4:51
Speaker 1: Let's go ahead before the Father in prayer, Emily, Father,
4:55
Speaker 1: we thank you for this time of prayer, this time
4:57
Speaker 1: of supplication, this time of consecration. Father God, we asked
5:02
Speaker 1: that you'll open up the scriptures. Oh God, give us
5:04
Speaker 1: the Ramo word. Today we asked for the anointing O God.
5:09
Speaker 1: To come in and through me, Father, and over the airwaves.
5:12
Speaker 1: Oh God, we asked that you'll take over my tongue,
5:15
Speaker 1: O God, in my lips, O God, that you will
5:17
Speaker 1: be speaking to the people. Oh God, Let me disappear
5:21
Speaker 1: and you be magnified. Oh God. Yes, God, bless everyone
5:25
Speaker 1: under the sound of my voice. Oh God, let this
5:28
Speaker 1: podcast travel and go even further. Let people be hungry
5:32
Speaker 1: for the word. Father, Let people be hungry for the truth.
5:35
Speaker 1: Father God, Yes, God, let people grow, Father God and
5:39
Speaker 1: feed on the truth in the power of your word.
5:45
Speaker 1: I mean, thank you in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
5:54
Speaker 1: All right, let's get into the word. The Book of Acts,
5:59
Speaker 1: chapter five another one. At the beginning of this chapter,
6:03
Speaker 1: between verses one and eleven, we saw the purification of
6:08
Speaker 1: the church. We saw the power of God fall as
6:13
Speaker 1: in a Niasphyrah tried to lie and try to compromise
6:20
Speaker 1: and try to bring in corruption from the inside of
6:24
Speaker 1: the church. The church is so pure, especially in the
6:28
Speaker 1: very beginning, that the Holy Spirit protected the church. And
6:36
Speaker 1: so you ask yourself, you know that was maybe severe
6:42
Speaker 1: or why, you know, why did they get punished? Like
6:45
Speaker 1: we really got to understand that when we go through.
6:49
Speaker 1: Whatever we're going through, we are lying and resisting the
6:53
Speaker 1: Holy Spirit. And that's major. When the Word says we
6:59
Speaker 1: need to do something, then we need to do it. Amen.
7:03
Speaker 1: We need to do what the Word says, do. So
7:11
Speaker 1: we're gonna pick it up in verse twelve where we
7:15
Speaker 1: see that the church now since it's been cleansed, there's
7:20
Speaker 1: immediate power. There's immediate power now that is flowing in
7:26
Speaker 1: and through the church. And this is the type of
7:28
Speaker 1: power that makes demons tremble in their boots. And my
7:34
Speaker 1: prayer is that the American Church will tap into this
7:38
Speaker 1: power will become a powerful movement once again. Amen. All right,
7:47
Speaker 1: So we're gonna pick it up in verse twelve. And
7:53
Speaker 1: through the hands of the apostles, many signs and wonders
7:57
Speaker 1: were done amongst the people one and they were all
8:02
Speaker 1: with one accord in Solomon's porch allelujah. Now we have
8:10
Speaker 1: to remember unity proceeds power. The early Church was purified,
8:18
Speaker 1: and now God pours out miracles. One accord is the key, beloved,
8:26
Speaker 1: let me say that again. One accord is the key.
8:31
Speaker 1: The spirit works through a unified body. The spirit moves
8:38
Speaker 1: through a unified in a united body, the Church wasn't divided.
8:47
Speaker 1: The Church was not competing, or was it comparing. They
8:53
Speaker 1: were unified and miracles flowed easily for them. Some churches
9:01
Speaker 1: want Apostlic power without Apostlic unity. Amen. The Bible tells
9:09
Speaker 1: us to contend for unity in the body. And sometimes
9:15
Speaker 1: that's humbling ourselves. Sometimes that's saying sorry even when we
9:19
Speaker 1: didn't do nothing. Amen. Just to bring healing and allow
9:24
Speaker 1: God to work on hearts and minds, Hallelujah, Verse thirteen.
9:30
Speaker 1: Yet none of the rest dare join them, but the
9:36
Speaker 1: people esteem them highly. Now the fear of the Lord
9:47
Speaker 1: was still fresh this particular generation, in this season. People
9:55
Speaker 1: had great respect for the church. But they all also
10:00
Speaker 1: knew this movement was not for hypocrites or was it
10:05
Speaker 1: for pretenders? Heymen, Revival brings a reputation. Now some people
10:16
Speaker 1: are drawn in. Others stay away because they know this
10:21
Speaker 1: isn't a game. Holiness becomes majestic. At this point, God
10:29
Speaker 1: knows how to get glory for himself. And I can
10:34
Speaker 1: remember growing up in our neighborhood. At the edge of
10:39
Speaker 1: the neighborhood there was a church, and I remember we
10:43
Speaker 1: could walk through the neighborhood and we just had foul language.
