- 0:31SPEAKER_08: And good morning.
- 0:33SPEAKER_08: Welcome to the John Justice Show, presented by American Experiment.
- 0:37SPEAKER_08: I hope that you had a fantabulous weekend.
- 0:40SPEAKER_08: That's right.
- 0:41SPEAKER_08: I said fantabulous.
- 0:43SPEAKER_08: It's not a word.
- 0:44SPEAKER_08: I said it anyway.
- 0:46SPEAKER_08: My name is John Justice.
- 0:48SPEAKER_08: To my right is uh producer Devin, pushing the buttons this morning and monitoring the uh cameras on a Monday show with a lot of news to uh cover.
- 0:58SPEAKER_08: Good morning, Devin.
- 0:58SPEAKER_08: It's good to see you.
- 0:59SPEAKER_08: Good morning.
- 1:00SPEAKER_08: 5-0, Vikings.
- 1:02SPEAKER_08: Very happy about that.
- 1:03SPEAKER_08: Yeah, it's all right.
- 1:03SPEAKER_08: I watched a majority of the game yesterday.
- 1:06SPEAKER_08: There was some life there.
- 1:07SPEAKER_08: I still say that there is a tremendously bad loss awaiting this team in the future, but it did not arrive against the Saints on Sunday.
- 1:18SPEAKER_08: My wife was very confused.
- 1:19SPEAKER_08: She thought it was the Raiders.
- 1:20SPEAKER_08: She's like, it looks like the Raiders.
- 1:21SPEAKER_08: I was like, no, it's the Saints.
- 1:23SPEAKER_08: Even I know it's the Saints.
- 1:24SPEAKER_08: Got Drew B's in the Drew Brees in the booth.
- 1:27SPEAKER_08: Of course it's the Saints.
- 1:30SPEAKER_08: Of course, asked me prior to the game whether or not Drew B Drew Brees had retired, and I couldn't have given you an answer.
- 1:36SPEAKER_08: That answered my question for me.
- 1:37SPEAKER_08: Well, I got really confused because I saw and there was a crowd shot during the game yesterday, and there was a uh woman who was wearing a Drew Brees uh t-shirt.
- 1:49SPEAKER_08: And I was like, oh, that's interesting.
- 1:52SPEAKER_08: But I think he's retired.
- 1:53SPEAKER_08: And he was retired.
- 1:55SPEAKER_08: It's kind of like somebody wearing a Dale Earnhardt Jr.
- 1:57SPEAKER_08: t-shirt in a NASCAR race, even though Dale Jr.'s retired.
- 2:00SPEAKER_08: Oh, but speaking of NASCAR, holy cow, dude, brutal.
- 2:03SPEAKER_08: Absolutely brutal yesterday.
- 2:05SPEAKER_08: So my driver, uh Alex Bowman, right, had a rough year.
- 2:09SPEAKER_08: He was out five races at the start of the season, got vertigo.
- 2:13SPEAKER_08: He announced midseason that next season would be his last season.
- 2:16SPEAKER_08: He's retiring at an early age.
- 2:19SPEAKER_08: Great guy.
- 2:20SPEAKER_08: I just feel like I have a lot in common with this dude.
- 2:22SPEAKER_08: I've talked about it before.
- 2:23SPEAKER_08: So he's been my driver.
- 2:24SPEAKER_08: And he's just had a rough goal of it this year.
- 2:26SPEAKER_08: Had a couple of good finishes, and we were racing in Charlotte yesterday and just had a hot rod.
- 2:33SPEAKER_08: Just had a just stupidly fast car.
- 2:36SPEAKER_08: And was heading towards the front.
- 2:37SPEAKER_08: He was at one point was his highest third.
- 2:40SPEAKER_08: He threw a pit stop, had gotten back to about sixth.
- 2:43SPEAKER_08: We were only about a quarter of a way into the race.
- 2:46SPEAKER_08: He's passing for fifth, coming off a turn two, and just got loose, overcorrected, took out Bubba Wallace.
- 2:53SPEAKER_08: Well, Bubba Wallace, smashed his car.
- 2:55SPEAKER_08: I was watching his in-car live when it happened, and it was just like a just a knife.
- 3:02SPEAKER_08: A knife to my to my repaired heart.
- 3:06SPEAKER_08: So incredibly brutal.
- 3:08SPEAKER_08: So I moved on.
- 3:09SPEAKER_08: I switched my t-shirts to Connor Zilich in the 88th and rooted for him the uh rest of the race.
- 3:15SPEAKER_08: All right, on the show today.
- 3:17SPEAKER_08: We got that out of the way.
- 3:18SPEAKER_08: Uh the Minnesota Homecoming shooting suspect uh who was uh arrested last week.
- 3:22SPEAKER_08: Yeah, he's back out on Bond.
- 3:24SPEAKER_08: Mm-hmm.
- 3:25SPEAKER_08: Yeah.
- 3:26SPEAKER_08: So I have a story of a serial peeping tom.
- 3:29SPEAKER_08: I'm not kidding.
- 3:30SPEAKER_08: I had the story for Friday's show.
- 3:32SPEAKER_08: A serial peeping Tom who got busted again.
- 3:37SPEAKER_08: We'll talk about this next hour.
- 3:40SPEAKER_08: They've been released on$300,000 bond.
- 3:45SPEAKER_08: Okay.
- 3:46SPEAKER_08: This is just a guy who's peeping through peeping Tom.
- 3:50SPEAKER_08: He's looking at women through windows.
- 3:51SPEAKER_08: That's it.
- 3:52SPEAKER_08: I mean, it's not good, right?
- 3:54SPEAKER_08: He should be prosecuted.
- 3:55SPEAKER_08: You can't do that.
- 3:57SPEAKER_08: But$300,000.
- 3:59SPEAKER_08: This dude, Adam Abdi Hakim Adam, who we'll just call triple A the rest of the show, just like the ISIS wannabe Sam.
- 4:07SPEAKER_08: 18 years old.
- 4:08SPEAKER_08: Felony assault charges.
- 4:10SPEAKER_08: Shooting two teenagers outside the Eden Prairie High School, and he's out on a$100,000 bond.
- 4:15SPEAKER_08: I went and did uh some digging this morning.
- 4:18SPEAKER_08: I wanted to know how often does this happen.
- 4:20SPEAKER_08: And the rate in which teenagers involved in these types of crimes are released nationwide, it's about 44%.
- 4:31SPEAKER_08: It's just judge's uh discretion.
- 4:34SPEAKER_08: Okay.
- 4:34SPEAKER_08: So I was trying to find, okay, how typical is this for this type of charge and an individual to be released?
- 4:41SPEAKER_08: This was this was a$100,000 bond without condition, by the way.
- 4:45SPEAKER_08: So he's just out.
- 4:46SPEAKER_08: He's gonna be in court later on today.
- 4:48SPEAKER_08: But I couldn't, I couldn't find any relevant data until I found the peeping Tom, the Tom story.
- 4:52SPEAKER_08: And I was like, oh, there you go.
- 4:55SPEAKER_08: Peeping Tom,$300,000.
- 4:57SPEAKER_08: Shoot up a couple of individuals at a high school as$100,000.
- 5:00SPEAKER_08: Yeah, make it make sense.
- 5:02SPEAKER_08: And we will try to coming up later on in the show uh this morning.
- 5:08SPEAKER_08: Right.
- 5:08SPEAKER_08: He was released, though, on bond two days after, sparking criticism, as I just mentioned, due to the alleged gang-related nature of the shooting.
- 5:16SPEAKER_08: Authorities are investigating the incident and the related shots fired incident at the uh nearby gas station.
- 5:22SPEAKER_08: I went on uh Newsmax yesterday afternoon.
- 5:27SPEAKER_08: Well, yeah, essentially afternoon, uh, to talk about this uh these these issues.
- 5:31SPEAKER_08: So uh Minnesota continues to uh dominate the uh the headlines.
- 5:35SPEAKER_08: And so we got a lot of ground to cover regarding that.
- 5:38SPEAKER_08: We will be talking, I call her uh Frosted Flake if she works for General Mills, and she disrupted the GOP Lincoln Reagan dinner on Friday.
- 5:51SPEAKER_08: We're gonna dive into this next hour.
- 5:53SPEAKER_08: This is a serial, another serial individual.
- 5:56SPEAKER_08: Um, serial, and she works for General Mills.
- 5:58SPEAKER_08: I didn't even plan, I didn't even plan that.
- 6:00SPEAKER_08: That was just serendipitous.
- 6:01SPEAKER_08: That just happened.
- 6:02SPEAKER_08: But she also is a serial activist working for a company that makes cereal.
- 6:06SPEAKER_08: So I'm calling her uh Frosted Flake.
- 6:08SPEAKER_08: I wonder how she would feel if people showed up at her work carrying banners that Maya Albright is a part is a fascist.
- 6:15SPEAKER_08: Because that's what they're doing.
- 6:16SPEAKER_08: I mean, they are exercising fascism in their uh trying to silence dissenting uh voices.
- 6:23SPEAKER_08: And so we're definitely going to be talking about that next hour uh on the show as well.
- 6:27SPEAKER_08: Minneapolis Man Baby Mayor, Mom Jeans, Jacob Fry has uh chosen, at least for now, he's picked who will be the next his choice for Minneapolis police chief.
- 6:39SPEAKER_08: Uh God speed with that dude, by the way.
- 6:41SPEAKER_08: Holy cow.
- 6:43SPEAKER_08: You can comment at any point throughout the show uh this morning on the blaster line, 651-964-0294.
- 6:50SPEAKER_08: I see some comments are already rolling in again.
- 6:52SPEAKER_08: 651-964-0294.
- 6:56SPEAKER_08: Email me john.justice.
- 6:58SPEAKER_08: That's J-O-N, John.justice at AmericanExperiment.org.
- 7:02SPEAKER_08: Uh Andrew Langer will be on with us at 6 30 this morning, and now I understand.
- 7:05SPEAKER_08: He uh he had messaged me.
- 7:06SPEAKER_08: He's like, hey, are we on today?
- 7:10SPEAKER_08: I was like, yeah, we're on today.
- 7:11SPEAKER_08: I mean, I just figured he did that because I hadn't emailed him yet what we wanted to talk about.
- 7:16SPEAKER_08: We're gonna be talking about Talo Rico.
- 7:18SPEAKER_08: He's lying about where he was for those 12 days.
- 7:20SPEAKER_08: Uh we'll get into that coming up.
- 7:22SPEAKER_08: I it's Columbus Day.
- 7:23SPEAKER_08: I didn't read, I didn't know that.
- 7:25SPEAKER_08: By the shocked look on producer Devin's face, he also was not aware today was Columbus.
- 7:30SPEAKER_08: Today's Columbus Day, uh, Devin.
- 7:32SPEAKER_08: That's good to know.
- 7:33SPEAKER_08: Yeah, I didn't just I didn't know if you'd like to.
- 7:34SPEAKER_08: I'd probably check my calendar more.
- 7:35SPEAKER_08: Yeah, I don't typically take Columbus Day off.
- 7:38SPEAKER_08: I didn't even I wasn't even aware.
- 7:40SPEAKER_08: So um Mark from Northfield is written in.
- 7:42SPEAKER_08: Um, to celebrate today, I'll be watching The Goonies, The Gremlins, and Young Sherlock Holmes.
- 7:48SPEAKER_08: They were all written by Chris Columbus.
- 7:50SPEAKER_08: Great show so far.
- 7:51SPEAKER_08: Man, I like your energy.
- 7:55SPEAKER_08: Yes, that's how movies should be viewed.
- 7:59SPEAKER_08: They should be themed.
- 8:00SPEAKER_08: Young Sherlock Holmes, by the way.
- 8:02SPEAKER_08: Fantastic choice.
- 8:03SPEAKER_08: One of the first uses of CGI in a film for an animated character.
- 8:11SPEAKER_08: There was a stained glass uh stained glass uh knight sword knight uh in a uh in a church that pops out from the stained glass and then walks down between the pews, threatening an individual.
- 8:25SPEAKER_08: One of the first uses of CGI for a uh for a character.
- 8:28SPEAKER_08: And if you ever get a chance to watch it, um uh Harry Potter totally ripped off uh young Sherlock Holmes.
- 8:35SPEAKER_08: It's it is it is impossible to not see how much visually the Harry Potter films ripped off young Sherlock Holmes now.
- 8:49SPEAKER_08: That does make sense, by the way, because I believe that Chris Columbus directed the first Harry Potter film.
- 8:57SPEAKER_08: And he directed also Young Sherlock Holmes.
- 8:59SPEAKER_08: But they do, they wear the the outfits are like identical.
- 9:02SPEAKER_08: The scarves, the whole nine, the whole like Gryffindor, it's a whole nine yards.
- 9:06SPEAKER_08: It's like straight straight up out of Harry Potter.
- 9:08SPEAKER_08: But that makes sense.
- 9:08SPEAKER_08: I didn't realize that that Chris Columbus ended up uh directing uh directing both.
- 9:12SPEAKER_08: Uh let's see here.
- 9:14SPEAKER_08: Um we got a another comment that rolled in.
- 9:18SPEAKER_08: Um let's see.
- 9:23SPEAKER_08: Oh, did uh did the released Somalian teenagers family take out a mortgage collateral loan to pay the$100,000 bail, or was fraud money used?
- 9:34SPEAKER_08: I I I I don't I don't know.
- 9:38SPEAKER_08: I don't know whether or not that was the case.
- 9:40SPEAKER_08: Uh, we did have uh voice matches that rolled in, though.
- 9:42SPEAKER_08: Let's go here.
- 9:48SPEAKER_26: I don't understand what uh jail is.
- 9:54SPEAKER_26: What is it like?
- 9:56SPEAKER_26: Money you pay to get out of jail.
- 9:59SPEAKER_26: And if you don't show up, you don't come back.
- 10:02SPEAKER_26: $1300,000 would be a lot more interesting if I actually knew what that meant.
- 10:07SPEAKER_26: Not having been around that atmosphere my entire life.
- 10:11SPEAKER_08: Well, yeah, I mean, you could you post the money, you know, it's as collateral.
- 10:16SPEAKER_08: So you're not gonna be in jail, you still have to face your your you know the the accusations, so you put the money up, and that's supposed to keep you from you know fleeing and and running.
- 10:27SPEAKER_08: So, you know, if you can pay$100,000, that's the value, that's the monetary value of you being in prison.
- 10:34SPEAKER_08: So for the peeping Tom, the monetary value of his in lieu of his being in jail until the court date was$300,000.
- 10:41SPEAKER_08: And for the uh for the Somalian triple A uh shooter, the gangbanger, it's a hundred thousand dollars.
- 10:50SPEAKER_08: So there you go.
- 10:51SPEAKER_15: Well, in a very good Monday morning, John, that there's his wife, a former neighbor Mike.
- 10:56SPEAKER_15: It was many years ago I was watching a documentary on Christopher Columbus.
- 11:01SPEAKER_15: And did you know that he was like kind of the first meteorologist that he actually could um like the stars like the wave from all these hurricanes, and he warned the natives and every one when hurricanes were landing.
- 11:18SPEAKER_15: So um anyway, um, that's just a little point of information that uh Christopher Thomas did bring us some good things.
- 11:26SPEAKER_15: So anyway, hey, have a great day.
- 11:28SPEAKER_08: I know listen, that's more knowledge than I had.
- 11:31SPEAKER_08: Um Columbus sailed the ocean blue in 1492.
- 11:35SPEAKER_08: That's that's how I remembered it.
- 11:37SPEAKER_08: And the Gerard Depardue.
- 11:39SPEAKER_08: Hey, that rhymed.
- 11:41SPEAKER_08: The film 1492, which had an amazing teaser, by the way.
- 11:46SPEAKER_08: Awesome teaser.
- 11:47SPEAKER_08: It was like this, I forgot that the name of the theme.
- 11:49SPEAKER_08: I want to say it was the theme from 2001.
- 11:54SPEAKER_08: I heard that one.
- 11:55SPEAKER_08: But it was an individual, a close-up shot of an individual walking out of the water on a beach onto land.
- 12:03SPEAKER_08: And that was like the trailer shot for the Columbus movie with Girard DePadu uh Depardu.
- 12:10SPEAKER_08: Uh he liked uh he liked the wine very much so.
- 12:14SPEAKER_08: There was some controversy regarding that French actor uh quite some uh quite some time ago.
- 12:19SPEAKER_08: So uh thank you for the comments early.
- 12:20SPEAKER_08: 651-964-0294.
- 12:24SPEAKER_08: Need to get you updated on all of the stories that you might have missed heading into the weekend.

- 13:45SPEAKER_62: He spoke about how some elected officials, including Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty, seem to be ignoring the problem instead of taking action to stop it.
- 13:54SPEAKER_62: For more independent Minnesota journalism, follow along at alpha news.org.
- 14:00SPEAKER_08: It was a lot of fun uh doing the uh uh Newsmax hit, yes, or is it News Nation?
- 14:06SPEAKER_08: No, it was Newsmax.
- 14:07SPEAKER_08: Uh the Newsmax uh hit with uh with uh Liz Collin uh last week.
- 14:12SPEAKER_08: I still have that video.
- 14:13SPEAKER_08: I may actually share it today at the uh at the end of the show.
- 14:16SPEAKER_08: All right, I want to run through a few more headlines coming up in just a moment.
- 14:20SPEAKER_08: Trump announces a new White House press secretary after Caroline Levitt's uh departure.
- 14:25SPEAKER_08: Uh also uh the motivation behind that Israeli hijacking attempt that took place a few weeks ago, and the campaign and the hospital deny claims that James Tallerico went to an Ohio mental hospital.
- 14:40SPEAKER_08: Oh, but it's not without a lot of questions.
- 14:44SPEAKER_08: Questions that need to be answered.
- 14:46SPEAKER_08: So that's all coming up here on the John Justice Show for a Monday.
- 14:49SPEAKER_08: Again, 651-964-0294 is the blaster line.
- 14:54SPEAKER_08: I would encourage you to leave us a voice or text message at any point throughout uh today's show.
- 15:00SPEAKER_08: So I finally uh wrapped up the second round of my uh going through the amazing Neutrowave program.
- 15:08SPEAKER_08: 35 pounds.
- 15:09SPEAKER_08: I lost 35 pounds on this program.
- 15:12SPEAKER_08: And I can tell you firsthand that I'm keeping the weight off.
- 15:16SPEAKER_08: I know now how to keep the weight off.
- 15:20SPEAKER_08: I didn't know before with the other yo-yo dieting plans that I've gone through.

- 15:31SPEAKER_08: As a matter of fact, I had some five guys over the weekend.
- 15:34SPEAKER_08: It was spectacular.
- 15:36SPEAKER_08: Their season fries are the bomb.
- 15:38SPEAKER_08: That being said, I didn't put any weight back on.
- 15:41SPEAKER_08: You won't either.
- 15:42SPEAKER_08: Now is the perfect time to take advantage of this program.
- 15:44SPEAKER_08: I know we're heading into the holidays.
- 15:45SPEAKER_08: Drop the weight and enjoy your holidays in a way that you haven't for decades.
- 15:50SPEAKER_08: I know that's what I'm looking forward to.
- 15:52SPEAKER_08: I feel better.
- 15:53SPEAKER_08: I'm sleeping better.
- 15:54SPEAKER_08: The night gummies from Mini Leafa absolutely help.
- 15:57SPEAKER_08: But this program, it's incredible.
- 15:59SPEAKER_08: Hyper processed food is everywhere.
- 16:01SPEAKER_08: Research links it to Lousy Sleep and Weight Game.
- 16:04SPEAKER_08: It's a two-for-one deal that you didn't ask for.

- 16:59SPEAKER_08: No pills, no shots, just NeutralWave.
- 17:02SPEAKER_08: Individual results, maybe.

- 17:19SPEAKER_02: To see whose campaigns Education Minnesota and the local teachers union, the Chaska Education Association, are funding, visit reelectjoeescott.com and check the blog section.
- 17:30SPEAKER_56: Hi, I'm Joe Scott, and I'm the only conservative on the Eastern Carver County Schools Board.
- 17:37SPEAKER_56: This is the old Chaska School District, and it covers most of Chanhassan and Victoria, all of Chaska, East Union, Carver, and the townships of San Francisco, Laketown, and Dahlgren.
- 17:49SPEAKER_56: Ideology becomes policy.
- 17:51SPEAKER_56: We need to keep these outside ideologies away from our children.
- 17:56SPEAKER_56: These national interests are going to have to get through me to get to your kids.
- 18:01SPEAKER_02: This ad was paid for by re-elect Joe Scott.
- 18:04SPEAKER_08: So did you happen to catch, you probably didn't watch Saturday Night Live live, but one of the skits landed online over the weekend.
- 18:14SPEAKER_08: As a matter of fact, we had a friend of the show, James Dickey, that sent this uh to me.
- 18:18SPEAKER_08: I absolutely love this bit because this is why you need to call Ericsson Plumbing Heating, Air, and Electrical, because they are different.
- 18:28SPEAKER_08: The local and family-owned team with license experts across all the major trades: plumbing, HVAC, electrical gas, even safety and security systems, they are not going to be like this home service company, featured in this skit from over the weekend on SNL.
- 18:46SPEAKER_13: No, incredible air.
- 18:48SPEAKER_49: Uh-oh.
- 18:49SPEAKER_49: Looks like someone needs a new heating and air conditioning system.
- 18:52SPEAKER_49: That can be scary.
- 18:53SPEAKER_49: Most companies have high fees, hidden costs, and a lack of transparency.
- 18:57SPEAKER_49: Not us.
- 18:57SPEAKER_49: At upfront heating and air conditioning, we'll tell you from the beginning, this whole process is gonna be a nightmare.
- 19:03SPEAKER_49: First, one of our salesmen will come diagnose your problem.
- 19:06SPEAKER_49: He's gonna be nice, he's cool, the kind of guy you don't mind having in your house, and you'll never see him again.

