- 0:13Speaker 1: a podcast call. Twenty five whistles, twining Wine, blow it

- 0:31Speaker 3: Gambling problem called one hundred gambler Age and eligibility restrictions apply,
- 0:35Speaker 3: void or prohibiti sy DraftKings dot Com for de tales
- 0:38Speaker 3: coming up.
- 0:38Speaker 1: Ryan Blaney champ at NASCAR caw some badass. Yeah.
- 0:44Speaker 3: So we talked to him about being to dad, racing
- 0:45Speaker 3: a simulators, a whole bunch more.
- 0:47Speaker 1: I just a personal note. I thought maybe I was
- 0:52Speaker 1: getting a little better.
- 0:53Speaker 3: It'd being not so color blind, because sometimes I wonder like,
- 0:56Speaker 3: am I getting better? And Read says to me, Oh,
- 1:00Speaker 3: going all black today, and I go.
- 1:01Speaker 1: No, no, this is green, bro, And then we all
- 1:04Speaker 1: said no, no, that's black.
- 1:07Speaker 3: And I honestly was a little sad because I try
- 1:10Speaker 3: not to declare my color blindness as much, but I
- 1:13Speaker 3: really thought this was green.
- 1:15Speaker 1: And honestly, I forget your color blind until stuff like
- 1:17Speaker 1: this happens. But when this happened, is this even? Is
- 1:20Speaker 1: it kind of green?
- 1:21Speaker 3: Though?
- 1:21Speaker 4: No?
- 1:21Speaker 1: Oh my god?
- 1:23Speaker 5: If anything gray that sucks, straight black that sucks.
- 1:28Speaker 1: Anyway, all right, well, looks cool though.
- 1:31Speaker 3: Hey, the people hurting today me and f SU fans. Yeah, okay,
- 1:35Speaker 3: so let's start there. We'll just do this before we
- 1:37Speaker 3: get to the tittle tattle. Are you gonna ask me
- 1:40Speaker 3: about it until? Yeah, let's just go number one.
- 1:42Speaker 1: All right, let's go, let's go here we go, stupid
- 1:46Speaker 1: name the tittle Tattle?
- 1:53Speaker 5: As a non FSU fan, do you think the CFP
- 1:56Speaker 5: committee got it right with the final four?
- 1:58Speaker 3: So? What's right though? Because it's right? The best games
- 2:04Speaker 3: is right? The who they who deserve to get in.
- 2:08Speaker 3: I don't know what right means. And I looked at
- 2:10Speaker 3: the kind of the rules, and it's kind of like
- 2:12Speaker 3: Entertainer of the Year in country music, where there really
- 2:15Speaker 3: isn't like a pure definition of who they're supposed.
- 2:17Speaker 2: To pick the first, the best, fourteenth, best, best, best right,
- 2:21Speaker 2: which is so hard to to find, which right, because.
- 2:24Speaker 1: You could define them by many.
- 2:26Speaker 3: I'm surprised that Florida State didn't get in because they
- 2:30Speaker 3: were undefeated in a Power five school. Now they're a
- 2:34Speaker 3: fourteen point underdoggy Georgia. In their bowl game, they were
- 2:37Speaker 3: gonna get run by Michigan.
- 2:39Speaker 1: We don't know that.
- 2:40Speaker 2: Okay, great, but Vegas it feels pretty confident and sometimes
- 2:44Speaker 2: Vegas gets it wrong.
- 2:46Speaker 3: Very rarely do they get it that wrong. My point
- 2:49Speaker 3: is this, I think Florida should have got in, but
- 2:52Speaker 3: I'm glad they didn't.
- 2:53Speaker 1: Yes, how about that, I don't know. I don't understand.
- 2:55Speaker 1: I think they should have got in.
- 2:57Speaker 3: They did win their conference, although they looked they didn't
- 2:59Speaker 3: look good versus Louisville. I'm telling you, watching the game,
- 3:02Speaker 3: I started to change my thought on it. Where I
- 3:04Speaker 3: was on this shows like you gotta put Florida and
- 3:06Speaker 3: got That game was not good. They were not moving
- 3:08Speaker 3: the ball. I was like, oh God, if they're in,
- 3:11Speaker 3: like they should probably get in, but I hope they
- 3:13Speaker 3: don't get in.
- 3:13Speaker 2: Okay, but last week you thought that Louisville would beat
- 3:16Speaker 2: Florida State, both of you guys.
- 3:17Speaker 3: Yeah, but again, the game was close enough to where
- 3:19Speaker 3: I thought yeah, Louisville's not that much worse time.
- 3:22Speaker 5: I mean, Louisville played worse, which is crazy.
- 3:25Speaker 1: Yeah, but hey, but it wasn't good. Did you watch it?
- 3:28Speaker 1: I did watch. Yeah, I watched Florida State.
- 3:30Speaker 3: Florida State's last two games were Florida who sucks? They
- 3:33Speaker 3: beat them and Louisville. It's not their fault. Their quarterback
- 3:37Speaker 3: got hurt. Right, I'm glad they didn't make it, but
- 3:40Speaker 3: they should have. They should have made it. I'd be
- 3:41Speaker 3: upset if I were a Florida State fan for sure.
- 3:43Speaker 3: My take is that you have to give them a chance.
- 3:46Speaker 3: They overcame adversity, they lost their starting quarterback.
- 3:49Speaker 1: They still want games. You bring Alabama in, who.
- 3:53Speaker 3: Act like you last year getting crushed sixty to two.
- 3:57Speaker 3: That's what was going to happen again.
- 3:58Speaker 2: But we don't know that Underella's stories are made by
- 4:01Speaker 2: giving the underdogs.
- 4:02Speaker 3: Just had an example last year, so we do have
- 4:05Speaker 3: an example of what happens when you do this type
- 4:08Speaker 3: of thing.
- 4:08Speaker 1: And we do, so we do have an example.
- 4:10Speaker 3: We're not just going blind and hey, okay, let's just
- 4:12Speaker 3: see what happens. And and teams are built around the quarterback,
- 4:16Speaker 3: so we're going.
- 4:16Speaker 2: On entertainment value, So do we want to see a
- 4:19Speaker 2: good game, then that's what we put in. Albaila, yeah,
- 4:23Speaker 2: because if there's a Florida State, there's a bout. Florida
- 4:25Speaker 2: State should have got in. But I'm glad they didn't.
- 4:27Speaker 5: Unless you're an FSU fan, you're happy, like deep down,
- 4:30Speaker 5: you're happy it's entertainment because they were going to get
- 4:32Speaker 5: run by Michigan.
- 4:35Speaker 2: It was frustrating to me, like justice for Florida State,
- 4:39Speaker 2: justice for liberty.
- 4:40Speaker 1: Another undefeated team, everybody's on the Power five.
- 4:43Speaker 3: Still, man, you have any credibility you had by doing that,
- 4:49Speaker 3: because some people are like, yeah, I'm on it.
- 4:51Speaker 2: Oh no, no, no, seriously though, seriously, I mean, look,
- 4:55Speaker 2: you look at Alabama and at one point in their
- 4:57Speaker 2: season they've benched their starting run at quarterback.
- 4:59Speaker 1: But what did they do.
- 5:00Speaker 2: They made adjustments, they change they ended up being a
- 5:02Speaker 2: better football at same quarterback with that same quarterback. But still,
- 5:06Speaker 2: you gotta give this team who deserves to be in
- 5:09Speaker 2: that position. I agree they deserve to be there.
- 5:10Speaker 1: I'm not arguing with you.
- 5:11Speaker 2: You got to give them that chance. And when I
- 5:12Speaker 2: saw the results come down, I'm like, really, I really thought.
- 5:15Speaker 2: I was hoping that Alabama and Georgia would just cancel
- 5:18Speaker 2: each other and let's go change it to the guards
- 5:20Speaker 2: right here, cancel those two out because they both beat
- 5:23Speaker 2: each other.
- 5:23Speaker 1: If you want to put Texas in, I mean, yeah,
- 5:26Speaker 1: gotta put Texas in, right.
- 5:27Speaker 3: Putting the best four in, you would have put in Michigan, Alabama, Georgia,
- 5:32Speaker 3: and Washington. Right. So where's so I thought the rule
- 5:35Speaker 3: was best for But you can't put Alabama in if
- 5:39Speaker 3: you're not gonna put Texas in because Texas beat Alabama.
- 5:41Speaker 2: Yeah that's crazy, dude. Somebody was gonna get pissed either way.
- 5:45Speaker 1: Yep.
- 5:45Speaker 5: And then even Georgia fans, I mean, imagine all year, Oh,
- 5:47Speaker 5: we're for sure making it and the final one loss,
- 5:51Speaker 5: the final game one loss. A look at this, who
- 5:53Speaker 5: else has got one loss? Texas does, Alabama does?
- 5:57Speaker 2: Florida State didn't lose a game, but they did lose
- 5:59Speaker 2: it limping they won game.
- 6:02Speaker 5: It does say in the rule book that they can
- 6:04Speaker 5: take that into account, like if you're missigal player or coach,
- 6:07Speaker 5: they absolutely they can put that into account when they're
- 6:10Speaker 5: doing the final season.
- 6:11Speaker 1: Frustrating.
- 6:12Speaker 3: I think Florida State should have got in. But I'm
- 6:14Speaker 3: glad they did it because that first round game, you
- 6:16Speaker 3: see Michigan wh they found out the had to play Alabama. Oh,
- 6:18Speaker 3: they were like, oh god, they ain't happy.
- 6:21Speaker 1: They had the camera in there.
- 6:22Speaker 3: They thought it was about to be Florida State and
- 6:23Speaker 3: they were like, playing number one, Michigan will be number
- 6:25Speaker 3: four and they're ready for that Florida State and I
- 6:27Speaker 3: said Alabama and they were like, oh.
- 6:30Speaker 1: I'm rooting for Michigan. Here's the thing. Michigan just got
- 6:34Speaker 1: so lucky because we're not even talking about them cheating.
- 6:37Speaker 2: That's done. That's done. The suspension was served. Hey, it's like,
- 6:39Speaker 2: you know what, you served your time.
- 6:41Speaker 1: We're done. We move on. Hope Alabama rolls.
- 6:44Speaker 5: And what about the was it the Missouri coach when
- 6:46Speaker 5: he's getting interviewed we stand on because they're playing Ohio stated,
- 6:49Speaker 5: I think in a bowl game, and he was like, oh,
- 6:51Speaker 5: he's getting interviewed on the ESPN. Oh hold on, I'm
- 6:53Speaker 5: getting a call from Connor Stallions. He wants that's funny,
- 6:57Speaker 5: said that that's funny. If I were ranking them, I
- 7:00Speaker 5: would have ranked them as such. Michigan one, Georgia two,
- 7:11Speaker 5: Alabama three Washington.
- 7:12Speaker 2: For so you would put Michigan at one even though
- 7:16Speaker 2: they're undefeated. But that's the only reason. But everybody else
- 7:20Speaker 2: had a loss. See that's that's what frustrates me about it, because.
- 7:23Speaker 3: People a full team, their full team, they won every game,
- 7:26Speaker 3: the star players who make every decisions such a ball
- 7:28Speaker 3: every time.
- 7:29Speaker 1: Floria State should have got in.
- 7:30Speaker 3: But I'm glad they did it because it's also in
- 7:32Speaker 3: their rules in the bylaws that if there's a player
- 7:34Speaker 3: change or coach change, they have to put that into consideration.
- 7:36Speaker 3: Same thing with the NCAA tournament. If your star players
- 7:38Speaker 3: out affect your.
- 7:39Speaker 2: Seating, I hope that freshman comes back the next couple
- 7:42Speaker 2: of years and just plays lights out wins the high
- 7:45Speaker 2: years string quarterback. Yeah that's true because I think the
- 7:48Speaker 2: backup had a concussion.
- 7:49Speaker 3: Yeah really regardless, sucks with your floora State fan, but
- 7:54Speaker 3: also your main guy got hurt.
- 7:56Speaker 1: You have to understand a little.
- 7:57Speaker 5: Bit, Yeah, like would you really really want to go
- 7:59Speaker 5: in there and get race.
- 8:01Speaker 1: Do you want what happened to TCU to happen to
- 8:02Speaker 1: you or do you want to just be able to
- 8:04Speaker 1: complain that you didn't get it exactly because you're not
- 8:06Speaker 1: gonna win national championship exactly. So now it looks better
- 8:08Speaker 1: just to about it.
- 8:09Speaker 3: If we win a ballgame versus Georgia and I'm an
- 8:11Speaker 3: FSU fan, I'm declared national championship.
- 8:14Speaker 1: Interesting, So it's fun. I like, But worse Texas at here?
- 8:18Speaker 1: Are they the worse? Yeah? Texas and Washington about the same.
- 8:24Speaker 3: I'll watched, Well you got shocked Washington, Oregon. Here's thing
- 8:27Speaker 3: about Washing yea, oh yeah, We'll get to that for sure.
- 8:31Speaker 3: Washington's coaching staff is the is the greatest. That dude
- 8:33Speaker 3: won a Division two Yeah, he won it. I mean
- 8:36Speaker 3: he I was looking at this record. It's insane how
- 8:40Speaker 3: much he wins. I forget his name.
- 8:42Speaker 1: It's like the lower yeah yeah, yeah. So and he's
- 8:47Speaker 1: beat Oregon three times in a row. It's crazy. So
- 8:51Speaker 1: there you go. Florida State got screwed.
