I've been practicing. Lucas: That's great. Today we'll build on that. Let's learn how to say, 'I take the train.' In Danish: Jeg tager toget. Luna: Jeg tager toget. Lucas: Yes. Jeg tager toget. Repeat after me: Jeg tager toget. Luna: Jeg tager toget. Lucas: Good. Now, what if you take the bus? Jeg tager bussen. Luna: Jeg tager bussen. That's similar. Lucas: Exactly. Now for bike: Jeg cykler. That's a verb — 'I cycle' or 'I bike'. Luna: Jeg cykler. That sounds fun. Lucas: And for car: Jeg kører i bil. Literally 'I drive in car'. Luna: Jeg kører i bil. So if I'm driving, I say that? Lucas: Yes. Now let's practice a question: Hvor lang tid tager det? — 'How long does it take?' Luna: Hvor lang tid tager det? That's useful. Lucas: Very. So you can say, 'Jeg tager toget. Hvor lang tid tager det?' Luna: Jeg tager toget. Hvor lang tid tager det? Lucas: Perfect. Now let's do a mini conversation. I'll ask: Hvordan kommer du på arbejde? — 'How do you get to work?' Luna: Jeg tager bussen. Lucas: Nice. And I might say: Jeg cykler. Det er sundt. Luna: Yes, biking is healthy. So if someone asks me, I can say Jeg cykler. Lucas: Exactly. Let's do one more: Hvordan kommer du i skole? Luna: Jeg tager toget. Lucas: Great.
