- 0:00Speaker 1: From Hollywood to you.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Thank you for listening to us. Air on Air with
- 0:06Speaker 2: a Ryan Seacrest.
- 0:09Speaker 3: All right, you always kiss FM. Good morning, sisty Tani
- 0:13Speaker 3: got the back room.
- 0:15Speaker 2: Hi, everybody got everybody see everybody? Hi, high high.
- 0:19Speaker 3: Uh, let's see clouds this morning, sunshine later highs in
- 0:22Speaker 3: the low seventies and low eighties inland. Uh. We're paying
- 0:26Speaker 3: your bills. And also, if your spouse makes this facial expression,
- 0:30Speaker 3: then a divorce is coming. That's going to be this hour.
- 0:33Speaker 3: Do you make faces when your spouse says something you
- 0:40Speaker 3: disagree with or you get into a little bit of
- 0:41Speaker 3: an argument. Do you over dramatize your expressions?
- 0:45Speaker 2: I probably do, yes, I do one under Give me
- 0:48Speaker 2: an example of what you do and is it? Is
- 0:50Speaker 2: it good? Or like, let me see it? Like a grunt, like,
- 0:53Speaker 2: oh just listen. I think I do it to you too.
- 0:59Speaker 3: It was a tougher you to three examples.
- 1:02Speaker 2: Tell me what's yours?
- 1:03Speaker 4: I'm like, but babe, but babe, babe, Oh God, I
- 1:08Speaker 4: like Sysney's better, Fabe.
- 1:11Speaker 2: I'd rather be like, oh d why you don't listen
- 1:13Speaker 2: to me?
- 1:15Speaker 3: Man? I just store them off. Oh wow, you know
- 1:18Speaker 3: you're Michael has a lot. He's a calm dude. I
- 1:21Speaker 3: could tell you a lot.
- 1:23Speaker 2: I feel like Sney gets more mad.
- 1:24Speaker 4: Yeah, he was well prepared before when he asked my
- 1:26Speaker 4: dad for you know, marriage with me.
- 1:29Speaker 2: You don't with me.
- 1:30Speaker 3: In my relationship, it's all about the clock. I just
- 1:35Speaker 3: want to know, like, if we're going to go somewhere,
- 1:38Speaker 3: will it be thirteen minutes or thirty two minutes until
- 1:41Speaker 3: we can walk towards the car.
- 1:43Speaker 2: I don't.
- 1:44Speaker 3: I don't care, but I need to have because I'm
- 1:47Speaker 3: playing it all out like I'm producing the evening. So
- 1:50Speaker 3: I just need to understand, you know, don't tell me
- 1:52Speaker 3: if it's twelve, it's thirty eight, it could be forty two.
- 1:54Speaker 2: But give me a time so I know when we
- 1:56Speaker 2: can approach to produce the evening.
- 1:59Speaker 3: That's the problem. Yes, I don't, right, but I do.
- 2:03Speaker 3: I know, and I think it's better I do than
- 2:05Speaker 3: I don't.
- 2:06Speaker 1: I do.
- 2:06Speaker 2: I love that you do. That's awesome.
- 2:08Speaker 4: I want to produced evening and knowing exactly where we're
- 2:10Speaker 4: going to be at what time and if we're going
- 2:12Speaker 4: to go to the second place and all that.
- 2:13Speaker 2: I love that. And sometimes the food doesn't come, but
- 2:15Speaker 2: we have to go home to bed. Take it together.
- 2:19Speaker 2: You gotta wrap it up.
- 2:20Speaker 3: Guys.
- 2:20Speaker 5: We did.
- 2:20Speaker 3: Sorry, we gotta go. Time to get approached the vehicle.
- 2:24Speaker 3: Uh yeah, I can't. I can't separate like that. I
- 2:27Speaker 3: was talking to somebody about this the other day. I
- 2:28Speaker 3: can't separate like the way I run my brain at
- 2:31Speaker 3: work versus the way I do in my real life.
- 2:33Speaker 3: But I'm trying to make that a positive in my
- 2:35Speaker 3: sales and marketing tape of myself.
- 2:37Speaker 2: I it's great. Schedule is not about do you want
- 2:41Speaker 2: to do that?
- 2:41Speaker 3: It's I got a plan. Yeah right, I had a
- 2:45Speaker 3: backup plan at him. Now, Ruby, she went to you
- 2:49Speaker 3: wanna and she was faced with the choice, and she
- 2:53Speaker 3: made the choice to do what Ruby.
- 2:55Speaker 5: I went on a solo dinner, a very dinner.
- 3:00Speaker 2: It was just why is this a topic here now?
- 3:04Speaker 5: Because it made me realize I hadn't done a solo
- 3:07Speaker 5: dinner like that in a really long time. It wasn't
- 3:09Speaker 5: like a casual lunch where you just go, you know,
- 3:11Speaker 5: like you're sitting at sweet Greens or something like that
- 3:15Speaker 5: and you're just eating salad quickly.
- 3:16Speaker 2: It was like they.
- 3:17Speaker 5: Bring out your food, they bring out your drinks, like
- 3:19Speaker 5: a sit down meal.
