- 0:09Speaker 1: Ye, sure ye, It's time nice brin love lo lo
- 0:14Speaker 1: love and love and love Love. Hello, Welcome to the
- 0:17Speaker 1: Naughty but Nice Show. At first show of twenty twenty six.
- 0:21Speaker 1: I'm so excited. Last year was a tough one. I
- 0:24Speaker 1: want twenty twenty six to be amazing for every single
- 0:28Speaker 1: one of us. I hope you had a lovely evening.
- 0:31Speaker 1: To those who went to bed early, good for you.
- 0:34Speaker 1: I was actually out quite late last night. Our dear
- 0:36Speaker 1: friends Allan and Robbie and Evelyn took us out for dinner.
- 0:40Speaker 1: It was fantastic. We were there at midnight to sing
- 0:44Speaker 1: all langxayon and Happy New Year and New.
- 0:46Speaker 2: York, New York. We sang that too.
- 0:48Speaker 1: Does that happen all over the country or just in
- 0:52Speaker 1: New York? I know when the ball drops in Times
- 0:55Speaker 1: Square at midnight they play that fantastic Frank Sinatra Eliza
- 1:00Speaker 1: Nelly song. Really it is a Canada and ebsong. They
- 1:03Speaker 1: wrote it John Candor Fred Ebb. I love it, I
- 1:06Speaker 1: love it, I love it, but it did Wonder for
- 1:07Speaker 1: a second does that play around the country or is
- 1:10Speaker 1: that just a New York thing? Maybe you can let
- 1:12Speaker 1: me know already. I have questions and it's the top
- 1:15Speaker 1: of the year. That's what makes us really good at this.
- 1:18Speaker 1: We're curious. Some people who aren't quite as generous would
- 1:22Speaker 1: say we're nosy. I'm fine with that too, but we are.
- 1:25Speaker 1: We love life, we love questions, we love finding answers,
- 1:29Speaker 1: and we love a celebrity gossip. Okay, let's jump into
- 1:32Speaker 1: the show. What time is it, my friends? It is
- 1:35Speaker 1: tea time. So from blockbusters bombshells to millionaires billionaires weddings,
- 1:41Speaker 1: twenty twenty five was pure chaos. Stars fell, empires crumbled,
- 1:46Speaker 1: and Hollywood reminded us why we can't look away. So
- 1:50Speaker 1: today we're gonna look at some of the biggest stories
- 1:53Speaker 1: of twenty twenty five, what we talked about in the podcast,
- 1:57Speaker 1: on the show, and also too, we're gonna look at
- 2:00Speaker 1: and predict what I think we're gonna see in twenty
- 2:05Speaker 1: twenty six for all these massive stories. Number one, it's
- 2:10Speaker 1: gonna be Taylor Swift. Now, this romance with NFL star
- 2:13Speaker 1: Travis Kelcey didn't just end with them getting engaged. No,
- 2:17Speaker 1: it ended in this now merger of this sports, this
- 2:22Speaker 1: pop star, this life together, this business Together. So releasing
- 2:27Speaker 1: new music on his podcast, Let's remember that that was brilliant.
- 2:31Speaker 1: It racked up I think over forty million likes. One
- 2:34Speaker 1: inside has said to me, it's not just love, it's synergy.
- 2:37Speaker 1: They have figured out how to merge their brands together.
- 2:41Speaker 1: And I'm not saying it's about the headlines and not love.
- 2:44Speaker 1: It is love. It is the real deal. However, Taylor
- 2:48Speaker 1: knows how to market. She is an amazing musician. Every
- 2:52Speaker 1: musician friend of mine loves Taylor Swift. The quality of
- 2:55Speaker 1: her lyrics and music, it's just fantastic. It is top march. However,
- 3:00Speaker 1: what she does better than anybody else is market pr promotions.
- 3:05Speaker 1: She knows how to get us all waiting, all anticipating
- 3:08Speaker 1: her next move. And now Travis is part of that story.
