- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. Over the past few months, there's been a
- 0:07Speaker 1: battle brewing over more sealed documents in the matter of
- 0:11Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts and Glenn Maxwell, and that battle had to
- 0:15Speaker 1: do with information that was still under seal. Well, Judge
- 0:20Speaker 1: Presca has now decided that she's going to unseal this
- 0:24Speaker 1: information due to the fact that, according to Judge Presca,
- 0:28Speaker 1: it should be part of the public conversation. And this
- 0:33Speaker 1: has been Judge Presca's mo from the very beginning. She
- 0:38Speaker 1: has been very consistent when it comes to unsealing files
- 0:43Speaker 1: and attempting to give some transparency to the American people.
- 0:47Speaker 1: And she has proven herself solid time and time again
- 0:50Speaker 1: when it comes to transparency issues with Epstein and Maxwell.
- 0:54Speaker 1: So today we have an article from Courthouse News and
- 0:57Speaker 1: the headline New York judge order unsealing of Glenn Maxwell
- 1:02Speaker 1: related Grand Jerry subpoenas. This article was authored by Josh
- 1:07Speaker 1: Russell against the objections of convicted British socialite. You mean
- 1:13Speaker 1: British child molester, you mean British child abuser, you mean
- 1:18Speaker 1: all around scumbag and fellow child abuser Glen Maxwell, is
- 1:22Speaker 1: that what you mean, socialite? A New York federal judge
- 1:26Speaker 1: granted the Trump Justice Department's request Tuesday to unsealed Grand
- 1:29Speaker 1: Jerry material turned over by boy Schiller Flexner Lop during
- 1:34Speaker 1: the federal investigation that led to pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein's
- 1:39Speaker 1: twenty nineteen arrest on sex trafficking charges. We should have
- 1:43Speaker 1: had this information months ago, years ago. And the fact
- 1:47Speaker 1: that there's still stuff sealed from this situation, meaning the
- 1:52Speaker 1: civil battle between Virginia and Glaine, is crazy. All of
- 1:57Speaker 1: this stuff should have been unsealed years ago. Buck Lane.
- 2:01Speaker 1: Maxwell has been fighting to try and get that pardon right,
- 2:05Speaker 1: so she's been holding up the whole system. Basically, what
- 2:09Speaker 1: Judge Presca says here is enough is enough. You've thrown
- 2:13Speaker 1: everything you have at the system, and you've run out
- 2:17Speaker 1: of road, and now the time for games is over
- 2:21Speaker 1: and it's time for transparency. It's basically what Judge Presca said.
- 2:27Speaker 1: As noted above, Maxwell has lodged a veritable kitchen sink
- 2:30Speaker 1: of objections to the government's request to publish the sealed
- 2:33Speaker 1: material in compliance with the act. US District Judge Loretta
- 2:38Speaker 1: Presca wrote in her opinion granting the unsealing of previously
- 2:42Speaker 1: subpoenaed material from a privately settled civil defamation case against
- 2:46Speaker 1: Epstein's former girlfriend, co conspirator and bipedal serpent. You mean
- 2:51Speaker 1: pursue it to the Epstein Files Transparency Act, passed by
- 2:55Speaker 1: Congress and signed into law by President Donald Trump late
- 2:58Speaker 1: last year. The Court finds that all of Maxwell's objections
- 3:03Speaker 1: are meritless, and that in light of the Act, any
- 3:06Speaker 1: remaining material in the government's possession should become part of
- 3:09Speaker 1: the public record, subject to any victim protecting redactions authorized
- 3:14Speaker 1: by the Act. Presco wrote, and we have that opinion,
- 3:18Speaker 1: but I want to get through with the new Mexico
- 3:20Speaker 1: report and finish off the Kathy Ruhmler testimony before we
- 3:23Speaker 1: dive into that. But we're going to look at that
- 3:25Speaker 1: as well. Presca, a Federalist Society member appointed by George H. W. Bush,
- 3:33Speaker 1: characterized Maxwell's opposition to the ceiling as hurling a smorgas
- 3:38Speaker 1: board of procedurals, statutory and constitutional arguments at the court
- 3:43Speaker 1: and hope that one might stick. You know, when I
- 3:45Speaker 1: tell you about the loopholes and technicality strategy, this is
- 3:48Speaker 1: what I mean when you don't have the truth on
- 3:50Speaker 1: your side, you have to go crazy, and that's what
- 3:54Speaker 1: we see with people like Glenn Maxwell. She's just going
- 3:57Speaker 1: to file a bunch of different motions and unless the
- 3:59Speaker 1: court steps in, that's what she's going to do because
- 4:04Speaker 1: she knows that it slows down the process and the
- 4:07Speaker 1: more time she has, the better off she is. Because remember,
- 4:11Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell is certainly trying to get herself a pardon
- 4:15Speaker 1: without a doubt. Now if that parton comes, who knows,
- 4:19Speaker 1: But that's what she's aiming for, that's what she's gunning for,
- 4:23Speaker 1: that's what she wants. Representatives for Maxwell did not immediately
- 4:31Speaker 1: respond to a request for comment Tuesday evening. Three years
- 4:35Speaker 1: before Epstein's arrest and Jelhouse death by hanging, Maxwell was
- 4:39Speaker 1: deposed in April and July of twenty sixteen in connection
- 4:43Speaker 1: with the civil defamation suit filed the year prior by
- 4:46Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts, who accused Maxwell of grooming her to become
- 4:51Speaker 1: Epstein's sex slave. Well, there's no accusation, that's what happened.
