- 0:00Major crisis, but big reasons to remain big time optimistic about
- 0:06the gold and silver price. We're going to cover it all in
- 0:09this video. We've got a crisis to talk
- 0:11about. We also want to talk about the
- 0:13richest guy, the smartest guy in the room who's making massive
- 0:17mammoth purchases of gold. We're also going to talk about
- 0:22silver manipulation, what we can expect here in the coming
- 0:26months, but most importantly what happened last week that
- 0:29should have every silver investors hair curling on top of
- 0:32their head and if you heard this big story about lab created
- 0:37artificial gold, you know they make lab created diamonds and it
- 0:41crashed the diamond market. Is the same thing going to
- 0:44happen to gold big news story this week, but I'll tell you
- 0:49what we can expect from that as well First, thank you for being
- 0:52here. This is a silver and gold focus
- 0:54piece of content for the basement dwellers for the silver
- 0:57and gold community. It's a big deal you're here.
- 1:00Hey, people in the crypto world have been begging me for more
- 1:03silver and gold related content as well.
- 1:06Everyone's welcome here in the basement.
- 1:09It's a big deal you're here. Please subscribe to the channel,
- 1:11give the video a thumbs up. Super chat, super thanks are
- 1:15always super appreciated, but let's dig right in.
- 1:18What's the big crisis on Friday? Ever notice they don't do this
- 1:22until after the market closes on Friday?
- 1:26They come out Moody's and they finally downgrade the United
- 1:30States debt. Let's run out and take a look at
- 1:33the article because it's a big deal and it's a big crisis and
- 1:37we know that it's been a crisis for a while.
- 1:40But here, Moodys downgrades United States credit rating,
- 1:43citing growth in government debt.
- 1:45Well, you think, huh, Do you think there's some growth in
- 1:51debt? Moody's had been on a holdout
- 1:53and keep it had been the holdout in keeping US sovereign debt at
- 1:57the highest credit rating possible.
- 1:59So guys, here's the deal. Here's the bottom line.
- 2:01We're not going to bore ourselves by reading through a
- 2:04CNBC article. We know the real deal, right?
- 2:08Moody's was the last holdout. There's three big credit rating
- 2:11agencies in the United States of America, S&P, Fitch and Moody's.
- 2:17S&P and Fitch had already down degraded the US debt.
- 2:19I think S&P did it like 10 years ago.
- 2:22Anyway, the reality is we're in a debt spiral here.
- 2:26We can do a crash course less than 60 seconds and make it
- 2:30very, very clear to all of us just exactly what is going on.
- 2:35There's our national debt, $37 trillion, interest on the debt,
- 2:411 trillion, and we have a deficit.
- 2:43OK, here, get your calculator out now.
- 2:46You know what? You can do this in your head.
- 2:48U.S. Federal spending, right?
- 2:50The government spends 7 trillion and the government right here,
- 2:55U.S. Federal tax revenue brings in
- 2:58five trillion. That creates this budget
- 3:01deficit, which every year makes the national debt go up.
- 3:04And with interest rates going up, that makes interest expense
- 3:07here. I'll show you what it creates
- 3:10very quickly, what color you want.
- 3:11How about a shade of blue for you today?
- 3:14What it creates, The debt makes interest go up, makes the
- 3:19deficit go up, which makes the debt go up, and it just goes in
- 3:22a great big circle, also known as a debt spiral.
- 3:27That's the situation we're in. It is a crisis.
- 3:30Gold and silver stand to benefit real assets.
- 3:34Anything that's finite, You know what infinite means, you can
- 3:38make it forever. Here I'll give you show you a
- 3:40quick example of infinite. They can print infinite of
- 3:44these. As a matter of fact, they're
- 3:46going to have to to deal with that debt crisis.
- 3:48Anything that's finite, maybe something that's been valuable
- 3:51for 5000 years. Here, look at this pretty 5 oz
- 3:55bar from first met, right? It's finite.
- 3:58There's only so much of this in the ground.