- 3:12Speaker 1: They have literally merged their brands together. She's watching him
- 3:16Speaker 1: play football. He's actually now in her Showeds. He came
- 3:21Speaker 1: out dressed in top hat and tuxedo, swamped her off
- 3:24Speaker 1: her feet at one of her concerts, and we all
- 3:26Speaker 1: went nuts forward. Now she has an amazing and amazing
- 3:30Speaker 1: documentary as on Disney. He's in it a lot. This
- 3:34Speaker 1: is the tailor that I'm glad we get to see
- 3:36Speaker 1: the tailor that is not just a pop star, but
- 3:38Speaker 1: is a real human being who has insecurities, who has passions,
- 3:42Speaker 1: who has desires, who has love, who has heartache. I
- 3:46Speaker 1: cannot wait for twenty twenty six for Taylor Swift. Some
- 3:50Speaker 1: of you might still be on the fence about her.
- 3:52Speaker 1: I was for a long time. It took me a
- 3:54Speaker 1: good three four five maybe years to really understand her.
- 3:59Speaker 1: I got that she was a huge pop spot star.
- 4:02Speaker 1: I just didn't know why until I went to one
- 4:05Speaker 1: of her shows, and it changed the way I think
- 4:09Speaker 1: about Taylor. Just so generous. We find out just yesterday
- 4:13Speaker 1: that on Christmas Day, when she went to watch Travis
- 4:16Speaker 1: play football, she handed out six hundred dollars to the
- 4:19Speaker 1: staff who worked there, who were working on Christmas Day,
- 4:22Speaker 1: probably on minimum wage. And she had a ton of
- 4:24Speaker 1: cash in her purse on purpose. It wasn't by accident.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Who carries that a man of cash around with them
- 4:29Speaker 1: unless there's a reason. Taylor Swift, she carries it around,
- 4:32Speaker 1: and the reason is to spread joy, to spread happiness,
- 4:36Speaker 1: and don't forget to At the end of her tour,
- 4:38Speaker 1: her billion dollar tour, what did she do? She wrote
- 4:42Speaker 1: massive checks to every single person involved in that tour,
- 4:47Speaker 1: not just the executives, not just a mom and dad,
- 4:50Speaker 1: not just her family members, everybody, the dressers, the crew,
- 4:54Speaker 1: the guys that drove the trucks throughout the night to
- 4:58Speaker 1: get her set from one city to another. They all
- 5:01Speaker 1: got a year's salary. Imagine that, just for one second.
- 5:05Speaker 1: You wake up today and in your inbox is a
- 5:09Speaker 1: little note from your boss giving you a years salary.
- 5:14Speaker 1: Think how that would change your life. Well, that's what
- 5:16Speaker 1: Taylor Swift does along with Travis. It's going to be
- 5:19Speaker 1: a really exciting, a really exciting twenty twenty six for
- 5:23Speaker 1: other two of them. Wedding news, let's talk about that.
- 5:25Speaker 1: Whoever tells you they know about this wedding knows nothing.
- 5:28Speaker 1: I am told this is a vault. Taylor has not
- 5:32Speaker 1: told Selena Gomez, she has not told Gig. Indeed, she
- 5:35Speaker 1: has not told her closest friends about this wedding. We
- 5:39Speaker 1: don't know if it's going to be big or small.
- 5:41Speaker 1: We don't know where it's going to be. We do
- 5:43Speaker 1: know it is happening this year. I was gonna say
- 5:46Speaker 1: next year, but it's not.
- 5:48Speaker 2: It's this year.
- 5:49Speaker 1: So we know it's happening this year.
- 5:51Speaker 2: I'll get some details, there'll be some leaks, there'll be information,
- 5:54Speaker 2: but once again, Taylor only leaks what she wants out there,
- 5:58Speaker 2: and so fingers for us that we get all the
- 6:01Speaker 2: details right.
- 6:02Speaker 1: We will. We're pretty good at that. We're very good
- 6:04Speaker 1: at that on the show, and you naughties will be
- 6:07Speaker 1: the first to know. Which leads us to our pole
- 6:10Speaker 1: question of the day of the year. May I say,
- 6:14Speaker 1: do you think twenty twenty six will be even juicier
- 6:19Speaker 1: for celebrity dish? What do you think our celebrity gossip?
