Latest / Tea Time w/Amie & Bev / Episode #202: Embracing Flexibility in Your Schedule
Transcript
- 0:02Hey, everybody, welcome to tea sign with Amy and Bev. Hello,
- 0:06good day, Hello. How are things? Oh? Good? Fulfilling?
- 0:13That's an interesting thing too. People ask me, how are you all that?
- 0:17And I'm like, well, I'm a very fulfilling schedule, and they
- 0:19just kind of look at me like I have two heads. They're like because
- 0:21they don't understand what that means. And a while back, I got away
- 0:26from saying I'm a busy I'm busy, I'm a busy schedule because that just
- 0:29sounds like so heavy, overwhelming and overwhelming and how important am I in all
- 0:36this? And so when I say and it sounds kind of daunting and a
- 0:43little bit of struggle. But when I say I have a fulfilling schedule,
- 0:47I even when I say it, like typically, my eyebrows go up and
- 0:52I feel this excitement in me because because it is it's a it is a
- 0:57fulfilling schedule, because everything I'm doing is fulfilling, like it's I enjoy it.
- 1:03Is it a lot? Absolutely, it's a lot, but I'm doing
- 1:07okay with it. So I'm just it's fulfilling to me. And and so
- 1:11when I explained that to people that are like, oh, Oh, that's
- 1:15a good way to say it. So even they see the positive side of
- 1:18it without me even pointing it out. So there's that I could see someone
- 1:25I could see it's like someone looking at you because that that's a like as
- 1:29soon as you say it, you stop to think about it because it's not
- 1:32what we normally hear, and that's what's important about you, how we use
- 1:34our words and recognizing how we've been using our words. Right, So that's
- 1:40awesome. I like it. How about you? Well, we started to
- 1:47talk about and I'm not sure Pa roll with it. We started to talk
- 1:53about like, initially I had group coming up this weekend, and I got
- 1:57my grandson's playing ball, so it's like wanting to be there for all that
- 2:01stuff, and then totally rescheduling my calendar and then just you know, having
- 2:07conversations around home and it's like, why are you canceling group? That's something
- 2:09that you love doing. And for me, it was just because I just
- 2:14wanted to make sure that I'm accommodating because we have our group, that our
- 2:19meeting that we meet up on Sundays and ends. My grandson's balls are ball
- 2:24games. Are might want to edit that out? Ball games are you know,
- 2:32in a couple of Saturdays, and it's like that's it's it's right during
- 2:37group. So and it's I'm at a space in my life where it's important.
- 2:42Family time is important. And before when I was growing up, I
- 2:46grew up with a mother that worked two or three jobs, part time jobs
- 2:51to make ends meet for her family. So that's what I knew. So
- 2:53I always knew that I had to work. So's I missed out a lot
- 2:57of functions, a lot of family stuff. Even when my kids were a
- 3:00little there was a lot of times that I missed out on that because I
- 3:02was afraid I was going to do something wrong by not being at work,
- 3:06and I wasn't honoring the family or honoring myself. And now I'm learning to
- 3:09honor myself. And it's even like trusting and having faith. So even for
- 3:15you, I was like, well, I'll send you a message and if
- 3:17we can do meet up on Saturday early before I have to go to I
- 3:23say, see the words right there, I just started use where I have
- 3:25to, I don't have to. I get to go watch my grandson play
- 3:29ball and it's his first game and it's awesome, right, and I'll be
- 3:32there for all games. But it's recognizing all these words that we use for
- 3:37our daily activities because when you say those things, when you have to do
- 3:40something that feels daunting. We've had to do things. We had to go
- 3:45to school, when we were kids, we had to do whatever. There's
- 3:47things that we had to do. These aren't things that we have to do,
- 3:51just like you saying I have a fulfilling schedule that's so light and airy,
- 3:57and it could be whatever you wanted to be. There's it's open for
- 4:00your imagination to create whatever you want. And to me, when I say
- 4:03have to, it doesn't. There's no creation there. But so I get
- 4:06to go to this game. So I thought, well, I'm just gonna
- 4:09leave it up to the world. You know, I'm gonna leave it up
- 4:11to the universe. If it's supposed to happen, then it'll it'll work all
- 4:15right for you, and it'll work all right for other people because it's short
- 4:17notice too, Like I'm doing this on short notice. I let everyone know,
- 4:20Hey, this Saturday is canceled. I've got my grandson's game. And
- 4:25now when I say these things, I'm not like, oh, I can't
- 4:27make it because I'm making some excuse. I'm just saying, sorry, guys,
- 4:31my grandson has a game that's important to me and it's not even so
- 4:35much sorry, right, So go back to words, Thank you guys for
- 4:40waiting around, and what is still show up for groups because they still do,
- 4:43and there's gonna show up tomorrow on Sunday because you were accommodating to do
- 4:46this on Saturday instead of Sunday. So it's like there's so many things unless
- 4:53you voice or ask someone, what you've gone already is a no. And
- 4:59if I ask and you say yes, it's like, okay, well then
- 5:00that opens the doorway for everything else. And guess what. I've been talking
- 5:04to Spirit and it's like the regular daily tech activities that I'm doing is becoming
- 5:13not so much fun anymore because it's like Groundhog Day over and over and over
- 5:15again. So this is another way that things can switch up and I'm not
- 5:20doing maybe I'm not having a day off, but I have things that I'm
- 5:25doing on different days and that kind of changes things and makes things exciting too.
- 5:30So okay, so before we go any further, just a quick plug
- 5:34in for what your group is. It's not that I want to continue conversation
- 5:39about what you guys do or anything, but just give everybody a heads up
- 5:42about what it is so in case they're interested. Oh, it's just like
- 5:46a very open group where like minded people that come together with conversations that we're
- 5:50having right now. So if you're hearing our conversations now, it kind of
- 5:55goes along that basis. There's no gosh, I don't have any rules around
- 6:00regulations in the group. I've got people. It's like they get worried about
- 6:01showing up late. I'm like, just show up. It doesn't matter what
- 6:04time you come in because it's always divine. We get so caught up in
- 6:08wanting to control things and wanting things to go a certain way that I don't
- 6:13do that. It's like if you show up at eleven o'clock and you got
- 6:15to leave at eleven thirty, Okay, come in and get your hugs,
- 6:17see you later. It doesn't matter. But we're just there for conversations about
- 6:20spirituality. We could be talking about channeling, we could be talking about mediumship,
- 6:27we could be talking about just experiences that you had in life, addictions,
- 6:30just whatever whatever comes forward. It's always fascinating and fun because it's whoever's
- 6:36they're in the group, that's the information that needs to come forward at that
- 6:40time, right in that time space reality. So it's just like minded people
- 6:44coming together and having conversations for a couple hours every other week, every other
- 6:48Saturday, at this Sunday, at this time. Yea charge for it?
- 6:53Is that still true? Do what at this time? There's no charge for
- 6:58it? No, there's no charge for it. Okay, it's just a
- 7:01space. I mean, if people want to donate or whatever. I don't
- 7:03ever stop anything like that. But it's never been a conversation. It's just
- 7:08just to be open. And now I have another friend that's sending She's like,
- 7:13she has a group that's coming together us next month and she's setting out
- 7:15an invite. So I'm not sure exactly what that's all about, but it's
- 7:17like to me, it's like more of these like minded groups just happening.
