Judge Rules Search Warrants Used Against Prince Andrew Were Unlawful (10/9/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

• 0:00
Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. So yesterday, over in the UK, the High
• 0:09
Speaker 1: Court in London decided that the search warrants that were
• 0:12
Speaker 1: issued for Prince Andrew initially were issued improperly. So that
• 0:18
Speaker 1: means all of the evidence that was seized from Prince
• 0:21
Speaker 1: Andrew is null and void. Now this comes after a
• 0:25
Speaker 1: ruling that was made by the High Court in London
• 0:28
Speaker 1: And both sides, Prince Andrew and the Thames Valley Police,
• 0:32
Speaker 1: agreed to get rid of the warrant before this hearing
• 0:35
Speaker 1: even began. Now, of course, the cynic in me says,
• 0:38
Speaker 1: is this all part of the plan? Did they issue
• 0:41
Speaker 1: these warrants on purpose the way they did so that
• 0:43
Speaker 1: later on down the road, Prince Andrew could go to
• 0:46
Speaker 1: the High Court in London and get the help he
• 0:48
Speaker 1: needs to quash them? Again, that's the cynic in me.
• 0:52
Speaker 1: Does that mean that that's what happened? Of course not.
• 0:56
Speaker 1: And more than likely, what happened here is that the
• 0:59
Speaker 1: police jumped the gun. But unfortunately, when we're talking about
• 1:02
Speaker 1: this topic, and we're talking about Jeffrey Epstein and all
• 1:06
Speaker 1: of his friends, we really can't rule anything out of
• 1:08
Speaker 1: the realm of possibility. We've seen it all. So would
• 1:13
Speaker 1: it really be that shocking to see that the UK
• 1:16
Speaker 1: isn't on the cover-up? Wouldn't be that shocking to me.
• 1:20
Speaker 1: So before we dive down that rabbit hole, why don't
• 1:23
Speaker 1: we dive into this article from the New York Post
• 1:26
Speaker 1: and see what's what. Headline, Judge says search warrants used
• 1:31
Speaker 1: to seize property from former Prince Andrew were unlawful. This
• 1:34
Speaker 1: article was authored by the Associated Press. Police who searched
• 1:39
Speaker 1: the properties of the former Prince Andrew and seized his
• 1:42
Speaker 1: property in the investigation into his links to the late
• 1:45
Speaker 1: sex offender Jeffrey Epstein have agreed the search warrants were unlawful,
• 1:49
Speaker 1: a London judge said on Thursday. Yo, how does something
• 1:52
Speaker 1: like that even happen? You didn't do your due diligence
• 1:55
Speaker 1: before raiding this dude's house? You didn't have every lawyer
• 1:58
Speaker 1: in the whole place take a look at what's going
• 2:00
Speaker 1: on and make sure that everything's valid? That everything's going
• 2:03
Speaker 1: to stand up in court? I mean, that's what a
• 2:05
Speaker 1: real investigation would have done, right? A serious investigation. You
• 2:08
Speaker 1: have to make sure that everything's going to withstand the
• 2:11
Speaker 1: onslaught of challenges that are certainly going to come from
• 2:13
Speaker 1: a guy like Andrew. So if you don't have all
• 2:16
Speaker 1: your ducks in a row, you're asking for big trouble.
• 2:21
Speaker 1: Justice Nicholas Hillard said that the Thames Valley Police... had
• 2:25
Speaker 1: made a significant error in applying for the warrants when
• 2:27
Speaker 1: they searched the properties of the former prince, now known
• 2:31
Speaker 1: as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor. So what were the errors? What were
• 2:35
Speaker 1: the mistakes? And look, I understand that the UK has
• 2:37
Speaker 1: a different legal system than the United States, but how
• 2:41
Speaker 1: come we don't know what was improper? Are we going
• 2:45
Speaker 1: to get that information at some point? Mountbatten-Windsor was arrested
• 2:49
Speaker 1: on February 19th on suspicion of misconduct in public office.