- 4:01God, Mother Nature, however you want to say it, only put so much
- 4:05silver in the ground, on the planet.
- 4:08Gold also. Those will do very well.
- 4:11That happens to have been money for 5000 years.
- 4:13Yeah. When you hold a piece of this in
- 4:16your hand, you're holding a piece of monetary history.
- 4:20It's been valuable for 5000 years older than your grandma
- 4:24and grandpa. OK All right, what about the
- 4:27smartest guy in the room? What if the smartest person you
- 4:30knew, you heard, was buying gold and silver?
- 4:33We're going to blast through this one, but it's very
- 4:35important. Ray Dalio.
- 4:37Do you know who Ray Dalio is? Founded Bridgewater Capital, one
- 4:40of the world's biggest hedge funds.
- 4:42He's one of the wealthiest guys. He started this out of his
- 4:44apartment and built it into this massive hedge fund.
- 4:48He's buying gold. OK, when we talk about gold,
- 4:52gold what what's good for gold is good good for silver as well.
- 4:57Let's go check out what Ray is doing and we will go.
- 5:02Hold on, hold on. We'll go here first.
- 5:07Ray Dalio, just if you want to look him up, do it yourself.
- 5:10Legendary hedge fund manager and founder of Bridge, Bridgewater
- 5:12Associates, one of the world's largest and most successful
- 5:15hedge funds. Next.
- 5:18And I forgot to share that. Hold on here.
- 5:20Sorry, guys. There it is right there.
- 5:22Ray Dalio. I just read it to you.
- 5:23We won't read that again. Let's go to the next screen,
- 5:27which will show us big news this week.
- 5:31That that guy, the smartest guy you know, The smartest guy we
- 5:34know. OK, I know you're smart.
- 5:36You've got a good head on your shoulders, plenty of
- 5:39intellectual horsepower. But here from Barchar.
- 5:42Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Ray Dalio's Bridgewater
- 5:45Associates opened up a 300 in $19 million position in gold
- 5:52according to their new 13F filings.
- 5:55The 13 F filings are the quarterly filings that the the
- 5:59big hedge funds are required to put out.
- 6:02Now look at this. I'm not going to play this whole
- 6:04thing for you, but I'd highly recommend you watch this video.
- 6:10It's called The Time the United States Ran Out of Money.
- 6:14And I'll start. We'll just watch the first like
- 6:1630 seconds in the last 30 seconds.
- 6:18Then I'll tell you a synopsis of what it's what she's all about.
- 6:22We'll do the hokey pokey and we'll turn ourselves around and
- 6:25that's what it's all about. And let's start.
- 6:28When I was a young clerk on the floor of the new.
- 6:30York Stock, it's 19. The United States ran out of
- 6:33money and defaulted on its stats.
- 6:36That's right, the US ran out of money.
- 6:39How? Well, back then gold was the
- 6:42money used in transactions between countries.
- 6:46Paper money, like the dollar, was like check.
- 6:49OK guys, So what he talks about in this is what happened in 1971
- 6:54when President Richard Nixon took the United States
- 6:56temporarily off the gold standard, OK.
- 6:59And he also talks about in 1933 when Roosevelt because the
- 7:04government ran out of money, the government during both during
- 7:08both of those periods, the dollar was backed by gold.
- 7:11The dollar was also backed by silver at times in the past as
- 7:14well, but nonetheless, the government needed more money,
- 7:18but they didn't have the gold to back it up.
- 7:20So they just conveniently said, hey, you know what we'll stop
- 7:24backing our money with gold. Hold on.
- 7:26Let me give you a good quick look in the eye.
- 7:28And you know what that led to right money printing.
- 7:32Of course. Let's go back to the video and
- 7:34just watch the last few seconds and remember, this is the guy
- 7:38who just bought a third thirty 1/3 of a billion worth of gold
- 7:45here in the last few seconds in. Both cases breaking the link to
- 7:50gold when he. Says in both cases he means 1971
- 7:54and 1933. Now I'll shut up, I promise.
