Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hey, everybody, welcome to tea time with Amy and Bed.
- 0:05Speaker 1: We're back.
- 0:07Speaker 2: We're back. Good day.
- 0:10Speaker 1: I have some fun stuff to talk about.
- 0:12Speaker 2: Let's do that.
- 0:14Speaker 1: Ah. So, as I mentioned in the last video, and
- 0:19Speaker 1: then you'll know the last video talking to the audience
- 0:21Speaker 1: because we're wearing the same clothes. So anyway that my
- 0:28Speaker 1: mom's in the hospital, you know, a lot of stuff
- 0:31Speaker 1: happening over these past two weeks. I have to stay
- 0:33Speaker 1: here another week. I talked about being in the now
- 0:37Speaker 1: in maintaining my energy and my mental, emotional, physical, spiritual
- 0:44Speaker 1: states like all the things. So if you want to
- 0:46Speaker 1: know more about that, go watch the other video. What
- 0:50Speaker 1: I want to talk about at this time because a
- 0:53Speaker 1: lot of fun is You ended the last video with
- 0:57Speaker 1: remember to be in the now, and that was something
- 1:00Speaker 1: I was saying, is learned in the last videos. I've
- 1:04Speaker 1: been in the now thinking about what is like, where
- 1:07Speaker 1: are we, what's the facts, what's the next step, and
- 1:09Speaker 1: just taking it moment by moment. But really being in
- 1:13Speaker 1: the now and where my mom's at a hospital, it's
- 1:20Speaker 1: like its own little it's like its own city. This
- 1:22Speaker 1: hospital is ginormous, it's incredible, and you know, going in
- 1:32Speaker 1: and out of the parking garage that is ten nine stories.
- 1:38Speaker 1: In and out of the hospital that's three stories. And
- 1:44Speaker 1: the first this is about being in the now and
- 1:49Speaker 1: tuning into energy. I had seven or eight I'm not
- 1:58Speaker 1: sure which it was to say lean into seven, but
- 2:02Speaker 1: seven or eight times in a row, not missed one
- 2:07Speaker 1: in a row. I knew which elevator door was going
- 2:11Speaker 1: to open for us to get on. And in the
- 2:15Speaker 1: parking garage there are four and in the hospital there
- 2:19Speaker 1: are four. So you push the button and you stand
- 2:23Speaker 1: there and I knew, like I just did it, and
- 2:25Speaker 1: I just tuned in. And this is in the midst
- 2:28Speaker 1: of my mom recovering from a surgery where she had
- 2:31Speaker 1: a minor stroke, and just really being present in the
- 2:36Speaker 1: moment and just tuning into that was super cool. Who
- 2:44Speaker 1: does that?
- 2:47Speaker 3: Everybody should be doing it because they'll be so surprised
- 2:50Speaker 3: and delighted about all the things that they are they
- 2:53Speaker 3: already know, and that's that helps build confidence. Yeah, and
- 2:58Speaker 3: it's always start off with you it right when we
- 3:00Speaker 3: would when we would first start doing something like that,
- 3:02Speaker 3: perhaps you would not get them all right, I'm not
- 3:05Speaker 3: saying today but five years ago, but just to playing
- 3:08Speaker 3: with it, just to do it, and then you start
- 3:10Speaker 3: noticing something switches because you start noticing that you're there's
- 3:14Speaker 3: there is no separation between you and anything else.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Yeah, And I would be standing there with other people
- 3:20Speaker 1: where whether it was the people I was with or
- 3:22Speaker 1: other people just waiting for the elevator, and they're all
- 3:24Speaker 1: standing there looking around like which elevator is going to be?
- 3:27Speaker 1: No turning because in the garage there's there's you know,
- 3:31Speaker 1: if you're facing the wall, there's two on the right,
- 3:33Speaker 1: two on the left. In the hospital there's four in alignment,
- 3:38Speaker 1: and so you know, there's looking back and forth like, Okay,
- 3:41Speaker 1: which one is it going to be? And I would
- 3:44Speaker 1: just stand there and I just knew and the door
- 3:46Speaker 1: would open, and I'm like, that's freaking cool. Now here's
- 3:52Speaker 1: what I noticed. I had a moment where my stress
- 3:56Speaker 1: lid popped. So this was that elevator thing was happening
- 3:59Speaker 1: over the course of about a week, last maybe four
- 4:08Speaker 1: four days or so, and I had a moment where
- 4:15Speaker 1: my stress lid popped, which meant I got out of
- 4:19Speaker 1: alignment with myself, and then I couldn't tell which elevator.
