- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:02Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're picking up where we
- 0:06Speaker 1: left off with the Glenn Maxwell DOJ transcripts Blanche. So,
- 0:12Speaker 1: when we stopped to take a break, we were talking
- 0:14Speaker 1: about what has been publicly discussed as a black book
- 0:17Speaker 1: or the Epstein List, and that's where we are. And
- 0:21Speaker 1: you said you think you might know or that you're
- 0:24Speaker 1: aware of kind of the origin of this narrative. Maxwell, right,
- 0:29Speaker 1: I just want to reiterate again that there's no list
- 0:31Speaker 1: that I'm aware of. I've never at any time, at
- 0:34Speaker 1: least during the period of time when I was Blanche. Okay,
- 0:38Speaker 1: Maxwell present The origin of this story, I believe begins
- 0:42Speaker 1: or it has the beginning, in two thousand and nine,
- 0:45Speaker 1: and then it has a prequel. But we have to
- 0:47Speaker 1: start in two thousand and nine. In two thousand and nine,
- 0:51Speaker 1: Epstein is I think, out of jail and there are
- 0:53Speaker 1: civil suits taking place. Many of these are coming out
- 0:56Speaker 1: of the disgraced law firm Rostein Adler Rosstein Rosenfeldt and
- 1:00Speaker 1: Adler at that law firm is a lawyer who started
- 1:04Speaker 1: there in April May two thousand and nine. Call Brad
- 1:07Speaker 1: Edwards in two thousand and nine. Allegedly, the FBI gets
- 1:11Speaker 1: a call in October of two thousand and nine from
- 1:13Speaker 1: Brad Edwards and he allegedly tells them that he has
- 1:16Speaker 1: come across a piece of evidence that belongs to Epstein
- 1:19Speaker 1: that contains a list of all his clients and victims
- 1:21Speaker 1: underage girls, massage therapists, and the men who are having
- 1:25Speaker 1: sex with them. And he Brad Edwards becomes a cooperating
- 1:30Speaker 1: witness Saffian confidential Maxwell confidential informant, sorry confidential informant for them,
- 1:36Speaker 1: and in a sting operation, obtains the list from a
- 1:38Speaker 1: former butler of Epstein's called Alfredo Rodriguez, and it becomes
- 1:42Speaker 1: evidence in the civil suit. In the Alfredo Rodriguez is
- 1:46Speaker 1: subsequently prosecuted for having an AK forty seven or something
- 1:50Speaker 1: weird so guns or something and goes to trial, and
- 1:53Speaker 1: they're a criminal complaint that the FBI produced, and in
- 1:57Speaker 1: that criminal complaint it says that Brad Edwards became aware
- 2:00Speaker 1: of the list, but we'll call it the list for
- 2:02Speaker 1: the purposes of this after Alfredo Rodriguez two depositions that
- 2:07Speaker 1: are held in Epstein's civil suit. It's in the FBI's
- 2:11Speaker 1: affid David that the evidence was collected and Brad Edwards
- 2:14Speaker 1: became aware of it after the second deposition. It's in
- 2:17Speaker 1: the criminal complaint. The truth is different from what's in
- 2:21Speaker 1: both the criminal complaint and in the FBI Affid David
- 2:24Speaker 1: and in Brad Edwards's own statements on the subject. The
- 2:27Speaker 1: truth is that Alfredo Rodriguez was deposed twice, once in
- 2:30Speaker 1: July and once in August, and in the July deposition
- 2:34Speaker 1: told Brad Edwards that he had handwritten notes or a
- 2:37Speaker 1: journal whatever in the deposition, and Brad Edwards replies, well,
- 2:41Speaker 1: we're going to come back for a second deposition, and
- 2:44Speaker 1: the second deposition takes place in August. What this means
- 2:48Speaker 1: is that Brad Edwards had access to the list from
- 2:50Speaker 1: some time between July and August into when he actually
- 2:53Speaker 1: called the FBI in October, so we're talking six months
- 2:56Speaker 1: or so. Rostein's firm was rated a few days after
- 3:00Speaker 1: the list went into the FBI's hands, and subsequently Rostein
- 3:03Speaker 1: himself was prosecuted for RICO, and I believe went to
- 3:07Speaker 1: jail for fifty years as part of that RICO case.
- 3:10Speaker 1: He admitted to on the record, I don't know whether
- 3:12Speaker 1: he was prosecuted for creating fake settlements and fake evidence
- 3:16Speaker 1: in Epstein's case in two thousand and nine. Simultaneously, whilst
- 3:21Speaker 1: this was going on, my boyfriend Ted Waite was asked
- 3:24Speaker 1: for ten million dollars to keep me out of any
- 3:26Speaker 1: of Epstein's civil suits. Up until then, I had not
- 3:30Speaker 1: been in any of Epstein's civil suits. In fact, I
- 3:33Speaker 1: wasn't even sure say for the first time I was
- 3:36Speaker 1: mentioned was redacted, I hadn't been. I was basically nowhere.
- 3:41Speaker 1: And then Ted was called for his ten million dollars
- 3:44Speaker 1: and had been shown his people had been shown evidence
- 3:46Speaker 1: that included the list, the flight logs, and various other
- 3:49Speaker 1: pieces of evidence. Now we're going to the prequel part
- 3:53Speaker 1: of this story, so then it can tie how this starts.
- 3:56Speaker 1: In two thousand and seven, Epstein signs the non prosecution agreement.
- 4:00Speaker 1: He then fights the prosecution agreement or debates it through
- 4:03Speaker 1: the DOJ or whatever happened there. What is she a
- 4:06Speaker 1: little Carmine from the Sopranos, your brother Billy, whatever happened there,
- 4:10Speaker 1: and then it goes to court in two thousand and
- 4:12Speaker 1: eight when it's accepted or whatever that is Pilafana was
- 4:16Speaker 1: the lead prosecutor or lead yes in that case, and she,
- 4:19Speaker 1: I think was not happy with the outcome and utilized
- 4:23Speaker 1: at the time Brad Edwards to file the CVR case. Now,
- 4:27Speaker 1: what is what I have managed to understand from this
- 4:30Speaker 1: Within the OPR itself, there is evidence there It says
- 4:34Speaker 1: that Brad Edwards was the only lawyer that she was
- 4:37Speaker 1: allowed to talk to. So I just want to preface
- 4:39Speaker 1: that the reason why I know that she went behind
- 4:42Speaker 1: the Costa's back and everything else to do this is
- 4:45Speaker 1: because Brad Edwards, in a podcast made the revelation. What
- 4:49Speaker 1: he says is that he'd never heard of the CVR
- 4:51Speaker 1: case before and Villa Fanna called him and told them
- 4:54Speaker 1: to file it. The sole purpose of the CVRA was
- 4:57Speaker 1: to overturn the non prosecution agreement. So what I believe
- 5:01Speaker 1: is that Villa Fano worked with Brad Edwards when she
- 5:04Speaker 1: was also the lawyer for what she had selected as
- 5:07Speaker 1: a pro bono lawyer for some of the victims, and
- 5:10Speaker 1: he was also working for the Rostein firm that was
- 5:14Speaker 1: under RICO investigation for the entire time, creating fake evidence
- 5:18Speaker 1: in Epstein's case, and she had just filed hidden secret
- 5:22Speaker 1: using Edwards to overturn the NPA by filing this CVR case.
- 5:27Speaker 1: That sole purpose was to overturn it, and so when
- 5:30Speaker 1: he approached her with the list, this was part of
- 5:32Speaker 1: the effort to utilize and find new evidence to support
- 5:36Speaker 1: the overturning either of the NPA or a new case
- 5:40Speaker 1: against Epstein because Brad Edwards or I don't know it
- 5:45Speaker 1: was Brad Edwards, because Rostein's firm asked my then boyfriend
- 5:48Speaker 1: for ten million to kick me out of the suits
- 5:50Speaker 1: that I had no knowledge of at the time whatsoever.