- 7:58There we go. In both cases, breaking the link
- 8:02to gold allowed the US to continue spending more than it
- 8:06earned simply by printing more paper dollars.
- 8:10Since there was an increase in the number of dollars, without
- 8:13an increase in the country's wealth, the value of each dollar
- 8:17fell. There you go.
- 8:19That's what happens, right? We do the hokey pokey, and we
- 8:23turn ourselves around, and that's what it's all about.
- 8:27There's Jerome Powell needed to make his daily visit.
- 8:30Yeah, look, remember, right, That's what happens.
- 8:33So Ray Dalio buys 1/3, 1/3 of a billion dollars worth of gold.
- 8:41The smartest guy in the room. What is that telling us?
- 8:45All right. And makes it very clear, right?
- 8:47I mean, it's real clear, you know, like when the dollar was
- 8:50backed by gold, they couldn't print it.
- 8:52Both cases when they print it, the dollar goes down in value
- 8:57and gold and silver skyrocketed value.
- 8:59Not that we need to even talk about it cuz you know, we've
- 9:03been down here banging the table for years about stagflation and
- 9:08we are now moving and into a period very similar to the
- 9:111970s, very similar to 1971, a stagnant economy with inflation
- 9:16later on. I'm going to show you JP Morgan
- 9:18Chase CEO Jamie Dimon. He's retiring.
- 9:22Get the head, get the new guy to poke fun at.
- 9:24But Jamie Dimon is saying that we could very well be in for a
- 9:29recession. We'll look at that later.
- 9:31What else do we got to we got to get into?
- 9:33So the richest guy in the room is buying gold, and that's also
- 9:36good for silver. The silver dips.
- 9:39I'm sorry, the gold dips are being bought.
- 9:41One of my favorite analyst by far, right, points this out.
- 9:46And are you seeing this? Because I'm seeing it, but we're
- 9:51not seeing anything on the screen right now.
- 9:53Hold on here. Let's hope this pulls up.
- 9:55Come on computer, what is going on?
- 9:59Uh oh, hold on. Welcome to live streaming.
- 10:06OK, basically, I'll tell you. It's our friend Rashad up.
- 10:10Did it come up? Bear with me.
- 10:12What is going on, Paige? Unresponsive.
- 10:15Wait. Well, we can sing to each other
- 10:17while we're waiting here. We're going to try one more
- 10:20time. Why is that?
- 10:23What's that? Get out of the video.
- 10:26Get out of the video. I am.
- 10:29I don't know what's going on. Boy, we got the whole show's
- 10:31falling apart here. We.
- 10:33No, no, All right. Anyway, guys, Rashad basically
- 10:38points out the fact all the dips in gold, all the dips in silver
- 10:43are being bought OK, silver. We'll talk quickly about the
- 10:46price. We're hanging out around $32 an
- 10:49ounce. That's OK.
- 10:51When we look at a chart over the last year, six months, we've
- 10:54been in kind of this 30 to $35 range.
- 10:57Right now we're right in the middle.
- 10:59What we're doing right is called consolidation.
- 11:03That means any of the, any of the people that, that aren't on
- 11:05the boat with us with silver are selling like, oh, I got to get
- 11:09out. It's going to go back to 20.
- 11:11It's going to go back to 18. Now you know what I, what I
- 11:14predicted by April 1st of next year, we'll be at $60.00 silver.
- 11:18But the chickens right now, the chickens are selling, they're
- 11:21getting out. New people are coming in, buying
- 11:24the silver. We're building a base from which
- 11:27we will propel higher throughout the end of the year.
- 11:29Now, remember, that's just my opinion.
- 11:31I'm not a financial advisor. Don't make any financial
- 11:34decisions based on and what I say here today.
- 11:36But it's what I believe and I do wholeheartedly believe that by
- 11:40April 1st of next year we are going to see a much higher
- 11:43silver price. But what about silver
- 11:45manipulation? Silver got clobbered on what was
- 11:48that Wednesday? Look at this.
- 11:52Hold on here. I don't know why that's not
- 11:54pulling up. That's bugging me anyway.
