  elden Ring. I like to think that I know probably. I like to

  think that I know probably as much about the lore as as anyone, because

  the lore is confusing as hell. That's good. Many many hours into this

  game, it's probably one of it's one of my favorite games ever, if

  not my current favorite game ever. At a time that said, I've put

  probably one hundred hours into Bloodborne and two months for years now, and two

  months ago I beat the first boss. Oh congratulations, crazy. Yeah,

  it's it's a rough one I've played. I've played most of Dark Souls three.

  Didn't finish that one completely, but KAY got to a bunch of really

  really cool bosses in that one. That was my first experience. Bashed my

  head against the wall a lot with Dark Souls three, but for some reason

  still kind of fell in love with it. I guess I'm a glut for

  punishment, and that's the thing, just death after death after death. But

  outside of that, I really don't know a whole lot about the from Soft

  games. I've got Elden Ring Unlock. Everything else is kind of shaky.

  They all have unique move sets, it's fun experience. A lot of

  them are completely terrifying. Now you get that health bar down completely after hours

  and hours and hours with work, the boss disappears and then maybe turns into

  a media that comes out of the sky and kills you in one hit,

  or maybe it rips the head off of a dragon and puts it on his
• 11:07
  own arm, cutting it off to you know, read fire on you.

  So Phase two is it's it's a classic. It's a classic kind of from

  soft gaming technique to just just demoralize you. Yeah, we put a lot

  of work in that sounds striting. It is God, why do I do

  this to myself? I've seen that more and more, and I assume it's

  like a soul's influence in the sort of like baby games, I play like

  the first time, it's breath taking. It's absolutely stunning. Uh. And

  big fella in gold armor and on a gold horse, and you're like,

  oh, cool, this is a guy either to help me out or you

  know, my first little boss fight. Yeah, and you can't. You

  can't fight him till like level fifty. Uh. It's it's brutal. It's

  absolutely brutal. Uh. And and so the first first experience you get in

  this open world is just annihilation. Yes, Uh, it's it's it's central

  to the games. And uh, there's there's this kind of feeling you get

  after playing him for a while. It's it's a lot less stressful than it

  was when I started, because I'm like, oh, it's not like I

  can't die, it' said. I'm just supposed to die until I get good

  enough to figure this shit out. Yeah, and there's this really really deep

  level of satisfaction when you finally, you know, get good enough with a

  weapon to feel fluid using the move set or something like that. It's it's

  a it's a really really satisfying style of gameplay. And I get why people

  are deeply obsessed. Yeah, you're describing self improvement, you're describing exposure therapy.
