- 0:04Speaker 1: My name is Victor Furman. Some call me the Voice.
- 0:09Speaker 1: I've always been fascinated with human nature, spirituality, science and
- 0:15Speaker 1: the crossroads at which they meet. Join me now and
- 0:18Speaker 1: we will explore these topics and so much more with
- 0:22Speaker 1: fascinating guests, authors and experts who will guide us to
- 0:28Speaker 1: Destination Unlimited. With all of the recent talk of disclosure,
- 0:38Speaker 1: the question comes up as to what the extraterrestrials want.
- 0:42Speaker 1: My guest this week on Destination Unlimited, Chris Berryman says
- 0:47Speaker 1: their agenda is cooperation, not control, and brings insight into
- 0:52Speaker 1: alien races, their technology, motives, and the truth about why
- 0:57Speaker 1: they are here. Chris Berryman communicated with alien beings and
- 1:02Speaker 1: their message may surprise you. Chris works in this world
- 1:06Speaker 1: through his company, Detroit Theater Collective, as a director, actor,
- 1:10Speaker 1: and producer of theater and media works, but he has
- 1:14Speaker 1: also been communicating with the mysterious orion contingent through the
- 1:18Speaker 1: voice of their speaker, a consciousness explorer known as n
- 1:23Speaker 1: dash One. His website is Berryman Books dot com, and
- 1:27Speaker 1: he joins me this week to share his path and
- 1:30Speaker 1: new book, The N One Sessions, Seasonal Reflections from the
- 1:35Speaker 1: Outer Dimensions of Light please join me in welcoming to
- 1:39Speaker 1: Destination Unlimited. Chris Berryman, Welcome, Chris.
- 1:44Speaker 2: Hey, Victor, thanks for having me.
- 1:46Speaker 1: Thank you so much for joining us and sharing your
- 1:49Speaker 1: fascinating story. Please share with us your path and how
- 1:53Speaker 1: your communication with alien races started.
- 1:57Speaker 2: Well, it all started for me shortly before the pandemic,
- 2:03Speaker 2: and I had been experiencing some interesting sensory visions. Some
- 2:12Speaker 2: interesting pictures kept appearing to me, probably starting I think
- 2:18Speaker 2: it had been starting throughout twenty nineteen, but it was
- 2:21Speaker 2: starting to get become stronger moving into the beginning of
- 2:26Speaker 2: the pandemic, and I was seeing things like geometry and
- 2:32Speaker 2: strange machines that I had never seen before. And into
- 2:39Speaker 2: the spring of twenty twenty, this repped up, I guess
- 2:44Speaker 2: you'd say, and it became particularly strong at night, like
- 2:47Speaker 2: right before I went to sleep, and I started seeing
- 2:51Speaker 2: those not only this geometry, these shapes, these morphing portals,
- 2:56Speaker 2: but also eyes and distinct beings which became more vivid
- 3:03Speaker 2: and I and I kind of even when it was
- 3:05Speaker 2: it seemed when I would look at it and it
- 3:07Speaker 2: would seem far away. I trained myself to kind of
- 3:10Speaker 2: zoom in on these images, and so I was able
- 3:14Speaker 2: to see them. I could I was able to capture them,
- 3:16Speaker 2: sort of see what was going on, and I eventually
- 3:19Speaker 2: had an experience first that was just would I could
- 3:23Speaker 2: see not only faces but sort of the you know,
- 3:29Speaker 2: the entire bodies of these beings. And it was a
- 3:33Speaker 2: positive experience. And eventually I had one evening I was
- 3:38Speaker 2: just I was not asleep, I was laying on my bed,
- 3:43Speaker 2: there was a there was a lamp on by the bed,
- 3:45Speaker 2: and I started to feel this movement upward, like I
- 3:49Speaker 2: was being pulled upward, and I knew something was happening.
- 3:55Speaker 2: I just told myself, Okay, let's just go with this.
- 3:57Speaker 2: This this breathe, and go with this. And I saw
- 4:01Speaker 2: clearly sort of a control panel in a window overlooking
- 4:06Speaker 2: a desert's setting. I saw hands, and I saw many
- 4:13Speaker 2: other things too, and so but it wasn't it didn't
- 4:17Speaker 2: feel like abduction to me. It felt like a positive,
- 4:23Speaker 2: welcoming experience. And I started to hear music and it
- 4:30Speaker 2: was like I was I was getting healing, like I
- 4:33Speaker 2: was getting I've said this before, but it felt like
- 4:35Speaker 2: I was getting four reiki sessions at once. So that
- 4:39Speaker 2: that happened that experience happened, and then shortly after that
- 4:44Speaker 2: communication opened up, they kept appearing, these these visions kept appearing.
- 4:49Speaker 2: So I finally just reached out and said, what what
- 4:52Speaker 2: is it that you want from me? What is it
- 4:54Speaker 2: that you're seeking? And a conversation opened up with being
- 5:00Speaker 2: known as N One. In that I guess you'd call
- 5:07Speaker 2: it a spaceship experience. I'm not entirely sure what it was,
- 5:12Speaker 2: but that spaceship experience was the foundation of my first book,
- 5:17Speaker 2: which was an illustrated sci fi work for it just
- 5:23Speaker 2: tended up called Flying Saucer Visions, and then the continuing conversation,
- 5:29Speaker 2: which the content became deeper, I guess you'd say, is
- 5:34Speaker 2: the foundation for my upcoming book, which is called The
- 5:37Speaker 2: N One Sessions, and that is a non fiction book
- 5:40Speaker 2: of essays.
- 5:41Speaker 1: Now, prior to this experience, did you have anything, for example,
- 5:44Speaker 1: in your childhood or earlier in life.
- 5:47Speaker 2: I don't nothing like I was seeing alien beings or
- 5:52Speaker 2: anything like that. I was. I grew up in a
- 5:56Speaker 2: Catholic household, so I remember like going to church looking
- 6:01Speaker 2: like I would always get kind of lost in the candles,
- 6:04Speaker 2: Like I don't know if I was always paying attention
- 6:06Speaker 2: to what was being said or what was being I
- 6:09Speaker 2: was instructed to do or how to live. But I
- 6:12Speaker 2: just remember being mesmerized by sort of the ritual aspects
- 6:17Speaker 2: of things. And so with that, I think I was
- 6:20Speaker 2: able to I didn't know it at the time, but
- 6:24Speaker 2: I was able to sort of go into a meditative state.
