- 0:27Speaker 2: It is time believe your worries outside and laugh with
- 0:32Speaker 2: us inside the Treehouse. I'm Dan O'Malley along with Trey
- 0:35Speaker 2: Trenholm and Rebecca Black on today's show time permitting phase
- 0:44Speaker 2: two of the completely Wild Chase executive harassment story. And
- 0:51Speaker 2: I know this is going to be Trey's favorite today
- 0:55Speaker 2: crocodile fishing, but I think it's important that we start
- 1:01Speaker 2: with some of the biggest news of the day of
- 1:03Speaker 2: the week, and that is the sad demise of Spirit Airlines.
- 1:10Speaker 2: Now since our first show this week where Trey and
- 1:13Speaker 2: I lamented our dearly beloved Spirit Airlines, where look, we
- 1:20Speaker 2: were a fan of the Bear Fair, we were a
- 1:22Speaker 2: fan of being royalty on Spirit Royalty versus versus cargo
- 1:33Speaker 2: on Delta. Rebecca, have you ever flown Spirit Airlines?
- 1:36Speaker 3: Yes, I have, and I am a firm believer in
- 1:39Speaker 3: everybody loves Spirit Airlines until they have a bad experience.
- 1:43Speaker 3: So that means that neither of you have ever had
- 1:45Speaker 3: a bad experience on Spirit Airlines?
- 1:47Speaker 2: Not true? What? Not true? I've had bad experiences with
- 1:51Speaker 2: Spirit Airlines. But when you set the bar so freaking low,
- 1:55Speaker 2: that's a good point. You're like, well, I'm getting what
- 1:59Speaker 2: I pay for, you know. But truth be told. The
- 2:02Speaker 2: reason why my wife and I started, you know, flying
- 2:04Speaker 2: Spirit Airlines mainly from Texas to the Virgin Islands because
- 2:08Speaker 2: that's the one route that we trusted Spirit more than
- 2:11Speaker 2: anybody anywhere else. Flying around the States, Spirit was kind
- 2:16Speaker 2: of like with everybody else, it's gonna be fifty to fifty,
- 2:19Speaker 2: but overall had a pretty good experience flying Spirit. Other
- 2:26Speaker 2: airlines look, cell phone provider, cable company, airline. These are
- 2:33Speaker 2: all places to where the companies that run the shows
- 2:39Speaker 2: are mostly not loved. No, and everyone's got bad experience
- 2:45Speaker 2: on just about every airline. There are very few exceptions.
- 2:50Speaker 2: Same thing with you know, satellite TV providers, cell phone providers,
- 2:55Speaker 2: all that kind of stuff, like you love t Mobile
- 2:57Speaker 2: right now because you hated Verizon, or you're okay with
- 2:59Speaker 2: the Verizon right now out because AT and D did
- 3:01Speaker 2: something to piss you'all. Yeah, but I had told Trey
- 3:06Speaker 2: a while back that when you fly Spirit Airlines, you
- 3:08Speaker 2: can buy one of those big front seats mm hmm,
- 3:13Speaker 2: and you will feel like royalty on Spirit Airlines for
- 3:17Speaker 2: about the same price, sometimes less, maybe just a little
- 3:22Speaker 2: bit more than the cheap economy on all the mainstream airlines.
- 3:28Speaker 2: And at least with Spirit, I always knew what I
- 3:31Speaker 2: was gonna get. Like, if you want Wi Fi, You're
- 3:33Speaker 2: gonna pay for it, that's the way most sure. Now,
- 3:35Speaker 2: if I want to watch a movie, I'm gonna have
- 3:37Speaker 2: to watch that from my phone that I've already downloaded
- 3:40Speaker 2: right on American sometimes they'll have the little screen in
- 3:44Speaker 2: front that you can plug in and watch their stuff.
- 3:46Speaker 4: Dude, that's money when you get one of those.
- 3:49Speaker 2: But that's the problems, that's luck.
- 3:51Speaker 4: Yeah, you're right on every.
- 3:53Speaker 2: Spirit plan, there is no question you will not have
- 3:56Speaker 2: a screen in front of you, so you can accordingly right.
- 3:59Speaker 4: Correct, You are correct.
- 4:00Speaker 3: My issue though, with Spirit is that it's literally always
- 4:03Speaker 3: late I never left on time ever, so for me,
- 4:07Speaker 3: it was worth paying like the you know, two hundred
- 4:09Speaker 3: extra bucks just to get to my destination on time,
- 4:12Speaker 3: because I don't like wasting time on vacation and sitting at.
- 4:15Speaker 4: The airport for eight hours, that's wasting time.
- 4:18Speaker 2: I get that.
- 4:19Speaker 1: I never I think I had one flight on Spirit
- 4:24Speaker 1: that was late. Yeah, and and and and it wasn't.
- 4:27Speaker 1: As is, most of the time, as much as we
- 4:29Speaker 1: love to bitch about the airlines, most delays are a
- 4:34Speaker 1: subject most of the time are subject of weather.
- 4:37Speaker 2: Oh, I was gonna I was really hoping you were
- 4:40Speaker 2: going to say, people, well, I've been through late flight
- 4:45Speaker 2: on stairs is because as slow as people are taking
- 4:48Speaker 2: their time getting on the plane.
- 4:49Speaker 1: Well, the other thing, no one realizes that flight crews
- 4:54Speaker 1: have x amount of time they can operate right, delay
- 4:58Speaker 1: or not, it doesn't matter. And so once you have
- 5:02Speaker 1: one delay, you kick in a series of events which
- 5:04Speaker 1: a lot of times, let's say two legs later, where
- 5:08Speaker 1: normally that crew would go on for the final leg,
- 5:11Speaker 1: they have to switch out because they've reached their maximum
- 5:14Speaker 1: amount of time. And so as much as we love
- 5:18Speaker 1: to bitch about airlines, like I said, most of the time,
- 5:21Speaker 1: not their fault, but I guess Spirit was one of them.
- 5:24Speaker 1: You knew, like you said, you knew exactly what you
- 5:26Speaker 1: were getting, and it's kind of like you could be
- 5:29Speaker 1: the big fish in the little pond. You pay for
- 5:32Speaker 1: the big comfany front seat. You know, it's like a
- 5:37Speaker 1: I would say, like a business class seat, and so
- 5:41Speaker 1: you have plenty of room, leg room, arm room, whatever
- 5:46Speaker 1: you got. If you were in that first two or
- 5:49Speaker 1: three roads where you had the big seats, you got,
- 5:51Speaker 1: you got good service, yeah, uh, whatever you want.
- 5:55Speaker 3: You're the big dog on the plane exactly.
- 5:59Speaker 2: And if you were a extra cash yeah, and if
- 6:01Speaker 2: you were a good boy, sometimes a pilot will let
- 6:03Speaker 2: you fly on his left.
- 6:05Speaker 4: Did he give you some wings to wear too?
- 6:07Speaker 5: You shared it.
