New law campaigned by woman who lost son has been signed
Seán’s guest lost her son in the 2017 Manchester Arena terrorist attack. After campaigning for many years for event venues to be obliged to prepare for terrorist attacks, ‘Martyn’s Law’, named after her son, was signed into law last week.
