Mega Edition: Jeffrey Epstein's Inner Circle And The Motivations That Drove Them (7/11/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

Speaker 1: Hello, everyone, and welcome to the Jeffrey Epstein Show. I'm
0:03
your host, Bobby Capucci, and this is a morning update.
0:09
What's up everybody, and greetings from Sin City. Today, we're
0:13
going to dive into the financials once again, and we're
0:17
going to look at an article from the International Consortium
0:22
of Investigative Journalists. And this article is kind of dealing
0:28
with the Paradise Papers once again, but really what it's
0:32
looking at is how lawyer's accountants and other professionals play
0:37
a key role in enabling all of these financial crimes.
0:43
And this goes into our overall conversation right now. Obviously,
0:48
we started this conversation because it really has a lot
0:53
to do with Jeffrey Epstein and the way he conducted
0:56
his business. But when you start taking a look at
0:59
this and you dive a little deeper, you understand very
1:03
quickly that it was not just Jeffrey Epstein using this system.
1:09
This is a tried and true system that these people
1:13
have set up, that they know how to navigate, and
1:16
they know that the payoff is well worth it. Look
1:22
how many of these people are using these kinds of accounts.
1:25
Look how many of these banks are engaging in this
1:27
sort of behavior. Every single time we turn around, there's
1:31
another bank getting slapped with a fine. Meanwhile, nobody's going
1:35
to prison for that. There's just fines and then all
1:43
of the money gets paid and it starts all over again.
1:48
So there's no real prosecution of these people. And the lawyers,
1:53
the accountants and all of these people who play a
1:56
role enabling these financial crimes. They have to be held
1:59
accountable for the parts that they play. It would be
2:01
no different if they were cooking the books for some
2:05
mafioso or cartel member. What is the difference, really, there
2:10
is no difference besides the fact that the people were
2:15
talking about the so called elites. They're the ones that
2:18
are writing the check for the people who are making
2:20
the laws.
2:21
Speaker 2: That's the difference.
2:24
Speaker 1: Let's jump into this article from International Consortium of Investigative
2:29
Journalists and let's see what the authors or author I
2:33
should say. Will Fitzgibbon has to say headline, Lawyers, accountants
2:41
and other professionals play key role in cross border financial
2:45
crime OECD Warrens in new report, The Form of Wealthy
2:51
Nations urges countries to target and disrupt enablers of tax evasion,
2:55
Money laundering and other illicit finance. Boy, that sounds familiar,
3:01
doesn't it. I'm pretty sure there are a couple of
3:04
players in the Jeffrey Epstein saga that certainly fit that bill. No,
3:09
how about Indike? How about Cohn? How about all of
3:12
the bankers who enabled Jeffrey Epstein? Pretty relevant? No. This
3:19
article was originally published on February twenty fifth, twenty twenty one.
3:25
A powerful international organization whose members represent the world's largest
3:30
economies has issued a strong warning about the threats and
3:33
risks posed by lawyers, accountants, and other facilitators who helped
3:38
their clients commit and conceal financial crimes. We've been talking
3:42
about this for how long. This is one of the
3:45
key components of how Jeffrey Epstein was able to operate
3:50
his criminal enterprise with the help of all of these enablers,
3:54
all of these lawyers, the accountants, people working inside of
3:57
the financial district. It was all one gigantic moving part,
4:06
and people like Indike and Khan, the in house lawyer
4:09
and accountant, played such huge roles in what Epstein was doing. Folks,
4:13
all you have to do is take a look at
4:15
the financials. All you have to do is take a
4:17
look at where Indike and Khan's name are all over
4:21
the paperwork, and you understand very quickly the sort of
4:25
relationship that they had with Jeffrey Epstein, and it's very
4:29
obvious that they were at the very least in the
4:33
know about his financial crimes. These professional enablers, often associated
4:41
with the secretive offshore finance industry, undermine not only the
4:46
rule of law but their own profession, says the Paris
4:49
based Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development in a new report.
4:55
So we have all of these different watchdog agencies and
4:59
groups coming out and talking about how much of an
5:03
issue all of this is, and governments they've ignored it
5:07
for so long.
5:08
Speaker 2: They have ignored the fact.
5:09
Speaker 1: That these so called elites are manipulating the system with
5:14
the help of bankers and financiers and lawyers and accountants.
5:19
This is the dark side of it, right, the underbelly
5:22
that nobody ever talks about. And to tell you the truth,
5:25
we probably wouldn't be talking about it either if it
5:28
wasn't for this lockdown and all of this time on
5:30
my hands. But once that curtain is drawn back, I
5:35
don't understand how you can go back to being blind
5:38
and not understand the stakes and understand what's going on here.
5:44
This is even bigger than just the Jeffrey Epstein case. Right,
5:47
We're talking about the most elite, richest people in the world,
5:51
the most powerful people in the world, who literally control
5:54
our lives via laws and all the other stuff, are
5:59
engaging in some of the most disgusting acts. And what
6:07
we have with the Paradise Papers, the Luanda leaks, fins
6:12
and files is an expose on all of it. Will
6:19
it stops short of concrete prescriptions, the report includes broad
6:23
recommendations aimed at targeting professional enablers and disrupting their activities.
6:28
Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
6:29
Speaker 1: There needs to be some sort of mechanism in place
6:32
to stop this sort of thing from occurring. And I
6:36
think it all goes back to and it all starts
6:38
with making sure that there's penalties on the books that
6:42
slap these people when they get caught doing this, as
6:46
opposed to just finding them, as opposed to just giving
6:49
them a little slap on the wrist. Make sure these
6:51
laws have teeth and that these people suffer the consequences, because,
6:56
just like having children, if you let them get away
6:58
with things, they are going to walk all over you.
