Latest / FPL Pod / S7 Ep13: FPL Pod: Time to back Phil Foden?
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: We're still reminding Jewels of game week seven, but fortunately
- 0:04Speaker 1: for him, FPL is almost back. We review internationals, remind
- 0:07Speaker 1: you of some early season suspensions, and there's a lot
- 0:10Speaker 1: of love for Phil Foden, But is he really a differential? Hello,
- 0:16Speaker 1: welcome back to an international break. Well, it's not really
- 0:18Speaker 1: an international break anymore, is it. It's actually a preview podcast.
- 0:22Speaker 1: I never know how to introduce these international break pods
- 0:25Speaker 1: because my favorite way to introduce them is to normally
- 0:28Speaker 1: just how much Jewels about his.
- 0:29Speaker 2: Last week's score? If you do it again?
- 0:31Speaker 3: Do it again?
- 0:32Speaker 1: Can we do it with two pods in a row?
- 0:33Speaker 3: Jeels?
- 0:33Speaker 4: Yeah, that makes your happy? Cares. I just want you
- 0:36Speaker 4: to be happy, that's all.
- 0:38Speaker 1: Yeah, good morning to Run and good morning to Sam
- 0:41Speaker 1: Bond Film and something. We can keep talking about your
- 0:42Speaker 1: good start to the season in your last game week
- 0:44Speaker 1: if you want as well.
- 0:45Speaker 2: Yeah, let's talk about last week's more.
- 0:47Speaker 4: It was great. Yeah.
- 0:48Speaker 1: So that's what I like about an international break. If
- 0:49Speaker 1: you go into it of for good week, it's longer
- 0:52Speaker 1: to reflect on it. I mean, I didn't have that
- 0:54Speaker 1: good a week. I don't wan't get that excited. How's
- 0:56Speaker 1: your international break?
- 0:57Speaker 3: Bin, Jews.
- 0:58Speaker 4: Very good, thank you. I was in France a lot
- 1:02Speaker 4: of traveling, but yeah, it was it was good. And
- 1:04Speaker 4: we know now there's only one more to go in November, obviously,
- 1:08Speaker 4: and then we'll have a long non international break, so
- 1:11Speaker 4: that's pretty good.
- 1:11Speaker 1: I'm just going to get this out of the way
- 1:13Speaker 1: quickly for the benefit of myself and Sam. George, you
- 1:15Speaker 1: were very excited about England's two big games over the
- 1:17Speaker 1: international break. Do you want to mention the first result,
- 1:19Speaker 1: just to get.
- 1:19Speaker 3: It out of the way.
- 1:21Speaker 4: Surely England could not have lost the be of the
- 1:23Speaker 4: nation's league. That's not possible. Well down to Greece, really
- 1:26Speaker 4: well on to Greece, especially after the passing obviously, George
- 1:29Speaker 4: bulldog who we you know, we think of obviously, so
- 1:33Speaker 4: good good win for them, for Semikas for example, for
- 1:36Speaker 4: the players who play in the Premier League from that
- 1:38Speaker 4: Greek team, and for England at least now you've got
- 1:41Speaker 4: a permanent manager in place. Let's hope that it does
- 1:44Speaker 4: better than you know, what the old guy did in
- 1:47Speaker 4: that game against Greece.
- 1:48Speaker 1: I can spend the whole time talking about England and
- 1:50Speaker 1: the new manager, but let's bring it back around. So
- 1:52Speaker 1: what we're all here for FPL and the FPL Podsam,
- 1:55Speaker 1: How has your international break been when it comes to
- 1:58Speaker 1: FPL as well, how much of your time has been
- 2:01Speaker 1: taken up planning with your team.
- 2:03Speaker 2: I don't even need to ask that to way you
- 2:06Speaker 2: too much.
- 2:07Speaker 4: Yeah, I like to.
- 2:10Speaker 2: I do like to take the first week of international
- 2:11Speaker 2: break kind of off unless I'm wild carding.
- 2:13Speaker 1: Of course you're not wildcarding though, because you've locked it
- 2:15Speaker 1: in for a few weeks time.
- 2:16Speaker 2: Correct, I'm not wild carding. Yeah, I didn't think about it.
- 2:19Speaker 1: I thought for a minute we were your face then
- 2:21Speaker 1: told yeah, didn't it. I thought for a minute you
- 2:24Speaker 1: tooded me and Jeles we looked you in the iron
- 2:25Speaker 1: versus last week.
- 2:28Speaker 2: No, I did not. I did think about it. I
- 2:30Speaker 2: think I told you that last week, Like I did.
- 2:32Speaker 2: I did seriously think about it. But I just don't
- 2:34Speaker 2: feel like my team is like I really like it
- 2:36Speaker 2: looks nice for this week, so we'll see. I think
- 2:38Speaker 2: Game week twelve is probably where I'm looking at. But
- 2:41Speaker 2: the first week of international break I kind of try
- 2:43Speaker 2: and take not off, but just let my team be
- 2:47Speaker 2: for a bit because there's so much that can happen
- 2:49Speaker 2: with injuries and that kind of thing over the break
- 2:51Speaker 2: that you want to give yourself time to or any
- 2:54Speaker 2: players that might potentially get her injured whatever are dealable
- 2:58Speaker 2: with later on. So this is week now where it
- 3:00Speaker 2: kind of starts ramping up for me, and I'm like
- 3:02Speaker 2: paying real close attention to what the managers are going
- 3:04Speaker 2: to be saying in their press conferences.
- 3:05Speaker 1: Okay, Well, I said last week that it's often a
- 3:07Speaker 1: popular time to wildcard during an international break, and that
- 3:10Speaker 1: we expected the number that we were on last Wednesday
- 3:12Speaker 1: to go up. It's a week on Thursday later, eight
- 3:15Speaker 1: days later, and we're now on one hundred and fifteen
- 3:18Speaker 1: thousand wildcards.
- 3:19Speaker 3: Just over that number, we've.
- 3:21Speaker 1: Got over sixty thousand triple captains active, thirty eight thousand
- 3:24Speaker 1: three hits and almost thirty eight thousand bench boosts as well.
- 3:29Speaker 3: In terms of the wild card, do we still expect
- 3:31Speaker 3: that to rise?
- 3:31Speaker 2: Would you say, Sam? I mean it's gone up what
- 3:34Speaker 2: forty five thousand in the last week. It might go
- 3:36Speaker 2: up a little bit more, yeah, but I don't think
- 3:39Speaker 2: it will go up hugely. I think most people that
- 3:41Speaker 2: are or were thinking about it will have played it already,
- 3:44Speaker 2: unless we get confirmation of big players being out after
- 3:47Speaker 2: the international break, that might change things, but I suspect
- 3:51Speaker 2: we won't see too many more.
- 3:52Speaker 1: Now, mister international, it's time for your international break ground up.
- 3:57Speaker 3: What do we need to know?
- 3:58Speaker 4: God? Then we see some players didn't go on international
- 4:02Speaker 4: break because they had a niggle like a Kai have
- 4:04Speaker 4: as for example, like Garnage Show, Maze.
- 4:07Speaker 1: Is is that just a little as I have a Zonner?
- 4:10Speaker 1: Is it just a little niggle? Is he going to
- 4:11Speaker 1: be okay this weekend? Things?
- 4:13Speaker 3: Doctor?
- 4:14Speaker 4: I know, I think somewhere a bit more diplomatic. Let's say,
- 4:16Speaker 4: let's put it that way. Percent we had that in
- 4:20Speaker 4: other countries to not just from the premier league to
- 4:22Speaker 4: the national team, but it happened a lot in this
- 4:25Speaker 4: international break where because there was just not fully fit
- 4:28Speaker 4: of fully one hundred percent their clubs, the priyers themselves said, like,
- 4:32Speaker 4: you know what, it's probably better if I missed this
- 4:34Speaker 4: one out. So between that and we can also name Ruter,
- 4:37Speaker 4: Ramsey adingra Manua said garnad Show, plus some who picked
- 4:42Speaker 4: up little niggles during the international break during the first game,
- 4:45Speaker 4: LIKEAKA or Brandon Johnson and Martin Elli. So we need
- 4:49Speaker 4: to keep an eye on them. We saw another girl
- 4:51Speaker 4: from a Reminez lovely freaky with Mexico against the US.
- 4:54Speaker 4: We saw another girl from Branon Johnson. That's seven and
- 4:56Speaker 4: seven n if you can't ald competitions for him. Van
- 5:00Speaker 4: Ike was suspended for the second game of the Dirge,
- 5:02Speaker 4: didn't stay and came back to Liverpool early. Sam. With Mosala,
- 5:05Speaker 4: we still have the travelers obviously. Louis Dias, who played
- 5:08Speaker 4: twice with Columbia and scored in one of the two games,
- 5:11Speaker 4: just came back basically as we record this show. Same
- 5:14Speaker 4: with Paketa, who only played forty five minutes in the
- 5:16Speaker 4: two Brazil games. Can Magarets, on the other hand, played
- 5:19Speaker 4: the two full nineteen minutes for Brazil as well. Brunogi
- 5:22Speaker 4: Marish also played. Edison played the two games. So yeah,
- 5:25Speaker 4: as always, the South Americans coming back quite late. A
- 5:28Speaker 4: lot of them from the Premer league have played quite
- 5:30Speaker 4: a lot, to be fair, so that's also to be
- 5:33Speaker 4: kept in mind for the weekend.
- 5:35Speaker 1: Let's just pick up on a few of those injuries
- 5:37Speaker 1: that you mentioned, because there's a couple of popular players
- 5:39Speaker 1: in the game. Brennan Johnson, Sam, was it just a
- 5:43Speaker 1: precautionary sub do you think.
