- 0:07Speaker 1: From carrying each other to and Natty to carrying each
- 0:11Speaker 1: other on the air live from the Mercedes Benz Baton
- 0:19Speaker 1: Rouge Studio.
- 0:20Speaker 3: It's Off the Bench.
- 0:41Speaker 4: Part one, back in I remember three of O T
- 0:44Speaker 4: B one O four five ESPN Ben Rouge.
- 0:47Speaker 5: It is Wednesday. Are we ready? Do we have enough questions?
- 0:50Speaker 5: We got a lot of questions.
- 0:51Speaker 3: I have a few that we can we can get into.
- 0:54Speaker 4: Okay, let's go ahead. Our new segment, maybe our favorite segment.
- 0:59Speaker 4: It is time for a little deer.
- 1:06Speaker 3: Hold On, hold on.
- 1:11Speaker 5: That's so good, perfect, perfect.
- 1:14Speaker 2: So we're gonna start off with one that just got
- 1:18Speaker 2: put in the chat because I feel like this is
- 1:21Speaker 2: an issue that really needs to be addressed. Another Georgia
- 1:26Speaker 2: football player, well he's a commit, he's a commit.
- 1:29Speaker 3: But still.
- 1:32Speaker 5: Talk about a culture.
- 1:34Speaker 3: Talk about a culture fit.
- 1:36Speaker 2: Another player gets arrested for violent driving.
- 1:41Speaker 3: I forget his name, Tasted, do you remember his name?
- 1:45Speaker 3: I forget.
- 1:47Speaker 5: George, But.
- 1:49Speaker 3: He was like tailgating somebody. They move out of his way.
- 1:53Speaker 2: Let me do the song, Actually, life in the fast
- 1:55Speaker 2: laying the Eagles come on obvious there, but it's always
- 2:00Speaker 2: always the fastling with them. He was tail getting someone,
- 2:03Speaker 2: they get out of his way, and then he pulls
- 2:05Speaker 2: up in front of them and like break checks them.
- 2:09Speaker 2: And then the guy like there's like teenagers that he
- 2:11Speaker 2: was doing this. Well he's a teenager too, but they're like,
- 2:13Speaker 2: oh whatever, and so he like U turns trying to
- 2:16Speaker 2: get out of it. And they said that the passenger
- 2:18Speaker 2: this is all alleged obviously, yeah, but allegedly allegedly the
- 2:22Speaker 2: passenger that was with the Georgia football player or Georgia
- 2:25Speaker 2: commit yeah, was like he had a gun and he
- 2:30Speaker 2: was like showing the guys in the other car the gun.
- 2:33Speaker 2: And then when they did a U turn to get
- 2:35Speaker 2: away from them, the victims, when they like went away
- 2:39Speaker 2: from them, they.
- 2:40Speaker 3: Allegedly fired shots at the car. So I don't know
- 2:44Speaker 3: what we.
- 2:45Speaker 2: Do about Georgia football, and I don't understand why. Like listen,
- 2:49Speaker 2: I understand that, like there's different programs that.
- 2:53Speaker 3: Have people that.
- 2:56Speaker 2: Get get arrested or like get into trouble or whatever,
- 2:59Speaker 2: but at Georgia it really does seem to be like
- 3:03Speaker 2: it's a cultural thing.
- 3:04Speaker 3: Like every other day, I feel like there's.
- 3:08Speaker 4: Like of another school that's had this many this many
- 3:11Speaker 4: certainly of the same thing, right, and like I know
- 3:17Speaker 4: their head coach, you know their head coach. Like it's
- 3:21Speaker 4: surprising that Kirby hasn't.
- 3:25Speaker 6: Kirby's not a guy that's gonna run up like a program.
- 3:29Speaker 6: Yeah no, no, this is just like but it is
- 3:32Speaker 6: over and stupid.
- 3:37Speaker 2: But that's like the surprising thing about it to me
- 3:41Speaker 2: is that Kirby doesn't seem like he's one for.
- 3:43Speaker 3: Bs, right, So I don't under program like that.
- 3:47Speaker 2: Yeah, And I don't get why they, Like I don't
- 3:53Speaker 2: know why Georgia specifically, it's an issue, right, and maybe
- 3:56Speaker 2: they all need to before you commit to Georgia and
- 4:00Speaker 2: there maybe y'all all need to take defensive driving classes.
- 4:03Speaker 3: But also, like, how about this, how about we all
- 4:06Speaker 3: take a breath and we just relax.
- 4:08Speaker 2: We don't need to be going one hundred miles per
- 4:10Speaker 2: hour on the interstate.
- 4:12Speaker 3: And you know, if you want to be uh, like, if.
- 4:16Speaker 2: You want to be irresponsible and do stuff like that,
- 4:19Speaker 2: you're putting other people in danger. And like, the people
- 4:22Speaker 2: on the road don't want their day ruined by getting
- 4:25Speaker 2: in a car wreck or even life ruined getting in
- 4:27Speaker 2: a car wreck because you decided that you wanted to
- 4:29Speaker 2: go one hundred miles per hour on the interstate.
- 4:32Speaker 3: It doesn't make any sense to me.
- 4:33Speaker 2: So it's just I don't know what we do about it,
- 4:36Speaker 2: but it's definitely something that like.
- 4:40Speaker 3: It needs to be addressed in its REDA college.
- 4:43Speaker 6: Kids would come, Yeah, everybody has. When you on a team,
- 4:48Speaker 6: when you put people from all walks of life all together,
- 4:50Speaker 6: there's gonna be some bad apples. Yeah, there's gonna be
- 4:53Speaker 6: some dumb people that do dumb things. It just sounds
- 4:56Speaker 6: like in Georgia they're just a little bit worse. It
- 4:59Speaker 6: not well, you said it yesterday. You said I was
- 5:02Speaker 6: a big mopad writer in college. Congratulations you signed with Georgia.
- 5:06Speaker 6: Everybody's getting one and that's all you get. I can't
- 5:10Speaker 6: go one hundred on the interstate on a moatpad.
- 5:12Speaker 5: That was no, I actually did.
- 5:14Speaker 4: I actually So we lived in Saint Gabriel my senior year.