- 3:21Speaker 3: Dude, did they say what they do to me often
- 3:23Speaker 3: if I were to be waiting for someone or pretending
- 3:26Speaker 3: they're coming, then lying and saying they canceled, Do they
- 3:28Speaker 3: say are you expecting anyone?
- 3:30Speaker 5: No, they asked me if they'd like, if they're like,
- 3:32Speaker 5: would you like us to remove the.
- 3:34Speaker 6: Red like the other plate and to basically clear the table?
- 3:37Speaker 5: And I was like, uh yeah, But then I realized
- 3:39Speaker 5: how weird it was.
- 3:40Speaker 2: No, No, No, it's not.
- 3:42Speaker 3: My insecurities run so deep about eating alone that I
- 3:46Speaker 3: will actually say I'm not so sure. They might they're
- 3:48Speaker 3: running a little bit late at work. It might might
- 3:51Speaker 3: not make it. I'll let you know.
- 3:52Speaker 2: And then phone call, fake phone call.
- 3:55Speaker 5: No, I didn't have my phone. That was a thing
- 3:58Speaker 5: dog raw dogging my.
- 4:01Speaker 2: Dinner.
- 4:01Speaker 6: So then I couldn't even.
- 4:02Speaker 5: Like pretend or scroll or text or I just was like.
- 4:06Speaker 4: Sitting there crazy, And you do look at other people
- 4:09Speaker 4: and judge, Yes.
- 4:10Speaker 5: I was just looking at it was two other couples.
- 4:12Speaker 5: There was two other couples there, and what can you
- 4:14Speaker 5: tell us about them?
- 4:15Speaker 6: Nothing?
- 4:16Speaker 5: They were celebrating a birthday. So it made it also
- 4:18Speaker 5: a little like weirder for me because I'm like Wow,
- 4:20Speaker 5: look at them like they're you know, and then look
- 4:24Speaker 5: at me.
- 4:25Speaker 3: Yeah, but that's all right. Maybe they're not happy. I
- 4:27Speaker 3: mean I see couples in the unhappy solo party.
- 4:29Speaker 2: One maybe talk to each other.
- 4:31Speaker 3: Yeah, I do have this weird thing. Tanya knows this.
- 4:35Speaker 3: She's gonna jump in on and put a pin in
- 4:37Speaker 3: and want to take it to a therapist. But I
- 4:39Speaker 3: have this thing of like I don't want to be
- 4:40Speaker 3: alone out in the wild really usually like grocery store. Yes,
- 4:43Speaker 3: I'm happy to be alone, but I don't want to
- 4:45Speaker 3: really be alone always when I'm having my meal out
- 4:48Speaker 3: or something like that. And also if I'm triving for
- 4:50Speaker 3: work and I got to get something brought to the
- 4:51Speaker 3: room because I'm rushing coffee.
- 4:54Speaker 2: Like how many am I two?
- 4:58Speaker 3: And I turned the shower on, like if somebody's in
- 5:00Speaker 3: the shower when they bring it.
- 5:03Speaker 2: Not that a line. It's like a whole charade, you do, see. I.
- 5:08Speaker 3: I also would have pretended that I got the phone
- 5:10Speaker 3: call in the restaurant that she had to cancel.
- 5:13Speaker 2: And then you would have told the server the same time,
- 5:16Speaker 2: did you have any is there a signal can have
- 5:18Speaker 2: something to go for her?
- 5:20Speaker 3: Yeah, it's so good. Let's take half of mine to
- 5:23Speaker 3: go very busy, very busy.
- 5:26Speaker 2: I love eating alone. I do at least once a week.
- 5:28Speaker 2: But someone, this is the difference.
- 5:31Speaker 3: When you're with someone all the time in a partnership,
- 5:33Speaker 3: you love being alone.
- 5:34Speaker 2: When you're alone, you don't want to be alone alone. No,
- 5:38Speaker 2: I do know. Don't make me scream.
- 5:40Speaker 4: It's because I just have such a full house. Yeah,
- 5:43Speaker 4: you're right, I do like same time because it's like
- 5:47Speaker 4: my whole or telling you exactly. So when I'm home alone,
- 5:51Speaker 4: when I go out, I want to be alone.
- 5:52Speaker 2: I'm alone. I can go home for that. Yeah, that's crazy.
- 5:56Speaker 2: Why don't you call me? I'll come up with you
- 5:59Speaker 2: because I work you all dan? What about me?
- 6:03Speaker 3: Well, if I said that to Sistney, you want to
- 6:05Speaker 3: hear what I'm gonna say to you. Yes, anyway, rub Plus,
- 6:12Speaker 3: your traveling is fine. Yes, Now, I didn't know about this.
- 6:16Speaker 3: Did you guys know about setting your like wake up
- 6:18Speaker 3: time to a sleep cycle?
- 6:20Speaker 4: I heard about people doing it, and I know about
- 6:22Speaker 4: like sleep cycles.
- 6:23Speaker 2: In general, but no, have you ever done it? No,
- 6:26Speaker 2: I've tried, I've never I don't know that.
