2:37
[SPEAKER_00]: The Bible is the ultimate story of wholeheartedness.
2:42
[SPEAKER_00]: It's the story of God coming down to us and giving Himself completely for us to the point of death.

[SPEAKER_00]: You were made to be wholehearted, but oftentimes church is the last place you think of as passionate and wholehearted.
3:21
[SPEAKER_00]: so often.
3:23
[SPEAKER_00]: We in vocational ministry are scared to lose our volunteers and congregation by asking too much of them.
3:32
[SPEAKER_00]: So we never present them with an opportunity to live as passionately as God intends.
3:40
[SPEAKER_00]: The truth is that God wants all of you.
3:44
[SPEAKER_00]: He's calling you to a life of wholehearted, passionate surrender everywhere you go.
3:53
[SPEAKER_00]: He doesn't want to meet you just at church, at a gathering of believers, or even in your personal times.
4:01
[SPEAKER_00]: He wants you all day, every day.
4:06
[SPEAKER_00]: God's calling you to a life of adventure in which the outcome is only known by him.

[SPEAKER_00]: but it will cost you everything to live it.
4:51
[SPEAKER_00]: If this truth sounds radical to you, it's because it is.
4:56
[SPEAKER_00]: So many Christians will never live out the fullness of what God planned for them because of how radical it sounds.
5:05
[SPEAKER_00]: Fear grips us.
5:07
[SPEAKER_00]: We choose the comfortable path with minimal impact.
5:12
[SPEAKER_00]: But if we follow this compromise to its end, we will live passionless, mediocre lives in which we are never fully satisfied.
5:24
[SPEAKER_00]: We will live in this gap where one moment we worship God and the next we seek satisfaction in sin.
5:33
[SPEAKER_00]: We will live vicariously through the stories we hear in movies, books, and television of people who lived wholeheartedly.
5:43
[SPEAKER_00]: And at the end of our lives, we will look back and wish we had another chance to live for what really matters.
5:52
[SPEAKER_00]: But you have a choice today.

11:28
[SPEAKER_00]: He pinpoints our fears and flaws, in an attempt to keep us from responding to the call of God.
11:37