- 5:17Speaker 4: After we got married, and something was going on with
- 5:21Speaker 4: my car and I had to get home. I moved
- 5:24Speaker 4: the other way down to Nicholson to Saint Gabriel. I
- 5:29Speaker 4: mean that's about exactly.
- 5:33Speaker 3: That's crazy.
- 5:34Speaker 4: I felt like before we move on, guys, y'all have
- 5:38Speaker 4: like a great opportunity.
- 5:41Speaker 3: Yeah, that's my thing, George.
- 5:42Speaker 4: Yes, if you're decent, If you're just decent, if you
- 5:46Speaker 4: just play at Georgia, you're gonna get a chance to
- 5:49Speaker 4: play on Sunday.
- 5:50Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 5:51Speaker 5: Just don't go fast.
- 5:52Speaker 4: Yeah, go get a vespa and just enjoy life and
- 5:56Speaker 4: slow it down.
- 5:57Speaker 6: Don't shoot you going up teenagers.
- 5:59Speaker 2: That that's what I don't understand. It's like you have
- 6:02Speaker 2: a future and like you have this amazing opportunity where
- 6:07Speaker 2: you can go and like make something of yourself, and
- 6:09Speaker 2: you do something dumb like that to like ruin it. Well,
- 6:12Speaker 2: I don't even know what they're going to ruin it,
- 6:13Speaker 2: because like I feel like they just stay on the
- 6:15Speaker 2: team anyway.
- 6:16Speaker 5: Man, you got to like hard and fast.
- 6:18Speaker 4: Hey, the next guy that comes across my desk, yeah
- 6:21Speaker 4: and has this issue, I don't care if you're Gunner
- 6:24Speaker 4: Stockton and I don't want to hate to throw his
- 6:26Speaker 4: name out there, but I'm saying starting quarterback.
- 6:27Speaker 5: Yeah, and I don't think Gunner's going fast as this car.
- 6:30Speaker 4: But nothing don't go past It's like, hey, you're done, Yeah,
- 6:35Speaker 4: you're done, And like that's what you have to do
- 6:37Speaker 4: to stop something like.
- 6:37Speaker 5: So, yeah, it's very serious, Georgie, they got an issue.
- 6:40Speaker 6: You're just taking too much time with this. Let's get
- 6:42Speaker 6: back to it. What's important here, it's Delandre.
- 6:45Speaker 5: Yeah, that's right, dear Delandre. Let's move on to the
- 6:48Speaker 5: next one.
- 6:48Speaker 3: Let's move on to the next one.
- 6:50Speaker 2: This is like more of a question for me and
- 6:53Speaker 2: I want to answer it, and I'm going to give you,
- 6:56Speaker 2: like my favorite summer song.
- 6:58Speaker 3: This is the song that I vibe to so hard
- 7:00Speaker 3: in the summer.
- 7:02Speaker 2: This is where you have a do skis in hand,
- 7:05Speaker 2: laying out by the pool having a.
- 7:08Speaker 3: Great time for the summer. Also shout out grant. This
- 7:11Speaker 3: is go to song.
- 7:14Speaker 2: So I was asked, besides do sekis what is your
- 7:18Speaker 2: go to cocktail during the summer heat? So my go
- 7:21Speaker 2: to cocktail like just generally, but especially in the summer
- 7:25Speaker 2: because it's super refreshing.
- 7:27Speaker 3: As a ranch water, I am a ranch water.
- 7:31Speaker 2: Girly, wait, are we the same drinking like?
- 7:36Speaker 6: But I like mine with uh.
- 7:39Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, Well, if you don't know what a ranch
- 7:43Speaker 2: water is, I don't know how you don't, because they're
- 7:45Speaker 2: amazing and you need to try one, right.
- 7:49Speaker 3: So, uh, tequila soda water.
- 7:52Speaker 4: Everybody I know from Texas, everybody loves ranch water.
- 7:57Speaker 3: I love. It's so refreshing.
- 8:00Speaker 4: Texas and it's and it's not like it's here, it's
- 8:03Speaker 4: here for sure.
- 8:04Speaker 5: Yeah, like people I know from Texas.
- 8:08Speaker 7: Love I love a ranch water because it's because it's
- 8:10Speaker 7: got ranch in it.
- 8:13Speaker 3: No, it's so refreshing.
- 8:14Speaker 2: It's tequila, it's ranch or actually yeah.
- 8:20Speaker 6: It's put a little orange and mind I'm a little
- 8:24Speaker 6: orange talking.
- 8:27Speaker 2: Yeah, but if you want to try something different that's
- 8:29Speaker 2: kind of similar to this. Okay, So this is called
- 8:32Speaker 2: a le which is like lift the dead.
- 8:36Speaker 5: That when we're talking, it's going to be my answer.
- 8:42Speaker 3: It's like it means raise the dead.
- 8:45Speaker 2: So this is like a hangover dream and it's basically
- 8:49Speaker 2: the same thing. It's soda water. It's lime, but you
- 8:53Speaker 2: put a beer in it. Okay, So I usually put
- 8:57Speaker 2: Dulceqis in it, a right, And I know it's sounds
- 9:00Speaker 2: weird to put like soda water. I usually do a
- 9:03Speaker 2: Topo Chico though, so it's like better. I know it
- 9:06Speaker 2: sounds weird, but trust me, it's so good and it
- 9:09Speaker 2: is very refreshing and it really would like cure a
- 9:12Speaker 2: hangover for real. So that's like something that we do
- 9:15Speaker 2: at Long Branch and it is so good, Like I.
- 9:18Speaker 4: Need I need that, like I need I need a
- 9:20Speaker 4: good summer because y'all know me, like I'm beer and
- 9:23Speaker 4: like if I don't get a beer, I'm like Jameson,
- 9:26Speaker 4: like or Jameson, Yeah, I need, I need something.
- 9:29Speaker 6: I don't think there's any alcohol that's such a big
- 9:33Speaker 6: glow up. Then tequila in the last couple of.
- 9:35Speaker 7: Weeks, like the drink Shoes is describe and like y'all
- 9:39Speaker 7: had a Paloma very similar.