- 6:29Speaker 3: I honestly, we talked about I think everything here over
- 6:32Speaker 3: the last two decades, I don't.
- 6:33Speaker 2: Remember this conversation.
- 6:36Speaker 3: Leave it to the next generation over there to set
- 6:39Speaker 3: their alarm to sleep cycle. So this is what you're doing, Sophia,
- 6:42Speaker 3: explain out works and why you're doing it.
- 6:44Speaker 2: Setting your alarm to a sleep cycle. Yeah.
- 6:46Speaker 7: So now that I come in with you guys every
- 6:49Speaker 7: morning and we start really early, I've had to like
- 6:52Speaker 7: adjust my sleep a lot. So I've learned that when
- 6:55Speaker 7: we go to sleep, we go through four to six
- 6:57Speaker 7: stages of sleep, and those are like your sleep cycles.
- 7:00Speaker 7: So if you wake up like in the middle of
- 7:03Speaker 7: one of those sleep cycles, you're gonna wake up feeling
- 7:05Speaker 7: groggy and.
- 7:06Speaker 2: Just more tired and not ready for the day.
- 7:08Speaker 7: But if you time it perfectly, and each of these
- 7:10Speaker 7: cycles are ninety minutes long, So if you time it
- 7:13Speaker 7: perfectly to where you finish a cycle at the end
- 7:16Speaker 7: of the ninety minutes, and you wake up and set
- 7:18Speaker 7: your alarm to that time, you wake up feeling refreshed,
- 7:21Speaker 7: ready to go, like you're not tired, even though it's
- 7:23Speaker 7: like early in the morning, You'll still be like, good
- 7:25Speaker 7: to go.
- 7:26Speaker 2: This is impossible.
- 7:27Speaker 3: I don't sleep in forty five or ninety minute segments.
- 7:30Speaker 3: But you know what I know, I do not.
- 7:32Speaker 2: No, he gets up those pe No that too, But
- 7:35Speaker 2: I don't sleep.
- 7:36Speaker 3: I sleep like in twelve minute increments or twenty minute
- 7:38Speaker 3: in of course you do. So how would I set
- 7:41Speaker 3: my alarm for one of those delios? Whe I'm going
- 7:42Speaker 3: to come out of my sleep cycle. I have to
- 7:44Speaker 3: wake up to set my alarm to know what I'm
- 7:45Speaker 3: gonna wake up, Like, how do you know when you're
- 7:47Speaker 3: gonna wake up?
- 7:47Speaker 2: That's the problem I have with this. So listen something.
- 7:50Speaker 7: If you have like a specific time the next day
- 7:51Speaker 7: you want to wake up, you can kind of like
- 7:54Speaker 7: count backwards in ninety minute increments of like how long
- 7:58Speaker 7: you want.
- 7:58Speaker 2: To sleep, like six hours, seven hours.
- 8:00Speaker 3: You basically see science that you get exactly ninety minutes
- 8:04Speaker 3: every cycle.
- 8:05Speaker 2: To me, I don't think, I know. I don't.
- 8:07Speaker 4: For someone that sleeps through the whole cycle, I think, yes,
- 8:10Speaker 4: you get up, science sleep.
- 8:12Speaker 2: Not when I get up.
- 8:13Speaker 3: It's just me flipping, like I flip every fifteen, twelve,
- 8:16Speaker 3: twenty eight.
- 8:16Speaker 2: So you're still sleeping. I'm not.
- 8:18Speaker 3: I know I'm away because I make a moan when
- 8:20Speaker 3: I have to move my pillow to the other side.
- 8:22Speaker 2: Really my hug pillow. That's fascinating. When I fall asleep,
- 8:26Speaker 2: I don't wake up and that alarm goes off. Y'all
- 8:29Speaker 2: should see me sleep.
- 8:30Speaker 4: You have a huggy pillow and you've set up a
- 8:32Speaker 4: camera put it on the time last.
- 8:34Speaker 3: From I don't mind, if that's what you want. I
- 8:37Speaker 3: do have a huggy pillow. Yes, I so just to
- 8:39Speaker 3: reb I love that. Yeah, it's like this.
- 8:46Speaker 2: Yeah, it's like a third person in the bed.
- 8:48Speaker 3: But I have to flip my huggy to the other side.
- 8:50Speaker 3: When I flip, yeaes and I go, oh, Now.
- 8:53Speaker 4: If you get another huggy pillow on the other side, no,
- 8:55Speaker 4: but then I run into's like a bumper.
- 8:57Speaker 2: I run into it. A great idea.
- 9:00Speaker 4: Yeah, I only know that because I did it when
- 9:01Speaker 4: I was pregnant. I had so many pillows that every
- 9:03Speaker 4: time i'd have to move over, I'd have to move
- 9:05Speaker 4: the pillows.
- 9:05Speaker 2: So and then I just got two pillows on each side.
- 9:07Speaker 3: That doesn't work. It's very busy on that side. I
- 9:10Speaker 3: can't intrude on space in case anybody shows up. All right,
- 9:14Speaker 3: I don't know, Sophia, good luck with that. But I'm
- 9:16Speaker 3: just saying if that works for you, great, I just
- 9:19Speaker 3: don't know that it's perfect ninety minutes every time you
- 9:21Speaker 3: have a sleep cycle for me, we heard you. What
- 9:26Speaker 3: great conversation.
