- 0:24Speaker 1: Wake your ass up.
- 0:26Speaker 4: Rich, what's so big about today?
- 0:27Speaker 3: Well, it's National U.S. Bowling League Day, so good day
- 0:30Speaker 3: to get out there and go bowling. It's National Macadamia
- 0:34Speaker 3: Nut Day, which I think you're a fan of, aren't you,
- 0:36Speaker 3: John Jay? Also, it's Baby Back Ribs Day.
- 0:41Speaker 8: I want my baby back, baby back, baby back, baby back.
- 0:43Speaker 4: I want my baby back, baby back, baby back.
- 0:44Speaker 3: I want my baby back, baby back, baby back.
- 0:47Speaker 4: I want my baby back.
- 0:49Speaker 9: Chili's.
- 0:50Speaker 8: I want my baby back ribs.
- 0:52Speaker 4: I want my baby back. Chili's baby back ribs. Barbecue sauce. Hello,
- 0:57Speaker 4: good morning, Chantaine Rich.
- 0:59Speaker 10: Hi, I have a thing that my mom says.
- 1:03Speaker 4: That is old. Is old. Your mom has an old.
- 1:06Speaker 4: You mean one of those things that makes you sound
- 1:07Speaker 4: old because they're old?
- 1:09Speaker 5: Correct.
- 1:10Speaker 4: What does she say?
- 1:11Speaker 10: When we go to, like, a payway or just, like,
- 1:15Speaker 10: an Asian restaurant, she'll say, oh, I think I'll have
- 1:18Speaker 10: the oriental chicken salad. And I'm like, mom, it's not
- 1:21Speaker 10: the orient anymore. We refer to them as Asian chicken salad.
- 1:26Speaker 4: Oh, yeah.
- 1:27Speaker 8: We're PC now at payway.
- 1:30Speaker 4: Okay, mom?
- 1:32Speaker 6: But yeah, she's still like, refused.
- 1:34Speaker 4: She's like, yeah, whatever.
- 1:35Speaker 10: And I'm like, mom, it's okay. Don't do that around
- 1:38Speaker 10: me at least.
- 1:39Speaker 4: Somebody sent a text in along the lines of what
- 1:41Speaker 4: you're saying. They say, if you say a doggy bag, like, hey,
- 1:44Speaker 4: can I get a doggy bag? That shows that you're old.
- 1:47Speaker 3: Oh, like for a check out box?
- 1:48Speaker 4: Yeah, 100%. Yeah, like you normally can't get this to go.
- 1:51Speaker 4: You don't say doggy bag.
- 1:52Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 1:52Speaker 4: Very good. Hey, what's your name?
- 1:55Speaker 11: Casey.
- 1:55Speaker 4: Thanks for calling in, Casey. Thanks for listening.
- 1:57Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 1:58Speaker 5: Have a great day.
- 1:58Speaker 9: Bye guys.
- 1:59Speaker 1: Bye.
- 1:59Speaker 4: Do you guys, I don't know if you remember this
- 2:00Speaker 4: or not, but we took a phone call from someone
- 2:03Speaker 4: and I can't remember what the segment was. Wait, in fact,
- 2:06Speaker 4: I have her on the phone. Hey Leanne. Hey.
- 2:10Speaker 13: Hey.
- 2:10Speaker 4: Leanne. Leanne, boy, before you tell us anything, before you
- 2:13Speaker 4: tell us anything, I know why you're on the phone,
- 2:14Speaker 4: but I want, I want to set up the first
- 2:17Speaker 4: time you called in, you were going to sell your
- 2:19Speaker 4: mini Cooper, right? But what was this? What were we doing?
- 2:21Speaker 4: What was this segment we were doing?
- 2:23Speaker 14: It wasn't a segment you were doing. I had just
- 2:25Speaker 14: called and left a voicemail saying I sold my Mini
- 2:28Speaker 14: Cooper for Harry Styles tickets and I wanted to talk
- 2:30Speaker 14: about it.
- 2:31Speaker 15: Okay, okay.
- 2:31Speaker 4: You guys remember that? Absolutely. She sent me videos of
- 2:36Speaker 4: her at the Harry Styles concert. And A, her seats
- 2:39Speaker 4: are fantastic. So when she sent me that, I go,
- 2:41Speaker 4: you got to come on and update it. So tell us,
- 2:43Speaker 4: how much did you sell the Mini Cooper for? How
- 2:45Speaker 4: was the show? Which show did you go to and
- 2:47Speaker 4: all that stuff?
- 2:48Speaker 14: I sold the Mini Cooper for enough to get to
- 2:51Speaker 14: New York City.
- 2:52Speaker 16: And get really good seats.
- 2:54Speaker 8: Oh, my gosh. Tell me you were at the show
- 2:56Speaker 8: where he literally called out Taylor Swift's wedding.
- 2:59Speaker 14: No, that was the next night. I was there at
- 3:01Speaker 14: night two.
- 3:02Speaker 8: Okay.
- 3:03Speaker 14: I was there at night two. The atmosphere was electric.
- 3:07Speaker 12: It was just fantastic.
- 3:08Speaker 14: I mean, you could see in the video. I mean,
- 3:11Speaker 14: the whole thing was like that. He didn't sit still
- 3:14Speaker 14: for a second. He went 100 the full time. The
- 3:18Speaker 14: only still picture we could get of him is when
- 3:20Speaker 14: he's sitting at the piano because he was just running
- 3:23Speaker 14: and running and running the whole time. It was just
- 3:26Speaker 14: so fantastic.
- 3:26Speaker 17: So it was worth it. It was worth selling the
- 3:29Speaker 17: mini-coop for the Harry Styles tickets.
- 3:31Speaker 14: Yes, and I want to go back. I want to
- 3:34Speaker 14: go back for Halloween if I can get there.
- 3:36Speaker 4: Do you have another car?
- 3:38Speaker 14: No, I don't have anything else.
- 3:40Speaker 1: It's about feedback.
- 3:41Speaker 4: What city do you live in? What city do you
- 3:43Speaker 4: live in?
- 3:44Speaker 14: I live in Arkansas.
- 3:45Speaker 4: Okay, so you sold the Mini Cooper. How much did
- 3:47Speaker 4: you sell it for?
- 3:48Speaker 14: Well, I mean, I sold it for a lot less
- 3:51Speaker 14: than probably what I could have got, but I just
- 3:54Speaker 14: needed it in a hurry, and I got to go
- 3:59Speaker 14: to the concert.
- 3:59Speaker 18: That's what I was at.
- 4:00Speaker 4: Okay, so with the Mini Cooper money, you bought airfare,
- 4:03Speaker 4: you got a hotel, and you got tickets.
- 4:05Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 4:05Speaker 4: Okay, and did you have any left over?
- 4:07Speaker 13: No.
- 4:08Speaker 4: All right, so it was worth it for you then.
- 4:10Speaker 4: You spent every dime.
- 4:12Speaker 16: It was absolutely worth it.
- 4:14Speaker 4: Can I post some of the videos that you sent me?
- 4:17Speaker 15: Absolutely.
- 4:17Speaker 4: All right, good. That's great, Leah.
- 4:19Speaker 8: I'm happy for you.
- 4:20Speaker 4: And your seats, from where she's sitting, man. And I'm
- 4:22Speaker 4: going to post a picture, too. This is her right here.
- 4:26Speaker 4: This is her. Oh, that's awesome. Oh, fun. Your outfit
- 4:30Speaker 4: is spectacular. Is that you in the green dress? The
- 4:33Speaker 4: green skirt?
- 4:33Speaker 14: Yeah, yeah.
- 4:34Speaker 4: Look at this outfit, guys.
- 4:36Speaker 3: Oh, I love that.
- 4:37Speaker 8: I love the sparkles.
- 4:38Speaker 4: She made the top. Oh, how fun.
- 4:40Speaker 5: Ooh.
- 4:41Speaker 3: And are you just walking to work right now? Is
- 4:42Speaker 3: that what's happening since you sold your car?
- 4:45Speaker 14: No, I financed a new car. Now I have a
- 4:47Speaker 14: car payment.
- 4:48Speaker 4: Oh, there you go.
- 4:49Speaker 17: I'm like, did you use your Lambo feedies?
- 4:51Speaker 3: Get you everywhere.
- 4:53Speaker 14: But the shirt says, free the ferns. And then I
- 4:56Speaker 14: had a tie that had Harry Styles on it with
- 5:00Speaker 14: his shirt lifted up. And you can see his fern tattoos.
- 5:03Speaker 14: Because on Love on Tour, he never had a shirt on.
- 5:06Speaker 14: And now at this tour, he's all buttoned up with
- 5:09Speaker 14: a tie.
- 5:09Speaker 19: All the time.
- 5:11Speaker 8: And you're like, give us the ferns again, Harry.
- 5:13Speaker 9: That's right.
- 5:14Speaker 14: That's right.
- 5:15Speaker 4: Well, Leanne, thanks for calling in. And we'll put those
- 5:17Speaker 4: videos up right now on our Instagram. John Jay and Rich. Thanks, Leanne.
- 5:21Speaker 14: Thanks, guys.
- 5:22Speaker 5: Hello.
- 5:23Speaker 4: Good morning. John Jay and Rich can help you. Hi.
- 5:25Speaker 2: Hi.
- 5:26Speaker 20: Hi.
- 5:27Speaker 21: My name's Taylor.
- 5:28Speaker 4: What's up, Taylor?
- 5:30Speaker 22: Hey, so I wanted to call in. I have two
- 5:32Speaker 22: things that I wanted to... One thing I wanted to
- 5:34Speaker 22: tell you and one thing I wanted to run by
- 5:35Speaker 22: you guys. But remember how you guys were talking a
- 5:38Speaker 22: couple days ago about the guy that he got punished
- 5:41Speaker 22: and he couldn't put his feet on the ground?
- 5:43Speaker 5: Yes.
- 5:43Speaker 4: Yeah, that was my friend. Yeah, his mom and dad, whatever,
- 5:45Speaker 4: he got in trouble.
- 5:46Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 5:47Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 5:48Speaker 22: My mom used to have to kneel on rice for
- 5:51Speaker 22: like two hours.
- 5:51Speaker 4: Kneel on rice?
- 5:53Speaker 5: Ouch.
- 5:53Speaker 17: That would hurt so bad.
- 5:55Speaker 8: Very painful.
- 5:56Speaker 7: Ooh.
- 5:57Speaker 22: Yeah, and then she'd have to have her mom, like,
- 5:59Speaker 22: pick out the rice after.
- 6:00Speaker 4: It was awful. So was it cooked rice? Because I
- 6:03Speaker 4: don't think that would hurt.
- 6:05Speaker 1: No, not cooked rice.
- 6:06Speaker 5: Oh, yeah.
- 6:06Speaker 8: It would just be, like, little pokey nails.
- 6:08Speaker 5: I know.
- 6:09Speaker 4: Little pokey.
- 6:09Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 6:10Speaker 4: But if it was cooked rice, it would be soft.
- 6:11Speaker 8: It wouldn't be a big deal.
- 6:13Speaker 4: It would be squishy. Mom got the punishment wrong. Let
- 6:15Speaker 4: me cook this rice, and you're going to kneel.
- 6:17Speaker 23: On it for a little bit.
- 6:19Speaker 16: It's nice and hot.
- 6:20Speaker 22: Okay, and then second thing, I just finished Nashville in
- 6:24Speaker 22: honor of Hayden Panthier's death.
- 6:26Speaker 4: Mm-hmm.
- 6:27Speaker 22: First time finishing it all the way through and now
- 6:29Speaker 22: I'm like really sad because I binged it okay which
- 6:32Speaker 22: it was a phenomenal ending but now I'm sad and
- 6:35Speaker 22: I don't have.
- 6:35Speaker 1: I don't know what to watch go watch Heroes oh.
- 6:38Speaker 17: Yeah Heroes yeah with Hayden Panettiere that's a good idea
- 6:41Speaker 17: are you just.
- 6:42Speaker 4: Looking for something good to watch or do you want
- 6:43Speaker 4: it to be Hayden Panettiere because there's a bunch of
- 6:45Speaker 4: things that are out there right now that are really
- 6:47Speaker 4: good to watch.
- 6:49Speaker 22: Both but Heroes is an awesome option.
- 6:53Speaker 4: I'm a fan of Reacher. I don't know if you've
- 6:54Speaker 4: watched Reacher yet on Amazon, especially the most recent episodes. Fantastic.
- 6:58Speaker 4: On Hulu, there's Furious, which is fantastic. On Netflix, there's
- 7:04Speaker 4: the Ray Gunn documentary, which is fantastic. On Amazon, you
- 7:08Speaker 4: also have Sterling Point, which is fantastic. There's a lot
- 7:12Speaker 4: going on right now in the TV world, Taylor.
- 7:14Speaker 8: Chad Powers just dropped this morning.
- 7:16Speaker 3: Taylor, you got a little bit of a dark side
- 7:17Speaker 3: to you, don't you? I feel like.
- 7:19Speaker 7: I do.
- 7:19Speaker 4: We've talked to you before.
- 7:20Speaker 12: I do.
- 7:21Speaker 3: You would probably dig the shards, too.
- 7:23Speaker 22: All right. Well, I'm going to play this back on
- 7:25Speaker 22: my iHeart and take down all the notes.
- 7:27Speaker 14: All right.
- 7:27Speaker 4: Thanks, Taylor. Drive safe. Thanks for calling in.
- 7:29Speaker 1: Bye, guys. Bye.
- 7:30Speaker 8: Thank you.
- 7:30Speaker 11: Bye.
- 7:31Speaker 4: It's John Jane Rich.
- 7:32Speaker 1: Here we go.
- 7:33Speaker 20: I wake up with that.
- 7:34Speaker 24: Get up.
- 7:34Speaker 2: John Jane Rich.
- 7:35Speaker 4: What's the vibe for horoscopes?
- 7:37Speaker 17: Well, we always talk about red flags on this show,
- 7:39Speaker 17: so I'm telling you what your Zodiac Signs financial red
- 7:41Speaker 17: flag is. I am basically telling you what you need
- 7:45Speaker 17: to not waste your money on today. Also, if it's
- 7:47Speaker 17: your birthday today, you are a Virgo, and you share
- 7:49Speaker 17: a birthday with Kaia Gerber, Charlie Sheen, and August Alsina.
- 7:53Speaker 4: Well, then let's go. Let's do Virgos.
- 7:54Speaker 8: Yeah, of course. John Jay.
- 7:55Speaker 17: So my Virgos. Find three different hyper-specific systems or, like,
- 8:02Speaker 17: gadgets to fix your life are your financial red flags
- 8:05Speaker 17: rather than actually just cleaning up the mess sitting on
- 8:08Speaker 17: your desk you will find a way and a hack
- 8:10Speaker 17: for something or something else to do it for you Yeah.
- 8:13Speaker 4: I'd like to find right now when you talk about finances,
- 8:15Speaker 4: I think we have a lot of money being spent
- 8:17Speaker 4: on apps and stuff and I don't know which ones.
- 8:19Speaker 4: So it'd be great to find something that could tell me,
- 8:21Speaker 4: you know, like I feel like I'm buying Hulu and
- 8:24Speaker 4: I'm buying Disney and I'm buying ESPN and I don't
- 8:27Speaker 4: think I need it. I think I'm sure you could
- 8:29Speaker 4: do it all at one time.
- 8:30Speaker 15: Yeah.
- 8:30Speaker 4: But I don't know and I'm too lazy to go look. Mo,
- 8:33Speaker 4: good morning. What's your sign, Mo?
- 8:36Speaker 16: I'm an Aquarius.
- 8:37Speaker 17: Okay, so for my Aquarius, your financial red flag is
- 8:42Speaker 17: kind of like backing some weird crowdfunding campaign or buying
- 8:46Speaker 17: an absurdly impractical item just because it's your special kind
- 8:50Speaker 17: of thing. Nobody else really understands it, but that's your
- 8:53Speaker 17: red flag because it's kind of pointless and a waste
- 8:55Speaker 17: of money.
- 8:56Speaker 14: I can totally see that.
- 8:57Speaker 18: I agree.
- 8:58Speaker 14: Probably in the moments that I'm being financially irresponsible, I'm
- 9:02Speaker 14: totally for it, but I can definitely.
- 9:04Speaker 23: See that.
- 9:05Speaker 1: Thank you. You're welcome.
- 9:06Speaker 4: Thanks, Mo.
- 9:06Speaker 17: Don't do it today.
- 9:07Speaker 4: Have a great day, Mo.
- 9:09Speaker 8: You too. Have a good one.
- 9:10Speaker 4: Love you, Daisy.
- 9:10Speaker 1: Bye.
- 9:10Speaker 24: Love you.
- 9:11Speaker 7: Bye.
- 9:11Speaker 4: Hello, Daisy. What's your sign?
- 9:14Speaker 22: I am a Leo.
- 9:16Speaker 17: Just like me, Daisy. Okay, so us Leos, our financial
- 9:19Speaker 17: red flag is dropping some serious cash on like high-end
- 9:22Speaker 17: designer or like bottle service, but just to impress people.
- 9:26Speaker 17: We don't buy it because we want it. We want
- 9:28Speaker 17: it so we can flex on everyone. And that's totally
- 9:30Speaker 17: our red flag.
- 9:31Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 9:31Speaker 12: I mean, sometimes you just got to show off even
- 9:33Speaker 12: if you don't have anything to back it up with.
- 9:35Speaker 4: I know.
- 9:35Speaker 17: Every time I go out to the bar with my girls,
- 9:38Speaker 17: I get so mad when I'm like, shots on me.
- 9:40Speaker 17: Because why?
- 9:41Speaker 4: Like, why? Just shut up. Because why?
- 9:46Speaker 6: And the account is overdrafted and you're like, what happened?
- 9:49Speaker 17: Daisy, you get me.
- 9:50Speaker 4: Thanks, Daisy. Let's do Libras.
- 9:53Speaker 17: Kyle, for Libras, your financial red flag, buying two of
- 9:56Speaker 17: the exact same things, the exact same shirts in different
- 9:58Speaker 17: colors just because it makes you look really good and skinny.
- 10:01Speaker 17: Your definitive choices causes actual physical distress sometimes.
- 10:05Speaker 8: Okay, but like if you find a good shirt and
- 10:07Speaker 8: it comes in two different colors, why wouldn't you?
- 10:09Speaker 4: I stand by that.
- 10:10Speaker 8: Especially if it's on sale. And it's going to make
- 10:12Speaker 8: me look skinny? Come on.
- 10:15Speaker 4: How about Pisces.
- 10:17Speaker 17: Yeah, rich for Pisces. Your financial red flag is dropping
- 10:21Speaker 17: half of your paycheck on really expensive, ridiculous things like
- 10:24Speaker 17: guitars and new tech items. Basically, you also are really
- 10:31Speaker 17: into weird crystals and tarot decks, so you have to
- 10:35Speaker 17: tread lightly because an Etsy witch is on its way
- 10:37Speaker 17: for you.