- 8:54Speaker 3: I'm on that side, but I'm glad that they got
- 8:57Speaker 3: screwed because I'm on my side, and I bet I
- 8:59Speaker 3: have a future Alabama.
- 9:00Speaker 1: Don't forget this is the root of it.
- 9:04Speaker 5: We've come full circle.
- 9:06Speaker 3: But I still say Floriday got screwed. I didn't say
- 9:08Speaker 3: they didn't get screwed, right, right, right, I'm happy.
- 9:12Speaker 1: I'm happy.
- 9:12Speaker 3: Is I better future in Alabama when nobody thought they
- 9:14Speaker 3: were even get thank you very good, thank you. If
- 9:18Speaker 3: you look at the street of the schedule, Alabama is
- 9:20Speaker 3: fourth overall and Florida State was fifty fifth sure and
- 9:26Speaker 3: the only loss that Alabama had was to Texas, who's
- 9:30Speaker 3: in the top four.
- 9:32Speaker 2: Alabama looked like a week team earlier in the season.
- 9:35Speaker 2: Early in the season, they were a week team where
- 9:38Speaker 2: everyone was worried about Alabama.
- 9:39Speaker 3: They lost one game all year, I know, but the
- 9:41Speaker 3: top fourteen they had five close ones. And I saw
- 9:43Speaker 3: where they said fsu versus the SEC like three and oh,
- 9:48Speaker 3: and someone was like, yeah, Alabama versus the SEC nine,
- 9:50Speaker 3: and oh that's our conference.
- 9:51Speaker 1: Yeah, because I just kind of wanted to see different
- 9:54Speaker 1: guys up there. I did too. I would have liked
- 9:55Speaker 1: to have seen it if they had had a quarterback.
- 9:57Speaker 3: But like we talked about in the NFL, you want
- 9:58Speaker 3: you don't want to be able to run and kill
- 10:01Speaker 3: quarterbacks because as soon as they're gone, it's games suck.
- 10:04Speaker 3: We're seeing that in the NFL, right, Yes, too many
- 10:06Speaker 3: current quarterbacks. All right, that's question one.
- 10:08Speaker 5: Alright, go ahead, Okay, second one, Now that it's set
- 10:10Speaker 5: with the final four, which game are you most excited for?
- 10:12Speaker 3: Michigan Alabama because that's the one. It's two marquee programs,
- 10:18Speaker 3: like blue Blood. Like if anybody is gonna shut Harball up,
- 10:23Speaker 3: it's Sabin and I got a future on them.
- 10:26Speaker 1: Let's go. The Washington Texa GA will also be fun.
- 10:30Speaker 3: That one feels like it's gonna be a little more scoring,
- 10:32Speaker 3: a little more wide open. The Michigan Alabama game is
- 10:35Speaker 3: gonna be big dudes hitting each other hard. Yeah, so
- 10:39Speaker 3: that's it's pretty exciting.
- 10:40Speaker 1: I'm not gonna lie.
- 10:40Speaker 3: It's I usually don't care about on the team, screw
- 10:42Speaker 3: everybody except me in Arkansas.
- 10:44Speaker 1: But this is fun.
- 10:45Speaker 3: This is a fun final four and nobody can repeat.
- 10:48Speaker 3: And if I'm a Georgia fan, I'm but hurt too
- 10:50Speaker 3: because you were in the whole time until you weren't,
- 10:53Speaker 3: even with the loss in this city championship, you were
- 10:54Speaker 3: in until you weren't.
- 10:55Speaker 1: It's wild.
- 10:56Speaker 3: But I'm gonna go in Michigan Alabama. Anybody else feel different?
- 10:59Speaker 5: No, No, I'm gonna try it. I'll be home in
- 11:01Speaker 5: California that game. During that time, I'm gonna try to
- 11:03Speaker 5: go to that game. Yeah, I want to all Right,
- 11:05Speaker 5: what else going to the NFL? Which NC win and
- 11:07Speaker 5: pressymore this weekend? Forty nine Ers blown out the Eagles
- 11:10Speaker 5: or the Cowboys come back shootout against Seahawks.
- 11:13Speaker 1: Well, I'm just gonna go with the forty nine Ers
- 11:14Speaker 1: over the Eagles. That was that was out of nowhere.
- 11:16Speaker 3: Yeah, and they were like just like, We're like, wow,
- 11:18Speaker 3: look at the Niners there at three point favor, but
- 11:20Speaker 3: we can't believe that, and they're in Philly and then
- 11:22Speaker 3: they just.
- 11:23Speaker 1: They ran them. I know when you see a lot. Hey,
- 11:25Speaker 1: they ran them like it was an FSU team without
- 11:27Speaker 1: a quarterback, you know, I mean, hm, it took him
- 11:29Speaker 1: a few possessions. I mean the first the Eagles did score, Yeah, yeah, I.
- 11:33Speaker 2: Mean I think the first three drives that the forty
- 11:34Speaker 2: nine ers had McCaffrey couldn't move and they couldn't move
- 11:36Speaker 2: the ball at all, are.
- 11:38Speaker 1: So good when they're fully loaded. It's just who who
- 11:41Speaker 1: you're gonna stop?
- 11:41Speaker 5: I mean, Diebo looked unreal?
- 11:44Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 11:44Speaker 2: Or do you think Jalen Hurts was playing weird, just
- 11:48Speaker 2: weird making weird decisions. There was one play where I
- 11:51Speaker 2: don't think he's hurt. But there was this one play
- 11:53Speaker 2: where he held the ball for at least thirty seconds.
- 11:55Speaker 2: He does that and then he just fell. Oh well
- 11:58Speaker 2: he slipped, did he Yeah, he's sloo.
- 12:00Speaker 1: I don't know. Man looked odd to me. What do
- 12:02Speaker 1: you want to say about the Cowboys game?
- 12:03Speaker 3: Eddy?
- 12:03Speaker 1: That is great? It was awesome.
- 12:04Speaker 2: But I mean, again, Seattle's not that contender. Like I
- 12:08Speaker 2: think there's pretty good. They are pretty I think that's
- 12:10Speaker 2: a that's a pretty good win.
- 12:11Speaker 5: Yeah, and they got to I mean, the Cowboys easily
- 12:13Speaker 5: could have lost that game, but they came back. Honestly,
- 12:15Speaker 5: I was kind of impressed. I thought they're three.
- 12:17Speaker 1: Hundred yards and three touchdowns.
- 12:18Speaker 3: We talk in m v P talk now, you know, no,
- 12:22Speaker 3: but I think he possibly can rise up to the
- 12:25Speaker 3: bottom part of that and and could actually climb into
- 12:30Speaker 3: the conversation if he keeps playing like this.
- 12:32Speaker 2: Jordan Jordan Aaron Rodgers said he's one of his favorite
- 12:35Speaker 2: quarterbacks right now. Okay, so from one of the MVP,
- 12:39Speaker 2: from one great quarterback to another.
- 12:40Speaker 1: Sorry Rodgers, great now in your opinion, Rock Party is
- 12:43Speaker 1: a favorite right now?
- 12:44Speaker 2: I just said that, yeah, wow, yeah, but you know
- 12:48Speaker 2: what Dak said something in a press press conference that
- 12:50Speaker 2: I really loved.
- 12:51Speaker 1: He's like, I don't care what people are saying about me.
- 12:53Speaker 3: Now.
- 12:53Speaker 1: These are the same people that said I was bad
- 12:55Speaker 1: two years ago. It is what it is. None of
- 12:57Speaker 1: that gets to him. He's just he proves himself to
- 13:00Speaker 1: no one but himself.
- 13:01Speaker 3: But they played the forty nine ers and again it's
- 13:06Speaker 3: an ugly game. And then the Eagles play the forty
- 13:10Speaker 3: nine ers and that was an ugly game.
- 13:11Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 13:12Speaker 3: Or is a fully loaded forty nine ers team just
- 13:14Speaker 3: way better than anybody else in the NFC.
- 13:16Speaker 5: In the NFL, I think in the NFL too, Yeah,
- 13:20Speaker 5: I mean that's the best their defense.
- 13:22Speaker 1: I guess.
- 13:22Speaker 3: I'm just thinking about getting into the Super Bowl more
- 13:26Speaker 3: so than I'm thinking of the bracket and on that
- 13:28Speaker 3: side of the bracket, because it's probably going to be.
- 13:31Speaker 3: But see the Niners lost game. I mean, next week
- 13:34Speaker 3: it's the Cowboys and the Eagles. Yeah, and are they
- 13:37Speaker 3: playing for the number one seed?
- 13:39Speaker 1: At that point, they'd be tied for the number one seed.
- 13:41Speaker 1: So that's my point. If the Cowboys went.
- 13:43Speaker 3: The Niners lost games when they didn't weren't fully loaded,
- 13:46Speaker 3: so there could still be a bye. If the Cowboys
- 13:50Speaker 3: were to be the number one seed and then you
- 13:52Speaker 3: just pray to God something happens to the forty nine
- 13:53Speaker 3: ers and they lose one of those games before you
- 13:55Speaker 3: get there.
- 13:56Speaker 1: So do you play your guts out against the Eagles?
- 14:00Speaker 6: Now?
- 14:01Speaker 1: Just kind of the Cowboys of course?
- 14:04Speaker 2: Now would do every game knowing that if you will
- 14:07Speaker 2: see him again in the postseason.
- 14:09Speaker 5: No, you don't know for sure.
- 14:11Speaker 3: You know that, Why are you going to base what
- 14:13Speaker 3: might happen on? No, you go hard when you can.
- 14:16Speaker 3: You take what you can control, and you control that.
- 14:17Speaker 5: He's already making any excuses.
- 14:18Speaker 1: That's what he's saying. Hey, I'm just posing the question,
- 14:20Speaker 1: posing the question. That's a terrible question.
- 14:22Speaker 5: All right, Next up, last one after a big win
- 14:24Speaker 5: of stuff, the Broncos winning streak? Are the Texans the
- 14:27Speaker 5: best story of the NFL this season? The best story
- 14:31Speaker 5: is interesting?
- 14:32Speaker 1: Did they lose that? No? They the Tech.
- 14:35Speaker 3: They beat the Broncos. The Broncos had a win streak
- 14:38Speaker 3: like the one five in a row. Uh, there're seven
- 14:41Speaker 3: closet game right, Yeah, they're seven and five. The Texans
- 14:45Speaker 3: are c J.
- 14:46Speaker 1: Stroud.
- 14:46Speaker 3: What I thought was a funny stat is c J.
- 14:51Speaker 3: Stroud not that he's second in passing yards. That is
- 14:53Speaker 3: good for him, he's killing it. But that Sam House first,
- 14:56Speaker 3: I know.
- 14:57Speaker 1: Dude's awesome. What awesome?
- 14:59Speaker 3: I mean?
- 15:00Speaker 1: I love how he plays just.
- 15:01Speaker 3: I love how he plays too. He just doesn't have
- 15:03Speaker 3: a lot around him. And now they don't have any
- 15:04Speaker 3: defense either because they got rid of their they got
- 15:06Speaker 3: rid of given up. Yeah. And then it's Demarcos first
- 15:11Speaker 3: year as head coach to bek Ryan.
- 15:12Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 15:12Speaker 3: So it's an interesting story. Let me think if there
- 15:14Speaker 3: would be a different story that I think would be
- 15:16Speaker 3: even better than that. So the Panther story is pretty interesting.
- 15:23Speaker 3: They fire their first year head coaches, respected by everybody,
- 15:25Speaker 3: and their very first overall first round pick is getting
- 15:28Speaker 3: torched even though he has no weapons whatsoever. That's a
- 15:32Speaker 3: negative story. I feel bad for Bryce Young, I feel
- 15:34Speaker 3: bad for Frank Craig. I feel like that's been handled terribly,
- 15:36Speaker 3: and it's just been handled terribly. And I still feel
- 15:39Speaker 3: like Kyler Murray looks smaller than Bryce Young. Kyler Murray
- 15:42Speaker 3: looks like a child with pads on. Is he shorter
- 15:45Speaker 3: Kyler Murray?
- 15:46Speaker 1: I have no idea.
- 15:47Speaker 3: Maybe their jersey colors affect that too, but it's like
- 15:49Speaker 3: a tiny man running around out there, but the text
- 15:53Speaker 3: and stories like as far as positive goes, I mean,
- 15:56Speaker 3: Aaron Rodgers is probably the story.
- 15:58Speaker 1: The same height way they are five ten.
- 16:01Speaker 5: The Colts are surprisingly doing well too.
- 16:03Speaker 3: Yeah nobody cares. Yeah, that gave me yesterday sucks yeah
- 16:08Speaker 3: for me, So we're gonna go Texans.
- 16:11Speaker 1: Aaron Rodgers.
- 16:17Speaker 3: And the Panthers are kind of the TMZ stories of
- 16:20Speaker 3: the NFL year so far, right because nothing else has
- 16:24Speaker 3: been It's been kind of I mean, Travis Kelsey and
- 16:26Speaker 3: Taylor Swift probably number one, picking the mat.
- 16:31Speaker 1: The Vikings, what about him getting Dobbs?
- 16:34Speaker 5: That was fun two weeks that.
- 16:36Speaker 1: Was a fun little, you know, spinoff episode.
