- 0:29Speaker 6: on every television.
- 0:30Speaker 2: This message must resound throughout the entire intelligence.
- 0:34Speaker 3: And now, your host.
- 0:35Speaker 7: I believe this is going to be our finest hour.
- 0:37Speaker 3: Chris X.
- 0:56Speaker 8: Well, I don't know if it'll necessarily be our finest hour,
- 0:59Speaker 8: but we're going to do our best. Our best as
- 1:03Speaker 8: we possibly can. Good afternoon. Welcome to Chris X Radio.
- 1:07Speaker 8: I am the aforementioned X-Man here back in the X-Chair.
- 1:11Speaker 8: Even though I don't really have an X-Chair, but I'd
- 1:13Speaker 8: like an X-Chair. Here for the next couple hours as
- 1:17Speaker 8: we've assumed control of the broadcast. We will maintain control
- 1:21Speaker 8: of this broadcast here for the next couple hours. That's
- 1:24Speaker 8: as we do here each and every Monday through Thursday.
- 1:27Speaker 8: And then on Fridays, the Amigos take over. But it's
- 1:30Speaker 8: only hump day here. It is only hump day here
- 1:33Speaker 8: on Chris X Radio. So we're halfway through the week.
- 1:36Speaker 8: I sound a little tired. I hear my voice cracking
- 1:37Speaker 8: a little. Man, I'm tired. We come bearing that gift
- 1:41Speaker 8: beyond price. It's almost free. We do that. But we're
- 1:45Speaker 8: bringing it today. But, man, I'm a little worn out
- 1:48Speaker 8: after driving for about, what, seven hours round trip to
- 1:52Speaker 8: and from. First and foremost, as we get started, I've
- 1:54Speaker 8: got a gazillion things to talk about. And I'll get
- 1:58Speaker 8: to all of that. Also, we've got a guest joining
- 2:00Speaker 8: us here at the bottom of the hour, Dan DiIorio,
- 2:02Speaker 8: Executive Vice President of State Policy and Governmental Affairs at
- 2:07Speaker 8: the Data Center Coalition. We'll talk about data centers and
- 2:11Speaker 8: kind of what's going on. Governor Abbott announced that Google, Rowan,
- 2:14Speaker 8: and CleanSpark will comply with the standards and guidelines that
- 2:19Speaker 8: he established for data centers here in Texas. So we
- 2:22Speaker 8: can talk about that, but we'll also talk about what
- 2:24Speaker 8: exactly the Data Coalition Center does and what data centers
- 2:28Speaker 8: in general do. We'll get to that. But first and foremost,
- 2:31Speaker 8: I want to thank a strew of the view for
- 2:34Speaker 8: filling in for me yesterday. I was out. I had
- 2:37Speaker 8: mentioned that my uncle had passed away and I had
- 2:40Speaker 8: to go up to his service up there just north
- 2:43Speaker 8: of Austin. It was actually in Florence, Texas. So we
- 2:46Speaker 8: drove up. It's about a three-hour drive. So I went
- 2:51Speaker 8: and did that and had the service. It was an
- 2:53Speaker 8: outdoor service. And it was a graveside service, which is
- 2:57Speaker 8: always a little, I'll get into that. But they had
- 3:00Speaker 8: a canopy set up, thank God, which kept us out
- 3:03Speaker 8: of the sun because in Texas in August, it was hot. Well,
- 3:09Speaker 8: the wind was blowing pretty good. So it actually wasn't
- 3:12Speaker 8: even that hot long as you stayed under that canopy.
- 3:16Speaker 8: You got out there and stood in the sun for
- 3:18Speaker 8: a little while. Well, like I said, if you're watching
- 3:21Speaker 8: the video where we stream on our Rumble YouTube channel, KCV,
- 3:25Speaker 8: Twitter X. You can see, I don't see any redness.
- 3:30Speaker 8: I don't think I got any sunburn, so that's good.
- 3:33Speaker 8: But I just wanted, like I said, it was a
- 3:37Speaker 8: nice send-off for my uncle. And like I said, I'm
- 3:40Speaker 8: there to represent, of course, my cousin, both my cousins,
- 3:45Speaker 8: and their mom, his wife. So it was my Uncle
- 3:48Speaker 8: Sam passed away, and he made it to 85, which
- 3:51Speaker 8: is a good long run for him. He wasn't he
- 3:54Speaker 8: wasn't super healthy. Not that he was really super unhealthy,
- 3:56Speaker 8: but man, he had open heart surgery back in the nineties.
- 3:59Speaker 8: And then I think he had it at different times.
- 4:02Speaker 8: He had both his hips replaced. So it wasn't super healthy,
- 4:06Speaker 8: but he developed dementia here in the last, I guess
- 4:08Speaker 8: he's had it for a little while, but yeah, It
- 4:10Speaker 8: got worse here in the last year, and then he
- 4:12Speaker 8: passed on. The service was nice, but I'm always, first
- 4:18Speaker 8: of all, I'm weird about funerals anyway. I was a
- 4:20Speaker 8: lucky kid that I didn't have to attend any funerals
- 4:23Speaker 8: for a very long time. So as a child, I
- 4:27Speaker 8: didn't attend any funerals really. I guess my parents sort
- 4:30Speaker 8: of maybe kept me from having to do that. And
- 4:33Speaker 8: then as an adult, I've been to enough of them,
- 4:36Speaker 8: but not as many as some people. But I've only
- 4:39Speaker 8: been to two graveside services. One of them for my
- 4:43Speaker 8: friend Duncan, a guy I was raised with in the neighborhood.
- 4:46Speaker 8: His father, Homer, had passed away. And I just remember
- 4:51Speaker 8: there was the indoor service and then, of course, the
- 4:53Speaker 8: graveside service. And I just remember how strong he was
- 4:56Speaker 8: for his mom. And it was so amazing watching him.
- 4:59Speaker 8: And then now he's passed on. He died last year.
- 5:03Speaker 8: So that's weird. So that tells you a couple of things.
- 5:05Speaker 8: And then this one.
- 5:09Speaker 8: I know, you know, mortality is a tough thing for
- 5:13Speaker 8: a lot of people, but the graveside service is the
- 5:16Speaker 8: weirdest because they went through and they did, you know,
- 5:18Speaker 8: prayers and then read things and talked about it was great.
- 5:21Speaker 8: And then it was over and we were kind of
- 5:23Speaker 8: standing around talking. And then all of a sudden they
- 5:25Speaker 8: just clicked the button and then slowly but surely lowered
- 5:27Speaker 8: the casket into the ground and walking over and looking
- 5:32Speaker 8: at it and looking down and going. So this is
- 5:36Speaker 8: what we have to look forward to. And I know
- 5:42Speaker 8: that's the wrong way to look at it. He's already gone.
- 5:44Speaker 8: That's his shell. He left that behind. He's gone to
- 5:48Speaker 8: that great hunting ground in the sky because that was
- 5:50Speaker 8: where we had the best times with my uncle. But
- 5:53Speaker 8: it's just, it's a weird thing. And like I said,
- 5:57Speaker 8: my father was cremated, so it was different. We had
- 5:59Speaker 8: a service, but then they didn't have an outside service.
- 6:02Speaker 8: And my dad was his older brother. So this was
- 6:05Speaker 8: my dad's younger brother who actually lived technically three months
- 6:08Speaker 8: longer than my dad did because my dad died just
- 6:11Speaker 8: before his 85th birthday. And he died, you know, three
- 6:13Speaker 8: months after he turned 85. And it's just weird. Anyway,
- 6:19Speaker 8: but to drive over there to see the family, I've
- 6:22Speaker 8: seen one cousin I see on a regular basis. She's
- 6:24Speaker 8: the one that likes to go up to the Hill
- 6:25Speaker 8: Country with me. And we'll go up to Mason where
- 6:27Speaker 8: we were as kids with my dad and my uncle
- 6:30Speaker 8: and her dad. So it was her father that passed away,
- 6:33Speaker 8: so she did a great job. But also seeing my
- 6:35Speaker 8: other cousin, whom I haven't seen in 30-plus years. Last
- 6:40Speaker 8: time I saw her, she was a little kid. Then again,
- 6:42Speaker 8: I say 30-plus years, maybe 40 years. I was a
- 6:46Speaker 8: kid too. And then seeing my aunt, who is now
- 6:50Speaker 8: much older, and they don't even hardly resemble the same people. It's...
- 6:56Speaker 8: They seem it's so weird. My brother was noting that
- 6:59Speaker 8: she's like a wave. She's this tiny little and the
- 7:02Speaker 8: like is the last time we saw her. We were kids.
- 7:06Speaker 8: So that's a that's that's a weird thing, too. Anyway,
- 7:08Speaker 8: but but it was a nice service. And then I
- 7:11Speaker 8: got to catch it with my both my brothers and
- 7:13Speaker 8: two of my brothers were able to make it. So
- 7:15Speaker 8: my other brother lives in Bandera. I got to see
- 7:17Speaker 8: him for the first time in a while. And he
- 7:19Speaker 8: looks great. I hadn't seen him in a while. He
- 7:21Speaker 8: looked good. We went and ate lunch and then came back.
- 7:23Speaker 8: And I got to catch a little of the Struvue
- 7:25Speaker 8: on the new app. The new app sounds good, by
- 7:27Speaker 8: the way. Or the updated app. I don't know if
- 7:29Speaker 8: it's new or just updated, but it's a whole lot better.
- 7:31Speaker 8: So I've got an iPhone. Apparently the Android version should
- 7:36Speaker 8: be available soon. So I was able to not only listen,
- 7:39Speaker 8: but listen yesterday in Austin to earlier programming in the day.
- 7:42Speaker 8: And then, of course, when I was driving back, I
- 7:44Speaker 8: listened to the app, and then... It's weird. Once I
- 7:47Speaker 8: got around, you get past Giddings, the station comes in
- 7:51Speaker 8: pretty good. So I listened to it on the signal
- 7:54Speaker 8: on the station from there, but once you get past Giddings,
- 7:57Speaker 8: the static gets a little bad.
- 7:58Speaker 10: So....
- 8:01Speaker 8: I was able to do that yesterday and it was funny.
- 8:04Speaker 8: I intended to listen to the entire show because I
- 8:06Speaker 8: listened to some of it. And then when I got home,
- 8:08Speaker 8: it was five 30 or so. And I was like, Oh,
- 8:11Speaker 8: I'm gonna listen to the tail end of the show.
- 8:13Speaker 8: So I pulled up the app and turned it on,
- 8:15Speaker 8: set it on the couch next to me. And then
- 8:16Speaker 8: the next thing I remember, I woke up and it
- 8:19Speaker 8: was seven 30. I don't even remember. I was out
- 8:24Speaker 8: like a light. It was a long, exhausting day, but
- 8:28Speaker 8: I'm back today. So I'm glad to be back. And
- 8:31Speaker 8: we actually, contrary to popular, I know I'm preaching to
- 8:34Speaker 8: the choir, for lack of a better term. A lot
- 8:37Speaker 8: of you people who listen to the program, you've been
- 8:39Speaker 8: through this stuff. Some people are really good about funerals
- 8:43Speaker 8: and stuff. My younger brother, Mike, he's great. Man, he
- 8:46Speaker 8: handles them as well as anyone I've seen. He's good
- 8:49Speaker 8: at speaking. I don't like speaking at funerals. I don't
- 8:51Speaker 8: like anything to do with them. It's just, it's tough
- 8:55Speaker 8: for me. And I know that some people, I know
- 8:57Speaker 8: I have a friend who doesn't go to any funerals.
- 9:01Speaker 8: He lost his dad when he was younger, so I
- 9:03Speaker 8: get it. So I understand that. But he's one of
- 9:07Speaker 8: my best friends in the world, and he didn't attend
- 9:10Speaker 8: either my mom's or my dad's funeral. And I'll hold
- 9:12Speaker 8: it against him. I get it. So some people do
- 9:17Speaker 8: it to me. It's hard because once again, I kind
- 9:19Speaker 8: of realized that's no longer him. You know, that's no
- 9:22Speaker 8: longer the person. That's just their shell. And this is
- 9:25Speaker 8: for the family. I get that. So you have to
- 9:27Speaker 8: kind of power through for that. So it was good
- 9:29Speaker 8: to see parts of family that I haven't seen in
- 9:31Speaker 8: a while. But it wore me out and I'm tired.
- 9:34Speaker 8: And once again, driving for seven hours. Then you truck drivers,
- 9:39Speaker 8: you guys that earn it. When I was younger, I
- 9:41Speaker 8: could drive forever and it didn't faze me. Now that
- 9:43Speaker 8: I'm older. Like I said, I handled the drive just fine,
- 9:47Speaker 8: but now my back's stiff today. It's like, man, just
- 9:49Speaker 8: sitting in a car all day. It was interesting because
- 9:54Speaker 8: there was a couple of seats that we had actually
- 9:56Speaker 8: under the canopy and I sent it for like two
- 9:57Speaker 8: minutes and then got up and stood the rest of
- 9:58Speaker 8: the service in the back and, you know, opened it
- 10:00Speaker 8: up for other people. There were some elderly people there.
- 10:03Speaker 8: We wanted them to be able to sit. But after
- 10:06Speaker 8: driving for three hours, man, I was like, man, I
- 10:09Speaker 8: wanted to break, just stand a little bit, not be sitting.
- 10:13Speaker 8: So anyway, that was my day yesterday. That's why I
- 10:15Speaker 8: was out. So thanks to a strew with a view
- 10:17Speaker 8: for filling in at one point, which I guess I
- 10:19Speaker 8: was asleep and didn't hear it turned into the Amigos 2.0.
- 10:23Speaker 8: That's the new thing. The Democrats are always Jim Crow 2.0.
- 10:26Speaker 8: So I'm going with the Amigos 2.0. But apparently, I
- 10:30Speaker 8: guess Paul had called in or something. I'm thinking the
- 10:33Speaker 8: judge wasn't there. That's me. I'm pretty sure the judge
- 10:37Speaker 8: wasn't there. But a Stru with a view, he always
- 10:39Speaker 8: does a fine job in filling in. I really appreciate
- 10:42Speaker 8: it when he does it. And then at one point,
- 10:44Speaker 8: Stru had Craig on. So Craig fills in as well.
- 10:47Speaker 8: So Craig Collins, that was good. And from what I'm told,
- 10:50Speaker 8: like I said, he was the catalyst behind getting the
- 10:53Speaker 8: new app up. So I was able to listen. Sounded good.
- 10:56Speaker 8: The new app sounds good. I guess they'll have it
- 10:57Speaker 8: for the Android soon. I've been on iPhone for years now.
- 11:03Speaker 8: And I don't know if I'll ever swap over to
- 11:06Speaker 8: the Android. I'm so used to the iPhone the way
- 11:11Speaker 8: it is. And I would love to go back to
- 11:14Speaker 8: the old days where you could have a flip phone,
- 11:17Speaker 8: which I know some people do. In fact, my dad
- 11:19Speaker 8: did because he hated the smartphones. I can't imagine being
- 11:24Speaker 8: in his generation where you didn't deal with a phone forever.
- 11:29Speaker 8: And then now you've got these little smartphones with these
- 11:31Speaker 8: little tiny screens and you're trying to punch things. It
- 11:34Speaker 8: was so frustrating for my dad. And then we just
- 11:37Speaker 8: got him the flip phone, and he can handle that
- 11:39Speaker 8: because it had the buttons. And I really enjoyed the
- 11:43Speaker 8: flip phone element of it. And now they have the
- 11:45Speaker 8: new flip phone smartphones, which is weird. Anywho, okay, so
- 11:49Speaker 8: there's a lot going on today. So Caroline Levin announced
- 11:52Speaker 8: she's leaving at the end of August to spend time
- 11:54Speaker 8: with her young family. She just had a baby. As
- 11:56Speaker 8: you know, Trump sent out a truth earlier today. The
- 11:59Speaker 8: USA has total control over the Strativore Moose.
- 12:05Speaker 7: Wait, what?
- 12:06Speaker 8: Is this new? I'm confused with this whole thing.
- 12:10Speaker 5: Praise be to Allah.
- 12:14Speaker 8: Trump is so funny on true social. So he did that.
- 12:18Speaker 8: We've also learned this crazy story when the president went
- 12:24Speaker 8: to Turkey. And then when he came back, they swapped him.
- 12:31Speaker 8: He acted like he got on Air Force One and
- 12:33Speaker 8: then he got in a food truck and they moved
- 12:35Speaker 8: him to the other plane, apparently, or a catering truck.
- 12:39Speaker 8: And I'm just like, there's so many memes could come
- 12:42Speaker 8: from this. But anyway, he got on a different plane
- 12:46Speaker 8: because there was a terrorist threat, well, a threat from Iran,
- 12:49Speaker 8: which is a rogue terrorist nation, even though certain Democrats
- 12:52Speaker 8: can't quite square that peg. They just, oh, wait, what?
- 12:58Speaker 8: We have to ignore all the bad things Iran did
- 13:00Speaker 8: so we can hold this against Trump. But Trump admitted,
- 13:03Speaker 8: he confirmed to his advisors that, yeah, they did switch
- 13:06Speaker 8: planes in Turkey over the security threat. We can get
- 13:09Speaker 8: into that. The Trump administration has also said they will
- 13:13Speaker 8: no longer fund gender transition surgeries using Medicaid for minors.
- 13:20Speaker 8: The president even called these procedures barbaric. He's absolutely right.
- 13:25Speaker 8: They are barbaric. It is insane that the left has somehow,
- 13:30Speaker 8: this is a hill they're willing to die on now.
- 13:34Speaker 8: These lefties that want to quote unquote transition children, which
- 13:38Speaker 8: there is no transitioning. They're simply doing surgical procedures and
- 13:42Speaker 8: giving them drugs so their bodies will emulate that of
- 13:45Speaker 8: the opposite sex. And I don't know if you know
- 13:48Speaker 8: anything about trans surgeries, but they're horrible things. In some cases,
- 13:57Speaker 8: they create wounds on a body that never heals, and
- 14:00Speaker 8: they have to deal with that the rest of their life.
- 14:03Speaker 8: They go back and take skin and parts of body
- 14:05Speaker 8: from other parts of your body and do weird things.
- 14:08Speaker 8: It is completely barbaric. And now Medicaid should not be
- 14:13Speaker 8: paying for it so good. We got rid of that. Also,
- 14:16Speaker 8: a lot of primaries last night, which I got the
- 14:19Speaker 8: updates this morning on. Radical DSA candidate Francesca Hong has
- 14:24Speaker 8: lost to David Crowley in Wisconsin in the Democrat gubernatorial primary.
- 14:31Speaker 4: Um....
- 14:34Speaker 8: We're starting to see things in the Democrat primary that
- 14:37Speaker 8: resemble what happened in 2020 in the middle of the
- 14:41Speaker 8: night with these late night ballot drops as the establishment
- 14:45Speaker 8: Democrats are having to fight off these Democrat socialist insane monsters.
- 14:54Speaker 8: And the other thing, too, is we're seeing something. Francesca
- 14:58Speaker 8: Hong was was double digits leading in the final stretch
- 15:02Speaker 8: in polling. yet somehow loses by, what was it, a
- 15:06Speaker 8: margin of. 41 percentage points? So we can get into that.
- 15:11Speaker 8: MyPillow CEO and Minnesota Republican gubernatorial candidate, Mike Lindell... is
- 15:18Speaker 8: now refusing to concede his election to his opponent, Lisa DeMuth,
- 15:22Speaker 8: after his loss in Minnesota. Apparently it's a very small margin.
- 15:26Speaker 8: He's only down by like 18,000 while there's still 265,000
- 15:30Speaker 8: votes left to count. So he has not conceded yet,
- 15:32Speaker 8: or at least he hadn't as of time I was
- 15:35Speaker 8: preparing for the show. Mike Lindell's an interesting guy. I
- 15:38Speaker 8: do believe he loves this country and he puts his
- 15:41Speaker 8: money where his mouth is. He's also kind of a
- 15:42Speaker 8: weird guy. And from what I'm told, a former crackhead.
- 15:46Speaker 8: And I've met him a couple of times at CPAC,
- 15:51Speaker 8: at multiple CPACs, actually. So there was that. Sportscaster Michelle Tafoya,
- 15:58Speaker 8: I don't know if you guys remember who she is.
- 16:00Speaker 8: She has now secured the GOP nomination for Minnesota Senate.
- 16:05Speaker 8: She's a former sports broadcaster. She has been projected to
- 16:08Speaker 8: win the Republican nomination for Minnesota's Senate seat. She won
- 16:11Speaker 8: last night, claiming 52.4% of the vote. So this primary
- 16:20Speaker 8: season has had a whole lot of interesting ups and
- 16:24Speaker 8: downs and so much so that pollcaster Frank Lutz, you
- 16:31Speaker 8: know him, Lutz, L-U-N-T-Z, has looked in the results of
- 16:35Speaker 8: Tuesday night's Wisconsin primary race for governor and called for
- 16:38Speaker 8: a complete shutdown of primary polling in the Midwest United
- 16:42Speaker 8: States until we can figure out what the hell is
- 16:44Speaker 8: going on. We have watched all of these, so many
- 16:48Speaker 8: of these races that have, the polling is nowhere close
- 16:53Speaker 8: to what's happening. So that means there's a problem. Are
- 16:57Speaker 8: they that bad at their jobs? Or maybe their job
- 17:00Speaker 8: isn't to provide you accurate polling. Maybe they're doing something
- 17:03Speaker 8: completely different. Also, if we get time, we'll get to
- 17:05Speaker 8: Southern Poverty Law Center Chief Financial Officer Heidi Beirich was
- 17:10Speaker 8: arrested in California on fraud charges in the Justice Department's
- 17:14Speaker 8: case alleging that the organization secretly used donor money to
- 17:18Speaker 8: pay informants inside white supremacist groups. This story is insane.
- 17:22Speaker 8: They're insane. And if we have some fun, apparently rock
- 17:27Speaker 8: legend Sir Rod Stewart has canceled his farewell tour dates
- 17:31Speaker 8: here at the last minute. I guess there's some health issues,
- 17:34Speaker 8: so we can get into that. And, of course, we'll
- 17:36Speaker 8: also talk about Governor Greg Abbott announcing today that Google, Rowan,
- 17:40Speaker 8: and CleanSpark— I don't even know what Rowan and CleanSpark is—
- 17:44Speaker 8: but they will comply with the standards and guidelines that
- 17:47Speaker 8: he established for data centers. And then that, of course,
- 17:50Speaker 8: will lead into our conversation with Dan DiIorio here at
- 17:53Speaker 8: the bottom of the hour, the Executive Vice President of
- 17:56Speaker 8: State Policy and Government Affairs at the Data Center Coalition.
- 18:00Speaker 8: All right, let's take a very short break because we're
- 18:03Speaker 8: already over. We'll come back and do a quick little
- 18:05Speaker 8: update on some things, and then we'll catch up with
- 18:09Speaker 8: our guest, Dan DiIorio, here at the bottom of the hour. Look,
- 18:12Speaker 8: there's so many... I know I had a guest on
- 18:15Speaker 8: here a couple of weeks ago. He wasn't from the
- 18:17Speaker 8: Data Coalition Center, but he was regarding these data centers.
- 18:22Speaker 8: And there is so much misinformation about them. I am
- 18:25Speaker 8: shocked at how many people on our side are just
- 18:29Speaker 8: have bought into the hysteria. There really isn't much truth
- 18:33Speaker 8: to it.
- 18:33Speaker 10: All right.
- 18:34Speaker 8: You're listening to Chris X Radio. Don't you go anywhere.
- 18:35Speaker 8: We'll be right back.