- 6:10Speaker 2: So since the demise of Spirit Airlines, there's been a
- 6:14Speaker 2: lot of chatter about it. Obviously some people waxing poetic.
- 6:17Speaker 2: I guess like us about you know, no, goodbye to
- 6:20Speaker 2: the Spirit. But the biggest, the biggest viral response to
- 6:28Speaker 2: Spirit Airlines going out of business is a YouTuber who
- 6:32Speaker 2: has come up with a grand idea to buy the airline.
- 6:38Speaker 1: Genius idea.
- 6:39Speaker 6: Spirit Airlines just from bankrupt right, I'm the guy that
- 6:41Speaker 6: flew Spirit Airlines for twenty four hours straight.
- 6:43Speaker 7: There's more than two hundred and fifteen million individuals over
- 6:46Speaker 7: the age of eighteen in the United States. Now, if
- 6:49Speaker 7: we took only twenty percent of them and paid basically
- 6:51Speaker 7: the average fare of a Spirit Airlines flight, which is
- 6:54Speaker 7: somewhere around thirty to forty dollars, we could buy Spirit Airlines.
- 6:58Speaker 7: This is a genius idea.
- 7:00Speaker 6: Nationalized Spirit Airlines owned by the people.
- 7:03Speaker 7: Airlines going, we make a new airthing.
- 7:07Speaker 2: Let's buy an airline. I should make it that enough
- 7:09Speaker 2: for this, I would like to first ask which leg
- 7:13Speaker 2: that Spirit Airlines flew that was only thirty or forty
- 7:17Speaker 2: dollars for the ticket? Yeah, I never I never got
- 7:21Speaker 2: that route.
- 7:22Speaker 1: Now, there were times I flew to Vegas, like round trip.
- 7:29Speaker 1: It was I mean a little more than that, but
- 7:30Speaker 1: seventy seventy five dollars, okay, because it was about one
- 7:33Speaker 1: fifty round trip.
- 7:34Speaker 2: I remember, Yeah, I remember seeing on a back in
- 7:37Speaker 2: the day, the Southwest Airline like the fair sales saying
- 7:41Speaker 2: like forty nine or fifty dollars one way. I'm like
- 7:44Speaker 2: to where nowhere I want to go?
- 7:47Speaker 4: It's Houston. It's literally Houston every freaking time.
- 7:51Speaker 2: No. No, So that's part one. So that's part one
- 7:55Speaker 2: of this YouTuber named Hunter. I forget his full profile stuff,
- 7:58Speaker 2: but I'm sure it's in here somewhere of him saying, hey,
- 8:01Speaker 2: let's buy an airline. We can do this, Let's nationalize
- 8:04Speaker 2: Spirit Airlines. Genius are stupid, Let's crowdfund Spirit Airlines, Trey.
- 8:11Speaker 2: I'm going to let you go last because I have
- 8:13Speaker 2: a feeling I know what your answer is going to be.
- 8:15Speaker 2: Rebecca is the X factor here. Rebecca, Genius are stupid,
- 8:18Speaker 2: Let's crowdfund Spirit Airlines.
- 8:20Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 8:20Speaker 4: I think it's stupid.
- 8:21Speaker 3: I don't think it's a good idea, but you know what,
- 8:25Speaker 3: go ahead, YouTube guy, do your you do your worst there,
- 8:29Speaker 3: you go ahead, buy Spirit Airlines.
- 8:31Speaker 2: You don't want to save Spirit Airlines.
- 8:33Speaker 4: I don't, I really don't.
- 8:35Speaker 3: I'm the one who's had the bad experiences on Spirit Airlines.
- 8:39Speaker 4: Yeah, well I won't fly it anymore.
- 8:42Speaker 2: You're okay to be the fan helsing to the Spirit
- 8:44Speaker 2: Airlines and you'll drive the stake right through.
- 8:47Speaker 4: It's heard, that is correct.
- 8:48Speaker 3: I will gladly pay the extra money to fly on
- 8:50Speaker 3: American where I've had the majority of good experiences.
- 8:54Speaker 2: And that's sad in and of itself.
- 8:56Speaker 3: It is it is you have to go with the
- 8:58Speaker 3: least of the evils for yourself, and mine would be American.
- 9:02Speaker 2: Flying in America is just like voting in America. You're
- 9:04Speaker 2: choosing among the lesser of evils.
- 9:06Speaker 4: You truly, you are.
- 9:08Speaker 2: Absolutely Trey genius, are stupid? Let's crowdfund an airline.
- 9:15Speaker 1: Tell me you don't understand business. Without telling me you
- 9:17Speaker 1: don't understand business, that's about to.
- 9:19Speaker 4: Be, Like, Trey, how much money are you gonna put
- 9:21Speaker 4: on this? Send them a check for one thousand dollars.
- 9:24Speaker 2: Right now, ladies and gentlemen, I give you the official
- 9:27Speaker 2: tree House Trey Trenholme sound effect. I've had that sound
- 9:34Speaker 2: effect that is a default sound effect on this roadcaster
- 9:37Speaker 2: for like five years and it finally hit home. Give
- 9:42Speaker 2: us your reasons why owning an airline is not the
- 9:44Speaker 2: best business.
- 9:45Speaker 1: That idea a bunch of people, just random people trying
- 9:50Speaker 1: owning an airline. No, let's you know, just start there.
- 9:53Speaker 1: Uh number two, I'm the rules. Never mind the rules, never.
- 9:57Speaker 2: Mind, Let's have a Patreon for a spirit.
- 10:02Speaker 1: Yeah, uh, you know what, what are the guy raised like?
- 10:10Speaker 1: Potentially what like eighty million or something.
- 10:12Speaker 2: I think the last number I saw was eighty eight
- 10:15Speaker 2: to ninety somewhere. I mean, it's a lot of money's
- 10:20Speaker 2: let's be honest, that they have pledged so far. But
- 10:24Speaker 2: you're talking about an airline that it's creditors valued at
- 10:27Speaker 2: just the equipment at like one point three billion.
- 10:29Speaker 1: Well so no one knew for sure, but I believe
- 10:33Speaker 1: Spirit had about one hundred and fifty aircraft, so each
- 10:36Speaker 1: aircraft used whatever it's still they mainly did airbus. You're
- 10:43Speaker 1: probably looking at forty fifty million in aircraft, like you said,
- 10:48Speaker 1: you know, they're their equipment of the creditors valued around
- 10:51Speaker 1: over a billion dollars.
- 10:54Speaker 4: So so close, guys, we're so close you.
- 10:57Speaker 2: Can get there. Come on and if you and if
- 10:58Speaker 2: you pledged twenty five, we will give you this crowdfunded
- 11:03Speaker 2: Spirit Airlines coffee bag.
- 11:04Speaker 1: As listen, I was a fan of Spirit. But here
- 11:13Speaker 1: here's where this really But Spirit had it, let's say,
- 11:16Speaker 1: a unique customer base. Now I say this coming from
- 11:20Speaker 1: the bar business, do you mean.
