At all.
- 41:20Speaker 1: All right. Let's see. Let me move to a different
- 41:23Speaker 1: subject with you. I want to talk to you about
- 41:25Speaker 1: data centers for a moment. We've been talking about this
- 41:28Speaker 1: data center story quite a bit lately because... Americans across
- 41:33Speaker 1: the country are very concerned about the energy draw in
- 41:36Speaker 1: their communities. They're very concerned about the amount of electricity,
- 41:40Speaker 1: whether the grid can handle it, whether they can sustain
- 41:43Speaker 1: the higher cost at home to afford this energy-sucking data
- 41:46Speaker 1: center being built in their communities, whether they're going to
- 41:49Speaker 1: lose precious resources like the water supply, especially as you
- 41:53Speaker 1: go out west. You know, water is harder to come
- 41:55Speaker 1: by in the United States of America. So communities are
- 41:58Speaker 1: having real conversations about the resources. That said— Among the
- 42:02Speaker 1: people who are getting involved in the debate are foreign
- 42:06Speaker 1: interference operations like the Chinese Communist Party, which desperately does
- 42:10Speaker 1: not want the United States to advance in AI, does
- 42:14Speaker 1: not want the United States to be building data centers.
- 42:16Speaker 1: So you have chi-com interlopers who are like constantly trying
- 42:20Speaker 1: to sort of manipulate the debate in the United States
- 42:26Speaker 1: in order to get us to root against data centers entirely.
- 42:29Speaker 1: And it turns out there is a middle ground on
- 42:30Speaker 1: this debate. There's a way to have great success, to
- 42:33Speaker 1: have great flourishing, to create a lot of jobs, to
- 42:37Speaker 1: beat the chi-coms in the AI race, and to succeed
- 42:40Speaker 1: as a country. Now, the president of the United States
- 42:43Speaker 1: weighed in on this yesterday. He posted a Truth Social
- 42:46Speaker 1: about it. And he was pretty direct. He just basically said,
- 42:50Speaker 1: if you're rooting against a data center, then all you
- 42:52Speaker 1: want is for your community to be backwards and poor.
- 42:55Speaker 1: So here's the blunt message here. from the president of
- 42:57Speaker 1: the United States yesterday. Here's what he said. The only
- 43:00Speaker 1: reason that communities throughout America should not want data centers
- 43:03Speaker 1: is if they want to end up being backwards and poor.
- 43:07Speaker 1: If they want to be successful and rich with far
- 43:09Speaker 1: lower taxes and jobs all over the place, let data reign.
- 43:13Speaker 1: The good news is that there are plenty of other
- 43:15Speaker 1: places that want them. If we kill the golden goose,
- 43:17Speaker 1: you only have yourselves to blame. China could not be
- 43:20Speaker 1: happier with this anti-data center movement. Actually, they can't believe
- 43:24Speaker 1: it is happening. President D.J. T. So a characteristically blunt
- 43:29Speaker 1: message from the president of the United States on the subject. Now,
- 43:32Speaker 1: the media yesterday, as J.D. Vance was traveling the country,
- 43:36Speaker 1: he was off to Michigan yesterday campaigning for those Republicans
- 43:40Speaker 1: to include Mike Rogers and against Abdul El-Sayed. I'll get
- 43:43Speaker 1: to that coming up in a moment. J.D. Vance was
- 43:45Speaker 1: asked about the president's statement on data centers yesterday. And
- 43:49Speaker 1: he said, look, this is really straightforward stuff. Americans who
- 43:52Speaker 1: are concerned about it, almost all of them, the ones
- 43:54Speaker 1: who are concerned are concerned about the power draw, which
- 43:57Speaker 1: means that if these data centers are going up, they
- 44:00Speaker 1: have to do what the president said, which is provide
- 44:03Speaker 1: their own power. Watch J.D. Vance explain yesterday. Cut five.
- 44:07Speaker 8: On AI, President Trump today said that Americans should get
- 44:10Speaker 8: on board with wanting more data centers.
- 44:13Speaker 3: How do you think that message.
- 44:14Speaker 8: Goes over ahead of the midterms, where this is becoming
- 44:17Speaker 8: kind of a.
- 44:18Speaker 7: Touchpoint in some areas?