- 21:57Speaker 3: Chris X Radio.
- 22:12Speaker 8: Man, I just remember this song from the 90s. That
- 22:20Speaker 8: was one of those ones I didn't really, when I
- 22:21Speaker 8: first heard it, I didn't really hear it much. And
- 22:23Speaker 8: then once I, I remember the band from the 90s
- 22:26Speaker 8: here in Houston called Jerk. You guys remember that band?
- 22:29Speaker 8: And I was like, what a name for a band.
- 22:31Speaker 8: I found out it was just the initials of all
- 22:33Speaker 8: the guys in the band. Their drummer was a real
- 22:36Speaker 8: nice guy. He passed away a few years ago. The
- 22:39Speaker 8: guitar player's name was Rob. Eddie was their singer. I
- 22:43Speaker 8: don't remember who their bass player was. I guess he
- 22:46Speaker 8: was a K, Kevin. I don't remember. Anyway, but I
- 22:51Speaker 8: remember that band, and they played wood, and they did
- 22:54Speaker 8: it good. They did a great job on it. That
- 22:57Speaker 8: was a great song from the 90s. I enjoyed that one.
- 23:00Speaker 8: By the way, I left off something. Oh, welcome back
- 23:02Speaker 8: to Chris X Radio. I'm going to do a quick
- 23:03Speaker 8: wrap and then we'll catch up with our guest here
- 23:05Speaker 8: in a minute. Yesterday, going up to Austin for my
- 23:08Speaker 8: uncle's service, on the way up, I ended up going
- 23:12Speaker 8: and hit, I still didn't even hit all of them.
- 23:14Speaker 8: I just hit about half of the tolls. It was
- 23:17Speaker 8: like $ 15, $ 20 in tolls through the People's Republic of Austin.
- 23:22Speaker 8: Dear Lord.
- 23:23Speaker 4: Dear Lord.
- 23:24Speaker 8: Driving through Austin, like I said, once they've taken over Austin,
- 23:28Speaker 8: every time, this is why when I go up to
- 23:29Speaker 8: the Hill Country, I go around Austin and don't drive
- 23:32Speaker 8: through it. So I'm having to learn my way through
- 23:35Speaker 8: Austin to avoid $ 40 in tolls. So I did that yesterday,
- 23:39Speaker 8: and then on the way back, I avoided them. So
- 23:42Speaker 8: not before I got hit with another $ 40 charge on my.
- 23:46Speaker 8: H-R-T-C-A, Hectra, whatever, toll road bill because it's so many
- 23:51Speaker 8: tolls going in there. But just going through Austin. Now,
- 23:54Speaker 8: they're nice roads. You can drive fast. I got that.
- 23:57Speaker 8: But my Lord, all the tolls. I keep getting, you know,
- 24:02Speaker 8: the old taxes. That's what pays for your roads. Apparently not.
- 24:06Speaker 8: Not anymore. OK, so let's tell you what, let's go
- 24:10Speaker 8: and take a break. Then we'll come back. Looks like
- 24:11Speaker 8: we got our guests lined up. Dan DiIorio, executive vice
- 24:14Speaker 8: president of state policy and governmental affairs at the Data
- 24:19Speaker 8: Center Coalition. We're going to talk about these data centers,
- 24:21Speaker 8: what exactly they do. What does the Data Center Coalition
- 24:25Speaker 8: actually do? We can kill some of the rumors, at
- 24:28Speaker 8: least let people be educated as to what a data
- 24:32Speaker 8: center is and what they actually do and what's happening.
- 24:34Speaker 8: And then we'll talk about Governor Abbott announcing that Google
- 24:37Speaker 8: and Rowan and Clean Spark will comply with the standards
- 24:39Speaker 8: and guidelines that he established for data centers. Don't you
- 24:44Speaker 8: go anywhere. Dan D'Oria joins us here next on Chris
- 24:46Speaker 8: X Radio. We'll be right back.
- 24:52Speaker 3: The resistance is futile. Chris X Radio.
- 24:56Speaker 17: Chris X Radio.

- 25:14Speaker 19: You know, where we go in life matters, and what
- 25:16Speaker 19: we do matters. And we know that taking the wrong
- 25:18Speaker 19: road won't produce the best outcomes. Hi, I'm Kathy with
- 25:22Speaker 19: Baker Mortgage. and we want you to take the right
- 25:25Speaker 19: path when it comes to your mortgage. You know, we
- 25:27Speaker 19: live in a world of information overload, but always consider
- 25:31Speaker 19: the source, and these are not generally going to be
- 25:33Speaker 19: from your big bank or a random offer that comes
- 25:36Speaker 19: across your screen. Remember, you're always going to get a
- 25:38Speaker 19: better deal on one that you go looking for than
- 25:41Speaker 19: one that comes looking for you. You need to deal
- 25:43Speaker 19: with somebody who gives a you-know-what, whether or not you're
- 25:46Speaker 19: happy in the end.
- 25:47Speaker 18: At Baker Mortgage, we do it right.
- 25:50Speaker 19: We haven't been around for 68 years because we're lucky.
- 25:53Speaker 19: We don't sell CDs, insurance, or anything else. We just
- 25:57Speaker 19: provide a great mortgage experience. Isn't that what you're looking for?
- 26:01Speaker 19: Call us at Baker Mortgage. I promise you'll be glad
- 26:04Speaker 19: you did. We're at 281-313-MOVE or go directly to bakermortgage.com.