7:03
The ending the shell Game report, which cites reporting by
7:06
the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists in its opening paragraph,
7:11
marks the OECD's first detailed foray into the realm of
7:15
criminal professional enablers. Well, I say welcome to the party,
7:20
because this is something that is very very very very
7:25
central to the Jeffrey Epstein case as a whole. And
7:28
if it was not for these enablers, and not for
7:30
the people helping Jeffrey Epstein from the sidelines and right
7:34
from inside of the mix itself, then Epstein would have
7:38
never been able to do what he had done.
7:41
Speaker 2: For so long.
7:43
Speaker 1: He would have been caught the first time, you know,
7:45
they would have been onto him. But he had so
7:48
many different people helping him out, enabling him in different
7:52
facets of this criminal enterprise, that it was just a
7:58
spider's web of ties that bind, a wide term that
8:09
encompasses a pope poie of wizzes with special skills, including
8:14
tax advisors, wealth managers, lawyers, accountants, company formation agents, and
8:20
trust companies. We've talked about all of this at length
8:23
because of the Jeffrey Epstein case, and that's why I
8:27
introduced the fence and files originally to this case because
8:31
it is so important that we understand how these people
8:36
function as far as in the world of money, as
8:40
far as pumping lifeblood into the heart of their operation.
8:44
If we don't understand how that occurs, and we don't
8:47
understand how these people are moving money around in the
8:51
shadows and out of the view of governments and regulation agencies,
8:56
then we're never going to truly truly understand how this
9:00
man was able to do what he was able to do.
9:07
Many of the OECD's thirty seven member countries, including the
9:11
United States, the Netherlands, and Switzerland, are home to hoardes
9:15
of professional enablers and have poor track records and holding
9:19
the various sectors accountable. Well, of course, where do you
9:23
think the bread's getting buttered?
9:24
Speaker 2: Right?
9:25
Speaker 1: You think these politicians have the backbone or the coynes
9:29
to hold these people responsible. Where they going to get
9:32
their checks? Then who's going to donate to their campaigns?
9:36
What you think your ten dollars donation to your favorite
9:39
politician really matters? You think that those people really care
9:42
about you?
9:43
Speaker 2: Yeah?
9:44
Speaker 1: Right, Unless you're showing up with the Gucci bag full
9:47
of dough to dump it on their table. Then forget
9:50
about it. And at the end of the day, we
9:53
all know that money makes everything move, and we know
9:56
that it is certainly.
9:57
Speaker 2: The lifeblood of politics.
9:59
Speaker 1: So if anybody he thinks that these politicians are going
10:02
to go after their bag men without some serious, serious
10:07
prodding from the public, they're being very naive. Just take
10:10
a look at how how this has went down for
10:13
all of these years. It doesn't matter who the president
10:15
has been, what side of the aisle they're on, they're
10:18
all owned by the same people, folks. Recommendations for countries
10:28
include more education about the role of enablers in financial
10:32
crime and tougher laws to hold them criminally liable. Hallelujah,
10:38
that's all I've ever cried about from here. Look again,
10:41
all I want is the system to operate correctly. I
10:45
know it's asking for a lot equal justice under the law,
10:49
that's all. If you or I were conducting these sorts
10:51
of scams, schemes or plots, we'd be in prison. But
10:54
these guys, for some reason, Ah, they get a pass.
10:57
Oh they're rich, that's all right, So we'll just find them,
10:59
We'll take some of their money, and then that money
11:01
falls into the black pit of the United States government,
11:04
and then where the hell does it go. I don't know,
11:07
maybe some bombs to drop on some pe of some
11:09
unsuspecting people in the Middle East, perhaps, who the hell
11:12
knows anymore. With the United States government, there's no accountability
11:16
whatsoever from the top down, where lawyers can too easily
11:26
hide behind client attorney privilege and refuse to share possible
11:30
evidence of crime with law enforcement. For example, the OEC
11:34
suggests that countries consider new legislation. I agree, and I
11:38
think that the legislation, the legislation has to be targeted
11:42
specifically at these people who are enabling criminals, people like Endyke,
11:48
people like KHN. Imagine if there were some laws on
11:51
the books that actually had teeth to slap these dudes
11:53
with be a watershed moment. The second one of these
11:58
kinds of people ends up getting slapped in the ass
12:01
and put in jail because up until this point, well,
12:04
they have gotten a free pass. Folks, All countries, the
12:14
OECD suggests, should create national strategies to tackle professional enablers
12:20
who actively participate in tax crimes and other financial crimes.
12:24
That would be a good idea, huh, I mean, you
12:28
have the FBI working overtime rounding up people that were
12:32
at that capital protest. So let's get them working a
12:35
little bit overtime here as well. And how about you
12:37
to wrap up some of these criminal bastards who are
12:41
involved in the financial system, who are ripping us off
12:44
on a daily basis. The report takes pains to distinguish
12:53
those complicit in moving and hiding illicit money from professionals who.
12:57
Speaker 2: Follow the law.
12:58
Speaker 1: Well, of course there has to be that. We have
13:00
to make the different make the difference known. Right, There
13:05
are people that follow the law. There are the lawyers
13:08
that do the right thing. This doesn't mean everybody is
13:11
engaging in this Unfortunately. There's a very large percentage though,
13:15
who are and it needs to be brought to light.
