- 0:00SPEAKER_01: Last night somebody from corporate was at my house and we were talking about our podcast and there were so many things that came up and I I was like, 'cause I said, Do you listen?
- 0:09SPEAKER_01: I'm I'm always like, Do you listen to our podcast?
- 0:12SPEAKER_01: And he said, I I do, not every single week.
- 0:16SPEAKER_01: And even Zach's like, Oh, I just caught up on a couple of them.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: Oh, like that's the beauty of it.
- 0:20SPEAKER_01: Right, right, right.
- 0:21SPEAKER_01: The um the fight between Scott and Tiffany at Sam's Club.
- 0:24SPEAKER_00: It was not a fight.
- 0:24SPEAKER_00: I got the tongue lashing.
- 0:26SPEAKER_01: Okay, so you admit you lost.
- 0:27SPEAKER_01: Okay, good.
- 0:28SPEAKER_00: No, I I not at all.
- 0:30SPEAKER_00: I just got spoken to.
- 0:32SPEAKER_00: I don't agree.
- 0:34SPEAKER_01: Are you I want to ask you this on the air, but I kind of want to save this for the podcast.
- 0:38SPEAKER_01: I want to know if you guys are still fighting.
- 0:40SPEAKER_00: There there was never a fight to begin with.
- 0:42SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 0:42SPEAKER_00: I was spoken to.
- 0:43SPEAKER_00: I just didn't agree.
- 0:44SPEAKER_00: Is she still mad at you?
- 0:45SPEAKER_01: Is she still mad at you?
- 0:45SPEAKER_00: Well, you'd have to ask her that question.
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: I think she's mad at me at 24-7, just for breathing.
- 0:50SPEAKER_01: That's so sad.
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: Oh, it's life.
- 0:52SPEAKER_00: No, it's not.
- 0:53SPEAKER_00: I'm kidding.
- 0:54SPEAKER_00: Hold on, hold on.
- 0:54SPEAKER_00: Just kidding.
- 0:55SPEAKER_01: Uh, let me do this.
- 0:57SPEAKER_01: Are you still mad at Scott?
- 0:58SPEAKER_00: Oh, for Christ's sake.
- 0:59SPEAKER_01: Um just had to talk to Texter.
- 1:02SPEAKER_01: Right?
- 1:02SPEAKER_01: Um, but and then I I I said, uh we were talking about the would you date an impersonator?
- 1:07SPEAKER_01: And the guy from corporate was like, like a Michael Jackson impersonator?
- 1:11SPEAKER_01: Oh yes, yes, I forgot about that one.
- 1:14SPEAKER_01: I said, that's exactly it.
- 1:15SPEAKER_01: And you know what he said?
- 1:16SPEAKER_01: He goes, yeah, if it was a Natalie Portman impersonator.
- 1:19SPEAKER_00: Oh, there you go.
- 1:20SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 1:20SPEAKER_01: Yes, see?
- 1:21SPEAKER_01: Everyone can answer this question.
- 1:22SPEAKER_01: Yes, you just gotta figure out who it is.
- 1:24SPEAKER_01: Go listen to the Not For Air podcast after the show.
- 1:27SPEAKER_01: Right, exactly.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: Pardon me, before we carry on, can I finish my business transaction, please?
- 1:32SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, sure.
- 1:34SPEAKER_00: Natalie just said, uh, let me confirm.
- 1:36SPEAKER_00: We're unloading the ocean's calling tickets.
- 1:38SPEAKER_00: We we would have been gone next weekend, but with Tiffany's mom passing very suddenly, it's not the time.
- 1:44SPEAKER_01: Doesn't it right?
- 1:45SPEAKER_01: Doesn't it feel weird to have fun at something that you were supposed to be with your mom having fun at?
- 1:49SPEAKER_00: That's right.
- 1:50SPEAKER_00: That's the whole reason it's like, not right now.
- 1:53SPEAKER_00: Next year.
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: We'd already said next year we'll do something.
- 1:56SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you know, there'll be uh something.
- 1:58SPEAKER_00: But I had said um, you know, we we we we we were going back and forth what a scam Ticketmaster is with the resale part.
- 2:04SPEAKER_00: Yeah because people's lives change.
- 2:07SPEAKER_00: You might want to go see WrestleMania.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: But the problem is all of a sudden you got a promotion at work and it's taking you to Germany for three weeks, and for an extra hundred grand a year, what are you gonna do?
- 2:18SPEAKER_00: You're gonna go take the extra hundred grand a year, you know?
- 2:20SPEAKER_01: But Ticketmaster will cap what you can sell your ticket at, and then they take so much of that money.
- 2:26SPEAKER_01: But beyond even that, what's that?
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: There's a wait list for this show, and we are selling three tickets with the bigger.
- 2:32SPEAKER_01: You know, I think I think they I think they bury it in the Ticketmaster resale algorithm.