- 4:25Speaker 1: Then I could feel myself guessing, and you know the
- 4:28Speaker 1: difference when you know you know which one it is
- 4:33Speaker 1: or you're guessing. Like I could tell that difference. I said, oh,
- 4:38Speaker 1: I'm guessing now I'm not tuned in. And it took me.
- 4:46Speaker 1: It took me a few days after that experience of
- 4:50Speaker 1: the stress, it took me a few days where I
- 4:56Speaker 1: was in tune again and I was picking the elevator.
- 5:01Speaker 1: So it was a great lesson in actually recognizing when
- 5:07Speaker 1: you're tuned in and when you're not, and then you are. Like,
- 5:10Speaker 1: going through that experience was pretty cool, even in the
- 5:15Speaker 1: midst of you know, all this stuff happening with my mom,
- 5:17Speaker 1: which could be way stressful. It could be stressful for anybody.
- 5:21Speaker 1: And my practice has been now, right now, what are
- 5:27Speaker 1: we doing now?
- 5:29Speaker 2: So you've gained discernment.
- 5:31Speaker 1: Oh, I've been working on that for years girl.
- 5:36Speaker 3: Also so for my processes lately that it has been
- 5:41Speaker 3: discerning as well. But it's one am I thinking and
- 5:43Speaker 3: when am I receiving information? And it's like a constant thing. Oh,
- 5:46Speaker 3: that's a thought, and so I'll sit with that for
- 5:48Speaker 3: a minute. However, I need to process whatever I'm going through,
- 5:53Speaker 3: and then I start recognizing, oh, now I'm getting this information.
- 5:57Speaker 3: I've been getting so much information it's it's amazing. But
- 6:00Speaker 3: we can only get there from that space. And the
- 6:02Speaker 3: same thing when the stress lid pops, or when you
- 6:05Speaker 3: when I have an emotional response to something, or I
- 6:08Speaker 3: get too tuned into somebody else's energy, and I but
- 6:12Speaker 3: learning discernment along all of this, along all of this
- 6:15Speaker 3: to the point where I'm releasing attachment to everybody, which
- 6:21Speaker 3: is would initially have been scary to me even months ago,
- 6:26Speaker 3: because even letting go of my kids and my grandkids,
- 6:28Speaker 3: my relationship here I've let go of. I have zero
- 6:33Speaker 3: attachment and it's a very freeing space. It's a very
- 6:37Speaker 3: neutral space that it was something that I realized this morning,
- 6:41Speaker 3: and it's really something that has just happened recently. But
- 6:45Speaker 3: that also paves way for you to be able to
- 6:47Speaker 3: have that connection to self, to your higher self, because that,
- 6:50Speaker 3: like I said in the last Feodo, that is my
- 6:52Speaker 3: most important relationship. And so I'm sitting I have conversations,
- 6:56Speaker 3: sometimes out loud, sometimes internally to my higher self, and
- 7:00Speaker 3: I ask questions and I get answers and I go
- 7:03Speaker 3: from there. Sometimes I hear it in verbally, sometimes I
- 7:05Speaker 3: see it in images. You know might as we'll be
- 7:08Speaker 3: playing charades, sometimes I'll get a feeling and it's it
- 7:12Speaker 3: comes through in so many different ways. There is not
- 7:15Speaker 3: just one way, and so it's just being open to
- 7:18Speaker 3: all those facets of ourselves and the more otherwise you
- 7:23Speaker 3: think about it. In the world, there's such a disconnect.
- 7:26Speaker 3: There is like division between people, but it's not the
- 7:28Speaker 3: disconnecting division between people. It's the disconnect and division withinself.
- 7:33Speaker 3: And when we start looking at all that stuff, when
- 7:34Speaker 3: we start addressing that, the division and the disconnect outside
- 7:39Speaker 3: of self isn't going to be there anymore because it
- 7:42Speaker 3: has nothing more to teach us. And so it's so
- 7:45Speaker 3: important that I've been I have had the opportunities to
- 7:48Speaker 3: go within and to be more at peace and to
- 7:51Speaker 3: I'm working out again and I do things you know
- 7:54Speaker 3: that are making me happy. I'm selling all kinds of
- 7:56Speaker 3: stuff that was my husband's stuff. It's like this Lakers
- 8:00Speaker 3: and Steeler stuff. It's like I have no use for it.