13:19
People need to understand there are no good guys, folks,
13:24
just a bunch of great characters. The majority of professionals
13:30
are law abiding and play an important role in assisting
13:33
businesses and individuals to understand and comply with the law
13:37
and helping the financial system run smoothly. The report says, man,
13:41
I don't know about the majority, all right, maybe the majority,
13:46
but there's a very large minority of scumbags. Such law
13:56
abiding professionals are to be differentiated from a small of
14:00
professionals who use their skills and knowledge of the law
14:03
to actively promote market and facilitate the commission of crimes
14:08
by their clients.
14:10
Speaker 2: Men.
14:11
Speaker 1: I think he's talking directly at Indike right now, You
14:16
hear that, Darren. They're talking about you, sir. Professional enablers
14:23
in the shadows. Poor and wealthy countries alike are undergrowing
14:27
pressure to recoup billions of dollars in revenue lost to
14:31
tax evasion and crack down on financial crime. About time,
14:36
because you see, folks, it's not us engaging in this
14:38
financial crime, right, the regular people of the world. We're
14:42
busy trying to feed our families and make sure our
14:44
lights stay on. It's these scumbags, the one percent of
14:47
the one percent, that are engaging in this shit on
14:50
a regular basis, pretty much every transaction they make. Tax advisors, lawyers,
14:59
and accountants are valuable partners for rogue actors who need
15:02
sophisticated structures and clever advice to outsmart law enforcement. Again,
15:08
Endike and Khan, that was their role within Jeffrey Epstein's operation.
15:13
Do you see how it all becomes clear here? Folks?
15:15
Since we've done all of the groundwork and all of
15:17
the legwork, and we've put all of the pieces of
15:19
the puzzle out there, and we've started working from the corners,
15:22
and now we're getting to the middle. See how it
15:24
all starts to fall into place, and why it's important
15:27
to stay on this every single day the way we do.
15:32
Doctor Katie Benson, a lecturer at Lancaster University Law School
15:36
who has written extensively on the topic, said that interest
15:39
in enablers has spiked over recent years. Increasingly there is
15:43
more of a focus on sanctioning people for doing this.
15:46
Benson said, there is a concern that it doesn't happen enough.
15:51
Dear doctor Katie Benson, from your mouth to the maker's ears,
15:57
it is about time that these enablers in the financial
16:00
sector are put on display and put on blast, because
16:04
these people are literally screwing all of our lives up, folks,
16:08
all of our lives extra couple points on the financial
16:14
you'd pay a few dollars more on the loan. You know,
16:16
Nicolin Diamond, you for everything. The OECD's report highlights examples
16:27
from around the world of professionals hiding clients' money, often
16:32
through shell companies whose owners are hard to trace. In
16:36
one US case cited in the report, tax advisors prepared
16:39
fake business losses on tax returns to reduce taxes paid.
16:43
In another from Sweden and the United Kingdom, the OECD
16:47
described an incident where an unnamed offshore specialist encouraged customers
16:52
to communicate through encrypted emails and changed banks to avoid
16:57
detection by police.
16:59
Speaker 2: These are the kind of people that.
17:00
Speaker 1: Are inhabiting the financial sector, folks. These are the kind
17:04
of people that Jeffrey Epstein clung to, you know, they say.
17:09
Jeffrey Epstein collected people in minds. He also collected people
17:12
in the financial sector that you wouldn't think about, compliance officials,
17:18
et cetera, et cetera. Anybody that he thought could help
17:21
him move his money, anybody who he thought could help
17:24
him with his illicit business. He tried to get his
17:27
hooks in. Professional professional facilitators operate in environments where services
17:35
including setting up companies and hiring nominee directors as front people,
17:39
can be bought on the cheap.
17:41
Speaker 2: The OECD says these.
17:43
Speaker 1: Services attract criminals, who employ enablers to design schemes that
17:48
hide assets through low cost offshore companies behind more legitimate
17:52
seeming on shore businesses. Boy, where have we seen that before?
17:58
Seems like we've talked about this quite a bit with
18:01
Jeffrey Epstein. No, all of the shell companies, all of
18:04
the business being conducted in the US, Virgin Islands, et cetera,
18:07
et cetera, was all for the specific purpose of washing
18:12
his money and hiding it. That way, nobody knew how
18:16
much money he had, and he can continue on with
18:18
his criminal operation. ICIJ's successive expose as of the offshore
18:26
industry has contributed to the growing interest in enablers.
18:29
Speaker 2: The OECD said.
18:31
Speaker 1: For sure one hundred percent, the ICIJ's work here has
18:35
been superb, folks, and outing these people is such a
18:41
huge deal for mankind as a whole. And that's not
18:44
even hyperbole, that's just straight up real talk, because this
18:49
affects us all, and with the coming inflation, that's going
18:53
to smack us all in the teeth. Boy, it's not
18:56
going to be good if we let these people continue
18:58
to do what they do. The Panama Papers and the
19:03
Paradise Papers investigations led by the ICIJ and su Deutsche
19:08
Zeitungu helped spark major initiatives among governments to track the
19:13
suspected facilitation of offshore tax evasion according to the OECD.
19:18
And I want to give all of yous a shout
19:20
out out there as well, all of you who have
19:22
taken an interest in this, who have decided that the
19:24
financial aspect of this merits more of a Look, you
19:28
folks are moving the needle as well. Just take a
19:31
look at schrod Brown's legislation and look at the am AML.