- 6:28Speaker 2: But I never had any other like experiences until my forties,
- 6:34Speaker 2: really with seeing visions of other dimensions or anything like that,
- 6:39Speaker 2: at least not that I'm aware of.
- 6:41Speaker 1: And what was your take earlier in life on the
- 6:44Speaker 1: concept of UFOs, On the concept of extraterrestrial.
- 6:47Speaker 2: Life, Well, I was curious about it. It was something
- 6:50Speaker 2: that I'd interested in. I had read some books about it,
- 6:56Speaker 2: something that it just seemed natural to me that were
- 6:59Speaker 2: not the only species in the universe that there is life,
- 7:05Speaker 2: probably just ever expanding life in the in the multiverse.
- 7:11Speaker 2: That's something that I believed in. I was open to,
- 7:13Speaker 2: but I didn't have a huge interest in it, to
- 7:15Speaker 2: be honest, until the pandemic and I when I started
- 7:20Speaker 2: having these deep, these uh ever expanding experiences.
- 7:26Speaker 1: And what was your career like prior to these experiences
- 7:29Speaker 1: taking place? What did you do?
- 7:31Speaker 2: Well, I am I've been in theater in film much
- 7:35Speaker 2: of my adult life. I've studied that in college, and
- 7:38Speaker 2: I lived in New York City pursuing that for some time.
- 7:41Speaker 2: I live in Detroit now, so I make you know,
- 7:45Speaker 2: I pursue that kind of work. I also work at
- 7:48Speaker 2: a medical school. So I just I didn't have a
- 7:52Speaker 2: particular I just had a modest income. You know, didn't
- 7:57Speaker 2: didn't lead a lavish life. I still don't. You know.
- 8:02Speaker 2: I go to work. I work to make a living.
- 8:07Speaker 2: You know, nothing particularly flashy as far as that goes.
- 8:11Speaker 1: Why do you think that you were chosen for this communication?
- 8:16Speaker 2: A lot of people ask me this. I think that
- 8:22Speaker 2: I think the first reason might be I've learned to
- 8:29Speaker 2: realize that I might have some in past existences. I
- 8:32Speaker 2: might have some connection to this civilization. I can't say
- 8:35Speaker 2: for sure, and I don't know for sure. I don't
- 8:37Speaker 2: have evidence of that. I think definitely though, that A
- 8:43Speaker 2: big part of the reason why I was able to,
- 8:48Speaker 2: why why I picked up on this, why I was
- 8:52Speaker 2: receiving these transmissions or these visions or whatever you want
- 8:56Speaker 2: to call them, was because I was available. I lived alone.
- 9:01Speaker 2: I don't I don't have any children, you know, I
- 9:05Speaker 2: have family and friends. But you know, I spend a
- 9:08Speaker 2: lot of time alone because I'm a It's just sort
- 9:11Speaker 2: of my nature. And I think perhaps because of that,
- 9:17Speaker 2: maybe I was trusted to notice something that other people
- 9:22Speaker 2: that if they, if these visions were in this information
- 9:26Speaker 2: was given to another person, it might have uprooted their
- 9:30Speaker 2: lives in a way that was could be maybe very stressful,
- 9:35Speaker 2: I think, And with me, it's something that I could handle,
- 9:39Speaker 2: even though it was scary at first. So I think
- 9:44Speaker 2: that simply being available had had much to do with it.
- 9:48Speaker 1: Now we're going to go deeper into these communications shortly,
- 9:50Speaker 1: But how have these communications changed your life?
- 9:56Speaker 2: Well, on layers that I'm discovering all the time, it's
- 10:00Speaker 2: sort of I'm sort of able to even though I
- 10:04Speaker 2: don't think about it consciously. This material is kind of
- 10:07Speaker 2: now part of my being and the material. The material
- 10:15Speaker 2: is presented in the end one sessions, in chapters and
- 10:18Speaker 2: essays at the end in the appendix, there are ten
- 10:22Speaker 2: energy exercises mind body exercises that some of it came
- 10:27Speaker 2: from the material itself, from communication with these beings, and
- 10:32Speaker 2: some of it is sort of the best of my
- 10:35Speaker 2: own adventures, my own metaphysical adventures that I just really
- 10:39Speaker 2: wanted to include so living living in this awareness, doing
- 10:45Speaker 2: things like grounding on a daily basis, self healing, energy healing,
- 10:51Speaker 2: sematic awareness. Living in this you know, opening opening up
- 10:57Speaker 2: with expanding my esp is something that I think we inability.
- 11:02Speaker 2: I think that we all have just living in this light.
- 11:06Speaker 2: This awareness has really accelerated since twenty twenty.
- 11:12Speaker 1: For me, is it possible for anyone to initiate these communications.
- 11:20Speaker 2: With galactic consciousness? I do think so absolutely. I'm going
- 11:26Speaker 2: to say that with a little bit of a little
- 11:29Speaker 2: bit of a warning that I think that atle some
- 11:32Speaker 2: training could help. Definitely. There's some good teachers out there.
- 11:39Speaker 2: Definitely to learn how to ground yourself, which there's a
- 11:45Speaker 2: lot of information on that right now. It's very popular.
- 11:48Speaker 2: There's different approaches to that because there's all different consciousness
- 11:53Speaker 2: that you can connect with. So I think that's important
- 11:57Speaker 2: to sort of learn how to protect yourself and learn
- 12:00Speaker 2: how to just just to be, just to exercise some
- 12:04Speaker 2: discernment before moving into interdimensional communication.
- 12:11Speaker 1: Are there steps involved in initiating these conversations?
- 12:16Speaker 2: For me, yes, yes, there's I sort of have this
- 12:20Speaker 2: protocol that I use. For some people, it might I
- 12:24Speaker 2: think we all have a different communication system, we all
- 12:28Speaker 2: have different modes of perception, so I think that's going
- 12:30Speaker 2: to be different for every person. Some people it might
- 12:35Speaker 2: be just a matter of relaxing in tuning into their consciousness.
