- 0:00Speaker 1: The creepy thing a kid said to you. Jamie, good morning.
- 0:05Speaker 1: Good morning. What's your story, Jamie?
- 0:11Speaker 2: So when I was a kid, we lived in a
- 0:13Speaker 2: very small town in rural Illinois. And we believed our
- 0:19Speaker 2: house was haunted and weird things happened all the time.
- 0:23Speaker 2: So my mom would jokingly like call out to the ghost.
- 0:29Speaker 2: who she believed was the man who built the house.
- 0:32Speaker 2: It was about 100 years old. And so she called
- 0:35Speaker 2: him Tony all the time. And she said, Tony, quit
- 0:38Speaker 2: making noise or quit scaring us or whatever. And when
- 0:42Speaker 2: my brother was, I cannot remember, he was maybe four
- 0:46Speaker 2: or five, he came downstairs from his room one day
- 0:51Speaker 2: and told my mom, that man that lives in my
- 0:53Speaker 2: closet wants you to quit calling him Tony.
- 0:56Speaker 3: No way. Your poor mother, she probably wanted to jump
- 1:01Speaker 3: through a window.
- 1:02Speaker 4: Yeah, no kidding.
- 1:07Speaker 2: Besides the three of us, and then knowing that Tony's
- 1:10Speaker 2: really George.
- 1:12Speaker 3: That's not my name. Please get it right.
- 1:15Speaker 1: Thanks, Jamie. That's freaky.
- 1:17Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 1:19Speaker 1: Laurel, good morning. Laurel.
- 1:25Speaker 5: Hi, good morning. I had a couple questions. uh, things
- 1:28Speaker 5: that kids said to me that I thought were creepy,
- 1:30Speaker 5: but I just heard Tony's story and I'm not, I'm not,
- 1:33Speaker 5: I'm not sure. Um, I was volunteering at the elementary
- 1:37Speaker 5: school that my kids were, uh, go to school at,
- 1:39Speaker 5: and they were doing the vision and hearing testing. So
- 1:42Speaker 5: I had the students come first and I had to
- 1:45Speaker 5: show them some letters, like, I don't know, 10 or
- 1:47Speaker 5: 12 inches away from their face. And the first question
- 1:49Speaker 5: I had to ask was, do you wear glasses normally? Like,
- 1:52Speaker 5: did you forget them at home? So I asked a student,
- 1:54Speaker 5: do you normally wear glasses? And, like, not a second passed,
- 1:58Speaker 5: and he looks me in the eye and says, I
- 2:00Speaker 5: only wear them at night because that's when I hallucinate.
- 2:06Speaker 3: I jotted that note.
- 2:07Speaker 5: Down and passed him off to the company.
- 2:10Speaker 3: Sounds like you just signed by. Yeah, yeah, I didn't.
- 2:13Speaker 5: Know what to say about that. And then the other
- 2:16Speaker 5: one was just yesterday at the park, at our neighborhood park,
- 2:19Speaker 5: the Sweet Little Girl. ran up to me and introduced herself,
- 2:22Speaker 5: said her name and follows up and says, please don't
- 2:25Speaker 5: kidnap me. My mom is right there. And you walk
- 2:31Speaker 5: away and you're like, do kids just say the darndest
- 2:35Speaker 5: things going on?
- 2:36Speaker 3: Are you giving kidnapping vibes? I know, right?
- 2:39Speaker 6: I'm sure they're giving a lot of kidnapping lessons at home,
- 2:42Speaker 6: you know, stranger danger.
- 2:43Speaker 7: Laurel, there's a text that just came in talking to you.
- 2:46Speaker 7: It says, I was a teacher and a student said,
- 2:48Speaker 7: I hope someone breaks into your house, murders you, buries
- 2:51Speaker 7: you in the backyard and covers you with elephant poop.
- 2:53Speaker 8: Oh my God.
- 2:54Speaker 6: What?
- 2:54Speaker 5: I would probably call the parents on that one.
- 2:56Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:57Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 2:57Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 2:58Speaker 1: Why elephant? Maybe their parents work at the zoo or something. Laurel,
- 3:01Speaker 1: thanks for calling in.
- 3:01Speaker 8: Wow.
- 3:02Speaker 1: I know.
- 3:02Speaker 8: I know.
- 3:03Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 3:03Speaker 8: Have a good one.
- 3:04Speaker 9: Bye-bye.
- 3:05Speaker 3: Okay.