- 4:56Speaker 1: How many different courts have to tell us that's what
- 4:59Speaker 1: happened before people believe it. If that wasn't the case,
- 5:02Speaker 1: don't you think that one of these courts would have
- 5:05Speaker 1: ruled in favor of Jeffrey Epstein or Gallaine Maxwell, not
- 5:09Speaker 1: one single time. Federal prosecutors later accused Maxwell in her
- 5:15Speaker 1: criminal indictment of lying under oath during that twenty sixteen
- 5:19Speaker 1: civil deposition because she denied awareness of Jeffrey Epstein's abuse
- 5:24Speaker 1: and recruitment schemes. Well, yeah, she can't deny it because
- 5:27Speaker 1: she was part of it. She I'll put that shit
- 5:29Speaker 1: into play. Gleane Maxwell helped come up with the whole
- 5:33Speaker 1: entire plan and plot. So when people want to act
- 5:36Speaker 1: like it was just Epstein and that Maxwell's not as
- 5:39Speaker 1: much of a monster, hell maybe even more, they're crazy
- 5:43Speaker 1: because she was and is. And one of the biggest
- 5:47Speaker 1: travesties in this whole entire ordeal is the fact that
- 5:50Speaker 1: Gallayne Maxwell is being handled with kid gloves. This lady
- 5:56Speaker 1: deserves to be underneath a prison, not in some courtyard
- 6:00Speaker 1: hanging out eating Chick fil A, rolling around and having
- 6:03Speaker 1: a good time with puppies. That should be reserved for
- 6:06Speaker 1: criminals or felons who have a chance to turn their
- 6:10Speaker 1: lives around. Glain Maxwell is not that person, Yo, Do
- 6:13Speaker 1: you really think that Gallain Maxwell, of all people, has
- 6:16Speaker 1: learned her lesson. This lady has no remorse, She's taken
- 6:19Speaker 1: no responsibility, and not only that, she continues to attack
- 6:23Speaker 1: the credibility of the Epstein survivors. The perjurycounts were subsequently
- 6:28Speaker 1: severed from her sex trafficking trial, and the Department of
- 6:31Speaker 1: Justice later agreed to drop the counts as long as
- 6:34Speaker 1: Maxwell's twenty twenty one conviction was not overturned. And does
- 6:38Speaker 1: anyone think for a minute that she wouldn't have been
- 6:40Speaker 1: found guilty of perjury as well. We're talking about a
- 6:45Speaker 1: mountain of evidence. So yeah, she would have been found
- 6:48Speaker 1: guilty of perjury as well as the other charges she
- 6:52Speaker 1: was hit with. A year after Maxwell reached the twenty
- 6:57Speaker 1: seventeen settlement to Robert's defamation claim Sames, the Miami Herald
- 7:01Speaker 1: published the scathing investigative report Perversion of Justice, that ultimately
- 7:06Speaker 1: led to the arrest of Epstein in July of twenty
- 7:09Speaker 1: nineteen on federal charges. One day after the Second Circuit
- 7:13Speaker 1: On sealed thousands of pages of incriminating evidence from the
- 7:17Speaker 1: Roberts civil litigation, Epstein was found hanging in his Manhattan
- 7:21Speaker 1: federal jel cell Maxwell was arrested a year later and
- 7:25Speaker 1: convicted in late December twenty twenty one. Roberts died by
- 7:30Speaker 1: suicide in April of twenty twenty five at the age
- 7:34Speaker 1: of forty one. Also sued Andrew mount Bouton Windsor, formerly
- 7:38Speaker 1: known as Prince Andrew duca Yorke, August of twenty twenty one,
- 7:42Speaker 1: claiming he abused her on multiple occasions in two thousand
- 7:45Speaker 1: and one when she was a seventeen year old victim
- 7:48Speaker 1: of the sex trafficking ring that Epstein ran for decades
- 7:51Speaker 1: with help of Maxwell. Oh yeah, just Maxwell, huh, the
- 7:55Speaker 1: only person that helped them. There were no pilots, schedulers, handlers,
- 8:00Speaker 1: recruiters or anybody else, right, just one sick guy with
- 8:04Speaker 1: some proclivities, a bunch of morons. Roberts claimed in the
- 8:11Speaker 1: civil suit that Prince Andrew's sexual abuse occurred at Epstein's
- 8:15Speaker 1: mansion in Manhattan's posh Upper East Side and on Epstein's
- 8:19Speaker 1: Little Saint James private island in the US Virgin Islands,
- 8:22Speaker 1: as well as Maxwell's home in London. The former prince,
- 8:27Speaker 1: who since lost his royal title and stepped away from
- 8:30Speaker 1: the public life, paid millions to settle Robert's claims in
- 8:33Speaker 1: an out of court settlement in twenty twenty two. Yeah,
- 8:37Speaker 1: I'm innocent. Here's a fat ass bag, said nobody ever.