- 12:40Speaker 2: They might have this natural connection that's just already present
- 12:45Speaker 2: with wisdom beings, with with higher beings. And other people
- 12:54Speaker 2: might need to, you know, sort of go into a
- 12:58Speaker 2: trance or use automatic writing, or use some other method
- 13:02Speaker 2: that works best for them. I really do think it
- 13:04Speaker 2: varies person to person.
- 13:06Speaker 1: And how do you personally initiate your channelings.
- 13:10Speaker 2: Well, I go through a process. I usually take some
- 13:17Speaker 2: kind of hot shower or bath because I just want
- 13:19Speaker 2: to be as relaxed as possible, and I meditate my ground,
- 13:27Speaker 2: and then I just work with my inner guidance, like
- 13:30Speaker 2: my team of spirit guides, to sort of just set
- 13:33Speaker 2: up a safe space for this to happen. And then
- 13:38Speaker 2: I connect with the source, the source of those experiences
- 13:44Speaker 2: that we talked about earlier, and it seems to flow
- 13:47Speaker 2: very easily I talk about to other people. The most
- 13:50Speaker 2: difficult part of the un One Sessions for me to
- 13:53Speaker 2: write was the preface, where I actually had to talk
- 13:58Speaker 2: myself sort of set up the stage and everything. The
- 14:01Speaker 2: the sort of because it was spoken. The material was
- 14:07Speaker 2: spoken into a recording device first, so there's a difference
- 14:10Speaker 2: between spoken English and written English. So I had to
- 14:15Speaker 2: take up some repetition and you know, gassy wording and
- 14:20Speaker 2: you know, make things align with grammar and things like that.
- 14:25Speaker 2: I took some of it out just because it's like, Okay,
- 14:27Speaker 2: I think this has already been sad. But that was
- 14:30Speaker 2: an engaging process. It was an intense process, but it
- 14:33Speaker 2: was you know, I really got into doing it. It
- 14:36Speaker 2: had a real flow to it. The part that was
- 14:39Speaker 2: most challenging was setting up, setting it all up. What
- 14:42Speaker 2: do I want to say to sort of get people
- 14:45Speaker 2: into this? That was hard for me.
- 14:47Speaker 1: You channel messages from a multi dimensional collective known as
- 14:52Speaker 1: the Orion Contingent. Who are they and what do they
- 14:56Speaker 1: see as their mission?
- 14:58Speaker 2: Well, this girl and the Orion Contingent is actually a
- 15:02Speaker 2: name that we agreed upon ourselves, and I called them
- 15:07Speaker 2: that because when I was when I saw them, this
- 15:12Speaker 2: millannge of beings. They looked like there were some of
- 15:16Speaker 2: them were human, some of them were non human, and
- 15:20Speaker 2: they had this they had interesting features in different features.
- 15:25Speaker 2: Some of them had more of a like amphibian like
- 15:31Speaker 2: quality to them. Some of them were very tall, some
- 15:34Speaker 2: of them were very little, some of them were blue,
- 15:36Speaker 2: some of them were glowing, And with that, they reminded
- 15:41Speaker 2: me a bit. The original followers of the sex Pistols
- 15:44Speaker 2: in London were known as the Bromley Contingent because there
- 15:49Speaker 2: was in the neighborhood of Bromley, and you know, with
- 15:51Speaker 2: their punk style and their different fashions that they had
- 15:56Speaker 2: going on. So they reminded me of that a little bit.
- 15:58Speaker 2: So I started calling them the Orion Contingent it and
- 16:00Speaker 2: they seem to like it so and it's stuck, so
- 16:03Speaker 2: that was sort of a way to address them. They
- 16:07Speaker 2: are a collective of beings from different parts of the universe,
- 16:13Speaker 2: mostly from Orion and Sirius A, but from different places,
- 16:21Speaker 2: and they've come together. I'm still learning about this through
- 16:23Speaker 2: the through the sessions, but they've come together as sort
- 16:28Speaker 2: of as space archaeologists, I'm told, and that they have
- 16:34Speaker 2: a shared focus of wisdom and expansion. They they they
- 16:41Speaker 2: have it seems separated a bit from the mainstream culture
- 16:46Speaker 2: even of their existence, if that makes sense.
- 16:49Speaker 1: Yes, absolutely, And who is or what is? And one and.
- 16:54Speaker 2: One as I'm told in these these sessions that are
- 16:58Speaker 2: that are just described in the un Won Sessions, is
- 17:02Speaker 2: the leader of this group, and he is a an
- 17:09Speaker 2: advanced being. He is a sort of a philosopher, and
- 17:14Speaker 2: he at first he was the initial voice that I
- 17:19Speaker 2: heard in and sometimes it is him, I can tell
- 17:22Speaker 2: when it's his, his presence, his voice speaking. And sometimes
- 17:28Speaker 2: they also communicate as a sort of as a group,
- 17:32Speaker 2: as a group consciousness, and that has a different vibration.
- 17:35Speaker 2: This is something I've learned to discern as the years
- 17:40Speaker 2: have gone on. But it is all one group, and
- 17:44Speaker 2: he is sort of the leader.
- 17:45Speaker 1: In a nutshell, why did you choose to share all
- 17:49Speaker 1: of these sessions that you've experienced in your book and
- 17:52Speaker 1: why now?
- 17:55Speaker 2: Well, it just as this information was coming through, it
- 18:00Speaker 2: was clear to me that this was not just for me.
- 18:04Speaker 2: This was for other people to hear as well, And
- 18:08Speaker 2: so I was thinking, how do I want to How
- 18:11Speaker 2: should I share this? I could have just posted it
- 18:14Speaker 2: somewhere That didn't seem like the right gesture. The first
- 18:19Speaker 2: book that that experienced the uh, the Flying Saucer Visions,
- 18:23Speaker 2: the first book which was the you know this uh
- 18:25Speaker 2: that journey that sort of astral journey in the in
- 18:29Speaker 2: the Flying Saucer that hit such a dreamy, pure quality.