- 23:58SPEAKER_08: Katie Zachariah, a media analyst and attorney, has been appointed as the new White House press secretary.
- 24:05SPEAKER_08: She is a loyal supporter of Trump, has worked on his previous uh campaigns.
- 24:10SPEAKER_08: Trump announced this on Friday.
- 24:12SPEAKER_08: The New York Times had actually first reported that Katie Zachariah had been tapped for the role, and uh sources uh then confirmed it to politico.
- 24:20SPEAKER_08: She has an unblemished record of support and has been a loyal and brilliant supporter right from the beginning.
- 24:27SPEAKER_08: She is likewise a devoted fan and a member of MAGA, and I will say, not that this matters in any way, shape, or form, uh quite fetching.
- 24:36SPEAKER_08: So just, you know.
- 24:38SPEAKER_08: Or as people like to say, easy on the eyes.
- 24:42SPEAKER_08: You need a little preview of what to expect if you're unfamiliar with her uh commentary.
- 24:46SPEAKER_08: I grabbed this clip.
- 24:47SPEAKER_08: Uh, this is Zachariah uh here, embarrassing uh Adam Mockler on CNN.
- 24:53SPEAKER_40: Oftentimes kind of weirdly soft on China.
- 24:55SPEAKER_40: Donald Trump has repeatedly botched his foreign policy, and again, I want to see an America that's strong on the global stage, not one that's isolating Canada Canada terrorists.
- 25:05SPEAKER_53: Well, Canada terrorists, but I do want you to answer how is he soft on China?
- 25:09SPEAKER_53: I study this very hard.
- 25:11SPEAKER_53: This is why one of my biggest reasons I support President Trump is because he's the only president that has gone after China the way he has.
- 25:18SPEAKER_53: No other president has done this.
- 25:19SPEAKER_53: And and and as much as he saves space and gives respect to Xi Jinping, he is extremely tough on China.
- 25:27SPEAKER_40: He seems to be kind of vacillating on our commitments to Taiwan.
- 25:30SPEAKER_40: Do you think that we should protect Taiwan?
- 25:31SPEAKER_53: How is he tough on China?
- 25:32SPEAKER_53: Because how is he might weight on China?
- 25:35SPEAKER_40: Because Taiwan is a very important international issue, and right now people are heading into the Senate that don't even know a single thing about Taiwan.
- 25:40SPEAKER_40: Like Darwin has to be a good idea.
- 25:42SPEAKER_40: That's not a policy position on China.
- 25:44SPEAKER_40: If you keep going back to Darling Graham, you're not actually answering my question.
- 25:48SPEAKER_53: How has he been softer on China?
- 25:50SPEAKER_53: Specifically, give me this isn't about Taiwan, this is about Beijing.
- 25:53SPEAKER_40: Taiwan is like interconnected to China.
- 25:55SPEAKER_40: How is he been there?
- 25:56SPEAKER_39: Okay, we're getting we're getting away.
- 25:57SPEAKER_39: Is Taiwan not connected directly to China?
- 25:59SPEAKER_39: The Taiwan issue is is uh of course connected to China, but also uh the policy hasn't changed on Taiwan.
- 26:06SPEAKER_39: I mean, there's been stuff that's said, but the actual policy has not changed on Taiwan as of yet, hasn't changed in generations for the United States.
- 26:12SPEAKER_39: Of course.
- 26:13SPEAKER_39: Well let's I'll give Katie your point.
- 26:15SPEAKER_39: What what is the your how you think that President Trump has not been tough on China?
- 26:19SPEAKER_40: I mean I I think I've explained it.
- 26:21SPEAKER_08: I think Yeah.
- 26:22SPEAKER_08: Uh except he didn't.
- 26:25SPEAKER_08: He did not do a a very good job of that uh explaining uh thing that he just uh he just mentioned.
- 26:32SPEAKER_08: Listen, it's a great choice.
- 26:33SPEAKER_08: Uh I didn't know uh much about her.
- 26:35SPEAKER_08: I know there were other names that were being uh thrown about to replace uh Caroline Levitt, and that is a tough uh individual to go and replace.
- 26:43SPEAKER_08: But I think this was a uh a wise choice by the president, and it will be uh interesting to see how she handles herself once she gets into uh her role during the White House press briefings.
- 26:55SPEAKER_08: Uh just a quick one.
- 26:56SPEAKER_08: This news unsurprisingly uh disappeared from the headlines because it doesn't fit the left-wing liberal narrative.
- 27:06SPEAKER_08: But Philadelphia police officer Shane Sieber, 40, was fatally shot while responding to a call about an armed man.
- 27:15SPEAKER_08: A second officer, 33, was also shot 12 times and is in stable condition currently.
- 27:21SPEAKER_08: The suspect, identified as Eric Lewis, was apprehended after filling uh fleeing the scene.
- 27:27SPEAKER_08: Um investigators recovered a shotgun, two handguns, and one of the handguns had been taken from the wounded officer.
- 27:33SPEAKER_08: Officers from the 19th uh district were sent to the scene just after 1220 a.m.
- 27:38SPEAKER_08: for the report of a man with uh for a report of a man with a gun on the porch.
- 27:42SPEAKER_08: The shots came soon after the officers reached the porch about a half an hour after the dispatch.
- 27:48SPEAKER_08: The gunman reportedly ran through the alley and fired at the other officers, missing them.
- 27:52SPEAKER_08: Police found him in a tree and then arrested him.
- 27:55SPEAKER_08: Uh just prayers out to those um law enforcement officers involved.
- 27:59SPEAKER_08: Another example of just the dangers that those who have decided to protect and serve our communities face on an almost daily uh basis, especially with how heated the rhetoric is right now.
- 28:10SPEAKER_08: Um also, I want to mention this.
- 28:14SPEAKER_08: The terrorist hijacker who planned the 9-11 style attack on Israel, uh, accused of trying to hijack the Israeli-bound passenger jet, uh, began uh radicalized as a student in Melbourne, Australia, where he fell in with people tied to an Islamic center he claimed was backed by the Muslim Brotherhood-linked group.
- 28:38SPEAKER_08: So he wanted a 9-11 style attack in going and taking over that plane.
- 28:43SPEAKER_08: It's exactly what we had uh suspected uh all along.
- 28:47SPEAKER_08: The aircraft was carrying 174 people, most of them Israeli passengers, when the co-pilot allegedly attacked the captain with an emergency uh axe inside the cockpit.
- 28:57SPEAKER_08: The captain resisted the crew and the pilots traveling aboard the aircraft for the return journey intervened with help from the cabin crew.
- 29:06SPEAKER_08: The plane had plunged thousands of feet during the confrontation before the reserve pilot regained control and diverted it back to Saudi Arabia, where it landed safely.
- 29:15SPEAKER_08: The captain suffered injuries to his head, which investigators said were consistent with an attack using an emergency axe.
- 29:22SPEAKER_08: But again, um, this was an individual who wanted to commit a 9-11 uh style attack.
- 29:28SPEAKER_08: And it's a new dynamic in this, you know, when it comes to terrorism, an individual who was actually on the inside and tried to take over the plane from the inside.
- 29:39SPEAKER_08: I can only imagine the headache that this must be providing to those individuals who track terrorism activity, like um now AI analyst and expert uh David Gartenstein Ross in his uh previous life as a counter-terrorism uh expert.
- 29:56SPEAKER_08: All right, I headed my conversation with uh Andrew Langer, president uh of the Institute for Liberty.
- 30:01SPEAKER_08: Let's get you up to speed on what's been going on with James Tallerico.
- 30:07SPEAKER_08: So he completely disappeared from the scene for twelve days.
- 30:12SPEAKER_08: He was nowhere to be seen.
- 30:14SPEAKER_08: Suddenly he emerged at this Austin festival after his campaign had made the claim that he was suffering from the flu.
- 30:26SPEAKER_08: Now we have a multitude of conflicting statements, including maybe some evidence that this individual was actually in a mental health facility for those twelve days.
- 30:37SPEAKER_08: That was the speculation.
- 30:40SPEAKER_08: Was that James Tallerico, the Democrat Senate candidate, suffered a mental breakdown and checked himself into a mental health hospital for 12 days before emerging miraculously out on the campaign trail.
- 30:53SPEAKER_08: Now, Teller Rico's Senate campaign has officially denied the rumors of his two-week absence.
- 30:59SPEAKER_08: They're saying that this is a lie designed to promote a pathetic conspiracy theory.
- 31:03SPEAKER_08: Last week, James Tellerico was in home, was in his home in Austin, Texas, recovering from the flu, according to a campaign spokesperson, J.T.
- 31:10SPEAKER_08: Ennis.
- 31:12SPEAKER_08: That was on Sunday afternoon.
- 31:13SPEAKER_08: Now, later on Sunday, the Linder Center of Hope, where it was claimed that Talo Rico sought treatment, also released a statement denying that he had ever been a patient there.
- 31:24SPEAKER_08: So let's start off here.
- 31:25SPEAKER_08: I have some audio to share.
- 31:27SPEAKER_08: First off, we start off with uh this clip.
- 31:32SPEAKER_08: So this was uh Mike Soder on uh on X.
- 31:37SPEAKER_08: He's an independent uh journalist reporter.
- 31:40SPEAKER_08: Uh he made a phone call.
- 31:42SPEAKER_08: He and another individual had made a phone call.
- 31:44SPEAKER_08: I'll make sure I get the details here.
- 31:46SPEAKER_08: Uh hold on one second.
- 31:49SPEAKER_08: Uh sorry, Nick Soder.
- 31:51SPEAKER_08: My bad.
- 31:51SPEAKER_08: It's Nick Soder.
- 31:52SPEAKER_08: He posted online, breaking exclusive.
- 31:54SPEAKER_08: Ohio mental hospital confirms James Tallerico was discharged from the facility earlier this week.
- 32:00SPEAKER_08: This was following reporting by Sarah Gonzalez and Caroline Wren.
- 32:05SPEAKER_08: A hospital employee told Reen Amoker, who works with Nick, that Tallerico had, in fact, been a patient at the Linder Center of Hope near Cincinnati, Ohio, which specializes in around the clock mental health treatment.
- 32:21SPEAKER_08: Here is a sample of the phone call that was made by this team of independent journalists.
- 32:26SPEAKER_57: Okay, so now they're for James Tallerico.
- 32:28SPEAKER_16: Um, this is what it's today.
- 32:32SPEAKER_16: It looks like just a he was just discharged this evening.
- 32:36SPEAKER_16: That's why I don't have it.
- 32:38SPEAKER_57: Oh, he was discharged then?
- 32:40SPEAKER_57: Okay.
- 32:41SPEAKER_57: And this is the Hope Linder.
- 32:42SPEAKER_16: So he should be hoping.
- 32:43SPEAKER_57: Okay.
- 32:43SPEAKER_57: I'm sorry.
- 32:44SPEAKER_57: This is the right one.
- 32:45SPEAKER_57: This is Hope Linder.
- 32:48SPEAKER_16: Yes, uh-huh.
- 32:49SPEAKER_57: Okay.
- 32:49SPEAKER_57: And you're in Hamilton, Ohio?
- 32:51SPEAKER_16: No, we're not in Hamilton.
- 32:52SPEAKER_16: Oh we're in uh Mason.
- 32:54SPEAKER_57: Okay.
- 32:55SPEAKER_57: So that's why he's on a system.
- 32:56SPEAKER_57: He's in a recent.
- 32:57SPEAKER_57: Okay.
- 32:58SPEAKER_57: All right.
- 32:58SPEAKER_57: Okay.
- 32:59SPEAKER_57: Thank you.
- 33:00SPEAKER_16: Thank you.
- 33:00SPEAKER_16: Bye.
- 33:02SPEAKER_08: Okay, so here you have a phone call, allegedly.
- 33:05SPEAKER_08: Uh Nick Soder and his team talking with one of the healthcare officials at this mental health facility.
- 33:12SPEAKER_08: And she says he was there, but he got discharged.
- 33:15SPEAKER_08: Okay.
- 33:16SPEAKER_08: Now, Jennifer Pearson, a representative at the Linder Center, told the Daily Wire in an email that the fat that the facility would not disclose information about current or former patients.
- 33:26SPEAKER_08: Now here's where it gets interesting.
- 33:27SPEAKER_08: So you know the Krasenstein brothers, if you're not aware, these are two uh lunatic grifting Trump derangement syndrome sufferers uh backed by leftist organizations whose job it is to just try to discredit President Donald Trump.
- 33:43SPEAKER_08: So one of these individuals also made a phone call to the same facility.
- 33:47SPEAKER_08: First off, it does sound like it's the same facility, you can tell by the quality of the audio.
- 33:52SPEAKER_08: It may even be the same woman.
- 33:54SPEAKER_08: It's interesting, though, what she says in response to the follow-up question of whether or not James Tallerico was actually at this facility.
- 34:06SPEAKER_42: And uh and I was diagnosed with the flu.
- 34:08SPEAKER_23: How bad was it for somebody who wants to know?
- 34:10SPEAKER_23: Is this just like in bed rest, or did you ever have to go to a doctor or hospital?
- 34:15SPEAKER_08: Um, hold on a second.
- 34:16SPEAKER_08: This is actually the uh I got my clips uh crossed uh here.
- 34:20SPEAKER_08: Um so let me start let me go here.
- 34:22SPEAKER_08: This is another clip.
- 34:24SPEAKER_08: I labeled them wrong.
- 34:26SPEAKER_08: That's 100% on me.
- 34:27SPEAKER_08: This is the follow-up phone call to the facility done by one of the Crossantine brothers.
- 34:33SPEAKER_59: Uh yeah, my name is Brian Krasenstein.
- 34:36SPEAKER_59: Uh I'm with uh Crassencast.
- 34:38SPEAKER_59: Uh, and there's a bunch of uh information going around online claiming that you guys said that James Tallerico was uh a patient there.
- 34:47SPEAKER_59: Is that true?
- 34:48SPEAKER_32: We would never disclose, confirm, or deny who our patients are here.
- 34:53SPEAKER_59: Okay, but but were you aware of that that going around on the marketing team is aware of it.
- 34:59SPEAKER_59: Okay.
- 35:00SPEAKER_59: And and you're you deny that anybody at your uh at Linder Lindner Center said anything like that.
- 35:08SPEAKER_30: We would not disclose any patient information.
- 35:12SPEAKER_59: Thank you.
- 35:12SPEAKER_59: Appreciate it.
- 35:15SPEAKER_08: Now here's where it gets interesting, because she said that we would neither confirm nor deny if that had happened.
- 35:25SPEAKER_08: So here, if you believe the first phone call that was done by one of the individuals working with Nick Sodor, she says, hey, Tallerico did leave, was discharged.
- 35:35SPEAKER_08: Then they call back and they say, we wouldn't confirm or deny, which would actually go and push back on the woman saying who he was.
- 35:42SPEAKER_08: Also, on top of this, you have two different stories emerging from James Tallerico himself.
- 35:48SPEAKER_08: And this was the previous clip that I started to play.
- 35:52SPEAKER_08: So first he talks about going to urgent care, and then he talks about simply seeing a physician.
- 35:59SPEAKER_42: And last night it got so bad that I went to the urgent care here in Dallas and uh and I was diagnosed with the flu.
- 36:06SPEAKER_23: How bad was it for somebody who wants to know?
- 36:08SPEAKER_23: Is this just like in bed rest, or did you ever have to go to a doctor or hospital?
- 36:12SPEAKER_41: I just went to my primary care physician, uh, but uh it wasn't anything uh worse than a you know nasty case of the flu.
- 36:19SPEAKER_08: Uh so in in one instance he says he went to urgent care, and in the other instance he said he went to his primary care physician.
- 36:27SPEAKER_08: Listen, as somebody that goes to the doctor a lot, I don't screw details up like that.
- 36:31SPEAKER_08: I know the difference between going to urgent care and going to see my uh my physician.
- 36:36SPEAKER_08: He's not a doctor, nor does he play one in real life.
- 36:38SPEAKER_08: He is a regulatory guru and our DC insider.
- 36:41SPEAKER_08: Andrew Langer uh joins us.
- 36:43SPEAKER_08: So where do you land on uh the contradictions regarding whether he was or or was not in an Ohio mental health uh hospital for James Tallerico, Andrew Langer?
- 36:54SPEAKER_03: I I think that here's where I come down.
- 36:59SPEAKER_03: Uh it would not surprise me if this was all well, if Taller Rico's disappearance wasn't all very, very calculated.
- 37:10SPEAKER_03: Um I I I've got that I've been sort of advancing this theory that you know the Talo Rico team decided that because this guy is such a mess on the road, and let's be really fair here, right?
- 37:20SPEAKER_03: Both candidates in the Texas Senate race are a mess.
- 37:24SPEAKER_03: Um, they both are incredibly flawed, they both have a lot of baggage, and this is yet another one of these races in which it really is uh who is going to screw up less, that is the party that will win.
- 37:36SPEAKER_03: And so I think, given all of the idiotic things that Talarico has said, somebody on his campaign team said to themselves, you know, um, let's just shut this guy up and take him off the campaign trail for 10, 12 days and see if we can just coast to victory.
- 37:53SPEAKER_03: Um and then someone realized, oh my god, this is gonna spur all kinds of uh conspiracy theories.
- 37:59SPEAKER_03: So they invented this story about the flu.
- 38:02SPEAKER_03: My my real concern is that all of us are hinging on whether or not this we're I don't think we're ever gonna prove unless somebody has video of him landing in Ohio, uh, and even then it's gonna, it's gonna, you know, it'll some folks will claim that it's manipulated.
- 38:19SPEAKER_03: We're never gonna prove that this guy was in the loony bin.
- 38:22SPEAKER_03: And and so, you know, I don't want to overstate it because God forbid, right?
- 38:26SPEAKER_03: We do find out that this is just some sort of massive disinformation campaign by some kind of foreign agent that's out there, and then we all look like a bunch of idiots, and Talarico continues to coast a victory because we've got this BS story that's out there.
- 38:41SPEAKER_03: I I just that's my my fear, is that, and this is you, you you and I traded some messages about this, some other folks had sent me some messages.
- 38:49SPEAKER_03: At the end of the day, um, you know, let's focus on the fact that this guy's an idiot and he's trying to coast a victory by by not appearing in public, right?
- 38:58SPEAKER_03: It's essentially what they tried to do at one point with Kamala Harris.
- 39:01SPEAKER_03: You know, let's take her out, let's see if she could sort of coast against Donald Trump.
- 39:05SPEAKER_03: Um, and then, you know, let's make it the story is that he's he is such an incompetent that he can't get out there and speak.
- 39:13SPEAKER_08: Yeah, to your point, by the way, and then we can uh move on to some other items, including Kamala Harris.
- 39:18SPEAKER_08: Um, Sean McLean, um, who I just think Sean McLean, every time I say his name, Sean McLean wrote online.
- 39:27SPEAKER_08: Um talking about he mentioned the plane aspect of it, and that's probably really the only way that we're gonna sort of get confirmation if he was there.
- 39:34SPEAKER_08: If he was on a private jet or private plane that flew from Texas to Ohio, there would be evidence to suggest that he was currently, it's not concrete yet.
- 39:44SPEAKER_08: Um but if he was on the plane and it means that he lied about never being in Ohio, then at least that part of the story, while not proof of the story itself, would be confirmation that he did go to the region, which would further lend credence to this.
- 39:56SPEAKER_08: I tend to agree with you.
- 39:57SPEAKER_08: First off, Democrats just lie.
- 39:59SPEAKER_08: So, you know, I I don't I don't I don't buy the flu argument, I don't buy any of it.
- 40:04SPEAKER_08: Uh I think he was off the campaign trail for another reason altogether, whether it was a mental health breakdown or like you said, this was an intentional to pull him off because he was just doing more damage to to him to himself.
- 40:16SPEAKER_08: So I agree with you.
- 40:17SPEAKER_08: I think we need to focus on what a just complete wack-a-doodle this guy is because he is a wack-a-doodle.
- 40:21SPEAKER_03: Right, right.
- 40:22SPEAKER_03: Here's the other part of this, right, right, is like God, God forbid.
- 40:25SPEAKER_03: Now, listen, I don't think John uh I don't think Tallerico is uh in the is the John Fetterman category.
- 40:32SPEAKER_03: But but remember, we spent a lot of time talking about John Fetterman's mental health, uh uh, and then and then it turns out he's actually somewhat rational.
- 40:40SPEAKER_03: So, you know, but not that I no, listen, not that I want Talarico to win this.
- 40:44SPEAKER_03: Uh I don't.
- 40:45SPEAKER_03: Um, but you know, we could we could talk about uh people you know being in in the the nut the nuthatch, right?
- 40:51SPEAKER_03: I'm sure using all kinds of old-timey phrases here, John.
- 40:55SPEAKER_08: Um The Democrats have done such a good job of just making their base of voters hate the right and hate Trump that as long as they just have a candidate who's if they're breathing, if they can talk at least somewhat coherently, is as long as they can kind of stay on message and they attack the individual that they've been told to hate, that's enough for for for a huge base of Democrat voters right now.
- 41:24SPEAKER_08: It's sad, but it's true.
- 41:25SPEAKER_03: Listen, and let's be let's be perfectly fair.
- 41:28SPEAKER_03: Um, so much of this situation in Texas and elsewhere, but let's focus on the Texas race, is is so self-inflicted on the part of Republicans.
- 41:38SPEAKER_03: Um you know, it not just the sort of the economic climate, and I know that the economic numbers aren't nearly as bad as the public perceives them to be.
- 41:49SPEAKER_03: Um, but you know, listen, well, I know we're gonna we may talk about the the diesel deal with with Russia, but when you've got the president making a deal with Russia to release diesel fuel, uh which will go and fund the Russian war machine that we've been trying to defeat for for years, uh that does not, you know, instill confidence in our in our petroeconomy.
- 42:09SPEAKER_03: But also, you know, I I will say it again, um angering a bunch of Democrat-oriented Dallas voters by putting this midterm convention of which the Republicans got very little benefit from uh in the long term and the midterms, uh, but could very well have motivated uh uh just a slight number of extra Democratic voters to come out to the polls or a slight number of independent voters to come out and vote for uh vote for Democrats.
- 42:39SPEAKER_03: You know, we are we are continuing to engage in these self-inflicted wounds, and that's a problem.
- 42:46SPEAKER_08: Ultimately, I mean we haven't talked about this much.
- 42:48SPEAKER_08: I know we did sort of a post-mortem on the midterm convention, uh, but you're down on its impacts.
- 42:53SPEAKER_08: Uh hey, Andrew Langer?
- 42:54SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I I don't I don't think it I don't think it it it generated anything.
- 42:57SPEAKER_03: I think it was a news story for a couple of days.
- 43:00SPEAKER_03: Um, you know, it there are a lot of clips that were out there.
- 43:03SPEAKER_03: Uh it raised continued speculation about whether or not JD Vance is the heir apparent, though if you read um Matt Lewis's piece in the Washington, I think it was the Washington Sun uh over the weekend, you know, it it it certainly that's that's changing, but I don't I don't think it generated the the the I don't think it's it's helped Republicans in a way that folks were hoping was gonna help Republicans.
- 43:27SPEAKER_03: Uh let's go let's go here since we're on the theme.
- 43:29SPEAKER_03: Let me just say time out for a second, John.
- 43:31SPEAKER_03: I had a wonderful time in Dallas doing it.
- 43:33SPEAKER_03: I went there and and you know, the Daily, I will say that it did it the Daily Wire did some great things with with with Dallas and that you know that should that has to be appreciated.
- 43:42SPEAKER_03: They they certainly took uh they certainly made lemonades.
- 43:45SPEAKER_03: I'm not gonna say we're gonna call it all lemons, but they certainly made lemonade down there.
- 43:49SPEAKER_08: Well, and I wonder too, uh and I'm not pushing back on your you know your opinion.
- 43:53SPEAKER_08: You can have your opinion.
- 43:54SPEAKER_08: I don't know.
- 43:54SPEAKER_08: It's tough for me to it's tough for me to gauge uh you know without seeing the results of the election, obviously, but Having spoken to a few people who'd gone to the event, it seems like it was more productive for the individuals attending and what they took back home with them than it was with a larger picture of influencing, you know, a wide swath of voters to get engaged.
- 44:18SPEAKER_08: It seems more this seems more like a like a grassroots uh positive event than it was a national mass media positive event.
- 44:25SPEAKER_03: I mean, I I I get that, but I I think you know, you were to a certain degree, if you were gonna take the time and energy and spend the money to travel to Dallas as a grassroots activist, you're you were pretty well motivated to to do it.
- 44:37SPEAKER_03: The idea was at the end of the day, and again, now this is me being incredibly cynical here.
- 44:43SPEAKER_03: Um and and you know, following the if you haven't seen it, I urge you all to go see the movie Wag the Dog.
- 44:50SPEAKER_03: There's a line from the movie Wag the Dog, um, which is uh uh it's a pageant, right?
- 44:56SPEAKER_03: They create this fictitious war, but the line is it's a pageant.
- 44:59SPEAKER_03: They're creating all of the all of the trappings of of pageantry around this war.
- 45:04SPEAKER_03: You know, essentially you create this pageant down in Dallas, um and and the idea is to uh sell the American people on what the Trump record and the Republican record is, and then you should see after that what the you should see some measurable impact in the polls.
- 45:24SPEAKER_03: Um and I'm I'm you know I'm not sure that it made the case.
- 45:30SPEAKER_03: Um you're right, we're gonna see it.
- 45:31SPEAKER_03: But then again, I listen, I've been saying that this is in all likelihood in the midterms, Republicans are going to lose.
- 45:39SPEAKER_03: They're not gonna lose in the great numbers that the Democrats want.
- 45:42SPEAKER_03: And it's gonna be the mirror image to the 2022 cycle.
- 45:46SPEAKER_03: Uh there was not a red wave, it was a red trickle.
- 45:49SPEAKER_03: Um this is, I think, going to be somewhat similar on the other side.
- 45:53SPEAKER_03: It's gonna be a blue trickle.
- 45:55SPEAKER_03: But that's all you need now, right?
- 45:56SPEAKER_03: All you need to uh to to, you know, all you need is is, you know, majority, you know, 50% plus one in order to flip the script in in either house of Congress.
- 46:08SPEAKER_08: Uh you know, speaking of the polls, let's go here.
- 46:11SPEAKER_08: Uh to your point, uh, it seems as if most people are saying, CNN included, that um if the polls underestimate the Republicans, right, then you have Republicans retaining both houses.
- 46:24SPEAKER_08: So this would mean the polls are inaccurate.
- 46:25SPEAKER_08: Here's a little bit of Harry Anton from CNN talking about it.
- 46:33SPEAKER_06: Well, remember all that blue that was on the map before?
- 46:36SPEAKER_06: All that blue went, bye-bye, see you later, adios, amigos, sayonara, those democratic chances and those democratic hopes.
- 46:45SPEAKER_06: Down there into Lake Erie, look at this.
- 46:47SPEAKER_06: Now what we're dealing with, if in fact the polls underestimate the Republicans, is 53 Republican sit Senate seats compared to 47 Republican seats.
- 46:57SPEAKER_06: Maine, that stays red.
- 46:59SPEAKER_06: How about a flip in Michigan where Abdul Essayed very neck and neck in the polls with Mike Rogers?
- 47:04SPEAKER_06: Ohio stays red, Iowa stays red, Alaska stays red.
- 47:10SPEAKER_06: Now, I will note, I will note that even in this scenario, right, you still get a situation where North Carolina stays blue and Georgia stays blue.
- 47:21SPEAKER_06: But Texas goes red, see you later, Ken Paxton gets elected to the United States Senate, no James Tallarico.
- 47:28SPEAKER_06: So a very clear Republican win in the Senate if the polls are underestimating the Republicans, like perhaps they did in 2020, like they did in 2016, so on.
- 47:38SPEAKER_08: I'll I'll pause it here.
- 47:40SPEAKER_08: First off, uh side note.
- 47:41SPEAKER_08: Who is the guy that uh used to do the stocks?
- 47:44SPEAKER_08: The crazy guy had the hammer and would break things.
- 47:46SPEAKER_03: Um you're thinking of.
- 47:48SPEAKER_03: Uh yeah.
- 47:50SPEAKER_08: Harry seems to have adopted his style when he does his reporting.
- 47:54SPEAKER_03: And let me let me just sort of add to this, you know, so much of this also is now the polls are showing Republicans up.
- 48:00SPEAKER_03: Harry Enton's polls were showing, I'm sorry, Democrats up.
- 48:04SPEAKER_03: But what Harry Anton is doing and what CNN is doing is they are working overtime to not to they are trying to make sure that Democratic voters are not complacent here.
- 48:15SPEAKER_03: Um because they they understand the other polls are showing that there is complacency among Republicans.
- 48:22SPEAKER_03: Um and that, you know, Republicans are are, you know, again, the this Matt Lewis piece about J.D.
- 48:27SPEAKER_03: Vance that came out over the weekend and and showing what's gonna, we're talking about what might happen in the midterms.
- 48:33SPEAKER_03: I'm not staying home.
- 48:35SPEAKER_03: I don't know a lot of folks who are staying home, but I I understand that there are.
- 48:38SPEAKER_03: A lot of Republicans who may just stay home because they are they are concerned.
- 48:42SPEAKER_03: This is Harry Inton in CNN saying, Democrats, you can't stay home.
- 48:46SPEAKER_03: You have to get out there and vote.
- 48:48SPEAKER_03: The Democrats are very motivated, and if that motivation gets blunted, um then Republicans can perhaps stave off losing one or both houses of Congress.
- 48:59SPEAKER_08: Um I talking with the Oh, I was just gonna uh say talking with Andrew Langer, RTC and uh insider and uh and regulatory guru.
- 49:10SPEAKER_08: You finish your thought there, and then I'm gonna get to another clip.
- 49:12SPEAKER_03: Listen, at the end of the day, right?
- 49:13SPEAKER_03: I think that there's a high likelihood Democrats are gonna pick up um um Alaska.
- 49:19SPEAKER_03: Um yeah, that's absolutely right.
- 49:21SPEAKER_03: We don't lose anything.
- 49:22SPEAKER_03: I'm I'm listening I am personally disappointed in what's going on in North Carolina because you know, I've known Michael Watley forever and a day.
- 49:29SPEAKER_03: I consider him a good friend.
- 49:31SPEAKER_03: He's part of my group of guys that no, we can't talk about that.
- 49:34SPEAKER_03: Never mind.
- 49:34SPEAKER_03: But I've got Michael, I know Michael Watley for a while.
- 49:37SPEAKER_03: Um and and and he's a he's a good guy, and and you know, he he could do very well.
- 49:42SPEAKER_03: He would be a great U.S.
- 49:44SPEAKER_03: senator.
- 49:45SPEAKER_03: Um, but again, that's not a loss.
- 49:47SPEAKER_03: You know, John Ossoff would be, you know, if we could if we turn John Ossoff out, that would be a victory.
- 49:52SPEAKER_03: And the question is, what's going on in Dallas in the state that Donald Trump handily won in 2024?
- 49:58SPEAKER_03: Uh why can't the Republican break through against John Ossoff there?
- 50:02SPEAKER_03: And some of that's the power of the incumbency, and part of that's the power of Democrat motivation.
- 50:07SPEAKER_08: Here is uh Stephen Miller talking about the uh midterm uh polling as we continue our discussion with Andrew Langer this morning.
- 50:15SPEAKER_07: It's designed to demoralize people, to convince people that it's not worth continuing the fight to save and rescue their country.
- 50:23SPEAKER_07: The reason why America has lower energy prices than everyone else in the developed world is because of President Trump.
- 50:28SPEAKER_07: The reason why we have record job creation is because of President Trump.
- 50:32SPEAKER_07: Democrats fought bloody murder to stop all of this.
- 50:38SPEAKER_07: Every single step President Trump took to secure the border, they ran to court and sued to try to order us to keep the border open.
- 50:47SPEAKER_07: Every single thing that President Trump did to bring our energy supply chains back to America, they fought us in court and sued us.
- 50:55SPEAKER_07: Every single thing he did on violent crime, sanctuary Democrat mayors and sanctuary Democrat politicians fought us relentlessly.
- 51:02SPEAKER_07: They voted against tax cuts for every single American family.
- 51:05SPEAKER_07: They voted against the child tax credit, they voted against the Trump accounts, they voted against no tax on tips, no tax on overtime, no tax on Social Security.
- 51:12SPEAKER_07: They have not been our partners in a single one of the victories that President Trump has delivered for America.
- 51:18SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 51:19SPEAKER_03: And yet every time every time Americans go to the gas pump, they're confronted by, you know, consistently high gas prices.
- 51:26SPEAKER_03: And let me say, I can also make the argument that that the gas prices when you adjust them for inflation are far lower than they were ever under Joe Biden's administration.
- 51:36SPEAKER_03: That that's that's a that's a truism.
- 51:38SPEAKER_03: You have to adjust for inflation, but that is a very difficult argument to make to the American voter who just goes to the polls and they see what they're paying at the pump and they know what they were paying during the pandemic, and they're like, well, what the hell happened here?
- 51:49SPEAKER_03: Oh, well, we went to war, you know, in in Iran and we've closed the Straits of Hormuz, and now we're losing millions of barrels a day in oil coming out there, and now we're going to Russia to get them to release diesel fuel.
- 52:02SPEAKER_03: Um, you know, so clearly that must all all be going well.
- 52:05SPEAKER_03: I I get what I get what Miller is saying.
- 52:08SPEAKER_03: Uh these are very subtle and important arguments to make, um, but it is very hard to break through in the mindset when you have a huge swap.
- 52:19SPEAKER_03: Huge, you have a solid 30% of the electorate that is angry angry about, you know, already angry about this president.
- 52:28SPEAKER_03: Um and and then you've got X percentage of the independent voters who then go to the gas pump, you know, once a week, twice a week, and they and they see these gas prices and aren't adjusting for inflation on their minds.
- 52:42SPEAKER_08: Well, Trump's move, and we can talk about this briefly, uh a bipartisan group of six senators on Sunday called uh for President Donald Trump's administration to immediately reverse course on a plan to purchase diesel from Russia as part of an effort to lower uh high fuel prices.
- 52:57SPEAKER_08: The Republican senators who signed on, um, not a huge surprise that these are the individuals.
- 53:02SPEAKER_08: Senator Susan Collins, uh Lisa Murkowski, Tom Tillis of North Carolina, uh, John Curtis uh of uh of Utah.
- 53:09SPEAKER_08: I will say this this does bolster my thought that uh President Donald Trump, whether it is good policy or bad policy, much like uh George Bush did, uh, he does what he believes is best for the country, what he believes is best for the country, what's what he believes is best to deal with this issue, and it's clear with this move, because it's a given that immediately uh the you know, especially from the left, he is going to get the criticism, oh, Putin's puppet, he's doing a deal with Putin.
- 53:38SPEAKER_08: You know, in this case, too, we also have some Republicans that have signed on, uh signed on board that are upset at these moves as well.
- 53:44SPEAKER_03: Well, listen, I'm not gonna say that he's Putin's puppet.
- 53:46SPEAKER_03: I mean, I think at the end of the day, um, you know, it it it not only does it benefit Russia, but it benefits China because Russia will turn around and take the money that they make on this oil, uh, they will then turn around and and buy, you know, munitions to use against Ukraine, um uh uh, you know, from from China.
- 54:05SPEAKER_03: So it's not it's not helpful, it's not helpful there.
- 54:08SPEAKER_03: Um yeah, I I get it, but you know, this is a phrase that I use, I haven't uh used in this context.
- 54:16SPEAKER_03: You know, if you didn't want to go to Chicago, you shouldn't have gotten on that train.
- 54:19SPEAKER_03: If we, you know, the we we knew we knew what the impact on on gas prices and oil supplies was going to be.
- 54:28SPEAKER_03: Um there was just a massive failure of imagination.
- 54:31SPEAKER_03: And again, I'm someone who supports you know what we did in Iran.
- 54:36SPEAKER_03: Um, but this is this is the this is the end result.
- 54:39SPEAKER_03: And it was maybe this gets to your point, John.
- 54:43SPEAKER_03: You know, the president did what he believes is right for America, um, and he's gonna suffer the political ramifications, and and Republicans are gonna suffer the political ramifications for it.
- 54:54SPEAKER_08: Let's uh play one more clip.
- 54:56SPEAKER_08: Uh Kamala Harris, I don't know what this was recent, I found it last week, um, but her laying out how uh Republicans are going to uh cheat, and I found it rather interesting.
- 55:05SPEAKER_58: How are they cheating?
- 55:07SPEAKER_58: Oh, let me count the ways.
- 55:08SPEAKER_58: Well, the Supreme Court vetted the Voting Rights Act.
- 55:11SPEAKER_58: Lawmakers are doing everything from purging the voter rolls, redrawing the lines, switching around polling locations so that on election day people may not be able to go to the place they always voted.
- 55:24SPEAKER_58: And why you ask?
- 55:25SPEAKER_58: Are they cheating?
- 55:26SPEAKER_58: They're scared of you.
- 55:27SPEAKER_58: You're scared of your power.
- 55:29SPEAKER_58: They know you're paying attention and you're not gonna fall for the lies.
- 55:32SPEAKER_58: And you're gonna turn out to vote.
- 55:34SPEAKER_58: But here's the thing we're gonna turn out in large numbers, and we're gonna be rape.
- 55:40SPEAKER_08: I didn't hear any examples of cheating in there, Andrew Langer.
- 55:44SPEAKER_08: Right.
- 55:45SPEAKER_08: I just heard examples of showing up our election integrity.
- 55:48SPEAKER_03: The admission that all of these other things that we're doing are, you know, we're doing all of these other things.
- 55:52SPEAKER_03: We we want people who are not eligible to vote on the voter rolls and all that jazz.
- 55:57SPEAKER_03: I mean, that's that's exactly that's exactly it.
- 55:59SPEAKER_03: Someone, someone clever is going to use AI and they're going to essentially turn that into an admission of of guilt and culpability.
- 56:08SPEAKER_03: Um, but that's that's the listen.
- 56:10SPEAKER_03: Here's here's I had this conversation with a family member last week.
- 56:16SPEAKER_03: Uh it was, and it was a very pleasant, it was actually a very pleasant conversation.
- 56:20SPEAKER_03: A family member who confided in me, that they are deeply concerned that the president is gonna pull some kind of shenanigans right around uh the midterms.
- 56:29SPEAKER_03: And let me let me let me offer this to all of you uh about this.
- 56:34SPEAKER_03: Yes, it is bad for the country to an extent if Republicans lose the House and the Senate.
- 56:41SPEAKER_03: If Republicans lose Congress going into, you know, in into the next session of Congress.
- 56:46SPEAKER_03: Yes, this is gonna turn into it's gonna stymie everything, none of the president's agenda is gonna move forward, it's all gonna be about uh impeach, impeach, impeach.
- 56:55SPEAKER_03: It's all gonna be about oversight, it's all gonna be about dragging Trump administration officials before Congress.
- 57:00SPEAKER_03: But guess what, right?
- 57:01SPEAKER_03: The Republicans, the Democrats will then turn around and overplay their hand, and it puts Republicans in the catbird seat for the 2028 presidential election and the 2028 legislative elections, maybe to a lesser extent the legislative election, because it's you know usually takes a couple of cycles to recover.
- 57:18SPEAKER_03: But certainly if it it then becomes, you know, Democrats then have to run on their record going into 2028.
- 57:26SPEAKER_03: Whoever is the Republican standard bearer is gonna be able to run against that.
- 57:30SPEAKER_03: And so, no, the the president, JD Vance, uh Marco Rubio, um, you know, they are they are not going to put their thumb on the scale uh for the legislative elections.
- 57:42SPEAKER_03: And and I made this point to my relative who seemed to understand that no, this is not gonna, there's not gonna be some grand chicanery on the part of Republicans to prevent the uh uh to prevent the um midterms from happening.
- 57:57SPEAKER_08: Andrew Langer, president of the Institute for Liberty, who uh reminded me that today was Columbus Day, because I had no idea why you were asking if you were not on today.
- 58:05SPEAKER_03: I wouldn't be over here because my puppy's chewing on something and I gotta figure out what that is.
- 58:09SPEAKER_03: Um, you know, listen, guys, uh, if you're not following me on next, please do so at Andrew underscore langer.
- 58:14SPEAKER_03: Uh new episode of the lunch hour drops today.
- 58:17SPEAKER_03: That's the weekly public policy podcast.
- 58:19SPEAKER_03: I sit down with John Caldara from the Independent Institute in Colorado.
- 58:22SPEAKER_03: It's a fun conversation, so go and check that out.
- 58:26SPEAKER_08: Andrew Langer, as always, buddy.
- 58:28SPEAKER_08: Great uh talking with you.
- 58:29SPEAKER_08: Uh go find out what your dog is munching on, and hopefully I'll talk to you again next week.
- 58:32SPEAKER_03: Talk to you later on, bud.
- 58:34SPEAKER_08: Later, buddy.
- 58:35SPEAKER_08: Again, 651-964-0294.
- 58:39SPEAKER_08: If you want to take part uh in the program, we had a couple of comments that uh rolled into the blaster line.
- 58:45SPEAKER_18: Yeah, giant Jeff is so harder.
- 58:47SPEAKER_18: Great show.
- 58:49SPEAKER_18: Hard to listen to Debbie Donner Langer on all the losses.
- 58:55SPEAKER_18: The Republicans are gonna think.
- 58:57SPEAKER_18: I think he's wrong.
- 58:58SPEAKER_18: We're not gonna lose Alaska.
- 59:00SPEAKER_18: The Republicans are on fire.
- 59:03SPEAKER_18: He's gonna get out of his ER attitude in real life, pump the Republicans up, and we're gonna win, win, win.
- 59:12SPEAKER_18: Thank you very much, Rachel.
- 59:15SPEAKER_18: So far.
- 59:16SPEAKER_08: Listen, I appreciate uh thank you.
- 59:18SPEAKER_08: Uh, and I, you know, I'm I'm I'm fully aware of of Andrew uh Langer's views on the election.
- 59:24SPEAKER_08: Uh, and uh he's not the only one that uh that feels the way that he does.
- 59:28SPEAKER_08: I disagree.
- 59:29SPEAKER_08: Uh I think it's gonna be a lot closer, and I think that there is a lot of evidence pointing to Republicans um keeping control of both houses.
- 59:39SPEAKER_08: You know, and the fact that that you know, Stephen Miller, others, and myself included, when it comes to these polls, I'm just not putting a lot of stock in them.
- 59:46SPEAKER_08: I think they are designed, as Andrew said, I think they are designed to suppress uh the vote, while at the same time, CNN's putting out numbers that they believe are uh going to uh go and encourage you know Democrats to go and vote.
- 1:00:01SPEAKER_29: Hey Andrew, those people that are complaining about the high prices of gas have no problem spending their money on bottled water, which is extremely more expensive when you average it out for a gallon of gas, or their$400 Air Jordans, or their$1,800 iPhone 18.
- 1:00:20SPEAKER_08: Yeah, no, you're you're not wrong, but that's not getting into the calculus of the minds of individuals.
- 1:00:25SPEAKER_08: If you're on the left, you don't care about things like hypocrisy.
- 1:00:31SPEAKER_08: It doesn't matter to you.
- 1:00:32SPEAKER_08: It doesn't matter that you're out there spending an exorbitant amount of money on other things.
- 1:00:39SPEAKER_08: You still are gonna go look at the affordability of items and try to use it against the uh against the right.
- 1:00:43SPEAKER_08: It doesn't listen the Democrats are incredibly effective in how they spread their propaganda.
- 1:00:50SPEAKER_08: So they simply do not give a route Trump derangement problem.
- 1:00:54SPEAKER_60: Have you heard about that problem?
- 1:01:24SPEAKER_08: Thank you for joining the show this morning.
- 1:01:25SPEAKER_08: If you missed any portion of today's show, you can check out the podcast.