- 9:42Speaker 6: Yeah, just great fruit tequila line. But everybody tequila for
- 9:47Speaker 6: a long time was just like I don't know, like
- 9:48Speaker 6: that's that's makes you getting fights and makes you crazy,
- 9:53Speaker 6: a huge glow up. Yeah, everybody's drinking it. And if
- 9:55Speaker 6: you get the good ones, Like I don't know.
- 9:57Speaker 2: There's a little wine saws, I'm like a tequi saw me.
- 10:01Speaker 2: I'm like a tequila snob.
- 10:02Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 10:03Speaker 3: Yeah, there's a new one, newish called Lolo Tequila. That
- 10:07Speaker 3: one's really good.
- 10:08Speaker 2: Like if you're looking for a new tequila to try,
- 10:10Speaker 2: try Lolo, And I don't think it has gluten in it.
- 10:13Speaker 4: All I know Flynn like in college, big yaeger bomb
- 10:16Speaker 4: gab here.
- 10:20Speaker 6: Am I right?
- 10:22Speaker 5: Like I can't smell it anymore?
- 10:23Speaker 6: So I do like I can't either. I did the ranchwaters,
- 10:27Speaker 6: but little vodka, little soda high zero those are It's
- 10:34Speaker 6: actually a really good drink. I'm not just trying to
- 10:36Speaker 6: like pump it, but like it's solid. You can actually
- 10:39Speaker 6: do a gin as well. Brother, that's it with gin.
- 10:42Speaker 4: Uh.
- 10:42Speaker 6: One time we were at a military function and they
- 10:44Speaker 6: had like a little marathon where they do mimosas afterwards
- 10:48Speaker 6: and kind of like this fun like charitable uh half
- 10:52Speaker 6: marathons whatever it is. And afterwards we did we did
- 10:56Speaker 6: My High mimosas where we did champagne and we poured
- 10:59Speaker 6: orange my High and it was actually really.
- 11:05Speaker 2: Uh because it's like tequila and champagne for me, Like
- 11:09Speaker 2: those are my two alcohols that and too like a lot.
- 11:13Speaker 4: Like so my wife likes, you know, mimosas champagne right right.
- 11:19Speaker 5: But if you had My High orange, it doesn't take
- 11:21Speaker 5: a little boom, take a lot of God.
- 11:24Speaker 6: That bailed me out yesterday, that's all right, almost died yesterday,
- 11:28Speaker 6: I did. I was hallucinating.
- 11:33Speaker 4: Uh, but you made it you made. We got to
- 11:35Speaker 4: get to the least one more. Dear Delight, I.
- 11:37Speaker 3: Do have one more.
- 11:38Speaker 5: This song by this is a great song.
- 11:41Speaker 2: Okay, So I do have one more question that I
- 11:44Speaker 2: can answer. There's like other ones, but they're not ones
- 11:47Speaker 2: like I should answer on the air. This one, Oh,
- 11:52Speaker 2: it's a little inappropriate.
- 11:54Speaker 3: So this one.
- 11:55Speaker 2: Let me find it, Let me find it? Okay, Man,
- 11:59Speaker 2: I feel like a woman. And Shania Twain, the question is, wait,
- 12:05Speaker 2: why can't I find it?
- 12:05Speaker 3: Okay? Here it is, Dear Delandra.
- 12:07Speaker 2: Since getting married, I feel like I have lost my
- 12:10Speaker 2: man card? What can I do to regain it? So
- 12:12Speaker 2: he's like, man, I feel like a woman, right, all right,
- 12:15Speaker 2: So let me ask you this. Are you like just
- 12:19Speaker 2: hanging out with your wife or are you doing stuff
- 12:21Speaker 2: that you used to do before you were married? You know,
- 12:24Speaker 2: like maybe I feel like this happens to everybody, not
- 12:27Speaker 2: just men, but like or I don't really know because
- 12:29Speaker 2: I've never been married before, but I feel like maybe
- 12:31Speaker 2: you lose yourself a little bit because you're so like
- 12:33Speaker 2: with somebody all the time. Yes, yeah, yeah, Like there's
- 12:39Speaker 2: nothing wrong with that, but if you're feeling kind of like, man,
- 12:41Speaker 2: I don't feel as manly as I used to be.
- 12:45Speaker 3: Why don't you go do the things that used to
- 12:47Speaker 3: make you feel manly?
- 12:48Speaker 5: Okay?
- 12:48Speaker 2: You know, like and you tell your your wife, maybe
- 12:51Speaker 2: she doesn't want you to go do those things, but
- 12:53Speaker 2: you say, hey, you go have a girl's day.
- 12:55Speaker 3: I'm gonna go have a guy's day. We're gonna be
- 12:57Speaker 3: separate and we're gonna.
- 13:00Speaker 2: But what is it the distance makes the heart grow
- 13:04Speaker 2: fonder or whatever.
- 13:05Speaker 3: So like, y'all take a little.
- 13:06Speaker 2: Time, regroup, do your own thing. You go hang out
- 13:11Speaker 2: with your guys, have a little guy's day. Maybe go
- 13:14Speaker 2: mow the lawn.
- 13:14Speaker 4: Like just about to say, I think you shirt, rip
- 13:19Speaker 4: off the sleeves, put it on.
- 13:21Speaker 6: What a therapy session.
- 13:22Speaker 4: Go mow the lawn, Maybe get an axe, maybe chop
- 13:25Speaker 4: some wood. Yeah, summertime.
- 13:27Speaker 7: But so wait, he's saying that since he's been married,
- 13:30Speaker 7: he lost his man CARDI wants it back.
- 13:32Speaker 6: Yeah, get divorced, okay, Delandra, Like.
- 13:38Speaker 3: I would rather people like me personally. I don't really
- 13:42Speaker 3: believe in that kind of like trying to keep Yeah,
- 13:45Speaker 3: I don't think.
- 13:46Speaker 2: That you should break up a home. But uh, that's
- 13:50Speaker 2: not a bad that's not a bad play. If you
- 13:52Speaker 2: don't care about divorce.
