- 0:07issues. Brought to you by the
- 0:10hypnotherapist, demanded by celebrities, CEOs and even
- 0:14royalty. Adam Cox.
- 0:16These recordings took place live from Adam's clinic in London's
- 0:19world famous Harley Street. This podcast features powerful
- 0:23hypnosis, so do not listen while driving or operating machinery.
- 0:27This recording is not suitable for those with epilepsy or
- 0:30severe mental health issues, so get yourself comfortable and
- 0:34enjoy today's episode of The Hypnotist.
- 0:44Adam here. And in this hypnosis session,
- 0:48you're going to be experiencing some powerful suggestions,
- 0:52metaphors, modalities, and techniques to amplify and
- 0:57enhance the amount of charisma and confidence and passion for
- 1:02life. And that will inevitably lead to
- 1:06more adventures. And a good way of thinking about
- 1:10adventures is things that have an element of risk and
- 1:15excitement and go beyond what is comfortable and familiar and
- 1:21think of the opposite of an adventure.
- 1:23It's. Predictable.
- 1:24It's mundane, some would call it boring, and if you always do
- 1:28what you've always done, you'll keep getting what you've always
- 1:31got. So therefore adventures are
- 1:34necessary to. Break free of these rituals and.
- 1:37Routines and experience things on a whole different level.
- 1:42And part of doing that is doing random things, doing
- 1:46unpredictable things, doing things you wouldn't normally do
- 1:50is very key. And there could be different
- 1:52versions of you that does those things.
- 1:55You could do those exciting things with an energy of
- 2:00trepidation and apathy, or you could bring a charismatic,
- 2:07confident, playful version of you into those situations.
- 2:12In which case the self fulfilling prophecy means that
- 2:15whichever version of you goes into these new experiences is
- 2:19likely to alter the experience that you have.
- 2:23So if you go in there with an attitude of this will be boring,
- 2:26I'll be no good at this, I don't know what I'm doing, what am I
- 2:29doing here? That experience probably won't
- 2:32be an exciting adventure. If you take the energy of let's
- 2:37do this, let's try this, let's see what happens, I'm going to
- 2:40make the most of this situation, Then that confident, charismatic
- 2:45version of you is going to get a much richer, enjoyable
- 2:49experience. So if you're listening to this
- 2:51and you feel that maybe you've got into these familiar boring
- 2:55patterns and you want to shake up your life a little bit, then
- 2:59listen to this with an open mind with the intention of doing
- 3:03something in the next few weeks that would be adventurous based
- 3:07on your standards. As with most of my sessions,
- 3:10this was created for a specific individual, therefore some of
- 3:15the suggestions could have been great for them and not quite
- 3:18perfect for you. So if you do like the idea of
- 3:21having a bespoke customized session entirely based on your
- 3:26goals and what you would like, have a look in the description
- 3:29for a link to book a free consultation call and we'll have
- 3:32a chat about working together. For now though, find a quiet,
- 3:37comfortable place where you won't be disturbed.
- 3:39Relax and enjoy the session. Take a deep breath in, and as
- 4:21you breathe in, breathe in that wonderful feeling of calm and
- 4:27relaxation, and as you exhale fearless sense of release.
- 4:36The things like tension or worries, ruminations and
- 4:42intrusive thoughts are being released.
- 4:46Feel them leave your body every time you exhale, breathing in
- 4:54that relaxation and exhaling any tension, and start to scan your
- 5:04body for any clues of blocks, rigidity, or tension, realizing
- 5:13that they're not real, they're just echoes.
- 5:19Tension sometimes is an echo of a stressful moment.
- 5:27Sometimes a thought is just an echo of a previous thought.
- 5:34But right now, in this moment, none of these echoes are real.
- 5:43So release them. As you breathe in and
- 5:46resourceful relaxation, allow yourself to release those
- 5:51echoes. And in doing so, don't be
- 5:58surprised if tension in your forehead starts to smooth and
- 6:03soften. Your jaw gets loose and relaxed
- 6:12that your neck and your shoulders just seem to be
- 6:18letting go of any tightness. The breathing can get slower and
- 6:32all by itself. The breathing shifts down from
- 6:38the chest into the diaphragm, effortlessly breathing deeper.
- 6:47And the deeper you breathe, the more relaxed you become.
- 6:53And the more relaxed you become, the deeper you breathe more of
- 6:58that resourceful relaxation, and the more you exhale anything
- 7:06that is still being released. So breath by breath, you feel
- 7:14deeper and deeper, relaxed, and notice how good it feels.
- 7:24They start drifting to a place of change.
- 7:33I want you to use the power of your imagination to start
- 7:41thinking of something that represents time.
- 7:46Perhaps an old clock or an antique watch or a sand timer
- 7:55made of glass and just hold that image.
- 8:02Or the idea of that and notice movement, the movement of sand
- 8:12falling down, of a second hand in rotation.
- 8:18Perhaps even the sound. I want you to get a sandstud.