- 9:26Speaker 2: Thank you, it's kiss.
- 9:27Speaker 3: I've ever got a quote of the day on the
- 9:29Speaker 3: way all right, So, facial expressions, body language can say
- 9:32Speaker 3: a lot. Like you know when your partner is mad
- 9:36Speaker 3: at you, just by their body language, like you can
- 9:38Speaker 3: tell something wrong if you ask me, they say no,
- 9:39Speaker 3: everything's fine, but their body language tells you everything right.
- 9:43Speaker 3: So there's a very famous psychologist that says he can
- 9:45Speaker 3: predict divorce with ninety four percent accuracy. If your partner
- 9:50Speaker 3: makes this facial expression, do you think it is all.
- 9:53Speaker 2: The time or just like once once?
- 9:55Speaker 3: Ever it's I don't know, once or more couple times,
- 10:00Speaker 3: but it's coming. If you see this expression, you want
- 10:05Speaker 3: to guess what it is.
- 10:07Speaker 2: I don't like a snarky look. I don't know. That's it.
- 10:11Speaker 2: You got it? Yeah, that's it.
- 10:12Speaker 3: Basically contempt. Contempt is the word. But if your partner
- 10:16Speaker 3: smirks at you with one side of the mouth raised,
- 10:19Speaker 3: you know that look.
- 10:22Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 10:23Speaker 2: Maybe it's a good thing that I don't know.
- 10:25Speaker 3: Maybe if you're not here with that look, it is
- 10:26Speaker 3: a good thing. But you know that's that one sided smirk.
- 10:30Speaker 3: Apparently your marriage is in real trouble. Like it's very
- 10:33Speaker 3: annoying that look. If you get it, if you know
- 10:35Speaker 3: when people have made it, it's very annoying. It's like
- 10:38Speaker 3: when someone acts like they look or are better than you.
- 10:42Speaker 3: They make a facial expression, this is it God, like
- 10:46Speaker 3: you're beneath them.
- 10:47Speaker 2: Yeah, or there beneath you.
- 10:50Speaker 3: It's not anger, it's just disrespect. Like they don't angry,
- 10:53Speaker 3: they just look like they're acting and are better than you.
- 10:56Speaker 3: It's derogatory and demeaning.
- 10:58Speaker 4: And that right there, when there's no respect, that's the
- 11:01Speaker 4: end of the marriage. I think it's over.
- 11:03Speaker 2: Contempt is like a big word. Uh is that big?
- 11:08Speaker 3: No?
- 11:08Speaker 8: But I mean like I feel like I've heard a
- 11:09Speaker 8: lot of people talking about contempt.
- 11:13Speaker 2: Okay in my algorithm, Well, they're in trouble with their marriage.
- 11:18Speaker 3: Today's quote some people don't like you because your spirit
- 11:23Speaker 3: irritates their demons. My dear goodness makes them feel bad
- 11:28Speaker 3: about themselves.
- 11:29Speaker 2: So ke wow sicity with the headlines what do you
- 11:33Speaker 2: have this FM headlines with siciny, Well.
- 11:36Speaker 4: The Cineramadome Theater moved closer to reopening after the city
- 11:40Speaker 4: appeared likely to approve a conditional use permit for the
- 11:44Speaker 4: iconic Hollywood venue. Around six hundred goats grazed on dry
- 11:49Speaker 4: brush in the Arroyo Seco community of Pasadena yesterday to
- 11:53Speaker 4: help reduce the fire risk. Grocery prices jumped again in April,
- 11:57Speaker 4: driving driven by high fuel costs and rising prizes on
- 12:01Speaker 4: things like produce, beef, and coffee. And the Dodgers will
- 12:05Speaker 4: host their thirteenth annual Pride Night on Friday and unveil
- 12:08Speaker 4: a permanent display to honor LGBTQ trailblazers during the pregame ceremonies.
- 12:14Speaker 3: One of two point sevens Kiss FM. All right, let's
- 12:16Speaker 3: talk about sharing locations. Tanya isn't even asking to share
- 12:20Speaker 3: locations with me? For I don't know as long as
- 12:22Speaker 3: you could share locations, I've denied the request. I don't
- 12:25Speaker 3: need that, you know, call me, text me, message me.
- 12:30Speaker 2: Is it we done right now?
- 12:31Speaker 3: No?
- 12:31Speaker 8: I was counting how many people I follow with share
- 12:33Speaker 8: my location with, and fourteen.
- 12:36Speaker 2: I was right, thirty seven literally to the number. But
- 12:39Speaker 2: isn't that too much information?
- 12:41Speaker 3: Now? Joe's in the back room. You have a former
- 12:43Speaker 3: friend that still has your location?
- 12:47Speaker 9: Yes, So in college I feel like you end up
- 12:49Speaker 9: with everyone's location, like random girls I would meet in
- 12:52Speaker 9: the bathroom, you know, let me make sure.
- 12:54Speaker 6: You get home sick. But I haven't talked to them
- 12:57Speaker 6: in years and they can still see what I'm up to.