- 10:37Speaker 3: Did you know that I had a guitar center credit
- 10:39Speaker 3: card that I ripped up two days ago?
- 10:41Speaker 4: I'm sure. I said, just cancel it. Just cancel it now.
- 10:45Speaker 4: If we need to get your sign, they're all posted
- 10:47Speaker 4: on our website, johnjayandrich.com. What are you saying, Rich, that
- 11:01Speaker 4: Gen Z is trolling millennials? That's right.
- 11:03Speaker 3: Coming after the millennials.
- 11:05Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 11:05Speaker 3: Because they think there's so much things that millennials do
- 11:08Speaker 3: that just aren't cool anymore.
- 11:10Speaker 4: Well, according to Gen Z, here are 10 millennial trends
- 11:12Speaker 4: that are no longer cool. And I'm going to go
- 11:14Speaker 4: over these. But I believe Nora has a millennial Gen
- 11:19Speaker 4: Z story first. What do you got, Nora?
- 11:22Speaker 11: Okay, so my older sister is a millennial, right? And
- 11:27Speaker 11: she still wears her hair with a really.
- 11:30Speaker 12: Really deep side part.
- 11:34Speaker 14: I told her, side.
- 11:35Speaker 4: Parts are out.
- 11:36Speaker 21: They have been out for a while.
- 11:37Speaker 1: And she goes, I don't care.
- 11:40Speaker 6: And then she actually.
- 11:42Speaker 10: Looked in the mirror.
- 11:43Speaker 11: She moved her hair over like two inches and she goes, okay.
- 11:46Speaker 4: This does look better.
- 11:47Speaker 19: Okay.
- 11:48Speaker 8: I'll tell you what, Nora, I'm with your sister. I
- 11:50Speaker 8: still need the side part because I tried the middle part.
- 11:52Speaker 8: My forehead's just way too big for that.
- 11:54Speaker 17: You do rock a side part.
- 11:55Speaker 3: Wait, wait, wait.
- 11:56Speaker 4: You got the side part and Peyton's got the middle.
- 11:58Speaker 8: I did the middle part for a minute and it
- 12:00Speaker 8: was like, now I look back at those pictures and go,
- 12:02Speaker 8: what was I trying to do?
- 12:03Speaker 4: Is it hard to do?
- 12:04Speaker 8: My forehead's way too big.
- 12:05Speaker 4: Is it hard? Like, could you put your hair in
- 12:06Speaker 4: the middle part right now? Is that something that's too
- 12:07Speaker 4: hard to do?
- 12:08Speaker 8: Yeah, no, that would just look silly.
- 12:09Speaker 4: Right, but that's hard to do. You can't just go
- 12:11Speaker 4: and change it so we can look at it and
- 12:12Speaker 4: see how big your forehead is.
- 12:14Speaker 17: No one wants to see your five head.
- 12:20Speaker 4: There are pictures that exist that we've seen with a
- 12:24Speaker 4: middle part. And you say your forehead looks bad.
- 12:25Speaker 5: Yes.
- 12:26Speaker 4: Yes.
- 12:27Speaker 8: And I think any hairstylist would say the middle part
- 12:30Speaker 8: isn't for you. So maybe for some people, the middle
- 12:32Speaker 8: part isn't them.
- 12:34Speaker 4: You are a millennial. So yeah. So you're saying, your
- 12:37Speaker 4: sister's saying that millennials part, it's funny too because that
- 12:41Speaker 4: show Sterling Point, the girl, the main girl, I love
- 12:44Speaker 4: the way she had her hair part down the middle. Yeah,
- 12:46Speaker 4: and she's Gen Z.
- 12:47Speaker 17: Yeah, middle part is definitely, is definitely you.
- 12:50Speaker 4: Well, Nora, let me bounce these things off you since
- 12:51Speaker 4: you tend to be an expert. So these are millennial
- 12:54Speaker 4: trends that Gen Z says are no longer cool. Taking
- 12:58Speaker 4: photos of your food and posting it online.
- 13:02Speaker 17: That literally used to be just Instagram.
- 13:05Speaker 4: Nora, your thoughts on that?
- 13:06Speaker 7: Ugh.
- 13:07Speaker 11: Okay, I think that one's still cool.
- 13:09Speaker 19: I still do that one.
- 13:11Speaker 4: I did it last night.
- 13:12Speaker 1: I love doing it.
- 13:14Speaker 4: Peyton, do you agree with that?
- 13:15Speaker 17: I think if you're making it as like a post, yeah,
- 13:17Speaker 17: that's giving like 2011 OG Instagram. If you post it
- 13:21Speaker 17: on your story, it's.
- 13:22Speaker 4: A little different. Okay, but you're a Gen Z and
- 13:23Speaker 4: Gen Z says it's no longer cool.
- 13:24Speaker 17: Yeah, I'm with you.
- 13:25Speaker 4: Okay, these are things that Gen Z says millennials do
- 13:28Speaker 4: that are no longer cool. The phrase... I did a thing.
- 13:32Speaker 4: I did a thing.
- 13:33Speaker 18: I did a thing.
- 13:35Speaker 11: That is so, so millennial.
- 13:37Speaker 4: It hurts me to hear that.
- 13:39Speaker 3: You're coming after your sister hard, aren't you, Nora?
- 13:43Speaker 4: Millennial trends that are no longer cool.
- 13:46Speaker 19: No.
- 13:47Speaker 4: Skinny jeans. Skinny jeans. Because it reminds them of Gru
- 13:50Speaker 4: from Despicable Me. Skinny jeans.
- 13:53Speaker 17: Yeah, skinny jeans are coming back, though. Alex Earl.
- 13:56Speaker 5: They are?
- 13:56Speaker 17: Alex Earl is bringing back skinny jeans.
- 13:58Speaker 3: Just watch.
- 13:59Speaker 4: It's a short break. I see all the wide-legged jeans
- 14:02Speaker 4: right now.
- 14:02Speaker 17: Yeah, you won't catch me dead in a pair of
- 14:05Speaker 17: skinny jeans ever again. Really?
- 14:07Speaker 8: Never say never. Never say never.
- 14:10Speaker 12: I could wear skinny jeans, but I think.
- 14:13Speaker 6: My friends are starting to wear them again.
- 14:15Speaker 12: I think they might be cool, just not for me.
- 14:18Speaker 4: I think I'm a fan of skinny jeans on women.
- 14:20Speaker 4: I think guys, it looks silly.
- 14:21Speaker 5: Well, sure.
- 14:22Speaker 4: Yeah, it looks really silly, especially when they have boots
- 14:24Speaker 4: on after that. But, you know, that's just me. Sometimes
- 14:27Speaker 4: my pants just turn into skinny jeans. Don't have a choice.
- 14:32Speaker 4: Saying LOL out loud. Someone online just said, just laugh.
- 14:37Speaker 4: Don't say LOL. It feels like you're mocking me. I
- 14:39Speaker 4: say LOL, Barra.
- 14:41Speaker 3: Hey, do you know somebody stopped me at the grocery
- 14:43Speaker 3: store and said that to me out of the blue?
- 14:45Speaker 4: They said LOL, Barra.
- 14:45Speaker 3: Oh my God, it was the pharmacist. I was picking
- 14:47Speaker 3: up drugs for one of my sick kids. And he
- 14:49Speaker 3: hands him over. He's like, how's your boy doing? I'm like,
- 14:50Speaker 3: he's getting better.
- 14:51Speaker 4: He's like, LOL, Barra.
- 14:54Speaker 8: God, that is so millennial. I'm sorry.
- 14:58Speaker 4: I disagree with this next one. I think this should
- 15:00Speaker 4: be for all generations. Open-toed shoes. Those are out? It
- 15:05Speaker 4: says that the Gen Z says they're no longer cool
- 15:08Speaker 4: open-toed shoes. Think about it.
- 15:10Speaker 8: I think it depends on what type of open-toed shoe, right?
- 15:12Speaker 3: I disagree.
- 15:14Speaker 4: Monochrome furniture out i don't even know what that.
- 15:17Speaker 17: Is furniture all the same color like kim kardashian's house
- 15:21Speaker 17: is all monochrome like they're basically saying yeah such a
- 15:24Speaker 17: millennial ill yeah it's giving bolivian.
- 15:27Speaker 4: Boring the term adulting gray the term adulting uh oh
- 15:33Speaker 4: my god get this this is millennial this is number
- 15:37Speaker 4: eight on this list Side parts in your hair. That's
- 15:42Speaker 4: number eight on this list. And that's how it started
- 15:44Speaker 4: with your call, Nora.
- 15:45Speaker 12: I told you they're so out.
- 15:49Speaker 17: I'm sorry.
- 15:50Speaker 4: Number nine is high-waisted jeans.
- 15:53Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 15:55Speaker 4: Get those out of there.
- 15:56Speaker 17: I want to see the crack.
- 15:56Speaker 4: I thought those just got cool like a year ago.
- 15:58Speaker 17: Yeah, no. The low-rise jeans are back. And so are
- 16:01Speaker 17: tramp stamps.
- 16:02Speaker 4: So number 10 on this list. And I'm just going
- 16:05Speaker 4: to read exactly the way it's said here, okay? People
- 16:08Speaker 4: who do the Jim Carrey face are automatically cringy. They
- 16:11Speaker 4: tend to be stuck in the 90s, refuse to grow up,
- 16:13Speaker 4: and it's unoriginal, and it makes people feel uncomfortable. Let
- 16:16Speaker 4: Jim Carrey do it. No one else. It's embarrassing for
- 16:18Speaker 4: you and your friends. All righty then.
- 16:20Speaker 8: That's the Jim Carrey face?
- 16:22Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 16:22Speaker 4: What's the Jim Carrey face?
- 16:23Speaker 17: It's the face where he brings up his eyebrows, and
- 16:25Speaker 17: he does a smile, and it's actually really scary.
- 16:27Speaker 8: Half of us millennials, our faces don't move. What are
- 16:30Speaker 8: you talking about?
- 16:36Speaker 4: Well, Laura, thanks for jumping on air with us. I'm
- 16:40Speaker 4: sorry you stayed with us the whole segment, but you
- 16:42Speaker 4: started it. So there you go. You started it.
- 16:45Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 16:45Speaker 6: Now I know what to avoid as a Gen Z.
- 16:47Speaker 20: Yeah.
- 16:47Speaker 4: Have a great day. Thanks for calling in.
- 16:49Speaker 6: Thank you guys so much.
- 16:51Speaker 2: Bye.
- 16:55Speaker 4: John Jane Rich. Cameron, what are things that are no
- 16:58Speaker 4: longer cool that millennials do?
- 17:01Speaker 1: Oh, man, my brother used to have frosted tips. He
- 17:04Speaker 1: showed me these old pictures of him, and I've never
- 17:07Speaker 1: seen someone look so stupid in my entire life, dude.
- 17:11Speaker 1: It cracks me up. That, with, like, the wallet chain,
- 17:14Speaker 1: he looked like he.
- 17:15Speaker 5: Was a emissary for Hot Topic.
- 17:19Speaker 8: Okay, okay, the frosted tips. You bring this up. Does
- 17:21Speaker 8: anybody here follow Jessie from Secret Lives of Mormon Wives?
- 17:25Speaker 8: She's a hairstylist. She owns like this like big hair
- 17:28Speaker 8: company and she is now dating Marciano and she just
- 17:32Speaker 8: frosted his tips and everyone was like, oh my gosh,
- 17:34Speaker 8: he may be bringing back frosted tips because it actually
- 17:37Speaker 8: looked pretty good.
- 17:38Speaker 17: I feel like, because I coach at a high school,
- 17:39Speaker 17: so I see all the high school kids' hairstyles. And
- 17:41Speaker 17: a lot of the baseball players or a lot of
- 17:44Speaker 17: the boys that play sports, they all bleach their hair super, super,
- 17:48Speaker 17: super blonde. So it's kind of the same vibe as
- 17:51Speaker 17: Frosted Tips. It's just your whole head.
- 17:53Speaker 3: There is a billboard featuring the John Jay and Rich
- 17:55Speaker 3: show where both John Jay and Rich have Frosted Tips.
- 17:57Speaker 4: Oh, cringe.
- 17:58Speaker 5: Cringe.
- 17:59Speaker 17: Bring it back, fellas.
- 18:01Speaker 8: Bring it back.
- 18:02Speaker 17: Ew, it's giving millennial.
- 18:03Speaker 4: I remember when I dyed my hair bleach, bleach, bleach blonde,
- 18:06Speaker 4: and then it grew on and it has that Guy
- 18:09Speaker 4: Fieri look. I thought that was cool. Is that Frosted Tips?
- 18:11Speaker 8: Yeah. It would turn into Frosted Tips. Once it starts
- 18:13Speaker 8: to grow out.
- 18:13Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 18:14Speaker 4: All right. Well, wait, Cameron.
- 18:15Speaker 3: Wait.
- 18:15Speaker 4: We'll post our picture, and then you'll see something more
- 18:17Speaker 4: uncool than your brother. Unless it's coming back.
- 18:20Speaker 1: I can't wait to have something else to laugh at.
- 18:22Speaker 4: Unless it's coming back, Kyle. I'm going to go with
- 18:24Speaker 4: Kyle's thing. I'll frost my tips.
- 18:26Speaker 17: I literally just Googled frosted tips, and the first article
- 18:30Speaker 17: is 15 cool frosted tip hairstyles for 2026. I thought you.
- 18:34Speaker 4: Said you Googled it and it hit Rich's face that
- 18:37Speaker 4: came up with it.
- 18:39Speaker 8: Jesse from Secret Lives is bringing it back.
- 18:41Speaker 4: You know what? I'm going to the barber tomorrow. I'll
- 18:44Speaker 4: frost my tips, see if it looks different. I wonder
- 18:46Speaker 4: if my barber can do that. Arson, text me back. Hey, Cameron,
- 18:49Speaker 4: thanks for calling. Have a great day. You too. Take
- 18:52Speaker 4: it easy. It's John Jay and Rich. Time for Stacks
- 19:01Speaker 4: and Hacks. I have stacks and Rich has life hacks.
- 19:05Speaker 4: I have stacks of information and it's usually stacks of
- 19:08Speaker 4: stuff I can't get to. So we just made this
- 19:10Speaker 4: segment Stacks and Hacks. A designer has created a summer
- 19:15Speaker 4: Hawaiian shirt. Have you guys heard about this or read
- 19:18Speaker 4: about this yet?
- 19:18Speaker 8: Wouldn't all Hawaiian shirts kind of be summer?
- 19:20Speaker 4: No, in Hawaii, they wear them all year long. But
- 19:23Speaker 4: it's a Hawaiian summer shirt, but it has this weird pattern,
- 19:26Speaker 4: a very abstract pattern. That works as camouflage for AI-powered
- 19:31Speaker 4: surveillance cameras. Oh, now that's cool. So they can't see you,
- 19:34Speaker 4: which would ruin lots of fun TV shows.
- 19:37Speaker 15: Wow.
- 19:37Speaker 4: When they try to find you on CCTV, like if
- 19:39Speaker 4: you're on Reacher. So that'd be kind of cool.
- 19:41Speaker 17: So is it like a green screen? So like your
- 19:43Speaker 17: head would just be floating?
- 19:44Speaker 4: In your life?
- 19:44Speaker 8: That's what I was thinking, just like a head.
- 19:46Speaker 13: They can't recognize you.
- 19:48Speaker 8: Oh, maybe it like, maybe it projects like a flash
- 19:51Speaker 8: of light on your face so you can't see it.
- 19:52Speaker 8: Like those, like those license plate things.
- 19:55Speaker 17: Every time I see people rolling around those, I'm like,
- 19:57Speaker 17: you know.
- 19:57Speaker 8: How to have that. I know.
- 20:00Speaker 4: You guys know that? Mylanta, that brand Mylanta. People would say, oh, Mylanta.
- 20:05Speaker 4: What is that? It's a stomach thing like Pepto-Bismol. They
- 20:08Speaker 4: launched two limited edition fall harvest liquid anti-acids, pumpkin spice
- 20:13Speaker 4: and spiced apple cider. They're on Amazon now.
- 20:15Speaker 3: Now all I got to do is get hot honey
- 20:16Speaker 3: and they're on all the trends.
- 20:17Speaker 17: I'm like shocked. I thought Oh Mylanta was like, oh
- 20:19Speaker 17: my gosh, like Oh Mylanta.
- 20:21Speaker 12: No, it is.
- 20:22Speaker 8: But people just started saying that because Mylanta is like,
- 20:25Speaker 8: oh my, oh my, Oh Mylanta.
- 20:28Speaker 4: All right, so when it comes to boob news, I
- 20:30Speaker 4: have boob news.
- 20:31Speaker 12: Okay.
- 20:31Speaker 4: A new study reveals that symmetry, what does symmetry mean, Kyle?
- 20:34Speaker 8: Symmetry means they're both the same on each side.
- 20:37Speaker 4: Okay, a new study reveals that symmetry may matter more
- 20:40Speaker 4: than size when it comes to boob appeal. Researcher, so
- 20:44Speaker 4: I would have loved to have been part of that study.
- 20:46Speaker 4: Researchers found that people prefer a centrally located nipple.
- 20:50Speaker 17: No, that's so valid.
- 20:51Speaker 24: Why?
- 20:53Speaker 15: Why?
- 20:54Speaker 8: A what, Peyton?
- 20:55Speaker 4: That is so valid.
- 20:56Speaker 17: Okay, so when I, like, first started to, like, get
- 20:59Speaker 17: boobs and I was, like, getting older in high school,
- 21:01Speaker 17: in high school, I had an A cup, and then
- 21:04Speaker 17: the other one was, like, a C, B cup. So
- 21:06Speaker 17: it was, like, very lopsided, and I was very insecure
- 21:09Speaker 17: about it to the point where my mom promised me
- 21:11Speaker 17: that if they didn't even out by the time I
- 21:13Speaker 17: turned 18, she would pay for a boob job.
- 21:15Speaker 8: That's so nice of her.
- 21:16Speaker 17: I know, and you could imagine how mad I was
- 21:18Speaker 17: when they caught.
- 21:19Speaker 8: Up to each other.
- 21:19Speaker 4: You were like, aw. I was like, aw. So when
- 21:24Speaker 4: you get fake ones, you can pick where you want everything?
- 21:26Speaker 17: Yeah, I'm sure. That's a Kyle question.
- 21:31Speaker 8: I mean, I guess, I think the changing of the
- 21:32Speaker 8: nipple would be a different surgery. We don't know.
- 21:37Speaker 4: You have the boobies.
- 21:38Speaker 8: I didn't have that one. They just inserted implants.
- 21:42Speaker 4: And they look great. Well done.
- 21:43Speaker 8: Thank you, John Jay. Thank you.
- 21:45Speaker 4: Well done, yeah.
- 21:46Speaker 3: I'd stand up.
- 21:46Speaker 4: I'd give you a standing up. A woman on TikTok
- 21:49Speaker 4: claims that her stomach got super messed up by ground-up
- 21:52Speaker 4: coffee because of what was in the coffee.