- 16:39Speaker 2: This is our this is our news meeting for the
- 16:41Speaker 2: day starts. I know you start bringing the stories.
- 16:43Speaker 3: But I'll go with I respect it. And they get
- 16:48Speaker 3: in the playoffs, yeah, which is crazy good for them.
- 16:51Speaker 3: When he drops back Stroud does, I'm I expect them
- 16:53Speaker 3: to make him completion, yeah, which half the quarterbacks play
- 16:58Speaker 3: now I don't because they there's so many injuries.
- 16:59Speaker 1: Everybody's right.
- 17:00Speaker 5: He did lose his he did lose his receiver though.
- 17:02Speaker 5: You see that tink Dell, Yeah, broke his ankle his
- 17:06Speaker 5: leg or something.
- 17:07Speaker 1: Yeah, oh I didn't know, doubt so that hurts. That sucks. Okay,
- 17:10Speaker 1: that's Timtottle.
- 17:18Speaker 3: Twenty five Whistles presented by DraftKings sports book and official sports.
- 17:20Speaker 1: Betting partner of the NFL.

- 17:27Speaker 1: We lost read I'm sorry he only lost one U NLV.
- 17:32Speaker 1: Yeah that was the that was the big one. I
- 17:34Speaker 1: was just throwing it out.
- 17:35Speaker 3: There, so yeah they Yeah, Alabama plus five and a
- 17:40Speaker 3: half versus Georgia that was a win. And Florida State
- 17:42Speaker 3: minus two and a half money line versus Louisville so
- 17:44Speaker 3: just money line.
- 17:45Speaker 1: That one un ov money line versus Boise State lost that,
- 17:48Speaker 1: so we lost again. I've never this sucks. I don't
- 17:54Speaker 1: even care.
- 17:54Speaker 3: Yeah, I put like five bucks on it. No, I
- 17:59Speaker 3: didn't even better at all, only bet three bets this
- 18:01Speaker 3: whole weekend.
- 18:02Speaker 1: Wow, that's it.
- 18:03Speaker 3: Yeah, I'll tell you about in a minute. Okay, if

- 18:15Speaker 3: you can check out Draftking Sports Book. New users use
- 18:17Speaker 3: the code Bobby Sports when you download the app twenty
- 18:20Speaker 3: one and up in most eligible states, but age varies
- 18:22Speaker 3: by jurisdiction, eligibility and a positive restrictions apply a gambling
- 18:25Speaker 3: problem called one hundred gambler in New York called eight
- 18:27Speaker 3: seven seven eight hope and why or text hope and
- 18:29Speaker 3: y four six seven three six nine. I'll give you
- 18:36Speaker 3: that in a few minutes on my gambling over the weekend.
- 18:40Speaker 3: We'll get to our promises. We'll get to NFL, but
- 18:43Speaker 3: first we're going to get to the interview with NASCAR
- 18:45Speaker 3: Cup driver Ryan Blaney. Ryan drives a number twelve four
- 18:48Speaker 3: Mustang dark Horse for Team Penske and is this year's
- 18:51Speaker 3: NASCAR Cup Series Champion, which is pretty cool.
- 18:54Speaker 1: This is the whole interview that we did here.
- 18:56Speaker 3: We cut a small part of it out to play
- 18:57Speaker 3: on the Bobby Bone Show, but this is the whole thing.
- 19:00Speaker 3: Be honest with you, I don't know a lot about NASCAR,
- 19:03Speaker 3: but I felt like asked okay questions, and I had
- 19:05Speaker 3: somebody here to kind of keep me in line.
- 19:06Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I think people the questions you asked are
- 19:08Speaker 2: the questions that people have about NASCAR.
- 19:10Speaker 3: You can keep up with Ryan in his career on
- 19:12Speaker 3: Twitter at Blaney Here. He is Ryan Blaney. Ryan, it's
- 19:15Speaker 3: good to meet you. When you walked in, you did
- 19:17Speaker 3: not have a mustache.
- 19:18Speaker 7: Yeah, my whole beard mustache hair got taken care of
- 19:23Speaker 7: like two days ago. Unfortunately. What was the story behind it? Uh,
- 19:27Speaker 7: just you know the Penske group, they kind of they
- 19:30Speaker 7: enjoyed me being a little bit more clean shaven like.
- 19:33Speaker 1: The Yankees do like the Yankees.
- 19:34Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, I get away with it in the playoffs,
- 19:36Speaker 7: like I had a playoff beard and stuff like that.
- 19:38Speaker 1: But I figured for this we should we should shave
- 19:41Speaker 1: it off.
- 19:41Speaker 3: I got some some push to shave it from just
- 19:46Speaker 3: Penske or from people that love you both. Okay, how
- 19:50Speaker 3: about that. I get that push sometimes too.
- 19:51Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 19:52Speaker 3: Yeah, it's like why do you have a why do
- 19:53Speaker 3: you want to funny? Go to your funny sideburns? And
- 19:55Speaker 3: by push you mean like a punch on the shoulder
- 19:57Speaker 3: at least I do.
- 19:58Speaker 7: Yeah, it's it's more of like, hey, we can't tell
- 20:01Speaker 7: you what to do, but you should probably think about
- 20:03Speaker 7: this Yeah, and that's like, okay, yeah, this is Morgan.
- 20:06Speaker 3: So Morgan is one of my dearest friends. We work together.
- 20:09Speaker 3: She's also a massive NASCAR fan. Okay, no massive, I'm
- 20:13Speaker 3: talking about it.
- 20:14Speaker 6: Honestly. I got nervous this morning because because I listened
- 20:18Speaker 6: to your podcast. Yeah, and that's sort of what got
- 20:21Speaker 6: me back into Nascar. I grew up watching with my dad,
- 20:25Speaker 6: and so I'm probably like shaking right now, like, oh
- 20:28Speaker 6: my god, this is the biggest celebrity.
- 20:30Speaker 1: What would what would we like about Ryan? You know me?
- 20:33Speaker 3: Well, you know Ryan obviously from being a fan of
- 20:35Speaker 3: his podcast in him racing Morgan? What would I like
- 20:37Speaker 3: most about Ryan as a person?
- 20:39Speaker 6: He seems very down to earth, hows good music taste?
- 20:45Speaker 1: From Ohio? Yeah, I grew up in North Carolina, but
- 20:47Speaker 1: I'm from Ohio. So when what did the grow up happen?
- 20:51Speaker 1: What age she going to North Carolina? We moved there
- 20:53Speaker 1: when I was five or six. Okay, so you're you're
- 20:55Speaker 1: North Carolinian?
- 20:56Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, got it. I always say I'm I'm from Ohio.
- 20:59Speaker 3: But your family has and for those that don't know,
- 21:01Speaker 3: your dad, your grandpa, you're all all in racing. Yeah.
- 21:04Speaker 7: So my dad raced you know, World of Outlaws sprint
- 21:07Speaker 7: cars from the eighties through the nineties up in Ohio
- 21:10Speaker 7: and late nineties he made the move to NASCAR, and
- 21:14Speaker 7: he was older. I mean he was thirty five thirty six,
- 21:17Speaker 7: and that's old, I mean to go to NASCAR, especially nowadays,
- 21:20Speaker 7: you know you see teenagers getting into it. So and
- 21:23Speaker 7: before that, my grandfather was a dirt racer from Ohio.
- 21:25Speaker 7: So I just kind of grew up around it and
- 21:28Speaker 7: lucky to watch, you know, my dad kind of do
- 21:30Speaker 7: his job at a young age and lucky to be
- 21:32Speaker 7: able to to be able to do the same thing.
- 21:35Speaker 3: Are you amazed you didn't burn out being that it
- 21:37Speaker 3: was around you all the time.
- 21:38Speaker 7: Yeah, a little bit. I'd go back and look at it,
- 21:40Speaker 7: you know. I feel like that happens a lot to
- 21:43Speaker 7: you know, kids whose families are in a certain area
- 21:46Speaker 7: right whether it's sports or banking, you know, whatever profession.
- 21:50Speaker 7: I feel like, if you're around all the time, it
- 21:51Speaker 7: is easy for a kid to get burned out. I
- 21:52Speaker 7: see it all the time with young kids playing sports.
- 21:55Speaker 7: You know, their parents are telling them to, you know,
- 21:57Speaker 7: go play ball year round, and you can kind of
- 21:59Speaker 7: get burned out out of it, But luckily I never did.
- 22:02Speaker 3: If you told your dad I want to be a veterinarian,
- 22:04Speaker 3: he would have.
- 22:04Speaker 1: Said, yeah, he wouldn't have minded it. I mean, Dad
- 22:07Speaker 1: was you know. I tell people Dad never pushed me
- 22:11Speaker 1: to do anything. You know.
- 22:12Speaker 7: He always made sure that I wanted to do it
- 22:14Speaker 7: and had the full passion to do it. Because if
- 22:17Speaker 7: you're gonna halfway do something, I mean, why are you
- 22:19Speaker 7: going to do it right if you're not fully passionate
- 22:21Speaker 7: about it. So yeah, he never forced me to do it.
- 22:24Speaker 7: He was always very are you sure you wanted to
- 22:26Speaker 7: go to this next step? Are you sure you want
- 22:27Speaker 7: to continue pursuing this? And luckily I never had any
- 22:31Speaker 7: different ideas.
- 22:33Speaker 3: I'm going to ask some really unintelligent questions, not purposefully,
- 22:36Speaker 3: but I know they'll come off as that, so please
- 22:37Speaker 3: forgive me. And then Morgan's here to ask the intelligent questions.
- 22:40Speaker 3: So I want to ask about numbers on cars. So
- 22:42Speaker 3: you drive the number twelve Ford Mustang?
- 22:44Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 22:44Speaker 3: Is it like Jerseys where let's say you get into
- 22:47Speaker 3: the league and Cam Newton wants this number and he's like,
- 22:51Speaker 3: you know what, Jimmy Clausen, I want number two and
- 22:53Speaker 3: Jimmy clus like, I ain't given you number two? Do
- 22:55Speaker 3: you have to pick from the numbers available? And what
- 22:57Speaker 3: if you want a number that already exists on a car?
- 22:59Speaker 7: That's a good question. So the teams owned the numbers,
- 23:03Speaker 7: so like, Wow, Roger Penske, my owner, he owns the
- 23:05Speaker 7: twelve two and the twenty two was.
- 23:07Speaker 1: Like an auction number two.
- 23:09Speaker 7: Yeah, it's like, I mean it's something that's been established
- 23:14Speaker 7: for a long time.
- 23:14Speaker 6: Wow.
- 23:15Speaker 7: Like and they trademark the numbers and stuff like that.
- 23:17Speaker 7: Theyone have sixty nine unfortunately not Okay, I think that's
- 23:20Speaker 7: you can.
- 23:20Speaker 1: Buy that one bones.
- 23:21Speaker 7: Can you imagine you could? I'm out there on my
- 23:23Speaker 7: local you could go, you could. I think you should
- 23:26Speaker 7: be the number sixty nine when we come back here
- 23:27Speaker 7: next year.
- 23:28Speaker 1: In raise area.
- 23:29Speaker 3: So did you get to choose since he owned the number?
- 23:31Speaker 3: Was like, all right, Ryan, you're twelve.
- 23:33Speaker 7: Yeah, he kind of When we decided a half four
- 23:37Speaker 7: years ago that I was going to drive the twelve,
- 23:39Speaker 7: it was just what he had, you know. And growing up,
- 23:42Speaker 7: my numbers was always ten. You know, my granddad was ten.
- 23:45Speaker 7: My dad was ten for a long time. But uh, yeah,
- 23:48Speaker 7: there's something we don't really get to choose, which is
- 23:50Speaker 7: fine with me. My I never had to pick my
- 23:51Speaker 7: stupid radio name. It was like, your name's Bobby Bones,
- 23:54Speaker 7: and I'm like, Bones, that's the stupidest thing I ever heard.
- 23:56Speaker 1: But you didn't get to pick that. No, But I was.
- 23:57Speaker 3: I was seventeen eighteen, and I was like, that sounds
- 24:00Speaker 3: like a pirate. And so I be that was my
- 24:03Speaker 3: name assigned and everywhere I went was connected. I could
- 24:05Speaker 3: never leave it. Yeah, and so even you know, to
- 24:07Speaker 3: this day, Bobby's my real name, but Bones is not. Yea,
- 24:10Speaker 3: and I feel for you, man, You're twelve is my bones? Right?
- 24:14Speaker 1: Well, you know it's hard to hard to hate it, right,
- 24:16Speaker 1: and it's what you're known for. I don't know, people
- 24:17Speaker 1: look at me weird. What would you have chosen my
- 24:20Speaker 1: real name? Yeah? Yeah, which is Blaney? Bobby Blaney, Bobby Blaney.
- 24:23Speaker 1: That's sound pretty cool. Yeah.
- 24:24Speaker 3: The Grand Treismo movie came out, And could that ever
- 24:26Speaker 3: happen in real life? Where somebody is so good at
- 24:28Speaker 3: a video game they could be a car driver.
- 24:31Speaker 6: I thought that was a true story.
- 24:32Speaker 1: No, No, in Nascar though, it is a true story.
- 24:34Speaker 1: That's why it's so crazy.
- 24:35Speaker 3: But I'm asking them like could you just rock out
- 24:37Speaker 3: on some NASCAR and PS five and then be like
- 24:39Speaker 3: I'm ready to hop on the track.