- 6:22Speaker 1: We love it, We love our celebrities. We love talking
- 6:24Speaker 1: about all our favorite stars and some of the stars
- 6:27Speaker 1: we don't really like quite as much do we cover
- 6:29Speaker 1: them as well on this show? Are you looking forward
- 6:32Speaker 1: to twenty twenty six of even more juicy, naughty but
- 6:36Speaker 1: nice gossip? I hope it's a yes. Go votes on
- 6:39Speaker 1: our Twitter page at Naughty and eise rob our Facebook
- 6:42Speaker 1: pages Naughty Gossip, and be sure to check back tomorrow
- 6:47Speaker 1: to hear your results. Another massive story of the year
- 6:50Speaker 1: we've got to talk about it is Jeff Bezos bought Venice.
- 6:54Speaker 2: So that's true.
- 6:55Speaker 1: Basically, the billionaire and his bride, Loden Sanchez now Loaden
- 6:58Speaker 1: Sanchez bas spent about fifty million turning Venice into a
- 7:03Speaker 1: private theme park of excess poam parties. Mega Yacht's a
- 7:09Speaker 1: list guests from Oprah to Tom Brady made the three
- 7:13Speaker 1: day wedding. It was a spectacle, something we will never forget.
- 7:17Speaker 1: One person who was there told me it was totally chaos.
- 7:20Speaker 1: The locals even waived protest signs saying go away. However, however,
- 7:27Speaker 1: Jeff was perfectly happy, looking like the villain, looking like
- 7:30Speaker 1: somebody untouchable on this magical at least for him weekend.
- 7:34Speaker 1: We're going to see a lot of this in twenty
- 7:37Speaker 1: twenty six. It is not a political show. But Jeff
- 7:40Speaker 1: Bezos is one of the richest men in the world,
- 7:42Speaker 1: and I think we're going to see more divergence between
- 7:44Speaker 1: the really really rich and the rest of us. I
- 7:47Speaker 1: think at the moment, Hilon Musk is very close to
- 7:49Speaker 1: becoming the first ever trillion not billion, trillion air There
- 7:53Speaker 1: is nothing wrong with making money and enjoying your money. However,
- 7:57Speaker 1: you gotta pay your taxis, you gotta pay your fare share,
- 8:01Speaker 1: and so this is going to be a complicated story
- 8:04Speaker 1: of twenty twenty six. We're going to see more celebrities
- 8:07Speaker 1: be over the top. But we're also going to see,
- 8:09Speaker 1: I think, a backlash and celebrities scaling back a little bit.
- 8:14Speaker 1: I'm told that Taylor Swift does not want to fall
- 8:17Speaker 1: into the Jeff Bezos trap and have her wedding just
- 8:21Speaker 1: be like the Gilded Age. It's just something so ridiculous,
- 8:24Speaker 1: so over the top. She's not building ballrooms for this
- 8:27Speaker 1: or knocking down knocking down buildings or no, that isn't
- 8:30Speaker 1: what her style is. And I think Jeff Bezos now
- 8:33Speaker 1: has really made celebrities, and particularly the ones that are
- 8:36Speaker 1: really rich, the billionaires out there, think about it. When
- 8:39Speaker 1: they're on Instagram flaunting they're two hundred and fifty thousand
- 8:44Speaker 1: dollars handbags. When the Kardashians are online flaunting their wealth,
- 8:49Speaker 1: it isn't feeling quite the same anymore, is it. It
- 8:53Speaker 1: just doesn't feel good. People are struggling, and unfortunately that's
- 8:58Speaker 1: going to continue in twenty twenty. I think things might
- 9:01Speaker 1: get worse before they get better. I hope I'm wrong,
- 9:04Speaker 1: but this is going to be a tough year for
- 9:06Speaker 1: people financially. Just in my own little cirtle, many of
- 9:10Speaker 1: my friends are struggling at the moment. Lots of them
- 9:12Speaker 1: have lost jobs through no fault of their own. The
- 9:14Speaker 1: business world has changed. AI is coming. People are really