10:47
Speaker 1: As teenagers, you know, we would have a basketball in
10:51
Speaker 1: our hands and we would just walk and we're just
10:53
Speaker 1: you know, doing our own thing. And then all of
10:57
Speaker 1: a sudden we find ourselves, you know, I'm church property.
11:02
Speaker 1: You know, just wandered around. It wasn't that we were
11:05
Speaker 1: going to church or looking for the church or whatever.
11:07
Speaker 1: We just happened just to wander up on church property.
11:11
Speaker 1: And I remember, we would stop cursing, we would stop
11:17
Speaker 1: speaking bad language, you know what I mean, as long
11:21
Speaker 1: as we were on church property, we would change our language.
11:25
Speaker 1: We had at least that much respect and that much
11:29
Speaker 1: reverence for the church. Now we do events and outreaches.
11:36
Speaker 1: When you invite people into the church, they're coming in
11:40
Speaker 1: cursing and you know, just speaking crazy. And it's like,
11:46
Speaker 1: where is the reverence for God's house? You know what
11:51
Speaker 1: I'm saying, Like where has that gone in this generation?
11:57
Speaker 1: And I believe that God is bringing it back. But yes,
12:01
Speaker 1: the church needs to be feared and respected. Is not
12:07
Speaker 1: a place for pretenders, all right Verse fourteen, and believers
12:16
Speaker 1: were increasingly added to the Lord, multitudes of both men
12:25
Speaker 1: and women. The church grew because God was moving, not
12:33
Speaker 1: because of marketing. There wasn't gimmicks or emotional manipulation. Let
12:42
Speaker 1: me say that again. The church grew because God was moving,
12:47
Speaker 1: not because of a marketing team, right, not because of
12:52
Speaker 1: gimmicks that we see today or emotional manipulation. Real power
12:58
Speaker 1: draws people to Jesus. Real power jaws people to Jesus. Amen,
13:14
Speaker 1: a purified church becomes a powerful church. In a powerful
13:19
Speaker 1: church becomes a fruitful church. Holiness attracts souls. And he
13:27
Speaker 1: said this again, holiness is attractive to the human soul. Amen,
13:39
Speaker 1: when it's done right, not some religious trip, but you
13:44
Speaker 1: actually walk in power and walk with the authority in
13:49
Speaker 1: the annointeing of the Holy Spirit, hallelujah, verse thirteen. So
13:56
Speaker 1: that they brought the sick out into the street and
14:00
Speaker 1: lay them on beds and couches, that at least the
14:06
Speaker 1: shadow of Peter passing by might fall on some of them. Wow,
14:13
Speaker 1: look at this, Look at this miraculous power. But check
14:21
Speaker 1: this out. It wasn't about Peter's shadow having miracle power.
14:27
Speaker 1: It was about the faith of the people and the
14:32
Speaker 1: overflow of the spirit on the apostles. Amen. Now this
14:39
Speaker 1: is wild. I want this type of power like this
14:42
Speaker 1: is one I'm talking about we need to fast and
14:45
Speaker 1: pray and call up on the Holy Spirit for this
14:48
Speaker 1: type of power to fall upon us Again. People believe
14:53
Speaker 1: so strongly in the power of God that they thought,
14:56
Speaker 1: if the shadow touches me, I will be heal. This
15:02
Speaker 1: is what happens when the atmosphere is stirred with faith
15:08
Speaker 1: and with holiness. Amen. And the atmosphere is charged with
15:13
Speaker 1: faith and holiness, that's where we see miracles happen. It
15:20
Speaker 1: was their faith Verse sixteen. Also, a multitude gathered from
15:26
Speaker 1: the surrounding cities to Jerusalem, bringing sick people and those
15:32
Speaker 1: who were tormented by unclean spirits, and they were all healed. Amen. Amen.
15:45
Speaker 1: Now the word all is important here in this scripture.
15:49
Speaker 1: This was not selective healing. This was a sovereign mass
15:55
Speaker 1: outpouring of God's spirit. Hallelujah. Now revival, it will spread.
16:04
Speaker 1: You can't contain it, you can't control it. Revival will spread. Amen.