- 24:40Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know. I don't.
- 24:42Speaker 7: There's like all the simulation stuff is like pretty good now,
- 24:45Speaker 7: like you know a right, like the video games on
- 24:48Speaker 7: Xbox or PlayStation or whatever, like take those out of it.
- 24:51Speaker 7: Like there's all these like I Racing is a big one.
- 24:53Speaker 7: I don't I've ever heard of Irish before. It's like
- 24:55Speaker 7: a really good computer simulation game. Like that's that's actually
- 24:59Speaker 7: grown a lot, and some some kids have actually done it,
- 25:01Speaker 7: like they started when they were younger, and they.
- 25:03Speaker 3: I stand for eyeball or like eyes and it says
- 25:05Speaker 3: for an eye letter eye letter, got it.
- 25:07Speaker 7: Yeah, some some kids do that and they get a shot,
- 25:10Speaker 7: but it's not very often. The biggest thing separate between
- 25:13Speaker 7: those two is there's no risk, right, Like if you
- 25:17Speaker 7: mess up, you just press a button then you reset
- 25:19Speaker 7: and right, there's no fear of danger. It's like playing Madden,
- 25:22Speaker 7: like you know you're not gonna get laid out on it. Right,
- 25:24Speaker 7: Guys have a lot of money, so there's risk, yes, exactly.
- 25:27Speaker 7: So no one's gambling on video games. Maybe some people do.
- 25:30Speaker 4: We do.
- 25:30Speaker 1: Yeah, we have leagues. We have a whole league of
- 25:33Speaker 1: NBA two K and you win the win. I can't not,
- 25:35Speaker 1: not officially, not government. We're all good. We're here. We're
- 25:39Speaker 1: actually not gambling, no, not at all. We're just making
- 25:41Speaker 1: stuff up. Yeah.
- 25:42Speaker 3: So you were encouraged probably, but you weren't told, hey,
- 25:45Speaker 3: we want you to be a race car driver, yeah,
- 25:48Speaker 3: or a driver?
- 25:49Speaker 1: Would you say a driver? A driver? Race car driver?
- 25:51Speaker 3: And from a young age were you naturally did you
- 25:55Speaker 3: have some sort of intrinsic racing gene or was it
- 26:00Speaker 3: more nurture than nature.
- 26:03Speaker 1: I think it was a little bit of both.
- 26:04Speaker 7: I think I think some of this stuff, like as
- 26:08Speaker 7: far as being talented, is like genetics, you know, and
- 26:11Speaker 7: I think that's with anything. But then I think a
- 26:14Speaker 7: lot of it is also learning, right, Like you could
- 26:16Speaker 7: be the kid of the best you know, race car driver,
- 26:20Speaker 7: football player, basketball player out there, but if you don't
- 26:22Speaker 7: apply yourself, then you're not gonna succeed. So I was
- 26:26Speaker 7: fortunate that I was able to see it at a
- 26:28Speaker 7: young age and like understand the inner workings of the
- 26:31Speaker 7: sport and how everything operated, and talk to dad at
- 26:35Speaker 7: a young age, you know, I kind of how he
- 26:36Speaker 7: goes about it and then then have him there, you know,
- 26:38Speaker 7: teaching me when I was kind of getting going.
- 26:40Speaker 1: I think that was a huge kind of advantage for me.
- 26:44Speaker 1: So that part, I think is big.
- 26:45Speaker 7: So I think it's a lot of kind of leadership
- 26:48Speaker 7: and guiding young kids to where they need to be
- 26:51Speaker 7: that grow them into, you know, adults that can be
- 26:54Speaker 7: successful at at their job.
- 26:55Speaker 1: You look like somebody's fit, But are you a good athlete?
- 26:58Speaker 3: Could you have done other sports where you're just naturally
- 27:01Speaker 3: your hand eye coordinations awesome?
- 27:03Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean I'm not tooting my own horn, but
- 27:05Speaker 1: I I asked volunteer, don't.
- 27:07Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 27:09Speaker 7: So fun fact, my my dad has one brother. He's
- 27:12Speaker 7: six four six ' five and we got the short cheet.
- 27:15Speaker 7: I'm like five ten. My dad's like five to nine.
- 27:18Speaker 7: And uh so he was actually he's in the Hall
- 27:20Speaker 7: of Fame at West Virginia for basketball.
- 27:21Speaker 1: Wow.
- 27:21Speaker 7: He got drafted by the Lakers in the eighties and
- 27:24Speaker 7: uh got injured. And that's your uncle's like my uncle,
- 27:27Speaker 7: my dad's brother, and he's he's a race car driver too.
- 27:29Speaker 7: He's fantastic. But he got the chance to go play
- 27:32Speaker 7: NBA ball and he got hurt and didn't want to
- 27:34Speaker 7: do it and hated l a being from a small
- 27:37Speaker 7: town in Ohio, so he kind of came back and
- 27:39Speaker 7: ended up racing. But uh, yeah, I feel like everyone's
- 27:42Speaker 7: we're all athletic in your own way, right, Like that's
- 27:45Speaker 7: what people will say about how good looking I was. Yeah,
- 27:47Speaker 7: my mom, you're pretty in your own way. Yeah, my
- 27:49Speaker 7: mom thinks I'm athletic.
- 27:51Speaker 1: Can you be like six ' nine to be a
- 27:52Speaker 1: race car driver or do you just make the car bigger?
- 27:56Speaker 3: Or is it you know this, if you were five
- 27:58Speaker 3: foot two in really athletic, that would be the ultimate. Yeah.
- 28:01Speaker 7: I mean I think there's all of us are kind
- 28:03Speaker 7: of the same height, Like all of us are in
- 28:05Speaker 7: between like five six and like six foot And there's
- 28:08Speaker 7: a couple guys that were you know, my teammate Austin Sindric,
- 28:11Speaker 7: he's like six two six y three.
- 28:13Speaker 1: Is he a giant? Because I went to Japan I
- 28:15Speaker 1: was a giant there. Yeah. I walked around. I was like,
- 28:17Speaker 1: this is awesome. I want to move here to dominate.
- 28:19Speaker 1: He's a giant here. I mean I stand next to
- 28:21Speaker 1: him like this is messed up.
- 28:22Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, Morgan, let's do some intelligent questions now Morgan
- 28:25Speaker 3: number one here with Ryan Blaney.
- 28:27Speaker 6: I don't know if they're intelligent, but I kind of
- 28:29Speaker 6: just want to be nosy. I've always been curious because
- 28:33Speaker 6: y'all don't actually work on the cars that you're driving
- 28:35Speaker 6: on Sundays. There's a whole team behind.
- 28:37Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 28:37Speaker 6: Are there any drivers and cup that you think would
- 28:40Speaker 6: actually struggle to change their own tire if they got
- 28:43Speaker 6: a flat on the interstate?
- 28:44Speaker 1: No, I don't. That's pretty basic, but that they.
- 28:46Speaker 6: Call Triple A and they just wouldn't deal with it.
- 28:49Speaker 6: Denny is calling Triple A?
- 28:50Speaker 1: Is he classic? You think so? Yeah? I could see that. Maybe.
- 28:55Speaker 7: I think ninety five percent of us could do it,
- 28:57Speaker 7: no problem. Okay, I think most of us though, But
- 29:00Speaker 7: I feel like it's it's a convenience thing, like do
- 29:02Speaker 7: you actually want.
- 29:03Speaker 1: To do it right or not?
- 29:04Speaker 6: And you probably wouldn't have to.
- 29:06Speaker 7: You probably wouldn't have to, But I feel like I
- 29:08Speaker 7: don't want to wait for Triple A for like three hours.
- 29:10Speaker 1: Could you take take your car apart and put it
- 29:12Speaker 1: back together? Which one my race Carr car?
- 29:16Speaker 3: Like you have to know every single thing about basically
- 29:19Speaker 3: taking them apart is really easy it's putting them back
- 29:22Speaker 3: together together is the tough thing.
- 29:24Speaker 1: I couldn't do the whole thing.
- 29:25Speaker 3: Now, could you fix let's say lunch box this car,
- 29:27Speaker 3: he's got a ultimate years is it? Oh five?
- 29:29Speaker 1: He's gonna know five ultimate two hundred and fifteen thousand.
- 29:33Speaker 1: I have zero help for you on that one.
- 29:34Speaker 3: But if he didn't know that you were a driver
- 29:37Speaker 3: and his hood was up, could you pull up and
- 29:38Speaker 3: be like, I think it's the cause some mombie shaft cast.
- 29:42Speaker 1: Some mombie shaft. I might be able to know. I
- 29:45Speaker 1: don't know.
- 29:45Speaker 7: It's have to look see what it is. Like I said,
- 29:47Speaker 7: I'm not very like street cars and race cars are
- 29:50Speaker 7: so different, like how they operate. I mean all street
- 29:53Speaker 7: cars nowadays, if they're five years old, I mean they're
- 29:56Speaker 7: they're eighty percent electronic anyway, you know, so it's all
- 29:59Speaker 7: a system into you know, something that I have no
- 30:02Speaker 7: idea how well.
- 30:03Speaker 1: Good news. Mine's eighteen years old so it doesn't have
- 30:06Speaker 1: ye so I might be actually able to help you.
- 30:08Speaker 3: I still has a hole in the feet, like Fred
- 30:09Speaker 3: flint Stell.
- 30:09Speaker 1: You do run that way, Morgan.
- 30:11Speaker 6: Okay, let's talk about Rex for a second, because it's
- 30:14Speaker 6: always scary watching as a viewer. When you see a
- 30:16Speaker 6: cargo in flames, I feel like it's probably happened to you,
- 30:19Speaker 6: And I just think to myself, I wouldn't want to
- 30:21Speaker 6: bail out immediately, but sometimes a car is still moving.
- 30:23Speaker 6: Sometimes you have to wait for it to come to stop. Like,
- 30:26Speaker 6: what's it like in your head when your car is
- 30:28Speaker 6: on fire and you're stuck in the oven And what's
- 30:31Speaker 6: going through your head?
- 30:32Speaker 1: The oven?
- 30:32Speaker 6: Is that?
- 30:32Speaker 1: What is what it's called?
- 30:33Speaker 7: I'm just making that up right now. It feels like
- 30:35Speaker 7: one it's uh, yeah, I've been on fire a few
- 30:38Speaker 7: times and it's not fun. Fire is not good in
- 30:43Speaker 7: that aspect. But our suits are pretty decent, like as
- 30:46Speaker 7: far as our fire suits are fairly kind of flame
- 30:49Speaker 7: proof for like twenty seconds and then they kind of start.
- 30:52Speaker 6: That's eating a long window of time.
- 30:54Speaker 7: Well I'm not sitting here like I'm on fire, Like
- 30:56Speaker 7: my whole body's on fire. Like the car is kind
- 30:58Speaker 7: of on fire and I'm trying to get out. Yeah,
- 31:01Speaker 7: you got to stop before you get out. I mean,
- 31:03Speaker 7: it's you can't just bail out of it running fifty
- 31:05Speaker 7: so you got to. But yeah, it's not a fun uh,
- 31:08Speaker 7: not a fun thing, but you understand you're gonna have
- 31:10Speaker 7: rex as a driver. I've had a few really bad
- 31:13Speaker 7: ones this year, and you just know that's part of
- 31:15Speaker 7: the sport.
- 31:16Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 31:16Speaker 6: So you hit a wall pretty hard in Nashville here. Yeah, Yeah,
- 31:19Speaker 6: this summer, I was at that race and thought, wow,
- 31:21Speaker 6: I got hit by a car once in college, and
- 31:25Speaker 6: I just will never forget the impact. I didn't break
- 31:28Speaker 6: any bones, shockingly, but that moment where it just like
- 31:31Speaker 6: knocks the wind out of you. What is a feeling
- 31:34Speaker 6: of a driver when you have an impact like that?
- 31:36Speaker 7: Yeah, some of them are worse than others, and you know,
- 31:39Speaker 7: sometimes it's kind of weird that the ones that maybe
- 31:41Speaker 7: don't look as bad or sometimes the worst. I feel
- 31:45Speaker 7: like some of it, most of it is just catching
- 31:47Speaker 7: your breath. We're pretty safe in there. I mean, we're
- 31:49Speaker 7: we're in a big cocoon. But a lot of times,
- 31:51Speaker 7: I mean, the every bit of the force is going
- 31:54Speaker 7: to the softest thing in the car and that's us.
- 31:56Speaker 7: And the biggest thing we've focused on try to, you know,
- 32:00Speaker 7: get out of the sport nowadays is all the concussion
- 32:02Speaker 7: stuff that's going on.
- 32:03Speaker 1: You know, it's hard to hard to get all that
- 32:05Speaker 1: stuff weeded out.
- 32:06Speaker 7: And it's like the never ending search of how to
- 32:09Speaker 7: make you know your your brain bucket a little bit safer,
- 32:11Speaker 7: you know, in the cars and in any sport. But yeah,
- 32:15Speaker 7: it's usually a few days to recover when that happens.
- 32:18Speaker 6: So after a ruck, they send you guys to the
- 32:20Speaker 6: in field care center to check you out. I've always
- 32:23Speaker 6: been so curious. I'm like, do sometimes they have like
- 32:26Speaker 6: mild concussion symptoms that only you know you have, and
- 32:29Speaker 6: drivers just go, I'm still going to drive anyway. I'm
- 32:32Speaker 6: not going to sit out.