- 1:01:52SPEAKER_08: So thank you so much for joining us uh today.
- 1:01:54SPEAKER_08: All right.
- 1:01:55SPEAKER_08: Uh, I do want to get to a lot of big news.
- 1:01:57SPEAKER_08: We've got the individual involved in the shooting who ended up out on bail.
- 1:02:03SPEAKER_08: We'll get into the details of that.
- 1:02:04SPEAKER_08: We had the GOP Lincoln Reagan dinner disrupted by activists and one in particular who works for General Mill uh Mills.
- 1:02:14SPEAKER_08: We're gonna call her uh Frosted Flake.
- 1:02:17SPEAKER_08: That's her name.
- 1:02:18SPEAKER_08: Producer Devin, manning the uh the camera and the board this morning here on the uh on the show.
- 1:02:23SPEAKER_08: I do have a couple of immigration items.
- 1:02:25SPEAKER_08: We were just talking about this, election items as well that I want to uh get into.
- 1:02:29SPEAKER_08: Before we do though, let's go back to the blaster line.
- 1:02:31SPEAKER_08: Six five one-nine six four zero two nine four.
- 1:02:54SPEAKER_20: It's to get well, it's no, it's not it's it's not that.
- 1:03:01SPEAKER_08: It's getting as many people out to vote as possible.
- 1:03:03SPEAKER_08: The longer period of time that you have for individuals to go and vote, the more likely it is you are going to get more people out to vote.
- 1:03:11SPEAKER_08: Democrat voters typically vote earlier than Republican voters do.
- 1:03:16SPEAKER_08: The majority of Republican voters, although this is changing and this was a change in tactic during the last presidential election, typically Republican voters wait until election day.
- 1:03:26SPEAKER_08: I know that I do.
- 1:03:28SPEAKER_08: I don't want an early vote.
- 1:03:30SPEAKER_08: I don't want to mail in my ballot, and I don't ever want to go and use an app to do that.
- 1:03:34SPEAKER_08: No, I want to go to a physical location because voting is important to me.
- 1:03:39SPEAKER_08: It should be important to everybody.
- 1:03:41SPEAKER_08: Everybody should have to be in a position.
- 1:03:44SPEAKER_08: Give a day off.
- 1:03:45SPEAKER_08: I don't care.
- 1:03:45SPEAKER_08: One day to go and vote.
- 1:03:47SPEAKER_08: That's your day, that's when you go vote.
- 1:03:49SPEAKER_08: Barring any other circumstances, especially when it comes to our service members or the rare occasions where individuals are in deeply rural areas and can't get to a polling place.
- 1:04:01SPEAKER_08: Barring those extreme specific circumstances, we should all just be voting on one day.
- 1:04:07SPEAKER_08: We should get a holiday out of it.
- 1:04:09SPEAKER_08: But see, that doesn't benefit Democrats.
- 1:04:12SPEAKER_08: It doesn't help Democrats who want to make sure they get as many people out to vote as possible, and they want people as voting as early as possible, and having a big, huge window of early voting helps enable Democrats to get more people out to vote.
- 1:04:27SPEAKER_32: Here's an example of the stupidity of the average voter, especially those who are Democrat voters.
- 1:04:36SPEAKER_32: They are complaining now about gas prices and the prices of things in general after voting for Kamala Harris and the Democrats in the last presidential year.
- 1:04:46SPEAKER_32: But for some reason they had no problems with the high prices when uh Fiden was in charge.
- 1:04:52SPEAKER_32: So these people really only care about prices when their media tells them that the prices are high, when they somehow were completely oblivious to it when their people were in charge.
- 1:05:03SPEAKER_32: They're idiots.
- 1:05:04SPEAKER_08: You know, and I think the frustration stems from the fact that because gas prices are high, because of what's going on in Iran, right, diesel prices are more directly attached to the Russia-Ukraine conflict, which is why Trump is trying to work with Russia in order to bring down the diesel prices.
- 1:05:22SPEAKER_08: You know, the the frustrating part of it is it's just gone and provided an argument, a further argument for those on the left to spread their propaganda against the right without providing the proper context of why the prices are what they are.
- 1:05:34SPEAKER_08: I have no problem putting in typically higher priced gasoline if it means that we take away the ability of Iran to wage war against us or you know, our allies overseas for them to not get a nuclear weapon.
- 1:05:53SPEAKER_08: I'm fine with that.
- 1:05:54SPEAKER_08: But you know what?
- 1:05:55SPEAKER_08: That's that's me.
- 1:05:57SPEAKER_08: That may not be everybody else.
- 1:05:59SPEAKER_08: Minnesota Reform.
- 1:06:00SPEAKER_08: Former had a piece last week.
- 1:06:04SPEAKER_08: When Homeland Security Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen declared in September that immigrations and customs enforcement could serve warrants on individuals at polling places this fall, officials in Denver, a liberal city where roughly 14% of the residents are foreign-born, quickly sued.
- 1:06:21SPEAKER_08: Every day we find new things to be astonished about, but I think that we just want residents to not be afraid to vote because that's ultimately what the president was after.
- 1:06:32SPEAKER_08: This is according to the Denver mayor Mike Johnston, a Democrat, in an interview.
- 1:06:36SPEAKER_08: Interviews and public comments by more than a dozen current and former elected officials, legal experts, and lawmakers, excuse me, ahead of the midterms reveal anxiety over what Trump may do.
- 1:06:49SPEAKER_08: That's the article.
- 1:06:50SPEAKER_08: Anxiety over what Trump may do.
- 1:06:56SPEAKER_08: States are prepping.
- 1:06:58SPEAKER_08: He's not going to do anything.
- 1:07:02SPEAKER_08: It's purely fear mongering.
- 1:07:05SPEAKER_08: That's all that it is.
- 1:07:07SPEAKER_08: Potential scenarios range from armed federal personnel deploying at or near the polls to uh Trump declaring a national emergency ideas widely condemned as illegal by election law experts.
- 1:07:22SPEAKER_08: Homeland Security denies plans to specifically target polling locations because they're not going to.
- 1:07:27SPEAKER_08: It's straight up fear-mongering.
- 1:07:29SPEAKER_08: That's all this is.
- 1:07:30SPEAKER_08: In the meantime, a prediction that I had has uh come true.
- 1:07:34SPEAKER_08: It's the first of two parts of this.
- 1:07:38SPEAKER_08: Operation Metro Surge cost Minnesotans millions.
- 1:07:42SPEAKER_08: Lawmakers can't ignore it.
- 1:07:43SPEAKER_08: I'll bring you details on this in uh just a moment.
- 1:07:47SPEAKER_08: We have a bit of potential breaking news.
- 1:07:51SPEAKER_08: So, this is what I want to do because I want to go and confirm a few things here on the show, especially if this breaking news happens to be um legitimate.
- 1:08:02SPEAKER_08: So let's go ahead and take care of a couple of uh business items here on the show while I go and track down whether or not this breaking news is uh accurate.
- 1:08:11SPEAKER_08: And if it is, you're definitely not gonna want to miss it.
- 1:08:14SPEAKER_08: So give me just a minute here on the John Justice show.
- 1:08:16SPEAKER_08: Let's hear from some of our amazing advertisers here on the show while I track down the latest on this potential news item.
- 1:08:24SPEAKER_08: If you want to leave a comment, you can do so by giving 651-964-0294 a call.
- 1:08:30SPEAKER_08: 651-964-0294.
- 1:08:34SPEAKER_08: That's our blaster line.
- 1:08:35SPEAKER_08: We're back in just a moment here on the John Justice Show, presented by American Experiments.
- 1:08:39SPEAKER_08: John Justice, and you've probably gone through the yo-yo dieting.
- 1:08:42SPEAKER_08: That was the case for me, but not anymore.
- 1:08:45SPEAKER_08: You lose a few pounds, it all comes back, and more.
- 1:08:48SPEAKER_08: You lose a few pounds, and it all comes back, and even more.
- 1:08:51SPEAKER_08: If that's been your life, Neutrowave was built for you.