19:37
Holy cow, the AML that was inserted in the new bill.
19:41
What do you think that just happened overnight because these
19:43
government officials want to hamstring themselves. Hell no, it happened
19:47
because people are waking up and people are not happy
19:52
about what they're seeing. In twenty eighteen, more than two
19:57
years after the Panama Papers investigation, US prosecutors announced criminal
20:02
charges against Dick Gaffe, a Massachusetts accountant whose services were
20:07
exposed through reporting by journalists. Gaffe pleaded guilty to conspiring
20:11
with US taxpayers to help them evade taxes and launder money.
20:16
He was sentenced to more than three years in prison.
20:19
So there you go, guy, laundering money, three years in prison?
20:22
What about Endyke? What about Khan? When is their day coming.
20:28
Last year, in fallout from ICIJ's twenty seventeen Paradise Papers investigation,
20:33
Singapore's financial watchdog find the trust company Asia City almost
20:38
eight hundred thousand dollars for serious breaches of anti money
20:42
laundering rules after the firm missed or ignored red flags,
20:47
including the source of one client's funds. So, I don't
20:51
even want to hear missed. They ignored it because they
20:53
were going to enrich themselves. And we see it over
20:57
and over and over again with these institutions. In December,
21:05
following ICIJ's twenty twenty twenty Luanda Leiku's investigation, Portuguese regulators
21:11
recommending recommended auditing companies face criminal charges for failing to
21:16
report transactions that bore hallmarks of fraud and deals that
21:21
helped Angola billionaire Isabelle dos Santo's grow rich. So look,
21:27
the worm certainly is turning right and people are starting
21:30
to take notice of what's going on here. And if
21:33
we don't understand the role that these lawyers and accountants
21:37
and enablers play, then we're never ever ever going to
21:40
be able to stop this. The OECD report notes that
21:46
some countries have started to act the United Kingdom allows
21:50
charges to be brought against enablers suspected of involvement in
21:54
criminal activity. In Mexico, facilitators of crime can be jailed
21:59
for up to see sixteen years. India's Special Task Force
22:03
to identify and eradicate shell companies also tracks the specialists
22:08
who make it possible. According to the OECD, now that's
22:13
a good idea, Pretty nice that these countries are making it.
22:17
Have a little bit of teeth, right, sixteen years in
22:21
Mexico for being an enabler. Yeah, high five for that one, folks.
22:26
Meanwhile here in America the party rages on for these scumbags.
22:35
Other countries struggle with the novelty of having to prove
22:38
a criminal case against experts who have long operated in
22:41
the shadows. According to the OECD, independent reports reveal that
22:46
the United States, from where lawyers, accountants and real estate
22:50
agents routinely assist criminal schemes, has a particularly poor track record.
22:56
In twenty sixteen, the Financial Action Task Force, which sets
23:00
global standards for anti money laundering laws, describe the US
23:05
weak regulation of enablers as the most significant supervisory gap
23:10
in its fight against financial crime. The OECD will discuss
23:15
it discuss its report next month during the organization's annual
23:19
anti corruption summit. So the United States, folks, needs to
23:24
get its act together. And you know where I'm at
23:27
with that. The reason they have not cracked down on
23:30
it is because these people are the ones that fill
23:33
their banks with money for their political runs. What else
23:36
could it be. There's no other explanation for this. So
23:42
let's hope that the United States gets on board and
23:46
the corrupt politicians in the United States start to get
23:50
weeded out. Yeah right, and we get some people in
23:53
there that actually want to hold people accountable for the
23:56
crimes they commit.
23:58
Speaker 2: Imagine that.
24:01
Speaker 1: If you'd like to contact me, you can do that
24:02
at Bobby Kapuchi at ProtonMail dot com. That's Bobby cap
24:08
you Cci at ProtonMail dot com. You can also find
24:12

24:18
of the links that go with this episode can be
24:21
found in the description box. To everybody who has donated
24:25
to the podcast recently and in the past, thank you,
24:28
folks so much. As for the show for the rest
24:31
of the day, we'll see where the news brings us, folks.
24:34
If there's nothing new to discuss, we're just gonna hammer
24:37
out a couple more flashback episodes. If something new pops up,
24:40
we'll have a daily drop tonight. No matter what, I
24:44
will be back tomorrow morning and we will get ready
24:48
for the day at hand. All right, everybody, enjoy your Saturday,
24:52
and I will talk to you all later. Article today, folks,
24:55
from July eleventh of twenty nineteen, and it's an article
24:59
that goes into the psychology a little bit of what
25:03
was occurring with Jeffrey Epstein and is Core four. Now
25:07
we've touched on this a little bit here on the
25:08
podcast previously, and I let you know that I'm not
25:12
qualified to delve into it, right, So there's a psychologist
25:17
in this article who is going to talk a little
25:19
bit more about the psychology aspect when it comes to
25:23
Jeffrey Epstein and the Core four. So I thought that
25:27
this would be a good add to the catalog, considering
25:29
I am not qualified to speak on the psychological aspect
25:33
of this, not in the least. I certainly don't know
25:36
anything about the study of psychology besides what I learned
25:40
in my psych one oh one class in college. So
25:43
I've always shied away from that. I never jump into
25:46
those sort of topics because I don't have a good
25:48
handle on it. So I'm not going to, you know,
25:50
hop on the podcast and fake the funk and act
25:52
like I know about psychology. One I don't. But with
25:56
this article, I think that this is going to be
25:58
a good addition to the catalog because we'll hear from
26:00
a psychologist here, and you know, obviously this person is
26:05
qualified to talk about the psychology of the situation. Now,
26:09
is this psychologist that you know was working on the
26:12
inside or with Jeffrey Epstein. No, no, not at all.