- 5:44Speaker 2: I think so, yeah, And he was obviously suspended for
- 5:47Speaker 2: the second game anyway, so we didn't really get much
- 5:49Speaker 2: of an insight into how serious that was, but it
- 5:51Speaker 2: seemed like it was precautionary in that substitution in the
- 5:54Speaker 2: first game, So certainly, as a Spurs fan, I'm hoping
- 5:57Speaker 2: that he's fine for the game on Saturday time.
- 6:00Speaker 3: Let's be honest.
- 6:01Speaker 1: You're a Spurs fan and a big Brennan Johnson fan,
- 6:03Speaker 1: and one week you will eventually get him in your
- 6:04Speaker 1: team because you've been ironing up for films like Forever
- 6:07Speaker 1: iron Up, I think from when you scored that first
- 6:10Speaker 1: goal and now he's on the seven.
- 6:11Speaker 2: And it's ridiculous, isn't it. It's like me, Brennan Johnson
- 6:14Speaker 2: and Liam de Lap, the three of us together.
- 6:16Speaker 1: It was together, all in separate boats, just looking longingly
- 6:20Speaker 1: each other.
- 6:22Speaker 4: Before you.
- 6:24Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a terrible love triangle where I never do
- 6:25Speaker 2: anything about it, really, but yeah, the pair of them
- 6:28Speaker 2: are players that I definitely want in and the injury
- 6:31Speaker 2: I don't think, well, I don't think it's a serious one.
- 6:33Speaker 2: Plus Posta Coglu is very honest in his press conferences,
- 6:36Speaker 2: so I'm sure that we'll hear exactly what's up with Brennan,
- 6:38Speaker 2: if anything from him on Friday.
- 6:40Speaker 1: Posta Coglu very honest, Michael Arteta the Polar Rock, Jules,
- 6:44Speaker 1: if you're going to tell us about have it So,
- 6:46Speaker 1: I think your assessment of Sacer might be better than
- 6:49Speaker 1: the one that Arteta will give us on Friday. What
- 6:51Speaker 1: are we thinking about him?
- 6:53Speaker 3: Don't look great?
- 6:54Speaker 4: Yeah, so I think for Hads again, like we said,
- 6:57Speaker 4: didn't feel fully fit before the time short break, so
- 7:00Speaker 4: decided not to go with Germany, which as we said,
- 7:03Speaker 4: has happened a lot, so you can understand. I think
- 7:05Speaker 4: after two weeks without playing really because he had treatment
- 7:09Speaker 4: and train and etcetera, try, I think have It should
- 7:12Speaker 4: be fine for Socca. I don't know. It looked like
- 7:14Speaker 4: he was holding the back of his thigh, wasn't it
- 7:17Speaker 4: his arm strength? Yeah, he came off for England, which
- 7:20Speaker 4: is never a good sign. But again he didn't play
- 7:21Speaker 4: the second game, and by then, since that Grease game,
- 7:24Speaker 4: he could have had some good treatment and recovered for
- 7:28Speaker 4: this game. The only thing I would say again is
- 7:30Speaker 4: that for Arsenal it's not obviously just about this game.
- 7:33Speaker 4: At the weekend, we're Borne with which is not in
- 7:35Speaker 4: his game. But after that there's Champions League that is back,
- 7:37Speaker 4: and then there's the Liverpool game the following Sunday. So again,
- 7:40Speaker 4: if there's a risk to take, do you take it
- 7:43Speaker 4: with SACA really considering that? Then you've got Champions League
- 7:46Speaker 4: plus a massive game against Liverpool at the Emirates only
- 7:49Speaker 4: eight days later, so that's what they will also take
- 7:52Speaker 4: in consideration.
- 7:53Speaker 1: The only thing I would say is Saker is he
- 7:55Speaker 1: does have this remarkable way of always making himself fit
- 7:58Speaker 1: un available, doesn't he. I'm not saying obviously, if he's injured,
- 8:00Speaker 1: he's injured, And like you said, there is any doubt
- 8:03Speaker 1: you'd think they might look at the other games and
- 8:06Speaker 1: not prioritize them, but just bear in mind the whole schedule.
- 8:08Speaker 1: But yeah, Saka does seem to just always get himself fit,
- 8:10Speaker 1: doesn't He's incredible.
- 8:12Speaker 4: To me, I mean, and Babbi is very similar. They
- 8:13Speaker 4: seems to recover even when it's a little niggor de
- 8:16Speaker 4: physology makes them very very strong.
- 8:19Speaker 1: So yeah, yeah, Okay, we'll keep an eye out on
- 8:21Speaker 1: our teta's press conference, which is normally early afternoon Friday.
- 8:25Speaker 3: Okay.
- 8:25Speaker 1: Then the other thing the international break gives us the
- 8:27Speaker 1: opportunity to do as we said last week was kind
- 8:29Speaker 1: of assess our teams where we're at, maybe plan forward,
- 8:33Speaker 1: and one of the things that we will do as
- 8:34Speaker 1: well as looking at the fixture swings, which by the way,
- 8:36Speaker 1: you can go and listen back to last week's podcast
- 8:39Speaker 1: where we do discuss those, but we may also look
- 8:41Speaker 1: at our team strategies. And one of the things that
- 8:44Speaker 1: Sam in particular, I know, gets asked about a lot
- 8:47Speaker 1: is how she manages her team, how she plans things,
- 8:50Speaker 1: how she comes up with the decisions that she does make.
- 8:53Speaker 1: So Sam, I'll let you start this because I know
- 8:56Speaker 1: from following you on Instagram and the followers and the
- 8:58Speaker 1: community you've got it is some thing that people are
- 9:00Speaker 1: so desperate to understand the logic that you apply to
- 9:03Speaker 1: be successful in FBL Jews will pretend that he's got
- 9:05Speaker 1: all of this, of course, because of his notebook.
- 9:07Speaker 4: I mean, he's all redn here in my gal planning
- 9:10Speaker 4: and bad it's.
- 9:11Speaker 2: Sam, He's about to copy down everything that I. Yeah,
- 9:18Speaker 2: I think for me, I I tried to look at
- 9:21Speaker 2: it two three, four weeks at a time, and part
- 9:23Speaker 2: of the reason sometimes it backfires, right, and you have
- 9:26Speaker 2: players that you think I'd really like them for this week,
- 9:28Speaker 2: and then you don't get them because longer term it
- 9:30Speaker 2: doesn't fit your strategy. So, for example, one of the
- 9:34Speaker 2: reasons I didn't get Liam de Lapp that week that
- 9:37Speaker 2: I was talking about him on here was because I
- 9:38Speaker 2: knew the week after I'd want to go to Dominic Selanky,
- 9:40Speaker 2: and I just didn't want to use the transfer twice
- 9:43Speaker 2: on the same player.
- 9:44Speaker 3: It felt like that would restrict the.
- 9:46Speaker 2: Way that my team was looking and probably would have
- 9:48Speaker 2: forced me into selling players like Holli Watkins earlier, maybe
- 9:50Speaker 2: than I would have wanted. So for me, I tried
- 9:52Speaker 2: to think about transfers two, three, four weeks at a time.
- 9:56Speaker 2: At the moment, I'm thinking about players that will sit
- 9:59Speaker 2: nicely on my him up to game week twelve, because
- 10:01Speaker 2: that's the point that I'm currently planning to world cards,
- 10:04Speaker 2: So it makes sense to look at them in that
- 10:07Speaker 2: little block of time and think, well, which ones are
- 10:10Speaker 2: going to be the best ones to own for the
- 10:12Speaker 2: foreseeable rather than just in the short term.
- 10:15Speaker 1: Colin Joe's you take over now you've got all of
- 10:17Speaker 1: your piles of wisdoms.
- 10:19Speaker 4: I mean sim just said, well, I was about to
- 10:21Speaker 4: say nonsense as much as you can because also it's
- 10:28Speaker 4: not easy. It's some for you you used to do
- 10:30Speaker 4: it now, but for a lot of normal people like us,
- 10:33Speaker 4: like me and Kles, you have to come with you. No,
- 10:39Speaker 4: it's true because you also have And that's the next
- 10:42Speaker 4: one I was making. You also need to follow your
- 10:44Speaker 4: feelings and your got feelings about player. And we're not
- 10:46Speaker 4: going to go back on squaw cold this morning as
- 10:49Speaker 4: well here in London. But you know with your cold
- 10:51Speaker 4: palmer pig not big, etcetera, etcetera. There's also that so yes,
- 10:55Speaker 4: look at the picture. If you've got a player that
- 10:58Speaker 4: play three of the bottom teams back to back instead
- 11:00Speaker 4: of three of the top teams back to back, then
- 11:03Speaker 4: you know that he's more likely to return for you.
- 11:05Speaker 4: So this obviously is a massive power how you look
- 11:09Speaker 4: after your team and assescial team, but also what you
- 11:12Speaker 4: feel if there's trends like a Brandon Johnson for example.
- 11:15Speaker 4: Momentum is big in football, There's always been, so if
- 11:18Speaker 4: somebody is on a roll and scoring or doing really well,
- 11:20Speaker 4: you know that there's a massive change that you can
- 11:23Speaker 4: keep that going on. So this is also what you
- 11:25Speaker 4: have to look for, not just at the schedule, but
- 11:27Speaker 4: the schedule is obviously very important in.
- 11:29Speaker 1: Terms of when you're planning and playing. Oh, you've played
- 11:31Speaker 1: your world, Cord. I was about to ask you when
- 11:32Speaker 1: your planing your world cut, Jules, I remembered, because I
- 11:35Speaker 1: was thinking one of my plan mine, but I've played
- 11:37Speaker 1: mine as well.