- 8:42Speaker 1: Like you can say that it's not an admission of
- 8:45Speaker 1: a crime, right, an admission of wrongdoing. But to the
- 8:49Speaker 1: general public, that's exactly what it looks like. Now. If
- 8:54Speaker 1: Prince Andrew was a regular dude and he didn't have
- 8:56Speaker 1: the money to fight this kind of shit, that would
- 8:59Speaker 1: be a different story, right, I get it. You don't
- 9:01Speaker 1: have the finances to go to the mattresses, then, yeah,
- 9:05Speaker 1: you have to look at all options. When you're Prince
- 9:08Speaker 1: Andrew and your mom is the Queen of England, pretty
- 9:12Speaker 1: sure you have the finances to fight the allegations against you.
- 9:16Speaker 1: What Andrew didn't have is the truth. That, of course,
- 9:21Speaker 1: is why he settled. While he didn't admit wrongdoing. The
- 9:24Speaker 1: ex Royal acknowledge Robert's suffering as a victim of sex trafficking.
- 9:29Speaker 1: Last November, Congress voted nearly unanimously to pass legislation aimed
- 9:34Speaker 1: at shining a spotlight on the federal government's investigation into
- 9:37Speaker 1: Epstein by ordering the US Attorney General to release all
- 9:41Speaker 1: records the Justice Department possesses relating to late financier and
- 9:46Speaker 1: convicted sex trafficker. Well, they've done a bang up job
- 9:49Speaker 1: with that. Huh. Three and a half million pages still
- 9:52Speaker 1: not released. Maybe Judge Presca should be in charge of
- 9:56Speaker 1: all of it. After signing House Resolution forty four overs,
- 10:00Speaker 1: also known as the Epstein File Transparency Act, the following day,
- 10:05Speaker 1: Trump said his Justice Department has already turned over five
- 10:09Speaker 1: fifty thousand pages of documents relating to Epstein to Congress.
- 10:13Speaker 1: This latest hoax will backfire on the Democrats, just as
- 10:16Speaker 1: all the rest have. Trump wrote on Truth Social I mean, what,
- 10:22Speaker 1: it's all the big democratic hoax. That's what's going on here. Now.
- 10:26Speaker 1: If I was the GOP, I would probably spend less
- 10:30Speaker 1: time calling this shit a hoax and more time worrying
- 10:33Speaker 1: about the Democratic Socialists of America who are making gigantic inroads.
- 10:38Speaker 1: Probably a good place to focus. No, I mean, do
- 10:41Speaker 1: you think this is happening organically or do you think
- 10:44Speaker 1: that people are fed up with what they're seeing? And
- 10:48Speaker 1: this is exactly what I warned about when they started
- 10:50Speaker 1: their bullshit a year ago, that there was going to
- 10:53Speaker 1: be consequences, and those consequences are coming, and it's going
- 10:56Speaker 1: to happen at the ballot box. Todd Blanche, Trump's former
- 11:02Speaker 1: personal lawyer and current United States Attorney General, interviewed Maxwell
- 11:07Speaker 1: in a closed door meeting in July of twenty twenty five.
- 11:10Speaker 1: After the meeting, Maxwell was moved from a Florida prison
- 11:14Speaker 1: to a low security facility in Texas, which typically does
- 11:17Speaker 1: not have sex traffickers. Typically never has, okay, not typically
- 11:23Speaker 1: something that doesn't happen and still not explained. So people
- 11:28Speaker 1: can yap all they want about Todd Baby Billy Blanche
- 11:32Speaker 1: and how he deserves to be the Attorney General. I
- 11:36Speaker 1: do not agree. I don't think he's qualified. I don't
- 11:39Speaker 1: think he has the demeanor, and I certainly don't think
- 11:42Speaker 1: he has the American people's best interest at heart. And
- 11:45Speaker 1: if he had his way, all these files would stay buried.
- 11:49Speaker 1: But thankfully this isn't up to him, and Judge Presca well,
- 11:54Speaker 1: she has other ideas and when those documents are unsealed,
- 11:58Speaker 1: will get them added to the catalog. But until then,
- 12:01Speaker 1: that's going to do it for this one. All the
- 12:03Speaker 1: information that goes with this episode can be found in
- 12:07Speaker 1: the description box.