- 44:20Speaker 3: Well, what the president said about data centers is they're
- 44:22Speaker 3: an important part of the AI economy. When people build them,
- 44:26Speaker 3: they have to build the power plants along with the
- 44:28Speaker 3: data centers. I think probably 99% of the backlash to
- 44:31Speaker 3: data centers has come in areas where building a data
- 44:35Speaker 3: center means higher utility and higher electricity for the people
- 44:38Speaker 3: on the ground. So I think what these companies have
- 44:40Speaker 3: to do is take advantage of some of the federal
- 44:43Speaker 3: deregulatory efforts that we've undertaken. If you build a data center,
- 44:46Speaker 3: you should be putting power back into the grid.
- 44:49Speaker 1: Not taking it out.
- 44:50Speaker 3: And if that is happening, I don't think the data centers.
- 44:53Speaker 1: Are that controversial.
- 44:54Speaker 3: It's when the utility bills get so much higher, that's
- 44:56Speaker 3: when it's a real problem.
- 44:59Speaker 1: Legit. Look, the point of any operation, any project in
- 45:03Speaker 1: a community should work to the net benefit of the community.
- 45:06Speaker 1: You're going to build a massive data center in a community.
- 45:09Speaker 1: It should be to the net benefit of that community.
- 45:12Speaker 1: If it's a net negative, then why would a community
- 45:14Speaker 1: want it? If it is driving up your energy costs
- 45:19Speaker 1: to prohibitive levels, then why would a community want it?
- 45:22Speaker 1: If it's drawing from the limited supply of water at
- 45:24Speaker 1: the expense of the rest of the community, then why
- 45:26Speaker 1: would a community want it? So it's a very rational
- 45:29Speaker 1: conversation to have about where these are built and under
- 45:32Speaker 1: what circumstances. Now, I am totally with the president on
- 45:36Speaker 1: this subject and the vice president on the subject of saying,
- 45:38Speaker 1: these guys should provide their own power. Build micronuclear plants,
- 45:43Speaker 1: micronuclear reactors at these data centers. generates so much power
- 45:48Speaker 1: that not only do you power the data center, but
- 45:50Speaker 1: that you're putting it also back into the grid. And
- 45:52Speaker 1: by the way, while you're at it, these data centers,
- 45:55Speaker 1: which do contain a lot of promise for the future,
- 45:58Speaker 1: if they're generating all of this power and all of
- 46:01Speaker 1: this wealth, then how about help build a more secure grid?
- 46:05Speaker 1: You know, one of the problems we have in the
- 46:07Speaker 1: United States right now is the weakness of our antiquated grid.
- 46:11Speaker 1: You talk to any national security expert about the subject
- 46:13Speaker 1: and they say, man, we are very, very vulnerable. Energy
- 46:17Speaker 1: demands are going up. The grid is in no capacity
- 46:20Speaker 1: to support them. We have to rapidly upscale the infrastructure
- 46:24Speaker 1: of America's energy grid. It has to happen. So how
- 46:27Speaker 1: are we going to do it? Well, if data centers
- 46:29Speaker 1: can be a part of that great future, well, then
- 46:33Speaker 1: that would be an epic way to do that. These
- 46:35Speaker 1: data centers not only generate power, they generate the resources
- 46:38Speaker 1: and the wealth in order to build a hardened 22nd
- 46:40Speaker 1: century grid. Build it up, build something. Don't destroy, don't take, build.
- 46:54Speaker 1: Be a net benefit to the communities that you should serve.
- 46:57Speaker 1: So I think the debate is fascinating and interesting. I
- 47:01Speaker 1: do think we should beat the communist Chinese on this subject.
- 47:04Speaker 1: I don't think they should control the world's data and
- 47:07Speaker 1: the world's knowledge. I think that will be at the
- 47:09Speaker 1: peril of humanity to allow that to happen. So the
- 47:13Speaker 1: United States has a role to play here, but we
- 47:15Speaker 1: have to do it with a lot of wisdom. And again,
- 47:18Speaker 1: the president being very blunt in his message here, kind
- 47:20Speaker 1: of a signal of his frustration. But J.D. Vance and
- 47:24Speaker 1: President Trump both saying over the course of this entire debate, yeah,
- 47:28Speaker 1: these guys should generate their own energy. And that's the
- 47:31Speaker 1: move as these data centers get set up. Now, as
- 47:34Speaker 1: I said, J.D. Vance did fly out to Michigan yesterday
- 47:37Speaker 1: to campaign for Republicans to include Mike Rogers against that
- 47:41Speaker 1: whack job, Abdul El-Sayed.