- 7:21This happening wherever. Yeah, and if it is in person, so people
- 7:30know it is an in person group. And if you're interested in you're live
- 7:33in the area, then just leave a comment or with this video or send
- 7:41Bev a private message so that you guys can get hooked up and she you
- 7:45know, can exchange numbers or whatever you want to do. So I just
- 7:48wanted you to explain what the group was. So out of my office,
- 7:54right, it's out of the office over off you know, a Rainbow diner,
- 7:58so the massage room, and it's super the energy and there's amazing and
- 8:03I always love going in there when I have appointments and classes, so it's
- 8:07worth it. So I want to go back to what was. What you
- 8:13started with is doing things that are important to you and asking, right,
- 8:22you had to ask, you know, hey, Amy, can we do
- 8:26this earlier? And of course it's up to me to look at my schedule
- 8:30and see and if I have the opening and the And it's very funny because
- 8:35the day before I was actually after after recording today at eleven, so we
- 8:43started at nine. So at eleven I was supposed to go teach a class
- 8:48in that in home class and that just means it was it was a private
- 8:54class. It was by invite only. It was not a public you know.
- 9:00So anyway, there wasn't enough participation. And so the girl who was
- 9:05hosting it send me a message and she's because this will be the second time.
- 9:11People are like yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, and
- 9:13then it comes down to it and then no. Right, So she was
- 9:18feeling distraught and because this would be the second time it was rescheduled, and
- 9:30then people not want, not wanting to show up even though they said they
- 9:33would, and so she's you know, I can feel her angst. This
- 9:39was all through messaging, and I could feel her angst about it, and
- 9:43I just sent her a reminder and I said, it's okay because maybe we
- 9:50one of us or both of us need to be available for something else that's
- 9:52going to come up. And on that day, on Saturday, it's okay,
- 9:58and it's learning to have faith and trust. And I'm not kidding you.
- 10:03Within minutes after me sending that to her, you text me and I
- 10:09said, it's all okay. It's like that's where I'm at with myself when
- 10:16things shift. Okay, well, what is that making room for? What
- 10:24do I need? What is it that I possibly need to be available for,
- 10:28or even BEV needs to be available for, or this host needs to
- 10:31be available for. And if we would have been tied up in that class
- 10:37or tomorrow for you know, tea time doing it on Sunday at our usual
- 10:43time, there were there may be because we don't know the whole dynamics of
- 10:48the universe. It's way too overwhelming for us to understand all that and the
- 10:52intricate maneuvers and pieces and parts to that that because our energy is always creating.
- 10:58Our energy is always creating, and we're emanating that out into the universe,
- 11:03and so you think about all the I'm gonna use the word manipulating because
- 11:09it is. It's a manipulation of energy that we're connecting to each other for
- 11:16things to happen. And great, I'm doing tea time today class got canceled.
- 11:22What is that making room for? What is the universe? Craig?
- 11:26Because that's the way I see it. I'm like, what is the universe
- 11:28creating for me? What am I co creating with the universe? About what's
- 11:31going to transpire right now? Interesting thing is for a couple of weeks now,
- 11:39I'll just be honest. I am not the greatest housekeeper. Not I
- 11:45do my best because I have a very fulfilling schedule. So I'm like,
- 11:50for a couple of weeks, I'm like, man, I really got to
- 11:52do like a guy, really got to clean my house, right, And
- 11:56I've been thinking about that and thinking about it. And of course I'm looking
- 11:58at my house every day and I'm thinking, passia really need the dust,
- 12:01and and so maybe that's what I was doing. I was creating space so
- 12:05I have a day to clean and get caught up on things. And so
- 12:09this is part of that co creation process that I was like, oh,
- 12:13you know what, I got this game I want to go to. I'm
- 12:16going to see my grandson play. And then this class got canceled. I'm
- 12:20just like my weekend's opened up, just saying like I have less commitment,
- 12:28but I have stuff to do, right. So so maybe that was me
- 12:33creating that space. So but we all are participants, that's the thing.
- 12:39We're all participants in this. Maybe the host has something she's been thinking about
- 12:46that needs to get done or you know, again not knowing the whole dynamics
- 12:50of the universal arrangement, and I don't, I don't. I'm gonna say
- 12:58this, but it's not to instill fear. But what if some kind of
- 13:03situation arises and it needs her attention. There's that right, and she's available.
- 13:09So we don't always know why. But when we learn here's the key
- 13:16word, when we learn to be flexible and roll with it. Amazing things
- 13:24can come out of it. So I'm just that's that's my experience. I
- 13:26mean, I've been experienced this for quite some time. But two people in
- 13:31the same day and that interesting and it's so much dynamics too, could even
- 13:39going to the party with the or with the not party, but with the
- 13:41gathering. Even for me, like so if I go to a gathering and
- 13:46maybe everyone says they're going to come and then nobody shows up, It's like,
- 13:50what is that mirroring to me? So that's a time for my repersonal
- 13:52reflection too, right, It's something for me to look at because sometimes that
- 13:56happens. How am I keeping my word for myself? How am I?
- 14:01But it's also not being tied to anything. It's like, how am I
- 14:03being more flexible? How am I being like in the flow of things instead
- 14:09of trying to control things? Still wanting to have this group come together,
- 14:13and it's like it's not working out. But it's like you know, for
- 14:18you, I know that you're on the go almost NonStop. It seems like
- 14:22because you have a very fulfilling calendar. I'm very blessed that very fulfilling calendar,
- 14:28Like having this space is awesome too, because sometimes we don't make the
- 14:31space for ourselves, but we have a desire withinside of us, and that
- 14:35that's kind of stands true when when you would hear Esther Hicks talking or Abraham
- 14:39talking through Esther Hicks and talking about how, you know, how we have
- 14:45our schedules and how we have our routines, but there's like a process to
- 14:48everything, and it's not necessary for us to try to control the outcomes of
- 14:52things, but it's to kind of be there along on this journey to kind
- 14:56of be open to the flow of it all. I was go somewhere else
- 15:00with that, and I kind of like, that's okay, I'm gonna well,
- 15:03you're gathering your thoughts. The other thing I want to point out too,
- 15:05is what if by BEV scheduling changing the class to Sunday, that there
- 15:13are people who can't attend on Saturday and they're like, oh, this is
- 15:15a golden opportunity for me to go. But that is yeah, so maybe
- 15:20there's more people than what's been typically showing up or fresh new people, right,
- 15:24So that so it's like I understand, you know, I get when
- 15:31people people and I used to be this way too. People get very rigid
- 15:37in a commitment, very rigid, and I understand making a commitment, but
- 15:45I also understand the dynamics of the universe. Yeah, and that there's really
- 15:50like I had already pointed out what I've already talked about is to me,
- 15:54I'm like, everything happens for a reason. So if this is if this
- 15:58is meant to be this way, if this is meant to be changed this
- 16:03time, then there's a reason. There's something going to come out of this.