16:19
Speaker 1: This is just awesome. Like, let's soak this in. Let's
16:23
Speaker 1: really look. This is how we're supposed to look beloved,
16:27
Speaker 1: this is us right here. We can bring this back. Amen. Wow.
16:38
Speaker 1: Now cities around Jerusalem heard the news and they brought
16:43
Speaker 1: their sick, they're tormented, and they're broken, and the Bible
16:51
Speaker 1: says that all were healed. It's the same Jesus, the
16:57
Speaker 1: same spirit, and the Holy Spirit is still working today.
17:06
Speaker 1: The Holy Spirit is still moving today. And I believe
17:11
Speaker 1: what's been tragic over the years is we've been confronted
17:22
Speaker 1: my generation, we've been confronted with people who were scammers.
17:29
Speaker 3: Right.
17:31
Speaker 1: You know, we discovered that in a lot of these
17:33
Speaker 1: huming crusades, a lot of people were props in the audience.
17:38
Speaker 1: They came in with wheelchairs, nothing was wrong with them,
17:42
Speaker 1: and they walked out. They came in with crutches, nothing
17:45
Speaker 1: was physically wrong. Then they threw their crutches on the
17:49
Speaker 1: floor and they manufactured the miracle. Now we have to
17:57
Speaker 1: watch out just because there's a counterfeit out there, and
18:01
Speaker 1: Satan is the master and manipulator and counterfeitter. Satan will
18:07
Speaker 1: do everything in his power to get us to doubt
18:10
Speaker 1: God and not trust his work or his word, and
18:13
Speaker 1: to make it seem like it's fake. But there is
18:18
Speaker 1: a true and pure power that is available to God's
18:23
Speaker 1: saints today, and we're gonna be unified. We're gonna be united,
18:27
Speaker 1: and we're gonna pray for this power. Amen. And now
18:33
Speaker 1: you be the legitimate one. You start a new work.
18:38
Speaker 1: You be the one that walks in truth. You know
18:42
Speaker 1: what I mean. Allow it to be you. Ask the
18:45
Speaker 1: Holy Spirit to raise you up to have a healing ministry,
18:50
Speaker 1: a healing crusade. Seek God, ask God fast in power,
18:57
Speaker 1: and a nineteen use God, use this scripture. Read this
19:00
Speaker 1: scripture back to the Lord where the God is powerful. Amen.
19:06
Speaker 1: I want to see this power back today in Las Vegas.
19:10
Speaker 1: I want to be trusted by the Lord to carry
19:14
Speaker 1: this power. Hallelujah. All right, let's go to a music break,
19:21
Speaker 1: will be right back.
19:23
Speaker 2: You are listening to the light of Las Vegas. This
19:27

21:43

22:54
Speaker 2: Roll the scot stands.

Speaker 3: Up and my slop wall stop DOWNCYC.
23:13
Speaker 5: So how dare the enemy.
23:16
Speaker 2: Think this is a fine that he could wear?
23:20
Speaker 4: He doesn't even know.
23:22
Speaker 5: What he's up the gamest.
23:39
Speaker 2: You are listening to the light of Las Vegas. This
23:42
Speaker 2: is the his Hop radio shows.
24:02
Speaker 1: All right, we are back from the music break that
24:06
Speaker 1: right there was another victory by cross Roads right here
24:11
Speaker 1: live on his Hot radio podcast. How dare enemy come
24:19
Speaker 1: against us? It's just gonna be another victory. That song
24:23
Speaker 1: really touched my heart. You know, you gotta have that song,
24:27
Speaker 1: gotta have that worship song, especially when you're going through
24:30
Speaker 1: the fire. I tell you what, you know, We've had
24:34
Speaker 1: different things break down recently in my household. We just
24:40
Speaker 1: lost our garage door out of nowhere. I just ran
24:44
Speaker 1: to the story real quick, thought that I clicked the
24:47
Speaker 1: button to close it came back it was still open,
24:51
Speaker 1: and so I'm like, wow, okay, I didn't close the door,
24:55
Speaker 1: so walk right in the house, hit the button and
24:58
Speaker 1: then it just started and it's like bent at the
25:01
Speaker 1: top and all that stuff, and I'm like, what is
25:04
Speaker 1: going on? We got to quote for like three thousand
25:07
Speaker 1: dollars or seven hundred just to try to close it
25:10
Speaker 1: all the way. And I just went in there with
25:12
Speaker 1: my hammer and just did some stuff just to close
25:15
Speaker 1: it right. But we can't use it right now. And
25:19
Speaker 1: I'm like, you know what, I'm just gonna start praising God.
