- 0:03Speaker 1: This is a Bramble Jam podcast.
- 0:13Speaker 2: This week on your gabble gabble. If you poor cleaning
- 0:15Speaker 2: supplies all over your ex girlfriend's bed, do you gotta
- 0:18Speaker 2: pay up? Clean up on I'll judge faith.
- 0:21Speaker 1: And if you bring snakes to a hotel because of
- 0:23Speaker 1: a faith ceremony, do you get your money.
- 0:26Speaker 2: Back if you're forced to leave? Or do you snake
- 0:29Speaker 2: your wave? Man? Real people cases take justice is your
- 0:33Speaker 2: gabble gable. Typically you bring in the judge in there
- 0:38Speaker 2: somewhere somewhere, you bring in like judge, I think it's
- 0:42Speaker 2: clear judge Gary Busey, It's clear as crystal that I'm
- 0:46Speaker 2: getting Gary Busey. Yeah, you'd never got it. It threw
- 0:48Speaker 2: me off. Sorry, there was a whole thing.
- 0:49Speaker 1: Sorry.
- 0:50Speaker 2: This was one of those rare cases Maran where I
- 0:52Speaker 2: didn't immediately sit down and be like, oh, I don't
- 0:54Speaker 2: have I was driving over here thinking and I was like, oh,
- 0:57Speaker 2: this is easy clean up on. I'll judge faith. You,
- 1:00Speaker 2: on the other hand, you know, snakes alive, Gary Busey,
- 1:04Speaker 2: I've said snakes alive on the gable before. I think
- 1:07Speaker 2: I did live at the Brainbowfest because it was the snakes.
- 1:10Speaker 2: They don't know where the line is. I did I
- 1:12Speaker 2: remember that?
- 1:13Speaker 1: Sakes?
- 1:13Speaker 2: That's right. Can I tell you about Gary Busey? Please
- 1:15Speaker 2: tell me about Gary Busey.
- 1:17Speaker 1: Richard is suing Katie for an unknown amount. But it's
- 1:23Speaker 1: the reimbursement of a hotel stay.
- 1:26Speaker 2: Okay, two hundred and fifty dollars, let's call it.
- 1:28Speaker 1: It's multiple nights.
- 1:29Speaker 2: But okay.
- 1:30Speaker 1: So Richard says that about a year ago his church
- 1:35Speaker 1: was planning a retreat as they do this year. They
- 1:38Speaker 1: decided to go to Florida. They wanted to see the coast.
- 1:42Speaker 1: So they get a hotel and he goes to check in,
- 1:47Speaker 1: and he wants to be honest about the faith vessels
- 1:52Speaker 1: that he has with him. Gary says, hum, the faith
- 1:59Speaker 1: faith vessel.
- 2:00Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:00Speaker 1: Richard says, my snakes, my snakes. Gary says, are the
- 2:04Speaker 1: snakes dead? Richard says, alive? You always use a live
- 2:09Speaker 1: snakes in worship?
- 2:12Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:12Speaker 1: Gary says, are they poisonous? Richard says they are? It's
- 2:16Speaker 1: biblical okay. Gary says, well, the Bible's written a long
- 2:19Speaker 1: time ago. You think the Bible applies today? And Richard
- 2:23Speaker 1: says yes.
- 2:23Speaker 2: Gary asked that question. The Bible was written a long
- 2:26Speaker 2: time ago. Do you think man trust me?
- 2:28Speaker 1: Gary says some other stuff and that good question.
- 2:33Speaker 2: Yea.
- 2:35Speaker 1: Richard says, yes, it's still applicable. Gary says he ever
- 2:38Speaker 1: use a poet constrictor. Richard says, no, they're not poisonous exactly.
- 2:44Speaker 1: Gary says they're poisonous with power.
- 2:48Speaker 2: A Gary.
- 2:50Speaker 1: Richard says, okay. Gary says, if it squeezes you so
- 2:54Speaker 1: hard that you pee and poop yourself, you're getting cleaned out.
- 2:59Speaker 1: Richard says, yes, you'd be cleansed. It's clear you've read
- 3:03Speaker 1: the Bible.
- 3:07Speaker 2: People.
