- 2:45Speaker 2: for the rest of your life. Liked they both sucked
- 2:50Speaker 2: and I.
- 2:50Speaker 5: Hate the name or Greg. I don't know if this
- 2:52Speaker 5: was your experience, but schools had thoughts about me because
- 2:56Speaker 5: of my older sibling. Closer eye exactly.
- 3:02Speaker 4: Kind of set the bar for you, but it was
- 3:04Speaker 4: easy to overachieve from whatever whatever he did.
- 3:08Speaker 5: Right, Yeah, the bar was lost.
- 3:10Speaker 4: She's like, wow, this grad's pretty well, she got sell exactly. Okay,
- 3:15Speaker 4: you were there school. How about today in history, Menace.
- 3:17Speaker 3: You're right, I love today and this is not super.
- 3:21Speaker 4: Old time, but still it's long enough ago. It was
- 3:23Speaker 4: today in nineteen ninety two, dare play that it was
- 3:30Speaker 4: today in nineteen ninety two that the Mall of America,
- 3:33Speaker 4: the biggest shopping mall in the United States, opened up
- 3:35Speaker 4: there in Bloomington, Minnesota.
- 3:37Speaker 5: Been there three times.
- 3:38Speaker 4: Yeah, Menus is not a huge.
- 3:39Speaker 3: Fan, No, because it's a lot of the same stores.
- 3:43Speaker 3: Like there's like four different Lids stores.
- 3:45Speaker 5: Yeah, because it's so big you want to put them
- 3:47Speaker 5: in each wing.
- 3:48Speaker 4: Yeah, so like, oh, we do have a, we do
- 3:50Speaker 4: have a location here, but it's going to take you
- 3:51Speaker 4: seventeen minutes. Have you seen at the airports now and
- 3:54Speaker 4: in even like some kind of concert venues and stadiums
- 3:58Speaker 4: and things like that, it'll say, uh, men's room, five
- 4:01Speaker 4: minute walk.
- 4:03Speaker 5: I appreciate that.
- 4:04Speaker 4: It's like like a five minute walk to a restaurant.
- 4:07Speaker 5: I appreciate them.
- 4:08Speaker 4: Telling us see that airports. I think that helps, But like,
- 4:12Speaker 4: like why so far away? Like you think, don't say
- 4:15Speaker 4: like an airport, maybe you can't go far from your gate,
- 4:18Speaker 4: But like, you know what, before I become the annoying
- 4:21Speaker 4: loser that Greg Haysey like the minute you sit on
- 4:23Speaker 4: a plane, then you all of a sudden you got
- 4:25Speaker 4: to go.
- 4:25Speaker 6: I think I think they're helping you with just that choice.
- 4:27Speaker 6: They're like, oh, it's five minutes to go to the bathroom.
- 4:29Speaker 6: My plane leaves in twenty Yeah.
- 4:31Speaker 3: I was just five and I was at the airport
- 4:33Speaker 3: in Paris, and I'll say, like, next bathroom is eleven.
- 4:37Speaker 4: Minute walk, right, I like the heads up. Let's see
- 4:41Speaker 4: Today August eleventh, it is hip hop day, Jeff G.
- 4:45Speaker 7: Nice.
- 4:46Speaker 4: Today is also mountain Day.
- 4:48Speaker 8: We love a mountain, right, guy shout out to mountains.
- 4:51Speaker 3: Sure, what's your favorite mountain?
- 4:53Speaker 5: Kelimanjaro, don't have one.
- 4:55Speaker 4: I don't have a favorite magic mountains.
- 4:58Speaker 5: Yeah, magic mountain.
- 4:59Speaker 3: I mean I like Mount Saint Helens.
- 5:01Speaker 4: I like seeing mountains, I don't want to hike them. Yeah,
- 5:05Speaker 4: you know, skiing was always fun back when the back
- 5:07Speaker 4: when I was built for skiing and you can do that.
- 5:09Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 5:10Speaker 4: I used to ski enough. Really yeah, like when I
- 5:13Speaker 4: was uh, I'd say, through my twenties. Yeah really yeah.
- 5:17Speaker 4: I couldn't do the snowboarding thing. I tried, didn't enjoy
- 5:20Speaker 4: it as much. You know why because I didn't go
- 5:22Speaker 4: often enough to be able to really master the snowboarding thing.
- 5:26Speaker 4: I had the ability to ski, which so that meant
- 5:30Speaker 4: that was something I was able to do. So I
- 5:31Speaker 4: just stuck with that.
- 5:32Speaker 5: Well in just the stance you have to get I mean,
- 5:34Speaker 5: like your your thighs are on fire for someboarding, I mean.
- 5:37Speaker 3: You ski the Grand Tetons.
- 5:40Speaker 7: I did not.
- 5:41Speaker 4: No, I was mostly Mount Bachelor in central Oregon, like
- 5:45Speaker 4: right outside of Bend Night. That was where I did
- 5:47Speaker 4: most of that. Today, Menace and Sammy, it's National Align
- 5:51Speaker 4: your Teeth Day. You have a VIC line. Now to
- 5:58Speaker 4: some must not be listening to the podcast. I never listened.
- 6:01Speaker 4: Spoiler alert, I never listened to the podcast. Yeah I did.
- 6:04Speaker 6: It was all a massive kwinky dink. We just all
- 6:07Speaker 6: happened to do it. I'm gonna have it way longer
- 6:09Speaker 6: than they are. I've been having it like nine more months.
- 6:11Speaker 4: And so none of you knew, Like you weren't aware
- 6:14Speaker 4: the menace is do you weren't aware the you You
- 6:16Speaker 4: weren't aware of either one.
- 6:17Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 6:17Speaker 6: Yeah, Like as they were getting it and talking about
- 6:19Speaker 6: I was like, oh crap, mine's it my appointments next month?
- 6:23Speaker 5: This was their blood prick oath at the sleepover.
- 6:26Speaker 3: Yeah. And I'd be bringing this up because there's some
- 6:29Speaker 3: people in the room that want to ask you a question,
- 6:30Speaker 3: but they're afraid to ask.
- 6:31Speaker 4: I'm not afraid. But what's that?
- 6:33Speaker 2: I thought you got it too last I think it
- 6:35Speaker 2: was early last week. I was just writing, waiting for
- 6:38Speaker 2: the right time, because you had this glistening shine on
- 6:40Speaker 2: your teeth, and that particular day you were kind of lisping,
- 6:44Speaker 2: and I thought, did he get in visilin and he's not.
- 6:48Speaker 4: Telling us show us your face?
- 6:50Speaker 2: Interesting? Yeah, there was one day that you were very
- 6:52Speaker 2: in visiliny. Really yeah, it was weird.
- 6:55Speaker 4: I had braces as a kid, right and for not
- 6:58Speaker 4: like how they have now or it seems like you
- 6:59Speaker 4: have for like six months and you're done.
- 7:02Speaker 5: Sammy's practically still.
- 7:06Speaker 4: Yeah round, No, I don't have I don't have a
- 7:08Speaker 4: vis Are you going to get in visi line? Do
- 7:10Speaker 4: I need it?
- 7:10Speaker 3: I think?
- 7:12Speaker 4: Do my teeth?
- 7:12Speaker 5: Look Jack, your teeth were shiny day plastic.
- 7:16Speaker 3: As a friend, I will tell you that you may
- 7:18Speaker 3: need in visil line maybe for like a month or two.
- 7:21Speaker 3: Really what because I can see you from another angle
- 7:24Speaker 3: than Gina and Greg, and I would say in the
- 7:26Speaker 3: past year. I say, in the past year, your front
- 7:29Speaker 3: tooth has had some separation right here?
- 7:32Speaker 7: Really?
- 7:33Speaker 3: Oh yeah, to watch the videos. Okay, it's slowly separated.
- 7:37Speaker 3: But I think if you had in visil line for
- 7:39Speaker 3: like two months, it will be gone.
- 7:40Speaker 4: I don't care that much, especially at this point.
- 7:43Speaker 3: Well, it's gonna get bigger and bigger.
- 7:47Speaker 6: It was not that your your dentist would be like, hey,
- 7:48Speaker 6: you have your thought. Wouldn't they be telling you like.
- 7:51Speaker 4: I would think, I mean they tell me about you know,
- 7:53Speaker 4: all the other stuff. Oh yeah, that's love for dentists.
- 7:58Speaker 4: Or they try to tell you the electric two brushes,
- 8:00Speaker 4: they try to tell you, they sell you the teeth whitening.
- 8:04Speaker 4: They tell you like like night guards. And I know,
- 8:07Speaker 4: but I see this. I see the stuff they have,
- 8:08Speaker 4: like little flyers and stuff around the office.
- 8:11Speaker 5: Ask us about this financing.
- 8:14Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, all that stuff. By the way, it's tay
- 8:16Speaker 4: a national Foo Foo Day and its Son and Daughter
- 8:20Speaker 4: Day today.
- 8:20Speaker 3: Oh bab, what are you going to do with your
- 8:23Speaker 3: daughter today?
- 8:23Speaker 4: It was just her birthday. She's gotten plenty out of me.
- 8:25Speaker 9: She's she's just good. Shown it's shiverday. We won't sit
- 8:32Speaker 9: be it's shivery and you know, we don't do birthday.
- 8:37Speaker 4: And let's start with the celebrities. Chris Hemsworth is celebrating
- 8:41Speaker 4: your birthday today. It's a the number one podcaster as
- 8:46Speaker 4: far as revenue, Fok said. Podcast Joe Rogan is fifty
- 8:50Speaker 4: nine years old. You know, back in the news radio days,
- 8:53Speaker 4: like when he was on that show, even like Fear Factor,
- 8:56Speaker 4: when he first started doing that, you would have never
- 8:59Speaker 4: thought that. You know, someday this guy he's going to
- 9:03Speaker 4: be like such a you know, he's going to be
- 9:06Speaker 4: such a like media influence starlink you know, like all
- 9:10Speaker 4: the biggest politicians are going to wanna you know, be
- 9:14Speaker 4: like He's going to have a forum where it's going
- 9:16Speaker 4: to be a go to.
- 9:17Speaker 5: Oh and speaking of that, I don't know if you
- 9:19Speaker 5: guys saw the clip of that woman's Sage Steele. She
- 9:23Speaker 5: was interviewing Dana White the whole interview, and her last question,
- 9:26Speaker 5: I think it was the last question, was so what
- 9:29Speaker 5: does Joe Rogan want to do with his life? And
- 9:31Speaker 5: Dana goes, I don't know, wait, did you think I
- 9:35Speaker 5: was Joe Rogan of the entire interview? And she's like,
- 9:41Speaker 5: I was laughing.
- 9:43Speaker 3: Do you know who Joe Rogan credits for helping him
- 9:46Speaker 3: like get the idea?
- 9:47Speaker 4: Tom Green?
- 9:47Speaker 3: Tom Green?
- 9:48Speaker 4: I saw that club. Tom Green did a show where
- 9:51Speaker 4: it's like people can watch online and it's a real
- 9:54Speaker 4: time interaction and he controlled his own you know, universe
- 9:58Speaker 4: because it was just Tom Green doing himself and Rogan
- 10:01Speaker 4: was on there. He's like, dude, this is super cool. Yeah,
- 10:03Speaker 4: you mean like so like so people are watching this
- 10:05Speaker 4: right now and I can interact and he's like, yeah,
- 10:07Speaker 4: you're like all right, that's cool, and then started whatever
- 10:10Speaker 4: he did and has made it super huge. Love More
- 10:13Speaker 4: hate him, love more hatem.
- 10:15Speaker 2: He is what he is.
- 10:16Speaker 4: Joe Rogan's fifty nine and a Gun. It was in
- 10:19Speaker 4: Breaking Bad Skyler wide Uh fifty eight years old day.

- 10:33Speaker 4: for Cutie. He's fifty today and today's part of birthday.
- 10:36Speaker 4: It's a birthday boy, Danny Dong, and he has seen
- 10:41Speaker 4: more o's in a Box of Cheerios one thousand, six
- 10:45Speaker 4: ninety films, including a Deep Anal Diving Nice. He was
- 10:50Speaker 4: in Cucking Real Estate Agents Volume one, Manifest in My Mouth,
- 10:55Speaker 4: also Hunting the Wild Squorter Volume one. Oh he was
- 10:58Speaker 4: if he was awesome and and Naughty spongebath party driving
- 11:03Speaker 4: her to the de appointment. Also ditch your date and
- 11:08Speaker 4: suck the server. Yet do that and then who can
- 11:10Speaker 4: forget her his unforgettab roll in. She slid into my DM,
- 11:13Speaker 4: so I slid into her.
- 11:15Speaker 5: It's only fair.

- 12:11Speaker 8: Ye?
- 12:15Speaker 4: Like by show? All right, well we are into another
- 12:22Speaker 4: new hour. I'm onding that's Greg Gory right there, Menace
- 12:27Speaker 4: right thar? What is up?
- 12:28Speaker 3: High?
- 12:28Speaker 4: And the Jena grad right bar Hi, she's got the
- 12:31Speaker 4: trending news headlines.
- 12:33Speaker 5: Well, the powerball jackpot is now up to nine hundred
- 12:35Speaker 5: and seventy five million dollars after nobody won last night's drawing,
- 12:39Speaker 5: and it's still holding strong as the eighth largest jackpot
- 12:43Speaker 5: in history. But even though nobody hit the big jackpot,
- 12:46Speaker 5: there was still a couple of winners. One tickets sold
- 12:48Speaker 5: in Tennessee matched all five numbers and use the power
- 12:50Speaker 5: play to win two million bucks. We'll ticket sold in
- 12:53Speaker 5: California and marilynd each won a million. Not bad. The
- 12:56Speaker 5: next drawing is tomorrow night, so if you're finally ready
- 12:59Speaker 5: to get in on the action, you still don't know this.
- 13:01Speaker 5: Powerbell drawings are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday nights.
- 13:05Speaker 4: I'm surprised that Greg, you don't buy lottery tickets. This
- 13:08Speaker 4: seems like something because Greg man his dream is to.
- 13:10Speaker 7: Just be.
- 13:12Speaker 2: Disappear.
- 13:13Speaker 4: Yeah, so like just for the off chance, right, conversation
- 13:17Speaker 4: with a with a with a co worker about buying Powerball,
- 13:20Speaker 4: and Greg's like, I never you never said I never
- 13:23Speaker 4: once bought one.
- 13:24Speaker 2: No, I've bought a Boughton, I've bought scratchers before, never
- 13:28Speaker 2: win the I hate to say this because the power
- 13:32Speaker 2: Ball and then the Mega millions they confuse me. I
- 13:35Speaker 2: don't get it. Why.
- 13:37Speaker 4: I don't know, you just a quick pick anyway, I mean,
- 13:40Speaker 4: I guess I would. But when you get these billion
- 13:42Speaker 4: dollars close to billion dollar jackpots, people just go in there,
- 13:45Speaker 4: they go give me, you know, ten quick picks.
- 13:47Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know. It's just always seemed confusing. I
- 13:50Speaker 2: can never keep track of what days they're on. Dude,
- 13:52Speaker 2: somebody somebody won big. What was the what was the
- 13:57Speaker 2: card that somebody found domas Tyler?
- 13:59Speaker 11: Yeah, someone hit the Cooper flag debut redemption auto patch
- 14:03Speaker 11: and there's already a bounty on it.
- 14:06Speaker 4: Yeah, say it again, Say it again.
- 14:08Speaker 11: So it's a Cooper flag. Just say what it is?
- 14:10Speaker 11: Just like you said before, Cooper flag one of one,
- 14:13Speaker 11: debut auto redemption auto redemption.
- 14:16Speaker 2: Okay, so Cooper flag some sort of.
- 14:19Speaker 4: Okay, what a person a person for what? What sport?
- 14:23Speaker 2: Uh?
- 14:24Speaker 4: Baseball? Basketball? Basketball?
- 14:29Speaker 2: Right, That's what I said. And then so Cooper flag,
- 14:32Speaker 2: so one of one obviously is just the only card
- 14:35Speaker 2: in existence. And what was the other redemption patch?
- 14:38Speaker 11: Yeah, it's a debut redemption pat.
- 14:40Speaker 2: Debut redemption patch. Is that a piece of his jersey
- 14:43Speaker 2: that's to the back of the car. Okay, okay, and
- 14:46Speaker 2: then it's probably autographed.
- 14:48Speaker 4: Go ahead, Tyler d Cood.
- 14:50Speaker 11: Yeah, so you're pretty much on the right track. It
- 14:53Speaker 11: is autographed. The only thing is that with it being
- 14:55Speaker 11: a redemption, so tops has the actual card over their head. Right,
- 15:01Speaker 11: you send in the redemption, then you get the car.
- 15:03Speaker 4: So we just learned that the other day. Yeah, and
- 15:04Speaker 4: how much is that worth?
- 15:06Speaker 11: There is a bounty on it for at least three
- 15:08Speaker 11: million dollars. So people who really really want the card,
- 15:15Speaker 11: but they know that they have probably no shot of
- 15:17Speaker 11: getting it. Like these really rich people, they're like, hey,
- 15:20Speaker 11: whoever finds it, I'll pay them.
- 15:22Speaker 4: And it's okay, So it's a offer. Yeah, they just
- 15:24Speaker 4: got the word willing to give you. Yeah, it's like
- 15:28Speaker 4: rukassault Stad. It's like you know, Rucas, she wants to
- 15:31Speaker 4: go to the chocolate factory and so like, you know,
- 15:34Speaker 4: rich Daddy is going to get it for and just
- 15:36Speaker 4: you know what you name.
- 15:37Speaker 5: Your prize exactly.
- 15:39Speaker 4: Yeah. And then god, my question, man, you hear about
- 15:42Speaker 4: this or these other cards. You know, the people are
- 15:44Speaker 4: paying big money for the people's memorabilia Darth Vader's lightsaber.
- 15:49Speaker 4: How much money do people have for this craft? Always
- 15:51Speaker 4: wonder because you got to figure, like you see, like
- 15:54Speaker 4: these houses that are twenty million dollars, like you can
- 15:57Speaker 4: only have so many of those because the pool of
- 16:00Speaker 4: people available on the planet could who could potentially even
- 16:04Speaker 4: want it, And that's that's worldwide. And then you have,
- 16:07Speaker 4: you know, that house that's in this particular so they
- 16:09Speaker 4: would have to be in this area. That kind of money, right,
- 16:13Speaker 4: like the card thing, I mean, you know whatever, it's
- 16:16Speaker 4: not a piece of property. I mean it is property,
- 16:18Speaker 4: but like you know, you ship that or have that anywhere,
- 16:20Speaker 4: no matter where you live. But like, man, there's so
- 16:22Speaker 4: much money for the dumbest stuff. Yeah, I always.
- 16:26Speaker 5: Speaking of which a video game store in Wisconsin, they
- 16:29Speaker 5: made a pretty insane discovery nearly one hundred copies of
- 16:33Speaker 5: an unknown version of Super Mario Brothers and Duck Hunt.
- 16:36Speaker 4: And that's why did you say it's so deliberately as I.
- 16:39Speaker 5: Was trying to say it correctly, has been sitting in
- 16:42Speaker 5: their storage just forgotten about for years. So the store
- 16:46Speaker 5: owner bought this box about three years ago from a
- 16:48Speaker 5: guy who had kept it untouched in his garage for
- 16:50Speaker 5: thirty years, and the dudes at the store eventually found
- 16:54Speaker 5: the box behind some Halloween decorations and opened it after
- 16:57Speaker 5: a video game expert said, you know, you might have
- 16:59Speaker 5: something in there.
- 17:00Speaker 4: So the question I've saw it was the combo Remember
- 17:02Speaker 4: the combo cartridge with Super Mario Brothers in Duck Hunt. Yeah,
- 17:05Speaker 4: it came with the castle. Yeah, like I felt like
- 17:10Speaker 4: everybody had this house is so rare.
- 17:11Speaker 5: They did, and that's that's a great question. So it
- 17:14Speaker 5: was super common. But this one had different labels, different parts,
- 17:19Speaker 5: a different manual than all the ones we got as kids.
- 17:22Speaker 4: The pounh put a bounty.
- 17:24Speaker 5: There was one hundred of them found together, sitting completely untouched.
- 17:29Speaker 5: They got perfect grades. So several cartridges have gotten perfect
- 17:33Speaker 5: PSA scores, which has never happened with an nes game.
- 17:37Speaker 5: And three of the newly discovered cartridges are supposed to
- 17:40Speaker 5: be auctioned on Friday, So the fact they were found
- 17:42Speaker 5: almogether doesn't say you'll find out. And here's the latest
- 17:47Speaker 5: on that seven point four earthquake that hit Columbia. At
- 17:50Speaker 5: least one hundred and thirty two people have been killed
- 17:52Speaker 5: eighty seven injured. Rescue crews are still searching for survivors,
- 17:56Speaker 5: with more than fourteen hundred people reported missing. More than
- 18:00Speaker 5: twenty aftershocks have happened since the initial earthquake, and that's
- 18:04Speaker 5: slowing down recovery and freaking everyone out thinking it's another
- 18:07Speaker 5: big quake, So very scary.
- 18:09Speaker 4: Moostra dumbass is getting credit for that. By the y Yeah,
- 18:12Speaker 4: I've seen a lot of people because Menace had said
- 18:14Speaker 4: that he's forty eight hours. Yeah, there was gonna be
- 18:17Speaker 4: a major earthquake, and there it is. I don't feel
- 18:20Speaker 4: anything right now.
- 18:21Speaker 5: Oh thank god. Well, there's also some new info about
- 18:23Speaker 5: that boat that cabsized in New York. So the owner
- 18:26Speaker 5: of that boat was officially charged for operating without proper
- 18:29Speaker 5: coastcard certification or inspection paperwork. He's out on bail, by
- 18:33Speaker 5: the way, killed two people, including a five month old baby.
- 18:36Speaker 5: Investigators say that the baby wasn't wearing a life jacket
- 18:39Speaker 5: because there wasn't even an infant sized flotation device on board.
- 18:43Speaker 5: So how is he out on bail?
- 18:45Speaker 3: That's my question.
- 18:45Speaker 2: Everybody's out on bail.
- 18:47Speaker 5: Crazy. And the month of July is the hottest month
- 18:50Speaker 5: on record, dating all the way back to when record
- 18:53Speaker 5: started being capped in eighteen ninety five.
- 18:56Speaker 4: OW.
- 18:56Speaker 5: The previous record holder was July nineteen thirty six, and
- 19:00Speaker 5: it's not over yet. The heat is expected to continue
- 19:02Speaker 5: through August and well into September.
- 19:05Speaker 4: All for the global warming. Absolutely, please let me go
- 19:10Speaker 4: to hell Afel you. So I looked up how much
- 19:14Speaker 4: they're expecting these things to go for.
- 19:18Speaker 5: Yeah, they I didn't have that.
- 19:22Speaker 4: Somewhere around one hundred and fifty thousand, good God for
- 19:26Speaker 4: each yeah, each game, each cartridge, So you got to
- 19:28Speaker 4: have that.