- 26:29Speaker 1: From the KSEV Weather Center, tonight expect mainly clear skies
- 26:32Speaker 1: and humid conditions with a low of 79 degrees. Tomorrow
- 26:35Speaker 1: will bring mostly sunny skies and very warm temperatures, reaching
- 26:39Speaker 1: a high of 99 degrees. Tomorrow night will be mainly
- 26:42Speaker 1: clear and humid with a low of 78 degrees. Looking
- 26:45Speaker 1: ahead to Friday, anticipate a humid day with a mix
- 26:48Speaker 1: of clouds and sun, along with a chance of a
- 26:50Speaker 1: thunderstorm in some areas during the afternoon. The high temperature
- 26:53Speaker 1: will be 95 degrees. With the KSEV Weather Center forecast,
- 26:56Speaker 1: I'm AccuWeather meteorologist Jason Catarina.
- 27:05Speaker 3: And now, back to Chris X Radio. Chris X Radio.
- 27:08Speaker 3: On the voice of Texas.
- 27:23Speaker 8: All right, welcome back to Chris X Radio. It is
- 27:25Speaker 8: time to catch up with our guest, Dan DiIorio. He's
- 27:29Speaker 8: the Executive Vice President of State Policy and Government Affairs
- 27:32Speaker 8: at the Data Center Coalition. The website is datacentercoalition.org if
- 27:37Speaker 8: you want to go check that out. He joins us now.
- 27:39Speaker 8: We're going to talk a little bit about data centers
- 27:41Speaker 8: because that is one of the new hot topics that
- 27:44Speaker 8: everybody is talking about. And you know what? Not everybody
- 27:47Speaker 8: is speaking facts and truth. Dan, thanks so much for
- 27:50Speaker 8: being here this afternoon. Great to have you on the program.
- 27:53Speaker 22: Thanks for having me.
- 28:15Speaker 8: And this has become one of the hot topics. I
- 28:17Speaker 8: guess first and foremost, as we get going, let's talk
- 28:21Speaker 8: about what a data center is in general. I want
- 28:23Speaker 8: to get your perspective on this. I've heard some others,
- 28:27Speaker 8: but I want to know what yours is being executive
- 28:29Speaker 8: vice president of state policy and government affairs at the
- 28:31Speaker 8: Data Center Coalition. I'm thinking you know exactly what they are.
- 28:37Speaker 23: It's easy. A data center is everything that we do
- 28:40Speaker 23: every day. It's how we work. It's how we learn.
- 28:41Speaker 23: It's how we communicate. It's every online classroom, every online purchase,
- 28:46Speaker 23: every electronic health care record, telehealth appointment. It's 911 geolocation services,
- 28:51Speaker 23: state and local governments, national security, military applications, you name it.
- 28:56Speaker 23: It is the backbone of the 21st century economy. And
- 28:59Speaker 23: data centers are the brain of the internet.
- 29:03Speaker 8: See, this is one of the reasons why I asked
- 29:04Speaker 8: you that question, because a lot of people are just
- 29:06Speaker 8: now learning that the cloud is not up in the sky.
- 29:09Speaker 8: The cloud resides within these data centers. And your detailed
- 29:14Speaker 8: informational answer was so much better than what most people realize,
- 29:18Speaker 8: because people don't realize these 911 centers, all of these
- 29:21Speaker 8: things that we do on a daily basis in a
- 29:23Speaker 8: digital society has to be conducted somewhere. And these data
- 29:27Speaker 8: centers are the hubs. And they're going over all over
- 29:29Speaker 8: the country, not just here in Texas, but especially here
- 29:33Speaker 8: in Texas because we have a lot of space. I
- 29:36Speaker 8: guess before we'll get into some of the rumors and
- 29:38Speaker 8: stuff going on, tell me what's going on. you I
- 29:40Speaker 8: guess what you do personally, but also what exactly does
- 29:44Speaker 8: the data center coalition actually do?
- 29:48Speaker 23: Well, we're an association of data center owners and operators.
- 29:51Speaker 23: So we represent the leading companies that are building data
- 29:55Speaker 23: centers throughout the country. A lot of familiar names that
- 29:58Speaker 23: folks will know, some of the big cloud providers throughout
- 30:03Speaker 23: the country and the economy. But we also have 13
- 30:07Speaker 23: homegrown Texas companies that are providing the essential digital infrastructure.
- 30:11Speaker 23: So for us, we are advocating for those companies. We
- 30:14Speaker 23: want to keep Texas a strong market, keep Texas really thriving.
- 30:18Speaker 23: on pace to be the world's leader in advanced technologies.
- 30:21Speaker 23: So we're doing that by advocating at the state legislature,
- 30:25Speaker 23: but also we're trying to be an information resource. We're
- 30:27Speaker 23: trying to be an information resource for the general public,
- 30:31Speaker 23: for local leaders, for business stakeholders throughout Texas and throughout
- 30:35Speaker 23: the country.
- 30:37Speaker 8: Now, this is important too, because as you sort of
- 30:40Speaker 8: alluded to earlier, this is the 21st century. This is
- 30:44Speaker 8: where we are with these virtual classrooms and Of course,
- 30:48Speaker 8: not to mention that, but also the 911 centers and
- 30:50Speaker 8: you name it, all of the different aspects of daily life.
- 30:54Speaker 8: Everybody has one of these right here, these little smartphones
- 30:57Speaker 8: that they use every day. And everything that we're doing
- 31:00Speaker 8: on these smartphones has to be housed somewhere, and they're
- 31:02Speaker 8: storing them. Well, it's in these data centers. Now, there's
- 31:06Speaker 8: been a lot of rumors, a lot of talk about
- 31:09Speaker 8: these dashers. And when I first heard them, even when
- 31:11Speaker 8: I didn't know exactly what they did, I've seen this
- 31:14Speaker 8: playbook used many, many, many times where there's this thing
- 31:18Speaker 8: out there, there's this boogeyman and we hate it and
- 31:19Speaker 8: it has to be stopped at all costs with no
- 31:22Speaker 8: comprehension whatsoever. of who is trying to stop them, what
- 31:25Speaker 8: they actually do, or what they are. Well, here in Texas,
- 31:28Speaker 8: in particular, we've seen a lot of information. And, of course,
- 31:30Speaker 8: we're in the middle of a big primary battle, which
- 31:33Speaker 8: is leading— well, we're done with ours. But as far as
- 31:35Speaker 8: these other places in the country, there's a lot of
- 31:38Speaker 8: races are being decided for their primary candidates, which will
- 31:41Speaker 8: lead into November. And this is going to be an
- 31:43Speaker 8: important thing going into this election. So Governor Abbott here
- 31:47Speaker 8: in Texas has announced that Google, Rowan— which I don't even
- 31:51Speaker 8: know what Rowan is— And Clean Spark will comply with
- 31:54Speaker 8: the new standards and guidelines that he established for these
- 31:57Speaker 8: data centers, which means their own power sources, reusing their
- 32:00Speaker 8: water and those sort of things. Can you explain to me,
- 32:03Speaker 8: I guess, some of these rumors and maybe where they're
- 32:05Speaker 8: coming from and what is real and what is not
- 32:08Speaker 8: regarding these data centers?
- 32:11Speaker 23: Yeah, there's a lot of misperceptions out there, I guess,
- 32:14Speaker 23: is the nice way to say it.
- 32:16Speaker 24: But, you know, we.
- 32:17Speaker 23: Certainly applaud Governor Abbott and his support for responsible development
- 32:21Speaker 23: in the state of Texas. And that's what our members
- 32:22Speaker 23: are committed to. You know, Google, Rowan, they are members
- 32:25Speaker 23: of the Data Center Coalition and many of our other
- 32:28Speaker 23: members as well, you know, signed the letter that we
- 32:30Speaker 23: sent to Governor Abbott today, you know, acknowledging that, you know,
- 32:34Speaker 23: we are committed to his principles and we're going to
- 32:37Speaker 23: develop correctly in the state of Texas. We're going to
- 32:40Speaker 23: make sure that we bring our own energy or we
- 32:42Speaker 23: buy our own energy and that rate payers don't pay
- 32:44Speaker 23: a single penny more. We're going to make sure that
- 32:46Speaker 23: we're using water efficiently. And we do use water efficiently
- 32:49Speaker 23: and we always have, but we're going to ensure that
- 32:51Speaker 23: we continue to do so. We're going to engage the
- 32:53Speaker 23: community and make sure the community gets the benefits that
- 32:58Speaker 23: are promised from the data center and that the data
- 32:59Speaker 23: center invests in the community for the long term. So
- 33:02Speaker 23: that's the reality. That's what our members are committed to.
- 33:05Speaker 23: And that's what we've reinforced with Governor Abbott.
- 33:08Speaker 8: We're talking with Dan DiIorio. He's the executive vice president
- 33:11Speaker 8: of state policy and government affairs at the Data Center Coalition.
- 33:15Speaker 8: And we talked about once again, I'm glad you mentioned this,
- 33:18Speaker 8: because Governor Abbott just announced that he signed this, you know,
- 33:22Speaker 8: this letter, I guess. And you guys have sent him one.
- 33:24Speaker 8: I mentioned Google and Rowan and CleanSpark that is going
- 33:26Speaker 8: to comply with the new standards and guidelines. Now, as
- 33:30Speaker 8: you mentioned, pay for their own electric infrastructure instead of
- 33:33Speaker 8: shifting costs onto Texas and small businesses, because one of
- 33:37Speaker 8: the things we've heard is the data centers will overwhelm
- 33:39Speaker 8: the grid. Well, that clearly, if this is going to
- 33:42Speaker 8: be followed, that's not going to happen. They will now
- 33:44Speaker 8: reuse their own water. We can get into that. Reduce
- 33:46Speaker 8: the cost of electricity for Texans. That should be a
- 33:49Speaker 8: little bit of music to our ears because it's expensive
- 33:52Speaker 8: to cool our houses, especially this time of year, but
- 33:56Speaker 8: to not disrupt the residential neighborhoods or preserve the Texans'
- 34:00Speaker 8: quality of life. That's what we want, and to pay
- 34:02Speaker 8: their own way. I was listening on Friday to the
- 34:05Speaker 8: Amigos program, and they were talking with a guest. who
- 34:07Speaker 8: mentioned that these data centers, they pay a lot of money.
- 34:12Speaker 8: They employ a lot of people, and one data center
- 34:15Speaker 8: via property taxes can support one entire school system. And
- 34:20Speaker 8: so there's a lot of things they bring to the
- 34:22Speaker 8: table that aren't really being talked about by some of
- 34:25Speaker 8: these entities that are out pushing misinformation. And from what
- 34:28Speaker 8: I've even heard, that Places like China, who are in
- 34:32Speaker 8: the business and want to compete, are some of the
- 34:34Speaker 8: ones spreading some of these rumors. Can you comment on that?
- 34:39Speaker 23: Well, certainly I think on the jobs piece as well.
- 34:41Speaker 23: We know over 450,000 jobs directly and indirectly supported in
- 34:45Speaker 23: the state of Texas in 2024 by the data center industry,
- 34:49Speaker 23: and $ 2. 3 billion directly and indirectly generated by the industry
- 34:53Speaker 23: in 2024 for local governments. So data centers are generating
- 34:57Speaker 23: significant revenue that goes back to communities to invest in priorities.
- 35:01Speaker 23: We certainly know that this is a national security priority.
- 35:04Speaker 23: This is all of our data. We want it stored here.
- 35:06Speaker 23: And if I'm a Texan, I want it stored in Texas.
- 35:10Speaker 23: But we certainly need to have the capacity to store
- 35:13Speaker 23: it here in the U.S. and keep the U.S. the
- 35:15Speaker 23: world's leader in advanced technologies. But that's why we know
- 35:18Speaker 23: other countries are certainly engaged in some of this debate
- 35:22Speaker 23: because they see an opening where they can usurp the U.S.
- 35:25Speaker 23: as the world's leader. But I don't want to downplay
- 35:28Speaker 23: any of the real concerns at the local level. We
- 35:30Speaker 23: need to do a better job of addressing those concerns
- 35:32Speaker 23: and ensuring those communities that we're going to be a
- 35:34Speaker 23: responsible partner where we develop.
- 35:38Speaker 8: Once again, we're talking with Dan DiIorio. He's the executive
- 35:41Speaker 8: vice president of state policy and government affairs at the
- 35:44Speaker 8: Data Center Coalition. And you mentioned you're right. This is Texas.
- 35:47Speaker 8: We want to keep our our Texas information, our stuff private,
- 35:51Speaker 8: especially if it's being secured on a server here in Texas.
- 35:54Speaker 8: We want to keep it in Texas, but also we
- 35:57Speaker 8: want to make sure that stuff is secure. And that
- 35:59Speaker 8: comes with a cost that has to be done. You know,
- 36:02Speaker 8: like I said, there's money that has to be spent
- 36:04Speaker 8: to do that, and that's one of these things that
- 36:06Speaker 8: these data centers are doing. They're spending a lot of money.
- 36:09Speaker 8: There was also some talk about the tax incentives and things.
- 36:14Speaker 8: From what I now have learned, I don't see that
- 36:18Speaker 8: these data centers really get any sort of tax incentives
- 36:21Speaker 8: that other businesses aren't already getting here within the state.
- 36:24Speaker 8: Can you comment on that as well?
- 36:26Speaker 23: Yeah, that's exactly right. So data centers, just like manufacturing companies,
- 36:31Speaker 23: there's a sales tax exemption for large capital equipment. In
- 36:34Speaker 23: the case of data centers, it's the servers. So they
- 36:38Speaker 23: get an exemption on sales tax for the servers, but
- 36:41Speaker 23: they replace the servers every three to five years. So
- 36:43Speaker 23: it's a rolling capital expense, and those servers that come in,
- 36:46Speaker 23: the new ones they get, they're faster, they're more energy efficient.
- 36:49Speaker 23: So it's ensuring that Texans continue to be served by
- 36:52Speaker 23: the most efficient, effective digital infrastructure. And our companies have
- 36:56Speaker 23: invested hundreds of billions of dollars in the state due
- 37:00Speaker 23: to the state's good business climate, due to the sales
- 37:03Speaker 23: tax exemption, and owing to the state having available energy
- 37:07Speaker 23: infrastructure and land, the ability to build this out and
- 37:11Speaker 23: the commitment to build it out. So our companies are
- 37:14Speaker 23: going to continue to invest hundreds of billions of dollars
- 37:16Speaker 23: in the state. But that exemption really goes a long
- 37:19Speaker 23: way to providing the business certainty that businesses that have
- 37:23Speaker 23: large capital purchases like data centers need to continue to
- 37:26Speaker 23: investing for the long haul.
- 37:28Speaker 8: Man, Dan, you sort of kind of glossed over this.
- 37:30Speaker 8: You just mentioned the billions of dollars, and then you
- 37:33Speaker 8: mentioned the hundreds of billions of dollars. These data centers,
- 37:36Speaker 8: like a single data center, we're talking billions of dollars
- 37:40Speaker 8: right there alone. Here in Texas, another thing, too, that
- 37:43Speaker 8: has really been left out of the equation. People are like,
- 37:45Speaker 8: I don't want a data center in my backyard. I
- 37:47Speaker 8: don't think we're going to have data centers in our backyard.
- 37:50Speaker 8: We've got a lot of acreage, and a lot of
- 37:52Speaker 8: the acreage that we have here in Texas is simply
- 37:55Speaker 8: just that. It's lots of land. We've got lots of
- 37:57Speaker 8: open land, lots of room for something along the lines of, hey,
- 38:01Speaker 8: a data center, especially if they're self-sustaining and reusing their
- 38:05Speaker 8: own water and creating electricity not only for themselves but
- 38:08Speaker 8: to help Texans. Sounds like a pretty good opportunity for
- 38:12Speaker 8: me for someone to get in instead of, as you
- 38:15Speaker 8: pointed out, somehow allowing possibly one of our adversaries like
- 38:18Speaker 8: China or whatever have access to our information. That would
- 38:22Speaker 8: be a terrible strategy, I think, if we don't pay
- 38:25Speaker 8: attention to make sure that we're doing this ourselves.
- 38:29Speaker 23: Yeah, I think that's exactly right. You know, Texas sets
- 38:31Speaker 23: the example for the rest of the country here. Texas
- 38:35Speaker 23: has long been welcoming of investment, wanting to lead the
- 38:38Speaker 23: country and the world in these advanced technologies and in
- 38:42Speaker 23: having the best economy, and business climate in the country.
- 38:45Speaker 23: I think data centers are an essential piece of that.
- 38:48Speaker 23: Texas is poised to become the world's largest market by 2030.
- 38:51Speaker 23: And that's due in no small part, I think, to
- 38:54Speaker 23: the strategic investment and the welcoming business climate that it's had.
- 38:58Speaker 23: And really, Texas is going to be the centerpiece of
- 39:01Speaker 23: ensuring the U.S. 's national security here in just a
- 39:04Speaker 23: few short years. So that's why this industry is committed
- 39:08Speaker 23: to responsible development. That means we're going to work with
- 39:10Speaker 23: Governor Abbott and members of the legislature to ensure that's
- 39:13Speaker 23: the case. to ensure that residents know we're going to
- 39:15Speaker 23: build big, but build responsibly.
- 39:18Speaker 8: You know, Dan, one of the things that, first of all,
- 39:20Speaker 8: that's very smart. I know that Texas has an economy
- 39:23Speaker 8: that is bigger than many countries. A lot of people
- 39:26Speaker 8: don't realize that, but also I'm sitting in the chair
- 39:29Speaker 8: where the former host is now the lieutenant governor of
- 39:32Speaker 8: the state of Texas. And then on Friday, the Amigo
- 39:34Speaker 8: show has our state senator, Paul Betancourt. These are people
- 39:37Speaker 8: that not only came to our station and got elected
- 39:39Speaker 8: and are now serving, but as you talk about, these
- 39:41Speaker 8: are the ones that are helping implement strategies. and things
- 39:44Speaker 8: that we need to make sure that people are getting
- 39:46Speaker 8: legitimate information. You always have a home here on the
- 39:50Speaker 8: Voice of Texas, KSV 700 AM, and, of course, on
- 39:53Speaker 8: this program. I appreciate you coming on today and, of course,
- 39:56Speaker 8: dispelling a lot of the rumors and the information. People
- 39:59Speaker 8: need to understand where they're getting information from. Sometimes it's
- 40:02Speaker 8: best just to go straight to the horse's mouth. And
- 40:05Speaker 8: I'm not referring that you're a horse, Dan, not at all.
- 40:07Speaker 8: So I want to make sure that I clear that up.
- 40:11Speaker 22: I really appreciate it.
- 40:12Speaker 23: Thanks for having me on today.
- 40:13Speaker 8: Well, I'm glad to have you on. Once again, Dan DiIorio,
- 40:15Speaker 8: Executive Vice President of State Policy and Government Affairs at
- 40:19Speaker 8: the Data Coalition Center. Dan, where's the best place where
- 40:21Speaker 8: they can get more information? I'm assuming datacentercoalition.org, but is
- 40:25Speaker 8: there anywhere else people can go and get more information?
- 40:29Speaker 23: Yeah, they can certainly check out our LinkedIn page as well.
- 40:31Speaker 23: That's where you're going to see a whole host of resources,
- 40:34Speaker 23: you know, from across the country, from other states too,
- 40:37Speaker 23: and all the good work that data centers are doing.
- 40:39Speaker 23: And you'll see a lot of the attempt to dispel
- 40:41Speaker 23: those misperceptions and the misinformation that's out there. So check
- 40:45Speaker 23: out our LinkedIn page.
- 40:46Speaker 25: Okay.
- 40:47Speaker 8: All right. Once again, Dan DiOro, thanks for being here today.
- 40:48Speaker 8: I appreciate your time, sir.
- 40:50Speaker 9: Thank you.
- 40:52Speaker 8: All right, let's take a short break. You're listening to
- 40:54Speaker 8: Chris X Radio. I appreciate Dan DiIorio, Executive Vice President,
- 40:57Speaker 8: State Policy, Government Affairs at the Data Center Coalition. Once again,
- 41:01Speaker 8: the website is datacentercoalition.org. And if you want more information,
- 41:05Speaker 8: he said hit their LinkedIn page. People have to... There's
- 41:08Speaker 8: been a lot of rumors out there. I've seen them
- 41:10Speaker 8: on the Republican side, but also on the Democrat side. Now,
- 41:12Speaker 8: the Democrats tend to run with misinformation on a regular basis.
- 41:16Speaker 8: Not surprising. But when it's being run through the Republican circles,
- 41:20Speaker 8: I like to get the proper information out there. So
- 41:23Speaker 8: we're having an apples to apples comparison. and people actually
- 41:26Speaker 8: have information regarding about the topics they're discussing, especially if
- 41:31Speaker 8: they're in an election season when votes will be manipulated.
- 41:35Speaker 8: All right, once again, I appreciate Dan DiIorio from joining us.
- 41:37Speaker 8: Let's take a very short break. You're listening to Chris

- 44:03Speaker 12: Our country's founding fathers drafted a document that is the
- 44:06Speaker 12: Declaration of Independence. We hold these truths to be self-evident,
- 44:10Speaker 12: that all men are created equal, that they are endowed
- 44:13Speaker 12: by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these.
- 44:16Speaker 8: Are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
- 44:19Speaker 12: To secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving
- 44:22Speaker 12: their powers from the consent of the governed. My friends
- 44:25Speaker 12: at O'Hare & Company Real Estate, we believe we're at
- 44:28Speaker 12: our precipice in time where we must take back our country.
- 44:31Speaker 12: We must stand up for our freedoms or lose them forever.
- 44:33Speaker 15: Please don't sit idle.
- 44:34Speaker 12: And let it slip away. Don't let anyone force you

