Mega Edition: How The Ruling To Unseal The Maxwell/Virginia Files Opened The Floodgates (7/18/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

0:00
Speaker 1: We have some news out of Judge Presca's courtroom, and
0:04
Speaker 1: it looks like it is exactly as we expected. It's
0:07
Speaker 1: going to be a long process for these documents to
0:12
Speaker 1: be unsealed. Now. Presca already stated previously that she was
0:17
Speaker 1: going to do this in a rolling fashion, and she
0:21
Speaker 1: has now laid out the groundwork for the two sides
0:25
Speaker 1: and how things are going to proceed as far as
0:30
Speaker 1: documents being unsealed. Now, there are a lot of things
0:34
Speaker 1: that she had to take into account, right, the fact
0:38
Speaker 1: that some people are going to be named and they
0:40
Speaker 1: have to be made aware that they're going to be named,
0:43
Speaker 1: you know, just a whole bunch of legal stuff. So
0:47
Speaker 1: it's going to take some time for this to happen.
0:50
Speaker 1: The article we're going to read tonight from Law and
0:53
Speaker 1: Crime will give us a better idea on just exactly
0:57
Speaker 1: what that process is going to be. Now. As you
1:01
Speaker 1: all know, I like to use LNG Crime whenever we
1:04
Speaker 1: can when it comes to this sort of legal type situation,
1:08
Speaker 1: considering that's what they do. They always, this is what
1:11
Speaker 1: they report on. This is their bread and butter, and
1:14
Speaker 1: they have done good work here on the Epstein case.
1:17
Speaker 1: So let's jump into the article and see if Law
1:21
Speaker 1: and Crime can add a little bit of meat to
1:23
Speaker 1: the bone and put a little context in this for
1:26
Speaker 1: US judge reveals process for releasing for releasing more secret
1:32
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein files, this is going to take a while.
1:36
Speaker 1: The author of this article is Colin Kombacher. A federal
1:41
Speaker 1: court in New York City determined the categories of people
1:45
Speaker 1: whose names will appear in the latest tranch of materials
1:48
Speaker 1: related to Jeffrey Epstein and how they will be able
1:51
Speaker 1: to object. The process is complicated and time consuming. Yeah, Unfortunately,
1:58
Speaker 1: just about anything that goes on in federal court especially
2:01
Speaker 1: is going to be time consuming and complicated. And like usual,
2:08
Speaker 1: I am not a lawyer, right, so I'm just muddling
2:10
Speaker 1: my way through this stuff just like you. And that's why, again,
2:14
Speaker 1: I use Law and Crime and not some other website
2:18
Speaker 1: where you just get a basic idea of what's going on.
2:21
Speaker 1: At least they give you a little bit of context here,
2:24
Speaker 1: and Colin is somebody who obviously knows what they're talking about,
2:28
Speaker 1: so it makes it a little easier to understand, right,
2:31
Speaker 1: So that's what we're gonna try and do. But again,
2:34
Speaker 1: I most certainly am not a lawyer, and some of
2:37
Speaker 1: this stuff just makes your head spin and your eyes
2:40
Speaker 1: roll back in your head. Right, just all the legalies nonsense.
2:46
Speaker 1: US District Judge for the Southern District of New York,
2:49
Speaker 1: Loretta Presca, outline those categories in a five page order
2:53
Speaker 1: released Thursday afternoon. The names will include A Persons who
2:58
Speaker 1: produced or at discovery based upon the representation or understanding
3:04
Speaker 1: that the discovery would be subject to the protective order
3:08
Speaker 1: previously issued in this action. All right, So that sounds
3:12
Speaker 1: like whoever gave a discovery deposition and thought that it
3:19
Speaker 1: was going to be concealed under the protective order, they're
3:24
Speaker 1: going to be notified that their name is going to
3:27
Speaker 1: be released in these unsealed documents. B Persons who are
3:33
Speaker 1: identified as having allegedly engaged in sexual acts with Virginia
3:38
Speaker 1: Roberts or other alleged victims, or allegedly facilitated such acts.
3:44
Speaker 1: All right. So that portion is people who are having
3:49
Speaker 1: the finger pointed at them by Virginia or other survivors,
3:54
Speaker 1: naming them directly as people who took part in the
3:57
Speaker 1: crimes or who helps facilitate those crimes. So those people
4:04
Speaker 1: who are named in the documents that are going to
4:07
Speaker 1: be released, must also be made aware that their names
4:11
Speaker 1: are mentioned and that they are in jeopardy of having
4:16
Speaker 1: them their information put on blast. So they will be
4:21
Speaker 1: notified and then they will be given I think two weeks.
4:25
Speaker 1: I believe two weeks. I'm sure it'll tell us in
4:27
Speaker 1: this article. I believe they have two weeks to answer
4:30
Speaker 1: the charges or answer the fact that their information is
4:36
Speaker 1: involved in these documents that are being unsealed. See persons
4:43
Speaker 1: whose intimate, sexual or private conduct is described in the
4:46
Speaker 1: sealed materials. So obviously anyone who talks about any intimate
4:52
Speaker 1: situation they were involved in in regards to the Jeffrey
4:55
Speaker 1: Epstein criminal enterprise, those people will also be identif defied
5:01
Speaker 1: and not identified, but they will be contacted and they
5:05
Speaker 1: will be told that their names are going to be
5:09
Speaker 1: coming out as well, and if they object, then now
5:13
Speaker 1: is the time to do so. D Persons who are
5:18
Speaker 1: alleged to have been victimized by Epstein and Gilain Maxwell again,
5:22
Speaker 1: same situation. If those names come up in documents that
5:26
Speaker 1: are going to be unsealed, then they must be contacted
5:30
Speaker 1: first them and their lawyers and told that their names
5:34
Speaker 1: are going to be brought up in these documents and
5:37
Speaker 1: they'll have a chance to object to that. The slate
5:42
Speaker 1: of names is being sourced from filings made by attorney
5:46
Speaker 1: for both roberts and Maxwell. Each side presumes that the
5:50
Speaker 1: people on their perspective lists are likely to suffer privacy,
5:55
Speaker 1: reputational or other damage when and if their names are
5:59
Speaker 1: revealed in the Epstein files. So this is where it
6:03
Speaker 1: gets a bit confusing, right, So both sides are saying
6:08
Speaker 1: that certain names shouldn't be released without those people being
6:17
Speaker 1: told first because they could suffer privacy, reputational or other damages. Now,
6:24
Speaker 1: for me, I think the most interesting part is, and
6:26
Speaker 1: I guess for everybody probably is what those names are,
6:30
Speaker 1: who those people are, and if they object to their
6:34
Speaker 1: names being revealed in these documents that get unsealed, then
6:39
Speaker 1: I'm sure that there will be some sort of process
6:41
Speaker 1: for the judge to decide if she is going to
6:46
Speaker 1: keep their names private with redactions or if she will
6:50
Speaker 1: go through and just release the documents as is. I
6:55
Speaker 1: guess that will be up to PRESCA and it will
6:58
Speaker 1: be at her discretion. Not positive about that, but I
7:01
Speaker 1: believe that is how it works. Because the original parties
7:07
Speaker 1: robertson Maxwell did not agree on one or more non
7:11
Speaker 1: parties to be included in the list. The Court has
7:14
Speaker 1: resolved all such disagreements and shall issue to the original
7:19
Speaker 1: parties a court approved non parties list, which shall be sealed.