- 3:08Speaker 1: We got there, but we got there. Garri says, I
- 3:10Speaker 1: know a lot about snakes. I grew up in the
- 3:12Speaker 1: Texas area, the Texas. The worst snake is a teenage rattler.
- 3:19Speaker 1: The teenage rattlers are worse than the adult rattlers because
- 3:23Speaker 1: they have more venom.
- 3:24Speaker 2: They got more venom than the adult rattlers.
- 3:28Speaker 1: So Katie says, I want it known that when he
- 3:32Speaker 1: told me he had snakes, I did not freak out.
- 3:35Speaker 1: I have county renowned, customer service.
- 3:38Speaker 2: County renowned.
- 3:40Speaker 1: But they were gonna let the snakes roam free. That
- 3:44Speaker 1: bothered me. I had a hard time with that. Richard says,
- 3:48Speaker 1: there were no signs for no dogs, no no.
- 3:51Speaker 2: No cats, no signs for no There were no signs,
- 3:55Speaker 2: no signs for no dogs.
- 3:56Speaker 1: They were no signs saying that there were no dogs allowed,
- 3:58Speaker 1: no cats, science for snakes, no nothing. And so Katie says,
- 4:04Speaker 1: I understand that, but it was a surprise that he
- 4:09Speaker 1: brought these snakes. The bailiff then says surprise to try
- 4:16Speaker 1: to scare Katie, and then he says, see doesn't feel good.
- 4:21Speaker 1: What I don't know. Katie was the one that was
- 4:24Speaker 1: surprised the first surprising her. She knows being surprised doesn't
- 4:29Speaker 1: feel good. She knows that she doesn't have to. She
- 4:32Speaker 1: doesn't taught a lesson there. Richard says that he was
- 4:37Speaker 1: told that the cleaning staff is going to refuse to
- 4:40Speaker 1: clean the rooms because the snakes would be, you know,
- 4:44Speaker 1: roaming free.
- 4:45Speaker 2: And yeah, I wouldn't clean them.
- 4:47Speaker 1: And if if you're following the Lord, you have nothing
- 4:51Speaker 1: to worry.
- 4:53Speaker 2: If you're following the Lord, you're good.
- 4:54Speaker 1: So just come on in. Gary says, well, they they
- 4:57Speaker 1: may not harm you, but they'd kill you. It's called
- 4:59Speaker 1: a two stepper give bit by a snake. Two steps dead.
- 5:05Speaker 2: Gary says.
- 5:07Speaker 1: Gary says that this sounds like it's a lot of
- 5:11Speaker 1: snakes and a lot of boots, and you don't wear
- 5:14Speaker 1: boots in heaven or hell. What Gary says that this
- 5:19Speaker 1: sounds like a lot of snakes.
- 5:22Speaker 2: And a lot of boots, and you don't. You don't
- 5:25Speaker 2: wear boots in heaven or hell? Why not you don't? Well,
- 5:30Speaker 2: that's what actually, Richard. Richard says, that's disputable. That is Yeah,
- 5:34Speaker 2: I would say that all of the things so far
- 5:37Speaker 2: that have been said are disputable.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Gary says that I'm gonna say a lot of things
- 5:41Speaker 1: in here that you're gonna think are disputable. But you're
- 5:43Speaker 1: like Swiss cheese, Richard, I can see right through you,
- 5:47Speaker 1: and on the other side, I see snakes. I want
- 5:51Speaker 1: snakes used to walk.
- 5:53Speaker 2: I want to be clear. If you have one slice
- 5:55Speaker 2: of Swiss cheese, you can't see through it. If you
- 5:56Speaker 2: have a block of Swiss cheese, you cannot see through it.
- 5:59Speaker 2: Go ahead.
- 6:00Speaker 1: Gary wants it on the record that if he looks
- 6:03Speaker 1: through Richard, he sees snakes. Also snakes used to walk.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Until the whole Adam Andy situation.
- 6:10Speaker 2: Wow, yeah, the rest of your day.
- 6:13Speaker 1: Richard says, can you imagine those snakes walking around.
- 6:20Speaker 2: What if they wallowed on their belly before the curse
- 6:22Speaker 2: and it was like, oh, you got me, keep doing me,
- 6:27Speaker 2: keep doing this. Sorry.
