- 6:58[SPEAKER_04]: Oh boy, what a day!
- 6:59[SPEAKER_04]: Holy cow!
- 7:01[SPEAKER_04]: yesterday it was 72 degrees and then it was 18 this morning 54 degree dropped and the wind i thought it was windy yesterday this morning just terrible had uh... actually my flagpole snapped i'm sad over that i'd put a second flag on it for the 250th uh... birthday of the country and i probably shouldn't have so it's probably my fault but uh...
- 7:31[SPEAKER_04]: And happened about 630 this morning, you have to lift that up and get it out of the way you can.
- 7:36[SPEAKER_04]: Get that repaired for a while, so, um, well, it's that old fashioned winter we're having here.
- 7:45[SPEAKER_04]: Lots of problems, big wreck out on Route 81 between Arsenal Street and Kellogg Hill, whole bunch of trucks and cars, and Channel 7 reports not a lot in a way of injuries, thank God, but certainly a mess.
- 8:00[SPEAKER_04]: So stay away from those roads.
- 8:02[SPEAKER_04]: I don't even know if it's open yet, but stay away.
- 8:07[SPEAKER_04]: Down in Lewis County, down in Barnes corners,
- 8:10[SPEAKER_04]: That's no bad snow in the so-called snow belt area, too.
- 8:14[SPEAKER_04]: Although it seems to have subsided a bit here.
- 8:17[SPEAKER_04]: It's still cold and windy.
- 8:20[SPEAKER_04]: And it's the same patty's day, not a blizzard, but a pretty harsh storm, not good for the same patty's day.
- 8:32[SPEAKER_04]: And the same patty's day pile up on 81 is not good either.
- 8:41[SPEAKER_04]: I want TV, they got all those things at the bottom, and they're sponsored, so they're making money off of it, but cancellations.
- 8:49[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, did you know the Crogan candy kitchen's closed today?

- 8:57[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_04]: Various libraries are closed, and everything.
- 9:02[SPEAKER_04]: If you're wondering whether a place is closed in a storm, call up the place, or check them online.
- 9:12[SPEAKER_04]: all those things across the bottom of the screen are just a distraction, especially when they do it during the sporting event.
- 9:18[SPEAKER_04]: I know they're making money at it, so I shouldn't say anything, God forbid, God forbid.
- 9:25[SPEAKER_04]: Well, Councilman Kimball, Dr. Kimball, went over to the Salvation Army last week.
- 9:30[SPEAKER_04]: Saw some of the homeless people checking in, seeing how the other have lives.
- 9:37[SPEAKER_04]: Now, talked about that at the Council meeting.
- 9:40[SPEAKER_04]: but he also chastise neighbors over in that butterfield avenue area saying well there are two towards renters is wrong and it's an unreasonable expectation to think your kids can actually play in the middle of the street or the piece of property you don't own will remain vacant well this we know what side he's on some of the stuff he said i agreed with don't get me wrong i'm not
- 10:07[SPEAKER_04]: You know, he's, when he said you don't, it's not a reasonable expectation because you own a house that your kids can play in the middle of the street.
- 10:14[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, that's a true statement.
- 10:17[SPEAKER_04]: So, I don't know.
- 10:19[SPEAKER_04]: Somebody said the house of horrors is down on Carfine Street, finally demolished, and some other properties and piles of rubble they're going to be cleared away.
- 10:29[SPEAKER_04]: He's talking to one person who lives over in the Rutland street area that
- 10:33[SPEAKER_04]: Big ol' house on the corner that burned, it's been just a pile of rubble.
- 10:36[SPEAKER_04]: You said, I prefer the rubble, though, it was there before.
- 10:41[SPEAKER_04]: You don't get the needles in the street and all that stuff.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_04]: So, whatever, we'll see.
- 10:49[SPEAKER_04]: Good afternoon, you're on the air.
- 10:51[SPEAKER_18]: Good afternoon.
- 10:52[SPEAKER_04]: Samantha, from Alex Bay, how are you?
- 10:55[SPEAKER_18]: Happy St. Patrick's Day.
- 10:56[SPEAKER_04]: Well, happy St. Patrick's Day to you, too.
- 10:58[SPEAKER_18]: Are you wearing green?
- 11:03[SPEAKER_04]: Well, let's drive and go head to toe, but I do have some green on today.
- 11:07[SPEAKER_04]: I've got a jet jersey on today.
- 11:10[UNKNOWN]: How what?
- 11:11[SPEAKER_04]: New York jets.
- 11:12[SPEAKER_04]: Jersey, that's their color green.
- 11:15[SPEAKER_18]: Oh.
- 11:15[SPEAKER_04]: It's the only thing I have that's green.
- 11:18[SPEAKER_18]: Oh, come on.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_18]: Do you don't have a green-plath suit?
- 11:21[SPEAKER_04]: No.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_18]: Oh.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_18]: Um, I want to ask you, do you ever buy more zethy, dressing, salad dressing?
- 11:30[SPEAKER_04]: No, never heard of it.
- 11:33[SPEAKER_18]: It is really good.
- 11:35[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_18]: It really is.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_18]: I'm having a thousand island with Cold Floor.
- 11:42[SPEAKER_18]: V8 juice.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_18]: The same Patrick Day lunch.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_04]: Good for you.
- 11:49[SPEAKER_18]: The Marzetti dressing is the best, I think.
- 11:52[SPEAKER_18]: It's really good.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_04]: So what else you got planned for the same Patrick Day?
- 11:57[SPEAKER_18]: you know usually it's a busy day out the restaurants taverns but i didn't i didn't see any activity this morning in the usual haunts for whatever is treacherous the wind keeps blowing the snow uh... the road right so i i'm hoping and praying that the mixture library is open because they have a dinner and a movie tonight they have uh... song so you know how you find out if it's open
- 12:24[SPEAKER_18]: I drove by and there were no cars in the parking lot, which made me panic.