- 11:22Speaker 4: Like redneck white trash people.
- 11:25Speaker 2: Okay, look, Spirit Airlines, if we're being honest, was the
- 11:29Speaker 2: R and R of airlines? Redneck and Ratchet.
- 11:32Speaker 4: Absolutely so.
- 11:34Speaker 1: But one of the you know, banes of every bartender's
- 11:37Speaker 1: existence is the phrase I know the owner, you really
- 11:40Speaker 1: want to do that with them? Airline?
- 11:44Speaker 2: Well, hang on, Treck, Just just to play devil's advocate here,
- 11:49Speaker 2: a large number of people owning a very profitable, profitable
- 11:53Speaker 2: entity has worked before I submit to you the Green
- 11:59Speaker 2: Bay pack.
- 12:02Speaker 3: I mean technically, yes, you're right, but I don't know
- 12:05Speaker 3: that they have any say and what actually happens with
- 12:08Speaker 3: the Green Bay Packers.
- 12:09Speaker 4: They just have a little ticket that they get to
- 12:11Speaker 4: frame at home.
- 12:12Speaker 2: Yeah, and himself is pretty smart, but yeah, that's that's
- 12:16Speaker 2: the only thing I got trade.
- 12:19Speaker 1: I'm just yeah, it's then, and but it also it
- 12:21Speaker 1: has a separate management group. And yes, you you own
- 12:25Speaker 1: a piece of the Packers, which basically means you own
- 12:27Speaker 1: some seats. And but yeah, you don't get you're not
- 12:31Speaker 1: making the They don't crowd source and vote on the
- 12:34Speaker 1: who's the first round draft pick or who should be
- 12:37Speaker 1: traded or anything else. So we we that ownership base
- 12:41Speaker 1: stays out of operations. Yeah, exactly, how is this deal
- 12:46Speaker 1: going to be structured?
- 12:47Speaker 2: All right, So let's get back to the spirit crowdfunding thing.
- 12:50Speaker 2: That that that no one inside the tree has seems
- 12:53Speaker 2: to be on board with for various reasons. Uh so,
- 12:56Speaker 2: Trey pick up where you left off.
- 13:00Speaker 1: So you know, when when people want to torque the
- 13:03Speaker 1: aisle and you, you know, say hey, please sit down,
- 13:06Speaker 1: and they're like, hey, I own this bitch.
- 13:12Speaker 2: I could see that being a paradoxical problem.
- 13:15Speaker 1: Yes, a very big one.
- 13:17Speaker 4: I mean, we could make it a reality show. I
- 13:19Speaker 4: would watch that right when.
- 13:22Speaker 2: I mean, if we're being on a spared airlines, it already.
- 13:25Speaker 3: Is right, right, So let's make it a reality show.
- 13:29Speaker 3: Let's show the crowd funded ownership now and how this
- 13:32Speaker 3: all plays out.
- 13:34Speaker 4: That's an enjoyable experience.
- 13:35Speaker 1: And and and when said crowdfunding funded ownership is in
- 13:38Speaker 1: a big hurry, and so then they tell the pilot
- 13:41Speaker 1: and the ground crew and screw all those inspections. Let's
- 13:43Speaker 1: get this bitch up up out of here. Yeah, you know,
- 13:49Speaker 1: so you ultimately that reality show, you need to have
- 13:54Speaker 1: some you know, some of the cameras and some of
- 13:56Speaker 1: the recording devices in black boxes, because that's where it's
- 13:59Speaker 1: gonna end.
- 14:01Speaker 2: Now, let's go to part two of the genius or
- 14:05Speaker 2: stupid idea of crowdfunding Spirit Airlines. This is from the
- 14:10Speaker 2: same Oh actually hang on the same guy who is
- 14:16Speaker 2: a YouTuber. His name is Hunter. He did a couple
- 14:20Speaker 2: of videos. He did a couple of video updates on this,
- 14:25Speaker 2: trying to tell people that hey, this is a good
- 14:27Speaker 2: idea I have. Let's all work together, you know, to
- 14:30Speaker 2: make this happen. So here we go. So if I
- 14:34Speaker 2: can get here part two, it won't do it. Hang on,
- 14:40Speaker 2: ladies and gentlemen, we are back.
- 14:42Speaker 7: Let's buy spirit air.
- 14:43Speaker 6: Dot com because the main domain totally messed up, so
- 14:47Speaker 6: we just got a new one.
- 14:49Speaker 2: We're back, We're live.
- 14:50Speaker 8: Let's do this.
- 14:51Speaker 7: You me, a bunch of our friends.
- 14:54Speaker 2: Let's buy Spirit Air.
- 14:55Speaker 6: And as a reminder, all of you reaching out, we're
- 14:57Speaker 6: not taking money.
- 14:59Speaker 8: This is non binding pledges to show interest to everyone
- 15:04Speaker 8: else that we're serious. Also, stop using my dad headshots
- 15:09Speaker 8: in like articles. And I'm not talking to anyone on
- 15:12Speaker 8: TV or anything like that now. If you want to
- 15:14Speaker 8: hear from me, it will be on social until I
- 15:17Speaker 8: talk to my lawyers.
- 15:18Speaker 9: Have a good Sunday.
- 15:20Speaker 2: Ladies and gentlemen, We.
- 15:21Speaker 7: Are Aaron dot com.
- 15:24Speaker 2: Thank you Hunter from Thank you Hunter from YouTube who
- 15:28Speaker 2: wants to be the new CEO of Spirit Airlines and
- 15:31Speaker 2: wants to crowdfund him, which I have to give credit
- 15:35Speaker 2: to his look here because he's channeling clearly two of
- 15:38Speaker 2: his role models in Steve Jobs and that throwback photo
- 15:45Speaker 2: of Dwayne the Rock Johnson.
- 15:46Speaker 4: All Oh my god, Yeah, he's missing the gold chain
- 15:49Speaker 4: for that.
- 15:49Speaker 2: Yeah. I mean he's got the necklace, it's just not gold.
- 15:52Speaker 2: So it really does look like this is the love
- 15:55Speaker 2: child of Dwayne the Rock Johnson's throwback photo and Apple's
- 15:58Speaker 2: Steve Jobs.
- 15:59Speaker 3: Okay, what I really loved about this second update video
- 16:02Speaker 3: was they haven't even bought the airline yet and they've
- 16:04Speaker 3: already messed up.
- 16:06Speaker 4: They didn't get the website right.
- 16:08Speaker 3: This just like is showing exactly what is to come
- 16:13Speaker 3: if they buy it.
- 16:15Speaker 2: It's very very possible. And keep in mind, you know
- 16:18Speaker 2: this right here is why legitimacy matters to me, and
- 16:22Speaker 2: in whatever you do. It's like to me, you don't
- 16:25Speaker 2: have a legitimate business if you don't have a functioning
- 16:28Speaker 2: website that looks professional. Same thing with like a social
- 16:33Speaker 2: media kind of if you don't have the if you
- 16:35Speaker 2: can't get that stuff right, if you can't get your
- 16:37Speaker 2: business card right, then I'm not going to trust you
- 16:41Speaker 2: to do anything that you claim to do on it.