7:24
Speaker 1: The order notes explaining that each non party will be
7:27
Speaker 1: identified by his or her name, which correlates to a
7:31
Speaker 1: unique a pseudonym identifier, ie. DO number one, Do number two,
7:37
Speaker 1: and DO number three. So it looks like Virginia's lawyers
7:44
Speaker 1: and Maxwell's lawyers couldn't come to an agreement on one
7:48
Speaker 1: or more of the non parties that should be included
7:51
Speaker 1: in the list. So the court stepped in and they
7:53
Speaker 1: have resolved those disagreements, and now the court is going
7:57
Speaker 1: to issue the original party with the non party's list.
8:02
Speaker 1: So again, this is confusing stuff, right. This is definitely
8:06
Speaker 1: the kind of situation where we have to stay on
8:09
Speaker 1: top of it because it's a lot for those of
8:12
Speaker 1: us who are not lawyers to you know, you know,
8:17
Speaker 1: manage to wait our way through because there's just, i
8:20
Speaker 1: mean a bunch going on here, right. So, but basically
8:25
Speaker 1: what is going on is the court had to step
8:27
Speaker 1: in because the lawyers couldn't come to an agreement and
8:30
Speaker 1: now the court is going to facilitate the process. Presca
8:36
Speaker 1: plans to review several sealed filings at a time in
8:39
Speaker 1: order to facilitate the review on a rolling basis and
8:42
Speaker 1: in a manageable fashion that will take stock of each
8:46
Speaker 1: name as it appears in the secret Epstein files. Well,
8:49
Speaker 1: that's not really new. We knew that Judge Presca planned
8:52
Speaker 1: on doing this on a rolling basis, that she planned
8:55
Speaker 1: on doing it in increments. I have one tranch of
9:01
Speaker 1: documents released, go through the next, make sure everything's legit,
9:05
Speaker 1: release that trench. And that's the way she has said
9:09
Speaker 1: from the beginning that this was going to occur. But
9:14
Speaker 1: now with the Court having to facilitate all of this
9:17
Speaker 1: as well, it should get pretty interesting and it's probably
9:21
Speaker 1: going to be a bit of a drawn out process.
9:23
Speaker 1: But again, when it comes to the federal court system,
9:26
Speaker 1: I expected nothing less. The order notes how this will
9:30
Speaker 1: work in real time. For example, for dough number one,
9:34
Speaker 1: the court would review each sealed item that mentions dough
9:38
Speaker 1: number one, and would do the same for dose number two,
9:41
Speaker 1: number three, etc. This will allow the Court more easily
9:45
Speaker 1: to manage and review any objections from non parties. So again,
9:50
Speaker 1: remember this doesn't mean that their names are going to
9:55
Speaker 1: be redacted and nobody's going to know who they are.
9:57
Speaker 1: They have a chance to object to their names being
10:01
Speaker 1: released in these documents, and then it will be up
10:04
Speaker 1: to Judge Presca ultimately to decide one way or the other.
10:10
Speaker 1: Robertson Maxwell will be alerted via judicial minute order notifications
10:16
Speaker 1: that any given person stands to have their name revealed
10:19
Speaker 1: in any given set of documents. Both Roberts and Maxwell's
10:24
Speaker 1: attorneys will then be tasked with confidentially altering each of
10:28
Speaker 1: the people named in the materials, So if somebody has
10:34
Speaker 1: to get their name redacted, the court will let the
10:40
Speaker 1: attorneys know so that they can take the steps that
10:43
Speaker 1: are needed to be taken to make sure that things
10:47
Speaker 1: remain as confidential as the protective order demands that they remain.
10:54
Speaker 1: Service shall be affected via first class certified mail return
10:58
Speaker 1: receipt requested. The order notes after service the party causing
11:03
Speaker 1: the service, so the party who is sending the mail
11:08
Speaker 1: a certificate of service stating the Dayton method of service
11:11
Speaker 1: and identifying the non party by his rehearse pseudonym identifier,
11:18
Speaker 1: so obviously not by name by pseudonym identifier that's the key.
11:23
Speaker 1: It's about privacy here, is what's going on. It's to
11:27
Speaker 1: make sure that people's privacy is respected in both areas,
11:32
Speaker 1: to make sure that people who are mentioned within these
11:35
Speaker 1: documents have their chance to object. And there is a
11:42
Speaker 1: good chance that a lot of these people will object, right,
11:46
Speaker 1: I mean, you would think, and then it moves on
11:49
Speaker 1: to the next step where PRESCA ultimately will decide. Various
11:55
Speaker 1: timelines begin to toll once a named person has served
11:58
Speaker 1: notice of their presence in the Epstein files. Within fourteen
12:02
Speaker 1: days of service of the non party notice, a non
12:05
Speaker 1: party identified by his or her pseudonym, may submit to
12:09
Speaker 1: the court or request for excerpts of the sealed materials
12:13
Speaker 1: pertaining to him or her. The order notes given a
12:17
Speaker 1: named person two weeks from the date of service to
12:20
Speaker 1: request context about why they were included in the sealed materials,
12:25
Speaker 1: all right, So they have basically a month when they
12:30
Speaker 1: get noted, when they get noticed that they're going to
12:32
Speaker 1: be mentioned in this and then it gives them the
12:36
Speaker 1: two weeks from the date of the service to request context.
12:41
Speaker 1: So once they get served, once they get this information,
12:48
Speaker 1: they have that two weeks from the date that they
12:51
Speaker 1: are served to request all the information that's involved that
12:56
Speaker 1: has to do with them and why they were included
12:59
Speaker 1: in the sealed materials. Upon receiving the excerpts, those people
13:06
Speaker 1: will then be granted an additional two week period to
13:09
Speaker 1: file objections. All right, So that's a month, right, So
13:13
Speaker 1: that's how it's That's what it's gonna be like. So
13:15
Speaker 1: I would guess that something like this will happen. We'll
13:19
Speaker 1: see a tranch of documents dumped one month, then we'll
13:23
Speaker 1: have a month or two off, a tranch dumped, a
13:25
Speaker 1: month or two off, a tranch dumped, a month or
13:27
Speaker 1: two off, until there are none left. That is the
13:29
Speaker 1: way I think it's going to break. But again I
13:33
Speaker 1: don't have any inside information. That's just speculation on my part.