- 11:37Speaker 3: Have you looked at chips at this.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Honestly, I'm very tired, I reckon, I had three hours
- 11:42Speaker 1: sleep last night. Have you looked at when you might
- 11:44Speaker 1: play your remaining chips at this point, Jeels? Or are
- 11:46Speaker 1: you kind of pausing that thought and save it for
- 11:49Speaker 1: later in the season, Sam smiling, She knows.
- 11:51Speaker 4: What the answer is going to be to this, what
- 11:53Speaker 4: you mean, No, she knows that a sole planned obviously,
- 11:57Speaker 4: so it's definitely it is plan the plan. Remember the
- 12:03Speaker 4: recipe for last season amazing? So sass, shall I remind
- 12:06Speaker 4: you that I finished obviously four thousand not like a
- 12:09Speaker 4: bit of a bit of luck at times, but everybody
- 12:11Speaker 4: needs a bit of luck to be fair everywhere, you know, everywhere? Yeah,
- 12:15Speaker 4: the triple captain is typically waiting for double game work,
- 12:18Speaker 4: hopefully for earling Harland. Even if we know that this
- 12:21Speaker 4: season because of the way the Cup is going to
- 12:23Speaker 4: be played here in England, there might be less it's
- 12:26Speaker 4: less likely that we'll have loads of double game weeks
- 12:30Speaker 4: with the past. So this is again to bear in mind.
- 12:32Speaker 4: And I think the free hit is the other one
- 12:35Speaker 4: that really could before the mystery one that is going
- 12:37Speaker 4: to come up at some point and we don't know
- 12:39Speaker 4: what it is. For the free hits again, I think
- 12:43Speaker 4: I wait a little bit later to play.
- 12:45Speaker 3: Yeah, SAMs me really, Sam?
- 12:47Speaker 4: Is it?
- 12:47Speaker 3: Is it the same for you?
- 12:48Speaker 4: Now?
- 12:48Speaker 1: Don't tell me she's got a triple caps in active
- 12:50Speaker 1: and she's forgotten.
- 12:52Speaker 2: No, but I think I might play next week, okay,
- 12:56Speaker 2: Alan Harlan at home to Southampton. It's pretty nice to yeah,
- 13:00Speaker 2: And I just think that, you know, we know that
- 13:02Speaker 2: with the changes in the way the FA Cup is
- 13:04Speaker 2: this year, that we're going to see less blanks and
- 13:06Speaker 2: less doubles for players. So when we come to inter
- 13:11Speaker 2: next season, if we're talking next year, sorry, if we're
- 13:13Speaker 2: talking about when the free hit and the bench boost
- 13:16Speaker 2: might go, and when you might use the second world card,
- 13:19Speaker 2: all of those stuff you would normally want to happen
- 13:21Speaker 2: in and around double game week as well. Now, in reality,
- 13:25Speaker 2: are we going to get enough double game weeks to
- 13:28Speaker 2: make it so that you can play your bench boost
- 13:30Speaker 2: in one and you can play your triple captain in
- 13:32Speaker 2: the other on players that you would actually want to
- 13:35Speaker 2: play that chip on rather than just you know, I
- 13:37Speaker 2: don't want it to be played on a I don't know,
- 13:39Speaker 2: a double game week for a player that I don't
- 13:42Speaker 2: particularly want a triple captain. Whereas I look at the
- 13:44Speaker 2: way that the fixtures have been going this year against
- 13:48Speaker 2: some of these teams, and the fact that and in
- 13:50Speaker 2: Harla we've already seen the managers who triple captained him
- 13:53Speaker 2: when he got his hat tricks had significant rank rise
- 13:57Speaker 2: out of that. And I'm looking at game week nine
- 13:59Speaker 2: thinking this to be an opportunity to play that chip,
- 14:02Speaker 2: have it done so that then come January, when we
- 14:05Speaker 2: know what the mystery chip is, I can factor that
- 14:07Speaker 2: into the equation as well, because if that's a chip
- 14:09Speaker 2: that you also want to play in a double game week,
- 14:10Speaker 2: we might easily run out of doubles in order to
- 14:14Speaker 2: fit all of these chips into So there is a
- 14:17Speaker 2: good chance I think that when we're next record together,
- 14:20Speaker 2: my shopper catching hip will be active.
- 14:22Speaker 1: It's a good point, isn't it actually that if you
- 14:25Speaker 1: with triple captain, you do almost want to play the
- 14:27Speaker 1: best player. The way I look at it, if you
- 14:29Speaker 1: want to play one of the best players in the game,
- 14:30Speaker 1: probably Earling Harland with the best fixture, and if right
- 14:33Speaker 1: now you pick the best fixture it probably would be
- 14:35Speaker 1: Southampton at home. Jewels will be tempted.
- 14:39Speaker 4: Yeah, I know, I think it makes sense. The only
- 14:40Speaker 4: thing is used. Even if we said there would be
- 14:43Speaker 4: less blanks and less that would gain with this season,
- 14:45Speaker 4: then we saw in the past there might still be
- 14:47Speaker 4: a City in Highland, and then in that case, obviously
- 14:51Speaker 4: it would make a lot of sense to playing them
- 14:52Speaker 4: because the guy will have two games to play instead
- 14:54Speaker 4: of just one, even if it's against Southampton. So it's
- 14:57Speaker 4: the risk and rewards which makes the game so cool
- 15:00Speaker 4: and so great is that you can play next week
- 15:03Speaker 4: and it's likely that against you had you would expect City,
- 15:08Speaker 4: even if again they will be Champions League in between
- 15:10Speaker 4: and all of that, but you would expect them to
- 15:13Speaker 4: have fun on that afternoon and Earli Haland at the
- 15:16Speaker 4: heart of it. So yeah, it sounds like a good
- 15:18Speaker 4: idea to be fun.
- 15:19Speaker 1: One of My favorite things that Sam I think has
- 15:21Speaker 1: written on this script this week is do we consider
- 15:23Speaker 1: what each other might do when we're making our transfer decisions?
- 15:28Speaker 4: Oh, it's called really cool.
- 15:35Speaker 1: She wasn't because I also wasn't doing what you guys
- 15:37Speaker 1: were doing. You guys didn't have Cole Palmer. I wasn't
- 15:39Speaker 1: copying you. I was taking your stupid advice. That's a
- 15:43Speaker 1: good question because in the past, I mean, obviously I've
- 15:46Speaker 1: talked for about being sheep FC in the past I have,
- 15:49Speaker 1: and I think there's an element, isn't there. The fun
- 15:52Speaker 1: of FPL is being in mini leagues and you're trying
- 15:54Speaker 1: to beat them, So you'd almost be stupid not to
- 15:57Speaker 1: be thinking about what others are doing. Because Jewels, I
- 16:00Speaker 1: know you often like to go against the grain quite
- 16:02Speaker 1: a lot, don't you. Like when we were talking about
- 16:04Speaker 1: my World card, you were saying, will have this player
- 16:06Speaker 1: because other people don't, so you can you can get
- 16:08Speaker 1: gains on them. So I think we all, even if
- 16:11Speaker 1: we don't want to admit it, Sam, I think we
- 16:13Speaker 1: all consider what each other might do when making on transfers.
- 16:17Speaker 1: And if you don't, I think it's a bit weird.
- 16:19Speaker 2: The first thing I do when the deadline passes, check
- 16:22Speaker 2: what you two have done and whether you've actually done
- 16:23Speaker 2: the thing but you said you were going to do
- 16:25Speaker 2: on this podcast, I normally have sometimes you go, Rogan
- 16:29Speaker 2: do something else as well, and I'm like, that's random,
- 16:32Speaker 2: Where did that come from?
- 16:33Speaker 3: My second minus four?
- 16:35Speaker 2: Je always never does what he says, whatever he says
- 16:37Speaker 2: he's going to do, But yeah, I do I And like,
- 16:42Speaker 2: at the back end of last season, all I did
- 16:45Speaker 2: was try and chase you too, and made random decisions
- 16:48Speaker 2: on that basis because I had to think a bit
- 16:50Speaker 2: outside the box and try and catch up, and in
- 16:53Speaker 2: reality that it went incredibly badly at the back end
- 16:55Speaker 2: of last season, all of the captaincies against Harlan and
- 16:59Speaker 2: transfers for players that were a bit different to the norm,
- 17:02Speaker 2: just to try to find a bit of momentum, whereas
- 17:05Speaker 2: this year, I'm kind of trying to play it a
- 17:07Speaker 2: little bit differently and just go back to playing it
- 17:08Speaker 2: my way. So obviously I'm watching what you two are doing,
- 17:11Speaker 2: but I'm not making decisions based upon the players that
- 17:15Speaker 2: you've got in your teams. I'm still fully focused on
- 17:19Speaker 2: just bringing in the players that I think are best.
- 17:20Speaker 2: But I do pay close attention to it.
- 17:22Speaker 4: Also, it's early to play that kind of strategy and
- 17:25Speaker 4: the tactics of maybe later down the road.
- 17:28Speaker 1: You remember Jewels when Sam got really obsessed with what
- 17:30Speaker 1: Ian was doing at the end of our season.
- 17:32Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean the case you and I we were
- 17:35Speaker 4: aware above and them to wear.
- 17:37Speaker 1: Like really, I couldn't even see them, could we so
- 17:39Speaker 1: far down?
- 17:40Speaker 4: Couldn't could not that many people could actually see them
- 17:42Speaker 4: because they were behind everybody's I.