- 44:49Speaker 8: I'm Kevin O'Hara.
- 44:49Speaker 15: God bless America, and God bless Texas.
- 44:51Speaker 12: The Voice of Texas.
- 44:51Speaker 8: The Voice of Reason. Chris X Radio. You know, it's
- 45:17Speaker 8: funny because this song, Collective Soul is the band. Shine,
- 45:23Speaker 8: which is one of the, that's one of the few
- 45:25Speaker 8: songs that I've heard. And the first time I heard it,
- 45:27Speaker 8: I loved it. First time I heard this, I'm like,
- 45:29Speaker 8: this is a great song. And I know what's hilarious
- 45:31Speaker 8: is this song was actually kind of his demo. The
- 45:34Speaker 8: guy just, it's a drum machine on it, obviously, for
- 45:37Speaker 8: those who are musicians. But it just, the song is
- 45:41Speaker 8: so good. It's a good song. And for years, it
- 45:43Speaker 8: was all Collective Soul. And then Dolly Parton did a
- 45:46Speaker 8: cover of it. And her cover is so good. And
- 45:50Speaker 8: it's not really my general, you know, line of music
- 45:52Speaker 8: that I enjoy, but her version is incredible, which means
- 45:57Speaker 8: it's an amazing song. You can cross it over to country.
- 45:59Speaker 8: She did her country rock album where she did some
- 46:02Speaker 8: others too. And I can't remember what the other stuff was,
- 46:05Speaker 8: but Dolly Parton is so talented. She is a woman
- 46:08Speaker 8: that because of plastic surgery and things over the years,
- 46:12Speaker 8: sort of, got sort of, I guess, fell in that
- 46:15Speaker 8: comedic range. She's actually very funny, very sharp, very self-deprecating
- 46:19Speaker 8: and extremely talented. She's written, first of all, not only
- 46:24Speaker 8: number one hits, but number one hits that hit when
- 46:27Speaker 8: she recorded it and then Whitney Houston recorded it, the
- 46:30Speaker 8: I Will Always Love You, hit number one three different times.
- 46:35Speaker 8: How many times has that happened? I can't think of
- 46:38Speaker 8: another example of a number one hit hitting three different
- 46:41Speaker 8: times Which explains why Dolly Parton is so rich. A
- 46:45Speaker 8: lot of people don't know. Early on, she gave all
- 46:48Speaker 8: of her money. Was it Conway Twitty? I can't remember.
- 46:51Speaker 8: It was a Dolly Parton show she did with a dude.
- 46:54Speaker 8: And she left the show. And he was so upset,
- 46:56Speaker 8: he sued her over it. And she gave him everything
- 46:58Speaker 8: he had. It wasn't even a court order. I heard
- 47:02Speaker 8: that she literally just gave him every dollar she had.
- 47:04Speaker 8: And said, hey, I'm sorry. I split up to go
- 47:07Speaker 8: do it. And then, needless to say, was the right move. Because...
- 47:11Speaker 8: I can't remember who it was. Was it Conway Twitty
- 47:14Speaker 8: or one of those people back in the early 70s?
- 47:16Speaker 8: And then went on to earn a gazillion, bazillion, trajillion, bazillion.
- 47:21Speaker 8: I'm going to go Dr. Errol on you. Well, so
- 47:25Speaker 8: much money because she's so talented. And I can't remember.
- 47:28Speaker 8: I Will Always Love You was first recorded by her.
- 47:31Speaker 8: And then it was a hit. Then Whitney Houston did
- 47:33Speaker 8: a version. And from I think it was in. the
- 47:37Speaker 8: bodyguard or whatever that she did with Kevin Costner and
- 47:39Speaker 8: it became a number one hit. And then it became
- 47:41Speaker 8: a number one hit again with Dolly Parton. So it
- 47:44Speaker 8: was a number one hit three times. That's incredible. What
- 47:49Speaker 8: are the rest of us have like half that in
- 47:51Speaker 8: number one hits? I don't know if that was her
- 47:54Speaker 8: only number one hit. I mean, she may have had others,
- 47:57Speaker 8: but extremely talented and actually a very, a very kind lady.
- 48:00Speaker 8: I consider Dolly Parton to be a national treasure. She's older.
- 48:03Speaker 8: She lost her husband not too long ago. And she
- 48:06Speaker 8: has some of the older issues. She's getting old now.
- 48:11Speaker 8: One of the articles I mentioned earlier is Rod Stewart.
- 48:15Speaker 8: He's canceling his farewell tour dates here at the last minute,
- 48:17Speaker 8: and there's a reason for it. What is he, 82 now?
- 48:21Speaker 8: I think he's in his 80s. Anyway, welcome back to
- 48:24Speaker 8: the program. I want to thank Dan DiIorio for joining
- 48:27Speaker 8: us from the Data Center Coalition. And the website datacentercoalition.org.
- 48:32Speaker 8: We need to start making sure that our side has
- 48:34Speaker 8: actual facts and evidence before we jump to crazy conclusions.
- 48:38Speaker 8: We can leave that all to the left. Let them
- 48:40Speaker 8: come up with their stupid conclusions because facts and relevance
- 48:43Speaker 8: never let them screw things up. That's what they do.
- 48:47Speaker 8: We don't need to screw things up on our side
- 48:49Speaker 8: to allow them to get elected to continue to screw
- 48:51Speaker 8: things up. Anyway, we've reached the final segment of the
- 48:55Speaker 8: first hour, but we've got hour number two coming right
- 48:56Speaker 8: at you, and we'll be taking lots of calls. There
- 48:58Speaker 8: are as many calls as you want to get in
- 49:00Speaker 8: on at 281-558-KSEV, 281-558-5738. By the way, I'm told on
- 49:07Speaker 8: the new app on your iPhone, I guess you can't
- 49:10Speaker 8: download it on Android just yet, but if you've got
- 49:13Speaker 8: an iPhone or I don't know how that works on
- 49:16Speaker 8: if you have a flip phone. But anyway, you can
- 49:17Speaker 8: download or update the new app, and then you can
- 49:20Speaker 8: actually call into the show from there. But if you
- 49:23Speaker 8: still just use the old regular method, 281-558-5738. That's the
- 49:27Speaker 8: other thing, too, given the call letters is the 281-558-KSEV.
- 49:32Speaker 8: Does that even matter anymore? Remember back in the old
- 49:34Speaker 8: days when you looked on your phone as you– But
- 49:41Speaker 8: it's just, it's weird how times have changed. So here
- 49:45Speaker 8: in the wrap of the first hour. So Rod Stewart
- 49:47Speaker 8: will be unable to continue his one last time farewell
- 49:50Speaker 8: tour following a coronary stent procedure. He had to have
- 49:53Speaker 8: a stent put in his heart. And he had to
- 49:55Speaker 8: postpone a few shows, canceling a few performances. A representative
- 50:00Speaker 8: has confirmed for the singer. Stewart canceled last Tuesday night's
- 50:03Speaker 8: performance at Rocket Arena in Cleveland shortly after postponing his
- 50:07Speaker 8: Sunday concert in Cincinnati at the Riverbend Arena. Music Center.
- 50:12Speaker 8: The latter venue said at the time it was due
- 50:13Speaker 8: to an unforeseen but minor medical procedure that required prompt attention.
- 50:19Speaker 8: Stewart also canceled a few dates earlier this year, including
- 50:22Speaker 8: a couple in Las Vegas and one in San Diego.
- 50:25Speaker 8: Following further medical evaluation, Sir Rod Stewart has successfully undergone
- 50:30Speaker 8: routine coronary stent procedure. Now, realize there's no such thing
- 50:34Speaker 8: as a routine stent procedure, but it is as routine
- 50:37Speaker 8: as it gets, I guess, as far as the heart's concerned.
- 50:40Speaker 8: Doctors are very pleased with his recovery, and Rod is
- 50:42Speaker 8: doing very well and has returned to his normal daily activities.
- 50:47Speaker 8: A statement from the publicist read, on the advice of
- 50:50Speaker 8: his doctors, he will take the next four weeks to
- 50:53Speaker 8: recuperate and regain full fitness before returning to the stage. Unfortunately,
- 50:58Speaker 8: this means he'll be unable to continue on his current
- 51:01Speaker 8: tour dates. Now, this is one of the things that
- 51:04Speaker 8: ended up getting my father. They got him killed because
- 51:07Speaker 8: the nurses forgot to give him the medication you have
- 51:10Speaker 8: to take when you get a stent put in. And
- 51:12Speaker 8: that led to the death of my father in the
- 51:14Speaker 8: hospital after successfully undergoing the surgery. The doctors did such
- 51:17Speaker 8: a good job. And then the nurses screwed it all up.
- 51:22Speaker 8: And it was terrible. But then again, we were in
- 51:24Speaker 8: the height of COVID insanity, which we now know was
- 51:28Speaker 8: complete insanity with Dr. Fauci lying in the I was
- 51:32Speaker 8: listening yesterday to them talking about Dr. Fauci, who on
- 51:36Speaker 8: his government-issued smartphone was texting people and communicating about the
- 51:41Speaker 8: possible for miscarriages for women getting the vaccine. Like an
- 51:49Speaker 8: 81% chance of that happening while lying to the American people.
- 51:54Speaker 8: You wonder why the trust in government has gotten so
- 51:57Speaker 8: low now. It is nobody trusts the government anymore because
- 52:03Speaker 8: the government health officials lied to us. The government politicians,
- 52:06Speaker 8: they lie to us on a regular basis. Democrats lie
- 52:09Speaker 8: to us constantly. The lie to you about everything they do,
- 52:13Speaker 8: you know, witch hunts using all three. Well, I say
- 52:16Speaker 8: all three, every branch of the government to weaponize against
- 52:19Speaker 8: their political enemies. But not only that, the citizens of
- 52:22Speaker 8: this country watching the government weaponize people not getting this vaccine,
- 52:26Speaker 8: which we've now learned there was a fair amount of
- 52:28Speaker 8: heart issues that came along with it. Two of my
- 52:31Speaker 8: favorite athletes of all time passed away shortly after getting
- 52:36Speaker 8: the vaccine. Now, did it have anything to do with
- 52:39Speaker 8: their death? No, they were both elderly. One of them
- 52:42Speaker 8: was Hank Aaron. You remember that guy? Oh, the home
- 52:45Speaker 8: run leader of all time? Is that dude? He got
- 52:49Speaker 8: the vaccine and died within two weeks. Marvelous Marvin Hagler
- 52:53Speaker 8: got the vaccine, died within two weeks. That was all
- 52:57Speaker 8: I ever heard. And it was sad because I remember
- 53:01Speaker 8: them talking about, you know, hey, here's the home run
- 53:04Speaker 8: leader of all time getting his vaccine. Oops, he's dead now. Now,
- 53:08Speaker 8: did the vaccine kill?
- 53:09Speaker 14: I don't know.
- 53:10Speaker 8: We never got any follow up. But do I trust
- 53:12Speaker 8: the government's response? How about no? All right, hour number
- 53:20Speaker 8: one is done. We'll get you locked and loaded. Hour
- 53:22Speaker 8: number two is coming right back at you. Don't go anywhere.
- 53:24Speaker 8: We've got our second hour of the program, and I
- 53:27Speaker 8: haven't even gotten into all of the other stuff I
- 53:29Speaker 8: laid out. Hour number two is up next.

- 53:49Speaker 13: President Donald Trump says White House Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt
- 53:52Speaker 13: will be leaving the administration at the end of the
- 53:54Speaker 13: month to spend time with her young family. Leavitt recently
- 53:58Speaker 13: returned to work after taking leave following the birth of
- 54:01Speaker 13: her second child, a daughter in May. She also has
- 54:04Speaker 13: a two-year-old son. Leavitt described the decision as bittersweet. A
- 54:09Speaker 13: historic and destructive storm tore through across Indiana yesterday. Indiana
- 54:15Speaker 13: Governor Mike Braun says Tuesday's storm was a statewide disaster,
- 54:19Speaker 13: bringing winds over 90 miles an hour to some areas
- 54:22Speaker 13: and flooding to others.
- 54:24Speaker 9: There were places down like around Newcastle, Henry County, got
- 54:29Speaker 9: up to 10 inches of rain. So where it was
- 54:31Speaker 9: mostly wind up here and losing power, In that neck
- 54:36Speaker 9: of the woods, roads were being washed out. There were
- 54:40Speaker 9: a lot of water rescues. So this was quite a
- 54:42Speaker 9: storm that moved across our state.
- 54:44Speaker 13: Officials have declared a state of emergency. One person was
- 54:47Speaker 13: killed in Portage, Indiana, when a home exploded during the storm.
- 54:52Speaker 8: A look at one of the.
- 54:52Speaker 13: Closest watched races in Wisconsin primaries yesterday.
- 54:57Speaker 29: In Wisconsin, Francesca Hong losing to Milwaukee County Executive Moderate

- 55:06Speaker 29: Democrat Socialist, Bernie Sanders and AOC did not endorse her.
- 55:10Speaker 29: Video had surfaced of Hong saying she hates holidays, including Thanksgiving.
- 55:15Speaker 29: And then she backtracked, doing a new video saying.
- 55:17Speaker 5: It was her favorite holiday.
- 55:19Speaker 29: Crowley is looking to become Wisconsin's first black governor. He
- 55:23Speaker 29: faces Republican Congressman Tom Tiffany, who was endorsed by President Trump.

- 55:42Speaker 2: You've probably heard all those ads for life insurance. Just
- 55:45Speaker 2: a few dollars a day, apply online in minutes, no
- 55:47Speaker 2: medical exam. Simple, easy, and cheap, right? Now you're thinking,
- 55:51Speaker 2: maybe I should get a quote. Well, smart thinking. Everyone
- 55:54Speaker 2: should have life insurance. But here's what they don't tell you.
- 55:56Speaker 2: Those few dollars a day rates, they're for young people
- 55:59Speaker 2: and perfect health. That's why everyone calls Big Lou the
- 56:03Speaker 2: 50 to 60-year-old not-so-perfect candidate.
- 56:06Speaker 3: Like you.
- 56:07Speaker 2: You take prescription meds, and you're overweight. Winner, winner, fried

- 56:16Speaker 2: In fact, if you're a 50-year-old guy with a few
- 56:18Speaker 2: health glitches, Lou could probably find you a million dollars

- 56:24Speaker 3: So, yeah, you need life insurance.
- 56:26Speaker 2: But unless you're young and healthy, you gotta call Big Lou,