- 12:28[SPEAKER_04]: Well, I'm sunny and bright, so- How about you could call them, or you could sit all day and watch Channel 7 and see if it comes up on the bottom of the screen.
- 12:38[SPEAKER_18]: I want to go see Song Song.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_18]: Really, too.
- 12:41[SPEAKER_04]: Really?
- 12:42[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 12:43[SPEAKER_18]: Yes, I love Neil Diamond.
- 12:45[SPEAKER_18]: He's mine.
- 12:45[SPEAKER_18]: Oh, yeah.
- 12:47[SPEAKER_18]: He's a hero.
- 12:49[SPEAKER_04]: Neil Diamond's good people, yep.
- 12:51[SPEAKER_18]: Yeah, so I really want to see it.
- 12:53[SPEAKER_18]: I didn't see it in the theater.
- 12:55[SPEAKER_18]: I was trying to get there.
- 12:56[SPEAKER_18]: But the weather, of course, has delayed everything.
- 13:00[SPEAKER_04]: Did you know, and I don't, this is a tough subject to bring up, but you know, this new person who said to be in charge of Iran, the new Supreme Leader, the one we haven't seen, but they say isn't charge.
- 13:12[SPEAKER_04]: The news media is reporting that he's gay.
- 13:14[SPEAKER_04]: I thought they threw you out of a window if you were gay in that country.
- 13:19[SPEAKER_18]: He's gay?
- 13:21[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
- 13:22[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not making it up.
- 13:24[SPEAKER_04]: This is not some flattery story.
- 13:25[SPEAKER_18]: I believe you, but well, you mean because he's not married or because he really is gay.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_04]: Same thing.
- 13:35[SPEAKER_04]: No.
- 13:37[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know what the reason is.
- 13:38[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe he was, my understanding is he was being treated at a hospital and he was making overtures towards the male nurses and all that.
- 13:48[SPEAKER_18]: Oh my goodness.
- 13:53[SPEAKER_04]: So, well, that's what I would say is so, but I mean, these crazy countries over there, they cut your hands off and cut your head off and throw you out of window and set you on fire.
- 14:05[SPEAKER_18]: I didn't really realize if that could be true.
- 14:10[SPEAKER_18]: I always thought why.
- 14:12[SPEAKER_18]: I mean, just because a person doesn't, you know, but I've always, it's funny.
- 14:17[SPEAKER_18]: I've always thought that gay people,
- 14:21[SPEAKER_18]: You know, I'm not really, because some of them, I guess I thought that because I've known some of them and they're extremely handsome, they're very good-looking people and they just probably don't want to be, you know, just want to be, oh, tainted.
- 14:43[SPEAKER_04]: Well, very meticulous about their looks, fast-idious as I guess the word, yeah.
- 14:50[SPEAKER_18]: I thought I could relate to some of that because I have felt that way many a day.
- 14:54[SPEAKER_04]: Mm-hmm.
- 14:57[SPEAKER_18]: So...
- 14:58[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, well, that's a good theory.
- 14:59[SPEAKER_04]: I like that.
- 15:01[SPEAKER_18]: And... Name.
- 15:03[SPEAKER_18]: What is the man's name?
- 15:05[SPEAKER_04]: The Iotola over there, I forgot.
- 15:07[SPEAKER_04]: Co-manies the last, I don't know, or it's first name is...
- 15:11[SPEAKER_04]: I haven't got it into my dad a bank in my head yet.
- 15:15[SPEAKER_04]: I just call him the new Iotola, but they're, you know,
- 15:19[SPEAKER_18]: Well, I don't know, um, President Trump does he have anything against him, or?
- 15:28[SPEAKER_04]: Well, he's trying to kill him.
- 15:29[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know if that suggests he's got anything against him.
- 15:35[SPEAKER_18]: Well, that is horrendous.
- 15:37[SPEAKER_18]: I guess I'm going to carry this on any further, because I don't really understand.
- 15:45[SPEAKER_04]: Well, we did kill a couple of their big wigs yesterday, some guy named Ali Larjani.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_04]: We're supposed to be the defacto person in charge, but I don't really know if anybody's in charge.
- 15:56[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know what's going to happen.
- 15:59[SPEAKER_18]: Have you ever been to Iran?
- 16:02[SPEAKER_04]: No.
- 16:03[SPEAKER_18]: I don't know.
- 16:05[SPEAKER_18]: I mean, I've heard good things like our bad things, but I mean.
- 16:09[SPEAKER_04]: Well,
- 16:11[SPEAKER_04]: I'm sure there's you know, like a woman I don't know what you're wearing, but if you show your wrist or something, you can get in trouble.
- 16:21[SPEAKER_18]: Whoa.
- 16:24[SPEAKER_18]: I just can't understand that at all.
- 16:27[SPEAKER_18]: And the winter weather up here is really necessary to cover your whole.
- 16:34[SPEAKER_04]: Well, yeah, I understand that, but even out of warm day over there, you can't show up.
- 16:41[SPEAKER_18]: Well, you know, she is.
- 16:44[SPEAKER_04]: They got these special cops that go around and enforce that as rules.
- 16:48[SPEAKER_04]: So, you know what I'm trying?
- 16:50[SPEAKER_18]: I got to tell you this, this is sunny because I've had like a war with the sun.
- 16:54[SPEAKER_18]: My other couldn't stand me laying out in the sun.
- 16:58[SPEAKER_18]: And I tried that one year to just cover up myself in the summertime.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_07]: Right.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_18]: But it was so hot.
- 17:07[SPEAKER_18]: I just couldn't stand it.
- 17:08[SPEAKER_18]: I just
- 17:09[SPEAKER_18]: You know, but I do believe in covering up your face to, you know, in the hot hot sun.
- 17:16[SPEAKER_18]: Because really skin cancer is...