- 3:06Speaker 7: All this week and up until Halloween, we want to
- 3:08Speaker 7: hear about the scariest things that ever happened to you.
- 3:10Speaker 1: An event. Yvette sent me a DM on Facebook. And
- 3:14Speaker 1: I was like, she's got to tell this.
- 3:16Speaker 7: You know, we talk about haunted stuff, but this is different.
- 3:20Speaker 1: Am I right, Yvette?
- 3:22Speaker 2: Yes.
- 3:22Speaker 1: What's your story? What's the scariest things that ever happened
- 3:24Speaker 1: to you?
- 3:25Speaker 10: Okay, so I was at the price on 30th Street
- 3:29Speaker 10: in Thomas, and this was years ago. And I was shopping.
- 3:33Speaker 10: And it was weird because every aisle that I would
- 3:37Speaker 10: end up, I would see the same guy. And so
- 3:39Speaker 10: I started, I was like, I was weirded out, first
- 3:42Speaker 10: of all, because he was giving me like weird vibes.
- 3:44Speaker 10: And I was like on purpose going to like the
- 3:47Speaker 10: opposite side of the store and he would end up
- 3:49Speaker 10: at the same side. So I was like, oh my gosh,
- 3:51Speaker 10: this guy is really following me. So I was freaked out.
- 3:54Speaker 10: So when I went and paid for my groceries, I
- 3:56Speaker 10: asked the guy who was there and he still works there.
- 3:59Speaker 10: I asked him, I'm like, Mark, can you please walk
- 4:01Speaker 10: me out to my car? I said, because I feel
- 4:02Speaker 10: like this man is following me. I said, and I'm
- 4:04Speaker 10: really scared.
- 4:05Speaker 1: And he did.
- 4:06Speaker 10: He walked me out to my car. got all my
- 4:08Speaker 10: groceries in he waited till i drove away and everything
- 4:11Speaker 10: and like a few days later i'm watching the news
- 4:15Speaker 10: and i see the guy that was following me at
- 4:17Speaker 10: the fight and he had been arrested because he was
- 4:20Speaker 10: a baseline killer and he literally lived two blocks down
- 4:23Speaker 10: from the fries oh my.
- 4:25Speaker 1: Gosh good thing you had that instinct to get away
- 4:29Speaker 1: from him.
- 4:31Speaker 10: Oh my gosh, because he was like, it was just obvious,
- 4:35Speaker 10: you know, like I said, I went to the opposite
- 4:37Speaker 10: side of the story. I said, if he ends up
- 4:39Speaker 10: over there, I know this guy is following me. And
- 4:41Speaker 10: he did. And I was like, okay, this is creepy.
- 4:45Speaker 3: Aren't you glad? See, all the people that have called
- 4:47Speaker 3: in that have narrowly escaped that were paying attention.
- 4:50Speaker 9: Right.
- 4:50Speaker 6: You got to be aware of your surroundings. I lack that.
- 4:53Speaker 10: Oh, yes.
- 4:53Speaker 1: Absolutely. Absolutely. Can't have your head in your phone all
- 4:57Speaker 1: the time.
- 4:57Speaker 7: But the baseline killer, was that the one? Wait, was
- 4:59Speaker 7: that the one who was shooting people? What was the
- 5:01Speaker 7: baseline killer?
- 5:04Speaker 10: He was shooting people.
- 5:05Speaker 1: Shooting people on the freeway, right? Wasn't that the one?
- 5:07Speaker 1: Was that the freeway one? I don't know. I just remember.
- 5:09Speaker 3: I just flipped it up.
- 5:10Speaker 1: Let's see. I remember that was happening.
- 5:13Speaker 6: Okay, he was a serial killer and kidnapper.
- 5:15Speaker 11: Oh.
- 5:16Speaker 6: He murdered nine victims in the Phoenix metro area between
- 5:20Speaker 6: August 2005 and June 2006. He had over 86 felonies.
- 5:26Speaker 6: The term baseline killer was adopted since most but not
- 5:29Speaker 6: all of his victims were found along Baseline Road.
- 5:31Speaker 1: So what were you like? I was on Thomas. I
- 5:34Speaker 1: was on a baseline. Maybe he was a Thomas killer.
- 5:37Speaker 3: Get your shit together. It doesn't sound the same.
- 5:39Speaker 10: I was telling my friend this story the other day
- 5:41Speaker 10: and she was telling me how her friend... how that
- 5:44Speaker 10: was her, her friend's daughter was married to this guy.