- 13:01Speaker 2: Can you just drop them? Yes? Okay, why don't you
- 13:03Speaker 2: just drop them?
- 13:04Speaker 6: So that's where the issue comes in.
- 13:06Speaker 9: So after graduating, I did a little bit of cleansing,
- 13:08Speaker 9: you know, nothing personal, just I don't talk to you anymore.
- 13:11Speaker 9: And this friend specifically, she lives in a different city,
- 13:14Speaker 9: so if I'm in danger, she's not going to get to.
- 13:16Speaker 6: Me anytime soon.
- 13:18Speaker 9: But she noticed that I unshared, and so the first
- 13:21Speaker 9: time she texts me since graduating was to say, Jesse,
- 13:24Speaker 9: did you and share your location with me?
- 13:26Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, this is too much? And then you
- 13:28Speaker 2: say yes, I did.
- 13:30Speaker 6: And so I told her.
- 13:31Speaker 3: I was like, it was nothing, I explain, not trying
- 13:34Speaker 3: to make it personal and create tension, right exactly.
- 13:36Speaker 9: And so I tell her it's nothing personal, and her
- 13:39Speaker 9: response back was okay, share it back with me.
- 13:41Speaker 3: So me, no, this, but what what do you want
- 13:45Speaker 3: to know for you don't even live near me. Why
- 13:47Speaker 3: does she want to know where you are? What is
- 13:48Speaker 3: that about? It's more about her than you. She just
- 13:50Speaker 3: doesn't want to. It's the ego of her feeling like
- 13:52Speaker 3: she's been dropped or unfollowed.
- 13:54Speaker 9: I just feel and exactly I feel like nowadays that's
- 13:56Speaker 9: like the new form of you cannot unshare your location
- 13:59Speaker 9: with somebody in my or how long it's been, unless
- 14:01Speaker 9: that is your sign to let them know you are
- 14:03Speaker 9: out of my life.
- 14:04Speaker 6: And I think that's how she took it as.
- 14:07Speaker 3: I think this is why I don't share locations. This
- 14:09Speaker 3: is why I didn't get a dog for a long time,
- 14:11Speaker 3: but I ended up doing that. But it's a longer story.
- 14:13Speaker 3: But the reason I'll share locations, don't. I have pictures
- 14:15Speaker 3: of all of my relationships on my Instagram, Like I
- 14:17Speaker 3: think you're all still there. I say, I follow all
- 14:19Speaker 3: of everyone right, Yeah, me too, taking stuff down and
- 14:22Speaker 3: dropping stuff. So once you get in, you could be
- 14:26Speaker 3: in for quite a long time. So siciny, yes, you
- 14:29Speaker 3: got thirty eight people you're gonna fall and follow you
- 14:32Speaker 3: for life.
- 14:33Speaker 2: I'm fine with that. People have moved away to live.
- 14:34Speaker 3: In Jersey it's fine until they become not your friend,
- 14:38Speaker 3: which is the situation here. Yeah, just let it go, Josie,
- 14:43Speaker 3: let it go. It's just stuption locations with random people.
- 14:45Speaker 6: Now I'm pick here, Now I'm picky.
- 14:48Speaker 3: Okay, Well, good selective, selective location. All right, thanks for
- 14:52Speaker 3: being here. We've got clouds this morning, sunshine later. Highs
- 14:55Speaker 3: in the low seventies and eighties Inland, some nice temperatures.
- 14:58Speaker 3: Tanya with a trending about Hailey Bieber using the best
- 15:02Speaker 3: word to describe being a woman.
- 15:04Speaker 8: Go ahead, Yes, So Hailey Bieber is getting real about
- 15:07Speaker 8: the last year of her life. Within twelve months, this
- 15:10Speaker 8: is crazy. She welcomed her first baby, Jack Blues, and
- 15:14Speaker 8: then she sold her skincare company Road for one billion dollars,
- 15:18Speaker 8: all within the same twelve months, like window. And so
- 15:22Speaker 8: she did an interview and she used this word to
- 15:24Speaker 8: describe kind of her experience. She said, she felt stretched,
- 15:28Speaker 8: And I've never used that word, but I think it's
- 15:30Speaker 8: like the perfect way to describe womanhood is just like stretch.
- 15:35Speaker 2: She said.
- 15:35Speaker 8: The biggest identity shift that you go through in your
- 15:37Speaker 8: life is becoming a parent. She's turning thirty this year
- 15:40Speaker 8: and looking back on it. She said she wouldn't change
- 15:42Speaker 8: a thing, and she basically said, it's really hard. It
- 15:44Speaker 8: was hard to do all of these major things at
- 15:46Speaker 8: one time, but it did strengthen her. And I love
- 15:49Speaker 8: that because I feel like a lot of people say,
- 15:51Speaker 8: as a woman, you kind of have to like pick
- 15:52Speaker 8: a lane, baby or business, family, or career, And it's
- 15:56Speaker 8: really cool that she's kind of talking about her experience
- 15:59Speaker 8: of kind of becoming those two things at the exact
- 16:02Speaker 8: same time.