26:16
This is somebody who's giving their opinion from the outside
26:19
looking in. But I think it's you know, a good
26:23
addition hearing from an actual psychologist. When we talk about
26:27
certain things on the podcast previously, like Stockholm syndrome, et cetera,
26:30
et cetera, you know, those are things that obviously we
26:34
all understand what they are. And the fact that you know,
26:39
a lot of people who are in situations such as
26:42
the girls who were abused by Epstein, end up with
26:45
Stockholm syndrome. Right, But it's a topic psychology in general
26:51
that I'm not very well versed in, so I have
26:54
never gotten into the weeds there, right, we've never really
26:57
gotten down into the weeds and discussed the psycho aspect
27:01
of this case. So we're going to add this article
27:04
to the catalog today and we'll see what this psychologist
27:07
has to say about it. This article is from Fox News.
27:11
It was published on July eleventh, and the author is
27:14
Perry kaira Monty. What motivated for women to allegedly assist
27:21
disgraced multimillionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein in his abuse of dozens
27:26
of underage girls. The answer may consist of three possible scenarios,
27:31
according to a prominent New York City psychiatrist. So again,
27:36
this is somebody who is on the outside looking in,
27:39
not somebody who was working the case per se. They
27:43
weren't hired by Epstein or hired by the lawyers for
27:47
the girls, anything like that. This is just a New
27:50
York City psychiatrist who is looking at the facts that
27:53
are available and giving their opinion on what they believe occurred.
27:59
As far where as the psychology aspect right. The psychological aspect,
28:06
Doctor Alan Manovitz, a Manhattan based psychiatrist, stresses that it's
28:10
difficult to determine what their motivations may have been in
28:13
allegedly assisting Epstein. Yeah, for sure, we don't. Look. Nobody's
28:17
in their head, nobody's in their brains. Nobody knows why
28:20
they did what they did, why they would choose to
28:23
help Jeffrey Epstein. Obviously, we know that there were carrots dangled.
28:26
We know that there was money, prestige, great haircuts at
28:31
top end Salon's, food at top end restaurants, whenever you
28:34
wanted it. You know, two hundred thousand dollars salaries, So
28:38
we know all of that, right, those are definitely motivators.
28:42
But from a psychological aspect, from the way the brain works.
28:47
Who knows what made these ladies tick. Who knows why
28:50
they thought it would be a good idea to assist
28:52
Jeffrey Epstein. It's complicated to understand whether they did it
28:58
voluntarily or were controlled. Allah Patty hurst Man have it said,
29:02
And look, I agree to a certain extent that Jeffrey
29:05
Epstein was certainly a cult leader and he had these
29:09
people wrapped around his finger. But at the end of
29:11
the day, does that really matter? Did it matter that
29:14
Manson was a cult leader and supposedly he told his
29:18
followers to kill people? Of course it didn't Manson still
29:21
got charged and went up for the crime, right, and
29:24
so did the people who committed the crimes. So, you know,
29:30
you can say that you're controlled or whatever it may be,
29:33
but at the end of the day, you need to
29:35
have some personal responsibility for your actions. And we've lost
29:39
that in America for sure. People aren't responsible for their
29:42
own actions anymore. It's always blamed somebody else. Oh, he's
29:45
passing the buck, and I'm pretty tired of it. To
29:49
be honest with you, there are different psychological pathways to
29:54
explain inexplicable behavior, he said. One is the alleged accomplices
29:58
might simply be social passed by nature. Another is more complex,
30:03
according to Manovitz, and I would say that all of
30:06
these gals have at the very least some sociopathic tendencies.
30:11
Right to hang out with Epstein for as long as
30:14
they did, and to be involved with Epstein for as
30:17
long as they were involved with him, there has to
30:19
be a bit of sociopathic tendencies there, right. Besides, you know, again,
30:23
I'll always say, with the exception of Nadia marson Kova,
30:27
because she was purchased as a child, right, if anyone
30:32
can use the excuse of Stockholm syndrome or mental abuse.
30:36
It's Nadia Marsonkova the other three. I'm sorry, but I'm
30:39
not buying that with the other three. For most of us,
30:44
the fear of punishment prevents us from committing crimes. But
30:47
how many of us would do How many of us
30:50
would do it if we knew we could get away
30:51
with it? He said, Actually, not that many. However, there
30:55
are some who learn strategies to neutralize their moral compass,
30:59
and it is these people who may pose risks in
31:01
society later in life. So definitely, Jeffrey Epstein's one of
31:06
those people, in my opinion. Right, he'd never had a
31:09
moral compass his whole life. He was born effed up,
31:12
he was born a monster. These weren't tendencies that were learned.
31:15
These were tendencies that he just there were inside of him. Okay,
31:20
this is the kind of person he was. He was
31:22
evil incarnate, this man. And it wasn't something that he
31:29
built going along. It was something that he nurtured going along, Right,
31:33
These feelings inside of him, these disgusting urges in these drives,
31:39
for example, moral disengagement, the process of convincing oneself that
31:43
ethical standards do not apply in some contexts allow us
31:47
to rationalize criminal acts or those that harm others, he adds,
31:51
and we see that with Jeffrey Epstein for sure, and
31:54
we see it with Gilain Maxwell. They completely had themselves
31:57
detached from reality.