- 32:33Speaker 7: They have a pretty good protocol for that stuff. As
- 32:36Speaker 7: far as concussion symptoms. We have a few other companies
- 32:39Speaker 7: we work with that are really good at that kind
- 32:41Speaker 7: of weeding through it. And yeah, you've seen some guys
- 32:43Speaker 7: sit out because they are a little messed up. Fortunately
- 32:46Speaker 7: I haven't been that way that I know of too much.
- 32:50Speaker 7: But yeah, there's a there's a pretty strict process of
- 32:54Speaker 7: if you're concussed or.
- 32:55Speaker 1: Not, and if you can compete the next week.
- 32:57Speaker 3: I would I would practice acting not concussion. I mean, honestly,
- 32:59Speaker 3: a friends play ball and they go. The new thing
- 33:03Speaker 3: is if they feel like they've had kind of their
- 33:06Speaker 3: their bell rung. They lay on the ground longer because
- 33:10Speaker 3: I'm not giving you tips. Don't listen to this, right,
- 33:11Speaker 3: but they lay on the ground longer because as long
- 33:14Speaker 3: as they don't get up and show that they're off
- 33:16Speaker 3: balance or say the wrong thing, they can always act
- 33:18Speaker 3: like as an ankle or a toe or or something
- 33:20Speaker 3: that is not And then they have practiced how to
- 33:23Speaker 3: not act concuss.
- 33:24Speaker 1: Yeah, which is not healthy. That's the thing, right.
- 33:26Speaker 7: It's like you're the competitor and you want to keep going, right,
- 33:29Speaker 7: but for your long term health, it's like you need
- 33:31Speaker 7: to And I think for the longest time all sports
- 33:34Speaker 7: were like that, Like no one ever paid attention to
- 33:36Speaker 7: the brain health concussion stuff.
- 33:38Speaker 1: Life is like that.
- 33:39Speaker 3: You know, mental health was not at least go up
- 33:42Speaker 3: in Arkansas. We didn't wait up there, but I talk
- 33:44Speaker 3: at one every day now, ye, so yeah, we were
- 33:47Speaker 3: kind of realizing the brains important, right, Yeah, when you
- 33:49Speaker 3: have thought the brainwer holds a long time ago though
- 33:50Speaker 3: it gets.
- 33:51Speaker 1: The freaking brain.
- 33:51Speaker 3: You should have told us that do you ever get sick,
- 33:53Speaker 3: like have flu or a bug or something before you
- 33:55Speaker 3: go out, and you just have to suck it up.
- 33:57Speaker 7: I've had them a few times. Yeah, yeah, having a
- 33:58Speaker 7: bug before the race and this not fun. Honestly, it's uh,
- 34:02Speaker 7: sweating in the car is like the best thing. It
- 34:04Speaker 7: was super hot in those cars. So like I had
- 34:06Speaker 7: the flu a handful of years ago. Race in Chicago.
- 34:09Speaker 7: It's like ninety five out and I'm just baking in
- 34:12Speaker 7: the race car and just sweating everything. I actually felt
- 34:14Speaker 7: better after the race what I did before because I
- 34:16Speaker 7: sweat out all.
- 34:17Speaker 6: The whatever was as tract whatever it was.
- 34:20Speaker 1: Yeah, might be a thing. Go sit in a sauna
- 34:22Speaker 1: if you have the flu, and it might flush it out.
- 34:24Speaker 1: You see.
- 34:25Speaker 6: I don't think I could be a race car driver
- 34:27Speaker 6: strictly from I get mean when I'm hot, you know
- 34:29Speaker 6: what I mean?
- 34:29Speaker 1: And hungry, get me hungry and hungry.
- 34:31Speaker 4: That can help because you get aggressive, Yeah, I.
- 34:34Speaker 6: Mean, Ryan gets pretty aggressive. Your scanner audio is always
- 34:38Speaker 6: really fun to listen, always between.
- 34:39Speaker 1: Oh she was listening to the scanned audio. God, Okay,
- 34:42Speaker 1: here's the thing, right, it's not just his though, like
- 34:45Speaker 1: everybody what I hear worth DC.
- 34:47Speaker 3: I'm doing a show at Warner Theater and I'm going
- 34:49Speaker 3: on in like twenty five minutes. Great night, And Morgan's
- 34:52Speaker 3: got her headphones and I think I listen to some
- 34:54Speaker 3: old jokes. I did you know I'm about to go
- 34:56Speaker 3: on stage and be funny. And I look at her
- 34:58Speaker 3: computer and there's is racing them.
- 35:00Speaker 1: What do you watch? It goes?
- 35:01Speaker 3: Well, I'm gonnatch. I'm listening to the scanner audio of
- 35:03Speaker 3: them talking to each other.
- 35:04Speaker 6: It was a championship, okay, so we're getting down to
- 35:07Speaker 6: the final four, and I would you know, I've seen
- 35:09Speaker 6: your show a few times.
- 35:10Speaker 1: So, but that's true. She has seen it.
- 35:13Speaker 3: Yes, the scanner audio sounds pretty intense, though it can't
- 35:15Speaker 3: get intense.
- 35:16Speaker 1: Yeah, I love they release it. They should do football too.
- 35:18Speaker 5: Yeah they did mic people up.
- 35:20Speaker 1: Yeah, I love the hot mic, like the hot nice scanners.
- 35:22Speaker 3: Like they're talking to each other. He's talking to his team.
- 35:25Speaker 3: Do you know that too all the time, Like I listen,
- 35:28Speaker 3: I guess some stuff to say, but they.
- 35:29Speaker 7: May be oh yeah, I mean there's a so like
- 35:31Speaker 7: on our scanners radios, there's three people, right, so there's
- 35:35Speaker 7: a driver with the radio crew chief and like a
- 35:37Speaker 7: spoder with the radio.
- 35:38Speaker 1: So there's only three people you're gonna hear.
- 35:39Speaker 7: But yeah, we have buttons on our steering wheel that
- 35:41Speaker 7: we can talk and yeah, it's just a live mic.
- 35:43Speaker 1: Anyone can listen to it.
- 35:44Speaker 6: Does your girlfriend ever get to like pop in and
- 35:46Speaker 6: give you encouragement, like, baby, you got it?
- 35:48Speaker 1: No, no she doesn't. She doesn't.
- 35:51Speaker 3: Did an impression of somebody, but you sound exactly like you.
- 35:54Speaker 1: She literally sounded no different than herself. You gotta babe,
- 35:57Speaker 1: you got it like an impression.
- 35:59Speaker 6: That's how I guess.
- 36:00Speaker 1: I don't know you like Broncos, I have too, Yeah,
- 36:03Speaker 1: I have it. This is mine.
- 36:04Speaker 3: It was like kids, I have a seven, I have
- 36:06Speaker 3: a seventy seven seven, I have a eighty five.
- 36:09Speaker 1: Yeah, I have a new one.
- 36:10Speaker 6: My first car was a eighty five Bronco.
- 36:12Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 36:13Speaker 6: Yeah, I'm really sad.
- 36:14Speaker 1: That by this sold it.
- 36:16Speaker 3: But by this what you said, it's a seventy four
- 36:19Speaker 3: seventy seven. It's the last year they made the body style.
- 36:21Speaker 1: Who made it? Uh Ford? Well it looked it looks
- 36:24Speaker 1: like it's got some it's got I know nothing on.
- 36:27Speaker 3: It, fur. I don't know, mister Bronco Ida, I don't
- 36:30Speaker 3: know anything about cars.
- 36:31Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 36:31Speaker 3: And my wife was like, I want to find an
- 36:34Speaker 3: old Bronco and we found this. It took like a
- 36:36Speaker 3: year before you could find it because it's still so
- 36:37Speaker 3: fast and we had to redo it. We did a
- 36:40Speaker 3: like completely rebuilt it, whatever that means.
- 36:43Speaker 1: Yeah, it looks redone, it looks nice. It's jacked up.
- 36:45Speaker 1: It's got it radio. That's all am I doing a
- 36:49Speaker 1: good job. Expect thank you radio tires on it. I
- 36:52Speaker 1: literally know. I don't know anything about it. But yeah,
- 36:55Speaker 1: it's fun.
- 36:55Speaker 3: But we only really drive in the warm because it's
- 36:57Speaker 3: old car. I don't know how they drive in the seventies.
- 36:59Speaker 1: That suck. It was the best they had at the time.
- 37:02Speaker 3: I just rode horses even in the seventies. This thing's
- 37:05Speaker 3: like seat belt is only a strap. There's no shoulder strap.
- 37:08Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 37:09Speaker 7: Yeah, I had an old truck that was from it's
- 37:12Speaker 7: from the early sixties.
- 37:13Speaker 1: It has no seat belts in it at all. No,
- 37:15Speaker 1: And it was fine because I guess.
- 37:17Speaker 3: They grandfather that law in if it doesn't have seat belts,
- 37:19Speaker 3: you don't to put them in.
- 37:19Speaker 7: Yeah, that's like, if it's before a certain year, you
- 37:22Speaker 7: don't have to have seat belts the pass inspection or
- 37:24Speaker 7: anything like that.
- 37:25Speaker 6: That's because it's like an antique or something.
- 37:27Speaker 7: Yeah, if it's a certain year old, they didn't have
- 37:30Speaker 7: that law. I guess back then, so they're like, well,
- 37:32Speaker 7: we can't put it in now, but I didn't feel
- 37:34Speaker 7: very safe.
- 37:35Speaker 1: No seat belt. You ever have.
- 37:38Speaker 3: Dreams of wrecking or dreams of racing, because I would
- 37:40Speaker 3: have dreams of like doing being on stage, or being
- 37:43Speaker 3: late to work and missing. Does that ever happen to you?
- 37:45Speaker 7: I sometimes have dreams of like missing practice, like sleeping in,
- 37:50Speaker 7: missing the race, like those those types of dreams.
- 37:53Speaker 6: Those aren't Has that ever happened where you've been late
- 37:55Speaker 6: to something like that? Not the race but maybe qualifying
- 37:58Speaker 6: or no, you have like three people to come wake
- 38:01Speaker 6: you up if I'm real I've not shown up.
- 38:03Speaker 7: I'm usually pretty good on the weekends of like knowing
- 38:06Speaker 7: my schedule. I'm an early riser anyway, so it's I
- 38:09Speaker 7: usually don't have to worry about sleeping in past I've
- 38:10Speaker 7: missed the plane a few times, the team plane, and
- 38:13Speaker 7: then the way I've been late, I've been like thirty
- 38:16Speaker 7: minutes late. No, wait on you, you just feel like
- 38:18Speaker 7: a jerk. Okay, yeah, we'll get two final questions. We
- 38:21Speaker 7: have Ryan Blaney with us. Ryan Blaney ten is his
- 38:24Speaker 7: Instagram and his Twitter.
- 38:25Speaker 1: We can go ahead.
- 38:26Speaker 6: You think you'll ever get into any fights. I mean
- 38:28Speaker 6: you had some. Yeah, I feel like you've been in
- 38:31Speaker 6: the background of people's fights. I see you in videos
- 38:34Speaker 6: just trying to like get out of the way. Yeah,
- 38:35Speaker 6: but you're you're lively on the scanner, you and Ross.
- 38:39Speaker 6: I don't know if we have those clips. You all
- 38:40Speaker 6: had your moment at you have the championship race, and
- 38:43Speaker 6: I don't know if that's like real beef that goes
- 38:46Speaker 6: into the next season or not. But I'm advocating right
- 38:49Speaker 6: now for you to get into a fist fight.
- 38:51Speaker 1: Let me hear you are. Let me hear this, Let
- 38:52Speaker 1: me hear this.
- 38:53Speaker 5: Go ahead, right.
- 38:54Speaker 1: I hate him on purpose. I mean yeah, yes, I
- 38:59Speaker 1: hte him on purpose. So he blocked me on purpose
- 39:01Speaker 1: ten times. So yeah, so what is that that's not
- 39:03Speaker 1: in the car? No, that was in the media center. Yeah,
- 39:05Speaker 1: got it. I was like, man, let's scanter sound good? Yeah? No,
- 39:09Speaker 1: I uh.
- 39:11Speaker 7: For me personally, the thing with he and I was fine,
- 39:14Speaker 7: Like it was more of a just a racing thing,
- 39:15Speaker 7: and it's in the in the moment type stuff Like
- 39:17Speaker 7: I don't really ever hold grudges. This is something like
- 39:19Speaker 7: super egregious that you think someone did on purpose, but
- 39:23Speaker 7: something like that I don't really hold any grudges, but
- 39:25Speaker 7: I guess I have to get in a fist fight.
- 39:26Speaker 6: Now I can go for your storyline next season to
- 39:29Speaker 6: pick an arch Nemesis.
- 39:30Speaker 1: Voted most likable. Dude.
- 39:33Speaker 3: I don't know, maybe you're like everybody like, like, I
- 39:36Speaker 3: was just doing a little little recon with some people
- 39:37Speaker 3: I know that are inside. They were like, nobody loves Ryan.
- 39:40Speaker 1: No, that's like, give me something. They were like, oh, dude, seriously,
- 39:42Speaker 1: everybody loves Ryan. And I was like, well, it's nice.
- 39:45Speaker 1: That's good. That's that's super cool. What's this sis?