- 5:47Speaker 1: Jeez.
- 5:48Speaker 10: And she, she, she was going to school at the
- 5:50Speaker 10: time and she even stopped going to school because she
- 5:53Speaker 10: was just so embarrassed of what was going on and
- 5:55Speaker 10: that she had no clue what her husband was doing.
- 5:58Speaker 1: Oh, that's wild. I know. Yvette, thanks for calling in.
- 6:01Speaker 1: That's very scary.
- 6:02Speaker 10: Yeah, no problem.
- 6:03Speaker 1: Thanks.
- 6:03Speaker 7: That's what I'm talking about. Like that's, I don't really remember.
- 6:07Speaker 7: I remember the Bayside Killer, but boy, I obviously got
- 6:09Speaker 7: it confused because if he was going in and killing people.
- 6:11Speaker 1: And kidnapping people, I feel like we would have been
- 6:12Speaker 1: a little bit more aware of that.
- 6:13Speaker 6: It says he's on death row, like awaiting execution.
- 6:16Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 6:17Speaker 1: Jill, you got a scary story?
- 6:20Speaker 11: Yeah, it's pretty creepy.
- 6:23Speaker 1: Okay, what happened?
- 6:26Speaker 11: All right, so 2005, I was working. I'm a chef,
- 6:30Speaker 11: so I was working at a local restaurant, and I
- 6:33Speaker 11: was working doubles every day. And in the evening, I
- 6:38Speaker 11: was going and working another job at a local mortuary
- 6:43Speaker 11: doing catering on the side. And one night, it was
- 6:49Speaker 11: close to the holidays. I had gone in, and there
- 6:53Speaker 11: were people there earlier that had been having.
- 6:56Speaker 12: A morning meeting.
- 6:58Speaker 11: And I... And I.
- 7:04Speaker 12: They left.
- 7:05Speaker 11: I made cookies and stuff, and they had stories and
- 7:08Speaker 11: things in the other room, which I wasn't really paying
- 7:10Speaker 11: attention to. And then it was about 11 o'clock at night,
- 7:16Speaker 11: and I was making some trays for the events. And
- 7:22Speaker 11: all of a sudden, I heard... And I looked over
- 7:26Speaker 11: my shoulder to see if there was anybody there, and
- 7:29Speaker 11: I ignored it. And then... I looked over my other
- 7:32Speaker 11: shoulder because I heard it again. And then all of
- 7:35Speaker 11: a sudden, it was like a press conference, like everybody
- 7:39Speaker 11: shouting at me. And I ran out of the place
- 7:44Speaker 11: and ran to a pay phone to call a friend
- 7:46Speaker 11: to come down there with me. And a couple months later,
- 7:51Speaker 11: I had gone to talk to an angel guide, and
- 7:55Speaker 11: she said I accidentally channeled all the spirits.
- 7:58Speaker 3: That were in the mortuary?
- 8:01Speaker 9: Yes.
- 8:01Speaker 3: Like, so people, like, on ice and, like, waiting to
- 8:04Speaker 3: get buried?
- 8:05Speaker 11: Yeah, she said that, like, they came to me and
- 8:09Speaker 11: they noticed that, like, I could hear them. And then
- 8:14Speaker 11: when they noticed I could hear them, all of them
- 8:17Speaker 11: rushed to me. And then she said, would you like
- 8:19Speaker 11: to do this? Like, start doing this professionally? I was like, oh, no,
- 8:23Speaker 11: no way.
- 8:24Speaker 4: Nope.
- 8:25Speaker 7: So you're in an empty mortuary at 11 o'clock at
- 8:27Speaker 7: night and you're hearing all these whispers and it turns
- 8:30Speaker 7: out it was a bunch of spirits talking to you.
- 8:32Speaker 3: They're trying to recruit you.
- 8:33Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 8:34Speaker 1: They want to know what that cookie recipe was.
- 8:36Speaker 3: These cookies are fabulous.
- 8:38Speaker 11: You should hear them and they wanted to talk to
- 8:40Speaker 11: you and I was like, oh no, nope. I'm not
- 8:43Speaker 11: comfortable with that.
- 8:44Speaker 6: But I mean, she obviously, the angel guy thought you
- 8:47Speaker 6: had a gift though if spirits were coming to you
- 8:50Speaker 6: for you to do that professionally.
- 8:51Speaker 11: That's not a gift I want.