- 17:19[SPEAKER_04]: There's a bad thing, and, yeah, no, that's a good idea.
- 17:22[SPEAKER_04]: Cover yourself up.
- 17:23[SPEAKER_18]: Yeah.
- 17:26[SPEAKER_18]: Because I've gotten plenty of sunburns of my lifetime.
- 17:29[SPEAKER_04]: Some people should cover themselves up even if they're not in the sun.
- 17:36[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I agree.
- 17:39[SPEAKER_18]: And I think that's, you know, number one rule.
- 17:43[SPEAKER_04]: Exactly.
- 17:44[SPEAKER_04]: Exactly.
- 17:45[SPEAKER_04]: All right.
- 17:45[SPEAKER_04]: Well, that's good.
- 17:46[SPEAKER_04]: Well, thank you.
- 17:47[SPEAKER_18]: Okay.
- 17:48[SPEAKER_18]: And stay warm.
- 17:49[SPEAKER_18]: And have a happy.
- 17:50[SPEAKER_04]: I will.
- 17:51[SPEAKER_04]: Thank you.
- 17:52[SPEAKER_04]: Yes, she's right about the weather.
- 17:53[SPEAKER_04]: It is terrible.
- 17:54[SPEAKER_04]: And very hazardous.
- 17:55[SPEAKER_04]: If you're outside.
- 17:56[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, that wind's blowing.
- 17:58[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know what it's doing now.
- 17:59[SPEAKER_04]: It's blowing hard, man.
- 18:01[SPEAKER_04]: If you can stay inside, stay inside.
- 18:05[SPEAKER_04]: Well, let's see.
- 18:05[SPEAKER_04]: I watched a little channel 7's news for today.
- 18:09[SPEAKER_04]: History for tomorrow and all that jazz in North country's finest.
- 18:14[SPEAKER_04]: Now, today's anchors were Diane Rutherford, Lexi Burning, and of course, Beth is back now.
- 18:20[SPEAKER_04]: So, a little different look there, but that's okay.
- 18:28[SPEAKER_04]: That's okay.
- 18:34[SPEAKER_04]: What else?
- 18:34[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, I'm just an article that grid builds are going to go up more in April.
- 18:38[SPEAKER_04]: Didn't that nice?
- 18:41[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 18:41[SPEAKER_04]: Isn't that nice?
- 18:43[SPEAKER_04]: Got some in a show in the last night at the meeting said bad things go on in the star's walkway.
- 18:48[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know what he was talking about.
- 18:51[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 18:52[SPEAKER_04]: And you know who's coming in for ID?
- 18:54[SPEAKER_04]: Millie.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_04]: That's right.
- 18:57[SPEAKER_04]: Millie.
- 18:59[SPEAKER_04]: Yep.
- 18:59[SPEAKER_04]: Not Millie.
- 19:00[SPEAKER_04]: Millie.
- 19:01[SPEAKER_04]: Millie.
- 19:06[SPEAKER_04]: He is running for school board, she gave me one of her petitions when I do with it.
- 19:14[SPEAKER_04]: There it is in my pocket there.
- 19:17[SPEAKER_04]: Now, the school board petitions are different than normal.
- 19:24[SPEAKER_04]: There's no witness statement on them.
- 19:29[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know, it seems kind of strange.
- 19:32[SPEAKER_04]: I've got, let's see, what have I got for one, two, three, four, five, six, eight signatures so far.
- 19:38[SPEAKER_04]: I'll get some more over the bar and so on, help her out a little bit.
- 19:42[SPEAKER_04]: You know, if Cliff only had asked me last year, if I'd get a few signatures just in my travels, I would have, and would have had enough for him to get over, because I don't, I make sure that they're filled in properly.
- 19:55[SPEAKER_04]: and that the sheet isn't torn in half and taped together and that there's no bud stains all over it or whatever ink running down it anything like that.
- 20:07[SPEAKER_04]: So rest assured bureaucracy at the school district.
- 20:16[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, it's surprising though that there's no witness statement required.
- 20:26[SPEAKER_04]: I think I got everybody here.
- 20:28[SPEAKER_04]: I just got Canon Joe.
- 20:30[SPEAKER_04]: I got Glenn.
- 20:31[SPEAKER_04]: I don't have a lot of city residents here at the station.
- 20:37[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 20:39[SPEAKER_04]: Then employee lives in the city, two employees living the district, and I've got to get...
- 20:45[SPEAKER_04]: I'll just get some customers as I run into them.
- 20:47[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not going to put any special effort into it.
- 20:50[SPEAKER_04]: It was not hard to get 100 signatures.
- 20:55[SPEAKER_04]: we just kind of text that someone was actually caught defecating in the Strauss walkway.
- 21:01[SPEAKER_04]: In the act, because of it's just a you know, on the ground there could have been a dog.
- 21:12[SPEAKER_04]: But I remember that when it was an appliance store there and it burned.
- 21:21[SPEAKER_04]: sat there for a long time and the city agreed to demolish it make a walkway out of it and that cost a lot more money than was thought at the time and it's never been used for anything but after you do you're on the air hey it's crazy rame happy same paddy's day crazy rame what are you doing well just don't drive in the room get my water wasn't too mad yeah i don't see uh
- 21:51[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, usually the Irish bars are packed today.
- 21:53[SPEAKER_04]: I didn't see many cars on Crafine Street, so I don't know.
- 21:57[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I don't feel a little doubt about it, unfortunately.
- 21:59[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, too bad.
- 22:01[SPEAKER_06]: The wind is wicked on the north side of friggin' town.
- 22:04[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, I went out...
- 22:05[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, this side of town is not bad.
- 22:07[SPEAKER_06]: I've been watered on the other side, but... ...but with down on the other side there to grab water, man, it was blasted.
- 22:18[SPEAKER_06]: Hmm.
- 22:20[SPEAKER_06]: Am I right, Larry?