- 1:09:11SPEAKER_08: 31,000 people across the metro have tried everything else, and Neutrowave is where they got their life back.
- 1:09:18SPEAKER_08: And NeutroWave is accepting a limited number of new people.
- 1:09:22SPEAKER_08: So call and mention the word strike, and you get a$272 value truth metabolic scan and a red light therapy session.
- 1:09:31SPEAKER_08: I've done it, it's incredibly effective.

- 1:09:55SPEAKER_08: Consult your physician before starting any weight loss program.
- 1:09:58SPEAKER_00: Think about it.
- 1:10:00SPEAKER_00: Black and Hispanic students in Mississippi perform better in reading and math than black and Hispanic students in Minnesota.
- 1:10:06SPEAKER_00: And Mississippi spends thousands of dollars less per student than Minnesota.
- 1:10:11SPEAKER_00: Mississippi spends less money, gets better results, and their achievement gaps are closing, while ours are getting worse.
- 1:10:18SPEAKER_00: Think about it.
- 1:10:19SPEAKER_00: It's time for real education reform so Minnesota can catch up to Mississippi.

- 1:13:06SPEAKER_56: Hi, I'm Joe Scott, and I'm the only conservative on the Eastern Carver County Schools Board.
- 1:13:13SPEAKER_56: I'm also the only incumbent who supports balanced budgets, key performance indicators in our superintendent's contract, and counting everyone's vote every time in school board elections.
- 1:13:26SPEAKER_56: Our enrollment has been declining since 2018, and we lose 1,300 of our resident students each year to neighboring districts.
- 1:13:36SPEAKER_56: I have solutions, but the majority of the school board and administration are stuck in the status quo.
- 1:13:42SPEAKER_56: You can vote as early as Friday, September 18th, and I'd appreciate your support.
- 1:13:48SPEAKER_56: To learn more about me and how I stand on other school board issues, visit reelectjoecott.com.

- 1:14:10SPEAKER_08: It is the John Justice show presented by American Experiment.
- 1:14:15SPEAKER_08: I wish I had some uh some breaking news or music for the show.
- 1:14:20SPEAKER_08: I need to get that.
- 1:14:20SPEAKER_08: We'll just do this.
- 1:14:22SPEAKER_08: Okay, we won't play the whole thing.
- 1:14:24SPEAKER_08: I don't want to, I don't want to uh wait on this.
- 1:14:26SPEAKER_08: Thank you to uh the friend of the show that tipped me off.
- 1:14:29SPEAKER_08: Immigration enforcement officials launched a pre-dawn raid on Ilhan Omar's home.
- 1:14:37SPEAKER_08: Omar is being investigated over her immigration paperwork.
- 1:14:41SPEAKER_08: The raid stems from a criminal fraud investigation into the Somali-born Congresswoman's immigration paperwork, which was filed, uh which was filled out by her late father when she was a child.
- 1:14:54SPEAKER_08: Two sources close to the investigation confirmed the details of the probe Thursday after Borders R.
- 1:15:01SPEAKER_08: Tom Homan said in mid-December that the progressive congresswoman was the subject to an ongoing investigation.
- 1:15:07SPEAKER_08: So, further details on this, I'm going to work off of uh some uh musings by Tony Segura on X.
- 1:15:13SPEAKER_08: A critical detail in the reported search of Ilhan Omar's home, a judicially authorized search warrant.
- 1:15:22SPEAKER_08: Fox News reports that HSI searched her Washington area home early Monday.
- 1:15:28SPEAKER_08: DOJ confirmed the warrant's execution.
- 1:15:31SPEAKER_08: Fox's sources linked the search to suspected fraud involving childhood immigration paperwork.
- 1:15:37SPEAKER_08: The distinction matters, says Tony.
- 1:15:40SPEAKER_08: Judicial authorization carries weight.
- 1:15:42SPEAKER_08: It does not establish guilt.
- 1:15:44SPEAKER_08: The report announces no charges Omar has denied longstanding immigration-related allegations.
- 1:15:51SPEAKER_08: Now the public deserves answers, he goes on to say.
- 1:15:54SPEAKER_08: What evidence supports the investigation?
- 1:15:56SPEAKER_08: What did investigators seek?
- 1:15:58SPEAKER_08: What can legally be disclosed?
- 1:16:02SPEAKER_08: Apply the same standard to every politician.
- 1:16:05SPEAKER_08: No immunity through office, no conviction through headlines, follow the evidence and demand accountability.
- 1:16:11SPEAKER_08: Now, working off the Fox News story, a DOJ spokesperson told Fox News Digital today in Washington, D.C., Homeland Security investigators executed a judicially authorized search warrant secured by the Department of Justice.
- 1:16:25SPEAKER_08: This enforcement action is part of an ongoing federal investigation.
- 1:16:30SPEAKER_08: So we'll wait to find out what further information we will we uh will receive on this, and we will get to uh the bottom of it as we continue uh the show this morning.
- 1:16:41SPEAKER_08: I got a couple of comments.
- 1:16:42SPEAKER_08: There's a whole controversy that's uh that's uh brewing uh off uh off air via the uh blast this morning, so I want to clear things up.
- 1:16:50SPEAKER_30: Hey John, instead of referring to this woman as Frosted Flake, um Frosted Flake is a Kellogg product.
- 1:17:01SPEAKER_30: I think she should be referred to as Cheerio, which is a General Mills product.
- 1:17:07SPEAKER_08: Okay, so here's here's I've been going back with everybody.
- 1:17:11SPEAKER_08: So your traditional Frosted Flakes with Tony the Tiger is Kellogg's.
- 1:17:17SPEAKER_08: General Mills does make frosted flakes as well, though, just not the typical one.
- 1:17:21SPEAKER_08: So I'm not gonna use Frosted Flakes.
- 1:17:22SPEAKER_08: It's caused too much controversy with everybody.
- 1:17:24SPEAKER_08: Because I've had people.
- 1:17:26SPEAKER_08: It's so funny what people land on.
- 1:17:28SPEAKER_08: I've had all kinds already this morning.
- 1:17:30SPEAKER_08: I've had over an hour's worth of commentary.
- 1:17:32SPEAKER_08: We've gone through, what, half a dozen, if not more, stories and takes and Andrew Langer very down on the elections, right?
- 1:17:39SPEAKER_08: And what am I getting inundated with, John?
- 1:17:42SPEAKER_08: Frosted flakes traditionally are uh Kellogg's uh products.
- 1:17:45SPEAKER_08: I don't think that name is appropriate.
- 1:17:46SPEAKER_08: Well, they did make frosted cornflakes.
- 1:17:48SPEAKER_08: I did find it.
- 1:17:49SPEAKER_08: That's where my confusion came in.
- 1:17:50SPEAKER_08: Because I thought the same thing.
- 1:17:52SPEAKER_08: I thought, okay, it's Kellogg's, right?
- 1:17:53SPEAKER_08: But I looked it up and General Mills, if you look it up, General Mills does make frosted cornflakes.
- 1:17:59SPEAKER_08: It's just not the one with Tony the Tiger.
- 1:18:00SPEAKER_08: So I won't go with that nickname.
- 1:18:04SPEAKER_08: Only because you know what's gonna happen if I do, I'm gonna have to explain myself for everybody who's joining the show late as to why I'm going with the Kellogg's product to this woman's a radical activist.
- 1:18:17SPEAKER_08: And the big question mark is whether or not General Mills should actually continue to, or you know, they're fine with a woman working for their company that acts the way that she does.
- 1:18:28SPEAKER_08: All right.
- 1:18:29SPEAKER_08: In the meantime, I'm looking for more information regarding uh the latest when it comes to Ilhan Omar.
- 1:18:35SPEAKER_08: Specifically, I'm waiting for the uh for the Fox News coverage to uh to pop up.
- 1:18:39SPEAKER_08: So as soon as it does, uh, we'll give you further details on the federal agents searching Representative Ilhan Omar's uh home.
- 1:18:47SPEAKER_08: I would love to hear your comments on this, by the way.
- 1:18:50SPEAKER_08: Oh, that's good.
- 1:18:51SPEAKER_08: Somebody has a good suggestion for the uh for the woman.
- 1:18:55SPEAKER_08: Um I am curious your thoughts on Ilhan Omar's uh home being raided, uh, because this is going to become a huge story.
- 1:19:03SPEAKER_08: This is gonna be massive, especially here in Minnesota.
- 1:19:06SPEAKER_08: As a matter of fact, I wouldn't shock me in the slightest if I end up getting contacted to go on certain news outlets because we simply cannot stay out of the news.
- 1:19:15SPEAKER_08: But I would love to hear your thoughts.
- 1:19:17SPEAKER_08: 651-964-0294.
- 1:19:20SPEAKER_08: Okay, before we get into somebody suggesting we call her grape nuts.
- 1:19:24SPEAKER_08: I like that.
- 1:19:25SPEAKER_08: Yeah, I like that a lot because grape nuts is like pretty much like the worst cereal on the face of the planet, right?
- 1:19:32SPEAKER_08: I mean, there's no nuts.
- 1:19:33SPEAKER_08: There's hardly any grape.
- 1:19:34SPEAKER_08: Are there even any grapes?
- 1:19:36SPEAKER_08: It's like eating gravel.
- 1:19:37SPEAKER_08: It's awful.
- 1:19:38SPEAKER_08: Awful.
- 1:19:39SPEAKER_08: I like grape nuts.
- 1:19:40SPEAKER_08: Thank you for that suggestion.
- 1:19:41SPEAKER_08: Middle ground.
- 1:19:42SPEAKER_08: Let's go here.
- 1:19:43SPEAKER_08: Operation Metro Surge.
- 1:19:45SPEAKER_08: The federal incursion in Minnesota caused significant economic damage.
- 1:19:50SPEAKER_08: Researchers found that in the first six weeks of the surge, Twin Cities experienced a 3% drop in unemployment, excuse me, in employment, a 2% decrease in total hours worked, or resulting in an estimated 106 million in lost wages, the surge also negatively impacted leisure, hospitality, industry statewide, costing 4,600 jobs and$70 million in lost wages.
- 1:20:14SPEAKER_08: I hear that plants died.
- 1:20:18SPEAKER_08: Cats and dogs just keeled over.
- 1:20:20SPEAKER_08: Just give me a break already.
- 1:20:22SPEAKER_08: I called it.
- 1:20:24SPEAKER_08: Just wait until the truth, uh, Governor Dimwalls and his truth council becomes the epicenter for propaganda at the end of this month when they release their findings.
- 1:20:33SPEAKER_08: This is the precursor right here.
- 1:20:37SPEAKER_08: I'm working off the article here from the Minnesota Reformer written by Aaron Rosenthal.
- 1:20:43SPEAKER_08: Economic damage from the unprecedented federal incursion ran deep across Minnesota, and we are still paying for it.
- 1:20:51SPEAKER_08: This thing, this whole study that was done by the North Star Policy Action and W.E.
- 1:20:57SPEAKER_08: Up John Institute couldn't have been more biased if it tried.
- 1:21:01SPEAKER_08: Look at the opening line.
- 1:21:03SPEAKER_08: None of us will ever forget Operation Metro Metro Surge.
- 1:21:06SPEAKER_08: Neighbors detained, police brutality, families torn apart, communities living in fear.
- 1:21:17SPEAKER_08: We set out to use the tools of social science to measure the scale of the impacts.
- 1:21:24SPEAKER_08: You want to know why Education Minnesota and their proficiency for science is at 26 percent?
- 1:21:30SPEAKER_08: Reading and math below half of students here in Minnesota can read or do math at a proficiency level?
- 1:21:40SPEAKER_08: It's because of this.
- 1:21:41SPEAKER_08: Social science.
- 1:21:42SPEAKER_08: We used tools of social science.
- 1:21:44SPEAKER_08: If you don't know real science, and they can just spin it to social science and pretty much make up whatever data points they want to make in order to achieve the outcome that they are hoping for.
- 1:21:55SPEAKER_08: What we found was striking.
- 1:21:57SPEAKER_08: In the first six weeks of the surge, the number of people working in the Twin Cities fell by almost 3%.
- 1:22:03SPEAKER_08: Hours dropped by nearly 2%.
- 1:22:05SPEAKER_08: It may not sound like small numbers.
- 1:22:07SPEAKER_08: It may sound like small numbers, but picture the unemployment rate jumping three percentage points in a matter of weeks.
- 1:22:14SPEAKER_08: It would be recognized it's an economic emergency using conservative assumptions.
- 1:22:19SPEAKER_08: We estimate the Twin Cities lost between 106 million in wages between early January and mid-February alone.
- 1:22:26SPEAKER_08: And there is zero accounting for why?
- 1:22:31SPEAKER_08: Beyond ICE and Trump being bad.
- 1:22:35SPEAKER_08: No accounting whatsoever for all of the rhetoric, all the propaganda, all of the encouraging, all of the fear-mongering.
- 1:22:46SPEAKER_08: Our analysis used rigorous statistical methods to control for broader economic seasonal trends, giving us confidence that the results reflect a specific impact of DHS activity, not a typical winter Minnesota slowdown.
- 1:23:05SPEAKER_08: These alarming numbers only scratch the surface.
- 1:23:08SPEAKER_08: Yeah, that's the kind of language that you don't get in proper studies.
- 1:23:13SPEAKER_08: You don't get the, they only scratch the surface.
- 1:23:18SPEAKER_08: They don't put in their bias and commentary.
- 1:23:21SPEAKER_08: They just present to you the data without the additional commentary.
- 1:23:27SPEAKER_08: Then they say this there's also a larger term cost and Minnesota can't afford to ignore.
- 1:23:32SPEAKER_08: What happens to our communities and economy when immigrants no longer feel welcome here?
- 1:23:37SPEAKER_08: Immigrants are essential to Minnesota's community vibrancy and economy.
- 1:23:42SPEAKER_08: Listen, that's the only reason why they put these data points together.
- 1:23:45SPEAKER_08: That's it.
- 1:23:46SPEAKER_08: Because that's what they want to argue.
- 1:23:49SPEAKER_08: But it's so funny, they only care about fear running through the communities when it benefits them electorally, when it benefits pushing their views and narratives.
- 1:23:57SPEAKER_08: We had this wack-a-doodle General Mills grape nuts protester, ended up acting like a lunatic along with other individuals at the Lincoln Reagan dinner over the weekend carrying a Republican's KKK banner, shouting nonsensically at the crowd, disrupting everybody in the middle of when Lisa Damath was speaking on stage.
- 1:24:17SPEAKER_08: What about the fear that instilled?
- 1:24:21SPEAKER_08: What about the fear that students at high schools have to deal with because of rampant Somali gangs?
- 1:24:30SPEAKER_08: The article on this Operation MetSurge Cost by this North Star Policy Action and W.E.
- 1:24:36SPEAKER_08: Up John Institute says some of these challenges will require federal attention for years to come.
- 1:24:41SPEAKER_08: Yeah, believe them when they say it.
- 1:24:43SPEAKER_08: Democrats get control and they'll want to flood the state with money, saying that they have to go and give relief to individuals impacted by Metro Surge.
- 1:24:54SPEAKER_08: The Truth Council's testimony, they say, and the growing body of research point to the same conclusion.
- 1:25:00SPEAKER_08: Wow, that's interesting.
- 1:25:01SPEAKER_08: I didn't know that the uh uh Dimwall's Truth Council had released any of their findings.
- 1:25:08SPEAKER_08: I hadn't heard that yet.
- 1:25:10SPEAKER_08: Interesting.
- 1:25:11SPEAKER_08: They say they're gonna reach the same conclusion, though, so maybe they have an inside track on the data.
- 1:25:16SPEAKER_08: Operation Metro Surge harmed Minnesotans in ways that will shape our communities and our economy for years to come.
- 1:25:23SPEAKER_08: No, you did that.
- 1:25:25SPEAKER_08: The left did that.
- 1:25:28SPEAKER_08: They did that by encouraging individuals to go and push back on ice.
- 1:25:33SPEAKER_08: It's so funny.
- 1:25:33SPEAKER_08: The left got all up in arms last week when President Donald Trump made his uh comments regarding the Somali gangbanger problem that we have.
- 1:25:44SPEAKER_08: Telling Minnesotans to fight back.
- 1:25:46SPEAKER_08: He's talking, you know, electorally when it comes to getting out the the vote, right?
- 1:25:51SPEAKER_08: And yet, these are the same individuals complaining about Trump using the terminology fight back, that were the ones who are encouraging individuals armed only with their cell phones to go out and get in the way of lawful law enforcement from uh doing their doing their job.
- 1:26:08SPEAKER_10: Kim Walsh's Department of Truth.
- 1:26:11SPEAKER_10: Doesn't that remind you of uh George Orwell Ministry of Truth in 1984 novel and uh Pravda in the Soviet Union, Communist Soviet Union?
- 1:26:23SPEAKER_08: Oh, absolutely.
- 1:26:24SPEAKER_08: Because that's exactly what it's modeled after.
- 1:26:27SPEAKER_08: Thank you for the uh for the blast, Bob.
- 1:26:29SPEAKER_08: Uh I uh I appreciate it.
- 1:26:30SPEAKER_08: That's exactly what it was modeled after.
- 1:26:35SPEAKER_08: It was modeled after what you've seen in in uh in in past communist regimes.
- 1:26:41SPEAKER_08: Because that's what Governor Jim Walls is, he's a communist.
- 1:26:45SPEAKER_08: And because he's a communist, and so many of those on the left that are serving in positions of power here in Minnesota, because that's what their belief is, they don't care when laws are broken if it benefits them.
- 1:26:58SPEAKER_08: As long as they stay in power because they feel they believe with all the religious zeal of somebody following the scripture on their side of things, because they're evil, in my opinion, they believe that they know better than you do.
- 1:27:16SPEAKER_08: That their base of voters are nothing but a bunch of peasants, that individuals that commit acts of fraud, it's totally okay as long as those individuals continue voting for these same people to stay in power.
- 1:27:29SPEAKER_08: They would control your life if they could.
- 1:27:31SPEAKER_08: And this wasn't a I mean, Governor Dim Walls showed this in the middle of COVID for crying out loud with his snitch line.
- 1:27:39SPEAKER_08: That was the first step.
- 1:27:40SPEAKER_08: This whole the article from the Minnesota Reformer talking about this other study that it cost millions of dollars, that's a precursor.
- 1:27:48SPEAKER_08: They probably didn't have any inside track on Dim Walls' truth uh counsel uh data points, but they didn't need it any more than I do.
- 1:27:57SPEAKER_08: We already know what the outcome is going to be.
- 1:28:00SPEAKER_08: Drops right at the end of the month with about a week or so to go before the election.
- 1:28:03SPEAKER_08: It's all timed specifically to impact and influence the election, and they believe hopefully bring out more Democrat voters.
- 1:28:11SPEAKER_21: Ilhan Omar's house being searched.
- 1:28:14SPEAKER_21: It is about time.
- 1:28:16SPEAKER_21: How long have we been talking about her immigration status?
- 1:28:21SPEAKER_21: It's been proven.
- 1:28:22SPEAKER_21: There is documentation on it, and it's always leave her alone, leave her alone, leave her alone.
- 1:28:28SPEAKER_21: It is about time.
- 1:28:32SPEAKER_08: Taking your thoughts on the news that uh broke uh this uh this hour federal agent searching the Washington area home of Representative Ilhan Omar carried out in a court-approved search in the area and part of an ongoing probe.
- 1:28:47SPEAKER_08: Let's get back to more of uh your thoughts.
- 1:28:49SPEAKER_12: So you asked for comments regarding uh how we feel about Ilhan Omar and her home being searched.
- 1:28:57SPEAKER_12: My comment is it's about damn time.
- 1:29:00SPEAKER_08: Well that's two votes for it's about uh it's about damn time.
- 1:29:03SPEAKER_24: Hey John, good morning, good show so far as always.
- 1:29:07SPEAKER_24: Yeah, I hope they uh I hope they did.
- 1:29:09SPEAKER_24: I hope they went through every drawer, every nook, every cranny of her house.
- 1:29:12SPEAKER_24: I hope they uh upset uh beds, I hope they turned over furniture, I hope they did all that, but ultimately if she's still in if she's still here in America, then it doesn't mean anything.
- 1:29:24SPEAKER_24: She needs to be neutralized and deported immediately.
- 1:29:30SPEAKER_08: Oh, this might be a first step uh towards that.
- 1:29:32SPEAKER_28: Good morning, John, happy Monday.
- 1:29:35SPEAKER_28: So I uh go through pretty much every single day waking up not thinking about Operation Metro Assurge until the local media reminds me of Operation Metro Assurge.
- 1:29:52SPEAKER_28: Grape Nuts?
- 1:29:53SPEAKER_28: Yeah, I don't know, or General Millsdred.
- 1:29:57SPEAKER_28: It might be Eric Mildred from Raynerd.
- 1:30:00SPEAKER_28: We don't know.
- 1:30:01SPEAKER_28: All right, John, hang in there.
- 1:30:03SPEAKER_28: Have a great Monday.
- 1:30:04SPEAKER_08: Talk to you, bye.
- 1:30:05SPEAKER_08: I appreciate your guys' uh suggestions.

- 1:30:32SPEAKER_08: I want to give you some uh perspective uh on that.

- 1:32:42SPEAKER_49: Uh-oh.
- 1:32:43SPEAKER_49: Looks like someone needs a new heating and air conditioning system.
- 1:32:45SPEAKER_49: That can be scary.
- 1:32:47SPEAKER_49: Most companies have high fees, hidden costs, and a lack of transparency.
- 1:32:50SPEAKER_49: Not us.
- 1:32:51SPEAKER_49: At Upfront Heating and Air Conditioning, we'll tell you from the beginning, this whole process is gonna be a nightmare.

- 1:33:37SPEAKER_08: It's funny because it's true.
- 1:33:39SPEAKER_08: That's what happens when you call most of her home service companies, but it's not going to happen when you reach out to Ericsson Plumbing Heating Air and Electrical, proudly serving the community with friendly and professional first-class service for 43 years.
- 1:33:52SPEAKER_08: iHeartErickson.com.