- 6:29Speaker 1: Gary says, sorry, sorry.
- 6:31Speaker 2: Sorry, not sorry. God.
- 6:33Speaker 1: So, Richard says, we're getting off the points here, we're
- 6:36Speaker 1: getting off the point. There were cats and dogs at
- 6:40Speaker 1: this hotel. Gary says, they're not poisonous. Richard says they're
- 6:46Speaker 1: more messy. Gary says, mess doesn't kill you, venom does.
- 6:51Speaker 1: Richard says, well, then stay out of the way of
- 6:53Speaker 1: the snakes. Gary says, how do you do that? They
- 6:57Speaker 1: go wherever they want to.
- 6:58Speaker 2: Yeah, that's fair, that's a good point by Gary.
- 7:01Speaker 1: Richard says, tell it to get back in its cage.
- 7:05Speaker 1: You just say, mister snake, get back in your cage.
- 7:08Speaker 1: This is Gary asked are they trained like that? And
- 7:12Speaker 1: Richard says, we wouldn't use untrained snakes. But if they
- 7:16Speaker 1: don't listen, just play a little flute, a little flute
- 7:19Speaker 1: do you have on your pocket flute?
- 7:21Speaker 2: Pocket flute?
- 7:26Speaker 1: See it doesn't feel good.
- 7:28Speaker 2: I was. I was a little bit like, what's Brian doing?
- 7:31Speaker 2: I will say that it doesn't feel good. Had I
- 7:33Speaker 2: not had headphones in I think it would have gotten
- 7:35Speaker 2: me a lot worse.
- 7:36Speaker 1: Doesn't feel.
- 7:40Speaker 2: Okay, good talk.
- 7:42Speaker 1: So ultimately, uh, Katie does let them stay there, okay
- 7:48Speaker 1: with the snakes. She knows about them, and she lets them,
- 7:51Speaker 1: lets them stay there as long as they stay in
- 7:53Speaker 1: that was the case. I know. I know me too.
- 7:56Speaker 1: I was shocked that they ended up actually staying there,
- 8:00Speaker 1: but she let them know. The rooms are not going
- 8:02Speaker 1: to be cleaned.
- 8:03Speaker 2: Got him. Fare's fair.
- 8:05Speaker 1: Gary says, at this point, you should change the name
- 8:08Speaker 1: to your hotel to the snake in Oh my god,
- 8:11Speaker 1: what so Katie says, after the third night, people were
- 8:15Speaker 1: complaining about the snakes fact there were snakes in the hotel.
- 8:18Speaker 1: They were getting complaints, so she says, we had an
- 8:22Speaker 1: old hot tub drained out, put all the snakes in
- 8:26Speaker 1: the hot tub, put the cover on top, Okay, right
- 8:29Speaker 1: on top. Richard says, I'm also suing for animal cruelty.
- 8:36Speaker 1: Gary then says that every snake I know.
- 8:38Speaker 2: Loves hot water. Everyone he knows personally.
- 8:42Speaker 1: Now there's no water in this hot tub at all,
- 8:44Speaker 1: does want to every snake he knows. Bailiff then says,
- 8:51Speaker 1: how about the snake tail?
- 8:53Speaker 2: Six is the bailiff also Gary Busey. Is it Gary
- 9:00Speaker 2: Busey pet judge with the bailiff, garyuse the snaketail six? Okay,
- 9:05Speaker 2: what's that?
- 9:07Speaker 1: Katie then says, I'm nervous that people are going to
- 9:09Speaker 1: start thinking that I want snakes at my hotel. I
- 9:12Speaker 1: wanted on the record that I don't want snakes at
- 9:17Speaker 1: my hotel. Gary says, okay, So what is this about?
- 9:20Speaker 2: Mongoose?
- 9:21Speaker 1: Is the mongooses mongeese? She says, I think it's mongooses
- 9:25Speaker 1: after they left after we at some points, I don't know,
- 9:31Speaker 1: maybe they were asked to leave. We don't actually get
- 9:33Speaker 1: into it, but at some point they left, and she
- 9:37Speaker 1: found some mongooses.
- 9:40Speaker 2: Left mongooses, is correct?