- 22:21[SPEAKER_06]: Now there's like a dusting a snow, there's nothing there.
- 22:24[SPEAKER_07]: Hmm.
- 22:25[SPEAKER_06]: Now you even have to blow this stuff out, but it's uh...
- 22:29[SPEAKER_06]: But yeah, that wind is just drying it all around the roads and stuff.
- 22:32[SPEAKER_06]: It makes us slippery all real quick.
- 22:37[SPEAKER_06]: And, you know, the throwing people at, I watch this one guy would have been, I won't say what a business, but uh, he's a guy that's out there on some kind of some of some of the business all the time.
- 22:48[SPEAKER_06]: The guy stopped like California stopped like three times I watched him do it.
- 22:53[SPEAKER_06]: Okay Like come to the corner and take off come to the corner and take off.
- 22:57[SPEAKER_04]: I'm just getting some people sending pictures in and so on Of the Vehicle matter in the Strauss walkway Apparently someone was caught in the act.
- 23:07[SPEAKER_06]: He's a sick me.
- 23:08[SPEAKER_06]: I You can be homeless and you can be a person.
- 23:13[SPEAKER_06]: You can stop me a human being Mm-hmm.
- 23:15[SPEAKER_06]: You know
- 23:16[SPEAKER_06]: I understand if you got to go, go, go, go well, somewhere's in the woods or something.
- 23:22[SPEAKER_04]: Right, I gotcha, I gotcha, yeah.
- 23:24[SPEAKER_06]: All right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all
- 23:47[SPEAKER_04]: well unfortunately if you don't have a place to live or anything there really is no place to go you know bathrooms and so on most places have signs say no public rescue even if I was desperate I would go out I'd wander off into some distance and upwards around here well not if you're if you're downtown and I don't know I mean we've you gotta go you gotta go find something I go back or I'm sorry it's all so everybody
- 24:16[SPEAKER_04]: There you go.
- 24:17[SPEAKER_04]: There you go.
- 24:18[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know the walkway.
- 24:19[SPEAKER_06]: That's just, you know.
- 24:20[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 24:21[SPEAKER_06]: That's too much of like an animal or something.
- 24:23[SPEAKER_04]: Uh-huh.
- 24:24[SPEAKER_04]: So, um... Close place would work.
- 24:28[SPEAKER_06]: Go to use that stuff out there.
- 24:29[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 24:30[SPEAKER_04]: So, let's see.
- 24:31[SPEAKER_04]: What do you think of Millie?
- 24:33[SPEAKER_04]: You think she's guilty?
- 24:34[SPEAKER_06]: I see.
- 24:35[SPEAKER_06]: Was it?
- 24:35[SPEAKER_06]: She was in that position before, wasn't she?
- 24:38[SPEAKER_04]: School board, yeah.
- 24:40[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, yeah.
- 24:42[SPEAKER_06]: She did it.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_04]: I messed it up.
- 24:45[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 24:48[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, okay, no, don't they heard about it?
- 24:52[SPEAKER_04]: No.
- 24:53[SPEAKER_04]: Did you choke some of it?
- 24:55[SPEAKER_04]: No.
- 24:55[SPEAKER_04]: No, she was rescuing somebody and the cops say that she's good somebody.
- 24:58[SPEAKER_04]: Well, that's a good thing.
- 25:00[SPEAKER_04]: Well, the police.
- 25:01[SPEAKER_06]: Remember the last time when you were in office and they had the... Everybody was swearing in and somebody had to go.
- 25:08[SPEAKER_06]: Some kid or something had like a stroke or something and they helped themselves.
- 25:13[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, somebody faded.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_04]: I remember that it was, well, sometimes people do that.
- 25:18[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe they, you know, they say if you lock your legs or something, you can cut off your circulation.
- 25:24[SPEAKER_06]: Whatever went down, they immediately helped them.
- 25:26[SPEAKER_04]: Or sometimes it's, you know, a sugar issue or something like that.
- 25:31[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, people help that.
- 25:33[SPEAKER_06]: It's still on my older YouTube, so.
- 25:36[SPEAKER_04]: Yep.
- 25:38[SPEAKER_04]: Well, I don't know.
- 25:41[SPEAKER_06]: Put it under, it got inspired from people all angry that I had video taped in like I was trying to make one of them or something.
- 25:47[SPEAKER_06]: I wouldn't make no fun.
- 25:48[SPEAKER_06]: I thought you did a great thing.
- 25:50[SPEAKER_04]: Mm-hmm.
- 25:53[SPEAKER_04]: So, okay.
- 25:53[SPEAKER_06]: Well, whatever.
- 25:54[SPEAKER_06]: Not one to make fun of people, but not all the time.
- 25:56[SPEAKER_04]: Well, that was a pretty big pile up on 81 today.
- 26:02[SPEAKER_06]: I heard that.
- 26:03[SPEAKER_06]: I heard that.
- 26:03[SPEAKER_06]: I see some pictures on the news junkies there, but.
- 26:06[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, right.
- 26:07[SPEAKER_04]: It's something.
- 26:08[SPEAKER_04]: Isn't that something?
- 26:13[SPEAKER_06]: No, especially in this kind of sloshy, you know, you can get that sloshy little, your tire is a little bit clear road for miles and then they'll, in this kind of stuff you'll hit clear road and then all of a sudden you'll hit a patch where there's a lot of slushy snow and that's where you failed, you know, you're still going any miles an hour and you're hit that patch and then you're done.
