Typhoon Bavi brings heavy rain, flood alerts to north China
Shenyang has raised its flood control emergency response to the highest level, as Tropical Storm Bavi brought extreme downpours to the city in northeast China. The municipal meteorological service forecast that rain from Bavi will continue through Tuesday.