- 9:43Speaker 1: There you go? She found some mongooses, oh, just running
- 9:47Speaker 1: around and so she had to hire an exterminator to
- 9:50Speaker 1: come out and get rid of the mongooses. Yea, so
- 9:54Speaker 1: she wants that money apparently. Yeah, Judge Gary's ready to rule.
- 9:59Speaker 2: You gotta give her the money, right or is he
- 10:01Speaker 2: just gonna babble on about snakes more and give nobody anything,
- 10:05Speaker 2: or he's gonna give her a pet snake from the
- 10:11Speaker 2: Richard stash.
- 10:13Speaker 1: He gives everybody everything. So so for some reason Richard
- 10:18Speaker 1: gets his money back. What and she gets reimbursed for
- 10:22Speaker 1: the Mongoose exterminator. Yeah, exterminator live phenomenal. I can't do
- 10:27Speaker 1: death metal anymore because of it, for all from all
- 10:30Speaker 1: of it, because you can't get better once you see
- 10:32Speaker 1: Mango's exterminator, the rest of it just feels like it's
- 10:35Speaker 1: just light work, you know, absolutely, Dan, he says, everyone wins.
- 10:40Speaker 1: He then says that you should know that it's good
- 10:47Speaker 1: for you. And little ears turned this off.
- 10:50Speaker 2: Little ears turned this off.
- 10:52Speaker 1: To stop listening if you have little you know what's great.
- 10:53Speaker 2: About kids that when they they are told they're not
- 10:56Speaker 2: supposed to hear something, they immediately like got it and
- 10:58Speaker 2: they walk.
- 10:59Speaker 1: Out some He says, sometimes it's good to pour corn
- 11:04Speaker 1: chowder on your genitals. Who says this, Gary Busey, what
- 11:12Speaker 1: to which Katie says, does this apply to both male
- 11:15Speaker 1: and female? And he says yes. Katie and Richard are
- 11:21Speaker 1: now looking on in confusion, and he says, get get
- 11:24Speaker 1: out of here, and that's Gary Busey, pet Justice.
- 11:29Speaker 2: Here's a free fortune cookie on the way out the door.
- 11:31Speaker 2: Sometimes you just need to pour corn chowder on your genitals.
- 11:35Speaker 1: Male or female.
- 11:37Speaker 2: There you have it. Learn something new every day. Brain.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Uh can't do them all the time. But that Gary
- 11:43Speaker 1: Busey show is gold bonkers.
- 11:46Speaker 2: I can't do it ever. He was Chet Stebman and
- 11:49Speaker 2: Ricky of the Year, so he'll always be the rocket
- 11:50Speaker 2: to me. Yeah, let's go over to Judge Faith's courtroom.
- 11:54Speaker 1: I love Judge Face.
- 11:55Speaker 2: I do too. She's wonderful. She has a couple of
- 11:57Speaker 2: good singers in this one. Uh. Courtney's sturdy vent her
- 12:02Speaker 2: name Brian how sturdy? Is that matred event? It's a
- 12:04Speaker 2: sturd event, Courtney. That is suing John, not Johan, John, Joe,
- 12:14Speaker 2: Johan Mackenzie, Johann Mackenzie. Every time they say his name,
- 12:19Speaker 2: they make sure that they make sure they pronounced Joe
- 12:21Speaker 2: and Han Johan Mackenzie for damages to personal and rental
- 12:25Speaker 2: property U fifte Uh. Defendant Johan Mackenzie is counter suing
- 12:31Speaker 2: Courtney for five hundred dollars is stolen property? Stolen property? Okay,
- 12:36Speaker 2: So Courtney starts and says, I met this guy, I
- 12:42Speaker 2: met this was I don't understand what happened here. Sometimes
- 12:46Speaker 2: when Courtney talks, I don't know if she knows what
- 12:48Speaker 2: she's saying. She says, I met my ex three years
- 12:51Speaker 2: ago and we reunited at a hotel. I I don't know. Yes, oh,
- 13:00Speaker 2: John is Rex, I don't know. I met him three
- 13:03Speaker 2: years ago and we reunited at.
- 13:05Speaker 1: At some point they broke up and they reunited.