- 5:53Speaker 1: I now know that the base of this story was
- 5:55Speaker 1: a blackmail of a billionaire because Ted Waite was a
- 5:58Speaker 1: multi billionaire at everything. He was way way more wealthy
- 6:02Speaker 1: than Epstein, if anyone cares, and that's the reason why
- 6:06Speaker 1: Ted and I broke up. That was the basis of
- 6:08Speaker 1: this blanche so Maxwell and that list was created. The
- 6:13Speaker 1: messuses that were on the list, I have never heard of,
- 6:15Speaker 1: some of them, not even from the civil suits that
- 6:19Speaker 1: had come up since I've seen it, and this is
- 6:21Speaker 1: now knowing what's in the list today Alfredo Rodriguez, So
- 6:26Speaker 1: there's a metamorphois of the list. So the original statement
- 6:29Speaker 1: that Brad Edwards makes that's in the documents contemporaneously, is
- 6:33Speaker 1: that it pieces of paper that Alfredo has. It then
- 6:36Speaker 1: morphs into something that Alfredo took, a book that Alfredo
- 6:40Speaker 1: took from Epstein's computer. But there's no computer I know,
- 6:44Speaker 1: certainly not in two thousand and five when this was
- 6:47Speaker 1: allegedly taken, that came out as a book, and then
- 6:51Speaker 1: it morphed into at the civil time, my civil case,
- 6:54Speaker 1: into a book that was taken from my computer, and
- 6:57Speaker 1: then it morphed into the Southern District of New York
- 6:59Speaker 1: as a common nation list of mine in Epstein's that's
- 7:02Speaker 1: the metamorphosis through documents that you can trace, Blanche, So
- 7:07Speaker 1: in your mind or from what you just described, there
- 7:10Speaker 1: is a list. It's just manufactured, meaning you have seen
- 7:13Speaker 1: the list, even fake like you know, Maxwell, I haven't
- 7:17Speaker 1: seen it, but Blanche I was confused, Maxwell, So I
- 7:22Speaker 1: guess my thing is that what Brad Edwards says in
- 7:25Speaker 1: all these things in the paperwork and whatnot, so all
- 7:28Speaker 1: this story is basically controlled by five people. There's four
- 7:31Speaker 1: alleged victims that speak about the list and the blackmail
- 7:35Speaker 1: and the men and the sex and whatnot, and the
- 7:37Speaker 1: lawyers and now the prosecutor. Sorry, the Southern District of
- 7:41Speaker 1: New York for sure, but no one else. None of
- 7:44Speaker 1: these stories carry from any of the forty four alleged
- 7:47Speaker 1: original victims. They never ever said that they were farmed
- 7:50Speaker 1: out to anybody. Well, yeah, that's because they were for
- 7:53Speaker 1: Epstein's personal enjoyment. The other girls, well that was business, Blanche.
- 7:59Speaker 1: But the list itself, Maxwell, yes, Blanche, where is it? Maxwell?
- 8:04Speaker 1: There is no list, But Brad Edwards said that he
- 8:06Speaker 1: created the list, Blanche. So that's what I was a
- 8:09Speaker 1: little confused about. Maxwell. Sorry, he created a list. So
- 8:14Speaker 1: in the book that Alfred ol Rodriguez produced that became
- 8:17Speaker 1: evidence Exhibit fifty two in my trial has markings all
- 8:20Speaker 1: over it, circles and dots whatnot? Blanche? Uh huh? And
- 8:24Speaker 1: Brad Edwards says, this is Maxwell now that he got
- 8:27Speaker 1: Alfred ol Rodriguez to mark up the book. Of all
- 8:29Speaker 1: the people who are involved. It includes Alan Dershowitz for
- 8:33Speaker 1: the record, who's marked. I don't remember what it does
- 8:35Speaker 1: with Donald Trump. I don't know. You'd have to look.
- 8:38Speaker 1: I don't have it, but I believe she's cut off
- 8:41Speaker 1: by Blanche. I see Maxwell, So what he did he
- 8:44Speaker 1: marked up I don't know who. Somebody marked up that
- 8:46Speaker 1: book of names, and I think all the names of
- 8:49Speaker 1: the people that they went for were originally selected between
- 8:52Speaker 1: two sources. One was this alleged book of names and
- 8:56Speaker 1: one was also from the telephone logs that were collected
- 8:59Speaker 1: from the house and beach. And just to finish it off,
- 9:02Speaker 1: there is I have some papers for you if you
- 9:04Speaker 1: wanted them where Brad Edwards says that he has a
- 9:07Speaker 1: list of twenty five men that he got money off of.
- 9:10Speaker 1: Blanche Okay. So the list that everybody the black book,
- 9:14Speaker 1: the list that you're saying your exhibit fifty two for
- 9:17Speaker 1: your trial, which is like more of an address book,
- 9:20Speaker 1: a rolodex type thing that mister Rodriguez, Alfredo Rodriguez. Your
- 9:24Speaker 1: understanding is that somewhere along the way you went through
- 9:27Speaker 1: and kind of marked that list to say, Maxwell, I
- 9:30Speaker 1: don't know where that book actually comes from. Blanche Okay, Maxwell,
- 9:35Speaker 1: I don't know what that book is. That book is
- 9:37Speaker 1: some type of compilation, but what it is, it's just
- 9:40Speaker 1: pieces of paper with type. So if you had you
- 9:43Speaker 1: could have made the list, it could have been she
- 9:46Speaker 1: gets cut off. But you're referring to something that's been
- 9:49Speaker 1: public for a long time. We're thinking about the same
- 9:52Speaker 1: thing you're talking about. You're right, it's like a bunch
- 9:55Speaker 1: of different types of paper or whatever. I only have
- 9:57Speaker 1: a copy of it, but with big parts of it
- 9:59Speaker 1: wheredakt and publicly because there was people's addresses and whatnot
- 10:02Speaker 1: on it. Maxwell. Yeah, that's what I'm talking about, Blanche, Okay, Maxwell, perfect, Yeah,
- 10:09Speaker 1: you'll find it, Blanche. We're looking at exhibit fifty two now, Maxwell,
- 10:13Speaker 1: So you're looking at exhibit fifty two. So the one
- 10:16Speaker 1: they produced the Southern District of New York actually produced
- 10:19Speaker 1: a book for me to see. It has evidence the
- 10:21Speaker 1: actual thing it was, and it has marks, it has tabs,
- 10:25Speaker 1: it has things, it has names. I've never seen like
- 10:29Speaker 1: that list. That list was basically the names that they
- 10:32Speaker 1: chose to produce a trial. Now, in Rostein's Adler's firm,
- 10:37Speaker 1: I also have some documents where Rostein his original scheme
- 10:40Speaker 1: Rostein Adler, was to play prostitutes. He had a bar,
- 10:44Speaker 1: a dance bar where he had girls, and I believe
- 10:46Speaker 1: he would use them and put them as fake secretaries
- 10:49Speaker 1: in people's offices and then she might touch them or
- 10:52Speaker 1: might touch her or something and boom, he got twenty
- 10:55Speaker 1: five g's for that. And those girls. I'm not saying
- 10:58Speaker 1: that those are the girls that came in Epstein's case necessarily,
- 11:01Speaker 1: but Blanche, again, so we're separating the evidence that came
- 11:06Speaker 1: in at your trial and what you just talked about
- 11:08Speaker 1: with Brad Edwards and mister Rodriguez. During the time that
- 11:12Speaker 1: you were with mister Epstein, and even in the two
- 11:14Speaker 1: thousands when you were around less frequently, you never observed
- 11:18Speaker 1: or you never saw any sort of list or black
- 11:20Speaker 1: book or a list of individuals who you know linked
- 11:23Speaker 1: to certain messuses or Maxwell. Absolutely no, Blanche, anything like that. Maxwell,
- 11:30Speaker 1: absolutely no. There is no list that I'm aware of,
- 11:34Speaker 1: and there's no blackmail. I never heard of that. I
- 11:37Speaker 1: never saw it, and I never imagined it. Blanche. While
- 11:40Speaker 1: we're on the topic, and again, I know we're jumping
- 11:43Speaker 1: around and we've been going on it for a while,
- 11:46Speaker 1: so I apologize. But there's recent reports about a birthday
- 11:50Speaker 1: book that you assemble for mister Epstein, I think for
- 11:53Speaker 1: his fiftieth birthday in two thousand and three. Maxwell, that's true, Blanche,
- 11:58Speaker 1: what will you know about that? Maxwell? Well, so my
- 12:00Speaker 1: mom did a birthday book for my father at his sixtieth.