- 16:07There's for whether it's for me or BEV or or this host, whoever
- 16:11it's going to affect. Maybe it's the people that that that can't come to
- 16:17Bev's group on Saturday, they get to be there on Sunday, and it's
- 16:21what they need for now, Like this is where they're at in their life
- 16:25and they need that support and then and they're excited about being able to show
- 16:27up and receive that. So flexibility is super important. And I feel like
- 16:41when you when you hold So when I make a commitment and I have to
- 16:48change it, there's a lot of things that come up with that that could
- 16:53be I'm inconveniencing somebody because I need it to change I'm not feeling good enough
- 17:04because I can't show up when I said I would. Right, it's just
- 17:08another reason to beat ourselves up about it. What are they going to think
- 17:14about me if I change it? If I ask to change this. So
- 17:18there's judgment criticism. Right, So there's that path that we do when we're
- 17:23living in that very rigid space and still holding ourselves in a space of not
- 17:30good enough. I'm just like, listen, if I can't, if I
- 17:36couldn't have changed my schedule for BEV to do this today, I've done it
- 17:41before. I would do solo, or we would say you know what,
- 17:44well, maybe we could do it Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday. We've done
- 17:47that too. So it's like there's there's always room for shifting and changing and
- 17:53maneuvering and and it's okay, but that's life. Life comes up. Life
- 18:00gives us these things to help us be flexible and to shift. I mean,
- 18:07here's the biggest shift that had to happen in our in our lifetime that
- 18:15I'm aware of so far is COVID and when everything's shut down and listening to
- 18:22all these multi millionaire influencers who do personal development, who are on stages every
- 18:33month and with huge amounts of people, and they couldn't do that anymore.
- 18:40They had to think fast, how am I going to reach people? How
- 18:44am I going to How am I going to get money to pay my bills?
- 18:45How am I going to continue this work that I do. Whatever their
- 18:48story was doesn't matter, but that was like the biggest shift that people had
- 18:55to take to still be able to reach their communities, to reach out to
- 18:59people. And that's you know, we all know because we're doing it.
- 19:03That's where zoom came into play or video outreach. Right. They had to
- 19:11know how to do that. They call it pivoting, how to pivot like
- 19:15quickly, like right now. These people had had events plan that had been
- 19:22planned for probably over two years. Tickets sold out, stadiums sold out,
- 19:30and everything got shut down. All of them had to pivot, every single
- 19:36one of them. But what I will tell you is I'll guarantee you this
- 19:38and I know it for a fact, is they had a support system.
- 19:42They were calling each other, Hey, what are you doing? How are
- 19:45we going to do this? How are we going to change this? What
- 19:47are we going to do to reach people? Right? They had a support
- 19:49system, so that's that's another thing. Like Bev and I support each other.
- 19:53We understand what we're doing, we understand our schedules. I understand families
- 19:57important to Bevin and all that. So it's okay to ask, and it's
- 20:03okay for me to change my schedule as well because of whatever else might come
- 20:08up, whatever I'm making room for. So it's all growth, that's the
- 20:15way I look at it. So like regardless if it's the mirroring, regardless
- 20:19of like every single phase of its growth, or even maybe trying to control
- 20:22it and realizing we don't have control over these things, and it's letting go
- 20:26right as soon as we let go, this like everything kind of flows for
- 20:30us, things kind of shift. But every single part of it's been an
- 20:33opportunity, all of it with me being flexible and still having group because I
- 20:37enjoy having group. I enjoy it. It's beneficial even if I'm the one
- 20:42that's sitting back in the background watching how I'm watching how everybody is kind of
- 20:48moving through with each other and having different perspectives. There was one time,
- 20:53and I say that's because it's like perspectives are different are good. There was
- 20:57a time I would say I will never go and get chemotherapy or radiation.
- 21:03And then I had a gallon in group and she says, you know,
- 21:07she was a nurse, and she says, I had I had to decide
- 21:11this is what felt right for me to do. And it's like when she
- 21:14said that, it's like taking I had to take a step back and take
- 21:18a look at what I was saying because I wasn't being neutral to it.
- 21:22I was pushing against it, first of all. And so for me to
- 21:25step back and recognize that that's exactly what I was doing, but it doesn't
- 21:27have to be in my experience. But at that particular moment, I was
- 21:30no longer resistant. I was after she said that because I got a different
- 21:36perspective, right from I just from my experience, I gained this, I'm
- 21:41not doing that. It's not good for you, ball Alf, but it
- 21:44could be. You know what I mean, It's it does. It's just
- 21:45how we look at something. We can sit and look at all these foods
- 21:49that are being delivered to the stores that maybe we might perceive as contaminated or
- 21:55not exactly what we'd eat. But what happened to our blessing of foods?
- 21:59What happened into our raising the vibrational frequency of things instead of being in the
- 22:03state of what is like we think that that's how it has to be.
- 22:07When we can shift things, we can always shift things and just having the
- 22:10perspective of what we were talking about today, even to the to your little
- 22:15class being, I say, little class to your gathering being canceled, it's
- 22:19on the out. I always tell my clients all the time, don't feel
- 22:22bad about canceling. It's always about divine timing. And it's like sometimes in
- 22:29our experiences, we when we say yes, I'm gonna all make it,
- 22:32I'm gonna come because at that moment where our soul is like, yes,
- 22:36we're gonna go do it. We're gonna go do this thing. But we
- 22:37get into our headspace right when we're not into the place where we're at,
- 22:41where we're listening. We get into our headspace and we find a million other
- 22:44things that we could be doing. So instead like, oh, I've got
- 22:47the house to get taken care of, you know, because we can put
- 22:48that on we can go look at that from a different perspective. I got
- 22:52all this stuff to take care of. I don't have time to go for
- 22:55this. I don't have time for myself, right, That's kind of what
- 22:57that's saying. And so it's like, that's why when I say all of
- 23:00its growth, all of it is, every single piece of it is.
- 23:03Even us having this conversation is growth for me to even look at things.
- 23:07So then this last group that I had, one of them was talking about
- 23:11tough love and I don't know if I brought this up before, tough love
- 23:15when it comes to drugs and addictions and all that stuff, and another other
- 23:18person's like, no, I don't believe in tough love. I don't believe
- 23:22in that tough love, but I don't believe in enabling. So there was
- 23:26like a difference, like there was a different perspective. And as soon as
- 23:27she said that, I was like, that's awesome, that's awesome, because
- 23:30I would we always we can get into this ideals of everything's black and white
- 23:36and that you know what I mean, there's no gray in between. But
- 23:38there is gray because there's different perspectives to each of each of the situations.
- 23:41From everybody's perspective, it's different. Someone else gets to bring in another perspective
- 23:45of just what we're talking about right now, and it opens us up and
- 23:49for me, that brings me into a neutral space. And I've always said,
- 23:53or I have said for a very long time, if we're becoming in
- 23:56a neutral space, we have nothing more to learn from that experience. So
- 24:00then it doesn't need to be there anymore. It just falls to the wayside
- 24:03because there's nothing for us to gain from that. We're already neutral to it.
- 24:07We're already we've already moved past it. We're not emotionally attached to it,
- 24:10we're not emotionally having a reaction from it. It's awesome, but all
- 24:15that being said, all that stuff is just gauges. It's just gauges to
- 24:18let you know where you're at right now. Are you being flexible? Are
- 24:22you being open? Are you know? I was like, oh, yeah,
- 24:25I got I've just got to have time for myself. Well, but
- 24:29getting together with all of everybody is time for myself. So it's back to
- 24:34the same words when you first started the whole conversation. It's about you what
- 24:37words are we using? Like, are we saying we're having a fulfilling calendar?