- 39:48Speaker 3: Your helmet?
- 39:48Speaker 1: So we make little many replica helmets.
- 39:52Speaker 5: That's cool.
- 39:53Speaker 1: My head is way too large anyway for a normal helmet.
- 39:58Speaker 1: H this is really cool. Thank you very much. Yeah.
- 39:59Speaker 1: We and then we brought you a Champ T shirt too,
- 40:01Speaker 1: so figure we bring you some gifts.
- 40:03Speaker 3: Well look awesome, man, I really appreciate you coming in
- 40:07Speaker 3: and here I found it. You're voted the number one
- 40:10Speaker 3: most likable driver by the NASCAR Fan Council.
- 40:12Speaker 1: Oh wow, did you not know that? No, bring its trophy? Yeah,
- 40:15Speaker 1: bring my trophy.
- 40:16Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 40:16Speaker 1: I wonder if I get in a fight, will that
- 40:17Speaker 1: boost it or bring it down.
- 40:19Speaker 6: I think it'll help who you fight have an artist
- 40:21Speaker 6: manager and I'm telling you I think it will help.
- 40:23Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 40:24Speaker 3: Okay, hey, can I ask you, I know this isn't
- 40:25Speaker 3: really race car related, but can you talk about your
- 40:27Speaker 3: foundation for a second that Yeah, any family foundation.
- 40:30Speaker 1: Yeah, we started that in twenty eighteen.
- 40:33Speaker 7: When we started our foundation, we wanted to have something
- 40:37Speaker 7: that we were personally had a tie to. And then
- 40:39Speaker 7: we work with the Alzheimer's Association a lot my grandfather
- 40:42Speaker 7: at Alzheimer's. That's a tough one to watch someone go through,
- 40:46Speaker 7: so we work with them. We work with UPMC, which
- 40:49Speaker 7: is a kind of concussion brain heuth out of Pittsburgh.
- 40:52Speaker 7: So more a lot of brain heuth stuff that we do,
- 40:54Speaker 7: and and really fortunate to meet a lot of great,
- 40:57Speaker 7: great folks that you know, are currently trying to whether
- 41:01Speaker 7: it's you know, in home at a home care, you know,
- 41:05Speaker 7: just procedures, trying to figure out what we're what the
- 41:08Speaker 7: next steps are. So it's it's been a blast the
- 41:10Speaker 7: last you know, six years, getting to meet everybody and
- 41:14Speaker 7: learn more about it and help out where we can,
- 41:16Speaker 7: so hopefully we keep going.
- 41:17Speaker 1: You have a sports psychologist, not a you see regularly.
- 41:21Speaker 6: No.
- 41:21Speaker 3: I got a guy who I wouldn't call him a
- 41:23Speaker 3: sports psychologist though, so different than a therapist obviously. Yeah,
- 41:26Speaker 3: but you don't go to a sports psychologist to be like,
- 41:29Speaker 3: I can't pass my brains keep me from passing number three.
- 41:32Speaker 7: His name's Jeremy and he's just kind of he works
- 41:34Speaker 7: with a lot of different athletes. Uh, just kind of
- 41:37Speaker 7: you know, not motivational stuff, but there's like a lot
- 41:40Speaker 7: of confidence.
- 41:41Speaker 1: Yeah, like a therapist. I mean, yeah, a little bit,
- 41:43Speaker 1: not like a it's more of like a you know,
- 41:46Speaker 1: you're trying on the couch, try and we hear, yeah,
- 41:48Speaker 1: I'm on the couch every day.
- 41:50Speaker 4: Like the girl that works at the office in the
- 41:53Speaker 4: show Billions. You know, it's like site. You don't watch Billions,
- 41:57Speaker 4: do you know? Okay, it's such a good show. But
- 41:59Speaker 4: like the trader, sometimes if they're not on their a game,
- 42:01Speaker 4: they're not able. If they've got stuff messing with their
- 42:05Speaker 4: head or they're not focused. She helps them get right
- 42:07Speaker 4: in their mind because then they have better performance on
- 42:10Speaker 4: the floor whatever they're trading or whatnot. So I just
- 42:13Speaker 4: didn't I mean, and it's literally her sole job, and
- 42:16Speaker 4: it's how she gets into their psyche is kind of crazy.
- 42:18Speaker 5: But also do you use visualization.
- 42:21Speaker 1: Like a little bit.
- 42:24Speaker 7: I'm not the most confident person out there, and it's
- 42:28Speaker 7: been that way my whole life. And I honestly, my
- 42:30Speaker 7: dad was like a very big visual guy to me
- 42:32Speaker 7: during like our playoffs and our season. And my dad
- 42:35Speaker 7: is just like me, like very seft spoken, very you know,
- 42:39Speaker 7: quiet and reserved. But dad was like the motivational guy
- 42:43Speaker 7: for me, which was super shocking to me, but I
- 42:48Speaker 7: think he was. He was kind of the more of
- 42:49Speaker 7: that person than anybody this year, which was which was
- 42:52Speaker 7: really neat.
- 42:53Speaker 1: Well, we really appreciate your time. I'm taking taking away
- 42:55Speaker 1: this Legano helmet and.
- 42:57Speaker 7: They're on the same team, man, Yeah, you can keep
- 42:59Speaker 7: that one known you. I've seen fist flights within teams,
- 43:02Speaker 7: that's true. In the other I should have brought a
- 43:04Speaker 7: big one to well, well, this will be the placeholder.
- 43:06Speaker 7: Then you send a big one will change it out there.
- 43:08Speaker 1: We go.
- 43:08Speaker 3: Yeah, great to meet you think you're You're as equally
- 43:11Speaker 3: as awesome as everybody said Morgan.
- 43:13Speaker 1: Anything you want to say.
- 43:15Speaker 6: You know, just keep doing you and I hope you
- 43:17Speaker 6: get a second championship next year.
- 43:19Speaker 1: Thank you. Another one change.
- 43:21Speaker 3: People recognize you and be like, what up, chap, and
- 43:24Speaker 3: this is yell like awesome things. Sometimes I change my
- 43:26Speaker 3: look up a lot, though, yeah tell you walking here faces.
- 43:30Speaker 1: I changed my look up too much. But yeah, yeah
- 43:33Speaker 1: it's awesome if people you'll champion you.
- 43:35Speaker 3: Sometimes yeah, I'll say like I'm in there, like hey,
- 43:37Speaker 3: douche bag, and I'm like, that's all fun, you know,
- 43:39Speaker 3: I mean, all right.
- 43:39Speaker 1: There he is Ryan Blandey, Thank you, rong, thanks man.

- 45:08Speaker 1: The Washington, Oregon game. Washington jumped out quick.
- 45:12Speaker 3: Oregon made it a game, but there were there was
- 45:14Speaker 3: just too many possessions with two little time. And then
- 45:17Speaker 3: it was Bonix covered his head with a towel, and
- 45:20Speaker 3: then it was bo Nicks going to the NFL after
- 45:23Speaker 3: like eighty four years in college.
- 45:24Speaker 1: Yeah, that's what it feels like.
- 45:26Speaker 3: So, I mean, Washington, they put it to them. Hey
- 45:30Speaker 3: the score by the way, Oregon throws this pass. You
- 45:33Speaker 3: see it, there's like a minute left that passed the
- 45:35Speaker 3: wide receiver run all the way and score touchdown. Yes, yeah,
- 45:37Speaker 3: I was like, oh god, we may have a gag
- 45:39Speaker 3: game here. Yeah, because I had Oregon. I ended up
- 45:41Speaker 3: live betting it. I had like Oregon plus seven, so
- 45:43Speaker 3: up winning some money on that.
- 45:44Speaker 1: That's good. But I don't thought they were gonna come.
- 45:46Speaker 1: I thought they might win that thing. I know they didn't.
- 45:49Speaker 1: Washington's awesome. Let's just say it. They're awesome.
- 45:52Speaker 3: Why in the world would they give Oregon the old
- 45:55Speaker 3: minus sign against Washington if they beat them two times
- 45:57Speaker 3: three times in a row now ten points?
- 45:59Speaker 1: Yeah, it's crazy.
- 46:00Speaker 3: Texas in Oklahoma State it at first, first of all,
- 46:05Speaker 3: Clomb State's the worst defense I've ever seen I think
- 46:07Speaker 3: they were playing eight man football on defense at some
- 46:08Speaker 3: points out the games. I watched most of this game,
- 46:10Speaker 3: they could not stop Texas, but then they would score
- 46:12Speaker 3: and I was like, this may be one hundred to
- 46:14Speaker 3: one hundred.
- 46:14Speaker 1: And then they just ran out of Bama on offense.
- 46:16Speaker 5: Too, and they turned the ball over or batsnab.
- 46:18Speaker 3: Yeah, so Texas they did jump out early, but I
- 46:21Speaker 3: did feel like Oklahoma State could kind of claw their
- 46:24Speaker 3: way back in big but at one point it was
- 46:27Speaker 3: just over.
- 46:27Speaker 1: They couldn't do anything.
- 46:28Speaker 3: They definitely weren't going to stop them, and then they
- 46:31Speaker 3: had follow them behind too many possessions. I didn't think
- 46:33Speaker 3: it was cool that they put in the guy that
- 46:35Speaker 3: towards ACL.
- 46:36Speaker 1: In the last play of the game, the running back.
- 46:37Speaker 5: Yeah, I didn't even realize towards a CL. I don't
- 46:39Speaker 5: know where it was when not having to call.
- 46:41Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, but did what did he do just standing there? Yeah?
- 46:44Speaker 1: His last play it was a victory formation. Yeah, that's cool.
- 46:49Speaker 3: Alabama twenty seven to twenty four. Alabamade plays when they
- 46:52Speaker 3: did to make the plays, that's it.
- 46:54Speaker 6: I know.
- 46:54Speaker 1: There was a couple of calls where the one get
- 46:56Speaker 1: the one catch like it wasn't even a catch.
- 46:57Speaker 5: That happens every game at the end of the first half. Yeah, yeah,
- 47:01Speaker 5: it happens every game. Definitely not a catch.
- 47:02Speaker 1: But I'm right there with you. I agree, And I
- 47:04Speaker 1: got a future in Alabama. So there's there you go.
- 47:07Speaker 1: I'll be honest, I'm a bias there.
- 47:08Speaker 6: Uh.
- 47:09Speaker 1: S m U put it on two lane, which I
- 47:11Speaker 1: was a little surprised by. Yeah. No, I mean that
- 47:14Speaker 1: super surprised. I didn't care enough to be superprised. I
- 47:16Speaker 1: mean we've watched a lot of s m U two
- 47:17Speaker 1: lane games.
- 47:18Speaker 3: I've watched no s m U and I've watched a
- 47:20Speaker 3: little bit of tu lane though. Yeah maybe twice you
- 47:22Speaker 3: saw you watched the quarters.
- 47:24Speaker 1: Maybe that's what it was. Yeah, twice a quarter of
- 47:25Speaker 1: this one. That's it. So but yeah, too lane. That
- 47:29Speaker 1: sucks because here they are.
- 47:30Speaker 3: They're gonna go and defeated and get to claim their
- 47:33Speaker 3: share of whatever, and they lose.
- 47:36Speaker 1: D Michigan woped Iowa. This game is stupid and I
- 47:41Speaker 1: hate it. Yeah, the game was never a game. No,
- 47:45Speaker 1: I mean Iowa didn't score, did they No?
- 47:47Speaker 3: No, I took the freaking plus I took Iowa first half, Yeah, plus.
- 47:54Speaker 1: Plus two and a half. No, over.
- 47:57Speaker 3: All they do is kick a field goal and they
- 47:59Speaker 3: got in ranged fumbled it. I bet a thousand dollars
- 48:02Speaker 3: on them to score three points in the first half.
- 48:06Speaker 1: That was the bet easiest money ever made. Nope, stupid.
- 48:13Speaker 1: They were even in field goal range at one time
- 48:16Speaker 1: and they fumbled it. It was not a game.
- 48:18Speaker 3: Michigan leaned on the run game. They shout them to
- 48:20Speaker 3: Iowa sucks, everybody sucks.
- 48:22Speaker 5: Michigan looked like they were like just messing with Yeah, yeah,
- 48:24Speaker 5: let's just win this and get out of here.
- 48:25Speaker 1: Yeah, no big deal. And the Florida Say Louisville game,
- 48:28Speaker 1: it was a pretty ugly game.
- 48:31Speaker 3: It was during this game when I was watching, I
- 48:33Speaker 3: was like, God, I hope Florida Say doesn't make play.
- 48:34Speaker 1: They should if they went, but they shouldn't because it
- 48:37Speaker 1: is not going to be good. So that was college.
- 48:40Speaker 1: If we go to the NFL.
- 48:42Speaker 3: Speaking of ugly games, God dang, the Chargers and maybe
- 48:46Speaker 3: one of the uggest cons have ever seen in my life.
- 48:47Speaker 3: And the weather was also bad.
- 48:49Speaker 1: Yeah, it was just terrible. Man, this is terrible.
- 48:53Speaker 2: I thought, I honestly thought the Chargers would play a
- 48:56Speaker 2: lot better than that. But I guess they're bad too.
- 48:58Speaker 1: Hey they won, never apologized win, that's true. Got the Patriots.
- 49:02Speaker 1: They wanted to lose, they did lose.