- 47:45Speaker 8: And.
- 47:46Speaker 1: You know, this, this Abdul El-Sayed guy, let, just first
- 47:51Speaker 1: of all, before J.D. Vance even arrived yesterday, he seemed
- 47:55Speaker 1: like nervous about the fact that the vice president was
- 47:57Speaker 1: flying into Michigan and he tried to awkwardly make it
- 48:00Speaker 1: some sort of problem for the Republicans. Listen to Abdul El-Sayed.
- 48:05Speaker 1: I don't even know what he's trying to say here,
- 48:06Speaker 1: but he's, he's trying to make it strange that J.D.
- 48:09Speaker 1: Vance would arrive to campaign in Michigan. Cut sex. Watch this.
- 48:15Speaker 3: Nope.
- 48:16Speaker 6: Who better to invite to Michigan to declare war on
- 48:20Speaker 6: Michigan than Ohio J.D. Vance? You want to declare war
- 48:26Speaker 6: on Michigan, ask any Michigander, who do you like better,
- 48:29Speaker 6: Canada or Ohio? I think all of us will tell you,
- 48:33Speaker 6: we're good with Canada. It's Ohio we got problems with. Now,
- 48:36Speaker 6: why would you invite J.D. Vance except for maybe you
- 48:39Speaker 6: got a Vance bromance? I don't know.
- 48:43Speaker 1: What? What the hell was that? It wasn't even clever.
- 48:49Speaker 1: We like Canada more than we like Ohio. What is
- 48:52Speaker 1: he even saying? I guess that's supposed to be a
- 48:55Speaker 1: college football reference. Boy, that's awkward as hell. Anyway, so
- 48:59Speaker 1: that's their candidate. And of course, he's like more insane
- 49:03Speaker 1: that he's even letting on there. But that's a very
- 49:05Speaker 1: awkward attempt to try and make it a liability for J.D.
- 49:07Speaker 1: Vance to arrive in Michigan. And J.D. Vance did arrive
- 49:10Speaker 1: in Michigan, and he had a lot to say. He
- 49:12Speaker 1: had a lot to say about Abdul El-Sayed. And let
- 49:15Speaker 1: me just set up the context here, because because JD
- 49:18Speaker 1: Vance and, and, and this guy, uh, Abdul, what's his name?
- 49:21Speaker 1: Abdul Rahman. What the hell is his name? You're not
- 49:23Speaker 1: supposed to say it. Abdul El-Sayed. His full name is
- 49:28Speaker 1: Abdul Rahman Muhammad El-Sayed. Okay. That's his full name. The, the,
- 49:32Speaker 1: the rule in the media is don't say it. So
- 49:34Speaker 1: we're going to say it. Abdul Rahman Muhammad El-Sayed. Um,
- 49:38Speaker 1: has been trying to attack J.D. Vance from afar over
- 49:42Speaker 1: and over and over again, including becoming completely bigoted and
- 49:47Speaker 1: really defamatory towards J.D. Vance's family, just as a sign
- 49:52Speaker 1: of what kind of person we're dealing with here. If
- 49:56Speaker 1: you go back in time, in 2022, this guy, Abdulrahman
- 49:59Speaker 1: Mohamed El-Sayed, He said at an event that banning Sharia
- 50:11Speaker 1: law would be white supremacy. He said, that's the same
- 50:14Speaker 1: thing as white supremacy. He said, you can't understand. He said,
- 50:20Speaker 1: the reason I want to go back to the, I
- 50:22Speaker 1: want to go all the way back to the 1830s,
- 50:24Speaker 1: he told an audience, is because you can't understand a
- 50:27Speaker 1: Sharia ban without understanding the Trail of Tears. You cannot
- 50:30Speaker 1: understand the efforts to uproot Muslim Americans without understanding the
- 50:34Speaker 1: Tulsa Massacre You can't understand the challenges we face today
- 50:38Speaker 1: without understanding white supremacy. So in other words, banning Sharia
- 50:43Speaker 1: law is equivalent to white supremacy. You're a bad person
- 50:47Speaker 1: if you don't want Sharia law, is the message that
- 50:51Speaker 1: this guy, Abdul Rahman Mohammed El-Sayed, was spreading in 2022.