31:59
Speaker 2: They thought that they were.
32:00
Speaker 1: Living in their own world, a world of their own creation,
32:02
where they could get away with whatever they wanted and
32:05
commit crimes against whoever they wanted with no repercussions, and
32:09
they were allowed to do so for decades. So it
32:12
fed into their beliefs, right, it fed into their mental
32:15
illness that they were above the law, that they were special,
32:18
that they should garner special treatment. In reality, we know
32:25
that these people were just sick and mentally ill. A
32:31
third pathway can be the psychology of Stockholm syndrome, which
32:35
occurs when hostages or victims develop a psychological bond with
32:39
their captors. It refers to a nineteen seventy three bank
32:42
robbery in Stockholm in which hostages were taken, and this
32:46
is something that I definitely for sure think applies to
32:50
Nadia Marsenkova. Stockholm syndrome is definitely a real thing, and
32:55
it can be crippling. We've seen it time and time
32:57
again with survivors of this sort of situation or kidnapping, etc.
33:04
Speaker 2: Etc.
33:05
Speaker 1: So we definitely know that Stockholm syndrome is a thing.
33:08
And for me, the only person it could apply to
33:10
in this situation is again Nadia marson Cova. The other
33:14
three aren't gonna get that shield for me. They're not
33:16
going to get that bit of a you know, slack
33:20
from me because they knew what they were doing. They
33:22
weren't purchased as children, they weren't brought over here and
33:25
groomed from childhood. So you know, miss me with all
33:30
of that BS, this pathway is about people who suffer
33:34
from Stockholm syndrome and are acting under the control of
33:37
the controller, said Manowitz. In a hostage or domestic situation
33:42
or a work situation. The same person can be a
33:44
good controller or a bad controller. The person being controlled
33:48
wants to stay out of trouble and not have the
33:51
bad part of the controller emerge. It psychologically forces you
33:54
to try and see the world through the eyes of
33:56
the distorted world of the good version of the controller
33:59
to give you a sense of hope. And again I
34:02
don't mean to harp on it, but we see that
34:04
with Nadia marsen Kova. It's she has all of the
34:09
telltale signs of Stockholm syndrome. And if she would come
34:12
forward right now and step to the plate and help authorities,
34:18
then she could, you know, maybe give herself a little
34:20
bit of a different light here right at least somebody
34:23
who is searching for redemption. And then on the flip side,
34:28
she could expect to receive a little bit of a
34:30
lighter charge, a little bit of a lighter sentence than
34:33
the other Core four conspirators. But her staying quiet, her
34:37
not coming forward, what it does is it puts her squarely,
34:41
squarely on the side of the Core four and therefore,
34:45
as somebody, if I was prosecuting this case, I would
34:48
not give her leniency. Everything is contingent on her coming
34:53
forward and helping the case. You then try to attach
34:58
yourself to that and detach yourself from the bad, he continued,
35:01
You wind up on your toes to see the world
35:03
through the eyes. Because of this attachment, one almost becomes
35:07
brainwashed and wanting to keep them happy. Then you know, look,
35:12
that's all of those the Core four girls as far
35:14
as brainwashed to keep Jeffrey Epstein happy. And you know
35:19
the other three, in my opinion, went in with their
35:21
eyes wide open, and it was more of a financial
35:23
agreement that turned into a you know, a kool aid
35:27
drinking situation where they looked at Jeffrey Epstein as some god.
35:31
But going into.
35:32
Speaker 2: It, the three.
35:34
Speaker 1: A Graff, Ross and Kellen, they knew exactly what they
35:38
were getting into. They knew exactly what they were getting into. So,
35:42
you know, don't get me wrong. Once they were in
35:44
his orbit, I'm sure that he groomed them, all three
35:49
of them, and molded them into what he wanted. But
35:53
at any time, these women could have stepped away from
35:56
from Epstein, gave up those salaries and went to the authorities.
36:00
All of them chose to stay quiet, and all of
36:02
them chose to plead the fifth when they were called
36:04
upon to get justice moving in the right direction. All
36:11
of these psychological understandings do not forgive heinous behavior in crimes.
36:16
Man of it stressed, and I've said that too. There's
36:19
no excuse, there's no getting out of what you have done,
36:22
not even for Nadia Marsenkova. Maybe a lesser of a
36:25
sentence than the other gals, but this is no You're
36:28
not going to use this as a shield to avoid prosecution.
36:34
According to the new federal indictment unsealed Monday, Epstein created
36:38
a vast network of underage victims for him to sexually
36:40
exploit by conspiring with employees, associates, and others to run
36:45
what was essentially a sex trafficking enterprise between two thousand
36:49
and two and two thousand and five. We know it
36:51
was much longer than that as well. Right, We know
36:54
that it goes all the way back to the nineties,
36:56
and we know that it went all the way up
36:57
until his second arrest. So we understand that this isn't just,
37:04
you know, a three year deal where Epstein was trying
37:06
to be smooth. We know that this is a decade long
37:09
operation that spanned continents.
37:18
Speaker 2: It appeared that.
37:19
Speaker 1: Some of those associates included a group of four women
37:21
who were granted immunity in a controversial plea deal made
37:25
by then prosecutor and current Secretary of Labor Alexander Acosta.