- 8:03Speaker 3: And so it's just getting into other people, but also
- 8:05Speaker 3: letting letting go of things, and that's a been a
- 8:08Speaker 3: big thing. And it's like I keep getting told big
- 8:11Speaker 3: happy changes, big happy changes, big happy changes. And it's like, Okay, well,
- 8:14Speaker 3: I have no idea what that looks like from here,
- 8:16Speaker 3: but I'm open. I'm open, and I'm not even I'm
- 8:19Speaker 3: not even trying to control it. I'm just ready to
- 8:21Speaker 3: see what does it look like? How does that feel?
- 8:24Speaker 1: Yeah, and when you talk about the division, because you know,
- 8:28Speaker 1: division has been huge for several years now, It's been
- 8:33Speaker 1: a thing for probably decades, right in a worldview, it
- 8:40Speaker 1: has become even stronger because I feel because of social
- 8:45Speaker 1: media that we are we are in such an instant
- 8:50Speaker 1: report mode that you know, anybody anywhere can share their
- 8:55Speaker 1: opinion about anything. And then of course you have the
- 8:59Speaker 1: trolls out there that or just keeps turning the knife,
- 9:04Speaker 1: just contributing to the negativity and gets people amped up
- 9:07Speaker 1: because they contribute their energy to whatever is being posted.
- 9:12Speaker 1: But when there are things that are being reported in
- 9:19Speaker 1: the news social media that seem detrimental, everybody wants to
- 9:28Speaker 1: pick a side. Oh, they're the victim because blah blah blah.
- 9:33Speaker 1: And it's like, well, no, the other person's the victim
- 9:35Speaker 1: because blah blah blah. And there's these these two fighting forces.
- 9:40Speaker 1: Well there's a responsibility on both sides and then there's
- 9:47Speaker 1: responsibility of all the choices and decisions they've made in
- 9:53Speaker 1: their lifetime to be in that experience together where something
- 10:00Speaker 1: happens that is perceived as detrimental, and then people are
- 10:05Speaker 1: choosing sides, Well, what about all the things that those
- 10:10Speaker 1: two people, just those two people that had the experience together,
- 10:14Speaker 1: those two people, all their choices and decisions that they
- 10:17Speaker 1: made to bring them in alignment for that experience, that's
- 10:21Speaker 1: their responsibility. So it is taking responsibility for what they
- 10:26Speaker 1: chose to do to bring them in that moment. Now, there,
- 10:30Speaker 1: I say, and I've heard many people say this, there
- 10:33Speaker 1: are three sides to a story. There's person a's side,
- 10:38Speaker 1: there's person B side, Then there's the truth and person
- 10:43Speaker 1: A in person B. Their stories, provided they're still living,
- 10:49Speaker 1: their stories, are going to be in such a way
- 10:52Speaker 1: that one it proves them right and the other person wrong,
- 10:58Speaker 1: and it based on their programming, their life experiences, their
- 11:05Speaker 1: belief systems. So you have these two people completely different
- 11:09Speaker 1: trying to prove each other wrong, prove themselves right, and
- 11:13Speaker 1: so they're neither one of them are actually knowing the
- 11:18Speaker 1: truth because they can't see it, they can't acknowledge it
- 11:24Speaker 1: based on what they have going on mentally and emotionally internally,
- 11:30Speaker 1: And so then you have these two people that don't
- 11:32Speaker 1: even know the truth, and then you have all these
- 11:34Speaker 1: people out here in the news and social media just
- 11:37Speaker 1: drumming up words that really make no sense.
- 11:44Speaker 3: And fluffing it from their own perspectives, so like from
- 11:46Speaker 3: their own yeah, their own templates, they're all their own experiences,
- 11:50Speaker 3: their own perceptions, which is never going to be the
- 11:53Speaker 3: same as anybody else's. And then it's like people take
- 11:56Speaker 3: that from their own perceptions and rum with it too.
- 11:58Speaker 1: So it's like this right, and it's their time and
- 12:02Speaker 1: energy that they're putting into a situation, giving their focus
- 12:05Speaker 1: on a situation that they don't even know the truth about.