- 9:18Speaker 1: talking about AI and what that's going to do to jobs,
- 9:21Speaker 1: and so let's really really focus on being kind to
- 9:25Speaker 1: each other. I've been generous to each other and maybe
- 9:28Speaker 1: not peacocking quite as much, maybe not showing off quite
- 9:32Speaker 1: as much, maybe realizing that when you post your luxury vacation,
- 9:37Speaker 1: your holiday in venice, your wedding, I it's something now
- 9:42Speaker 1: we should be aware of. People are struggling. That's all
- 9:46Speaker 1: I'm gonna say. Okay, moving along, The late night drama
- 9:49Speaker 1: literally dominated twenty twenty five. Kimmel survived, but Colbert he
- 9:53Speaker 1: did not. So the late night shows in twenty twenty
- 9:57Speaker 1: five became a blood sport with a side of a
- 10:00Speaker 1: Stephen Colbert. He got asked at CBS for officially financial reasons,
- 10:06Speaker 1: although his sharp digs at the administration did not help. Meanwhile,
- 10:11Speaker 1: Jimmy Kimmel he faced a suspension over a comment about
- 10:16Speaker 1: Charlie Kirk, the controversial podcaster, only to return just three
- 10:22Speaker 1: nights later because of the public outcry. What I thought
- 10:24Speaker 1: was fascinating by this and inside of Tommy at a
- 10:27Speaker 1: network source told me the audience still has the ultimate say.
- 10:31Speaker 1: You can be canceled, they can try and get rid
- 10:33Speaker 1: of you, but if the audience wants you, you will
- 10:36Speaker 1: find a way. Now, maybe not back on your own show.
- 10:39Speaker 1: People like Don Lemon and Megan Kelly have proved and
- 10:43Speaker 1: media has changed. Independent media now is a way to go.
- 10:46Speaker 1: So what will happen to Colbert in twenty twenty six?
- 10:50Speaker 1: Midside has told me he's going to take her a moment,
- 10:53Speaker 1: take a break, have a breath, and then decide what
- 10:56Speaker 1: he wants to do next. He's not running for office,
- 10:58Speaker 1: I asked. He's known no, but he might do some
- 11:01Speaker 1: stuff on YouTube. There's also other offers that have been
- 11:04Speaker 1: made from the streamers, ned Fligs and all those massive,
- 11:07Speaker 1: massive streamers. They would love to have a talent like
- 11:10Speaker 1: Colbert on their show. He was the number one rated
- 11:13Speaker 1: talk show. He beat Kimmel, he beat Jimmy Fallon. It
- 11:17Speaker 1: was massive his numbers and so maybe he will be
- 11:21Speaker 1: coming back, maybe not in twenty twenty six, but he's
- 11:23Speaker 1: not going away forever. We cannot talk about twenty twenty
- 11:26Speaker 1: five without talking about did he and he's fall from
- 11:30Speaker 1: grace did. He went from mogul to inmate, and he
- 11:34Speaker 1: was acquitted of racketeering and sex trafficking, the most serious allegations,
- 11:38Speaker 1: but he was convicted of transporting somebody for prostitution. He
- 11:43Speaker 1: was sentenced to four years from mogul to inmate. Once untouchable,
- 11:47Speaker 1: now another cautionary tale in designer sneakers, and you better
- 11:51Speaker 1: believe that he'll be making headlines when he is free.
- 11:55Speaker 1: This is a very personal story to me. Twenty years ago.
- 11:58Speaker 1: One of my first jobs here in America was working
- 12:00Speaker 1: for did He. I was did his publicist. I was
- 12:02Speaker 1: on the phone with him five six, seven times a day.
- 12:04Speaker 1: I was at his house. I was on a private plane.
- 12:06Speaker 1: I didn't see any of this. It's so interesting because
- 12:10Speaker 1: I've really had to have a reckoning with myself, really
- 12:12Speaker 1: thinking did I see something? And I turned a blind eye?