- 11:58OK, You should be, huh? I don't know what's going on.
- 12:06Stop sharing. Bear with me here a second,
- 12:09guys. We're having some technical
- 12:11difficulties. Hold on here we are having some
- 12:15technical issues. I'm going to close that out and
- 12:20see. OK, You tab sharing this tab.
- 12:26OK, I think you're on the right screen.
- 12:28Now hold on, everybody, stick with me.
- 12:32We're having some technical. We're having some technical
- 12:35problems. Either that or I'm having a
- 12:36brain problem that happens from time to time.
- 12:39But I'm going to try to hold on here.
- 12:45Stop screen. OK, I'm going to try to do this
- 12:47again and see if we can get this to work.
- 12:52Share. OK, that's not working.
- 12:57What is going on? Stop sharing.
- 13:01OK, let's see if this works and the browser can't access your
- 13:08screen, huh. Oh boy, this is crazy.
- 13:12Sorry guys. So Wednesday the price of silver
- 13:16got clobbered and it was basically this incredible.
- 13:21Hold on here, share. All right, let's see if this is
- 13:29working. OK, now it's working.
- 13:31Sorry about that. We're having some technical
- 13:33problems. Let's go over here.
- 13:37Go over here and share this tab instead.
- 13:40This came from the guy Manico. He is a fellow YouTube content
- 13:45creator, great guy who I followed very closely.
- 13:48What we're seeing here is what happened on Wednesday when he
- 13:52calls it the crime X, what does he mean by that?
- 13:54The comex those wonderful people, right?
- 13:57This is here's what happened on Wednesday when the Comex opened.
- 14:00Look at that boom, one massive, I mean incredible red candle.
- 14:06OK, everybody out there screaming like what happened
- 14:09that this is insane. This is absolutely crazy.
- 14:12Let's look at this data that we got from the dude on Thursday,
- 14:20which highlighted what happened on Wednesday, which was the
- 14:24silver market traded 255,000,000 paper oz on Wednesday.
- 14:30OK, so here we go. Right there you can see
- 14:32anything. That's the Wednesday data, guys.
- 14:35And again, in one day, we're talking about trading probably
- 14:39the equivalent of 1/3 of the entire silver mining output for
- 14:45the year, OK, in one day. Also, it's been pointed out that
- 14:50during that one day on Wednesday, there was like a one
- 14:54hour period where the equivalent in one hour, in one hour, the
- 15:00equivalent of almost 60 million ounces of silver were traded,
- 15:05which some people are saying was like a record or something like
- 15:08that. That's like 7 percent, 8%, darn
- 15:12near 10% of the entire world's mining output of silver traded
- 15:17in paper, right? Paper make believe fantasy
- 15:21silver. So the silver market, the silver
- 15:24price, it's hard to argue that it's not being not being
- 15:28manipulated. One more piece of data that
- 15:31we'll look at here in that regard is from our good friend
- 15:36the Shanghai Ghost, right? Let's pull him up and give him
- 15:39proper credit by Jajun. He gives us the data from the
- 15:43Shanghai Gold Exchange. And when we look at this, right,
- 15:47let's look at the silver price right now.
- 15:49This is the physical market. You're going to hear me say it
- 15:53over and over. The Shanghai Gold Exchange is a
- 15:57physical market, different than the COMEX, different than the
- 16:01LBMA. And when we pull out our crayons
- 16:04and we look here, that's AG on the SGE, the Shanghai Gold
- 16:09Exchange, their price for silver is almost $35 per oz.
- 16:15It is absolutely ridiculous. So that's the Chinese, and the
- 16:19Chinese and the Indians are the ones buying all the silver.
- 16:22It's absolutely insane. Now, one final point on silver
- 16:27that is getting very interesting.
- 16:29This comes from the Silver Academy.
- 16:32Paper money began as receipts for gold and silver held in
- 16:35vaults. We know all that.
- 16:36Silver news first, OK, The Shanghai Gold Exchange that we
- 16:40just looked at, silver vaults are down.