- 24:41Am I having joyful visits with everyone? Yeah? It's it's just a
- 24:45matter of how what words are we using because those words have energy, and
- 24:48even if we don't even mean to do something like that, we're almost like
- 24:52dampering our own energy when we say some of these things about things that we
- 24:56like to do. So it's like it's said, you know, we create
- 24:59this whole duality withinside of ourselves and it's not necessary. But again that there's
- 25:03a learning in that. It's recognizing that that's happening right now or it could
- 25:07be happening right now. Yeah. What also is coming up as you were
- 25:12talking and it's not anything you said, it was just information coming to me.
- 25:17Was that? And I'm just using this as an example, and I
- 25:21know you can understand that right now. Is that BEV could call me or
- 25:26text me and say hey, can we change this? And I say yeah,
- 25:29okay, and then a couple of weeks that hey can we change it?
- 25:33Yeah okay, and then that keeps happening, and then I'm like,
- 25:36oh, why do I always have to change my schedule? Why am I
- 25:40always accommodating BEV? And then that starts forming some resentment And when that resentment
- 25:45starts coming up, and then that leads to some anger issues, right,
- 25:51And so that would affect if I'm having that kind of energy in me,
- 25:56that's going to affect our conversation for tea time. That's going to send and
- 26:00that energy is going to be in that recording. In that conversation, BEV
- 26:06definitely will pick up on something something's wrong. But because I don't know how
- 26:10to use my voice and speak up and say hey, then I'm gonna hold
- 26:15that in. But even holding that in, that's gonna emanate out into this
- 26:19video into a video. If we were to have that conversation and and then
- 26:26that goest, you know people, I mean, it's going to depend.
- 26:30If people are picking up on that energy, they're gonna they're gonna watch the
- 26:33video. People aren't picking up on that energy, they're not in alignment with
- 26:37that type of energy, that video won't get watched. And and it's the
- 26:41same whether we're having an uplifting conversation or a heavy conversation and people are in
- 26:47alignment with the energy of the video and the energy of us. Because it's
- 26:52our energy going into the video, then that will determine who's watching. Now.
- 26:59That also would put me in a victim mindset, poor me, whate
- 27:03is me? Feel sorry for me? I'm right, Bev's wrong, and
- 27:07I could conjure up all kinds of stories in my head. And the thing
- 27:11is, I never had the conversation with Bev right. I didn't know how
- 27:18to use my voice. So I'm using that as an example because we also
- 27:22do that too, because I've had those conversations with people. And I had
- 27:26that with a client just recently and she said, she said, you know,
- 27:30I feel like I'm being a pushover about this relationship and I'm always doing
- 27:33what he wants me to do. It's about a separation and divorce and all
- 27:38that, and they have kids, and I just I just feel like I'm
- 27:45always accommodating him. Well, first of all, first of all, you
- 27:51make a choice. You need to be okay with that choice. That's first
- 27:56and foremost because you're making that choice. It was my choice in how I
- 28:00responded to Bev. It was a yes or no question? Can we do
- 28:06tea time tomorrow early? It was a yes or no question? And whatever
- 28:11I answer, I have to be okay with that. That's my responsibility.
- 28:17That's not on BEV. And if I say yes because I'm being a people
- 28:21pleaser to accommodate her schedule even though it's going to inconvenience me, and then
- 28:26I get have some resentment about it. That's my responsibility, that's not on
- 28:32her. I'm the one that made the choice. So when somebody asked you
- 28:37to do something and you go ahead and say yes because you're people pleasing,
- 28:44and then you're feeling used or walked all over or taken a for granted or
- 28:52whatever that case may be, you're the one who said yes, just saying
- 28:57okay. So there's that side of it as well. And I just wanted
- 29:02to bring that that has nothing to do with me or the way I showed
- 29:06up in the just so you know that, but I do need to use
- 29:10that as an example so people understand that that's the avenue that we can take
- 29:15when we say yes to something, even though deep in us that we had
- 29:21this was something you write. If it's if it's not a hell yes,
- 29:22don't do it. I have somebody tell me that because they asked me to
- 29:27do something and I was standing there and I was like, my people please
- 29:30are when they say yes, but I was holding back and she's like,
- 29:34I can tell this isn't like a hell yes for you. And if it's
- 29:38not a hell yes, and don't do it, don't commit to it.
- 29:41And she totally let me off the hook by saying that. I was like,
- 29:45oh my god. I was like, I didn't have to tell her
- 29:48no, and that was all great, you know, because the people pleaser
- 29:52it still shows up at me sometimes, but I also know, hold on,
- 29:59I need to see how this feels, I mean, and really what
- 30:03it was. There was two instances that happened with the same person asking me
- 30:07to do something. One was teaching a certain kind of class and it was
- 30:17one of those things like I knew I could do it, but I also
- 30:21knew I couldn't do it from the way I teach right, and so that's
- 30:27what was holding me back, and that's what I was processing in my head.
- 30:30And she's like, if it's not a hell yes, don't do it,
- 30:33just tell me no. It's like, okay, no, I don't
- 30:37feel comfortable doing this. And then the other one is she wanted me to
- 30:44teach a class with a room full of kids. I stood there and I
- 30:51was like, I want my people please are one to say yeah, I'll
- 30:56do it because I had to do with meditation all that, but in me,
- 31:02just so you know, a room full of kids, not my not
- 31:06my jam. It's not my thing. Some people can resonate with kids and
- 31:11do great. That's not me. Don't call me to do things with children.
- 31:15It's not my thing. And so I was very hesitant, and she's
- 31:21like again, She's like, it's not a hell yes, don't do it,
- 31:25say no, And I said, okay, no, but it was
- 31:29awesome. Yeah, it was. She's the one though, that had to
- 31:32let me off the hook. Oh gotcha. Hey, So even though I
- 31:37really wanted to say no, I was having a cult saying no. And
- 31:42I understand. I understand that. I think probably most people are. Anybody
- 31:47that's listening probably has understood that at some point, because it's true. We
- 31:51do that a lot. And it's just like even even yous, like for
- 31:55me, it's like sending a text message gave you the opportunity to sit and
- 31:57think about it, to check your schedule to see if that's because for me,
- 32:00it was like if I wasn't in a space of oh god, I
- 32:04got to change, because if you couldn't, we would have just done our
- 32:07recording tomorrow morning and not a big deal, no big deal at all to
- 32:09me, because that was the message from the universe that yes, I should
- 32:13change it to Sunday or not change it to Sunday, do you know what
- 32:15I mean? So for me, I kind of left it out there as
- 32:17like, Okay, well I'll ask and if it works out that way,
- 32:20then we'll all change this will change the schedule. So it was for me,
- 32:23I was just kind of like flexible in the whole process and just waited
- 32:29to see how the universe liked. Does the universe want this to happen?
- 32:31Because you know, for me, I feel like if it's supposed to happen,
- 32:35it's going to happen, because I feel like the universe is orchestrating all
- 32:37of it anyways, Like even us having the conversation can you do this today?
