- 2:02Speaker 1: of more than 20,000 people found that four simple lifestyle
- 2:06Speaker 1: choices can add an average of 14 years to your life.
- 2:10Speaker 1: That's a lot, so pay attention. Here we go. Here's
- 2:11Speaker 1: what we need to do. We need to eat plenty
- 2:13Speaker 1: of fruits and veggies, exercise regularly, drink alcohol moderately, and
- 2:20Speaker 1: do not smoke. Doing each one of these separately adds
- 2:23Speaker 1: years to your life, but all four together helps you
- 2:25Speaker 1: live the longest, 14 years. All right, I'm three for four. Okay.
- 2:31Speaker 1: I'm not smoking. Okay. But I do eat vegetables and fruit,
- 2:34Speaker 1: but not plenty. Does fried count? Yeah. You're doing all those, right?
- 2:41Speaker 1: Everything you mentioned there? I think I do. You don't smoke.
- 2:44Speaker 1: You eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. Yeah. What else
- 2:47Speaker 1: is on there? Exercise regularly. That's the other problem I have,
- 2:50Speaker 1: exercising regularly. And you actually do. Yeah, I do. But
- 2:55Speaker 1: I will say that yesterday I had a lovely one
- 2:58Speaker 1: and a half hour workout and came out of our
- 3:00Speaker 1: little gym in my community. And there was a food
- 3:02Speaker 1: truck there. And I was like, oh. What to do? Eat. Well,
- 3:08Speaker 1: you know what? I would view it as I burned
- 3:10Speaker 1: a bunch of calories. I did. I made room for this.
- 3:12Speaker 1: I did. I get to have an empanada. I love that.