- 18:34Speaker 2: It felt like a like a young adult book was
- 18:37Speaker 2: appropriate and illustrated. A book with lots of images and
- 18:43Speaker 2: a story felt like the best way to present that.
- 18:46Speaker 2: And as the material kept coming through, it just I
- 18:50Speaker 2: was like, this is this isn't a book of essays.
- 18:55Speaker 2: These are these are self contained units that need to
- 18:58Speaker 2: be digested slowly, and so it felt like a traditional
- 19:03Speaker 2: traditional publishing felt more. Even though there is a there
- 19:07Speaker 2: is an ebook of the un one sessions as well
- 19:10Speaker 2: that can be read on the you know, on the
- 19:12Speaker 2: kindle or whatever, but it just felt like a reading
- 19:15Speaker 2: experience felt like the most appropriate way to digest this.
- 19:22Speaker 1: And why now.
- 19:25Speaker 2: I didn't feel like it was right to wait around.
- 19:28Speaker 2: It felt like get this, you know. Once I felt
- 19:31Speaker 2: that we had something here, I felt that like I
- 19:36Speaker 2: started seeking out ways to share it with the world.
- 19:39Speaker 2: And it feels like there's so much going on right now,
- 19:42Speaker 2: so many people are having experiences like this, so many
- 19:46Speaker 2: people are having consciousness experiences and awakening to sort of
- 19:50Speaker 2: a bigger picture. So it felt like it was perfect
- 19:56Speaker 2: timing to me.
- 19:57Speaker 1: You share that the great quarantine of Earth is ending.
- 20:02Speaker 1: Who established this quarantine and why?
- 20:05Speaker 2: It's a very good question to me. This comes through
- 20:10Speaker 2: early on in the in the n one sessions, and
- 20:13Speaker 2: it felt to me if there is something like a
- 20:17Speaker 2: greater council overlooking us here in the universe, a galactic
- 20:21Speaker 2: federation or something like that, it felt like that type
- 20:29Speaker 2: of body was something that put a quarantine out her
- 20:33Speaker 2: planet almost as a protection or sort of like let
- 20:40Speaker 2: them with everything that's going on, with all these influences
- 20:44Speaker 2: right now in this world, let them evolve slowly and
- 20:52Speaker 2: on their own without too much interference. That's what That's
- 20:57Speaker 2: what came through in the end one sessions.
- 21:00Speaker 1: And why now.
- 21:03Speaker 2: It's the fact that it's slowly and when I say
- 21:06Speaker 2: it's ending, that it's it's slow step by step where
- 21:10Speaker 2: it's being almost like it's we're relaxing, and it's it's
- 21:14Speaker 2: cracking like a like a outer skin or a shell
- 21:19Speaker 2: that because we're perhaps we're at a at a place
- 21:23Speaker 2: now in our experience. I feel that many souls have
- 21:28Speaker 2: come here over and over and learned a lot of
- 21:31Speaker 2: lessons on this planet, and that we're ready now to
- 21:38Speaker 2: to see a bigger picture and maybe let some of
- 21:40Speaker 2: these stories that come from religion or just a more
- 21:46Speaker 2: limited picture. Let let them relax a little bit and
- 21:50Speaker 2: two see a see a greater picture of this, uh,
- 21:56Speaker 2: this universe. There's also the fact of the environmental crisis
- 22:04Speaker 2: and the planet. We're kind of in dire straits a
- 22:07Speaker 2: little bit on an environmental level here, and that perhaps
- 22:11Speaker 2: has something to do with it as well. That there's
- 22:13Speaker 2: concern from these pigs, from this council or these higher
- 22:17Speaker 2: beings about the future of Earth, and I think that's
- 22:20Speaker 2: something has something to do with it as well.
- 22:23Speaker 1: My guest is Chris Berryman. His book The N One

- 23:54Speaker 1: Outer Dimensions of Light. Chris, one of the main messages
- 23:59Speaker 1: is that being at peace opens the galactic channel. You say,
- 24:05Speaker 1: being at peace with yourself is the true start. Please
- 24:08Speaker 1: share more about this.
- 24:11Speaker 2: Yes, that that came through, and that is the voice
- 24:16Speaker 2: of N one speaking that phrase, and it resonates for me.
- 24:21Speaker 2: It resonates actually on a deep level for me. And
- 24:24Speaker 2: that is the self acceptance of what we are, this
- 24:32Speaker 2: presence that we are without any conditions that maybe have
- 24:40Speaker 2: been put on us by family or upbringing or what
- 24:45Speaker 2: we're supposed to do. That is more of an invitation
- 24:50Speaker 2: to follow our inner drive, our inner guidance, follow our
- 24:56Speaker 2: bless into experiences, by by by accepting ourselves, by accepting
- 25:03Speaker 2: our desires, that and to do things that maybe we
- 25:07Speaker 2: never thought of ourselves as doing before. And that that's
- 25:11Speaker 2: another theme that's that's present in the un One Sessions.
- 25:16Speaker 2: That's an in that that opens us. I think that acceptance,
- 25:20Speaker 2: that being at peace, acceptance of are past, which there
- 25:28Speaker 2: might be trauma connected with with our past in some
- 25:31Speaker 2: ways that needs to be healed. To accept ourselves in
- 25:34Speaker 2: our imperfection just feels like a very important step in
- 25:37Speaker 2: this process. And it also brings up something. A lot
- 25:42Speaker 2: of people are are moving into this and they're having
- 25:46Speaker 2: these inner experiences or awakening experiences, consciousness experiences, whatever you
- 25:53Speaker 2: want to call it, and so they have something stirring inside,
- 25:58Speaker 2: it seems, and I certainly have this still do. But
- 26:03Speaker 2: then you move out into society and there's there there's
- 26:08Speaker 2: you know, hostile digital interaction, there's there's uh political volatility,
- 26:15Speaker 2: there's the possibility of another world war. There's all of
- 26:19Speaker 2: this going on, and it can feel that this light
- 26:22Speaker 2: that's trying to break through, it can get you know,
- 26:27Speaker 2: dampened down. And we have this experience, we want to
- 26:31Speaker 2: we want to explore it, we want to follow through
- 26:33Speaker 2: on it, but this weird social homeostasis can kick in,
- 26:37Speaker 2: like we we something, we're like that we're not so
- 26:41Speaker 2: we've been wired not to uh rock the boat too much.