- 13:53Speaker 4: That's to your point, Like for a laundry, Just go
- 13:56Speaker 4: do the things that used to make you feel manly.
- 13:58Speaker 5: Yeah, whatever that was, you don't know it, Like, I
- 14:01Speaker 5: don't know.
- 14:02Speaker 6: I got like mobile axe, throw in place, barbecue.
- 14:05Speaker 3: Maybe go to Goodwood if you like.
- 14:08Speaker 5: Yeah, it feels like probably the place.
- 14:09Speaker 3: Get you some testosterone. What way do they? Yeah, make
- 14:13Speaker 3: beef okay, yeah, make.
- 14:15Speaker 6: Some beef jerky with the door open. We've literally never
- 14:20Speaker 6: done any We've literally never do it.
- 14:24Speaker 3: Daniel Basham says, get yourself a side piece.
- 14:26Speaker 2: Yeah, maybe take her to a cold Play concert, like cold.
- 14:31Speaker 3: Plays very manly.
- 14:32Speaker 5: No, well, I mean forty old virgin to make fun
- 14:35Speaker 5: of cold Play. You know in that movie. I like
- 14:37Speaker 5: cold Play.
- 14:38Speaker 3: I know like three cold Play songs.
- 14:39Speaker 5: Scientists is good.
- 14:40Speaker 2: The Scientists yellow and uh ba ba LaVita is that?
- 14:46Speaker 3: I don't know?
- 14:47Speaker 6: Sky full of Stars.
- 14:49Speaker 5: Yeah, you only know that because of scene.
- 14:52Speaker 7: Yeah, man, here you go, Jake Tristan, you want to
- 14:56Speaker 7: feel like a man, go poop on Hester's car.
- 15:00Speaker 5: You weren't here for that either, were you.
- 15:01Speaker 6: Now that was right before he stood it.
- 15:03Speaker 5: Well, my car got literally it.
- 15:05Speaker 6: Was her weekend. It was the tweet er before.
- 15:09Speaker 5: Me get mad at somebody like keeping on my hood
- 15:11Speaker 5: of my car.
- 15:12Speaker 4: That's still so wild. I wonder if they got still employed.
- 15:17Speaker 4: Probably so yeah, probably. I hope you didn't get fired.
- 15:20Speaker 4: Like look, I mean, yeah, you cooped in my car, like,
- 15:24Speaker 4: let's come talk about it. But like, I'm not trying
- 15:26Speaker 4: to have you out here on the streets, although you
- 15:28Speaker 4: are barbaric already, so I.
- 15:30Speaker 5: Don't I don't really know. Well done, Alandra.
- 15:33Speaker 4: I always look forward to that every single Wednesday, Dear Delandra,
- 15:37Speaker 4: So keep those questions coming.
- 15:39Speaker 5: We also a little bit later on we do have

- 17:32Speaker 8: Rady all right, welk back in O TV.
- 17:46Speaker 5: If it's not cycling that Flynn wants to talk about.
- 17:49Speaker 5: It's golf.
- 17:50Speaker 4: So here's here's the floor, Sarah tell us about some
- 17:54Speaker 4: golf facts that you just can't wait to tell us about.
- 17:57Speaker 6: We're talking about, Hey, what do we got? What do
- 17:58Speaker 6: we want to talk about next segment? Like we ever
- 18:00Speaker 6: really like schedule this out, Like, well, there's some interesting
- 18:04Speaker 6: things that you know, popped up in the golf scene
- 18:07Speaker 6: that I'd like to talk about it And one kind
- 18:09Speaker 6: of relates to Louisiana a little bit. I saw something
- 18:12Speaker 6: come across, so I started doing a little research on
- 18:14Speaker 6: Its shocking that, you know, cause Scottie Shffler number one
- 18:18Speaker 6: player in the world. He's been the number one player
- 18:21Speaker 6: in the world for like one hundred and forty seven
- 18:23Speaker 6: weeks or something like that in his career. It's had
- 18:26Speaker 6: another incredible season last season in twenty twenty four, and
- 18:30Speaker 6: he made almost almost sixty million dollars in earnings on
- 18:33Speaker 6: the PGA Tour. This year kind of on the same trajectory,
- 18:37Speaker 6: He's won two major championships. I believe he's he's won
- 18:42Speaker 6: four total tournaments four or five four PGA wins this season.
- 18:48Speaker 6: But I was looking there was a shocking stat so
- 18:51Speaker 6: of course he has a caddy that helps get him
- 18:54Speaker 6: around the course.
- 18:55Speaker 5: They often do so.
- 18:56Speaker 6: Ted Scott from Louisiana, Okayafyette Area shout out Ted Ted.
- 19:01Speaker 6: Twenty twenty five. Earnings for Ted Scott Scottie Shuffler's caddy
- 19:05Speaker 6: one point ninety two million this year so far. The
- 19:10Speaker 6: PGA Tour average earnings of players one point seventy three million.
- 19:17Speaker 6: So the caddy of the greatest player in the world
- 19:21Speaker 6: has made two hundred thousand dollars more than the average
- 19:24Speaker 6: PGA golfer on tour this season.
- 19:28Speaker 4: I'm not saying that it's not hard. I think it
- 19:30Speaker 4: really is. Like you're you're carrying the bag. There's a
- 19:34Speaker 4: mental aspect and it's more mental and physical.
- 19:36Speaker 5: Right, it's a lot of work I do.
- 19:38Speaker 4: I do that man has made more this year than
- 19:43Speaker 4: I made in my highest grossing year in the NFL
- 19:46Speaker 4: after hitting all my incentives.
- 19:47Speaker 6: So caddying is a very important job. Of course, we
- 19:50Speaker 6: all know Jan.
- 19:51Speaker 4: Ray Lewis and Patrick Willis and this man's carrying a
- 19:53Speaker 4: bag's better at his job.
- 19:56Speaker 6: Than you are.
- 19:57Speaker 2: Cad do they really caddy Shuck Evans Scholar, If you're.
- 20:01Speaker 3: Like that's real, Jeff.