- 16:03Speaker 2: Have you never used the word stretched, like stretched? Yeah,
- 16:08Speaker 2: I've never said I've never used the word stretched. I
- 16:10Speaker 2: feel stretched. I always say stressed or overwhelmed. What about depleted?
- 16:14Speaker 3: That's a that's another word that I think describes how
- 16:16Speaker 3: people can feel.
- 16:17Speaker 2: You feel depleted. I use it emotionally, depleted, exhausted. But
- 16:21Speaker 2: those are the same as stretched, respectfully, No, they're not.
- 16:24Speaker 2: They're not the same respectfully back.
- 16:26Speaker 3: But I'm just thinking, like, these are terms every wonder
- 16:28Speaker 3: if you use any of those terms, which would also
- 16:30Speaker 3: help describe the feeling of being pulled, and you're saying
- 16:33Speaker 3: being pulled in different directions, yes, but also not having
- 16:36Speaker 3: to pick a lane. I didn't know she sold her
- 16:37Speaker 3: company for one billion dollars yadline of cosmetics.
- 16:41Speaker 2: Huge.
- 16:41Speaker 3: Feel like that would make you stretch less once you
- 16:44Speaker 3: sell a company for a one billion.
- 16:45Speaker 2: Yeah, right, right, here you go. I'm out. I'm out.
- 16:48Speaker 2: My stretching is only going to be in the yoga class. Yeah,
- 16:50Speaker 2: coming up.
- 16:51Speaker 3: Got some tickets to see Olivia Udrigo playing match game.
- 16:54Speaker 3: If you want to play the match game, get in

- 18:21Speaker 1: That was my other one, Prime prime Time?
- 18:27Speaker 6: All right, Ruby, I was in between both that. I
- 18:29Speaker 6: went with Prime.
- 18:30Speaker 8: Rib right on my mind and Mikayla Prime Time Prime
- 18:35Speaker 8: Time right.
- 18:36Speaker 2: I didn't even think of our brains.
- 18:38Speaker 3: See remember that picture they showed you in elementary school
- 18:42Speaker 3: of the bird or the older the grandma, old lady.
- 18:46Speaker 2: Yes, exactly what do you say, like a young woman
- 18:47Speaker 2: or an old woman?
- 18:48Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 18:48Speaker 2: Yeah, that was it bird. But that was what happened
- 18:51Speaker 2: with Prime and Rib, with me and everybody else. All right,
- 18:54Speaker 2: she got two, I got all.
- 18:56Speaker 3: Right, Angelique, you're up. Let's see how you do here
- 18:59Speaker 3: for Olivia Reco tickets. Yours is moon the blank.
- 19:04Speaker 2: That's what again?
- 19:04Speaker 3: Is easy?
- 19:07Speaker 2: I don't know that there's two.
- 19:09Speaker 3: In my head.
- 19:11Speaker 2: Okay, moonshine, moonshine? Okay, good, that was the other one.
- 19:15Speaker 2: Mine was moon pie? Was the moon pie? Okay? Naturally?
- 19:19Speaker 4: Yeah, and says ay, did you say moonshine, moonshine?
- 19:24Speaker 3: You said moonwalk moon juice?
- 19:28Speaker 2: And what is the moonjuice store?
- 19:30Speaker 3: Brandy, don't yell at me to get out of here, Ruby, moonshine.
- 19:37Speaker 4: There you go, I said, moonshine.
- 19:45Speaker 3: Congratulations, Wow, Incidentela, you go to the show.
- 19:49Speaker 2: Both of you, wait, both of you?
- 19:55Speaker 3: Oh my goodness.
- 19:56Speaker 1: I need to call my little sister. I want the
- 19:58Speaker 1: tickets for her.
- 19:59Speaker 2: You want them? You got three? Is that right? She
- 20:07Speaker 2: got three?
- 20:08Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 20:08Speaker 2: And got two? So what's the difference everybody?
- 20:11Speaker 3: I mean, anybody gets two out of this game is
- 20:15Speaker 3: really a winner, all right?
- 20:19Speaker 2: Hanging on? Thank you?
- 20:20Speaker 3: It's get Two's hard? Angela, you're a masterclass.
- 20:24Speaker 2: On air with Ryan Seacrest. You use it a scam?
- 20:29Speaker 2: I mean, it's kiss FM. I don't know. I just
- 20:32Speaker 2: got from Amazon. Maybe it's not on Amazon.
- 20:35Speaker 3: There's a text that came in from a weird number
- 20:37Speaker 3: saying there's been a recall.
- 20:39Speaker 2: Click here to find out. No, don't click it. Scammed.
- 20:43Speaker 3: But then I started thinking it seemed legit. Like I'm
- 20:46Speaker 3: usually good at identifying scams. This looked legit that there
- 20:50Speaker 3: may have been something that I purchased that got recalled.
- 20:52Speaker 2: Amazon wants to tell me. That's what a kind thing.
- 20:55Speaker 4: But the usually would email you and then it would
- 20:57Speaker 4: have like your order number on there, or did.
- 20:59Speaker 2: You or something that hasn't come yet.