- 12:15Speaker 1: And I really wanted to think about it so I
- 12:18Speaker 1: could go forward and be a witness. I wanted to
- 12:20Speaker 1: support Cassie and all these victims, but I didn't so
- 12:24Speaker 1: I couldn't make anything up. In fact, what was alarming
- 12:27Speaker 1: about Diddy? And they say this about most monsters. I'm
- 12:30Speaker 1: thinking here about Jeffrey Epstein. He was charming, he was funny,
- 12:34Speaker 1: he was charming, he was handsome, he was generous. And
- 12:38Speaker 1: that's what all these psychopaths are, aren't they And that
- 12:42Speaker 1: explains why they get away with what they get away
- 12:47Speaker 1: with for so long. The fall of Diddy, it's difficult
- 12:51Speaker 1: to predict. Twenty twenty six, I'm told he is still
- 12:54Speaker 1: pushing very hard for a presidential pardon. When I worked
- 12:58Speaker 1: with Didd, he twenty years ago. Him and Trump were
- 13:00Speaker 1: very close friends, long before Trump was the president. They
- 13:03Speaker 1: did hang out. Trump was a real regular and did
- 13:07Speaker 1: his white parties at his big, over the top parties,
- 13:09Speaker 1: and so there is a personal connection there. My inside
- 13:12Speaker 1: is telling me, did he still thinks he still believes
- 13:16Speaker 1: that next year he will get a pardon? Okay, Another
- 13:22Speaker 1: massive story that shocked us all. I broke this story
- 13:25Speaker 1: first before anybody else. Is Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster
- 13:28Speaker 1: finding love on Broadway while they were both married. Now
- 13:31Speaker 1: on inside had told me the chemistry was undeniable. I
- 13:34Speaker 1: was at opening night and it is heartbreaking because I
- 13:36Speaker 1: sat next to Hugh Jackman's wife, Deborah as By deb
- 13:41Speaker 1: who was beaming, glowing with happiness, with pride. She was
- 13:45Speaker 1: their supporting her husband. She was at pretty much every
- 13:48Speaker 1: rehearsal she turned up. She really really was the backbone
- 13:53Speaker 1: of that organization. She put her career on hold to
- 13:56Speaker 1: really focus on his. She was a bigger star when
- 13:59Speaker 1: they got married thirty years ago, a long time ago
- 14:01Speaker 1: in Australia. She was a big star. He was an
- 14:03Speaker 1: up and comer. They fell in love. It was a
- 14:05Speaker 1: real romance and now it's not now. I understand that
- 14:09Speaker 1: couples fall out of love. I get that. However, do
- 14:13Speaker 1: you have to do it in such a messy way?
- 14:15Speaker 2: Couldn't you wait.
- 14:16Speaker 1: Before dating sutt and Foster if you knew your marriage
- 14:20Speaker 1: was in trouble, couldn't you try and fix that? Or
- 14:22Speaker 1: couldn't you get divorced and then move on? These timelines
- 14:26Speaker 1: and they're always messy, aren't they with celebrities. He moved
- 14:29Speaker 1: on really quick effects. Some people argue that he was
- 14:33Speaker 1: still married when certain Foster appeared. Makes me makes me sad? Okay, quickly,
- 14:39Speaker 1: before we get a break, we have to talk about
- 14:41Speaker 1: Harry and Megan. They have had a very dramatic twenty
- 14:44Speaker 1: twenty five and it ended really on a bad note.
- 14:47Speaker 1: They've just gone through another pr director and the head
- 14:49Speaker 1: of their foundation, Archerwell, has quit. They've had to cut
- 14:52Speaker 1: their staff by about eighty percent. It's not downsizing. One
- 14:56Speaker 1: insider told me, this is total retreat. This is dysfunction.
- 15:01Speaker 1: In fact, the charity probably will collapse. The charity doesn't
- 15:04Speaker 1: really exist anymore.
- 15:06Speaker 2: Now.
- 15:06Speaker 1: They are adapting a book into a movie, but I'm
- 15:10Speaker 1: told so far that is not going quite as well
- 15:13Speaker 1: as everybody hoped. And insiders are telling me that their
- 15:16Speaker 1: last ace card to play to keep Netflix and that
- 15:20Speaker 1: money which they need is to do a Diana documentary,
- 15:24Speaker 1: a Diana film. Oof. I don't know if they should
- 15:27Speaker 1: touch that one. But I don't think they're gonna be
- 15:29Speaker 1: going away. I think we're gonna have lots of stories
- 15:31Speaker 1: about them next year. Maybe a reconciliation with London. Although
- 15:35Speaker 1: they've got to win over William. They've won over Charles,
- 15:37Speaker 1: but William is the is really now that in charge.