- 21:55Speaker 8: What was in the coffee?
- 21:57Speaker 20: Cockroaches love coffee. There's a 100% chance that if you're
- 22:00Speaker 20: drinking ground-up coffee, you're probably drinking ground-up cockroaches, too. And
- 22:04Speaker 20: I just recently went to the doctor, and they couldn't
- 22:06Speaker 20: figure out what was wrong with my GI tract. They
- 22:08Speaker 20: thought I had Crohn's disease, a gluten allergy, high, low
- 22:11Speaker 20: blood pressure, you name it. They also did allergy tests,
- 22:13Speaker 20: but do you know what they didn't test for? Hmm.
- 22:15Speaker 20: The ingredient coccineal, which is literally ground up bugs. And
- 22:19Speaker 20: it's not only in your coffee. It's also in a
- 22:21Speaker 20: lot of processed foods. So then I had to go
- 22:23Speaker 20: and get a special test for that and come to
- 22:24Speaker 20: find out that's exactly what I've been allergic to this
- 22:27Speaker 20: entire time. And then the doctor laughs like, oh, a
- 22:29Speaker 20: little protein never hurt nobody.
- 22:30Speaker 4: But in your case, it is hurting you.
- 22:33Speaker 8: We're not going to be laughing about that.
- 22:35Speaker 17: That reminds me of like when there was like the
- 22:38Speaker 17: rumor that there was like bat poo in deodorant in Doritos.
- 22:44Speaker 17: You guys heard that?
- 22:45Speaker 15: What?
- 22:45Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 22:46Speaker 4: Have not heard that story. That's horrifying as well.
- 22:49Speaker 24: I know.
- 22:50Speaker 4: That seems like a lie to break down, attack the
- 22:54Speaker 4: Dorito company.
- 22:55Speaker 17: I'm like, I still eat them.
- 22:58Speaker 4: Okay. So do you guys ever do this? I do
- 22:59Speaker 4: this every once in a while. Like sometimes if you're
- 23:01Speaker 4: looking up at a star, you go, I wonder who
- 23:03Speaker 4: else is looking at this star? Or do you ever
- 23:05Speaker 4: think of something? Oh, yeah.
- 23:07Speaker 8: Oh.
- 23:07Speaker 4: Yeah. What, like five-hole?
- 23:09Speaker 8: No, Alex Warren has a song in his new album
- 23:10Speaker 8: called Same Stars.
- 23:11Speaker 5: Oh, really?
- 23:12Speaker 8: It's kind of along that line, yeah.
- 23:13Speaker 4: But do you ever think, like sometimes I go, I'll
- 23:15Speaker 4: think of something, I go, I'm the only person in
- 23:17Speaker 4: the world thinking this right now. But I don't know
- 23:18Speaker 4: if that's true or not. Well, that probably is in
- 23:20Speaker 4: your case, John Jay. Well, according to an estimate, every
- 23:22Speaker 4: time you hit the space bar when you're typing, 600,000
- 23:26Speaker 4: people are doing it at the exact same time around
- 23:28Speaker 4: the world.
- 23:28Speaker 10: That's fun.
- 23:28Speaker 8: That just feels like good camaraderie.
- 23:30Speaker 4: Yeah, it's kind of cool. You're all typing.
- 23:31Speaker 8: You're the same. Look at all of us hitting that
- 23:33Speaker 8: space bar.
- 23:34Speaker 4: A new poll on grilling since Labor Day weekend is
- 23:36Speaker 4: coming up. It included food that each state is known
- 23:39Speaker 4: for grilling. For example, in Alaska, most people are grilling
- 23:44Speaker 4: moose burgers, grilled salmon and halibut. In Florida, it's gator.
- 23:49Speaker 4: In South Dakota, grilled peasant. Wyoming, people grill bison, Montana
- 23:54Speaker 4: elk steak. In Maine, they grill fiddleheads. What are fiddleheads?
- 24:00Speaker 4: Fiddleheads are young, Curled shoots of certain ferns. I don't
- 24:04Speaker 4: know what ferns are.
- 24:05Speaker 8: Like the plant?
- 24:07Speaker 4: Yeah, I guess so. New Mexico, roasted green chilies. Delaware,
- 24:10Speaker 4: blue crabs. In Hawaii, it's chicken and cali ribs. I've
- 24:14Speaker 4: had that. It's great. In Colorado, Rocky Mountain oysters. Those
- 24:17Speaker 4: are bull testicles.
- 24:18Speaker 13: Yep.
- 24:19Speaker 4: Yep.
- 24:21Speaker 2: Yep.
- 24:22Speaker 4: What do you got for Life Hacks, Rich?
- 24:23Speaker 3: Well, John Jay, you're the most complicated get ready for better,
- 24:26Speaker 3: I would say, amongst us. Like, Kyle, do you do
- 24:29Speaker 3: anything to make your sleep better before you go to
- 24:31Speaker 3: sleep or are you just tired and you go to bed?
- 24:33Speaker 8: Oh, I'm just tired and go to bed.
- 24:34Speaker 3: I figured as much. What about you, Peyton? Do you
- 24:36Speaker 3: do anything to get yourself ready?
- 24:37Speaker 17: Yeah, have a little wind-down moment.
- 24:39Speaker 3: Okay, well, John Jay, can I just get a list
- 24:41Speaker 3: of the things that you have to make yourself sleep?
- 24:44Speaker 3: And I'm going to add one to your list.
- 24:45Speaker 4: I do the CPAP, a breathing machine. I do a
- 24:47Speaker 4: mouth guard. I do earplugs. I wear a mask underneath
- 24:50Speaker 4: my CPAP. I take a bunch of multivitamins and sleep
- 24:55Speaker 4: aids to go to sleep. Mm-hmm.
- 24:56Speaker 8: Did you talk about your oxygen tank?
- 24:58Speaker 4: Oh, I have an oxygen tank.
- 24:59Speaker 3: Not described.
- 24:59Speaker 17: What about the underwear over your head?
- 25:02Speaker 4: Well, no, I have a mask now that I have,
- 25:03Speaker 4: which I need a new one. It's a new thin mask. Yeah,
- 25:06Speaker 4: those are just some of the things I do.
- 25:07Speaker 3: Okay, we'll add this to your list because scientists now
- 25:09Speaker 3: say that there is some actual definite science between warm
- 25:14Speaker 3: feet at bedtime, but that doesn't mean you should wear
- 25:16Speaker 3: both socks. It means you should wear one sock to
- 25:19Speaker 3: bed because one of them helps your body release heat
- 25:22Speaker 3: and the other one helps your body stay warm. And
- 25:25Speaker 3: that process really shuts down your brain and can help
- 25:28Speaker 3: you sleep. So if you are having problems getting to sleep,
- 25:32Speaker 3: you can follow all of John Jay's tricks or just
- 25:34Speaker 3: try one sock.
- 25:34Speaker 8: No, that's so accurate because I, my husband keeps the
- 25:38Speaker 8: room really cold at night. So I sleep with a,
- 25:40Speaker 8: like a heated blanket and it warms my feet up
- 25:42Speaker 8: and I fall asleep so fast, but I washed my
- 25:46Speaker 8: heated blanket recently. And so I have, I've just been
- 25:48Speaker 8: too lazy to put it back on. And I feel
- 25:50Speaker 8: like it takes me longer to fall asleep without it.
- 25:52Speaker 4: There you go. Throw in a sock. Try it tonight.
- 25:55Speaker 3: Bad life hack and many more at johnjainrich.com.
- 26:02Speaker 4: War of the Roses starts right now on John Jay
- 26:10Speaker 4: and Rich. All right, we're getting ready for War of
- 26:11Speaker 4: the Roses. Fabian, what's up? You're on the air. What's
- 26:13Speaker 4: your story? Who's cheating on you?
- 26:15Speaker 7: Hey, so I feel kind of crazy even saying this,
- 26:18Speaker 7: but I'm starting to think that my wife is like
- 26:22Speaker 7: getting something on the side.
- 26:24Speaker 1: Like every few nights she goes out.
- 26:26Speaker 7: With her girlfriends, which, you know, that normally wouldn't bother me.
- 26:29Speaker 7: But lately there's this pattern where she's like, she comes home,
- 26:33Speaker 7: she goes straight to the shower and then suddenly she's
- 26:36Speaker 7: in the best mood. And I'm telling you, my wife
- 26:39Speaker 7: has been miserable for the last like full year, no lie.
- 26:45Speaker 7: And I don't know, we barely connect anymore. She's like
- 26:47Speaker 7: always irritated with me. But for some reason, after these,
- 26:52Speaker 7: quote unquote girls nights she's practically like glowing and I
- 26:58Speaker 7: hate that my mind is going there and I don't
- 27:01Speaker 7: know if maybe I'm just being insecure but something just
- 27:04Speaker 7: feels off I think somebody else is putting that pep
- 27:08Speaker 7: in her step if you.
- 27:10Speaker 17: Know what I mean that makes me wonder like Is
- 27:13Speaker 17: there anything else that's going on in your relationship that
- 27:16Speaker 17: is shady? Like, is she hiding her phone? Is she
- 27:19Speaker 17: lying about where she's at with her friends?
- 27:23Speaker 7: Nothing that I've noticed other than this, to be honest
- 27:27Speaker 7: with you. I don't really go, I don't really pay attention.
- 27:31Speaker 1: To her phone. But, yeah, there's nothing else that I can.
- 27:35Speaker 7: Think of that I would consider shady or anything.
- 27:38Speaker 4: Okay, so you're saying she comes home and she goes
- 27:41Speaker 4: and washes that guy off. And then she's all happy
- 27:43Speaker 4: and in a good mood. That's what you're saying. She
- 27:45Speaker 4: always comes home and washes and jumps in the shower, right?
- 27:48Speaker 7: She goes straight to the shower, yeah.
- 27:50Speaker 5: So I'm like, she's trying to like.
- 27:53Speaker 4: You can't smell his obsession, his Ralph Lauren, his Paul Gaultier.
- 27:59Speaker 8: It's kind of sad you jump right to that because, like,
- 28:02Speaker 8: there's other reasons you would want to shower, like, are
- 28:04Speaker 8: her girls' nights at a new yoga place? Like, is
- 28:06Speaker 8: she just sweaty? And you know when you work out,
- 28:09Speaker 8: you have those endorphins, so that may explain why she's
- 28:12Speaker 8: in a better.
- 28:13Speaker 4: Mood, like, you know? Guys have female intuition, too.
- 28:16Speaker 7: You know.
- 28:17Speaker 17: Okay. I'm kind of with you, Kyle.
- 28:19Speaker 8: I'm not discrediting. I'm just saying, like Peyton said, you
- 28:21Speaker 8: said there wasn't anything else.
- 28:22Speaker 17: Yeah, so to me, I'm like, sometimes you hang out
- 28:24Speaker 17: with your girlfriends and you need to wash off all
- 28:26Speaker 17: that bad energy and vibes that you're having for the day.
- 28:28Speaker 8: Every time.
- 28:29Speaker 4: Every time she comes home, she goes to the shower.
- 28:31Speaker 4: Every time. Who knows? Who knows?
- 28:33Speaker 3: Are there more girls' nights than normal lately?
- 28:37Speaker 1: I would say so.
- 28:38Speaker 4: It's pretty regular.
- 28:39Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 28:39Speaker 2: Okay.
- 28:40Speaker 4: All right, let's call her. What's your wife's name?
- 28:42Speaker 5: Jenna.
- 28:42Speaker 17: Jenna?
- 28:43Speaker 4: All right, we're going to get Jenna on the phone
- 28:44Speaker 4: next and find out who she thinks is sending her flowers.
- 28:48Speaker 4: War of the Roses next with Chauncey and Rich. We
- 28:53Speaker 4: are in the middle of War of the Roses. Fabian
- 28:57Speaker 4: thinks his wife Jenna is cheating on him because every
- 28:59Speaker 4: time she comes home from a girl's night, boom, she
- 29:01Speaker 4: goes in the shower. Every time. And then she's like
- 29:03Speaker 4: in a really good mood. So he's got reason to
- 29:05Speaker 4: think that there's, what did you say? There's a guy,
- 29:08Speaker 4: something on the side. She's getting something on the side
- 29:11Speaker 4: is what you said. Right, Fabian?
- 29:13Speaker 7: I'm thinking that's definitely a possibility.
- 29:16Speaker 4: Okay.
- 29:17Speaker 8: He said someone else is putting that pep in her step.
- 29:19Speaker 4: Oh yeah.
- 29:20Speaker 15: Wow.
- 29:20Speaker 4: It all depends. How big is that pep? Whoa.
- 29:24Speaker 3: Wow.
- 29:25Speaker 17: I really hope this is not the case for you. Hello.
- 29:37Speaker 8: Hi, good morning. Is Jenna available?
- 29:39Speaker 9: Uh, this is she.
- 29:41Speaker 3: Perfect.
- 29:41Speaker 17: Hi, Jenna.
- 29:42Speaker 8: So my name is Sarah. I actually have some really
- 29:43Speaker 8: good news for you. You're like, what is this?
- 29:45Speaker 2: Sorry.
- 29:46Speaker 8: I'm with a new company. We're called JNR Flowers. It's
- 29:48Speaker 8: like my fourth day on the job. And like I said,
- 29:52Speaker 8: I do have good news for you, but I kind
- 29:53Speaker 8: of messed up a little bit. So I'm hoping you
- 29:56Speaker 8: can bear with me and help me out so that
- 29:59Speaker 8: you can be showered with love. Because somebody wants to
- 30:02Speaker 8: send you our most romantic bouquet of roses. And I
- 30:05Speaker 8: am so embarrassed because there's actually a couple of these
- 30:08Speaker 8: bouquets going out. And I want to make sure you
- 30:10Speaker 8: get the right card so you're not like, who is this?
- 30:14Speaker 8: So I'm just wondering, is there any way you could
- 30:15Speaker 8: confirm who would be sending you flowers so I could
- 30:20Speaker 8: get the right card to you?
- 30:22Speaker 18: Oh, probably my husband, Fabian. I don't know.
- 30:28Speaker 20: Okay.
- 30:29Speaker 8: Anybody else?
- 30:30Speaker 5: Probably.
- 30:31Speaker 7: Jenna, what the hell is going on? Because I'm sitting here,
- 30:34Speaker 7: I'm listening to you, and none.
- 30:36Speaker 4: Of this is making sense to me.
- 30:38Speaker 7: You've been super weird when you come home from your girls' nights.
- 30:41Speaker 1: Like, what is going on?
- 30:43Speaker 18: What is going on?
- 30:43Speaker 17: Fabian?
- 30:44Speaker 12: I'm sorry, what is happening right now?
- 30:46Speaker 7: I'm trying to figure out what you're doing. Like, you
- 30:48Speaker 7: keep going out with your friends, you come home late,
- 30:51Speaker 7: you jump in the shower immediately, and then suddenly you're
- 30:54Speaker 7: all happy and glowing.
- 30:55Speaker 1: Like, you haven't acted like that with me in.
- 30:59Speaker 4: Months.
- 30:59Speaker 7: You must be getting your happiness from somewhere else, I'm assuming.
- 31:03Speaker 2: Wait, wait, wait.
- 31:05Speaker 18: Honey, you seriously, do you think I'm cheating on you?
- 31:08Speaker 12: I don't know.
- 31:09Speaker 7: That's why I'm here.
- 31:11Speaker 4: Like, you tell me.
- 31:12Speaker 1: What am I supposed to think?
- 31:14Speaker 13: Oh, my God.
- 31:15Speaker 18: Vivian, I'm going out with my girlfriend, and I have
- 31:20Speaker 18: a couple drinks, and then I laugh and dance with them,
- 31:23Speaker 18: and then I'm, I don't know, I'm feeling like myself again.
- 31:28Speaker 18: And they've, I don't know, honey, they've honestly just brought
- 31:31Speaker 18: back some life into me. And so then I come home,
- 31:35Speaker 18: I take a shower, I take care of myself, and
- 31:37Speaker 18: then I go to sleep.
- 31:39Speaker 13: Oh.
- 31:39Speaker 2: I mean, take care of yourself.
- 31:41Speaker 4: Hey, Jenna, Jenna, Jenna, you're on the radio right now.
- 31:44Speaker 4: You're on John Chain Rich, War of the Roses.
- 31:46Speaker 5: Oh, my God.
- 31:47Speaker 8: I'm sorry.
- 31:49Speaker 18: Okay. I'm familiar with the show, but this is ridiculous.
- 31:53Speaker 18: This whole thing, like... I don't understand why you're so
- 31:56Speaker 18: upset about this. You barely kiss me anymore, let alone
- 32:01Speaker 18: initiate anything. And so, yeah, sometimes I have to handle
- 32:04Speaker 18: my own business so that I can get a little
- 32:06Speaker 18: bit more sleep. I mean, my God, what a shocker.
- 32:09Speaker 18: I wake up in a better mood.
- 32:10Speaker 22: Like, what's the issue here?
- 32:13Speaker 9: That's low eating right there.
- 32:16Speaker 4: Low eating?
- 32:17Speaker 22: Okay.
- 32:17Speaker 18: You think that's me cheating?
- 32:20Speaker 4: With who?
- 32:21Speaker 18: With myself?
- 32:22Speaker 5: You have a husband.
- 32:24Speaker 7: Why are you doing this behind my back when you
- 32:26Speaker 7: literally have me?
- 32:29Speaker 18: You cannot be serious right now. You thought I was
- 32:31Speaker 18: sleeping with another man, and then you find out that
- 32:35Speaker 18: the other person is me, and somehow I'm cheating on you.
- 32:42Speaker 7: You're hiding from me.
- 32:44Speaker 18: I wasn't hiding anything. What do you want me to do?
- 32:49Speaker 18: Do you want me to send you a calendar invite? Because,
- 32:52Speaker 18: I mean, especially when you show zero interest in me,
- 32:56Speaker 18: so I don't know what this is all about at
- 32:59Speaker 18: this point because none of this should.
- 33:01Speaker 1: Be a shocker. That's not the point.
- 33:06Speaker 18: That is the point. Instead of asking, oh, why is
- 33:09Speaker 18: my wife suddenly, you know, seeming happier, you bring me
- 33:13Speaker 18: on to a radio show to accuse me of cheating
- 33:16Speaker 18: because I take a shower when I go to bed
- 33:18Speaker 18: and then I'm in a good mood?
- 33:21Speaker 11: I mean.
- 33:22Speaker 18: Fabian, get a grip.
- 33:24Speaker 12: What the hell?
- 33:26Speaker 4: Let me jump in for a second. What she's saying
- 33:29Speaker 4: happens in the shower. Is that common, you guys?
- 33:34Speaker 17: It's wherever you want to do your business.
- 33:35Speaker 8: I'm sure some people do that.
- 33:36Speaker 4: Can you enlighten us? Is this relatable to any of
- 33:39Speaker 4: you in the studio, especially you, Kyle?
- 33:44Speaker 8: I mean, I think hanging out with your friends and
- 33:45Speaker 8: feeling like yourself again is terrible.