- 8:26Just the idea of time is a portal into your past.
- 8:31I don't want you to think of a time, a time where you resonated
- 8:44and exuded excitement. We're not talking feeling a
- 8:50little bit excited. We're talking perhaps the two or
- 8:56three moments in your life that you've never been so excited.
- 9:05Maybe a moment where something was completed and the world was
- 9:10your oyster. Or perhaps arriving in a brand
- 9:17new country with whatever you brought with you.
- 9:25And I want you to observe that version of you full of
- 9:30excitement and notice you didn't have all the answers.
- 9:38You weren't in exactly the emotional state that you needed.
- 9:44But what you did have is an anticipation that things were
- 9:49going to work out fine, that the risk and the unknown variables
- 9:56enhance the experience. You didn't know what was going
- 10:00to happen, and that was required for these high levels of
- 10:06excitement. Because if in the times where
- 10:12you've never been so excited, you didn't have all the
- 10:16resources you needed, things couldn't be predicted and
- 10:21mitigated. And doesn't that mean that you
- 10:26are at your most excited when you don't have all the answers?
- 10:33When things are unpredictable, when things can't be thought
- 10:40through and planned? And I want you to see evidence
- 10:47of that excitement, a knowingness in your eyes, a
- 10:51smile on your face, a mannerism, A posture, a way of breathing.
- 10:58And then step into that version of you with the highest levels
- 11:03of excitement you've ever experienced.
- 11:07Notice you're in a dialogue full of certainty.
- 11:13Even though everything was uncertain.
- 11:17Allow the paradox to take you deeper and deeper.
- 11:22You were certain that things were going to be good with 0
- 11:26evidence to support them. Embrace it.
- 11:34Feel how you were breathing when you were full of excitement.
- 11:40There was a courage, a sense of adventure, a fearlessness and
- 11:48realized that in all of those cases, a sense of excitement led
- 11:55to wonderful self fulfilling prophecies.
- 11:58That indeed, wonderful things did happen, partly because you
- 12:04had an expectation that they would.
- 12:08But the expectation wasn't enough.
- 12:12You took action. You made decisions.
- 12:16You did things. Allow this to give you a
- 12:21formula. A formula for manifesting
- 12:27wonderful experiences, feeling excited, confident, and allowing
- 12:35yourself to figure things out one step at a time.
- 12:44Notice where in your body you feel this excitement.
- 12:48Notice that tone of voice you have in your inner dialogue with
- 12:51that excitement feel that you can harness this whenever you
- 12:59want. And maybe there was a phrase
- 13:03that you used and you're in a dialogue that just gives you a
- 13:12clue as to how to harness this state whenever you need it.
- 13:20Sometimes doing something without knowing what's going to
- 13:24happen, I can feel like you're walking into the unknown.
- 13:32Come on, let's do this. It'll be fine.
- 13:37I live for things like this, but I want you to think back to a
- 13:42phrase that you used back then. Not knowing what will happen,
- 13:48but just trusting that it would be fine.
- 13:51And it was phrase in that tone of voice is now a key that
- 13:59unlocks this state. Whenever you need it, whenever
- 14:03you need excitement, breathe in this way, talk to yourself in
- 14:09this way, and the excitement will come.
- 14:15And sometimes all you need to do is to do things that require the
- 14:22very excitement. Book tickets for something
- 14:28whether you feel like it or not, trusting that the emotion will
- 14:31come. Plan things.
- 14:37Plan things that create challenges and adventures for
- 14:42your future self. It's time to leave that version
- 14:48of you in the past and and now. Teleport yourself through space
- 14:55and time to a point where you were at your most charismatic,
- 15:03where you oozed charisma. Observe yourself first when
- 15:10you're in that moment. See yourself influential.
- 15:17See yourself oozing confidence. Nothing could ruffle you, and
- 15:30unpredictable things were just opportunities for you to be even
- 15:36more charismatic. Equip an observation, an
- 15:43unexpected question that you just allowed your intuition and
- 15:48unconscious to answer for you with opportunities and gateways
- 15:54to demonstrate that charisma. And then step into that version
- 16:01of you oozing that charisma and feel how you felt back then,
- 16:12feeling like your cells are resonating with the frequency of
- 16:16charisma, smiling that way, breathing that way.
- 16:25And maybe there was in a dialogue back then too.
- 16:30And if there was, don't be surprised if it was a cool, calm
- 16:36charismatic in a dialogue too. I've got this.
- 16:45Not a problem. Think of the words you were
- 16:48using back then and realize you now have two keys, a key for
- 16:57excitement and a key for charisma, That you can turn the
- 17:05lock with these keys, unleashing as much excitement and charisma
- 17:12as you need whenever you need them.
- 17:22And I wonder how much this would enrich your life, following a
- 17:28trajectory of more charisma and excitement in your future, if
- 17:34that would lead to wonderful experiences, chance encounters,
- 17:42more fun. I want you to think back to a
- 17:50time when you were either excited or charismatic and think
- 17:56of a specific bed, chair or sofa from back then and imagine
- 18:02making yourself comfortable in that place, allowing your mind
- 18:07to take you deeper and deeper, relaxed in it.