- 1:34:00SPEAKER_08: That number is 763-783-4545.
- 1:34:03SPEAKER_08: That's 763-783-4545.
- 1:34:16SPEAKER_01: Fox is told by multiple law enforcement sources.
- 1:34:59SPEAKER_08: Also, protest interrupts a Minnesota GOP event.
- 1:35:04SPEAKER_08: This was the Lincoln Reagan dinner.
- 1:35:06SPEAKER_08: The protesters disrupted speeches from Michelle Defoya, Lisa Damath.
- 1:35:10SPEAKER_08: These are the real fascists, by the way.
- 1:35:14SPEAKER_08: This is what fascists do, what took place at the Lincoln Reagan dinner.
- 1:35:17SPEAKER_08: We'll get to this in just a moment.
- 1:35:19SPEAKER_08: First off, though, I want to read a couple of comments.
- 1:35:20SPEAKER_08: Good morning, John.
- 1:35:21SPEAKER_08: Great so a great show so far.
- 1:35:23SPEAKER_08: I'm doing my best.
- 1:35:24SPEAKER_08: I have a deep thought.
- 1:35:25SPEAKER_08: This is a great point, by the way.
- 1:35:27SPEAKER_08: So they raided Ilhan Omar's place this morning.
- 1:35:30SPEAKER_08: That means that somewhere in the Washington, D.C.
- 1:35:32SPEAKER_08: area, they found the judge to sign off on it.
- 1:35:35SPEAKER_08: That's probably the most incredible part of all of it all, considering how left-wing swampy the city of Washington, D.C.
- 1:35:44SPEAKER_08: is.
- 1:35:44SPEAKER_08: No, that is a fantastic uh point.
- 1:35:49SPEAKER_08: You're right.
- 1:35:50SPEAKER_08: They did get a judge to sign off on it.
- 1:35:51SPEAKER_08: This is a, you know, this is essentially a legitimate raid.
- 1:35:55SPEAKER_08: Now, to what end remains to be seen.
- 1:35:57SPEAKER_08: We'll continue to keep an eye on the uh on the breaking uh on the breaking news of Ilhana Omar's home being raided by ICE agents in a pre-dawn swoop.
- 1:36:06SPEAKER_08: Oh, they were ice agents.
- 1:36:08SPEAKER_08: That's gonna make things spicy.
- 1:36:11unknown: Yeah.
- 1:36:12SPEAKER_08: All right, real quick, because I want to get to these other items that I was talking about a moment ago here on the show.
- 1:36:17SPEAKER_08: The blaster line is 651-964-0294, 651-964-0294, and the email address is John.justice at AmericanExperiment.org.
- 1:36:28SPEAKER_08: Minneapolis Man Baby Mayor, Mom Jeans, Jacob Fry has nominated Bill Peterson, a 30-year veteran of the Minneapolis Police Department, as the new police chief.
- 1:36:40SPEAKER_08: Peterson, who initially declined the position, I cannot blame him, will oversee the ongoing police reforms and address concerns about department accountability and spending.
- 1:36:52SPEAKER_08: While some community groups oppose this nomination, others believe an internal candidate can bring accountability while understanding the department's dynamics.
- 1:37:00SPEAKER_08: I only have this to say to Bill Peterson.
- 1:37:03SPEAKER_08: Good luck and Godspeed, my friend.
- 1:37:05SPEAKER_08: Good luck and Godspeed.
- 1:37:08SPEAKER_08: I can understand why you declined it.
- 1:37:10SPEAKER_08: And if you indeed decide to accept the offer.
- 1:37:15SPEAKER_08: Man, good luck and godspeed.
- 1:37:18SPEAKER_08: More power to you, buddy.
- 1:37:20SPEAKER_08: A South Minneapolis resident says the repeated car break-ins near Lake Nekomas have left him feeling unsafe and frustrated with city leadership.
- 1:37:28SPEAKER_08: So where's the concern here, right?
- 1:37:30SPEAKER_08: This is what I was talking about.
- 1:37:32SPEAKER_08: We were going back to that ridiculous bias North Star blah blah blah blah study talking about the cost of Operation Metro Surge.
- 1:37:40SPEAKER_08: No accounting whatsoever to the encouraging of people to stay home, to not go to work, the fear-mongering that was rampant from almost all of our leftist elected officials, none whatsoever.
- 1:37:52SPEAKER_08: Oh, the chilling effect that we'll feel for generations.
- 1:37:55SPEAKER_08: Well, what about the people living in Minneapolis and South Minneapolis that are terrified on a, you know, terrorized, excuse me, on a nightly basis?
- 1:38:03SPEAKER_08: Meyer Belkin said he and his partner Adam have seen three car break-ins in the last two years outside their home.
- 1:38:09SPEAKER_08: The most recent break-in was just after midnight on Saturday morning.
- 1:38:13SPEAKER_08: I just feel unsafe.
- 1:38:14SPEAKER_08: I spent more money on a property for the house for the purpose of feeling safe in my environment, hopefully supported by the taxes I pay, and I've got none of that.
- 1:38:23SPEAKER_08: Now, Minneapolis police later called to say that officers found the suspects after the video showed them breaking into multiple vehicles.
- 1:38:32SPEAKER_08: By the way, these suspects, right?
- 1:38:34SPEAKER_08: Three kids.
- 1:38:35SPEAKER_08: Yeah.
- 1:38:36SPEAKER_08: So let me let me oh hold on, I'm getting for getting ahead of myself here.
- 1:38:39SPEAKER_08: So um later in the afternoon, we got a call from the sergeant, said they had caught the youth.
- 1:38:45SPEAKER_08: They were 14 years old, and only one arrest was made, and that they were in a stolen vehicle.
- 1:38:51SPEAKER_08: 14 years old.
- 1:38:57SPEAKER_08: Minneapolis police also spoke Thursday after the officer fired a gun during an encounter with a reported 16-year-old carjacker.
- 1:39:04SPEAKER_08: And based off of how the shooting suspect in the Eden Prairie High School Somali gang shooting was treated with kit gloves, I, you know, I can only imagine next to nothing happening to these juveniles.
- 1:39:18SPEAKER_08: The issues come, the issue comes as a teen of carjacking crimes have drawn headlines in recent months.
- 1:39:24SPEAKER_08: In September, three kids were killed driving a stolen car near the University of Minnesota.
- 1:39:29SPEAKER_08: And then in August, an 11-year-old, a 12-year-old, and a 16-year-old were detained after 202 car windows were smashed.
- 1:39:39SPEAKER_08: And what punishment did they receive?
- 1:39:41SPEAKER_08: Any?
- 1:39:44SPEAKER_08: I think it's time we start holding parents accountable for what their children are doing, said Belkin.
- 1:39:48SPEAKER_08: Dude, yeah, it's long past that.
- 1:39:50SPEAKER_08: No, it's time that we start throwing the book at these kids.
- 1:39:53SPEAKER_08: We need a little scared straight up in here for those that remember that going back to my childhood.
- 1:40:00SPEAKER_08: Let's get back to the blaster line.
- 1:40:02SPEAKER_08: Again, 651-964-0294.
- 1:40:06SPEAKER_31: Has the Minneapolis police department never heard of a base car?
- 1:40:09SPEAKER_31: Put on a car, put on some cameras, a couple of officers nearby, wait till these idiots smash the windows and arrest them.
- 1:40:17SPEAKER_31: I know.
- 1:41:15SPEAKER_25: If you put up money for collateral, you can't have a colour.
- 1:41:24SPEAKER_25: So far.
- 1:41:26SPEAKER_08: Well, and this goes back to something we talked about earlier that we'll dive into now.
- 1:41:30SPEAKER_08: Because with the release of this Adam Abdi Hakeem Adam, who was arrested and charged with second degree assault and for and riot for the double shooting at the Eden Prairie High School game, the bond aspect of this is what we need to focus on.
- 1:41:46SPEAKER_08: But let's do that by first going through the details of this story.
- 1:41:51SPEAKER_08: I had this for Freedom Friday, and we just didn't get a chance to get to it.
- 1:41:55SPEAKER_08: John Cyril, a serial peeping Tom with a lengthy criminal record, was released on$300,000 bond last week after being arrested for looking into strangers' windows near the University of Minnesota.
- 1:42:13SPEAKER_08: Prosecutors consider him an extreme risk to public safety due to his history of similar offenses dating back to 1995.
- 1:42:23SPEAKER_08: Prosecutors said Cyril looked into Strangers' windows in the Minneapolis Como neighborhood, not far from the University of Minnesota, at least three times in recent months.
- 1:42:34SPEAKER_08: On July 10th, investigators said he crouched by a basement window before taking off after one of the three victims scared him.
- 1:42:43SPEAKER_08: Prosecutors said it happened again less than a week later.
- 1:42:46SPEAKER_08: His encounters go back with law enforcement 30 years to 1995.
- 1:42:52SPEAKER_08: Court records show an effort in 2009 to have him civilly committed on the grounds that he was sexually dangerous or had a psychopathic personality that was dismissed.
- 1:43:02SPEAKER_08: Fox 9 last covered Cyril in 2015 after prosecutors said he recorded women in their homes near the University of St.
- 1:43:09SPEAKER_08: Thomas in St.
- 1:43:10SPEAKER_08: Paul.
- 1:43:11SPEAKER_08: So listen, um, you know, the three- I don't know much about bond allocation and how low or high it's supposed to be.
- 1:43:21SPEAKER_08: I'm just using common sense.
- 1:43:23SPEAKER_08: I get the$300,000 bond for this serial peeping Tom, but everything laid out here, and this is not to diminish in any way, shape, or form the crimes that this individual has committed and allegedly committed.
- 1:43:35SPEAKER_08: It is to say that it was$300,000 bond for an individual who likes to get his kicks by peeping in the windows of women.
- 1:43:43SPEAKER_08: It's awful, it's bad.
- 1:43:45SPEAKER_08: $300,000 bond.
- 1:43:46SPEAKER_08: Uh however, if you go and shoot up uh uh high school, is a$100,000 bail or bond.
- 1:43:52SPEAKER_08: So can somebody help me make that make sense?
- 1:43:55SPEAKER_08: I I would appreciate it.
- 1:43:59SPEAKER_08: This Abdi Adam Abdi Hakim Adam or Triple A, 18 years old.
- 1:44:07SPEAKER_08: You know, the shooting last week left an 18-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy with non-life-threatening injuries outside the stadium, just one of dozens of incidents involving Somalis across the Twin Cities and the state in recent weeks and months.
- 1:44:24SPEAKER_08: But he gets$100,000 bail, no conditions, while the peeping tom is$300,000.
- 1:44:31SPEAKER_08: I'm not saying the$300,000 for the peeping tom isn't appropriate, but I would think that the 18-year-old who shot up a high school game is part of a larger problem, wherein we need to go and set an example with these individuals, only gets a$100,000 bond without conditions.
- 1:44:57SPEAKER_08: Has been charged in the Hennepin County District Court tells you all you need to know.
- 1:45:01SPEAKER_08: With two counts of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon and one count of second-degree riot while armed with a dangerous weapon.
- 1:45:09SPEAKER_08: Now, the criminal complaint does not describe a motive for the shootings.
- 1:45:13SPEAKER_08: You know, part of the problem with this is the motivations are so minor.
- 1:45:18SPEAKER_08: They're just social media beefs between these idiots.
- 1:45:23SPEAKER_08: It does detail the shootings that were captured on surveillance video, which showed Adam as the sole occupant and driver of a vehicle that entered a parking lot with another vehicle just prior to the shootings.
- 1:45:35SPEAKER_08: A fight involving about ten people occurred near the vehicles, and Adam was seen exiting and entering the vehicle he was driving a couple of times before appearing to fire at the two parties fleeing the scene.
- 1:45:50SPEAKER_08: Again,$100,000 bond, and he's already out.
- 1:45:54SPEAKER_08: Now he's going to be in court uh later on today.
- 1:45:58SPEAKER_08: Officers trace the owner of the vehicle, who, the complaint and states, was not at the site of the shooting and determined the owner's younger brother, identified as Adam, was driving the vehicle.
- 1:46:08SPEAKER_08: Police obtained the cell phone location data for the warrant and determined that Adam's phone was in the same place while the suspect vehicle before, during, and after the shooting.
- 1:46:15SPEAKER_08: The complaint states that officers were also able to rule out several other suspects because their cell phone locations did not match up with the suspected vehicle and its location during or after the shootings.
- 1:46:27SPEAKER_08: Immediately after the shootings, uh AAA abandoned his phone and changed his cell phone number.
- 1:46:34SPEAKER_08: Adam remains in custody on$100,000 bail, is scheduled to make his first court appearance on Monday at the time when this was written.
- 1:46:43SPEAKER_08: He has now been released.
- 1:46:45SPEAKER_08: Ramsey County Undersheriff told Alpha News Liz Collins the level of violence being committed by the Somali youth is brazen.
- 1:46:51SPEAKER_08: Ramsey County Sheriff Bob Fletcher raised the alarm over the weekend about Somali gangs following another string of violent incidents, including the murder on July 4th weekend.
- 1:47:00SPEAKER_08: Fletcher said at the time, we cannot afford to deny there's a problem, and warned that the 300 current Somali gang members in the Twin Cities could quickly grow by 900.
- 1:47:09SPEAKER_08: And what did the Star Tribune run over the weekend?
- 1:47:14SPEAKER_08: They had a lengthy expose in the Star Tribune this weekend.
- 1:47:21SPEAKER_08: And the title?
- 1:47:29SPEAKER_08: I wish I were kidding.
- 1:47:31SPEAKER_08: As the community grapples with fraud, terrorism, and gang violence, these Minnesotans say the guilty should be held accountable without blaming all Somalis.
- 1:47:41SPEAKER_08: I don't care.
- 1:47:44SPEAKER_08: This whole argument of blaming all Somalis, it's pure reflection.
- 1:47:50SPEAKER_08: You should not go and blame the entire Somali community.
- 1:47:53SPEAKER_08: I'll get that out of the way.
- 1:47:54SPEAKER_08: For those in the back, for those with selective hearing, you shouldn't do that.
- 1:48:01SPEAKER_08: If you are an immigrant, I don't care where you're from.
- 1:48:04SPEAKER_08: If you're an immigrant, legal, you've assimilated, are trying to assimilate, are a contributing member of society and aren't breaking the law, I'm not talking about you.
- 1:48:14SPEAKER_08: But this is a very specific Somali issue that we're dealing with right now.
- 1:48:18SPEAKER_08: And to go and complain about people doing blanket condemnations, you're never gonna stop that.
- 1:48:27SPEAKER_08: You're always gonna have people that'll go and do that.
- 1:48:31SPEAKER_08: But arguing about it either way does nothing to go and solve the problem.
- 1:48:35SPEAKER_08: The first line in this piece, by the way, a mother of six who wonders why all the white people don't get blamed when someone commits a crime.
- 1:48:42SPEAKER_08: Jeez, lady, man, turn on the news.
- 1:48:47SPEAKER_08: Watch any time somebody who's associated with the right does some sort of criminal activity.
- 1:48:56SPEAKER_08: Oh, by the way, just for crying out loud, the left argument is white systemic racism.
- 1:49:03SPEAKER_08: Give me a break.
- 1:49:03SPEAKER_08: And it cracks me up in the sub-headline to the article as the community grapples with fraud, terrorism, and gang violence, where is that story, Star Tribune?
- 1:49:12SPEAKER_08: What it's like to just be a Minnesotan right now.
- 1:49:16SPEAKER_08: State's underwater economically, kids in Mississippi do better in school than here, proficiency rates are in the toilet, fraud, gang violence, potential acts of terrorism.
- 1:49:30SPEAKER_08: How about that article?
- 1:49:32SPEAKER_08: How about the article of what it's like to just be a Minnesotan right now?
- 1:49:37SPEAKER_08: For crying out loud, listen to this uh from uh KS uh TP.
- 1:49:42SPEAKER_08: The lengths that other schools in the state have to go through and go to because of the fear that the community now has because of these Somali gold.
- 1:49:53SPEAKER_47: The Friday night lights kicked off well before the sun went down.
- 1:49:56SPEAKER_47: It's part of a new security plan that comes this is it.
- 1:50:00SPEAKER_08: Saint Cloud Tech.
- 1:50:01SPEAKER_08: Lindsay Brown reporting that the Friday night's lights ended early at South at St.
- 1:50:07SPEAKER_08: Cloud Tech.
- 1:50:08SPEAKER_08: Here's more of her reporting.
- 1:50:09SPEAKER_47: One week after a shooting outside another game.
- 1:50:12SPEAKER_47: Richard Reeve is in the newsroom with details of that plan and what parents are saying about it.
- 1:50:17SPEAKER_47: Rich.
- 1:50:18SPEAKER_17: Lindsay, it was exactly one week ago that gunfire shut down Eden Prairie High School's homecoming football game and forced the evacuation of hundreds of people.
- 1:50:27SPEAKER_17: Now another school is taking action at its homecoming game.
- 1:50:30SPEAKER_17: St.
- 1:50:31SPEAKER_17: Cloud Tech High School for the first time, using metal detectors and other security protocols to keep people safe.
- 1:50:44SPEAKER_48: The sun's shining, our pet fans playing.
- 1:50:47SPEAKER_48: Both teams are here and ready to play.
- 1:50:50SPEAKER_17: Cheers in the stands, action on the gridiron.
- 1:50:56SPEAKER_17: But outside, metal detectors and bag checks.
- 1:51:00SPEAKER_37: You got your swap?
- 1:51:04SPEAKER_17: What do you think about all this?
- 1:51:05SPEAKER_38: Uh well first it was kind of like disheartening, but I also feel like they're doing the stuff they need to to make everyone safe.
- 1:51:14SPEAKER_17: The new protocols include a highly visible police presence, a 4 30 p.m.
- 1:51:18SPEAKER_17: game start time, and a required prompt departure afterwards.
- 1:51:22SPEAKER_17: All this, just days after authorities learned about a social media post of a potential threat of a large planned fight at the game.
- 1:51:40SPEAKER_17: School officials and parents say they're well aware of the shooting outside Eden Prairie High School exactly one week ago.
- 1:51:46SPEAKER_38: I had just heard because I had um a relative that was at that game.
- 1:51:51SPEAKER_38: And so they're having a hard time because their daughter was there.
- 1:51:55SPEAKER_38: Walk me through the process.
- 1:51:56SPEAKER_17: What was the discussion like?
- 1:51:57SPEAKER_48: Yeah, I think the community concerns that came up, um, some of the things that we've seen across the state, um, we really wanted to make sure that we were being proactive and that we were ahead of it.
- 1:52:07SPEAKER_17: I love ya.
- 1:52:08SPEAKER_17: Be good, have fun, okay?
- 1:52:10SPEAKER_17: For some parents, this new normal is a bit jarring.
- 1:52:13SPEAKER_37: I asked my husband, should we are you okay if I take the kids?
- 1:52:16SPEAKER_37: And he was like, You need a parent as well, Bo?
- 1:52:18SPEAKER_37: I'm gonna have y'all stay right here and see y'all get a parent, okay?
- 1:52:20SPEAKER_37: I would boycott it, and I'm like, but this is for the kids.
- 1:52:22SPEAKER_37: Stay right here and find people I'm y'all, you know.
- 1:52:27SPEAKER_38: For the team.
- 1:52:30SPEAKER_17: Now, police say there were no weapons mentioned in that threat against the school.
- 1:52:34SPEAKER_17: The district says the uptick in security will remain in place for all football and soccer games for the fall season.
- 1:52:40SPEAKER_17: Staffers are considering expanding those measures into wintertime and beyond, Lindsay.
- 1:52:44SPEAKER_47: Okay.
- 1:52:45SPEAKER_47: Thank you so much, Rich.
- 1:52:46SPEAKER_47: A young man is now facing assault and it doesn't have to be this way.
- 1:52:52SPEAKER_08: It doesn't have to be this way.
- 1:52:55SPEAKER_08: So while you have the leftists out there wanting to continue to put Operation Metro Surge in the news, putting forward bogus studies, we're gonna get a bogus study and reporting coming out of Governor Dim Walls and his communist his commie-esque truth council that recently wrapped up and has their reporting due right at the end of the month.
- 1:53:19SPEAKER_08: We have real ongoing concerns that are impacting everyday life nonsensically at this point in time, unless they're dealing with similar issues than what we're dealing with that's what we're dealing with here in Minnesota.
- 1:53:30SPEAKER_08: And what do you have?
- 1:53:31SPEAKER_08: You have the Star Tribune that's out there, what it's like to be a Somali Minnesotan right now.
- 1:53:37SPEAKER_08: Just give me a break already.
- 1:53:40SPEAKER_08: I'm gonna get you updated on the latest, on the breaking news here on the John Justice show of Ilhan Omar's uh DC home being raided, and then we'll get into uh grape nuts.
- 1:53:53SPEAKER_08: Her name is uh Maya Albright.
- 1:53:56SPEAKER_08: She's an RD engineer at General Mills and a uh professional protester affiliated with climate uh defiance.
- 1:54:03SPEAKER_08: She disrupts conservative events, including those featuring uh Senator Tim Shahey, Senator Amy Clovishar as well, to advocate for climate change action.
- 1:54:12SPEAKER_08: This time she showed up at the Lincoln Reagan dinner with a uh sign saying Republican KKK and just acting like a lunatic.
- 1:54:21SPEAKER_08: So we'll give you details on this coming up in just a moment here on the John Justice show.
- 1:54:25SPEAKER_08: I need to get to your thoughts on the blaster line, 651-964-0294.
- 1:54:30SPEAKER_10: As I'm driving to work, listening to the John Justice show on my car's infotainment system.
- 1:54:36SPEAKER_10: It's just like it used to be, like John Justice on the radio.
- 1:54:41SPEAKER_10: You can't keep a good man down.
- 1:54:44SPEAKER_08: Nope, and we can thank uh American Experiment for making that uh happen.
- 1:54:47SPEAKER_08: Uh thank you, Bob.
- 1:54:48SPEAKER_08: Uh, getting back to the suspect in the Eden Prairie shooting, we're calling him Triple A.
- 1:54:55SPEAKER_34: Uh Beyond the anger that we might feel for the amount of bail for this triple A recharge, uh he's not being charged with attempted murder.
- 1:55:07SPEAKER_34: We should have people with a gun, I would think, that would bring murder charges or attempted murder charges.
- 1:55:13SPEAKER_34: But no.
- 1:55:14SPEAKER_34: Apparently it's for damage, that's an assault.
- 1:55:17SPEAKER_08: Getting into the difference between the$300,000 bail or bond for the peeping tom and the$100,000 bail or bond for the uh bond for the 18-year-old shooting suspect.
- 1:55:29SPEAKER_27: Uh good morning, John.
- 1:55:30SPEAKER_27: I can explain the difference in the bond amount from the uh school shooter versus the peeping tom.
- 1:55:36SPEAKER_27: So the school shooter is in a protected class in Minnesota.
- 1:55:40SPEAKER_27: So thereby that would reduce by law the bond amount by a third.
- 1:55:45SPEAKER_27: Now, if this serial um Herbert was to declare himself transgender, his bond may either be eliminated or probably around a hundred dollars.
- 1:56:01SPEAKER_08: Um checking out well, he's not claiming to be that.
- 1:56:10SPEAKER_08: So uh let's go here.
- 1:56:12SPEAKER_08: Somebody wants to respond to the story from uh Channel 5.
- 1:56:15SPEAKER_31: Not once in that news clip you played of St.
- 1:56:18SPEAKER_31: Cloud did they mention the real problem.
- 1:56:20SPEAKER_31: And that's the biggest problem in Minnesota is nobody will address the elephant in the room.
- 1:56:26SPEAKER_31: Because we're all too Minnesota nice, and we're gonna be uh that's called Suicidal Empathy, and pretty soon it's gonna look like Paris.
- 1:56:35SPEAKER_31: So there you go.
- 1:56:38SPEAKER_08: Alright, let's um I want to get you back around to Ilhan Omar and uh the story, the new story that broke of her place being uh raided.
- 1:56:49SPEAKER_08: Let's go here.
- 1:56:51SPEAKER_20: Morning, John.
- 1:56:52SPEAKER_20: Regarding the uh search of Ilhan Omar's place.
- 1:56:57SPEAKER_20: Yes! Finally! Yes! Start tightening the screws on some of these traitors, some of these America-hating traitors.
- 1:57:08SPEAKER_20: Yeah, do more.
- 1:57:10SPEAKER_20: Do more of that.
- 1:57:11SPEAKER_20: And then you know what?
- 1:57:12SPEAKER_20: Deport her.
- 1:57:13SPEAKER_20: She loves all these people so much that uh that Trump is sending away.
- 1:57:17SPEAKER_20: Put her on one of them fancy new jets that the uh ice has picked up and deport her with them.
- 1:57:24SPEAKER_20: Yes, do more.
- 1:57:27SPEAKER_08: I think he's I think he's excited about it.
- 1:57:30SPEAKER_08: Alright, I want to share this with you.
- 1:57:33SPEAKER_08: I need to get up to speed and uh take a look at the latest regarding uh this breaking news this morning.
- 1:57:40SPEAKER_08: A pre-dawn raid of Ilhana Omar is part of an immigration fraud investigation and the documents filled out when she came into the United States.
- 1:57:50SPEAKER_08: So I want to play some audio here.
- 1:57:52SPEAKER_08: I haven't had a chance to preview it, but I do know the source here, so I trusted to share it with you.
- 1:57:57SPEAKER_08: Uh Liz Collin from Alpha News was on with uh Benny Johnson recently, explaining uh Ilhan Omar and uh that her parents may have lied about her age to fraudulently uh get her citizenship.
- 1:58:11SPEAKER_08: Here's a little of what uh Liz Collin had to say recently on the Benny Johnson show.
- 1:58:16SPEAKER_62: But it very much appears, Benny, that Ilhan Omar changed her birth year.
- 1:58:20SPEAKER_62: And this is a story we've been tackling uh for quite some time at Alpha News as well.
- 1:58:24SPEAKER_62: So why would that be?
- 1:58:26SPEAKER_62: Some months ago, uh I interviewed a former congressional candidate.
- 1:58:29SPEAKER_62: Uh, she acted as kind of a whistleblower in all of this.
- 1:58:31SPEAKER_62: AJ Kern is her name.
- 1:58:33SPEAKER_62: She went into great detail how Omar has repeatedly claimed, and you'll see this in in stories back in the day, that she became a citizen at the age of 17.
- 1:58:42SPEAKER_62: But based on public records, Omar was actually 18 in the year 2000 when her father became eligible to apply for citizenship.
- 1:58:51SPEAKER_62: So Omar would not have been a minor uh when her father applied to be a citizen.
- 1:58:56SPEAKER_62: So you have Representative Omar changing her birth year.
- 1:58:59SPEAKER_62: And again, this is all online uh on certain records.
- 1:59:02SPEAKER_62: You actually see it.
- 1:59:03SPEAKER_62: There's a video that goes out exposing all of this.
- 1:59:06SPEAKER_62: Two days later, her congressional staff contacted uh the Minnesota Legislative Reference Library, this is back in 2019, to change the congresswoman's date of birth from October 4th, 1981 to October 4th, 1982.
- 1:59:20SPEAKER_62: And we've reviewed those screenshots and records as well.
- 1:59:22SPEAKER_62: And and again, these are things that you can uh obtain uh online.
- 1:59:26SPEAKER_62: And again, just two days after that social media video, Benny.
- 1:59:30SPEAKER_09: Why would this be important that she is a minor or not or an adult when she becomes a citizen?
- 1:59:36SPEAKER_62: The question of is she even is she even a US citizen?
- 1:59:39SPEAKER_62: If she's if she's saying that all along she obtained her citizenship um as a minor, um that's how she was telling her her own citizenship story.
- 1:59:48SPEAKER_62: But if she's 18 at the time, she would not have been eligible because she would have been uh an adult um at that time and would not have been able to attain uh U.S.
- 1:59:55SPEAKER_62: citizenship under her father.
- 1:59:57SPEAKER_62: And I think this is an even bigger uh issue as well.
- 2:00:00SPEAKER_62: And I think some people are are starting to kind of go there.
- 2:00:03SPEAKER_62: Um, but we did a three-part documentary.
- 2:00:06SPEAKER_62: Um, I'll put that on my on my ex page as well.
- 2:00:08SPEAKER_62: It's three different parts that really that did a um, I think a really good job hearing from people kind of from all walks of life that have done this work.
- 2:00:15SPEAKER_62: This was really an independent media collaboration um back in in 2019.
- 2:00:20SPEAKER_62: And they're go through all the evidence, the social media posts, the documentation, and you can see it all there uh for yourself.
- 2:00:50SPEAKER_08: Busy Monday morning on a Columbus day.
- 2:00:53SPEAKER_08: Breaking news to hear on the John Justice Show presented by American Experiment, DHS agents have raided the home of Somali Representative Ilhan Omar pre-dawn as a result of a criminal investigation into her immigration paperwork, according to Fox News.
- 2:01:12SPEAKER_08: Now, this comes as Tom Homan and uh Todd Blanch had confirmed investigations were happening into Ilhan Omar.
- 2:01:19SPEAKER_08: We've been talking about that here on the show.
- 2:01:21SPEAKER_08: The DOJ says today in Washington, D.C., the Homeland Security Investigations executed a judicially authorized search warrant secured by the Department of Justice.
- 2:01:32SPEAKER_08: This enforcement action is part of an ongoing federal investigation.
- 2:01:37SPEAKER_08: We're continuing to take your thoughts via the blaster line this morning at uh 651-964-0294.
- 2:01:44SPEAKER_08: We have other news to get into as well.
- 2:01:46SPEAKER_08: Protesters interrupted the Minnesota Republican Party's Lincoln Reagan dinner, disrupting speeches by Michelle Tafoya and Lisa Damuth.
- 2:01:53SPEAKER_08: The sunrise movement in the Twin Cities, I thought it was indivisible, and I think these are some offshoots of indivisible, claimed responsibility.
- 2:02:00SPEAKER_08: Protesting policies that they believe harm immigrants in marginalized communities.
- 2:02:05SPEAKER_08: This is, these are the tactics of fascists.
- 2:02:10SPEAKER_08: The individual at the uh head of this protest was Maya Albright.
- 2:02:16SPEAKER_08: Uh famous in Minnesota.
- 2:02:18SPEAKER_08: She's an RD engineer for General Mills.
- 2:02:20SPEAKER_08: We'll call her grape nuts.
- 2:02:24SPEAKER_08: She does that by day, but her side hustle is a professional protester.
- 2:02:29SPEAKER_08: Resident Lunatic.
- 2:02:31SPEAKER_08: She has a particular skill for paying her way into expensive conservative events where she disrupts the program, unfurls a banner, and then yells slogans about climate change or racism or President Donald Trump before being escorted out of the room by security.
- 2:02:46SPEAKER_08: That is her MO.
- 2:02:48SPEAKER_08: So we're going to give you details uh on that coming up in just a moment here on the John Justice show.
- 2:02:53SPEAKER_08: I want to go back to uh this interview that Liz Collin from Alpha News recently did with uh Benny Johnson on the Benny Show.
- 2:03:01SPEAKER_08: In light of this raid of Ilhan Omar's home in D.C., we'll continue to take your thoughts.
- 2:03:06SPEAKER_08: So leave us your texts or your voice blast to uh 651-964-0294.
- 2:03:14SPEAKER_08: But here's more of what uh Liz Collin had to say in this interview, where Liz was laying out to Ilhan Omar and the potential that she committed immigration fraud to become an American citizen.
- 2:03:38SPEAKER_09: Um what like what like how how would you how would you verify that?
- 2:03:43SPEAKER_09: Or or what does the evidence show?
- 2:03:45SPEAKER_62: Yeah, AJ Kern in that interview uh talks about that, how she sort of went on this this quest to make sure she had everything kind of all buttoned up before going public with this.
- 2:03:53SPEAKER_62: And in fact, she put in a records request to find out as much as she could about the the citizenship of Ilhan's uh father.
- 2:04:02SPEAKER_62: And uh I think he came back from the, you know, the the office was a DC address that she sent everything to and received it back.
- 2:04:08SPEAKER_62: It took some time, I want to say almost a year she waited for those records uh to basically corroborate uh what she suspected all along.
- 2:04:15SPEAKER_62: Because I think it was pretty telling that she suspected all of this, kind of went public with it.
- 2:04:20SPEAKER_62: And again, it it's it's hard because something like this would have gone viral nowadays.
- 2:04:24SPEAKER_62: Um but take take back to 2019, that was not the case with social media, but you you know, puts this online, and I think it received very few views back then, back in 2019.
- 2:04:33SPEAKER_62: And then you have 48 hours later, uh, you can see for yourself that you know that the screenshots on the way back machine um that show how her birth date was changing in real time on these websites.
- 2:04:46SPEAKER_62: Um, and I think that that is pretty, pretty telling as well.
- 2:04:49SPEAKER_62: Sort of like the you know, the truth was was catching up to her.
- 2:04:53SPEAKER_09: So this would mean that she's not a US citizen because as a minor you get privileges coming in with your parents.
- 2:04:59SPEAKER_09: As an adult, you do not.
- 2:05:00SPEAKER_08: Right.
- 2:05:01SPEAKER_08: And again, this is uh Liz Collin on the Benny Show.
- 2:05:04SPEAKER_08: There's just one more uh minute here in this interview where she laid out what the potential of this raid, this was pre-the raid, obviously.
- 2:05:11SPEAKER_08: Uh this was a recent interview that Liz did with the Benny Show, but it does get into what it is that the DOJ might be searching for in this raid of her Washington, D.C.
- 2:05:21SPEAKER_09: home.
- 2:05:21SPEAKER_09: And so then as an adult, she would have to apply herself.
- 2:05:24SPEAKER_09: She'd have to start at zero, right?
- 2:05:25SPEAKER_09: She'd have to go back and start, go back to jail and and and start from the first stop.
- 2:05:30SPEAKER_62: Well, and this is what AJ Kern talks about.
- 2:05:32SPEAKER_62: She thinks that this is, you know, this this bombshell.
- 2:05:35SPEAKER_62: I mean, we have a member of Congress that potentially is not a US citizen, and she's thinking, well, you know, this is this is going to be a a huge story.
- 2:05:42SPEAKER_62: So imagine her shock when this is really all but ignored um back then.
- 2:05:47SPEAKER_62: And so that's why, you know, just even hearing Mark Lane Willen basically say he married her her brother.
- 2:05:53SPEAKER_62: Uh yeah, I mean, I think that that was uh uh something that that so many uh had had been doing the legwork here in in Minnesota to but I also believe back then that case was presented to the Hennepin County Attorney's Office, um, from what I recall, and you know, no charges were ever filed against her or anything along um those lines, and you know, in a very uh blue city uh of Minneapolis, of course.
- 2:06:18SPEAKER_08: If Ilhan Omar, it's like the worst kept secret, right?
- 2:06:23SPEAKER_08: But if Ilhan Omar has broken the law, it's only this administration that could do anything about it.
- 2:06:32SPEAKER_08: You're in Congress, and I don't care what party that you belong to, right?
- 2:06:35SPEAKER_08: You there there is a level of plot armor that you get.
- 2:06:39SPEAKER_08: Too many people know where the bodies are are buried.
- 2:06:42SPEAKER_08: You know, I'm not just talking about actual bodies, I'm just saying insider information I've seen so many times.
- 2:06:48SPEAKER_08: Even good, you know, individuals who I thought were good conservatives end up in DC or in positions of power and they get corrupted by all of it.
- 2:06:56SPEAKER_08: You rarely see anybody held uh accountable.
- 2:06:59SPEAKER_08: The timing on this is interesting, certainly in the run up to the election, and this could go either way, depending on what the DOJ finds, whether or not something ends up happening of even more significance between now and election day in a few weeks, or if it comes uh afterwards, that could be beneficial to Democrats who I'm sure are already spinning this in their favor.
- 2:07:23SPEAKER_08: Uh, to that point, let's go ahead and go here to the blaster line at 651-964-0294.
- 2:07:28SPEAKER_19: Hey, a couple of comments.
- 2:07:30SPEAKER_19: So, Ilhan Omar, uh, when the left, I'm sure, has already started lamenting her this horrible racist abuse.
- 2:07:38SPEAKER_19: Just remember, like, I remember Roger Stone, an elderly man, uh, when the FBI raided his house during the Biden administration.
- 2:07:47SPEAKER_19: They took him out in leggings, leg irons.
- 2:07:50SPEAKER_19: They took him out this old man in leg irons and purpose him out of his house.
- 2:07:55SPEAKER_19: And as far as great nuts, gosh, we could probably look at social media for the husband and loving children, and uh I bet they're missing.
- 2:08:05SPEAKER_19: Bye.
- 2:08:06SPEAKER_08: We had a couple of comments I wanted to share with you um regarding the article in the Star Tribune before we get too far ahead of ourselves.
- 2:08:14SPEAKER_08: Again, what it's like to be a Somali Minnesotan right now.
- 2:08:18SPEAKER_08: This was a front page story, huge expose.
- 2:08:21SPEAKER_08: As the community grapples with fraud, terrorism, and gang violence, these Minnesotans say uh the guilty should be held accountable without blaming all Somalis.
- 2:08:29SPEAKER_08: It's just a deflection.
- 2:08:31SPEAKER_08: It's just to diminish the crimes that are being done.
- 2:08:34SPEAKER_08: A mother of six who wonders why all the white people don't get blamed when one of them commits a crime, a community leader shaped by an early memory of generosity of other children, a barista who knows what it's like to be cursed at by a teenager.
- 2:08:48SPEAKER_08: You want to know what would have been effective, what would have been positive, and what would have been a step in the right direction to handle this problem that we're faced with right now, whether it is 90% of the fraud being conducted by the Somali community, or whether it's the fact that we're having to deal with this specific Somali gang violence, is to actually do what it's like to be a Somali fraudster in Minnesota right now, or what it's like to be a Somali gangster in Minnesota right now.
- 2:09:16SPEAKER_08: That would have been interesting.
- 2:09:17SPEAKER_08: That would have been relevant.
- 2:09:18SPEAKER_08: That would have been something that could have shed some insight into the mentality of the individuals who have no respect for the law, have no respect for your money, have no respect for the safety of uh of society in the way that they are conducting themselves.
- 2:09:33SPEAKER_08: No, instead, we get these and so many other Somali Minnesotans have watched with worry in recent days as attention again gathers around crimes committed by a few in their community.
- 2:09:45SPEAKER_08: It is a feeling all too familiar for those trying to live productive lives in a place that they call home.
- 2:09:51SPEAKER_08: Nobody is being impacted by any of the over-the-top rhetoric surrounding any of this any more than people are already impacted by how difficult life is on a daily basis.
- 2:10:02SPEAKER_08: If we want to tackle this issue regarding what's taking place in our community, you cannot ignore the sp the specifics regarding who is perpetuating it.
- 2:10:16SPEAKER_08: Got a couple of comments that rolled in.
- 2:10:18SPEAKER_08: First one says, What is it like to be a Somali these days?
- 2:10:23SPEAKER_08: They went on to say, you know, it's kind of like uh bananas and rice.
- 2:10:26SPEAKER_08: Man, man, why didn't I that was it was right there.
- 2:10:29SPEAKER_08: It was right there for the taking.
- 2:10:31SPEAKER_52: Um so I'm Somali.
- 2:10:33SPEAKER_52: Um I'm proud to be Somali.
- 2:10:35SPEAKER_52: Um to me, being Somali isn't just eating bananas with rice.
- 2:10:40SPEAKER_52: It's uh it's a lie.
- 2:10:42SPEAKER_52: It's like um it's uh it's uh it's an interesting thing.
- 2:10:46SPEAKER_52: It's uh it's very hard to describe what it means to be Somali and what it means to be American, but it's like a cultural uh fusion.
- 2:10:56SPEAKER_52: It's kind of like the bananas and rice.
- 2:10:59SPEAKER_52: You know, people don't really see like, you know, it's a it's uh it's a you know, people don't think, oh, you can eat bananas with rice, but that's what it's like to be Somali and American.
- 2:11:10SPEAKER_61: It's like there are no roving gangs of Somali uh people in this community harassing, threatening, doing anything to any of our community members.
- 2:11:24SPEAKER_08: Uh somebody else wrote in to 651-964-0294.
- 2:11:29SPEAKER_08: Good morning, John.
- 2:11:30SPEAKER_08: White people aren't blamed.
- 2:11:33SPEAKER_08: We're still being blamed for slavery, colonialism, the crusades, Columbus, grow global warming, Halloween costumes.
- 2:11:41SPEAKER_08: Another comment.
- 2:11:42SPEAKER_08: I would love to be interviewed by the star and sickle of how it's of how what it's like to be a lifelong Saint, uh, excuse me, South Minneapolis resident who was terrified when I've forgotten how to pull my vehicle into the garage and find out if find it not in the driveway or the windows are smashed.
- 2:12:00SPEAKER_08: Right.
- 2:12:01SPEAKER_08: Pastor Rob Ketterling of River Valley Church expressed his own concern about the smally gang violence in Minnesota, calling it a serious problem to solve.
- 2:12:10SPEAKER_08: He urged churches to help by encouraging assimilation, supporting employment, and becoming active in local government.
- 2:12:18SPEAKER_08: Ketterling also emphasized the need for public funding to support effective initiatives and direct support for those affected by crime.
- 2:12:27SPEAKER_08: This piece is available at alpha news.org.
- 2:12:30SPEAKER_08: I would encourage you to go and check it out.
- 2:12:32SPEAKER_08: At the end of the article, he says this.
- 2:12:34SPEAKER_08: I wanted to just share this point with you.
- 2:12:36SPEAKER_08: He says, Minnesotan's Somali settlement case settlement is a case of compassion without a standard.
- 2:12:43SPEAKER_08: Let me read that again.
- 2:12:44SPEAKER_08: I'll pull a little Mary Moriarty.
- 2:12:46SPEAKER_08: Let me say that again.
- 2:12:48SPEAKER_08: Minnesota's Somali settlement case is a case of compassion without a standard.
- 2:12:56SPEAKER_08: It is failing, and we are at a critical moment, he said.
- 2:13:01SPEAKER_08: It is what happens when a low education refugee population from a clan-based, low-trust society is settled in one metro, given immediate access to generous uh welfare, and told that maintaining a separate culture is the goal.
- 2:13:19SPEAKER_08: It's a fantastic point.
- 2:13:21SPEAKER_08: Absolutely spot on.
- 2:13:23SPEAKER_08: I would uh encourage you to head on over to Alpha News and check out the article uh for yourself.
- 2:13:27SPEAKER_08: Uh one more clip and then we'll uh get back to more of your comments from the blaster line.
- 2:13:31SPEAKER_08: We'll keep you up to speed on the raid of Representative Ilhan Omar's home in Washington, D.C.
- 2:13:37SPEAKER_08: And we'll turn our attention over to this General Mills nut bar, Maya Albright, RD engineer at General Mills, professional protester at night when she's not working in RD at General Mills.
- 2:13:52SPEAKER_08: She went and disrupted along with others a part of what the Sunrise?
- 2:13:56SPEAKER_08: What's the name?
- 2:13:57SPEAKER_08: What's the name of the stupid sunrise movement in Twin Cities?
- 2:14:01SPEAKER_08: These are the real fascists going and disrupting the Lincoln Reagan dinner uh over the weekend.
- 2:14:09SPEAKER_08: They uh disrupted not only Michelle Tefoya, but also Lisa Damath when she was up on stage.
- 2:14:13SPEAKER_08: And to that point, I wanted to share this with you.
- 2:14:16SPEAKER_08: Uh Lisa Damath uh outlining her plans when it comes to public uh safety in light of all the news that we've been sharing here on the John Justice show presented by American Experiment.
- 2:14:26SPEAKER_43: Enough is enough.
- 2:14:29SPEAKER_43: What we've seen explode with crime, specifically Somali gang violence that have affected a football game right outside of the stadium in Eden Prairie.
- 2:14:43SPEAKER_43: We've seen basketball nets being removed in Edina.
- 2:14:49SPEAKER_43: We've heard of gunshots in Bloomington.
- 2:14:54SPEAKER_43: And yesterday, you are all aware of the arrest made of an 18-year-old that had a vicious plan of murder, mass murder, at Mall of America.
- 2:15:06SPEAKER_43: I am grateful for the law enforcement here in the state of Minnesota and the FBI that has come in and helped with keeping people safe, but there's more to be done.
- 2:15:15SPEAKER_43: A week ago, you know, we announced our public safety plan.
- 2:15:21SPEAKER_43: A lot of that public safety plan talks about prosecutors, talks about judges, allowing law enforcement to do their jobs and holding people accountable.
- 2:15:31SPEAKER_43: That is the basis of what our plan is.
- 2:15:34SPEAKER_43: You can look that up, of course, on our website with all of the details here.
- 2:15:38SPEAKER_43: But what we are looking for is a way to bring hope to the people of Minnesota.
- 2:15:44SPEAKER_08: We're gonna get back to more of your thoughts coming up in uh just uh a moment.
- 2:15:48SPEAKER_08: We'll dive into that protest that took place at the Minnesota GOP event, and we'll get you caught up on the latest details in the breaking news uh this morning.
- 2:15:57SPEAKER_08: Representative Ilhan Omar's DC home raided by homeland security officials conducting an immigration investigation.
- 2:16:06SPEAKER_08: Further details coming up here on the John Justice Show.
- 2:16:09SPEAKER_08: Again, presented by American Experiment, AmericanExperiment.org.
- 2:16:12SPEAKER_08: I want to talk to you briefly, though.
- 2:16:14SPEAKER_08: Your closet is full, nothing fits, and you're down to your last nerve.
- 2:16:17SPEAKER_08: I'm talking to you.
- 2:16:19SPEAKER_08: I got to open up my wardrobe with all the weight that I've lost.
- 2:16:22SPEAKER_08: I have uh wrapped up both rounds of my Neutrowave program, and I've lost 35 pounds, and I can keep the weight off because Neutrowave has completely changed my relationship with food.
- 2:16:33SPEAKER_08: Now I still eat the food that I want to eat.
- 2:16:35SPEAKER_08: I had five guys on Saturday, and it was delicious.
- 2:16:39SPEAKER_08: That being said, I know how to portion control now.
- 2:16:42SPEAKER_08: I'm now a fan of other foods and meals that I was never a fan of before, all of which is going to allow me the opportunity to keep the weight off for good.
- 2:16:53SPEAKER_08: Take a look at what's in your pantry right now.
- 2:16:56SPEAKER_08: All right?
- 2:16:56SPEAKER_08: Ingredients that you can't pronounce, it's not food, it's chemicals.
- 2:16:59SPEAKER_08: Hyperprocessed food is linked to lousy sleep and weight gain.
- 2:17:03SPEAKER_08: You didn't ask for it, I didn't ask for it, but that's just the reality.
- 2:17:06SPEAKER_08: NeutruWave in e Dyna took a refreshingly simple approach.
- 2:17:10SPEAKER_08: 40 days, all natural.
- 2:17:12SPEAKER_08: You shop your favorite grocery store, and you eat fresh foods, proteins, vegetables, foods with one ingredient, and that's food.
- 2:17:20SPEAKER_08: No pills, no shots, just neutral wave.
- 2:17:24SPEAKER_08: 31,000 clients.
- 2:17:26SPEAKER_08: 13 years Dr.
- 2:17:27SPEAKER_08: Bob has been at this, and trust me, the program is fantastic.
- 2:17:30SPEAKER_08: It absolutely works.
- 2:17:32SPEAKER_08: I see the comments from individuals using the app as they update their diary.
- 2:17:36SPEAKER_08: It's just so encouraging to see people that are getting their life back just like I did.
- 2:17:40SPEAKER_08: Went for a bike ride over the weekend, and it is so much easier to ride my mountain bike now, being 30 pounds lighter.
- 2:17:45SPEAKER_08: Call today, 952-260-1965.
- 2:17:48SPEAKER_08: That's 952-260-1965.

