A former NYPD sergeant, 48, from Warwick, has pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicular homicide and second-degree manslaughter after driving drunk and the wrong way on the Taconic State Parkway, crashing head-on into a car and killing its driver. She was speeding over 50 mph with a BAC more than double the limit, and the crash occurred late at night while she was off-duty.
