- 0:48Speaker 3: been listening in the morning when I'm driving to work,
- 0:50Speaker 3: and today i'm off I get to catch you a show. Yeah,
- 0:52Speaker 3: and I'm so seventy ten is so awesome that I
- 0:56Speaker 3: don't I can't believe that nobody knows that nobody knows
- 1:00Speaker 3: that I just didn't know. I was so stuck on
- 1:02Speaker 3: listening to that other station because I like Curtis and
- 1:05Speaker 3: a couple of people, but seven ten is so awesome.
- 1:08Speaker 3: Larry is really great, your show is great and telling
- 1:11Speaker 3: everybody about it's it's it's just such a bright spot.
- 1:16Speaker 1: The other station's very good. But this is iHeart.
- 1:18Speaker 3: The other station suck. Hear Greg Kelly is stealing your stuff.
- 1:22Speaker 1: I believe I believe it or not. Greg Kelly and
- 1:26Speaker 1: I are good friends. We talk all the time. Yeah,
- 1:29Speaker 1: I steal stuff, he steals my stuff. We go back
- 1:32Speaker 1: and back.
- 1:32Speaker 2: All right, Well, no, I'm serious.
- 1:33Speaker 1: In fact, last week I stole more stuff from him
- 1:36Speaker 1: than he stole.
- 1:37Speaker 3: Yeah, I just he kind of I got soured on
- 1:43Speaker 3: him when he just turned into the whole Curtis bashing thing,
- 1:45Speaker 3: and that just really pissed me off. And I actually
- 1:47Speaker 3: I really liked listening to Kelly, but I don't go
- 1:49Speaker 3: out anymore.
- 1:50Speaker 1: You know, the other station's good, but remember this is iHeart.
- 1:53Speaker 1: We're like the the New York Yankees.
- 1:56Speaker 4: Here.
- 1:56Speaker 1: You got Sean Handy in the afternoon, we got Jimmy Fayle.
- 1:58Speaker 1: At night, we got Bucking Clay. I mean, look around,
- 2:02Speaker 1: look over there down the hall, that's Charlemagne broadcasting down
- 2:05Speaker 1: that way. You got Elvis Duran, you got the biggest
- 2:07Speaker 1: names in radio here.
- 2:09Speaker 3: So well, just I just wanted to tell you that
- 2:11Speaker 3: I'm just really happy I found the station.
- 2:12Speaker 1: Hey, why why do you have that You're off from work?

- 2:20Speaker 1: What the hell kind of job do you you must
- 2:21Speaker 1: be in?

- 2:25Speaker 3: I have three days off. I have no complaints about
- 2:27Speaker 3: my schedule. This is awesome.
- 2:29Speaker 1: What do you do?
- 2:33Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 2:34Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm sorry. Nothing shady, nothing shady. I just can't
- 2:37Speaker 3: say it on the radio because I work for a
- 2:39Speaker 3: company and I have very different views from all these
- 2:41Speaker 3: liberal you know, I just can't.
- 2:44Speaker 1: Say all right, all right, Well, good call, thanks for calling,
- 2:47Speaker 1: keep listening. Glad you found us. Let's go to Larry
- 2:50Speaker 1: and Cranford. Larry, how you doing?
- 2:53Speaker 2: Hey? Mark Coy? You know about how are your barred them?
- 2:56Speaker 2: Doesn't that not no got a quarter of a the
- 3:00Speaker 2: people in that audience. He's screaming for free Palestine. They
- 3:03Speaker 2: would have been thrown off the roof in Palestine to
- 3:06Speaker 2: being LGBTQ. There could be a free Palestine. They have
- 3:11Speaker 2: a nice piece of real estate there. It just can't
- 3:14Speaker 2: be run by Hamas. I'm screaming death to Israel every
- 3:17Speaker 2: two minutes.
- 3:17Speaker 1: Yeah, well listen, that's they're just they are crazy. That's
- 3:21Speaker 1: why they're actors. But thanks for Colling. Let's go to
- 3:25Speaker 1: Vincent and Brooklyn. Vincent, how you doing.
- 3:27Speaker 4: Good morning, Mark, Good morning matter Mark. I believe with
- 3:31Speaker 4: some of the gas price increases at the pump in
- 3:33Speaker 4: New York all over the country, I actually think it's
- 3:36Speaker 4: price gougel because please, somebody don't tell me that the
- 3:42Speaker 4: gas in the storage tanks wasn't there before the start
- 3:46Speaker 4: of the war three weeks ago. The fuel delivery trucks
- 3:50Speaker 4: that bring the trucks to the gas station, they have
- 3:52Speaker 4: to go to these massive tanks to fuel up. Why
- 3:55Speaker 4: all those trucks were empty at the start. All those
- 3:59Speaker 4: tanks were amped at the start of the war and
- 4:01Speaker 4: they had to bude the gas at top dollar prices.
- 4:05Speaker 4: First off, that gas was refined six months ago. So
- 4:09Speaker 4: me personally, I believe that there is price gougry going.
- 4:13Speaker 1: Absolutely no. We have all the gas we need here,
- 4:15Speaker 1: We've had it, and we don't take it. I get
- 4:17Speaker 1: no gas in this country. We get no gas from
- 4:19Speaker 1: the Straits of Horror mooes. That's China Iran that India
- 4:23Speaker 1: gets get another.
- 4:24Speaker 4: This lights out law is crazy because I remember in
- 4:28Speaker 4: the nineteen fifties when they passed the law that homeowners
- 4:32Speaker 4: had to put on the outside entrance of their buildings
- 4:37Speaker 4: lights because the theory was at the time that more
- 4:41Speaker 4: lights on the street would reduce street crime, adding the
- 4:45Speaker 4: way it does. I mean, you're old enough to remember
- 4:48Speaker 4: when there was the blackout in New York City and
- 4:51Speaker 4: everything was out. It was kind of dangerous to go
- 4:55Speaker 4: out on the street because it was like a doctor's
- 4:58Speaker 4: that that was probably felt like from warsome buggy days.
- 5:03Speaker 4: So what are they talking about.
- 5:04Speaker 1: It's just crazy. They're Democrats, They're crazy. They think it
- 5:07Speaker 1: will conserve energy. They want the lights, and maybe it's
- 5:09Speaker 1: to help the criminals, maybe make it easier for them.
- 5:11Speaker 2: Mark.
- 5:11Speaker 4: A couple of years ago, I actually received a ticket
- 5:15Speaker 4: because they said an inspector went around in the middle
- 5:18Speaker 4: of the night and the lights are supposed to go
- 5:22Speaker 4: off automatically at six o'clock in the morning, and my
- 5:25Speaker 4: lights went off for four o'clock. First thought, I thought
- 5:28Speaker 4: it was a bunch of bs because I said, what
- 5:31Speaker 4: inspector is driving around at four o'clock and it was
- 5:35Speaker 4: a rust to make money.
- 5:37Speaker 1: Yeah, it's a New York City Inspector. They're just there
- 5:39Speaker 1: for revenue mile an hour, Yeah, just to get revenue. Vincent,
- 5:44Speaker 1: we got to go do the news. Thanks for calling,
- 5:46Speaker 1: Great Caucaus. When we come back, the greatest living DJ,
- 5:49Speaker 1: the legend himself, Scott Shannon will be with us in
- 5:53Speaker 1: a moment