- 2:18:07SPEAKER_08: No pills, no shots, just new.
- 2:18:10SPEAKER_08: Selling your home is more than just putting a sign in the yard.
- 2:18:13SPEAKER_08: It's about making the right decisions before that sign ever goes up.
- 2:18:17SPEAKER_08: And that's the advisor advantage you get from Hallway North real estate advisors.

- 2:18:41SPEAKER_08: And when it's ready, they'll get it cleaned, staged, photographed, listed, and advocate for your best offer.
- 2:18:47SPEAKER_08: Hallway North real estate advisors don't just sell your home, they put you in the best position to get the most of the investment that you've already made.

- 2:19:18SPEAKER_56: Hi, I'm Joe Scott, and I'm the only conservative on the Eastern Carver County Schools Board.
- 2:19:24SPEAKER_56: I'm also the only incumbent who supports balanced budgets.
- 2:19:28SPEAKER_56: Key performance indicators in our superintendent's contract and counting everyone's vote every time in school board elections.
- 2:19:37SPEAKER_56: Our enrollment has been declining since 2018.
- 2:19:41SPEAKER_56: And we lose 1,300 of our resident students each year to neighboring districts.
- 2:19:47SPEAKER_56: I have solutions, but the majority of the school board and administration are stuck in the status quo.
- 2:19:54SPEAKER_56: You can vote as early as Friday, September 18th.
- 2:19:57SPEAKER_56: And I'd appreciate your support.
- 2:20:00SPEAKER_56: To learn more about me and how I stand on other school board issues, visit reelectjoescott.com.