- 33:55Speaker 17: I could understand. I mean, absolutely, Jenna. I am 100%
- 34:00Speaker 17: on your side. Fabian, I think you're probably feeling a
- 34:01Speaker 17: little insecure. That's not cheating, though. That's definitely not cheating.
- 34:06Speaker 17: This could be a great thing.
- 34:07Speaker 8: This could open up the communication for you, too.
- 34:10Speaker 3: I mean, if you look at it like this, you
- 34:12Speaker 3: don't have to do anything, and she's in a great mood.
- 34:15Speaker 17: He wants to be in the great mood, too. I mean,
- 34:17Speaker 17: I think, Kyle, you're exactly right. This is like a
- 34:18Speaker 17: perfect opportunity for the two of you guys to come
- 34:21Speaker 17: together to communicate and get some loving back on.
- 34:26Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 34:26Speaker 3: When she comes in from the girls' night, you know
- 34:28Speaker 3: it's on.
- 34:29Speaker 17: Hey, after she comes home from girls' night, just meet
- 34:31Speaker 17: her before the shower, and I'm sure you're fine.
- 34:33Speaker 7: I just don't feel good about this whole thing.
- 34:35Speaker 8: Come on, Fabian!
- 34:37Speaker 4: No, she's not a guy. She thought you were sending
- 34:41Speaker 4: her the flowers. There's not another guy. She's not cheating
- 34:43Speaker 4: on you. You obviously have to work on your relationship
- 34:46Speaker 4: because she says you haven't touched her in a long time.
- 34:48Speaker 4: So she's having some needs that you've got to meet.
- 34:52Speaker 4: And you have needs that she's got to meet. You
- 34:53Speaker 4: guys got to communicate. So this is actually a really
- 34:55Speaker 4: good thing.
- 34:56Speaker 1: Yeah, well, and on top of that, she said maybe
- 34:59Speaker 1: my husband....
- 35:05Speaker 18: This whole thing is ridiculous. And quite frankly, like maybe
- 35:09Speaker 18: you need to start thinking about yourself a little bit
- 35:12Speaker 18: more and not putting so much focus on me and
- 35:14Speaker 18: what's wrong with me. Because quite frankly, I'm out here
- 35:17Speaker 18: trying to do my thing. And you're the one that's
- 35:20Speaker 18: calling a radio show, making up all these stories in
- 35:23Speaker 18: your head when you could have just talked to me
- 35:25Speaker 18: about it. We could have skipped this whole thing.
- 35:27Speaker 4: Yeah, communicate what I was saying. Thank you both for
- 35:29Speaker 4: going on the air with us. Thank you very much.
- 35:31Speaker 4: That is War of the Roses, you guys, with John
- 35:34Speaker 4: Jay and Rich.
- 35:36Speaker 8: It's John.
- 35:45Speaker 4: Jay and Rich. What a War of the Roses, huh? Vonda,
- 35:50Speaker 4: you got a comment on War of the Roses? Go ahead.
- 35:52Speaker 4: Thanks for holding.
- 35:55Speaker 8: Hi.
- 35:56Speaker 9: So I was thinking that the husband is kind of
- 36:01Speaker 9: insecure a little bit. I think that her going home,
- 36:04Speaker 9: her growth is fine.
- 36:06Speaker 10: But also she.
- 36:07Speaker 9: Did say that she listens to the show. So I
- 36:13Speaker 9: don't know if she, you know, knew what was going on.
- 36:17Speaker 9: But I think that nothing's going on there. But she
- 36:19Speaker 9: really needs to get it together because he's never going
- 36:23Speaker 9: to get over it.
- 36:24Speaker 5: So.
- 36:25Speaker 9: Maybe she needs, they maybe need to go to counseling.
- 36:27Speaker 5: But.
- 36:29Speaker 4: It sounds like. Communication.
- 36:32Speaker 5: Yes.
- 36:33Speaker 4: Hey, thank you for listening. Thank you.
- 36:36Speaker 16: You're welcome.
- 36:36Speaker 9: Thank you.
- 36:37Speaker 18: All right.
- 36:37Speaker 11: Bye-bye.
- 36:39Speaker 4: There's a story, a local story that's gone national. It
- 36:43Speaker 4: was all over MSN. It's on CNN, all the ends.
- 36:47Speaker 4: And I thought he's really cool. It's about an Arizona
- 36:51Speaker 4: father and son. They're getting major props for running a
- 36:54Speaker 4: business where they fix people's cars. Well, actually, we have
- 36:57Speaker 4: them all. Michael, good morning.
- 37:00Speaker 5: Good morning. How are you doing?
- 37:01Speaker 4: Are you the father or the son?
- 37:03Speaker 5: I'm the father.
- 37:04Speaker 4: Do you have a Holy Spirit there that's helping him out?
- 37:06Speaker 1: Father, son, Holy Spirit.
- 37:09Speaker 5: Religious jokes. Religious jokes of fathers.
- 37:12Speaker 4: Hey, so congratulations. I think that's really cool what you
- 37:14Speaker 4: guys are doing. Can you explain a little bit more
- 37:16Speaker 4: what you guys are doing?
- 37:17Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean, basically, you know, 10 years ago, the
- 37:21Speaker 5: AC went out in my own van and I had
- 37:23Speaker 5: to learn how to fix it because I couldn't afford
- 37:26Speaker 5: the shops. And once I learned how to fix it,
- 37:29Speaker 5: I thought, well, I could just kind of do this
- 37:31Speaker 5: for other people. And, you know, I started with friends
- 37:33Speaker 5: and family and, you know, people on Facebook I knew
- 37:37Speaker 5: and stuff like that. And then a couple of friends
- 37:40Speaker 5: got together and we just kind of made it a thing.
- 37:43Speaker 5: You know, we made a Facebook page and kind of
- 37:44Speaker 5: just went public with it. And that was, that was
- 37:47Speaker 5: 10 years ago.
- 37:48Speaker 1: And we just kind of, we've been just, you know,
- 37:52Speaker 1: COVID kind.
- 37:52Speaker 5: Of stopped things and, um, got it going back up
- 37:56Speaker 5: after a few months, but just doing it by myself
- 37:58Speaker 5: out of my house and, um, you know, with my
- 38:00Speaker 5: son helping. And, um, so yeah, so since the start
- 38:04Speaker 5: of COVID, I've just been doing it by myself out
- 38:06Speaker 5: of my garage at home. And, uh, you know, I,
- 38:09Speaker 5: people just have to buy the parts and then, uh,
- 38:11Speaker 5: There's a small little fee to schedule just to reserve
- 38:15Speaker 5: your slot. And beyond that, we just ask that people
- 38:18Speaker 5: donate for the labor. It's a really cool program we do.
- 38:21Speaker 4: So in one sentence, if you can, explain what you
- 38:24Speaker 4: and your son do.
- 38:26Speaker 5: In one sentence.
- 38:28Speaker 4: Go ahead.
- 38:30Speaker 5: Yeah, we repair, you know, minor car problems with a
- 38:35Speaker 5: focus on A.C., for needy.
- 38:38Speaker 1: Families in Phoenix for donation-based labor.
- 38:41Speaker 4: And what part of town are you in?
- 38:44Speaker 5: I am in Glendale. We're near 43rd and Cactus area.
- 38:48Speaker 4: And you do it out of your house or do
- 38:49Speaker 4: you have a garage now?
- 38:51Speaker 5: I do it out of my home garage.
- 38:53Speaker 8: That's so cool. I mean, driving without an AC in
- 38:56Speaker 8: Arizona is actually very dangerous. So you're doing a very
- 39:00Speaker 8: amazing service.
- 39:01Speaker 5: It is brutal. There are stories every year of children
- 39:04Speaker 5: and elderly who, you know, handle the heat and have
- 39:09Speaker 5: serious health issues.
- 39:11Speaker 3: Just out of curiosity, if you took your car to
- 39:14Speaker 3: a shop to get your AC fixed, what prices do
- 39:16Speaker 3: you normally hear?
- 39:19Speaker 5: Well, it depends on the extent of what repair is needed,
- 39:21Speaker 5: but you can expect to spend between $ 2, 000 and $ 4, 000
- 39:26Speaker 5: even for the basic of AC repairs.
- 39:28Speaker 3: And so what's the cost if you buy the like
- 39:30Speaker 3: a basic part and you guys do.
- 39:32Speaker 5: It um so let's say you need a new condenser
- 39:36Speaker 5: because something popped up off the road and popped a
- 39:38Speaker 5: hole in yours um if you were to go to
- 39:40Speaker 5: a typical shop for a condenser would be 1800 to
- 39:42Speaker 5: 2500 Um, if I was to do it, buying the
- 39:47Speaker 5: part is anywhere from 55 to a hundred bucks and
- 39:51Speaker 5: then you would just donate for the labor.
- 39:52Speaker 4: Oh my gosh. So how do people get ahold of you?
- 39:54Speaker 5: I mean, it is a massive, what's that?
- 39:57Speaker 4: What's your Facebook? How do they get ahold of you?
- 39:59Speaker 5: Uh, they can find us on Facebook at, uh, just
- 40:01Speaker 5: the same spelling as our name, the junkie garage at
- 40:04Speaker 5: J U N K I E. Uh, and then, um, yeah,
- 40:07Speaker 5: we just asked that, you know, people support us on
- 40:09Speaker 5: there and, um, we have a little $ 2 and 50
- 40:12Speaker 5: cents subscription on there that, you know, is going to
- 40:15Speaker 5: make a massive impact in Phoenix when we get, you know,
- 40:18Speaker 5: lots of subscribers. And, you know, literally nobody is going
- 40:21Speaker 5: to feel the financial burden.
- 40:24Speaker 4: What's your real name? Do you have a normal job
- 40:27Speaker 4: or is that what you do now?
- 40:29Speaker 5: Yeah, I work in construction in a high-end cabinet shop.
- 40:33Speaker 5: I do office stuff, bidding and stuff like that. But
- 40:37Speaker 5: I spent years out in the field doing that sort
- 40:39Speaker 5: of stuff and just, you know, worked my way up
- 40:43Speaker 5: to the office.
- 40:44Speaker 4: What, um, what's the cabinet company called?
- 40:47Speaker 5: Uh, Dan Hutchins woodworking.
- 40:49Speaker 4: Oh, Danny Hutchins. We know him.
- 40:52Speaker 3: No, I don't know.
- 40:55Speaker 5: What the heck?
- 40:57Speaker 3: Well, what if I don't need an AC, but I
- 41:00Speaker 3: want to donate a little bit to your cause. Can
- 41:01Speaker 3: you do that on your page too?
- 41:03Speaker 5: Absolutely. You can go onto our website, the junkie garage.org
- 41:06Speaker 5: and you can do a one-time donation there. Or if you, uh,
- 41:10Speaker 5: plan to use our services. There are two different subscription
- 41:14Speaker 5: options that will offer, uh, you know, small discounts for
- 41:17Speaker 5: the appointment.
- 41:18Speaker 4: And I love that.
- 41:19Speaker 5: Okay. There it is.
- 41:19Speaker 4: I found it. The junkie garage.org. Okay.
- 41:21Speaker 5: But I had no idea it was going worldwide or nationwide.
- 41:24Speaker 4: Oh, you want to hear, wait, how did it happen? Who,
- 41:27Speaker 4: who first got ahold of you? Cause it's gone all
- 41:28Speaker 4: over the place. I'll play you a clip here. Wait,
- 41:30Speaker 4: first of all, here's you from the news. Here's you
- 41:32Speaker 4: from the news last night.
- 41:33Speaker 5: The way my program works, I don't have any limitations.
- 41:35Speaker 5: There's no qualifications. There's no There's no nothing. You just
- 41:38Speaker 5: schedule on our website. I don't ask you for your income.
- 41:41Speaker 5: I don't ask you who you are or where you
- 41:42Speaker 5: came from or anything like that. I don't care about
- 41:45Speaker 5: any of that. I just want to help people get
- 41:47Speaker 5: their cars working right. First come, first serve schedule on
- 41:49Speaker 5: the website. We help the community out. We work on
- 41:51Speaker 5: their cars, and it means a lot to me. It's
- 41:54Speaker 5: an amazing bonding experience, and it gives me an opportunity
- 41:58Speaker 5: that most kids don't get.
- 41:59Speaker 4: Man, whoever interviewed you for that did a much better
- 42:01Speaker 4: job than we did.
- 42:03Speaker 5: That was CBS, I think.
- 42:07Speaker 4: Yeah, they're professionals. They got picked up everywhere, bro. You're
- 42:09Speaker 4: on CNN, you're on MSN, everywhere.
- 42:12Speaker 5: Wow. I had a teacher from Texas reach out and
- 42:16Speaker 5: tell me that she saw it on CNN, but that
- 42:18Speaker 5: was the only thing I knew about Nationwide.
- 42:20Speaker 4: Where'd you grow up?
- 42:23Speaker 5: I grew up in Riverside, California.
- 42:24Speaker 4: Oh, how long have you been in Arizona?
- 42:27Speaker 5: I moved here in 2012. So it's been about 14 years.
- 42:31Speaker 4: And you do this stuff with your son. How old
- 42:33Speaker 4: is your son?
- 42:35Speaker 5: He's 16 now, but when he first started helping me,
- 42:38Speaker 5: he was about eight.
- 42:39Speaker 4: Where does he go to school?
- 42:41Speaker 5: He does homeschooling. Oh, right on. So he just does
- 42:44Speaker 5: his own, like, online homeschooling.
- 42:46Speaker 4: Right on. Well, again, it's the Junkie Garage, and you
- 42:49Speaker 4: can see it up there. And, you know, because we
- 42:51Speaker 4: have a foundation called the Love Up Foundation. We try
- 42:54Speaker 4: to do the same thing.
- 42:55Speaker 5: Oh, I love your foundation.
- 42:56Speaker 4: Oh, you're familiar? Absolutely.
- 42:59Speaker 5: I've been listening to you guys for as long as
- 43:01Speaker 5: I've lived in Arizona. I've actually reached out to you
- 43:03Speaker 5: guys a few times to talk about– uh, like I've
- 43:05Speaker 5: messaged you guys to see if we could talk about
- 43:07Speaker 5: junkie garage, but it's been a long time. It's been
- 43:11Speaker 5: a long time.
- 43:11Speaker 4: Got back to you.
- 43:14Speaker 3: We don't have as good a customer service as junkie garage.
- 43:16Speaker 4: Our foundation. We should, we'll make a donation.
- 43:19Speaker 5: I think I reached out on Instagram like years ago.
- 43:21Speaker 4: Well, thank you for listening. We're going to make a
- 43:23Speaker 4: donation to the junkie garage from love up foundation too.
- 43:25Speaker 4: And maybe we can work together and work together at
- 43:27Speaker 4: Christmas time and help some people too.
- 43:29Speaker 5: We'd love to do that. We'd love to do that.
- 43:31Speaker 17: Thanks, man.
- 43:31Speaker 4: Hold on so we get all your information and stuff, man.
- 43:33Speaker 4: That's very cool. Thejuckygarage.org. That's cool.
- 43:36Speaker 8: That's so cool.
- 43:37Speaker 4: That's very cool. By the way, we're going to play
- 43:38Speaker 4: Minute to Win It, so we've got a chance at $ 1, 000.
- 43:40Speaker 4: Wait a second. Hey, Michael, we could probably do something
- 43:43Speaker 4: with you, Peoria Ford, and our Love Up Foundation because
- 43:47Speaker 4: you're right over there. How far away are you from
- 43:48Speaker 4: Peoria Ford? They're off of Bell and the 101.
- 43:51Speaker 5: Yeah, 10 minutes, if that. Yeah, I would love to
- 43:54Speaker 5: collaborate and do something like that.
- 43:56Speaker 4: Yeah, we'll get Pat Hickey involved.
- 43:58Speaker 5: I also do car raffles. So people donate cars to me,
- 44:01Speaker 5: and I fix them up and raffle them off. Oh,
- 44:02Speaker 5: that's cool, too. If Pat Hickey would like to donate
- 44:07Speaker 5: a used car that we can raffle off, that would
- 44:09Speaker 5: be awesome.
- 44:10Speaker 3: We've got to protect Michael. The community needs a guy
- 44:13Speaker 3: like this.
- 44:14Speaker 4: Are people trying to hurt you?
- 44:17Speaker 1: Not yet, but it's just now going nationwide.
- 44:19Speaker 3: You know what I mean. Protect and promote.
- 44:23Speaker 4: That guy's fixing too many cars for free.
- 44:25Speaker 8: Take him out.
- 44:26Speaker 4: Big car's going to come after him.
- 44:28Speaker 5: Big car.
- 44:29Speaker 1: It's probably that easy.
- 44:33Speaker 4: That guy's gotten into my problems.
- 44:35Speaker 3: Yeah, Pat's like, yeah, my shop's getting two grand for
- 44:37Speaker 3: eight seats. This guy can't undercut me. Take him out.
- 44:41Speaker 4: Michael, hold on, man. Thank you. Thank you very much.
- 44:42Speaker 4: We're going to play minute to minute. Oh, man, that's hilarious. Yeah,
- 44:49Speaker 4: we got $ 1, 000 of Pat Hickey's money. What a good guy.
- 44:51Speaker 4: What a great guy. That's awesome.
- 44:52Speaker 8: So generous.
- 44:52Speaker 4: Um, By the way, any of you guys catch, I
- 44:55Speaker 4: have such a debate going on right now with Ted
- 44:59Speaker 4: Lasso season four.
- 45:00Speaker 3: Oh yeah. I, I can't listen. It's a, it's a
- 45:04Speaker 3: really sentimentally great show. but it kind of hangs in
- 45:08Speaker 3: that a little too much. I want it to be funnier.
- 45:11Speaker 4: How far are you?
- 45:12Speaker 3: Three episodes.
- 45:13Speaker 4: Okay, because the newest one dropped last night, yesterday. Yes,
- 45:15Speaker 4: but there's four out? I don't know.
- 45:17Speaker 3: Yeah, I think there's four or five.
- 45:18Speaker 8: I'm two episodes behind because it was like, there was Furious,
- 45:21Speaker 8: and then I started that Telemasca show on Netflix, and then...
- 45:25Speaker 8: This morning, Chad Powers dropped. And so I'm going to
- 45:27Speaker 8: be watching that till I'm done with it because I've
- 45:28Speaker 8: already binged four episodes.
- 45:30Speaker 4: It's on Google. I usually go think they go once
- 45:32Speaker 4: a week.
- 45:32Speaker 8: Yeah, no, they're out.
- 45:34Speaker 4: They dropped them all?
- 45:35Speaker 8: I mean, I've watched four episodes.
- 45:36Speaker 17: Oh my gosh, they gave us what we wanted because
- 45:38Speaker 17: that was my problem with Chad Powers is I hated
- 45:41Speaker 17: waiting every week.
