- 2:20I have studied and have experience and now understand
- 2:24the importance of periodic cleansing every now and then,
- 2:28taking a fast for whether it's a day, a few days, a week a month,
- 2:34however, long you need to in order to reset your body to
- 2:39clean the pipes, to get the obstructions out and to have an
- 2:44alkaline environment inside of your gut.
- 2:47To have beneficial bacteria. Instead of bad bacteria, that's
- 2:52feeding pathogens. And allowing you to get sick
- 2:56more frequently. So in conclusion, no, you don't
- 3:00eat another antidepressant drug. No, you don't need certain
- 3:04supplements that are supposed to boost your mood.

- 3:13Move your body exercise every day, whether it's a boot camp
- 3:19workout. Whether it's a walk, whether
- 3:21it's a hike or a run or a bike ride or rowing StairMaster
- 3:26whether its flexibility, whatever it is, move your body
- 3:30every single day. And lastly, we must get some
- 3:36like we must get out of the artificial light that were
- 3:41exposed. Every day.
- 3:44Let's get outside in Mother Nature.
- 3:46We must get fresh air. Getting that sunlight?
- 3:49That vitamin D. Boosting our hormones.
- 3:52This helps increase our mood and decreases anxiety and
- 3:56depression. Get outside.
