- 0:43SPEAKER_00: Be serious and playful.
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: All right, let's go.
- 0:52SPEAKER_00: If you're tired of not feeling fit, tired of stuff having a focus, tired, just not having the life that you deserve.
- 0:56SPEAKER_00: This is a place to be.
- 0:56SPEAKER_00: I'm Jason Urusi, and today let's just talk about not taking life so serious, yet understanding that each and every moment matter.
- 1:06SPEAKER_00: Now, you know some people that are just so serious about everything, right, that they miss out when things are right under them that honestly should be appreciated.
- 1:15SPEAKER_00: And then we see other people on the other side that are so playful and uh unrealistic about life that they never truly get to the work.
- 1:26SPEAKER_00: Now, what happens here is that your life, the creativity, right, it comes from those moments here where you let yourself be exposed to two new things.
- 1:33SPEAKER_00: And when you're so serious about things, you never try something new.
- 1:36SPEAKER_00: You never try something out there that could put you outside your comfort zone because you're worried about what it will look like, just even failing, or just taking a risk that's outside of what you feel is comfortable.
- 1:49SPEAKER_00: On the other side of this, you see people playful.
- 1:52SPEAKER_00: They're always in this part here where they never get down and lock in here because they're afraid if they actually lock in.
- 1:58SPEAKER_00: Well, the truth is, if then they have to get serious, then they might fail as well.
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: And with that failure, is the reality that what they're doing isn't working.
- 2:08SPEAKER_00: Your life is meant for moments.
- 2:09SPEAKER_00: It's meant for you to go out there with an objective, with an objective of you pushing forward your life each and every day.
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: We talk about this so much here at Live 100, is that you have to be pushing forward the narrative each and every day.
- 2:21SPEAKER_00: But with that, right, you have to enjoy it.
- 2:23SPEAKER_00: We get so focused on the goals or we get so focused on the end run that we forget that you're spending your life on the journey of not at the destination.
- 2:30SPEAKER_00: And each time you get to that destination, each time you find yourself at that new peak, you look up and there's three, four, five, ten more peaks that you now are gonna choose to rise to.
- 2:39SPEAKER_00: That's what the Live 100 players does.
- 2:41SPEAKER_00: That is what you do.
- 2:43SPEAKER_00: You find opportunities, but within those opportunities, you have to enjoy it.
- 2:46SPEAKER_00: You have to understand those moments that you're gonna look back on that honestly were horrible or suck.
- 2:51SPEAKER_00: Those were the learning experiences.
- 2:52SPEAKER_00: That's when you are in the trenches.
- 2:54SPEAKER_00: Those are the stories that you're gonna have as part of your journey.
- 2:57SPEAKER_00: And if you're too playful to ever get onto the road to start the journey, you're finally gonna find regret.
- 3:04SPEAKER_00: You're gonna find regret because you never put yourself out to test.
- 3:06SPEAKER_00: And if you're so serious about this part, each time you fail, you're gonna knock yourself down so far off the mountain that it's gonna be hard to get started again.
- 3:14SPEAKER_00: Your road, right?
- 3:15SPEAKER_00: Your track, your ability to take action and get started and understand that when you get knocked down, man, was there a lesson there?
- 3:24SPEAKER_00: Man, was there something that I now see clearly and openly because now it's put in front of me.
- 3:31SPEAKER_00: Now it's put in front of me as obvious as day that this happened.
- 3:35SPEAKER_00: And shoot, did I look foolish, but did I learn something from there?
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: Foolishness and understanding, opportunity to explore, that's what life's about.
- 3:44SPEAKER_00: It's not to know all the answers.
- 3:46SPEAKER_00: It's not to be the smartest person in the room, it's not to be the one who always can stand up and say, this is what to do.
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: It's to learn at each moment how I can get better so you can help yourself and help others get to new levels in their life.
- 3:59SPEAKER_00: So next time that you're so locked in, you're so serious that everything has to work.
- 4:02SPEAKER_00: And if it doesn't work, the world's gonna fall apart.
- 4:04SPEAKER_00: Understand that has happened many other times before.
- 4:07SPEAKER_00: And I get it's scary.
- 4:08SPEAKER_00: You don't want to fail, you don't want to look silly, you don't want to look stupid, you don't want to be someone who is a failure.
- 4:15SPEAKER_00: But that a failure is an event, it's not you.
- 4:17SPEAKER_00: And because you care so much, you have to understand that that care matters because you are built for bigger things, but you have to expose yourself to the opportunities that are presented in front of you.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: And if you are worried to the point here that you make everything a joke, that you'll never lock in and get serious, the regret will come and it comes with you or without you.
- 4:37SPEAKER_00: And the better case is it not to ever come to your day that you find out that you've been putting off doing for so many days because you're worried about what actually will happen when you start.
- 4:48SPEAKER_00: But with the what is the will, is the opportunity to find out that you could start and fail.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: True.
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: But again, it's an event.
- 4:56SPEAKER_00: So then you find the next step to go and try.
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: And you might fail again, and then you go find the next way, and then you might find a way that's constantly or kind of on the right track, and now you are in the lane to start moving along.
- 5:08SPEAKER_00: But with that, you're gonna learn from that.
- 5:10SPEAKER_00: And eventually you're gonna make a choice, take action that's gonna put you on a path to where you want to be going.
- 5:16SPEAKER_00: Be big in your life and understand that your life is waiting for you to show up, waiting for you to go out there and take the action that you're meant to do.
- 5:25SPEAKER_00: Don't wait any longer, be serious and playful, find your moments, take action, enjoy the day, laugh a lot.
- 5:32SPEAKER_00: That's what I got.
- 5:33SPEAKER_00: This is Lib 100.
- 5:34SPEAKER_00: I'm Jason Rossi.
- 5:35SPEAKER_00: Let's do this.