- 50:54Speaker 1: And J.D. Vance reacted to that. He reacted to that
- 50:59Speaker 1: earlier this year. It was a couple weeks ago. J.D. Vance,
- 51:03Speaker 1: at another rally, said that he would love to go
- 51:05Speaker 1: back in time and talk to his own grandfather and
- 51:09Speaker 1: talk about what America has become with a guy like
- 51:13Speaker 1: Abdur Rahman Mohammed El-Sayed saying crap like this. Cut eight. Watch.
- 51:18Speaker 3: It's sometimes actually hard to understand, like, what do these
- 51:21Speaker 3: modern Democrats actually stand for? But look what they say.
- 51:26Speaker 3: Pay close attention and they'll leave these little hints of
- 51:29Speaker 3: what they actually care about. Now, El-Sayed, this guy running
- 51:33Speaker 3: for Senate in Michigan, he once argued, not too long ago,
- 51:37Speaker 3: that criticisms of Sharia law were rooted in white supremacy.
- 51:43Speaker 3: I'd love to go back in time and tell my
- 51:45Speaker 3: papaw that there's a man who claims to stand for
- 51:49Speaker 3: working people who says, not only should we have Sharia law,
- 51:52Speaker 3: but if you criticize it, you're a white supremacist. That's
- 51:55Speaker 3: not my papaw's Democrat party, my friends.
- 52:00Speaker 1: Love to go back in time and talk to my papa,
- 52:02Speaker 1: I said, about this and how insane, how vile the
- 52:07Speaker 1: Democrats have become in the year 2026. Now, he says
- 52:12Speaker 1: all this, and this guy, El-Sayed, responded to it on X.
- 52:18Speaker 1: And here's what I said. Here's what he said. Quote,
- 52:21Speaker 1: so do we think J.D. is taking Usha with him
- 52:24Speaker 1: back in time to meet papa or no? And what
- 52:31Speaker 1: is he saying? What is El Sayed attempting to imply here?
- 52:34Speaker 1: The answer is that J.D. 's grandfather is a racist.
- 52:38Speaker 7: J.D.
- 52:38Speaker 1: 's grandfather would be scandalized that J.D. Vance married Usha Vance.
- 52:44Speaker 1: And he would hate that. He would hate that so much.
- 52:47Speaker 1: That's El Sayed. That's El Sayed slandering J.D. Vance's late grandfather.
- 52:52Speaker 1: That's El Sayed being just in every way, utterly contemptible,
- 52:58Speaker 1: attacking J.D. Vance, attacking Usha, attacking a dead man on
- 53:02Speaker 1: the basis of nothing, just because he wants to hurt
- 53:05Speaker 1: his Republican opponents. He's the one who said that bans
- 53:09Speaker 1: on white supremacy, excuse me, bans on Sharia law would
- 53:12Speaker 1: be white supremacy. He's the one who said that. J.D.
- 53:15Speaker 1: Vance was pointing out how insane this dude is, and
- 53:18Speaker 1: his response is more insanity. You're damn right it is.
- 53:22Speaker 1: Of course it is. And so J.D. Vance goes to
- 53:25Speaker 1: Michigan yesterday, and he had something to say about this attack.
- 53:29Speaker 1: Here he is, yesterday, nuking Al Sayed. Cut seven.
- 53:35Speaker 3: I actually think that the people of Michigan think it's
- 53:37Speaker 3: kind of weird when you talk about another guy's wife.
- 53:41Speaker 1: I think the people of.
- 53:41Speaker 3: Michigan would like you to talk about the public policy
- 53:44Speaker 3: ideas you have to make their ideas better. I think
- 53:50Speaker 3: the people of Michigan would like you to talk about
- 53:52Speaker 3: how you're going to protect auto workers when you're supporting
- 53:55Speaker 3: every single policy that has undercut the wages and jobs
- 53:59Speaker 3: of Michigan auto workers your entire life and public service.
- 54:07Speaker 3: But whatever you want to talk about, Abdul, keep my
- 54:09Speaker 3: wife's name the hell out of your mouth because.
- 54:11Speaker 1: She's way out of your league. J.D. Vance, the vice
- 54:18Speaker 1: president of the United States, campaigning yesterday in Michigan, a
- 54:21Speaker 1: part of an effort by both President Trump and Vice
- 54:24Speaker 1: President Vance to help get these Republicans across the finish
- 54:27Speaker 1: line in a very, very important midterm. And one more
- 54:31Speaker 1: item for you on the midterms. Down in Texas, we
- 54:33Speaker 1: still have the Talafrico problem. The good news overnight is
- 54:37Speaker 1: that Ken Paxton is getting some air coverage. We saw
- 54:39Speaker 1: that there's a $ 15 million ad campaign that's now launching.