- 16:43The silver vaults hit the lowest level in 11 months, down 47 tons
- 16:49this week. That's significant again, right
- 16:51to 800 and 87887 tons or 28.5 million oz.
- 16:58And then they compare the amount of silver in the Shanghai Gold
- 17:04Exchange Silver Vault to the annual silver mining output.
- 17:09And it's absolutely crazy. Right now.
- 17:12It's 12.5 days of mining. So guys, we're going to keep an
- 17:16eye on the silver market. It's absolutely crazy what's
- 17:19going on there. But right now, I want to say
- 17:21thank you to the sponsor of my gold and silver content, First
- 17:25Mint. OK, we talk a lot about Keith
- 17:28Newmeyer. This is part of Keith Newmeyer's
- 17:30first Majestic Silver. First Mint is their mint in Las
- 17:34Vegas where they're producing world class silver bullion
- 17:39products. I showed you this earlier.
- 17:41OK, this is a 5 oz bar that I got from First Mint.
- 17:45Isn't that just absolutely stunning?
- 17:48This has got to be the coolest thing.
- 17:49I'll tell you who also likes this is upstairs.
- 17:52Susie, my lovely assistant. Let's check in with her and get
- 17:55her opinion on that bar. Hey Susie, what did you think
- 17:59about that 5 oz bar that we got from First Met?
- 18:01I love it. It's the cutest thing I've ever
- 18:07seen. Thank you, sweetheart.
- 18:10Yeah, and she's not being paid to say that.
- 18:13No, she we were out sitting out. I was showing it to my mom and
- 18:15dad last Sunday and I'm like, I was showing it.
- 18:18And then Susie got she said, I really like this.
- 18:21This is cute, right? So here's a 5 oz bar.
- 18:24They have rounds really beautiful, unique, like I said,
- 18:28world class silver products here.
- 18:31I'll show you the website real quickly and just so you can get
- 18:34an idea of their, some of their other products.
- 18:40OK, here we go. OK, there's the Hail to the
- 18:44Chief 1 oz Buffalo round the year of the Snake and I've got
- 18:48some of these. I'm going to show these to you
- 18:50in the coming days. Beautiful piece in the year of
- 18:54the Dragon as well. They, they have free shipping on
- 18:58orders over $199. There's the bars, different
- 19:02sizes, right? 10 oz bar and a kilo bar.
- 19:05I've never had a kilo bar. Do you own a kilo bar?
- 19:09I need to get a kilo bar. But something very unique about
- 19:14First Meant sets them apart. OK, Like I said earlier, they're
- 19:17part of First Majestic Silver. First Majestic mines the Silver
- 19:22in Mexico, ships it to the meant in Las Vegas and then it goes
- 19:27directly to you. Is there something missing in
- 19:31that process? Remember we talked about earlier
- 19:33work. A lot of us aren't very fond of
- 19:35the Comex and the LBMA, how they manipulate the paper markets.
- 19:39With First Mint, you're going from the mine to the mint to you
- 19:44Comex and LBMA free. They're a top notch company,
- 19:48right? They got great selection, world
- 19:50class products, right? Great customer service and great
- 19:53prices. Check them out and oh, before I
- 19:56forget, they have a discount code for you.
- 20:00VIPRB, very important person, Ron's Basement.
- 20:06VIPRB, check them out. Thank you.
- 20:08First meant for sponsoring Ron's Basement.
- 20:10We do appreciate it. OK, guys, yo, I forgot.
- 20:14I'm forgetting to talk about a lot of these things.
- 20:17I heard somebody talking about the several people the other
- 20:20day. We can't forget that right now
- 20:23when it comes to silver, and we love gold.
- 20:25We love gold. We're going to talk about
- 20:27artificial gold. Lab created gold.
- 20:30Is that going to crash the gold market?
- 20:32Should we all sell gold? Heck, they're probably going to
- 20:35do silver next. We're going to get to that.
