  Speaker 4: When the FED cut rates last fall, we saw a

  Speaker 4: long rates go up, which was very negative for small caps.

  Speaker 4: FED hasn't cut rates yet, but just the signal of

  Speaker 4: rate cuts didn't push the long end of the curve higher.

  Speaker 4: That's a positive signal for the market. I think if

  Speaker 4: you see a subdued reaction to video, that would be
• 2:16
  Speaker 4: more positive for the broadening out rally.