• 2:53
Speaker 1: and police searched two of his homes. His lawyers asked
• 2:56
Speaker 1: the high court to invalidate the warrants under which those
• 3:00
Speaker 1: searches were conducted. Hilliard said the parties had agreed to
• 3:05
Speaker 1: invalidate the warrants before the hearing on Thursday. Thames Valley
• 3:08
Speaker 1: Police said it had accepted the fact that the warrants
• 3:11
Speaker 1: must be quashed because the initial court's decision to issue
• 3:14
Speaker 1: them was incorrect. Talk about a shitshow. You guys can't
• 3:19
Speaker 1: even conduct a basic investigation without When you have all
• 3:22
Speaker 1: this evidence right there in front of you, you can't
• 3:24
Speaker 1: get a real warrant. You have to do whatever it
• 3:27
Speaker 1: is you did and now set everything back. And this
• 3:31
Speaker 1: is what I'm talking about. This is the kind of
• 3:33
Speaker 1: police work that we've seen time and time again when
• 3:38
Speaker 1: it comes to Jeffrey Epstein and his friends. Whenever we're
• 3:41
Speaker 1: dealing with people like this, all of a sudden there's
• 3:43
Speaker 1: loopholes and technicalities galore. I mean, do you think that
• 3:47
Speaker 1: the high court's stepping in and quashing warrants for everybody?
• 3:51
Speaker 1: I highly doubt it. Legal proceedings are currently ongoing to
• 3:55
Speaker 1: decide how material seized during the searches will be managed
• 3:59
Speaker 1: and whether we can lawfully retain it in support of
• 4:01
Speaker 1: our ongoing investigation, the department said in a statement. And look,
• 4:05
Speaker 1: this certainly is just a prelim move. There's a lot
• 4:08
Speaker 1: more going on behind the scenes and it is a
• 4:10
Speaker 1: larger battle. But we're not going to make pretend and
• 4:14
Speaker 1: sugarcoat things that this isn't a setback. It most certainly is.
• 4:18
Speaker 1: You had this dude dead to rights. You had him
• 4:19
Speaker 1: in the crosshairs. And you screw it up by getting
• 4:22
Speaker 1: a bad warrant. And for the people that have been
• 4:25
Speaker 1: listening to this podcast for any amount of time, you
• 4:28
Speaker 1: know how I feel about that. I don't care if
• 4:30
Speaker 1: somebody's guilty as the day is long. If the government
• 4:33
Speaker 1: cuts corners to get them over the finish line to
• 4:37
Speaker 1: get that conviction, then I'm not a fan of that conviction.
• 4:41
Speaker 1: Because the government has so much power that they can
• 4:44
Speaker 1: ruin our lives quickly. So there needs to be accountability.