- 20:04Speaker 6: Yeah, So the normal caddy on the PGA tour makes
- 20:07Speaker 6: ten percent of earnings. So whatever the player gets, it
- 20:10Speaker 6: gets ten percent. That's how they make that. It's a
- 20:12Speaker 6: full time job. It's not like they're a you know,
- 20:14Speaker 6: a policeman.
- 20:16Speaker 5: On the side or you know, kind of NFL law exactly.
- 20:20Speaker 6: It's not like that. That's this is their full time job.
- 20:22Speaker 6: They put in more hours than the player does. Like
- 20:25Speaker 6: like it's a it's a big deal. But like if
- 20:27Speaker 6: the average store players make it one point seven three million,
- 20:29Speaker 6: that means the caddy's making one hundred and seventy three
- 20:31Speaker 6: thousand earnings in a year whatever. So right, but this guy,
- 20:36Speaker 6: he's one point ninety two million. Do you want to
- 20:39Speaker 6: know how much Ted Ted made Scotti Scheffer's Catty made
- 20:43Speaker 6: in twenty twenty four, No, I don't. I'll give you
- 20:46Speaker 6: a guest. It's a lot because he got And I
- 20:48Speaker 6: don't want you to guess, Taylor because you probably know it.
- 20:50Speaker 5: I don't. I don't care, like it's gonna make me
- 20:52Speaker 5: mad either way, So go ahead.
- 20:53Speaker 6: And twenty twenty four, Ted Scott, who's in a native
- 20:58Speaker 6: made five point five million dollars.
- 21:00Speaker 3: That's insane.
- 21:02Speaker 2: Yeah no, that makes me like actually kind of mad.
- 21:10Speaker 6: Ten percent of Scottie Scheffler's earnings.
- 21:13Speaker 3: So you made five hundred million dollars or fifty million.
- 21:16Speaker 6: Yeah, he made almost sixty million dollars. So here, let's see,
- 21:20Speaker 6: I got.
- 21:20Speaker 5: It really dumb, Hey you fixed it?
- 21:24Speaker 6: Million you got We're not evenna talk about That'll do
- 21:28Speaker 6: so zero yep, So he got Let's see, this is
- 21:33Speaker 6: we weighed twenty nine point two million, like official tour
- 21:36Speaker 6: prize money winning the FedEx Cup bonus at the end
- 21:39Speaker 6: the FedEx is like a three or four tournament. You
- 21:41Speaker 6: get twenty five million for that, so that's like bonus.
- 21:44Speaker 6: Then a top a top ten bonus from like sponsors,
- 21:48Speaker 6: eight million, hero World like all these different things. It
- 21:51Speaker 6: added up to almost sixty million dollars. And of course
- 21:53Speaker 6: your caddy. These aren't just like closed deal. This is
- 21:56Speaker 6: like play yeah again bonuses from play. So yeah, Caddy
- 22:00Speaker 6: made five point five million.
- 22:02Speaker 5: Wow.
- 22:02Speaker 6: I think that puts him like in the top fifteen
- 22:05Speaker 6: earnings of all the DGA players.
- 22:06Speaker 3: I'm going to be the best caddie ever.
- 22:09Speaker 6: Right.
- 22:10Speaker 7: That's the thing though, Like you're talking about the county
- 22:11Speaker 7: making five million, I'm like just imagine Scotty.
- 22:13Speaker 6: Well, I think he spent so Tess got spent uh,
- 22:16Speaker 6: I think at least ten years on Bubba Watson's bag
- 22:19Speaker 6: for a long time. Forty got so like these are
- 22:21Speaker 6: professional like, so he's on Bubba Watson's bag for a
- 22:23Speaker 6: while then never made nearly like Bubble wat. He want
- 22:26Speaker 6: two majors, and yeah, two masters, I believe, and uh
- 22:30Speaker 6: did well for himself, but in this historic year. But
- 22:33Speaker 6: Scotty Scheffler is doing historical things. But you kind of
- 22:38Speaker 6: poop it a couple of weeks ago on Tiger Woods.
- 22:39Speaker 6: Gonna give you one little stat here. Scotty Scheffler has
- 22:43Speaker 6: been number one for I think one hundred and forty
- 22:46Speaker 6: seven weeks Tiger Woods in his career was number one
- 22:49Speaker 6: in the world for six hundred and eighty three weeks.
- 22:52Speaker 6: Pretty good, pretty deep.
- 22:54Speaker 5: I mean majors? Should does Scotti have?
- 22:57Speaker 6: Now has four? He's got four?
- 22:59Speaker 7: Okayour Masters, the Open and the Players Championship.
- 23:02Speaker 4: He's got so what Tiger's in the high teens, right,
- 23:06Speaker 4: I believe Tigers fifteen sixteen.
- 23:10Speaker 6: Scott eighteen, he can tire. I got all these things,
- 23:13Speaker 6: but Chad GBT gave me so much info. Sorry, bro,
- 23:19Speaker 6: just give me a little bit. Tiger Woods at thirty
- 23:21Speaker 6: nine PGA Tour wins at the age of twenty eight,
- 23:24Speaker 6: Scotti Schefler has fourteen at the age of twenty eight.
- 23:27Speaker 6: Tiger Woods at eight major wins at the age of
- 23:29Speaker 6: twenty eight, Scotty Schefflers has four. Okay, let's see world
- 23:35Speaker 6: World number one weeks by the age twenty eight. Tiger
- 23:38Speaker 6: had two hundred and sixty four weeks at number one.
- 23:40Speaker 6: Scotty's had around ninety.
- 23:42Speaker 2: Yeah, Tiger Woods is basically like Nolan Ryan, where nobody's
- 23:47Speaker 2: going to catch up to his.
- 23:48Speaker 6: Well, Scotty's got the best off from a major standpoint. Yeah,
- 23:51Speaker 6: Pacher wise, Tiger's actually second. Nicholas Tiger does have fift.
- 23:56Speaker 7: I don't know anything about Nicholas is eighteen, but uh,
- 23:59Speaker 7: I don't know enough.
- 24:01Speaker 6: Chad GBT gave you this one.
- 24:02Speaker 7: I mentioned it on Monday, and we're doing weekend winners.