- 32:43Was was orchestrated because typically in the past I would not have I wouldn't
- 32:46have bothered you because I wouldn't want to bother you. Right, I would
- 32:49never ask because I wouldn't want to bother you. But it's to be in
- 32:52that space, and it's being like you said, being okay with your decisions,
- 32:55but take it, take the time to think about your decision before you
- 32:59say yet yes, before you make that commitment. And now which helps people,
- 33:05Yeah, because how many because our people pleaser came out, you know
- 33:07what I mean, And it happens, and if it happens, then you
- 33:09recognize our people pleaser came out, and you change your mind, you don't
- 33:12want to go. Then you contact the person and let them know that you're
- 33:15not getting to know just exactly how things played out. But there's always a
- 33:19bigger reason, and we don't have to know why, right, it doesn't
- 33:22have to be the fear thing. But like you said, there's been times
- 33:25where I there was a time not that long ago that I'm in my office
- 33:30and it says canceled group and I'm like, what the heck? Oh,
- 33:32I don't know what that meant. So it's like, well, I can't
- 33:35end up canceling group because I heard it twice. I don't go for the
- 33:37third time. These days, I got the message on a second call,
- 33:42right. But it's like, but then recognizing maybe it saved someone from an
- 33:45accident because they would have made sure they were going to be there, or
- 33:49there's such a bigger picture from things, and it's and it's not to hold
- 33:52on to it. It's just to let go and just go with the flow,
- 33:54be in the flow of things. I have been more in the flow
- 33:58of things, like this past week, I played with my granddaughter. We
- 34:02played in the watch and it's like we you know, we had all the
- 34:07dirt moved around and just we're out. We were out there for hours.
- 34:10I totally lost track of time, Like I can't remember a time that I've
- 34:15lost track of time for that amount of time, Like never even thought to
- 34:19look at the time, to look at my phone. And of course we're
- 34:22in We're in March now, and it's the light staying lighter longer, right,
- 34:28the sun's staying up longer. So you totally lose track of time,
- 34:31and I did. But by the time I got all done, I'm sitting
- 34:34at the end of the you know night and everyone left, and I'm like,
- 34:37God, I'm freaking tired, Like my everything was hurting, but I
- 34:39had it was the most amazing day. And it wasn't just because there were
- 34:45so many factors. It's I'm grounded. I'm being grounded. I'm outside.
- 34:49How often do we spend time like that? And we don't. I was
- 34:52on my hands on knees, dragging around the sand, you know, not
- 34:54with gloves on. I took my shoes off. We buried my feet,
- 34:59like and then we buried her feet, but she likes to bury the feet
- 35:00to you know, maybe not realizing how good it makes you feel. But
- 35:05she was in such a great space, great mood. I was in a
- 35:07great food. It's just those are the kind of moments to just write them
- 35:10out right, milk them as long as you possibly can, and be in
- 35:14that space. And then also now it's to the point where hey, grandkids
- 35:19can start staying tonight, you know, so we can spend more time together
- 35:22and we can run around out here and they can have they can feel what
- 35:25it feels like to be with piece and ease. And the TV's not running
- 35:29because we don't watch TV. I mean, I'll turn on something for them
- 35:31maybe you know most of the stuff I don't even have like on our firestick,
- 35:37but you know, all the stuff that we can watch stuff, but
- 35:39we don't sit and watch just watch TV. It's just not we're always doing
- 35:43something. We might be playing the game, we might be reading books,
- 35:45we might be coloring, drying. There's like so many different things we can
- 35:49playing with the dogs. So it's like all these other things that we're doing
- 35:52and it's like an opportunity for me to have the experience of them staying tonight,
- 35:57honestly, and then to have the how is going to be the next
- 36:00thing? Making the breakfast together, spending all that time together, and it's
- 36:04mindset right, It's just it goes right back to the fulfilling schedule. I
- 36:07mean really it's the same thing. I could look at that as daunting,
- 36:10like, oh my god, they're going to stay the night, and I
- 36:13hope this is you know, we can go through the whole all the stories
- 36:15that we've ever experienced. This could be a possibility, and or it can
- 36:19be just like this is exciting and what does that look like? How is
- 36:22this going to show up for me? And not trying to control at all?
- 36:28Right, And that's that's a big word too. Control. Hobey's leaving
- 36:36is uh, everybody wants not everybody because I'm kind of I'm kind of relinquishing
- 36:43those reins. Is everybody wants to control everything, and it's it all.
- 36:50I mean, it just stems back too well in childhood, we didn't have
- 36:57control. We had we didn't have control. It was the adults around us
- 37:01do as I say, not as I do, and we had to behave
- 37:06in a certain way we got in trouble. You know, everybody knows all
- 37:08the stories, and so then we become adults, and that's where you know,
- 37:15like what I was saying has become very rigid, and it's because we
- 37:19feel like we have control over something for the first time, so to speak.
- 37:29But I mean, in reality, we know we don't have control.
- 37:32Because I mean, even so Bev could have asked to change to this time
- 37:37Saturdays to Sunday. We did it an hour early, so we're at nine
- 37:42and ten, and I could have said yep and all that and then showed
- 37:47up and she say, oh, something came up. I can't do it,
- 37:51Like I don't have control over that. She doesn't have control over things
- 37:55that are happening in her life. She just gets to choose how she shows
- 38:00up. And so I could be like, oh, okay, well now
- 38:05I have a choice. I either go ahead and do a solo thing today
- 38:08tomorrow in my own time frame, or reschedule. Hey, okay, we
- 38:12if you can't do it now, you want to do it on Monday or
- 38:14Sunday night Monday too night again going back to that, or just do it
- 38:19by myself because maybe my schedule it has is full and this is you know,
- 38:24rearranged stuff so I could be here today so that we could get this
- 38:29done. Because I love doing it with Bev. I prefer to do it
- 38:31with Bev, but I'm very capable of doing it by myself as well.
- 38:36And so you know, there's just so many dynamics to a situation. But
- 38:43when you think you have control over something or someone, you better take a
- 38:46step back. You better rethink that strategy, because I one hundred percent,
- 38:53thousand percent, you don't have control anything outside of you, nothing, nothing,
- 39:00So I wanted to just want people to understand that. And I and
- 39:06again, I just want to reiterate to you Bed that any of the negative
- 39:09stuff that I'm saying about this whole dynamic of showing it is nothing that I'm
- 39:14feeling inside of me. I just let you know that. But I definitely
- 39:16feel I feel what you're saying. I mean, I understand it. That's
- 39:20the difference, right, that's the difference between when you're standing in your truth
- 39:23and when you're not standing in truth. I can feel you so like you
- 39:27were saying before, if you would have came into this conversation with the animosity
- 39:30and those feelings about like oh, this is out of my country. You
- 39:32know, all those feelings, then it would have felt differently, but none
- 39:36of it felt like it was. It was just a story. It was
- 39:37had nothing to do with me, right. And I'm just using all of
- 39:42this as an example for the different avenues that could be taking in over one
- 39:46situation, and what in saying yes right and that's important, right, and
- 39:55this whole control thing why people got to who you know. I'm in a
- 40:02position now where I have a full time job and it's a lot of politics,
- 40:07a lot of political stuff around me, which is very interesting because I'm
- 40:13not a political type of person. I just want to say, like,
- 40:16oh, before this job, I can't tell you last time I read a
- 40:21newspaper. I really can't. It's been like years since I've read the newspaper
- 40:27or watched the news. I watched the news. Don't read the newspaper.