• 4:49
Speaker 1: And they need to do things the right way. and
• 4:51
Speaker 1: they need to respect everybody's constitutional rights. Now, of course,
• 4:54
Speaker 1: over in England, a little different, right? But they have
• 4:58
Speaker 1: their own set of rules, they have their own charters,
• 5:00
Speaker 1: they have their own, you know, guidelines. And if you're
• 5:03
Speaker 1: going to go after somebody like Prince Andrew, you better
• 5:06
Speaker 1: have all your goddamn ducks in a row. Mountbatten-Windsor was
• 5:12
Speaker 1: not in court for the hearing. Mark Stevens, of the
• 5:15
Speaker 1: Howard Kennedy Law Firm in London, described the hearing as
• 5:19
Speaker 1: a prelim skirmish. in the broader legal battle. It's the
• 5:22
Speaker 1: first step of Prince Andrew and his lawyers saying, actually,
• 5:26
Speaker 1: this is tainted evidence. It was obtained inappropriately, Stephen said. Therefore,
• 5:31
Speaker 1: it should be excluded from any criminal trial. Now listen,
• 5:34
Speaker 1: the caveat to all of that is, if they get
• 5:37
Speaker 1: the information from America, that would change everything. That would
• 5:42
Speaker 1: give them the basis they're looking for. And they wouldn't
• 5:44
Speaker 1: have to worry about it being quote-unquote improperly seized. Because
• 5:49
Speaker 1: they'd be getting it from America from the DOJ, not
• 5:52
Speaker 1: from Andrew's accounts. So that's certainly significant, and it's something
• 5:56
Speaker 1: to keep an eye on. King Charles III stripped Mountbatten-Windsor
• 6:02
Speaker 1: of his princely title last year as he sought to
• 6:04
Speaker 1: shield the rest of the royal family from the continuing
• 6:07
Speaker 1: fallout from his younger brother's links to Epstein. While Mountbatten-Windsor
• 6:11
Speaker 1: 66 continues to receive a stipend from the king's private funds,
• 6:15
Speaker 1: Buckingham Palace has made it clear that those funds may
• 6:18
Speaker 1: not be used to fund his effort to challenge the
• 6:21
Speaker 1: search warrants. Well, that gets a bit murky, right? How
• 6:25
Speaker 1: do you know where the money's coming from? How do
• 6:26
Speaker 1: you know where the money's moving to? And how do
• 6:29
Speaker 1: you know where he's sourcing it? So I guess I'll
• 6:32
Speaker 1: leave that up to the king, but I have my
• 6:34
Speaker 1: doubts that they're going to be able to manage that situation.
• 6:37
Speaker 1: The police investigation initially focused on allegations that Mountbatten-Windsor shared
• 6:42
Speaker 1: sensitive information with Epstein when the former prince was a
• 6:46
Speaker 1: UK trade envoy. But police later said they could also
• 6:49
Speaker 1: consider other matters. So just to keep in mind, this
• 6:53
Speaker 1: only has to do with what was seized from Prince
• 6:56
Speaker 1: Andrew already. It has nothing to do with the future.
• 7:00
Speaker 1: So if they pull other warrants or they get other evidence,
• 7:03
Speaker 1: different story. Police questioned Mountbatten-Windsor for 11 hours before releasing
• 7:09
Speaker 1: him under investigation, meaning that he was neither charged nor exonerated.
• 7:14
Speaker 1: It was the first time in nearly four centuries that
• 7:17
Speaker 1: a senior British royal was placed under arrest. And that's
• 7:20
Speaker 1: a problem unto itself. You mean to tell me, in
• 7:23
Speaker 1: four fucking centuries, no British royal has done anything worthy
• 7:28
Speaker 1: of being arrested? Or is it that they've been protected?
• 7:31
Speaker 1: You know, kind of like Andrew. And it's why I'm
• 7:34
Speaker 1: such a cynic, especially when we're talking about the royal family.
• 7:38
Speaker 1: They'll do whatever they can to try and protect that image.
• 7:41
Speaker 1: So are they working behind the scenes? To pull on
• 7:44
Speaker 1: some legal strings to get Andrew out of this mess? Well,
• 7:47
Speaker 1: we don't have any evidence of that, but I won't
• 7:49
Speaker 1: discount it. We'll have to wait and see. The allegations
• 7:54
Speaker 1: against Mountbatten-Windsor came to light when the U.S. Justice Department
• 7:58
Speaker 1: released millions of pages of documents from its investigation into
• 8:02
Speaker 1: sex trafficking by Epstein and his connections to a network
• 8:05
Speaker 1: of wealthy, powerful men around the world. Well, I think
• 8:09
Speaker 1: that people knew prior to that what Epstein and Andrew
• 8:12
Speaker 1: were up to together, but a lot of people just
• 8:15
Speaker 1: didn't want to admit it. Remember what ABC did with
• 8:18
Speaker 1: Amy Robach? Instead of running Virginia's story, instead of telling
• 8:23
Speaker 1: the people, that means you, what was going on, they
• 8:26
Speaker 1: chose to protect their access to the royal family. That
• 8:30
Speaker 1: was more important than doing their job. That was more
• 8:33
Speaker 1: important than letting everybody out there know what kind of
• 8:36
Speaker 1: monster Epstein really was. And listen, I know that sounds crazy, right?