- 20:37But right now guys, the the gold to silver ratio is at 100 to one
- 20:43Yes, you would have to take twenty of these 20 5 oz bars and
- 20:50trade them in silver bars to get one ounce of gold.
- 20:54I personally don't think that's a good deal, but I'm not giving
- 20:57financial advice. I'd buy the silver if it were
- 21:00me. But there are people, you know,
- 21:03it's not out of the question that we could see a 15 to 1 gold
- 21:09to silver ratio. It's gotten that way during
- 21:12times of crisis in the past. Look, we looked at the debt
- 21:15clock earlier, OK? We know we're going to hear what
- 21:18Jamie Dimon says about the potential for a recession.
- 21:21And we know that it's inevitable 'cause it's just the way things
- 21:25work, that crisis happens. We do get crisis.
- 21:28So to think that we can't get to a 15 to 1 gold to over ratio is
- 21:33not out of the question. You can throw eggs at me.
- 21:35I don't care, right? I can say what I like.
- 21:38It's a free country. It's my basement.
- 21:40I believe in silver. I believe in gold too.
- 21:43Hey, I'd like to see, you know, like a $15,000 gold price with a
- 21:4815 to 1 gold to silver ratio. And if my mathematics are
- 21:52correct, that would mean $1000 silver.
- 21:54And I said earlier in the week, I don't rule out that in the
- 21:57next decade that we will not see $1000 silver.
- 22:02And I've said publicly that by April 1st, April Fool's Day
- 22:062026, that I absolutely believe that we can see a silver price
- 22:13of $60.00 per oz or more. What do you think?
- 22:17I, I think that that's, that's my prediction.
- 22:20If I'm wrong, you know what? You guys come up with a
- 22:23punishment for me. I'm already getting punished
- 22:27enough by upstairs Susie. And by the way, just so you
- 22:29know, this is Susie, upstairs Susie, as we like to call her.
- 22:34She's the real boss. She's my lovely assistant.
- 22:37This is not possible without her, but it's also not possible
- 22:41without you, the basement dwellers, right?
- 22:44And all the people that are out there, and I'm telling you,
- 22:46people in the crypto world are interested in gold and silver.
- 22:50We know the basement dwellers love the gold and silver.
- 22:52So I just want to say thank you for being here.
- 22:55Thanks for supporting us. It's a big deal.
- 22:58I come down here and just speak my truth, what I believe about
- 23:02silver and gold. I'm not saying that I have a
- 23:04crystal ball, right? Listen to me.
- 23:06There's a lot of other great content creators out there in
- 23:10the silver and gold sector. Listen to them and then make up
- 23:14your mind for yourself. For me, I think it feels good to
- 23:17own some physical silver, right? I don't keep it here at the
- 23:19house, but I love silver and I love gold mining stocks, as most
- 23:24of you know. Anyway, I got off track.
- 23:26If we get this crisis, what's Jamie Dimon telling us?
- 23:29Let's just take a quick look at what Mr. Jamie Dimon is telling
- 23:33us about what to expect in the economy, OK?
- 23:37And I'm going to give you the little kicker after this, the
- 23:40thing that maybe we don't think of but is very true about what
- 23:44Jamie's saying he says, he says the recession is still on the
- 23:48table for the United States. Specifically, Jamie said that he
- 23:53would defer to his banks economist who put recession odds
- 23:56at close to a toss up. So 5050, he was saying this
- 24:03Thursday that a recession is still serious possibility for
- 24:06the US even after the recent rollback of tariffs with China.
- 24:10So we've been after, he says if there is a recession, I don't
- 24:14know how big it will be or how long it will last.
- 24:16Hopefully we'll avoid it, but I wouldn't take it off the table
- 24:19at this point, the JP Morgan Chase CEO said in an interview
- 24:23with Bloomberg Television. OK, so here's the thing.
- 24:29We need to remember these guys on Wall Street.
- 24:32This guy, huh? Mr. Toilet Paper dollar printer.
- 24:37And we love him. We love.
- 24:38We love you, Jerome. I've always been fond of Jerome.
- 24:43Don't like what he does, but I don't know something about him.