- 12:09Speaker 1: So you got hundreds of thousands or millions of people
- 12:13Speaker 1: focused on something with their time and energy they don't
- 12:18Speaker 1: even know the truth about, and they can't get that
- 12:21Speaker 1: time back. So you're sitting and trying to you're reading
- 12:28Speaker 1: something you're not in agreement with, You're putting your energy
- 12:31Speaker 1: into the words that you're posting in a comment about that,
- 12:36Speaker 1: or you saw something on news, so you're over here
- 12:38Speaker 1: talking to your friends and you're getting all riled up
- 12:40Speaker 1: about it or or you know, it's like you can't
- 12:44Speaker 1: get that time back. You just focused on something with
- 12:48Speaker 1: your time of your day that you can't get back
- 12:52Speaker 1: to share an opinion or argue a point that is
- 12:57Speaker 1: probably absolutely irrelevant. On the flip side of that, it's
- 13:04Speaker 1: relevant because you're going to trigger somebody else who's going
- 13:08Speaker 1: to have an opinion or comment about what you said.
- 13:10Speaker 1: So now you have an interaction with some people that
- 13:14Speaker 1: you're giving time and energy to. The thing is is
- 13:18Speaker 1: that I would say probably at least ninety eight percent
- 13:22Speaker 1: or more people, probably one hundred and twenty percent. I mean,
- 13:25Speaker 1: that's crazy, right. Are all in a victim state. They're
- 13:30Speaker 1: not in a learning state? Learning meaning, Oh this person
- 13:33Speaker 1: said this or made this comment or shared this post
- 13:37Speaker 1: and I got triggered by it. Why did I get triggered?
- 13:40Speaker 1: They're not doing that. They're on survival and attack, not
- 13:47Speaker 1: a oh wow, that didn't resonate with me. Why am
- 13:51Speaker 1: I getting so upset about this? This really, this whole
- 13:55Speaker 1: entire situation has nothing to do with me and my life.
- 14:01Speaker 1: So why am I getting so triggered about this? Why
- 14:03Speaker 1: am I getting so upset or angry? Or And it's
- 14:07Speaker 1: into time to take some internal reflection and spend the
- 14:11Speaker 1: time on you, which we you know, equate to self love.
- 14:16Speaker 1: What am I getting all balled up about? Instead the
- 14:21Speaker 1: population goes on the attack. It's a very interesting process
- 14:26Speaker 1: when you think about it.
- 14:28Speaker 2: It's an opportunity for discernments.
- 14:30Speaker 3: So everything we've spoke about so far, it's an opportunity
- 14:34Speaker 3: to be in that place of feeling inside the self
- 14:36Speaker 3: and seeing how does this feel, what feels like truth
- 14:40Speaker 3: to me and what doesn't. And it's also opportunity for
- 14:43Speaker 3: others because I know of someone that does this is
- 14:45Speaker 3: they will go in and postings to these victim mentalities
- 14:50Speaker 3: in a way that it doesn't trigger them so that
- 14:53Speaker 3: they can try to hopefully see more than one perspective,
- 14:56Speaker 3: because that's the thing when we get.
- 14:57Speaker 2: Into this I'm right, you're wrong.
- 15:00Speaker 3: It's usually a single perspective. It's not we're not open
- 15:03Speaker 3: for any other information. And this person does present information,
- 15:07Speaker 3: so it's it's an opportunity for that too. It's and
- 15:09Speaker 3: it's an opportunity for growth because again there's going to
- 15:12Speaker 3: be someone out there that's going to be triggered now
- 15:14Speaker 3: that they even are learning what what does it even mean?
- 15:17Speaker 2: To be triggered, and it's so.
- 15:19Speaker 3: That it gives them the opportunity to start exploring and
- 15:22Speaker 3: learning more about themselves. So everything is like such an
- 15:24Speaker 3: opportunity out there. And then and it's an opportunity for
- 15:28Speaker 3: us that we're learning to love ourselves or do love ourselves,
- 15:32Speaker 3: to love the others where they're at, no matter where
- 15:35Speaker 3: they're at. Yeah, and then we're not feeding it either,
- 15:38Speaker 3: We're not feeding any of it. We're just giving them
- 15:41Speaker 3: love because loves where it's at.