• 8:40
Speaker 1: That sounds like some Candace Owens type shit, but it
• 8:43
Speaker 1: really happened. And it's the same kind of stuff that's
• 8:46
Speaker 1: been happening when it comes to Epstein for years and
• 8:49
Speaker 1: years and years. And it's still happening to this day.
• 8:53
Speaker 1: There's still people out there that refuse to accept what
• 8:56
Speaker 1: Epstein really was. Mountbatten-Windsor's ties to Epstein have been a
• 8:59
Speaker 1: source of embarrassment to the royal family for more than
• 9:02
Speaker 1: a decade. Lawmakers questioned the relationship as far back as 2011.
• 9:08
Speaker 1: when the then prince was forced to give up his
• 9:10
Speaker 1: globetrotting role as the UK special trade envoy. Eight years later,
• 9:14
Speaker 1: he failed to explain his continuing ties to Epstein in
• 9:18
Speaker 1: a disastrous interview with the BBC, ending his career as
• 9:21
Speaker 1: a working member of the royal family. Like, what does
• 9:25
Speaker 1: that even mean? Working member of the royal family? Show
• 9:29
Speaker 1: up to a few parades and wave? Go get some
• 9:32
Speaker 1: free food? Hang out with Jeffrey Epstein and call it
• 9:35
Speaker 1: a day? Like, what does that mean? a working member
• 9:38
Speaker 1: of the royal family. These motherfuckers ain't ever worked a
• 9:41
Speaker 1: day in their life. Can you imagine a member of
• 9:44
Speaker 1: the royal family punching in for a real shift? I
• 9:47
Speaker 1: know some of you out there are construction workers, you know,
• 9:49
Speaker 1: iron workers, whatever. Imagine one of these soft ass sons
• 9:53
Speaker 1: of bitches punching in next to you, showing up with
• 9:56
Speaker 1: a thermos and a lunchbox. Zero chance, right? They don't
• 9:59
Speaker 1: know what real work is. They're so detached from reality
• 10:03
Speaker 1: that it's not even funny. And I know the vast
• 10:06
Speaker 1: majority of you out there have done menial labor at
• 10:08
Speaker 1: some point in your life. Maybe not now, right? I'm
• 10:12
Speaker 1: sure a lot of you have, you know, progressed and
• 10:14
Speaker 1: you're sitting in a corporate office, whatever it might be.
• 10:17
Speaker 1: But people like this They never worked a real day
• 10:20
Speaker 1: in their life. They've never come home sweaty, disgusting, smelling,
• 10:24
Speaker 1: tired as shit, and then have to deal with all
• 10:27
Speaker 1: the other responsibilities you have. They've been given everything, forever,
• 10:33
Speaker 1: and that continues on with Prince Andrew. Oh sure, he's
• 10:36
Speaker 1: been embarrassed, right? He's no longer a working royal. But
• 10:41
Speaker 1: so what? Bro's still sitting in a house that the
• 10:45
Speaker 1: vast majority of us would never ever be able to afford.
• 10:48
Speaker 1: Still living that luxurious life, doing whatever he wants. So sure,
• 10:52
Speaker 1: there's been some embarrassment for Andrew. But besides that, what
• 10:57
Speaker 1: kind of penalty has he really received? Nothing. And it
• 11:01
Speaker 1: looks like, according to the High Court in England, that
• 11:03
Speaker 1: that shit'll go on. So, like usual, we'll keep it grinding.
• 11:08
Speaker 1: And when we have some more information to share, we'll
• 11:10
Speaker 1: get it added to the catalog. All the information that
• 11:13
Speaker 1: goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
