Kura Revolving Sushi Bar in the Country Club Plaza is temporarily closing for renovations—don’t be surprised if you find it shuttered next time you swing by. Known for its iconic conveyor belt and robot servers, this Kansas City favorite (which opened less than three years ago) is set to reopen in a few weeks with a fresh upgrade. Fans will miss their beloved sushi rolls, nigiri, and sides like miso soup and tempura during the short closure. A new location is also coming soon to Overland Park.