- 2:21:01SPEAKER_08: Saturday Night Live could not have put forward a more appropriate skit over the weekend.
- 2:21:08SPEAKER_08: And it shows that Saturday Night Live can still be funny.
- 2:21:12SPEAKER_08: This bit is hysterical because it's true.
- 2:21:15SPEAKER_08: You know that if you need help at home, most of service companies are gonna give you upsells, they're gonna give you commissions, they're gonna give you one trade fixes.
- 2:21:24SPEAKER_08: It's hard to find a company that you can trust.
- 2:21:26SPEAKER_08: And so many of the companies that you used to trust here in Minnesota are no longer locally owned.
- 2:21:31SPEAKER_08: They've been purchased by other corporations outside of the state, sometimes outside the country.
- 2:21:36SPEAKER_08: And because of that, over time, they're no longer delivering the quality local service that you used to get and that you expect.
- 2:21:43SPEAKER_08: It's completely different with the family-owned and operated team of licensed experts, non-commissioned across all the major trades at Ericsson Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electrical.
- 2:21:54SPEAKER_08: For 43 years, they have been serving the community.
- 2:21:57SPEAKER_08: So you know that when you call Ericsson for whatever your home needs, a specific fix, or if you need a full home mechanical analysis with their amazing iHeart my uh home club.
- 2:22:07SPEAKER_08: I've done that.
- 2:22:08SPEAKER_08: They did an on-the-spot fixes on numerous items.
- 2:22:11SPEAKER_08: You can trust the work that Ericsson Plumbing Heating Air and Electrical does.