13:40
Speaker 1: That's already one month from notice of being served that
13:42
Speaker 1: they're mentioned in the Epstein files to mount the case
13:45
Speaker 1: against the public ever knowing of their affiliation with the
13:49
Speaker 1: Epstein saga. So that's where it gets dicey, Right, these
13:52
Speaker 1: people are going to have a chance to keep their
13:55
Speaker 1: names off the record. That cannot occur. I mean, there
13:58
Speaker 1: is no there's no way that that should ever occur.
14:03
Speaker 1: At this point. I don't want to hear no redactions.
14:05
Speaker 1: I don't want none of that bs, none of it
14:07
Speaker 1: at all, because at this point, if you're named in
14:11
Speaker 1: those documents, my friend, you should not have been associating
14:17
Speaker 1: with Jeffrey Epstein. And if you're close enough to be
14:20
Speaker 1: named in these documents, well you were probably pretty close
14:26
Speaker 1: to Epstein and Maxwell. After filing their initial objection, there
14:32
Speaker 1: are three additional seven day periods that allow one attorneys
14:36
Speaker 1: for Robertson Maxwell to object to that objection, two attorneys
14:41
Speaker 1: for the named people to file an opposition, and three
14:45
Speaker 1: attorneys for Robertson Maxwell to file additional support for their opposition.
14:50
Speaker 1: So it becomes even more convoluted, right That's why I
14:54
Speaker 1: said a month or two and then another dump, So
14:57
Speaker 1: you're looking at it could be another three weeks right there.
15:00
Speaker 1: You're looking at about two months of time between each
15:04
Speaker 1: one of these tranches of information getting dumped, and that
15:08
Speaker 1: is after all of the legal wrangling. But again, folks,
15:11
Speaker 1: I told you you have to set yourself up and
15:14
Speaker 1: be prepared for this to occur, where you know, this
15:17
Speaker 1: is a federal battle with high profile people and lawyers,
15:22
Speaker 1: and there's going to be a lot of wrangling there's
15:24
Speaker 1: going to be a lot of dragging of the feet.
15:26
Speaker 1: These people are going to try and drag this out
15:28
Speaker 1: as long as possible. That's just what they do. Those
15:34
Speaker 1: multiple timelines already stake out at least two months worth
15:38
Speaker 1: of waiting for the next tranch of files related to
15:40
Speaker 1: Epstein's alleged global sex trafficking empire for the elite. But
15:45
Speaker 1: that's all essentially just the first step in the process.
15:50
Speaker 1: Per Judge Presca's order. After objections, responses and replies have
15:55
Speaker 1: been submitted, and any evidentiary hearing held, the Court will
15:59
Speaker 1: ender or a minute order setting the date and time
16:02
Speaker 1: it will decide in open court the objections lodged as
16:06
Speaker 1: to each set of motions. Well, that does sound like
16:10
Speaker 1: it could take a long time. I will say this.
16:12
Speaker 1: PRESCA has been pretty solid with keeping to a schedule
16:16
Speaker 1: here and keeping things moving in a fourth right manner
16:20
Speaker 1: because she has really unclogged things here, so I would
16:25
Speaker 1: expect PRESCA not to take too long going over these documents.
16:29
Speaker 1: After all of the objections have been turned in, appearance
16:34
Speaker 1: by any of the parties or non parties is optional.
16:38
Speaker 1: The court will determine whether each sealed item shall be
16:41
Speaker 1: one unsealed in its entirety, two unsealed in redacted form,
16:46
Speaker 1: or three kept under seal. Thereafter, the court will issue
16:51
Speaker 1: a notification of the next set of sealed items to
16:54
Speaker 1: be decided. So again, look, let me just prepare you
16:57
Speaker 1: folks out there for the fact that some of the
17:00
Speaker 1: stuff might not end up breaking the way we want
17:04
Speaker 1: it to break, right, We have to expect that, we
17:06
Speaker 1: have to expect that these high profile lawyers are gonna
17:09
Speaker 1: catch some w's along the way. They're going to get
17:12
Speaker 1: some victories along the way, and there might be some
17:16
Speaker 1: pieces of this information that are not brought to light
17:19
Speaker 1: right away. But there are the appeal there's the appeals process,
17:23
Speaker 1: there are several other steps. It doesn't mean that it
17:26
Speaker 1: will never be brought to light. It just means that
17:30
Speaker 1: this time around, for whatever reason presca, the judge has
17:35
Speaker 1: decided not to release it unredacted or to keep it
17:39
Speaker 1: sealed completely. So just prepare yourself for stuff like that
17:43
Speaker 1: to happen, because it's going to. In other words, the
17:49
Speaker 1: names that will be revealed, if they are revealed at all,
17:52
Speaker 1: shouldn't be expected anytime soon. And for us here on
17:56
Speaker 1: the podcast, we knew that we knew that we shouldn't
17:58
Speaker 1: expect more documents anytime soon. PRESCO has been very clear
18:02
Speaker 1: about how she's going to go about this, how these
18:05
Speaker 1: documents are going to roll out, and how she plans
18:08
Speaker 1: on unsealing them, and how she plans on having that
18:14
Speaker 1: process build. Because there are a lot of documents, right,
18:19
Speaker 1: a ton of documents, So I think that the plan
18:22
Speaker 1: that she has is a good plan. Obviously, all of
18:25
Speaker 1: this red tape is a bunch of bs. But at
18:29
Speaker 1: the end of the day, you know, like I always say,
18:32
Speaker 1: everybody's entitled to the same rules under the law. At
18:36
Speaker 1: least that's the way it should be. And if the
18:38
Speaker 1: law allows for this to be the case, well, then
18:42
Speaker 1: the defendant, which is Gilan Maxwell in this case, has
18:46
Speaker 1: every right to try and go down these roads. It's
18:50
Speaker 1: up to the prosecution to make sure that she is
18:54
Speaker 1: cut off at the knees every time she hits an intersection.
18:59
Speaker 1: And so are so good for the prosecution in the
19:02
Speaker 1: criminal case, right and in the civil case. PRESCA has
19:05
Speaker 1: done a very good job here and I expect her
19:08
Speaker 1: to continue to release these documents. Now. Again, I'm not
19:13
Speaker 1: sure when it's going to happen, but in my opinion.
19:16
Speaker 1: We will see a majority of these documents released, but
19:20
Speaker 1: there will be some of them that will not see
19:23
Speaker 1: the light of day. So make sure you're prepared for that.
19:27
Speaker 1: You know, we talk about it all the time here
19:29
Speaker 1: about how when you're dealing with the federal court system
19:32
Speaker 1: and you're dealing with the federal government, it's a long process, right,
19:37
Speaker 1: and you're in a federal case like this, and you
19:40
Speaker 1: have high profile lawyers, Well, they're going to get a
19:44
Speaker 1: couple of victories along the way, there is zero doubt
19:46
Speaker 1: about it. So just be prepared for that, and you know,
19:51
Speaker 1: understand that this is going to be a very long process.
