Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Epstein Chronicles. When Pam Bondi gave her testimony to Congress,
- 0:10we had several members of the Democratic Caucus tell us
- 0:14that Pam Bondy was blaming Todd Blanche for overseeing the
- 0:19entire rollout of the Epstein files, and of course Pam
- 0:22Bondi said that wasn't true. Well, according to the transcripts.
- 0:27I know this is going to shock you, but Pam
- 0:29Bondy wasn't exactly truthful because she most certainly was trying
- 0:34to blame Todd Blanche. So before we dive into those transcripts,
- 0:38we have an article from The Guardian going a little
- 0:40bit deeper on the topic. So with that said, let's
- 0:44dive right in. This article was published by The Guardian
- 0:48and the headline Pam Bondi claims Todd Blanche was in
- 0:51charge of entire release of the Epstein files. This article
- 0:56was authored by Anna Beetts, Formerurn Any General. Pam Bondi
- 1:01told lawmakers that Todd Blanche, the man Donald Trump has
- 1:04lined up to replace her, was in charge of the
- 1:06US Department of Justice controversial handling of the Jeffrey Epstein case.
- 1:11Always passed the buck, right, never me. I was busy
- 1:15watching the DOW. I had nothing to do with this.
- 1:18You better talk to Todd baby Billy Blanche. No honor
- 1:21amongst thieves, right, and certainly no self responsibility amongst politicians.
- 1:29Appearing before the House Oversight and Reform Committee, which is
- 1:32investigating the late financier, pedophile and convicted sex offender, Bondi
- 1:37also said she was not certain of the extent that
- 1:40Trump knew about the crimes of Epstein and Glenn Maxwell,
- 1:43the longtime associate of Epstein who's serving a twenty year
- 1:47sentence for sex trafficking crimes before they became public. Oh,
- 1:51he had no idea because look, there were no signs.
- 1:54Jeffrey Epstein was just, you know, an average guy do
- 1:59an average guy things said nobody ever, like, for real,
- 2:04the whole entire We had no idea. Shit is so
- 2:06ridiculous and so offensive that it's not even funny. Abigail Jackson,
- 2:13the White House spokesperson, claimed in a statement on Thursday
- 2:16that Trump had been totally exonerated on anything relating to
- 2:21Epstein when contacted for comment on Bondie's testimony, Yeah, what
- 2:25about the cover up? That's going on. You noticed they
- 2:28don't talk about that, right, and that should be your clue.
- 2:30The things they don't want to talk about, those are
- 2:33the things you should be pressing on. And the fact
- 2:36that there's a cover up going on right now is
- 2:39kind of a big deal. And all these people that
- 2:41were yelling about accountability, about Hunter Biden, about this, about that,
- 2:46they sure are quiet now, aren't they. I mean, literally,
- 2:49this is the most corruption I have ever seen from
- 2:52an administration. All these fools are getting rich hand over fist.
- 2:55There's no accountability, and certainly the country is not moving
- 2:59in a direction that is beneficial to most of us.
- 3:03But the trap has always been to talk about the
- 3:05most salacious allegations when it comes to Trump, and considering
- 3:09it's he said, she said, those are easy to defend.
- 3:12But when you hammer these people on the cover up,
- 3:15they don't have any kind of logical defense. And when
- 3:18you're going after people like this, you have to look
- 3:20for a weakness in the armor, and in this case
- 3:24it's the cover up. When it was al Capone, it
- 3:27was taxes. You have to find your entry point and
- 3:30from there, well you can exploit whatever was going on.
- 3:33Maybe as law enforcement but they've never even done that,
- 3:37and that's because, well it's a cover up. Blanche, who
- 3:41served as Bondi's deputy at the Justice Department, was responsible
- 3:45for the entire release of the Epstein files, Bondie claimed,
- 3:48according to a transcript release by the committee on Thursday.
- 3:52Blanche was appointed as Acting Attorney General following Bondie's ouster,
- 3:57and Trump said this week he planned to nominate him
- 4:00for the role permanently. Well, yeah, I got to keep
- 4:02the cover up going. Got to make sure that Glaine
- 4:05Maxwell's buddy, Todd Blanche is still in a position to
- 4:08where Donald Trump can try and rely on testimony from
- 4:11Glene Maxwell, you know, like he's doing when it comes
- 4:14to the battle with the Wall Street Journal. Imagine relying
- 4:17on Glaine Maxwell's lion ass to help bolster your case.
- 4:22Tell me, you can't make your argument without telling me.