- 8:52Speaker 3: Yeah, I get it. Making good cookies is a way
- 8:55Speaker 3: better gift.
- 8:55Speaker 1: Are these Toll House? This is crazy.
- 8:58Speaker 11: Yeah, no, it was not a gift I was interested in.
- 9:03Speaker 7: You know, I kind of feel like you were guided
- 9:05Speaker 7: that way because who in God's name would take a
- 9:07Speaker 7: job at a mortuary at 11 o'clock at night?
- 9:09Speaker 6: I know.
- 9:09Speaker 3: Making cheese trays?
- 9:13Speaker 1: That is crazy.
- 9:14Speaker 5: It was a great.
- 9:15Speaker 11: Job, but yeah, I was not interested in doing that whatsoever,
- 9:19Speaker 11: but it was pretty cool.
- 9:20Speaker 1: Are you still chefing?
- 9:22Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 9:23Speaker 4: Where?
- 9:25Speaker 11: I'm in the Valley now, but at the time I
- 9:28Speaker 11: was in the Snout County area.
- 9:30Speaker 1: Are you right now in one restaurant or are you catering?
- 9:32Speaker 1: Are you doing stuff?
- 9:34Speaker 11: No, I'm working corporate now.
- 9:36Speaker 7: That'd be kind of cool to find you. And whisper
- 9:40Speaker 7: in her ears. Yeah, just be like, hey man, there's
- 9:42Speaker 7: a chef that talks to dead people. No one wants
- 9:44Speaker 7: to work for me. I left the job and nope,
- 9:47Speaker 7: never again.
- 9:48Speaker 1: Jill, I'm glad you called. Thanks for listening.
- 9:51Speaker 6: Thank you.
- 9:52Speaker 1: Bye-bye. Bye.
- 9:53Speaker 7: We're going to play minute to minute, so we do
- 9:54Speaker 7: need a contestant at 877-937-1047. Also, speaking of talking to spirits.
- 10:00Speaker 7: we're gonna have a real witch wendy the witch on
- 10:03Speaker 7: after minute to win it and she can break curses
- 10:06Speaker 7: i don't know if she can make curses but like
- 10:08Speaker 7: kyle's had some freaky stuff going on so she's going
- 10:10Speaker 7: to talk about that we have ghost people that sent
- 10:13Speaker 7: us pictures we're going to run those by her If
- 10:15Speaker 7: you want to know if your family's cursed and you
- 10:17Speaker 7: want to know how to get rid of it, Wendy
- 10:19Speaker 7: the Witch will be on in probably five minutes.
- 10:22Speaker 1: But Cindy, good morning.
- 10:25Speaker 9: Good morning.
- 10:26Speaker 1: So who did you see?
- 10:27Speaker 9: I actually, well, my sister and my aunt and myself
- 10:33Speaker 9: actually seen the Llorona one morning when we were younger
- 10:36Speaker 9: and on our way to school.
- 10:38Speaker 1: Younger, that's how it is. That's how it always is.
- 10:42Speaker 9: I think we were like in sixth grade and we
- 10:45Speaker 9: were told not to take a shortcut through the river
- 10:47Speaker 9: bottom because that's where the Llorona hangs out. And for
- 10:51Speaker 9: those of you who don't know the Llorona, it's apparently
- 10:53Speaker 9: a scary lady that drowned her children in the river bottom.
- 10:56Speaker 3: Because she was despondent that her husband cheated on her, right?
- 11:02Speaker 2: You know what?
- 11:02Speaker 9: I honestly don't have a chance to talk to her
- 11:05Speaker 9: because we ran home.
- 11:05Speaker 11: Yeah, well, that's good.
- 11:07Speaker 3: Yeah, don't stop and ask. Sit down for a minute.
- 11:11Speaker 3: Let me work out this deep narrative. Yeah, I get that.
- 11:17Speaker 9: But to see a grown lady in a white gown
- 11:20Speaker 9: with no legs floating across the river bottom, and mind you,
- 11:23Speaker 9: it's in the morning, so it's not dark. It literally
- 11:26Speaker 9: scared us.
- 11:28Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 11:28Speaker 12: What city was it in?
- 11:32Speaker 9: It was here in Phoenix, right off of 16th Street
- 11:35Speaker 9: and just past the freeway on the 10th.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Oh, that's right by one of my favorite taco stands.
- 11:43Speaker 1: Makes sense. Well, thank you, Cindy. I'm glad you're okay.
- 11:47Speaker 1: Thanks for calling in.