19:54
Speaker 1: There are still many ups and downs left on this
19:58
Speaker 1: roller coaster ride. But I think that things are moving
20:01
Speaker 1: in the right direction, and I think that the house
20:05
Speaker 1: of cards will most certainly be tumbling down the second
20:09
Speaker 1: we see the next arrest. All right, everybody, if you'd
20:13
Speaker 1: like to contact me, you could do that at Bobby
20:15
Speaker 1: Capuci at ProtonMail dot com. That's bo Bby c ap
20:19
Speaker 1: u Cci at ProtonMail dot com. You can also find
20:24
Speaker 1: me on Twitter at Bobby Underscore cap u Cci. All
20:30
Speaker 1: of the links that go with this episode can be
20:32
Speaker 1: found in the description box. All right, what's up everyone,
20:36
Speaker 1: and welcome back to the Epstein chronicles. Judge Presca has
20:42
Speaker 1: made a ruling on the sealed documents that were still
20:45
Speaker 1: before her, and she has ruled overwhelmingly in the favor
20:50
Speaker 1: of transparency. And all of these other judges out there
20:53
Speaker 1: should take a look at how Judge Presca has handled
20:56
Speaker 1: the way she's released these documents, and they should think
20:59
Speaker 1: about doing things the same exact way, because sometimes the
21:04
Speaker 1: public interest outweighs the privacy of scumbags who are caught
21:08
Speaker 1: up in situations like this. So I don't really care
21:13
Speaker 1: about the privacy of Jeffrey Epstein's buddies. Okay, I don't care.
21:17
Speaker 1: Why are you hanging out with him in the first place,
21:19
Speaker 1: Why are you going to his house, Why you're breaking
21:21
Speaker 1: bread with him? Why are you doing anything with a
21:24
Speaker 1: convicted sex offender. So I don't care if you get
21:28
Speaker 1: blown up in legal documents, and Judge Presca well doesn't
21:33
Speaker 1: look like she cares either. So let's get to this
21:35
Speaker 1: article from the Daily Mail and let's get caught up
21:39
Speaker 1: headline dozens of court documents relating to eight of pedophile
21:44
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's associates, including billionaire hotel magnate and female britt
21:49
Speaker 1: will be unsealed after judge rules public interests outweighs right
21:53
Speaker 1: to privacy. Now, I'm hoping that, like I said a
21:57
Speaker 1: second ago, the rest of the judges following this case
21:59
Speaker 1: are paying attention because this is the way you do this.
22:03
Speaker 1: As a judge. You should always put the right of
22:07
Speaker 1: the public to know what's going on above nonsensical requests
22:11
Speaker 1: by people who might be embarrassed by their behavior. Here's
22:15
Speaker 1: an idea. You don't want to be embarrassed, don't act
22:18
Speaker 1: like a fool. This article was authored by Daniel Bates.
22:25
Speaker 1: Dozens of court documents relating to Jeffrey Epstein's associates, including
22:29
Speaker 1: a billionaire businessman, will be made public after a judge
22:32
Speaker 1: ruled the public interest outweighs the right to privacy. Judge
22:37
Speaker 1: Loretta Presca on Friday ruled that the material concerning eight
22:40
Speaker 1: people should be unsealed, despite one subject claiming it could
22:44
Speaker 1: wrongfully harm his privacy and reputation. Among those names that
22:49
Speaker 1: are mentioned in the documents are Emmy Taylor, Glene Maxwell's
22:53
Speaker 1: former personal assistant, who was accused of taking part in
22:56
Speaker 1: the sexual abuse of minors. Now we've talked about Emmy
22:59
Speaker 1: here on the podcast before. You can go into the
23:02
Speaker 1: catalog and find episodes and get caught up. Judge Preska
23:07
Speaker 1: overrode objections from Tom Pritzker, the billionaire executive chairman of
23:12
Speaker 1: the Hyatt Hotels, and ordered material related to him to
23:16
Speaker 1: be made public. Now you might recognize the name Pritzker
23:20
Speaker 1: because his brother JB. Pritzker is the governor of Illinois. Oh,
23:26
Speaker 1: another Jeffrey Epstein associate who has tied to politicians or
23:29
Speaker 1: people at the very top of the food chain. Come on, you,
23:32
Speaker 1: conspiracy theorists, Take off that tinfoil hat. The documents are
23:39
Speaker 1: part of a defamation case brought against Maxwell by accuser
23:42
Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts in twenty and sixteen that was later settled.
23:47
Speaker 1: The troph of material has been released on a rolling
23:50
Speaker 1: basis after with the first set coming in twenty nineteen,
23:54
Speaker 1: two days before Epstein killed himself, after numerous requests from
23:58
Speaker 1: media organizations. So this has been an ongoing theme with
24:02
Speaker 1: Judge Presca and this is how she has done it.
24:05
Speaker 1: And we knew from the beginning it was going to
24:07
Speaker 1: take time. There was objections, there were people trying to
24:10
Speaker 1: get their names taken out of it, like JB. Pritzker.
24:13
Speaker 1: But now that his name's in the documentation and out there,
24:16
Speaker 1: well we might as well talk about them, huh. And
24:19
Speaker 1: it's no wonder he'd be trying tooth and nail to
24:22
Speaker 1: keep his name from being released. Here. If you listened
24:25
Speaker 1: to what was going on, you already knew his name,
24:27
Speaker 1: But once it's in the court documents takes it to
24:30
Speaker 1: a different level. Right. A total of sixteen non party
24:35
Speaker 1: does objected to the release of the files being made public,
24:38
Speaker 1: and the first set of eight have already been dealt
24:41
Speaker 1: with by the Federal court in New York. The latest
24:44
Speaker 1: batch related to the remaining eight, referred to as Doze
24:47
Speaker 1: twelve twenty eight, ninety seven, one oh seven, one forty four,
24:51
Speaker 1: one forty seven, one seventy one and one eighty three.
24:55
Speaker 1: Judge Presca said that much of the purportedly sensitive information
24:59
Speaker 1: had already been made public last year during Maxwell Maxwell's
25:03
Speaker 1: trial for trafficking underage girls to Epstein, which led to
25:07
Speaker 1: her being jailed for twenty years. There's no doubt that
25:10
Speaker 1: most of this stuff is well known. But what it
25:12
Speaker 1: does that puts a bow on things like with Pritzker,
25:15
Speaker 1: because you know, he's been able to relatively lay low
25:19
Speaker 1: here because nobody really knows about him. If you don't
25:22
Speaker 1: follow the case, obviously you have no idea who he is.