- 12:03Speaker 1: And when Epstein would talk about his fiftieth, he said,
- 12:06Speaker 1: I don't know what I'm going to do, and I said, well,
- 12:09Speaker 1: these are nice things. My mom did this book for
- 12:11Speaker 1: my dad. He said, I love that idea. He said,
- 12:14Speaker 1: can you help coordinate it? And he called a lot
- 12:17Speaker 1: of people himself. I coordinated putting together of the book,
- 12:21Speaker 1: and some instances I call people that asked them to contribute, Blanche,
- 12:26Speaker 1: And what was in the book? Like, what was the
- 12:29Speaker 1: ask of the people you called Glenn Maxwell? It's his
- 12:32Speaker 1: fiftieth birthday, Say anything you want on a piece of paper, Blanche, Okay, Maxwell,
- 12:37Speaker 1: I mean nothing more than that, Blanche, right. I mean
- 12:40Speaker 1: it was an obvious question, but you basically his folks
- 12:44Speaker 1: were invited to send something to you to celebrate his birthday. Maxwell, Yeah,
- 12:48Speaker 1: to say happy birthday with like have a wonderful day
- 12:51Speaker 1: or something else. There was no no one to ask.
- 12:54Speaker 1: But I wasn't responsible for everything in that book, and
- 12:57Speaker 1: there were people that he would ask himself to contribute, Blanche,
- 13:01Speaker 1: And do you remember do you remember specific names of
- 13:04Speaker 1: individuals who did send letters or who did contribute Maxwell,
- 13:08Speaker 1: it's been a long time. I want to tell you,
- 13:11Speaker 1: but I don't remember Blanche, do you, Maxwell? I honestly
- 13:15Speaker 1: don't remember Blanche. The article talks about several names, but
- 13:19Speaker 1: including the folks. The article which is on Donald Trump.
- 13:22Speaker 1: Do you remember President Trump submitting a letter or a
- 13:25Speaker 1: card or a note? Maxwell? I don't, Blanche? Do you
- 13:30Speaker 1: think the articles? Do you remember seeing that book or
- 13:33Speaker 1: any portion of the letters in your discovery in New York? Maxwell? Yes, Blanche,
- 13:38Speaker 1: what do you remember? Maxwell? I remember there were some
- 13:41Speaker 1: portions of that book, but what surprised me. What surprised
- 13:45Speaker 1: me was how few there were, because I thought, if
- 13:48Speaker 1: you had those, where are the rest? There were none
- 13:51Speaker 1: for mister Trump, mister Blanche in your discovery, Maxwell, Oh,
- 13:55Speaker 1: in my discovery, Sorry, President Trump, there was nothing from
- 13:58Speaker 1: President Trump, Blanche. And do you remember, but separate and
- 14:02Speaker 1: apart from your discovery, do you remember, one way or
- 14:05Speaker 1: the other whether President Trump submitted a letter for his
- 14:08Speaker 1: fiftieth birthday? Maxwell? I don't remember. And the article that
- 14:12Speaker 1: references the letter talks like sounds like either a naked
- 14:16Speaker 1: picture of a naked woman. Do you have recollection of that? Maxwell?
- 14:21Speaker 1: I do not, But no I don't. Blanche. Do you
- 14:24Speaker 1: remember seeing from your discovery around the book, like you said,
- 14:29Speaker 1: portions of it or some of the pages. What do
- 14:31Speaker 1: you remember, Maxwell? I remember there was maybe just I
- 14:36Speaker 1: want to say about discovery that I had about Maybe
- 14:39Speaker 1: this is an exaggeration. I'm not sure, but in my mind,
- 14:42Speaker 1: it's close to five million pages, five million documents. It
- 14:46Speaker 1: was a lot. End of that giant document dump that
- 14:50Speaker 1: I received. I was only maybe as much as thirty
- 14:53Speaker 1: to thirty five percent. I was never able to access.
- 14:57Speaker 1: And this is documented at court, and so I cannot
- 14:59Speaker 1: say that I saw everything because I didn't. Blanche, Okay, Maxwell,
- 15:04Speaker 1: I just want you to know that, and I think
- 15:06Speaker 1: that was by design, Blanche. But you remember, I do
- 15:11Speaker 1: remember some pages, Blanche seeing some pages of the book, Maxwell,
- 15:14Speaker 1: I do, yes, Blanche, Okay, do you remember what pages
- 15:18Speaker 1: you saw, like who had written those letters or no? Maxwell,
- 15:23Speaker 1: I really don't remember. I'm sorry, Blanche, it's okay, it's okay.
- 15:28Speaker 1: So the same questions as before. Did you meet Bill
- 15:32Speaker 1: Gates over the years, Glanne Maxwell? Yes, all right. We're
- 15:36Speaker 1: gonna wrap up right here and in the next episode
- 15:38Speaker 1: dealing with the topic, we're gonna pick up where we
- 15:41Speaker 1: left off. All of the information that goes with this
- 15:43Speaker 1: episode can be found in the description box. What's up, everyone,
- 15:47Speaker 1: and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In
- 15:51Speaker 1: this week, we left off with the Glenn Maxwell DOJ transcript. Blanche, Okay,
- 15:58Speaker 1: have you ever met Bill Gates over the year? Maxwell, Yes, Blanche,
- 16:02Speaker 1: because of your relationship with mister Epstein or separate, Maxwell, Well,
- 16:07Speaker 1: I met mister Gates. I went to the TED conference.
- 16:10Speaker 1: I went to the TED conference, and I actually spoke
- 16:13Speaker 1: at the TED conference, not the main stage, the sub stage.
- 16:16Speaker 1: And I also gave several TED ex's. But I met
- 16:19Speaker 1: him there. But we were friendly, and I actually did
- 16:22Speaker 1: meet him because I knew. I don't know if he
- 16:25Speaker 1: was chief of staff or whoever Boris and I met him.
- 16:28Speaker 1: I think once. I may have met him actually at
- 16:31Speaker 1: seventy first Street. I may have once. I don't remember.
- 16:34Speaker 1: If I met him there or at a restaurant, I
- 16:36Speaker 1: don't remember. And that would have been because Epstein, because
- 16:39Speaker 1: Epstein was friendly with Boris and Boris that's all I remember, Blanche.