- 4:27Last week, Bondie faced questions about the Justice Department's handling
- 4:30of the Epstein files during her tenure. Her appearance came
- 4:34as the Department continues to face scrutiny over the files
- 4:37and its compliance with the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which
- 4:41mandated the release of Epstein related records held by the Department,
- 4:45and they still haven't complied, all these months later, still
- 4:50having complied. And the fact that people's names are adacted
- 4:54inside of the files is ridiculous. All of the people
- 4:58that were involved in the decision making their name should
- 5:00be public knowledge. They were all public officials, right, they
- 5:04were all being paid by taxpayer dollars. Right, So how
- 5:07about some taxpayer accountability course not go get aft, make
- 5:12sure your money's in there on time, though, before you
- 5:14get nell with penalties. I'm tired of it. I'm tired
- 5:17of the whole entire song and dance, and I'm sick
- 5:21of being a puppet on a string. And you know
- 5:23what else, I'm sick of the people out there are
- 5:25telling you that it's all okay, that everything that's happening
- 5:29is normal. None of this shit is normal, none of it.
- 5:34And the amount of damage that's being done right now,
- 5:36geopolitically and domestically is incalculable. Last week, Bondi faced questions
- 5:43about the Justice Department's handling of the Epstein files during
- 5:46your tenure. Her appearance came as the Department continues to
- 5:50face scrutiny over the files and its compliance with the
- 5:53Epstein Files Transparency Act, which mandated the release of the
- 5:57Epstein related records held by the Department. The Department has
- 6:01maintained it acted in accordance with the law. No one
- 6:04has not. Several lawmakers on both sides of the aisle,
- 6:08as well as survivors of Epstein's abuse, have criticized some
- 6:12of the Department's actions and raised concerns over certain redactions
- 6:16and the disclosure of sensitive personal information in the files.
- 6:21I mean, you blame them. Imagine you're somebody who didn't
- 6:24want your name out there, and then Pam Bondi and
- 6:27their band of buffoons out you. Meanwhile, the protect everybody else,
- 6:32but I know, just another accident, another coincidence. In her
- 6:38opening statement and throughout her testimony, Bondi defended the Justice
- 6:42Department's handling of the records under her leadership, at the
- 6:45same time working to distance herself from the release and
- 6:48review of the files, saying that she did not lead
- 6:51every aspect of the Department's effort, but that it was
- 6:54Blanche who oversaw it. Of course it was. And you
- 6:57know how Jeffrey Epstein had Darren Endyke Well, President Trump
- 7:03has baby Billy Blanche his whole entire function is to
- 7:06defend Trump. That's it, nothing more and nothing less, not
- 7:09about you or me, not about pursuing justice, not about
- 7:13hammering people who actually commit crime. No, it's about protecting Trump.
- 7:22He was in charge of the process and the entire
- 7:24release of the Epstein files, she told lawmakers on May
- 7:27twenty ninth. In her opening statement. She also said that
- 7:30she did not conduct that document review myself and told
- 7:33the panel that she delegated oversight of the process to Blanche.
- 7:38Of course she did. Donald Trump wanted Blanche to take
- 7:41care of it because that's his guy, and he knew
- 7:43that Blanche was willing to play ball. In my opinion,
- 7:47Blanche is corrupt. And all the people that were out
- 7:49here yelling and screaming about Merrick Garland, who by the way,
- 7:53was an on skull and a piece of work, they
- 7:56should be screaming bloody murder about Todd Blanche. But they
- 7:59want because they're hypocrites. And all the people out here
- 8:02that put party before country, they can all get stuffed.
- 8:05Your dumbass political party means nothing in the Grand scheme.
- 8:12Bondi acknowledged that there were redaction errors in the release,
- 8:15but insisted that since day one of the process. The
- 8:17department has been committed to accountability and transparency. Sure. In
- 8:22a break in questioning last week, several Democratic lawmakers told
- 8:26reporters that Bondi was telling them that it was Blanche
- 8:29that was leading the Epstein investigation and quite frankly, all
- 8:32the mistakes that we saw, the redactions not protecting survivors.