- 26:46Speaker 2: And so that is that is part of the process.
- 26:49Speaker 2: That's something that we perhaps need to look at and
- 26:55Speaker 2: and face moving forward.
- 26:59Speaker 1: And what are some of the techniques that you would
- 27:01Speaker 1: recommend for our listeners to get to that place of
- 27:04Speaker 1: being at peace with oneself?
- 27:07Speaker 2: Well, I think that that just sitting in silence every
- 27:14Speaker 2: day is it seems simple, but it's profoundly important. Just
- 27:19Speaker 2: resting in silence, and you can call that meditation if
- 27:23Speaker 2: you want to, resting with our eyes closed in that
- 27:27Speaker 2: relaxing into that acceptance every day that everything is okay,
- 27:32Speaker 2: that we're safe, and there's a there's a basic approach
- 27:37Speaker 2: to that. It's in the exercises of the N one
- 27:39Speaker 2: sessions that I kind of learned from from some meditation
- 27:44Speaker 2: teachers that I had with the They were in the
- 27:48Speaker 2: lineage of ramen A Maharshi. But it's just it's very simple.
- 27:53Speaker 2: It's just sort of relaxing, tuning in and listening. And
- 27:56Speaker 2: I think that if we can just clear our minds
- 28:00Speaker 2: of this this garbage that we pick up, this chatter
- 28:06Speaker 2: that we pick up every day, and then we'll see
- 28:09Speaker 2: what's really going on inside. So that's a great way
- 28:12Speaker 2: to start.
- 28:13Speaker 1: And I do.
- 28:16Speaker 2: Think that that is a sort of a portal to
- 28:19Speaker 2: many other techniques, being able to go right into our
- 28:26Speaker 2: energy systems and see what's blocking us being able to travel.
- 28:30Speaker 2: And I guess you could sort of call this astral projection,
- 28:33Speaker 2: but this this innate ability that we have to travel
- 28:36Speaker 2: out into the universe and come back safely while remaining grounded.
- 28:42Speaker 2: That's just a sampling of some of the techniques that
- 28:45Speaker 2: we can use to to, you know, starting from a
- 28:49Speaker 2: place of peace and acceptance and moving out from there
- 28:52Speaker 2: into exciting explorations and consciousness in things that we want
- 28:58Speaker 2: to things that we want to experience and manifest for ourselves.
- 29:03Speaker 2: You know, there's really a whole, whole, whole new world,
- 29:05Speaker 2: I guess should.
- 29:05Speaker 1: Say, really a whole new world. Is it possible for
- 29:09Speaker 1: all of humanity to accept these concepts.
- 29:13Speaker 2: Well, I think we're allowed to do that at our
- 29:17Speaker 2: own pace. So I don't know if all of humanity
- 29:22Speaker 2: will accept these these ideas, these these new visions of
- 29:30Speaker 2: who we are as a species or what the what
- 29:34Speaker 2: the history of our planet is, But that's okay. People
- 29:39Speaker 2: can learn at their own pace, people can whatever. I
- 29:44Speaker 2: do feel that any teaching, any awareness, is going to
- 29:48Speaker 2: come through when we're ready to receive it.
- 29:50Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 29:51Speaker 2: People will pick up a book when they're a book
- 29:53Speaker 2: will fall into their laps when they're ready to receive it.
- 29:57Speaker 2: Their teachers will appear when they're ready. And that's certainly
- 30:00Speaker 2: been true for me.
- 30:02Speaker 1: Now what's fascinating to me is that in the N
- 30:05Speaker 1: one sessions you share that humanity is a galactic species
- 30:10Speaker 1: sharing DNA with the alien races. What are the implications
- 30:15Speaker 1: of this and were we seeded on this world?
- 30:19Speaker 2: That is what came through in these sessions is that
- 30:24Speaker 2: we are We have a galactic family that we share
- 30:30Speaker 2: a cellular foundation with in that yes, we were that
- 30:35Speaker 2: our species, we are, we are humans. Earth is not
- 30:39Speaker 2: the first place where humans exist or have existed. The
- 30:43Speaker 2: human template existed before this planet came into before we
- 30:52Speaker 2: populated this planet and that might be an idea that
- 30:55Speaker 2: not everyone is open to or wants to think about.
- 31:00Speaker 2: But yes, that we have that perhaps we were seeded
- 31:05Speaker 2: by a group of extraterrestrial light beings, and that perhaps
- 31:10Speaker 2: other beings were attracted to that and came in and
- 31:15Speaker 2: wanted to take advantage of that situation. And I can't
- 31:19Speaker 2: I don't know all the details of what might have
- 31:22Speaker 2: went down, but this is what has come through this material.
- 31:26Speaker 2: There are certainly other sources, other researchers and other mediums
- 31:33Speaker 2: and channelers who have explored similar ideas as well.
- 31:38Speaker 1: And one has shared with you that the real extraterrestrial
- 31:42Speaker 1: agenda is cooperation, not control. What is their intention and
- 31:47Speaker 1: their mission?
- 31:51Speaker 2: What that what he was saying with the with the
- 31:54Speaker 2: contingent was saying in the un one sessions is that
- 31:57Speaker 2: there are there is such support out there. There might
- 32:01Speaker 2: be forces that don't have the best of intentions for
- 32:05Speaker 2: our planet, yes, but that there is such tremendous support
- 32:10Speaker 2: in the form of beings who do respect us, do
- 32:16Speaker 2: live in the light, so to speak, and they may
- 32:19Speaker 2: have whether they've had involvement with us as a species
- 32:22Speaker 2: before or whether they've kept a respectful distance, doesn't really matter,
- 32:29Speaker 2: because everywhere it feels like Earth is sort of a
- 32:33Speaker 2: hot spot right now in the in the cosmos. All
- 32:37Speaker 2: sorts of exciting things are happening there, and there there
- 32:40Speaker 2: are species, there are all different groups of beings who
- 32:46Speaker 2: want more interaction here. So yes, that's sort of that's
- 32:55Speaker 2: that's sort of what he meant by that.