- 16:44Speaker 1: Do you know whether mister Gates traveled with mister Epstein
- 16:47Speaker 1: on his plane to any of his houses? Maxwell. So
- 16:51Speaker 1: if that that's the friendship was after you know, I
- 16:54Speaker 1: was in the late two thousands, So if I met him,
- 16:56Speaker 1: like I said, I went to Epstein's house maybe once
- 16:59Speaker 1: or twice, maybe met him there. I don't remember, Blanche,
- 17:03Speaker 1: So you don't remember Maxwell, So I wouldn't know if
- 17:06Speaker 1: he had been to Epstein's plane. Blanche, you don't recall
- 17:11Speaker 1: ever being on the plane with him, flying to the
- 17:13Speaker 1: island or anywhere. Maxwell, No, Blanche. Do you know somebody
- 17:17Speaker 1: named Reid Hoffman? Maxwell? I do, Blanche. Who's that Maxwell
- 17:23Speaker 1: reads a Silicon Valley guy, Blanche? Is what Maxwell? A
- 17:26Speaker 1: Silicon Valley guy, Blanche? And how do you know him? Maxwell?
- 17:30Speaker 1: Through my friends in San Francisco. I used to have
- 17:33Speaker 1: a very close friend who was in San Francisco. Who's
- 17:36Speaker 1: part of that whole? Well? Actually I have several or had, Blanche.
- 17:41Speaker 1: So is that a relationship you had kind of separate
- 17:44Speaker 1: apart from mister Epstein Maxwell separate, Blanche? Do you know
- 17:49Speaker 1: whether mister Epstein had a relationship with Reid Hoffman Maxwell?
- 17:52Speaker 1: I don't know, Blanche. Did you ever observe mister Hoffman
- 17:56Speaker 1: flying anywhere with you or mister Epstein? Maxwell? No, Blanche
- 18:01Speaker 1: getting a massage. Maxwell, No, Blanche, there's a list of
- 18:05Speaker 1: multiple messuses that is floating around. I think you had
- 18:09Speaker 1: in your discovery. I think you were just thinking about
- 18:11Speaker 1: that that list. Do you know how that list was created? Maxwell,
- 18:17Speaker 1: All that stuff that came out of that book, I
- 18:20Speaker 1: now find suspect Blanche as part of the story you
- 18:24Speaker 1: just told. Maxwell. Yeah, Now, I'm not saying it's all fake.
- 18:28Speaker 1: I don't know what's real and what's not. I don't
- 18:30Speaker 1: Blanche understood, Maxwell, I know that name is true. Now
- 18:36Speaker 1: what it's been to my mind anyway, now that it
- 18:38Speaker 1: has been, without a doubt contaminated and possibly fraudulent, I
- 18:42Speaker 1: don't know. I mean, obviously the numbers that I recognize
- 18:45Speaker 1: are my own, those are real, but how it actually
- 18:48Speaker 1: ended up put together and compiled and the purpose for it,
- 18:52Speaker 1: for which then they blackmailed my boyfriend. Now, just know, Blanche,
- 18:57Speaker 1: over the years when you were serving as like the
- 19:00Speaker 1: general manager to the mid nineties all the way into
- 19:03Speaker 1: the two thousands, did you or do you know whether
- 19:06Speaker 1: anyone maintained a list of all the messuses like a
- 19:09Speaker 1: running list, Maxwell, So there would have been there's two things,
- 19:14Speaker 1: well three ways. So I know that the house itself,
- 19:17Speaker 1: John Alessi had a rolodex that he kept the names
- 19:19Speaker 1: and numbers of all the people that came to the
- 19:22Speaker 1: house so that he could call because I only was
- 19:26Speaker 1: with Epstein even at best half the time. So when
- 19:29Speaker 1: I was there, he had like his chief of staff
- 19:32Speaker 1: who could find whatever he needed. And when I wasn't there,
- 19:35Speaker 1: he had to rely on somebody else, right, So it
- 19:38Speaker 1: had been that John Alessi or whoever else, So everybody
- 19:42Speaker 1: whoever was traveling with him or wherever he was, he
- 19:45Speaker 1: needed somebody else to access information. So he had an
- 19:49Speaker 1: assistant chief who was his secretary, who would you know,
- 19:52Speaker 1: be the one who would update his computer, you know,
- 19:55Speaker 1: like everybody has an address book, Blanche. But that's what
- 19:59Speaker 1: you're described. It makes sense. I'm just that was a
- 20:03Speaker 1: list of messuses or a list of people that might
- 20:06Speaker 1: need to be contacted, which would necessarily include a lot
- 20:09Speaker 1: of massuses. Maxwell, that's the latter, Blanche. And did you
- 20:14Speaker 1: update that? Like were you part? Were you one of
- 20:16Speaker 1: the people that would add names to it? Like if
- 20:19Speaker 1: a massus came and leaves and mister Epstein says, yes,
- 20:22Speaker 1: she was good, would you be part like how how
- 20:25Speaker 1: was the list kind of maintained or who maintained it Maxwell?
- 20:29Speaker 1: Typically no, Blanche, no Maxwell, because there would be an
- 20:33Speaker 1: assistant who would do that. Plus Epstein would not allow
- 20:36Speaker 1: me to answer the telephone ever, so to maintain or
- 20:40Speaker 1: to keep any of his messages in the office or
- 20:43Speaker 1: at the house. So typically that wouldn't be because I
- 20:46Speaker 1: wouldn't be the one. Could I say to you I
- 20:49Speaker 1: never did it? No, of course, not because that just
- 20:52Speaker 1: seems ludicrous. But as a rule of thumb, the answer
- 20:55Speaker 1: would be no. During the two thousand and seven eight
- 20:59Speaker 1: nine in investigation, the investigation, the investigation out of the
- 21:03Speaker 1: Southern District of Florida. So you said that you weren't
- 21:07Speaker 1: contacted by law enforcement Maxwell, I was not, Blanche. After
- 21:11Speaker 1: mister Epstein was charged, did you have a conversation with
- 21:14Speaker 1: him about the investigation? Maxwell? He never talked to me
- 21:17Speaker 1: about it, Blanche. Did you he's cut off by Maxwell?
- 21:21Speaker 1: I mean, I can't, let's put it this way. If
- 21:24Speaker 1: he did, I have no recollection of it. I mean,
- 21:26Speaker 1: I'm sure he must have said this is all whatever
- 21:30Speaker 1: he said, or it's nothing or whatever. I mean, I
- 21:33Speaker 1: just don't have any I just don't have any memory
- 21:36Speaker 1: I was with Ted, I was like, gone, I mean, plus,
- 21:39Speaker 1: I just didn't want to know either, I suppose Blanche.
- 21:42Speaker 1: So you don't know firsthand by or why the US
- 21:46Speaker 1: attorney in Florida made the deal that he did, meaning
- 21:49Speaker 1: you aren't part of that discussion along the way, Like
- 21:52Speaker 1: mister Epstein didn't say I'm getting a good deal, or
- 21:55Speaker 1: you know, something is happening with the case that's very
- 21:58Speaker 1: good to the extent you know anything about it, it's
- 22:01Speaker 1: just from what you've heard or read from others, not
- 22:04Speaker 1: from mister Epstein. Is that right? Maxwell? He never talked
- 22:07Speaker 1: about the non prosecution directly with me, No, but he
- 22:10Speaker 1: did David Marcus. But it's still enforceable as to her, Maxwell,
- 22:15Speaker 1: I mean, he never said, hey, are you happy with
- 22:18Speaker 1: the deal like that? But I understood he never enjoined
- 22:21Speaker 1: me to the NPA. But I understand that he included
- 22:24Speaker 1: me specifically. And I'll tell you why. Marcus, Well, it's okay,
- 22:28Speaker 1: you don't need to get into that. Of course she doesn't. Huh.
- 22:31Speaker 1: This whole entire thing is such a goddamn jerk off.