- 13:08Speaker 2: And then after we we did that whatever was entailed
- 13:11Speaker 2: there corn chowder. He asked if he could live in
- 13:18Speaker 2: my house because he didn't have anywhere to study, and
- 13:22Speaker 2: like you know, I was. I was nice enough to
- 13:25Speaker 2: let him stay there.
- 13:27Speaker 1: And then when he stayed in my house, I would
- 13:29Speaker 1: like to reunite.
- 13:30Speaker 2: Thank you for that. In the hotel, I don't have
- 13:36Speaker 2: a number two. I'm gonna push him. Uh. And then
- 13:40Speaker 2: basically he uh, she says, he changed. He moved in,
- 13:44Speaker 2: and then he changed as a human for the worst,
- 13:48Speaker 2: and and uh, they broke up and he wanted her,
- 13:51Speaker 2: she wanted him out of the house. Broke up again. Yeah, okay,
- 13:54Speaker 2: So John says, well, your honor, before we got into
- 13:58Speaker 2: a complete relationship once again, I don't know. I'm not
- 14:03Speaker 2: here to tell you. Before we got into a complete relationship,
- 14:06Speaker 2: everything was good, no arguments, nothing like that.
- 14:08Speaker 1: I mean, that's when they moved in together.
- 14:10Speaker 2: But once we got into a real relationship. She started
- 14:13Speaker 2: to get jealous of other girls, and he said, you're
- 14:15Speaker 2: on her. I do music and I get phone calls
- 14:18Speaker 2: from other artists all the time, and she would always
- 14:21Speaker 2: think that I'm cheating, and I wasn't cheating, and she
- 14:24Speaker 2: just was always so jealous. Judge Face says, Courtney, is
- 14:28Speaker 2: that true? Courtney says, no, that's not my problem. My
- 14:30Speaker 2: problem is is I kept trying to put him out.
- 14:33Speaker 2: I kept trying to kick him out of my house,
- 14:35Speaker 2: and every time I do, I would he would get
- 14:37Speaker 2: mad and he would do something. He threw my keys
- 14:39Speaker 2: in the sewer. He broke the window to my apartment.
- 14:43Speaker 2: There had to be boards put up in it. I've
- 14:46Speaker 2: got three kids. I got to take care of him.
- 14:48Speaker 2: They don't have a dad. I don't have time for this.
- 14:50Speaker 2: I'm trying to get him to leave, and he's not leaving.
- 14:54Speaker 2: Courtney or Judge Faith skips that leaving part and says,
- 14:58Speaker 2: you two would fight in front of the kids, and
- 15:00Speaker 2: they said, yes sometimes, And then she said he accused
- 15:04Speaker 2: me of cheating with the neighbor just because I went
- 15:06Speaker 2: over there to get weed. Judge Face says what he said, Yes,
- 15:11Speaker 2: she said yes, I would go to the neighbor's house
- 15:14Speaker 2: to get weed. I would come back and be like, look,
- 15:16Speaker 2: I got the weed, and he would say he'd have
- 15:18Speaker 2: an angry face on and say that I was that
- 15:21Speaker 2: I was cheating and I wasn't. I was just there
- 15:23Speaker 2: to get weed so we could smoke up. Okay. So
- 15:27Speaker 2: we've lived together since May. He won't move out. I'm
- 15:30Speaker 2: staying with my mama. I'm not even going over there anymore.
- 15:33Speaker 2: And it's my place on the least there with her, okay.
- 15:37Speaker 2: And she's like, Johannah, you still live there, And he says,
- 15:39Speaker 2: I stay there from time to time, but I don't
- 15:41Speaker 2: have a key. What judge face say, If you don't
- 15:43Speaker 2: have a key, how are you getting in? Are you
- 15:46Speaker 2: breaking in? And Courtney's like, my windows are broken, the
- 15:49Speaker 2: door doesn't work. He can get in without a key
- 15:52Speaker 2: pretty easily. Judge face goes, did you do that? And
- 15:55Speaker 2: he goes once or twice, yes, I did, and then says,
- 16:00Speaker 2: fair enough. Her kids love me, They'll open the door
- 16:02Speaker 2: for me, no problem. Uh and uh, also your honor,
- 16:07Speaker 2: she flirted with my Dad's gonna papper that in there
- 16:13Speaker 2: real quick. Sometimes I break in and sometimes she flirts
- 16:16Speaker 2: with my dad and and uh. And Judge Faith is like, huh.