- 57:02Speaker 20: Call 281-441-4179. From KSEV, here's political contributor Ben Strewsand.
- 57:10Speaker 30: Most polling shows that Republicans are going to have a
- 57:14Speaker 30: tough time winning majorities in both houses of Congress in November.
- 57:18Speaker 30: Voters blame Trump for inflation and believe that many of
- 57:22Speaker 30: the necessities they need to purchase have become unaffordable. Two
- 57:26Speaker 30: out of three voters don't believe that preventing Iran from
- 57:29Speaker 30: building a nuclear weapon is worth the higher gas prices
- 57:33Speaker 30: that they are paying. Voters never give a president credit
- 57:36Speaker 30: for preventing bad things like a nuclear war from happening.
- 57:40Speaker 30: President Trump should realize by now that the Islamic Republic
- 57:44Speaker 30: will never agree to a deal that results in a
- 57:47Speaker 30: Trump win. The mullahs read the polls and see the
- 57:50Speaker 30: domestic political pressure to end the war. It's part of
- 57:53Speaker 30: their strategy. We should stop chasing a bad deal. This
- 57:56Speaker 30: does not mean that we should resume unlimited airstrikes, but
- 58:00Speaker 30: rather targeted decapitation strikes against their leadership, as the Israelis
- 58:06Speaker 30: used effectively. If Iranian leaders won't cut a deal, then let's.
- 58:10Speaker 3: Get new ones.
- 58:11Speaker 8: The real leverage we.
- 58:13Speaker 30: Have against Iran is economic. We destroyed what Iran took
- 58:17Speaker 30: decades to build, their defense industrial base used to manufacture drones, missiles,
- 58:23Speaker 30: and nuclear weapons. Inflation in Iran is running at 40%.
- 58:28Speaker 30: The blockade collapsed the revenue stream used by the Revolutionary
- 58:33Speaker 30: Guard Corps, their security services, and all the government infrastructure.
- 58:38Speaker 30: If our blockade is allowed to continue and not stopped
- 58:42Speaker 30: by Democrats and a few Republicans, lame duck Republicans in Congress,
- 58:47Speaker 30: we can eliminate the mullah's leverage over its people. We
- 58:51Speaker 30: don't need regime change to pressure them into a better
- 58:54Speaker 30: deal for us.
- 58:56Speaker 3: Just perseverance.
- 58:57Speaker 30: Intercepting what leaks out via Iran's shadow tanker fleet will
- 59:02Speaker 30: speed the process. The best guess is this pressure will
- 59:06Speaker 30: take six months to show results. Right around the time
- 59:10Speaker 30: of the elections. I'm Ben Strewsand, and that's my view.
- 59:16Speaker 3: Ben Strewsand, only on AM700 KSEV.
- 59:22Speaker 31: Thank goodness our weather experts are providing us with hurricane
- 59:25Speaker 31: tracking charts and reminding us to be prepared for big storms.
- 59:28Speaker 31: But they overlook one very important thing, the damage and
- 59:30Speaker 31: destruction from broken limbs and uprooted trees. Call Lewis Flory
- 59:34Speaker 31: at Ability Tree Experts today. My friend for nearly 40 years.
- 59:38Speaker 31: At 281-441-4179 and let him explain how this problem can
- 59:43Speaker 31: be minimized with professional pruning. You see, when the tree
- 59:46Speaker 31: canopy is too thick and dense, the tree can be
- 59:48Speaker 31: completely blown over and tree limbs broken, causing terrible damage
- 59:52Speaker 31: to the tree and maybe your home.
- 59:54Speaker 8: Where tree limbs break?
- 59:56Speaker 31: Sap will ooze, and that attracts harmful insects. So you
- 59:59Speaker 31: need to call Louis Flory today at 281-441-4179 and have
- 1:00:05Speaker 31: his experts come out and professionally prune your trees to
- 1:00:09Speaker 31: withstand sudden storms that are so frequent this time of year.
- 1:00:12Speaker 31: Visit their website at AbilityTrees.com. That's 281-441-4179. Ability Tree Experts,
- 1:00:20Speaker 31: Houston's leading tree care professional.
- 1:00:22Speaker 3: KSEV, 700 AM.
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: Launch Control, this is Houston.
- 1:00:31Speaker 14: We are going to launch.
- 1:00:33Speaker 10: Five, four, three, two, one.
- 1:00:38Speaker 17: It's Chris X.
- 1:00:42Speaker 4: Radio.
- 1:00:42Speaker 3: Chris X Radio.
- 1:00:45Speaker 9: What we need right now is a clear message to
- 1:00:48Speaker 9: the people of this country.
- 1:00:50Speaker 24: This message must.
- 1:00:51Speaker 6: Be read in every newspaper, heard on every radio, seen
- 1:00:54Speaker 6: on every television.
- 1:00:55Speaker 20: This message must resound throughout the entire intelligence.
- 1:00:59Speaker 3: And now, your host.
- 1:01:00Speaker 20: I believe this is going to be our finest hour.
- 1:01:02Speaker 3: Chris X.
- 1:01:03Speaker 8: It's going to be tough to top that first hour.
- 1:01:15Speaker 8: He actually did okay. I mean, considering I was all
- 1:01:20Speaker 8: tired and worn out from yesterday. I'm still tired and
- 1:01:23Speaker 8: worn out, but we still had a great guest, Dan DiIorio,
- 1:01:26Speaker 8: the Executive Vice President of State Policy and Government Affairs
- 1:01:30Speaker 8: with the Data Center Coalition was a good guest. Answered
- 1:01:32Speaker 8: a lot of these rumors and misinformation and what these
- 1:01:36Speaker 8: data centers are actually doing, especially today that just came
- 1:01:39Speaker 8: out of the announcement, Governor Abbott announced that Google, Rowan,
- 1:01:41Speaker 8: and CleanSpark I do believe they're all members of the
- 1:01:44Speaker 8: data center coalition will comply with the standards and guidelines
- 1:01:48Speaker 8: he established for data centers. So made for a good, interesting, uh, uh, conversation.
- 1:01:55Speaker 8: If you get a chance to, when, when we're done
- 1:01:56Speaker 8: with the show, it should be posted over at KCV radio.com,
- 1:01:59Speaker 8: but anywhere you get your, your, um, uh, your podcast,
- 1:02:03Speaker 8: you can go back and listen to that interview. Or
- 1:02:05Speaker 8: if you'd like to watch the videos, it'll be posted.
- 1:02:07Speaker 8: Of course, on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, uh, Google, well, Rumble, actually.
- 1:02:15Speaker 8: So Twitter X is the proper terminology. So the videos
- 1:02:20Speaker 8: will be there. So and I'm adjusting my lighting a
- 1:02:22Speaker 8: little bit. I'm a little washed out. So still got
- 1:02:25Speaker 8: a little bit of the lighting. I got to back
- 1:02:27Speaker 8: it off a little bit for those who know me.
- 1:02:28Speaker 8: And I'm a rather fair skinned individual. I'm what the
- 1:02:33Speaker 8: AOCs and the Francesca Hongs and Kamala Harris's and what's
- 1:02:39Speaker 8: his name, Don Lemon. I'm what they all call the
- 1:02:41Speaker 8: evil in the world, a white person, a white man. Yeah,
- 1:02:45Speaker 8: even though they're all married to him, including Don Lemon.
- 1:02:48Speaker 8: They talk about white males being the biggest threat to
- 1:02:50Speaker 8: society and they're all married. You know what they say,
- 1:02:52Speaker 8: radicalized in the streets, colonized in the sheets. I love
- 1:02:58Speaker 8: that saying because it's true, apparently. Anyway, welcome back to
- 1:03:03Speaker 8: the program. I'm the aforementioned X-Man. Of course, we bring
- 1:03:07Speaker 8: you that gift beyond price that is almost free here
- 1:03:09Speaker 8: in hour number two. If you want to join us, 281-558-KSEV, 281-558-5738.
- 1:03:11Speaker 8: Don't be getting colonized in the sheets, y'all. That's a problem.
- 1:03:25Speaker 8: With the left. It's so funny. They're all married to
- 1:03:27Speaker 8: white dudes. You know, they are. They're all married to
- 1:03:29Speaker 8: white dudes. Then again, it could bring up a completely
- 1:03:32Speaker 8: different argument. Maybe the issues they have in their relationships,
- 1:03:37Speaker 8: they're taking out on society.
- 1:03:39Speaker 10: I don't know.
- 1:03:39Speaker 8: Could be. It's bizarre. It is our hump day edition
- 1:03:47Speaker 8: of the program. We actually got a lot to get into.
- 1:03:48Speaker 8: I did this in the first hour. I want to
- 1:03:50Speaker 8: thank Is True With A View for filling in for
- 1:03:52Speaker 8: me yesterday. From what I'm told, it turned into sort
- 1:03:54Speaker 8: of almost an Amigos reunion, minus the judge. I listened
- 1:03:59Speaker 8: a little bit on the app when I was driving
- 1:04:01Speaker 8: and then was able to actually listen on the radio
- 1:04:03Speaker 8: as I was getting home. So I got back, was
- 1:04:06Speaker 8: it around 5.30, I guess? I don't even remember the
- 1:04:09Speaker 8: exact time I was worn out. I told you guys
- 1:04:13Speaker 8: I had to go to my uncle's service up there
- 1:04:16Speaker 8: north of Austin in the Florence area, which is about
- 1:04:19Speaker 8: 30 minutes north of Austin, I guess, or in the
- 1:04:21Speaker 8: north end of Austin. So my uncle passed away and
- 1:04:24Speaker 8: they had his service and so on up there. But
- 1:04:26Speaker 8: that's a three hour plus drive and then a three
- 1:04:29Speaker 8: hour plus drive back. So I was exhausted by the
- 1:04:32Speaker 8: time I got back yesterday. And it was funny. I
- 1:04:35Speaker 8: laid down on the couch and passed out. So I
- 1:04:36Speaker 8: didn't hear the tail end of my program with a
- 1:04:40Speaker 8: stir with a view filling in. But I did hear
- 1:04:42Speaker 8: something on the Craig Collins program. It was funny because
- 1:04:46Speaker 8: his approach was hilarious to me because he was talking
- 1:04:48Speaker 8: about The burgers, Whataburger. And I agree with his assessment
- 1:04:53Speaker 8: on Whataburger 100%. I think Whataburger is hands down the
- 1:04:57Speaker 8: best fast food burger, at least this is my opinion,
- 1:05:00Speaker 8: is the best fast food burger. Just drive through and
- 1:05:03Speaker 8: go get your burger real quick. Whataburger, I think, is
- 1:05:05Speaker 8: the best. But it's still a fast food burger. And
- 1:05:08Speaker 8: he talked about going to Beck's Prime. Now, Beck's Prime,
- 1:05:12Speaker 8: some locations have a drive-thru. Some don't, I believe. but
- 1:05:15Speaker 8: how there's just no comparison. Beck's prime is way better
- 1:05:18Speaker 8: than Whataburger. Absolutely. 100%. 100%. It's better. Beck's prime has
- 1:05:24Speaker 8: excellent burgers. So there's no, even it's not a fast
- 1:05:29Speaker 8: food burger, even though they do have a drive-through. I
- 1:05:32Speaker 8: think the vast majority of people will, I don't know
- 1:05:34Speaker 8: if my vast majority go in, but that's generally the
- 1:05:37Speaker 8: way I do. Occasionally I'll drive through me and my,
- 1:05:39Speaker 8: you know, my friend Duncan who passed away. We used to,
- 1:05:43Speaker 8: Beck's Prime it up on a regular basis and we
- 1:05:45Speaker 8: drive through. But there was no comparison. I like Whataburger.
- 1:05:50Speaker 8: Whataburger is my favorite fast food burger. Beck's Prime is
- 1:05:53Speaker 8: not a fast food burger. It is a much better
- 1:05:56Speaker 8: cut of meat and it is good. Their fries are
- 1:05:59Speaker 8: really good too. Enjoy their fries. And they have, if
- 1:06:02Speaker 8: you've never had, by the way, Craig, if you're listening,
- 1:06:05Speaker 8: their shakes are I don't know how many Hershey's chocolate
- 1:06:08Speaker 8: fans are out there, but they have the Hershey's chocolate shake,
- 1:06:12Speaker 8: which is a chocolate shake made with Hershey's and they
- 1:06:15Speaker 8: are so good. I've heard their vanilla shakes are good too.
- 1:06:18Speaker 8: I think they have strawberry as well, but their chocolate shakes.
- 1:06:22Speaker 8: Oh man. Cause I like, I'm a fan of Hershey's chocolate.
- 1:06:25Speaker 8: I was talking to somebody who's my cousin. She doesn't
- 1:06:29Speaker 8: like Hershey's chocolate at all. She likes all that fancy chocolate.
- 1:06:32Speaker 8: I'm like, yeah, you can tell the difference on the
- 1:06:35Speaker 8: haves and the have-nots. She likes all that fancy chocolate,
- 1:06:38Speaker 8: which I like that, too. But, man, the Hershey's chocolate,
- 1:06:41Speaker 8: I love it. And those Hershey's chocolate shakes at Beck's
- 1:06:44Speaker 8: Prime are great. So occasionally, they also have the dessert portion,
- 1:06:49Speaker 8: which is a much smaller shake. Occasionally, I'll go to
- 1:06:52Speaker 8: Beck's Prime, get myself a Beck's Prime cheeseburger, which is excellent.
- 1:06:57Speaker 8: And then sometimes I'll get fries, too, separately. And the
- 1:07:01Speaker 8: other thing, too, is the cost is a little different.
- 1:07:03Speaker 8: Beck's Prime is not as cheap as, say, Whataburger and
- 1:07:05Speaker 8: the fast food burgers. But, oh, man, they're good burgers.
- 1:07:10Speaker 8: And then I'll get myself one of those dessert portion shakes,
- 1:07:12Speaker 8: which is hilarious because they take a little longer to
- 1:07:15Speaker 8: get your food. So I always finish off the shake
- 1:07:18Speaker 8: before I even get to my burger. So usually if
- 1:07:20Speaker 8: I get a shake, I don't get fries because I'm
- 1:07:22Speaker 8: not going to be able to eat it. And then,
- 1:07:24Speaker 8: like I said, talking about burgers, I mentioned before the
- 1:07:26Speaker 8: Papa's Burger over there on Westheimer. Oh, man, their burgers
- 1:07:30Speaker 8: are fantastic, too. So I'm always looking for the next
- 1:07:33Speaker 8: best burger. Had some recommendations. I mentioned Storm's. My cousin
- 1:07:37Speaker 8: and I went to just a few weeks back when
- 1:07:39Speaker 8: we went up to the Hill Country up there in Mason.
- 1:07:42Speaker 8: But Storm was in... Was it Burnett? I don't remember
- 1:07:48Speaker 8: where Storm was, but it was on the way. She
- 1:07:50Speaker 8: just mentioned it in passing. I was like, wait, do
- 1:07:52Speaker 8: they have good burgers? And she's like, oh yeah, they're great.
- 1:07:54Speaker 8: So we went and had one of their burgers. I'm
- 1:07:57Speaker 8: always looking for that next great burger. Our pal, who
- 1:07:59Speaker 8: I've learned is Mr. Gunn expert now, Ron out in.
- 1:08:04Speaker 8: What is it? Belleville. Man, he knows all about guns,
- 1:08:08Speaker 8: but also he knows about burgers. I think he said
- 1:08:09Speaker 8: there's a place called King Burger. We know there's President's Burger.
- 1:08:12Speaker 8: It used to be the former Trump Burger there. So
- 1:08:15Speaker 8: I like their burgers, too. Those are good. The Trump
- 1:08:17Speaker 8: Burgers were fantastic. I loved them. So I like their burgers.
- 1:08:21Speaker 8: And then I've never been to King Burger. I want
- 1:08:23Speaker 8: to try that. And then I was told I did
- 1:08:26Speaker 8: go to Pinchot's. I was mentioned Pinchot's Burger in Houston.
- 1:08:29Speaker 8: There's one over there off I-10 just inside the Beltway. Yeah.
- 1:08:33Speaker 8: And I went over there and had that. That burger
- 1:08:35Speaker 8: was legit. And then there's another one called, there's another
- 1:08:40Speaker 8: burger joint out there outside of Katy. And I heard
- 1:08:42Speaker 8: it's good. Diner's Cafe or something like that. Diner's Burger
- 1:08:45Speaker 8: or something. They're supposed to have really good ones. So
- 1:08:47Speaker 8: I haven't tried that one yet. I'll try it eventually.
- 1:08:50Speaker 8: But I was within complete agreement with Craig. He was
- 1:08:52Speaker 8: talking about the, there's no comparison between Beck's Prime and Whataburger.
- 1:09:00Speaker 8: They're two different animals. It's, once again, trying to compare
- 1:09:03Speaker 8: Whataburger with Papa's Burger, not even close. The Papa's Burger is,
- 1:09:09Speaker 8: like I said, I almost compare that to the Papa's Steakhouse.
- 1:09:15Speaker 8: That's a very nice steakhouse if you've never been. So
- 1:09:18Speaker 8: they have good food. Anyway, didn't want to run off
- 1:09:21Speaker 8: on a topic, but sometimes I run on like Robert
- 1:09:24Speaker 8: in Pearland. Run on, Robert. All right, so anyway, I
- 1:09:28Speaker 8: want to thank you, Stru, for filling in. Like I said,
- 1:09:31Speaker 8: I fell asleep and then woke up to burger talk
- 1:09:33Speaker 8: on Craig's show. I was like, wait, what's going on?
- 1:09:35Speaker 8: I thought that was my domain. Apparently, he's like the
- 1:09:39Speaker 8: rest of us here in Texas. We love our burgers.
- 1:09:42Speaker 8: So what else we got? Wanted to mention this. Caroline
- 1:09:47Speaker 8: Leavitt is leaving to spend time with her family. She's
- 1:09:49Speaker 8: got a young family, just had another kid. So she's
- 1:09:52Speaker 8: leaving at the end of the month. Trump truthed out
- 1:09:54Speaker 8: something hilarious. One, because I don't know. I'm still confused
- 1:10:01Speaker 8: as to this whole Iran thing. I know I understand
- 1:10:03Speaker 8: why we're there and why we have to get this
- 1:10:05Speaker 8: thing taken care of. But there's other elements. Trump truthed out.
- 1:10:10Speaker 8: The USA— wait, the USA has total control over the Strait
- 1:10:14Speaker 8: of Hormuz. I thought we did before. Is he reiterating it?
- 1:10:17Speaker 8: I don't know. I think we will keep it. Our
- 1:10:20Speaker 8: naval blockade is being called by everyone a wall of steel.
- 1:10:24Speaker 8: And there's nothing Iran can do about it. They have
- 1:10:27Speaker 8: no navy. They have no air force. Their remaining soldiers
- 1:10:30Speaker 8: are unpaid. The IRGC is decimated and fleeing. and their
- 1:10:36Speaker 8: leadership is uncertain at best. They have no money. The
- 1:10:39Speaker 8: country is shot. All they have is fake news and
- 1:10:43Speaker 8: 300% inflation, and it's getting worse. Iran is all talk
- 1:10:48Speaker 8: and no action. The bully of the Middle East no longer.
- 1:10:51Speaker 8: Praise be to Allah. I guess Trump's speaking in a
- 1:10:58Speaker 8: language that everyone here can easily understand. Oh, and I
- 1:11:04Speaker 8: just saw, hold on, El Senador is posting on social media,
- 1:11:08Speaker 8: Harris County to undergo second state mandated elections audit in
- 1:11:12Speaker 8: four years. Once again, Harris County elections have been selected
- 1:11:15Speaker 8: for a random election audit by the office of the
- 1:11:19Speaker 8: Texas Secretary of State. This will be the country's second
- 1:11:24Speaker 8: audit with the first one clearly documenting the failures and
- 1:11:28Speaker 8: defunct former EAO, Elections Administration's office. That blew the 22-county-wide election? Oh, yeah,
- 1:11:35Speaker 8: they blew it all right. As in, like, politicians or hookers.
- 1:11:41Speaker 8: A sharp story by John Lomax at the Comical, the Chronicle.
- 1:11:44Speaker 8: As he goes into detail, he said it's worth reading now,
- 1:11:46Speaker 8: so he posted it on social media. So if you're
- 1:11:48Speaker 8: following Paul Betancourt, go do that. At some point, if
- 1:11:52Speaker 8: I can go find it while I'm doing the show,
- 1:11:54Speaker 8: I'll re-exit, retweet it, whatever that is. But this was
- 1:11:59Speaker 8: what I just saw on Facebook.
- 1:12:01Speaker 26: And.
- 1:12:04Speaker 8: Yeah, they had to get rid of that elections office
- 1:12:07Speaker 8: in Harris County because they kept hiring these elections administrator
- 1:12:11Speaker 8: that quote unquote botched elections. Somehow their definition of botching
- 1:12:18Speaker 8: an election leads to Democrat takeover. And that happened for
- 1:12:21Speaker 8: years until they were forced by the state to get
- 1:12:24Speaker 8: rid of them.
- 1:12:25Speaker 5: So, hey, what a.
- 1:12:26Speaker 8: Concept, huh? They got rid of them and now they're
- 1:12:29Speaker 8: being conducted again by elected state officials. Shocker. Shouldn't that
- 1:12:33Speaker 8: be the case always? Yeah, it should. Anyway, so but
- 1:12:38Speaker 8: we want to mention those as we got into the program.
- 1:12:42Speaker 8: Still haven't even got President Trump confirming that his advisers
- 1:12:44Speaker 8: told him to switch planes in Turkey over that security threat.
- 1:12:47Speaker 8: We can get into that. And then that the Trump
- 1:12:49Speaker 8: administration will no longer fund gender transition surgeries using Medicaid
- 1:12:55Speaker 8: for minors. Trump called those procedures barbaric. If you know
- 1:13:00Speaker 8: anything about those procedures, you would know that they are
- 1:13:03Speaker 8: absolutely barbaric. They really are. And Democrats are all in
- 1:13:08Speaker 8: on— it amazes me. You have these fanatical Muslims that come
- 1:13:13Speaker 8: to our country from other countries that are trying to
- 1:13:16Speaker 8: make genital mutilation possible. Part of their practice, which is
- 1:13:19Speaker 8: a very terrible thing if you don't know what that is,
- 1:13:21Speaker 8: but that's what they do. A thing called female circumcision,
- 1:13:25Speaker 8: which is just simply mutilating females so they can't enjoy sex,
- 1:13:29Speaker 8: so that they can somehow reign over them and keep
- 1:13:32Speaker 8: them under control. And then now the Democrats are in
- 1:13:36Speaker 8: the same business under a different guise of wokeism for
- 1:13:40Speaker 8: female genital mutilation and also male genital mutilation of children.
- 1:13:46Speaker 8: And they're all in saying we got to do you
- 1:13:48Speaker 8: have to sometimes you have to listen to the children.
- 1:13:51Speaker 8: I'm sorry, but if we don't let kids smoke, we
- 1:13:53Speaker 8: don't let them vote. We don't let them drive. We
- 1:13:56Speaker 8: don't let them buy alcohol. Why would you let them
- 1:13:59Speaker 8: have gender, quote unquote, altering surgery, body mutilation surgery that
- 1:14:04Speaker 8: will affect them the rest of their lives? There's nothing
- 1:14:08Speaker 8: wrong with children. I love children. But to allow them
- 1:14:11Speaker 8: to undergo these sort of procedures under the guise of
- 1:14:15Speaker 8: wokeism is absolute. For one, it's medical malpractice, and it
- 1:14:19Speaker 8: should be treated as such. Two, it is barbaric. And
- 1:14:24Speaker 8: the Democrats are all in. Oh, that guy running for.
- 1:14:27Speaker 3: U.S.
- 1:14:28Speaker 8: Senate in Texas, James Tallarico, he loves the trans kids.
- 1:14:32Speaker 8: He's all about the trans kids. Oh, are you kidding me?
- 1:14:35Speaker 8: He loves trans kids.
- 1:14:37Speaker 18: Something that you love that's not family or friends.
- 1:14:42Speaker 32: I love, and I'm just saying this because it's on
- 1:14:44Speaker 32: my mind, the trans children who showed up yesterday at
- 1:14:49Speaker 32: the state capitol to advocate for their humanity.
- 1:14:51Speaker 3: They shouldn't have to, but it was an inspiration to watch.
- 1:14:55Speaker 8: To advocate for their humanity. So he's in the business
- 1:14:58Speaker 8: of allowing children to be manipulated and brutalized under these
- 1:15:02Speaker 8: barbaric procedures under the guise of wokeism. I saw Ken
- 1:15:09Speaker 8: Paxton is doing the talk show Circa Dow, go making
- 1:15:12Speaker 8: the rounds, trying to generate some money because he started
- 1:15:15Speaker 8: off behind the eight ball. He's three months behind. And
- 1:15:18Speaker 8: he's starting to do it so he can start advertising
- 1:15:19Speaker 8: so they can actually paint this Talafrico as what he
- 1:15:22Speaker 8: actually is.
- 1:15:23Speaker 32: Did they teach you in Sunday school that Jesus Christ
- 1:15:26Speaker 32: himself was a radical? The American flag is such a
- 1:15:31Speaker 32: complicated symbol for most of us. God is non-binary. You
- 1:15:36Speaker 32: can't call yourself a Christian and reject the stranger seeking
- 1:15:40Speaker 32: asylum at our southern border. Our trans community needs abortion
- 1:15:44Speaker 32: care too. Modern science obviously recognizes that there are are
- 1:15:49Speaker 32: many more than.
- 1:15:49Speaker 3: Two biological sexes. In fact, there are six.
- 1:15:53Speaker 32: Prophetic voices like Jesus have helped me reckon with my
- 1:15:55Speaker 32: own whiteness. Our southern border should be like our front porch.
- 1:16:00Speaker 32: There should be a giant welcome mat out front.
- 1:16:03Speaker 3: We are trying to.
- 1:16:04Speaker 32: Fundamentally change the politics in this state and in this country.
- 1:16:09Speaker 8: That's true.
- 1:16:09Speaker 32: No need to sit and cry over your whiteness or
- 1:16:13Speaker 32: your masculinity.
- 1:16:14Speaker 8: If you've seen any of James Tallarigo's commercials now... He's
- 1:16:18Speaker 8: basically running a full campaign against everything that he has
- 1:16:21Speaker 8: said and stood for for years in the state of
- 1:16:24Speaker 8: Texas now. That's where we're at. They're doing everything they
- 1:16:28Speaker 8: can to convince people he's just a regular dude like
- 1:16:32Speaker 8: you and me. He's just a regular guy. It's all cool.
- 1:16:35Speaker 8: It's good. By the way, some of these Democrat Socialist
- 1:16:40Speaker 8: candidates got smoked last night, and it has Mike Luntz.
- 1:16:44Speaker 8: Looking at the results of the Wisconsin primary, saying, hey,
- 1:16:47Speaker 8: we need a complete shutdown of primary polling in the
- 1:16:50Speaker 8: Midwestern United States until we can figure out what the
- 1:16:52Speaker 8: hell's going on. Because we're watching the polling not even
- 1:16:56Speaker 8: remotely resemble what's happening in these elections, which is why
- 1:16:59Speaker 8: they're polls. But how are they conducting the polling? We
- 1:17:02Speaker 8: can get into that, and we'll take your calls as
- 1:17:04Speaker 8: well if you want to join us. Let's go ahead