- 26:29[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, you've got to, you've got to, you've got to, you've got to, you've got to, you've got to, you've got to, you've got to, you've got to, you've got to, you've got to, you've got to, you've got to, you've got to, you've got to, you've got to, you've got to, you've got to, you've got to, you've got to, you've got to, you've got to, you've got to, you've got to,
- 26:43[SPEAKER_04]: there's uh... some wind damage over the hospital uh... a facade on the buildings partially blown off doesn't affect the hospital but still that's something uh... yeah uh... still fix it i'm sure they have insurance well yeah they got the money but i mean it's still it's uh... you know it's a big pain in the butt like i said my flagpole snapped off well i thought good so i got to get that fixed or get a new one yeah i don't know
- 27:13[SPEAKER_06]: about a week ago I kept hearing water in my wife's room in the bedroom and I kept hearing water and I'm like I don't know what that is and then it would go away and get cold and go away I'm like I don't know what that is well then the one day when it was warmer there a week ago I could hear it really good so I went to I moved everything off the spot and then the floor fell right in and it was a water leak and then so I had to deal with it
- 27:41[SPEAKER_06]: temporarily on the four-fix and we'll fix that out.
- 27:44[SPEAKER_06]: We get some good weather zone.
- 27:45[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 27:47[SPEAKER_06]: Well, you talked to me as that's just winter I guess.
- 27:51[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 27:52[SPEAKER_04]: All right, so it's good.
- 27:53[SPEAKER_04]: Well, I got to get going here.
- 27:54[SPEAKER_04]: I got to run some spots, but Ray, good to hear from you.
- 27:57[UNKNOWN]: All right, buddy.
- 27:57[SPEAKER_04]: I hear by now.

- 29:07[SPEAKER_23]: are going to measure, express, and why doctor Mark Patrick hypnosis is coming to water town Monday, March 23rd for one day only.
- 29:14[SPEAKER_23]: Here's how hypnosis works to help people lose weight or stop smoking.
- 29:17[SPEAKER_05]: We all have an image of our self and that image.
- 29:21[SPEAKER_05]: If we have an image of a non-smoker, we attract non-smoker behaviors and beliefs.
- 29:25[SPEAKER_05]: So we have an image of a smoker.
- 29:26[SPEAKER_05]: We attract the habits of a smoker.
- 29:28[SPEAKER_05]: If we have an image of a person who is overweight, we live up to those expectations.
- 29:33[SPEAKER_05]: So one of the things we focus on with our programs is this.
- 29:36[SPEAKER_05]: is we work on at the subconscious level the image or snapshot of your self.
- 29:41[SPEAKER_05]: If you have a healthy image, you attract healthy habits.
- 29:44[SPEAKER_05]: We work on under hypnosis taking the pleasure association out for smokers that they have towards smoking, putting back in what they already know consciously that it's a filthy, disgusting habit that they never wish they start in the first place that's killing them dead.
- 29:56[SPEAKER_05]: And we get them out of these sessions, feeling good about themselves and guess what, they want to do these things instead of feel like they have to do that.

- 31:28[SPEAKER_04]: that show it on fox at noon three of the four females aren't even wearing any green just daily mac and any and like companion not and the others aren't either heres partner yet about our channel seven anchors that they were in green today they really should be you know i mean it's just kind of what you do it's like wearing red for that valentine stay or were read for women day or whatever it is yeah
- 31:56[SPEAKER_04]: But we'll have to see here, well, let's see if our channel 7.
- 31:59[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, wait, the young and the rest of us is on.
- 32:02[SPEAKER_04]: We've already missed it, so we won't know.
- 32:07[SPEAKER_04]: Let's see some of the closings here.
- 32:10[SPEAKER_04]: St. James thrift store in Governor's clothes.
- 32:12[SPEAKER_04]: What's the American to do?
- 32:15[SPEAKER_04]: Victims Assistant Center.
- 32:20[SPEAKER_04]: the bush memorial library don't even know where it is but it's closed at our index central closed the days of the half over Alexandria central closed if you don't know it by now yeah APW that school districts almost in Syracuse ARC is closed hmm well sorts of things are closed
- 32:50[SPEAKER_04]: Augustinian Academy, closed.
- 32:55[SPEAKER_04]: Beaver River schools are closed.
- 33:00[SPEAKER_04]: If you've got a Beaver River school in its 12-33 and an afternoon and you don't know yet that it's closed and you're watching the young and the restless and couldn't figure it out.
- 33:08[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know what to say.
- 33:11[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know what to say.
- 33:13[SPEAKER_04]: Anyway, 755-1240 is our phone number.
- 33:15[SPEAKER_04]: If you'd like to give us a call to be on the show of shows,
- 33:19[SPEAKER_04]: Talk about whatever you want, things that are in the news, the lapidate at houses, they are, those ones that they're going to tear it down like the house of horrors on coffee, which I guess came down last week, but just a city now owned them, I wasn't clear on that was the original dispute, yeah, and what they do with the garage over there, that they
- 33:49[SPEAKER_04]: But Councilman's shown last night was saying there was houses on Main Avenue, Emerson Street, and the Academy Street with Holes in the Roof.
- 33:57[SPEAKER_04]: Now it seemed to me, and I'm not a code's professional, but if you drive him by a place and there's a big hole in the roof, it might be a subject of some concern in the public interest, rather than Jake's fence.
- 34:12[SPEAKER_04]: Good afternoon, you're on the air.
- 34:14[SPEAKER_06]: How are you doing?
- 34:15[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, what's up?
- 34:20[SPEAKER_06]: uh... so uh... heard you mention uh... uh... to your call or their do you think millies and uh... so do you think millies and i said i want to see the radio tape uh... come on you know she's innocent because i can tell that she's innocent because of the way that first offer they threw out their that's normally like a last offer going out the door
- 34:47[SPEAKER_06]: So when they offer her some like that, that's basically for a first offer, that's basically saying we don't have enough of that, and then her lawyer, which is fully tied, he'll take that into hearings and they won't even know what to do with him.
- 35:01[SPEAKER_06]: He's probably laughing right now because when they go into hearings, they're going to have to call witnesses.
- 35:06[SPEAKER_06]: Are they going to want to spend that much money?