- 22:34Speaker 1: I can't even believe if people read this and were like, oh,
- 22:36Speaker 1: you know what we have the clarity we need, because
- 22:40Speaker 1: that's certainly not what this provides. Blanche. Yeah, I don't
- 22:45Speaker 1: want to talk about the legal or what's on appeal. Maxwell, Well,
- 22:50Speaker 1: I wasn't Blanche the reason for my question. I'm not
- 22:53Speaker 1: trying to hide something, but there's a very strong belief
- 22:56Speaker 1: that he got a very good deal and that he
- 23:00Speaker 1: should she he should have been sentenced to more time
- 23:03Speaker 1: or got a different sentence from the Feds than a
- 23:06Speaker 1: non prosecution agreement. And I'm not asking you to opine
- 23:09Speaker 1: on that, but I'm wondering whether he ever talked to
- 23:12Speaker 1: you about that. But it sounds like he didn't maxwell
- 23:15Speaker 1: that he got a good deal. No, I think actually
- 23:18Speaker 1: well as comments that I've read was that he didn't
- 23:21Speaker 1: think he got a good deal. And I think that
- 23:23Speaker 1: you know, when he fought it's so hard, it's because
- 23:26Speaker 1: he didn't think he did, Blanche, when he was serving
- 23:29Speaker 1: a sentence, were you around during that time, like when
- 23:33Speaker 1: he was allowed to leave during the day or travel
- 23:36Speaker 1: during the day, Maxwell, I never called him, I never
- 23:39Speaker 1: saw him, and I never went to the jail, Blanche.
- 23:42Speaker 1: So I'm going to ask you some questions that you
- 23:44Speaker 1: shouldn't read into them. I just want to know whether
- 23:46Speaker 1: you whether they resonate with you. Have you ever had
- 23:50Speaker 1: any contact with any representative that you know of from ASAD,
- 23:54Speaker 1: the Israeli intelligence agency? Maxwell? Can you ask me that again?
- 23:59Speaker 1: Have you ever ever have been in contact with an
- 24:01Speaker 1: individual that you understand to be from MASAD, an Israeli
- 24:04Speaker 1: intelligence agency? Maxwell? Will not deliberately, Blanche? Pardon me, Maxwell,
- 24:11Speaker 1: not deliberately, Blanche. Okay, And did you know we talked
- 24:15Speaker 1: about this a little bit earlier, but just to put
- 24:17Speaker 1: a finer point on it, did you ever know that
- 24:20Speaker 1: mister Epstein Were you ever told did you ever think
- 24:24Speaker 1: that mister Epstein was getting any money from any intelligence agency,
- 24:28Speaker 1: including MASAD? Maxwell? Well, I don't believe so, but I
- 24:32Speaker 1: wouldn't know. I mean, I would be very surprised if
- 24:35Speaker 1: he did. I don't think so, No, Blanche. We've talked
- 24:38Speaker 1: a lot about names, and I'm sure that there's some
- 24:41Speaker 1: that we haven't covered. Are there any foreign nationals right
- 24:45Speaker 1: now that we've talked about? Some British the royal family
- 24:48Speaker 1: a little bit, and maybe high society folks in Britain.
- 24:52Speaker 1: Were there any international businessmen or politicians that had a
- 24:55Speaker 1: very close relationship or close relationship with mister Epstein that
- 24:59Speaker 1: we haven't talked to about already. Off the top of
- 25:02Speaker 1: my head, I can think about Ehud Barack. Blanche. You
- 25:06Speaker 1: said that mister Epstein at some point in the mid
- 25:08Speaker 1: to late nineties he started taking testosterone. Did you ever
- 25:12Speaker 1: know him to take any other drugs? Maxwell? No, I
- 25:15Speaker 1: mean he took pills for his heart I think, but
- 25:18Speaker 1: I don't know no other substances. Do you know anything
- 25:21Speaker 1: about his heart condition? I know we talked about this,
- 25:24Speaker 1: you know, nine forty five this morning, But do you
- 25:27Speaker 1: know anything about his heart condition beyond what you understood
- 25:30Speaker 1: that he had a heart condition that affected his ability
- 25:32Speaker 1: to have sex? Maxwell, other than what he told me. No,
- 25:37Speaker 1: he never shared anything. But he did take pills. I
- 25:40Speaker 1: don't know. I don't know anything above that. Like I said,
- 25:44Speaker 1: he did the testosterone, which made him mean, Blanche, And
- 25:47Speaker 1: we're jumping around a little bit. Maxwell. Sorry, Blanche, Sorry.
- 25:51Speaker 1: Do you know someone named Donald Barr Maxwell? No, Blanche,
- 25:56Speaker 1: I can represent to you he was former headmaster of
- 25:59Speaker 1: the school which you mentioned earlier. Maxwell, All right, Blanche,
- 26:04Speaker 1: do you remember any conversation with Epstein about a book
- 26:07Speaker 1: that mister Barr wrote called the space relations Maxwell, I
- 26:12Speaker 1: never heard of that, Blanche, about aliens and sex Maxwell, No, Blanche,
- 26:17Speaker 1: do you know whether, well, have you ever met with
- 26:20Speaker 1: former Attorney General of the United States Bill Barr? Maxwell, no, Blanche.
- 26:25Speaker 1: Do you remember whether mister Epstein knew him or whether
- 26:28Speaker 1: his name ever came up in conversations you had with
- 26:30Speaker 1: mister Epstein? Glam Maxwell, I don't recall any Blanche. Okay,
- 26:35Speaker 1: did you have a relationship or no? I'm using a relationship,
- 26:38Speaker 1: but I appreciate you don't like the word. Did you
- 26:41Speaker 1: know of mister Epstein's brother Mark Epstein? Maxwell, yes, Blanche.
- 26:46Speaker 1: How did you know him? Maxwell? Through Epstein? Blanche? How
- 26:50Speaker 1: would you describe your relationship close? Friendly, Maxwell, my personal Blanche, Yes, Maxwell,
- 26:57Speaker 1: not that close, but friendly enough. I mean, you know, Blanche.
- 27:02Speaker 1: How was Jeffrey Epstein's relationship with his brother Mark from
- 27:05Speaker 1: what you observed? Maxwell, I mean they were brotherly, but
- 27:08Speaker 1: I think I don't know. I don't know. They had
- 27:10Speaker 1: periods when they were closer than when they weren't. I
- 27:14Speaker 1: think sometimes Epstein found his brother irritating, Blanche. And I
- 27:18Speaker 1: think I know the answer is given what you just
- 27:20Speaker 1: said about Bill Barr. But did you ever hear from
- 27:25Speaker 1: mister Epstein or anybody else that Bill Barr had any
- 27:27Speaker 1: role in mister Epstein getting a good plead deal in
- 27:30Speaker 1: Florida or any role in the process with mister Acosta.
- 27:34Speaker 1: Glen Maxwell, I never heard that. All right, folks, we're
- 27:38Speaker 1: gonna wrap up right here and in the next episode
- 27:40Speaker 1: dealing with the topic, we're gonna pick up from where
- 27:42Speaker 1: we left off. All of the information that goes with
- 27:45Speaker 1: this episode can be found in the description box. What's up, everyone,
- 27:49Speaker 1: and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In
- 27:53Speaker 1: this episode, we're going to pick up where we left
- 27:55Speaker 1: off with Glenn Maxwell and here fireside chat with the
- 27:59Speaker 1: deal Jay Todd, Blanche and I think I know the
- 28:03Speaker 1: answer is given what you just said about Bill Barr.
- 28:06Speaker 1: But did you ever hear any from mister Epstein or
- 28:09Speaker 1: anybody else that Bill Barr had any role in mister
- 28:12Speaker 1: Abstein getting a good plead deal in Florida or any
- 28:15Speaker 1: role in that process with mister Acosta. Maxwell, I'd never
- 28:19Speaker 1: heard that, Blanche. I think you said this in an interview,
- 28:22Speaker 1: But if I'm wrong, forgive me. Do you have a
- 28:25Speaker 1: view of mister Epstein of whether he committed suicide or
- 28:28Speaker 1: whether something else happened to this. David Marcus interrupts, Can
- 28:31Speaker 1: we take a break, Blanche? You want to take a break,
- 28:35Speaker 1: David Marcus, Yeah, sure, Blanche, Yeah, we can take a break. Sure. Actually,
- 28:39Speaker 1: it's a good time to take a break anyway, because
- 28:42Speaker 1: it's to be the last one of the day. Yo.