- 1:19:30Speaker 18: Doors, no one knows more than the doctor.
- 1:19:34Speaker 24: Garage doors, doctor.
- 1:19:36Speaker 3: We got a call late New Year's Eve.
- 1:19:37Speaker 6: A father with big plans for his family the next
- 1:19:39Speaker 6: day said his garage door spring just snapped. He couldn't
- 1:19:42Speaker 6: get his car out and wouldn't be able to get
- 1:19:44Speaker 6: his family to where they needed to go. He felt
- 1:19:46Speaker 6: stuck and alone. So we showed up fast with the
- 1:19:49Speaker 6: right spring and the right parts to.
- 1:19:50Speaker 3: Fix it right.
- 1:19:51Speaker 6: We didn't talk about the price. We didn't wait till
- 1:19:53Speaker 6: the morning. We fixed it right then. Because at Garage

- 1:20:20Speaker 2: When it comes to garage doors, no one knows more
- 1:20:23Speaker 2: than the doctor.
- 1:20:28Speaker 3: Chris X radio.
- 1:20:37Speaker 8: I was talking to Lucas during the break. It was
- 1:20:43Speaker 8: mentioning Greg and talking about burgers. I was like, is
- 1:20:45Speaker 8: that my show? I'm the burger guy, right? At least
- 1:20:48Speaker 8: I thought I was. The other thing, too, I noticed
- 1:20:52Speaker 8: early on in the program, I heard Ben talking to
- 1:20:54Speaker 8: my producer. Producer Lucas, are you allowed to talk with
- 1:20:58Speaker 8: guest villain host? Are you allowed to actually do that
- 1:20:59Speaker 8: on the air?
- 1:21:02Speaker 17: I don't know.
- 1:21:02Speaker 15: The contract didn't specify.
- 1:21:04Speaker 8: All right. We need to look into that again. I mean,
- 1:21:07Speaker 8: I'll let Ben fill in for me, but I don't
- 1:21:09Speaker 8: know if I should let him talk to my producer.
- 1:21:10Speaker 8: I mean, my producer is kind of like a protected class, right?
- 1:21:14Speaker 8: Is it? It's news to Lucas. Which he did fine.
- 1:21:21Speaker 8: By the way, I love how Ben always grills the producers.
- 1:21:24Speaker 8: Gives them literally nothing to go by on his music selection.
- 1:21:30Speaker 8: And they have to go just try to figure it
- 1:21:31Speaker 8: out on their own. I was getting close.
- 1:21:33Speaker 15: I was getting close there in the middle.
- 1:21:35Speaker 8: By the way, at one point, I heard Ben say
- 1:21:37Speaker 8: he likes country, but you don't necessarily have to do country.
- 1:21:40Speaker 8: And then I heard him say 90s. I'm like, is
- 1:21:41Speaker 8: there anything from the 90s? Ben was saying that was
- 1:21:45Speaker 8: new music a week ago. And then he said, okay, 80s.
- 1:21:47Speaker 8: I'm like, okay, that's good. Mention that. And then the
- 1:21:49Speaker 8: next thing Lucas came in with was Rebel Yell by
- 1:21:52Speaker 8: Billy Idol from the 80s. Rebel Yell, then 80s. That
- 1:21:57Speaker 8: was a money pick right there, Lucas. You did good.
- 1:21:59Speaker 15: I got straight lucky, man.
- 1:22:01Speaker 8: Man, you did awesome. That was a good one. And
- 1:22:04Speaker 8: the best part was I don't think either one of
- 1:22:05Speaker 8: them knew what it was.
- 1:22:07Speaker 9: Nope.
- 1:22:08Speaker 8: Lucas is too young, and Ben is too old. And
- 1:22:12Speaker 8: Ben's not even that old. That's not good. Once again,
- 1:22:17Speaker 8: that's why I stick with my music here on Chris
- 1:22:19Speaker 8: X Radio. All right, welcome back to the program. Okay,
- 1:22:21Speaker 8: let's go to the calls. If you want to join us, 281-558-KSCV, 281-558-5738.
- 1:22:28Speaker 8: Let's go to Stephen listening in Tomball. Stephen, thanks for
- 1:22:30Speaker 8: hanging on. Welcome to Chris X Radio.
- 1:22:33Speaker 10: Hey, Chris, thanks for taking my call. Hey, I just
- 1:22:35Speaker 10: want to cover a couple of things real quick. You know,
- 1:22:38Speaker 10: back in 22 when they ripped us off on the
- 1:22:40Speaker 10: voting for Harris County being busted, the girl that was, well,
- 1:22:43Speaker 10: the guy or he, she, whatever that was running it,
- 1:22:46Speaker 10: that used to be Sylvia Garcia's boy toy or girl toy.
- 1:22:50Speaker 10: She was with her for years, and then they hired
- 1:22:53Speaker 10: her in Harris County to run that election there, and
- 1:22:56Speaker 10: that's why they got ripped off. And then they put
- 1:22:58Speaker 10: in Rodney Ellis' and Sheila Jackson Lee's little toy. And then,
- 1:23:04Speaker 10: you know, back way back when I used to live
- 1:23:07Speaker 10: in Precinct 2 and District 20, we fought a water company.
- 1:23:12Speaker 10: And we went to Austin and fought it. And then
- 1:23:16Speaker 10: they were voted on. They got ready to go to
- 1:23:18Speaker 10: get it as a bill. And Sylvia Garcia was presenting it.
- 1:23:23Speaker 10: And it got kicked out. And the reason it got
- 1:23:26Speaker 10: kicked out was because she added the girls and boys
- 1:23:29Speaker 10: bathroom thing on there. I'll have to find that bill again.
- 1:23:32Speaker 10: And share it with you. It's the truth. I don't BS.
- 1:23:37Speaker 10: And then that Fratafrico guy, I don't know if you've
- 1:23:39Speaker 10: seen his commercial this morning where he's showing his papaw
- 1:23:42Speaker 10: or peepaw, whatever he calls him. And he's saying that
- 1:23:44Speaker 10: he was raised by the Bible and in church.
- 1:23:47Speaker 7: Man, you should see my wife.
- 1:23:48Speaker 22: She goes, what?
- 1:23:49Speaker 10: And there's the other one where he's saying his poor
- 1:23:51Speaker 10: mama was taking the clothes out of the dryer. And
- 1:23:54Speaker 10: my wife goes, well, the reason she's working hard is
- 1:23:56Speaker 10: because she overloaded the dryer. Hey, you have a great day.
- 1:23:59Speaker 7: Welcome back.
- 1:24:00Speaker 10: Sorry for your loss. It was a crazy show yesterday.
- 1:24:04Speaker 10: We need to do a, what do you call it,
- 1:24:06Speaker 10: the pizza party.
- 1:24:06Speaker 3: I've never been.
- 1:24:07Speaker 10: But hang in there. You guys got a great show, man.
- 1:24:10Speaker 10: I'll listen on the way home.
- 1:24:11Speaker 8: Have a good one.
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: Bye-bye.
- 1:24:12Speaker 8: Thank you, Stephen. I appreciate the call. I appreciate you listening.
- 1:24:15Speaker 8: On your drive home in the afternoons, try to keep
- 1:24:18Speaker 8: it entertaining to a certain degree. And like I said,
- 1:24:20Speaker 8: that's one of the reasons I like when Ben fills in,
- 1:24:22Speaker 8: because it is entertaining. And if it sounded anything like
- 1:24:25Speaker 8: the Amigos, boy, there's some good craziness right there. So
- 1:24:29Speaker 8: from what I'm told, it sort of turned into an
- 1:24:30Speaker 8: Amigos on Tuesday, which, first of all, just being out
- 1:24:34Speaker 8: yesterday was weird for me, driving up into the Hill Country, well,
- 1:24:37Speaker 8: based in Austin. Which, by the way, Austin is beautiful.
- 1:24:40Speaker 8: I love the area. I just hate the craziness of
- 1:24:43Speaker 8: the politics within Austin. It's nuts over there in Travis County.
- 1:24:47Speaker 8: But that being said, it's a beautiful area. I love
- 1:24:48Speaker 8: the hills and the Hill Country. Always have. So driving
- 1:24:51Speaker 8: through it is nice. But once again, just going up,
- 1:24:56Speaker 8: driving all the way up there, three hours plus, and
- 1:24:58Speaker 8: then three hours back. I can't do that sort of
- 1:25:02Speaker 8: driving so much anymore. I also have to give a
- 1:25:05Speaker 8: shout out to Jay over at Lamb Co. because I
- 1:25:08Speaker 8: just had my 100,000 mile tune up and my truck
- 1:25:11Speaker 8: ran because it was hot yesterday. Driving in that heat.
- 1:25:14Speaker 8: On those freeways, it gets over 100 degrees, obviously, and
- 1:25:17Speaker 8: everything was good. My truck ran great. My AC is
- 1:25:19Speaker 8: running good. Knock on wood. Oh, my God. If my
- 1:25:21Speaker 8: AC went out on my truck, I think I would
- 1:25:24Speaker 8: be dying. I would be there first thing in the
- 1:25:28Speaker 8: morning at Jay's. Jay, okay, you got to fix this
- 1:25:30Speaker 8: for me, dude. You guys at Humble AMCO. But they
- 1:25:33Speaker 8: do a great job and did a great job on
- 1:25:34Speaker 8: my 100,000-mile tune-up with the fluids and flush and the
- 1:25:38Speaker 8: transmission flush. Everything ran great. It ran like a top.
- 1:25:41Speaker 8: In fact, it was funny because I don't drive as fast.
- 1:25:44Speaker 8: When I was younger, you try to drive fast to
- 1:25:46Speaker 8: get there quicker. You really don't save that much time.
- 1:25:49Speaker 8: So I don't drive as fast as I used to.
- 1:25:52Speaker 8: But still, there's 75 miles an hour speed limit in
- 1:25:55Speaker 8: certain areas. And then it was funny, on the drive
- 1:25:57Speaker 8: up there, I found myself under the speed limit. I'm like,
- 1:25:59Speaker 8: I've got to catch up. I've got to catch up.
- 1:26:01Speaker 8: So I'm between 70, 75. And then on the way back,
- 1:26:04Speaker 8: I notice, oh, I'm doing 83, 84, 85. Okay, I
- 1:26:08Speaker 8: need to slow down a little bit. Because on the
- 1:26:11Speaker 8: way up, I saw a lot of cops. State troopers,
- 1:26:14Speaker 8: saw a lot of them. On the way back, I
- 1:26:16Speaker 8: didn't see any hardly. So you never know who's going
- 1:26:20Speaker 8: to be what, when, where, why, or how. And thank
- 1:26:22Speaker 8: you for the condolences. I appreciate that. It's always, as
- 1:26:26Speaker 8: I mentioned in the first hour, it's always a little
- 1:26:28Speaker 8: bizarre for me to attend funerals, especially with family members.
- 1:26:33Speaker 8: I've been a very blessed individual. And like I said,
- 1:26:36Speaker 8: I know we lost some of my mom's side brothers
- 1:26:39Speaker 8: and sisters, and they were out in North Carolina, so
- 1:26:41Speaker 8: I didn't attend their services. And these are people that
- 1:26:43Speaker 8: I'd met maybe once, and my life didn't really know them.
- 1:26:47Speaker 8: And then until my mom passed away, and then my
- 1:26:49Speaker 8: dad here about five years ago, And then now my uncle. So,
- 1:26:53Speaker 8: like I said, I've been very lucky as far as
- 1:26:56Speaker 8: having friends and family in my life for a very
- 1:26:58Speaker 8: long time. And I love them that passed away. And
- 1:27:00Speaker 8: now we're getting to the age where we're starting to
- 1:27:03Speaker 8: see more of that. And when people start getting in
- 1:27:05Speaker 8: their mid-80s, that's a good long run. Now, the only
- 1:27:10Speaker 8: person who wants to live to be 86 is the 85-year-old.
- 1:27:13Speaker 8: I understand that. I kind of want to live to
- 1:27:16Speaker 8: be 100. But it depends on quality of life. You
- 1:27:18Speaker 8: want to live as long as you can live a
- 1:27:19Speaker 8: good quality of life. And I know my uncle... Like
- 1:27:22Speaker 8: I said, he'd had the heart surgery, and then, of course,
- 1:27:23Speaker 8: his hips replaced, and he couldn't get around like he
- 1:27:25Speaker 8: used to, and then he had the dementia. And that just, man,
- 1:27:31Speaker 8: that stuff's just horrible. You want to keep active and
- 1:27:34Speaker 8: take care of yourself. Now, I tend to eat a
- 1:27:37Speaker 8: little too much and definitely don't exercise as much as
- 1:27:39Speaker 8: I should, like my brothers do. Now my brothers are
- 1:27:42Speaker 8: in great shape, and I need to get in. I'm
- 1:27:44Speaker 8: in okay shape, but not great shape. I need to
- 1:27:46Speaker 8: get in better shape. As I've gotten older, I've gotten
- 1:27:49Speaker 8: far more sedentary. spend way too much time in front
- 1:27:52Speaker 8: of this computer preparing for these radio shows in a
- 1:27:54Speaker 8: cold studio, which has happened since I got on radio. So,
- 1:27:58Speaker 8: and I don't play baseball anymore. So I don't have that,
- 1:28:00Speaker 8: you know, that forced me to get out and get
- 1:28:03Speaker 8: in shape. Now I got to do it just for
- 1:28:05Speaker 8: my health. So I've got to do that. But, um, Yeah,
- 1:28:09Speaker 8: funerals are rough. And then you talk about— I saw the
- 1:28:12Speaker 8: ad for James Tallarico and his grandpa. And, of course,
- 1:28:16Speaker 8: they're once again just trying to make him look like
- 1:28:17Speaker 8: a regular Texan, just like you and I. He's not— he
- 1:28:20Speaker 8: didn't vote— he voted for letting pedophiles out of prison three
- 1:28:24Speaker 8: times in 2021. That's how good he is. That, and
- 1:28:29Speaker 8: he wants to trans the children. And Jesus is for
- 1:28:32Speaker 8: transing the children. And he loves the trans children and
- 1:28:34Speaker 8: just— This guy is running a campaign against himself and
- 1:28:39Speaker 8: that needs to be done. be exposed. So I'm hoping
- 1:28:41Speaker 8: Ken Paxton— I was listening to a Strew of the View
- 1:28:43Speaker 8: talk about, hey, if you have the ability to get
- 1:28:45Speaker 8: out and donate to the Republican Party, now's the time
- 1:28:47Speaker 8: to do so, because the Democrats are fired up, and
- 1:28:50Speaker 8: they're using all the misinformation and everything that is wrong
- 1:28:53Speaker 8: in the world, many of them brought to you by
- 1:28:56Speaker 8: your fellow Democrat Party, mind you, but they're blaming the
- 1:28:59Speaker 8: Republicans and their propaganda apparatus, the lamestream media. Oh, they're
- 1:29:03Speaker 8: all in on it. making sure they blame the other side.
- 1:29:08Speaker 8: You can donate, donate. Let's get out. Once again, Republicans
- 1:29:11Speaker 8: aren't perfect. Why we have to hold our side to
- 1:29:14Speaker 8: a standard of perfection compared to the other side that
- 1:29:16Speaker 8: holds themselves to the standard of transing your children? You
- 1:29:20Speaker 8: got me. Whoever convinced of that, how they got that
- 1:29:24Speaker 8: run by, I don't know. But it's insane. And by
- 1:29:29Speaker 8: the way, Francesca Hong, who lost her very close primary
- 1:29:32Speaker 8: last night, Saw some late mail-in ballot dumps. Are the
- 1:29:38Speaker 8: Democrats starting to use the tactics in their primaries to
- 1:29:41Speaker 8: hang on to their power against the Democrat socialists? Are
- 1:29:45Speaker 8: they starting to use some of the same tactics they've
- 1:29:46Speaker 8: been using against Republicans in elections? Now you really know
- 1:29:52Speaker 8: why they want to be able to continue elections in
- 1:29:56Speaker 8: the current fashion in which they're being conducted. All right,
- 1:29:59Speaker 8: let's take a break. Thanks for the call, Stephen.
- 1:30:00Speaker 25: 281-558-KCV.
- 1:30:03Speaker 8: 281-558-5738. We've got two segments remaining, and then we'll turn
- 1:30:07Speaker 8: it over to the Craig Collins Show, and then he
- 1:30:11Speaker 8: can talk about burgers again. We'll see. I was too
- 1:30:14Speaker 8: tired yesterday to go out and get a burger. Tonight,
- 1:30:18Speaker 8: I don't think I'm going to need much incentive. I
- 1:30:22Speaker 8: was asking Lucas. I mean, if someone was to press me, Lucas,
- 1:30:27Speaker 8: would you suggest I go get a burger later? Would
- 1:30:29Speaker 8: you say yes or no?
- 1:30:31Speaker 12: It doesn't sound like my opinion is going to sway
- 1:30:34Speaker 12: you one way or another, huh?
- 1:30:35Speaker 8: Okay, that's a yes for me. I'll take it. Thank you.
- 1:30:37Speaker 3: Yes, sir.
- 1:30:38Speaker 8: All right, 281-558-KSEV. You're listening to Chris X Radio.