- 19:31Speaker 5: Yeah, but these three are getting auctioned. These must be
- 19:34Speaker 5: the best of the best. Now, imagine you're on this
- 19:37Speaker 5: flight and this happens to you. Okay, an entire plane
- 19:40Speaker 5: full of people are on their way to Toronto and
- 19:43Speaker 5: they have to go back to the gate because some
- 19:45Speaker 5: little kid refuses to sit down and buckle their seat
- 19:49Speaker 5: belt for takeoff. So the crew, the kids parents, they
- 19:52Speaker 5: tried everything to get this little demon strapped in, but
- 19:55Speaker 5: nothing worked.
- 19:56Speaker 2: They did not try.
- 19:58Speaker 5: I mean, I imagine and they well buckle and then
- 20:02Speaker 5: he unbuckles it.
- 20:03Speaker 4: Well, they are able to restrain drunk, full grown men. Yeah,
- 20:08Speaker 4: I saw there was just some guy that was acting up.
- 20:10Speaker 4: I'd forget where it was, and he's yelling and screaming.
- 20:12Speaker 4: But they have the door. They have him like zip
- 20:14Speaker 4: tied to the seat. Yeah. Yeah, it's the way you
- 20:17Speaker 4: could do it. You can't tell me you were overpowered
- 20:19Speaker 4: by it everything.
- 20:21Speaker 2: Pick the kid up and put him down.
- 20:23Speaker 3: He didn't want to do it, it was it looks
- 20:25Speaker 3: it's a bad luck.
- 20:26Speaker 5: Strap get down.
- 20:28Speaker 3: What's up with the parents?
- 20:29Speaker 5: Okay, we'll check this out. The delay dragged on so
- 20:32Speaker 5: long they canceled the flight. Everybody got off the plane.
- 20:36Speaker 5: They were stuck overnight, and they all ended up on
- 20:39Speaker 5: a rescheduled flight. But no word if this little monster
- 20:41Speaker 5: and his parents got on that one.
- 20:42Speaker 4: That's on why they spend so much time arguing back
- 20:46Speaker 4: and forth that you'd be like, hey, look, this is
- 20:47Speaker 4: your last warning. You gotta get this kid in the seat,
- 20:50Speaker 4: in the seat belt, getting ejected from the plane, or
- 20:52Speaker 4: we're going back to the gate right now, turn around,
- 20:54Speaker 4: go back to the gate. You could be there for
- 20:56Speaker 4: ten minutes. Let them off. Yeah exactly, Like take family
- 21:00Speaker 4: and the kids off the plane and then you could
- 21:02Speaker 4: just taxi back out, take off on with your day.
- 21:05Speaker 4: Why they spend so much time to where now they
- 21:08Speaker 4: probably have like a crew time issue, which is why
- 21:10Speaker 4: they had to cancel the flight, because the crew can
- 21:12Speaker 4: only be working there for so many hours or whatever
- 21:15Speaker 4: it is. They weren't going to be able to meet
- 21:16Speaker 4: that restriction. You know why you waste so much time
- 21:19Speaker 4: doing that. Now you have a whole plane full of
- 21:21Speaker 4: people that you have to accommodate.
- 21:22Speaker 5: I have a thought on that. This is completely based
- 21:25Speaker 5: on just nothing. This is this is not part of
- 21:27Speaker 5: the news report. My guess is this is optics because
- 21:31Speaker 5: perhaps the child had some developmental issues and it looks so,
- 21:35Speaker 5: but that's they It doesn't want whatever airline it was,
- 21:38Speaker 5: American Airlines, boots crate.
- 21:42Speaker 4: And put them under the plane. Yeah, that sounds larger
- 21:45Speaker 4: dogs and so like we're always so sensitive to you know,
- 21:48Speaker 4: animals and those kind of things.
- 21:49Speaker 5: We don't want them under the plane.
- 21:51Speaker 4: Whatever, Like there's no less love. It's just got to
- 21:54Speaker 4: you just don't got to deal with them. You put
- 21:55Speaker 4: them in the little the little crate and put them
- 21:57Speaker 4: under the plane and sit there with the luggage. Right,
- 21:59Speaker 4: just put a put one of Gina's air tags in there.
- 22:02Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, yeah, this was a little kid.
- 22:04Speaker 2: And they say they cried everything.
- 22:07Speaker 12: Yeah, liars, And at what parent do you just sacrifice
- 22:12Speaker 12: yourself and say we're leaving, We're sorry, we're leaving our revolition,
- 22:16Speaker 12: but couldn't be done.
- 22:17Speaker 4: But they would know this.
- 22:19Speaker 13: Putting a kid in a car seat, he wouldn't stay
- 22:21Speaker 13: strapped in, like I know kids, So you need to
- 22:23Speaker 13: put a T shirt on them and safety pin them
- 22:25Speaker 13: to their car seat because they can climb out or whatever.
- 22:28Speaker 10: Like.
- 22:28Speaker 13: The parents should know how to restrain their kid at
- 22:30Speaker 13: this point, even if they're.
- 22:32Speaker 4: Wildly Bring a trank dart, you know, like a little
- 22:36Speaker 4: blow dart. Yeah, and then right in the neck.
- 22:38Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 22:39Speaker 5: Haven't they ever heard of dreams?
- 22:40Speaker 4: Awesome?
- 22:42Speaker 5: Don't you just give kids drama?
- 22:43Speaker 14: Mean?
- 22:43Speaker 3: Or just don't why with this kid?
- 22:45Speaker 4: Don't you have any up there?
- 22:47Speaker 5: Thank you?
- 22:47Speaker 4: Exactly? Just pour one of those down this kid's throat.
- 22:50Speaker 4: Or do what my dad did. You go nose to
- 22:52Speaker 4: nose and you say, you ship right now, Greg's dad did,
- 22:56Speaker 4: and you belt him across the face. And then when
- 22:58Speaker 4: he's bleeding, you go, I see that. And then the
- 23:05Speaker 4: kid is in shock and he's sitting down.
- 23:06Speaker 15: Yeah, stares at the seat in front of them, to
- 23:09Speaker 15: the rest of.
- 23:09Speaker 2: The plane takes off.
- 23:10Speaker 4: Yeah done, easy see.
- 23:12Speaker 16: Yeah.
- 23:12Speaker 2: These are probably the same types of parents that after
- 23:14Speaker 2: the kid has a tantrum. They respond with, look, what
- 23:17Speaker 2: do you want? Ice cream? Do you want toy?
- 23:19Speaker 5: Do you want to your neighbors?
- 23:20Speaker 7: Greg?
- 23:20Speaker 2: Yeah? Do you want to go a pat, a dog
- 23:23Speaker 2: or the best? We'll wait until you're done.
- 23:26Speaker 5: Oh my god, all three hundred and fifty people on
- 23:29Speaker 5: this flight. We'll wait till you're done.
- 23:31Speaker 3: Well.
- 23:32Speaker 5: Teddy Moore the actress who played Miss Shields in the
- 23:35Speaker 5: Christmas classic A Christmas Story. She has died at seventy
- 23:38Speaker 5: nine years. Love the Canadian actors and Sammy has a
- 23:43Speaker 5: special Please please please Sammy, you have a special connection
- 23:48Speaker 5: to her, whether you know it or not. The Canadian actress.
- 23:50Speaker 5: She died at her home in Ontario. She was surrounded
- 23:52Speaker 5: by her family. Now More had a long career in
- 23:55Speaker 5: movies and TV, of course, best known for playing Raffley's
- 23:58Speaker 5: teacher in A Christmas Story, but she return to Miss
- 24:00Speaker 5: Shields in the nineteen ninety four sequel My Summer Story,
- 24:04Speaker 5: which I never saw and can did anyone even hear
- 24:07Speaker 5: of that?
- 24:07Speaker 1: No?
- 24:07Speaker 5: I don't remember that.
- 24:08Speaker 4: No, I know they did that new one. Yeah, A
- 24:11Speaker 4: Christmas Story.
- 24:11Speaker 5: And she continued acting for decades, with her final role Sammy,
- 24:15Speaker 5: which I'm sure you've seen in a twenty seventeen Hallmark
- 24:19Speaker 5: Christmas movie. Oh so, I'm shocked that you just don't
- 24:22Speaker 5: have that at the right. I know I shouldn't, I
- 24:23Speaker 5: should check that.
- 24:24Speaker 13: But and I will say, when I watch a Christmas
- 24:26Speaker 13: Story recently, and I watched her in it, to find
- 24:30Speaker 13: out that in that role she was actually.
- 24:32Speaker 5: Younger than I am now made me very sad. She's
- 24:34Speaker 5: supposed to be an old bitty she was like thirty
- 24:38Speaker 5: two in that. I'm sane.
- 24:39Speaker 4: So I was just in Cleveland, and twenty minutes from
- 24:42Speaker 4: the hotel I was at was the Christmas Story.
- 24:44Speaker 2: Hell did you go?
- 24:46Speaker 4: I didn't go. It's one of my favorite movies of
- 24:49Speaker 4: all time. I was just too too many other things
- 24:51Speaker 4: going on for the thing, the reason that the purpose
- 24:53Speaker 4: that I was there for. But a couple of people
- 24:56Speaker 4: did go over there, like they got in a day earlier,
- 24:59Speaker 4: and they went over there are and Tim Virgin When
- 25:01Speaker 4: out there, I got a bunch of pictures and stuff.
- 25:03Speaker 4: It looks cool. I can't imagine why it'd ever be
- 25:06Speaker 4: in Cleveland again. Yeah, you know, I wouldn't go there, just,
- 25:09Speaker 4: you know, with the sole purpose of going to the
- 25:11Speaker 4: summer to go to the Christmas story house. But it
- 25:14Speaker 4: does look cool. So if you do find yourself in Cleveland,
- 25:16Speaker 4: it looked like it was a pretty cool You know what, it's.
- 25:19Speaker 3: So weird that we're talking about all this. Look what
- 25:21Speaker 3: I wrote down yesterday. Look at this code. Okay, you
- 25:25Speaker 3: know what this code is?
- 25:26Speaker 11: No?
- 25:27Speaker 3: Oh, I know?
- 25:27Speaker 5: Can I guess it?
- 25:28Speaker 2: Say?
- 25:28Speaker 4: It's like twelve dash.
- 25:30Speaker 5: Yep, I don't know why you wrote it down to
- 25:32Speaker 5: dash eight? Does it mean drink more ovaltine?
- 25:35Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 25:36Speaker 5: The Dakota ring?
- 25:38Speaker 4: Why so we what is that?
- 25:41Speaker 3: It's the Dakota Like?
- 25:42Speaker 4: What were you doing with that?
- 25:44Speaker 3: I was like writing a note. I was like, oh,
- 25:46Speaker 3: what's the what's the code for a drinking ovaltine? So
- 25:50Speaker 3: I wrote it down?
- 25:51Speaker 5: You remembered it?
- 25:52Speaker 7: No?
- 25:52Speaker 3: I looked it up and I just wrote it down.
- 25:54Speaker 3: And then the lady died, that's weird.
- 25:57Speaker 2: He wrote it down and then took a picture of
- 25:58Speaker 2: what you just wrote down.
- 25:59Speaker 3: Yeah, because I wanted to see if the if a
- 26:02Speaker 3: I could figure out what the code?
- 26:04Speaker 4: Didn't figure it out?
- 26:05Speaker 3: Uh no, but if I copied and paste the code
- 26:08Speaker 3: into Google, I did, but the AI photo didn't figure
- 26:11Speaker 3: it out.
- 26:12Speaker 5: Okay, I was not expecting this conversation.
- 26:15Speaker 2: You really are a stone.
- 26:16Speaker 4: Yeah, but that's how high were you.
- 26:22Speaker 3: At the same time.
- 26:24Speaker 5: All right, well that's what's going on.
- 26:25Speaker 4: I thank you very much, jin Grad. This this story
- 26:34Speaker 4: about Press Hilton, it's just weird, you know. I didn't,
- 26:39Speaker 4: uh did anybody see the video?
- 26:40Speaker 1: Oh?
- 26:42Speaker 3: I saw it like minutes after it happened. It's one
- 26:45Speaker 3: of the most disturbing things I've ever seen.
- 26:47Speaker 4: Yeah, so I just thow that he was like cutting right.
- 26:51Speaker 3: Yeah, he had like a super sharp blade that he
- 26:54Speaker 3: just he just kept on cutting himself and cling himself
- 26:57Speaker 3: a loser, like over like his chest, all over his body,
- 27:00Speaker 3: his whole body was his covered.
- 27:01Speaker 4: He lost a lot of blood. Yeah, yeah, that's what
- 27:04Speaker 4: I heard. I don't I don't really know much about
- 27:06Speaker 4: the guy. I just remember he was the guy for
- 27:09Speaker 4: the longest time that had the website. He would just
- 27:11Speaker 4: draw penises on people's face.
- 27:13Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 27:14Speaker 3: I was pretty brutal on people.
- 27:15Speaker 17: Yeah.
- 27:15Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't think a day went by that I
- 27:17Speaker 2: didn't look at a site back in the day.
- 27:19Speaker 4: Really, yeah, every day.
- 27:21Speaker 3: I was never like really a fan of it.
- 27:23Speaker 4: He was kind of pre he was pre TMZ though,
- 27:25Speaker 4: Wasn't he like what he was super big and then
- 27:29Speaker 4: later TMZ became big like he was. He was more
- 27:32Speaker 4: famous before TMZ became famous. Is that right? My timeline
- 27:36Speaker 4: right on that TMZ might have been around, but it wasn't.
- 27:40Speaker 4: He was the go to kind of this.
- 27:43Speaker 5: He was around before a year before.
- 27:45Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 27:45Speaker 4: Yeah, he was like the first big of all those
- 27:48Speaker 4: like kind of celebrity got the bas talking trash celebrity blogger. Yeah.
- 27:55Speaker 5: And when you know when people are like, oh, it's
- 27:56Speaker 5: the wild West, but talk about the wild West, I
- 27:58Speaker 5: mean like shots of minors half naked and you know,
- 28:01Speaker 5: you just put that stuff online.
- 28:03Speaker 4: And Greg, what's his net worth? I figured you would
- 28:06Speaker 4: have looked it up.
- 28:07Speaker 2: I will look that up right now, I know, but
- 28:12Speaker 2: I know, I know. Now he's uh, you know, claiming
- 28:15Speaker 2: that he's in financial distress anywhere they estimate this sounds
- 28:20Speaker 2: way off three to twenty but there's no way.
- 28:24Speaker 3: He moved from California to Vegas and then to Florida.
- 28:27Speaker 2: Florida and now Lata says three million, But I don't
- 28:31Speaker 2: buy it because by what that it's as much as
- 28:34Speaker 2: three million, Because he Perez himself has been saying that.
- 28:37Speaker 2: One of the reasons that has led to his mental
- 28:41Speaker 2: brank dot breakdown is his financial stress, and that's why
- 28:45Speaker 2: he has moved around so much.
- 28:47Speaker 3: Dogging people is like, not, I don't know nucrative anymore.
- 28:52Speaker 4: Well, it was it was back then. Made him have changed, right,
- 28:57Speaker 4: so does guy speaking of which he's not getting any
- 29:01Speaker 4: sympathy from this too. This guy's name is Scott Nathan.
- 29:04Speaker 4: I think, oh, you know who this is?
- 29:06Speaker 5: Follow him on Instagram?
- 29:07Speaker 4: Oh you do? You follow him?
- 29:09Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 29:09Speaker 4: Oh, I just this just kind of randomly popped up.
- 29:11Speaker 4: And again I don't I don't know a ton about
- 29:13Speaker 4: Perez Hilton, so I can't speak to him as a
- 29:16Speaker 4: person or anything else. All I know is what I
- 29:19Speaker 4: just told you is that he used to draw pictures
- 29:21Speaker 4: of penises on people's face, right, and had celebrity gossip news.
- 29:25Speaker 4: I was never really into because I'm not a big
- 29:27Speaker 4: celebrity person. I don't really care about celebristuff essentially like TMZ. Yeah, yeah, anyway,
- 29:32Speaker 4: but this, uh, this Scott Nathan guy, I guess did
- 29:34Speaker 4: some work with uh with Perez over the years, and
- 29:39Speaker 4: he's got an opinion on this whole Perez Hilton situation.
- 29:42Speaker 1: Perez Hilton, I worked with the guy, and I can
- 29:45Speaker 1: tell you from personal experience. He was a first class ahole.
- 29:48Speaker 1: He wasn't misunderstood. He was not a brave independent journalist
- 29:52Speaker 1: speaking truth to power. He was a nasty, fat, mean
- 29:56Speaker 1: gay guy named Mario Lavendera. And I know exactly what
- 30:00Speaker 1: his brand was because I watched it from the front row.
- 30:03Speaker 1: His entire business model was built on other people's humiliations,
- 30:06Speaker 1: celebrity addictions, their divorces, their breakdowns. They're bad photographs, their relationships,
- 30:12Speaker 1: their bodies. There are mistakes, their worst effing moments.
- 30:17Speaker 2: He drew on the.
- 30:18Speaker 1: Faces of miners. He turned other people's pain into content,
- 30:23Speaker 1: and content into millions of dollars. And now suddenly he
- 30:26Speaker 1: wants privacy, he wants boundaries, he wants empathy. Well, you'll
- 30:30Speaker 1: forgive me if I tell you to go after yourself.
- 30:33Speaker 1: First of all, I'm not even sure I believe him.
- 30:35Speaker 1: I think it was all for attention. He slid from relevancy,
- 30:39Speaker 1: he got in over his head financially, and he made
- 30:41Speaker 1: a move. That's what I think.
- 30:44Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, well, yeah, all's fair.
- 30:46Speaker 4: I mean he really talked about everywhere.
- 30:48Speaker 3: So I don't disagree with anything that guy said, except
- 30:52Speaker 3: for one thing. I haven't heard Perez himself say that
- 30:56Speaker 3: he wants privacy. I know his family says that I
- 30:58Speaker 3: want privacy. So I'll give him at least that one thing.
- 31:01Speaker 4: Okay, that's fair.
- 31:02Speaker 3: Yeah, that's fair.
- 31:03Speaker 4: Because I don't think has made any sort of statement
- 31:06Speaker 4: he can. But also fair also fair to say, like
- 31:09Speaker 4: if let's say, let's say what he did was another celebrity.
- 31:15Speaker 4: Oh and Perez was the guy with all the website
- 31:19Speaker 4: stuff at that time, like he would have been, and
- 31:22Speaker 4: he would have been crucifying whoever the.
- 31:24Speaker 3: Person is, and he would say it was all for attention.
- 31:26Speaker 5: Well, and he would have taken a screenshot of the
- 31:28Speaker 5: dude cutting himself and written something ridiculous over at the face.
- 31:32Speaker 4: He would have been cutting himself with a penis or
- 31:33Speaker 4: something right meltown.
- 31:36Speaker 13: Even if he did this for attention, he's still insane.
- 31:39Speaker 13: To do that for attention is crazy.
- 31:41Speaker 4: Yeah, of course, of course. Anyway, this dude went on
- 31:44Speaker 4: and he told a story about seeing Perez Hilton out
- 31:47Speaker 4: with with Katy Perry.
- 31:48Speaker 1: Now, the second time I crossed paths with Perez Hilton,
- 31:51Speaker 1: it was at a show at the Roxy Theater. He
- 31:53Speaker 1: was with Katy Perry and they were both loaded. Katy
- 31:56Speaker 1: Perry pulled me into their booth by my belt loop
- 31:58Speaker 1: and said, hey, Nathan, you know As And I said, yeah.
- 32:01Speaker 4: Press goes. Oh you know me?
- 32:03Speaker 2: You know me?
- 32:04Speaker 1: And I said, yeah, I shot your for TV guy yea.
- 32:07Speaker 14: As.
- 32:07Speaker 4: He said, oh how was I?
- 32:09Speaker 1: And I said, honestly, you're the second biggest dick I've
- 32:11Speaker 1: ever worked with. And he cackled, and he said who
- 32:13Speaker 1: was the first?
- 32:14Speaker 4: And all right, so who let's take a guest around
- 32:16Speaker 4: the room. Who you are? You're you're out, So take
- 32:20Speaker 4: a guess of pres Hilton is the biggest dick.
- 32:23Speaker 3: This guy said, the second biggest dick.
- 32:25Speaker 4: So no, not even at the time, but just like
- 32:28Speaker 4: of all the people that you know, well if he
- 32:30Speaker 4: but he's having that conversation in that in that time
- 32:33Speaker 4: period that era.
- 32:34Speaker 3: Yes, okay, one kind of hint.
- 32:35Speaker 2: All right, so this is he was he was shooting
- 32:38Speaker 2: a cover.
- 32:40Speaker 4: Yeah, so as a photographer, he said that guy President
- 32:43Speaker 4: is such a dick. I'm just the second biggest dick. Though,
- 32:46Speaker 4: I'm just gonna say, j.
- 32:48Speaker 3: Lo solid guess Morrissey, I'll say, I don't know why.
- 32:54Speaker 3: Charlie Sheen, Charlie.
- 32:55Speaker 1: Sheen, all right, here's what he said, I've ever worked
- 32:58Speaker 1: with And he cackled, and he's said, who was the first?
- 33:00Speaker 1: And I said, Christina Aguilera, whoa?
- 33:04Speaker 4: I heard she sucksult Yeah, like I've heard it. Never
- 33:12Speaker 4: a personal interaction with her of any kind. I've just
- 33:14Speaker 4: heard a lot of that. Same story says I wanted
- 33:18Speaker 4: Jayla to be a cool person. I like a lot
- 33:21Speaker 4: of her. You know, she seems like she could be cool,
- 33:25Speaker 4: but apparently she is. It's like Ellen de Generes. You
- 33:28Speaker 4: wanted Ellen to be cool, and she's just not.
- 33:30Speaker 3: I met Christina Aguilera on her nineteenth birthday. She was cool,
- 33:36Speaker 3: but that's it.
- 33:37Speaker 1: And he cackled and he said who was the first?
- 33:39Speaker 1: And I said, Christina Aguilera. And let me tell you something.
- 33:42Speaker 1: He effing loved it. He was delighted. And that little
- 33:46Speaker 1: story kind of tell you everything. Because when his cruelty
- 33:49Speaker 1: was coming out of his mouth and landing on someone else,
- 33:52Speaker 1: it was entertainment. But now the spotlights pointed back on him,
- 33:56Speaker 1: Suddenly everybody needs to be kind. I'm not saying Perez
- 33:59Speaker 1: Hilton ented cruelty on the internet. I'm saying he had
- 34:02Speaker 1: an extremely successful career weaponizing it and for twenty years,
- 34:06Speaker 1: celebrities were expected to take it, smile for the cameras,
- 34:10Speaker 1: and shut the f up. Now he's asking everyone to
- 34:12Speaker 1: respect his privacy.
- 34:14Speaker 4: Yeah, fair enough. I've had this debate for decades.
- 34:18Speaker 2: You have a product like a tabloid or a Perez
- 34:20Speaker 2: Hilton website, and it makes millions because people are buying it.
- 34:24Speaker 2: And then everybody says, oh, the tabloids are so bad,
- 34:27Speaker 2: but you're still buying. You're the one consuming it, right.
- 34:30Speaker 2: We create this demand for something that we say is
- 34:32Speaker 2: so terrible, and it's still being bought, you know, because
- 34:36Speaker 2: you can't look away. Yeah, yeah, exactly, And especially if
- 34:39Speaker 2: it's a website, it's so easy to just go to
- 34:41Speaker 2: the website and look at something.