- 24:47I got a warm spot for him. Those guys are paid.
- 24:51Those guys are paid to put out the most optimistic projections.
- 24:56OK, that, that, that they can put out.
- 24:59Remember, not your own Powell, but the other guy, not Ben
- 25:04Burnett, Ben Bernanke before the great financial crisis.
- 25:08Think about this. Right before the great financial
- 25:11crisis, he was in Congress telling him everything's great,
- 25:15the banking sector's healthy, everything's wonderful, don't
- 25:18worry about anything, we're doing great.
- 25:20And then boom, like 3 months later, the world fell apart,
- 25:23right? The whole world financial system
- 25:25was in tatters. OK, so when Jamie Dimon, who's
- 25:29retiring anyway, is saying, well, there's about a 5050
- 25:33chance that we could have a recession, the R word, you
- 25:36better, you better put that through the filter.
- 25:39You know the the old filter in your head and realize he is
- 25:43being paid big money to be an optimist, right?
- 25:48Jerome Powell is telling us that there's a lot of uncertainty.
- 25:54If he's saying there's uncertainty, right, that means
- 25:59there's a lot of uncertainty out there.
- 26:01OK. Are they making lab created
- 26:04artificial gold alchemy big story this week created a lot of
- 26:09fur or people are like comparing, right?
- 26:12This idea that supposedly this lab created artificial gold in a
- 26:17lab environment that it could result in a crash in the gold
- 26:20price, not dissimilar to what we saw with diamonds because they
- 26:25found out a figured out a way to make diamonds in laboratories.
- 26:28And then everybody was showing all these charts of the diamond
- 26:31prices crashing in the next few years.
- 26:34And they were saying that could this happen for gold, right?
- 26:37Well, let's dig in. Let's do a little mining and see
- 26:41if we should be worried or not worried.
- 26:44We're going to clear this up for you.
- 26:49Oh, boy. Now this isn't working.
- 26:51What the heck is going on here? Hold on, hold on.
- 26:55Let's go back here. You're going to watch me as I
- 26:59struggle to pull this up, but I'm going to find it.
- 27:04Lab created gold. Lab created gold.
- 27:08Here we go. See if this works.
- 27:10All right, hold on here. Hold on one second and come on
- 27:24here. Wait a minute.
- 27:25I got a better way to do it. Hold on.
- 27:29There we go. And I think you're seeing it.
- 27:34No, you're not. Now you are.
- 27:36Here we go, guys. Sorry about that.
- 27:38I don't know if the computer's acting weird today.
- 27:40It says this from ABC News. All right, scientist at the
- 27:46CERNS lab, CRNI. Don't know what that is, but
- 27:49I've heard of it. A Large Hadron Collider has
- 27:54successfully transformed lead into gold atoms, achieving an
- 27:59ancient alchemist dream through modern physics.
- 28:02OK, so should we be concerned about this?
- 28:07We asked our friend Grok, right, which is the new Twitter XAI.
- 28:13OK, he says, let's cut through the noise on this one.
- 28:17The claim about the CERN turning lead into gold sounds like a
- 28:20sci-fi headline, but there. And there's some truth to it,
- 28:24though not in the way it's being spun.
- 28:27OK, scientist at Cern's Large Hadron Collider have indeed
- 28:31managed to transform lead into gold, but it's not like they're
- 28:34spinning straw into gold for the market.
- 28:37This is a high energy physics experiment where they smashed
- 28:41lead ions in at near light speeds, and in those collisions
- 28:45they can briefly detect gold atoms forming.
- 28:49We're talking for a fraction of a second, hardly enough to flood
- 28:53the market or tank gold prices. The idea that this makes gold
- 28:58quote no longer scarce is a is a stretch.
- 29:01The process is insanely expensive, energy intensive, and
- 29:05produces tiny amounts of gold. Nowhere near what you need to to
- 29:09disrupt the global gold supply. This is more of a cool physics
- 29:13trick than a gold rush. Are you feeling a relief?