- 35:10[SPEAKER_04]: Well, the only thing that I know we've got that crowd out there who says the laws, the law, no one's above the law.
- 35:15[SPEAKER_04]: We got it back, the blue and all that.
- 35:17[SPEAKER_04]: But on the other hand, what got me on this thing is the two week separation.
- 35:21[SPEAKER_04]: And maybe they were just being nice.
- 35:22[SPEAKER_04]: They didn't want to write a ticket in the restaurant.
- 35:24[SPEAKER_04]: But why was there a two week wait?
- 35:28[SPEAKER_04]: And then a ticket delivered to our house at 10 o'clock at night.
- 35:32[SPEAKER_04]: That struck me as strange.
- 35:34[SPEAKER_04]: I know people, I hear these people.
- 35:39[SPEAKER_04]: nothing where there's so much from the start it's for some reason somebody had it out i just feel like somebody had it out for for everything else is going on and up you know she's put herself out there on several different fronts well a lot of people don't like the smiths or millie in particular from her school board outspoken this to uh... a lot of other things that have gone on so there are you know she's a controversial person but
- 36:07[SPEAKER_04]: Does that translate over into this case?
- 36:09[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 36:10[SPEAKER_04]: I don't really know what she did.
- 36:13[SPEAKER_04]: And the problem, you can say, oh, it's a private matter.
- 36:18[SPEAKER_04]: It's a what, no, it isn't.
- 36:20[SPEAKER_04]: Once you quote a rest, somebody, what, it really not on a rest.
- 36:24[SPEAKER_04]: But once you do that, and you're a public figure, and you've got a profession and all that, you know,
- 36:36[SPEAKER_04]: written a ticket for shoving a cop or something well nobody would care if you're not a big deal you know no fans but uh... it does mean something to millie who owns a business and all that you probably have shoved a few cops you like that don't be good i never ever look at myself as a big deal but i just don't you know once it hits news drunkie in the other media caught on to it
- 37:03[SPEAKER_04]: You know, it's it's show always have that moniker of well, you were arrested, weren't ya?
- 37:08[SPEAKER_04]: Even though the circuit as she goes ahead as she was to plead to the first saying that because my voice to her eight, I would be don't plead to that Well, you don't want her because it also precludes your ability to seek civil uh, judgements So only that I don't know, I have a really researched in it too much, I'd say for Millie
- 37:29[SPEAKER_06]: that this all come to a hall and just be disappeared but this could go against her medical license Mr. Ram.
- 37:36[SPEAKER_04]: Well you know you never know how deep it could get so yeah I doubt it this is about as serious as a stop stop sign violation and don't have to do with their profession so she might have to go through a
- 37:50[SPEAKER_06]: before this is all over.
- 37:53[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, you don't know.
- 37:54[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, I don't know, but I never researched it.
- 37:57[SPEAKER_06]: So I don't know as far as that goes.
- 37:58[SPEAKER_06]: But as far as this whole thing goes, I think that should be just, it managed to go on goodbye.
- 38:04[SPEAKER_06]: You know, but I just wanted to put my two sons as far as that goes.
- 38:09[UNKNOWN]: And there's some on the national level I wanted to talk to.
- 38:12[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 38:15[UNKNOWN]: It's, it's, it's, it's
- 38:21[SPEAKER_06]: I guess it's called the Osteoloss.
- 38:25[UNKNOWN]: No.
- 38:26[UNKNOWN]: You have a hood of it.
- 38:28[UNKNOWN]: Well, it's about the globalists and it's about the British.
- 38:31[UNKNOWN]: You know how the brids are coming into the state of Hordman moves down the salt.
- 38:36[SPEAKER_07]: Right.
- 38:36[UNKNOWN]: You know, they're supposed to be our ally.
- 38:38[SPEAKER_06]: And how carney is in the out.
- 38:41[SPEAKER_06]: Call the tank came rate to Canada and all this and that.
- 38:45[SPEAKER_06]: Well, look who that's what it is, you know.
- 38:48[UNKNOWN]: I mean, everybody seems to think that Chopin's this big bad guy, but he's really going up against the globalists.
- 38:55[UNKNOWN]: Okay.
- 38:56[SPEAKER_06]: You know, and as far as this Alcio's last thing is, it has to do with for the last four years, you know, we've been going to hand it and hand it to us.
- 39:06[SPEAKER_06]: So, you know, Chopin's really putting himself out there going after the globalists, the way that he is.
- 39:13[SPEAKER_04]: Do you think the new supreme commander is gay, like they say, and does that matter in a culture where you can get thrown off the roof for that?
- 39:24[SPEAKER_06]: Well, I don't know, I don't pay attention to any of that, you know, I think that should be left in a personal, someone's personal business and personal preference when it comes to that crap, but I don't know, he probably will get thrown off a roof, but there's a lot of stuff that goes on in the middle of the day.
- 39:40[SPEAKER_04]: Well, yeah, but that's not that nobody cares about that.
- 39:43[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, this is a society that's made a big deal out of it and has killed people because of it.
- 39:49[SPEAKER_04]: We don't kill people because of it.
- 39:52[SPEAKER_04]: So there's that guy in Wyoming at time, but that was an aberration, but you know, I don't know.
- 40:00[SPEAKER_04]: We'll see.
- 40:01[SPEAKER_04]: All right.
- 40:02[SPEAKER_02]: Thanks a lot.
- 40:04[SPEAKER_04]: Bye now.
- 40:04[SPEAKER_04]: I gotta go.

- 45:10[SPEAKER_04]: real reporters and all of that stuff.
- 45:15[SPEAKER_04]: Anyway, I guess that I did watch the news today.
- 45:22[SPEAKER_04]: We had that colleague yesterday who said he's sad that Mackenzie's leaving.
- 45:25[SPEAKER_04]: We all are sad, but who do you?
- 45:30[SPEAKER_04]: I guess they're going to put less chocolate in there along with Diane.