- 45:42Speaker 4: I was going to say, so I started watching Ted
- 45:43Speaker 4: Lasso and the most recent episode dropped yesterday. And I
- 45:45Speaker 4: think the first three episodes are kind of weak and
- 45:47Speaker 4: it almost seems like he's making fun of himself. And
- 45:49Speaker 4: last night's episode was like kind of serious. And also
- 45:52Speaker 4: kind of like, I was like, like, I didn't enjoy it.
- 45:54Speaker 4: So I go online. I just read all these rave
- 45:56Speaker 4: reviews about the most recent episode. I'm like, man, something
- 45:59Speaker 4: must be wrong with me.
- 46:00Speaker 3: Well, I think people love the characters. There's a lot
- 46:02Speaker 3: of characters in the show, and people love seeing them.
- 46:05Speaker 3: And I think the show seems long, too. It's like
- 46:09Speaker 3: a 50-minute show.
- 46:10Speaker 4: Well, for me, that's probably because most people like me,
- 46:13Speaker 4: I want more of it. I want more. I don't
- 46:14Speaker 4: want it to end, but I also want it to
- 46:16Speaker 4: get better. But apparently yesterday's episode was like this great episode,
- 46:20Speaker 4: and I was just like, I don't get it.
- 46:23Speaker 8: What do you think it needs more of? What would
- 46:25Speaker 8: make it better in John Jay's eyes?
- 46:29Speaker 4: I don't know. It almost seems like he's a parody
- 46:32Speaker 4: of himself, but then the most recent episode, he was
- 46:35Speaker 4: less of a parody of himself.
- 46:38Speaker 15: Okay.
- 46:38Speaker 4: You're going to have to watch it, you guys.
- 46:40Speaker 3: It insists upon itself.
- 46:41Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah. Okay, we're going to play a minute to win.
- 46:43Speaker 4: We've got Starla as our contestant. Good morning, Starla.
- 46:47Speaker 22: Good morning.
- 46:48Speaker 4: What part of town are you in right now?
- 46:51Speaker 5: Phoenix.
- 46:51Speaker 8: Where?
- 46:52Speaker 19: Phoenix.
- 46:54Speaker 16: Just like North Phoenix.
- 46:56Speaker 4: Where?
- 46:57Speaker 8: Give us your exact location.
- 46:59Speaker 4: I like to visualize because I'm from here.
- 47:02Speaker 22: Give me your exact address. I like it.
- 47:04Speaker 4: Are you in your house? Are you on North Phoenix
- 47:07Speaker 4: 101 and Scottsdale Road? Are you by the Mayo Clinic?
- 47:12Speaker 4: Are you central North Phoenix?
- 47:14Speaker 22: No, we're over by I-17 in Thunderbird.
- 47:17Speaker 10: Oh, yeah.
- 47:18Speaker 4: See, way out there where I don't go. Okay, good.
- 47:21Speaker 5: All right.
- 47:22Speaker 18: Yeah, a little far.
- 47:23Speaker 4: You got a chance at $ 1, 000 right now.
- 47:24Speaker 17: John Jay and Rich have $ 1, 000 cash for you from
- 47:27Speaker 17: Peoria Ford right now.
- 47:29Speaker 4: Minute to win it.
- 47:30Speaker 3: Oh, Starla, the opportunity is yours. I want to give
- 47:33Speaker 3: you $ 1, 000 so bad. Let's lock it in. 60 seconds,
- 47:35Speaker 3: 10 questions. You get them right, you get $ 1, 000. What
- 47:38Speaker 3: bird is especially famous for mimicking human speech?
- 47:45Speaker 9: Walking bird.
- 47:46Speaker 3: What gas is commonly used to fill party balloons so
- 47:50Speaker 3: they float?
- 47:52Speaker 9: Helium.
- 47:53Speaker 4: What galaxy contains our solar system?
- 47:57Speaker 22: Milky Way.
- 47:59Speaker 3: What tennis Grand Slam tournament is played on clay courts
- 48:01Speaker 3: in Paris?
- 48:04Speaker 16: Oh, clay courts in Paris.
- 48:06Speaker 18: Can I.
- 48:09Speaker 24: Say next?
- 48:10Speaker 3: No, you got to take that question.
- 48:11Speaker 4: Meet them all. Okay.
- 48:13Speaker 24: Tennis?
- 48:17Speaker 3: It is tennis, I told you that, but what's it called?
- 48:19Speaker 16: Oh, I can't think of the name right now.
- 48:26Speaker 10: Racquetball sports?
- 48:27Speaker 3: The question was, which tennis Grand Slam tournament is played
- 48:35Speaker 3: on clay courts in Paris?
- 48:35Speaker 22: Oh, the tennis Grand Slam.
- 48:37Speaker 12: Okay.
- 48:38Speaker 4: No, it's the French Open.
- 48:39Speaker 16: Yeah, I don't know that one.
- 48:40Speaker 3: The French Open.
- 48:42Speaker 22: I wouldn't have guessed that.
- 48:43Speaker 4: No, that's grass. That's played on grass. Currently right now,
- 48:46Speaker 4: the U.S. Open is being played in New York, and
- 48:48Speaker 4: my wife is obsessed with it. It's Carlos Alcaraz played yesterday.
- 48:52Speaker 4: He's freaking fantastic. You guys get a chance to watch.
- 48:54Speaker 4: He's got this pair of shoes. They're the Travis Scott
- 48:57Speaker 4: tennis shoes I've never seen before, and I want them
- 48:59Speaker 4: so bad. Have you seen them?
- 49:00Speaker 3: He's playing in Travis Scott's?
- 49:01Speaker 17: I'm loving all the custom outfits, though, that are, like,
- 49:03Speaker 17: going on. Naomi Osaka played.
- 49:05Speaker 4: Yes, she came out in, like, a wedding dress outfit.
- 49:06Speaker 17: She came out in an outfit inspired by Allen Iverson.
- 49:09Speaker 17: So she has a sweatband, she has a slick back cornrows,
- 49:12Speaker 17: and she has the dopest outfit on. And Law Roach,
- 49:15Speaker 17: Zendaya's stylist, is who's styling her for the Open.
- 49:17Speaker 4: You know, Blake says, my wife says to me last night,
- 49:19Speaker 4: because we're watching Cardinals, Alcareza, and he's in a tank top.
- 49:21Speaker 4: I've never seen, because they're really anal and tennis about
- 49:24Speaker 4: what you wear. And she's like, did you see, who
- 49:26Speaker 4: was that you just brought up?
- 49:27Speaker 17: Naomi Osaka.
- 49:28Speaker 4: Did you see Naomi Osaka? Did you guys talk about
- 49:30Speaker 4: her this morning? She came out in a wedding dress.
- 49:32Speaker 19: She's awesome.
- 49:32Speaker 5: I was like, what?
- 49:33Speaker 4: No, we didn't talk about her.
- 49:34Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 49:34Speaker 17: She's dope.
- 49:36Speaker 8: I mean, isn't that annoying as a celebrity that you
- 49:38Speaker 8: have to get a stylist for your sports tournament?
- 49:41Speaker 17: I mean, I think it's more so for like the
- 49:43Speaker 17: Instagram pics in the moment.
- 49:45Speaker 4: No, no, no.
- 49:45Speaker 8: She looks amazing. No, like nothing bad about that. But like,
- 49:50Speaker 8: I would just think as an athlete, I would be
- 49:52Speaker 8: wanting to be more focused on like, you know, preparing
- 49:55Speaker 8: for this.
- 49:55Speaker 3: Or maybe wear the, maybe wear the shorts that make
- 49:58Speaker 3: you run the fastest.
- 50:00Speaker 17: Hey, you look good. You feel good. You play good.
- 50:02Speaker 8: There you go.
- 50:03Speaker 13: Right.
- 50:03Speaker 7: All right.
- 50:04Speaker 4: Hey, Cassandra. wants to ask us a question. Am I right, Cassandra?
- 50:09Speaker 12: Yes.
- 50:09Speaker 4: What's going on?
- 50:11Speaker 24: So I actually was thinking about texting you guys today,
- 50:14Speaker 24: and then you happened to bring up the whole breath
- 50:16Speaker 24: augmentation conversation. And I'm, like, struggling with do or don't.
- 50:23Speaker 22: Like, is it fill in?
- 50:25Speaker 24: Like, is anyone concerned about complications? Kyle, you've had it done, right?
- 50:30Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 50:31Speaker 15: What?
- 50:32Speaker 1: No.
- 50:32Speaker 24: Twice.
- 50:33Speaker 22: Yes.
- 50:35Speaker 17: Boob jobs are definitely still in. Two of my best
- 50:37Speaker 17: friends just got boob jobs.
- 50:38Speaker 2: Okay.
- 50:39Speaker 9: Honestly, I think you.
- 50:40Speaker 8: Can't worry about whether it's in or out. It has
- 50:42Speaker 8: to be an extremely personal decision that you want for you.
- 50:46Speaker 8: Not because it's like a fad or it's in style
- 50:50Speaker 8: or someone else is doing it. I would think, I mean,
- 50:52Speaker 8: it's like it's a major surgery and you're changing your body.
- 50:55Speaker 8: So it has to be something that deep down... you
- 50:57Speaker 8: have wanted either for a long time or you know
- 50:59Speaker 8: you truly do want and it doesn't matter if it's
- 51:02Speaker 8: in or out type thing. I would start there because
- 51:05Speaker 8: the last thing you want to do is make a
- 51:07Speaker 8: decision like that because of what everyone else is doing.
- 51:11Speaker 12: I agree.
- 51:12Speaker 24: I guess I'm just trying to figure out if I'm
- 51:15Speaker 24: going to regret doing it. It's definitely something I've pondered
- 51:18Speaker 24: for a long time and I have it scheduled, but
- 51:22Speaker 24: like I said, it's more the what if, like the complications,
- 51:25Speaker 24: the horror stories that you hear about, but Peyton, you
- 51:28Speaker 24: said you had two friends that did it and they
- 51:29Speaker 24: love it and everything's good.
- 51:31Speaker 17: They are obsessed and quite honestly, probably the best version
- 51:34Speaker 17: of themselves. But exactly like Kyle said, it took them
- 51:36Speaker 17: a little bit. They went through, they found the right
- 51:38Speaker 17: doctor for them and they felt comfortable with it. But
- 51:41Speaker 17: they are obsessed and so am I.
- 51:45Speaker 1: Well, that's for you.
- 51:47Speaker 8: I think also when you do find a doctor that
- 51:49Speaker 8: you're really comfortable with and that you've researched really well,
- 51:52Speaker 8: that can kind of help ease some of those potential
- 51:55Speaker 8: complication worries. Okay.
- 51:58Speaker 24: That's reassuring. And it's more like, you know, this isn't
- 52:01Speaker 24: a lifetime device. So then you have to go under again.
- 52:04Speaker 24: So there was that too. I don't know if you
- 52:08Speaker 24: guys thought about that.
- 52:09Speaker 4: You got to go under again, you said?
- 52:11Speaker 24: Well, like if you get it done the first time,
- 52:13Speaker 24: they only last, you know, so long. So 10 years
- 52:16Speaker 24: or some people have had them for 15.
- 52:19Speaker 8: Apparently it's longer than 10 years now. And I had
- 52:22Speaker 8: to do it. I had to do it twice because
- 52:23Speaker 8: I actually had one that was, I did have somewhat
- 52:26Speaker 8: of a complication. I had something called capsular contracture, which
- 52:29Speaker 8: is where your body starts to like kind of reject it.
- 52:32Speaker 8: And so it started pushing it up out of the pocket.
- 52:34Speaker 8: It wasn't painful like for me and it wasn't like dangerous, but, um, well,
- 52:39Speaker 8: I also did rupture, but also I was fine for years.
- 52:41Speaker 4: You remember, it looked like Peyton's lazy eye.
- 52:43Speaker 8: It was like one became very lopsided out of nowhere.
- 52:47Speaker 4: Oh no.
- 52:48Speaker 8: But at the same time, it was like, it was
- 52:50Speaker 8: still okay. So I think you have to go into
- 52:52Speaker 8: it knowing, I mean, just like anything else you go into,
- 52:54Speaker 8: you're buying a car. Well, the car could break down.
- 52:56Speaker 8: The car could do all these things. So it's kind
- 52:58Speaker 8: of like, but you either really want and need the car.
- 53:01Speaker 8: That might not be the greatest analogy, but yeah, you
- 53:04Speaker 8: have to really think it out. And you're doing the
- 53:07Speaker 8: right thing by not just going for it when you're worried.
- 53:10Speaker 24: And you weren't concerned about anesthesia, like going under that?
- 53:14Speaker 8: No. I also find like worrying about things like that
- 53:18Speaker 8: also like puts poison in your body. So I'm kind
- 53:20Speaker 8: of like against it. Like I definitely think it's smart
- 53:22Speaker 8: to make the right decision and weigh out all the options.
- 53:24Speaker 8: But like at one point when you decide to do it,
- 53:26Speaker 8: if you worry about it, you're just causing stress in
- 53:28Speaker 8: your body and stress actually is poison for your body.
- 53:30Speaker 24: So.
- 53:32Speaker 9: That is true.
- 53:33Speaker 8: Make the decision to go for it and just like trust,
- 53:36Speaker 8: trust the universe.
- 53:37Speaker 3: The universe brought you to this decision.
- 53:42Speaker 5: Oh yeah.
- 53:42Speaker 24: I will clearly because we're on the phone right now.
- 53:45Speaker 22: So yeah.
- 53:47Speaker 4: Good luck. Good luck.
- 53:49Speaker 24: Well, thank you, guys. Have a good day.
- 53:51Speaker 4: You too. Thanks for calling in. You guys handled that
- 53:53Speaker 4: really good. Yeah, it was great.
- 53:54Speaker 3: Good thing they didn't just ask me and John Jay.
- 53:56Speaker 3: We would have had the worst answers in the world.
- 53:58Speaker 3: I just was like, do it.
- 53:59Speaker 4: Whatever makes you feel good. I'm all about any kind
- 54:02Speaker 4: of surgery that makes you feel good. So there's something
- 54:05Speaker 4: trending with dudes. We talked about it the other day.
- 54:08Speaker 4: It feels a little gross. It's called pheromone maxing. And basically,
- 54:11Speaker 4: guys have decided to stop showering. Come on. Because it
- 54:14Speaker 4: makes them smell, and apparently that smell is attractive to women.
- 54:17Speaker 4: That's smell maxing. So we want to get into, what
- 54:20Speaker 4: does your partner do that's totally disgusting? Okay, 877-937-1047. It
- 54:27Speaker 4: could be about anything. That is next with John Jay
- 54:30Speaker 4: and Rich.
- 54:31Speaker 22: Getting nothing but a busy signal?
- 54:33Speaker 3: Text JJR.
- 54:34Speaker 22: Send the words CALLME to 96893.
- 54:36Speaker 8: Get your voice heard with.
- 54:38Speaker 4: John Jay and Rich. You want to hear something kind
- 54:41Speaker 4: of funny and also kind of sad?
- 54:42Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 54:42Speaker 4: So I have a map of the United States in
- 54:44Speaker 4: front of me, okay? Instead of the names of the
- 54:48Speaker 4: states on the map, it's the type of music, the format,
- 54:52Speaker 4: that is number one in that state. Okay, that's fun. So, like,
- 54:55Speaker 4: here's Texas. Pop music is number one in Texas. Arizona,
- 54:59Speaker 4: pop music is number one in Arizona. Right on. Metal
- 55:03Speaker 4: is number one in Colorado. Pop music is number one
- 55:06Speaker 4: in California. EDM is number one in Idaho. And way
- 55:11Speaker 4: over here to the right of the United States, Latin
- 55:14Speaker 4: is number one, Latin. But I don't know what state
- 55:16Speaker 4: that is. Because the name is not on it.
- 55:19Speaker 8: Northeastern United States.
- 55:21Speaker 4: Is that sad? I don't know. Could be New York.
- 55:23Speaker 4: Could be Boston. Massachusetts. What is that one?
- 55:26Speaker 8: I don't know. I'm the last person you want to
- 55:27Speaker 8: talk to about geography.
- 55:29Speaker 4: What state is that? I think that's New York.
- 55:33Speaker 17: Let's see.
- 55:33Speaker 8: I don't know. I don't know.
- 55:38Speaker 4: Is it squarish?
- 55:40Speaker 17: I don't know what that is.
- 55:42Speaker 4: Give it to Ritz if he knows. That might be
- 55:44Speaker 4: like New Jersey. I would so fail first grade geography.
- 55:48Speaker 8: That's not New York. New York's at the very corner.
- 55:51Speaker 8: It is New York. It is?
- 55:53Speaker 4: No way. It is.
- 55:55Speaker 17: I thought New York was all the way at the
- 55:57Speaker 17: tippy corner.
- 55:57Speaker 8: Not according to this United States of America map.
- 56:00Speaker 3: See, because there's Long Island right over there down to
- 56:03Speaker 3: the bottom of New York.
- 56:05Speaker 8: It's New York. I was right.
- 56:07Speaker 19: You were right.
- 56:08Speaker 17: Good job, Kyle.
- 56:09Speaker 8: You know your state, Kyle.
- 56:11Speaker 4: Look at this.
- 56:13Speaker 15: Wow.
- 56:14Speaker 4: I thought New York was on the right side.
- 56:15Speaker 8: That is kind of the right side.
- 56:17Speaker 5: No, no, no.
- 56:17Speaker 4: Over here. I thought New York was over here. We
- 56:19Speaker 4: thought it was on the coast.
- 56:20Speaker 19: Yeah.
- 56:21Speaker 5: Wow.
- 56:21Speaker 4: That's so great. You learn something new every day. Anyway,
- 56:24Speaker 4: pop music is number one in most states. Thanks for
- 56:26Speaker 4: listening to us. We're pop music. Anyway, so earlier this morning,
- 56:30Speaker 4: we were talking about this thing that's trending. Earlier this week,
- 56:32Speaker 4: this thing that's trending called pheromone maxing. And that's where
- 56:35Speaker 4: guys just stop showering. And then their BO, like, it
- 56:38Speaker 4: makes you like them. So we thought it kind of
- 56:41Speaker 4: interesting to kind of hear about your partner, your spouse,
- 56:43Speaker 4: your boyfriend, your girlfriend, what's something disgusting that they do. Janelle,
- 56:47Speaker 4: good morning. Janelle.
- 56:49Speaker 23: Good morning.
- 56:50Speaker 4: What does your spouse or partner do that's disgusting?
- 56:54Speaker 23: Yeah, it's quite disgusting. So he'll, before he showers, he'll
- 56:58Speaker 23: get his toenail clippers out and he will cut his nails.
- 57:03Speaker 23: And then he will put his fingers to his nose
- 57:05Speaker 23: and say, why does my toe jam stink so bad?
- 57:09Speaker 5: Ew.
- 57:09Speaker 23: Yeah, it's quite disgusting. And then you think he would
- 57:13Speaker 23: learn his lesson, so he'll get in the shower, and
- 57:16Speaker 23: then a couple days later when it's time to cut
- 57:17Speaker 23: his toenails again, he does it over and over.