- 49:04Speaker 5: I think they've allowed twenty six points and last three games,
- 49:07Speaker 5: four games, and they've lost all of them.
- 49:08Speaker 1: Do you have the what the draft order would be?
- 49:11Speaker 1: Right now?
- 49:12Speaker 5: They moved into second because the Cardinals won. Now we
- 49:15Speaker 5: need Carolina to lose, baby, they can do that. Come on,
- 49:18Speaker 5: they can do that, man, that's cool. You need who
- 49:21Speaker 5: to lose Carolina because they've only won one game. You
- 49:23Speaker 5: need to win or sorry to win. Yeah, I meant
- 49:26Speaker 5: to win. Sorry, sorry, that's what I meant to win. Yeah,
- 49:28Speaker 5: that's a hard ask. I mean, even though the Bears
- 49:30Speaker 5: have it, but we need them to win.
- 49:31Speaker 1: That's a big ask.
- 49:32Speaker 3: Carlton Titans ended up going in overtime. Folk missed extra
- 49:35Speaker 3: point in the fourth quarter.
- 49:38Speaker 1: As Tannehill the holder. Dude, what the I mean? Good?
- 49:44Speaker 1: The Titans lost, so that you know they're staying in
- 49:46Speaker 1: a decent draft pick too. But what did just that? Terrible? Yeah,
- 49:49Speaker 1: it's just terrible.
- 49:50Speaker 3: They wanted to win. They were fighting, they still lost.
- 49:53Speaker 3: Lions beat the Saints.
- 49:55Speaker 1: That game got to be okay, it was not okay
- 49:57Speaker 1: for a long time, Like the Lions just ran.
- 50:00Speaker 5: I mean, did you see the guy snap his leg
- 50:01Speaker 5: on the sideline?
- 50:02Speaker 1: I saw it, I know, No I was watching, did
- 50:06Speaker 1: not watch it. So I was watching, but I did
- 50:09Speaker 1: not watch it. Dude was just standing there. I don't
- 50:11Speaker 1: like to see.
- 50:11Speaker 5: Yeah, one of those the chain guys, yeah, rolled up
- 50:14Speaker 5: on him. I hate that you're just snapped.
- 50:17Speaker 1: Terrible.
- 50:18Speaker 2: I hate that my homes even ran into one of
- 50:19Speaker 2: those guys and he held them up. I'm like, thanks
- 50:21Speaker 2: for doing that, because the most most players don't even
- 50:23Speaker 2: help anyone else.
- 50:23Speaker 1: Most players, but you don't see that though. Sometimes yeah,
- 50:26Speaker 1: they're just playing. You're just going, I'm saying, after the hit,
- 50:29Speaker 1: sometimes you don't even know you've been hit by other people.
- 50:31Speaker 3: You don't know who you hit, right, I'm sure sometimes
- 50:34Speaker 3: that's the case where they're like, yeah, every.
- 50:35Speaker 5: Kamara looked down at him, know, and he's like, oh,
- 50:37Speaker 5: I can't even help that.
- 50:38Speaker 2: He ran back.
- 50:42Speaker 3: A pretty good game though, Yeah, yeah, I have my
- 50:44Speaker 3: fancy teams, how I know. Yeah, uh, Falcons and Jets
- 50:48Speaker 3: is uh glee boy. I was really hoping that Jets
- 50:51Speaker 3: will win that though, just so we could have more
- 50:52Speaker 3: Aaron Rodgers talking about him coming back, but if they
- 50:54Speaker 3: can't beat the Falcons.
- 50:56Speaker 2: The number one Falcons, so weird when they say that,
- 51:01Speaker 2: they're like, wait, wait, wait, what, Like my kids and
- 51:03Speaker 2: I had to go back to the wait, check the
- 51:05Speaker 2: standards again.
- 51:05Speaker 1: What are they talking about?
- 51:06Speaker 3: Well, but yeah, because well the Bucks they'll won too,
- 51:09Speaker 3: so they're both tied for the lead, but they had
- 51:11Speaker 3: the tiebreaker.
- 51:13Speaker 1: But yeah, the Bucks barely beat the Panthers. They're crazy.
- 51:16Speaker 4: It was.
- 51:16Speaker 3: It's just an ugly weekend for football in general because
- 51:19Speaker 3: NFL especially, the games were not that good, or they
- 51:21Speaker 3: were weather bad, or quarterbacks were hurt like the Cardinals
- 51:24Speaker 3: and Steelers.
- 51:25Speaker 1: I want to tell you another bet I made, only
- 51:26Speaker 1: made three bets a weekend.
- 51:27Speaker 3: I bet five hundred bucks on can you Pickett plus
- 51:30Speaker 3: one hundred ninety nine yards eight those fifty yards first
- 51:32Speaker 3: drive boom. I'm like, let's freaking go. It's the easy
- 51:34Speaker 3: money ever made. It gets hurt out of the game
- 51:36Speaker 3: the whole game, first quarter.
- 51:37Speaker 1: God is that kind of bet.
- 51:41Speaker 3: I thought they may give him my money back because
- 51:43Speaker 3: he got injured so early.
- 51:45Speaker 6: They do.
- 51:46Speaker 3: Sometimes they will, Yeah, they'll go ahead because they injured.
- 51:48Speaker 3: They will refund the money.
- 51:49Speaker 1: Like, I feel bad for you.
- 51:50Speaker 3: Here's your money now, I feel bad, but they I
- 51:52Speaker 3: don't know, man, that sucked. So I lost that one.
- 51:57Speaker 3: Stupid car. Dolphins be the Commanders. Tybreek kills amazing. Dolphins
- 52:03Speaker 3: are good against teams that aren't great m h. Broncos
- 52:08Speaker 3: lost to the Texans. We talked about that big interception.
- 52:10Speaker 3: Jimmy Warre. Baker Mayfield is my hero, but that's because
- 52:13Speaker 3: Bryce shrunk to do a.
- 52:13Speaker 1: Pick at the end of the game. When you're a
- 52:15Speaker 1: big Baker guy.
- 52:16Speaker 3: This big Baker show here rams. They scored a bunch
- 52:20Speaker 3: of points fly so that for the three touchdowns?
- 52:24Speaker 1: What do you want? Blacko is old? Who cares?
- 52:28Speaker 5: I can't really just came in and played Who cares?
- 52:30Speaker 1: My son in the back seat goes dad. Who's Joe Flako?
- 52:35Speaker 1: Like why? Because he's playing today? I'm like, what in
- 52:39Speaker 1: a game? That was interesting?
- 52:40Speaker 3: Because the games are so bad? Like I try to
- 52:42Speaker 3: think back, like what game did I want to talk about?
- 52:45Speaker 3: It's not the Charger Patriots. That game sucked Colts and Titans.
- 52:48Speaker 3: It was just like two teams who neither one of
- 52:51Speaker 3: them wanted to win. So it's like who's gonna last
- 52:54Speaker 3: longer at not losing Lions and Saints that game, the
- 52:57Speaker 3: Saints were terrible, car stolen. It was just everything was Yeah,
- 53:00Speaker 3: it was a bad, bad Sunday Eagles. We thought it
- 53:03Speaker 3: was gonna be good for a second. No Debo, he's awesome.
- 53:08Speaker 3: When they put two backs in the backfield, they run
- 53:10Speaker 3: that duel back with McCaffrey and Debo like it's just
- 53:13Speaker 3: like both of them will kill you.
- 53:15Speaker 2: That game felt like a like a WWE game, Like
- 53:19Speaker 2: when once the security guard got kicked out.
- 53:22Speaker 1: Did you see this bonce? Oh yeah, yeah, what's his name?
- 53:24Speaker 1: But yeah, I mean everybody acted like they knew the dude. Yeah,
- 53:28Speaker 1: like I've never seen that guy face.
- 53:30Speaker 2: Yeah, and then forty Niner guy kind of like swipes
- 53:33Speaker 2: him in the nose whatever.
- 53:34Speaker 1: They both get kicked out of the game.
- 53:35Speaker 2: When the head of security gets kicked out of the game,
- 53:38Speaker 2: and everyone's pushing each other.
- 53:39Speaker 1: Like what am I watching here? Did you see Lebron?
- 53:42Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 53:44Speaker 1: Yeah, go at it?
- 53:45Speaker 3: Yeah, Amy said stop being like itching right, and Lebron
- 53:53Speaker 3: is like you choose that word, I like that word whatever,
- 53:56Speaker 3: and he goes over and you like that work. No,
- 53:59Speaker 3: So then you went over and he said, talking to Lebron,
- 54:02Speaker 3: and he said, what are you gonna do about it?
- 54:04Speaker 1: Your soft Yeah, he's like.
- 54:06Speaker 5: You're walking over here, like do something. You ain't gonna
- 54:08Speaker 5: do nothing.
- 54:08Speaker 1: Yeah, I love it. It's funny.
- 54:10Speaker 3: Then I saw a bunch of pictures and playing against
- 54:11Speaker 3: each other through the years, back when Lebron was younger.
- 54:14Speaker 1: Lebron's looking he's looking old man.
- 54:16Speaker 2: Yeah, but he's still he still plays great. He still
- 54:19Speaker 2: plays great. But I mean the look on the core,
- 54:20Speaker 2: the way he.
- 54:21Speaker 1: Is the oldest player in the NBA, which is wild.
- 54:24Speaker 3: Dude. You need to play your freaking NBA games. There
- 54:26Speaker 3: are lots bones bones. I need to get on my
- 54:28Speaker 3: PS five. There's only five days left for the playoffs.
- 54:30Speaker 1: I get it.
- 54:31Speaker 2: I saw that text come through, but I haven't called
- 54:32Speaker 2: customer support. I still can't get the credit new account. No,
- 54:35Speaker 2: but then I'll lose everything. I gotta I gotta buy
- 54:37Speaker 2: a whole new game.
- 54:38Speaker 1: Call customer support today before you leave work. You sure, No,
- 54:40Speaker 1: you don't have to buy any game. It's it's stored
- 54:42Speaker 1: on your listation exactly.
- 54:43Speaker 2: Okay, I've had I've had that account since I was
- 54:47Speaker 2: in college.
- 54:48Speaker 1: Tell me about the Peckers and Chiefs.
- 54:49Speaker 3: Because I started watching Squid Game to the Challenge and
- 54:54Speaker 3: watched like two episodes. I was like, ah, shuit, I
- 54:56Speaker 3: can turn over watch the game. Then I was like, ah,
- 54:58Speaker 3: screw it. So I just saw some of the people
- 55:00Speaker 3: complaining about to pass. It are the non pass interference
- 55:03Speaker 3: and the hill Mary.
- 55:04Speaker 1: It went both ways though, both ways. The whole game.
- 55:06Speaker 5: Yeah, the whole especially the last two minutes was really
- 55:08Speaker 5: both ways. I mean there was as far as yeah,
- 55:10Speaker 5: non passing interference, a rough in the the hit on
- 55:13Speaker 5: Patrick Mahomes when he was clearly inbounds, and then they
- 55:17Speaker 5: stopped the clock when they shouldn't stopped the clock. So
- 55:19Speaker 5: in both ways it was just bad officiating.
- 55:20Speaker 2: But if you're going to cancel out bad calls, both ways,
- 55:23Speaker 2: it's a pretty even game.
- 55:25Speaker 1: I mean the Chiefs couldn't they couldn't score. Yeah, they
- 55:28Speaker 1: look good. He'd look good, really really, he's been coming on.
- 55:31Speaker 1: I know.
- 55:32Speaker 5: I think the last three games got like nine touchdowns
- 55:34Speaker 5: no picks. He looks really good. They look good for
- 55:37Speaker 5: him because people have just been mean toy yep. Yeah,
- 55:39Speaker 5: and Chiefs have no flow, like offensive flow. The checko
- 55:42Speaker 5: got kicked out once he got kicked out. They were
- 55:44Speaker 5: kind of done because he was only one doing anything.
- 55:46Speaker 1: He kicked got kicked out on a punch.
- 55:47Speaker 5: Yeah, punch the guy.
- 55:49Speaker 1: Punch the dude.
- 55:50Speaker 5: What dude.
- 55:51Speaker 2: Somebody like whoever tackled him was laying on him, kind
- 55:53Speaker 2: of the heavyweight laying on you kind of thing. They're
- 55:55Speaker 2: trying to get him off. And then once they got off,
- 55:57Speaker 2: but Checko threw a punch.
- 55:58Speaker 3: And in the video of him blocking for Mahomes where
- 56:01Speaker 3: it's like, get your running back to the blocks like this,
- 56:02Speaker 3: and he's in the backfield and he's picking up the
- 56:04Speaker 3: blitzer and it looks like a chihuahua going to town
- 56:07Speaker 3: on some dude's foot and they because he's not that big, no, but.
- 56:10Speaker 1: He's that linebacker has no chance. He's dude, he's a beast.
- 56:14Speaker 3: He runs angry, he blocks angry too. It was crazy
- 56:17Speaker 3: to see. Uh, okay, well, my futures are Baltimore Cowboys.
- 56:25Speaker 3: Let's go Baby Bama.
- 56:28Speaker 1: Solid teams, three solid teams, pretty good payouts too.
- 56:32Speaker 3: I bet I can look also speaking of our bets,
- 56:36Speaker 3: m Yeah it sucks, man.
- 56:38Speaker 1: I had a good first day.
- 56:39Speaker 3: You ran well, yeah, congratulations, You're in the next round.