- 40:30But because of the position I'm in now at work, I do read the
- 40:32newspaper because first of all, it gets put on my desk and I have
- 40:37the opportunity to read it if I want to. It's not that I have
- 40:40to if I want to, so I'll skim through it to see what's going
- 40:44on, because a lot of what's going on pertains to what I do and
- 40:47where I'm working. And so I'm also you know, attending city council meetings.
- 40:52This last week, I went to our state capital for a day.
- 40:57I mean, just all these things that are happening around me. And again
- 41:04that was me saying yes to the job. And but here's the thing.
- 41:07It has broadened. Just like you having that conversation about chemon radiation, right,
- 41:14this has broadened my thought process. This has given me other things to
- 41:19look at and contemplate and witness and and but also recognizing just even just the
- 41:31control how controlling people try to be is oh my gosh. And here's what
- 41:43I know. I used to be that way. And it's great indicator right
- 41:45when I when I look at them and how unhappy they are and how much
- 41:53struggle there is in their life, and uh, their addictions to things,
- 42:02whether it's smoking or alcohol or drama or whatever it is, and I can
- 42:08look at that and go, it's not mine. It's not mine, and
- 42:14I don't have to get caught up in it. So to be in that
- 42:16environment every day for at least eight hours every single day, five days a
- 42:23week, and be like, don't pertain to me, it's not mine.
- 42:30I don't have control over this. I have control how I show up.
- 42:34Like every day I get to do a check in with myself multiple times a
- 42:37day. I'm just like, Okay, well that happened. What are we
- 42:40going to do now? Right? Instead of getting all caught up in why
- 42:45it happened? Who did it? Well? Right, the drama of it,
- 42:47It's like, Okay, well it happened. Here we are What are
- 42:50we going to do to change it? What are we going to do to
- 42:52move in a different direction? What are we gonna do to pivot? What
- 42:54are we going to do to what solutions do we have? Right? And
- 43:00when you are in a room with somebody who is control, controlling and addicted
- 43:08to drama and all the things, it's again, it's a huge check in
- 43:15for me as to maintaining my energy. How am I doing? How am
- 43:21I doing with this situation? What am I learning? Like it's every day
- 43:23is a constant for me. What am I learning from this? How am
- 43:27I showing up? Oh? Did I get caught up in the drama?
- 43:30How much did I contribute? Okay, We've got to do better, you
- 43:34know, We're gonna have a your opportunity to do this again in a moment,
- 43:37So let's get on our gain. I have conversations with myself all the
- 43:42time, always having self awareness, and do I get caught up in some
- 43:46of the stuff I do and then I'm like, oh, because I can
- 43:51feel my body. My body's like what are you doing? What are you
- 43:55doing? This? This not? This is not our right Like my body,
- 44:00I'm tuned into it to understand and notice and recognize those uncomfortable feelings.
- 44:06And when my thoughts start going in a direction that doesn't feel good, I
- 44:10tell you what I'm on it like right now. It's not days, weeks
- 44:15and months, years, it's right now. You've got to shift. We
- 44:19got to change our language. We got to change what we're saying and thinking
- 44:21about. We got to change how I'm showing up in this conversation, in
- 44:24this situation. Because if I'm contributing to the drama, I'm not being a
- 44:30solution oriented person. I'm being a problem involved person. So if we're all
- 44:37doing that, where's the solution going to come from? You can't because you're
- 44:44stuck in it. So when I go, when I have that awareness,
- 44:50step out of it. And have that internal conversation what's the solution? Now,
- 44:55the whole energy changes, and then I bring that start shifting the energy
- 45:00of other people who's involved, then things can change. So the control is
- 45:07only within yourself. Yeah, and you're growing throughout the whole day. When
- 45:12you're doing all this stuff, Man, you're like neutral, and then all
- 45:15of a sudden you realize you're not neutral, and then you're like, oh,
- 45:17questioning yourself because it created the desire to have questions. Right, That's
- 45:22where the Esther Hicks would say, rockets of desire. Right, it's no
- 45:25matter what we're experiencing right now, it's creating rockets of desire. It's creating
- 45:30rockets of desire what you would desire in the situation, even if you don't
- 45:35know exactly what it is, you just know you want something better than what
- 45:37it is right now. Which goes back to our last recording is how can
- 45:40they get better than this? Like, no matter where you're at right this
- 45:44moment, it doesn't matter if you're in a good place or what you perceive
- 45:46as a bad place, how can they get better than this right now?
- 45:51And then something that's interesting. I was talking to one of my very very
- 45:57good friends. And she was telling me that, oh, I was working
- 46:00out, and she said, and I'm not promoting getting high any that stuff.
- 46:04I'm just saying, I'm just using this as an example that she'll go
- 46:07to the gym and she'll get high. But she said that she noticed because
- 46:12she was high, so it made her step back and like, you're already
- 46:15doing it naturally, but she made her step back and pay attention to how
- 46:17she is being while she's in this environment. And she recognized that she like,
- 46:23she's doing this weight and she could feel all the tension in her body,
- 46:27all the stuff. And then she says, once everything started to calm
- 46:30down and she started recognizing, she said, I relaxed. She said,
- 46:32I was able to go up by like thirty or forty more pounds and it
- 46:37was almost effortless, and it was just her being. It was enough for
- 46:40her to slow down, because sometimes people's minds don't slow down enough for them
- 46:45to see things. So for her, meditation is great, and I'll promote
- 46:49meditation, but for her, this is what she was doing and it took
- 46:52her into the mind space to me of similar to meditation, where she was
- 46:57seeing things, her seeing herself going through this and then really realizing how much
- 47:01we're resisting, how much are we resisting on a daily basis, honestly,
- 47:07how much are we all bunched up, even though I've gone through so much
- 47:10of my own growth and my own feeling and letting go of control right because
- 47:15we do. First of all, if I'm trying to control everything, that
- 47:19means I have an attachment to an outcome, an outcome that I don't maybe
- 47:22could be even better than what my attachment to that outcome could possibly look out.
- 47:25So for me, it's like letting go of it now, just letting
- 47:29go, just letting go and going along with it. And then I'm tuning
- 47:31in again to my intuition and stuff like that. Almost similar to my really
- 47:36good friend how she's noticing these things, but she was saying them, and
- 47:38it was like, oh my gosh, like just to stop and see.
- 47:43When we're resisting anything in our life, it shows up in our experience,
- 47:47but it kind of goes along with our conversation. What you were saying earlier,
- 47:52Then it comes in and then you just feel you might feel talking to
- 47:55this because this is something I recognized I might be talking to the person.
- 47:59The other person that's a c for me, And it's like I'm throwing my
- 48:00hand over my soular plexus like I'm because I and then automatically I'm recognizing that
- 48:07this is not this is this energy is not feeling good. But at the
- 48:12same point, it's not that it's a bad thing. It's obviously hitting a
- 48:15trigger for me, So it's creating questions again, right, it's creating questions
- 48:19because I want to be in a state of happiness, bliss or joy,
- 48:23peace, whatever it is in that moment, because it's not always the same.