25:25
Speaker 1: But he's certainly been somebody who's been mentioned, and obviously
25:29
Speaker 1: somebody who's mentioned in court documents. She ran through dozens
25:35
Speaker 1: of documents and ordered them to be unsealed. They included
25:39
Speaker 1: material related to Taylor, who has strongly denied any wrongdoing
25:43
Speaker 1: in relation to her work for Maxwell. Judge Presca said
25:46
Speaker 1: that Taylor, who is British, claimed to be the victim
25:49
Speaker 1: of serious abuse by Jeffrey Epstein. While the court generally
25:53
Speaker 1: inclined is well, the court is generally inclined to protect
25:57
Speaker 1: the identity for sexual abuse victims. Taylor filed the lawsuit
26:01
Speaker 1: against Miami Herald journalist Julie Brown in July about her
26:05
Speaker 1: book on the Epstein scandal. Judge Presca noted that the
26:09
Speaker 1: lawsuit repeated some of the allegedly defamatory statements made in
26:13
Speaker 1: the book, and that Taylor has been referred to in
26:16
Speaker 1: other publicly available material. This document will be unsealed, Judge
26:21
Speaker 1: Presca said. Yo Judge Presca is unleashed here. She's not enough.
26:25
Speaker 1: She's on an unsealing party. She's like, look, it's Friday.
26:29
Speaker 1: I know you ain't got no job. I know you
26:31
Speaker 1: ain't got shit to do, So I'm gonna release these
26:34
Speaker 1: documents and I'm gonna get you high. I mean, that's
26:37
Speaker 1: basically what she's doing here on a Friday, right, a
26:41
Speaker 1: little Friday side release. Nobody's you know, paying attention. For
26:44
Speaker 1: the most part, it almost slipped by me as well.
26:49
Speaker 1: Documents related to Doe one eighty three were to be
26:52
Speaker 1: made public, as they have been the subject of intense
26:54
Speaker 1: media coverage and cropped up in Maxwell's trial. However, Judge
26:59
Speaker 1: Presca put a stay on the release of this material
27:01
Speaker 1: to November twenty eighth, so that Doe could appeal if
27:04
Speaker 1: they wanted. Doe one oh seven claimed that sealing their
27:07
Speaker 1: material would connect them to the to Epstein and unnecessarily
27:12
Speaker 1: invade their privacy. Judge Presca disagreed and ordered their material unsealed,
27:17
Speaker 1: noting that the public's right to access outweighed any generalized
27:21
Speaker 1: concerns about privacy and the material was not particularly salacious.
27:26
Speaker 1: In his submission to the court, Pritzker claimed it would
27:29
Speaker 1: wrongfully harm his privacy and reputation if material related to
27:33
Speaker 1: him was made public, but Judge Presca said that there
27:37
Speaker 1: was no basis for keeping the material under seal, adding
27:40
Speaker 1: that it was just a fleeting mention. Judge Presca did
27:43
Speaker 1: make some consensions to the objectors, so Pritsk, even though
27:47
Speaker 1: it was just a mention, didn't even want that out there.
27:51
Speaker 1: He's another one of these smarmy dudes that's been high
27:53
Speaker 1: out in the shadows for quite some time here. In
27:55
Speaker 1: this case, she said, certain detail contained within certain documents
28:02
Speaker 1: that are not public, objecting those have set forth a
28:05
Speaker 1: sufficient interest to preserve sealing. Documents related to Dough twelve
28:09
Speaker 1: remain sealed, as Judge Presca said they were a classic
28:12
Speaker 1: outsider Dough twelve is peripheral to the events at issue
28:17
Speaker 1: and is neither a victim nor associated with Epstein or Maxwell. Well,
28:21
Speaker 1: I could see that then, and to tell you the truth,
28:23
Speaker 1: the way that the way Judge Presca has handled things here,
28:27
Speaker 1: I'd be inclined to give her the benefit of the
28:29
Speaker 1: doubt when she does keep something like this sealed. And
28:32
Speaker 1: that doesn't come easily for me to say. You all
28:34
Speaker 1: know how I feel about the justice system. The Bureau
28:37
Speaker 1: of Prisons and how the courts run, especially in this case.
28:41
Speaker 1: But Presca has been an outlier and she has done
28:44
Speaker 1: a very good job as far as I can tell,
28:47
Speaker 1: at managing this case as a judge. Documents relating to
28:52
Speaker 1: Dough twenty eight will remain sealed as they are a
28:55
Speaker 1: victim of sexual assault who continues to experience trauma as
28:59
Speaker 1: a result both of these events, So those definitely should
29:02
Speaker 1: stay sealed. Whenever somebody's experienced trauma or they get caught
29:06
Speaker 1: up in a case like this and they're not actually
29:09
Speaker 1: part of it and they've been victimized, they should definitely
29:13
Speaker 1: have their name sealed, and that shouldn't be public information,
29:19
Speaker 1: but material related to Doe one forty seven, who Judge
29:22
Speaker 1: Presca identified as Epstein survivor Sarah Ransom, should be unsealed.
29:27
Speaker 1: Judge Presca said that Ransom was a victim of sexual
29:31
Speaker 1: trauma and abuse by Epstein and Maxwell, but she testified
29:35
Speaker 1: publicly at Maxwell's sentencing. She published a book about her
29:38
Speaker 1: experience and wrote an op ed in The Washington Post
29:41
Speaker 1: about it. So at that point, you really can't expect
29:46
Speaker 1: any more privacy, right, And Judge Presca says that you know, hey,
29:50
Speaker 1: the public interest outweighs all of that. At this point,
29:53
Speaker 1: Judge Presca noted that Ransom had put herself out in
29:56
Speaker 1: the public forum relating to these issues. The judge did
29:59
Speaker 1: not set of timeline for when the materials should be public,
30:03
Speaker 1: but it will likely be weeks away. Unlike with previous
30:06
Speaker 1: batches of documents, Maxwell did not oppose them and made
30:10
Speaker 1: no representation to the court, and that signals that Maxwell
30:14
Speaker 1: has completely given up on trying to keep any of
30:16
Speaker 1: these sideway secrets secret anymore. Anything that doesn't pertain to
30:20
Speaker 1: her personally. She's not going to fight it in court.
30:23
Speaker 1: She doesn't have the money, so it was a foregone
30:27
Speaker 1: conclusion that she wouldn't be objecting here. What's going to happen?
30:30
Speaker 1: What is she going to end up in prison? Among
30:36
Speaker 1: the revelations and documents already made public were two depositions
30:39
Speaker 1: given by Maxwell in twenty sixteen as part of the
30:42
Speaker 1: defamation case. Over seven hours, Maxwell was questioned about everything
30:47
Speaker 1: from her sex life to her relationship with Andrew and Epstein.
30:51
Speaker 1: At one point, she denied keeping a laundry basket of
30:54
Speaker 1: sex toys at Epstein's mansion in Palm Beach, Florida. Well,
30:57
Speaker 1: we all know how that ended up for U. Huh.