- 2:36SPEAKER_00: I agree with you.
- 2:37SPEAKER_00: Anyway, Natalie said that she's just got to check with her husband, and uh uh they have to check their schedule.
- 2:42SPEAKER_00: And Natalie, here's the beautiful part it is only three tickets that we have, so you could take you, Cooper, your husband, or I thought that you guys had four tickets.
- 2:50SPEAKER_00: No, it's three.
- 2:51SPEAKER_00: I thought it was four, too, but it was just confirmed at three.
- 2:53SPEAKER_00: But that's perfect for them because they got a little one.
- 2:56SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, exactly.
- 2:57SPEAKER_01: Although I wonder if he's free.
- 2:59SPEAKER_01: Because he's little little.
- 3:00unknown: Oh.
- 3:00SPEAKER_00: Well, either way.
- 3:01SPEAKER_00: Uh all right now, back to the coffee dates.
- 3:04SPEAKER_00: And uh this was I'm gonna tell you in a second what TikTok's date doctor says about it.
- 3:11SPEAKER_00: But I really want you to hear this because this lady sent this in on our app.
- 3:14SPEAKER_00: I think she agrees more with you on the coffee dates because I know your stance.
- 3:17SPEAKER_02: It's okay.
- 3:18SPEAKER_02: So I feel like a coffee date is the best first date, especially like if you've met online or an online dating thing, because then you're not stuck having a whole meal or doing a whole activity, and if there's no chemistry there, it's a quick out.
- 3:36SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 3:36SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 3:37SPEAKER_00: That's that all my reasons.
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: So here's the thing, and I think the reason that you like coffee dates and she likes coffee dates so much is you're only seeing it from your perspective.
- 3:47SPEAKER_00: And what let me explain what the TikTok date doctor says about this.
- 3:51SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: He's going viral for this stance on coffee dates.
- 3:54SPEAKER_00: He argues that a man who is highly attracted to a woman would usually not choose coffee as a first date.
- 4:02SPEAKER_00: And here's where the quote comes Why?
- 4:04SPEAKER_00: I don't know a man professionally or personally who would uh look at a woman of his dreams, a woman he highly is attracted to, and then think to himself, I'm gonna take her to get some coffee.
- 4:17SPEAKER_00: He would be embarrassed to suggest that to her.
- 4:20SPEAKER_00: What you have to understand is that men spend money on things and people they value.
- 4:26SPEAKER_00: But you don't know yet.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: They are not, well, they are not uh cutting corners and taking shortcuts with a woman they actually want to admire.
- 4:34SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but yeah, okay, that's great, and I really appreciate that you want to just fawn all over me.
- 4:42SPEAKER_01: But you don't know me yet, and you don't know if I'm that person for you.
- 4:46SPEAKER_01: That's why don't become too time-invested, money invested, and also uh just eating, eating in general.
- 4:53SPEAKER_01: I like I'm a really fast eater, and uh it's slightly embarrassing to be honest with you.
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: Well, the first meal with someone is always a hurdle.
- 5:01SPEAKER_00: Have you ever noticed the first you you I got I've got another one here.
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: You you like you don't want a coffee date?
- 5:07SPEAKER_03: Okay, so I don't understand the whole coffee date thing either.
- 5:10SPEAKER_03: I'm not a huge coffee person, maybe once in a while in the morning.
- 5:13SPEAKER_03: Okay, how about we don't do coffee?
- 5:15SPEAKER_03: Let's go to dinner, it's on me.
- 5:17SPEAKER_03: Oh, wow and have some kind of a dinner.
- 5:20SPEAKER_03: I'm not saying late into the night, but let's act like adults and talk with each other.
- 5:24SPEAKER_03: And if it's not good, it's not good.
- 5:25SPEAKER_03: Have a good time.
- 5:26SPEAKER_03: Bye.
- 5:27SPEAKER_01: But you you probably don't eat like I do, which is inhaling your food in in two seconds, and then he's like, God, look at this.
- 5:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, this vacuum across the table from me.
- 5:39SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I just I I know myself.
- 5:42SPEAKER_01: Luckily, so we ate on our first date, but I was kind of in that that mode of like, I don't want to.
- 5:47SPEAKER_01: Slow your oil.
- 5:48SPEAKER_01: It wasn't it wasn't that I didn't care, but I was kind of to the point, like, whatever, I don't care.
- 5:52SPEAKER_01: I'm not really looking to date.
- 5:54SPEAKER_01: And I didn't think it was gonna go anywhere.
- 5:57SPEAKER_01: Oh so I inhaled like a five egg omelet, like, whatever.
- 6:01SPEAKER_01: And he's sweating bullets and has like three bites.
- 6:05SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 6:05SPEAKER_00: Good for you.
- 6:06SPEAKER_00: This was this was our first date.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: Really?
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: The whole pattern of the relationship has continued in exactly that way.