- 34:42Speaker 4: Oh this is so bad, I can't Yeah, Like when
- 34:44Speaker 4: people are going in for that third piece of cake? Yeah,
- 34:47Speaker 4: do you believe this is terrible? I shouldn't be doing this.
- 34:50Speaker 3: Everybody checked.
- 34:51Speaker 4: Then you're still eating. You know that you're saying that
- 34:53Speaker 4: out loud, but you're still putting it in your mouth.
- 34:55Speaker 2: And you're a big fan woody of Schodenfreud. When bad
- 34:58Speaker 2: things happen to people that you think deserve them them, yeah,
- 35:00Speaker 2: and there's so much shot in freud in celebrity news
- 35:03Speaker 2: because you think, oh, look at that that celebrity was
- 35:06Speaker 2: so happy. Now they're getting divorced, they just got in
- 35:09Speaker 2: a car crashing.
- 35:09Speaker 8: And stuff was rooted in jealousy though they deserve to
- 35:12Speaker 8: be taken down a peg totally.
- 35:13Speaker 4: Is That's how like ass has looked at now anybody's
- 35:17Speaker 4: got anything more than you've got. There's a lot of that.
- 35:19Speaker 4: People love seeing, you know, people who have more than
- 35:22Speaker 4: they do go through something exactly horrible. People love to
- 35:25Speaker 4: see celebrities going through hard times and that's all and
- 35:28Speaker 4: that's all about them, that it is about the person
- 35:31Speaker 4: that they're they're focused on. Yeh, yeah, it's it's their
- 35:34Speaker 4: own insecurities and shortcomings and how they feel like a failure.
- 35:38Speaker 4: This person who's successful clearly isn't a failure. There may
- 35:42Speaker 4: be a dick, but they're not. They're not They're not
- 35:43Speaker 4: a failure. And then you feel like a failure because
- 35:45Speaker 4: you somehow didn't you know.
- 35:47Speaker 3: You didn't live up.
- 35:48Speaker 5: There's a quote I saw yesterday. I think it's from
- 35:51Speaker 5: the creator of Rick and Morty. You said something to
- 35:52Speaker 5: the audience like something like, I don't care if you
- 35:56Speaker 5: boom me. I've seen who you clap for and I
- 35:58Speaker 5: thought that was a great line.
- 36:00Speaker 4: Yeah, true, Yeah, yeah, I love that too. All right, anyway,
- 36:03Speaker 4: quick break, We'll come back more Woody shows next eight
- 36:06Speaker 4: seven seven forty four. Woodie, you can send us a
- 36:09Speaker 4: text over to two two nine eight seven.
- 36:11Speaker 5: I think I finally don't give an.
- 36:13Speaker 4: F This is what we've been saying.
- 36:15Speaker 9: Show.
- 36:21Speaker 4: Gina mentioned in the news headlines that flight that end
- 36:26Speaker 4: up going back to the gate and then end up
- 36:28Speaker 4: getting canceled and everbody had to get rebooked because there
- 36:30Speaker 4: was a kid who wouldn't sit down, bundle in on. Yeah,
- 36:34Speaker 4: and they're like, oh, we did everything. Well did you
- 36:38Speaker 4: try beating the crap out of them? Or did you
- 36:41Speaker 4: even try beating him unconscious? Just keep checking, Yeah you didn't.
- 36:46Speaker 4: You didn't try that.
- 36:47Speaker 2: Yet another reason we need propofol airways.
- 36:51Speaker 4: I mean, kids just get away with murder. Dude. How
- 36:53Speaker 4: do you think, uh, how do you think this mom
- 36:56Speaker 4: did with handling this situation? Mom in Colorado here was
- 37:00Speaker 4: refusing to take his back to school picture. He was
- 37:04Speaker 4: throwing a fit on the way to school and she
- 37:06Speaker 4: was getting annoyed by it, so she turned to the
- 37:09Speaker 4: cops for help. Oh god, she saw one on the
- 37:12Speaker 4: way to school, told the officer about the problem, and
- 37:16Speaker 4: and so he ended up getting behind them in the
- 37:20Speaker 4: car and turning the lights on, pulling them over. Took
- 37:24Speaker 4: the kid out and quote arrested him handcuffs and all
- 37:27Speaker 4: told him that refusing your mom from you know, the
- 37:31Speaker 4: back to school picture, that was against the law and
- 37:33Speaker 4: that they needed to go through with it. And the
- 37:35Speaker 4: kid eventually took his school pictures.
- 37:39Speaker 2: Okay, I mean.
- 37:43Speaker 4: You tried just beating the snot out of waste of resource.
- 37:47Speaker 4: That was the answer. That was the answer for everything.
- 37:49Speaker 4: If we were kids like you didn't get away with
- 37:51Speaker 4: that stuff. Man, like you told your parents know that
- 37:53Speaker 4: you weren't going to do something crazy.
- 37:55Speaker 2: That wasn't an option.
- 37:58Speaker 4: I just had to have this conversation with my daughter yesterday,
- 38:01Speaker 4: Like my uh, my wife had bought it was a
- 38:04Speaker 4: gift card for one of my daughter's friends for her birthday,
- 38:09Speaker 4: and there was an issue with the gift card. It
- 38:11Speaker 4: wasn't working right. So my my wife felt awful, uh,
- 38:15Speaker 4: went and got her another gift card and then an
- 38:17Speaker 4: extra what are those things the squishies whatever? This is
- 38:23Speaker 4: like a stick of butter.
- 38:25Speaker 5: Yeah, we have it, but the kids love these.
- 38:29Speaker 4: But these are big with these stupid kids, He's like
- 38:32Speaker 4: squitchy things, easy to please. And my wife goes, hey,
- 38:35Speaker 4: can you run it over to their house? They're they're
- 38:37Speaker 4: going to go out to dinner, but please run it
- 38:39Speaker 4: over the house. And she said, no, I'm not doing
- 38:41Speaker 4: and it was because she wanted to keep the butter.
- 38:44Speaker 4: Why why are we giving It's.
- 38:48Speaker 3: Like, this is her gift card.
- 38:50Speaker 4: Yeah, and now my daughter already has butter. She's got
- 38:54Speaker 4: a big block of cheese, squishy, and I believe she
- 39:00Speaker 4: he also has the butter, Like, so why wouldn't you
- 39:01Speaker 4: want the other friend to have the butter and the
- 39:04Speaker 4: gift card? Like she already knew about that. And my
- 39:07Speaker 4: wife goes, who do you think you are telling me no?
- 39:10Speaker 4: And she ended a fair question refusing to do it,
- 39:13Speaker 4: And then by the time she finally went over to
- 39:15Speaker 4: do it, they were gone. They had gone, you know,
- 39:18Speaker 4: for dinner. As my wife had said, hey, get this
- 39:20Speaker 4: over there before. And so I am constantly being asked
- 39:25Speaker 4: for things. I want to go here, I want to
- 39:29Speaker 4: do this. Can we go look at whatever at the
- 39:32Speaker 4: store that I want to see? Hey, can I just
- 39:35Speaker 4: you know, while we're over here, can I can I
- 39:36Speaker 4: go look in Sephora? You know I'm supposed to get
- 39:39Speaker 4: what about you? I don't need anything in Sephora. Then
- 39:41Speaker 4: now this, I'm taking my time. I said, you seem
- 39:43Speaker 4: to ask for a lot of stuff and there's not
- 39:45Speaker 4: a lot of.
- 39:45Speaker 5: Give no, except for lipa.
- 39:48Speaker 4: And the fact that like, okay, so my wife is
- 39:51Speaker 4: taking her and her friend. This is a different friend
- 39:55Speaker 4: to the Benson Boone concert who my daughter is obsessed with. Right,
- 39:59Speaker 4: And I went through all I said, Hey, you know,
- 40:00Speaker 4: I said, I went through Uh, you know, I called
- 40:03Speaker 4: in some favors to get you these tickets to go
- 40:05Speaker 4: to this concert. Why am I going through all these things?
- 40:07Speaker 4: You can't do a simple thing like bring a birthday
- 40:09Speaker 4: gift over to your friend. These kids are dicks, which
- 40:12Speaker 4: you should want to do. Yeah. Yeah, yeah. And so
- 40:15Speaker 4: I mean she's she's fourteen, So we're kind of beyond
- 40:18Speaker 4: the whole like being able just to you know, spanker
- 40:22Speaker 4: or whatever.
- 40:23Speaker 5: But you said something one time that stuck with me
- 40:25Speaker 5: that I started implementing and.
- 40:27Speaker 8: I love it. It works, Yeah, which is what we
- 40:30Speaker 8: what we did in this situation to say it. Yeah,
- 40:33Speaker 8: So I said, you know, I said, it would sure
- 40:35Speaker 8: be a shame if you know, I just quit on
- 40:38Speaker 8: my effort to get these tickets in your hand for
- 40:40Speaker 8: this concert, or your mom refused to take you to
- 40:42Speaker 8: your you know whatever activity. I said, until you start
- 40:45Speaker 8: doing things like we're not going to do anything, but
- 40:48Speaker 8: you don't have to in the moment.
- 40:50Speaker 4: And this is the advice that this.
- 40:51Speaker 5: Is the part I like.
- 40:53Speaker 4: I think too many times I saw my wife doing
- 40:55Speaker 4: this where you're mad. You're mad in the moment at
- 40:59Speaker 4: whatever's going on with kid, and you go all right, well,
- 41:01Speaker 4: and you start taking things right, well, give me your phone,
- 41:03Speaker 4: I'm taking no video games, no going outside, You're not
- 41:06Speaker 4: going to that birthday party, and you're ground up for
- 41:09Speaker 4: the rest of it. You start just throwing things out
- 41:11Speaker 4: there because you're trying to get that reaction from them.
- 41:13Speaker 4: They go, no, well, this is what I've been asking
- 41:16Speaker 4: to do. And because these kids are smart, they call
- 41:17Speaker 4: your bluff. They go, well, I didn't want to really
- 41:20Speaker 4: go to the party anyway. Whatever they'll say, whether that's
- 41:24Speaker 4: true or not. And so I said, here, this is
- 41:27Speaker 4: the move that I did. I go, all right, it's
- 41:31Speaker 4: happened here with people who have worked on the show,
- 41:32Speaker 4: where it's like, hey, you know, this is what's needed,
- 41:34Speaker 4: and they go, I'm not doing that. I go all right,
- 41:40Speaker 4: and that's all you have to say. In the moment,
- 41:41Speaker 4: I have a feeling you'll change your mind, and that's
- 41:43Speaker 4: all you have to say. You don't start throwing out
- 41:45Speaker 4: like what you're gonna do or whatever. You go all right, fine,
- 41:48Speaker 4: you've made your decision. The next time they ask you
- 41:51Speaker 4: for something or they need to something and they want
- 41:53Speaker 4: to go do something, you go, no, we're not doing that.
- 41:56Speaker 5: Why why what?
- 41:57Speaker 14: Hey?
- 41:57Speaker 4: Remember yesterday when I told you to go take the
- 42:00Speaker 4: goddamn trash, you know, cans out or whatever, because that's
- 42:03Speaker 4: your that's your job that you're schreing. And you told me, no,
- 42:05Speaker 4: I'm not doing it. Well, I guess what that works
- 42:07Speaker 4: both ways. I'm not doing it now. You can also
- 42:10Speaker 4: choose to whatever they're asking for, give it on that
- 42:12Speaker 4: one because you know something else is coming up or whatever,
- 42:14Speaker 4: and you'll wait for them to say, oh, well it's
- 42:16Speaker 4: time to go to the party. Oh no, we're not
- 42:18Speaker 4: going to that party. You remember two days ago?
- 42:21Speaker 2: So you delay it, yes, and make it a surprise.
- 42:24Speaker 5: Yes, yeah, you're waiting in the grass.
- 42:26Speaker 4: You don't need to throw all you don't need to
- 42:28Speaker 4: throw out all the consequences and stuff and whatever in
- 42:30Speaker 4: the moment, like you don't answer to kids.
- 42:32Speaker 3: Yeah, but are the kids tomor enough to even realize
- 42:35Speaker 3: what you're doing?
- 42:35Speaker 4: Yes, yeah they are. But she's fourteen, my son's seventeen.
- 42:39Speaker 4: Cool because I go, hey, remember, uh, remember the other
- 42:41Speaker 4: day when I asked you to like help your mom.
- 42:44Speaker 4: You know, you're gonna have to get up early because
- 42:46Speaker 4: the dog was going in before her surgery and they
- 42:48Speaker 4: had to go do like the the pretests or whatever whatever,
- 42:50Speaker 4: and uh, you know her, she's got an injured leg.
- 42:52Speaker 4: So I asked you to help put the eighty pound
- 42:55Speaker 4: dog in the back of the car because you can't
- 42:57Speaker 4: jump up on her own. And you were all like,
- 42:59Speaker 4: you know, mad and saying that you weren't going to
- 43:00Speaker 4: do it because that was quote too early. Remember that?
- 43:04Speaker 4: Remember that? Yeah, well I remember that. Well, guess who
- 43:08Speaker 4: just doesn't feel like taking you the hockey? You're not
- 43:11Speaker 4: going And that's how that worked.
- 43:14Speaker 3: That's what you even coming from.
- 43:16Speaker 5: Because their kids kids are anything.
- 43:18Speaker 4: That's how it works. Kids are dicks.
- 43:20Speaker 2: Where did your daughter learn to be stubborn. I don't know.
- 43:23Speaker 4: It's weird, yeah.
- 43:25Speaker 5: Because it's all about like they don't feel like they
- 43:27Speaker 5: have control over anything. So it's just like take, take, take,
- 43:29Speaker 5: what can I get with it?
- 43:30Speaker 4: But I knew even you know whatever, And I was,
- 43:33Speaker 4: you know, a kid, and you do things that your
- 43:35Speaker 4: parents don't ask really know about. But when you're when
- 43:37Speaker 4: like my mom or my stepdad or whatever, you knew
- 43:40Speaker 4: it was serious and you got that tone and it
- 43:43Speaker 4: got done. I ma a bitch about it or what?
- 43:46Speaker 4: But I did it, Like fine, yeah, and I would
- 43:49Speaker 4: just go do it. I wouldn't just straight up refuse
- 43:51Speaker 4: and then sit there and not actually do it.
- 43:52Speaker 5: See that's the thing.
- 43:53Speaker 3: That's what I'm just asking right now, Like what's the
- 43:56Speaker 3: origin of that? Where's that coming from?
- 43:58Speaker 4: I don't know? Man, is there no fear? Yeah, it's
- 44:01Speaker 4: gotten it's gotten better since we've you know, instituted that
- 44:04Speaker 4: whole because they don't know when it's coming or you know,
- 44:06Speaker 4: they because sometimes in the moment they're kids, they're unbalanced,
- 44:10Speaker 4: you know, chemically and everything else. There're still their brains
- 44:12Speaker 4: are still cooking.
- 44:13Speaker 5: Yeah, and they got a memory like a goldfish. And
- 44:15Speaker 5: the secret word to you. That that it really stuck
- 44:19Speaker 5: with me, was me going, oh, you don't feel like it, Okay, okay,
- 44:23Speaker 5: you don't feel like it. Just want to make sure.
- 44:26Speaker 4: Something you don't feel like I don't.
- 44:28Speaker 5: Feel like it. Remember when you didn't feel like it,
- 44:30Speaker 5: I don't feel like it makes the difference, it really
- 44:34Speaker 5: changed it.
- 44:34Speaker 4: Remember that.
- 44:35Speaker 16: Yeah?
- 44:36Speaker 5: You know what, Well, now I don't feel like it.
- 44:38Speaker 4: We got take a break. Samy's holding up her sign
- 44:40Speaker 4: and she's going to end up like hurting herself. You're
- 44:43Speaker 4: just training to muscle all that sign up sore, so creamy,
- 44:48Speaker 4: so good during the word custard.
- 44:51Speaker 3: Sounds like a wild weekend.
- 44:53Speaker 4: Now the Woody Show, well we have Flash Shelton. He's
- 45:04Speaker 4: the guy. He's the squatter hunter Squatters on A and E, which,
- 45:10Speaker 4: by the way, I thought about you. I was watching
- 45:12Speaker 4: some of those episodes. I thought about Eugena. There's a
- 45:16Speaker 4: it's called an E something I forget the crime yeah,
- 45:21Speaker 4: oh yeah, crime Central, Yeah, any crime an E crime
- 45:25Speaker 4: Central and for I think it's fifty nine bucks for
- 45:28Speaker 4: the entire.
- 45:28Speaker 5: Year getting it.
- 45:30Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 45:30Speaker 5: I discovered that yesterday. Every good show's on there.
- 45:33Speaker 4: Every good show's on there, and it's for fifty nine bucks.
- 45:35Speaker 4: It's all commercial free. Yeah, so no no commercial for
- 45:38Speaker 4: the whole year, for the whole year, no show. She
- 45:42Speaker 4: watches all that stuff.
- 45:44Speaker 3: It's the best, Isn't it Weird though, you're like, oh,
- 45:46Speaker 3: it's the best about all this.
- 45:48Speaker 4: Crime real murder.
- 45:50Speaker 3: Yeah, we're getting text about the you know, there's a
- 45:52Speaker 3: little docu series about the Idaho murders on Netflix. You know,
- 45:56Speaker 3: people are like, Oh, it's so good, you gotta check
- 45:58Speaker 3: it out.
- 45:59Speaker 5: But crime does murder. It's like catfishing. It's scam.
- 46:02Speaker 3: But let's go back to that. Let's go back like
- 46:06Speaker 3: all the stuff Idaho thing. It's so good, like our
- 46:09Speaker 3: listeners text again, Yeah, it's so good. These people got murdered.
- 46:13Speaker 7: Man. It's the point.
- 46:15Speaker 4: It's the point that I've made before. I think we've
- 46:17Speaker 4: gotten so much into women have gotten so much into
- 46:21Speaker 4: these uh these these real true crime you know podcasts
- 46:26Speaker 4: and TV shows. It's kind of blurring the line between entertainment,
- 46:31Speaker 4: entertainment and reality. It's like, no, so this thing you're watching,
- 46:35Speaker 4: this big documentary there's a bunch of college kids who
- 46:37Speaker 4: died brutally.
- 46:39Speaker 5: But I think we're.
- 46:43Speaker 4: Not I'm talking about the way people talk about these
- 46:47Speaker 4: shows and it was I forget what the what the
- 46:50Speaker 4: what was the one that we were really set it off?
- 46:53Speaker 4: There was oh anyway, oh you know what I think
- 46:57Speaker 4: that I think that is right. Well that there was that,
- 47:00Speaker 4: and then there was some of these others, like True
- 47:02Speaker 4: Crime was a big but there was a there was
- 47:07Speaker 4: one somewhat recently, and the way people were talking about it,
- 47:10Speaker 4: it was like they were talking about breaking bad and
- 47:13Speaker 4: with that same energy. I agree and very smile across. Yeah,
- 47:20Speaker 4: events like no Man, people really die.
- 47:22Speaker 5: Yeah, that's gross.
- 47:23Speaker 3: The filling like huge theaters with thousands of people like
- 47:26Speaker 3: in Vegas to like recap these things.
- 47:29Speaker 14: Well.
- 47:29Speaker 5: Also, it's interesting because you'd think like crime has always
- 47:32Speaker 5: been like a super male genre and now women are
- 47:34Speaker 5: super interested because.
- 47:35Speaker 4: It's all the drama. They've turned it into a drama
- 47:37Speaker 4: soap opera, right.
- 47:38Speaker 5: But I think, like me, a lot of what women
- 47:40Speaker 5: like in the crime world is like this person wasn't
- 47:43Speaker 5: who they say they were. And I know there's morons
- 47:46Speaker 5: I love, would people get.
- 47:47Speaker 4: Murdered like Sammy to believe that all guys are.
- 47:53Speaker 5: The betrayal shows and all the scams, that's the stuff
- 47:56Speaker 5: that I like.
- 47:56Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, I saw that. I thought of you getting it.
- 48:00Speaker 4: They were pimping it during the Squatter.
- 48:02Speaker 5: Show exactly where I saw it.
- 48:04Speaker 4: But man, these squatter people, they're such trash, such track,
- 48:07Speaker 4: it doesn't get lower. Yeah, you know, dude, you know
- 48:10Speaker 4: who I'm wondering about more than ever are people who
- 48:15Speaker 4: run funeral homes?
- 48:17Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying, Joy, More and more stories
- 48:20Speaker 3: are coming every day.
- 48:21Speaker 4: Are our funeral home owner operators? Are they kind of
- 48:25Speaker 4: in the same realm like Carney's?
- 48:27Speaker 3: Are they super shady?
- 48:28Speaker 4: Yeah, super shady Carneye type people and behavior? Yeah?
- 48:33Speaker 3: Oh well, also I think they're kind of phony too,
- 48:36Speaker 3: man like, very nice your face, but behind the scenes
- 48:40Speaker 3: a job.
- 48:41Speaker 4: I think it'd be. I think it could be somewhat
- 48:43Speaker 4: weird to be in that, Like, I don't know, it
- 48:45Speaker 4: would be the weird test. Yeah, I think to deal
- 48:49Speaker 4: in that world, there's got to be something kind of
- 48:52Speaker 4: weird about you. You're not not a bad person, per se,
- 48:56Speaker 4: just like there's there's something a little a little off
- 48:58Speaker 4: maybe yeah. Yeah, So okay, So neighbors were complaining about
- 49:03Speaker 4: a smell from the funeral home, and investigators found fifty
- 49:07Speaker 4: six bodies decomposing inside this is a South Chicago chapel,
- 49:14Speaker 4: so official state bodies were being kept unrefrigerated in deplorable conditions.
- 49:19Speaker 4: Investigator say some of the bodies were in various stages
- 49:21Speaker 4: of decomposition, rodent and maggots dining on them. The funeral
- 49:26Speaker 4: director this Joanna Morgan, had her license suspendages one day
- 49:30Speaker 4: before the discovery over concerns about public safety. Blah blah blah.
- 49:33Speaker 4: Her husband had his funeral director license revoked back in
- 49:36Speaker 4: twenty twenty four. The couple previously ran a crematory that
- 49:40Speaker 4: was shut down after authorities found improperly stored bodies and
- 49:44Speaker 4: hundreds of cremated remains that had never been returned to families.
- 49:47Speaker 4: We hear stories like that we were something like where
- 49:50Speaker 4: people were waiting on Oh it was a is it
- 49:53Speaker 4: a dude or a chick? Yeah? Yeah, and that I
- 49:56Speaker 4: forget what whether something green right.
- 49:58Speaker 5: Like Quincy that that general.
- 50:03Speaker 4: Yeah whatever.
- 50:04Speaker 3: My question is, why is this happening? Why are you
- 50:07Speaker 3: keeping bodies around?
- 50:08Speaker 4: Like, what's what takes so long?
- 50:10Speaker 5: Why you don't care?
- 50:13Speaker 3: Well, are you just like so like in the business
- 50:17Speaker 3: where you yeah, you're out of point, you don't even
- 50:19Speaker 3: care anymore? Where it becomes just like clutter to you,
- 50:21Speaker 3: even though it's a body and that you're just so lazy. Yeah,
- 50:25Speaker 3: I'll get to it later.