37:30
Epstein worked in concert with others to obtain minors not
37:33
only for his sexual gratification, but also for the sexual
37:37
gratification of others, according to a line from the court order,
37:41
and that's significant, right, So it's stating right here in
37:44
the court order that it wasn't only Epstein who was
37:46
involved in this. In the court order itself, it's telling
37:49
you this was a criminal conspiracy, a criminal enterprise, and
37:53
all of these people took part in the ritualistic abuse
37:55
of these girls. So how is this not a rico case?
37:59
How aren't these people slammed in the slammer? It's baffling, folks,
38:04
isn't it. The women who were granted immunity include a
38:10
former Epstein assistant, Sarah Kellen, who allegedly kept a rolodex
38:13
of young women to recruit for trist with Epstein. She
38:16
has since married NASCAR race car driver Brian Vickers and
38:20
started her own interior design firm called SLK Designs. A
38:24
recent article by The Daily Beast refers to public records
38:27
showing that Kellen once operated SLK from a midtown Manhattan
38:32
building owned by Epstein's brother. Now, if you haven't listened
38:36
to the Core four series yet, make sure you pop
38:38
back on there. Episode two is all about Sarah Kellen Vickers.
38:43
Adrianna Ross, a formal model from Poland who was hired
38:47
by Epstein in two thousand and two to work at
38:49
his Florida mansion and allegedly helped set up sex sessions
38:52
for the billionaire pedophile. She was questioned in twenty ten
38:57
regarding any participation by Prince Andrew and the tr trafficking
39:00
ring set up by Epstein. She had no answers to give.
39:04
Leslie Groff another former assistant who allegedly coordinated travel arrangements
39:09
with young girls in scheduled massage sessions for her boss.
39:14
Nadia marson Kova, one of Epstein's alleged sex slaves who
39:17
allegedly participated in his trysts with underage girls. She is
39:21
now a commercial pilot certified by the FAA and is
39:24
a social media influencer who goes by the name Global Girl. Well,
39:29
you could definitely like with the Sarah kell and Edward Vickers.
39:33
I mean, if you're interested in learning more about Nadia Marsonkova,
39:36
make sure you check out that Core four series where
39:39
we delve deep into who all of these girls are.
39:43
Manowitz did not speculate as to what may have motivated
39:46
these women to be complicit in Epstein's sex trafficking ring,
39:49
but he said that many people if they feel trapped
39:52
or forced to stay in line by a controlling figure
39:55
in their lives comply as a way to cope with
39:57
a dire situation thrust upon them.
40:00
Speaker 2: I don't you know.
40:01
Speaker 1: I guess that that can occur, right, But when it
40:04
comes to this case, these gals all came into this
40:06
with eyes wide open. They all knew what they were
40:08
up to. In my opinion, there's no there's no excuse
40:12
for what they did. There's no psychological shield for what
40:15
they did. These were grown adults who entered into this
40:18
with eyes wide open and of their own willingness to
40:22
be a part of this out of greed or whatever.
40:24
The motivation was not named in the plea deal, but
40:29
also alleged to have been complicit in helping to operate
40:32
Epstein's ring his former girlfriend and longtime confidant and co conspirator,
40:37
Gilaine Maxwell. In a twenty fifteen report, Virginia Roberts filed
40:43
a legal complaint in the state of Florida in which
40:46
she accused Maxwell of being Epstein's madam. According to an
40:50
article by the Guardian at the time. In the complaint,
40:53
in which Roberts was originally listed as Jane Doe number three,
40:57
it was alleged that Roberts was approached in nineteen ninety
41:00
nine by Maxwell when she was just fifteen, and was
41:03
pursued to sleep with Epstein. Roberts also alleges in the
41:07
suit that she was used as a sex slave for
41:09
nearly three years. And remember this is an older article,
41:14
and we've seen all of the evidence from Virginia Roberts, right.
41:17
We know that everything that she has talked about has
41:20
been legit and on up front. So it's important that
41:25
we make sure that we continue to chase down the
41:28
things that she's talked about and not forget players like
41:32
Marvin Minsky and other people who might be sliding under
41:35
the radar, right because at the end of the day,
41:39
none of these people should ever feel safe if they
41:41
were involved in this. In December of last year, The
41:46
New York Post reported that a separate lawsuit was brought
41:49
against Epstein in Manhattan, in which the plaintiffs, Sarah Ransom,
41:53
claimed that both he and Maxwell coerced her into having
41:56
sex while she was in her twenties. And again, look,
42:00
we talk a lot about the underage aspect of this case,
42:03
but I don't care how old these girls were. These
42:05
women were if they were assaulted by Epstein and Maxwell.
42:08
Then they're part of this case. They need to be
42:11
taken care of as well, and they need justice as well.
42:13
It doesn't matter if it was just you know, if
42:15
they were twenty five or forty five, who cares. Epstein
42:20
and Maxwell were serial abusers and what they did to
42:23
people that came into their atmosphere is utterly repugnant, and
42:28
the fact that it was allowed to go on for
42:29
so long is almost as gross as the actual act itself.
42:35
As recently as last April, a New Jersey woman came
42:38
forward in a sworn affid David with accusations of her
42:41
own against Epstein and Maxwell. According to the Miami Herald,
42:45
Maxwell fifty seven is the daughter of Robert Maxwell, a
42:48
disgraced publishing mogul who was accused of theft from his
42:51
company's pension funds to prevent bankruptcy. Boy, which comes from
42:55
great stock? Huh great stock? And also that just goes
42:59
to show you what I was talking about with the
43:01
money laundering aspect, right. Her dad was a prolific money launderer.