- 48:25Do I want to be in peace all the time. No, I
- 48:28like to be freaking excited and you know, flying and feeling great. But
- 48:34I also like the piece too, So it's like I'm never going to be
- 48:36just one thing all the time. But it's it's just recognizing all these things
- 48:42that are happening in our experience are for us. Right, It's all happening
- 48:45for us, so we can stop carrying around that resistance, stop holding Like
- 48:52when she said it, it's like it can and encompass everything in our lives.
- 48:54And it's like we've been resisting things since we were a kid because we
- 48:58were being told what to do oh, and then then it comes to oh,
- 49:01I have to do this, and then well, I don't want to
- 49:04do this, And then we come up to these grown adult children, and
- 49:06I want to stay because because sometimes I've had my temper tants. Well I
- 49:08don't want to go. I'm not gonna do I'm not I'm just not gonna
- 49:12go do it. I'm not going. Okay, I'm just canceling. I'm
- 49:14not gonna go. But recognizing where I'm at, was I neutral in that
- 49:17space or was I still was there still like some sort of a trigger,
- 49:22And it's recognizing that it's not good or bad like all this stuff, and
- 49:24it's happening so much faster now that I could work my way through this and
- 49:28then have the understanding like, wow, we do have resistance. You're one
- 49:31of your ways and your body is knowing your shoulders start coming up mine too.
- 49:37I've got quite a few clients like, well, hey, it seems
- 49:39like when this happens, this is what happens. Yeah, because it's how
- 49:43is it going to get our attention? Otherwise? Unless we set ourselves up
- 49:45to have this fulfilling schedule? How can we set ourselves up? And it's
- 49:50with our words oh. Every time I start to notice any type of resistance
- 49:53within my body, I just take a breath in, I go I,
- 49:57I look at it, I have a conversation with it, I have questions
- 50:01about it, and it just falls away from me. Like there, that's
- 50:04just I'm just throwing that out there. But it's just different perspectives of ways
- 50:07that we can handle things or look at things, and then realizing it's everything
- 50:12is a gauge. Am I being a victim right now? Am I being
- 50:15triggered for my own childhood behaviors? Most of it is all childhood, right,
- 50:20not my behaviors, but maybe the way my interactions were with my adults.
- 50:24Yeah, when you were talking about your friend going to the gym,
- 50:31interesting enough. I was listening to a podcasts today with Ed Milette and Brendan
- 50:36Burchard, and one of the things they pointed out was that I and I
- 50:42used to do this so and I was actually it was actually a confirmation when
- 50:50when I heard them talking what they said I've been doing and I'm like,
- 50:54ah, look at me, Like that was a moment this where I was
- 50:58like, ah, look at me. Go you get the girl, right.
- 51:00But what they said was that they're talking about where they are and what
- 51:07they do when they work out. But let me let me hit on what
- 51:13was not necessarily for them, But what typically we do. We have an
- 51:17issue in our life, and we keep thinking about it over and over and
- 51:22over and over and over and over. No right, we stay in it.
- 51:23So we're stuck in the the victim side of the drama of our life,
- 51:29and we keep beating ourselves up. And they should have kudawuda and I
- 51:32should have said that, or I should have done that. They're a jerk,
- 51:37can't believe they did right. We stay stuck in that whole entire story
- 51:40for years and then just life's happening, and you're always everything's happening to you,
- 51:50and life sucks and all the things right, and we just keep living,
- 51:53reliving that. We keep it alive in ourselves. Well, what their
- 51:57conversation was, might let Brendan Burchard the Marine. What their conversation was is
- 52:01when they're working out, when they're in a gym lifting those weights, or
- 52:06on the treadmill, or they're driving or you know, in those moments of
- 52:10solitude, they're thinking about their goals, they're thinking about what's next, they're
- 52:15thinking about the you know show, how are they going to show up?
- 52:22Differently? They're thinking in terms of future how what's my next step in reaching
- 52:29my goal? Like their future thinking, they are not past thinking. And
- 52:35that's I'm either I have been listening to, like let's just say Louise Hey.
- 52:44I'll turn on video of her for affirmations, put my little earpads on,
- 52:50and that's what I listen to. While I'm working out, or when
- 52:52I'm walking or doing an elliptical, I turn on a video that's about personal
- 53:00development or spirituality or something. That's what I'm watching and listening to. Or
- 53:06I'll turn on some music and I will start thinking about the next class I'll
- 53:13be teaching and or topics or write future thinking future And I was like,
- 53:20damn, that is awesome. That is an amazing feeling because I also know
- 53:24what it feels like to be in a space of just beating myself up constantly,
- 53:30which it contributed to the suicidal ideations every single day, like not wanting
- 53:37to be on this planet. So to be in a space where I'm at
- 53:40now, where I am future thinking more love it. I love it.
- 53:45And the other thing I wrote down while you were talking was. I heard
- 53:50this also from a speaker I forget who said it. That. They said,
- 53:52create a life you don't want to run or hide from. Create the
- 53:58life you don't want to hide or run from. That's what I was doing
- 54:02in my earlier years by using alcohol. I was running from my life because
- 54:07I didn't know how to deal with it. I didn't know how to deal
- 54:09with the emotions and all the things. Now, because I'm future based,
- 54:15I'm goal and oriented, I'm intention setting. I'm projecting that energy out about
- 54:21good health and prosperity and healthy relationships and all the things that's exciting, right,
- 54:28and so I'm moving toward that. I'm moving toward a life I'm creating,
- 54:32not trying to run or hide from my life. So there's that,
- 54:37and so all of that, you know, just coming to light this morning
- 54:42is also a great indicator of the progress that I've made in my life to
- 54:49be here to have this conversation, Because if I was still in my victim
- 54:52mentality, I would never hear this stuff, I would never internalize it,
- 54:57I would never check in with myself. And today I can say it felt
- 55:01great when they were talking, having this conversation about working out and being what
- 55:06they're thinking about. It was like, yes, yes, this feels good,
- 55:13this is great, and I'm so glad that I'm finally in that space
- 55:15because it does feel so good. And then that just takes me right into
- 55:22being right. It's because that's where I'm my practice is right now. It's
- 55:25just being. It's being and receiving the guided information being like even yesterday or
- 55:31whenever I had sent you the message, just to send the message and just
- 55:36put it out there and if if that's the way it was meant to go,
- 55:37it's meant to go. I was just totally open, and I was
- 55:40just in my boat navigating right and it's like I'm just gonna put it over.
- 55:44I'm gonna go that way. But maybe maybe the boat's still gonna go
- 55:46to the left instead of to the right. And that's okay because it's you
- 55:50know, I don't exactly know the whole path I'm supposed to be going.
- 55:53The universe seems to have my back and also recognizing this. I listened to
- 55:58a person last night. He was talking about Guardian angels and I and I
- 56:00have been a little bit. I never really talked to by Guardian Angels or
- 56:06anything like that. Or guardian angel. I don't know if we have more
- 56:08than one. I think that's an individual basis. I guess I might need
- 56:13more support services. I don't know on my team, the better bring them
- 56:16on. But it's to be in that space of gratitude, right, it's
- 56:20being it's just being. So if I'm being right now, like when you
- 56:22put the headphones and you're being right that moment, you're listening to that stuff.