- 32:58Speaker 1: Please tell us about the significance of crystalline technology and
- 33:03Speaker 1: conscious creation.
- 33:06Speaker 2: Sure, this is what what I picked up, what came
- 33:10Speaker 2: through these sessions, that this is how because they don't
- 33:14Speaker 2: exist this contingent, these these beings don't exist in a
- 33:19Speaker 2: realm that is purely that is grounded in three D
- 33:24Speaker 2: like ours is. It's not purely physical, even though they
- 33:28Speaker 2: have the ability to experience the physical, they they exist
- 33:35Speaker 2: mostly in a higher frequency, in a higher realm. And
- 33:39Speaker 2: that it's interesting that the first thing I started seeing
- 33:42Speaker 2: was geometry, because I've been told that this is how
- 33:49Speaker 2: these beings. It's through this geometry, through this, this crystalline technology,
- 33:57Speaker 2: through that is related to intention that they're able to create.
- 34:03Speaker 2: If it feels like it's sort of a laboratory that
- 34:05Speaker 2: they have in these higher dimensions that they're able to
- 34:08Speaker 2: experiment and create using geometric structures, so and perhaps what
- 34:16Speaker 2: their creations even though it starts in a higher realm
- 34:20Speaker 2: like maybe six D or eight D, that it can
- 34:24Speaker 2: influence worlds like ours, that is that is grounded more
- 34:29Speaker 2: in the physical in three D. So this is that's
- 34:33Speaker 2: sort of an abstract thing to talk about, I know,
- 34:36Speaker 2: but this, this is how the crystalline technology is how
- 34:41Speaker 2: they work to to to create new projects, to help people,
- 34:49Speaker 2: to help different species, heal, to offer new visions and
- 34:54Speaker 2: new new experiments in consciousness. So it's sort of sort
- 35:01Speaker 2: of their laboratory or their their tools that they use
- 35:04Speaker 2: to create I guess you'd say.
- 35:07Speaker 1: It almost sounds like a spiritual practice rather than a
- 35:11Speaker 1: material practice.
- 35:13Speaker 2: Absolutely absolutely it is. If it feels like it is
- 35:17Speaker 2: both that it's it's a it's the spiritual meeting the scientific,
- 35:23Speaker 2: and that is the place where there's these beings operate from.
- 35:28Speaker 2: They don't see it's not Segregg. The two aren't segregated
- 35:32Speaker 2: like perhaps it is on our planet that they see
- 35:36Speaker 2: a union in the spiritual and the scientific, and they
- 35:40Speaker 2: feel like like I said before, space archaeologists. But also
- 35:44Speaker 2: they have an energy that feels like monkst me. So
- 35:50Speaker 2: there is a spiritual reverend, meditative quality to the work
- 35:54Speaker 2: that they do.
- 35:56Speaker 1: So the fact that the material and the spiritual are
- 35:59Speaker 1: not not mutually exclusive in their practice.
- 36:02Speaker 2: Exactly, exactly. Yes, that's thank you for putting that very succinctly.
- 36:08Speaker 1: That's wonderful. Thank you. You know, it's interesting you had
- 36:11Speaker 1: talked about seeing those geometric shapes. When I was attending
- 36:16Speaker 1: a Zen monastery with a group of fellow yoga students
- 36:22Speaker 1: and meditators, I started having this vision of numbers of
- 36:28Speaker 1: the mathematical exponents, like the power of one, the power
- 36:32Speaker 1: of ten, the power of one hundred. And a poem
- 36:35Speaker 1: came through me at that point, and I'm wondering if
- 36:37Speaker 1: it's comparable to the experience you were having. It's called
- 36:39Speaker 1: the power of one, and it basically says, the energy
- 36:42Speaker 1: flows from the love of the sun and charges a soul,
- 36:46Speaker 1: the power of one. That energy shared with a spirit
- 36:50Speaker 1: that's you. A heart opens up, the power of two,
- 36:54Speaker 1: ebbing and flowing from women to men, hearts on the wavelength,
- 36:58Speaker 1: the power of ten, and when all of the millions
- 37:02Speaker 1: with compassion run the birth of the new mind, the
- 37:06Speaker 1: power of one.
- 37:08Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, you need to uh, you need to
- 37:10Speaker 2: post that somewhere, you know, make a big sign and
- 37:13Speaker 2: put in your front yard. That's of power. How powerful
- 37:17Speaker 2: numbers are that we This is sort of like uh,
- 37:21Speaker 2: tools that we can work with. Numerology is an exciting
- 37:25Speaker 2: unexplored field. I think, yes, so that that that feels
- 37:30Speaker 2: very powerful to me.
- 37:31Speaker 1: And again that for you and for me it was
- 37:33Speaker 1: a source of inspiration.
- 37:36Speaker 2: Absolutely, And one new because I've also tarot is also
- 37:41Speaker 2: something that I've studied for years. One's you know the aces,
- 37:47Speaker 2: new beginnings, starting over, you know, all these different these
- 37:53Speaker 2: different meanings for one. So yes, that feels like that
- 37:59Speaker 2: is maybe what we're living in right now, sort of
- 38:01Speaker 2: a period of one or restart or rebooting our consciousness.
- 38:08Speaker 1: That would be my prayer. What are the hidden particles
- 38:14Speaker 1: of light and how may they align with human consciousness?
- 38:20Speaker 2: Well, the hidden particles, there's a there's a chapter dedicated
- 38:23Speaker 2: to this and it's described in the end one sessions
- 38:26Speaker 2: that these beings that these particles, particles are described in
- 38:31Speaker 2: many different ways. Particles seem to be along with crystalline technology,
- 38:35Speaker 2: sacred geometry, intention particles are something and there's even an
- 38:40Speaker 2: exercise dedicated to particles which I'm particularly fond of in
- 38:44Speaker 2: the at the end of the en One Sessions. But
- 38:47Speaker 2: the hidden particles they describe is something that they seek.