- 50:27Speaker 5: I'm a horror but not like you.
- 50:28Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah, that's just so weird. Wouldn't you want to
- 50:31Speaker 3: get rid of this stuff?
- 50:32Speaker 4: Right?
- 50:32Speaker 2: Put it on the conveyor belt, put it in the oven? Yeah?
- 50:36Speaker 2: How could that take more than five.
- 50:38Speaker 5: Unless you're selling parts, right, organs and stuff.
- 50:41Speaker 4: Well, then you should have a refrigerator because then there
- 50:43Speaker 4: was another one, remember there, Like they had buckets of
- 50:46Speaker 4: you know, organ yes, right, and and things like.
- 50:48Speaker 5: That from one of the university hospitals.
- 50:50Speaker 4: Right, No, this was that. This is that that weirdo
- 50:54Speaker 4: one the dude in women's clothing?
- 50:57Speaker 5: Oh oh yeah, yeah, remember yeah, from the other.
- 51:00Speaker 2: I'm trying to find the name almost.
- 51:02Speaker 5: Yeah, something Green. You're right about that.
- 51:03Speaker 4: Yeah, the name was something something green.
- 51:06Speaker 5: Miss Green.
- 51:07Speaker 4: I think it's kind of laziness. It has to be,
- 51:10Speaker 4: but it's just weird. There's a lot of these funeral
- 51:12Speaker 4: home stories that it's making me wonder. Are these the
- 51:14Speaker 4: new Carneyes? Was it unique unique Green?
- 51:18Speaker 14: Yeah?
- 51:19Speaker 4: It is boom good Greg members.
- 51:24Speaker 2: For arrested for forgery.
- 51:27Speaker 3: Oh yeah, that was the thing where they were like
- 51:29Speaker 3: taking yeah, people's houses and stuff.
- 51:33Speaker 2: Right, yeah, he was forging wheels to steal real estate basically.
- 51:38Speaker 4: So I was searching through our audio archive because we
- 51:40Speaker 4: had the you know, the clip of it's like, oh,
- 51:43Speaker 4: well your mom blah blah blah, remember the Yeah, come
- 51:45Speaker 4: back to the reporter, and so I just typed in
- 51:48Speaker 4: unique to see if I can find unique Green in
- 51:50Speaker 4: the audio archive. The only thing that came up was
- 51:54Speaker 4: this clip other unique turd creations woman Woman makes art
- 52:03Speaker 4: from moose turds. We have we have this one archive.
- 52:08Speaker 16: Cool.
- 52:08Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah.
- 52:09Speaker 6: I was like, now wever here we make fecal people
- 52:11Speaker 6: and depending upon the shape of the middle turds right there,
- 52:14Speaker 6: we can do them with big boobs or guts or butts,
- 52:16Speaker 6: a long legs and short legs because there's no two
- 52:18Speaker 6: turds at whatever light.
- 52:19Speaker 9: Have you ever seen the turd the two turds alike?
- 52:22Speaker 7: No?
- 52:22Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, right, fingerprints?
- 52:27Speaker 4: Yeah, there you go. Uh, we're gonna take a quick break.
- 52:29Speaker 4: We'll come back. What's the trashiest thing you've seen? We
- 52:31Speaker 4: were asking that question. We have some people that send
- 52:33Speaker 4: some stuff over. I will take your calls, like, what's
- 52:36Speaker 4: the most redneck, trashiest thing you've seen. I told the
- 52:39Speaker 4: story about my wife at the walmart. She saw the
- 52:42Speaker 4: woman pushing like a three or four year old child.
- 52:44Speaker 4: Kid was sitting in the seat of the cart, you know,
- 52:46Speaker 4: the one with the handle where you put the cart,
- 52:48Speaker 4: and the kid was leaning over and breastfeeding as the
- 52:51Speaker 4: mom's pushing the cart through the walmart.
- 52:53Speaker 5: That's gonna be a tough one to beat.
- 52:55Speaker 4: I mean, that don't have to beat.
- 52:56Speaker 5: If it's not a competition that it's pretty gross.
- 52:58Speaker 4: That's if you ask by why that's the trashiest thing.
- 53:02Speaker 4: That's that she's seen. What's the trashiest thing you've seen?
- 53:06Speaker 4: Call in eight seven seven forty four Wooding share it
- 53:09Speaker 4: with us. You can also send it on the text
- 53:11Speaker 4: over to two to two nine eighty seven The Woody Show.
- 53:15Speaker 4: All right, so what's the trashiest, the most redneck thing
- 53:21Speaker 4: you've seen? Eight seven seven forty four WOODI is the
- 53:25Speaker 4: phone number. Text us over to two two nine eighty seven.
- 53:28Speaker 4: I think me personally, I told my wife's story about
- 53:31Speaker 4: the walmart the breastfeeding, But personally I'm in Pittsburgh. I'm
- 53:37Speaker 4: at Kenny Wood Park and there's a woman sitting there
- 53:43Speaker 4: on a bench. Well, no, she's she's sitting in between
- 53:45Speaker 4: two benches on a rock wall. She is a good
- 53:49Speaker 4: eight months pregnant with a belly shirt on smoking a cigarette. Right, hot,
- 53:56Speaker 4: I took a picture. You have proof I did because
- 53:59Speaker 4: I yeah, I'm like, wow, super super class. She's just fat. No, no,
- 54:05Speaker 4: she's she's met skinny, but she is a good eight
- 54:08Speaker 4: i'd say eight and a half months pregnant and she's
- 54:12Speaker 4: just smoking away. I have a feeling that's not the
- 54:14Speaker 4: only thing she's smoking.
- 54:17Speaker 6: With some chick mega saying pregnant. But she did have
- 54:21Speaker 6: a head of tattoo on her belly. So sweet, just
- 54:25Speaker 6: absolutely sucking down on a j No. Hell yeah, yeah,
- 54:28Speaker 6: trashest thing you've seen. Let's say hi to h Kelly.
- 54:31Speaker 6: What's up, Kelly?
- 54:35Speaker 16: Key?
- 54:35Speaker 4: Is Kelly there?
- 54:38Speaker 5: Did she put us on hold?
- 54:42Speaker 4: That's a first calls us. We appreciate your cone and
- 54:49Speaker 4: they put us on hold. That's kind of Kelly. Hello,
- 54:57Speaker 4: that's all right. We held were on hold? Yeah, we
- 54:59Speaker 4: were on hold.
- 55:00Speaker 17: Yes, I'm so, I've had a dog emergency. I'm so sorry.
- 55:03Speaker 4: Oh that's okay. Is everything all right?
- 55:06Speaker 17: Everything is okay?
- 55:07Speaker 18: Yes, thank you?
- 55:07Speaker 14: So much.
- 55:08Speaker 17: We have a cat that's been heat around here.
- 55:10Speaker 18: It's so stupid.
- 55:10Speaker 4: Whatever, all right, So, Kelly, what's the what's the trashiest
- 55:14Speaker 4: thing you've ever seen?
- 55:16Speaker 17: So the trashiest thing I've seen lately. My neighbor pulls
- 55:20Speaker 17: up last week and is beat down nineteen seventies RV.
- 55:24Speaker 17: I'm talking rusty and crusty.
- 55:26Speaker 4: Right, Oh, it's like a Christmas vacation.
- 55:28Speaker 17: Yeah, Oh, dude, totally. He jumps the curb while he's
- 55:32Speaker 17: backing it up into his front yard, blows out both
- 55:36Speaker 17: tires in the back of this thing. He takes out
- 55:39Speaker 17: his own pomeria in his own yard, and he parks
- 55:42Speaker 17: this beast in his in his yard like it's a
- 55:45Speaker 17: parking lot and leaves it there like it's just, you know,
- 55:49Speaker 17: a permanent fixture. He does this kind of nonsense all
- 55:53Speaker 17: the time, and it's going to be there until the
- 55:56Speaker 17: city busts him out and makes him move it.
- 55:59Speaker 5: Okay, for the first time in my life, I'm like,
- 56:01Speaker 5: you know what, maybe I get why there's an h
- 56:03Speaker 5: O A yeah on your loan.
- 56:06Speaker 2: Greg.
- 56:07Speaker 4: Greg's got a problem with the people with the trash
- 56:09Speaker 4: cans seven.
- 56:10Speaker 2: They've been there for well over it.
- 56:12Speaker 4: Greg doesn't even like it. When you park your own
- 56:14Speaker 4: car in your own driveway.
- 56:17Speaker 2: It's weird because you know the houses have these things
- 56:19Speaker 2: called what are they.
- 56:21Speaker 4: Oh, garage. Yeah, but as long as it's in the
- 56:24Speaker 4: drive I don't like street parking. I like in residential
- 56:26Speaker 4: neighborhood unless it's a guest. I'm saying, but when you
- 56:29Speaker 4: live in the house and you're still parking on the street, Greg,
- 56:31Speaker 4: what would you do? That's my favorite look.
- 56:32Speaker 2: You know, my former neighbor had an RV that had
- 56:37Speaker 2: weeds growing through the tires that had been there for
- 56:39Speaker 2: so long. And oh god, it's just a night depression,
- 56:43Speaker 2: so depressive.
- 56:44Speaker 4: They never use it.
- 56:47Speaker 17: Captain W t up in here.
- 56:48Speaker 5: I'm serious crazy as well.
- 56:51Speaker 4: Kelly. Well, it's like Kelly, go Kelly, thank you for
- 56:53Speaker 4: the call. Appreciate you.
- 56:54Speaker 2: Luck with the cat.
- 56:55Speaker 18: Thanks guys.
- 56:56Speaker 4: Today, when I.
- 56:57Speaker 3: Would drive to work before I move, there was somebody
- 57:00Speaker 3: that had a huge boat just parked out on the
- 57:04Speaker 3: street in front of the her.
- 57:05Speaker 6: Yeah, trailers you can often get towed.
- 57:09Speaker 4: Actually a massive boat. Here's somebody who left because we
- 57:12Speaker 4: actually leave on the after hours voicemail. If you had
- 57:15Speaker 4: something like what's the tragedies thing you've ever seen? Here's one.
- 57:17Speaker 14: Hey, what do you show? I was just listening to
- 57:19Speaker 14: the podcast and I heard you all asking for the
- 57:22Speaker 14: most rednecked thing we've ever seen. Mine is rather personal.
- 57:27Speaker 14: I returned home from work one day to find my
- 57:29Speaker 14: now husband in our backyard with a homemade flamethrower trying
- 57:35Speaker 14: to melt the paint off of a file cabinet. The
- 57:37Speaker 14: flame flower was essentially a propane bottle with a hose
- 57:42Speaker 14: and a metal apparatus on it to direct the flanks.
- 57:45Speaker 14: When I asked him what it was he wanted to
- 57:47Speaker 14: do with this file cabinet or what his purpose was,
- 57:50Speaker 14: he said he wanted to make a smoker out of
- 57:54Speaker 14: the fall the paint off of it. A smoker as
- 57:58Speaker 14: in meat.
- 58:00Speaker 2: We know what that is.
- 58:01Speaker 14: That you're going to eat inside the file cabinet and
- 58:04Speaker 14: cook it and then serve it to your family. Do
- 58:07Speaker 14: you love wood show? I love listening to you every day.
- 58:11Speaker 14: Please keep doing what you do.
- 58:15Speaker 4: That's not a homemade Yeah, holding the same idea propane
- 58:20Speaker 4: with all the sure distributor on the end.
- 58:21Speaker 3: I've seen the file cabinet thing in the hood too.
- 58:24Speaker 4: Yeah, that barrel is the hood move right and you
- 58:28Speaker 4: a homemade somebody five AO, says, My brother in law's
- 58:31Speaker 4: a redneck. He traded labor for an enclosed motorcycle trailer.
- 58:34Speaker 4: He pulled the motorcycle stuff out of a window for
- 58:37Speaker 4: a window ac unit boom camping trailer. Then he made
- 58:41Speaker 4: a canoe out of plywood and fashion a propeller from
- 58:44Speaker 4: his weed eater boom fishing boat.
- 58:47Speaker 5: I took them with these guys, took.
- 58:49Speaker 4: The family camp into a state park. He got three
- 58:51Speaker 4: tickets for the non registered boat with no life preservers
- 58:55Speaker 4: and got kicked from the camp.
- 58:57Speaker 5: I like, this guy's can do spirit on me?
- 59:00Speaker 4: Yeah, he just he just makes it. Let's see this
- 59:03Speaker 4: one was at a water park, said a woman in
- 59:05Speaker 4: her four maybe five year old came out of the
- 59:08Speaker 4: kiddy area and to her table and chairs right in
- 59:10Speaker 4: front of me, like I could reach forward and touch them.
- 59:13Speaker 4: They were so close. Whipped out a makeshift toilet. The
- 59:16Speaker 4: little girl stripped completely naked and then crapped in this box.
- 59:20Speaker 4: She then put the swimsuit back on through the box
- 59:23Speaker 4: in the trash, then proceeded to pull out a literal
- 59:26Speaker 4: butcher's knife to make sandwiches. And how about God passed security.
- 59:30Speaker 4: I don't know, but how can you say trashy?
- 59:32Speaker 5: Good God, Sea Best. That just smacks of juggler behavior.
- 59:36Speaker 4: It really daughter's behavior. Well, my daughter was like three,
- 59:40Speaker 4: maybe two or three, wrapping on the sidewalk.
- 59:42Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, she didn't make sandwiches after.
- 59:46Speaker 4: Yeah, eight seven seven four, Woodie, let's go to uh Christie,
- 59:51Speaker 4: Hey Christy, good morning. How were you all right? So
- 59:55Speaker 4: what's the trashiest thing you've seen?
- 59:58Speaker 18: So a few years ago, my sister and I were
- 1:00:00Speaker 18: at a major amusement park in Orange County, Ye, And
- 1:00:05Speaker 18: we were on our way to the restrooms and to
- 1:00:07Speaker 18: the side of us there was a brick wall, not
- 1:00:10Speaker 18: one of the big six foot brick walls, but kind.
- 1:00:12Speaker 14: Of the little ones.
- 1:00:14Speaker 18: And there was a lady sitting on the brick wall
- 1:00:17Speaker 18: with her shirt up and her kid was standing breastfeeding.
- 1:00:21Speaker 4: So, yeah, you can reach it the walmart.
- 1:00:25Speaker 5: You should be able to reach it on.
- 1:00:26Speaker 18: Your The kid was five or six years old. I
- 1:00:32Speaker 18: was a palled and my sisters starts yelling, you are
- 1:00:36Speaker 18: a pig. You're in a family park, You're a pig,
- 1:00:39Speaker 18: And I'm like, oh my god. But yeah, she had
- 1:00:41Speaker 18: birkenstocks on and a yeah, yeah, you know, a T
- 1:00:45Speaker 18: shirt all ted. It was disgusting, but yeah, yeah.
- 1:00:48Speaker 4: See like when the when the kid's old enough to
- 1:00:49Speaker 4: come up and request it using words yeah to school,
- 1:00:56Speaker 4: that's yeah, that's that they have a Job's the float today?
- 1:01:00Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, I want mommy's mail, Christy, thank you for
- 1:01:03Speaker 4: the call. Here's another one of the after hours voicemails.
- 1:01:05Speaker 4: Trashiest thing you've seen?
- 1:01:06Speaker 15: What's up, footy show, I've got a trashiest thing that
- 1:01:09Speaker 15: somebody did for you. So my neighbor goes around to
- 1:01:12Speaker 15: other people's trash every week. He collects items and brings
- 1:01:15Speaker 15: them home to sell, and he has yard sales, garage sales, whatever.
- 1:01:19Speaker 15: For some reason he thinks old wheelchairs and bedside and
- 1:01:22Speaker 15: shower toilets are a hot item.
- 1:01:25Speaker 14: Of course, no one ever buys them.
- 1:01:26Speaker 15: So he has a backyard full of old used wheelchairs
- 1:01:29Speaker 15: and portable commotes.
- 1:01:31Speaker 14: I swear to.
- 1:01:31Speaker 17: God, I can't make this ish. U, dude is a
- 1:01:35Speaker 17: d bag later.
- 1:01:39Speaker 4: Wheelchair graveyards your backyard.
- 1:01:42Speaker 3: Power toilets are the best shower seats.
- 1:01:46Speaker 4: Shower seats you can use?
- 1:01:48Speaker 2: Yeah there the best when you do it by choice,
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: but when you have to because you're old. It's so depressed.
- 1:01:57Speaker 4: It's what I got from my place.
- 1:01:59Speaker 2: That's awesome.
- 1:02:00Speaker 4: There was a there was a house on the way
- 1:02:02Speaker 4: to my grandma's place, and I told you the guy
- 1:02:04Speaker 4: he had a thing with with bowling balls.
- 1:02:07Speaker 2: Yeah and hundreds right, Yeah, a ton.
- 1:02:09Speaker 4: Of bowling balls and would line both sides of his
- 1:02:12Speaker 4: driveway and then the walkway from the driveway up to
- 1:02:15Speaker 4: the house. I might have on TV. Yeah, I think
- 1:02:18Speaker 4: it made. I think it made the pages of remember
- 1:02:20Speaker 4: those Weird Whatever book. This was like Weird New Jersey.
- 1:02:24Speaker 4: They have like Weird Whatever California Weird.
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: TV as well, like America's Ugliest.
- 1:02:30Speaker 4: House, Central Jersey. Like just drive by this because there
- 1:02:35Speaker 4: was another guy not that far from this dude who
- 1:02:37Speaker 4: had just a ton of hobby horses all over the
- 1:02:41Speaker 4: front yard. Hundreds, got hundreds.
- 1:02:44Speaker 5: He's got to be on a watch list.
- 1:02:45Speaker 4: So weird.
- 1:02:46Speaker 5: We actually take issue with one. There's somebody that texted
- 1:02:49Speaker 5: in that I actually they say's trashy. I think it's hot,
- 1:02:52Speaker 5: So I'm wondering if you guys agree. I think this
- 1:02:54Speaker 5: guy sounds badass. They said we had a guy ride
- 1:02:57Speaker 5: his horse to a doctor's appointment because his car broke down.
- 1:03:00Speaker 5: He was on major roads and on the side of
- 1:03:01Speaker 5: an interstate, so effing trashy. I don't know, I think
- 1:03:05Speaker 5: it's kind of hot. Yeah, Like he wrote his car
- 1:03:08Speaker 5: rope down, so he like grabbed his horse and rode
- 1:03:10Speaker 5: it to the appointment, getting a little.
- 1:03:15Speaker 3: Trashy.
- 1:03:16Speaker 5: I think it's cool.
- 1:03:17Speaker 4: Six six one says, going to my mom's cousin's house.
- 1:03:21Speaker 4: We were from Arkansas. The neighbor had a deck built
- 1:03:24Speaker 4: around an inflatable pool. That's crash.
- 1:03:30Speaker 5: Perspective, so it looks undergrad.
- 1:03:33Speaker 4: That is funny, all right, So what's the trashiest thing
- 1:03:41Speaker 4: you've seen? Wrapped this whole conversation? Up orders are pretty trashy.
- 1:03:50Speaker 2: Quorder cars, trash on top of the car on the waters.
- 1:03:57Speaker 4: We'll talk to a flash Shelton. The squat are hunting up.
- 1:04:01Speaker 2: You know what I'm seeing a lot of lately, and
- 1:04:02Speaker 2: just in general, people that pick up their dog poop
- 1:04:06Speaker 2: in one of the dog poop bags and then just
- 1:04:08Speaker 2: set the bag on the ground. Would rather have the
- 1:04:12Speaker 2: poop on the ground than the bag of poop on
- 1:04:15Speaker 2: the ground.
- 1:04:15Speaker 5: What do you mean on the sidewalk to pick the.
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: Dog's poop up? Bag it up? Tie up the bag
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: and then put the bag.
- 1:04:21Speaker 4: If they don't want to carry it, okay, But are
- 1:04:23Speaker 4: they looping back around like uh no, no, no, you
- 1:04:27Speaker 4: just see bags of poop seeing Okay, that's more and
- 1:04:31Speaker 4: more and more. Yeah. Like, if you don't want to
- 1:04:33Speaker 4: carry it around, but you're looping back to head back
- 1:04:35Speaker 4: to your house, you're coming back down the same way
- 1:04:36Speaker 4: you grab it on the way back. Yeah. Maybe I'm
- 1:04:38Speaker 4: okay with that. Yeah. I'm also okay with as long
- 1:04:42Speaker 4: as you pick the poop up if you want to
- 1:04:43Speaker 4: put it. I have a trash can sitting out there
- 1:04:45Speaker 4: that day. Anyone put in there, I don't care. People
- 1:04:47Speaker 4: get really mad about it. Yeah, I don't care. As
- 1:04:50Speaker 4: long as you you've picked up the poop. It goes
- 1:04:52Speaker 4: to the trash cans. Fine, it's all good.
- 1:04:54Speaker 2: But I'd rather have the poop than the bag of poop.
- 1:04:56Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, I'm with you.
- 1:04:58Speaker 3: So it's funny you brought up hoarders because my story
- 1:05:02Speaker 3: is there was this redneck kid in the neighborhood and
- 1:05:06Speaker 3: I went to go to his house once and dude,
- 1:05:08Speaker 3: everything's super overgrown. Wegined into the house. It's like a
- 1:05:12Speaker 3: horror's house, like crazy and then I asked to go
- 1:05:15Speaker 3: to the bathroom. I opened the bathroom, it's just a bucket,
- 1:05:18Speaker 3: there's no toilet. It was pretty bad. Yeah, no baby daddy,
- 1:05:24Speaker 3: ton of kids.
- 1:05:25Speaker 4: Yeah, there's story years ago neighborhood I lived in. There
- 1:05:28Speaker 4: was a house and you know it had been like
- 1:05:31Speaker 4: pre foreclosed on, where the notice went out a number
- 1:05:34Speaker 4: of times, and then eventually the people were just gone.
- 1:05:38Speaker 4: They just abandoned the house right. And then when they
- 1:05:41Speaker 4: went in there, I guess because the water and the
- 1:05:43Speaker 4: electricity all this stuff had been shut off for non payment,
- 1:05:46Speaker 4: and so they were crapping and peeing in home depot
- 1:05:49Speaker 4: buckets in their basement for god knows how long. So
- 1:05:52Speaker 4: it was just a whole basement full of of buckets,
- 1:05:56Speaker 4: full of like Kaka and Pepe, just burning that place. Man,
- 1:06:00Speaker 4: dude discussing Christina. Let's say Christina, Hey, Yeah, what's the
- 1:06:04Speaker 4: what's the trash?
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: Hi?
- 1:06:08Speaker 19: Well, my husband and I were visiting a new little
- 1:06:11Speaker 19: fishing tackle store that popped up in town and we
- 1:06:13Speaker 19: walked in. Owner was great. We were having a full
- 1:06:16Speaker 19: on conversation with him. A couple of minutes later, a
- 1:06:19Speaker 19: lady walked in stood right in between us, and said
- 1:06:22Speaker 19: I really need to buy some cigarettes. Offered the owner
- 1:06:25Speaker 19: of the store a mouth party for twenty dollars, then
- 1:06:30Speaker 19: proceeded to go down and increment of about three dollars,
- 1:06:34Speaker 19: so she made it to three dollars.