- 15:46Speaker 1: Yep. And you love people where they're at and maintain
- 15:54Speaker 1: your sense of peace. And really, how many times I
- 15:59Speaker 1: know I've done several times when I got into it
- 16:02Speaker 1: and I was learning, I was gonna learn super hyper
- 16:05Speaker 1: learning mode that how many times has somebody said something
- 16:11Speaker 1: a text and you interpret it in a certain way
- 16:14Speaker 1: and you get all angry, upset, frustrated, irritated or whatever,
- 16:17Speaker 1: and you start sending that nasty text and then you
- 16:21Speaker 1: take a breath and you pause and then you delete it. Yes,
- 16:28Speaker 1: me contributing that energy in those words amplifies the situation.
- 16:34Speaker 1: And again it's a self reflection. Why is this making
- 16:38Speaker 1: me angry? Why am I getting frustrated? Why am I
- 16:42Speaker 1: upset depressed? Why am I having the emotional reaction based
- 16:49Speaker 1: on what they are saying or doing, even if it's
- 16:53Speaker 1: towards me, Because I'm assuming right, I'm interpreting this as
- 17:06Speaker 1: an attack on me through a text where I can't
- 17:13Speaker 1: see their face, I don't know their tone, I don't
- 17:16Speaker 1: know their body language. I don't have anything else but
- 17:20Speaker 1: some words in the text. But my interpretation of it
- 17:23Speaker 1: is they're attacking me. Where if all the other components
- 17:31Speaker 1: were included, then you may have a different perspective. And
- 17:36Speaker 1: if you are in that space of learning mode, you
- 17:39Speaker 1: have a different perspective. If you're in a space of
- 17:43Speaker 1: victim mode, you have a different perspective. So it's like,
- 17:47Speaker 1: how much information do you have to help you take
- 17:51Speaker 1: a step back, take a breath, and go wow, what
- 17:55Speaker 1: is my responsibility in this interaction? How can I deflate
- 18:01Speaker 1: this within myself? Not necessarily with the person, but in myself.
- 18:06Speaker 1: How can I just take it down a few notches?
- 18:09Speaker 1: What is it that's really going on? Well, rejection, abandonment, abuse,
- 18:20Speaker 1: all stored in me that's causing me to perceive this
- 18:24Speaker 1: experience as an attack.
- 18:30Speaker 3: Nice And also, as you were speaking, there was something
- 18:33Speaker 3: that was coming to my mind to almost like have
- 18:35Speaker 3: a response to I have eliminated it because I noticed
- 18:39Speaker 3: I was sitting here and I was holding my hand
- 18:41Speaker 3: and I start I was almost starting to squeeze my hand,
- 18:43Speaker 3: and it's like, that's not a response that I need
- 18:46Speaker 3: to have. And that goes along with what you were
- 18:48Speaker 3: talking about in the last video. It's really paying attention to.
- 18:51Speaker 2: Your to all of this.
- 18:52Speaker 3: We've got this vehicle that we travel around and it's
- 18:55Speaker 3: constantly as gauges that are going off all the time,
- 18:58Speaker 3: and it's like, do you have to wait till it
- 19:00Speaker 3: gets so extreme that it says you have no oil
- 19:02Speaker 3: left in your vehicle or you or is it this
- 19:05Speaker 3: light where I noticed I was kind of holding my
- 19:07Speaker 3: hand almost like pinching. I just recognized that. I was like, oh, okay,
- 19:11Speaker 3: well that doesn't feel good. If that doesn't feel good,
- 19:13Speaker 3: then release the thought. So as soon as that popped in,
- 19:17Speaker 3: I released it. But it was something to go along
- 19:19Speaker 3: with everything else with awareness being in the now. I'm
- 19:23Speaker 3: listening to the conversation. Then all of a sudden, I
- 19:25Speaker 3: keyed into myself for a second and noticed that and
- 19:29Speaker 3: it doesn't have to I mean, it's something so simple,
- 19:32Speaker 3: and I deflated it right there. I mean I deflected it.