- 38:52Speaker 2: That they're seeking in part of the interest or part
- 38:57Speaker 2: of the curiosity about our world for them right now,
- 39:03Speaker 2: is that they need a physical world even to to
- 39:10Speaker 2: harness these particles. In the particles they're describing are sort
- 39:15Speaker 2: of on the borderline of the physical and the non physical,
- 39:22Speaker 2: and that they're there. They have collected them on our planet.
- 39:27Speaker 2: This is what I'm told in the un Won Sessions.
- 39:31Speaker 2: Near power zones such as Stonehenge or the Pyramids or Sedona,
- 39:37Speaker 2: places like that, near places of great power is where
- 39:42Speaker 2: they're able to harness these non physical particles, and it's
- 39:48Speaker 2: something that they're very interested in working with. So, but
- 39:51Speaker 2: they want to they want to do this on Earth respectfully,
- 39:56Speaker 2: So they want to let us know that they're doing this,
- 39:59Speaker 2: and it's something that they want to share with us,
- 40:03Speaker 2: that this is part of their work and that there
- 40:06Speaker 2: is tremendous potential tech in these technologies that use particles.
- 40:12Speaker 2: It's this is nothing I've ever thought about before. I
- 40:15Speaker 2: don't have a terribly scientific mind, as you can probably tell,
- 40:19Speaker 2: but all this type of scientific slash metaphysical work technologies
- 40:29Speaker 2: is something that's over the last few years is new
- 40:31Speaker 2: to me, but that is how these beings are working
- 40:35Speaker 2: with resources that are part of our world.
- 40:40Speaker 1: You know, it's interesting that over the last twenty or
- 40:43Speaker 1: so years science has been working on what they call
- 40:47Speaker 1: human photon production. That our bodies actually generate particles of
- 40:52Speaker 1: light with your photons. Yes, and perhaps that's what we're
- 40:55Speaker 1: talking about here.
- 40:56Speaker 2: That is what we're talking about within us and also
- 41:00Speaker 2: within the resources of Earth, that there are particles existing,
- 41:06Speaker 2: you know, through through all living things, through all living environments.
- 41:11Speaker 2: That this is something that we as as earth humans
- 41:16Speaker 2: are just now starting to have a deeper awareness of.
- 41:20Speaker 1: My guest is Chris Berrman his book The N one

- 44:35Speaker 1: Back on Destination Unlimited. My guest this week is Chris
- 44:38Speaker 1: Berryman his book The N one Sessions, Seasonal Reflections from
- 44:44Speaker 1: the Outer Dimensions of Light. Chris, on an almost daily basis,
- 44:50Speaker 1: we hear about potential disclosure, UAPs, free I Atlas. How
- 44:56Speaker 1: much of this is human creation versus extra terrestrial?
- 45:01Speaker 2: Well, that is a subject that's addressed in the end
- 45:05Speaker 2: one Sessions. And what came through regarding that question is
- 45:12Speaker 2: that there's there's a chapter in the book called the
- 45:13Speaker 2: Other seventy three percent, and they what I'm what they're
- 45:17Speaker 2: saying is that only twenty seven percent is conducted. That
- 45:23Speaker 2: there are military experiments that might be top secret, there
- 45:27Speaker 2: are or partially you know, or some degree of secrecy
- 45:31Speaker 2: regarding it. There's there are drones, there are there is spycraft,
- 45:35Speaker 2: et cetera, et cetera. In the book it talks about
- 45:40Speaker 2: how that constitutes about twenty seven percent, that if it
- 45:46Speaker 2: was anything more than that, it would be a, it
- 45:50Speaker 2: would be a chaotic mess that they couldn't conceal it
- 45:55Speaker 2: if it was any more than that the other seventy
- 45:57Speaker 2: percent of sightings of experiences or sky experiences phenomena are otherworldly,
- 46:06Speaker 2: and that some of those may be physical and some
- 46:08Speaker 2: of those may be more holographic.
- 46:13Speaker 1: Are all of the e T races human friendly, including
- 46:18Speaker 1: the Reptilians and the Syrians.
- 46:23Speaker 2: I I would say that from from my understanding and experience, no,
- 46:30Speaker 2: but that they are. They are. There are some groups,
- 46:36Speaker 2: some lingering groups, probably more than one, that don't have
- 46:40Speaker 2: the best intentions, that maybe see the human race as
- 46:46Speaker 2: something to use or take advantage of. But that most
- 46:52Speaker 2: of the species are friendly or beyond unfriendly, perhaps galactic
- 47:02Speaker 2: clan or our teachers, our original star teachers or ancestors
- 47:08Speaker 2: who are very concerned about us, but at the same
- 47:11Speaker 2: time don't want to mess with their free will. That
- 47:14Speaker 2: the majority of these races are very friendly to our
- 47:19Speaker 2: to our human Earth human species.
- 47:23Speaker 1: Any chance of the not so friendly warming up to us.
- 47:28Speaker 2: Yes, And that's something that has come through as well,
- 47:34Speaker 2: is that yes, they are there, that they're I think
- 47:39Speaker 2: it's hard to be liveing in a negative place for
- 47:42Speaker 2: long periods of time. Probably so there are awakenings happening
- 47:46Speaker 2: within these races too, that what we call the malevolent
- 47:50Speaker 2: forces that there are there are shifts occurring, and that
- 47:57Speaker 2: there are that they're starting to loosen their control. The
- 48:03Speaker 2: thing about what is this is interesting to me? The
- 48:07Speaker 2: thing that I've noticed through the the the source that
- 48:12Speaker 2: I community that I work with in the end one sessions,
- 48:15Speaker 2: and as well as things I've read in experienced through
- 48:19Speaker 2: other people. As far as these dark forces are malevolent
- 48:26Speaker 2: alien forces go, I have a feeling that they're always
- 48:30Speaker 2: pretending to be more powerful than they really are. You know,
- 48:35Speaker 2: they're advanced, they're they're slick, and there there is probably
- 48:41Speaker 2: some sort of frequency control going on, is some sort
- 48:45Speaker 2: of interference going on on our in our planet that's
- 48:49Speaker 2: connected to these beings. But they probably like the idea
- 48:56Speaker 2: that people are scared of them, or that they're always
- 49:01Speaker 2: pretending to be more powerful than they really are. And
- 49:04Speaker 2: so they might like the idea that that the that
- 49:07Speaker 2: the reptilians that they're they're you know, out to get us,
- 49:10Speaker 2: or they own the world, or they conduct constant mind
- 49:14Speaker 2: control on the human species. Things like that that we
- 49:19Speaker 2: there are ways for us two work around this interference.