- 1:06:36Speaker 17: Then as he had yell.
- 1:06:38Speaker 19: At her to get out of the store, she decided
- 1:06:40Speaker 19: to leave. That was that was her limit, three dollars.
- 1:06:42Speaker 5: That's so Friday the movie, I know, right.
- 1:06:45Speaker 19: Yeah, horrifying.
- 1:06:47Speaker 4: B Wait, so shock did you say a bait and
- 1:06:50Speaker 4: taco store.
- 1:06:52Speaker 19: Tackle fish, fish and tackle store?
- 1:06:55Speaker 4: Oh yeah, I'll say yeah fishore a bait and tackle store.
- 1:06:59Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, yeah. In my mind I was trying to
- 1:07:06Speaker 4: make sense of it and then it came out wrong
- 1:07:08Speaker 4: on my end too.
- 1:07:09Speaker 5: That's pretty bad.
- 1:07:10Speaker 4: A Christina, thank you for the call. I appreciate listening
- 1:07:12Speaker 4: to the Woody show. It's called barter. Let's let's make
- 1:07:18Speaker 4: a deal.
- 1:07:20Speaker 2: Yeah you take the deal or not? Yeah.
- 1:07:22Speaker 4: People are also saying, like, you know, just what they
- 1:07:25Speaker 4: think is trashy, like fake eyelashes and lip fillers and
- 1:07:27Speaker 4: things like that's not not really what we're what we're
- 1:07:30Speaker 4: going for on on this thing. And see trashy thing
- 1:07:34Speaker 4: I've seen and he drove up to one of those
- 1:07:37Speaker 4: big jug water dispensers outside of a drug store, filled
- 1:07:41Speaker 4: up the water jug and then proceeded to dump it
- 1:07:43Speaker 4: all over her car to wash her car. No soap
- 1:07:45Speaker 4: was Oh well, yeah, this one said, I saw a
- 1:07:49Speaker 4: homeless guy taking a dump while smoking a meth pipe.
- 1:07:53Speaker 5: I mean, that's just enough.
- 1:07:55Speaker 4: Let's see most redneck thing. Guy tried to put a
- 1:07:58Speaker 4: wooden wheel on his car to get it to the
- 1:08:01Speaker 4: tire shop because the donut was already on another tire
- 1:08:05Speaker 4: that didn't make it. He also made his own spoiler
- 1:08:08Speaker 4: out of wood. It's not a little Honda. Somebody nine
- 1:08:13Speaker 4: texting over most redneck thing I have seen. I went
- 1:08:16Speaker 4: to Hooters for a late lunch on a Saturday. In
- 1:08:19Speaker 4: the back corner there were people two people getting married.
- 1:08:23Speaker 4: Best part was the mother of the bride was making
- 1:08:25Speaker 4: her own kool aid and serving it as a drink
- 1:08:29Speaker 4: to the guests.
- 1:08:33Speaker 2: Oh my god, I think should be nice.
- 1:08:37Speaker 4: Outside wicker furniture inside the house?
- 1:08:40Speaker 5: That's the question.
- 1:08:41Speaker 4: Yeah, Oh it's way treasure.
- 1:08:43Speaker 5: What's worst outdoor furniture in the house or indoor furniture
- 1:08:46Speaker 5: out of that?
- 1:08:47Speaker 2: On the law way trash here to have a couch on.
- 1:08:51Speaker 4: Your pat anybody else in the room before we wrap
- 1:08:54Speaker 4: this up.
- 1:08:54Speaker 3: Trasher, this thing you've seen, I not seen, but I
- 1:08:57Speaker 3: heard and seabast is maybe taking a dump. But he
- 1:09:00Speaker 3: shared that story. What he said that he had that
- 1:09:02Speaker 3: church van with him and all his uh siblings and
- 1:09:06Speaker 3: then they put like loose manure in there while they
- 1:09:08Speaker 3: were transferring maniula.
- 1:09:09Speaker 2: Yeah, something that you would normally use a pickup truck.
- 1:09:12Speaker 4: Yet his parents had a van they would use it
- 1:09:16Speaker 4: to transfer like yeah, it was. It was an all utility.
- 1:09:21Speaker 5: Kid kid transfer again.
- 1:09:24Speaker 6: Yeah, I guess going to the essentially the dump to
- 1:09:27Speaker 6: where they keep the recycled trees to get free mulch,
- 1:09:30Speaker 6: and then loading it in the double pop upen side
- 1:09:32Speaker 6: doors of a fifteen pasture van. And by the way,
- 1:09:36Speaker 6: I don't recall there being like tarps and stuff put
- 1:09:39Speaker 6: down most of the time either, So that's all on
- 1:09:40Speaker 6: the carpet.
- 1:09:41Speaker 3: Yeah, Atlanta, so.
- 1:09:44Speaker 4: I said, my excited family Indiana had an old toilet
- 1:09:46Speaker 4: inside the house next to the back door of the kitchen,
- 1:09:49Speaker 4: no seat, but full of cigarette butts.
- 1:09:52Speaker 5: I went to a guy's house.
- 1:09:54Speaker 13: He was in his probably late twenties, so not necessarily
- 1:09:57Speaker 13: college who was collecting all of his dip can and
- 1:10:00Speaker 13: they were in the corner of his living room like
- 1:10:02Speaker 13: a giant pilots tall like me, and he was like,
- 1:10:05Speaker 13: I'm just seeing how many I can collect.
- 1:10:08Speaker 4: A cool guy.
- 1:10:09Speaker 14: Yeah, that.
- 1:10:12Speaker 5: Is the ultimate.
- 1:10:13Speaker 4: Well, thank you everybody, appreciate all of your feedback. Here,
- 1:10:17Speaker 4: we've got one more after hours voicemail than we used
- 1:10:20Speaker 4: before we go to break uh, here we go.
- 1:10:24Speaker 16: This is Jersey, the disgusting thing you just mentioned on radio. Okay,
- 1:10:28Speaker 16: I'm across the street from Stater Brothers and I met
- 1:10:32Speaker 16: Target in the parking lot and there's some dudes what
- 1:10:36Speaker 16: it looks like popping Is this on some lady's ass?
- 1:10:39Speaker 16: And she's been over on the hood of his car.
- 1:10:43Speaker 16: I would I had to go up to him and
- 1:10:46Speaker 16: what are you doing? And he's like, Hey, get the
- 1:10:48Speaker 16: hell out of here.
- 1:10:49Speaker 4: That's a that's a weird laugh laugh. I never know
- 1:10:54Speaker 4: what you get on the after hours voice man, Thank
- 1:10:56Speaker 4: you again for your call eight seven seven forty four.
- 1:10:59Speaker 4: What he text over to two you to nine eight
- 1:11:00Speaker 4: seven Holy crap. We screw around just for our fun
- 1:11:06Speaker 4: and I saw it.
- 1:11:08Speaker 5: And I knew you were banging.
- 1:11:10Speaker 4: Banon the woody show. We'll be right back.
- 1:11:16Speaker 5: Stick your tongue.
- 1:11:21Speaker 4: The Woody Show. I know we've done a lot of
- 1:11:24Speaker 4: talking about it and just about the subject in general.
- 1:11:27Speaker 4: When we're talking about the squatters, these people are just
- 1:11:29Speaker 4: like they decide that they're just going to live in
- 1:11:31Speaker 4: your home now or somebody else's property that doesn't belong
- 1:11:34Speaker 4: to them. They have no you know, lease they have
- 1:11:38Speaker 4: you know, they're not knowing. They just decided that, oh well,
- 1:11:40Speaker 4: you know, someone left this house, maybe it was for sale,
- 1:11:43Speaker 4: and they somehow got in and they just took up residence.
- 1:11:45Speaker 4: And there's very little that people can do. It's been
- 1:11:48Speaker 4: a super frustrating situation in pretty much every state. I know.
- 1:11:52Speaker 4: We have people that we know. We had our friend
- 1:11:54Speaker 4: on that we were talking about his situation with his
- 1:11:58Speaker 4: you know, this family's home that just got taken over.
- 1:12:02Speaker 4: And there's there's a whole show Squatters, which is on
- 1:12:05Speaker 4: an E Tuesdays and on demand. You can watch it there.
- 1:12:09Speaker 4: So I was checking out. We've heard a lot about you,
- 1:12:11Speaker 4: my friend. Please welcome into the studio. In studio, guest
- 1:12:14Speaker 4: Flash Shelton is here. He is the squatter Hunter's a zero. Yes,
- 1:12:20Speaker 4: yeah now, and I'm so happy to be here. Thanks
- 1:12:22Speaker 4: for having of course you have somebody questions.
- 1:12:25Speaker 7: I can talk, you know, I'm a talker and I
- 1:12:27Speaker 7: just love to to just spread the word, spread awareness
- 1:12:30Speaker 7: and let everyone know like how can they can prevent
- 1:12:33Speaker 7: all this crap and what we can do about it.
- 1:12:35Speaker 4: I think the most frustrating and I want to get
- 1:12:37Speaker 4: kind of in your background, your story, how you ended up,
- 1:12:39Speaker 4: you know, being the person that you are now and
- 1:12:41Speaker 4: doing what you are with the show and everything else.
- 1:12:43Speaker 4: But I think the most frustrating thing to people is
- 1:12:46Speaker 4: it seems the lack of options on the side of
- 1:12:48Speaker 4: the people who actually own the property. Like people go, well,
- 1:12:51Speaker 4: if that happened to me, I would just have the
- 1:12:52Speaker 4: electricity shut off. Well, you can't do that. You'll be
- 1:12:55Speaker 4: the one who gets arrested, which is so ridiculous. Or
- 1:12:58Speaker 4: I'll have the water shut off for all, I'll do this.
- 1:13:00Speaker 4: I'll just do this, and like you're not legally allowed
- 1:13:02Speaker 4: to do that. The person who's squatting seems to have
- 1:13:04Speaker 4: more rights than people who own the home. And so
- 1:13:07Speaker 4: this is kind of your story where it started, right,
- 1:13:09Speaker 4: like somebody was squatting in is it a family member's.
- 1:13:12Speaker 7: House or was it your house. Yeah, you know, it
- 1:13:15Speaker 7: all started for me twenty nineteen. I'm just a son
- 1:13:18Speaker 7: basically dealing with the loss of my father. Moved my
- 1:13:22Speaker 7: mom in with me to sell her home, and I
- 1:13:26Speaker 7: find out that there's a U haul truck in her
- 1:13:29Speaker 7: driveway and someone had broken in the back door. So
- 1:13:33Speaker 7: you know, what do I do? I do what everyone does.
- 1:13:35Speaker 7: I call the sheriff, and the sheriff arrives and they're like, well,
- 1:13:38Speaker 7: you know you said the house was vacant. I'm like yeah,
- 1:13:40Speaker 7: and they're like, well, there's a house full of furniture,
- 1:13:43Speaker 7: so there's nothing we can do. It's a civil map.
- 1:13:46Speaker 7: How They're like, I see the back doors broken in.
- 1:13:49Speaker 7: But the problem was, and what I teach people now
- 1:13:51Speaker 7: is that I wouldn't even be doing this if I
- 1:13:54Speaker 7: had cameras because I couldn't prove that they broke in
- 1:13:58Speaker 7: and when. So at that point, they have furniture in there,
- 1:14:01Speaker 7: they're living in there. It's a civil matter.
- 1:14:03Speaker 4: Did they have some kind of phony lease or something,
- 1:14:05Speaker 4: some kind of paperwork of some kind. Don't you need
- 1:14:08Speaker 4: something like that you can agreement.
- 1:14:09Speaker 7: So the thing is that in cases where it is clear,
- 1:14:14Speaker 7: like reasonable doubt, for example, the Sheriff's department at that
- 1:14:17Speaker 7: moment wouldn't even question them because of basically it appeared
- 1:14:23Speaker 7: they were living there. Now, I'm not saying that's going
- 1:14:25Speaker 7: to happen every time, And in my situation, one of
- 1:14:29Speaker 7: the squatters happened to be a prison guard okay up
- 1:14:32Speaker 7: in northern California, So you know, there's a lot of
- 1:14:35Speaker 7: there's theories that that had something to do with it.
- 1:14:38Speaker 7: But you know, but I just I couldn't tell my mom.
- 1:14:43Speaker 7: You know, think about it. My mom. You know, they
- 1:14:45Speaker 7: had been together since high school.
- 1:14:46Speaker 5: She was just strawed.
- 1:14:47Speaker 7: She'd been through enough. The last thing I could tell
- 1:14:50Speaker 7: her is, hey, a group of people just took over
- 1:14:52Speaker 7: your home as well. So you know, I just I
- 1:14:55Speaker 7: wasn't thinking squad hunter. I wasn't thinking anything. I wasking
- 1:14:59Speaker 7: get my mom's house back before she knows, and I
- 1:15:02Speaker 7: just crash course is amazing. I'm now this worldwide expert
- 1:15:07Speaker 7: on squatters, but twenty nineteen, I was like everybody else.
- 1:15:11Speaker 7: I was in denial that it could never happen to me.
- 1:15:13Speaker 7: I didn't know anything about it. I took a crash
- 1:15:16Speaker 7: course on what are squatters about? I heard that they
- 1:15:19Speaker 7: have sometimes fake leases, and I thought, well, then I
- 1:15:22Speaker 7: need to go and battle them with a real lease.
- 1:15:25Speaker 7: So I tell my mom, I'm gonna go up. I'm
- 1:15:26Speaker 7: gonna do some repairs on the property. But you know,
- 1:15:29Speaker 7: maybe someone won't know who I am, so, you know, mom,
- 1:15:32Speaker 7: can you sign this lease? And you know, it turned
- 1:15:35Speaker 7: out that they didn't have a lease. They didn't present
- 1:15:38Speaker 7: a lease, so I never had to use that lease.
- 1:15:40Speaker 7: But I just kind of after learning about the laws,
- 1:15:43Speaker 7: I figured, you know what, if they could take a house,
- 1:15:45Speaker 7: I could take a house. So you know, I load up,
- 1:15:48Speaker 7: I drive. I think it was like a twelve hour drive.
- 1:15:52Speaker 7: And I'm up there at like four four thirty in
- 1:15:54Speaker 7: the morning, sitting in my jeep down the street watching
- 1:15:56Speaker 7: a driveway of three cars. And around eight a thirty
- 1:16:00Speaker 7: in the morning, I see people start coming out at
- 1:16:02Speaker 7: the back door of the house and getting into the
- 1:16:04Speaker 7: cars and pulling away. And as soon as all three
- 1:16:07Speaker 7: were gone, I went just kind of walked around the property,
- 1:16:10Speaker 7: looked in windows, didn't see any movement, and I entered
- 1:16:14Speaker 7: the house and I had pre like bought cameras. I
- 1:16:18Speaker 7: was intending on taking over this house and putting up
- 1:16:21Speaker 7: cameras and taking a stand and say it's my house,
- 1:16:24Speaker 7: and and it worked for me.
- 1:16:26Speaker 4: So like they left, you came in and like, what
- 1:16:29Speaker 4: was that confrontation? Yeah, so they come back.
- 1:16:32Speaker 7: They came back, and at first it was just two
- 1:16:35Speaker 7: women that came back, pulled in the driveway behind me.
- 1:16:39Speaker 7: I'm like literally up on a ladder putting up the
- 1:16:42Speaker 7: last camera. And I at the time, I had a
- 1:16:46Speaker 7: YouTube channel called Handyman Answers.
- 1:16:49Speaker 4: Okay, oh yeah, what were you doing at this point
- 1:16:52Speaker 4: where you were you were like a handyman and doing
- 1:16:53Speaker 4: some other stuff. You were a bouncer at some time.
- 1:16:56Speaker 7: You looked like a bouncer, and I was bouncers. I
- 1:16:58Speaker 7: used to travel and clean up, I say, I was.
- 1:17:02Speaker 7: I was the original road yeah for sure. So and
- 1:17:06Speaker 7: that's what I did. And then I started doing construction
- 1:17:10Speaker 7: and you know, and I ended up forming the United
- 1:17:13Speaker 7: Handyman Association. So I was doing background screenings on handyman
- 1:17:17Speaker 7: businesses and certifying them. So, you know, I was already
- 1:17:21Speaker 7: kind of fighting for them, fighting for their rights, you know,
- 1:17:25Speaker 7: looking up laws. So I kind of used what I
- 1:17:28Speaker 7: was already doing. You know, I knew houses, I knew
- 1:17:31Speaker 7: how to kick people out of structures, you know, and
- 1:17:35Speaker 7: I knew how to handle myself, so, you know, and
- 1:17:39Speaker 7: I was I've been I've been certified in de escalation
- 1:17:42Speaker 7: for over thirty years and if you watch my stuff,
- 1:17:45Speaker 7: you know that that is my number one priority, you know,
- 1:17:49Speaker 7: keep law enforcement out of it. Just keep it down,
- 1:17:52Speaker 7: keep the tempers down, you know, no violence, and get
- 1:17:56Speaker 7: them to want to leave on their own.
- 1:17:58Speaker 4: So when you are on the ladder and you're putting
- 1:18:01Speaker 4: this camera up and these two women arrived, did they
- 1:18:04Speaker 4: try to pull the whole what are you doing at
- 1:18:06Speaker 4: my house? Or what are you doing to my house?
- 1:18:07Speaker 7: Or did they know they you know, they had they knew,
- 1:18:12Speaker 7: they knew when when they pulled up, you know, I
- 1:18:14Speaker 7: ride away, it was.
- 1:18:14Speaker 4: Like, okay, what am I going to do?
- 1:18:16Speaker 7: I didn't have body cams back then, and I was like, okay,
- 1:18:18Speaker 7: I pull up my I pull out my iPhone, just
- 1:18:21Speaker 7: hit record and I turn around and I'm start recording
- 1:18:24Speaker 7: them and they ride away. She was like, are you flash?
- 1:18:29Speaker 7: Because I had reached out. So the story started. Originally
- 1:18:33Speaker 7: we were trying to sell the house and this woman
- 1:18:36Speaker 7: prison guard. Now I wasn't sure that was her that
- 1:18:39Speaker 7: was in the house, but this woman prison guard reaches
- 1:18:41Speaker 7: out to my realtor and wanting to do an exchange
- 1:18:45Speaker 7: of I'll do repairs on the house for free rent.
- 1:18:49Speaker 4: That's how it works, you know, you know, I mean.
- 1:18:53Speaker 7: Most people I would imagine, you know, you have to
- 1:18:56Speaker 7: sell a house if you want to buy another house.
- 1:18:58Speaker 7: And my mom was in a situation that she's I
- 1:19:01Speaker 7: didn't want her up in this remote location by herself anymore,
- 1:19:04Speaker 7: and so we couldn't rent the house. We needed to
- 1:19:08Speaker 7: sell the house. So I turned them down. And first
- 1:19:11Speaker 7: of all, I wasn't going to get in an agreement.
- 1:19:12Speaker 7: It's like, no, you're going to pay rent, like you know,
- 1:19:15Speaker 7: that's what the structure's going to be. But but I
- 1:19:17Speaker 7: turned them down, and then you know, when I was
- 1:19:21Speaker 7: told originally there was a U Haul truck in the driveway,
- 1:19:25Speaker 7: I contacted her first because it was really like soon after.
- 1:19:29Speaker 4: How did you know who it was?
- 1:19:30Speaker 14: Like?
- 1:19:30Speaker 4: How did you get ahold of this person?
- 1:19:32Speaker 7: Well, she had reached out about renting, oh so I
- 1:19:35Speaker 7: so then it was like maybe a week or two,
- 1:19:37Speaker 7: all of a sudden there's a U Haul in it.
- 1:19:39Speaker 7: I'm like, wait a minute, like, did you move into
- 1:19:41Speaker 7: my mom's house?
- 1:19:42Speaker 5: Was there a miscommunication about the deal.
- 1:19:44Speaker 7: And she yeah, I'm like, what in the world, Like,
- 1:19:46Speaker 7: you're like a prison guard, right, so she says, you know,
- 1:19:51Speaker 7: she's like, oh, yeah, you know what, the U haul
- 1:19:53Speaker 7: truck was arrived at that property by mistake. Sure, yeah, exactly,
- 1:20:00Speaker 7: and then and then it was accidentally unloaded. Like so
- 1:20:05Speaker 7: she's like, well, you know, she led me to believe
- 1:20:08Speaker 7: it was that they like put stuff in the garage
- 1:20:11Speaker 7: or something, and that they and that they were working
- 1:20:14Speaker 7: to get another moving company to come take it out.
- 1:20:17Speaker 7: And then when neighbors told me, no, there are cars
- 1:20:20Speaker 7: in the driveway. Now, lights are going on, you know,
- 1:20:24Speaker 7: back doors, you know, basically broken in, That's when I
- 1:20:29Speaker 7: figured it was them. I figured it was her. I
- 1:20:31Speaker 7: didn't know that there were seven people. There were actually
- 1:20:34Speaker 7: two women and five men in this house. And you know,
- 1:20:40Speaker 7: so yeah, so I just you know, when they approached me,
- 1:20:43Speaker 7: we we had a conversation. I told them, look, it's
- 1:20:46Speaker 7: my house. Now I've taken over. I've got cameras up,
- 1:20:49Speaker 7: you can go alarm system. I told him that I
- 1:20:52Speaker 7: had talked to the gentleman, like a college aged guy
- 1:20:54Speaker 7: across the street, and I had asked him he came
- 1:20:58Speaker 7: out and was talking to me, and I just said, hey,
- 1:21:00Speaker 7: do you need any furniture? And you know, and he's
- 1:21:03Speaker 7: a big guy, and and because I'm thinking if they
- 1:21:07Speaker 7: if there's a problem, how am I going to get
- 1:21:09Speaker 7: all this stuff out of the house by myself?
- 1:21:11Speaker 2: Okay?
- 1:21:12Speaker 7: So I said yeah, He's like, yeah, I need furniture.
- 1:21:14Speaker 7: I said, okay, I'll make a deal with you five PM.
- 1:21:17Speaker 7: If you don't see a bunch of furniture in this driveway,
- 1:21:20Speaker 7: come over, help me get it out of the house,
- 1:21:22Speaker 7: and you can have anything you want.
- 1:21:24Speaker 4: Wow.
- 1:21:24Speaker 7: So he's like, dude, I'm there. My roommates they're all like,
- 1:21:27Speaker 7: you know.
- 1:21:27Speaker 4: So is that legal? So like you know, I mean,
- 1:21:30Speaker 4: it's not legal.
- 1:21:30Speaker 7: At that time, I wasn't even like. I was just like, look,
- 1:21:33Speaker 7: I'm gonna clear the house and have them like, yeah,
- 1:21:36Speaker 7: you've proved that you had your stuff.
- 1:21:37Speaker 4: Because that goes back to my other question about like
- 1:21:39Speaker 4: you're not allowed to turn the power of the water
- 1:21:41Speaker 4: off or things like that, because then you can get
- 1:21:42Speaker 4: in trouble. But like the stuff that's in the house
- 1:21:44Speaker 4: that doesn't belong to you know, you like you can
- 1:21:48Speaker 4: just put it out there or.