43:05
Her dad was an embezzler. You really think that didn't
43:08
trickle down to old daughter, O deer of mine? She
43:12
was on daddy's knee, learning all of the tricks in
43:14
the tricks of the trade, all of the tricks of
43:18
the trade from the cloak and dagger operations that her
43:21
dad was part of. This wasn't just a sex trafficking ring,
43:26
in my opinion, this was a money laundering operation as well.
43:34
The former owner of the New York Daily News was
43:36
found dead near the Canary Islands and the waters off
43:38
the Atlantic Ocean, just days after he was reported missing
43:41
from his yacht, The Lady gue Laine, named after his daughter.
43:46
Maxwell was born and raised in England and immigrated to
43:49
America in nineteen ninety one after her father's death. Becoming
43:53
a fixture in New York City social scene, Maxwell has
43:56
been photographed over the years hobnobbing with Prince Anne and Drew,
44:00
the Clintons, and Donald Trump.
44:02
Speaker 2: Yeah.
44:03
Speaker 1: Look, there's no doubt about it.
44:04
Speaker 2: She was the gateway.
44:05
Speaker 1: She was the gateway into the world of the socialites,
44:08
into the world of the polite society of New York,
44:11
the same way Brockman was the gateway for Epstein to
44:15
get his foot in the door with the scientists. The
44:20
Oxford educated Maxwell was the youngest of nine children of
44:23
Robert Maxwell and his wife, doctor Elizabeth Betty Maxwell, a
44:28
French born researcher who authored two books on the Holocaust
44:31
and was also a descendant of the Huguenot aristocracy. Oh
44:35
it makes sense. Huh makes sense. So we got a
44:37
little bit of the inbreeding for Gilaine Maxwell along with
44:41
her just plain old stupidity. Huh, that makes a lot
44:44
of sense now. You could see her the inbreeding taking
44:48
its toll During her time in college. During the late eighties,
44:53
Maxwell started the KitKat Club, a speaker and discussion club
44:57
for women in her native England. In two thousand twelve,
45:01
Maxwell founded the TerraMar Project, a nonprofit group focused on
45:05
protecting oceans, and even gave a Ted talk on protecting
45:08
the oceans the Ted talk. Shit is nonsense as well.
45:11
You know what, these people are all one big group
45:14
of sick, disgusting bastards. Anytime you see one of these
45:18
people getting up on top of their ivory tower and
45:21
speaking down to you, Remember they all hung out with
45:25
Geelan Maxwell, they all hung out with Jeffrey Epstein. They
45:28
all knew the deal, all right. So next time one
45:32
of these idiots gets on their their ivory tower and
45:35
attempts to speak down to you and attempts to tell
45:37
you how you should see the world. Just remember who
45:40
they hobnob with. According to a two thousand and two
45:45
profile of Epstein in New York Magazine, she was described
45:49
as someone with a high octane social life that helped
45:52
boost his profile among New York's high society. Right there
45:55
in the article, it tells you what I've been telling
45:57
you for months, Okay, Gilne.
46:00
Speaker 2: Maxwell was.
46:03
Speaker 1: The vehicle that got Epstein into the higher society of
46:06
New York, and once there he was like a bull
46:09
in a china shop. Maxwell only dated Epstein for a
46:15
brief period, but they remained friends for years after. Not friends,
46:19
stop it, business associates, co conspirators, both being run as
46:24
assets by insert your favorite intelligence agency here. It's a
46:30
mysterious relationship that they have, journalist David Patrick Columbia said
46:34
in the New York Magazine interview. In one way, they
46:37
are soulmates, yet they are hardly companions anymore. It's a nice,
46:41
conventional relationship where they serve each other's purposes. Boy, how
46:46
telling is that statement. That's exactly what they do. They're like,
46:51
They're like parasites, right, leeching off of each other with
46:54
their symbiotic relationship, and there was no love there, at
46:58
least from Epstein. Gilaine might have you know, had some
47:01
flutters in her heart for Epstein, but Epstein was a
47:04
coal hearted mass serial pervert who had love for nobody
47:09
in his heart. And I don't I wouldn't even say
47:12
Guilaine had love for Jeffrey Epstein. She was enamored with Epstein.
47:15
She respected the way he conducted himself, she respected his
47:19
his deviousness and how evil he was, because within him
47:23
she found a kindred soul, right, somebody that was just
47:26
like her, somebody else that was hiding in the shadows.
47:29
And once they came together, they formed the brain trust
47:34
of the most heinous, disgusting, evil human trafficking ring of
47:40
our time. And the saddest part, folks, people in power
47:45
knew what was going on. People in power were protecting them.
47:51
This isn't a conspiracy at this point. These are these
47:53
are just facts, Okay, these are just facts. And it's
47:58
sad that in the year, twelve years after this man's
48:03
first arrest and decades after he started his crime spree,
48:09
there has still not been one single arrest of Jeffrey
48:14
Epstein's co conspirators. Still, no answers from the DA, no
48:21
answers from the SDNY. All we have are two lowly
48:28
jailhouse guards who are being brought up on criminal charges
48:34
in this case. Now, how does that pass any smell test?
48:38
How is that even acceptable, even barely acceptable anywhere on
48:43
this planet, considering all the evidence that is out there
48:47
for these co conspirators to be rounded up, how is
48:50
it possible that only two lowly jail guards are in jail?
48:54
Right now?
48:57
Speaker 2: What's the deal, folks? Right?
48:59
Speaker 1: What is the deal? Where are the authorities? And why
49:03
have they not done their jobs yet? All right, folks?