- 16:45Speaker 1: Yeah, and let's just the fact that it's just pledges.
- 16:53Speaker 4: Yeah, it's not real money's yet.
- 16:56Speaker 1: Yeah that is Uh, you're just as ssking for people
- 17:00Speaker 1: to get drunk and go, oh yeah, I'm in for
- 17:02Speaker 1: a thousand and then yeah, uh, let's and then when
- 17:12Speaker 1: it comes on, it's like if you know you've ever
- 17:14Speaker 1: been to a charity, they just silent auction. It's like, oh, yeah,
- 17:17Speaker 1: someone build you know, did two thousand call? But no,
- 17:20Speaker 1: that wasn't me.
- 17:21Speaker 2: Uh, that was a joke. Bid, I don't really have that.
- 17:24Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean I thought we were guessing the price.
- 17:27Speaker 1: No, if he was at least realistic and goes, we
- 17:33Speaker 1: would need to at least raise one point five billion
- 17:37Speaker 1: dollars because the shareholders, you know, the government offered five
- 17:41Speaker 1: hundred million for nine so and they turned it down
- 17:45Speaker 1: knowing that if they liquidated the airlines they would get
- 17:48Speaker 1: more money than that. Right, So you're gonna at least
- 17:53Speaker 1: need and and and and there's this little thing called
- 17:56Speaker 1: operating capital, so you got to pay people and be
- 18:00Speaker 1: able to buy the fuel and everything else. So yeah,
- 18:06Speaker 1: let's uh, sometime like the same thing with evolution and
- 18:11Speaker 1: some animals just go extinct. It was spirits time, and
- 18:15Speaker 1: let's not uh.
- 18:17Speaker 4: It had a good run, you know, it really did.
- 18:20Speaker 2: And look, it's a nice thought to crowdfund an entire
- 18:25Speaker 2: airline and maybe, maybe, just maybe, is it mean? Hang on,
- 18:29Speaker 2: let me finish my thought, Trindholm, it's a nice thought.
- 18:34Speaker 2: It's a nice gesture to want to save the down
- 18:37Speaker 2: trodden business.
- 18:38Speaker 1: Winning the lottery is a nice thought.
- 18:40Speaker 2: Yes it is. Yeah, both both can be true at
- 18:42Speaker 2: the same time. Trade. By the way, if if we
- 18:45Speaker 2: all won the lottery enough money, then maybe we could
- 18:47Speaker 2: also waste a bunch of money on an airline. But
- 18:49Speaker 2: what I'm trying to say is it's a nice thought
- 18:52Speaker 2: to crowdfund and get this airline off the ground literally
- 18:57Speaker 2: and back to flying. Problem is, though, is when the
- 19:00Speaker 2: coin slots pop out of the seats in order for
- 19:04Speaker 2: you to have enough money to actually make it to
- 19:06Speaker 2: your destination. Because that may be a legitimate thing, it's like, everybody,
- 19:11Speaker 2: we got it off the ground, ooh, we forgot to
- 19:14Speaker 2: pay the flight attendant, the pilot, the co pilot, the
- 19:18Speaker 2: grounds crew, the baggage guys. To mess up your stuff.
- 19:21Speaker 2: The maintenance. Dude, if anyone wants any delivery, you gotta
- 19:25Speaker 2: pay for the solution.
- 19:26Speaker 1: No, no, no, let me stop you right there. Okay,
- 19:30Speaker 1: here's where this this derails. It's like the scene from
- 19:33Speaker 1: Airplane when the guy comes up to the pilot's window
- 19:36Speaker 1: and hands him the old credit card slip after getting
- 19:39Speaker 1: passed up. Is he's gonna have the pilot's gonna have
- 19:41Speaker 1: to turn to the crowd, go hey, everybody, time to
- 19:44Speaker 1: kick in.
- 19:45Speaker 4: It's like, don't make me turn this plane around. You
- 19:48Speaker 4: want to get to Miami, you gotta cough up the money.
- 19:50Speaker 1: Yeah, And that's what it was gonna be like.
- 19:54Speaker 2: So now let's explore part three of this adventure of
- 19:57Speaker 2: crowdfunding Spirit Airlines from our buddy Hunter who is who
- 20:02Speaker 2: is the chief executive officer? Want to be?
- 20:05Speaker 10: From YouTube Paterson, potential future CEO of Spirit Airlines insane News. Okay,
- 20:11Speaker 10: I just got off two calls, one with one of
- 20:13Speaker 10: the largest law firms in the world that specialize in
- 20:15Speaker 10: mergers and acquisitions, aviation, the stress assets in debt and
- 20:19Speaker 10: they basically said, this is doable, we can do this.
- 20:22Speaker 11: I also got off.
- 20:23Speaker 12: A call with someone that represents high net worth individuals
- 20:28Speaker 12: who may be interested in just basically giving us some
- 20:31Speaker 12: money to just burn. To figure out the legality of this,
- 20:33Speaker 12: because in less than a week's time they are going
- 20:38Speaker 12: to auction off the operation certificate for Spirit. We don't
- 20:43Speaker 12: have a ton of time, and I need to figure
- 20:46Speaker 12: out a way not to raise money. I can't take
- 20:48Speaker 12: any money from anyone, but I can take on angel
- 20:51Speaker 12: investment from high networth individuals. So Mark Cuban, what's up, man,
- 20:56Speaker 12: get in my DMS right now, or any high networth
- 20:58Speaker 12: individual who's still like, yeah, I've got half.
- 21:00Speaker 1: A million or three quarters of a million dollars, just burn.
- 21:03Speaker 6: You want to burn, you want to try and save
- 21:05Speaker 6: this airline? Get them my I DMS.
- 21:07Speaker 2: Let's make this out.
- 21:08Speaker 6: And to be so so clear, if we take on
- 21:10Speaker 6: this money, they don't have any more voting right than
- 21:13Speaker 6: anyone else. I'm going to be so clear of you're
- 21:15Speaker 6: doing this to burn money, yes, to prove it can happen.
- 21:19Speaker 6: I will not take a single cent if someone wants to,
- 21:23Speaker 6: in some way, shape or form.
- 21:25Speaker 2: Put control over this, not not having this. We're doing
- 21:28Speaker 2: this because we're doing something different.
- 21:30Speaker 6: If someone's gonna get involved that it's really, really wealthy.
- 21:32Speaker 2: It's because they see the vision.
- 21:34Speaker 7: See the value and want to be a partner.
- 21:36Speaker 6: That's it.
- 21:37Speaker 4: Okay, bye, No, it's a note for me on Shark take.
- 21:44Speaker 1: Number one. I love the fact that he got off
- 21:47Speaker 1: the phone with one of the largest aviation You know,
- 21:50Speaker 1: companies specialize in M and A and what are they
- 21:53Speaker 1: of course they're interested. What are they charge per hour?