- 1:21:50Speaker 7: I mean, I know the thing is is that you know,
- 1:21:53Speaker 7: I try to be very clear. My original video is
- 1:21:57Speaker 7: how I removed squatters and liked it, is not how
- 1:22:01Speaker 7: you can remove squatters, right. I am not suggesting to
- 1:22:06Speaker 7: homeowners that they do this on their own. There are
- 1:22:08Speaker 7: things that I do because I'm not the homeowner. So
- 1:22:12Speaker 7: like a lot of the rights that I have, I'm
- 1:22:14Speaker 7: not the homeowner. I'm not personally involved. If I'm the homeowner,
- 1:22:18Speaker 7: it's self help, which is against the law, and it's harassment,
- 1:22:22Speaker 7: which is against me.
- 1:22:23Speaker 2: That's crazy to me, it doesn't make any sense.
- 1:22:25Speaker 5: But your loophole is so brilliant. It's like, well, guess
- 1:22:28Speaker 5: what I have, Alisa. We're roommates now, and I still
- 1:22:31Speaker 5: have to see that show a lot.
- 1:22:32Speaker 4: Like you know, that's always usually the first conversation when
- 1:22:35Speaker 4: you're watching Squatters on A and E and on demand.
- 1:22:39Speaker 4: A lot of the times it's you know, flash showing
- 1:22:42Speaker 4: up and you have some other people with you, so
- 1:22:43Speaker 4: you're not there by yourself either, which is.
- 1:22:46Speaker 7: Now a full team across the country. I've got so
- 1:22:48Speaker 7: many people, a lot of law enforcement, a lot of
- 1:22:52Speaker 7: ex law enforcement. They'll reach out and say, now, for
- 1:22:55Speaker 7: thirty years I had to turn my back on homeowners
- 1:22:58Speaker 7: and you're giving me an opportunity, yea be able to
- 1:23:00Speaker 7: do something.
- 1:23:01Speaker 4: But then you go into the house and you go, hey,
- 1:23:03Speaker 4: well we're roommates now because now that you come in
- 1:23:05Speaker 4: with the lease or whatever from the actual homeowners, and
- 1:23:08Speaker 4: so like, yeah, now at this point you have as
- 1:23:10Speaker 4: much right to the house as they do squatting because
- 1:23:13Speaker 4: it's not your property. That's that's an interesting little wrinkle
- 1:23:16Speaker 4: in loophole too. I think that another that another you know,
- 1:23:20Speaker 4: person leasing has more rights than the actual homeowner, right.
- 1:23:24Speaker 7: But because then it's a renter versus renter civil Yeah right,
- 1:23:30Speaker 7: so but yeah, I think in one of the episodes,
- 1:23:32Speaker 7: even when he comes to the door, yeah, I'm like hey, roomy,
- 1:23:37Speaker 7: you know.
- 1:23:41Speaker 4: Yeah. Anyway, Flash Shelton, who is the host of Squatters,
- 1:23:45Speaker 4: which is on a He is the squatter Hunter. It's
- 1:23:49Speaker 4: a great show. You should watch it if you haven't watched.
- 1:23:51Speaker 4: There's a lot of clips that pop up on social media,
- 1:23:53Speaker 4: which you know, you don't get. You don't get the
- 1:23:57Speaker 4: the conclusion of you know, what happens with these differ
- 1:24:00Speaker 4: in cases. That's why you got to watch the show
- 1:24:01Speaker 4: on anny or on demand. But we have some more
- 1:24:04Speaker 4: with Flash Shelton and some more you know, experience things
- 1:24:08Speaker 4: that he has learned, Like I said, going through the
- 1:24:11Speaker 4: whole process of learning how to take the law and
- 1:24:15Speaker 4: make it work for the homeowner or at least to
- 1:24:18Speaker 4: resolve the situation. One thing that I'll mention before we
- 1:24:21Speaker 4: go to the break that pisses me off so bad
- 1:24:23Speaker 4: is this whole idea of cash for keys, Like.
- 1:24:27Speaker 2: Are the friend that we are them to get out?
- 1:24:31Speaker 4: Yeah? The friend that we have who was going through
- 1:24:34Speaker 4: they had to go through this negotiation. You're negotiating with
- 1:24:37Speaker 4: the terrorists basically, and you negotiate for like, Okay, I'm
- 1:24:41Speaker 4: going to give you X number of dollars to get
- 1:24:42Speaker 4: out of my house. That's crazy.
- 1:24:45Speaker 7: After the break, I will talk about when that is
- 1:24:48Speaker 7: okay and when it's not all right.
- 1:24:50Speaker 4: Because unfortunately, more and more as people have gotten wind of,
- 1:24:54Speaker 4: you know, squatter's rights, which sounds even ridiculous with it
- 1:25:00Speaker 4: within itself. Yeah, so we'll learn more about that. We
- 1:25:07Speaker 4: have a studio guest. His name is Flash Shelton, and
- 1:25:11Speaker 4: you're like, man, that name sounds familiar. Have you heard
- 1:25:13Speaker 4: the name squatter Hunter? Oh? Yeah, there's a show Squatters
- 1:25:17Speaker 4: that's on A and E. It's also on demand, and
- 1:25:21Speaker 4: it's all about the work that Flash is doing with
- 1:25:25Speaker 4: the help of a number of other people he's got
- 1:25:27Speaker 4: on his team now, and this is all across the country,
- 1:25:29Speaker 4: not just one particular place. And he goes in to
- 1:25:32Speaker 4: people who are having issues with squatters. People have just
- 1:25:35Speaker 4: taken over a property, they decided that it's just theirs now,
- 1:25:38Speaker 4: and he becomes their roommate and he just makes things
- 1:25:41Speaker 4: uncomfortable for them until they eventually give a believer or whatever.
- 1:25:47Speaker 4: So a lot of people are at the same on
- 1:25:49Speaker 4: the text, a lot of the same kind of questions,
- 1:25:51Speaker 4: like what if I don't understand, Like you get home
- 1:25:54Speaker 4: and you find people in your house and you shoot them.
- 1:25:56Speaker 4: Shooting intruders in your own house should be fine, right,
- 1:26:00Speaker 4: And that probably depends on the state that you're in.
- 1:26:03Speaker 4: Obviously there's uh, you know, the stand your ground castle
- 1:26:07Speaker 4: law thing things like that. I mean, so it's state
- 1:26:11Speaker 4: by state, but it should be that way. Someone's in
- 1:26:14Speaker 4: your house so you didn't invite there, Yeah, you should
- 1:26:16Speaker 4: be you should be able to shoot them. But from
- 1:26:19Speaker 4: from like when it comes to these squatters and stuff,
- 1:26:20Speaker 4: like what's the actual.
- 1:26:22Speaker 7: Well The thing is is that you know, if you fire,
- 1:26:25Speaker 7: if you shoot a firearm, your life is going to change,
- 1:26:28Speaker 7: and it's going to change a lot, much worse than
- 1:26:30Speaker 7: having a squatter. So you got a weigh that. And
- 1:26:34Speaker 7: most states, you know, not all states, but but the
- 1:26:36Speaker 7: standard grounds require you being in an imminent threat. Like
- 1:26:41Speaker 7: so if you enter and they are already there and
- 1:26:43Speaker 7: you have the option to leave, the law requires you
- 1:26:47Speaker 7: to leave.
- 1:26:47Speaker 3: He was coming right for me though.
- 1:26:49Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:26:49Speaker 6: So I hear a lot of people hear castle doctrine
- 1:26:52Speaker 6: and standard ground and they don't know what it actually means.
- 1:26:55Speaker 3: Yeah, but the main question should be, though, why aren't
- 1:26:58Speaker 3: any of these laws changing.
- 1:27:01Speaker 4: I think they are in some places.
- 1:27:02Speaker 7: So, you know, I helped change the law in Florida,
- 1:27:05Speaker 7: and you know, but that law, you know, it was
- 1:27:09Speaker 7: great at the time, but there was there's you know,
- 1:27:13Speaker 7: the laws need to be changed properly, and I'm trying
- 1:27:17Speaker 7: to help, like, you know, word them properly and cover
- 1:27:21Speaker 7: all angles. For example, Florida, it was great. It said
- 1:27:24Speaker 7: that if they weren't paying a rent and they didn't
- 1:27:26Speaker 7: have a lease, that the sheriff can go out and
- 1:27:29Speaker 7: immediately remove them. Cool. The problem was it was great, Yeah, right,
- 1:27:34Speaker 7: in all the states to just do that. Yeah, the
- 1:27:36Speaker 7: problem is squatters took that and said, okay, so now
- 1:27:39Speaker 7: how can I manipulate the situation get a lease but
- 1:27:43Speaker 7: never make a payment. Now I have one of those factors.
- 1:27:46Speaker 7: I'm a tenant, that law doesn't apply to me. The
- 1:27:49Speaker 7: other thing that we wanted that in that law was
- 1:27:51Speaker 7: we wanted leases to be treated like contracts. A lease
- 1:27:56Speaker 7: is a contract in every way except for how it's treated. Okay,
- 1:28:01Speaker 7: So a lease the end date creates civil process. Right,
- 1:28:06Speaker 7: a regular contract the end date, the deal is over right, right,
- 1:28:09Speaker 7: everyone goes their separate way. Leases are not treated like that.
- 1:28:13Speaker 7: So we wanted these leases to have be notarized and
- 1:28:17Speaker 7: to be treated like real contracts, and that didn't pass.
- 1:28:21Speaker 7: In order to get the the squatter law change to pass,
- 1:28:25Speaker 7: they had to remove all of the lease factors completely
- 1:28:29Speaker 7: out of it or they wouldn't sign off on the bill.
- 1:28:31Speaker 4: Okay, so you can't shoot them. What else can you
- 1:28:34Speaker 4: not do if there's a squatter like and you are,
- 1:28:38Speaker 4: I'm going to some other things you cannot do.
- 1:28:40Speaker 7: I'm gonna make it very very clear. An owner of
- 1:28:43Speaker 7: a property cannot do anything with intent to get their
- 1:28:48Speaker 7: squatter to leave.
- 1:28:52Speaker 4: That's insane. Sound They are.
- 1:28:55Speaker 7: Not allowed to if it like literally, it can come
- 1:28:58Speaker 7: down to if you tell them to leave more than once,
- 1:29:01Speaker 7: it's harassment.
- 1:29:02Speaker 5: I don't understand real life.
- 1:29:06Speaker 7: I mean, it is so crazy.
- 1:29:07Speaker 2: You can't change the locks, you can't turn up the path.
- 1:29:09Speaker 7: So yeah, you know, now you can change the locks,
- 1:29:13Speaker 7: but you have to give them a key.
- 1:29:14Speaker 3: Oh wow, So.
- 1:29:16Speaker 7: Even when I changed the locks, I have to give
- 1:29:19Speaker 7: them a key.
- 1:29:20Speaker 2: Why?
- 1:29:20Speaker 7: Okay, so change the loss says that changed we changed
- 1:29:23Speaker 7: the locks because they have changed the locks and kept.
- 1:29:26Speaker 2: The home run around.
- 1:29:27Speaker 7: Now, the law does say that all parties deserve access.
- 1:29:31Speaker 7: All parties must have a key. Now, it isn't necessarily
- 1:29:35Speaker 7: that they have a key, because you can remove the
- 1:29:37Speaker 7: lock and have the door have them access and that's legal. Okay,
- 1:29:42Speaker 7: But they can't have a lock without you having a key.
- 1:29:46Speaker 7: And it goes both ways.
- 1:29:48Speaker 5: So the homeowner gets their key back, but so does
- 1:29:50Speaker 5: everybody else.
- 1:29:51Speaker 7: Yeah, so you know a homeowner can do his inspections
- 1:29:54Speaker 7: and have access.
- 1:29:55Speaker 4: I thought, like the minute that you like, I was
- 1:29:57Speaker 4: under the impression. Even watching h the show. I haven't
- 1:30:00Speaker 4: seen every episode, but I've seen enough I was. I
- 1:30:04Speaker 4: was under the impression that, like, you know, you were
- 1:30:06Speaker 4: kind of waiting for these people to leave the house,
- 1:30:08Speaker 4: right and then once they left the house, you could
- 1:30:10Speaker 4: change the locks and now they can't get back in.
- 1:30:14Speaker 4: Kind of problem solved. But that's give the key.
- 1:30:17Speaker 7: Every case in every state is different. So some situations
- 1:30:22Speaker 7: I can do that, others I can't. It just depends
- 1:30:25Speaker 7: on like, have they established any kind of rights? Have
- 1:30:29Speaker 7: they established tenor rights are am I being contacted? Like
- 1:30:32Speaker 7: for example, in my original situation, if they wanted to
- 1:30:36Speaker 7: force it, they could prove that their furniture was in
- 1:30:39Speaker 7: the house and I would have had to let them
- 1:30:41Speaker 7: in back in, okay, But you know I was handling
- 1:30:44Speaker 7: it like, look, I'm not let I was telling them,
- 1:30:47Speaker 7: I'm not letting you in. But you know, situations are
- 1:30:50Speaker 7: different to where I have to learn everything about who
- 1:30:54Speaker 7: they are, you know, try to plan out what their
- 1:30:57Speaker 7: moves are going to be, and if a situation allows me,
- 1:31:01Speaker 7: and that state allows me to, you know, go in,
- 1:31:05Speaker 7: lock them out, stay in there, take possession, and that's
- 1:31:08Speaker 7: what I do.
- 1:31:08Speaker 4: So what state? What state? Is there a state that
- 1:31:11Speaker 4: you just won't even deal with, like like to it's
- 1:31:16Speaker 4: just too complicated, too much.
- 1:31:18Speaker 7: You know, that's an easy one for me, but it's
- 1:31:21Speaker 7: not as it's not that I won't deal with it.
- 1:31:23Speaker 7: I will, and I've been successful there. But the most
- 1:31:26Speaker 7: complicated one is New York.
- 1:31:29Speaker 4: That's where our friends, that's where.
- 1:31:33Speaker 7: New York has this law that is so crazy and
- 1:31:36Speaker 7: I have no idea what they were smoking, but it's
- 1:31:41Speaker 7: a thirty day law. And it's the only state to
- 1:31:44Speaker 7: my knowledge right now, that has this strict law that says,
- 1:31:48Speaker 7: no matter how they enter, they can break into your house,
- 1:31:54Speaker 7: hide in the attic and managed to stay there for
- 1:31:57Speaker 7: thirty days and they are a full fledged and the
- 1:32:00Speaker 7: next morning they're down eating your breakfast cereal.
- 1:32:02Speaker 4: That's crazy. I don't like what I don't telling people
- 1:32:05Speaker 4: get in a room and go, yeah, that sounds like a
- 1:32:06Speaker 4: good idea. Let's sign off.
- 1:32:08Speaker 5: Who are you protecting?
- 1:32:09Speaker 3: Yeah, now you brought a type of person, and that's
- 1:32:12Speaker 3: what I wanted to ask, like, who is this person? Okay,
- 1:32:18Speaker 3: so I'm going to.
- 1:32:19Speaker 4: Tell you there's a prison guard.
- 1:32:21Speaker 7: Yeah, but I'm going to tell you I guess that
- 1:32:24Speaker 7: that when you see a squatter, you're right away gonna
- 1:32:28Speaker 7: be like most a lot of times, you know, because
- 1:32:31Speaker 7: people think they have in their head like a squatter
- 1:32:33Speaker 7: is a homeless person. And I'm going to tell you
- 1:32:34Speaker 7: right now, homeless people don't break into your home and
- 1:32:38Speaker 7: know what their rights are. They're homeless people. The reason
- 1:32:41Speaker 7: they're homeless is because they're living in a tent or
- 1:32:43Speaker 7: they're living in a park. They're staying within their realm.
- 1:32:46Speaker 7: A lot of them say, I'm not homeless, I'm off
- 1:32:48Speaker 7: the grid, Okay, They're not going out causing a bunch
- 1:32:52Speaker 7: of commotion in the neighborhood and breaking in people's homes.
- 1:32:55Speaker 7: Squatters typically right away know their rights right away. They
- 1:32:59Speaker 7: have it atorneys, they have jobs. A lot of them
- 1:33:02Speaker 7: work for homes so they never have to leave the house.
- 1:33:04Speaker 7: They are your next door neighbor. I have had neighbors
- 1:33:07Speaker 7: that stand up for these people, and until I really
- 1:33:11Speaker 7: educate them, they they think that the squatters are the
- 1:33:14Speaker 7: victims because they want everyone to believe. And it's easy
- 1:33:18Speaker 7: to get to convince someone that a landlord is bad. Okay,
- 1:33:22Speaker 7: it's very easy to convince someone that. So, you know,
- 1:33:25Speaker 7: squatters typically are you know, they they're entitled, they're narcissistic, sociopaths.
- 1:33:33Speaker 7: They they I have sat. I have a video on YouTube. Okay,
- 1:33:39Speaker 7: squatter Hunters on YouTube with Adam Fleischman, who was the
- 1:33:43Speaker 7: founder of Umami Burger originally, and he was squatting in
- 1:33:46Speaker 7: Hollywood Hills with an elderly woman and he answered an
- 1:33:50Speaker 7: ad for a room for rent. He went in with
- 1:33:52Speaker 7: a backpack and hung his clothes up and refused to leave. Okay,
- 1:33:55Speaker 7: and reasonable doubt law enforcement shows up.
- 1:33:59Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:33:59Speaker 7: I got this gentleman to talk to me for two hours.
- 1:34:02Speaker 7: And if you can get somebody, a narcissistic, entitled person
- 1:34:07Speaker 7: to talk, they just rambling. And I got him to
- 1:34:10Speaker 7: talk for two hours. And it's amazing how he justified everything.
- 1:34:16Speaker 7: And people actually watching it are like, oh, I actually
- 1:34:19Speaker 7: kind of felt sorry for him, because he can convince
- 1:34:22Speaker 7: you they are master manipulators. They will convince you that
- 1:34:26Speaker 7: they have a right to do it. And the truth
- 1:34:29Speaker 7: is our system is messed up.
- 1:34:32Speaker 4: So the truth is they do Yeah, I mean we have.
- 1:34:34Speaker 7: A system that prevents it.
- 1:34:36Speaker 4: You just describe what they have in New York. Yeah,
- 1:34:38Speaker 4: it's totally enabled. Oh yeah, the fact that you said,
- 1:34:41Speaker 4: as a homeowner, you can't you can't even say twice
- 1:34:45Speaker 4: you need to leave without that being quote harassment.
- 1:34:48Speaker 7: Now, now I've had I've had homeowners go to court
- 1:34:53Speaker 7: a few times because I told them, and they've won
- 1:34:58Speaker 7: because I have a video that tells peop well, how
- 1:35:00Speaker 7: you can turn off utilities. The law says you can't
- 1:35:04Speaker 7: turn it off, okay, but what the law can't force
- 1:35:08Speaker 7: you to do is be able to afford them. So
- 1:35:11Speaker 7: if it is a financial burden on you and the
- 1:35:14Speaker 7: utility company turns it off, it's completely legal.
- 1:35:17Speaker 4: But you would have to prove it's a financial burden.
- 1:35:19Speaker 7: No, no, it I mean to me, it's a financial
- 1:35:22Speaker 7: burden all the time.
- 1:35:24Speaker 5: You know, I need to keep it on.
- 1:35:26Speaker 7: Who wants to pay that? Who wants to pay that
- 1:35:29Speaker 7: they're running the air conditioning every day?
- 1:35:31Speaker 4: Yeah, that's true.
- 1:35:32Speaker 7: That's a burden to me. I'd rather spend that money
- 1:35:34Speaker 7: on Starbucks or something else.
- 1:35:36Speaker 4: Right, So, how do people like when it comes to
- 1:35:38Speaker 4: the show. Let's talk about the show for a second.
- 1:35:39Speaker 4: So squatters on any and on demand? Like, how do
- 1:35:44Speaker 4: you get involved? As cat is? Like these people obviously
- 1:35:47Speaker 4: they call you, they got you know something on online,
- 1:35:51Speaker 4: you were doing a bunch of interviews. They reach out
- 1:35:53Speaker 4: to you. Now you have the show, So I'm imagining
- 1:35:56Speaker 4: it's even crazier. There's probably people hitting you up all
- 1:35:59Speaker 4: the time. How how do you decide which ones you
- 1:36:02Speaker 4: go and do? So?
- 1:36:04Speaker 7: You know, I have a setup to where people can
- 1:36:06Speaker 7: anonymously send information through the website, sending a request to
- 1:36:11Speaker 7: consultation at squad hunters dot com. Okay, And it can
- 1:36:15Speaker 7: be anonymous, it can be a neighbor, it could be
- 1:36:18Speaker 7: somebody just to get me to look into the situation.
- 1:36:21Speaker 7: I go into every case neutral because I want to
- 1:36:24Speaker 7: know both sides of the of the story. I want
- 1:36:26Speaker 7: to talk to the tenants, get their you know, the
- 1:36:28Speaker 7: squatter's tenants. But at this point, I've got Sheriff's department,
- 1:36:32Speaker 7: I've got DA's, I've got you know, politicians, I've got
- 1:36:37Speaker 7: you know, people that are all referring these cases. Yeah, okay,
- 1:36:41Speaker 7: So nowadays it's a lot easier for me to go
- 1:36:44Speaker 7: in neutral because it isn't doesn't always have to be
- 1:36:47Speaker 7: the homeowner. Okay, And you know, I want to I
- 1:36:51Speaker 7: want to go in completely normal, and if you I
- 1:36:55Speaker 7: mean not normal, I'm sorry. I want to go in
- 1:36:57Speaker 7: completely like neutral, and and I want to know what
- 1:37:01Speaker 7: the truth is. I have had landlords lie to me, okay,
- 1:37:05Speaker 7: and they just want to get out this tenant and
- 1:37:09Speaker 7: I will be coming out. I've got a series YouTube
- 1:37:12Speaker 7: that I'm going to be coming out with because I've
- 1:37:13Speaker 7: been compiling videos called Landlord's Gone Wrong because I want
- 1:37:17Speaker 7: to show that I will represent the truth and I
- 1:37:20Speaker 7: will represent what's right. And I have represented tenants as
- 1:37:24Speaker 7: well as landlords, so I you know, but you know,
- 1:37:27Speaker 7: they have to prove to me, like first of all,
- 1:37:30Speaker 7: like there should be some sort of interaction that they
- 1:37:33Speaker 7: can prove text messages or whatever. They can prove ownership,
- 1:37:37Speaker 7: you know, if they're actually the owner or you know,
- 1:37:40Speaker 7: so there's certain things that I ask of them to
- 1:37:43Speaker 7: be able to prove that the situation I'm getting into
- 1:37:46Speaker 7: is legit. The other thing that I do to protect
- 1:37:49Speaker 7: myself is I have a zero phone call policy. Okay,
- 1:37:53Speaker 7: I will not I don't talk to anyone on the phone.
- 1:37:56Speaker 3: So if they if they Google.
- 1:37:59Speaker 7: Or they get a phone number and they whatever, it's
- 1:38:01Speaker 7: not mine. Okay, So I don't talk to anyone on
- 1:38:04Speaker 7: the phone because talking on the phone, first of all,
- 1:38:07Speaker 7: if I was taking in all of the requests in
- 1:38:09Speaker 7: the phone, that's my whole day. I don't even be
- 1:38:11Speaker 7: able to do anything, so and it creates a liability.