- 16:23Speaker 2: And he says, on the fourth of July we had
- 16:26Speaker 2: a barbecue get together. I went to the store. I
- 16:28Speaker 2: don't remember everything I did. Fair sometimes it happens. I
- 16:33Speaker 2: went to the store. I don't remember everything I did.
- 16:36Speaker 2: When I come back, she starts telling me, oh, your
- 16:39Speaker 2: dad's calling me and texting me. And and Faith is like,
- 16:42Speaker 2: why would they be calling and texting your each other?
- 16:44Speaker 2: And he goes, that's what I'm saying. How did she
- 16:46Speaker 2: even get my dad's number? Judge Faith is like, have
- 16:51Speaker 2: you asked her? And he goes no, And Judge Faith
- 16:54Speaker 2: says Courtney, how did you get his dad's number? Courtney says, well,
- 16:58Speaker 2: when we were at the fourth July party, he was
- 17:01Speaker 2: drinking a lot. He called his dad. His dad said
- 17:04Speaker 2: he wanted to come to the party. He put me
- 17:06Speaker 2: on the phone with his dad and he asked me
- 17:08Speaker 2: to give his dad my number. That is all that happened.
- 17:11Speaker 2: Nothing else. Judge Faith is like, did you do these things?
- 17:17Speaker 2: Throw her keys in the sewer, break the window. He goes, yes,
- 17:20Speaker 2: I did. You're on it.
- 17:22Speaker 1: I don't remember everything had this And She's like why.
- 17:24Speaker 2: He goes, I just blacked out. I got tired of it,
- 17:26Speaker 2: that's what he said.
- 17:27Speaker 1: I just got turned.
- 17:29Speaker 2: So then we get some photos on the plasma, which
- 17:30Speaker 2: is always great, windows broken, door to the apartment's broken,
- 17:36Speaker 2: and then her bed is covered in like detergent, like
- 17:42Speaker 2: like laundry detergent and like joy dish soap all over
- 17:46Speaker 2: the bed, like empty bottles are next to it. Like
- 17:48Speaker 2: she has the picture like yes, yeah, And she's like,
- 17:55Speaker 2: he did this because he was so angry that I
- 17:58Speaker 2: locked him out of the house. And Faith is like, well,
- 18:00Speaker 2: you can't lock him out of the house. She's like,
- 18:04Speaker 2: he's not on the lease. And she goes, was he
- 18:06Speaker 2: did you allow him to live there? She said yes.
- 18:09Speaker 2: She says, if he lives there, you can't lock him out.
- 18:15Speaker 2: That's against the rules of just of the rules. She
- 18:19Speaker 2: didn't explain why. She just says, you can't do it.
- 18:21Speaker 2: I was a little fuzzy there, she says, you can't.
- 18:24Speaker 2: You have to go through the proper channels. Through the
- 18:27Speaker 2: proper channel. You have to call and say this guy's
- 18:30Speaker 2: destroying property. I don't want him living in the house anymore,
- 18:33Speaker 2: and the police have to come. You have to follow
- 18:34Speaker 2: report on.
- 18:36Speaker 1: So if my name is on the lease, I have
- 18:40Speaker 1: the say on who can come and who can go.
- 18:42Speaker 2: So what judge face says, Johan your counter suing for
- 18:46Speaker 2: property she stole?
- 18:47Speaker 1: How much did she see for?
- 18:48Speaker 2: By the way, fifteen? That's nothing. She She's like, well wait,
- 18:53Speaker 2: just wait, because Courtney's great crazy took So he goes,
- 18:57Speaker 2: I got some pictures, some items that I want back.
- 19:00Speaker 2: These are all the clothes that I have that she's taken.
- 19:03Speaker 2: I've never gotten gotten them back. And they're my clothes.