- 28:45Speaker 1: If I'm ever in trouble for anything, I hope that
- 28:47Speaker 1: Todd Blanche is the one giving me a deposition. Holy shit,
- 28:51Speaker 1: Spencer Horn. All right, so we're going to take a break.
- 28:54Speaker 1: It's two fifty three Thursday July twenty fourth Horn work
- 29:00Speaker 1: continuing with the recorded profit of Miss Maxwell. The time
- 29:03Speaker 1: is now three ten pm, Thursday July twenty fourth. Blanche,
- 29:07Speaker 1: my colleagues alerted me to a couple of questions. I
- 29:09Speaker 1: think I may have forgotten to ask you. One is sorry,
- 29:13Speaker 1: I'm just going through my notes. Well, we talked a
- 29:15Speaker 1: few minutes ago about this birthday book that there is
- 29:17Speaker 1: press about. I understand you don't remember anything with President
- 29:21Speaker 1: Trump or a lot about the book anyway. Do you
- 29:24Speaker 1: remember asking President Trump to submit a letter for that Maxwell?
- 29:28Speaker 1: I do not, Blanche. And do you remember would you
- 29:31Speaker 1: have been the one to do that, or could somebody else?
- 29:34Speaker 1: Would somebody else have done it? Maxwell, I did ask
- 29:37Speaker 1: some people. I don't remember, mister Trump, I don't remember
- 29:41Speaker 1: who I did ask. But Epstein also asked people himself directly, Maxwell,
- 29:46Speaker 1: So it could have happened that way, if it happened
- 29:48Speaker 1: at all, Blanche, where is that? And to this FBI agent,
- 29:52Speaker 1: Diego Pistana interrupts, You mentioned a hud Barack Maxwell, Yeah,
- 29:58Speaker 1: Diego Pistana, what was his int Maxwell? This would have
- 30:02Speaker 1: been in the later two thousands, So I do not
- 30:04Speaker 1: know how they met, but I do know that day.
- 30:07Speaker 1: I don't know if friendly would be the right word.
- 30:09Speaker 1: I don't know that, but I know that they saw
- 30:11Speaker 1: each other. And only because my father. You know, anything
- 30:14Speaker 1: that touches Israel or the state of Israel, I'm always
- 30:17Speaker 1: interested in because my father loved Israel, and so I
- 30:20Speaker 1: pay attention to it and we have ties to you know,
- 30:23Speaker 1: to Israel, Yeah, you sure do. And your father was
- 30:27Speaker 1: interested in Israel. No, he was an asset working with Israel.
- 30:32Speaker 1: But like Jeffrey Epstein, Robert Maxwell was only really loyal
- 30:36Speaker 1: to the Almighty Buck Blanche when you said it was
- 30:40Speaker 1: later though, Maxwell interrupts them, ties meaning friends and family relations.
- 30:45Speaker 1: Blanche was the prime minister, was mister Brock prime Minister Brock.
- 30:49Speaker 1: Do you know what the nature of his relationship was
- 30:52Speaker 1: with mister Epstein? Maxwell, I don't, Blanche. Do you know
- 30:56Speaker 1: were they ever with them together? Maxwell? I think I met.
- 31:00Speaker 1: I have a memory of meeting Ahood, but I don't
- 31:02Speaker 1: know if he was with Epstein or I don't remember.
- 31:05Speaker 1: I just know that I did see him, and I'm
- 31:07Speaker 1: trying and struggling to remember the context around it. But
- 31:12Speaker 1: I'm sure it happened, but it must have been very brief,
- 31:15Speaker 1: because I don't have any serious memory of it, any
- 31:17Speaker 1: like deep memory of that. Blanche, and maybe this is obvious,
- 31:22Speaker 1: Maxwell cuts him off. And maybe it comes also because
- 31:25Speaker 1: I've read it in the press. That may be something
- 31:28Speaker 1: that brought it to my memory, so that, I mean,
- 31:31Speaker 1: I think the press has been very contaminating. So it's
- 31:35Speaker 1: hard sometimes to separate those stories from your memory. Sometimes,
- 31:39Speaker 1: Oh give me a break. So you don't know if
- 31:41Speaker 1: something happened or not. What do you have dementia? Are
- 31:45Speaker 1: you suffering from the same illness that Bruce Willis has
- 31:49Speaker 1: a phasia? Or whatever the hell it's called And isn't
- 31:51Speaker 1: it ironic that gallainn. Maxwell seems to have a great
- 31:54Speaker 1: memory about everything Virginia but a bad memory about everything else. Blanche,
- 32:01Speaker 1: do you know a British gymnast by the name of
- 32:03Speaker 1: Heather Man? Maxwell? Yes, Blanche, did she? Maxwell cuts him off.
- 32:08Speaker 1: I didn't know she was a gymnast. Blanche, Oh, okay,
- 32:10Speaker 1: I'm reading something that says she was a gymnast, but
- 32:13Speaker 1: please don't assume that that's correct. This is based upon
- 32:16Speaker 1: my words. So the deputy director of the FBI has
- 32:20Speaker 1: no fucking idea who this person is that he's asking about.
- 32:24Speaker 1: So what are you asking about in the first place?
- 32:26Speaker 1: Just throwing out names? Maxwell? Okay, Blanche? Did she ever
- 32:31Speaker 1: travel with you or a mister Epstein? Maxwell? I think yeah,
- 32:34Speaker 1: she did. Actually, I think that she might have been
- 32:37Speaker 1: one of mister Epstein's girlfriends at one point. Blanche. Again,
- 32:41Speaker 1: I know we're talking about time periods that are vast.
- 32:44Speaker 1: What time period would have that been, like two thousand, Maxwell,
- 32:49Speaker 1: I want to say, I don't know. It could have
- 32:51Speaker 1: been the nineties, could have been the nineties, I don't know.
- 32:53Speaker 1: But I mean, listen, there are people that pop out
- 32:56Speaker 1: of the woodwork all the time. I just saw one
- 32:59Speaker 1: on TV saying he was his girlfriend in ninety three
- 33:02Speaker 1: or ninety four. So I mean he's obviously been very
- 33:06Speaker 1: busy lea Safian or she's lying, Glenn Maxwell, Or there's
- 33:11Speaker 1: that Blanche. Did someone named Mark Middleton? Maxwell? Yes, I
- 33:16Speaker 1: remember him, Blanche? Who was that? Maxwell? He was in
- 33:20Speaker 1: mister Clinton's administration, President Clinton's administration, I think, Blanche. And
- 33:25Speaker 1: how do you know him, Maxwell, Well, I met him,
- 33:28Speaker 1: and that is I met him through mister Epstein. Blanche,
- 33:31Speaker 1: And do you know was he from what you observed?
- 33:34Speaker 1: Was he a friend or a business acquaintance of mister Epstein? Maxwell?
- 33:38Speaker 1: I mean I only saw him a handful of times,
- 33:40Speaker 1: but I did see him with him. I mean he
- 33:42Speaker 1: see him friendly. I don't know if I would characterize
- 33:45Speaker 1: I mean, only having seen him briefly, I don't know
- 33:47Speaker 1: how to characterize that, Blanche. Do you know whether he
- 33:51Speaker 1: liked flu on airplanes with mister Epstein? Did he visit
- 33:54Speaker 1: the island? Do you know anything about that or their
- 33:57Speaker 1: relationship as it relates to that, Maxwell, Well, I don't
- 34:00Speaker 1: have any recollection of seeing Mark Middleton at the island, Blanche.