- 11:48Speaker 10: Oh, yeah.
- 11:48Speaker 9: I'm definitely okay. I never took a shortcut again. I
- 11:51Speaker 9: love my life.
- 11:51Speaker 2: All right.
- 11:52Speaker 1: Thanks. Bye-bye.
- 11:55Speaker 9: Thank you. Have a great day, you all.
- 11:57Speaker 1: You know, I was getting confused, the baseline killer with
- 11:59Speaker 1: the serial, the freeway shooter.
- 12:00Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 12:01Speaker 7: And now I remember, the baseline killer and the serial
- 12:04Speaker 7: shooter were at the same time.
- 12:06Speaker 1: Oh, that's why it's confusing in your memory. Dale Hausner.
- 12:10Speaker 3: Oh, yeah.
- 12:10Speaker 1: Samuel Deitman. It was a scary time. She says, I
- 12:13Speaker 1: cared for the baseline killer's sister.
- 12:16Speaker 6: Wow.
- 12:18Speaker 1: She spells serial like the food.
- 12:21Speaker 3: Like a bowl of cereal. Maybe that's, maybe that's somebody
- 12:23Speaker 3: at the, like the hospital just like rocks through some
- 12:25Speaker 3: frosted flakes.
- 12:26Speaker 6: Killing some bowls of cereal.
- 12:28Speaker 3: Killing that breakfast.
- 12:30Speaker 1: Talk to text. I don't know if it's talk to text.
- 12:31Speaker 1: It's talk to text. I did a talk to text.
- 12:33Speaker 1: I'm starting to talk to text a lot now.
- 12:35Speaker 7: And when I talked to text, I got to the
- 12:36Speaker 7: point where I was talking to text and then I
- 12:39Speaker 7: would go back in and correct it before I sent it.
- 12:41Speaker 7: But now talk, I just do talk to text. Sometimes
- 12:43Speaker 7: you hit send and you look at it and it's
- 12:45Speaker 7: so stupid. Also, I was talking to text and my
- 12:49Speaker 7: doctor's name is Carrie. And I brought up Carrie's name
- 12:52Speaker 7: three different times, and it's spelled Carrie three different ways
- 12:55Speaker 7: in the same text.
- 12:55Speaker 1: Oh, that's weird. Yeah. C-A-R-E-Y, which is rare, then K-E-R-R-Y,
- 13:01Speaker 1: and then C-A-R-R-I-E. What gives talk to text?
- 13:04Speaker 3: Just to really spread it around.
- 13:05Speaker 1: I didn't say it differently. I wonder if your talk
- 13:08Speaker 1: to text is like, let's see if he's even paying attention.
- 13:10Speaker 9: Right.
- 13:10Speaker 1: And he knows I mumble too much. I need to
- 13:12Speaker 1: enunciate better. All right, we got a minute to win
- 13:14Speaker 1: $ 1, 000 of Pat Hickey's money. What's up, Stephanie?
- 13:17Speaker 6: Hey, good morning.
- 13:18Speaker 1: Where are you, Steph?
- 13:21Speaker 10: I am in Gilbert.
- 13:23Speaker 7: Give us a little fun fact about yourself besides the
- 13:25Speaker 7: fact that you're in Gilbert, which is fun.
- 13:30Speaker 11: My favorite pastime hobby has been playing Pokemon Go.
- 13:33Speaker 1: Oh, that's good.
- 13:34Speaker 6: Getting your steps in, too.
- 13:36Speaker 1: Yeah, that's good. All right, that's a great one. Okay,
- 13:38Speaker 1: let's do it.
- 13:39Speaker 10: John Jay and Rich have $ 1, 000 cash for you from
- 13:42Speaker 10: Peoria Ford right now.
- 13:43Speaker 1: Minute to win it.
- 13:45Speaker 3: Okay, here we go, Steph. 60 seconds on the clock.
- 13:48Speaker 3: Get all 10 questions right. You win $ 1, 000. Let's go.
- 13:53Speaker 3: Rapper Jay-Z, Stephanie, is in charge of picking Super Bowl
- 13:56Speaker 3: halftime acts. Who has he picked to perform at this
- 13:59Speaker 3: year's Super Bowl? Ooh, this year's Super Bowl?
- 14:04Speaker 9: Mm-hmm.
- 14:04Speaker 3: This one coming up.
- 14:05Speaker 1: Ooh.
- 14:07Speaker 4: Um.