- 21:56Speaker 1: Probably fifteen hundred two thousand dollars an hour. They would
- 21:59Speaker 1: love to explore this idea with you.
- 22:01Speaker 4: Yeah, that's until you have no money.
- 22:04Speaker 1: Absolutely, yeah.
- 22:06Speaker 2: And of course they said it's doable. Anything doable. If
- 22:09Speaker 2: you have enough money, they will say that, like sure,
- 22:12Speaker 2: you bring you bring money to this table, we will
- 22:14Speaker 2: make it happen.
- 22:14Speaker 3: Bro.
- 22:15Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 22:15Speaker 4: Absolutely, And keep.
- 22:17Speaker 2: In mind, while Mark Cuban is insanely wealthy, he is
- 22:21Speaker 2: not buy all of Spirit Airlines by himself necessarily wealthy. Now,
- 22:27Speaker 2: if Elon feels like wasting more billions of his money,
- 22:30Speaker 2: I feel like a couple of billion for Spirit Airlines
- 22:33Speaker 2: might have been better spent than forty four on Twitter.
- 22:35Speaker 2: But that's just my thought on it. The interesting side
- 22:39Speaker 2: of what this guy said, and I think it was
- 22:40Speaker 2: in his first video that we didn't get all of
- 22:44Speaker 2: was everyone would then pledge money to buy Spirit Airlines,
- 22:48Speaker 2: but everyone gets the same number of votes. You pledge
- 22:51Speaker 2: a dollar, you get one vote. You pledge one hundred
- 22:54Speaker 2: million dollars, you get one vote. The difference would be
- 22:56Speaker 2: on the investment is on the back end. His proposal
- 23:00Speaker 2: would be, while everyone has the same voting rights, your
- 23:04Speaker 2: percentage would then depend on how much money you invested
- 23:08Speaker 2: should the airline turn any sort of a profit.
- 23:11Speaker 3: But didn't he just say in the last video that
- 23:14Speaker 3: if you were going to come in and try to like.
- 23:16Speaker 4: Make decisions and suggestions that he did not want you.
- 23:20Speaker 2: Well, now that's just it. He's like, you can you
- 23:22Speaker 2: can throw you know, one hundred million dollars at this
- 23:24Speaker 2: to help us explore this as a possibility. But you
- 23:27Speaker 2: get the same vote as Tracy in Topeka does for
- 23:31Speaker 2: having thrown in five bucks.
- 23:34Speaker 1: Yeah, and he also it's just careless the future CEO.
- 23:39Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, which at least I tell you.
- 23:42Speaker 1: Please tell me your qualifications, because at this point I
- 23:45Speaker 1: would rather dig up herb kellerher to run Spirit than
- 23:48Speaker 1: have him do it.
- 23:49Speaker 2: I would absolutely throw one hundred dollars at zombie herb
- 23:53Speaker 2: Keller her to run Spirit Airlines before a YouTuber who
- 23:56Speaker 2: flew Spirit for twenty four hours for views.
- 23:59Speaker 1: Yeah, because at least you know, with HERB they'll be
- 24:02Speaker 1: serving wild turkey and you know Marboroughs.
- 24:06Speaker 4: Sorry, at least we won't die with Herb.
- 24:08Speaker 3: Probably YouTube guy good So True.

- 25:07Speaker 13: baseline and that's what we're sticking with. We've had some
- 25:10Speaker 13: really great guests that have been very informative, and I
- 25:14Speaker 13: look forward to getting some feedback and having more people

- 25:20Speaker 13: and know your home.
- 25:21Speaker 2: Better, and it really is an approach where there are
- 25:24Speaker 2: no dumb questions. We want this to be sort of
- 25:26Speaker 2: homeownership one oh one because most of us don't deal
- 25:29Speaker 2: with these certain things every day the way that people
- 25:32Speaker 2: like Daniel and the other experts we've had on the
- 25:34Speaker 2: show do, So they are imparting their knowledge upon us

- 26:34Speaker 2: along with Trey Trenholm and Rebecca Black. Still to come
- 26:37Speaker 2: today Crocodile Fishing, possibly the Chase Executive story leveling up
- 26:43Speaker 2: and right now, because it is that time. It is Wednesday,
- 26:49Speaker 2: May sixth, twenty twenty six, let's celebrate with some birthdays.
- 26:55Speaker 2: We're going to start with a dead celebrity today. Yeah,
- 26:59Speaker 2: Orson Wells. If he were still alive, he would be
- 27:02Speaker 2: one hundred and eleven years old, but he's not. He's
- 27:04Speaker 2: passed away. Considered to be one of Hollywood's finest directors,
- 27:09Speaker 2: having made what many believed to be is Hollywood's finest
- 27:12Speaker 2: film in Citizen Kane, yet most of us have not
- 27:16Speaker 2: seen it, nor do we want to.
- 27:17Speaker 4: I've seen it. I hated it.
- 27:19Speaker 2: I've actually seen it. I had to see it for
- 27:21Speaker 2: my movie watching Slash Theater four class in high school.
- 27:24Speaker 2: Mine was in collegere you have you witnessed Citizen Kane?
- 27:29Speaker 2: Do you know the origins the meaning of Rosebud?
- 27:34Speaker 4: Can I spoil it for you?
- 27:35Speaker 1: Please?
- 27:36Speaker 4: It's a stupid sled. It's a stupid effing sled.
- 27:42Speaker 2: It's it's not just a shut up.
- 27:45Speaker 1: It's sled.
- 27:45Speaker 4: It's stupid. It's so stupid.
- 27:48Speaker 2: It's what the sled represents, its childhood, and Citizen's lost.
- 27:52Speaker 4: The sled is Rosebud.
- 27:53Speaker 1: That's it.
- 27:55Speaker 2: The fact that he could become this media magnet and
- 28:00Speaker 2: still and have all still love that stupid sled money
- 28:03Speaker 2: in the world, but it couldn't buy him Rosebud back.
- 28:08Speaker 4: Stupid, stupid movie. Still bitter about it, clearly.
- 28:13Speaker 2: So there you go, Trey. If if you ever want
- 28:14Speaker 2: to do a Treehouse review of Citizen King, obviously Rebecca
- 28:19Speaker 2: will not.
- 28:19Speaker 4: Be Oh I'll join.
- 28:24Speaker 2: We will not allow Rebecca to be there.
- 28:26Speaker 4: You go, smarter, move there.
- 28:30Speaker 2: Other birthdays today, baseball legend Willie May's ninety five. Now
- 28:36Speaker 2: my service here doesn't say whether or not he is
- 28:38Speaker 2: actually deceased, so I mean he is still alive, which
- 28:43Speaker 2: I don't think that's right.
- 28:46Speaker 4: I don't think he is either. Are we all googling
- 28:48Speaker 4: it now?
- 28:49Speaker 2: But if he is, he is ninety five years old today.
- 28:54Speaker 1: No, he died in twenty twenty four.
- 28:56Speaker 2: Oh so close, I mean still, I mean so close.