- 34:05Speaker 1: How about former US Senator George Mitchell Maxwell. Yeah, I
- 34:08Speaker 1: do remember George Blanche. What do you remember about him? Maxwell?
- 34:13Speaker 1: I traveled with him. We went to the most memorable
- 34:16Speaker 1: affair I went too well. I was friendly with his wife,
- 34:19Speaker 1: start with that with Heather, and Heather was in New York,
- 34:22Speaker 1: so I hung out with her a few times, we
- 34:24Speaker 1: had dinner. I was just friendly, I would say, separately
- 34:27Speaker 1: with separately from her husband. I was friends with Heather.
- 34:30Speaker 1: I met Heather through her husband, but we became friends. Blanche,
- 34:34Speaker 1: You became friends with Heather Maxwell, Heather. Yes, Blanche was
- 34:38Speaker 1: mister Epstein friends with mister Mitchell. Maxwell. Yes, Blanche. Did
- 34:42Speaker 1: they travel together besides New York? Did they travel to
- 34:46Speaker 1: the island or to New Mexico? Maxwell, I don't ever
- 34:49Speaker 1: remember George ever at the island. But the most memorable
- 34:53Speaker 1: trip I do recall with senator was to Italy. Blanche
- 34:56Speaker 1: was to were Maxwell to Italy? Blanche? Okay, Maxwell, we
- 35:00Speaker 1: went to Rome Blanche as the four of you, So
- 35:03Speaker 1: Heather and mister Mitchell and you and mister Epstein. Maxwell.
- 35:07Speaker 1: That's my recollection. Blanche, and what were you there for? Maxwell? Well,
- 35:12Speaker 1: the most memorable aspect of the trip is that we
- 35:15Speaker 1: went to the Vatican. It was extraordinary. The most extraordinary
- 35:19Speaker 1: thing was going to the archives and holding Henry the
- 35:22Speaker 1: eighth document to the Pope asking for his divorce. Blanche.
- 35:26Speaker 1: Do you know the former president of Columbia Andrews Pastrana? Maxwell, Yes, Blanche,
- 35:32Speaker 1: how do you know him? Maxwell? I met Pastrana in
- 35:36Speaker 1: a pub in Dublin, Blanche. And did he travel with
- 35:38Speaker 1: mister Epstein that you know, Maxwell, I don't know. I
- 35:42Speaker 1: don't know if he was ever on the plane. I
- 35:45Speaker 1: don't know if he ever I don't think he ever
- 35:47Speaker 1: came to the island. But I went to places with
- 35:49Speaker 1: Andrews Pastrana. One was to Columbia and Epstein came to that,
- 35:53Speaker 1: and the other was to Cuba and Epstein and Pastrana
- 35:56Speaker 1: I think was there, Blanche. And what were the purposes
- 36:01Speaker 1: of traveling to Columbia then Cuba? Maxwell? I'm a helicopter
- 36:05Speaker 1: pilot and Andrews is a helicopter pilot and we just
- 36:08Speaker 1: became friends. And I flew a Blackhawk in Columbia, Blanche,
- 36:12Speaker 1: And how about Cuba? Maxwell, I have a friend of
- 36:16Speaker 1: mine who was the cigar distributor for Monte Cristo maybe
- 36:20Speaker 1: I can't remember which cigar it was, and so we
- 36:22Speaker 1: went there and he organized the trip and we met
- 36:25Speaker 1: Fidel Castro. Blanche. When was that, approximately? Maxwell had to
- 36:30Speaker 1: be two thousand and two, two thousand and three, Blanche, okay, Maxwell,
- 36:34Speaker 1: something like that, I think Blanche. There's some more names
- 36:38Speaker 1: that we might talk about tomorrow with the same type
- 36:40Speaker 1: of questions, but as far as a catch all, there's
- 36:43Speaker 1: been a tremendous amount of public information about all kinds
- 36:46Speaker 1: of names, including some of the folks we talked about
- 36:49Speaker 1: today and their relationship with mister Epstein, and or you,
- 36:53Speaker 1: for any of the folks that we've talked about today,
- 36:56Speaker 1: did you observe them doing anything improper with mister Epstein,
- 36:59Speaker 1: whether with mosiue uses or with women who were or
- 37:02Speaker 1: girls who were traveling, or at the residence that they
- 37:05Speaker 1: were at, or at the parties that they were at.
- 37:09Speaker 1: Maxwell I did not, ever, at any time see that.
- 37:13Speaker 1: You know who else didn't see it? Stevie Wonder and
- 37:15Speaker 1: Helen Keller, Todd, Blanche and for any of the names
- 37:19Speaker 1: we've talked about today, and then tomorrow we'll talk about
- 37:22Speaker 1: some more. But for today, do you recall having any
- 37:25Speaker 1: conversations with anybody else where they reported to you that
- 37:28Speaker 1: they had seen something that one of these individuals had done,
- 37:32Speaker 1: whether someone else that works with mister Epstein or somebody
- 37:35Speaker 1: that observes something. Maxwell, if anybody had ever reported anything,
- 37:40Speaker 1: first of all, the answer to that is no. And
- 37:42Speaker 1: also I just want to be clear that had anybody
- 37:46Speaker 1: ever reported anything illegal or disgusting like that, I would
- 37:49Speaker 1: have immediately done something, Yeah, like get involved, right, like
- 37:52Speaker 1: help out, like molest the girls with Jeffrey Epstein. You sick,
- 37:56Speaker 1: degenerate fuck And I never heard it, saw it, And
- 38:01Speaker 1: no one ever ever complained to me or tears, nothing
- 38:04Speaker 1: like that, Blanche, Okay, all right, So we took a
- 38:08Speaker 1: break when we were talking about mister Epstein and his death.
- 38:12Speaker 1: So mister Epstein and his death. So you were not
- 38:15Speaker 1: obviously at the MCC during that time, correct, Maxwell, I
- 38:18Speaker 1: was not, Blanche. So you're going to tell us what
- 38:21Speaker 1: you believe, but just I just want to make sure
- 38:23Speaker 1: I understand your basis for belief is kind of what
- 38:26Speaker 1: you've read and seen and your knowledge of mister Epstein
- 38:29Speaker 1: for the many years you knew him, knew him, right, Maxwell?
- 38:33Speaker 1: And actually there's a third component, Blanche, Okay. Maxwell. The
- 38:37Speaker 1: answer to that is yes, Blanche, okay. Maxwell. And there's
- 38:41Speaker 1: a third component that which is having experienced now the
- 38:44Speaker 1: mismanagement and inefficiencies in total dereliction of duty at the
- 38:48Speaker 1: Bureau of Prisons. Blanche from BOP, from the Bureau of Prisons, Maxwell, Yes,
- 38:53Speaker 1: Blanche okay, fair Okay. Meanwhile, Blanche, mind, you is in
- 38:58Speaker 1: control of the BOP. That's right, the DOJ in control. Okay.
- 39:03Speaker 1: So you know I want to What I do want
- 39:06Speaker 1: to do is be careful, you know, asking you to speculate,
- 39:09Speaker 1: because anybody can do that, and I don't think that's
- 39:11Speaker 1: fair to you or anybody else to ask you to
- 39:13Speaker 1: give us your kind of opinion. But do you think
- 39:16Speaker 1: that the third point you say, which is kind of
- 39:18Speaker 1: a failure by the BOP, There's been a lot. There's
- 39:22Speaker 1: been the OIG report, there's the SDNY investigation about that.