- 54:44Speaker 1: So for those of you in Texas who are sick,
- 54:46Speaker 1: to death of all of these, you know, stupid, happy-go-lucky
- 54:50Speaker 1: pro-Talafrico spots. You're going to get some Ken Paxton spots
- 54:54Speaker 1: coming in. One of them is going to be a
- 54:55Speaker 1: very positive message for Ken Paxton. The other one is
- 54:58Speaker 1: going to smack Talafrico around for being a stooge of China,
- 55:02Speaker 1: which is kind of fascinating. These are all coming from
- 55:04Speaker 1: the Lone Star Liberty Pack. And this is just the start.
- 55:07Speaker 1: There's going to be a lot more money coming into
- 55:08Speaker 1: the state of Texas in this big fight. But This morning, actually,
- 55:13Speaker 1: we just got some breaking news this morning of a
- 55:15Speaker 1: resurfaced clip of James Talafrico. And this one involves his
- 55:22Speaker 1: contempt for capitalism. In case you're wondering how radical this
- 55:26Speaker 1: dude is, and I know you're not wondering, but this
- 55:28Speaker 1: is just more evidence. This comes to us from CNN's
- 55:31Speaker 1: K-File this morning. K-File, which digs into these types of
- 55:37Speaker 1: old videos and clips from politicians. Finding this clip, this
- 55:41Speaker 1: was a 2020 forum where Talafrico was trying to earn
- 55:47Speaker 1: a position in the Texas House. And he was speaking
- 55:51Speaker 1: to the Sierra Club. And he said that capitalism is
- 55:57Speaker 1: an oppressive system that needs to be dismantled. Capitalism, you know,
- 56:02Speaker 1: the system that has created unseen wealth for the average
- 56:06Speaker 1: person in world history. This is James Talifrico saying it
- 56:11Speaker 1: needs to be destroyed. Cut 10, watch this.
- 56:14Speaker 8: Communities of color receive the most harm from the impacts
- 56:18Speaker 8: of climate change and yet receive the least government support
- 56:22Speaker 8: to deal with it. Tell us about one of the
- 56:25Speaker 8: committees you are on or hope to be on and
- 56:28Speaker 8: the most important actions that committee could take to fight
- 56:32Speaker 8: for climate justice and mitigate the impacts of climate change
- 56:35Speaker 8: for all Texans.
- 56:38Speaker 9: Yeah, and I'm I am so thankful that you asked
- 56:40Speaker 9: this question and also thankful that young activists have really
- 56:44Speaker 9: drawn the link between climate change and white supremacy and
- 56:48Speaker 9: capitalism in our country. And I think only in the
- 56:52Speaker 9: ways that all three of those oppressive systems work together
- 56:54Speaker 9: are we going to be able to begin the process
- 56:56Speaker 9: of dismantling them.
- 57:00Speaker 1: Climate change, white supremacy, capitalism. We have to dismantle all
- 57:07Speaker 1: of it. These are oppressive systems. We have to dismantle it. Meanwhile,
- 57:12Speaker 1: the left, of course, is actually trying to fund white
- 57:13Speaker 1: supremacy through the Southern Poverty Law Center. And there you
- 57:17Speaker 1: have a guy who wants to represent the state of
- 57:19Speaker 1: Texas in the United States Senate, which happens to be
- 57:22Speaker 1: a massive energy production state, a massive oil state, saying
- 57:28Speaker 1: that that entire industry needs to be dismantled. In fact,
- 57:32Speaker 1: elsewhere in that Sierra Club meeting with all of those dorks,
- 57:37Speaker 1: He said that this is very much that industry needs
- 57:40Speaker 1: to go away. It's not going to last. It's like
- 57:43Speaker 1: cassette tapes in the 1980s. He said it's not long
- 57:46Speaker 1: for the world. And so that's his view. That's his
- 57:49Speaker 1: view of a leading industry inside of Texas. That's his
- 57:52Speaker 1: view of important American jobs. That's his view of capitalism.
- 57:57Speaker 1: That's his view of you, of us. We need to
- 58:00Speaker 1: be dismantled. You need to be far away from the
- 58:04Speaker 1: United States Senate. You need to be in a straitjacket.