- 17:45Speaker 1: Was watching on YouTube, I'm looking down, I've got my binoculars.
- 17:47Speaker 4: I couldn't quite see them. I don't mention this, but
- 17:56Speaker 4: but later on, later on, when you have your rank
- 17:59Speaker 4: to protect, for example, and people and you know that
- 18:01Speaker 4: people around you or in your mini league, which is
- 18:03Speaker 4: the easiest way because on the on the overall ranking
- 18:05Speaker 4: it's really hard to judge, I think, but on your
- 18:08Speaker 4: mini league certainly you know where people are and you
- 18:11Speaker 4: know who you want to beat as well, let's be honest.
- 18:14Speaker 4: So sometimes this is when I think the strategy and
- 18:17Speaker 4: the tactics of copying a little bit, or just it's
- 18:19Speaker 4: not copying, it's getting players that other people have. So
- 18:23Speaker 4: if they have a great weekend, then everybody benefits from
- 18:26Speaker 4: it and you're not left behind basically, And so yeah,
- 18:29Speaker 4: I think, but that's maybe later down in the season,
- 18:31Speaker 4: not so much so early, like after five games.
- 18:33Speaker 1: Okay, let's take a look back then, bring it back
- 18:35Speaker 1: to the here and now and look at game week.
- 18:37Speaker 1: As I mentioned, you can listen back to last week's podcast.
- 18:40Speaker 1: Still plenty of info in there that will be useful
- 18:43Speaker 1: for this game week, of course, and we did look
- 18:44Speaker 1: at fixture swings and had a slightly longer term view
- 18:47Speaker 1: on the season. But let's just focus in on this
- 18:50Speaker 1: game week and kind of the best team I suppose
- 18:53Speaker 1: Sam and who the top picks are, because when I
- 18:56Speaker 1: look at the fixtures, there's some there's some quite exciting
- 19:00Speaker 1: ones in here where if you can target certain teams
- 19:02Speaker 1: you could get bigg returns.
- 19:04Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 19:04Speaker 2: I mean, I certainly think that Harlan feels essential this
- 19:07Speaker 2: week and if you don't have him, you should be
- 19:10Speaker 2: trying to find a way to get him in Aware
- 19:12Speaker 2: Wolves aren't they this weekend? Yeah, and it does also
- 19:14Speaker 2: feel like an opportunity, doesn't it. Like Wolves they've really
- 19:17Speaker 2: struggled defensively this season so far, like the clean sheets
- 19:21Speaker 2: just haven't been their goals conceded. It's been a lot.
- 19:23Speaker 1: And as we said last week, if you are bringing
- 19:25Speaker 1: them in, don't expect any points this week. Before anyone
- 19:27Speaker 1: starts shouting at us, going but you said bring Wolves in,
- 19:29Speaker 1: we won't bring it in for this fixture, were we No.
- 19:31Speaker 2: We said after the Man City game the Wolves fixtures
- 19:33Speaker 2: massively turn for the best show and at that point
- 19:36Speaker 2: they're going to be looking at that set of fixtures
- 19:37Speaker 2: and thinking this is an opportunity for us to get
- 19:41Speaker 2: points on the board, get ourselves up the Premier League table,
- 19:44Speaker 2: because Wolves are a far better team than their current
- 19:46Speaker 2: Premier League position suggests that they are. But they have
- 19:49Speaker 2: had a horrendous start to the season in terms of
- 19:51Speaker 2: the teams that they've faced. I don't think this week's
- 19:54Speaker 2: going to go particularly well for them. I don't think
- 19:55Speaker 2: they'll enjoy having Man City visit them. But I think
- 19:58Speaker 2: for us as FBR managers, it is opportunity because Harlan
- 20:01Speaker 2: he's still not as highly owned as he was last season,
- 20:03Speaker 2: then because of the price tag, is unlikely to ever
- 20:06Speaker 2: get that high again. But like Phil Foden, is a
- 20:09Speaker 2: huge differential and if you want to take a bit
- 20:10Speaker 2: of a pump this week and invest in a further
- 20:13Speaker 2: Manchester City asset. Then it could be a really good
- 20:18Speaker 2: moment to do it, especially given that it's Southampton the
- 20:21Speaker 2: week after, so there'd be one of the topics for
- 20:23Speaker 2: this week, But then again they would be for Gaming
- 20:25Speaker 2: nine as well.
- 20:26Speaker 3: Yeah, Manchester City.
- 20:28Speaker 1: Would you look at Manchester City defender at the moment?
- 20:30Speaker 2: It's difficult, isn't it, Because I think most people I
- 20:32Speaker 2: think you've got Rico Lewis, haven't you Kells? Yeah, and
- 20:35Speaker 2: I think most people probably would go there because of
- 20:37Speaker 2: the price point. But actually in the last couple of weeks,
- 20:39Speaker 2: Vardi Ohl has been back to kind of the attacking
- 20:41Speaker 2: threat because if we've had some slight changing of positions
- 20:44Speaker 2: where he's paid Carl Walker and Rico Lewis then more
- 20:46Speaker 2: essentrally in the midfield rather than out in the defensive positions,
- 20:51Speaker 2: and when he's moved Rico Lewis, he's then allowed Fardiel
- 20:54Speaker 2: to get further forward like we saw at the back
- 20:55Speaker 2: end of last season. The question for me is do
- 20:58Speaker 2: you want to spend that level of money on a
- 21:00Speaker 2: City defender because they aren't keeping cling cheats and you
- 21:04Speaker 2: would want that against teams like Wolves in Southampton, I
- 21:08Speaker 2: don't think so. I think my gut feeling is to
- 21:10Speaker 2: stay away from the Man City defenders because I think
- 21:13Speaker 2: if you want to take a pun, somebody like Phil
- 21:15Speaker 2: Foden would probably be where I would look.
- 21:19Speaker 1: Which are the teams and players would you target in
- 21:21Speaker 1: on this week toos so.
- 21:22Speaker 4: Amongst the one that we mentioned, there's Mosala obviously the
- 21:24Speaker 4: big game this weekend in the Liverpool Chelsea game, and
- 21:27Speaker 4: considering this suspension at Chelsea, we think that young Vega
- 21:31Speaker 4: is going to play a left back, which obviously we'll
- 21:34Speaker 4: have to defend directly against Mosalah, which if you have Salah,
- 21:37Speaker 4: if you were looking to invest on Salah, and we
- 21:40Speaker 4: said the fixtures are difficult are as Chelsea and then
- 21:41Speaker 4: there's ars Pro just in the next two games, and
- 21:44Speaker 4: Mosalah hasn't been really great. I know he've returned a
- 21:47Speaker 4: couple of times in the last four games, but also
- 21:49Speaker 4: blank twice in the last four game weeks, so not
- 21:53Speaker 4: as best maybe, but this could be a weekend where
- 21:56Speaker 4: against such a young player inexperienced Mosala and against a
- 22:00Speaker 4: very attack in Chelsea side too can be very good.
- 22:04Speaker 4: So I think I would keep Saladson if you have him,
- 22:06Speaker 4: don't get rid just now, so only not before this
- 22:09Speaker 4: Chelsea game. And if you don't have him, and we're
- 22:11Speaker 4: thinking about maybe, as we said, rotating your other premium
- 22:15Speaker 4: with Saka and Palmer and that conundrum that we discussed
- 22:18Speaker 4: in the last two shows, then maybe you could still
- 22:20Speaker 4: do it. And with Palmer against Liverpool again, for the
- 22:23Speaker 4: people who have him, I think he's going to be
- 22:25Speaker 4: a very very open game. Even if you expect Liverpool
- 22:27Speaker 4: to control it because they're also at home. I still
- 22:31Speaker 4: think there will be chances for Chelsea to score because
- 22:33Speaker 4: of the way they just attack, attack all the time.
- 22:35Speaker 4: So it could be interesting for Palmer too. Son injured,
- 22:37Speaker 4: k you be injured for then some mentioned and only
- 22:39Speaker 4: what Kins I thought had a decent international break. He
- 22:42Speaker 4: came on against Finland, did really well, brought a lot
- 22:44Speaker 4: of pace to the England attack. Give the assist to
- 22:46Speaker 4: decline rights on his goals. So for what Kins and Vela,
- 22:49Speaker 4: who we mentioned last week in the game that we played,
- 22:52Speaker 4: you keep, do you sell him? Do you buy him?
- 22:54Speaker 4: I think he's still on good form.
- 22:55Speaker 1: I can't believe well, I think he chows. You briefly
- 22:57Speaker 1: mentioned Son, but we haven't mentioned and twelve thirty kickoff
- 23:01Speaker 1: Sam and no that puts you off immediately. But west
- 23:04Speaker 1: Ham at home. This is one of the nice fixtures
- 23:08Speaker 1: in this nice run for Spurs, isn't it.
- 23:10Speaker 2: Yeah, just be warned of everybody that I'm going, and generally
- 23:12Speaker 2: when I go, Spurs don't play huge grain, so just
- 23:16Speaker 2: take that as a warning. Yeah it is. It's a
- 23:19Speaker 2: nice fixture and it's a fixture that Spurs would expect,
- 23:23Speaker 2: would expect her to win in front of the home crowd.
- 23:26Speaker 2: It'll be interesting to see what the update is on Sun.
- 23:29Speaker 2: He posted some backson comments on his socials over the
- 23:33Speaker 2: international break, so we'll be interesting to see if he's
- 23:36Speaker 2: a fit and available to play this one on Saturday lunchtime.