31:00
Speaker 1: Maxwell was asked about having three way sexual massages with
31:03
Speaker 1: Epstein and his sexual idiosynchronsies such as nipple pinching. God,
31:09
Speaker 1: the idea of Epstein touching any other human being is
31:13
Speaker 1: just so gross to me. When asked if she ever
31:17
Speaker 1: provided Roberts with schoolgirl outfits for her to wear with
31:20
Speaker 1: a massage, Maxwell responded, I have no idea what you're
31:24
Speaker 1: talking about. Elsewhere in the deposition, Maxwell called Roberts an
31:28
Speaker 1: awful fantasist, and at one point she became so angry
31:32
Speaker 1: she banged her hand on the table. Among the other
31:35
Speaker 1: material already unsealed was Robert's draft of her memoir, which
31:39
Speaker 1: detailed how she had flown around the world by Epstein
31:42
Speaker 1: and loaned out to his powerful friends. She detailed how
31:46
Speaker 1: she was forced to have sex with Prince Andrew in
31:48
Speaker 1: London when she was seventeen, at Epstein's New York mansion
31:52
Speaker 1: and his private island in the Caribbean. Earlier this year,
31:56
Speaker 1: the Duke settled a civil lawsuit brought by Roberts for
31:59
Speaker 1: a report twelve million dollars. All right, so there you
32:03
Speaker 1: have it. Folks. They tried to slip one by us
32:06
Speaker 1: on a Friday, but I'm not having it. I was
32:09
Speaker 1: going through different articles as I was preparing for tomorrow,
32:13
Speaker 1: and this one popped up, and I was like, what
32:15
Speaker 1: the wait a minute, when did Judge Presca make these rulings?
32:19
Speaker 1: With everything else going on in the world. I haven't
32:21
Speaker 1: really been expecting a Judge Presca drop to come in
32:24
Speaker 1: and get things moving on a Friday. So there you
32:27
Speaker 1: have it. There's where we're at with these Dos and
32:30
Speaker 1: Pritzker and Emmy Taylor, all names we've heard before. But
32:34
Speaker 1: once you get those documents out there and people can
32:36
Speaker 1: look at the court documents themselves, it hits a different way. Right.
32:40
Speaker 1: It's one thing to hear about it rumor or it's
32:43
Speaker 1: one thing to hear about it as an allegation. Once
32:45
Speaker 1: you see it in court documentation, whole different ballgame because
32:48
Speaker 1: people are saying this stuff under oath and if you're lying, well,
32:52
Speaker 1: you're gonna get hit with the perjury charge. So very interesting.
32:56
Speaker 1: And once they are released, obviously I'll be going through
32:59
Speaker 1: them like I have with the other batches, and we'll
33:01
Speaker 1: see where we're at. All right, folks, that's gonna do
33:04
Speaker 1: it for this one. If you'd like to contact me,
33:06
Speaker 1: you can do that at Bobby Kapuci at ProtonMail dot com.
33:10
Speaker 1: That's Bo Bby c apu Cci at ProtonMail dot com.

Speaker 1: You can also find me on Twitter at Bobby Underscore
33:20
Speaker 1: c ap u Cci. The link that I discussed can
33:23
Speaker 1: be found in the description box. This article is from
33:28
Speaker 1: Law and crime dot com. The author of the article
33:31
Speaker 1: is Jerry Lamb. Headline Judge accelerates process for unsealing Jeffrey
33:36
Speaker 1: Epstein documents, naming names on a rolling basis. Again, that
33:41
Speaker 1: is like the kind of headline that makes you want
33:44
Speaker 1: to do handstands, backflips and cartwheels, right, because we haven't
33:48
Speaker 1: seen too much good news like this coming out of
33:50
Speaker 1: the Federal court in regards to this case, hell, in
33:53
Speaker 1: regards to anything at this point, but in this case especially,
33:56
Speaker 1: it's been you know, setback after setback for these survivors.
34:01
Speaker 1: When it's obvious to anyone paying attention that this whole
34:04
Speaker 1: entire process should be expedited, it should be moving forward.
34:08
Speaker 1: And all of these people who were involved, all of
34:11
Speaker 1: these people who were named in the court documents, etc. Etc.
34:14
Speaker 1: If they had a role to play. They should all
34:16
Speaker 1: be slapped with a Rico charge and this ball should
34:19
Speaker 1: get rolling. A federal judge in New York on Friday
34:24
Speaker 1: amended the protocol the court will follow in releasing a
34:28
Speaker 1: trove of documents concerning deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. This will
34:32
Speaker 1: allow for documents that include the names of non party
34:35
Speaker 1: individuals to be released on a rolling basis. The documents
34:40
Speaker 1: in question are part of a defamation dispute involving Epstein's
34:43
Speaker 1: alleged madam you mean, co conspirator and partner in crime, right,
34:48
Speaker 1: Keylane Maxwell, and alleged victim Virginia Roberts. Now, we know
34:53
Speaker 1: that there is a lot of names to be named
34:56
Speaker 1: in this case. We've already seen some of the names
34:59
Speaker 1: that have rolled out. We've seen some of the dumps.
35:02
Speaker 1: We've seen people like Glenn Dubin get named, et cetera,
35:05
Speaker 1: et cetera. And we know that with these other documents
35:09
Speaker 1: that are still in the possession of the court that
35:11
Speaker 1: have not been released, we know for a fact that
35:14
Speaker 1: it's going to out many, many more powerful people. And
35:19
Speaker 1: that is why these documents have still not been released,
35:23
Speaker 1: because these powerful people will do anything, anything that they
35:28
Speaker 1: possibly can to keep the public from knowing what was
35:32
Speaker 1: happening behind the curtain, and they're usually able to do
35:35
Speaker 1: that with help from their lapdogs in the legacy media.
35:38
Speaker 1: But nowadays, well, that whole entire party has come to
35:42
Speaker 1: a screeching halt. Though. Though Robert's defamation case against Maxwell
35:48
Speaker 1: ended in twenty fifteen, Roberts attorneys have fought a protracted
35:53
Speaker 1: legal battle seeking to unseal documents initially filed under seal
35:57
Speaker 1: that may contain allegations against other public figures from Epstein's
36:01
Speaker 1: infamous elite social circle. And I you know what may
36:07
Speaker 1: contain allegations. I understand Law and Order being a you know,
36:12
Speaker 1: a law type of blog here, law type of outlet,
36:14
Speaker 1: they're going to definitely cover their ass, but may contain allegations,
36:18
Speaker 1: let's be honest, definitely contain allegations. It's definitely going to
36:22
Speaker 1: be explosive stuff. And we know that there are going
36:25
Speaker 1: to be some people who have never even been brought
36:27
Speaker 1: up in the case that get brought up in those documents.
