  Force. OK, everybody subject matter of

  today. I got a couple.

  The first one is the Chili Bowl and the second one is the Chili

  Bowl, but they all have to do with what people think of

  drivers and NASCAR. But before we start with that,

  let's talk about something that happened to me.

  Some people made some videos of me at the Chili Bowl, but they

  have to, they got the very tail end of the story.

  So in other words, there was this wonderful story, and by the

  time people got their videos out and they're taking a video of me
• 1:19
  and the thousands of people, it was almost over.

  And some people, 01 or two people out of millions,

  responded negatively. So there was one guy that said

  Herman's Eagle gets bigger every day, which was funny.

  And yeah, that's about it. Maybe one person, but it was
• 1:49
  good. It's good content, so let's talk

  about it because if one person is thinking like that, maybe
• 1:55
  somebody else is thinking like that.

  All right, here's how the story starts.

  The A main, the big race is getting ready to start at the

  Chili Bowl on Saturday night. So my friend is Doug Schoenfeld.

  Doug Schoenfeld, he sells, he sells the most race car headers,

  the the headers that bolt on the motor.

  He sells the most in America. Doug is my childhood friend.

  We've known each other forever. So Doug says, Herman, bring your

  daughter and your son-in-law and sit with us.

  I said, man, I'd love to Doug. Those are great seats.

  So total of four of us, you know, they're they're they're
• 2:44
  they're pushing the cars off, they're going around.

  So we start to come up to get it in our seat.

  Well, when I come around the corner now, my hand on the

  Bible, thousands of fans, not hundreds, not hundreds,

  thousands of fans. I have my black Gary blue hat

  on. I have a black jacket because

  it's cold. I come around the corner and I

  was shy. I know it sounds crazy, but all
• 3:16
  of fans were super good to me. They started cheering me on and

  going nuts in a nice way. And I and I waved to him a
• 3:27
  little bit and then as I walked, everybody started noticing me.

  They started cheering. Now I'm not being egotistic

  here, I'm just telling you what happened.

  So I'm thinking to myself, man, this is really nice of these
• 3:42
  people cheering for me because I'm a race car driver.

  They know I race, but I'm not racing the chili bowl.

  Well, they're they're recognizing me.
• 3:50
  So I thought, well, let me let me go into Ric Flair mode.
• 3:53
  Let me entertain them. Now everybody there.

  Well, listen, I'm saying this knowing that thousands of people
• 3:59
  were there. So for all of you are the that

  were there, just respond right here.

  So I take my hat off and I, and I do the Ric Flair, Ric Flair

  deal. I take my hat off, I do the Ric

  Flair deal. I'm like in, in, in this aisle,

  they cheer. Then I go like that in this

  aisle, they cheer, cheer. I do it one time.

  I go cheer, cheer. Then I, well, then I do it a

  second time to see which side's going to win.

  And that's when everybody turned their video on and I said, OK,

  you guys win. I give them, you know, I clap

  and then I go like this, like, oh that, that was too funny.

  And I leave. Well, the very like 5 seconds of

  that video comes out. So anyway, that's all there was

  to it. But some people are very jealous

  of me. They just, they just can't help

  it that, you know, Tom Hahn. Tom Hahn, who works marketing at

  the Chili Bowl, he called me up. He said, Herman, would you
• 5:11
  please come to the Chili Bowl? And I said, I'll be there for
• 5:14
  you. And Tony Stewart was there.
• 5:17
  So we love the Chili Bowl. So I was invited.

  So I went. I put on a little show.

  Everybody's happy, but there's a couple people that just are
• 5:28
  pissed off. I saw another one where somebody
• 5:32
  said Kenny Wallace is just aggravating.

  I just aggravate you. I'm just, I'm just too much.

  Well, you know what? Sometimes I'm too much for me.

  You're right, Sometimes I'm just too much.

  But if you don't understand me, then I guess you'll take me in

  the wrong way. I don't seek this attention, OK?

  I don't seek it. When I turn on Facebook, there's

  all those AI, all those artificial intelligence of me.

  I, I don't make those people do that.

  I don't know what to do about it.

  But I'm a lover and I mean well, so that's that.

  And that's the story. OK, Another subject heard some

  people as I was walking through the crowd at the Chili Bowl,

  heard some stuff that just made me shake my head.

  Kyle Larson and Sea Bell, they shouldn't be here.

  NASCAR drivers shouldn't be here.

  Now, for the most part, that's a small, very small choir because

  everybody should know that Christopher Bell and Kyle
• 6:50
  Larson, they were dirt way before they were asphalt.

  So Kyle Larson and Christopher Bell, they are dirt racers.

  They are dirt racers. And I think everybody needs to

  understand that. And sometimes when you get

  upset, just remember this. How's it go?

  All all good, rises the ship. In other words, it's all racing.

  It's open wheel racing, whether it's midgets, Sprint cars, stock

  cars, whatever, You put a little water underneath like a boat and

  everything gets better. Don't.

  Just all racing's awesome. Don't categorize it.

  That's the name I'm looking for. As far as I'm concerned, Kyle

  Larson, Christopher Bell are a gauge for all the other drivers.

  Those drivers, they feel like if they can outrun Christopher Bell

  and Kyle Larson, then then they've they've solved World

  Peace. I outran Kyle Larson.

  That makes that driver feel good.

  So, so NASCAR drivers, I've experienced this.

  Hey, I've listen, we all keep track all everybody keeps track.

  I just, plus UMP has it. I've won them and not everything

  I win is UMP, but I've won 128 dirt races, 6 championships.

  Believe me, I know for sure there's more people to like me

  than hate me. But those local drivers, when

  they outrun me, believe me, I hear it.

  They didn't win a race. They out they outran Kenny

  Wallace. So NASCAR drivers come into your

  dirt track or to the Chili Bowl just makes things better.

  It was really cool that Tony Stewart was there.

  He's a two time Chili Bowl winner and you'll never take

  that away from him. All those guys were dirt racers