- 23:38Speaker 2: But yeah, I mean I certainly think that if you've
- 23:40Speaker 2: got a Brennan Johnson, James Madison, Don Slanke, if you've
- 23:44Speaker 2: got even the defenders, you know Romero, although did go
- 23:47Speaker 2: long and played a lot of minutes on the international break,
- 23:51Speaker 2: Van de Venn also played both games full nineties for
- 23:55Speaker 2: the Netherlands.
- 23:56Speaker 3: Orthough don't have to travel so.
- 23:57Speaker 2: Far of course, and Pedro Poro also got the four
- 24:00Speaker 2: nineties for Spain this international break, so there's been a
- 24:02Speaker 2: lot of minutes in the Spurs legs over the international break.
- 24:05Speaker 2: But I think if you've got any of them, they
- 24:06Speaker 2: look like really nice options this week. West Ham defensively
- 24:09Speaker 2: have not been solid so far this season and Spurs
- 24:13Speaker 2: are very attacking in the way that they play. So
- 24:15Speaker 2: I think that there's goals in this one for Spurs
- 24:17Speaker 2: and they look like really nice options. Brennan Johnson, as
- 24:20Speaker 2: long as ruled fair, I think he'll be another really
- 24:23Speaker 2: popular by post and just press conference this week.
- 24:26Speaker 1: Jeels, Are you nervous about not having any Spurs because
- 24:29Speaker 1: I am a little bit for this run. They're a
- 24:31Speaker 1: team that I'm targeting.
- 24:32Speaker 4: Yeah, me too. That's the amongst the transfer that could
- 24:34Speaker 4: be done. I've got three free transfers for this game
- 24:37Speaker 4: work as well, which is good. Brandon Johnson especially if
- 24:40Speaker 4: I can make that work, could lose Eesky too, because
- 24:41Speaker 4: I know Ban Johnson has the goals now, and we
- 24:44Speaker 4: said he scored seven in seven in competitions, which is
- 24:47Speaker 4: pretty amazing. Really the run, and it's again in each game.
- 24:50Speaker 4: It's not like he's called four and then blank for three.
- 24:53Speaker 4: It's like one in each of his last seven games,
- 24:55Speaker 4: which is incredible really, both in the League, the League
- 24:58Speaker 4: Cup and also with wal so Is. If he's fit
- 25:02Speaker 4: and he's playing, he is the one that really of
- 25:05Speaker 4: dispersed at tag more than SOLANKI maybe because I'm happy
- 25:08Speaker 4: with Havard's Nicol Jackson and haland the front so I
- 25:10Speaker 4: would not I know, so like he can do well
- 25:12Speaker 4: and now he's also scored two and two, but I'm
- 25:15Speaker 4: happy with the front three that I have. However, in midfield,
- 25:17Speaker 4: I think I could find a space for Brian Johnson,
- 25:19Speaker 4: so I'm going to try to make that one work.
- 25:21Speaker 3: So I'm just confirmed.
- 25:22Speaker 4: Who have you got?
- 25:22Speaker 3: You've just got Silanky, haven't you. At the moment I say,
- 25:24Speaker 3: just like it's a bad thing, it's a good thing.
- 25:26Speaker 4: I know.
- 25:26Speaker 2: I got Pegro Poro as well. Oh yeah, of course,
- 25:28Speaker 2: so doubled up on Spurs, still got Pedro Poro. Yeah.
- 25:31Speaker 2: Pedro Poro is one of those players that every week
- 25:33Speaker 2: I look at and when I'm thinking I'd like to
- 25:35Speaker 2: free up some money, He's the player I look at
- 25:38Speaker 2: and go, you could free up some money. And actually
- 25:40Speaker 2: that is one of the things I've been thinking about
- 25:42Speaker 2: over international break and we'll talk about this moment we
- 25:44Speaker 2: get to transfers later. But if I take money out
- 25:47Speaker 2: of Pedro Poro, I can then start thinking about upgrading
- 25:51Speaker 2: Harry Winks and having then a proper front ee. But
- 25:56Speaker 2: that would be like minus fours in order to do that,
- 25:59Speaker 2: because you'd have to take the money out of Pedro
- 26:02Speaker 2: and then move it into the midfield. And I don't
- 26:04Speaker 2: really want to take him minus four. When I look
- 26:05Speaker 2: at my team this week, it does look nice, So
- 26:08Speaker 2: I think longer term that will be my strategy will
- 26:11Speaker 2: be to take take Poro out and rather than be
- 26:14Speaker 2: investing in the Spurs defense, well, I'll either go to
- 26:18Speaker 2: Van der Venn or more likely I'll probably go to
- 26:20Speaker 2: eight Norrie and try and cover that Wolves period. That's
- 26:25Speaker 2: really nice, and then instead of having two Spurs, one
- 26:29Speaker 2: in defense and one in attack, have the two most
- 26:31Speaker 2: attacking Spurs assets in terms of a midfielder. And then
- 26:34Speaker 2: it's lanky.
- 26:35Speaker 1: That's what we talk about when we talk about planning.
- 26:37Speaker 4: Jeels exactly.
- 26:38Speaker 1: I'm exactly, but she is also she's finally listening to you,
- 26:42Speaker 1: by the way, and she's selling Poro after weeks of
- 26:44Speaker 1: you Spurs.
- 26:45Speaker 3: Events, so she's still clinging on one more week.
- 26:48Speaker 2: He's going to get me a goal this weekend and
- 26:50Speaker 2: then that's going to be my parting. That's my gift
- 26:53Speaker 2: from him.
- 26:53Speaker 1: But also to be fair, selling him ahead of west
- 26:56Speaker 1: Ham at home, of all the fixtures, you can hold
- 26:58Speaker 1: him for that fixture, can't you. Really? It's not like
- 27:00Speaker 1: he's playing Arsenal away or Travelings yet he had.
- 27:03Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 27:03Speaker 2: I mean, look if I sell him and downgrades him
- 27:05Speaker 2: to well financially, downgrade him to eight Norrie stop a week,
- 27:10Speaker 2: is it I'm going to be getting eight Norri against
- 27:12Speaker 2: Man City, which feels horrific. But also I can't do
- 27:16Speaker 2: anything about that, so I'll just have that money just
- 27:18Speaker 2: sitting in the bank and nothing to do with it
- 27:20Speaker 2: until next week. Because I don't want to take a
- 27:21Speaker 2: minus four, So why not just allow Poro to bring
- 27:25Speaker 2: me a nice clean sheet and a couple of goals
- 27:27Speaker 2: and all of the bonus points and all of that
- 27:30Speaker 2: this week against west Ham and then next week with
- 27:32Speaker 2: two free transfers, make those changes so that I can
- 27:35Speaker 2: then make the upgrades elsewhere.
- 27:38Speaker 1: Bournemouth versus Arsenals intrigues me a bit, Jewels, because you
- 27:41Speaker 1: sat there last week and I understand. You both said
- 27:43Speaker 1: to me, well, you're not going to sell some meno
- 27:45Speaker 1: and I know you want to sell him jewels as well,
- 27:48Speaker 1: and I was like, I know, it's a tough run
- 27:51Speaker 1: of fixtures, but actually Arsenal at home. I just think
- 27:53Speaker 1: sometimes Bournemouth do get themselves really up for things under
- 27:57Speaker 1: the lights, the late kickoff on Saturday at the vitatality selling.
- 27:59Speaker 1: That's why I'm not too worried about having him. He's
- 28:02Speaker 1: Bournemous star player as well, and I feel like he'll
- 28:04Speaker 1: potentially step up. But I'm a bit confused about that
- 28:08Speaker 1: fixture because I can't see Arsenal going there and winning
- 28:10Speaker 1: five nil. I can see Bournemouth. I can see Bournemouth
- 28:13Speaker 1: really putting up a fight. And it also depends a
- 28:16Speaker 1: lot on these injuries. I say with Inversey Commas for us, No, no.
- 28:19Speaker 4: You're right, you're right. It's more that after us on
- 28:22Speaker 4: his villain city for Bournemouth. So those three games, as
- 28:25Speaker 4: you said, are really really difficult. And again when we
- 28:28Speaker 4: said about planning or certainly looking ahead for everybody who
- 28:31Speaker 4: plays in the game, yeah, of course you can have
- 28:33Speaker 4: a player for this game week because you just fancy
- 28:35Speaker 4: him as we said, and you've got feelings or he's
- 28:36Speaker 4: been in great form, but you also need to look
- 28:38Speaker 4: at who they're facing, not just this weekend, but also
- 28:42Speaker 4: at least again we've or two ahead, and that's really tough.
- 28:45Speaker 4: I think for Bournemouth, obviously, I think the menu because
- 28:48Speaker 4: we said he's got some amazing starts in terms of
- 28:51Speaker 4: shots that he takes during the game, some of the
- 28:53Speaker 4: highest in the league. So clearly he puts himself in
- 28:55Speaker 4: really good positions in the bogs. Outside the bogs, he
- 28:59Speaker 4: has loved already, shoots a lot all of that, which
- 29:01Speaker 4: is great for the game. I just I just think
- 29:04Speaker 4: if I want to find space in my midfield unfortunately,
- 29:08Speaker 4: and I kind of grade Harry Wings for example, then
- 29:11Speaker 4: then somebody has to go really for me to bring
- 29:14Speaker 4: in a Koodoo and Johnson or whoever it is. So
- 29:17Speaker 4: I think it could be.
- 29:18Speaker 2: Some I hate the idea of you having Brendan Johnson
- 29:20Speaker 2: and your team.
- 29:20Speaker 3: That will really upset me.
- 29:21Speaker 4: When just because you said that I'm going to make
- 29:23Speaker 4: sure that he's then when you check out teams are
- 29:26Speaker 4: like eleven or five Saturday morning, you see him and
- 29:29Speaker 4: you went, oh.