36:31
Speaker 1: So as soon as they start being released, I can
36:34
Speaker 1: only imagine how quickly they're going to be devoured by
36:38
Speaker 1: interested parties. Myself included considering, we have all of this
36:41
Speaker 1: time on our hands right now, so let's get the
36:44
Speaker 1: documents released, Judge Presco, let's start tomorrow. Senior US District
36:51
Speaker 1: Judge Loretta Presca previously ruled that only those motions which
36:55
Speaker 1: now deceased US District Judge Robert Sweet ruled on when
36:58
Speaker 1: he presided over the litigation and documents relevant to those
37:02
Speaker 1: motions will be released to the public after the court
37:05
Speaker 1: conducts an individualized review of each sealed item. Presca issued
37:11
Speaker 1: a brief order on Monday clarifying how the court will
37:15
Speaker 1: proceed with the document review process, how it will notify
37:18
Speaker 1: non parties to the litigation who are named in the
37:21
Speaker 1: documents but may wish to argue against the release of
37:24
Speaker 1: all or some of the documents. So Judge Presca has
37:28
Speaker 1: revised her rulings, and she has issued an order that
37:34
Speaker 1: clarified what those rulings are, stipulating what the process will be,
37:37
Speaker 1: how they will name the people who will be named
37:40
Speaker 1: in the documents or those parties that are named in
37:43
Speaker 1: the documents, what they can do going forward, etc. Etc. So, basically,
37:48
Speaker 1: she is issued a ruling releasing the parameters of how
37:52
Speaker 1: this documentation is going to be released to the public.
37:57
Speaker 1: The non parties include a person or persons who produced
38:02
Speaker 1: or answered discovery based upon the representation or understanding that
38:06
Speaker 1: the discovery would be subject to the productive order previously
38:10
Speaker 1: issued in this action. B Persons who are identified as
38:14
Speaker 1: having allegedly engaged in sexual act with plaintiff or other
38:18
Speaker 1: alleged victims or allegedly facilitated such acts. Persons whose intimate,
38:24
Speaker 1: sexual or private conduct is described in the sealed materials,
38:28
Speaker 1: and D persons who are alleged to have been victimized. Wow,
38:33
Speaker 1: So that is who the non parties include in this case.
38:37
Speaker 1: And if for the purposes of this case, if they're
38:40
Speaker 1: named in those documents and they're considered a non party
38:44
Speaker 1: and they fall into one of those categories ABC or
38:47
Speaker 1: D while they can expect their documentation to be released
38:50
Speaker 1: in this case. So that's pretty insane. That's a pretty
38:55
Speaker 1: far reaching ruling here, and it's going to give the
39:01
Speaker 1: public a real good look behind the scenes. Now, I
39:04
Speaker 1: will say I'm skeptical how much of it won't be
39:10
Speaker 1: redacted still, and only for the simple reason that we
39:14
Speaker 1: know the government loves to do that. So I'm really
39:16
Speaker 1: hoping for completely complete transparency, completely unredacted documentation for the
39:22
Speaker 1: most part, and a real good look at the people
39:26
Speaker 1: who participated in not only enabling Jeffrey Epstein's behavior, but
39:30
Speaker 1: partaking as well. And what it will do is it
39:35
Speaker 1: will clarify for a lot of other people who might
39:39
Speaker 1: be following the case from AFAR, just how deep and
39:42
Speaker 1: how far this case reaches. And I just don't know
39:47
Speaker 1: how anybody who is provided with all of the evidence
39:50
Speaker 1: that we have been provided with so far in this
39:52
Speaker 1: case can look at it and just shrug their shoulders
39:55
Speaker 1: and say, ah, just a sick guy, because there is
39:57
Speaker 1: obviously so much more here. There is obvious leaves so
40:00
Speaker 1: many more layers to it than that, And when it's
40:03
Speaker 1: presented as such, when it's presented as just some sick
40:06
Speaker 1: guy you know, got caught being a sick bastard, it
40:09
Speaker 1: takes away from the true nature and the true essence
40:17
Speaker 1: of how evil this whole entire trafficking organization was, this
40:21
Speaker 1: criminal enterprise. And what it does is it makes people
40:26
Speaker 1: think that it just happened and it was a one off, right,
40:30
Speaker 1: when in reality we know that this is happening a
40:32
Speaker 1: lot more than any of us would ever want to believe,
40:35
Speaker 1: and I know that definitely goes for me. Before I
40:38
Speaker 1: started researching this case, I always shrugged off the rumors
40:42
Speaker 1: and the innuendo and the you know, the basic narrative
40:47
Speaker 1: that these people in power were this sick. Well. I
40:49
Speaker 1: knew they were sick, right, I knew there were thieves,
40:52
Speaker 1: I knew there were crooks, but I never knew the
40:55
Speaker 1: true depths of their evil. And the further you get
41:00
Speaker 1: into researching this case and branching off and looking underneath
41:04
Speaker 1: all the different layers and finding out how sick the
41:08
Speaker 1: people that are associated with Epstein were or are, and
41:12
Speaker 1: how sick the entire ruling class or so called ruling classes,
41:18
Speaker 1: it's really an eye opening experience. And for the last
41:21
Speaker 1: ten or eleven months or so for me, it has
41:24
Speaker 1: been one wild ride. The court will review the material
41:29
Speaker 1: and groups determined by the non party individuals and in
41:32
Speaker 1: the documents, beginning with all documents mentioning dough number one
41:37
Speaker 1: and Dough number two. So it will be like the
41:40
Speaker 1: ruling stated, a rolling release. So PRESCA and the lawyers
41:46
Speaker 1: will get together and they'll decide what they want to
41:49
Speaker 1: put up for release, and then the court will approve
41:51
Speaker 1: it and get it out into circulation. At least that's
41:55
Speaker 1: what I'm getting from this. Again, I am not a lawyer, right,
41:58
Speaker 1: so I don't you know it comes to the fine
42:01
Speaker 1: details of this kind of stuff. I just try and
42:03
Speaker 1: give you guys the basic outline here, and you know,
42:05
Speaker 1: there are much more qualified people to talk about the
42:09
Speaker 1: legal aspects than me. But when you look at the
42:13
Speaker 1: overall presentation for how Presca's going to go forward with this,
42:19
Speaker 1: her outline and her blueprint is very apparent on what
42:23
Speaker 1: she wants to do here. According to PRESCA, that means
42:27
Speaker 1: only dose one and two will be notified in the
42:29
Speaker 1: first instance, that they are named in the documents and
42:33
Speaker 1: have a chance to argue why all or some of
42:35
Speaker 1: the documents should not be made public. All right, So
42:38
Speaker 1: what that means is she's going to definitely contact the
42:41
Speaker 1: people who are named here do one and two, and
42:43
Speaker 1: they'll have a chance to make their case why this
42:46
Speaker 1: information should not be made public, and PRESCO will listen
42:49