- 56:27Even though we're creating for the future. Creating for the future is the
- 56:30best way to do. From what I'm learning, is being in that space
- 56:35and feeling what it feels like to achieve what you're looking to achieve in that
- 56:38goal. Right, you're automatically changing yourself. So it's like it's so exciting.
- 56:45It's so exciting what we're so capable of. And I feel like I'm
- 56:47just right on the precipice of this whole thing, like how we're creating and
- 56:52how how I can create, Because just because I can create this way doesn't
- 56:54mean that everybody else creates the same way. Because we all have our own
- 56:58stuff, we have our dualities with inside of ourselves, our own ideals,
- 57:01and maybe we're not at a place where we can lay down the victim,
- 57:06you know what I mean that maybe that still shows up for us or whatever.
- 57:08But I don't know, like all this is just fun stuff. This
- 57:12being is just fun stuff because we've learned, we know how to do.
- 57:16We you and I we can do We could do all day long. But
- 57:22it's just like why are we doing it? And then what are what's coming
- 57:27out of it? And in that space and I'm appreciating what I'm doing right
- 57:30now? Am I appreciating what I'm capable of doing right now? Is gratitude
- 57:35and all this stuff and how this puts us in connection with our our guardian
- 57:38angel, all this stuff, and he's like, I just summoned my guardian
- 57:40angel in it's like, hey, I need your help. That's basically how
- 57:45he said, Hey, I need your help. And this recognizing again we
- 57:46have so much support services that are around us all the time. We're never
- 57:52by ourselves. And I'm maybe it wasn't happening like this for me for a
- 57:57while, but it's like every time I ask for help or for questions or
- 58:00I want to uplift my energy because I don't like the way where how I'm
- 58:04feeling right this moment, maybe I don't know how to get out that feeling
- 58:07right that moment, I'm praying, I'm calling on God and I'm calling you
- 58:10know, Creator, I'm calling on my guardian Angel, I'm calling on the
- 58:14angels. I'm calling on whatever comes into my mind at that moment, because
- 58:17there we're not doing anything wrong, it's all divine, and then information is
- 58:22being loaded into us. And a lot of times I would be like,
- 58:24oh, well, I'm not I'm not going to talk to I'm not talking
- 58:27to hart Angel Michael about that. You know, I'm just sit throwing that
- 58:30out there. Maybe not necessarily in that type of realm, but it's like
- 58:36there has been times where I would feel like, oh, talk to my
- 58:37holy the holy spirits, like talk to my guardian angel, Like I didn't
- 58:42know how that all fit into play. And it's like, just don't have
- 58:45resistance, just be and the information is going to flow right into you that
- 58:49you need. And even when you're like you've got the brakes on, because
- 58:52I've had the breaks on a few times lately, like nope, not doing
- 58:54anything, not going anywhere, this is it. But I don't at the
- 58:59same time, I'm how was my tones when I said that How did I
- 59:01feel when I thought that? Was I in the space of gratitude being Was
- 59:07I planning my future? Because you are planning your future with everything that you're
- 59:09doing right now? But am I a willing participant when I'm creating? Am
- 59:14I creating what I want to create? So it's like this whole conversation has
- 59:20just been about I'll just really pay attention to you, really pay attention to
- 59:23you, take the time to listen and decide if you want to make a
- 59:27decision and join a group or not join a group. If you walk in
- 59:31and you like where you're at and it's great, great, And if you
- 59:34get it in there and it's not what you really thought it was what you
- 59:37wanted to do, you don't have to stay like it's everything's like flexible.
- 59:40It's like you do you boo boo? That's the kids are you know,
- 59:45saying to someone else and it's like it's but it's it's true though, it's
- 59:49important for us to just honor ourselves and to listen to that. And it's
- 59:52not with an attitude or ballast or anger or just any of those things.
- 59:59It's it's all from a neutral space or from a space of love, and
- 1:00:02if you're doing it from that, then it doesn't feel bad, because otherwise
- 1:00:05you feel bad because all the thoughts you had you never said anything to the
- 1:00:07person. You're like, I'm sorry, I just can't make it with and
- 1:00:09you feel like shit because you had all these horrible thoughts that didn't even resonate
- 1:00:14with the person, had nothing to do with the person. But you put
- 1:00:16all this energy into it feels dirty. It just doesn't feel good. So
- 1:00:21it's but I wouldn't have recognized that if I hadn't gotten to where I am
- 1:00:23right now. Honestly, those are things that I would never have noticed how
- 1:00:28And I say dirty, but it just felt lower right, It just doesn't.
- 1:00:30It didn't feel good period. It just didn't feel good. So why
- 1:00:35was I doing it right? And I'll tell you that the unhappy people the
- 1:00:40people are miserable, and then we're not going to go into these conversations making
- 1:00:45a point. The unhappy, miserable old people are the ones that are people
- 1:00:50pleasing, being fixers, being control freaks, and haven't done any healing processes
- 1:00:55for things that they're hanging on to, and so they're leaning on the addictions
- 1:01:01of drama and substance abuse, and they're giving their power to that by saying
- 1:01:13this is why I drink, this is why I smoke, this is why
- 1:01:16I do well. Then you're giving your power away to all of that outside
- 1:01:20of yourself and you can't again, can't control anything outside of yourself. You
- 1:01:23can only control yourself. And so when you decide that you are done feeling
- 1:01:29miserable, feeling heavy in your emotions, then that is a huge indicator it's
- 1:01:35time to do something different. But the only person you can change you,
- 1:01:37The only person you're responsible for is you, with the exception of littles,
- 1:01:42and the only person you can control as you. So it's time to step
- 1:01:45it up. Like I'm just I have these conversations almost every single day,
- 1:01:51and it is time. If you are not happy in your life, it
- 1:01:53is time to step it up and do something different. And the only person
- 1:01:57who can do that is you. So let's go, let's go. It's
- 1:02:00time. I just like that. It's time, okay. And it had
- 1:02:08to happen for me. I just had to get to a space where I
- 1:02:12was sick of me. That was it. It wasn't I was sick of
- 1:02:15my life, I was sick of me. I was sick of how I
- 1:02:17was showing up. I was sick of how I was feeling and I needed
- 1:02:22something different. And it started with me. So and it keeps going with
- 1:02:25me. I'm not I don't walk through my life saying, oh, because
- 1:02:30he did this, I'm upset and I'm depressed, and I'm no, it's
- 1:02:35because I'm allowing it. It's because I'm choosing to feel that way. And
- 1:02:38so I am taking control of me and I have no control over anything outside
- 1:02:45of me, and I know that. So it's it's a realization. And
- 1:02:52so when you're ready to step into that, listen to the video again,
- 1:02:55just saying, go to the chain, get on the treadmill and listen to
- 1:03:01this again. It's gonna be about a little over an hour, So just
- 1:03:05saying, stay on the treadmill, listen. All right, my friends,
- 1:03:10any final words, make a magical week, telling you absolutely, make it