- 21:01Speaker 3: I don't know, but I can't click into it's fine
- 21:03Speaker 3: out because the characters might be a scam.
- 21:04Speaker 2: But now you can put into this website. What's the website?
- 21:07Speaker 4: Okay, it's called scamwise dot com and I gotta give
- 21:10Speaker 4: credit words due KTLA's rich on tech is the person
- 21:12Speaker 4: who brought this to my attention, and it basically analyzes
- 21:15Speaker 4: the message, the website, the text, whatever it is. You
- 21:18Speaker 4: can even explain it if you need to, Like I
- 21:20Speaker 4: got like those FedEx letters in the mail, so I
- 21:23Speaker 4: put it into this website explaining the whole situation, and indeed,
- 21:27Speaker 4: in fact immediately confirmed that it was a scam. Don't
- 21:31Speaker 4: pay the dues. All that stuff is just not real.
- 21:35Speaker 4: Do you remember me telling you about this the FedEx? Okay, yes,
- 21:39Speaker 4: so I'm for this.
- 21:40Speaker 3: I get also random texts, people going are you looking
- 21:44Speaker 3: for a job or are you still up? Are you
- 21:48Speaker 3: still off? Are you It's like they say, hey, oh
- 21:52Speaker 3: I'm in town. Hey I'm in town, Like wait, who,
- 21:55Speaker 3: and then you kind of want to go, well, who's
- 21:57Speaker 3: this phone number from the past? I know?
- 22:01Speaker 2: But is that a scam? Or is that just.
- 22:04Speaker 4: Also people that text like, Hey, I'm in the area
- 22:07Speaker 4: trimming trees down the street and would love to give
- 22:10Speaker 4: you a quote on your trees.
- 22:12Speaker 3: I mean, that's what you say for Ryan's roses. Basically
- 22:14Speaker 3: I say no, thank you? Is it a scam?
- 22:17Speaker 2: Scamwise dot com.
- 22:18Speaker 3: By the way, Elizabeth Taylor, it is Taylor Swift on
- 22:21Speaker 3: one of two point seven kiss of them. So all right,
- 22:24Speaker 3: I'm gonna throw this out to you guys, because people
- 22:26Speaker 3: are talking about it and they're saying that crushes are
- 22:28Speaker 3: this secret to a happy marriage.
- 22:31Speaker 2: It's been making the rounds.
- 22:32Speaker 3: The title is the secret to a great marriage crushes
- 22:37Speaker 3: on other people?
- 22:38Speaker 2: All right.
- 22:38Speaker 3: It's an article being shared and that the headline basically
- 22:41Speaker 3: is about the secret being having crushes on other people.
- 22:44Speaker 3: So it's written by a woman who's married for I
- 22:46Speaker 3: think ten years. She's got two kids, she has an
- 22:49Speaker 3: office crush on a guy named Phil, like a guy
- 22:50Speaker 3: that she sees at the office named Film.
- 22:52Speaker 2: And she said her husband jokes about it.
- 22:54Speaker 3: He'll notice her putting on mascara before zoom call and joke,
- 22:56Speaker 3: oh is that for Phil? Like it's become a fun
- 23:00Speaker 3: sort of situation and some levity in the relationship. And
- 23:04Speaker 3: she says they regularly discuss other people they find attractive.
- 23:08Speaker 3: And she says, why wouldn't you Everyone finds other people
- 23:11Speaker 3: attractive to hide it is lying, Like, at least you're
- 23:13Speaker 3: being transparent when you're telling him, yes, I find Phil attractive.
- 23:17Speaker 4: Maybe celebrities or something like that on TV, or a
- 23:20Speaker 4: movie that you're just like, we'll never see in the wild,
- 23:23Speaker 4: but not a coworker.
- 23:24Speaker 2: Here's here's what they're saying.
- 23:26Speaker 3: If you're never gonna do it, it's harmless and it's
- 23:29Speaker 3: transparent and it's truthful and it's honest. Now you're obviously
- 23:32Speaker 3: not gonna do anything. I mean, you have to not know,
- 23:36Speaker 3: you have to have some parameters here, So would not
- 23:40Speaker 3: would it not prove your the strength of your relationship
- 23:44Speaker 3: by being able to do that? Almost makes me feel
- 23:46Speaker 3: like you're insecure with your relationship.
- 23:47Speaker 2: If you can't, No, if you.
- 23:50Speaker 4: Put it out into the universe, then it'll eventually come
- 23:52Speaker 4: to light.
- 23:53Speaker 8: I will say last week we had a guest on
- 23:55Speaker 8: our podcast and he I was He was a crush
- 23:58Speaker 8: of mine when I was like a teenager and I
- 24:00Speaker 8: was getting ready to go in for the interview and
- 24:03Speaker 8: my husband Robbie was like, oh, are you getting ready
- 24:04Speaker 8: to go to your boyfriend?
- 24:05Speaker 2: Because I was like a cute outfit and I was like, Yeah,
- 24:08Speaker 2: that is strength.
- 24:11Speaker 4: I ever say that to him though that's not a
- 24:13Speaker 4: coworker she sees every day.
- 24:14Speaker 2: True over and over and over again, calls James.