25:23
Speaker 1: You know, I'm just gonna worship that right there is
25:28
Speaker 1: gonna be another victory and man, and sometimes we just
25:31
Speaker 1: gotta do that. We just gotta just worship God. I
25:34
Speaker 1: started singing songs in my car and I just felt
25:37
Speaker 1: the power, the peace and the presence of God. So
25:41
Speaker 1: if you're going through something at work, at school, or
25:44
Speaker 1: in your relationships, hey, I just gave you. I'll just
25:50
Speaker 1: put you on game. Here's another song you can start
25:53
Speaker 1: singing just to help you get through. Amen, Hallelujah, Acts
25:59
Speaker 1: Chapter y'all.
26:00
Speaker 2: We just.
26:03
Speaker 1: Finished Verse what I Believe, Verse eleven. No, No, actually,
26:11
Speaker 1: when we went up to verse sixteen. We're gonna pick
26:19
Speaker 1: it up again tomorrow. Verse seventeen, Acts Chapter five, So
26:23
Speaker 1: read ahead as we keep going on this podcast. Now
26:27
Speaker 1: it's time for the accountability partner. In this segment, it
26:36
Speaker 1: was just on my heart and God just really pressed
26:38
Speaker 1: them on me and convicted my life that just because
26:41
Speaker 1: you go to church does not mean you're gonna make
26:44
Speaker 1: it into the kingdom. God wants obedience, God wants a relationship.
26:50
Speaker 1: We gotta take time out in prayer, we gotta take
26:53
Speaker 1: time out in fellowship. And so I was just looking
26:58
Speaker 1: at brothers and sisters who are struggling with sin. I
27:02
Speaker 1: don't know. Some are just straight up back slating. They're
27:05
Speaker 1: just living a life of sin hourly and openly, and
27:09
Speaker 1: they think they're gonna be okay, but they're not. And
27:12
Speaker 1: the Bible tells us to go make disciples. That means
27:15
Speaker 1: we pour into other people. We spend time with people,
27:19

34:54
Speaker 1: in acts chapter five, we've seen judgment, and we see purity,
34:59
Speaker 1: we see unity, we see power. Then we saw harvest.
35:06
Speaker 1: This is God's blueprint for revival. If it worked for
35:11
Speaker 1: us in the Book of Acts, it should work for
35:15
Speaker 1: us today. Amen. So, just like I said, we're gonna
35:26
Speaker 1: ask for this, why not let's do this on accord.
35:29
Speaker 1: So I want y'all to pray with me, and I
35:31
Speaker 1: want y'all to speak this out loud. Heavenly Father, we
35:38
Speaker 1: come to you empowered and accompanied by the Holy Spirit.
35:46
Speaker 1: Heavenly Father, we see in the Book of Acts that
35:54
Speaker 1: miracles fell on the early Church, on the apostles. We
36:05
Speaker 1: saw the unity in the one accord within the brothers
36:09
Speaker 1: and sisters. We ask for the same work to be
36:13
Speaker 1: done today through your Holy Spirit. Do the work and
36:16
Speaker 1: me do the work in my church, Do the work
36:19
Speaker 1: in my ministry. Father, forgive us if we've compared and
36:25
Speaker 1: compete it against one another. Forgive our foolish pride, and
36:32
Speaker 1: help us, Father to accomplish unity and power through your
36:42
Speaker 1: Holy Spirit. May your power fall right now upon us.
36:52
Speaker 1: But everyone, under the sound of my voice, we open
36:57
Speaker 1: up our hearts and mind for the power of the
36:59
Speaker 1: Holy Spirit, so that miracle, signs and wonders can flow
37:04
Speaker 1: in and through us. Make us men and women that
37:07
Speaker 1: you can trust, remove any hindrance through power for remove
37:13
Speaker 1: any hindrance of the Holy Spirit working in and through us.
37:17
Speaker 1: In this capacity we apply the blood of Jesus. And
37:23
Speaker 1: if there's any other work that you need to do
37:26
Speaker 1: in our lives, we commit to it. We submit to it,
37:29
Speaker 1: so that we can walk in this power. We asked
37:34
Speaker 1: this in Jesus' name. Amen. All right, see ho'all in
37:39
Speaker 1: the next episode. And remember, it's not about us, It's
37:43
Speaker 1: all about the Christ in us.