- 19:35Speaker 3: I switched gears, I turned that switch off. My machine
- 19:40Speaker 3: automatically started running after that, and I noticed that I
- 19:42Speaker 3: was very calm inside. And it's something so subtle, like
- 19:46Speaker 3: you was talking about. I think it was in the
- 19:48Speaker 3: last video. I want to mention in this video, with
- 19:50Speaker 3: a breath, just taking the time for that breath, that breath,
- 19:55Speaker 3: it does everything. And then it's like checking in with
- 19:57Speaker 3: your vessel real quick time ago you had taught about
- 20:01Speaker 3: and you still teach about it. But it's like, we
- 20:03Speaker 3: don't have to react, we can stop, We don't have
- 20:05Speaker 3: to have a response right this moment. Take a breath,
- 20:08Speaker 3: take a few, you know, take a few breaths. Tell
- 20:12Speaker 3: someone you'll get back to them. You know, it's all
- 20:14Speaker 3: these things, but it's giving yourself space to recognize what
- 20:19Speaker 3: do you really want?
- 20:20Speaker 2: And not from the mind space.
- 20:21Speaker 3: Because that's such an easy space to get into to
- 20:24Speaker 3: rationalize everything, but from the body space.
- 20:26Speaker 2: What is your body telling you mm hmm.
- 20:31Speaker 1: Yep. And when you're feeling those aches and pains in
- 20:33Speaker 1: your body, your stress, you're hanging onto your stress in
- 20:36Speaker 1: those areas, and what does it mean you have to
- 20:41Speaker 1: Each person has to discern that for themselves. My discomfort
- 20:47Speaker 1: in my body related to stress and stress is just
- 20:53Speaker 1: for the most part, me perceiving a situation in a
- 21:00Speaker 1: way that's creating the stress in me like I'm creating
- 21:05Speaker 1: it because I'm seeing this through my eyes, my program,
- 21:09Speaker 1: in my belief system, just like I talked about earlier,
- 21:13Speaker 1: and when I can take a breath and go okay,
- 21:16Speaker 1: well what is this really, I can release those discomforts
- 21:22Speaker 1: in my body. It's not about somebody else changing. It's
- 21:26Speaker 1: not you know, BEV needs to change so I can
- 21:28Speaker 1: feel better, or or or the president needs to change
- 21:32Speaker 1: his attitude. Yeah, No, it's me. It's me and how
- 21:37Speaker 1: I'm perceiving the situations. It's not on anybody else. And
- 21:43Speaker 1: how many times in our life we said, well if
- 21:45Speaker 1: they would do this and then and then, and then
- 21:48Speaker 1: I would be better. No, I hate to tell you this, No,
- 21:53Speaker 1: you can be better now because if you don't do
- 21:58Speaker 1: it now, that person may change and you may think, Okay,
- 22:02Speaker 1: well they're doing things the way I want them to now,
- 22:04Speaker 1: and now I'm feel better. Somebody else is going to
- 22:07Speaker 1: fill their spot because there's something for you to learn
- 22:09Speaker 1: that you haven't learned yet, and somebody is going to
- 22:12Speaker 1: keep filling that spot to help you realize it is
- 22:15Speaker 1: not about them. It is about you every single time,
- 22:19Speaker 1: no questions.
- 22:19Speaker 2: Asked, every single every time.
- 22:25Speaker 1: And I speak from the experience of thinking I was
- 22:28Speaker 1: a control freak that you need to change for me
- 22:31Speaker 1: to feel better. You need to do what I want
- 22:34Speaker 1: you to do so I can be happy. It was
- 22:37Speaker 1: never about that. It was me being.
- 22:39Speaker 3: Happy just because yeah, and then they would change. So
- 22:44Speaker 3: in my experience, they would change, and then I would
- 22:46Speaker 3: find something else that need to change, It needed to
- 22:48Speaker 3: be fixed. There was like you said before, it's it
- 22:51Speaker 3: could be with the same person, and it's like it's
- 22:53Speaker 3: very taxing on the other person, especially if they feel
- 22:56Speaker 3: the obligation or responsibility to take care of that other person,
- 23:00Speaker 3: which again is all learning because I've gone the whole
- 23:03Speaker 3: full cambit on that I feel like I.
- 23:06Speaker 1: Have, and you're putting them, you're putting that other person
- 23:09Speaker 1: in a position of nothing they do is ever going
- 23:12Speaker 1: to be right for you, because you're always going to
- 23:14Speaker 1: be nitpicking what they're doing. So because it's not your
- 23:18Speaker 1: way or you're not they're not meeting your expectations, and
- 23:23Speaker 1: even if they did again, even if they did whatever
- 23:27Speaker 1: it was you needed to learn about yourself, you didn't learn.
- 23:30Speaker 1: So somebody else is going to fill that position. They're
- 23:34Speaker 1: gonna be like, hey, I'm the new employee, now here
- 23:36Speaker 1: to rock and roll your world. So here we go.