- 29:00Speaker 2: He made it to like, you know, ninety three, Yeah,
- 29:03Speaker 2: pretty good. So a happy deceased birthday to Willie Maes
- 29:07Speaker 2: now for some living birthdays. If this is accurate, Former
- 29:11Speaker 2: Prime Minister of England Tony Blair is seventy three today. Actress.
- 29:16Speaker 2: I think she's still acting. I'm not sure. Gabori cd
- 29:18Speaker 2: Bay is forty three. She was the one that broke
- 29:21Speaker 2: onto the scene in the Precious movie that Oprah put out,
- 29:25Speaker 2: and then she did a couple of smaller films or
- 29:28Speaker 2: smaller roles in other films after that than.
- 29:30Speaker 4: An American horror story, a couple of seasons.
- 29:33Speaker 2: Okay, she is forty three today, and probably the big
- 29:38Speaker 2: name birthday today is George Clooney. George Clooney is sixty
- 29:42Speaker 2: five years old, also sometimes known as mister Amal that's
- 29:48Speaker 2: his wife. Anyway, George is sixty five today. It's funny
- 29:52Speaker 2: because I saw I think it was on Facebook. There
- 29:54Speaker 2: was a video from the screen rant account where he
- 29:58Speaker 2: was doing an interview talking about him and Brad Pitt
- 30:02Speaker 2: coming in and growing up in Hollywood kind of around
- 30:05Speaker 2: the same time. I think he was around earlier than Brad,
- 30:09Speaker 2: but they were both up for that role in Thelma
- 30:12Speaker 2: and Louise that Brad Pitt eventually got.
- 30:15Speaker 1: Oh.
- 30:16Speaker 2: Really, George Clooney's telling the story about how he didn't
- 30:19Speaker 2: watch Thelmlan Louise for years because he was so butt
- 30:23Speaker 2: hurt about losing that role to Brad Pitt. Huh, And
- 30:26Speaker 2: then he said, and then once he eventually watched the movie,
- 30:29Speaker 2: he saw how perfect Brad Pitt was for it, and
- 30:31Speaker 2: he couldn't be mad any longer. And it kind of
- 30:34Speaker 2: worked out the way it was supposed to for everybody.
- 30:36Speaker 2: It ended up being a springboard thing for Brad Pitt.
- 30:39Speaker 2: George Clooney, his role in Roseanne wasn't exactly the springboard
- 30:43Speaker 2: role he had maybe hoped it was going to be,
- 30:46Speaker 2: but then he you know, then then he's in the
- 30:48Speaker 2: yar and things kind of worked out for both of them.
- 30:52Speaker 2: But I'm always fascinated to hear about success stories and
- 30:57Speaker 2: people just think that sometimes people were just overnight successes
- 31:01Speaker 2: when in reality, man, they were struggling for a long time.
- 31:07Speaker 2: There's a few examples of that that I know of,
- 31:09Speaker 2: and there's tons of them overall, but there's a few
- 31:11Speaker 2: I know of that stick in my brain. George Clooney's
- 31:14Speaker 2: a really good because he had a little bit of
- 31:16Speaker 2: success in TV early with Roseanne, and then nothing for
- 31:21Speaker 2: a while. Then he lands er and then he becomes
- 31:25Speaker 2: pretty big, right. Yeah. Jeremy Renner is one of my
- 31:28Speaker 2: favorite examples. So I don't think he was necessarily a
- 31:32Speaker 2: child star, at least not to me. But he was
- 31:36Speaker 2: in one of the National Lampoons movies, High School Trip,
- 31:38Speaker 2: I think is what it was. So he was the
- 31:42Speaker 2: star in that movie, which I love. That movie. By
- 31:45Speaker 2: the way, have either of you seen it?
- 31:48Speaker 4: I don't think I have. I don't even think I've
- 31:50Speaker 4: heard of it until you just now mentioned.
- 31:53Speaker 2: So it's a high school trip. I think they're supposed
- 31:54Speaker 2: to be going to Washington, d C. Do you remember
- 31:57Speaker 2: Max Headroom?
- 31:59Speaker 4: Yes?
- 32:00Speaker 2: Okay, So the actor that played Max Headroom is an
- 32:02Speaker 2: actor named Matt Frewer. He was in it as like
- 32:05Speaker 2: the principal or one of the chaperones of this trip.
- 32:11Speaker 2: So it's Jeremy Renters in this, one of the guys
- 32:15Speaker 2: from Kids in the Hall. It's gonna sound really weird
- 32:20Speaker 2: to hear me out. He has lost him His character
- 32:25Speaker 2: is he has lost himself thinking he is Captain Kirk
- 32:27Speaker 2: from the Starship Enterprise and he's taking his oh her
- 32:31Speaker 2: a blow up doll with him chasing this high school
- 32:34Speaker 2: bus trip across the country. This may need to be
- 32:38Speaker 2: on our list of films to watch, Trey, it.
- 32:43Speaker 4: Sounds really bad.
- 32:47Speaker 2: Anyway, the point of the story is Jeremy Render thought
- 32:49Speaker 2: he hit paydirt in National Lampoon's high school trip didn't
- 32:52Speaker 2: really pan out. Then he goes on and he's doing
- 32:55Speaker 2: like kind of like Harrison Ford did, which is a
- 32:58Speaker 2: great example as well, doing construction work, like like Jeremy
- 33:01Speaker 2: Owner is like helping like with his family construction business
- 33:04Speaker 2: or something as a contractor. And then he ends up
- 33:07Speaker 2: in hurt Locker, ends up in hurt Locker, and then
- 33:11Speaker 2: that throws him straight into the Marvel universe after that.
- 33:15Speaker 2: So anyway, I'm always fascinated by really cool, you know,
- 33:17Speaker 2: come up stories in Hollywood. So happy birthday, George Clooney,
- 33:21Speaker 2: he's sixty five. What is it, Trey? I know that.
- 33:23Speaker 1: Look, your your knowledge of crappy movies is just it's
- 33:31Speaker 1: second to none. Yeah.
- 33:33Speaker 3: I thought I was like a movie person, and then
- 33:36Speaker 3: I met Dan who is level one thousand movie buff.
- 33:40Speaker 3: You know all of the obscure ones, bad ones, Okay,
- 33:45Speaker 3: bad ones.
- 33:47Speaker 2: It just especially the bad ones. I had a rough
- 33:52Speaker 2: childhood and what is no doubt Trey's favorite story of
- 34:02Speaker 2: the day. What happens in South Africa when you need
- 34:08Speaker 2: to retrieve human remains from a crocodile tummy, Well, what
- 34:15Speaker 2: you do, apparently what you do is you get yourself
- 34:21Speaker 2: a police officer and a helicopter and then you take
- 34:25Speaker 2: that police officer and you tie to align attached to
- 34:28Speaker 2: the helicopter and you dangle that officer into crocodile infested waters.
- 34:34Speaker 2: And that's how you get crocodile fishing.