- 19:05Speaker 2: And she claims she bought him. She gets to keep them,
- 19:08Speaker 2: but they're my clothes. I've been wearing them for a
- 19:10Speaker 2: long time. And she's like, she sees the pictures and
- 19:13Speaker 2: she's like, uh, Courtney, did you take his clothes? And
- 19:16Speaker 2: she goes, I didn't take him. I took a knife
- 19:19Speaker 2: and I cut every pair of pants and every shirt
- 19:23Speaker 2: he owned because he destroyed my house. Faith went, so
- 19:29Speaker 2: both of y'all are crazy, that's what she said. She says,
- 19:32Speaker 2: So both y'all are crazy, and joe An's like, no,
- 19:34Speaker 2: you're on her. She's crazy. This is what I have
- 19:35Speaker 2: to deal with. And Courtney's like, I called the police
- 19:39Speaker 2: because of the damage he did to my house, and
- 19:42Speaker 2: they and they said, did you tell him about the
- 19:44Speaker 2: damage you did to your clothes? Do you do? You
- 19:47Speaker 2: think you're in the movie waiting to exhale. That's what
- 19:49Speaker 2: she's o And then and then she goes, I have
- 19:52Speaker 2: the receipts, that's my stuff. I can burn him if
- 19:54Speaker 2: I want to. Faith explains how a gift works and
- 19:57Speaker 2: how if you give a gift, it doesn't matter if
- 19:59Speaker 2: you have the receipt you can't destroy that property. Then
- 20:02Speaker 2: she asked the bailiff bailiff, what happens if someone calls
- 20:05Speaker 2: you to the house and both of them have destroyed property.
- 20:08Speaker 2: The bailiff says, you're both getting arrested and and that's
- 20:12Speaker 2: exactly right. And Faith says you can't just call the
- 20:16Speaker 2: police after you've taken the law into your own hands.
- 20:19Speaker 2: And Courtney says, why not fair? And Faith is like,
- 20:24Speaker 2: once again, you'd both be arrested, and she says, you
- 20:27Speaker 2: can't just act the fool and then expect to get
- 20:30Speaker 2: everyone on your side. And Courtney says, I didn't act
- 20:33Speaker 2: the fool, And then Faith says, well, now I'm ready
- 20:36Speaker 2: to rule fifteen hundred to damage a property five hundred clothes.
- 20:44Speaker 1: I get the feeling this whole case is getting thrown
- 20:48Speaker 1: out because they're just all all crazy.
- 20:52Speaker 2: They are all crazy. I personally remember everything I did.
- 20:55Speaker 1: I personally think that she should get some money for
- 20:59Speaker 1: the destruction of the property that he did, and it
- 21:05Speaker 1: admits that he did. But if apparently you can't lock
- 21:12Speaker 1: someone out of the house that your name is on
- 21:14Speaker 1: the lease, it was weird. I don't know. I'm gonna
- 21:17Speaker 1: throw the case out.
- 21:18Speaker 2: Faith is not gonna throw the case out. Okay. She
- 21:20Speaker 2: says she's gonna induct both of them into the Pettiness
- 21:23Speaker 2: Hall of Fame because they're both being petty. The only
- 21:26Speaker 2: reason they're here is because they didn't get their way,
- 21:28Speaker 2: and both of them should be acting better. Why are
- 21:31Speaker 2: you fighting in front of the kids. Why are you
- 21:33Speaker 2: doing this stuff in front of the kids. Why are
- 21:34Speaker 2: you locking a guy? And I think part of her
- 21:36Speaker 2: thing was his stuff is in there, Yeah, like you
- 21:40Speaker 2: can't keep a person from their belongings, and so why
- 21:44Speaker 2: are you doing this? Why are you doing that? You're
- 21:45Speaker 2: both wrong, and she basically gives them both everything. Wow.
- 21:49Speaker 2: She gives him five hundred, her fifteen hundred, and that.
- 21:52Speaker 1: She gets a thousand.
- 21:53Speaker 2: Basically, she'll get a thousand. Yes, that's exactly right.
- 21:56Speaker 1: We did it were fascinating. We got I don't know
- 21:58Speaker 1: about I don't know about that wrong, but I don't.
- 22:00Speaker 2: Know about the ruling either. But Judge Faith is Judge Faith.
- 22:03Speaker 1: She's honorable, she is honorable, honorable Judge. We didn't congratulations.
