• 0:03
SPEAKER_00: So uh understand, I'm I'm I'm just clarifying the difference between wanting your significant other to be healthy versus needling the crap out of your guy.
• 0:12
SPEAKER_00: And I don't know what it is with you women that just love to get at some point you're like, it's a hobby.
• 0:18
SPEAKER_00: You're like, I'm gonna find something to make him change his life.
• 0:21
SPEAKER_00: You just can't let us live.
• 0:22
SPEAKER_01: I think there's gotta be a balance though, because yes, of course, there's even people who are healthy, sometimes they're like obsessively healthy.
• 0:30
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, sure.
• 0:30
SPEAKER_01: And so then you have to go, well, do you have to go biking every single day after work?
• 0:34
SPEAKER_01: So the problem that this guy is having is his wife said, You need to quit drinking, you need to quit smoking.
• 0:40
SPEAKER_01: Every day after work, you would come home, have some drinks, have a little, you know, toke and toke smoke.
• 0:45
SPEAKER_01: I'm not sure exactly what it how.
• 0:46
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we actually had that question.
• 0:47
SPEAKER_00: They wanted to know, is it cigarettes or is it weed?
• 0:50
  SPEAKER_00: We don't know.
• 0:50
SPEAKER_00: You say weed, I thought it was just like the camels.
• 0:53
SPEAKER_01: Uh, I think most people are smoking weed.
• 0:57
SPEAKER_00: It could be, but but you know what happens when you have a beverage.
• 1:00
SPEAKER_01: Oh, you gotta have a yeah, you gotta have a drunk cigarette.
• 1:02
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, exactly.
• 1:03
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
• 1:04
SPEAKER_00: I mean, Zomber says it best, like a drunk cigarette.
• 1:06
  SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
• 1:07
SPEAKER_01: I I get what you're saying, I get what you're saying, but still, here's some of the answers that you guys gave.
• 1:12
SPEAKER_01: Maybe make her give up something as well, if there's something driving him crazy.
• 1:17
  SPEAKER_00: Although I don't know if there's anything.
• 1:19
SPEAKER_00: I don't know that this was even driving her crazy.
• 1:21
SPEAKER_00: He didn't sound like he was a drunk, he didn't sound like he was getting blasted every night.
• 1:25
SPEAKER_00: I think he came home, he made himself a couple of cocktails, you know, sort of sat around.
• 1:30
SPEAKER_01: Wasn't getting stuff done around the house.
• 1:31
SPEAKER_00: Well, there and there it comes back to that.
• 1:33
  SPEAKER_00: I think that's what it is.
• 1:34
SPEAKER_00: She was hoping to subtly, you know, inspire him to be like, go mow the lawn, plant a marigold.
• 1:40
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 1:41
SPEAKER_01: Now he's walking around aimlessly.
• 1:42
SPEAKER_00: Opening the fridge was my favorite line.
• 1:44
  SPEAKER_00: I so true.
• 1:46
SPEAKER_01: I went your way into the fridge.
• 1:48
  SPEAKER_01: Yes, exactly.
• 1:49
SPEAKER_01: As a wife, I don't think that was fair.
• 1:51
SPEAKER_01: To ask him to quit both is way too hard.
• 1:54
SPEAKER_01: Why doesn't he just start with one?
• 1:57
SPEAKER_01: Maybe the smoking, maybe the drinking, and then work his way through the other things like take time and are that are that might these things are extremely hard to kick.
• 2:06
SPEAKER_01: Also, people can go through withdrawals and be very sick.
• 2:09
  SPEAKER_01: Well, here's what I think.
• 2:10
  SPEAKER_01: I don't think he's a drunk that he's going through withdrawals.
• 2:11
  SPEAKER_00: No, no, no, no.
• 2:12
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 2:13
SPEAKER_01: You might just be like, oh man, I really want a beer right now.
• 2:15
SPEAKER_00: Well, I think he's I think he's a hardworking guy that just came home and that was how he unwinds.
• 2:20
SPEAKER_00: I mean, how many people unwind, you know, there there's a six pack in the fridge.
• 2:24
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 2:24
SPEAKER_00: And somebody's like, oh, I'm gonna have a beer.
• 2:26
SPEAKER_00: It's the end of the day, you know, I've been I've been out sweating all day, whatever.
• 2:29
  SPEAKER_00: Sure.
• 2:29
SPEAKER_00: But I mean, that doesn't cons constitute a problem.
• 2:32
SPEAKER_00: Let me tell you, I know people that have had problems.
• 2:34
  SPEAKER_01: But but you're right.
• 2:35
SPEAKER_01: Uh but if you do this every single day, then nothing around the house is getting done, and life gets ahead and just ahead of you.
• 2:41
SPEAKER_00: And and there is also, and I don't even know that he didn't get anything done.
• 2:45
SPEAKER_00: I just think she, I think really what I think it is, is she was trying to subtly make him busier doing other things.
• 2:54
  SPEAKER_00: The honey doo list.
• 2:55
SPEAKER_00: Exactly, as opposed to just being like, you know, are you gonna go mow the lawn today or just stand there and drink and smoke?
• 3:01
  SPEAKER_00: Three, two, one.
• 3:03
SPEAKER_00: We're listening to Scott and Allie.
• 3:05
SPEAKER_00: Scott and Allie's big three.
• 3:07
SPEAKER_01: Why does she sound like she's been smoking for 20 years?
• 3:10
  SPEAKER_00: Sounds like Janice?
• 3:11
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, oh, big Janice energy.
• 3:13
  SPEAKER_01: Big Janice energy.
• 3:15
SPEAKER_01: Well, the vibes at Meta headquarters right now probably aren't very good and downright rancid because emails after emails started arriving in nearly 8,000 employees' personal inboxes saying, You're fired.
• 3:29
SPEAKER_01: Workers had been dreading this, but knew a little bit that it was coming because back in March there was it was first addressed.
• 3:37
SPEAKER_01: Hey, there's gonna be some huge meta layoffs.
• 3:39
SPEAKER_01: The layoffs affect about 10%.
• 3:42
SPEAKER_01: That is 78,000 of the workforce.
• 3:45
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 3:45
SPEAKER_01: And the company said in a memo it would move over 7,000 to AI-related initiatives.
• 3:50
SPEAKER_01: So even if you have a job, you might be doing something totally different today.
• 3:54
SPEAKER_00: Man, how insulting to get an email you're fired.
• 3:57
SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, I know.
• 3:59
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know that I would, I I I kind of I don't even know that I would take it seriously.
• 4:03

• 4:23
SPEAKER_01: He told reporters the decision came as serious negotiation negotiations were showing some progress towards a possible peace deal.
• 4:30
SPEAKER_01: And the NFL made their announcement Nashville, Tennessee will host the Super Bell Super Bowl LXIV, which I don't know which one of that is.

SPEAKER_01: So Super Bowl 44 is gonna be in Nashville, Tennessee.
• 4:55
SPEAKER_01: Maybe that we have to wait that long just to get my post-moven uh jelly roll Super Bowl halftime show.
• 5:00
  SPEAKER_01: Oh god, yeah.
• 5:01
  SPEAKER_00: What year is that?