- 34:38Speaker 1: And he pulls said crocodile up he did. If there
- 34:42Speaker 1: weren't video for this, I would absolutely, you know, go
- 34:46Speaker 1: all right, this is complete BS.
- 34:54Speaker 2: And here it is. This is straight from the South
- 34:57Speaker 2: African Police Service. An office ser is hoisted into crocodile
- 35:01Speaker 2: infested waters to recover human remains. And you can see
- 35:04Speaker 2: the line dangling from the helicopter. This looks like like AI.
- 35:09Speaker 2: At the very bottom of the line, you have a
- 35:11Speaker 2: crocodile dangling by its neck, and in between the crocodile
- 35:14Speaker 2: and the helicopter it's the officer just kind of hanging
- 35:17Speaker 2: out with it. I mean, what do you have to
- 35:25Speaker 2: do to be the officer that gets selected to be
- 35:29Speaker 2: dangled into crocodile infested waters from a helicopter.
- 35:33Speaker 3: You're the new guy, just hired, fresh out of the academy.
- 35:40Speaker 1: But also.
- 35:43Speaker 4: Why that's my thing?
- 35:46Speaker 1: Why? Well, my other question is how did they know
- 35:52Speaker 1: it was this crocodile?
- 35:54Speaker 4: Valid point.
- 35:56Speaker 2: I am glad you asked, Trey. I can give you
- 35:58Speaker 2: some of those answers that you seek.
- 36:02Speaker 1: First off, had a septum piercing.
- 36:07Speaker 2: Actually, no authorities believe the remains found in the animals
- 36:14Speaker 2: and testines belonged to a fifty nine year old businessman,
- 36:17Speaker 2: Gabriel Batista, who went missing in the area. He was
- 36:19Speaker 2: swept away by raging floodwaters. They're still waiting on DNA
- 36:24Speaker 2: analysis to confirm the identity. However, there are some clues
- 36:28Speaker 2: here and reasons why they did this. First of all,
- 36:33Speaker 2: this was not a new officer. This was not an
- 36:35Speaker 2: officer that drew the short straw. This is Captain Johann Puttgeiter.
- 36:40Speaker 2: He carried out the highly dangerous and complex operation at
- 36:44Speaker 2: the Kamadi River in South Africa. He was lowered by
- 36:48Speaker 2: rope from a helicopter to secure and retrieve the animals
- 36:51Speaker 2: suspected of consuming the remains of a missing person. Defeat
- 36:55Speaker 2: that was captured by footage and shared by police. This
- 36:59Speaker 2: is where it gets kind of gruesome. When authorities eventually
- 37:04Speaker 2: sliced up and the crocodile's grotesquely swollen belly. That's how trey,
- 37:07Speaker 2: that's how they knew this was probably the crocodile. What
- 37:11Speaker 2: they said was that they were in this crocodile infested
- 37:14Speaker 2: waters downstream of where the man that had gone missing
- 37:17Speaker 2: they suspected of being. And when the helicopter started lowering
- 37:21Speaker 2: the officer down, this was the only crocodile that did
- 37:24Speaker 2: not immediately slip into the river and try to go away.
- 37:27Speaker 2: This one was so swollen and so full it didn't
- 37:30Speaker 2: bother to move. That's where they were like, we think
- 37:32Speaker 2: this might be our culprit.
- 37:34Speaker 4: I feel like this is body shaming to the alligator.
- 37:38Speaker 3: I mean, what if he's just lazy and a little
- 37:41Speaker 3: chunky and overweight and slow and then they kill him
- 37:44Speaker 3: and he's got nothing inside.
- 37:45Speaker 4: Come on, that's rude.
- 37:48Speaker 2: Well, while I appreciate your angle and your thought that
- 37:56Speaker 2: it's not fair to stereotype this swolden bell, but the
- 38:00Speaker 2: fact that they found a finger with the missing man's
- 38:06Speaker 2: ring attached to it, along with part of a torso,
- 38:10Speaker 2: an arm, and a couple of feet. They're pretty sure
- 38:13Speaker 2: they found the culprit. Also, also in the belly of
- 38:16Speaker 2: this crocodile were six other pairs of shoes that did
- 38:20Speaker 2: not belong to the missing man.
- 38:22Speaker 1: I was about to say, you know, was there a
- 38:23Speaker 1: pair of sketchers in there or something?
- 38:26Speaker 2: These are my riverwalkers.
- 38:30Speaker 4: Dude has been after it. I'm kind of impressed.
- 38:35Speaker 2: I mean, and obviously he got it. He got a
- 38:36Speaker 2: taste for it. If he's got of unrelated shoes in
- 38:41Speaker 2: addition to the guy, I mean, that's just that's just
- 38:44Speaker 2: damn terrifying prose.
- 38:46Speaker 1: There wasn't a shoelace hanging out the alligator's ass.
- 38:50Speaker 2: I think I think that might have been the other clue.

- 39:56Speaker 2: That's it. That's very simple. Back inside the Treehouse, Dan
- 39:59Speaker 2: Trey and Rebecca Rebecca, are you familiar with the lurid
- 40:04Speaker 2: wild story of twenty twenty six that involves two Chase
- 40:08Speaker 2: Bank employees in a very troubling harassment case?
- 40:13Speaker 4: Oh no, I am not aware.
- 40:15Speaker 2: Oh goodie. So over the weekend a story broke about
- 40:19Speaker 2: how one male Chase executive former accused another Chase executive
- 40:26Speaker 2: that he claimed was his boss of sexual harassment, retaliation,
- 40:33Speaker 2: threatening his job, forcing him into lurid sex acts, and
- 40:38Speaker 2: in one part of his complaint alleged that she told him,
- 40:44Speaker 2: I bet your Asian fish head wife doesn't have these
- 40:47Speaker 2: canons as she you know, touched herself.
- 40:53Speaker 4: That's very informative.
- 40:56Speaker 2: That's actually kind of the softer portion of that complaint,
- 41:00Speaker 2: believe it or not.
- 41:02Speaker 1: Wow.
- 41:03Speaker 2: Yeah. So, Now, when this story came out, the guy
- 41:07Speaker 2: who was making the complaint was described as John Doe,
- 41:11Speaker 2: which is kind of how his standard when someone's making
- 41:13Speaker 2: these types of claims, you get to remain anonymous. And
- 41:16Speaker 2: it named the other Chase executive that he said was
- 41:20Speaker 2: threatening him and forcing him to do all these things.
- 41:24Speaker 2: I'm now referring to her as Sally, which is not
- 41:27Speaker 2: her name, because Chase did an internal review, came back
- 41:30Speaker 2: and realized this is all bull. This guy made all
- 41:34Speaker 2: of this up. It appears his attorneys that filed it
- 41:38Speaker 2: pulled it, they said, for clarification in their filing, and
- 41:43Speaker 2: then eventually just deleted the thing. Chase tried verifying all
- 41:48Speaker 2: of this stuff, and the guy who made the initial
- 41:50Speaker 2: complaint wouldn't even participate in the in his own investigation.
