- 0:00SPEAKER_00: When you get ready to have the conversation, bookwithhonor.com talking about AI integrations into your business.
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: One of the things you might want to relax relax about is it's not always all about AI.
- 0:12SPEAKER_00: A lot of people, that's that's what they pitch, these kids out there.
- 0:15SPEAKER_00: They're talking about AI being that great savior for your business.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: If you're in business, you're probably doing okay if you're still surviving.
- 0:22SPEAKER_00: The only thing that you might need are particular automations that really aren't having to do anything with AI.
- 0:28SPEAKER_00: Systems that basically maybe return calls when they're missed, maybe send text messages when people are opting in, maybe some kind of an email nurturing campaign for a whole bunch of people used to work with in the past.
- 0:40SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's reputation management.
- 0:42SPEAKER_00: All these things are integrations that can be put in, but they don't have anything to do with artificial intelligence.
- 0:48SPEAKER_00: Now, the artificial intelligence end of it is when you miss those phone calls and somebody is going to be picking up that isn't you.
- 0:55SPEAKER_00: That's where AI is going to play the biggest part.
- 0:58SPEAKER_00: And that's what I do here at hireaivoice.com.
- 1:01SPEAKER_00: You call 661-219-7299.
- 1:05SPEAKER_00: You talk to Betty, yeah, just like uh Barney's wife from the Flintstones, you talk to Betty and she'll walk you through a scenario as if she was already working for your business and explain to you that process and how it works.
- 1:17SPEAKER_00: So when I do start to design these for businesses, there's quite a high level of uh you know bringing on and gathering information from you so she stays within whatever parameters you want her to stay within as she's talking to the people on the phone.
- 1:32SPEAKER_00: But she'll book appointments, she will put those things on your calendar, she'll answer questions about whatever it is you will allow her to answer, and she'll be able to communicate very effectively with the people calling in.
- 1:43SPEAKER_00: Now, this doesn't mean getting rid of your staff.
- 1:45SPEAKER_00: Basically, what happens is if let's say your staff goes to lunch, they can forward the calls into the system.
- 1:50SPEAKER_00: If the staff is gone for the day, they forward the calls into the system.
- 1:53SPEAKER_00: Every VoIP or every system out there has the capability of doing this, and that's where she picks up, so we're not going to rebrand your phone number unless you're brand new and you're just starting out, then we could probably find something amazing for you to use as an incoming call number and then having those rerouted.
- 2:08SPEAKER_00: But it's a seamless system.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: It doesn't take that long to put together.
- 2:12SPEAKER_00: I have to get her prompted.
- 2:13SPEAKER_00: And again, I'm I oversee all of this.
- 2:15SPEAKER_00: I don't uh Odesk you out to another country.
- 2:18SPEAKER_00: You're dealing with me, I'm local here in Santa Clarita.
- 2:20SPEAKER_00: Just check it out.
- 2:21SPEAKER_00: 661-219-7299.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: I'm uh I'm an Xer, and if you're a boomer or an Xer, I think we'll probably get along pretty well, and I'll explain you the process, how it all works.
- 2:31SPEAKER_00: And if you're you're not one of those generations, then hey, I'm all good too.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: Just give me a buzz and we'll cover it, and I'll explain to you what's real and what isn't, because a lot of people are selling stuff that doesn't even exist yet.
- 2:42SPEAKER_00: Like you can go fishing and then it just makes you money.
- 2:45SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we're not uh we're not there yet.
- 2:47SPEAKER_00: But when we get there, I'll let you know.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: I'm Connor with honor, hireaivoice.com.