- 23:40Speaker 3: Yeah, because no matter what, you take yourself with you,
- 23:43Speaker 3: no matter what, every single time and and everything you
- 23:47Speaker 3: just said was something that I've experienced actually recently, and
- 23:51Speaker 3: now I have an awareness of it, and so I'm
- 23:53Speaker 3: no longer in that space of even it's so freeing
- 23:58Speaker 3: when you walk through these paths, but it just feel
- 24:00Speaker 3: like it when you're walking through it, right, it does.
- 24:02Speaker 3: But once you get to the other side, you recognize
- 24:06Speaker 3: the freedom that you now have well, and the freedom
- 24:10Speaker 3: that you've given everybody else too, because you're not it's
- 24:12Speaker 3: they can do whatever they want.
- 24:13Speaker 2: It's their life.
- 24:14Speaker 1: Yes. And even me having my recent uh stressful experience,
- 24:22Speaker 1: was still all about me. It was still all about
- 24:24Speaker 1: how I was perceiving it and I know it, but
- 24:27Speaker 1: I got so riled up by somebody else that I
- 24:31Speaker 1: allowed them to affect me in such a way that
- 24:36Speaker 1: I got upset, and then I you know, got angry,
- 24:41Speaker 1: where really I could have deflected that whole thing if
- 24:46Speaker 1: I would have sat with myself and said, Okay, what's
- 24:48Speaker 1: really going on here? And what really was going on
- 24:51Speaker 1: is I was feeling out of control, and so they
- 24:57Speaker 1: just showed up to have the experience with me so
- 25:00Speaker 1: I could have that self realization because it really, to
- 25:06Speaker 1: be honest, it really pisses me off that when somebody
- 25:11Speaker 1: does something and I get stressed out about it, I
- 25:15Speaker 1: am allowing them to control me, even though they don't
- 25:17Speaker 1: know that I'm allowing them to control me because I'm
- 25:20Speaker 1: the one that got stressed out about it, angry, upset.
- 25:25Speaker 1: So then I'm I'm mad at myself because I allowed
- 25:28Speaker 1: that to happen. Now I'm like, all right, damn it,
- 25:31Speaker 1: this ain't gonna happen again. What's going on to me? Right?
- 25:34Speaker 1: And then that self reflection pops in. So yeah, it's
- 25:36Speaker 1: a whole It's a whole thing always, it's a constant thing.
- 25:43Speaker 1: And if and and really, if you're not on that
- 25:45Speaker 1: wheel of being willing to have an experience, recognize how
- 25:50Speaker 1: you are affected, take the time to learn and grow
- 25:53Speaker 1: from it, and then the next and keep going with
- 25:56Speaker 1: that cycle, you are always, always, always, for the rest
- 25:59Speaker 1: of your life. As long as you are in this
- 26:03Speaker 1: what do I call a human the human spirit vehicle.
- 26:08Speaker 1: As long as you are in your human spirit vehicle,
- 26:10Speaker 1: you're not going to learn the lessons that you came
- 26:12Speaker 1: to learn because you're going to stay in that victim
- 26:14Speaker 1: mode of poor me, woe is me? Everything happens to me,
- 26:18Speaker 1: life sucks, and all the things. You have to get
- 26:20Speaker 1: on that cycle of experience, emotions, mental, What did I
- 26:27Speaker 1: learn next? Like, you just keep going through those motions.
- 26:35Speaker 1: Is it easy? Not at all? Is not easy. I'm
- 26:38Speaker 1: not going to say it's easy by no means, but
- 26:42Speaker 1: you do have to keep moving forward and processing these emotions,
- 26:48Speaker 1: your mental thoughts, your physical state, your spiritual connection. Like
- 26:52Speaker 1: it's just and how are people? How are people contributing
- 26:56Speaker 1: to those experience for you so that you can continue
- 26:59Speaker 1: to learn and grow. If you were sitting in a
- 27:01Speaker 1: room by yourself, there is no growth. There is in
- 27:05Speaker 1: different ways, and that's a whole other conversation. But people
- 27:08Speaker 1: showing up to create situations that get your attention to
- 27:13Speaker 1: make you do things that are on a personal development,
- 27:16Speaker 1: uh trajectory. That's why you know, that's why we need
- 27:21Speaker 1: each other. So tomorrow, Beth, piss me off, so I
- 27:25Speaker 1: can go do some self re left reflection, figure out
- 27:27Speaker 1: why you did this, why I reacted the way I did,
- 27:30Speaker 1: or why I thought this way, so I can learn
- 27:32Speaker 1: and grow so I can keep moving on. Right, It's
- 27:34Speaker 1: like we need these people in our lives to help
- 27:36Speaker 1: us keep moving in a in a I'm going to
- 27:40Speaker 1: say better direction, but within yourself. Better within yourself.