- 1:31:27Speaker 3: Then and there.
- 1:31:28Speaker 25: The Taos Roofing Crew has been working together fixing leaky

- 1:31:33Speaker 11: It's not a pretty truck, but it has everything we
- 1:31:35Speaker 11: need to get the job done.
- 1:31:36Speaker 3: I kind of like the way it looks.
- 1:31:37Speaker 25: Most roofing repairs cost less than $ 500. Why? Because we
- 1:31:42Speaker 25: find the cause of the leak and repair that leak.
- 1:31:44Speaker 25: We won't try to sell you services you don't need.
- 1:31:47Speaker 21: And we'll fix it right away because everything we need,
- 1:31:49Speaker 21: it's in our truck.

- 1:32:03Speaker 25: That's Tejas Roofing, 281-251-0304.

- 1:32:15Speaker 23: Hello, Chris Salcedo.
- 1:32:16Speaker 7: How are you today?
- 1:32:17Speaker 5: Is this our hate-filled liberal from New York?
- 1:32:19Speaker 24: Not at all.
- 1:32:19Speaker 22: This is the red-blooded American.
- 1:32:21Speaker 23: You're lying propaganda.
- 1:32:23Speaker 8: And you say you're a chemical engineer?
- 1:32:25Speaker 4: The dangers of socialism and communism, it produces mind-numbed idiots
- 1:32:28Speaker 4: like you just heard.
- 1:32:29Speaker 9: You'll probably find 3,000 chemical engineers.
- 1:32:32Speaker 7: They mix it in the bathtubs.
- 1:32:33Speaker 22: They mix it in the chairs in the backyards in
- 1:32:35Speaker 22: five-gallon buckets.
- 1:32:36Speaker 8: That's great, Chuck.
- 1:32:37Speaker 3: The Chris Salcedo Show, 7 to 9 a.m.
- 1:32:42Speaker 12: At O'Hare & Company Real Estate, we believe there are

- 1:32:49Speaker 12: stand against the tyranny that is happening and want to
- 1:32:52Speaker 12: protect what our veterans and forefathers have fought and died for.
- 1:32:55Speaker 12: Texans are independent thinkers, self-reliant, and bold. If you want

- 1:34:35Speaker 17: Chris X Radio.
- 1:34:49Speaker 8: Welcome back to Chris X Radio. I'm the informant, your
- 1:34:51Speaker 8: next man. Glad to have you here with us. We've
- 1:34:53Speaker 8: got this segment and one more remaining. So if you
- 1:34:55Speaker 8: want to get in before we run out of time, 281-558-KSCV, 281-558-5738.
- 1:35:01Speaker 8: All right, so a lot going on. Let's go ahead
- 1:35:05Speaker 8: and go to the phones here. We always make sure
- 1:35:07Speaker 8: to make priority to get to our callers. Try not
- 1:35:09Speaker 8: to keep you holding for too long, usually. sometimes that
- 1:35:13Speaker 8: there's a lot of stuff to get to, but we'll
- 1:35:14Speaker 8: go to the phones here. 2 8 1 5 5
- 1:35:17Speaker 8: 8 5 7 3 8. Let's go to David listening
- 1:35:19Speaker 8: in spring. David, thank you for hanging on. Welcome to
- 1:35:22Speaker 8: Chris X radio.
- 1:35:25Speaker 6: Chris.
- 1:35:25Speaker 7: Thanks. Thanks for taking my call. I just got back
- 1:35:27Speaker 7: from Colorado. My, uh, my fourth home. Uh, but I'm
- 1:35:30Speaker 7: back in spring. Uh, man, this Senate race, it is
- 1:35:34Speaker 7: a freaking crazy. I mean, uh, Ken Paxton, uh, You know,
- 1:35:40Speaker 7: why are people poking into his private life? Sure, he
- 1:35:43Speaker 7: cheated on his wife, but is that anybody's business? I mean,
- 1:35:46Speaker 7: look what they did to Gary Hart back in the day.
- 1:35:49Speaker 7: You know, Gary Hart was running for president, and he
- 1:35:52Speaker 7: got caught with photos. You know, Ken Paxton got caught
- 1:35:55Speaker 7: walking some lady friend in Europe. You know, just because
- 1:36:01Speaker 7: he's a Texan doesn't mean he can't travel to Europe
- 1:36:03Speaker 7: with his mistress. I mean, this is ridiculous. This is
- 1:36:06Speaker 7: his private life. Stay out of his private life. And
- 1:36:09Speaker 7: you know what? All this stuff they're talking about, how
- 1:36:11Speaker 7: Ken Paxton gave a sweetheart deal like 30 days in
- 1:36:15Speaker 7: jail or 30 days probation to a guy that sexually
- 1:36:20Speaker 7: molested and assaulted his child. I mean, that has nothing
- 1:36:25Speaker 7: to do with the fact that that guy was a
- 1:36:26Speaker 7: lawyer and maybe was friends with Paxton. Nothing to do
- 1:36:30Speaker 7: with it. Again, that's a personal matter. You know, I mean,
- 1:36:33Speaker 7: what happens in the family stays in the family. And
- 1:36:35Speaker 7: I think it's ridiculous.
- 1:36:39Speaker 8: Are you done with your anti-Ken Paxton commercial?
- 1:36:43Speaker 7: No, I'm not anti-Ken Paxton. I mean, he's the man.
- 1:36:46Speaker 7: You know what? He can look you in the eye
- 1:36:48Speaker 7: and look you in your hand as he goes to
- 1:36:50Speaker 7: shake it at the same time. He is a real Texan.
- 1:36:55Speaker 8: That was pretty good, David. I got to give you
- 1:36:56Speaker 8: credit on that one. He's got a bit of a
- 1:36:58Speaker 8: wonky eye. Okay, you do know that he's going through
- 1:37:01Speaker 8: a divorce with his wife and when he was with
- 1:37:02Speaker 8: his girlfriend over in overseas, that... But once again, he
- 1:37:07Speaker 8: did cheat on his wife, no doubt about it. He
- 1:37:09Speaker 8: absolutely did.
- 1:37:10Speaker 7: Okay, yeah. I mean, it's ridiculous.
- 1:37:13Speaker 8: That's fair game.
- 1:37:13Speaker 7: Go ahead.
- 1:37:15Speaker 8: I think that's absolutely fair game for the Tallarico campaign.
- 1:37:18Speaker 8: But it is funny that the guy running against Ken
- 1:37:20Speaker 8: Paxton is literally running a campaign against everything that he
- 1:37:24Speaker 8: stood for for the last five years. Do you have
- 1:37:26Speaker 8: a problem with that or not really?
- 1:37:28Speaker 7: I don't think that's true. I don't think that's true.
- 1:37:31Speaker 8: Okay, name a position that he stands for now. Okay,
- 1:37:35Speaker 8: transing children, six genders, I don't know, non-binary God?
- 1:37:41Speaker 7: Yeah, you know, non-binary God. Like, I mean, is that
- 1:37:46Speaker 7: all y'all have? Transgendering childrens?
- 1:37:51Speaker 3: Do you think it's okay.
- 1:37:52Speaker 8: To mutilate a child's body to emulate that? Do you
- 1:37:55Speaker 8: think it's okay to do surgery on children to do
- 1:38:00Speaker 8: things that will affect their body or their reproductive organs
- 1:38:02Speaker 8: for the rest of their life before they're old enough
- 1:38:05Speaker 8: to even vote or drive a vehicle or smoke or drink?
- 1:38:08Speaker 8: Do you think that's a good idea?
- 1:38:09Speaker 7: No, absolutely not. And that's why it's such a minuscule amount. But, no, that's... Wait, wait, wait,
- 1:38:19Speaker 7: is that.
- 1:38:19Speaker 8: James Tallarico has openly advocated for transing children for years.
- 1:38:25Speaker 8: And now he's campaigning against it.
- 1:38:27Speaker 24: Hey, hey, if a child.
- 1:38:29Speaker 7: if a parent can molest their child and get a
- 1:38:32Speaker 7: sweetheart deal, I think it's also okay. You don't know
- 1:38:35Speaker 7: anything about that case.
- 1:38:36Speaker 8: You should probably look it up. We're talking about the
- 1:38:40Speaker 8: most successful attorney general in the country fighting back against
- 1:38:45Speaker 8: governmental overreach. But once again, we're going to ignore all
- 1:38:47Speaker 8: that to cherry pick a case that you clearly don't
- 1:38:49Speaker 8: even know anything about. But whatever, we don't even have
- 1:38:52Speaker 8: to go down that route. I would encourage you to
- 1:38:54Speaker 8: actually go look at the evidence and to see what
- 1:38:56Speaker 8: was offered and what could actually happen. You just took
- 1:39:00Speaker 8: you once again, you pivoted from James Tallarico being behind
- 1:39:03Speaker 8: the transing of children and the surgeries on minor children.
- 1:39:08Speaker 22: In order to attack.
- 1:39:09Speaker 6: It's going to be crazy.
- 1:39:11Speaker 12: Everyone's going to be gay.
- 1:39:13Speaker 25: I can't handle it.
- 1:39:14Speaker 7: Please God, please God.
- 1:39:16Speaker 3: You know what?
- 1:39:16Speaker 8: I can't compete with this intellectuality that you're throwing at me, David.
- 1:39:19Speaker 7: I can't compete with this because I'm too stupid. Sometimes
- 1:39:22Speaker 7: remember Chris.
- 1:39:25Speaker 8: Sometimes.
- 1:39:27Speaker 28: Yeah.
- 1:39:28Speaker 7: Thanks for the call.
- 1:39:29Speaker 8: I appreciate it. That's about all I can handle of you, David.
- 1:39:32Speaker 8: I love how you call into the fake guys once again. Listen,
- 1:39:36Speaker 8: you want to personally attack Ken Paxton? Go for it, dude.
- 1:39:39Speaker 8: That's your prerogative. I don't even have a problem with that.
- 1:39:41Speaker 8: He's got plenty of skeletons in his closet with his
- 1:39:44Speaker 8: personal life. Absolutely. And he's not the first one. I
- 1:39:48Speaker 8: did not have sexual relations with that woman. You got
- 1:39:51Speaker 8: to remember that guy? Boy, you were all behind him,
- 1:39:53Speaker 8: weren't you? Then it didn't matter so much. But now
- 1:39:56Speaker 8: it matters because it's a Republican. I don't care that
- 1:40:00Speaker 8: he had an affair on his wife. His wife's pretty
- 1:40:02Speaker 8: well aware of that. And she serves in the Texas house. Yeah,
- 1:40:07Speaker 8: she was well, she's still serving there. I imagine, you
- 1:40:09Speaker 8: know what, what a man's agreement is with his wife
- 1:40:11Speaker 8: is none of my business. I don't care. But when
- 1:40:14Speaker 8: you start lying about it under oath and you lose
- 1:40:17Speaker 8: your license to practice law, that's different. Ken Paxton hasn't
- 1:40:20Speaker 8: done that. And then you've talked about this one case
- 1:40:23Speaker 8: of this pedophile that is the garbage rumor that is
- 1:40:25Speaker 8: put out by leftist people like yourself that, once again,
- 1:40:28Speaker 8: you didn't want to comment on any of the things
- 1:40:31Speaker 8: that James Tallarico has voted for or campaigned against or
- 1:40:35Speaker 8: for in the last year. He's doing a 180 to
- 1:40:38Speaker 8: try to convince people, and you're right there with him.
- 1:40:40Speaker 8: You're right in on the propaganda, David, right with him.
- 1:40:43Speaker 8: And once again, I appreciate you listening. And I'm kidding
- 1:40:46Speaker 8: with you, calling you stupid. You're just biased. That's all.
- 1:40:49Speaker 8: I don't think you're stupid. But you purposefully, much like Rusty,
- 1:40:52Speaker 8: will avoid situations and information that doesn't suit your narrative.
- 1:40:59Speaker 8: Did you hear how I admitted on Ken Paxton when
- 1:41:01Speaker 8: you asked him about him cheating and then actually did
- 1:41:04Speaker 8: the factual looked into the evidence and the things?
- 1:41:06Speaker 21: No, no, no.
- 1:41:07Speaker 8: That's the difference between my side and your side. Your
- 1:41:10Speaker 8: side ignores it to achieve political points. My side acknowledges it.
- 1:41:15Speaker 8: I'm going to go with that. And yeah, you talk
- 1:41:16Speaker 8: about everybody being gay.
- 1:41:17Speaker 10: No, no, no.
- 1:41:18Speaker 8: I don't care about gay. What I care about is
- 1:41:20Speaker 8: children who are confused and don't know what they're doing
- 1:41:23Speaker 8: and aren't able to be of age to make decisions,
- 1:41:26Speaker 8: life altering decisions. We don't allow them to smoke. We
- 1:41:29Speaker 8: don't allow them to drink alcohol. We don't allow them
- 1:41:31Speaker 8: to do drugs. We don't allow them to vote. We
- 1:41:34Speaker 8: don't allow them to drive vehicles.
- 1:41:35Speaker 3: Why?
- 1:41:36Speaker 8: Because they're too immature to make those decisions. But David,
- 1:41:39Speaker 8: you want to support a guy who would absolutely. OK, yeah, gotcha.
- 1:41:44Speaker 8: All right, let's take a break because we're way over.
- 1:41:46Speaker 8: Michael and Park, you guys hold on. We'll get to
- 1:41:48Speaker 8: you on the other side. You're listening to Chris X Radio.
- 1:41:50Speaker 8: I always enjoy hearing from David. I like to hear
- 1:41:53Speaker 8: from the other side. The other side, basically, David just
- 1:41:56Speaker 8: called in and said, I don't care what you say,
- 1:41:59Speaker 8: Chris X. I don't care what James Tallarico has done
- 1:42:02Speaker 8: in his past or what he says. I'm voting for
- 1:42:04Speaker 8: him because I hate the other side. That's my translation
- 1:42:09Speaker 8: for you, just to save you a little time. 281-558-KCB.
- 1:42:13Speaker 8: I'm Chris X. We'll be right back. Don't go away.