- 56:42Speaker 1: Hey, you know what got me there? Liberty Baby, Liberty
- 56:45Speaker 1: Flames undefeated Liberty or were.
- 56:46Speaker 5: You scared at halftime?
- 56:47Speaker 3: Though?
- 56:47Speaker 5: I think it was tied at half time?
- 56:49Speaker 1: I didn't watch the game. Dude, ed you got three right?
- 56:53Speaker 1: Read you got three right? Kevin? I only got one
- 56:55Speaker 1: right each? So does that knock both of you guys out? No?
- 56:58Speaker 3: No, we tie break like we said, so we'll each
- 57:01Speaker 3: pick pick one and then we'll pick the winning so
- 57:04Speaker 3: there's not another tie. We'll each right down what we
- 57:07Speaker 3: think the winning The winning score by the winning team
- 57:11Speaker 3: is okay, So like, so whomever wins closest to that
- 57:16Speaker 3: score tonight. Yeah, okay, we'll get to the beat in
- 57:18Speaker 3: just a second. But Kevin and I, whoever lose out
- 57:20Speaker 3: of Kevin and I, we are out.
- 57:23Speaker 1: Yeah, it's the job.
- 57:23Speaker 3: Read.
- 57:24Speaker 1: How are we in?
- 57:25Speaker 3: Man? Because we know we're doing Aaron Rodgers unlikely to
- 57:28Speaker 3: play again twenty twenty three. You knew the story would
- 57:31Speaker 3: come out once they started losing a game. Yeah are
- 57:33Speaker 3: the Falcons? He ain't coming back if they can't get
- 57:35Speaker 3: into it. Dak Prescott playing awesome? Yeah, man, looking at
- 57:38Speaker 3: some headlines here. Roger Goodell wants the toush push band.
- 57:43Speaker 1: Oh no, no, no, that's a part of folks. I'm
- 57:45Speaker 1: okay either way.
- 57:46Speaker 5: Really, yeah, I don't care.
- 57:47Speaker 1: The touch push is so annoying when it's not when
- 57:49Speaker 1: it's working against you. Yeah, when it's not where you're
- 57:51Speaker 1: not feeling. I know it. Just I don't care. It's
- 57:53Speaker 1: it's a play. It's good.
- 57:54Speaker 4: I like it.
- 57:55Speaker 1: Fine, okay. But last night they tried to call it
- 57:56Speaker 1: the love push or the love shove. Oh love show.
- 58:00Speaker 2: That's a dirty love chef. Yeah, because Jordan Love did it.
- 58:05Speaker 2: They're like, oh, let's call this the love chef.
- 58:07Speaker 1: Like, I don't know about that one. Boys, who wins
- 58:09Speaker 1: the Heisman? Poenix, bon Nicks? Who did you bet? Knicks?
- 58:17Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 58:17Speaker 1: The future.
- 58:18Speaker 5: Yeah, it was looking good up until the other night.
- 58:20Speaker 1: Go with your heart, Go to your heart, my heart.
- 58:21Speaker 5: It's gonna be Jadan Daniels.
- 58:24Speaker 3: I think it'll be Jade Daniels or bon Nicks. But
- 58:26Speaker 3: but the thing about Jane Daniels ls, she wasn't as
- 58:29Speaker 3: good as Oregon was the problem though, is bon Nick's
- 58:33Speaker 3: West Coast.
- 58:35Speaker 1: They're always screwed out of stuff because we don't watch
- 58:38Speaker 1: their games. Yeah, and then they did have a lot
- 58:40Speaker 1: of high profile games this year.
- 58:41Speaker 5: Yeah, if they would have won the other night, I
- 58:42Speaker 5: think you would have won it.
- 58:43Speaker 2: But so Michael Pennix Junior is out, Like, no, he's
- 58:45Speaker 2: not out, okay, but I think the betting favorites though,
- 58:48Speaker 2: are Jayden Daniels and bon Nicks.
- 58:49Speaker 5: Right, Yep, it swung during that game.
- 58:53Speaker 4: It did.
- 58:53Speaker 5: Yeah they lost, yeah, because they were losing. He was
- 58:56Speaker 5: playing bad at first, and then Jane Daniels took him.
- 58:58Speaker 1: It was the towel over the head took over.
- 58:59Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 59:00Speaker 1: They couldn't find him, like we gotu is he sill?
- 59:03Speaker 3: New Year's Day Game number one, Sir Alabama the Michigan.
- 59:09Speaker 3: That's the game right now. Michigan is the favorite. Michigan
- 59:13Speaker 3: minus two.
- 59:14Speaker 5: Let's go, baby, I'll be all over that taking Michigan.
- 59:18Speaker 1: No, he's got the future.
- 59:22Speaker 3: He does that and realize do you know the spread
- 59:25Speaker 3: on the other game? Eddy, you want to guess it?
- 59:26Speaker 1: Yeah? I don't know it, Okay, I guess it.
- 59:28Speaker 3: So Texas Washington, yep, Washington versus Texas Washington thirteen to
- 59:32Speaker 3: no Texas twelve and one, January first, eight forty five
- 59:34Speaker 3: pm Eastern in.
- 59:35Speaker 1: New Orleans and Washington three and a half. You are
- 59:40Speaker 1: you would not be good in Vegas. This Texas minus four. Yeah,
- 59:44Speaker 1: they're crazy. I'll take that any day.
- 59:45Speaker 2: Give me the four points you're taking Texas minus four.
- 59:47Speaker 2: I'll take Washington Washington plus four, got it?
- 59:50Speaker 3: Like it?
- 59:52Speaker 1: Yeah? Probably me too, absolutely, probably me too. All right, Kevin,
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: you want to pull up your game for tonight?
- 1:00:02Speaker 3: Sure, which is why we get in this show on today,
- 1:00:05Speaker 3: because we had to pick this game tonight.
- 1:00:07Speaker 5: We got the Jazon jackson Begles Bengals.
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: What's the spread?
- 1:00:11Speaker 5: It is Jacksonville minus ten.
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: Okay, so whoever wins? You guys got to pick score
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: close score. No. First of all, we make a bet.
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: We pick a bet. Do you have yours that you
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: want to bet? You hadn't thought about it until now?
- 1:00:31Speaker 5: No, So you can go ahead if you have one.
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: Actually I do.
- 1:00:38Speaker 2: Pause, pause, time out, time out. I want to I
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: want to know what went into his head there. I
- 1:00:42Speaker 2: want to know what was the calculations going on in
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: your head when you were trying to figure it out.
- 1:00:45Speaker 5: Because I was trying to figure out a final score,
- 1:00:49Speaker 5: and then I was looking at the over under because
- 1:00:51Speaker 5: I don't like the ten. I do and I don't,
- 1:00:54Speaker 5: so I'm gonna go with the over under instead.
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: Okay, then I'm not. I'm not taking the over under,
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: so you can have the bet. What are you get?
- 1:01:00Speaker 5: Okay, I'm gonna go over thirty nine and a half.
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: I have over forty here on that as my bet.
- 1:01:04Speaker 5: Okay, that's what it's forty.
- 1:01:05Speaker 3: Ye.
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: You guys don't want to do the game.
- 1:01:08Speaker 3: We can pick any bet on the app on DraftKings.
- 1:01:11Speaker 3: You canna do over and you can do over forty.
- 1:01:16Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm gonna go over forty.
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: Okay, I'm going.
- 1:01:21Speaker 3: Trevor Lawrence over two hundred and forty pass yards. Okay,
- 1:01:28Speaker 3: so forty to forty. I can remember this in my head.
- 1:01:30Speaker 5: Oh so, so.
- 1:01:34Speaker 3: Trevor Lawrence over two forty pass yards. Now, if we
- 1:01:36Speaker 3: both hit, we go to our tiebreaker. If we both lose,
- 1:01:40Speaker 3: we go tiebreaker. If one of us hits, one of
- 1:01:41Speaker 3: us loses, whatever, that person moves on to next week.
- 1:01:43Speaker 3: All makes sense, right, Okay, how's the weather there.
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: Tonight.
- 1:01:50Speaker 5: Says sixty seven.
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: I love this right now though, Jacksonville weather Tonight.
- 1:01:56Speaker 5: Factoring in the weather, yeah, have.
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: To we You should have done it before you place
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: your vet.
- 1:02:02Speaker 5: I was looking at it.
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: Oh you were, Yeah, he did have it up.
- 1:02:05Speaker 3: It's a seven D Mike, what you think seventy and cloudy?
- 1:02:08Speaker 3: So no real chance to rain though tonight?
- 1:02:10Speaker 2: Yeah, what about the clouds? Though, cloud's gonna get in
- 1:02:13Speaker 2: the way of anything. Maybe maybe the stadium lights bouncing
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: off the clouds.
- 1:02:18Speaker 3: Okay, I've written my score down. You've written yours down, Kevin,
- 1:02:21Speaker 3: you gotta write it down.
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: The winning team will have this many points.
- 1:02:25Speaker 3: It doesn't matter who wins, but the winning team whoever
- 1:02:27Speaker 3: gets the closest to the winning team having this many points.
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: Okay, let me know what you get written down?
- 1:02:34Speaker 5: Both teams right, No, just one, just one.
- 1:02:36Speaker 3: Whomever wins, it doesn't matter, gotcha, who never wins. Let's
- 1:02:39Speaker 3: say Cincinnati wins and they win thirty two to twelve. Well,
- 1:02:42Speaker 3: thirty two is the number. If Jacksonville wins, they win
- 1:02:44Speaker 3: nine to two, nine is the number, gotcha, This is.
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: The chance for the two hundred dollars pot over two
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: hundred dollars plus. Let me know when you get your
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: number down. There body you in.
- 1:02:57Speaker 4: Big money?
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: Yep? Okay, mine's in two.
- 1:03:01Speaker 3: What's your winning score Jacksonville? No, No, there's no team
- 1:03:05Speaker 3: no matter, just thirty. Okay, I have twenty six.
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: Okay, Oh, nobody wanted to do the prices right rule.
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: I'll show it to you. No, no price is right rule.
- 1:03:14Speaker 3: But if I get anywhere, if the winning team has
- 1:03:16Speaker 3: anywhere one through twenty five, twenty twenty seven, twenty eight
- 1:03:21Speaker 3: will be a tie, dude.
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: And if it happens to be on twenty eight, we'll
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: flip a coin. Okay, so you wanted to be the
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: lower number.
- 1:03:31Speaker 5: You were over any well, you definitely want them to
- 1:03:33Speaker 5: score a bunch of points. Yeah, and either way, I
- 1:03:35Speaker 5: need them to score points.
- 1:03:36Speaker 3: There you go.
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: Yeah, so you need them to score over twenty eight.
- 1:03:38Speaker 5: Because I was gonna say twenty eight, and then I
- 1:03:40Speaker 5: was like I need more points.
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: So yeah, okay, good luck. We both want to serve it.
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: We both sucked.
- 1:03:49Speaker 5: By bets stupid titans.
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: So out of all the bets we picked, me and
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: Reed only got three, right, but you only picked five.
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: That's five. That's pretty winning.
- 1:03:57Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: I felt like I picked more than that.
- 1:03:59Speaker 3: No, because that thing took hours. Did Okay, we're done, Mike,
- 1:04:04Speaker 3: anything I need to do, we're good. Okay, Well, let's
- 1:04:09Speaker 3: go Trevor Lawrence because at the points don't matter.
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: If Trevor Lawrence freaking rolls, you know, let's get over
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: to forty. It's hurting. Oh that would suck. Shut up, dude,
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: you saw I made the next round. I'm over here
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: just chilling. Shut your face. Very nice, pretty nice over here. Yes,
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: what are you thinking?
- 1:04:31Speaker 5: Nothing? I'm just thinking Jacksonville is gonna score points tonight.
- 1:04:34Speaker 3: Do you think my Patrino Patrin? Yes, shir it would
- 1:04:36Speaker 3: be good if I've made it and sold it. Yes, yes,
- 1:04:41Speaker 3: but how would you ride it? Because I did Petrino
- 1:04:43Speaker 3: question mark, but then I did Patrine and then I
- 1:04:45Speaker 3: bolded no and Petrino, and then I did Patrin yes
- 1:04:48Speaker 3: and bolded or I just did Patrino no bold and
- 1:04:50Speaker 3: Patrina yes.
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: No. What do you think if you color it like
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: one red one green? Yeah, and would be red yes
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: and green.
- 1:04:58Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: No, but we're not a Yes, we're not a green school. No,
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: but that's the yes for training No bold with a
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: slash through it, and then yes in color below it.
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: You need mock ups, yeah, read, get them some mock ups.
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: We may be a couple of examples. Yeah, read. All right,
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: that's it, thank you. What do you think Kevin, you
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: look like you're in a daze. He's worried about He's worried.
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: I don't want to lose man. He's worried because he's
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: been the one collecting all that.
- 1:05:26Speaker 5: No, I put a lot of effort into this, and
- 1:05:29Speaker 5: my own money is in here.
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: Well, all of our own money's in there. Yeah.
- 1:05:32Speaker 5: No, but I think read and I have the most
- 1:05:33Speaker 5: in here for sure.
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: And reads all like, yeah, you get the idiot. Yeah,
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: I got a thirty casino voucher in there. Man, all right,
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: we will do. I'll see you guys later. On the
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: leak by everybody,