- 39:26Speaker 1: So you think he was he did not die by
- 39:29Speaker 1: suicide given all the things we just talked about, Maxwell,
- 39:33Speaker 1: I do not believe he died by suicide, No, Blanche,
- 39:36Speaker 1: And do you believe that? Do you have any speculation
- 39:39Speaker 1: or view of who killed him? Maxwell? I don't, Blanche,
- 39:43Speaker 1: And I asked that because if you don't believe that
- 39:45Speaker 1: there's any truth to the allegations of blackmail, or that
- 39:48Speaker 1: he had kind of a list, or that he had
- 39:51Speaker 1: reasons to have people hate him, why would somebody kill
- 39:53Speaker 1: him in prison? Maxwell? In prison where I am, they
- 39:57Speaker 1: will kill you, or they will pay somebody or a
- 40:00Speaker 1: prisoner to kill you for twenty five dollars worth of commissary.
- 40:03Speaker 1: That's about the going rate for a hit with a
- 40:05Speaker 1: lock today. No, it's not. That's a lie right there too.
- 40:08Speaker 1: Can you point to me anybody who's been hit at
- 40:11Speaker 1: the Tallahassee Federal Prison for Women who's been killed there? Oh,
- 40:15Speaker 1: that's right, nobody, Blanche. So that goes to the third reason,
- 40:20Speaker 1: which is kind of mismanagement Maxwell, yes, Blanche, or the
- 40:24Speaker 1: shortfallings or the shortcomings of the Bureau of Prisons Maxwell, Yes, Blanche,
- 40:29Speaker 1: which is a little bit different from my question, which is,
- 40:33Speaker 1: do you think there was somebody on the outside of
- 40:35Speaker 1: the prison, So putting aside what could have happened on
- 40:37Speaker 1: the inside, on the outside of prison, who wanted him
- 40:41Speaker 1: dead so badly that he would have or she would have,
- 40:44Speaker 1: you know, caused him to be killed on the inside
- 40:47Speaker 1: I don't see that. I think, is it possible. Of course,
- 40:50Speaker 1: it's possible, but I don't know of any reason why.
- 40:53Speaker 1: And I don't believe in the blackmail or any of this.
- 40:56Speaker 1: I don't think Epstein had a hit on him like that.
- 40:59Speaker 1: If it's indeed murder, I believe it was an internal situation. Blanche. Yeah,
- 41:04Speaker 1: so you don't have any reason, you know, first hand
- 41:06Speaker 1: knowledge or even speculation. It sounds like to think that
- 41:09Speaker 1: he was if that he was killed to kind of
- 41:12Speaker 1: silence them or to keep them from going public about
- 41:15Speaker 1: people he knew about Maxwell. I don't know, because I
- 41:19Speaker 1: think that that's just part of the story that's been
- 41:21Speaker 1: created that started in two thousand and eight and two
- 41:24Speaker 1: thousand and nine. So yeah, all the other coincidences that happened,
- 41:28Speaker 1: just coincidences, Folks, camera's going down guard sleeping, no one
- 41:32Speaker 1: watching them. Ignore all of that and just listen to
- 41:35Speaker 1: what I say. That's what the narrative is, Blanche, Okay, Yeah,
- 41:41Speaker 1: I mean that's the point, Like, I don't want I
- 41:43Speaker 1: don't think there's value in talking. You know, there's been
- 41:46Speaker 1: a lot of talking, a lot of information about what happened,
- 41:49Speaker 1: you know, at the MCC, but What is important to
- 41:52Speaker 1: me is whether you know is the idea that he
- 41:54Speaker 1: didn't die by suicide, that's one thing. But if to
- 41:58Speaker 1: the extent that folks believe that he was murdered to
- 42:01Speaker 1: keep him quiet or because he had information on rich
- 42:03Speaker 1: and powerful people, do you have any reason to believe
- 42:07Speaker 1: that's what's true? Maxwell, I don't have any reason to
- 42:10Speaker 1: believe that, And I also think it's ludicrous because if
- 42:13Speaker 1: that I also happen to think if that is what
- 42:16Speaker 1: they wanted, they would have had plenty of opportunity when
- 42:19Speaker 1: he wasn't in jail, he was still useful then, Glaine,
- 42:22Speaker 1: and I thought you weren't around him for all these years,
- 42:25Speaker 1: so how do you know what he was up to?
- 42:27Speaker 1: This whole entire thing is straight up gobbage, hot, wet gabbage,
- 42:32Speaker 1: And if they were worried about blackmail or anything from him,
- 42:36Speaker 1: he would have been a very easy target in the time.
- 42:39Speaker 1: So we've talked about a lot of time, all the
- 42:41Speaker 1: way up through twenty nine and ten and the time
- 42:45Speaker 1: after mister Evstein was arrested. When's the last time you
- 42:48Speaker 1: spoke with him, Glenne Maxwell, maybe twenty sixteen, seventeen fifteen
- 42:53Speaker 1: in that area. I believe Blanche, And when you're thinking
- 42:57Speaker 1: about the last time that you had talked been talking
- 43:00Speaker 1: to him a lot and then you stopped or was
- 43:02Speaker 1: that a one off time? It was infrequent At that point, Maxwell,
- 43:06Speaker 1: I really wasn't in communication. The only communications I had
- 43:10Speaker 1: with him was in with regards to the civil suits,
- 43:12Speaker 1: the civil suits that I found myself in, the defamation
- 43:15Speaker 1: suit I found myself in. I needed help, I needed information,
- 43:19Speaker 1: and I didn't have what I needed, And so that
- 43:22Speaker 1: was really what it was. That's what drove it, was
- 43:25Speaker 1: me trying to get myself out of this situation, which
- 43:28Speaker 1: ultimately led to where I am today. When all of that,
- 43:32Speaker 1: I don't remember even if I stopped talking to him
- 43:34Speaker 1: before that. I think I thought he was angry with
- 43:38Speaker 1: me anyway, he didn't like what I did, and I
- 43:41Speaker 1: wasn't interested in what he had to say to me,
- 43:43Speaker 1: and Todd Blanche cuts her off. What did you think
- 43:46Speaker 1: he was angry with you about? Maxwell? I think he
- 43:49Speaker 1: was angry that I had even said that I had
- 43:52Speaker 1: referred to her being a liar. He said I should
- 43:54Speaker 1: not have said anything, but Blanche when the civil suits
- 43:57Speaker 1: that were ongoing before mister Epstein's death, Maxwell, Yes, Blanche,
- 44:02Speaker 1: did your lawyers coordinate with his lawyers, like in discovery
- 44:05Speaker 1: and things like that or anything. Maxwell, I don't think
- 44:08Speaker 1: we coordinated. I'm not sure Todd Blanche, Okay, Maxwell, I
- 44:13Speaker 1: don't want to misspeak. There was some degree of communication,
- 44:16Speaker 1: for sure, I just don't know the degree that took place.
- 44:20Speaker 1: So definitely, I'm me and I was definitely hoping for
- 44:22Speaker 1: him to be more helpful. And I was definitely coordinating
- 44:26Speaker 1: is not a good word because that sounds like I
- 44:28Speaker 1: was trying to align myself. That's not where we were
- 44:31Speaker 1: going here. But I was definitely trying to get help
- 44:34Speaker 1: as in documents or information that I could use to
- 44:37Speaker 1: defend myself. That's one hundred percent true. And the degree
- 44:41Speaker 1: to which that took place, I don't recall. There was
- 44:44Speaker 1: definitely some of that, though I don't want to mislead you.
- 44:47Speaker 1: All Right, we're gonna wrap up right here, and in
- 44:50Speaker 1: the next episode, we're gonna pick up where we left off.
- 44:53Speaker 1: All of the information that goes with this episode can
- 44:56Speaker 1: be found in the description box.