- 1:42:51Speaker 6: I started my first business at 12 years old, mowing
- 1:42:53Speaker 6: lawns for about five bucks a yard. I thought I
- 1:42:56Speaker 6: was crushing it until my buddy down the street undercut
- 1:42:58Speaker 6: me by two bucks.
- 1:42:59Speaker 8: But he didn't just cut the price. He cut corners too.
- 1:43:02Speaker 6: That's when I learned if you do the job right,
- 1:43:05Speaker 6: people trust you and integrity beats profit. People care more

- 1:43:43Speaker 19: Hi, it's Kathy from Baker Mortgage. A cash-out refinance can
- 1:43:46Speaker 19: get you back in your comfort zone, and that's what
- 1:43:49Speaker 19: it's all about. A recent client who closed with us
- 1:43:58Speaker 19: had his payment go up about $ 300, but his monthly
- 1:44:02Speaker 19: outgo was being reduced by $ 1, 200, so giving him a
- 1:44:05Speaker 19: net positive cash flow of $ 900. It's not about adding debt,
- 1:44:10Speaker 19: but restructuring it in a way that makes sense. And
- 1:44:13Speaker 19: this math totally makes sense. And please don't sweat it
- 1:44:16Speaker 19: if your interest rate is going up a little or
- 1:44:18Speaker 19: if you're extending the term. I can show you by
- 1:44:21Speaker 19: taking a small amount of what you're saving monthly and
- 1:44:24Speaker 19: applying it towards your mortgage, you're going to pay it
- 1:44:26Speaker 19: off just as quickly and you'll be way ahead in

- 1:45:16Speaker 16: Hi, this is Michael Miller. Join me this weekend for
- 1:45:19Speaker 16: the Backyard Bay radio program. Now at our new time,
- 1:45:23Speaker 16: Saturday mornings at 9 a.m., right here on AM 700 KSEV,
- 1:45:28Speaker 16: The Voice.
- 1:45:30Speaker 17: And now, back to Chris X Radio on The Voice
- 1:45:33Speaker 17: of Texas.
- 1:45:41Speaker 8: That's funny, I like David, but when he started, kind
- 1:45:44Speaker 8: of goes into that, just, They started doing, was it
- 1:45:48Speaker 8: baby talk? I don't know what he was doing. But
- 1:45:51Speaker 8: it kind of got annoying, and I didn't want to
- 1:45:52Speaker 8: torture you guys. This is my first day back after
- 1:45:54Speaker 8: being off yesterday. Anyway, I always appreciate his calls, though.
- 1:45:58Speaker 8: All right, welcome back to Chris X Radio. You've reached
- 1:46:00Speaker 8: the final segment of the program. We're going to wrap
- 1:46:02Speaker 8: things up here on your hump day edition. We'll be
- 1:46:04Speaker 8: back tomorrow for our Friday show on Thursday because the
- 1:46:08Speaker 8: Amigos take over on Friday from 4 to 6. Two
- 1:46:11Speaker 8: objects can't occupy the same space at the same time,
- 1:46:14Speaker 8: so we decided to kick our weekend off 24 hours
- 1:46:17Speaker 8: ahead of everybody else, and we do our Friday show
- 1:46:19Speaker 8: on Thursday, and we'll do it tomorrow from 4 to 6.
- 1:46:22Speaker 8: All right, I want to go wrap up with a
- 1:46:23Speaker 8: couple of phone calls here before we run out of time.
- 1:46:25Speaker 8: I don't know if we'll have much more time than
- 1:46:27Speaker 8: that to get to the callers, but we'll at least
- 1:46:30Speaker 8: get these two in here before we run out of time.
- 1:46:32Speaker 8: All right, let's go to Michael, who's been patiently holding
- 1:46:34Speaker 8: in Beaumont. Michael, thanks for hanging on. Welcome to Chris
- 1:46:37Speaker 8: X Radio.
- 1:46:39Speaker 24: Well, I just wanted to say about my oldest brother
- 1:46:44Speaker 24: is a successful businessman. And for some reason or another,
- 1:46:50Speaker 24: he doesn't like Ken Paxton because of his personal life.
- 1:46:56Speaker 24: And I'm going, do you look at his record of
- 1:47:00Speaker 24: what he's done while he's been an attorney general of Texas?
- 1:47:05Speaker 24: He don't look at that. He looks at about his
- 1:47:08Speaker 24: wife and just stupid stuff. Anyway, that's all I wanted
- 1:47:13Speaker 24: to say.
- 1:47:14Speaker 8: Well, thank you for the call, Michael. I appreciate that.
- 1:47:15Speaker 8: There are some people that do that. And I understand
- 1:47:18Speaker 8: that voting, I've always said this, and it's very true
- 1:47:22Speaker 8: in some cases, lesser true in others, but people say
- 1:47:25Speaker 8: voting for the lesser of two evils. Well, in some cases,
- 1:47:27Speaker 8: that is the case. But I say oftentimes when you're voting,
- 1:47:30Speaker 8: you're voting for the lesser of two weasels. And the
- 1:47:33Speaker 8: point that you just made to ignore Ken Paxton's success
- 1:47:38Speaker 8: as the attorney general for the state of Texas working
- 1:47:41Speaker 8: on behalf of Texans shows that he generally puts that first.
- 1:47:46Speaker 8: Is he a perfect human being? I haven't met one yet.
- 1:47:49Speaker 8: I don't think I will. But that being said, he's
- 1:47:52Speaker 8: made mistakes, and some people can't get past his personal
- 1:47:55Speaker 8: mistakes or whatever. Like I said, whatever he chooses to
- 1:47:58Speaker 8: do in his private life, I don't care. That's his business.
- 1:48:02Speaker 8: Between him and his wife, and him and his wife
- 1:48:04Speaker 8: stayed together for years. Who knows? What for? Could be
- 1:48:07Speaker 8: for kids. I have no idea. But they're divorced now.
- 1:48:11Speaker 8: They're either fully divorced or in the process of getting
- 1:48:13Speaker 8: a divorce. I think the divorce is finalized. I don't know.
- 1:48:16Speaker 8: because I don't really care what the man does in
- 1:48:19Speaker 8: his private life. Just, like you. Some people can't get
- 1:48:22Speaker 8: past that. And then to once again to go after
- 1:48:25Speaker 8: Ken Paxton because he had an affair on his wife
- 1:48:28Speaker 8: when the candidate ahead of him is literally the Democrat
- 1:48:32Speaker 8: Socialist of America poster boy. He is for every radical idea,
- 1:48:36Speaker 8: every radical thing you can imagine transing children. He is for,
- 1:48:40Speaker 8: like I said, I didn't even bring it up with
- 1:48:43Speaker 8: David because it didn't do any good. The guy voted
- 1:48:45Speaker 8: to release pedos from prison three times. to release pedophiles
- 1:48:50Speaker 8: from prison three times. But David's going to focus on
- 1:48:54Speaker 8: one case that he doesn't even know the details of
- 1:48:56Speaker 8: because it doesn't matter. He doesn't care. David's a lefty.
- 1:49:01Speaker 8: He's a Democrat. He's going to support the Democrat. That
- 1:49:04Speaker 8: was why when I brought up anything about, you know,
- 1:49:06Speaker 8: the positions that James Talafrico is running against himself, He's
- 1:49:11Speaker 8: already walked back the six genders. He's walked that back.
- 1:49:15Speaker 8: He's walked back, said, I just said some, you know,
- 1:49:17Speaker 8: God is non-binary. I'll just do it. Yeah, the guy's
- 1:49:20Speaker 8: literally running a campaign against himself. And I could have
- 1:49:23Speaker 8: gone through a multitude of them. He wasn't going to
- 1:49:26Speaker 8: have one of them, and he made it very clear
- 1:49:29Speaker 8: he wasn't interested in any of that.
- 1:49:31Speaker 21: Why?
- 1:49:32Speaker 8: Because he doesn't care. He wants Democrats elected, and that's it.
- 1:49:35Speaker 8: He's going to do everything he can to try to,
- 1:49:37Speaker 8: once again, start out pretending that he likes Ken Paxton
- 1:49:40Speaker 8: and then uses that sarcasm in order to trash him.
- 1:49:44Speaker 8: And he was trying to use the house. He's got
- 1:49:48Speaker 8: a house in Colorado, whatever. He will ignore anything that
- 1:49:52Speaker 8: James Tallarico has ever done or said in order to
- 1:49:55Speaker 8: come to the conclusion that, yeah, he's just a regular
- 1:49:57Speaker 8: guy like us and we should vote for him. Anyone
- 1:50:00Speaker 8: needs to know going into this election that if you're
- 1:50:03Speaker 8: going to vote for James Tallarico, you are voting for
- 1:50:05Speaker 8: a radical leftist who has to reckon with his whiteness,
- 1:50:10Speaker 8: who says the flag is problematic, who says so many
- 1:50:14Speaker 8: different insane things that he has said. He fanboys over
- 1:50:18Speaker 8: trans podcast hosts. What type of heterosexual male would fantasize
- 1:50:24Speaker 8: over trans podcast hosts? It's insane. But then again, if
- 1:50:31Speaker 8: he can convince along with the millions of dollars that
- 1:50:33Speaker 8: come from out of state that are pouring into his
- 1:50:36Speaker 8: campaign that he's using to try to convince people that
- 1:50:38Speaker 8: he's not what he truly is. So vote for him
- 1:50:40Speaker 8: and he'll be just like you or me while he's
- 1:50:42Speaker 8: preparing to vote for every radical leftist ideology the Democrat
- 1:50:46Speaker 8: Party can throw at you. That's what we face in November.
- 1:50:51Speaker 8: Thank you for the call. Good to hear from you, Stephen.
- 1:50:52Speaker 8: Let's go to Park, listening in Lake Jackson. Park, thank
- 1:50:54Speaker 8: you for hanging on. Welcome to Chris X Radio.
- 1:50:58Speaker 22: Good afternoon, Chris X. Could I give you a program suggestion?
- 1:51:05Speaker 8: Absolutely.
- 1:51:07Speaker 22: Yeah, how about periodically you could poll the Chris X audience,
- 1:51:11Speaker 22: and today's poll question could be, is David's IQ above
- 1:51:15Speaker 22: or below room temperature? And I'll just say that I
- 1:51:18Speaker 22: got a new air conditioner now, so I'll say it's
- 1:51:20Speaker 22: slightly above room temperature.
- 1:51:24Speaker 8: So you would say his IQ is above room temperature
- 1:51:26Speaker 8: or below?
- 1:51:28Speaker 22: No, I got a new air conditioner, and it works
- 1:51:30Speaker 22: a whole lot better than the old one I had,
- 1:51:32Speaker 22: so I'll say it's slightly above room temperature because I've
- 1:51:35Speaker 22: got it going full blast right now.
- 1:51:38Speaker 8: So do you think your air conditioner has a higher
- 1:51:40Speaker 8: IQ than David? Would you say that?
- 1:51:43Speaker 22: Well, not really. Right now, I've got it set real low,
- 1:51:47Speaker 22: so I didn't want to burn up. Well, it sounds
- 1:51:51Speaker 22: to me like you're not dealing with Einstein, let's put
- 1:51:54Speaker 22: it that way, when you're dealing with David.
- 1:51:56Speaker 8: Well, this is true. And once again, with the new
- 1:51:58Speaker 8: air conditioner, it seems to be doing exactly what it
- 1:52:00Speaker 8: said it's going to do, which is not what James
- 1:52:03Speaker 8: Tallarico would do if elected. So I would say the
- 1:52:06Speaker 8: IQ may be high on the air conditioner.
- 1:52:07Speaker 22: Well, I hope he doesn't do what he says.
- 1:52:11Speaker 8: Thank you for the call, Mark. I appreciate it. And listen,
- 1:52:15Speaker 8: I don't really want to trash people. Once again, politics
- 1:52:17Speaker 8: is one thing. And Ken Paxton, like I said, he's
- 1:52:20Speaker 8: given the opposite side plenty of ammunition. But that being said,
- 1:52:24Speaker 8: you're not supposed to just pick. Well, I guess it
- 1:52:26Speaker 8: depends on what side you're on. You're just going to
- 1:52:29Speaker 8: cherry pick. It would be different if James Tallarigo was
- 1:52:33Speaker 8: actually a moderate and had voted like a moderate and
- 1:52:35Speaker 8: did the things that he claims to have done in
- 1:52:38Speaker 8: these commercials and was just a regular Texan like you
- 1:52:41Speaker 8: or I. But he's not. Not at all. He's absolutely
- 1:52:47Speaker 8: the exact opposite of what he's pretending to be because
- 1:52:50Speaker 8: he or or he was the opposite before when he
- 1:52:53Speaker 8: campaigned and won a Democrat primary. When he was running
- 1:52:56Speaker 8: to win Democrat office, he was as radical of a
- 1:52:58Speaker 8: leftist as you can possibly get. Every podcast he went on,
- 1:53:01Speaker 8: everything he said, all the video, everything. I got the
- 1:53:04Speaker 8: audience in there and play it nonstop. Which shows he's
- 1:53:09Speaker 8: either a liar. He lied then or he lied now. Now, listen,
- 1:53:13Speaker 8: I know how the Democrats are. They're radical leftists who
- 1:53:17Speaker 8: pretend to be moderates to get elected to go right
- 1:53:19Speaker 8: back to being radical leftists. That's how they operate. I've
- 1:53:22Speaker 8: seen this play before. This one just may be a
- 1:53:26Speaker 8: little gayer. Anyway, all right, gang, we're done. We'll see
- 1:53:30Speaker 8: you tomorrow for our Friday show on Thursday. Be safe.