- 14:10Speaker 10: Oh, my gosh.
- 14:11Speaker 1: Himself.
- 14:13Speaker 3: That is correct. What actor played Jason Bourne in a
- 14:16Speaker 3: 2002 movie, The Bourne Identity?
- 14:20Speaker 10: The Bourne Identity?
- 14:22Speaker 3: Who played Jason Bourne?
- 14:23Speaker 11: Jason Bourne.
- 14:27Speaker 1: Oh, my gosh.
- 14:29Speaker 12: Matt Damon.
- 14:31Speaker 3: What type of pepper is smoked and dried to make chipotle?
- 14:39Speaker 11: Pepper smoked and dried to make chipotle.
- 14:43Speaker 6: Oh, my gosh.
- 14:43Speaker 2: Wow, this is a lot harder. Jalapenos?
- 14:49Speaker 3: Which U.S. state is nicknamed the show-me state?
- 14:53Speaker 5: The show-be state?
- 14:54Speaker 3: Show-me state.
- 14:56Speaker 10: Oh, the show-me.
- 14:57Speaker 11: The show-me state.
- 14:59Speaker 12: Oh, my gosh.
- 15:00Speaker 3: Missouri.
- 15:02Speaker 11: Missouri.
- 15:03Speaker 3: Missouri is correct. You got four right, but you were
- 15:06Speaker 3: a little too slow on that one. Had to get
- 15:08Speaker 3: those a little faster to get the $ 1, 000. That's okay.
- 15:11Speaker 2: That was fine.
- 15:12Speaker 7: All right, we're going to set you up with a
- 15:15Speaker 7: Del Taco gift card, Stephanie.
- 15:16Speaker 1: Thanks for listening.
- 15:18Speaker 10: Thank you, guys.
- 15:20Speaker 1: Drive safe. All right, you guys. She's been on our
- 15:23Speaker 1: show before. She was amazing. We have Wendy the Witch
- 15:26Speaker 1: on the line. Good morning, Wendy the Witch. How are you?
- 15:32Speaker 12: Good morning.
- 15:33Speaker 2: I'm doing great.
- 15:33Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 15:35Speaker 1: We have a lot of stuff to get to with you.
- 15:37Speaker 7: We want to get into what happened with Kyle, but
- 15:38Speaker 7: this started that we wanted to get you on because
- 15:40Speaker 7: I think it was of Javier, right?
- 15:41Speaker 1: Was Javier the one that had, he lived in a house? Well,
- 15:44Speaker 1: he could tell the story. Let's see. Javier, good morning.
- 15:48Speaker 8: Good morning.
- 15:48Speaker 1: How are you guys? Good.
- 15:49Speaker 7: Hey, can you say hi to Wendy the Witch and
- 15:51Speaker 7: tell her your situation, please? But a quick version. We
- 15:53Speaker 7: don't have all day to listen to you. It was
- 15:55Speaker 7: a long story.
- 15:55Speaker 1: Go ahead, Javier. Go ahead.
- 15:57Speaker 8: Morning, Wendy the Witch. So basically, since I was a kid,
- 16:01Speaker 8: almost every single house I've moved to, like from city
- 16:04Speaker 8: to city, I've had this weird feeling when I'm going
- 16:07Speaker 8: to bed. And then I wake up in the morning
- 16:09Speaker 8: and there's like this huge crack in the window. And
- 16:12Speaker 8: like I said, it's been happening since I was a kid.
- 16:14Speaker 8: Went from Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler, back to Tempe. Now I
- 16:18Speaker 8: have my house. So far, so good, but I'm pretty
- 16:21Speaker 8: sure talking about it is probably going to make it
- 16:24Speaker 8: come out, so a little worried.
- 16:26Speaker 3: Do you feel a presence in the room or outside
- 16:28Speaker 3: of the room trying to get in, and then you
- 16:30Speaker 3: wake up and you see a window cracked?
- 16:32Speaker 8: It's just a weird presence when I'm laying in bed
- 16:34Speaker 8: about to go to sleep, and it's never necessarily been
- 16:38Speaker 8: next to the window. My bed's never been next to
- 16:40Speaker 8: the window, but I can just kind of feel it,
- 16:42Speaker 8: and then the next morning, like, oh, there's a giant
- 16:45Speaker 8: crack in the window.
- 16:45Speaker 1: Cool. All right, Wendy, your vibes?
- 16:50Speaker 12: So what is breaking? Is it mirrors or windows?