- 29:30Speaker 2: Man, that will really it will trigger me all the way. Yeah, massively.
- 29:36Speaker 2: It bothered me massively the other week when they brought
- 29:38Speaker 2: him in and I was like, ah, because I know
- 29:40Speaker 2: how good he'll be. Yeah, because I know how good
- 29:42Speaker 2: he is, and how I was like, this is going
- 29:44Speaker 2: to really hurt because as a spurs for I want
- 29:47Speaker 2: to celebrate that goal. And then knowing that it hurts
- 29:49Speaker 2: me an fpl that is one of the the things
- 29:52Speaker 2: upsets me that are you writing down bring Brendon Johnson
- 29:55Speaker 2: in just to annoy ound.
- 29:55Speaker 4: I'm just I'm just I'm just looking that I don't
- 29:57Speaker 4: even need to write down because I know I knew
- 29:59Speaker 4: I wanted to do it even before you said that.
- 30:01Speaker 4: Now that I know he's going to trigger you even more,
- 30:03Speaker 4: that's it's definitely happening. It's definitely happening.
- 30:07Speaker 3: What is right.
- 30:08Speaker 4: And to be fair, he's still a differential, isn't it.
- 30:10Speaker 4: He's still only owned by less than ten percent now yeah, he's.
- 30:13Speaker 3: Only six point six million as well.
- 30:15Speaker 4: It's made. I can't I just tw in front of
- 30:19Speaker 4: your eyes at the stadium, Sam.
- 30:22Speaker 1: Sam, I can't quite get so I can't get some
- 30:24Speaker 1: menu to Brenda Johnston. I don't have enough in my
- 30:28Speaker 1: but I'm probably going to do Diaz to Johnson. I
- 30:33Speaker 1: don't know, as you call it.
- 30:34Speaker 4: Two triggers is the word for two triggers, double triggers.
- 30:37Speaker 4: Can you be double triggered?
- 30:39Speaker 3: I don't know if you can, but she is.
- 30:41Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, right, let's move on.
- 30:44Speaker 2: Let's say you get mcmill instead, Kelly.
- 30:48Speaker 1: I've already called, however, some players in my team. I've
- 30:51Speaker 1: got to some players I do not need to be
- 30:53Speaker 1: trebled up on. Everything is not going to save my season. No,
- 30:57Speaker 1: if I bring in McNeil, I will be. So I've
- 30:58Speaker 1: got Michaelko on the bench and Dominic Calvert Leewin's also
- 31:01Speaker 1: in my team.
- 31:02Speaker 4: Well, forgot you had to Corma moving on.
- 31:06Speaker 3: I know.
- 31:07Speaker 1: Also, I might wait a week, depending on a few
- 31:10Speaker 1: press conferences stuff. I need to sort my team out.
- 31:12Speaker 1: I really regret my wild card, but I'll either do
- 31:14Speaker 1: Diaz to Johnson or oh yeah, I really regret it,
- 31:18Speaker 1: all right, I regretted it from the moment. I like
- 31:20Speaker 1: the deadline past at eleven am.
- 31:21Speaker 3: That's Saturday.
- 31:22Speaker 1: I'll either wait a week. I know ady transfers in
- 31:24Speaker 1: a bit, I'll wait a week. And I like the
- 31:26Speaker 1: idea of having three transfers like usuals, because you can
- 31:28Speaker 1: just do so much more with your team. If I
- 31:31Speaker 1: do that, I can then move Dominic, Calvert, Lewins, se
- 31:33Speaker 1: Menu and Diaz on and kind of readiggle things around,
- 31:36Speaker 1: whereas this week it will just be a straight Diaz
- 31:39Speaker 1: to Johnson. So yeah, anyway, let's move on something that's
- 31:44Speaker 1: been in the script. I'm gonna be honest, this has
- 31:46Speaker 1: been in my script. How many weeks do you reckon
- 31:47Speaker 1: sum for three or four?
- 31:49Speaker 2: Yeah, it's one of those ones that I put in
- 31:50Speaker 2: the script in case we don't have time for it.
- 31:52Speaker 2: But actually, at this point it's become really prevalent, particularly
- 31:56Speaker 2: for Chelsea.
- 31:57Speaker 1: And also in an international break. You'd like to think
- 31:59Speaker 1: that when they're snow games in the middle of two podcasts,
- 32:02Speaker 1: I'd be able to fit it in on at least one.
- 32:03Speaker 1: There was not a chance I was going to fit
- 32:05Speaker 1: it in last week when we were in person. But
- 32:07Speaker 1: it's the suspension type rope. We're at that point in
- 32:09Speaker 1: the season where players can get banned. A reminder, if
- 32:11Speaker 1: you don't know the rules, five yellow cards means you
- 32:14Speaker 1: get a one match suspension and that is up until
- 32:17Speaker 1: the nineteenth Premier League match of the season. So we're
- 32:19Speaker 1: just heading into the eighth Premier League match of the season.
- 32:22Speaker 1: Ten yellow cards and that goes up to thirty two
- 32:25Speaker 1: Premier League matches to a long way ahead. Then you
- 32:27Speaker 1: get two matches fifteen yellow cards, which is a lot
- 32:31Speaker 1: of yellow cards. Is to the end of the season,
- 32:33Speaker 1: you get a three match ban and if you get
- 32:35Speaker 1: twenty yellow cards, well you shouldn't even be playing. In
- 32:37Speaker 1: my opinion, you would get a ban or something. You
- 32:41Speaker 1: would basically get sent to a regulatory commission and they
- 32:44Speaker 1: would really tell you off. So if you're a Premier
- 32:46Speaker 1: League player listening to this, especially if you're in our team,
- 32:48Speaker 1: don't do that. But yeah, we're getting close. Some players
- 32:51Speaker 1: are getting close to the five yellow card mark. Sam,
- 32:54Speaker 1: do you want to just run through them very quickly?
- 32:57Speaker 2: Yeah, So co Career and for Fine and both got
- 32:58Speaker 2: five year cards before, so they are suspended for this week.
- 33:02Speaker 2: Five year cards and seven matches is insane. By the way,
- 33:04Speaker 2: I don't remember ever having two players suspended this quickly,
- 33:08Speaker 2: particularly on the same team. So Chelsea obviously got a
- 33:12Speaker 2: problem now because they've got both of them banned for
- 33:14Speaker 2: game week. So, as George said earlier, we expect it
- 33:17Speaker 2: to be the youngster that plays in that Chelsea defense,
- 33:19Speaker 2: which could go really well for Salah. But there are
- 33:22Speaker 2: also a number of players who are on in that
- 33:26Speaker 2: kind of three to four yellow card bracket who are
- 33:28Speaker 2: quite popular in FPL. Like you've got players like Dan
- 33:33Speaker 2: Byrne in there, You've got players like eighth Nori, who
- 33:36Speaker 2: is a player that I'm thinking about bringing in, but
- 33:38Speaker 2: it's on my radar that he's got three yellow cards already,
- 33:41Speaker 2: because what you don't want in this really nice block
- 33:43Speaker 2: of fixtures that Wolves have is to end up with him.
- 33:46Speaker 2: They're missing one because he's suspended, so that might put
- 33:50Speaker 2: some people off. We talked about indeed last week. He's
- 33:53Speaker 2: another one that's in there with three yellow cards. So
- 33:55Speaker 2: it's just something that's worth keeping an eye on as
- 33:57Speaker 2: we head towards that five yellow card mark that they
- 34:00Speaker 2: will miss a game a bit like the Chelsea boys
- 34:02Speaker 2: this week if they if they picked them up.
- 34:04Speaker 1: Is that all I needed to say on suspensions? Have
- 34:07Speaker 1: I not been able to fit that in before? It's
- 34:08Speaker 1: about a minute's worth of audio or they go at
- 34:11Speaker 1: least you know now, probably could have done with doing
- 34:13Speaker 1: it last week to warn people it might happen with
- 34:16Speaker 1: the likes of Kiku and Forfarna, but hey, you know
- 34:19Speaker 1: now you know what time it is, Jewels, don't read
- 34:22Speaker 1: the time off your clock.
- 34:24Speaker 3: Differential time.
- 34:25Speaker 1: Oh of course I thought you were literally going to
- 34:29Speaker 1: go it's eight forty eight, wouldn't been it passed you? Yes,
- 34:36Speaker 1: it's differential time under ten percent.
- 34:38Speaker 4: Own.
- 34:38Speaker 1: These guys pick one of their players, one of their
- 34:40Speaker 1: differentials each and every week. And last week, well not
- 34:44Speaker 1: last week, but the week before. Last week of Premier
- 34:46Speaker 1: League action was a very good one for you guys.
- 34:48Speaker 1: You both got returns. Jewels picked Brennan Johnson of course
- 34:53Speaker 1: seven points. That was sixte and six for Spurs. Also,
- 34:56Speaker 1: Sam mentioned scored in the international break as well. Sam
- 34:58Speaker 1: went for car Valier six points. Didn't start, so it
- 35:01Speaker 1: got off to a bad start for you, but he
- 35:03Speaker 1: came on and scored a girl.
- 35:05Speaker 3: It all counts, Jows.
- 35:06Speaker 1: Oh yeah, Jewels, your differential did win by a point
- 35:10Speaker 1: last week, so you can go first.