- 24:05Speaker 7: So from Tiger's first major to his fourth was eleven
- 24:09Speaker 7: hundred and ninety seven days, Scotti Scheffler's first major to
- 24:15Speaker 7: his fourth was eleven hundred and ninety seven days.
- 24:17Speaker 6: I saw a couple of those and the comparisons aren't
- 24:20Speaker 6: gonna go away. They're never or they shouldn't because what
- 24:24Speaker 6: he's doing is not Like if you look, do I
- 24:26Speaker 6: want I want the comparison, so for sure, Yeah, of
- 24:28Speaker 6: course you do Ryder Cup team rankings, so you get
- 24:33Speaker 6: points throughout the year. Scotty is thirty two twenty points
- 24:37Speaker 6: in the Ryder Cup for this season. The second place
- 24:40Speaker 6: person thirteen thousand, so almost three times more points than
- 24:44Speaker 6: the second.
- 24:45Speaker 5: You can go ahead and cash that check.
- 24:47Speaker 6: Yeah he's gonna yeah, I think he'll be there. But
- 24:49Speaker 6: it's uh truly kind of like a historical run, like
- 24:54Speaker 6: the comparison stats, Like there's a lot more better players
- 24:57Speaker 6: now than there certainly was when Tiger was playing, and
- 25:00Speaker 6: I think we could probably everyone would agree that. Maybe
- 25:03Speaker 6: some old heads would argue, but I think the field
- 25:06Speaker 6: is a lot deeper, and so to dominate like he
- 25:08Speaker 6: is is might be more impressive. Like those stats that
- 25:12Speaker 6: Tiger has will never I mean, those will never be
- 25:14Speaker 6: beaten except for the major champion of Scotty. I mean,
- 25:17Speaker 6: if he kept his momentum going and like his work ethic,
- 25:21Speaker 6: he could win as many as he wants to. It's
- 25:24Speaker 6: it's pretty remarkable.
- 25:26Speaker 5: All this segment has done has made me incredibly sad.
- 25:29Speaker 6: Five point five million.
- 25:30Speaker 3: That made so much money.
- 25:32Speaker 4: This man made more carrying a bag last year than
- 25:34Speaker 4: I made my entire six year.
- 25:35Speaker 3: NFL career, probably more than I'll ever make in my life.
- 25:38Speaker 6: And guess what he's gonna go back If Scotty wins
- 25:40Speaker 6: the FedEx Cup, he'll go back to back five plus
- 25:44Speaker 6: cool great cool coo cool co co coo cool.
- 25:49Speaker 9: But he can read them greens be a good enough
- 25:52Speaker 9: caddy to be paired with an elite golfer. But he
- 25:56Speaker 9: got paired with him too before he was like Scotty Scheffler, right, Yeah,
- 26:02Speaker 9: I remember that he was this golfer with bad footwork
- 26:04Speaker 9: and like looked like.
- 26:05Speaker 4: I remember we went to the You and I went
- 26:07Speaker 4: to the zero in appearance one year, I don't remember
- 26:09Speaker 4: what year that was, and we stopped because Bubba Watson
- 26:12Speaker 4: was hitting a shot and it's kind of like a
- 26:15Speaker 4: shot went off. Yeah, it's so different. I mean that
- 26:18Speaker 4: the ball like just was like online drive, like right
- 26:23Speaker 4: to the green. I was like, yeah, okay, I get it.
- 26:26Speaker 6: Yeah, it's just different. It's professional golfers. There's a lot
- 26:32Speaker 6: of good golfers. That's the thing that golfer's popular sport.
- 26:34Speaker 6: There's a lot of really good golfers out there that
- 26:36Speaker 6: are amateurs, like man if I just practiced for a
- 26:38Speaker 6: couple you know, Poto, you know, played in college.
- 26:41Speaker 5: Whatever.
- 26:42Speaker 6: Nah, those dudes are just different. They are they are
- 26:45Speaker 6: Jacob don't think they're athletes. So whatever. Anyway, shout out
- 26:49Speaker 6: to Ted Scott, give a shout out to Louisiana people.
- 26:54Speaker 5: Well, and the two big paychecks. All right, we'll take
- 26:58Speaker 5: a break more OTB when we come back. One of
- 26:59Speaker 5: four or five.

- 28:28Speaker 1: listening to off the Bench?
- 28:38Speaker 6: Were you about to bring us in from like this
- 28:41Speaker 6: a big moment for you. I just saidn't know if
- 28:43Speaker 6: you know I needed to?
- 28:44Speaker 4: Yeah, well, I just I had a little fomo. You
- 28:46Speaker 4: retired earlier in the show all he's great to retiring.
- 28:50Speaker 4: So I thought maybe i'd let's just make this a
- 28:52Speaker 4: historical day. Okay, well, this is going to be a
- 28:54Speaker 4: moment where it's like, where were you when retired people,
- 29:02Speaker 4: Philip Rivers, not Jimmy Graham, Where were you when Hester
- 29:05Speaker 4: and Flynn retired?
- 29:06Speaker 1: So?
- 29:07Speaker 5: Are you ready to deflate the I think so? I
- 29:09Speaker 5: think I'm ready to deflate the balls.
- 29:11Speaker 6: Hang up the cleats and hang up the cleats in
- 29:13Speaker 6: the neck roll and hang up the neckro Let your
- 29:17Speaker 6: brain heal from all the bruises. Uh.
- 29:21Speaker 4: So, Yeah, I didn't want fun to be the only
- 29:22Speaker 4: one that had a little fun here, and you know,
- 29:24Speaker 4: had closure, so I also read a little something here.
- 29:27Speaker 5: I got another breaking news.
- 29:30Speaker 4: Uh, to everyone who's ever supported me some music from
- 29:33Speaker 4: evangel Christian to LSU, to San Diego, Denver and beyond.
- 29:38Speaker 4: Today I officially say goodbye to the NFL, not just
- 29:41Speaker 4: as a league, but as a chapter that shaped who
- 29:44Speaker 4: I am. It's been years since I last buckled a
- 29:47Speaker 4: chintz strap in a game, but I've never taken the
- 29:51Speaker 4: time to truly say this.
- 29:53Speaker 5: I'm retiring from professional football.