- 16:52Speaker 3: Windows.
- 16:55Speaker 8: Windows.
- 16:55Speaker 12: Interesting. So one of the things that I am feeling
- 17:02Speaker 12: for you is that you probably are carrying something since
- 17:08Speaker 12: you were a child. And I've been around before, so
- 17:11Speaker 12: please sit with this one. But I would recommend that
- 17:14Speaker 12: you do a spiritual cleansing on yourself because if it's
- 17:16Speaker 12: following you from one place to another... It's going to
- 17:20Speaker 12: continue to follow you until you release it. I will
- 17:24Speaker 12: recommend you that you also just allow yourself to release
- 17:28Speaker 12: whatever it is that you are attached to. It doesn't
- 17:31Speaker 12: necessarily mean that it's something bad, but it is connected
- 17:34Speaker 12: to you somehow. So I would actually think it may
- 17:38Speaker 12: be from your family line. So it will not surprise
- 17:41Speaker 12: me if somebody from your ancestry was also feeling something similar.
- 17:47Speaker 1: Oh, interesting. Very interesting.
- 17:49Speaker 3: So it's like a family curse.
- 17:50Speaker 1: Well, hopefully you didn't re-wake it by bringing it up.
- 17:52Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 17:54Speaker 1: Let us know if it happens again. Yeah, windows can
- 17:56Speaker 1: be expensive.
- 17:57Speaker 8: Right.
- 17:57Speaker 6: And if it does happen, that's how you know you
- 17:59Speaker 6: need that cleaning.
- 18:01Speaker 7: Javier, thanks for calling. Hey, Wendy, a couple things. So
- 18:04Speaker 7: we have Wendy on the Wendy the Witch. She's a
- 18:05Speaker 7: real witch, like.
- 18:06Speaker 1: Real, right?
- 18:08Speaker 3: From five generations of witches.
- 18:10Speaker 7: Yesterday, Wendy, we had a phone call from somebody. And today,
- 18:13Speaker 7: a phone call from somebody. Both saw La Llorona in
- 18:17Speaker 7: two different places. One in McAllen, Texas. One in Phoenix, Arizona.
- 18:22Speaker 7: I remember my aunt telling me that they saw it
- 18:24Speaker 7: in Mexico. And I was just curious how real La
- 18:27Speaker 7: Llorona is and what do you know about La Llorona.
- 18:32Speaker 12: Oh, La Llorona. I think if you ask any Mexican
- 18:35Speaker 12: about La Llorona, we all believe that it's real. And
- 18:38Speaker 12: it is not just tied to a region. It is
- 18:41Speaker 12: a spirit that transcends space. So it is very possible
- 18:45Speaker 12: that it was seen in Texas. I've seen La Llorona
- 18:47Speaker 12: in Mexico. I saw her in Coahuila. I also saw
- 18:49Speaker 12: her in Tamaulipas. Family members have also seen La Llorona.
- 18:53Speaker 12: So I absolutely believe on her. I think the part
- 18:56Speaker 12: that it's not for sure, is that we don't know
- 19:00Speaker 12: exactly why she's showing up, right? Some people say that
- 19:02Speaker 12: it's because she lost her kids. Some people say that
- 19:05Speaker 12: it's because she was betrayed. Some other people say that
- 19:07Speaker 12: she's a teacher or she's a demon. She has definitely
- 19:11Speaker 12: a lot of names to her, but she shows up.
- 19:15Speaker 12: She definitely shows up.
- 19:17Speaker 3: And what's the... When people say she shows up, what
- 19:20Speaker 3: is it that she wants or what is it that
- 19:22Speaker 3: she does?
- 19:26Speaker 4: Um.
- 19:27Speaker 12: usually you feel really cold when you experience her. And
- 19:31Speaker 12: I have never heard anybody being directly attacked by La Llorona.
- 19:36Speaker 12: I have heard people seeing her. So I have a theory,
- 19:41Speaker 12: and my theory is that she is absorbing a little
- 19:43Speaker 12: bit of the life force of the people that she's
- 19:46Speaker 12: showing up to so that she can continue to move through.
- 19:50Speaker 1: Spaces.
- 19:50Speaker 12: But that's my personal theory.
- 19:53Speaker 1: Okay. Thank you.
- 19:54Speaker 12: So it's a little bit of an absorber of energy.
- 19:56Speaker 7: Um, we have Raymond on the line and Raymond sent
- 19:59Speaker 7: us a picture also.