- 15:41Speaker 1: I don't want to take any power away from Charles
- 15:43Speaker 1: or any disrespect, but William's the one there. This is dysfunction.
- 15:47Speaker 1: It's messy, and we are watching every minute of it. Okay,
- 15:51Speaker 1: we're gonna take a quick break and we will be
- 15:54Speaker 1: right back Welcome back to the Naughty Burton Nice Show.
- 15:59Speaker 2: Isn't it fun?
- 15:59Speaker 1: Just hanging having a little recap of the last year
- 16:03Speaker 1: of twenty twenty five and also too celebrating It's twenty
- 16:05Speaker 1: twenty six. We made it, we made it. We are
- 16:08Speaker 1: here together, naughties, which brings us to our nicest of

- 16:44Speaker 1: the numbers this morning and we are doing fan fantastic.

- 17:21Speaker 1: But now we are in the new year. So maybe
- 17:23Speaker 1: if you have a moment and you want to have

- 17:46Speaker 1: You'll always be the first in line to know. You'll
- 17:49Speaker 1: be the first in line for the chaos of the
- 17:51Speaker 1: glamor and the naughty but nice gossip. We've got this,
- 17:55Speaker 1: my friends. I think the backbone of this show, it's
- 17:58Speaker 1: you and it's the that we are naughty but nice.
- 18:01Speaker 1: So we are not mean. Folks here were chiggy. As
- 18:05Speaker 1: I like to say, we are a pinch, not a punch. Okay,
- 18:08Speaker 1: let's do our naughtiest of the day, noughty, naughty. I
- 18:11Speaker 1: noticed the ear with some of the big losses. It
- 18:13Speaker 1: was just so sad. Robert Redford Diane Keaton died within
- 18:17Speaker 1: months of each other. Oh, it's really the close of
- 18:21Speaker 1: a classic Hollywood chapter. One person said to me quote,
- 18:25Speaker 1: they didn't chase relevance, No audiences came to them. The
- 18:29Speaker 1: end of an era of subtlety, of mystery of restraint
- 18:34Speaker 1: in Hollywood. It looks like it has ended. Hollywood isn't
- 18:37Speaker 1: ready for this void rest in piece more and more
- 18:42Speaker 1: shocking depths in twenty twenty five. Let's hope twenty twenty
- 18:47Speaker 1: six is much much, much more kind. Okay, let's end
- 18:52Speaker 1: with a moment of rub You get a rubb, you
- 18:54Speaker 1: get a robbi. A rubbi rob nia doesn't magically change
- 18:59Speaker 1: your life. Turning the calendar isn't a reset button. It's
- 19:03Speaker 1: a reminder. In fact, it's a reminder that you have
- 19:06Speaker 1: three hundred and sixty five days chances to show up
- 19:09Speaker 1: for yourself every single year. So stop waiting for motivation
- 19:13Speaker 1: to appear, because it never does. It's a lie. Motivation
- 19:16Speaker 1: does not exist. It is bs. Action is what exists.
- 19:20Speaker 1: Follow your action. Make one small step today, something that
- 19:24Speaker 1: scares you, something that excites you, something that challenges you.
- 19:28Speaker 1: Write it down and commit publicly. Track it. Keep going.
- 19:32Speaker 1: You can fail, you can you can learn, you can adjust,
- 19:34Speaker 1: you can celebrate. By December thirty first, twenty twenty six,
- 19:40Speaker 1: you won't just have another year behind you. No, you
- 19:44Speaker 1: will have a year built intentionally. So stop wishing and
- 19:49Speaker 1: start doing. And remember that New Year's doesn't magically change
- 19:54Speaker 1: your life. You change your life and you have three
- 19:57Speaker 1: hundred and sixty five chances new chances. This is to
- 20:01Speaker 1: show up for yourself every single day. Hey, that is
- 20:05Speaker 1: it for today. Thank you so much for listening to