- 2:22:21SPEAKER_08: That's 763-783-4545.
- 2:22:25SPEAKER_08: What you won't get is what happened during this hysterical bit on Saturday Night Live over the weekend.
- 2:22:33SPEAKER_49: Uh-oh.
- 2:22:34SPEAKER_49: Looks like someone needs a new heating and air conditioning system.
- 2:22:37SPEAKER_49: That can be scary.
- 2:22:38SPEAKER_49: Most companies have high fees, hidden costs, and a lack of transparency.
- 2:22:42SPEAKER_49: Not us.
- 2:22:42SPEAKER_49: At Upfront Heating and Air Conditioning, we'll tell you from the beginning, this whole process is gonna be a nightmare.
- 2:22:48SPEAKER_49: First, one of our salesmen will come diagnose your problem.
- 2:22:51SPEAKER_49: He's gonna be nice, he's cool, the kind of guy you don't mind having in your house, and you'll never see him again.
- 2:22:56SPEAKER_49: Instead, four to five of the weirdest guys you've ever seen in your life show.
- 2:23:00SPEAKER_49: You'll spend the next three days in your house making a mess, desperately trying to figure out what the hell is going on with your AC.
- 2:23:06SPEAKER_49: He'll laugh at you when you walk by.
- 2:23:08SPEAKER_49: At least one of our employees will have a horrific injury that will have been bandaged up by another employee that has seen much worse.
- 2:23:14SPEAKER_54: Hey, quit bitching about So Tony, bruh.
- 2:23:16SPEAKER_54: Hey, what you got in a foot finish?
- 2:23:18SPEAKER_54: Hey, Tony got a foot fetish!
- 2:23:20SPEAKER_49: He does.
- 2:23:21SPEAKER_49: It's one of the better fetishes our guys have.
- 2:23:23SPEAKER_49: Have kids in the home?
- 2:23:25SPEAKER_49: I hope not.
- 2:23:26SPEAKER_49: That means most of our guys can't be there that day.
- 2:23:29SPEAKER_49: It's whatever.
- 2:23:30SPEAKER_49: And up front, hey, what is taking you guys so long?
- 2:23:34SPEAKER_49: Oh, I'm sorry.
- 2:23:34SPEAKER_49: Do you want to fix it?
- 2:23:35SPEAKER_49: Come out here talking khakis and flip-flops.
- 2:23:38SPEAKER_49: Tell you what, tough guy.
- 2:23:39SPEAKER_49: You can tell me what this is.
- 2:23:40SPEAKER_49: I'll do the whole job for free.
- 2:23:42SPEAKER_49: A pump?
- 2:23:44SPEAKER_49: Now get out of my shot.
- 2:23:47SPEAKER_49: It was a pump.
- 2:23:50SPEAKER_49: Now let's hear some testimonies.
- 2:23:52SPEAKER_04: Uh, yeah, I'll talk about it.
- 2:23:54SPEAKER_04: I mean, first they showed up in the showed up.
- 2:23:58SPEAKER_49: When it comes time for payment, we do not accept check, credit card, or cash.
- 2:24:02SPEAKER_49: You have to Venmo us and say it's for pizza.
- 2:24:04SPEAKER_49: The biggest tech companies don't do this kind of stuff.
- 2:24:07SPEAKER_49: But you didn't read our reviews, and that's your problem.
- 2:24:10SPEAKER_49: I'll prime heating and air conditioner.
- 2:24:11SPEAKER_49: We'll save you money, but it'll cost you.
- 2:24:16SPEAKER_08: Yeah, that's right.
- 2:24:17SPEAKER_08: You go with Ericsson plumbing heating air and electrical.
- 2:24:20SPEAKER_08: iHartErickson.com 763-783-4545.
- 2:24:24SPEAKER_08: All right, let's get you up to speed on the breaking news, and then we'll dive into the protest that took place at the Lincoln Reakin uh Reagan dinner over the weekend.
- 2:24:30SPEAKER_08: Uh Fox News and the Fox News alert, Representative Ilhan Omar's DC home raided by federal investigators.
- 2:24:37SPEAKER_50: This happened a little bit shortly after six o'clock this morning here at Congresswoman Omar's uh home in Washington, D.C.
- 2:24:44SPEAKER_50: It's unclear if she's home at this time.
- 2:24:46SPEAKER_50: It does not appear so because we've been out here for uh several hours now uh after this happened.
- 2:24:51SPEAKER_50: You can see on scene behind me, uh there are several investigators from Homeland Security Investigations.
- 2:24:56SPEAKER_50: I'm gonna back out of the way.
- 2:24:58SPEAKER_50: Uh Homeland Security Investigations, they go by uh HSI.
- 2:25:01SPEAKER_50: They are on scene.
- 2:25:03SPEAKER_50: Also told that DOJ involved in this investigation.
- 2:25:06SPEAKER_50: We don't have details, guys, specifically about what the investigation entails, but we can report that it is a federal criminal investigation.
- 2:25:15SPEAKER_50: I want to read a statement from a DOJ spokesperson.
- 2:25:18SPEAKER_50: It says, quote, today in the Washington, D.C.
- 2:25:20SPEAKER_50: area, Homeland Security Investigations executed a judicially authorized search warrant secured by the Department of Justice.
- 2:25:28SPEAKER_50: This enforcement action is part of an ongoing federal criminal investigation.
- 2:25:34SPEAKER_08: Let me pause this here.
- 2:25:34SPEAKER_08: I want to share more of this Fox News story uh in just a moment.
- 2:25:39SPEAKER_08: Uh it looks like I will be on uh Newsmax this evening at uh six p.m.
- 2:25:44SPEAKER_08: I think that's when I'm slated uh to be on at this point in time.
- 2:25:47SPEAKER_08: No, at seven o'clock, excuse me.
- 2:25:48SPEAKER_08: I'll be on at uh at seven o'clock uh hour on Newsmax uh this evening to cover the uh to cover the breaking news.
- 2:25:55SPEAKER_08: Depending on what this investigation yields, and apparently right now the agents are still there on the ground, this is seismic.
- 2:26:04SPEAKER_08: This is absolutely seismic.
- 2:26:07SPEAKER_08: You have your Adam Schiffs, your 8647 investigations, but for Representative Ilhan Omar, in the midst of all of the controversies that we are currently faced with here in Minnesota regarding the Somali community and this individual being one of the people that has kept the immigrant community from being encouraged to assimilate.
- 2:26:32SPEAKER_08: She does the exact opposite.
- 2:26:34SPEAKER_08: She has her entire career.
- 2:26:36SPEAKER_08: You know, I put it in the parody song.
- 2:26:39SPEAKER_08: It's a little hard to hear.
- 2:26:40SPEAKER_08: I need to put up a lyric version of that.
- 2:26:42SPEAKER_08: I need to work on it, right?
- 2:26:43SPEAKER_08: But there's one moment in the song where I talk about, you know, the Somali flag being waved at rallies, and then I added in another line of Ilhan Omar pledging allegiance at rallies.
- 2:26:54SPEAKER_08: She's pledging allegiance to Somalia.
- 2:26:55SPEAKER_08: She's done this all the time.
- 2:26:58SPEAKER_08: An individual who is representative of the very community right now that we're talking about on a daily basis regarding the rampant fraud, regarding the some regarding the Somali gang situation.
- 2:27:08SPEAKER_08: And right now she's under investigation.
- 2:27:10SPEAKER_08: But this is a person who has encouraged individuals who immigrate to America that one, this is not a great country, that we're a systemically right, white, racist country.
- 2:27:20SPEAKER_08: You're not responsible for your actions, and as a matter of fact, in the words that she uses in encouraging people from uh the place where she came from, while not saying it directly, she does perpetuate the mentality on the left where, you know, it's almost justified in their minds that they go and commit fraud because of the victim mentality that they have.
- 2:27:41SPEAKER_08: For her to be under federal investigation and this warrant to be executed, depending on what to end up resulting in this investigation, this has massive, massive political implications.
- 2:27:56SPEAKER_08: The left is going to lash out in ways that we can't even conceive at this point in time.
- 2:28:02SPEAKER_08: This basically just took everything that we've been talking about regarding the Somali community here in Minnesota and just it just threw jet fuel on the fire.
- 2:28:12SPEAKER_08: I'm not against this.
- 2:28:13SPEAKER_08: Don't misunderstand.
- 2:28:14SPEAKER_08: I'm just telling you how su how big of an issue this is going to become.
- 2:28:30SPEAKER_50: Uh on this Columbus day here in Washington, D.C.
- 2:28:33SPEAKER_50: A couple of uh agents outside going in and out of the home, but not a real strong presence, uh, but still no comment from the Congresswoman at this time.
- 2:28:41SPEAKER_50: But we can't confirm she is under federal criminal investigation.
- 2:28:45SPEAKER_50: I do want to add one more thing if I can, guys.
- 2:28:47SPEAKER_50: A judge did have to sign off on this search warrant.
- 2:28:49SPEAKER_50: This is not something DOJ or Homeland Security could just do ad hoc.
- 2:28:54SPEAKER_50: Uh, this is something a federal judge would have had to sign off on uh for them behind me to be here today, guys.
- 2:29:00SPEAKER_55: So so David, we're reaching out to our sources.
- 2:29:02SPEAKER_55: Uh one one of our sources is telling us this is in connection with a RICO investigation.
- 2:29:08SPEAKER_55: My question is, since they've raided the DC home, is Minnesota being raided at the same time right now, or do we know?
- 2:29:17SPEAKER_50: She has a home here.
- 2:29:18SPEAKER_50: Yeah, we have no information on Minnesota.
- 2:29:20SPEAKER_50: It's a question we've asked, nothing at this time.
- 2:29:22SPEAKER_50: Uh we obviously know she lives in Minnesota.
- 2:29:24SPEAKER_50: She may presumably be there right now.
- 2:29:26SPEAKER_50: That could be part of the investigation.
- 2:29:28SPEAKER_50: Uh but as far as the DC angle of this, we just know the DC home right now is part of this investigation.
- 2:29:35SPEAKER_08: Sick again, 651-964-0294.
- 2:29:40SPEAKER_08: 651-964-0294.
- 2:29:43SPEAKER_08: If you want to take part uh in the uh in the show, we'll get to more of your uh comments coming up.
- 2:29:49SPEAKER_08: Uh let's see.
- 2:29:50SPEAKER_08: I don't I'm taking a look at the blaster line uh right now.
- 2:29:53SPEAKER_08: Do you think this was done on Columbus Day by accident?
- 2:29:56SPEAKER_08: That is a uh that's a very good question.
- 2:29:58SPEAKER_08: I don't know.
- 2:30:01SPEAKER_08: You know, this administration is not without its own sense of humor, so that wouldn't necessarily uh surprise me.
- 2:30:07SPEAKER_08: All right, as we continue to stay on top of this story, let's go ahead and uh shift our attention.
- 2:30:11SPEAKER_08: We'll get you up to speed on what transpired over the weekend.
- 2:30:14SPEAKER_08: I was actually shocked to see the coverage, so hat tip to Channel 5 to KSTP for actually going and covering what took place at the Lincoln Reagan uh dinner.
- 2:30:23SPEAKER_08: Uh Alex Plekish wrote, he's a Minnesota GOP chair.
- 2:30:26SPEAKER_08: We had some people that infiltrated the Lincoln Reagan dinner, purchasing tickets and getting seats, knowing full well that they were going to do something rather crass during the event.
- 2:30:35SPEAKER_08: And again, we'll continue to take your comments on Ilhan Omar's uh home being raided.
- 2:30:40SPEAKER_08: But let's go ahead and get into the protests that interrupted it, uh interrupted this Minnesota GOP event.
- 2:30:45SPEAKER_08: Here's further coverage from Channel Five.
- 2:30:48SPEAKER_47: A protest interrupted a major Republican campaign event Friday night, putting the spotlight on security at political gatherings.
- 2:30:55SPEAKER_47: The disruption, caught on camera, happened while gubernatorial candidate Lisa Damuth was speaking at the Minnesota GOP's Lincoln Reagan dinner.
- 2:31:03SPEAKER_47: Comria Bray takes us inside what happened and how Republican leaders are responding as the campaign season enters its final stretch.
- 2:31:10SPEAKER_47: Comriya.
- 2:31:11SPEAKER_46: Lindsay, it was a nightmare to rally Republicans heading into the final weeks of the campaign.
- 2:31:17SPEAKER_46: But as you can see behind me, that briefly took an unexpected turn.
- 2:31:23SPEAKER_46: Protesters yelling.
- 2:31:26SPEAKER_46: One holding a sign with the words Republican Party spelled with the letters KKK.
- 2:31:34SPEAKER_46: Interrupting the Minnesota Republican Party's fundraising dinner.
- 2:31:49SPEAKER_46: Alex Plekish is the Minnesota GLP chair who was there.
- 2:31:53SPEAKER_05: There were two different situations.
- 2:31:55SPEAKER_05: One that was somebody shouting in the back when uh Michelle Tefoya got up to speak, and then when Lisa Damas started speaking, maybe just three who uh forced their way to the front uh with banners that they were trying to s uh force in front of people and and uh just get attention.
- 2:32:11SPEAKER_46: He says the disruption only lasted maybe 30 seconds, so that was about it.
- 2:32:15SPEAKER_46: Saying even police quickly moved in.
- 2:32:18SPEAKER_46: Although no one was hurt, we asked whether the incident raised any concerns about candidate safety.
- 2:32:24SPEAKER_05: I didn't have that fear.
- 2:32:26SPEAKER_05: I didn't uh they didn't look like the kind of protesters that would be capable of doing that.
- 2:32:30SPEAKER_46: Plekish says the event had private security, even police on site, and a check-in process for attendees.
- 2:32:37SPEAKER_46: He also says the location was only shared with those who bought tickets.
- 2:32:42SPEAKER_05: I think we did exactly what we needed to do.
- 2:32:43SPEAKER_05: We didn't need to be more vigilant than we already were at this event.
- 2:32:47SPEAKER_05: Now he wants the attention to shift to November.
- 2:32:50SPEAKER_05: We're focused on the election right now.
- 2:32:52SPEAKER_05: Uh we don't need to be distracted, uh no pun intended, uh, with these kinds of things.
- 2:32:58SPEAKER_46: The group Sunrise Movement Twin Cities says it organized the protest.
- 2:33:03SPEAKER_46: They say they're not affiliated with the DFL.
- 2:33:06SPEAKER_46: They also tell me the demonstration was meant to protest policies they believe harm marginalized communities.
- 2:33:14SPEAKER_46: I'm Kamaria Bray, 5A Witness News.
- 2:33:16SPEAKER_46: All right, what a scene.
- 2:33:18SPEAKER_08: So it's time that uh Maya Albright uh gets her uh five minutes of fame since she likes to go and uh disrupt these events so often.
- 2:33:28SPEAKER_08: Albright is an RD engineer for General Mills by day, but her side hustle is professional protesting.
- 2:33:36SPEAKER_08: I'm working off of a piece here from Bill Walsh, available up at AmericanExperiment.org.
- 2:33:40SPEAKER_08: She has a particular skill for paying her way into expensive conservative events where she disrupts the program, unfurls a banner, and yells slogans about climate change or racism or President Donald Trump before being escorted out of the room by security.
- 2:33:55SPEAKER_08: Bill says, My first experience with Albright was at the 2025.
- 2:34:00SPEAKER_08: Mining and Energy Expo at the Mall of America, sponsored by Better in Our Backyard.
- 2:34:04SPEAKER_08: We met again at this year's American Experiment annual dinner, where she and three co-conspirators paid$250 a plate to disrupt a speech by Senator Tim Shahey.
- 2:34:15SPEAKER_08: Shahee, for his part, was unfazed and dressed it down at the protesters as they left the Hilton ballroom.
- 2:34:22SPEAKER_08: Last night, Maya Albright was again paying$200 to disrupt the Minnesota Republican Party's Lincoln Reagan dinner in Egan.
- 2:34:30SPEAKER_08: She stood up, unfurled a banner that referenced the KKK, which is ironic, as the first black woman to lead the uh gubernatorial ticket in Minnesota was talking on stage.
- 2:34:40SPEAKER_08: It's unlikely Albright is actually buying these expensive tickets.
- 2:34:45SPEAKER_08: I'm sure her organization, Climate Defiance, is footing the bill for her activism.
- 2:34:51SPEAKER_08: The goal is always the same.
- 2:34:53SPEAKER_08: You sneak in, you wait for the right moment, you confront the speaker, make your speech, and capture it all on video.
- 2:34:58SPEAKER_08: They are very clear about their goals.
- 2:35:00SPEAKER_08: As a matter of fact, from climatedefiance.org, this is what they state.
- 2:35:06SPEAKER_08: We do not do petitions, we do direct action.
- 2:35:11SPEAKER_08: We will defeat fossil fuel fascism.
- 2:35:14SPEAKER_08: We will defy Trump.
- 2:35:16SPEAKER_08: There is no other choice.
- 2:35:20SPEAKER_08: This is fascism.
- 2:35:22SPEAKER_08: You know, they say they'll defeat fossil fuel fascism.
- 2:35:25SPEAKER_08: But what she's doing when they go and disrupt these events, that's what fascists do.
- 2:35:32SPEAKER_08: Albright has not been shy about her work with climate defiance, appearing as their Minnesota spokesperson in a news article from Bring Me the News about a 2024 sit-in at Amy Klobuchar's office.
- 2:35:44SPEAKER_08: We ask that she have the courage to speak the truth on climate science and defend Minnesotans' right to a livable planet by calling for the cancellation of these permits.
- 2:35:54SPEAKER_08: Climate Defiance member Maya Albright said, as one of the most powerful Democrats in the country, Senator Klobuchar must maximize her influence while we still have power.
- 2:36:06SPEAKER_08: So Bill asks a relevant question.
- 2:36:08SPEAKER_08: Does General Mills know about Albright's activism?
- 2:36:11SPEAKER_08: Do they support their employees disrupting events and fundraisers in Minnesota?
- 2:36:16SPEAKER_08: According to her LinkedIn profile, Albright is working on product information for kids serial.
- 2:36:23SPEAKER_08: Maybe the next protest can be at her office at General Mills.
- 2:36:27SPEAKER_08: Bring some Cheerios to throw, writes Bill Walsh.
- 2:36:32SPEAKER_08: This isn't a serious person.
- 2:36:34SPEAKER_08: This is a borderline activist activist.
- 2:36:38SPEAKER_08: Juvenile screaming into the void with this lunatic.
- 2:36:44SPEAKER_08: John Hinderocker has a piece up at Power Line.
- 2:36:47SPEAKER_08: He writes this climate defiance, most of what they do has nothing to do with the climate.
- 2:36:52SPEAKER_08: Their main purpose is to disrupt events of various kinds as to interfere with the free speech of those they disagree with, i.e., anyone not on the extreme left.
- 2:37:06SPEAKER_08: He's absolutely right.
- 2:37:09SPEAKER_08: They have no problem buying tickets to events, as they did at last year's dinner, because they're funded by the Climate Emergency Fund, which in turn is supported by Hillary Clinton's Onward Together, a far leftist activist, Abigail Disney and Eileen Getty, whom I take to be the granddaughter of the oil tycoon, John J.
- 2:37:29SPEAKER_08: Paul Getty.
- 2:37:30SPEAKER_08: Like so many other liberals, they are anti-Semites and they're racist.
- 2:37:35SPEAKER_08: They launched an anti-Semitic attack on Senator Tim Shahee, the keynote speaker at our annual dinner, and they mocked the GOP candidate Lisa Damath, who, if she wins, would be the first woman black governor or black woman governor in American history in racist fashion, associating her with the KKK.
- 2:37:57SPEAKER_08: We're still working on verifying the identity of the men who trespassed at last night's GOP event, writes uh John.
- 2:38:04SPEAKER_08: But the woman was Maya Albright, who seems to be the ringleader of the group.
- 2:38:08SPEAKER_08: Albright is a recindivist.
- 2:38:11SPEAKER_08: She's been involved in disrupting at least four events in the Twin Cities area, probably more, including our annual dinner.
- 2:38:16SPEAKER_08: My gosh, just the the high that she must get by going and committing these acts of terror.
- 2:38:22SPEAKER_08: I mean, that's what they are.
- 2:38:24SPEAKER_08: You know, if they're gonna sit back and talk about the chilling effect that Operation Metro Surge had on individuals, then yeah, I'm gonna sit back and say that these are acts in order to induce terror.
- 2:38:33SPEAKER_08: And it wasn't just this lunatic at the Lincoln Reagan dinner.
- 2:38:36SPEAKER_08: There was some buffoon that ended up getting up behind the podium.
- 2:38:40SPEAKER_08: Our party stands for blah, blah, blah.
- 2:38:43SPEAKER_08: They have no interest in commentary.
- 2:38:46SPEAKER_08: They have no interest in debate.
- 2:38:48SPEAKER_08: Just like the foes of the show.
- 2:38:51SPEAKER_08: Slamming my, you know, blaster lines with texts and voicemails this morning.
- 2:38:55SPEAKER_08: No, I'm not giving your lunacy attention today.
- 2:39:00SPEAKER_08: Because you have nothing to offer any more than these individuals have nothing to offer.
- 2:39:07SPEAKER_08: They stand so that's not the word I'm looking for.
- 2:39:11SPEAKER_08: They're so insecure in their own beliefs.
- 2:39:14SPEAKER_08: They have so little actual tangible beliefs to cling to, than their own selfish desires.
- 2:39:22SPEAKER_08: This is what they have to resort to in order to go and get attention.
- 2:39:28SPEAKER_08: It's pathetic.
- 2:39:29SPEAKER_08: Maya Albright is pathetic.
- 2:39:32SPEAKER_08: The other individuals who disrupted the Lincoln Reagan dinner, do you think you're changing hearts and minds of those individuals?
- 2:39:38SPEAKER_08: Do you think you're encouraging people to not get out to vote if they want to go and vote for Republicans?
- 2:39:43SPEAKER_08: They don't care.
- 2:39:46SPEAKER_08: Let's go to some of your thoughts.
- 2:39:47SPEAKER_08: 651-964-0294.
- 2:39:50SPEAKER_14: Come on, I find it funny that the hoohoo for Coco Puff lady made enough for number anything that works like general.
- 2:40:00SPEAKER_14: When her company is one of the groups targeted by the Maha crowd from the craft that they put in Ethereum.
- 2:40:25SPEAKER_14: If you're so crazy, so Albright works for General Mills.
- 2:40:32SPEAKER_08: John Henderocker goes on to say, thank you so much for the uh comment, by the way.
- 2:40:37SPEAKER_08: He says, What punishment is in order for Maya Albright and her Confederates?
- 2:40:42SPEAKER_08: Oh, he adds that General Mills is a notoriously left-wing company that perhaps supports her criminal activities.
- 2:40:50SPEAKER_08: They broke various state laws.
- 2:40:52SPEAKER_08: The dinner was in Dakota County, not Hennepin County, where they disrupted our Center of the American Experiment annual uh dinner, and where the county attorney is useless.
- 2:41:02SPEAKER_08: I don't know whether uh redress can come from state authorities in this case or not.
- 2:41:06SPEAKER_08: However, I think these perpetrators may have also violated a statute by conspiring to violate the civil rights of those who attended and those who who uh spoke at last night's dinner.
- 2:41:17SPEAKER_08: Violation of that act is a felony punishable by up to ten years in prison.
- 2:41:23SPEAKER_08: The U.S.
- 2:41:23SPEAKER_08: Attorney's Office in Minnesota is up to its ears of prosecuting fraud cases and other crimes, but I think they should take a hard look at going after Maya Albright and her co-conspirators.
- 2:41:33SPEAKER_08: I also wonder, writes John Hinderocker, whether Albright and her gang shouldn't rise to the top of the list of the suspects in the still unsolved firebombing of my organization's office in January of 2024.
- 2:41:45SPEAKER_08: Another very serious felony.
- 2:41:47SPEAKER_08: That is something the FBI can look at.
- 2:41:49SPEAKER_08: We need a much more serious pushback against miscreants like Maya Albright, who threatened the free speech in all of us.
- 2:41:57SPEAKER_08: Fantastic words from uh John uh Hinderocker.
- 2:42:00SPEAKER_22: Hey John, Steve from Andover.
- 2:42:02SPEAKER_22: Just wanted to say I appreciate your uh Mildred Free Monday approach.
- 2:42:10SPEAKER_22: It's kind of nice to have a day off from Mildred.
- 2:42:12SPEAKER_08: Yeah, I know I just not gonna there's nothing of value they offer.
- 2:42:18SPEAKER_08: So I'm not gonna bother.
- 2:42:19SPEAKER_08: I'm not gonna bother with it.
- 2:42:20SPEAKER_08: If you're not gonna bring about anything of substance, then I'm not gonna go and give you the attention that you're looking for.
- 2:42:27SPEAKER_08: Because all it ends up doing is derailing the show.
- 2:42:30SPEAKER_08: I'd much rather have the show uh derailed by uh breaking news, which I want to get back to uh here on the John Justice Show, presented by uh American Experiments.
- 2:42:44SPEAKER_01: Back with the Fox News Alert, we're learning that the Washington, D.C.
- 2:42:47SPEAKER_01: home of Minnesota Congresswoman Ilhan Omar was raided early this morning by Homeland Security investigations.
- 2:42:54SPEAKER_01: Fox is told by multiple law enforcement sources this began early this morning around 6 a.m.
- 2:43:00SPEAKER_01: Eastern.
- 2:43:01SPEAKER_01: Homeland Security and the DOJ are both working on the investigation.
- 2:43:05SPEAKER_01: A DOJ spokesperson telling Fox this quote Today in the Washington, D.C.
- 2:43:10SPEAKER_01: area, Homeland Security investigations executed a judicially authorized search warrant secured by the Department of Justice.
- 2:43:17SPEAKER_01: This enforcement action is part of an ongoing federal investigation.
- 2:43:22SPEAKER_08: This is a uh seismic move that has just major ramifications, especially when it comes to the commentary regarding the Somali community, the fraud, and the Somali gang issue.
- 2:43:35SPEAKER_08: And uh just as a reminder, in April of this year, on the Breakfast Club with Charlemagne thug.
- 2:43:43SPEAKER_08: I'm sorry, thug odrecky does it that way, huh?
- 2:43:46SPEAKER_08: Uh Ilhan Omar uh said uh said this.
- 2:43:49SPEAKER_51: No, I mean and I I I I listen.
- 2:43:52SPEAKER_51: Suggest all you want.
- 2:43:54SPEAKER_51: Please investigate all you want, right?
- 2:43:56SPEAKER_51: Like to me, I'm not, I'm not like I'm above the law.
- 2:44:01SPEAKER_51: Yeah, let's play that one more time.
- 2:44:02SPEAKER_51: No, I mean, and I I I I listen.
- 2:44:06SPEAKER_51: Suggest all you want.
- 2:44:08SPEAKER_51: Please investigate all you want, right?
- 2:44:10SPEAKER_51: Like to me, I'm not, I'm not like I'm above the law.
- 2:44:14SPEAKER_51: Hmm, okay.
- 2:44:15SPEAKER_08: Well she may regret saying those uh words.
- 2:44:24SPEAKER_36: Well, she's married to a rich white man now.
- 2:44:28SPEAKER_36: He was her campaign manager's on house.
- 2:44:33SPEAKER_36: Used to be married to her brother.
- 2:47:20SPEAKER_08: We got that from a uh friend of the show quite a while back.
- 2:47:22SPEAKER_08: So thank you for that from the AI overlords.
- 2:47:25SPEAKER_08: Comment rolled into the blaster line.
- 2:47:26SPEAKER_08: Democrats said more about the Vikings win and being 5-0 than about the activities at the Lincoln Reagan dinner on Friday.
- 2:47:34SPEAKER_08: Not one damn disavowed this.
- 2:47:36SPEAKER_08: Of course they didn't.
- 2:47:37SPEAKER_08: Because they approve of the tactics.
- 2:47:40SPEAKER_08: If it helps them politically, they don't give a rip.
- 2:47:42SPEAKER_08: It doesn't matter to them.
- 2:47:44SPEAKER_08: Well, case in point, several Minnesota Democrats appeared on a left-wing podcast that had issued despicable social media posts that appeared to be aimed directly at President Donald Trump.
- 2:47:54SPEAKER_08: This shouldn't come as a shock to anybody.
- 2:47:56SPEAKER_08: Rules for thee, but not for me.
- 2:47:58SPEAKER_08: If you're on the left, you can be as irrational and hypocritical as you want to be as long as it goes and furthers the uh agenda.
- 2:48:07SPEAKER_08: Created in 2025, this would be the Politics Chicks podcast.
- 2:48:13SPEAKER_08: It's a left-wing blog and podcast run by Christy Branham and Monica Healy.
- 2:48:18SPEAKER_08: The pair describe themselves as two middle-aged white suburban moms who happen to share an interest in politics and the love of humanity.
- 2:48:26SPEAKER_08: So this is basically just the Awful's podcast.
- 2:48:28SPEAKER_08: That's what we're looking at here.
- 2:48:30SPEAKER_08: Affluent white uh liberals.
- 2:48:32SPEAKER_08: Yeah.
- 2:48:33SPEAKER_08: Since launching the podcast, Bronham and Healy have managed to land major guests on their show.
- 2:48:38SPEAKER_08: Senator Tina Smith, Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan, several Minnesota state lawmakers.
- 2:48:42SPEAKER_08: Additionally, the podcast has over 47,000 followers on uh Facebook.
- 2:48:46SPEAKER_08: All right.
- 2:48:49SPEAKER_08: Despite a self-professed doing nothing with my fingers, love for humanity, the politics of chicks Facebook page has left a trail of vile social media posts that appear to pointedly hope for the death of Trump.
- 2:49:04SPEAKER_08: I used to want him to live long enough to face accountability, and I thought that was coming under Jack Smith.
- 2:49:10SPEAKER_08: Now I just want him gone, just blanking die already.
- 2:49:15SPEAKER_08: All capital letters is what they wrote.
- 2:49:20SPEAKER_08: That was uh July 3rd of this year.
- 2:49:22SPEAKER_08: That was a post on the politics chicks uh Facebook page, wanting Trump to die.
- 2:49:28SPEAKER_08: While Trump is not named in that social media post, the post appears to be in reference to the president, given how it invokes a Jack Smith.
- 2:49:36SPEAKER_08: Smith, the former federal prosecutor, appointed to investigate Trump in two highly publicized cases that did not go so well for him.
- 2:49:43SPEAKER_08: Additionally, the post follows a trend of the politics chicks Facebook page in which Trump is also often referred to as he or him rather than named outright in the post in order to avoid scrutiny.
- 2:49:55SPEAKER_08: In June of this year, one post on the website said, I need some joy.
- 2:50:00SPEAKER_08: Give me songs that are on your playlist for when the big, beautiful obituary drops.
- 2:50:07SPEAKER_08: I feel like we need a new national holiday, date to be determined by his obituary, of course.
- 2:50:12SPEAKER_08: Boy, they are just obsessed with death.
- 2:50:17SPEAKER_08: They also wrote, I don't want to read the obituary, I just want there to be an obituary, like right blanking now.
- 2:50:25SPEAKER_08: I posted a video on a TikTok over the weekend.
- 2:50:28SPEAKER_08: I told Melinda I was uh waiting to do my interview with Newsmax on Sunday afternoon, and I had some time to kill while I was sitting there behind the camera because I did it from uh I did it from home.
- 2:50:39SPEAKER_08: And uh, ah, you know what?
- 2:50:41SPEAKER_08: I'll I forgot.
- 2:50:41SPEAKER_08: There was a video that I had seen on X.
- 2:50:43SPEAKER_08: I'll put up a I'll put up a Facebook uh or a TikTok uh post.
- 2:50:47SPEAKER_08: And it was just this psychopath white liberal woman just going off about how similar to what the politics chicks here were saying regarding Trump and everything that he allegedly has done to her and her life, although every single thing that she mentioned, you cannot point to President Donald Trump for anything bad like that happening.
- 2:51:08SPEAKER_49: It got so many views.
- 2:51:13SPEAKER_08: Got so many views.
- 2:51:15SPEAKER_08: Went minorly viral.
- 2:51:16SPEAKER_08: Um, another post from April this year said, blanket, using the F-word, were already on every one of their damn lists, and Monica assured me that I can have the bottom bunk in the gulag.
- 2:51:29SPEAKER_08: So, and then they wrote a uh 8647 like 10 times.
- 2:51:35SPEAKER_08: Sounds like real uh quality uh uh podcast uh commentary coming from these individuals.
- 2:51:40SPEAKER_08: So I bring all this up because uh July of this year they released a podcast that featured uh Minnesota Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan.
- 2:51:47SPEAKER_08: Not a huge uh surprise.
- 2:51:50SPEAKER_08: That episode uploaded during Flanagan's Senate campaign after many of the politics chicks' vile posts were issued.
- 2:51:58SPEAKER_08: During her appearance, Flanagan discussed her campaign and said that she was excited to be on the show.
- 2:52:04SPEAKER_08: Further, Braunham said the politics chicks had endorsed Flanagan's campaign, and then Flanagan said, Thank you so much.
- 2:52:10SPEAKER_08: I'm honored to have your endorsement.
- 2:52:14SPEAKER_08: Flanagan told the politics uh chicks that I'm so grateful for the work you guys do, you know, all the time to make politics fun, right, and accessible to people.
- 2:52:22SPEAKER_08: That's what it's all about.
- 2:52:24SPEAKER_08: Like, people deserve to have their voices heard.
- 2:52:26SPEAKER_08: I'm reading the transcript directly, by the way.
- 2:52:29SPEAKER_08: They deserve to feel like they can be a part of this, and I think like that's what the two of you do all the time.
- 2:52:36SPEAKER_08: So, like, thank you.
- 2:52:38SPEAKER_08: Okay, I may have added a couple likes there.
- 2:52:43SPEAKER_08: For dramatic effect.
- 2:52:44SPEAKER_08: Alpha News did contact Flanagan to ask if she knew about the post before her appearance.
- 2:52:48SPEAKER_08: She also asked if uh she rejects the politics chick's endorsement.
- 2:52:52SPEAKER_08: However, Flanagan did not immediately respond.
- 2:52:55SPEAKER_08: In addition to Flanagan and Smith, DFL state lawmakers, legislative candidates have also appeared on the show.
- 2:53:02SPEAKER_08: Senator uh Zaynab Mohammed, Representative Cedric Frazier, Representative uh Andy Smith.
- 2:53:08SPEAKER_08: Talk about a clown show.
- 2:53:10SPEAKER_08: A who's who of DFL clowns.
- 2:53:14SPEAKER_08: State House candidate John uh Heeser, and State Senate candidate Christy uh Janigo.
- 2:53:20SPEAKER_08: Janigo is a DFL candidate for Minnesota District 37.
- 2:53:23SPEAKER_08: That's a toss-up seat by retiring uh GOP Senator Warren Limmer.
- 2:53:28SPEAKER_08: District 37 includes almost all of Maple Grove and a few Western Hennepin cities, such as Cochrane, uh Medina, Independence, and Maple Plain.
- 2:53:37SPEAKER_08: Uh she faces Republican Brandy Hogue in the fall election.
- 2:53:41SPEAKER_08: She appeared on the Politics Chicks podcast twice.
- 2:53:43SPEAKER_08: Her appearance on the show was released June 23rd, and her second appearance was released just uh recently on September 30th.
- 2:53:49SPEAKER_08: You see, unlike the foes of the show, I have no uh interest uh whatsoever in listening to this garbage.
- 2:53:56SPEAKER_08: Why, why, why would you?
- 2:53:58SPEAKER_08: I don't understand.
- 2:54:00SPEAKER_08: I I appreciate all the listeners that we have.
- 2:54:02SPEAKER_08: I do, even the foes of the show.
- 2:54:04SPEAKER_08: But you seriously gotta be dealing with some mental issues if you're listening to somebody as much as they do for as long as you do, for somebody that you don't like and you disagree with on everything.
- 2:54:13SPEAKER_08: Like it's gotta be just a screw or two loose uh upstairs.
- 2:54:19SPEAKER_08: Oh, speaking of uh candidates acting uh inappropriately, DFL Senator Eric uh Putman spoke at the Islamic Center of St.
- 2:54:27SPEAKER_08: Cloud's convention, wherein Imam Omar uh Shahin, known for a 2017 anti-Semitic sermon, was also a featured guest speaker.
- 2:54:37SPEAKER_08: Uh Putman seeking re-election, did not share the stage with Shahin and has not responded to inquiries about his participation with an openly uh anti-Semitic uh individual.
- 2:54:49SPEAKER_08: Lastly, you have a staff member for the Minnesota House DFL caucus arrested earlier this week and is now facing felony charges in connection with a drunk driving incident.
- 2:54:59SPEAKER_08: So just after 2 a.m.
- 2:55:01SPEAKER_08: Sunday of last weekend, Maplewood police performed a traffic stop after witnessing a vehicle drive through a red light near County Road B and White Bear Avenue East.
- 2:55:10SPEAKER_08: The vehicle pulled into a nearby driveway on McKnight Road, and the driver was identified as Wilson.
- 2:55:21SPEAKER_08: Lee told the officer uh he thought the light was yellow when he passed through and volunteered that he had nothing to drink.
- 2:55:29SPEAKER_08: Uh the officer, by the way, noted uh the strong uh odor of alcohol coming from Lee and observed that Lee's eyes were red and watery.
- 2:55:37SPEAKER_08: He was slurring his words.
- 2:55:38SPEAKER_08: Oh, he was also wearing a blue wristband.
- 2:55:44SPEAKER_56: Oops.
- 2:55:48SPEAKER_08: When the officer mentioned smelling the odor of alcohol on Lee's breath, Lee said, Be nice, be nice, be nice.
- 2:55:54SPEAKER_08: I drink a little bit, but not much at all.
- 2:55:57SPEAKER_08: And then he had a beer or two, or Three or beer, he had a beer or two, two or three hours earlier.
- 2:56:05SPEAKER_08: Lee stumbled, lost his balance.
- 2:56:09SPEAKER_08: When the officer asked him to exit the vehicle, several field sobriety tests were executed during which Lee performed poorly.
- 2:56:17SPEAKER_08: After a walk and turn test, Lee tried to get back into his vehicle.
- 2:56:20SPEAKER_08: He said he wanted to retrieve his badge to show that he worked for the Minnesota House of Representatives.
- 2:56:26SPEAKER_08: So let's just know who I am.
- 2:56:29SPEAKER_08: I'm important.
- 2:56:31SPEAKER_08: Lee told the officer, so I'm a law-abiding citizen and I'm good.
- 2:56:35SPEAKER_08: You know what I mean?
- 2:56:36SPEAKER_08: The preliminary uh breath test, by the way, was performed.
- 2:56:39SPEAKER_08: Lee registered a.197, which is over twice the legal limit of.08 in Minnesota.
- 2:56:45SPEAKER_08: He was arrested and taken uh to the Ramsey County Law Enforcement Uh Center.
- 2:56:49SPEAKER_08: So Yeah.
- 2:56:54SPEAKER_08: Keeping with uh Amy Clobeschar and Peggy Flanagan, before we wrap up uh the show today, thank you so much for hanging out with us and all of the uh breaking news today.
- 2:57:04SPEAKER_08: I'm looking for updates as well.
- 2:57:05SPEAKER_08: Penny uh Peggy Flanagan's I said Petty.
- 2:57:08SPEAKER_08: That's funny.
- 2:57:09SPEAKER_08: Peggy Flanagan's Medicare for All plan in a piece posted by Matt Dean up at AmericanExperiment.org, would eliminate uh private insurance, health insurance.
- 2:57:20SPEAKER_08: It's gaining traction in Minnesota.
- 2:57:22SPEAKER_08: Despite a three million dollar cost study ordered by the state, the results remain unreleased, leaving voters uncertain about the plan's financial implications.
- 2:57:33SPEAKER_08: Meanwhile, Amy Klobishar's plan, which focuses on insurance industry reforms, faces opposition from both progressive and conservative legislators.
- 2:57:44SPEAKER_08: I bring all this up because essentially the Flanagan Healthcare Plan would actually eliminate Amy Klobuchar's health care plan.
- 2:57:51SPEAKER_08: Dems don't care.
- 2:57:53SPEAKER_08: They do not care.
- 2:57:57SPEAKER_08: It's whatever works in that moment of time, whatever policy they can use on the campaign trail, whether it's viable, whether it cancels out another colleague's plan, it does not matter, just as long as they have the talking points.
- 2:58:13SPEAKER_08: Amy Klobuchar's plan to tinker with existing health care delivery would be made illegal by Peggy Flanagan's plan to federalize health care and outlaw private health insurance, including the popular Medicaid Advantage plans.
- 2:58:25SPEAKER_08: And this could just be as simple as Peggy Flanagan thinks that when it comes to her voters, those that would most likely vote for her, she would much prefer their plan, they would much prefer her plan than Amy Klobuchar's plan.
- 2:58:38SPEAKER_08: Whereas Amy Clobuchar is looking at this going, this is the plan that I think will go and help our voters, even though the two things conflict, they probably don't care either way.
- 2:58:46SPEAKER_08: And you get into Matt Dean's piece and you realize that more than likely, Amy Klobuchar would probably just go along with Peggy Flanagan's plan.
- 2:58:55SPEAKER_08: Let's go here.
- 2:59:07SPEAKER_11: Man, I immediately had visions of Elwood and Jake, and Elwood telling the cop the light was yellow off of the one.
- 2:59:16SPEAKER_11: Thanks.
- 2:59:17SPEAKER_11: Bye.
- 2:59:17SPEAKER_08: Always great to uh hear from you, uh Rick.
- 2:59:20SPEAKER_08: I appreciate you drop us a uh a comment on the blaster line.
- 2:59:23SPEAKER_08: Let's wrap on this today.
- 2:59:25SPEAKER_08: Uh one more.
- 2:59:28SPEAKER_08: Remember last year when taxpayers got stuck with a$430,000 legal bill uh to prepare for Governor Tim Walls and his single congressional hearing?
- 2:59:38SPEAKER_08: I I uh I I remember, yeah.
- 2:59:41SPEAKER_08: His administration his administration hired outside lawyers to prepare him for the June 12th hearing in 2025.
- 2:59:47SPEAKER_08: The public didn't learn what the preparation cost until after the press dug into the records.
- 2:59:53SPEAKER_08: American Experiment awarded the governor's legal bill with the 2025 Golden Turkey Award last fall, after the majority, 53% of voters chose it.
- 3:00:05SPEAKER_08: Now, taxpayers who could once again foot the bill are waiting to find out how much Walls' second hearing prep cost.
- 3:00:14SPEAKER_08: Here is a policy fellow here at American Experiment, Katrin Wigfall, talking about her latest story available at AmericanExperiment.org.
- 3:00:22SPEAKER_63: Last year, taxpayers footed a$430,000 bill so Governor Walls could get some prep for a congressional committee hearing.
- 3:00:30SPEAKER_63: Now he did another one, and taxpayers still don't know how much that one cost us.
- 3:00:34SPEAKER_63: We need answers.
- 3:00:35SPEAKER_63: There was a data request put out seven months ago for a simple invoice that just says, Walls administration, how much did you pay a law firm to prep a 12-year congressman for a one-to-year hearing?
- 3:00:46SPEAKER_63: We need to find that out, and we should be able to find that out now.
- 3:00:50SPEAKER_08: Head on over to AmericaneExperiment.org and uh check out uh that article in its entirety uh by Catherine Wigfall.
- 3:00:58SPEAKER_08: And if and when we find out, we'll certainly be sharing that information uh with you.
- 3:01:02SPEAKER_08: Tomorrow on the show, we'll certainly be sharing the latest details to come out of the breaking news this morning here on the John Justice show presented by American Experiment.
- 3:01:11SPEAKER_08: Immigration Enforcement officials search Ilhan Omar's home in a pre-dawn uh raid.
- 3:01:17SPEAKER_08: We'll have more details.
- 3:01:18SPEAKER_08: Your thoughts on tomorrow's show as well.
- 3:01:20SPEAKER_08: I don't think I have to check out the uh text, but I don't think we're gonna have David Gartenstein Ross on the show uh tomorrow to talk uh artificial intelligence.
- 3:01:28SPEAKER_08: I think he might need to need the week off.
- 3:01:30SPEAKER_08: So we'll certainly bring you all of the uh latest news, including something that I mentioned briefly um on Friday.
- 3:01:38SPEAKER_08: We'll dive into further details.
- 3:01:40SPEAKER_08: This uh word that 40% of the Minneapolis 911 staff is currently taking paid family medical leave.
- 3:01:50SPEAKER_08: It's that is it that's an insane number.
- 3:01:52SPEAKER_08: Rochelle Olsen in the Star Tribune is worried about Republicans getting control this year and trimming or changing paid family medical leave.
- 3:02:01SPEAKER_08: And she says, you know, you have to, you can't cut it for victims of violence.
- 3:02:05SPEAKER_08: Listen, you can make all kinds of excuses.
- 3:02:06SPEAKER_08: This is one of the most egregious programs that the DFL has put in place here in Minnesota, robbing you and I of dollars from every single one of our paycheck for a program that was completely and totally unnecessary.
- 3:02:19SPEAKER_08: So we'll have further details on that.
- 3:02:21SPEAKER_08: The breaking news on the Ilhan Omar uh raid, and uh I'll get you up to speed.
- 3:02:26SPEAKER_08: I'm scheduled to be on Newsmax this evening at uh, what did I say?
- 3:02:31SPEAKER_08: Seven o'clock?
- 3:02:31SPEAKER_08: Yeah, seven o'clock.
- 3:02:32SPEAKER_08: So if you're up, it's before my well, actually it's right after my bedtime.
- 3:02:36SPEAKER_08: So I'll have to stay up a little bit later on a Tuesday.
- 3:02:39SPEAKER_08: Thank goodness I have those night gummies from uh Mini Leaf to make sure I get a good night's sleep.
- 3:02:43SPEAKER_08: But check that out.
- 3:02:43SPEAKER_08: We'll be back at it tomorrow starting at 6 a.m.
- 3:02:46SPEAKER_08: We'll go out on uh, I got a couple of requests based off of the raid on uh Ilhan Omar's Washington, D.C.
- 3:02:53SPEAKER_08: residence for uh don't go say in their Somali.
- 3:02:56SPEAKER_08: So we will close out with that.
- 3:02:58SPEAKER_08: If you missed any portion of today's show, I would encourage you to go and check out the podcast.
- 3:03:02SPEAKER_08: That will be available shortly up on the Mix LR app.

- 3:03:20SPEAKER_08: 651-964-0294 is the blaster line.
- 3:03:23SPEAKER_08: God bless.
- 3:03:24SPEAKER_08: I'll talk to you guys tomorrow morning at 6 a.m.
- 3:03:26SPEAKER_08: Bye.
- 3:03:27SPEAKER_36: There's a group in the North Star State, and up until now they've had it pretty great.
- 3:03:35SPEAKER_36: Started with feeding our future and the fancy states, but then came the fraud and a lack of accountability.
- 3:03:44SPEAKER_36: But don't go stay to body, even if it's actually even though it may not stay on an idea.
- 3:03:56SPEAKER_36: And the country's flag with rallies.
- 3:04:00SPEAKER_36: Don't dare stay.
- 3:04:21SPEAKER_36: Comes a blade of denial to bear him.
- 3:04:25SPEAKER_36: Don't stay back to made up stage.
- 3:04:37SPEAKER_36: And they'll have a lot of words of allegiance to value.