- 20:00Speaker 1: He did. Okay. Good morning, Raymond. Good morning. What's your,
- 20:04Speaker 1: what'd you send us? What's your ghost story?
- 20:07Speaker 4: So about five, six years ago or so, my wife
- 20:10Speaker 4: had bought an address for my son off Facebook Marketplace. So,
- 20:14Speaker 4: you know, she sent it, painted it, whatnot. So she
- 20:17Speaker 4: thought of it. She took a picture of it. A
- 20:18Speaker 4: couple of years later, my little daughter was messing with
- 20:22Speaker 4: her phone and found a picture and was, Mommy, who's
- 20:24Speaker 4: this little boy in the window? And you enlarge it
- 20:27Speaker 4: and you see this little boy's face in the window.
- 20:29Speaker 4: And there was nobody in that room at that time.
- 20:32Speaker 4: And we have no idea who this.
- 20:33Speaker 8: Little boy is.
- 20:35Speaker 1: Where's that picture? Is it on our Facebook? Where is it?
- 20:38Speaker 4: Yeah, I posted it on the Facebook page the other day.
- 20:41Speaker 1: Okay, I'm looking at it. If you go to John D.
- 20:43Speaker 1: Rich on Facebook, I'm looking for it. Do we send
- 20:45Speaker 1: it to Wendy? Does Wendy see it?
- 20:47Speaker 12: I just received it.
- 20:49Speaker 8: Oh, okay.
- 20:49Speaker 10: Yeah, I can see.
- 20:50Speaker 12: I can definitely see a face here. Is this your house?
- 20:53Speaker 4: Yes, that's what it says in our basement.
- 20:57Speaker 12: Okay, have you seen it again or was it just
- 20:58Speaker 12: one time?
- 20:59Speaker 1: Oh, hell no. Hell no.
- 21:03Speaker 3: I'm afraid to look. I don't want to look. I
- 21:06Speaker 3: don't want to get none on me.
- 21:06Speaker 1: He's going to be like, Raven, get out of the house. Oh,
- 21:10Speaker 1: hell no.
- 21:11Speaker 3: That's for sure, little boy.
- 21:16Speaker 12: Oh, my.
- 21:17Speaker 1: Oh, my God.
- 21:18Speaker 3: Where do we have it posted?
- 21:19Speaker 7: If you go to John Jay Ridge Facebook and you
- 21:22Speaker 7: just say Raymond, it's Raymond's post.
- 21:24Speaker 1: Oh, my gosh. It was probably his dresser. Hell no, dude. Okay,
- 21:28Speaker 1: I'm sorry. Go ahead, Wendy. Your thoughts on that?
- 21:32Speaker 2: I was just going.
- 21:32Speaker 12: To say, if you saw it one time, I don't
- 21:34Speaker 12: think that you need to worry about it too much.
- 21:36Speaker 12: If you see it several times, then you have a problem.
- 21:39Speaker 12: But sometimes, fears are just passing by.
- 21:42Speaker 6: They're just stopping in for a photo bomb.
- 21:44Speaker 1: Oh, this is a scary-looking spirit. This kid, I mean,
- 21:47Speaker 1: this is.
- 21:47Speaker 7: A hell of a.
- 21:47Speaker 12: That kid's like, why are you using my dresser?
- 21:51Speaker 4: Yeah, well, the year before we bought that house, the
- 21:54Speaker 4: previous owner did unalive himself down there.
- 21:58Speaker 1: Oh, no.
- 22:00Speaker 4: But that was like a baby. Some of the people
- 22:02Speaker 4: I've talked to with the paranormal... Yeah, some of the
- 22:06Speaker 4: other people I've talked to with the paranormal stuff, they
- 22:09Speaker 4: have mentioned maybe it was him as a younger child.
- 22:12Speaker 4: So we did do some research and found some pictures
- 22:14Speaker 4: of that gentleman when he was little, and it does
- 22:17Speaker 4: have a very.
- 22:18Speaker 1: Dang, dude. Get rid of that dresser.
- 22:22Speaker 3: That's why you got to buy stuff new whenever you can.
- 22:26Speaker 4: Yeah, that's what we do now. We don't buy nothing else.
- 22:28Speaker 3: Yeah, no, I go to Ikea.
- 22:30Speaker 1: All right, Raymond.
- 22:32Speaker 3: Before you bring it in here.
- 22:34Speaker 1: Oh, I guess that's good, too.