- 57:20Speaker 4: So I feel like I could give him a little
- 57:24Speaker 4: life hack, and I would do all that after the shower.
- 57:28Speaker 23: After the, well, yeah, probably that would be the best
- 57:30Speaker 23: thing to do.
- 57:31Speaker 3: Maybe he's listening.
- 57:32Speaker 23: He listens to your show.
- 57:34Speaker 4: Also, tell him after the shower because then your toenails
- 57:37Speaker 4: are softer and they clip easier.
- 57:38Speaker 3: More pliable.
- 57:38Speaker 4: What's your husband's name, Shanil?
- 57:40Speaker 5: John.
- 57:41Speaker 4: Come on, Jan.
- 57:42Speaker 8: All right, Jan.
- 57:42Speaker 4: Come on, Jan.
- 57:43Speaker 3: Shower first, Jan. Get that loofah down there.
- 57:46Speaker 4: All right, so Jan. Thanks, Shanil. Thanks for listening. Thank
- 57:49Speaker 4: you too, Jan.
- 57:50Speaker 5: Thanks.
- 57:51Speaker 3: We forgot to issue a cornflake alert for her call.
- 57:53Speaker 4: Christina, good morning. What does your spouse do that's disgusting? Christina.
- 58:01Speaker 5: Hello.
- 58:01Speaker 24: Hi.
- 58:02Speaker 4: Good morning.
- 58:03Speaker 3: Hi.
- 58:04Speaker 4: You're on the air.
- 58:05Speaker 5: Sorry.
- 58:08Speaker 12: I have horrible service.
- 58:10Speaker 4: Okay. Well, we want to know what you're calling about
- 58:12Speaker 4: being disgusting. What is something that they do that's disgusting?
- 58:17Speaker 12: Oh, I didn't know it was about ourselves. I thought
- 58:19Speaker 12: it was just the disgusting habit.
- 58:22Speaker 4: Yeah, that's it. You can have one yourself too.
- 58:25Speaker 9: Sure.
- 58:26Speaker 5: Okay, it's definitely myself.
- 58:27Speaker 12: Okay, what do you got? So my youngest will want
- 58:31Speaker 12: a drink of my drink, and I'll give him one,
- 58:33Speaker 12: and I will totally see him backwash. I'll see the
- 58:36Speaker 12: little bubbles go in there. But if there's no chunks,
- 58:39Speaker 12: I'll still drink after him.
- 58:42Speaker 3: That's a loving mama.
- 58:44Speaker 2: I know, yes.
- 58:45Speaker 8: That's very relatable.
- 58:46Speaker 4: How old is your youngest?
- 58:48Speaker 12: He's two.
- 58:50Speaker 5: Oh, that's so cute.
- 58:51Speaker 8: It's like a little baby backwash.
- 58:52Speaker 4: No big deal. That's still your bacteria.
- 58:55Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 58:55Speaker 12: Yeah, that's how I feel. If it's the older one,
- 58:58Speaker 12: I'm more like, I don't think so.
- 59:02Speaker 4: Very good. Thank you, Christina. Good morning, Kimberly. What is
- 59:06Speaker 4: something disgusting that your partner does?
- 59:09Speaker 21: Hi, good morning. Um, my partner, he will either clip
- 59:15Speaker 21: his toenails or just like rip them off and, um,
- 59:20Speaker 21: He'll just like throw them on the ground and I'll
- 59:23Speaker 21: step on them when I go like into the bathroom
- 59:26Speaker 21: or wherever.
- 59:27Speaker 14: And I'm like, what is that?
- 59:29Speaker 15: Ow.
- 59:29Speaker 12: And I pick it up.
- 59:30Speaker 6: And I'm so disgusted.
- 59:34Speaker 5: All right.
- 59:34Speaker 1: That's gross.
- 59:35Speaker 4: I think that would be it for me. I think
- 59:39Speaker 4: I'd be done. Thank you, Kimberly.
- 59:40Speaker 2: 877-937-1047.
- 59:40Speaker 4: You know, what's something disgusting your partner does?
- 59:43Speaker 6: All right.
- 59:47Speaker 4: It's disgusting. Your spouse does it. It's disgusting. Your partner
- 59:51Speaker 4: does it. Sinead, what do you got?
- 59:54Speaker 2: It's me.
- 59:54Speaker 9: I'm the problem.
- 59:55Speaker 17: You?
- 59:55Speaker 4: What do you do?
- 59:58Speaker 6: I love to smell my boyfriend's underarms.
- 1:00:01Speaker 9: It doesn't matter how sweaty he is, but I will
- 1:00:04Speaker 9: smell them.
- 1:00:05Speaker 3: What's he think about that?
- 1:00:06Speaker 4: That's a thing, man. That's a big thing. You know,
- 1:00:08Speaker 4: I heard there's a celebrity that has a fetish like that.
- 1:00:10Speaker 4: I heard George Clooney has that fetish.
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: Back in the day.
- 1:00:14Speaker 16: Is it a fetish?
- 1:00:15Speaker 20: Okay.
- 1:00:15Speaker 16: Well, I got it.
- 1:00:16Speaker 3: And he's okay with it.
- 1:00:19Speaker 8: And you're not alone.
- 1:00:21Speaker 6: Well, he thinks I'm really weird, but.
- 1:00:23Speaker 17: Like, do you, like, sniff them when you're, like, laying
- 1:00:25Speaker 17: down in bed? Or do you walk up to him
- 1:00:27Speaker 17: and just be like, sniff check, please?
- 1:00:31Speaker 16: It could be any time.
- 1:00:32Speaker 10: On the couch, in bed, in the car.
- 1:00:35Speaker 11: I love that.
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: That's hilarious.
- 1:00:38Speaker 4: I used to work with someone like that. And they'd
- 1:00:41Speaker 4: ask a smile and I'd go, go ahead. And they'd
- 1:00:43Speaker 4: just shove their face under my armpit.
- 1:00:44Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:00:45Speaker 3: That's got to be leftover from like when we were primal.
- 1:00:48Speaker 3: And that's like how you know you got a good mate.
- 1:00:50Speaker 4: That goes along with the pheromone thing. Pheromone maxing. That's
- 1:00:52Speaker 4: your body. See what I mean? So it works on Sinead.
- 1:00:55Speaker 4: It's in our DNA. Yeah. Thanks, Sinead. Not mine. Thanks. Bye. Mike. Mike,
- 1:01:01Speaker 4: you got something disgusting. Yeah, hey. Go ahead.
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: So I'm calling on behalf of my wife. She'd never
- 1:01:07Speaker 2: call you guys. But I do something really gross that's
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: really disgusting. discuss her when I'm showering I do I
- 1:01:15Speaker 2: clear my nose like the farmer snot blow style and
- 1:01:18Speaker 2: it ends up on the side of the shower.
- 1:01:20Speaker 4: Oh god that's too gross for me I don't want
- 1:01:23Speaker 4: to hear that.
- 1:01:24Speaker 19: I don't want to hear that oh no you got
- 1:01:27Speaker 19: rid of it quick hey Dylan earlier in the meeting
- 1:01:29Speaker 19: when I said no snot rockets you remember that one
- 1:01:32Speaker 19: don't put anybody through that something gross like that that's what.
- 1:01:36Speaker 4: I said it was the one thing I asked for
- 1:01:39Speaker 4: don't put us gross Katie, good morning.
- 1:01:43Speaker 24: Good morning.
- 1:01:44Speaker 4: Hey, what does your partner do that's disgusting?
- 1:01:48Speaker 6: He does not wipe his butt over the toilet.
- 1:01:52Speaker 5: What?
- 1:01:52Speaker 6: He turns around and wipes his butt facing the toilet,
- 1:01:57Speaker 6: so all that pilly stuff when you use soft toilet
- 1:02:00Speaker 6: paper goes all over the bathroom floor.
- 1:02:03Speaker 4: Oh, my gosh.
- 1:02:04Speaker 6: For everybody to step in.
- 1:02:08Speaker 25: I feel like I need a shower right now.
- 1:02:12Speaker 4: That is so funny.
- 1:02:13Speaker 8: It has to go back to like when he actually
- 1:02:16Speaker 8: learned how to wipe, right?
- 1:02:18Speaker 6: I have no idea. We got to fix that.
- 1:02:25Speaker 4: Can you start from the beginning of how you found
- 1:02:27Speaker 4: this out? Can you walk us through that, please?
- 1:02:33Speaker 6: I have black tile floor in our master bathroom. And
- 1:02:36Speaker 6: I saw what looked like brown snowflake.
- 1:02:38Speaker 4: Dust all over the floor.
- 1:02:39Speaker 23: And I was like, what could.
- 1:02:41Speaker 6: That possibly be? And he admitted that that's where he
- 1:02:44Speaker 6: wipes his butt.
- 1:02:47Speaker 4: What a great description, brown snowflakes.
- 1:02:50Speaker 5: Wow.
- 1:02:51Speaker 4: Okay, Katie. Katie, I'm not sure if we have a prize,
- 1:02:54Speaker 4: but we should give you a prize. I think that
- 1:02:55Speaker 4: would win. That would win. In fact, I think we
- 1:02:57Speaker 4: have My Chemical Romance. Want to go see My Chemical Romance?
- 1:03:00Speaker 4: You should get tickets for that. That's a good one.
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: That would be great.
- 1:03:05Speaker 8: You deserve some sort of compensation.
- 1:03:07Speaker 4: I've been shuddering for the last 10 minutes. Can we
- 1:03:10Speaker 4: give Katie my chemical romance? Maybe they can give, yeah,
- 1:03:13Speaker 4: maybe you can use some of those chemicals to kill
- 1:03:14Speaker 4: those brown snowflakes. Hold on, Katie. Okay, along those lines,
- 1:03:19Speaker 4: check this out. This is real what I'm about to
- 1:03:21Speaker 4: tell you right now. Speaking of disgusting, have you heard
- 1:03:23Speaker 4: about the new product you have at Walgreens?
- 1:03:25Speaker 5: No.
- 1:03:26Speaker 4: Walgreens is selling a three-in-one device. Describing it as a douche, enema,
- 1:03:32Speaker 4: and water bottle.
- 1:03:34Speaker 17: Okay, yeah, no. It's not on my algorithm. Those are not.
- 1:03:39Speaker 4: Supposed to be like... It's $ 22.
- 1:03:41Speaker 22: 99.
- 1:03:41Speaker 8: Why would you combine the water bottle part of it?
- 1:03:43Speaker 8: I mean, that's where it goes south.
- 1:03:45Speaker 5: Yes.
- 1:03:47Speaker 4: I saw there's a link to it. I just looked
- 1:03:50Speaker 4: at it.
- 1:03:50Speaker 8: Maybe they don't expect you to work.
- 1:03:53Speaker 7: Maybe.
- 1:03:53Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:03:53Speaker 3: I got separate water bottles.
- 1:03:55Speaker 8: They think we're going to use these all together in tandem.
- 1:03:58Speaker 8: They're thinking, Hey, it could be any of these things.
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: It works.
- 1:04:02Speaker 8: You don't have to use it as this and this.
- 1:04:04Speaker 4: I'm sitting here drinking my water out of that. And
- 1:04:06Speaker 4: Kyle's like, man, I haven't gone to the bathroom a
- 1:04:08Speaker 4: couple of days. Oh, here, take this with you. It's
- 1:04:11Speaker 4: also a dude.
- 1:04:13Speaker 17: I think Kyle's got it right. It is totally a
- 1:04:14Speaker 17: multifunctional thing.
- 1:04:15Speaker 8: It's just saying it could be.
- 1:04:16Speaker 4: You mean you got to pick one?
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: Yes.
- 1:04:19Speaker 4: It looks like my water bottle.
- 1:04:20Speaker 8: You should pick one.
- 1:04:21Speaker 4: It looks like my water bottle with a bunch of
- 1:04:22Speaker 4: tubes in it that you add. It's like you connect
- 1:04:24Speaker 4: the tube right here, and then you go do your thing.
- 1:04:27Speaker 4: And then you bring it back, go, here, thanks. Wait
- 1:04:29Speaker 4: a minute. That's my Gatorade.
- 1:04:32Speaker 8: You would want it back?
- 1:04:33Speaker 4: That's a true story. It's true.
- 1:04:35Speaker 8: No, it's not.
- 1:04:36Speaker 4: It's at Walgreens right now.
- 1:04:37Speaker 8: I thought you meant you.
- 1:04:38Speaker 3: Now, what's it cost? Just out of curiosity.
- 1:04:40Speaker 5: It's at $ 22. 99.
- 1:04:40Speaker 4: $ 22.
- 1:04:40Speaker 5: 99. Yeah.
- 1:04:43Speaker 8: That's a little pricey, actually.
- 1:04:45Speaker 4: You should use it for your next Price is Right game.
- 1:04:47Speaker 4: You could buy those separate and still save.
- 1:04:49Speaker 8: I know. We can get a water bottle for cheaper
- 1:04:51Speaker 8: than $ 29. 99, okay?
- 1:04:53Speaker 4: There's a lot of weird stuff in the news today.
- 1:04:55Speaker 4: A guy in Houston says DoorDash, a DoorDash driver showed
- 1:04:58Speaker 4: up completely naked. While delivering food to his home, here
- 1:05:02Speaker 4: he is talking about what happened.
- 1:05:03Speaker 26: You know, I opened the camera and look, Buddy's completely naked.
- 1:05:07Speaker 4: By the time I got to the front, he was
- 1:05:09Speaker 4: already gone.
- 1:05:10Speaker 26: I didn't expect nobody to drop my food.
- 1:05:13Speaker 4: I was naked, which is crazy.
- 1:05:14Speaker 26: And then to handle somebody's food, like it's already a
- 1:05:19Speaker 26: lot going on. And then for you to, you know,
- 1:05:22Speaker 26: pull something like that is ridiculous.
- 1:05:24Speaker 8: Yeah, it's kind of gross.
- 1:05:25Speaker 4: Did you see the ring camera, Peyton?
- 1:05:27Speaker 17: Yeah, I saw the video. It was really disturbing, actually.
- 1:05:30Speaker 3: Would you eat the food if somebody dropped it off
- 1:05:32Speaker 3: naked at your door, Peyton?
- 1:05:33Speaker 15: Probably.
- 1:05:34Speaker 8: I mean, if it were sealed.
- 1:05:36Speaker 7: Right.
- 1:05:37Speaker 17: Do you know how doordashy stickers?
- 1:05:38Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:05:40Speaker 3: If the Chili's bag's closed.
- 1:05:42Speaker 17: Or visibly tampered with. I would probably still eat it, yeah.
- 1:05:44Speaker 8: You give it a second thought, then you'd be like,
- 1:05:47Speaker 8: we don't want it to go to waste.
- 1:05:50Speaker 4: So there's different levels of disgusting. This next clip. Because
- 1:05:54Speaker 4: you were just talking about disgusting thing your partner does.
- 1:05:56Speaker 4: Then you have the disgusting door dash driver being naked.
- 1:05:58Speaker 4: And then this is a different level of disgust right here.
- 1:06:01Speaker 4: There is a mansion shortage in San Francisco.
- 1:06:05Speaker 8: Oh, how sad.
- 1:06:06Speaker 4: Isn't it the worst?
- 1:06:08Speaker 15: Pacific Heights Mansion sold for $ 56 million a few months.
- 1:06:11Speaker 17: Ago after multiple offers.
- 1:06:13Speaker 15: Atherton, already the most expensive zip code in America, just
- 1:06:17Speaker 15: hit a median home price over $ 10 million. Brokers are
- 1:06:21Speaker 15: calling it a mansion shortage. There just aren't enough trophy
- 1:06:25Speaker 15: homes for the amount of AI money chasing them. So
- 1:06:27Speaker 15: if you're active anywhere in the luxury tier, not just
- 1:06:30Speaker 15: the $ 70 million tier, but $ 3 million, $ 5 million, $ 8 million,
- 1:06:35Speaker 15: this is the wave that's pulling your market upward too.
- 1:06:38Speaker 8: Guys, isn't it the worst when you can't find a mansion?
- 1:06:41Speaker 4: Disgusting.
- 1:06:42Speaker 8: That's the worst.
- 1:06:44Speaker 4: Isn't that wild that that was actually like a news story?
- 1:06:45Speaker 3: We need more trophy homes.
- 1:06:48Speaker 4: 50 million for a house? By the way, Labor Day
- 1:06:51Speaker 4: this weekend, a survey conducted two weeks ago says only
- 1:06:55Speaker 4: 66 of Americans knew when Labor Day would be celebrated.
- 1:06:58Speaker 4: Do you guys know when Labor Day is?
- 1:07:00Speaker 5: Monday.
- 1:07:02Speaker 8: September 7th.
- 1:07:05Speaker 4: Is that right? Yeah, I was just reading the rest
- 1:07:07Speaker 4: of it. People believe. Rich can't handle five seconds of silence. 6%
- 1:07:12Speaker 4: of people believe it's meant to celebrate the signing of
- 1:07:14Speaker 4: the U.S. Constitution. 4% think it honors the end of
- 1:07:17Speaker 4: World War II. Do you guys know what Labor Day
- 1:07:19Speaker 4: is about?
- 1:07:20Speaker 17: I thought it was, I don't know.
- 1:07:22Speaker 22: Rich?
- 1:07:23Speaker 4: Isn't it a union thing? Yeah, I thought it was
- 1:07:24Speaker 4: like working.
- 1:07:25Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:07:26Speaker 8: I do not.
- 1:07:27Speaker 4: The good news, 61% of Americans got it right. Labor
- 1:07:30Speaker 4: Day is to salute the contributions and achievements of American workers.
- 1:07:33Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:07:34Speaker 4: But naturally, people love the idea of three-day weekends regardless
- 1:07:37Speaker 4: of what's happening. 64% of people agree that every weekend
- 1:07:40Speaker 4: should be three days long.
- 1:07:41Speaker 3: I thought Labor Day meant that a bunch of sheets
- 1:07:43Speaker 3: and bedding were on sale.
- 1:07:44Speaker 8: We're the majority.
- 1:07:46Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:07:47Speaker 4: Andrea, good morning.
- 1:07:50Speaker 8: Ah, hi.
- 1:07:51Speaker 17: Hi.
- 1:07:52Speaker 4: Exactly.
- 1:07:52Speaker 8: Yes, our sentiments precisely.
- 1:07:55Speaker 4: Okay, Andrea. Now, okay, wait, Andrea's calling. It kind of
- 1:07:58Speaker 4: fits into what we're talking about, but you sent me
- 1:08:00Speaker 4: a message the other day, right? You said, I have
- 1:08:03Speaker 4: to tell somebody this, right?
- 1:08:05Speaker 2: Yes.
- 1:08:05Speaker 16: Yeah, someone needed to know immediately.
- 1:08:07Speaker 4: Okay, explain.
- 1:08:11Speaker 16: I'm a nurse, and my patient ate their toe the
- 1:08:16Speaker 16: other day.
- 1:08:18Speaker 17: Ate their toe? Like, put it in their mouth and
- 1:08:21Speaker 17: swallowed it?