- 18:10As you relax, you can't help but think then your mornings are
- 18:19going to change from this point forwards, that whatever happens,
- 18:25you'll have it work for you. If you sleep, then your body
- 18:31needs rest. And if you awaken, imagine
- 18:36waking with a spark of excitement, ready to shape your
- 18:43day like an artist shapes a masterpiece.
- 18:48A morning where you instinctively know that all of
- 18:52that energy that you put into that morning creates the wave
- 18:58you ride all day long. People have certain windows that
- 19:08they can ride those waves. What if productivity in the
- 19:13morning feels effortless, and what you do in the morning
- 19:18reward you with freedom, spontaneity and adventure later
- 19:22on? That you could be someone who
- 19:28uses the early hours to unlock time, energy, and possibilities
- 19:36for the entire day, and as the day unfolds, you find more and
- 19:45more ways to stretch yourself physically, socially,
- 19:52emotionally, to play, and to explore beyond old limits.
- 20:04What if you set an intention to seek out the spontaneous, the
- 20:10random, and the unexpected? Because you know.
- 20:16These are the colours of a vivid life.
- 20:21Adventure calls to you now, and you answer with a smile, a
- 20:28playful heart and an open spirit.
- 20:35You are irresistibly drawn towards experiences that
- 20:41energize, excite and elevate. You unleash that inner child as
- 20:54playfulness becomes a natural part of your expression in the
- 20:59way you move, speak, laugh and connect.
- 21:04And whenever you feel playful, your charisma flows
- 21:10effortlessly. People feeling drawn to your
- 21:16energy, your spark, your magnetism.
- 21:25The more charismatic you are, the more naturally that you can
- 21:30flirt. You can flirt with life, with
- 21:34opportunity, or with people. It all comes naturally, like a
- 21:41playful dance. The world could feel like a a
- 21:49prison of restrictions, but wouldn't it feel better if it
- 21:54was like an open playground full of hidden treasures just waiting
- 22:00for you to discover them? And each day you dare a little
- 22:09more, stepping outside your comfort zone, feeling the thrill
- 22:16of new experiences and confidence grows in you like a
- 22:30flame fed by action, curiosity and a wonderful sense of
- 22:36limitless possibility. And start to think that each
- 22:44morning you rise feeling powerful, focused, and already
- 22:51in motion toward a day worth remembering.
- 22:58You are the main character in the story of your life.
- 23:08Imagine that character living your life exactly as you want,
- 23:18someone who creates excitement rather than waiting for it to
- 23:23arrive. You are the instigator, not the
- 23:29reactor. Your mornings can be sacred
- 23:35launchpads, moments where you align your mind, body and spirit
- 23:42for days of wonder, pleasure, fun, or something else.
- 23:52Whatever you intend, you increase the probability you
- 23:58seek out shots to nothing. Things with low risk and high
- 24:04rewards, socially, emotionally, What are those things that you
- 24:15can try that if it doesn't work out, who cares?
- 24:19And if it does, it could take your life in wonderful new
- 24:24directions. This is your life and you get to
- 24:29choose your own adventures. You can introduce randomness or
- 24:36be discerning and decisive. This is your story and you get
- 24:42to choose. And every now and then you find
- 24:48pure joy in the randomness, taking the unknown path,
- 24:54speaking to new people. Surprise yourself.
- 25:00Because the more you stretch yourself, the more life
- 25:03stretches back with rewards, connections, and incredible
- 25:09stories. Because the world is yours to
- 25:14explore, to play in, to love. And every day you claim more of
- 25:21it. One dare, decision and choice at
- 25:30a time. I want you to imagine what the
- 25:36next few days could look like. Unleashing you at your most
- 25:40playful, charismatic, and excited.
- 25:46That version of you doesn't have time to worry about small little
- 25:50things. That version of you is on a
- 25:53mission to live life to the Max, to get a sense of what those
- 26:03next few days could look like. The randomness, the plans,
- 26:11spontaneity and activating. The versions of you that are
- 26:19most excited and charismatic. And just by thinking of it, you
- 26:29are priming your mind and your emotions to experience it.
- 26:33You are already creating powerful, self fulfilling
- 26:37prophecies. And as you allow these seeds to
- 26:44take root, to ripple into your future, it's time to return back
- 26:51to the here and the now. So take a deep breath in through
- 26:59your nose and out through your nose.
- 27:04Wiggle your fingers, wiggle your toes, start to connect and
- 27:07calibrate into the here and the now.
- 27:09That's it. Returning fully to the present,
- 27:13Starting to count. 123 waking up 456.
- 27:17That's it. More alert. 7-8 Fully open your
- 27:20eyes. That's it. 910.
- 27:22Wide awake, wide awake, wide awake.