- 29:56Speaker 4: Six seasons, hundreds of practices, dozens of t teammates who
- 30:00Speaker 4: became brothers.
- 30:02Speaker 5: I was never the.
- 30:02Speaker 4: Biggest, the fastest, or the flashiest, But I was always
- 30:07Speaker 4: proud to be the guy who did the dirty work,
- 30:10Speaker 4: the guy who blocked so others could shine, the guy
- 30:14Speaker 4: who could carry it on fourth and one. It would
- 30:17Speaker 4: fight for every inch. To the chargers in Broncos organizations,
- 30:22Speaker 4: thank you for believing in a fullback from LSU who
- 30:25Speaker 4: ran angry and played with joy. To every coach who
- 30:29Speaker 4: challenged me, every teammate who trusted me, every fan who
- 30:31Speaker 4: cheered or tailgated or argued my stat line, thank you
- 30:35Speaker 4: you made this journey what it was. To LSU, where
- 30:39Speaker 4: I earned my degree, captain of National Championship team and
- 30:43Speaker 4: war number eighteen with pride.
- 30:45Speaker 5: Thank you for giving a Louisiana kid a dream and
- 30:47Speaker 5: a platform.
- 30:49Speaker 4: I still carry those lessons with me every day on
- 30:52Speaker 4: the mic in life, especially when I remind people what
- 30:56Speaker 4: real SEC football looks like. To my family, my wife,
- 31:00Speaker 4: my kids, my parents, you sacrifice right alongside me, from
- 31:05Speaker 4: late flights to training camp. You never stop showing up.
- 31:09Speaker 4: I owe you every ounce of this career to your
- 31:14Speaker 4: love and your belief, and finally to the game. Thank
- 31:19Speaker 4: you from every bruise, every win, every loss, even in
- 31:24Speaker 4: triple overtime, every locker room story, every lesson and toughness,
- 31:28Speaker 4: sacrifice and humility.
- 31:30Speaker 6: You were worth it.
- 31:32Speaker 4: I'm no longer chasing first downs, even on fourth down,
- 31:36Speaker 4: but I always chase greatness, whether it's on radio, in
- 31:40Speaker 4: the community, or in raising my children.
- 31:43Speaker 5: I'm still wearing the helmet and the neck role, just
- 31:47Speaker 5: in a different arena.
- 31:48Speaker 6: Now.
- 31:49Speaker 5: So this is it, officially, finally and with a full heart.
- 31:54Speaker 4: I'm hanging them up, my cleats, I'm putting the shoulder
- 31:57Speaker 4: pads up, I'm untying the next roll, and I'm done.
- 32:02Speaker 4: And I'm damn proud of the road they got me
- 32:04Speaker 4: here with gratitude number eighteen.
- 32:09Speaker 6: Come the hug, Congrats, Congrats in the career.
- 32:17Speaker 5: We're done, beautiful, not on radio, We're here for a
- 32:21Speaker 5: long time.
- 32:23Speaker 6: Onions up in here, man, that was beautiful.
- 32:26Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 32:27Speaker 6: I do love.
- 32:29Speaker 3: Chat GPT roasting, y'all.
- 32:31Speaker 5: It's roast so hard. Did Chat GPT really need to
- 32:38Speaker 5: shine that? Let other shy, not the fastest, not the biggest,
- 32:44Speaker 5: not the flashiest.
- 32:45Speaker 4: If I had a dollar, if I had a dollar
- 32:47Speaker 4: for every time I heard that I would have Scottie
- 32:49Speaker 4: Scheffler's caddy money.
- 32:55Speaker 6: Ai. It's fretty. AI is learning, it's funny, it's like,
- 33:00Speaker 6: you know, humor, sense of humor. That's kind of like
- 33:02Speaker 6: kind of an emotion.
- 33:03Speaker 5: Yeah, I don't like that.
- 33:05Speaker 3: It's getting more and more sensive more.
- 33:07Speaker 6: Yeah, I know.
- 33:09Speaker 5: Daniel said, what's next, Taylor going to retire? The shower shot.
- 33:14Speaker 6: Ain't happening. Don't make him cry emotional enough day, Okay,
- 33:20Speaker 6: that's a big day. Yes, thank you OTB family for
- 33:24Speaker 6: being here.
- 33:25Speaker 3: Of course, this is the fox Hole. We're the worst pack.
- 33:29Speaker 6: I couldn't think of a better guy to stand next
- 33:31Speaker 6: to and retire with. Same day.
- 33:33Speaker 4: Yeah, Also, like, I don't like how chat gpt through that.
- 33:40Speaker 4: I know, it's been a long time since I've buckled.
- 33:42Speaker 5: A chintz strap.
- 33:44Speaker 3: It's been a long time.
- 33:46Speaker 5: Hasn't been a decade. Maybe maybe it has. But we
- 33:50Speaker 5: all come to retirement at a different time, even if
- 33:55Speaker 5: we're done.
- 33:55Speaker 6: Sometimes mentally it takes a while to get there.
- 33:57Speaker 4: Yeah, we worked our whole life to get to that
- 33:59Speaker 4: point only to see a caddy make more than our
- 34:02Speaker 4: career earnings, or at least for me, not you would certainly.
- 34:06Speaker 6: Be freaking caddies. Oh my gosh, it's.
- 34:12Speaker 5: A big day.
- 34:13Speaker 6: This is a big day.
- 34:16Speaker 5: Does this reset our Hall of Fame clocks?
- 34:20Speaker 6: Five years from now?
- 34:21Speaker 4: Five years years from now will be again in the
- 34:23Speaker 4: Hall of Fame game Chargers Packers.
- 34:29Speaker 6: Twenty thirty, twenty thirty Hall of Fame game. We're calling
- 34:34Speaker 6: it here.
- 34:35Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, I do feel like all jokes aside. I
- 34:41Speaker 4: do feel like you're gonna have a lot of teammates. Yeah,
- 34:45Speaker 4: from the Green Bay eeric y'all want a lot of games.
- 34:47Speaker 4: Y'all won titles Aaron for sure.