- 1:08:23Speaker 16: They consumed it. They were supposed to have surgery to
- 1:08:25Speaker 16: have the toe removed because the toe was dead. And
- 1:08:29Speaker 16: they were mad that they weren't allowed to eat before surgery,
- 1:08:32Speaker 16: so they ate their toe.
- 1:08:34Speaker 4: And did you see it happen?
- 1:08:37Speaker 16: Yeah, I was yelling at them to stop.
- 1:08:39Speaker 4: Was it like, was the person a little insane?
- 1:08:42Speaker 12: A little bit, yeah.
- 1:08:43Speaker 4: Was there bone in that toe?
- 1:08:46Speaker 5: Well, yes.
- 1:08:47Speaker 4: Big toe? Pinky toe? Which toe?
- 1:08:50Speaker 16: Pinky toe.
- 1:08:51Speaker 8: So, like, let me get this mental picture straight. They're
- 1:08:55Speaker 8: in the hospital. They're prepping for surgery. They lift their
- 1:08:58Speaker 8: foot up to their mouth. and just take a bite?
- 1:09:02Speaker 5: No.
- 1:09:02Speaker 16: So what happened was I had to clean the toe,
- 1:09:06Speaker 16: prep it for surgery. It was in the middle of
- 1:09:08Speaker 16: the night, so they were going to surgery in the morning.
- 1:09:10Speaker 16: And I went out to go get, like, the stuff
- 1:09:13Speaker 16: I needed to clean it. And then he was mad
- 1:09:17Speaker 16: that I wouldn't bring him back snacks. So at the doorway,
- 1:09:20Speaker 16: he had his fingers on his toe and I was like.
- 1:09:22Speaker 5: Drop your toe.
- 1:09:23Speaker 4: Like, don't touch.
- 1:09:27Speaker 16: Drop your toe. And then he snapped it off like
- 1:09:30Speaker 16: a baby carrot. Oh my gosh.
- 1:09:37Speaker 17: Well, since the toe was dead, was there like, like,
- 1:09:40Speaker 17: could you see the bone? Like, was there any blood?
- 1:09:43Speaker 22: No.
- 1:09:44Speaker 16: Cause it's dead.
- 1:09:45Speaker 22: It's all black.
- 1:09:47Speaker 5: That's so gross.
- 1:09:48Speaker 17: Wait, so did they have to get the toe out?
- 1:09:51Speaker 16: Yeah, so his surgery changed a little.
- 1:09:54Speaker 4: Yeah, I guess so.
- 1:09:56Speaker 23: You would just wait for that to pass?
- 1:09:57Speaker 3: I don't know if toes pass. I think you got
- 1:09:59Speaker 3: to go get it.
- 1:10:00Speaker 5: That is crazy.
- 1:10:01Speaker 16: You got to go get it.
- 1:10:03Speaker 4: What a story, man. What a story.
- 1:10:07Speaker 3: Last 20 minutes of this show is going to haunt
- 1:10:08Speaker 3: me the rest of my days. That's taken a foot
- 1:10:11Speaker 3: fetish to a whole new extreme.
- 1:10:13Speaker 17: Yeah, true.
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 1:10:15Speaker 8: My brain cannot handle what just happened over the last
- 1:10:18Speaker 8: seven minutes.
- 1:10:19Speaker 4: Can we pivot to a different thing? Andrea, here's what
- 1:10:23Speaker 4: I like the best is she had to get a
- 1:10:24Speaker 4: hold of us to tell us.
- 1:10:25Speaker 3: I have to tell somebody.
- 1:10:26Speaker 4: Yeah. Thanks, Andrea.
- 1:10:29Speaker 5: Bye.
- 1:10:30Speaker 4: Thank you. What a crazy story. Gold Rush Music Festival
- 1:10:33Speaker 4: tickets on the line in less than 20 minutes. Colin
- 1:10:36Speaker 4: Payne to break it down. Everything in entertainment. And that
- 1:10:38Speaker 4: is next with John Dean Richards.
- 1:10:40Speaker 22: Getting through on the phone text john j and rich anytime.
- 1:10:42Speaker 4: Send jjr then your message to 96893 kyle payton what's
- 1:10:47Speaker 4: going on.
- 1:10:47Speaker 8: Entertainment world so sandra bullock she's on the practical magic
- 1:10:50Speaker 8: to a press tour and somehow we are getting u
- 1:10:54Speaker 8: uh ufo stories out of it like sandra bullock told
- 1:10:57Speaker 8: kylie kelsey she once watched not one not two not
- 1:11:00Speaker 8: three not four but five ufos flying over the water
- 1:11:04Speaker 8: in saint martin doing things she couldn't explain.
- 1:11:07Speaker 3: I watched that interview if you ask.
- 1:11:09Speaker 8: Her if she believes in ufo she will say yes
- 1:11:11Speaker 8: and i have seen them with my own two eyes
- 1:11:13Speaker 8: she also revealed that both of her kids actually have
- 1:11:16Speaker 8: secret little cameos in practical magic too and it's so
- 1:11:20Speaker 8: secret and so hidden that even the kids don't know
- 1:11:22Speaker 8: where they are yet they've just got to find themselves
- 1:11:24Speaker 8: like where's waldo when the movie actually comes out which
- 1:11:27Speaker 8: is actually adorable Now, when it comes to celebrity kids,
- 1:11:31Speaker 8: Cardi B is in the hot seat right now. There's
- 1:11:33Speaker 8: a lot of people that are slamming her for putting
- 1:11:35Speaker 8: her eight-year-old daughter, Culture, in a video for her hair
- 1:11:38Speaker 8: care company. Now, I think it's absolutely adorable. You listen,
- 1:11:44Speaker 8: and you find a problem with it.
- 1:11:46Speaker 4: Okay, let's see.
- 1:11:48Speaker 8: Where are the bananas? Here they are.
- 1:11:52Speaker 13: And avocados. I need those for moisture. Oh, here's the rosemary. Okay,
- 1:11:58Speaker 13: I think that's everything. Or you can just use real good.
- 1:12:04Speaker 8: Grow Good is the name of Cardi's company.
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: Yes.
- 1:12:07Speaker 8: I find absolutely nothing wrong with that. And people are
- 1:12:09Speaker 8: literally slamming Cardi B saying, why would you put your
- 1:12:12Speaker 8: kid in this business?
- 1:12:13Speaker 4: Blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 1:12:14Speaker 8: Why would you put her? Why would you subject her
- 1:12:15Speaker 8: to this? Why would you like do all this? And
- 1:12:18Speaker 8: she goes, first of all, I'm not subjecting my kid
- 1:12:20Speaker 8: to anything. I am literally involving her in the company
- 1:12:23Speaker 8: that one day she will own. And I was like,
- 1:12:25Speaker 8: mic drop, Cardi.
- 1:12:26Speaker 17: And Grow Good is a fantastic product. I got it
- 1:12:29Speaker 17: on the drop, and I am obsessed. And I'm sure
- 1:12:31Speaker 17: she used that product on her daughter's hair as well.
- 1:12:34Speaker 8: It's the same thing.
- 1:12:35Speaker 17: It's just like Kylie Jenner did Stormy Baby. She did
- 1:12:37Speaker 17: her whole baby line based off of her daughter.
- 1:12:39Speaker 8: Why do we have an issue with this, people?
- 1:12:42Speaker 3: That's ridiculous.
- 1:12:43Speaker 17: Oh, my goodness.
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: I know.
- 1:12:45Speaker 8: This is so bizarre because you guys remember Secret Lives
- 1:12:48Speaker 8: of Mormon Wives star Taylor Frankie Paul was The Bachelorette.
- 1:12:51Speaker 8: They filmed an entire season of The Bachelorette. Then, of course,
- 1:12:54Speaker 8: it got shelved because of all the controversy, and we
- 1:12:56Speaker 8: never got to watch it, and supposedly we never will
- 1:12:58Speaker 8: get to watch it. But it doesn't matter because now
- 1:13:00Speaker 8: we know because a new little clip for the new
- 1:13:03Speaker 8: season of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives reveals that she
- 1:13:05Speaker 8: is engaged to contestant Doug Mason. Spoiler alert, so we
- 1:13:09Speaker 8: don't even need to watch.
- 1:13:10Speaker 4: This season, apparently.
- 1:13:13Speaker 8: I guess that was their way to go. Hey, you
- 1:13:15Speaker 8: don't get the season, but at least you do get
- 1:13:17Speaker 8: the outcome of the season, I guess, in the new
- 1:13:19Speaker 8: season of Secret Lives. Elliot Page was just in The Odyssey,
- 1:13:23Speaker 8: one of the biggest movies of the year. And so
- 1:13:26Speaker 8: you would think that this would be a proper question
- 1:13:29Speaker 8: from the interviewer, but it got a little awkward.
- 1:13:31Speaker 4: But do you know what you're doing next? Because I
- 1:13:33Speaker 4: imagine you're getting a zillion calls after this movie.
- 1:13:36Speaker 8: No, Kevin, I'm not.
- 1:13:37Speaker 4: So let's... Everybody.
- 1:13:38Speaker 8: If someone wants to call me.
- 1:13:40Speaker 4: Elliot Page.
- 1:13:41Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 1:13:41Speaker 4: In every movie ever.
- 1:13:43Speaker 8: Go for it. I'm like, it's a little awkward. No, Kevin,
- 1:13:46Speaker 8: I'm not. So I guess that puts a call out
- 1:13:50Speaker 8: to all the movie producers if they want Elliot Page
- 1:13:52Speaker 8: in a movie.
- 1:13:53Speaker 23: Totally.
- 1:13:54Speaker 17: John B., Outer Banks star Chase Stokes, he is clearing
- 1:13:56Speaker 17: the air because people actually started speculating that he had
- 1:14:00Speaker 17: like some cosmetic surgeries or maybe some fillers or something
- 1:14:03Speaker 17: like that following the show's final season.
- 1:14:05Speaker 4: He looks different.
- 1:14:06Speaker 17: Yeah, well, basically he's saying he's like, well, yeah, I
- 1:14:07Speaker 17: do look different because I'm no longer doing this grueling
- 1:14:11Speaker 17: intermittent fasting and like strict weight cutting for the role.
- 1:14:14Speaker 17: So basically he's like, I'm back focusing on myself. I
- 1:14:17Speaker 17: feel good.
- 1:14:18Speaker 8: I feel normal.
- 1:14:19Speaker 17: He's like, I was just trying to be slim in.
- 1:14:22Speaker 17: And thin, I guess, for the role, so that's why he.
- 1:14:24Speaker 4: Looks so different. Season five, blue.
- 1:14:26Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:14:27Speaker 4: Oh, my God. With the wedding.
- 1:14:29Speaker 8: That's not the current one, the new one that just
- 1:14:31Speaker 8: came out.
- 1:14:31Speaker 4: Yeah, it is.
- 1:14:32Speaker 8: Oh, you watched it?
- 1:14:33Speaker 4: Well, I watched the first episode, and I was like,
- 1:14:34Speaker 4: I'm not. It was bad.
- 1:14:35Speaker 3: It's silly.
- 1:14:36Speaker 4: Season one was fantastic. Season two was okay. Season three
- 1:14:40Speaker 4: was like, eh.
- 1:14:40Speaker 8: It didn't stay in the top three for very long.
- 1:14:42Speaker 7: No.
- 1:14:43Speaker 4: It was number one for a while.
- 1:14:44Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:14:44Speaker 4: I mean, a week or two.
- 1:14:45Speaker 19: Yeah.
- 1:14:46Speaker 17: Formula One is getting a massive Cars crossover because Disney
- 1:14:50Speaker 17: is bringing a real-life Lightning McQueen track car to Monza
- 1:14:53Speaker 17: for the Italian Grand Prix. So basically, it's going to
- 1:14:55Speaker 17: celebrate the iconic 20th anniversary of Cars. So Lightning McQueen,
- 1:15:00Speaker 17: he's going to literally be out there doing laps for
- 1:15:03Speaker 17: the parade. He's going to be alongside a Mercedes AMG
- 1:15:07Speaker 17: safety car. So that's going to be awesome.
- 1:15:09Speaker 8: That's partly where Cars 2 was stable. So are they
- 1:15:13Speaker 8: going to have Francesco Bernoulli?
- 1:15:14Speaker 17: Hopefully, maybe that's what the specially wrapped car is going
- 1:15:17Speaker 17: to be.
- 1:15:17Speaker 8: That would be cool. Yeah, they've got to do that.
- 1:15:19Speaker 8: I mean, that's literally cars, too, in Italy.
- 1:15:21Speaker 17: Yeah, that would be epic.
- 1:15:22Speaker 8: I love that.
- 1:15:24Speaker 17: After 12 iconic years of banter and flirting with some
- 1:15:28Speaker 17: of the biggest stars, Amelia Dimboldenberg, she has chicken shop date.
- 1:15:33Speaker 17: And she let us know on Instagram that is officially confirmed.
- 1:15:36Speaker 17: coming to an end. She wrote a note on a
- 1:15:37Speaker 17: napkin to all of her fans that said, all good
- 1:15:40Speaker 17: dates must come to an end. And basically, she let
- 1:15:42Speaker 17: us know that there is going to be a new
- 1:15:43Speaker 17: chapter for her, but no more chicken shop date. And
- 1:15:46Speaker 17: I'm like, girl, you better get Harry Styles on there
- 1:15:48Speaker 17: before you shut it down, because I know you love him.
- 1:15:50Speaker 8: But maybe that's the new chapter, something else and more exciting.
- 1:15:53Speaker 8: Who knows, right? Good luck to her, though. So earlier
- 1:15:56Speaker 8: this week, we talked about how Miley Cyrus is no
- 1:15:58Speaker 8: longer Miley Cyrus. She's just Miley. It's just Miley. I mean,
- 1:16:00Speaker 8: she's been saying it's just Miley for a long time, right?
- 1:16:02Speaker 8: So how does Billy Ray feel about that? Because she's
- 1:16:04Speaker 8: literally like dropping the Cyrus part, right? He loves it.
- 1:16:08Speaker 8: He has spoken out and said, listen, after all the
- 1:16:10Speaker 8: family drama we have been through, there is finally like
- 1:16:13Speaker 8: all of that is in the rear view. I support Miley.
- 1:16:16Speaker 8: She knows that. And I love this new direction for her.
- 1:16:19Speaker 8: We also talked yesterday about how it was kind of
- 1:16:21Speaker 8: scary that Lionel Richie spent three days in the ICU.
- 1:16:23Speaker 8: But yesterday he was released. He is doing all right.
- 1:16:27Speaker 8: He apparently needed a chair to finish the concert and
- 1:16:31Speaker 8: then checked himself in. And they said he's back in
- 1:16:33Speaker 8: at home and doing well. So if you were worried
- 1:16:35Speaker 8: about Lionel Richie, don't worry anymore. He's doing just fine.
- 1:16:40Speaker 8: So there's been a lot of argument and a lot of,
- 1:16:42Speaker 8: I guess, chatter in Hollywood and the music industry about A.I.,
- 1:16:47Speaker 8: specifically with the use of AI. Mary J. Blige, she's
- 1:16:52Speaker 8: in a commercial for Suna, which is an AI music
- 1:16:56Speaker 8: production thing. This is the commercial.
- 1:17:02Speaker 7: You like it?
- 1:17:03Speaker 5: That's dope.
- 1:17:03Speaker 22: I just process because I don't know what the hell
- 1:17:06Speaker 22: y'all talking about.
- 1:17:07Speaker 15: Yeah.
- 1:17:07Speaker 17: So I like to learn.
- 1:17:08Speaker 4: What you're talking about.
- 1:17:10Speaker 9: Now it's like, ah, okay, this is pretty dope.
- 1:17:12Speaker 8: We can play with it more and learn more.
- 1:17:14Speaker 5: Everything that's going on is pretty dope.
- 1:17:16Speaker 8: So just for being in that ad, everyone's like, how
- 1:17:19Speaker 8: could you, Mary J.? We can't be using AI. Now
- 1:17:21Speaker 8: this program basically generates music for you, just like what
- 1:17:24Speaker 8: she was experiencing in that commercial. Even Jermaine Dupri jumped
- 1:17:27Speaker 8: into the conversation afterwards saying, we need to stop trying
- 1:17:29Speaker 8: so hard to make this AI stuff happen. In the meantime,
- 1:17:32Speaker 8: you guys know there are a lot of artists that
- 1:17:34Speaker 8: are saying, it could be a tool. We could use this.
- 1:17:36Speaker 8: We kind of have to like hop on the technology
- 1:17:38Speaker 8: and figure out a way to make it work.
- 1:17:41Speaker 17: Like when Auto-Tune came out, I feel like everyone had
- 1:17:43Speaker 17: to kind of adjust to the game.
- 1:17:45Speaker 8: Exactly. So but but the artists that are not using AI,
- 1:17:49Speaker 8: by the way, do get very offended when they're accused
- 1:17:52Speaker 8: of using AI, which is what happened to Luke Bryan.
- 1:17:55Speaker 8: I guess people online heard his new song. It's called
- 1:17:58Speaker 8: Fish Hunt Golf Drink. And apparently he blames it on
- 1:18:02Speaker 8: all the Internet sensation people.
- 1:18:05Speaker 25: Like right when it came out, you know, you get
- 1:18:07Speaker 25: one or two kids with a bunch of followers that
- 1:18:09Speaker 25: say we AI'd it. And then the whole world like
- 1:18:12Speaker 25: goes on their narrative. It started, I mean, it was
- 1:18:15Speaker 25: pretty crazy. Like they're at a camera going, I hate you.
- 1:18:19Speaker 25: I'm watching it. And I'm like, I can see your face.
- 1:18:22Speaker 25: Like if I see you one day, I'm going to
- 1:18:25Speaker 25: knock the out of you.
- 1:18:28Speaker 8: Very offended. He says 100% all human written by him
- 1:18:30Speaker 8: and his team. So please don't say that.
- 1:18:33Speaker 4: So can I tell you that there's an entertainment story that's...
- 1:18:35Speaker 4: been in my head all day and it's been bothering
- 1:18:37Speaker 4: me so much. And I want to know if you
- 1:18:38Speaker 4: guys know the answer to it. Cause I know yesterday
- 1:18:40Speaker 4: you talked about Travis Kelsey brought up a lot of
- 1:18:42Speaker 4: stuff about the wedding. Right. And then I had read
- 1:18:45Speaker 4: this morning more stuff about like what happened after the,
- 1:18:49Speaker 4: how they couldn't believe the thousand people at this wedding.