- 8:37She continues to push that back on the Acting Ag
- 8:40Todd Blanche. Yo, Look, somebody made the mistake. Pam Bondi
- 8:45was the boss at the time, so she's holding the
- 8:47bag as far as I'm concerned. Anything that happened after that,
- 8:52well that's Todd, Baby Billy Blanche's problem. But there's plenty
- 8:57of blame to go around here, and I blame both
- 9:01of these people. They're both in on the cover up. Afterward,
- 9:06Bondi pushed back on the characterization in a social media post,
- 9:09calling it not true and said that she praised Acting
- 9:13Ag Blanche management of this herculean task. That does not
- 9:17really seem to be the case. Seems to be that
- 9:20Bondi certainly was blaming Todd Blanche, and I think you'll
- 9:24see that when we start going through these transcripts in
- 9:31the transcript, Bondi can be seen making the claims the
- 9:33Democrats had made during the break and denying that she
- 9:36was blaming anything on Todd. Todd Blanche is one of
- 9:40the most highly ethical individuals I know, and I think
- 9:43he's making an incredible acting attorney general, she said in
- 9:47her testimony. And he managed this investigation and it was
- 9:50a herculean task with very little error. Oh yeah, tell
- 9:54that to the girls who were exposed. Tell that to
- 9:57the people who were hurt by this. Well, maybe after
- 10:01you tell us about the doll. If formally nominated by
- 10:06Trump to be the Attorney General on a permanent basis,
- 10:09Blanche would require a confirmation from the US Senate. Oh
- 10:12he'll get it. All those people will just duck walk
- 10:15for Trump. I mean that's all they do. They don't
- 10:19have a backbone, no spine. They're all scared of them.
- 10:25During Bondie's testimony last week, she also told lawmakers that
- 10:29she learned of the controversial prison transfer of Maxwell through
- 10:32news reports after it happened, claiming I had nothing to
- 10:36do with that. Hold on, what does that even mean.
- 10:41Pam Bondi is theag She's in charge of all of it.
- 10:44She had no idea what was happening. So what she's
- 10:48inferring here, at least as far as I can tell,
- 10:50is that command came from above her. So who's above
- 10:53the ag Well, the President of the United States. So
- 10:57did Donald Trump order the true answer of Glenn Maxwell?
- 11:02I have questions? Asked whether Maxwell should receive a pardon,
- 11:06Bondie replied no, adding that Maxwell was a monster. I
- 11:10believe she should die in prison. Said Bondie, Well, I
- 11:12agree with that. That is something that I definitely agree
- 11:16with because Glenn Maxwell is as evil as Epstein and
- 11:21people need to really get that through their heads. Throughout
- 11:24the interview, Bondi also declined to discuss any conversations with Trump,
- 11:28saying she would not comment on discussion she had with
- 11:31the US President. In one exchange, lawmakers asked Bondie whether
- 11:35upon taking office, any victim or victim attorneys reached out
- 11:39to the Department, Yes, Bondie replied. When asked how many,
- 11:44she said she couldn't recall and added, I know multiple.
- 11:47There were multiple victims and many of which I believe
- 11:49the majority are represented by attorneys. Did you meet with
- 11:54them personally or would that have been something that Todd
- 11:56Blanche would have done, lawmakers asked Bondie, to which he responded,
- 12:00I didn't know. I spoke to one attorney. I cannot
- 12:02recall her name. Imagine being the Attorney general and not
- 12:05wanting to speak to the survivors themselves, Like what are
- 12:09we doing here? And how is it that some people
- 12:12can't see the force through the trees and see that
- 12:14this is a cover of I spoke to her, and
- 12:17I believe I refer her to the FBI. She added,
- 12:19You know, when a victim is represented, you go through
- 12:21their attorney. Bondi's appearance before the committee followed weeks of
- 12:25back and forth between the former attorney general and lawmakers
- 12:29on the committee. In the wake of Bondi's testimony, Democrats
- 12:33are urging the Representative James Comer, the Republican who chairs
- 12:36the committee, to bring Blanche and the FBI Director Cash
- 12:40Betel the also answer questions as part of the panel's
- 12:43investigation into the Epstein case. That's a good idea. Let's
- 12:49have everybody come in, but they're just going to give
- 12:52us the same olbs, but even still getting them on
- 12:55the record telling bullshit lies. I think that's a good
- 12:58thing because later on down the road. That'll help set
- 13:01the record straight and if there's an investigation later on
- 13:04down the road, I think it's important to have all
- 13:07the information, all the testimony that we possibly can. That way,
- 13:11if people told us bullshit lies, they're held accountable. So
- 13:15it's important to have the record now. If they're gonna
- 13:17do anything with that record and try and find that accountability,
- 13:21well that's a whole different story. So, like I said,
- 13:25the transcripts from Pambondi, we're gonna start diving into those
- 13:28today and then over the next few days we'll get
- 13:31those added, and we'll also start taking a look at
- 13:34the transcript from Tovin No Weel. So until then, that's
- 13:38gonna do it for this one. All the information that
- 13:40goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