- 49:25Speaker 2: Now we have the the the ability, the consciousness abilities
- 49:31Speaker 2: to overcome any sort of meddling in our world. And
- 49:36Speaker 2: that's part of the message of the Unwon Sessions as well.
- 49:41Speaker 1: Will humanity pushes toward artificial intelligence and greater forms of
- 49:46Speaker 1: complex technology. The message you have received is that radical
- 49:51Speaker 1: simplicity will lead to greater harmony and peace.
- 49:55Speaker 2: Please explain, yes, And that is another chapter in the
- 49:58Speaker 2: un One Sessions. But that the feeling of that, it's
- 50:02Speaker 2: one of my favorite there's one of my favorite chapters
- 50:05Speaker 2: in the in the book, and it it is a
- 50:08Speaker 2: feeling of coming back to a simple existence of of
- 50:16Speaker 2: sort of we're actually unplugging a little bit, unplugging from
- 50:21Speaker 2: our devices and you know, cooking things by fight with fire,
- 50:26Speaker 2: and you know, really focusing on our friends and family
- 50:31Speaker 2: and community. So coming back to this radical you know,
- 50:36Speaker 2: making no, I'm not going to get involved on some
- 50:40Speaker 2: stupid uh fight on Facebook or something that sucks that
- 50:45Speaker 2: sucks and drains my energy or some you know that
- 50:48Speaker 2: we don't have to get involved in a in a
- 50:53Speaker 2: cause that's going to define our lives. Where we're allowed
- 50:56Speaker 2: to just live from a place of well being, in
- 51:01Speaker 2: safety and love of our fellow humans. And that's it's
- 51:06Speaker 2: it's a call back to that that that might mean
- 51:10Speaker 2: different things to different people. Maybe it means I have
- 51:13Speaker 2: a I have some friends who were about four years
- 51:17Speaker 2: ago bought a bought a property in rural France and
- 51:21Speaker 2: they're just loving living there. I think that could mean.
- 51:24Speaker 2: How how that manifests in different people's lives, I don't know,
- 51:27Speaker 2: But it's just a feeling of letting go of the
- 51:31Speaker 2: sort of laying down the sword and shield of uh
- 51:36Speaker 2: violence and uh violent interactions, whether they're you know, digital
- 51:45Speaker 2: or in person. That's that's what that what that's what
- 51:51Speaker 2: that chapter is about.
- 51:53Speaker 1: Is the human body in and of itself a form
- 51:58Speaker 1: of portal.
- 52:00Speaker 2: Yes, this this idea as that we can use that
- 52:04Speaker 2: are human energy systems with these powers that we've tapped
- 52:10Speaker 2: into or are still untapped. We have these somatic and
- 52:15Speaker 2: shamanic abilities. That the human body, the human energy body,
- 52:21Speaker 2: is a stargate, and that we have the ability not
- 52:25Speaker 2: only to communicate, but to interact, to communicate with higher consciousness,
- 52:31Speaker 2: but work with higher consciousness and create with higher consciousness.
- 52:35Speaker 2: Similar to the way we were talking about earlier, as
- 52:37Speaker 2: these higher beings do using crystalline technology and sacred geometry
- 52:41Speaker 2: and intentions that this is this is the one of
- 52:46Speaker 2: the next steps moving forward accepting these who we are
- 52:52Speaker 2: and the limit limit, the limitlessness of who we are
- 52:57Speaker 2: as human beings.
- 52:59Speaker 1: I had cheered with you offline that I had attended
- 53:02Speaker 1: a interfaith seminary back in the late nineteen nineties and
- 53:05Speaker 1: the mid to late nineteen nineties, and one of the
- 53:08Speaker 1: greatest takeaways I had from that experience was that there's
- 53:11Speaker 1: an iteration of the Golden Rule in virtually every religion
- 53:16Speaker 1: around the world, doing to others as you'd have them
- 53:18Speaker 1: doing to you, love thy neighbor as thyself. Where we
- 53:21Speaker 1: got lost on that, I'm not sure, but does that
- 53:24Speaker 1: sort of describe their attitude, these beings that you channel.
- 53:28Speaker 2: It feels like that is so that they've evolved to
- 53:33Speaker 2: a place where that is the absolute foundation of their lives,
- 53:42Speaker 2: of their work, that they've let go of a lot
- 53:49Speaker 2: of the volatility that we're struggling with right now on Earth.
- 53:55Speaker 2: So yes, that does resonate, and that's a great That
- 53:59Speaker 2: feels like a wonderful thing to come back.
- 54:00Speaker 1: To absolutely and please share with us the message of
- 54:04Speaker 1: the renaissance that you have that will create a new Earth.
- 54:10Speaker 2: Well, the renaissance, a galactic renaissance, this vision of a
- 54:21Speaker 2: coming era. I don't know how long it will take.
- 54:25Speaker 2: I don't know how long it will take, but that
- 54:28Speaker 2: we can remember the original plan for Earth. There are
- 54:34Speaker 2: other authors, other channelers who have called it a living library.
- 54:39Speaker 2: That's one way to look at it. You can also
- 54:42Speaker 2: just say a new Earth where beings from Orion, from Sirius,
- 54:48Speaker 2: from the Pleiades can intermingle with each other, whether it
- 54:54Speaker 2: is in you know, in consciousness or possibly in the physical.
- 54:59Speaker 2: That this this has explored a lot in science fiction,
- 55:03Speaker 2: but we're actually moving, we're taking steps now to bring
- 55:07Speaker 2: this into our reality. The different levels of consciousness, different
- 55:12Speaker 2: worlds can interact with each other here.
- 55:17Speaker 1: And what a wonderful world that will be. My guest
- 55:20Speaker 1: is Christopher Berryman his new book The N one Sessions,