- 27:45Speaker 3: Yeah, beneficial because it's beneficial to yourself and to the others.
- 27:50Speaker 1: Yep. And it's up to me to learn about the situation.
- 27:55Speaker 1: Whether Bev gets anything out of the situation or not,
- 27:57Speaker 1: that's on her. There's nothing to do with me. I
- 27:59Speaker 1: learned what I need learn. I'm going to keep going.
- 28:01Speaker 1: If she stays stuck in her shit, and then somebody
- 28:04Speaker 1: else is going to come and stir her world up.
- 28:07Speaker 1: They're going to keep They just keep coming and stirring
- 28:09Speaker 1: her up until she finally besides, what she's doing isn't
- 28:13Speaker 1: working and then needs to make a change. And then
- 28:14Speaker 1: that making and the change is what did I learn?
- 28:17Speaker 1: What did I learn? How can I change it? So
- 28:19Speaker 1: if it happens again, I do better. At that point,
- 28:22Speaker 1: you got to get off the cycle.
- 28:24Speaker 3: Yeah, And it's really awesome if you have someone like
- 28:28Speaker 3: you or might have other relationships too with you know,
- 28:33Speaker 3: like the relationship that we have that can come to
- 28:36Speaker 3: you and tell you things.
- 28:37Speaker 2: For you to reflect upon without triggering you.
- 28:41Speaker 3: And so you have an opportunity to look at things
- 28:43Speaker 3: for your own growth. And so I've I've had a
- 28:45Speaker 3: lot of experience with that too, and that's been very
- 28:47Speaker 3: beneficial for me. Why because I'm willing to look at
- 28:50Speaker 3: it and not from any space but from a hmm.
- 28:53Speaker 3: If I've been doing that, what does that look like
- 28:55Speaker 3: in all aspects of my whole experience? And I've been
- 28:59Speaker 3: processing a lot of that too. That's been there's been
- 29:01Speaker 3: a lot of stuff lately processing. But it's so beneficial.
- 29:06Speaker 3: It's so beneficial. Otherwise you're still carrying around that bag
- 29:08Speaker 3: of crap and I no, thank.
- 29:10Speaker 1: You, yeap, my bag is I think my bags about
- 29:13Speaker 1: that big? Now there's stillsa never once.
- 29:16Speaker 2: I'm like, all right, it's the size of a simple.
- 29:21Speaker 1: It's like, damn it.
- 29:25Speaker 2: A lot of easier on your shoulders too.
- 29:27Speaker 1: Yeah, Like I don't have this big old roly you know,
- 29:30Speaker 1: luggage bag. You know, the biggest ones you can get.
- 29:32Speaker 1: I don't have that anymore. I have like a fanny pack.
- 29:35Speaker 1: Like that's a comparison, right, Like luggage has gotten so
- 29:39Speaker 1: small now, and I'm so proud of myself for how
- 29:42Speaker 1: far I've come. And there's still there are still things
- 29:45Speaker 1: that are gonna get me, get my attention where I
- 29:48Speaker 1: still have to learn and grow to me, it's a
- 29:51Speaker 1: continuous thing as long as I allow it to be there. Yeah,
- 29:59Speaker 1: great conversation, I get it anytime. Right, A fanny pack
- 30:03Speaker 1: has a little clip, right, at any time, I could
- 30:06Speaker 1: just say, like release it and let all of it
- 30:11Speaker 1: go and not hang on to any of it. But
- 30:15Speaker 1: for whatever reason, I've decided I need to carry something
- 30:18Speaker 1: with me that I still need to learn and grow from.
- 30:21Speaker 1: And here we're are, here, we are. Next thing is
- 30:25Speaker 1: gonna be a little tiny clutch purse. So you know,
- 30:27Speaker 1: I keep shrinking. So that's good, all right, friends. You