- 45:43[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not sure, I'm not sure, um, when else if we got going on here that we can check in on, uh, you just hate this kind of weather, it's just hard to go outside, but you got it!
- 46:07[SPEAKER_04]: We can't sit there and say, well, you know, it's windy out.
- 46:11[SPEAKER_04]: We aren't going to do the hotline.
- 46:12[SPEAKER_04]: You can't do that.
- 46:15[SPEAKER_04]: You know, we're going to get down to 60 degrees tonight.
- 46:20[SPEAKER_04]: Now that accident out on 81 between Arsenal Street and Kellogg Hill, seven tractor trailers and nine passenger cars involved according to State Police.
- 46:39[SPEAKER_04]: injuries or anything.
- 46:40[SPEAKER_04]: We hope that's the case.
- 46:42[SPEAKER_04]: We don't know.
- 46:45[SPEAKER_04]: Crash occurred at 8.58 a.m. Vehicles were in the southbound land.
- 46:54[SPEAKER_04]: People going both ways got involved.
- 46:57[SPEAKER_04]: There was a jackknife tractor trailer.
- 47:03[SPEAKER_04]: Based on the initial investigation, white-out conditions are believed to be a contributing
- 47:09[SPEAKER_04]: No.
- 47:11[SPEAKER_04]: No.
- 47:12[SPEAKER_04]: Really?
- 47:16[SPEAKER_04]: Good afternoon, Ronier.
- 47:19[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I love Mr. Mayor.
- 47:20[SPEAKER_04]: What's up?
- 47:21[SPEAKER_03]: I think this thing with the militant.
- 47:25[SPEAKER_03]: She oughta play the supplement, make yourself a murder.
- 47:29[SPEAKER_04]: A Joan of Art?
- 47:31[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah, let's see.
- 47:32[SPEAKER_03]: She's standing up to the.
- 47:34[SPEAKER_03]: And I don't like superintendents.
- 47:37[SPEAKER_03]: I've had built periods of superintendents in the highest doing nothing, once we don't do nothing but not good.
- 47:46[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think we will need a superintendent.
- 47:51[SPEAKER_07]: Frankly, I don't need it.
- 47:52[SPEAKER_03]: But of course, the principles do their jobs.
- 47:55[SPEAKER_03]: And you don't need a superintendent.
- 47:57[SPEAKER_03]: They have to study and offer secretary no more what's going on in the superintendent.
- 48:03[SPEAKER_04]: You know, I've always thought that because all superintendents do is say, well, I don't know, my hands are tied at state mandates.
- 48:09[SPEAKER_04]: So, well, if the state's running everything, yeah, you're right.
- 48:12[SPEAKER_04]: I think, I think principles could run the schools.
- 48:16[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 48:17[SPEAKER_03]: So, I've said before, I'm off with Melissa, and if there's any question if she going enough signatures, I'm going to be sure to sign up and I'm a friend sign up.
- 48:28[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 48:29[SPEAKER_03]: All right.
- 48:30[SPEAKER_04]: Thank you.
- 48:30[SPEAKER_04]: Bye now.
- 48:33[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, you know, well, somebody wrote a comment here.
- 48:41[SPEAKER_04]: People come into the tavern to relax not to sign a petition.
- 48:44[SPEAKER_04]: Well, they can do both.
- 48:48[SPEAKER_04]: I know whom I politically astute people are.
- 48:50[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not going to bother people who aren't.
- 48:53[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know, but, you know, there's some people who I know would love to sign this to help mill you out.
- 49:00[SPEAKER_04]: You've got to get 100 signatures.
- 49:02[SPEAKER_04]: Not hard to do.
- 49:03[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, you know, you start out, you get your family, your coworkers, next to our neighbors, and you get Amy Horton to do the same, and a couple other people, and before you know what you got it.
- 49:22[SPEAKER_04]: She'll get those done, but help her out.
- 49:25[SPEAKER_04]: I'll put it on the ballot, then if you want to vote against her, you can.
- 49:28[SPEAKER_04]: That makes the race, school board race a little more interesting, because you'll have a... Would it be like Trump?
- 49:37[SPEAKER_04]: Well, she won't be a convicted felon, will she?
- 49:43[SPEAKER_04]: No, she'll be an accused violator.
- 49:46[SPEAKER_04]: Or maybe a convicted violator.
- 49:47[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 49:49[SPEAKER_04]: This is the tough call for the new...
- 49:52[SPEAKER_04]: part-time city judge you know and she's exceedingly nice person so uh... will this after waiting for you know i what's going to happen the judges a big Yankees fan i mean like a big time and he's fan
- 50:17[SPEAKER_04]: yeah should be watching that game tonight watching judge there in the Americans against the Venezuelans it's kind of odd that for this world cup of baseball or whatever it is that the u.s.s ends up facing the Venezuelan team get to beat him again what's going on in Cuba only cow no power over there yeah people are hungry
- 50:47[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, no need for a govy over there.
- 50:50[SPEAKER_04]: No, just no food, it makes it easier.
- 50:55[SPEAKER_04]: But President Trump says he could take it over and do with it whatever he wants.
- 51:01[SPEAKER_04]: Really?
- 51:02[SPEAKER_04]: So I don't know what's going to happen with Cuba, but it's time they get with the program too.
- 51:08[SPEAKER_04]: There's money to be made.
- 51:10[SPEAKER_04]: You've got a Caribbean island there.
- 51:11[SPEAKER_04]: Do something with it.
- 51:18[SPEAKER_04]: uh... let's see uh... somebody taxing it any listeners see cursed in jailbrand's name on the absteen list no i didn't somebody else tested taxed it in pushing where is it here um...
- 51:40[SPEAKER_04]: Horsing a police officer is a serious offense, typically charged as a felony assault on a police officer, or aggravated battery, which can lead to years in prison.
