Sigrid I. Kvaal has worked actively as a forensic odontologist since 1987 and taken an active part in the identification work after mass disasters and in dental identifications following the recovery of single unidentified bodies. She has published articles on dental identification, age estimation and PDT (Photodynamic treatment) of oral lesions.