- 35:12Speaker 4: Okay, So this week I've gone a little bit not rogue,
- 35:15Speaker 4: but I think you always go very interesting player. No
- 35:18Speaker 4: I don't, but I've picked Tyler Dibbling, the very exciting,
- 35:22Speaker 4: very young as well. Southampton winger who's done extremely well
- 35:26Speaker 4: this season despite his team not being very good so far,
- 35:30Speaker 4: not having one game yet, but he's been outstanding so
- 35:34Speaker 4: super differential. Only owned by three point two percent of
- 35:37Speaker 4: the game four point six millions, so very cheap. Even
- 35:40Speaker 4: if you don't start him, it can be on your
- 35:42Speaker 4: bench later on, for example when they play Man City
- 35:44Speaker 4: following game. But this week they've got Leicester at home
- 35:47Speaker 4: and a Leicester team that hasn't been great either. Dibbling
- 35:50Speaker 4: one of the best dribblers in the league this season
- 35:52Speaker 4: in terms of successful dribbles, in terms of attempted dribbles too.
- 35:56Speaker 4: It's got almost europen four expected goals involvement per nineties
- 36:01Speaker 4: so far this season. So in the team that is struggling,
- 36:03Speaker 4: he's clearly the one that can hazard little spark. He
- 36:06Speaker 4: got a penalty against Mouster United for example, that they
- 36:08Speaker 4: went on to miss for the goal as well. Already
- 36:11Speaker 4: this season he still got the pend No, he's still
- 36:14Speaker 4: got there also.
- 36:15Speaker 1: By the way, is there anything more annoying than when
- 36:17Speaker 1: your player wins a penalty and you know they're going
- 36:19Speaker 1: to get an assist and the person misses. They should
- 36:21Speaker 1: still get points. It's another rule change, I think.
- 36:24Speaker 4: So anyway, sorry, no, no, So I know he's young,
- 36:28Speaker 4: and I know this is his first season obviously is
- 36:31Speaker 4: very much for breakfast season. But I think he's been
- 36:33Speaker 4: outstanding for them, one of the only positives really from
- 36:36Speaker 4: a Southampton point of view, so he would be there.
- 36:39Speaker 4: I think he'd be again the leader of the attack
- 36:41Speaker 4: for the team at home against Leicester the weekend, and
- 36:43Speaker 4: I think this could be a very good week for them.
- 36:46Speaker 1: Okay, Sam, that is rogue. Are you going to go
- 36:48Speaker 1: that rogue? No, she's taking someone.
- 36:54Speaker 2: No five points. I actually wanted to pick James Madison
- 36:58Speaker 2: this week, but I knew that Jews would get and
- 37:00Speaker 2: you had him in game week.
- 37:01Speaker 1: Two of course, to be fair, To be fair, I
- 37:03Speaker 1: think even I would have put my foot if on
- 37:04Speaker 1: game week eight you're picking a player we've already picked.
- 37:06Speaker 2: There's only been game you're not allowed to know. That's
- 37:10Speaker 2: why I didn't. So instead I've gone for Phil Foden
- 37:14Speaker 2: because it's a game against Wolves. The rules eyes got
- 37:17Speaker 2: to be below ten percent, so you can have feel.
- 37:20Speaker 4: That you can't just pick a superstar simply because he
- 37:23Speaker 4: hasn't played. He's under ten percent. Six, he played two games.
- 37:28Speaker 4: The poor kid, like, leave him alone. I know.
- 37:30Speaker 2: That's why it's now is the time to be fair.
- 37:32Speaker 3: She is following the rules. I can't.
- 37:34Speaker 4: I know, come on, it's part of the rules we've got.
- 37:37Speaker 1: I'm sorry, but if we've got a Phil Foden versus
- 37:40Speaker 1: Tyler Diblegates.
- 37:41Speaker 4: Quite well, not because the big name, everybody can pick
- 37:48Speaker 4: field Foden because people.
- 37:49Speaker 1: Are switching off this podcast, so you don't even need
- 37:52Speaker 1: to really give us your Well, we know he's just
- 37:55Speaker 1: feel Premier League player of the last year.
- 37:59Speaker 4: Bang.
- 37:59Speaker 3: I mean, like, I pretty.
- 38:04Speaker 2: Much guarantee you that by the time game week nine
- 38:07Speaker 2: rolls around, he will not be owned by unto ten
- 38:09Speaker 2: percent of the game. If he starts this one, he'll
- 38:11Speaker 2: be in everybody's teams because at nine point two million,
- 38:14Speaker 2: that he is now because he's dropped three point three
- 38:16Speaker 2: in private.
- 38:16Speaker 4: So that because he didn't play.
- 38:18Speaker 3: Also, that causes me a bit of an issue.
- 38:20Speaker 1: Who's going to bring in a differential that's priced that high?
- 38:22Speaker 3: That's the only thing I would say, Well.
- 38:24Speaker 1: It depends what Testa says about, doesn't it. I hate
- 38:27Speaker 1: taking Chorice's side on this, I really really.
- 38:29Speaker 4: Do like you have to do.
- 38:30Speaker 2: This depends what Artesta says about soccer, doesn't it If
- 38:33Speaker 2: Arteta doesn't say much about soccer with the fixtures that
- 38:36Speaker 2: are you going to do have coming up? If possibly,
- 38:39Speaker 2: It's something I've thought about this week because again it
- 38:41Speaker 2: frees out money and that money is quite useful, so
- 38:44Speaker 2: it's something I've thought about. I think there will be
- 38:46Speaker 2: a lot of managers this week, particularly those one hundred
- 38:49Speaker 2: and fifteen one thousand that are world carding, that will
- 38:52Speaker 2: look to double up on Manchester City this week because
- 38:55Speaker 2: the fixtures that they have over the next few weeks
- 38:57Speaker 2: are really nice, like particularly this Wolves in Southampton block
- 39:00Speaker 2: of games that they have. If you can double up
- 39:04Speaker 2: your Harlan investment with a differential, and at the moment
- 39:07Speaker 2: that's what Phil Foden is, why would you not try
- 39:10Speaker 2: and do that. I think that makes a lot of
- 39:13Speaker 2: sense given that now we've seen him obviously plaid seventy
- 39:16Speaker 2: two minutes for England against Greece and he just played
- 39:19Speaker 2: just ten against Finland, so I would expect to see
- 39:22Speaker 2: him back in the starting eleventh man City this weekend.
- 39:25Speaker 2: So yeah, I think if you can get him in
- 39:29Speaker 2: then you should.
- 39:30Speaker 1: I mean technically he's a differential Jewels, but I do
- 39:33Speaker 1: take issue along with yourself. I'm gonna be honest onto
- 39:39Speaker 1: transfers then Jews. You've got three of them, you lucky,
- 39:43Speaker 1: lucky boy. What are you gonna do or as if
- 39:45Speaker 1: you know at this point?
- 39:46Speaker 4: No, no, I do know. I want Brandan Johnson, that's
- 39:48Speaker 4: for sure.
- 39:48Speaker 1: Oh yeah, actually you've been talked into it.
- 39:51Speaker 4: Yeah. No, basically great form, the fixtures are good. So
- 39:54Speaker 4: again to go back to what we said earlier on
- 39:56Speaker 4: the show, in all those criteria and how to manage
- 40:00Speaker 4: your team and to assess your team, et cetera. These
- 40:03Speaker 4: two boxes that you take already his on form plus
- 40:06Speaker 4: the fixture list for his team. So this is good.
- 40:08Speaker 4: I'm not sure what to do with Andy Robertson. I
- 40:11Speaker 4: brought him in because I could not get to Trent
- 40:13Speaker 4: at the time, but since then he's not really returned.
- 40:16Speaker 4: Mergy was even benched, yeah there for Timika, so I
- 40:19Speaker 4: might get rid of Robertson, get somebody cheaper and then
- 40:24Speaker 4: and then obviously Brianon Johnson in the team, so I
- 40:25Speaker 4: would see. But Bran Johnson, for sure it's coming so
- 40:27Speaker 4: that we can trigger Sam's mood on Saturday morning as.
- 40:30Speaker 1: Well, Well, we know the transfer you're not doing, Sam, but
- 40:33Speaker 1: you are you?
- 40:34Speaker 3: Are you going to hold far with your Poro move?
- 40:37Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 40:37Speaker 2: I think I'm going to be really super boring this
- 40:39Speaker 2: week and roll it. How much you got?
- 40:42Speaker 3: We will that take to three?
- 40:44Speaker 4: No?
- 40:44Speaker 2: Just one? And I think if I had to, I'd
- 40:47Speaker 2: be tempted to do the Porro switch to give give
- 40:50Speaker 2: me Brendan Johnson for this week. But because I don't,
- 40:53Speaker 2: I don't see the point in taking out Poro ahead
- 40:56Speaker 2: of a game at home to West Ham. I think
- 40:58Speaker 2: he should stay for that one and then, like I say,
- 41:01Speaker 2: I can target eight Nori for next week after they
- 41:04Speaker 2: play Man City. So yeah, really boring. I don't like
- 41:07Speaker 2: rolling transfers particularly like I like to change up my team,
- 41:10Speaker 2: but I look at it and I really like it
- 41:12Speaker 2: for this week, Like, so I'm going to stick. I
- 41:16Speaker 2: did think about doing the goalie swap. There's you always
- 41:20Speaker 2: think about going, but you never do it. There's a
- 41:22Speaker 2: really good article on the pl website at the Moment
- 41:26Speaker 2: from the Scout which is all about the goalkeepers and
- 41:29Speaker 2: it talks about how David Reya has got more safe
- 41:32Speaker 2: points and bonus points already this season than he got
- 41:34Speaker 2: the whole of last season, and it talks about how
- 41:38Speaker 2: like Nick Poper's got the same amount. So we will
- 41:40Speaker 2: worried this season going into it that the defenders and
- 41:44Speaker 2: the goalkeepers weren't going to get as many bonus points
- 41:46Speaker 2: based on the new system numbers. But actually what we're
- 41:48Speaker 2: seeing from them is that they are getting better bonus
- 41:53Speaker 2: point returns this season than they were last season. So
- 41:56Speaker 2: like and even like with your fleck and pick, when
- 41:58Speaker 2: he keeps a clean sheet, he's having seven point six
- 42:00Speaker 2: points per match.