- 51:50[SPEAKER_04]: Charges depend on injury severity ranging from misdemeanor obstruction to class BFC felonies carrying up to 15 to 25 years.
- 51:59[SPEAKER_04]: You mean, Millie could get 15 to 25 over this?
- 52:06[SPEAKER_04]: We don't even know if she pushed her, the officer and not because the city manager won't let us see the video.
- 52:15[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, so let us all see the video, then we as a community can pass judgment.
- 52:22[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, on this situation, I think that would be the appropriate thing to do.
- 52:27[SPEAKER_04]: What there would be a people's court, yeah, let there be justice from the people.
- 52:35[SPEAKER_04]: And we'll decide, there's apparently a couple of videos out there, Councilman shown and seen one of them.
- 52:43[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 52:49[SPEAKER_04]: Well, I don't know what to say if they won't let us see it.
- 52:53[SPEAKER_04]: We'll just have to speculate, but I don't know if she deserves 15 years in prison.
- 52:57[SPEAKER_04]: That seems like a bit much.
- 53:06[SPEAKER_04]: uh... we did move it out of the way and uh... hope to get it fixed soon or get a new one you know flagpoles aren't cheap anymore looked up some of them you can spend a lot of money on a flagpole so
- 53:35[SPEAKER_04]: No, why don't we take that, oh, we got a call.
- 53:38[SPEAKER_04]: Good afternoon, you're on the air.
- 53:39[UNKNOWN]: Why is that?

- 56:33[SPEAKER_04]: They let the guy off the attack the officer with a sandwich.
- 56:36[SPEAKER_04]: Remember that?
- 56:38[SPEAKER_04]: Somebody threw a sandwich at a police officer in DC?
- 56:44[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 56:44[SPEAKER_04]: And somebody else took his shoe with my vast journalism experience, which is vast.
- 56:55[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 56:58[SPEAKER_04]: Good afternoon, you're on the air.
- 57:00[SPEAKER_19]: Hi, Jeff.
- 57:01[SPEAKER_19]: I'm just calling to.
- 57:02[SPEAKER_19]: I don't know why anyone would pursue charges against Millie.
- 57:08[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know, somebody must not like her.
- 57:11[SPEAKER_19]: She took a oath to help people, and honestly, in the situation she was in, I think she would have been the person with the most medical knowledge.
- 57:19[SPEAKER_07]: Mm-hmm.
- 57:21[SPEAKER_19]: I just am kind of really puzzled as why this is even...
- 57:27[SPEAKER_04]: I don't.
- 57:28[SPEAKER_19]: I don't.
- 57:29[SPEAKER_04]: I have no idea, I don't, I guess should have asked the mayor.
- 57:33[SPEAKER_19]: I agree with you, I think, probably, Millie has been very outspoken and vocal about certain things.
- 57:40[SPEAKER_19]: Maybe she's lighted someone somehow in the police department.
- 57:45[SPEAKER_04]: Well, in the department, or somewhere else, and this is how it's...
- 57:50[SPEAKER_04]: There had to have been some kind of... What puzzles me about this whole thing.
- 57:57[SPEAKER_04]: And if somebody got pushed or shoved, I'm sorry it happened, but the two-week interlude between the incident and the visitor or house at 10 o'clock at night with a ticket, I just don't know what kind of ruminations went on during that period at City Hall to decide this was a good idea.
- 58:13[SPEAKER_19]: I mean, if there had been wrongdoing, there would have been a media action.
- 58:18[SPEAKER_19]: I find that I think that's personal.
- 58:21[SPEAKER_19]: I think that's someone who has something against her, doesn't make sense.
- 58:26[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, you may very well be right.
- 58:28[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 58:29[SPEAKER_04]: I thought Millie was popular at City Hall, but maybe not.
- 58:34[SPEAKER_19]: I think she has offended someone somehow.
- 58:40[SPEAKER_19]: And really, it's unfortunate.
- 58:42[SPEAKER_19]: I feel bad for her because I think she's very good at what she does.
- 58:45[SPEAKER_19]: I think she's probably an excellent care provider.
- 58:49[SPEAKER_19]: Oh, yeah.
- 58:51[SPEAKER_19]: to sell you her name.
- 58:53[SPEAKER_19]: It's really unfortunate that people are willing to do these things.
- 58:58[SPEAKER_19]: You know, and honestly, Jeff, if someone's choking, it's highly charged, you're going to, she could have bumped someone, not even knowing she was bumping someone.
- 59:08[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 59:09[SPEAKER_04]: So... All right, well, you could be right.
- 59:12[SPEAKER_04]: Well, thank you so much.
- 59:14[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 59:14[SPEAKER_04]: Bye now.
- 59:15[SPEAKER_04]: Bye bye.
- 59:15[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, that could be the case.
- 59:16[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 59:17[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, it wouldn't be the first time.
- 59:22[SPEAKER_04]: the legal system is, well, look at the law fair that's been meeting out against, so having Fanny Willis is DA, you know what I mean?
- 59:30[SPEAKER_04]: That type of thing.
- 59:33[SPEAKER_04]: It happens, happens all the time.
- 59:35[SPEAKER_04]: We'd like to say it, doesn't, but it does.
- 59:38[SPEAKER_04]: All right, that's our show for today.
- 59:39[SPEAKER_04]: You got Glenn Curial, be in, and maybe he'll read some of the closings of things that are already closed off the TV to you.
- 59:47[UNKNOWN]: Okay.
- 59:48[SPEAKER_04]: already fair enough.
- 59:50[SPEAKER_04]: Well, we've had a good hotline today.
- 59:51[SPEAKER_04]: I appreciate the calls.
- 59:53[SPEAKER_04]: I appreciate your participation and remind you you're listening to the hotline on the community broadcast station.
- 59:58[SPEAKER_04]: We are AM1240 WATN.
- 1:00:01[SPEAKER_04]: We're in Watertown, New York.