- 1:38:15Speaker 7: So since you cannot talk to me on the phone
- 1:38:17Speaker 7: about it, you also can't say that I told you
- 1:38:20Speaker 7: gave you some bad advice that caused you to kill
- 1:38:22Speaker 7: your squatter and now I'm up for like some sort
- 1:38:25Speaker 7: of So everything has to be in writing. And every
- 1:38:30Speaker 7: single case, I do a zoom to where it's on video,
- 1:38:34Speaker 7: so I'm seeing their faces, you know it. I record
- 1:38:38Speaker 7: it to where before I start anything, I know what
- 1:38:42Speaker 7: I'm dealing with and they are telling me on video
- 1:38:45Speaker 7: so that I can say, like, look like, this is
- 1:38:47Speaker 7: what I said, this is what they said.
- 1:38:49Speaker 4: You know, what's the craziest interaction you've had with a squatter?
- 1:38:54Speaker 7: You know, some people love the video. I've got a
- 1:38:58Speaker 7: video on on YouTube where it's titled crazy squadter cot
- 1:39:03Speaker 7: in the Dark. I think it's the craziest because I
- 1:39:07Speaker 7: had been told she was on meth. I was been
- 1:39:10Speaker 7: told that she had, you know, had stuff tucked in
- 1:39:12Speaker 7: her lanner in a bral. You know, I didn't know
- 1:39:15Speaker 7: what was going to happen. It was in Culver City, California.
- 1:39:19Speaker 7: I you know, it's crazy, but you know I was
- 1:39:22Speaker 7: still like that when I went by myself, which is
- 1:39:26Speaker 7: not typically what I do, but it was dark. I
- 1:39:29Speaker 7: was hiding in the backyard. This woman had been avoiding me,
- 1:39:33Speaker 7: and I thought, well, I know she comes in at night,
- 1:39:37Speaker 7: I'm gonna wait. Go in the backyard. I'm like skunk
- 1:39:41Speaker 7: walking by me, you know, and I'm hiding behind the bushes,
- 1:39:45Speaker 7: and I have this like head led head lamp on,
- 1:39:48Speaker 7: like and as soon as she she was climbing in it,
- 1:39:52Speaker 7: we had locked her out. So she was climbing in
- 1:39:54Speaker 7: and out of a broken bedroom window because she had
- 1:39:56Speaker 7: no access to the house anymore. And so she walks
- 1:40:00Speaker 7: around the corner and she, you know, sets up this
- 1:40:05Speaker 7: box or whatever to start climbing in the window. And
- 1:40:07Speaker 7: I step out of the bushes and blast her with
- 1:40:10Speaker 7: this light. So I knew she couldn't see me, and
- 1:40:14Speaker 7: so she didn't know if I had other people or not.
- 1:40:16Speaker 7: And she starts yelling at me, and you know, and
- 1:40:19Speaker 7: and that because first of all, I was by myself,
- 1:40:22Speaker 7: and waiting in the dark is kind of freaky, a
- 1:40:25Speaker 7: little bit waiting in the darkened bushes for something to happen.
- 1:40:29Speaker 7: You know, You're adrenaline is going, So that's the craziest
- 1:40:33Speaker 7: situation I have felt that I've put myself in. It
- 1:40:36Speaker 7: didn't get violent or anything, but she was verbally attacked.
- 1:40:40Speaker 7: You can see that video. I know a lot of
- 1:40:42Speaker 7: people say that's kind of a fan favorite.
- 1:40:45Speaker 4: And because some of them are like the nerve of
- 1:40:48Speaker 4: the people is, you know, even as far as just saying,
- 1:40:53Speaker 4: what are you doing in my house? Just the fact
- 1:40:55Speaker 4: that you have the gall to say that is, Uh,
- 1:41:00Speaker 4: it's disgusting, it's insane, it's so frustrating. Somebody brought up
- 1:41:04Speaker 4: on the text here said had a squad at my
- 1:41:06Speaker 4: parents a rental lawyers said it was just cheaper and
- 1:41:09Speaker 4: easy just to buy them out and call today and
- 1:41:11Speaker 4: this is the cash for keys thing that our friend did,
- 1:41:14Speaker 4: or you negotiate with the with the person you said
- 1:41:16Speaker 4: you had something on that.
- 1:41:17Speaker 7: So the thing you need to think about is these
- 1:41:21Speaker 7: people are in this game not only do save rent
- 1:41:26Speaker 7: and mortgage or you know, and and if you figure out,
- 1:41:29Speaker 7: depending on where you're at, that's thirty to fifty grand
- 1:41:31Speaker 7: a year that they are saving and their ultimate goal
- 1:41:34Speaker 7: is to stay as long as they can and then
- 1:41:36Speaker 7: get a buyout. They start out asking for like crazy
- 1:41:40Speaker 7: numbers like give me two hundred and fifty thousand dollars
- 1:41:43Speaker 7: and then they'll you know, take thirty or forty or
- 1:41:46Speaker 7: fifty or something, right, and they want to payoff. They
- 1:41:50Speaker 7: get attorneys that get a percentage of that payoff, okay,
- 1:41:54Speaker 7: and so that is their goal. So giving a cash
- 1:41:58Speaker 7: for keys, I don't so port at any time, because
- 1:42:02Speaker 7: that is giving them what they want, and all it's
- 1:42:04Speaker 7: doing is sending them the message that it's okay and
- 1:42:06Speaker 7: they can go do it to the next person.
- 1:42:08Speaker 2: Career.
- 1:42:09Speaker 7: There are a couple of times where I have I
- 1:42:12Speaker 7: have authorized or understood. One was in Hollywood, California, and
- 1:42:18Speaker 7: it was an elderly couple that didn't feel that they
- 1:42:20Speaker 7: could survive a court case, so they decided to pay
- 1:42:25Speaker 7: her off. She was she was an actress that was
- 1:42:29Speaker 7: a squadron in Hollywood, Okay, And so I filmed her
- 1:42:34Speaker 7: vacating on I did it live. I did I did
- 1:42:39Speaker 7: the live, but the video because it was outside and
- 1:42:42Speaker 7: connections and stuff a little choppy. But but you know
- 1:42:44Speaker 7: she's I get her loading up a U haul and
- 1:42:47Speaker 7: pulling out of the driveway. But the other time is
- 1:42:51Speaker 7: there are and and look this up in your state,
- 1:42:54Speaker 7: your county, there are situations where counties will require if
- 1:42:59Speaker 7: you go through the whole court process, they will require
- 1:43:03Speaker 7: a relocation fee anyway.
- 1:43:05Speaker 12: Cow.
- 1:43:07Speaker 7: So if your jurisdiction, a judge is going to most
- 1:43:10Speaker 7: likely order a relocation fee, but they haven't paid.
- 1:43:14Speaker 4: In California, I think it was Santa Monica was doing
- 1:43:17Speaker 4: something like that.
- 1:43:19Speaker 7: In my so in that situation, you know, in that situation,
- 1:43:23Speaker 7: I'll tell a homeowner like, look like, let's cutch the chase.
- 1:43:26Speaker 7: I will negotiate a deal and say, Okay, this is
- 1:43:28Speaker 7: what this county, this is what they are. You know,
- 1:43:31Speaker 7: sometimes it's just a month's rent, but it also is
- 1:43:35Speaker 7: based on the size of the house that they're living in.
- 1:43:38Speaker 7: If you know how much that is. I have seen
- 1:43:42Speaker 7: it up at up to twenty seven thousand dollars. Okay,
- 1:43:45Speaker 7: So but if a judge is going to order it
- 1:43:47Speaker 7: anyway after a year of court battle, you might as
- 1:43:50Speaker 7: well just pay it now and avoid all of that.
- 1:43:52Speaker 5: So you don't morally or ethically love it, but you
- 1:43:54Speaker 5: can see it's the path of least resistance for the Yeah.
- 1:43:57Speaker 7: And if you're if you're work case is going to
- 1:44:00Speaker 7: end up in a relocation fee anyway, Yeah, come.
- 1:44:03Speaker 4: On So you said to it, you said, and we
- 1:44:06Speaker 4: have Flash Shelton. He is the squatter hunter, squatters on
- 1:44:09Speaker 4: A and E and A and E on demand. You
- 1:44:12Speaker 4: don't like the term squatter, you said, there was like
- 1:44:13Speaker 4: a new term.
- 1:44:14Speaker 7: Yeah, so you know about when you look up squatter laws,
- 1:44:20Speaker 7: they're not really applying to the modern day people that
- 1:44:23Speaker 7: are just trying to get gain tenant rights and get
- 1:44:25Speaker 7: free rent. Okay, Squatters people that legitimately take over abandoned
- 1:44:30Speaker 7: properties or abandoned homes and file for adverse possession, pay
- 1:44:35Speaker 7: the back property taxes, do the improvements. I'm all for that.
- 1:44:39Speaker 7: There's vacant buildings, let them go to you, let them
- 1:44:42Speaker 7: be used. Right. But so the term squatters, I feel
- 1:44:45Speaker 7: is outdated. I would love to change the name. So
- 1:44:48Speaker 7: I've I've done some research and I figured a descriptive
- 1:44:51Speaker 7: term for me is a deceptive tenant, okay, And so
- 1:44:56Speaker 7: then I came up with the word instead of squatters,
- 1:44:59Speaker 7: it would be tenants. Yeah. So you know, so I
- 1:45:07Speaker 7: want to start referring to them as deceptive tenants because
- 1:45:09Speaker 7: that's exactly what they are, exactly. Yeah, you know, and
- 1:45:13Speaker 7: and a lot of times these people will you know,
- 1:45:16Speaker 7: most people. I mean a lot of people don't do
- 1:45:19Speaker 7: a full background screening. They'll do a credit check. Okay,
- 1:45:23Speaker 7: credit check doesn't tell the whole story.
- 1:45:26Speaker 4: So and then they have the ability to pay something.
- 1:45:28Speaker 4: Doesn't mean that they're yeah exactly.
- 1:45:31Speaker 7: And then also I have run across many where they
- 1:45:33Speaker 7: submitted under I had. I had some gentlemen that submitted
- 1:45:38Speaker 7: all the documents. Everything came out perfect, but it was
- 1:45:41Speaker 7: the identity of a doctor in Houston, Texas.
- 1:45:44Speaker 4: Of course, everything was perfect.
- 1:45:45Speaker 7: Yeah, okay, so I you know, I recommend doing things
- 1:45:50Speaker 7: like social media. If getting a job now, they want
- 1:45:54Speaker 7: to know. They want to see your social media, check
- 1:45:57Speaker 7: your tenants social media, see who they are over his
- 1:46:00Speaker 7: make sure that the face on their social media is
- 1:46:02Speaker 7: the same face of the person that's trying to rent
- 1:46:05Speaker 7: from you. But a lot of people don't check those things.
- 1:46:10Speaker 7: So squatters have come up with the idea of okay,
- 1:46:14Speaker 7: let me pay a deposit, first month's rent, get a lease.
- 1:46:18Speaker 7: I'm a legitimate tenant for thirty days. Now I'm a
- 1:46:21Speaker 7: squatter because I'm never gonna pay you another dime. But
- 1:46:24Speaker 7: the court system sees them as squat as tenants, right,
- 1:46:28Speaker 7: so my term would cover them as deceptive tenants.
- 1:46:32Speaker 4: Yeah, that makes sense, like it, Yeah, it does make sense.
- 1:46:34Speaker 4: I like the idea too. We have so many abandoned
- 1:46:36Speaker 4: buildings that nobody wants to deal with, like let them
- 1:46:39Speaker 4: go in there. Yeah, yeah, have about it. You don't
- 1:46:41Speaker 4: the other thing about the people who who's squat in
- 1:46:43Speaker 4: people's houses, And it's not like they ever take care
- 1:46:46Speaker 4: of it. They're always destroying the place. It's always dumpy,
- 1:46:49Speaker 4: nice at least. Yeah. The very first episode of Squatters,
- 1:46:53Speaker 4: you know, the very first house that you see, you
- 1:46:56Speaker 4: guys walk into, I mean there's like flies and stuff
- 1:46:58Speaker 4: covering everything, and you know, this woman and her boyfriend
- 1:47:01Speaker 4: their dog. It's like the place is trashed over. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:47:06Speaker 7: For sure, or something like that. It's not the same
- 1:47:09Speaker 7: across the board.
- 1:47:09Speaker 4: But I think you are doing the lord's work. I
- 1:47:12Speaker 4: think you're doing some really good stuff that other people,
- 1:47:14Speaker 4: like you said as a homeowner, you can't do because
- 1:47:18Speaker 4: of the way that a lot of the laws are
- 1:47:19Speaker 4: set up. And hopefully that stuff changes and hopefully people,
- 1:47:23Speaker 4: you know, start realizing some having some common sense when
- 1:47:26Speaker 4: it comes to this stuff, and people can get dragged
- 1:47:28Speaker 4: out by their ear or shot on site.
- 1:47:31Speaker 2: Somebody steal a car and there's a police chase involving
- 1:47:34Speaker 2: twenty cop cars behind it. They're acting like they have
- 1:47:36Speaker 2: stolen the Crown Jewels.
- 1:47:38Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:47:38Speaker 2: Meanwhile, you steal a house, yeah, and they do nothing.
- 1:47:42Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:47:42Speaker 7: So comparing it to the car thing, Okay, you know
- 1:47:45Speaker 7: a lot of people will say, well, somebody else leased
- 1:47:47Speaker 7: to meet their property. Right, if somebody else gives you
- 1:47:50Speaker 7: a stolen car, you still have to give the car back.
- 1:47:53Speaker 7: Why don't you have to give the home back?
- 1:47:55Speaker 5: Great question?
- 1:47:55Speaker 3: Weird?
- 1:47:57Speaker 4: A lot of stuff doesn't make any sense. Another question,
- 1:48:00Speaker 4: so we had off the text for you. Flash when
- 1:48:02Speaker 4: it comes to squatters, I mean because I think people,
- 1:48:05Speaker 4: you know, they have an idea about reality shows. So
- 1:48:08Speaker 4: how much of it is really reality? Is there any
- 1:48:11Speaker 4: kind of scripted element at all to it? How much?
- 1:48:14Speaker 4: I'm assuming just because what you're dealing with the type
- 1:48:16Speaker 4: of people that it is real, like all is one
- 1:48:18Speaker 4: hundred percent my guess.
- 1:48:20Speaker 7: The homeowners are real victims, the squatters are real people.
- 1:48:23Speaker 7: The interaction is real. I can't stop them and say, hey,
- 1:48:26Speaker 7: can we do this? So what I have to say
- 1:48:30Speaker 7: at that moment, yeah, is one hundred percent real and
- 1:48:33Speaker 7: it's right off the top of my head. Yeah, I
- 1:48:35Speaker 7: don't have the luxury of somebody writing me a line.
- 1:48:39Speaker 7: Nothing like that.
- 1:48:40Speaker 4: Well, I think is people have seen enough of people's
- 1:48:41Speaker 4: court episodes over the years where it's like, oh, I
- 1:48:44Speaker 4: recognize this guy from the other court show, or yeah,
- 1:48:46Speaker 4: there's kind.
- 1:48:47Speaker 7: Of acting acting And we are legitimately have videos out
- 1:48:50Speaker 7: asking asking for homeowners people that are having problems to
- 1:48:55Speaker 7: reach out.
- 1:48:55Speaker 5: And I'm so sorry, I can't think of your name
- 1:48:57Speaker 5: off the top of my head. Your partner Justice, Yeah,
- 1:49:01Speaker 5: I love how heated she gets on your behalf. She's
- 1:49:04Speaker 5: a badass.
- 1:49:06Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:49:06Speaker 4: Yeah, but I think you're doing really great stuff. But
- 1:49:08Speaker 4: I know a lot of people you know would love to, uh,
- 1:49:11Speaker 4: you know, request your services. I mean, you only have
- 1:49:14Speaker 4: so much time and capacity to be able to do this,
- 1:49:16Speaker 4: so like what what would you people can't use you?
- 1:49:20Speaker 4: Are there anything any other resources for people to to
- 1:49:23Speaker 4: to reach out to or to you know, websites or
- 1:49:26Speaker 4: things that they can do franchising?
- 1:49:27Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean, you know, I do have crews. I've
- 1:49:30Speaker 7: been I'm building an army, a squad hunter army across
- 1:49:32Speaker 7: the country. So and are your services front them? So
- 1:49:38Speaker 7: for TV? Anything we do TV is free. Okay, I
- 1:49:42Speaker 7: did nine months eight nine months of this was free.
- 1:49:46Speaker 7: I covered everything. I can't do that anymore. No, that's
- 1:49:49Speaker 7: a lot of work. But so there are fees involved.
- 1:49:52Speaker 7: But I do raise money like my consultations, that's a
- 1:49:56Speaker 7: donation that they give and that money goes towards offsetting
- 1:49:59Speaker 7: fees for victims that are in need of financial help.
- 1:50:04Speaker 7: I sell hats, the get out hats, and that money,
- 1:50:08Speaker 7: that money goes out sold to help the victims as well.
- 1:50:12Speaker 7: And so I'm planning on doing other merchandising because in
- 1:50:15Speaker 7: other ways of donating, because you know, there are a
- 1:50:19Speaker 7: lot of times where both you know, you got homeowners
- 1:50:23Speaker 7: that have already paid a bunch of money, they've been
- 1:50:26Speaker 7: doing it for a long time. They're on the virgil
- 1:50:28Speaker 7: losing their home. But then there are an occasional there's
- 1:50:32Speaker 7: an occasional situation that are running into a squatter that
- 1:50:35Speaker 7: is not there by choice. So I want to recognize,
- 1:50:38Speaker 7: you know, I was homeless when I was young, My
- 1:50:41Speaker 7: family was homeless. So I think that that brings an
- 1:50:44Speaker 7: empathy to where I can go in and I can
- 1:50:47Speaker 7: look at the situation realistically and I can help whoever
- 1:50:51Speaker 7: needs help. So I do try to help and you'll
- 1:50:54Speaker 7: see on the show where I've helped people that I
- 1:50:57Speaker 7: found were not legitimate, like Squad, they were in a
- 1:51:01Speaker 7: bad situation, got caught up in something, and I want
- 1:51:05Speaker 7: to be able to help those people as well.
- 1:51:07Speaker 4: So do people get to you through the website or
- 1:51:11Speaker 4: through social media? What's the best way to do?
- 1:51:13Speaker 7: So, you know, the best way is to go to
- 1:51:15Speaker 7: squatter hunters dot com okay, and you can click you know,
- 1:51:18Speaker 7: get help. There's a link right smack in the middle
- 1:51:20Speaker 7: of the page, or just bypass that and go to
- 1:51:24Speaker 7: you know, email consultation at squatter hunt hunters dot com.
- 1:51:28Speaker 7: If you want to be considered directly without talking to
- 1:51:31Speaker 7: me first, to be considered for the show. For free help,
- 1:51:35Speaker 7: you can go to squatterstvshow dot com.
- 1:51:37Speaker 4: Okay, So a bunch of different ways. Squatters on an
- 1:51:41Speaker 4: e Tuesdays then also on demand Flash Shelton squatter Hunter. Dude.
- 1:51:48Speaker 4: This is a this is something that is as much
- 1:51:51Speaker 4: need unfortunately because there's stories all the time. But thank
- 1:51:56Speaker 4: you so much for coming in. Appreciate you being here.
- 1:51:59Speaker 7: And I see you have a Steelers, Yes, sir stealers,
- 1:52:03Speaker 7: that's right. We have a game on Thursday night.
- 1:52:08Speaker 4: Yes, okay, it's game time, buddy, shut up. Minute more
- 1:52:13Speaker 4: what he shows next second, get out, get.
- 1:52:17Speaker 5: The hell out of my house. In Jesus name, I
- 1:52:19Speaker 5: pray the Lord.
- 1:52:27Speaker 2: Show.
- 1:52:28Speaker 4: All right, So I'm gonna tell you about a guy
- 1:52:30Speaker 4: who lost his mind, and I'm gonna tell you how
- 1:52:33Speaker 4: I'm losing my mind. I'm legitimately concerned, like I'm for real,
- 1:52:39Speaker 4: for real. Yes, it's become. It's it's past, it's it's
- 1:52:43Speaker 4: honestly past the point of like kind of funny, silly.
- 1:52:48Speaker 4: You're not being flipping No, I'm not. No, And I'll
- 1:52:51Speaker 4: tell you here in a second, you're you're probably gonna
- 1:52:52Speaker 4: laugh at me. I feel like how Greg says. I
- 1:52:56Speaker 4: hesitate sharing this because it sounds it sounds nuts, it
- 1:52:59Speaker 4: sounds nuts. But I'll start. I'll start with this guy,
- 1:53:02Speaker 4: thirty five year old guys in Houston. He got arrested
- 1:53:05Speaker 4: for threatening the governor's office over a new law. The
- 1:53:09Speaker 4: new law that he's pissed about is a law that
- 1:53:12Speaker 4: he claims prevented him from watching anime, and he was
- 1:53:17Speaker 4: so pissed he called the governor's office and he left
- 1:53:20Speaker 4: a voicemail. He says, I don't know which one of
- 1:53:23Speaker 4: you sons of bitches passed this mother efing bill to
- 1:53:26Speaker 4: get this damn ish blocking my mother e fing anime.
- 1:53:30Speaker 4: But you a whole mother efforts need to unpass this
- 1:53:35Speaker 4: ish y'all are e fing ridiculous with your bitch asses.
- 1:53:40Speaker 4: I'm a e fing stab every goddamn one of unlock
- 1:53:45Speaker 4: my efing anime. I don't know, I don't, I don't know.
- 1:53:48Speaker 4: I've I've heard about that happened. What's the law, because
- 1:53:52Speaker 4: I've heard like different states where you have to put
- 1:53:54Speaker 4: in like your ID to get to like certain porn sites.
- 1:53:57Speaker 4: But is that what?
- 1:53:58Speaker 3: Yeah, that probably whatever anime he's probably looking at got
- 1:54:02Speaker 3: caught up in the porn because well, no, no, like
- 1:54:06Speaker 3: well there is like anime porn stuff called hentai, which
- 1:54:10Speaker 3: Tyler is an expert on, but I don't know too
- 1:54:12Speaker 3: much about. Yeah, yeah, when we're doing sex watching in
- 1:54:20Speaker 3: the mood, I'm assuming I'm assuming that might have got
- 1:54:24Speaker 3: caught up in the whole porn thing, and that's why
- 1:54:26Speaker 3: you can't watch.
- 1:54:26Speaker 6: And by caught up accurately caught yeah, cause sometimes they're
- 1:54:32Speaker 6: actually not having sex.
- 1:54:33Speaker 3: It's just the anime girls just have like big boobs
- 1:54:36Speaker 3: and stuff and like yeah, yeah.
- 1:54:41Speaker 4: So the guy was asked by you know, news reporters
- 1:54:44Speaker 4: about this voicemail, and this is what he had to say.
- 1:54:47Speaker 4: I had a mental breakdown at the end of the day.