- 41:55Speaker 2: So based on their internal investigation, they realized this is
- 41:59Speaker 2: all crap and we're not going forward with any of this. Meanwhile,
- 42:03Speaker 2: this poor female executive life is pretty much ruined, and
- 42:07Speaker 2: this guy had left already to go to some other
- 42:10Speaker 2: financial institution.
- 42:13Speaker 5: Eh.
- 42:13Speaker 1: There, here's another little piece of the story. Three months
- 42:19Speaker 1: prior to this suit and him leaving, he claimed that
- 42:24Speaker 1: his father died, so he was on a bereavement leave
- 42:29Speaker 1: for three months, which kudos to Chase for giving someone
- 42:32Speaker 1: three months. And then the New York Post reached out
- 42:37Speaker 1: and actually talked to his father, who is not in
- 42:39Speaker 1: fact dead.
- 42:41Speaker 2: Wow, I bet it was. Well as if all of
- 42:48Speaker 2: that isn't juicy enough already, wait, if I may quote
- 42:52Speaker 2: Matt Lillard in Scream, But wait, there's more.
- 42:55Speaker 4: There's more.
- 42:57Speaker 2: Former JP Morgan banker Chara you Raina files new wild
- 43:02Speaker 2: claims against the executive, including a lured threesome invitation. Just
- 43:07Speaker 2: days after going viral with fabricated sex slave allegations.
- 43:12Speaker 4: He doubled down.
- 43:14Speaker 2: He'd he really did. He has filed what he claims
- 43:17Speaker 2: his new evidence against He has filed what he claims
- 43:21Speaker 2: is new evidence supporting his sex abuse allegations against Chase
- 43:26Speaker 2: executive Sally, including one anonymous friend who claimed he was
- 43:31Speaker 2: invited over for a threesome. He word there, anonymous anonymous.
- 43:35Speaker 1: H and actually not more than friend a cousin.
- 43:40Speaker 2: Oh see it just every reason into the place here
- 43:44Speaker 2: for this guy. Yeah. The anonymous cousin witness statements contained
- 43:49Speaker 2: details from quotes and describe a lleged encounters with Sally.
- 43:52Speaker 2: In September twenty four, the lawsuit, which J. P. Morgan
- 43:55Speaker 2: insists is entirely fabricated, suddenly reappeared in Manhattan Supreme Court
- 43:59Speaker 2: docket on Monday after it was filed and then quickly
- 44:02Speaker 2: pulled last week. The lawsuit quickly rose to viral infamy
- 44:08Speaker 2: due to lurid claims against Sally, who was accused of
- 44:10Speaker 2: turning Raina into a sex slave. They've hit back hard
- 44:16Speaker 2: against those claims. Multiple sources told The Post of JP
- 44:18Speaker 2: Morgan's internal probe, which reviewed emails, records and devices, found
- 44:22Speaker 2: zero evidence wrong doing. Sally cooperated fully while Raina did not.
- 44:27Speaker 2: M Post also reported Monday that Raina apparently lied to
- 44:31Speaker 2: the bank about his father dying Thank You Trey, so
- 44:34Speaker 2: he could collect paid leave and apparently use the time
- 44:36Speaker 2: off to prepare the bombshell lawsuit against Sally and his employer,
- 44:41Speaker 2: despite sources saying he used time off for bereavement. The
- 44:44Speaker 2: Post found his father alive and well on Sunday. In
- 44:49Speaker 2: the new filing. One alleged witness, who appears to be
- 44:54Speaker 2: a cousin of Raina's, says he was staying at an
- 44:57Speaker 2: apartment while visiting New York City and was woken up
- 45:00Speaker 2: Sally's drunken antics in the middle of the night. He
- 45:04Speaker 2: attempted to go back to sleep, but a completely naked,
- 45:07Speaker 2: Sally woll come on. She sat on the couch he
- 45:10Speaker 2: was sleeping on, lit a cigarette and began begging him
- 45:13Speaker 2: to join them in the bedroom. Despite refusing several times,
- 45:17Speaker 2: the mystery witness claims Sally told him, you know I
- 45:20Speaker 2: own that guy Raina, so you'd better come join. After
- 45:26Speaker 2: she returned to the bedroom, the anonymous witness claims he
- 45:30Speaker 2: could hear Raina pleading no, no, no, you have to leave.
- 45:33Speaker 2: I'm not going to do this. Please do Then Sally,
- 45:39Speaker 2: according to this, left the apartment later that night, and
- 45:41Speaker 2: a stunned Raina emerged, sharing his story of how Sally
- 45:45Speaker 2: constantly harassed him and forced him to engage in sexual
- 45:47Speaker 2: behavior with her on a number of occasions. He allegedly
- 45:50Speaker 2: recalled that she threatened him with trouble if he didn't comply,
- 45:53Speaker 2: and reiterated his concern that miss Sally was blackmailing. And
- 45:57Speaker 2: this also came the affirmation all So claims witnessing Sally
- 46:02Speaker 2: to be handsy with rain at a concert for DJ
- 46:06Speaker 2: Kigo at the Barkley Center earlier that month. The other
- 46:11Speaker 2: anonymous affirmation, seemingly from the owner of the apartment where
- 46:14Speaker 2: the family friend was saying claims he saw Sally kissing
- 46:17Speaker 2: Raina's neck on the street sometime during the summer of
- 46:19Speaker 2: twenty four, and in September twenty four she overheard them
- 46:23Speaker 2: entering her apartment building, recalling that Sally had said something
- 46:27Speaker 2: that sounded like I own you, brownie.
- 46:33Speaker 9: These are very specific details, yes, in these allegations, but
- 46:39Speaker 9: JP Morgan and Sally rightfully say this is all bullshit, Like.
- 46:46Speaker 3: I appreciate the link that he went to with all
- 46:48Speaker 3: the details and such, but you put your efforts in
- 46:51Speaker 3: the wrong places, Like if you're gonna say you have
- 46:53Speaker 3: a dead dad, make sure he's dead.
- 46:56Speaker 1: You know what I mean?
- 47:00Speaker 3: Say Yeah, if you say you have a witness, you
- 47:02Speaker 3: can't leave the witness be it can't be anonymous and
- 47:06Speaker 3: related to you.
- 47:07Speaker 2: Again, I feel like we're getting I feel like we're
- 47:12Speaker 2: getting the C C level of I'm Larry. This is
- 47:17Speaker 2: my cousin Darryl, my other cousin Darryl. They they all
- 47:22Speaker 2: were attacked by this JP Morgan Chase executive named Sally,
- 47:26Speaker 2: and the things that she forced them to do to
- 47:29Speaker 2: her are just unspeakable.
- 47:32Speaker 1: Or you're getting Hey, I want to buy an airline, and.
- 47:43Speaker 2: That's how we got JP Morgan Spait Airlines. Thank you
- 47:47Speaker 2: for that big beautiful yellow bow. Trey appreciate that. If