- 24:19Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, I just think that what she says looks
- 24:23Speaker 3: the strong relationship we have. We can actually make jokes
- 24:26Speaker 3: like this, So this should be your goals.
- 24:28Speaker 2: Good luck.
- 24:29Speaker 3: It is Ryan Seacrest and Erica from Highland Park. You're
- 24:32Speaker 3: joining us, Erica, Good morning, Good morning. So you're forced
- 24:37Speaker 3: to show your family friend around in LA. What's going
- 24:40Speaker 3: on Erica at your place? Okay?
- 24:43Speaker 1: So it's my mom's best friend. Her daughter just moved
- 24:45Speaker 1: to LA and now both the mom saves like decided
- 24:49Speaker 1: that it's my jump to show around and help her
- 24:51Speaker 1: get settled.
- 24:52Speaker 3: Well, this is how I met tenas my roommate when
- 24:56Speaker 3: I first moved to LA. The exact same situation. Basic,
- 25:00Speaker 3: Oh right, I was. I wanted to move to LA
- 25:03Speaker 3: and I was nineteen, and my mom said, well, you
- 25:07Speaker 3: got to go out there and you got to find
- 25:08Speaker 3: somebody you know. And I didn't know anybody. So my
- 25:12Speaker 3: dad called another guy that he was in the army
- 25:14Speaker 3: with years ago who had a son who lived in
- 25:17Speaker 3: LA and he said, to his son, your job is
- 25:20Speaker 3: to take Ryan Seacrest around and hillm Mala and then
- 25:22Speaker 3: be his roommate. That's exactly what happened. We never met
- 25:27Speaker 3: and that was his job. I love that, and so
- 25:29Speaker 3: you know, you never know what could come out of it.
- 25:31Speaker 3: Why do you hesitate?
- 25:33Speaker 1: So I have met her before, like, but we're not friends,
- 25:37Speaker 1: Like I kind of I know her, but it's more
- 25:39Speaker 1: like I know of her than I know her.
- 25:41Speaker 3: Don't want to waste her time taking her around because
- 25:43Speaker 3: you're acquainted with her.
- 25:45Speaker 1: And well, the interactions I've had with her have not
- 25:49Speaker 1: been positive, like.
- 25:51Speaker 4: Yeah, oh that's not great, what happened?
- 25:54Speaker 2: What's bad?
- 25:54Speaker 1: Yeah, she's just so competitive, like she's like one of
- 25:58Speaker 1: those like one upper kind of people like, I'll say
- 26:02Speaker 1: I had a busy week and she was like, oh,
- 26:04Speaker 1: not compared to my week. You will believe how busy.
- 26:06Speaker 2: My week was.
- 26:07Speaker 1: That's literally like a cool restaurant, Like not compared to this.
- 26:11Speaker 1: That what.
- 26:17Speaker 3: I think you Grin and Barrett. It's like almost more
- 26:20Speaker 3: trouble to like have to get out of it. It's
- 26:23Speaker 3: Grin and Barrett. It's one day of showing and pick
- 26:26Speaker 3: the places you want to go.
- 26:27Speaker 8: No, but then once you say yes to one, you're
- 26:29Speaker 8: gonna be like the Tour de France for your parents.
- 26:32Speaker 2: This happened to me, and it's baking race. I'm saying.
- 26:36Speaker 2: Every family member that came in Psyched came from Serbia.
- 26:40Speaker 2: It was like, oh, Tanya can show them around La.
- 26:42Speaker 3: And I was like, yeah, she's not taking a bicycle
- 26:44Speaker 3: with a side talk.
- 26:45Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying. I don't know what you're
- 26:47Speaker 2: saying actually, which I'm trying to clarify. It was an
- 26:49Speaker 2: actual Tour de France.
- 26:50Speaker 8: It was just like when I was like, you're gonna
- 26:53Speaker 8: be the tour guide for everybody that your parents?
- 26:55Speaker 3: No, I understand, Yeah, all right, Erica, what are you
- 26:59Speaker 3: gonna do? You're gonna do it or not.
- 27:01Speaker 9: I don't know.
- 27:02Speaker 1: I'm really conflicted because I feel like if I say no,
- 27:06Speaker 1: it's gonna be like a whole thing and I'm gonna
- 27:08Speaker 1: look so rude.
- 27:10Speaker 3: That's why I agree, Well, really busy or save your
- 27:13Speaker 3: reputation and just look kind and generous. Good luck, Ferica,
- 27:16Speaker 3: thanks for calling. Thank you all right, I wouldn't do it.
- 27:21Speaker 2: I wouldn't do it, And there you go. That's it
- 27:27Speaker 2: for us, friends. But tomorrow we're back with the Ryan's Roses.
- 27:29Speaker 2: Is location glitching a thing on the iPhone? What if you.
- 27:33Speaker 3: Combine that with a husband changing his lock screen to
- 27:36Speaker 3: a picture without his wife. So it's some of all
- 27:39Speaker 3: parts Ryan's Roses that'll happen tomorrow morning. Also, we have
- 27:43Speaker 3: a lot more of these Oliviate Rodrigo tickets to give away,