- 34:50Speaker 6: Yeah, I've been to multiple like in Ductor like, no,

- 35:00Speaker 5: we have a big bolts didn't have that. I don't know.
- 35:06Speaker 5: But if I am sad that.
- 35:09Speaker 4: So I was going to go to Campton to work
- 35:13Speaker 4: for NFL Radio because Gates is getting in the Hall
- 35:16Speaker 4: of Fame, but I got reassigned to the Saints strength camp.
- 35:22Speaker 3: Oh Man, talk about a down Graide, I would be angry.
- 35:29Speaker 4: It's pretty upset. I don't know, dude, there's certain obviously
- 35:31Speaker 4: very it's cool to go do the Saints Campbell. It's
- 35:33Speaker 4: not even the Saints. It's just like that was my teammate.
- 35:36Speaker 4: I had that assignment, like that was gonna be it. Yeah,
- 35:39Speaker 4: But like logistics, it just makes sense for you to
- 35:41Speaker 4: go to New Orleans.
- 35:42Speaker 6: And there's some things like you just don't miss though, Dude,
- 35:45Speaker 6: I know, like you should probably rethink that there's things
- 35:47Speaker 6: that you can't do twice.
- 35:50Speaker 5: That's one of them.
- 35:51Speaker 6: Saints pep camp next year. They'll still be having camp
- 35:54Speaker 6: after Vegas done.
- 35:55Speaker 4: And I already missed. I missed LTS. I forget what
- 35:59Speaker 4: whatever was going going on life. When Philip gets in,
- 36:03Speaker 4: I'm going like, and if Sprolls gets in, I'm going,
- 36:07Speaker 4: all right, it's.
- 36:08Speaker 5: Just like what I got.
- 36:09Speaker 3: Hall of Fame, NFL both like he said NFL.
- 36:13Speaker 4: Yeah, because I was like, we do NFL radio, we
- 36:16Speaker 4: do shows like you know, Live from Canton.
- 36:18Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 36:18Speaker 5: Uh, the Sheriff's already gotten in. Missed that one too, because.
- 36:22Speaker 7: I swear if the twenty thirty Hall of Fame game
- 36:25Speaker 7: is Chargers Packers.
- 36:26Speaker 6: And like, did these two s obs get in?
- 36:29Speaker 5: Yeah, they make it happen.
- 36:31Speaker 4: Buddy, I'm not in my high school Hall of Fame,
- 36:33Speaker 4: which is which is like wild, I'm not in the
- 36:36Speaker 4: Louisiana High School.
- 36:37Speaker 5: Hall of Fame, so I mean making of the Year
- 36:41Speaker 5: in five A Okay, okay, I don't.
- 36:45Speaker 7: Argue you had the best NFL career of anybody at
- 36:47Speaker 7: your high school.
- 36:49Speaker 5: I don't you know.
- 36:51Speaker 6: Is that an argument, don't. I don't think it is.
- 36:54Speaker 6: We talked about that, like when we were making fun of.
- 36:59Speaker 5: Are you in the Tyler Lee Hall of Fame?
- 37:01Speaker 6: No, we don't have one of those. There isn't East
- 37:06Speaker 6: What is it in East Texas football? I think? I am,
- 37:11Speaker 6: Oh you are. There's a Tyler. There's a Tyler Sports.
- 37:16Speaker 5: I think probably in that one too.
- 37:19Speaker 6: You know, I mean people ain't making honorable mention every
- 37:22Speaker 6: single day, you know what I mean?
- 37:24Speaker 5: Yeah? First, sorry? You know what, as long as we're
- 37:29Speaker 5: in the Hall of fame to our listeners, hearts, so
- 37:32Speaker 5: it really matters.
- 37:33Speaker 3: I think O TV is in the Hall of Fame.
- 37:35Speaker 5: We're close. We're number seven. Once we get in the
- 37:37Speaker 5: top five, we'll.
- 37:38Speaker 2: Be which reminds me. I don't love how friendly y'all
- 37:42Speaker 2: were with Cole when y'all were at.
- 37:45Speaker 3: SEC media days.
- 37:46Speaker 6: Oh they didn't give him a chair. In fairness, he
- 37:48Speaker 6: didn't want one, he offered. He tried to out.
- 37:52Speaker 5: He did kind of roll up on us. They got
- 37:54Speaker 5: of nowhere. I just kind of between we caught him
- 37:58Speaker 5: a bully.
- 37:58Speaker 6: Caught him a bully.
- 38:00Speaker 4: Well we weally like we didn't say he had like
- 38:03Speaker 4: he had the perfect spot. So we were in that
- 38:05Speaker 4: spot last time. It was in Atlanta, and it's like
- 38:07Speaker 4: the perfect because everybody's got to kind of walk around
- 38:09Speaker 4: the bend right there and we we had a good spot,
- 38:11Speaker 4: but it wasn't as good as we had last time.
- 38:13Speaker 4: They had our spot and he could just hey, you
- 38:16Speaker 4: don't sit down.
- 38:19Speaker 6: Right. They got everybody big ass do with the ball.
- 38:21Speaker 6: It looked like a security guard and he was.
- 38:24Speaker 2: He didn't even ask I see a big ball, dude,
- 38:27Speaker 2: And yeah, I think that's.
- 38:28Speaker 3: A security guard.
- 38:29Speaker 6: When like you tell him to that, you know what,
- 38:31Speaker 6: I guess This is where I guess.
- 38:33Speaker 5: I said, So that that show is Col and Greg. Yeah.
- 38:37Speaker 4: I saw Greg like a third of the time that
- 38:39Speaker 4: I saw Cole working. Yeah, I'll give it to Col.
- 38:42Speaker 6: He was He was the like even not on his
- 38:45Speaker 6: show like he was doing live stream, he was. I
- 38:48Speaker 6: think he launched like three other shows that he was there, just.
- 38:51Speaker 5: Like he recorded stuff. I never saw anything that Cole
- 38:55Speaker 5: was doing colework.
- 38:56Speaker 3: So Macro is your number one sports radio.
- 39:00Speaker 4: Cole was downstairs a little bit. I'm not Greg Wastairs.
- 39:04Speaker 4: I could have gone and done it on this stuff too.