- 1:18:51Speaker 4: There were no pictures, nothing. And that they sang karaoke
- 1:18:55Speaker 4: and that Taylor Swift sang a Stevie Nicks song. And
- 1:18:58Speaker 4: that Ed Sheeran was there. And they said like, picture,
- 1:19:01Speaker 4: this is what's in my mind. The way they go, Ed,
- 1:19:03Speaker 4: get up here. And Ed was like, no. I'm not
- 1:19:06Speaker 4: going to sing a song. And Ed Sheeran would not
- 1:19:08Speaker 4: do karaoke at the wedding. And I can't get that
- 1:19:10Speaker 4: out of my head that he wouldn't do karaoke. And
- 1:19:13Speaker 4: the only thing I can think of is that he's
- 1:19:15Speaker 4: in love with Taylor Swift. Oh, interesting. Oh, he's sad
- 1:19:18Speaker 4: about it. I'm just trying to think. You see, Ed
- 1:19:20Speaker 4: Sheeran plays along all the time. He does all kinds
- 1:19:22Speaker 4: of fun stuff.
- 1:19:22Speaker 3: In fact, he's probably duetting. He goes behind the bar
- 1:19:24Speaker 3: at Starbucks and serves coffee.
- 1:19:24Speaker 8: He's in the Pokemon song.
- 1:19:25Speaker 3: How does he not get up there? He's played in subways.
- 1:19:28Speaker 3: He's done all kinds of stuff.
- 1:19:29Speaker 4: They're like, yeah, Ed Sheeran. They put him on the spot. Ed,
- 1:19:31Speaker 4: get up here. No, no thanks. No thanks.
- 1:19:32Speaker 7: What?
- 1:19:33Speaker 4: How does Ed Sheeran not do karaoke?
- 1:19:35Speaker 3: Didn't Paul McCartney get up and sing? Paul McCartney got
- 1:19:37Speaker 3: to sing. You think he would say no?
- 1:19:39Speaker 13: Yeah.
- 1:19:39Speaker 4: He's in his 80s, you know? But not Ed Sheeran.
- 1:19:42Speaker 4: And I can't wait to eventually get that answer. If
- 1:19:45Speaker 4: you guys ever know, find out, let me know.
- 1:19:47Speaker 8: Work on that.
- 1:19:47Speaker 4: But I like, think about that at a red light.
- 1:19:49Speaker 4: Why didn't Ed Sheeran sing karaoke? Red light thoughts. Talk
- 1:19:53Speaker 4: about denying the bit. We got tickets to the Gold
- 1:19:55Speaker 4: Rush Music Festival. Martin Garrix, Deadmau5, DJ Pauly D, and more.
- 1:19:58Speaker 4: They could be yours. You have to win Kyle's game.
- 1:20:01Speaker 4: Claim the thrones. In fact, I got good music for that, Kyle.
- 1:20:07Speaker 25: Huh?
- 1:20:08Speaker 4: Hold on. Claim the throne.
- 1:20:11Speaker 17: 877-937-1047.
- 1:20:13Speaker 4: We'll play after Kehlani. Gabriela, good morning.
- 1:20:20Speaker 6: Hey, good morning.
- 1:20:22Speaker 4: You are our contestant for, oh, claim the throne. Game
- 1:20:27Speaker 4: of Thrones. Claim the throne.
- 1:20:29Speaker 8: Yes, that's right. It's claim the throne. So the cool
- 1:20:33Speaker 8: thing about this game is you can get almost as
- 1:20:35Speaker 8: many points as your brain will let you have. Round one,
- 1:20:38Speaker 8: we're going famous names. John Jay, we're going to begin
- 1:20:41Speaker 8: with you. You have five seconds and only five to
- 1:20:45Speaker 8: name as many famous Kevins as you can. On your mark,
- 1:20:49Speaker 8: get set, go.
- 1:20:50Speaker 4: Kevin Rowe, Kevin Spacey, Kevin Kline, Kevin from Home Alone.
- 1:20:56Speaker 8: Five is pretty good. A pretty solid start from John J.
- 1:20:59Speaker 8: Van Ness. Rich, same directions for you.
- 1:21:01Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:21:02Speaker 8: Five seconds on the clock to name as many famous
- 1:21:04Speaker 8: Toms that you can. Famous Toms, go.
- 1:21:08Speaker 3: Tom Hanks, Tom Cruise, Tom Sizemore, Tom and Jerry.
- 1:21:12Speaker 8: You're done.
- 1:21:14Speaker 4: Good job, though.
- 1:21:14Speaker 15: Four.
- 1:21:15Speaker 4: I like her buzzer. You're done.
- 1:21:17Speaker 8: You're done. All right. Peyton, get your brain working. John
- 1:21:22Speaker 8: Jay's got five. Rich got four. It's your turn to
- 1:21:24Speaker 8: name as many famous Jennifers as you can.
- 1:21:27Speaker 2: On your mark.
- 1:21:28Speaker 5: Get set.
- 1:21:29Speaker 4: Go.
- 1:21:29Speaker 17: Jennifer Hudson. Jennifer Lawrence. Jennifer Gardner. Jennifer Lawrence. Jennifer.
- 1:21:34Speaker 8: All right. You're done.
- 1:21:35Speaker 4: Dang.
- 1:21:36Speaker 3: You're done.
- 1:21:38Speaker 8: You're done. You did pretty good. You did pretty good there.
- 1:21:40Speaker 4: You said Jennifer Lawrence twice, by the way. Did you
- 1:21:42Speaker 4: catch that?
- 1:21:43Speaker 12: Yes.
- 1:21:43Speaker 8: I didn't count it twice, though.
- 1:21:45Speaker 17: All right.
- 1:21:46Speaker 8: Gabriella. Now that you know the name of the game.
- 1:21:49Speaker 8: I like to give you a little bit of a benefit.
- 1:21:51Speaker 8: So Gabriella, you will get seven seconds instead of five
- 1:21:54Speaker 8: seconds to name as many famous Chris's that you can famous.
- 1:21:59Speaker 8: Chris is plural of Chris. Good set.
- 1:22:08Speaker 20: Go.
- 1:22:08Speaker 3: All right.
- 1:22:11Speaker 6: Uh, Chris Jenner, Chris Pratt, Chris Tucker, um, Chris Brown.
- 1:22:18Speaker 8: All right, you're done.
- 1:22:20Speaker 4: I started the seven seconds when.
- 1:22:23Speaker 8: You said your first one just to give you a
- 1:22:26Speaker 8: little benefit. But after round one, John Jay is still
- 1:22:30Speaker 8: in the lead, but not by a lot. Everybody still
- 1:22:32Speaker 8: has a shot to get this. Round two, because NFL
- 1:22:35Speaker 8: football starts next week, this is going to have a
- 1:22:37Speaker 8: little bit of a football twist to it. Same rules,
- 1:22:42Speaker 8: John Jay. You've got five seconds on the clock to
- 1:22:44Speaker 8: name one. celebrities who have played a football player or
- 1:22:49Speaker 8: football coach in a movie or TV show. On your mark,
- 1:22:54Speaker 8: get set, go.
- 1:22:55Speaker 4: Dennis Quaid, Cuba Gooding Jr., Tom Cruise. All right, you're done.
- 1:23:02Speaker 8: A pretty good three celebrities right there.
- 1:23:04Speaker 17: I'm shocked you didn't go to Glenn Powell with Chad
- 1:23:07Speaker 17: Powers out today.
- 1:23:08Speaker 4: I'm sorry.
- 1:23:09Speaker 8: Yeah, that was a good one. There's a lot of
- 1:23:11Speaker 8: pressure in this game.
- 1:23:11Speaker 5: Come on!
- 1:23:12Speaker 8: It's only five seconds. All right, Rich.
- 1:23:14Speaker 5: Yes, ma'am.
- 1:23:16Speaker 8: Same rules, five seconds on the clock. Name celebrities who
- 1:23:19Speaker 8: have performed at Super Bowl halftime shows.
- 1:23:23Speaker 7: Go.
- 1:23:24Speaker 3: Rihanna, Usher, Beyonce.
- 1:23:30Speaker 4: All right.
- 1:23:31Speaker 8: John Jay's still in the lead right now. He is
- 1:23:33Speaker 8: the one to catch right now. Peyton, I feel like
- 1:23:35Speaker 8: you've got it with this one. Peyton, five seconds on
- 1:23:38Speaker 8: the clock. Name celebrities who have been romantically linked to
- 1:23:42Speaker 8: NFL players. On your mark, get set, go.
- 1:23:45Speaker 17: Kim Kardashian, Coco Jones. Who is me?
- 1:23:50Speaker 8: You're done. I'm like, who dates footballers? Who dates them?
- 1:23:54Speaker 17: I like the basketballers.
- 1:23:55Speaker 8: Hailee Steinfeld, Gisele Bundchen, Jessica Simpson, Carrie Underwood.
- 1:23:58Speaker 17: Hey, you told me.
- 1:23:59Speaker 8: I know, I know. There's a lot of pressure in
- 1:24:02Speaker 8: this game. I feel like that was maybe a little
- 1:24:03Speaker 8: bit of karma for... I was just shocked.
- 1:24:07Speaker 5: All right.
- 1:24:07Speaker 8: So, Gabriella, the one to beat right here is John Jay.
- 1:24:10Speaker 8: You've got seven seconds on the clock. Gabriella, I need
- 1:24:15Speaker 8: you to name celebrities that you have seen in any
- 1:24:18Speaker 8: Super Bowl commercial in any year of all the Super
- 1:24:22Speaker 8: Bowl commercials. Celebrities in Super Bowl commercials. On your mark,
- 1:24:26Speaker 8: get set, go. Oh, my God.
- 1:24:30Speaker 5: Um.
- 1:24:33Speaker 8: Seven Seconds starts with you, Zayman. Just name one.
- 1:24:34Speaker 9: I don't know.
- 1:24:35Speaker 6: I have no idea.
- 1:24:38Speaker 8: You could pretty much name any celebrity. All the celebrities
- 1:24:41Speaker 8: have been on all the commercials.
- 1:24:43Speaker 18: I don't know.
- 1:24:45Speaker 23: Tom Cruise.
- 1:24:48Speaker 17: Chris Pratt.
- 1:24:50Speaker 8: Okay, Gabrielle, you're done.
- 1:24:51Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 1:24:53Speaker 22: All right.
- 1:24:56Speaker 8: So it is official.
- 1:24:58Speaker 5: John J.
- 1:24:59Speaker 8: Van Ness has claimed the throne. Sorry, Gabriella. That was
- 1:25:05Speaker 8: a rough round two for you, but I feel like
- 1:25:08Speaker 8: you did a great job and you will not go
- 1:25:10Speaker 8: away empty-handed.
- 1:25:12Speaker 4: We're going to set you up to take us to
- 1:25:13Speaker 4: Gold Rush Music Festival. Gabriella, thanks for playing. Thanks for listening.
- 1:25:16Speaker 3: Any of those fast games get you caught in the
- 1:25:20Speaker 3: spotlight a little bit.
- 1:25:21Speaker 8: I know it is. And when you're listening and not playing,
- 1:25:23Speaker 8: you're like, hello, it's this, this, and this. But when
- 1:25:26Speaker 8: you're in that moment, Gabriella, I get you.
- 1:25:27Speaker 3: It's tough.
- 1:25:28Speaker 8: The pressure was on.
- 1:25:30Speaker 4: So, If you missed War of the Roses, if you
- 1:25:33Speaker 4: go to John J. Rich on Instagram, on War of
- 1:25:34Speaker 4: the Roses, if you missed War of the Roses, John J.
- 1:25:36Speaker 4: Rich on Instagram, type in the comments the most recent post, Roses,
- 1:25:40Speaker 4: and we will send it directly to your phone. A
- 1:25:42Speaker 4: friend of mine just texted me. He's in the building.
- 1:25:48Speaker 4: He's right down the hall, he said. He goes, come
- 1:25:51Speaker 4: by and say hi. I said, okay. He goes, you know,
- 1:25:53Speaker 4: give me a minute, I'll come by and say hi.
- 1:25:54Speaker 4: Then he texts me a picture of the bathroom. And
- 1:25:58Speaker 4: he's on the door handle, and he goes, what's the
- 1:26:00Speaker 4: code to go to the bathroom? I'm like, bro, you're
- 1:26:02Speaker 4: not in my building.
- 1:26:03Speaker 8: Downstairs on the first floor, you need a code.
- 1:26:05Speaker 4: I was like, you're not in my building, man. Sorry,
- 1:26:07Speaker 4: I don't know that.
- 1:26:09Speaker 3: Good luck getting in there.
- 1:26:10Speaker 4: Again, if you missed War of the Roses, it is
- 1:26:13Speaker 4: on our Instagram, and we will send it directly to
- 1:26:15Speaker 4: your phone. Type in the word roses, and we'll send
- 1:26:17Speaker 4: it to you. Kyle's coming up with three things you
- 1:26:19Speaker 4: need to know.
- 1:26:20Speaker 8: TikTok is giving everyone a microphone, and I have a
- 1:26:22Speaker 8: feeling some people are really going to regret this. I'll
- 1:26:24Speaker 8: explain why next with John Jane Rich.
- 1:26:33Speaker 4: We just played a game. Kyle hosted a game. And
- 1:26:36Speaker 4: this 602 number says, hilarious moment during Kyle's game. Celebrities
- 1:26:41Speaker 4: associated or who dated football players. And Peyton says, who
- 1:26:45Speaker 4: dates football players? You guys remember that? Meanwhile, you all
- 1:26:49Speaker 4: work for a radio station that talks about Taylor Swift
- 1:26:51Speaker 4: every other day. Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey were literally
- 1:26:54Speaker 4: in the entertainment news minutes before you guys played the game.
- 1:26:58Speaker 4: No one said her name during this game. May I
- 1:27:01Speaker 4: have been screaming her name at the radio in my car?
- 1:27:04Speaker 4: That's how the games get you, though.
- 1:27:06Speaker 8: That is a total palm-to-forehead moment.
- 1:27:09Speaker 4: Because, duh, absolutely. But Peyton can say to me, why
- 1:27:11Speaker 4: didn't you say Chad Powers? I just say why didn't you?
- 1:27:14Speaker 8: That's why I said it was karma, guys.
- 1:27:16Speaker 4: I know.
- 1:27:17Speaker 8: I said I'm shocked you didn't.
- 1:27:18Speaker 17: Because you're so on top of your TV, John Jay.
- 1:27:21Speaker 17: I just thought that would be top of mind.
- 1:27:22Speaker 4: But it's also a quick top-of-mind game.
- 1:27:25Speaker 17: Sure is. And you won, so good job.
- 1:27:28Speaker 4: But she called you out. Who dates football players? The
- 1:27:31Speaker 4: biggest star in the world.
- 1:27:32Speaker 8: No, literally, though.
- 1:27:33Speaker 4: The biggest star in the world. Kyle, what are three
- 1:27:34Speaker 4: things we need to know today?
- 1:27:36Speaker 8: So the Grand Canyon flood is creating a whole new
- 1:27:40Speaker 8: problem even after the search ends. Now people who actually
- 1:27:43Speaker 8: live at the South Rim are worried about running out
- 1:27:45Speaker 8: of water. The flooding badly damaged the pipeline that supplies
- 1:27:49Speaker 8: roughly 1,600 full-time residents overnight. Lodging has been shut down indefinitely,
- 1:27:55Speaker 8: and crews are still searching for that final missing hiker.
- 1:27:58Speaker 8: So it's like, even though I think the news has
- 1:28:00Speaker 8: kind of died down about it, it's still a very
- 1:28:02Speaker 8: big deal here in Arizona. As if TikTok comment sections
- 1:28:06Speaker 8: weren't already unhinged enough, TikTok was like, you know what
- 1:28:09Speaker 8: we should do? We should give everyone a microphone, right?
- 1:28:13Speaker 8: So they are adding voice comments. So you can go
- 1:28:16Speaker 8: to someone's comment section and voice how interested or upset
- 1:28:23Speaker 8: or excited you are about whatever it is they're doing now.
- 1:28:26Speaker 4: No one's thought of that before. Everybody can hear it.
- 1:28:30Speaker 4: We can play people's comments all the time.
- 1:28:33Speaker 11: Yes.
- 1:28:33Speaker 4: Unless that's not going to be allowed.
- 1:28:34Speaker 8: It feels like a dangerous experience. But like I said,
- 1:28:37Speaker 8: it could be very entertaining. Very entertaining. Apparently, you can
- 1:28:42Speaker 8: pay for something with Donald Trump's face now because the U.S.
- 1:28:46Speaker 8: Mint actually just started circulating new $ 1 coins featuring Trump.
- 1:28:51Speaker 8: They are gold-colored. They've got his face on one side
- 1:28:53Speaker 8: and the presidential seal with 250 on the other for
- 1:28:56Speaker 8: America's 250th anniversary. And yes, they are actual legal tender.
- 1:29:01Speaker 8: So theoretically, you could just... Someone could end up handing
- 1:29:05Speaker 8: you a Trump coin as your change. She may or
- 1:29:07Speaker 8: may not want it. Who knows?
- 1:29:08Speaker 4: You mean like you can go pay for something with it?
- 1:29:10Speaker 8: It's literally like a dollar coin. It's like a silver dollar,
- 1:29:13Speaker 8: but this is like a gold version of that with
- 1:29:16Speaker 8: Trump's face on it.
- 1:29:16Speaker 5: Wow.
- 1:29:17Speaker 4: So I remember when they came out with these coins,
- 1:29:19Speaker 4: these Susan B. Anthony dollars, and they were the same
- 1:29:21Speaker 4: size as quarters. People got confused.
- 1:29:23Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 1:29:23Speaker 4: So this is a real thing.
- 1:29:24Speaker 8: It is a real thing.
- 1:29:25Speaker 5: I know.
- 1:29:26Speaker 8: The news is real, you guys. We've been waiting patiently
- 1:29:30Speaker 8: to hear what the jury has decided on the Lindsay
- 1:29:33Speaker 8: Clancy case. And we still have no answer. It is
- 1:29:36Speaker 8: day six of deliberations. They have gone back to the
- 1:29:39Speaker 8: judge twice now saying they cannot agree. And the judge
- 1:29:43Speaker 8: basically sent them back yesterday, giving them like this like firm,
- 1:29:47Speaker 8: I don't know, legal direction on what their job is
- 1:29:52Speaker 8: as jurors. And so we will see if they can
- 1:29:55Speaker 8: come to a unanimous decision, but they, Could still potentially
- 1:29:59Speaker 8: be a hung jury and it could be a mistrial.
- 1:30:01Speaker 8: Hopefully we will find out today. That only time will
- 1:30:03Speaker 8: tell on that one. If you haven't been following the
- 1:30:05Speaker 8: playoff race, our Diamondbacks are doing so great. It's very
- 1:30:08Speaker 8: exciting because every game counts. Literally every game counts. So
- 1:30:12Speaker 8: yesterday we beat Philly.
- 1:30:15Speaker 20: Hooray.
- 1:30:17Speaker 8: And also, San Diego lost. So now, we have that
- 1:30:21Speaker 8: playoff spot again. Because if San Diego would have won,
- 1:30:25Speaker 8: we would have not had that yet. So literally, every
- 1:30:28Speaker 8: game counts right now for that playoff spot. And the
- 1:30:31Speaker 8: D-backs have it clenched right now. Hopefully, we can keep it.
- 1:30:34Speaker 8: And that's what you need to know.