Speaker 1: to it, and then she'll make a ruling one way
42:51
Speaker 1: or the other if they should have their information sealed
42:56
Speaker 1: or if the public is entitled to see who these
43:00
Speaker 1: people are. Because several non party individuals may appear in
43:04
Speaker 1: a single document. This potentially meant it could take several
43:07
Speaker 1: rounds of litigation before a single document was made public. However,
43:12
Speaker 1: in order to accelerate the release process, PRESCA agreed to
43:15
Speaker 1: unsealing portions of documents mentioning non parties, rather than waiting
43:20
Speaker 1: to unseal the entirety of a given document until all
43:23
Speaker 1: non parties have provided input. That will make the process
43:26
Speaker 1: move a lot quicker. And I think what it does,
43:29
Speaker 1: it shows you what Presco's thinking is here at this
43:33
Speaker 1: point in the case. Now, I was very unsure of
43:36
Speaker 1: how Presco was going to proceed previously, and in fact,
43:39
Speaker 1: I was pretty critical of the fact that this stuff
43:41
Speaker 1: wasn't released earlier. But it looks like she's following a
43:45
Speaker 1: game plan here, and it looks like this stuff is
43:48
Speaker 1: going to be released. And it also looks like she's
43:52
Speaker 1: going pretty hard in the paint with it. Right. She
43:54
Speaker 1: wants to accelerate the process. She's had enough of the
43:57
Speaker 1: feat being dragged around here, and she wants to get
44:00
Speaker 1: some movement in the case. It looks like so that's
44:02
Speaker 1: definitely a good thing, and it definitely favors the survivors
44:06
Speaker 1: here because I have a funny feeling that Presca might
44:10
Speaker 1: go scorched earth. She might just go ahead and release
44:13
Speaker 1: all of this stuff and just let it take on
44:16
Speaker 1: a life of its own. And that's what should really happen. Right,
44:19
Speaker 1: We're the tax payers of this country. We paid for
44:21
Speaker 1: all of this information to be you know, put together
44:25
Speaker 1: in the court system, all of that, and it is
44:30
Speaker 1: important that the public gets to see in full transparency
44:35
Speaker 1: what occurred in this case and just what kind of
44:38
Speaker 1: deal Epstein and his friends received, not only the first time,
44:42
Speaker 1: but after that. I mean, you know, we got the
44:44
Speaker 1: reports out now about Harvard, which we're going to get
44:47
Speaker 1: we're going to get into later on. But look, this guy,
44:52
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein and his crew, they were involved in some serious, serious,
44:58
Speaker 1: high level, high level operations. And I don't think that
45:07
Speaker 1: that fact has fallen flat on Presca. She has seen
45:11
Speaker 1: the evidence, she's seen all of this stuff, and now
45:13
Speaker 1: it looks like to me that she is really gonna
45:17
Speaker 1: go and release as much of this stuff as possible.
45:20
Speaker 1: So I'm really hoping that that's where we're at, and
45:23
Speaker 1: I hope that's what we see from Judge Presca. Presca
45:27
Speaker 1: reiterated that if the process proves unworkable or inefficient, the
45:31
Speaker 1: court can revisit the review protocol. The review protocol a call,
45:35
Speaker 1: so that gives her the option to go back and
45:38
Speaker 1: review what's going on and to make sure the program's working,
45:41
Speaker 1: make sure that it's running correctly, make sure that all
45:45
Speaker 1: parameters are being met, et cetera, et cetera. And that's
45:48
Speaker 1: a good move on her, behalf right. That shows that
45:51
Speaker 1: she's willing to adjust on the fly and she's not
45:54
Speaker 1: just locked into one way of doing things, and that
45:56
Speaker 1: is definitely going to be a good thing moving forward. Now,
46:02
Speaker 1: in the description box when you download this episode, you'll
46:05
Speaker 1: be able to find this article. Make sure you click
46:08
Speaker 1: on it if you want to read the whole entire
46:10
Speaker 1: order below. It's on U scribed and it's in this article,
46:15
Speaker 1: so you can definitely check out the two pages of
46:17
Speaker 1: that here. And if you want to go ahead and
46:20
Speaker 1: read through the article again, we can do that as well.
46:23
Speaker 1: But this order by Presca and the movement we see
46:26
Speaker 1: in the court here is a big deal, and I
46:29
Speaker 1: think it's proceeding what's going to happen down in the
46:32
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands very soon. I think that we're going to
46:35
Speaker 1: see that come to a bit of a head down there,
46:39
Speaker 1: and I think you're going to see Indyke and Khan
46:41
Speaker 1: be forced to relent a bit, and I think that
46:44
Speaker 1: George will be able to get some of the stipulations
46:48
Speaker 1: that she was seeking and get the estate to move
46:54
Speaker 1: towards a more fair and you know, quick payment procedure,
47:02
Speaker 1: because we know that they love to drag their feet.
47:04
Speaker 1: We know that con and Indyke they don't want to
47:07
Speaker 1: serve up any of this money. If it's up to them,
47:09
Speaker 1: they'd love to sit on it forever, right, why do
47:12
Speaker 1: they want to pay it out? So again, folks, this
47:16
Speaker 1: case has many different layers. It's happening in many different
47:20
Speaker 1: courtrooms around the nation and in fact around the world
47:23
Speaker 1: at this point. And all we can do right now
47:26
Speaker 1: is continue to follow it as closely as possible and
47:29
Speaker 1: make sure that we're staying on top of things as
47:32
Speaker 1: best we can. Because you look at this article and
47:36
Speaker 1: they released it on a Friday. Right. What have I
47:38
Speaker 1: talked about here on the podcast before about their Friday
47:41
Speaker 1: dumps when they're trying to bury information, And that's what
47:44
Speaker 1: it looks like here. They're trying to bury this on
47:46
Speaker 1: a Friday. But that's okay. We're here to make sure
47:48
Speaker 1: that it does not get buried. The other content creators
47:51
Speaker 1: out there, they're here to make sure it does not
47:53
Speaker 1: get buried. And in fact, it didn't get buried, and
47:57
Speaker 1: it will not get buried. This kind of stuff is
48:00
Speaker 1: way too important to the case. And what it does
48:03
Speaker 1: is it shows people who are following and people who
48:06
Speaker 1: are really rooting for justice in this case that hope
48:09
Speaker 1: is not lost. I seen a lot of people feeling
48:12
Speaker 1: down and out after the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals ruling,
48:16
Speaker 1: and I was telling people then that you know, this
48:19
Speaker 1: isn't the end. It's just, you know, another bump in
48:21
Speaker 1: the road, and there's gonna be a lot of them.
48:23
Speaker 1: There's even going forward. There is still a long way
48:26
Speaker 1: to go before justice has had in this case. But
48:29
Speaker 1: it's a road worth traveling, it's a journey worth taking,
48:33
Speaker 1: and it's certainly a fight worth waging. If you'd like