- 29:21Are you feeling a sense of relief?
- 29:23Because there were people, I kind of freaked out, like big
- 29:26high level people were putting out tweets on X saying the gold
- 29:30markets doom. They created artificial gold.
- 29:32One of the reality is it's very expensive, it's very temporary
- 29:36and right now we don't have anything to worry about.
- 29:39It's kind of like those people that say, oh, there's asteroids
- 29:42out there that are full of gold and all we're going to have to
- 29:45do is send up a spaceship and get the ass and get the all the
- 29:48gold out of the asteroid. Well, I don't see that happening
- 29:52anytime in the very near future anyway.
- 29:55So guys, we got big crisis when it comes to silver, when it
- 29:57comes to gold, just in case you were wondering, and I'm
- 30:01wondering how you're feeling about it.
- 30:02But I know that we are in good, good shape.
- 30:06OK. I do think me and Susie and I
- 30:09were talking the other day because we talk a lot about gold
- 30:11and silver. And I was like, you know, I
- 30:13think the summer, we could be in a bit of the summer doldrums for
- 30:17both the gold and silver price. I'll tell you, I'm cool.
- 30:20I'm cool as a cucumber. I'm wondering how you're feeling
- 30:24about this. But if the gold price just stays
- 30:26above 3000 throughout the summer months and heads into August and
- 30:31September at 3031 hundred, I think we could be in for a big
- 30:36push higher through the end of the year.
- 30:39I'd be surprised and quite frankly a little depressed if
- 30:42the gold price dips below 3029 hundred as we make it through
- 30:46through the summer. Silver, I'm just expecting to
- 30:50stay above $30 per oz through the summer.
- 30:53But I'm very optimistic that we maintain this 32 range for now,
- 30:58continue to build a really strong base in the silver market
- 31:02that's going to allow us as we move into the end of the year,
- 31:06right? Because all these problems,
- 31:08these crisis that we have, the Moody's downgrade, just a
- 31:11symptom of the underlying sickness that we have in the US
- 31:15fiscal situation right now, right?
- 31:17It's going to be we're, we're going to be silver on many, many
- 31:22levels, right? Many different factors.
- 31:25I could sit down here, we could talk about this for the next
- 31:27number of hours. But you know, guys, think about
- 31:30this. We're in what our fifth year of
- 31:33a silver deficit, OK. We are consuming a lot more
- 31:38silver every year than we are producing.
- 31:42Where does that silver come from?
- 31:44That extra demand that the world requires above what the mining
- 31:48companies and recycling companies can provide.
- 31:51It comes out of the above ground silver supplies in that is
- 31:55dwindling. So we'll we'll hang in there.
- 31:58Let's see how this all plays out.
- 31:59OK, I appreciate you guys being here.
- 32:02Thank you. Thanks for being part of the Say
- 32:05hi to a few people. OK.
- 32:08All right, Well, the boss here, everybody, everybody do me a
- 32:11favor in the comments. Say hi to Susie.
- 32:14Susie, you say hi and they're all going to say hi to you.
- 32:17All right. Thank you, Susie.
- 32:26OK, I'll. Hello, Echo Leaf.
- 32:30Hello, account 3. Hello, Davy Jones.
- 32:33Oh, look at everybody saying hi. Come on.
- 32:35Say hi to Susie. The Bunny house.
- 32:37Yeah, it's Susie's house indeed. Hey, ya, bub.
- 32:40All right, Silver will go up. Cactus Slack says hello to
- 32:43Susie. You guys are great.
- 32:47OK, hello, Bunny house. All right, who else?
- 32:50Who else wants to Echo Leaf and sexy Seahawk 69 Limerick silver?
- 32:57Hello Says hi to Susie. Susie says hi.
- 33:00Five. Yeah, we we love our upstairs,
- 33:03Susie. We love our silver and gold.
- 33:06All right, guys, have a great day.
- 33:08Thanks for joining me. OK.
- 33:09And I will see you soon. Hey, Jay Wilkes says hi.
- 33:14Bye. Bye.