- 42:01Speaker 1: The problem is the work problem in that sentence is
- 42:04Speaker 1: the when.
- 42:05Speaker 2: I know, But but the point is is that he
- 42:07Speaker 2: is when he does get that clean sheet, he's over.
- 42:11Speaker 1: He's really, he's not just getting sick. Does the article
- 42:13Speaker 1: tell me when he's next going to get a clean.
- 42:14Speaker 2: She sadly it doesn't. But it is a really good article.
- 42:18Speaker 2: So I have seriously thought about a goalkeeper change. The
- 42:20Speaker 2: problem is the ones I want I can't quite afford.
- 42:22Speaker 2: So I'm probably going to wait again and do that
- 42:25Speaker 2: as part of a big block of changes. But if
- 42:27Speaker 2: you are looking at a goalie swap this week, go
- 42:29Speaker 2: and give that article, because it is honestly really interesting.
- 42:33Speaker 4: Because I've got three I might bring this really young,
- 42:36Speaker 4: quite unknown player that not many people have in the game.
- 42:40Speaker 3: It's going to be.
- 42:43Speaker 4: I don't know if you know about him, but I
- 42:45Speaker 4: think really can make a big difference this week.
- 42:49Speaker 3: Honestly, who do you say bring in? What was the name?
- 42:51Speaker 4: I didn't hear.
- 42:53Speaker 3: Oh, it's.
- 42:56Speaker 4: Guy. It looks decent to be fair, but obviously because it.
- 42:59Speaker 2: Could be a right, it could be a nice deference
- 43:00Speaker 2: with yeh.
- 43:01Speaker 1: But I know you're not serious about it being young unknown,
- 43:03Speaker 1: But are you seriously going to bring in?
- 43:05Speaker 4: No, I don't I don't have the money. I'm already
- 43:07Speaker 4: like thinking about brain Johnson. That's enough for my little brain.
- 43:11Speaker 1: You described the brain as litt or not me, but
- 43:13Speaker 1: I'm not going to argue with you. Just to recap
- 43:16Speaker 1: what some of the most popular transfer combinations are, just
- 43:18Speaker 1: because I find this quite interesting, especially given what we've
- 43:21Speaker 1: just said about most Salah and the problems that Chelsea
- 43:23Speaker 1: have got in their defense, Almost fifty five thousand have
- 43:26Speaker 1: got rid of mo Salad and brought him Becayo Sackap.
- 43:29Speaker 1: I'm wondering if that was done before Asaka went off
- 43:32Speaker 1: injured and b people realize the issues that Chelsea have
- 43:36Speaker 1: in defense going into that fixture. The second most popular
- 43:39Speaker 1: is Diaz outmo In, which again just blows my mind
- 43:45Speaker 1: a little bit. I get the well, actually know it
- 43:48Speaker 1: doesn't actually because I'm probably gonna get rid of DEAs.
- 43:50Speaker 1: What am I talking about? It only blows my mixture,
- 43:54Speaker 1: But yeah, it blows my mind as the fixture, but
- 43:56Speaker 1: not because of Yeah, moving on, I'm talking rubbish now
- 43:59Speaker 1: trans but no, we don't transfer it really, I'm talking.
- 44:02Speaker 1: I think this podcast went Yeah, gosh, I wish Captain
- 44:06Speaker 1: c Harland. Yeah, yeah, if you have salahou would you
- 44:12Speaker 1: go Salah Sam given what we've said?
- 44:14Speaker 4: Or no?
- 44:15Speaker 2: Yeah, I think I might be tempted if I had Salah.
- 44:17Speaker 2: I think it would be tempted given the problems that
- 44:19Speaker 2: Chelsea potentially have defend me on his side. It is
- 44:22Speaker 2: very very very hard though, to go against Harland when
- 44:26Speaker 2: he's playing against the Wolf side that have conceded more
- 44:28Speaker 2: goals than anybody else this season.
- 44:30Speaker 4: Yeah, I agree, that's what makes me want to be
- 44:33Speaker 4: on Harland.
- 44:34Speaker 1: It's also it goes back to what we said about before,
- 44:35Speaker 1: when you consider your transfer combinations and what other people
- 44:38Speaker 1: are doing when you're doing your transfer combinations for me
- 44:41Speaker 1: and even bigger part of it as well as when
- 44:43Speaker 1: you're captaining. We talk about it a lot, don't we.
- 44:46Speaker 1: With Harland in particular, if you go against the grain
- 44:49Speaker 1: and he goes off, it can really affect your rank
- 44:51Speaker 1: on it. Sam Equally, there is a bit of a
- 44:53Speaker 1: flip side of if he does go off and you
- 44:54Speaker 1: captained him, it's like everyone's done that, but you kind
- 44:57Speaker 1: of almost have to stay in with the pack in
- 44:59Speaker 1: a way.
- 44:59Speaker 2: It feels there are moments, I think where you can
- 45:01Speaker 2: go against the grain for captaincy like I have for
- 45:03Speaker 2: a couple of weeks this season when Harland's and it
- 45:06Speaker 2: tends to be actually when Harland's away from home most
- 45:08Speaker 2: away games, there'd be the ones that I'll look at
- 45:10Speaker 2: and go, has my Sacker pick or my Oni Watkins pick,
- 45:13Speaker 2: or whoever else it is that I've got my team
- 45:15Speaker 2: got a better home fixture where they've got more upside
- 45:18Speaker 2: and you can chase out those points a little bit.
- 45:21Speaker 2: But when it's away at Wolves who have been really
- 45:24Speaker 2: struggling defensively, I just I think it's too much of
- 45:26Speaker 2: a risk for me anyway, It would be too much
- 45:28Speaker 2: of a risk not to captain him, because I think
- 45:31Speaker 2: he's probably the player that's got the most potential for
- 45:35Speaker 2: a huge Hall this week, alongside Sala would be a
- 45:39Speaker 2: close second for me.
- 45:39Speaker 1: Anyone watching on YouTube might be able to see now
- 45:41Speaker 1: that I'm looking up something on my computer, and I
- 45:43Speaker 1: know that that's very rude, but I actually think that
- 45:46Speaker 1: last season Wolves hadn't won and then they played Manchester City. Yes,
- 45:52Speaker 1: Wolves hadn't won last season, and then they played Manchester
- 45:54Speaker 1: City on the thirtieth of September last year, because I
- 45:57Speaker 1: remember I interviewed Gary O'Neil and the build up Wolves
- 45:59Speaker 1: won two one.
- 46:00Speaker 2: Did you change their luck? Are you going to interview
- 46:02Speaker 2: them again this year?
- 46:03Speaker 4: No?
- 46:03Speaker 1: No, no, I'm not go and speak to him again.
- 46:05Speaker 1: See if it's the same thing, just because you want
- 46:07Speaker 1: to bring an eight noran, I'm not going to do it.
- 46:08Speaker 1: If I'm going to captain Harland, am I No, that's true. Yeah, no,
- 46:13Speaker 1: just a word of warning. But obviously, I mean we're
- 46:15Speaker 1: a bit further on in the season now, we're mid
- 46:17Speaker 1: mid towards the end of October, and we'll still haven't one,
- 46:20Speaker 1: but yeah, we will have to see I think Harlan
- 46:23Speaker 1: will be a very popular transfer transfer captain this week.
- 46:27Speaker 1: As we said, I can't talk, so let's end the podcast.
- 46:29Speaker 1: Here are your deadline this week is nineteen minutes sead
- 46:32Speaker 1: of Spurs versus West Ham's. That's eleven am ahead of
- 46:34Speaker 1: the twelve thirty kickoff, which you said you're going to Sam.
- 46:37Speaker 3: Yah. Yeah, I'm kind.
- 46:38Speaker 2: Of talking to myself watching Brennan Johnson life.
- 46:40Speaker 1: I'm not going to bring in Brennan Johnson then, because
- 46:42Speaker 1: you're the Spurs. Curse off the Benures back on Monday.
- 46:48Speaker 1: Harry and Oscar will be talking you through all the
- 46:49Speaker 1: game week eight talking points. I will be back. I was,
- 46:53Speaker 1: oh god, I literally can't talk. I thought I was
- 46:56Speaker 1: saying eight Nori then, but I wasn't. I was saying
- 46:57Speaker 1: game week eight. Honestly, I had three eyes on your
- 47:01Speaker 1: brain game we ki yep.
- 47:04Speaker 3: Oh gosh.
- 47:04Speaker 1: People on YouTube now are literally watching you have a
- 47:06Speaker 1: melt down in front of the camera.
- 47:08Speaker 4: The Fantasy is back this week.
- 47:14Speaker 1: Week I might recall the do the pod intro as
- 47:16Speaker 1: that what else? Like I say, oh yeah, the Fantasy
- 47:18Speaker 1: shows back Friday morning. Hopefully I'll have had more sleep
- 47:21Speaker 1: and I'll be able to talk more since by them,
- 47:22Speaker 1: because that's twenty four hours time and this has been
- 47:24Speaker 1: a bit of a disaster. As always, please rate and
- 47:27Speaker 1: review us, but please don't mention that the presenter can't
- 47:29Speaker 1: speak samals. Have a great week.
- 47:34Speaker 2: Yeah bye,