- 1:54:50Speaker 4: I allegedly left the voicemail. I don't remember what I
- 1:54:53Speaker 4: said doing the thing. I don't even feel like that
- 1:54:56Speaker 4: was the exact words that I said. I don't know.
- 1:54:58Speaker 11: I'd have to listen to the cool over in the game.
- 1:55:01Speaker 3: I was drunk and.
- 1:55:04Speaker 4: Not even sure, you know, allegedly, yeah, but it is.
- 1:55:08Speaker 3: It is weird. You know that you have to you
- 1:55:11Speaker 3: have to type in your I D you know, knowing.
- 1:55:14Speaker 4: Why to do that. On the grid they do that
- 1:55:16Speaker 4: when you have to buy beer or cigarettes. They asked
- 1:55:19Speaker 4: to see I d if if there's an age restriction
- 1:55:22Speaker 4: on you know, porn. Yes, there is, Like I get it.
- 1:55:26Speaker 4: I mean I understand No.
- 1:55:27Speaker 3: I I totally understand it too. It's just like wow,
- 1:55:31Speaker 3: like you're definitely putting yourself in the system for sure,
- 1:55:35Speaker 3: and your whole history of what you're watching, Yeah.
- 1:55:37Speaker 5: What you're into.
- 1:55:38Speaker 4: Yeah, well they they can figure that out anyway, I'm sure.
- 1:55:41Speaker 2: But then the payoff is anime.
- 1:55:42Speaker 4: So it's while he's facing a charge of terroristic threats
- 1:55:47Speaker 4: against a public surface. Over let's check anime.
- 1:55:51Speaker 6: Let's tack on a couple more points for stupidity, like,
- 1:55:53Speaker 6: if you're facing charges, you know what you really want
- 1:55:56Speaker 6: to do?
- 1:55:56Speaker 3: Talk to the new.
- 1:55:58Speaker 4: Exactly, exactly all right. Here, here's how I'm losing my mind.
- 1:56:01Speaker 4: I've mentioned this a number of times over the years,
- 1:56:04Speaker 4: and I've read different things, but I swear the universe
- 1:56:09Speaker 4: must be trying to tell me something. I'm being sent
- 1:56:12Speaker 4: a message, and the message has something to do with
- 1:56:16Speaker 4: nine eleven nine one one, nine hundred and eleven. I
- 1:56:22Speaker 4: don't know what it means, but it's beyond where. It's
- 1:56:25Speaker 4: like every day at nine to eleven AM and nine
- 1:56:29Speaker 4: to eleven pm. I noticed the time. Are you awake
- 1:56:33Speaker 4: at nine eleven pm?
- 1:56:34Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 1:56:34Speaker 4: Sometimes? And here's the thing. If I'm busy doing stuff
- 1:56:39Speaker 4: and I go, it's getting late, what time is it? Even,
- 1:56:42Speaker 4: it's exactly in that minute of all the minutes in
- 1:56:46Speaker 4: any day. That's it. I showed Gina this. She knows
- 1:56:50Speaker 4: this is true. This is why I said it's creating
- 1:56:53Speaker 4: this paranoia. I like, what is the universe trying to
- 1:56:55Speaker 4: tell me? My orr ring. It tells you what time
- 1:56:59Speaker 4: you fall asleep, nine to eleven. I go, son of
- 1:57:03Speaker 4: a bitch, I'm coming back from Cleveland. I look at
- 1:57:07Speaker 4: the flight information, flight left at exactly nine eleven. It's
- 1:57:12Speaker 4: just it's just too much. It's too much. It's every
- 1:57:15Speaker 4: every single opportunity for the numbers nine, one, one to
- 1:57:20Speaker 4: show up for me. So as we get closer to
- 1:57:23Speaker 4: September the eleventh, or what again, Maybe it has nothing
- 1:57:26Speaker 4: to do with September the eleventh. Maybe it's telling me that,
- 1:57:30Speaker 4: like I don't know, but it's starting to really it's
- 1:57:33Speaker 4: starting to really bother me. We're going to put you
- 1:57:35Speaker 4: in bubble wrapt, honestly bother me.
- 1:57:38Speaker 2: I've seen you, uh make the revelation that it's nine
- 1:57:41Speaker 2: to eleven in the many times in the past where
- 1:57:43Speaker 2: you look at the clock, Oh it's a decade, yeah,
- 1:57:46Speaker 2: for a decade. Yeah, and your your response is always
- 1:57:49Speaker 2: damn it. So why is it a bad thing?
- 1:57:52Speaker 4: Because it bums me out because I feel like I'm
- 1:57:54Speaker 4: I'm not getting.
- 1:57:56Speaker 2: Because I've noticed when it's eleven eleven yeah, And I
- 1:58:00Speaker 2: don't think damn it or yay, I just think, oh weird.
- 1:58:04Speaker 4: But every day eleven and then every and the other
- 1:58:07Speaker 4: things like you go to you go to the store
- 1:58:09Speaker 4: and the exact amount that's due at the store is
- 1:58:12Speaker 4: like the all right, that'll be eleven dollars and eleven cents,
- 1:58:14Speaker 4: and you're like, oh, it's following you.
- 1:58:16Speaker 5: You know, you sound like there's a lot. Yeah, it's
- 1:58:19Speaker 5: some people would call it your angel numbers, that angels
- 1:58:22Speaker 5: are giving you a message. But wouldn't you call this
- 1:58:24Speaker 5: more of like a confirmation bias or like a They
- 1:58:26Speaker 5: call it a frequency illusion. It's frequent, and so your
- 1:58:29Speaker 5: your brain is noticing it even.
- 1:58:31Speaker 4: Yeah, because at the times I understand, like you know
- 1:58:34Speaker 4: you uh, yeah, your body has like an internal clock, yes,
- 1:58:38Speaker 4: you know so that Yeah, if you didn't set an
- 1:58:39Speaker 4: alarm and you have this regular routine of when you
- 1:58:41Speaker 4: get up for work, yes, like even on a day off,
- 1:58:44Speaker 4: like you might stay you might stay in bed afterwards,
- 1:58:46Speaker 4: and only you don't have to get up and go
- 1:58:47Speaker 4: to work. But you've you've woken up around at probably
- 1:58:50Speaker 4: ten or fifteen minutes when the same time you would
- 1:58:52Speaker 4: normally wake up. Yeah, that I understand. It's the weird
- 1:58:54Speaker 4: stuff about the or ring, Like I fell asleep at
- 1:58:58Speaker 4: exactly nine eleven on the plane took off at exactly
- 1:59:05Speaker 4: nine eleven, like it's you've ever been on huh no again,
- 1:59:09Speaker 4: it's just every time it has the opportunity to.
- 1:59:13Speaker 2: It seems that it does fly more often than most,
- 1:59:15Speaker 2: and that one particular flight was nine to eleven. I'm
- 1:59:18Speaker 2: trying to and then the ring one particular night.
- 1:59:21Speaker 4: I'm trying to in it's more frequent, like the or
- 1:59:24Speaker 4: ring in the flight and noticing the time much much
- 1:59:28Speaker 4: more often. Is all within the past, I would say
- 1:59:29Speaker 4: the past week, it's going to be ramping.
- 1:59:31Speaker 5: Up, okay, because I'm trying to figure if somebody else
- 1:59:34Speaker 5: was saying this, if you would make fun of them.
- 1:59:35Speaker 4: Or not, you would it would sound crazy. But now
- 1:59:40Speaker 4: the more it's happened, I'm now starting to write it off,
- 1:59:43Speaker 4: you know, less as like just coincidence and more like dude,
- 1:59:47Speaker 4: I'm not getting That's the frustrating part. Is there a message?
- 1:59:51Speaker 4: I'm open to it, Lord, doom thing because nine one
- 1:59:56Speaker 4: one is where you call for emergencies. Uh, nine to eleven,
- 2:00:00Speaker 4: September eleventh. You know, tragedy, That's what I'm thinking. I'm thinking, tragedy.
- 2:00:04Speaker 13: You'll you'll win the lottery on Gina's point, people like
- 2:00:08Speaker 13: people will consider angel numbers of numbers that like follow
- 2:00:11Speaker 13: them around our triple numbers, right.
- 2:00:14Speaker 4: And wait, wait, what are you taking your head about, Jeff,
- 2:00:19Speaker 4: I'm laughing because someone said, what he's gonna die on
- 2:00:22Speaker 4: nine to eleven? At nine to eleven? Yeah, text, and
- 2:00:25Speaker 4: my I would go a portion as I realized I'm
- 2:00:29Speaker 4: taking my last breath. I would look over and see
- 2:00:31Speaker 4: the clock and go figures would be or is great?
- 2:00:35Speaker 4: I'll be damn it.
- 2:00:42Speaker 2: But maybe it's a great thing that will happen on
- 2:00:45Speaker 2: nine eleven.
- 2:00:45Speaker 5: If you're gonna win nine hundred eleven thousand dollars.
- 2:00:49Speaker 4: Maybe, so, he says, watch the movie the number twenty three.
- 2:00:52Speaker 4: It'll freak you out. That's that's what I want. Dude.
- 2:00:55Speaker 4: You're he's gonna make it worse.
- 2:00:56Speaker 3: The nine to eleven Angel number is It says the
- 2:01:01Speaker 3: end of an old life in the start of a
- 2:01:03Speaker 3: fresh new chapter.
- 2:01:05Speaker 2: Yeah, there you go.
- 2:01:07Speaker 6: Notice how it's two very common often recurring numbers like
- 2:01:11Speaker 6: nine eleven. It's not eight point six, four, three, five, seven, eight.
- 2:01:15Speaker 5: Yeah, that would be like the lust.
- 2:01:16Speaker 4: But what it was, it's not like it's a it's
- 2:01:18Speaker 4: one hundred and nineteen exactly, it's just a common or
- 2:01:21Speaker 4: one ninety one. It's always nine eleven.
- 2:01:24Speaker 6: Two numbers that occur all the time everywhere.
- 2:01:27Speaker 13: No, but if Nordy just notices it all frequently with
- 2:01:31Speaker 13: the with what Menace is saying, it sort of is
- 2:01:33Speaker 13: supposed to be, you're going to say, right track, it's
- 2:01:36Speaker 13: a good thing, like it's the numbers camp.
- 2:01:38Speaker 4: I'm actually paying attention to Samu when it comes to
- 2:01:40Speaker 4: this stuff yet.
- 2:01:41Speaker 13: But what I'm saying is if you're gonna believe in that,
- 2:01:44Speaker 13: and you're these numbers are following me, which is the
- 2:01:46Speaker 13: idea behind it, the more frequently you start seeing them
- 2:01:49Speaker 13: in a short period of time means you're on the
- 2:01:51Speaker 13: right track, like you're doing something right, but there's something
- 2:01:53Speaker 13: to get.
- 2:01:53Speaker 4: Okay, But I'm on the right track thinking like now
- 2:01:56Speaker 4: I'm thinking, oh, this is not good, this is ramping up,
- 2:01:59Speaker 4: is something bad. I'm waiting now for a shoe to drop.
- 2:02:02Speaker 4: I'm on the right track.
- 2:02:03Speaker 3: On the right track for t is on the right
- 2:02:07Speaker 3: Especially once you start believing Sammy, that means doom for sure,
- 2:02:11Speaker 3: your life is over.
- 2:02:12Speaker 13: So if you don't have to believe me, but you're
- 2:02:14Speaker 13: the one searching for the meaning.
- 2:02:16Speaker 4: So, Sammy, if I'm not yeah, numbers repeating everywhere. I mean,
- 2:02:19Speaker 4: I'm on the wrong track, Yes, the wrong track of Ye,
- 2:02:25Speaker 4: what about eighty six.
- 2:02:27Speaker 7: Nine.
- 2:02:28Speaker 5: She's just saying it didn't have to be bad, like
- 2:02:30Speaker 5: Greg was saying.
- 2:02:31Speaker 2: What I'm saying, like, don't look at it as damn
- 2:02:33Speaker 2: it God.
- 2:02:34Speaker 4: This is this is like a situation. I really hope
- 2:02:36Speaker 4: I'm not right.
- 2:02:37Speaker 2: You know.
- 2:02:39Speaker 5: You can be a little superstitious.
- 2:02:41Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, just going to a psychic and asking them,
- 2:02:45Speaker 6: we really should we really should be anoist.
- 2:02:48Speaker 4: I reached out to a friend of mine that does that,
- 2:02:50Speaker 4: so I'm gonna.
- 2:02:51Speaker 2: See if maybe he returns our.
- 2:02:53Speaker 4: Yeah, and we can dig that it has the potential
- 2:02:55Speaker 4: to make it worse. Does the number eleven mean anything
- 2:02:58Speaker 4: to you, like your grandpa's birthday on the eleventh, or
- 2:03:01Speaker 4: when people's birthdays are Oh okay, never mind that dog.
- 2:03:06Speaker 2: Maybe that's what it's your grandpa, you know.
- 2:03:08Speaker 5: Does the number twenty you mean anything to you because
- 2:03:10Speaker 5: it's eleven plus nine.
- 2:03:12Speaker 4: Yeah, October twenty. It's my dog's birthday, that one I
- 2:03:15Speaker 4: do know. So it's the and you're very close to
- 2:03:18Speaker 4: your dog. Ye, you have a impact it's Cassie.
- 2:03:21Speaker 2: Saying, Hi.
- 2:03:21Speaker 4: Yeah, someoney says my older brother sees nine eleven all
- 2:03:24Speaker 4: the time. I always see nine thirty two.
- 2:03:27Speaker 2: Whoa, Oh my god, something terrible is gonna hapen.
- 2:03:29Speaker 4: But I don't know. I never used to think that way.
- 2:03:31Speaker 4: But again, because of the increased frequency and and other
- 2:03:36Speaker 4: things other than just noticing the time, it's you know,
- 2:03:40Speaker 4: these other these other things that are popping up. Yeah,
- 2:03:43Speaker 4: like that's what's That's what's got me weird to doubt
- 2:03:45Speaker 4: buy it? All right, I know I told you I
- 2:03:46Speaker 4: was crazy.
- 2:03:47Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 2:03:48Speaker 4: Yeah, it's also it's also kind of girly. It is
- 2:03:52Speaker 4: sounding crazy, just like, yeah, you have this giant lot
- 2:03:59Speaker 4: it's too big, and I'm not laughing the woodie shoe. Yeah,
- 2:04:05Speaker 4: I was sharing how nine to eleven and something I
- 2:04:08Speaker 4: just keep noticing and it's become more frequent and it's
- 2:04:11Speaker 4: legitimately starting to trip me out. Yeah, and you're right, Greg,
- 2:04:15Speaker 4: I've just assigned it to something negative. Yeah, it could
- 2:04:18Speaker 4: be very positive. Could be it could be very positive.
- 2:04:21Speaker 2: It could be the day you get the best news ever.
- 2:04:23Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 2:04:23Speaker 4: A lot of people have theories on the on the
- 2:04:26Speaker 4: text over to two two nine eighty seven, and also
- 2:04:29Speaker 4: a lot of people have that same kind of thing
- 2:04:30Speaker 4: for whatever. Not everybody's taking it as a negative thing.
- 2:04:33Speaker 4: But I think that's just my default. That's just my default, satting. Now,
- 2:04:37Speaker 4: your my rais on detra right, right? Correct? I use
- 2:04:41Speaker 4: that properly. I believe kind of Yeah, what was that
- 2:04:45Speaker 4: word raised on detro raised.
- 2:04:47Speaker 2: On reason for being?
- 2:04:49Speaker 4: Yeah, like your f one. Yeah, it's like I'm just
- 2:04:54Speaker 4: you know, I'm supposed to be told something by this.
- 2:04:56Speaker 4: I don't know anyway. So here's here's something let's see
- 2:04:59Speaker 4: if let's see if you agree with this one uh
- 2:05:02Speaker 4: seven on fourth says that Gina, you were close. What
- 2:05:04Speaker 4: he's number is not twenty nine. One one is nine
- 2:05:09Speaker 4: plus one plus one that equals eleven equals one plus
- 2:05:14Speaker 4: one equals two. What he's life path is two. Meaning
- 2:05:19Speaker 4: see this is where like when the stuff that Sammy
- 2:05:23Speaker 4: talks about astrology, when people say, oh, mercury is in retrograde,
- 2:05:28Speaker 4: and people start talking in those kind of like uh,
- 2:05:32Speaker 4: tarot cards and all this kind, I go, wait, what, well,
- 2:05:35Speaker 4: here's an ox and this means you know what anyway,
- 2:05:39Speaker 4: So my life path is a two meaning. In numerology,
- 2:05:44Speaker 4: life path two represents the peacemaker and diplomat. If you
- 2:05:48Speaker 4: carry this path, your core purpose is to master cooperation, balance, sensitivity,
- 2:05:56Speaker 4: and partnerships. He's gonna you thrive on bringing people together,
- 2:06:01Speaker 4: healing divides, and supporting others from a place of deep empathy.
- 2:06:06Speaker 3: Deep empathy.
- 2:06:07Speaker 4: So scrap that fairy.
- 2:06:11Speaker 3: This is not you know what.
- 2:06:14Speaker 13: Is all your life path number comes from your birthday
- 2:06:17Speaker 13: and all that stuff, not just from a random number.
- 2:06:19Speaker 5: You're seeing that.
- 2:06:24Speaker 3: The last person I know to talk like this with
- 2:06:26Speaker 3: all these numbers and stuff, he was high on meth. Yeah,
- 2:06:28Speaker 3: like legit, and he started talking about my question numbers.
- 2:06:33Speaker 4: My wife, My wife will tell you that I have
- 2:06:35Speaker 4: I become soft meaning she she says, I forget how
- 2:06:41Speaker 4: she explained to you, Jeff. She was saying, like, you know,
- 2:06:43Speaker 4: like I missed the old like angsty, Like I'm not
- 2:06:47Speaker 4: angsty compared to how I used to be.
- 2:06:49Speaker 5: What she misses it?
- 2:06:51Speaker 4: Oh yeah, because I'm I give people more than benefit
- 2:06:53Speaker 4: of the doubt now than I ever had before, which
- 2:06:55Speaker 4: is true?
- 2:06:55Speaker 16: Do you?
- 2:06:56Speaker 4: Yes? I she has your She did say that, Yeah,
- 2:07:02Speaker 4: she she has a number of of examples. But I
- 2:07:04Speaker 4: get people, well, I'm saying I give I give people
- 2:07:08Speaker 4: you know, opportunity after opportunity after opportunity. It's like before
- 2:07:11Speaker 4: I would have just ended that immediately, but it's like,
- 2:07:14Speaker 4: you know, I'm too I'm too soft on it now
- 2:07:17Speaker 4: and yeah it doesn't doesn't like it.
- 2:07:21Speaker 3: It's more limp biscuit.
- 2:07:22Speaker 4: Well, no, in all honesty, like I I know that,
- 2:07:26Speaker 4: uh you know, like just I look at some of
- 2:07:28Speaker 4: the ways that you know, even at this last thing
- 2:07:30Speaker 4: that we were just at, like my you know, my
- 2:07:34Speaker 4: outlook is more I I do feel like I'm more
- 2:07:37Speaker 4: into a pay it forward or you know, like kind
- 2:07:42Speaker 4: of repay because I've gotten so much from different people
- 2:07:47Speaker 4: in my career over time.
- 2:07:48Speaker 5: There's nothing wrong with that.
- 2:07:49Speaker 4: Right, right, I'm saying, but it's all the it's all
- 2:07:50Speaker 4: these things that I'm paying way more attention to, so
- 2:07:53Speaker 4: it's it's not completely wrong. I wouldn't call anything deep empathy.
- 2:07:58Speaker 4: I have deep empathy for their working by my house
- 2:08:00Speaker 4: when I feel like that's kind of weird.
- 2:08:03Speaker 2: But your wife misses her manly man, you know, yeah,
- 2:08:07Speaker 2: when you go out in the without a jack.
- 2:08:11Speaker 4: Yeah, exactly exactly. I don't know, but yeah, the what
- 2:08:17Speaker 4: she say, it's based like how there's all these rules
- 2:08:23Speaker 4: it's the way that people talk about it, which it's
- 2:08:25Speaker 4: it's it's so so matter of fact.
- 2:08:29Speaker 6: What you're picking up on is all these people tarot
- 2:08:32Speaker 6: neurology fill in the blank with never stupidity. They're just
- 2:08:35Speaker 6: doing she's laughing as if that's not true. Uh, all
- 2:08:38Speaker 6: they're doing is they, like you said, they've made rules
- 2:08:40Speaker 6: for nonsense. But so have the people who design dungeons
- 2:08:43Speaker 6: and dragons and religion. Well that's yeah, that's I will
- 2:08:47Speaker 6: put that to the side for the moment. But Harry Potter,
- 2:08:50Speaker 6: et cetera, et cetera. They've just they've they're just doing
- 2:08:53Speaker 6: it with numbers. Like when they said your life path
- 2:08:54Speaker 6: is too based on what Okay, Like.
- 2:08:57Speaker 4: Why is religion different just because there's so many different
- 2:08:59Speaker 4: religion I'm not I'm not picking on any one religion.
- 2:09:01Speaker 5: It's a faith in something.
- 2:09:03Speaker 6: Well again, this is a total side conversation. However, right,
- 2:09:06Speaker 6: like if you have faith and like the lumerology stuff
- 2:09:08Speaker 6: is true. A lot of what religion does is just
- 2:09:10Speaker 6: explains the world. So take the Ten Commandments. You know
- 2:09:13Speaker 6: that you don't have to know that God is to
- 2:09:15Speaker 6: tell you not to kill someone to know that it's bad.
- 2:09:17Speaker 6: But it codifies. Now you could argue shellfish and blah
- 2:09:21Speaker 6: blah blah blah blah and all the other mixing exactly
- 2:09:24Speaker 6: like all those things or what you're what you probably
- 2:09:26Speaker 6: mean by random rules. So that's why I kind of
- 2:09:28Speaker 6: throw religion to the side for the moment, just as
- 2:09:30Speaker 6: focus on why the number.
- 2:09:32Speaker 4: Two means that you are a deep empathy verson.
- 2:09:37Speaker 5: Just bunt remind remind everyone what your birthday is?
- 2:09:40Speaker 4: October thirtieth.
- 2:09:41Speaker 5: All right, I'm gonna tell your life path number.
- 2:09:44Speaker 4: Yeah, exactly.
- 2:09:45Speaker 2: While you look that up, I can explain numerology if
- 2:09:48Speaker 2: I can quote my late aunt who went through this
- 2:09:50Speaker 2: hippie dippy ethereal spiritual psychic phase. I said, what is numerology?
- 2:09:55Speaker 2: And to quote her, you know number and that was it.
- 2:10:03Speaker 4: You know numbers? Number? Do you find it?
- 2:10:07Speaker 16: Yeah?
- 2:10:07Speaker 5: If I did this right, there's a lot of funky
- 2:10:09Speaker 5: ways you're supposed to add this up. But it looks
- 2:10:11Speaker 5: like your life path number.
- 2:10:12Speaker 3: Should be four four And what does that mean?
- 2:10:15Speaker 4: I don't know life path four. I don't know lying
- 2:10:18Speaker 4: who's got time? I hope my life path is sixty nine.
- 2:10:21Speaker 18: Yeah, you know, I'm talking about dude, like.
